So far, I am happy with my progress using Byte. The process is very easy and straightforward. The aligners come pre-packaged. All you have to do is follow the directions. I am happy with my progress so far. Their customer service is excellent.

My teeth are improving greatly with Byte. My crowded teeth and straightening nicely. I just went to the dentist as well and they had nothing bad to say about my teeth. The whitening foam is working great too. Glad I started when I did!

I’ve had out of fixing my smile for so long and I finally made the jump with Byte and I truly wish I would of done it a lot sooner. I am 3 weeks in and I am actually starting to see results which I didn’t ever think I would notice this soon.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The aligners hurt, and they consistently blame you for them not fitting properly on your teeth. And what they don't tell you is that the model that they send you - if your teeth aren't how YOU want them to be - you shouldn't approve it. I have a single tooth that sticks out that none of the aligner move at all. When you look at the model it looks like it's straight but when you turn the model it still sticks completely out. I got to week 13 and I had to completely restart my treatment because of "air bubbles", one aligner was literally hanging off my teeth and they told me to cut the aligners. Veronica, RDA is TERRIBLE at CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no "guarantee" - I was told "With our Satisfaction Guarantee, we can provide additional treatment at no additional fee - as long as you continue to wear your aligners and save your previous sets!" Veronica indicated that this is not the case. Don't buy into the hype.

Our team also checks in regarding the plan to see what the customer thinks and if they have any questions before approving the plan.
Our Aligner Guarantee, states if a customer has reached the end of treatmentand is not happy with the results our team can re-evaluate those results. If approved, we will provide additional treatment at no extra cost to get to the results we promised. Our Aligner Guarantee is contingent on having followed all of the treatment guidelines. This means that if at any point during treatment those guidelines are not followed, such as throwing away previous aligners or not wearing them as directed, there may be a fee associated with re-evaluating that treatment. It has taken much longer than expected for my individual Byte plan, but I have received great feedback and new trays when my teeth were shifting slower than expected. I do not have that many trays left to finish my plan and am happy to see the results I am getting! My teeth are all almost perfectly straight and I didn’t have to get the braces I dreaded on ever having.

I absolutely love using my Hyperbyte! It really helps a lot with soreness when I go to my next aligners. I read that it would but didn't think it would help very much. But it really does and I am thankful.

I am about halfway through my treatment plan. I can tell a huge difference in the placement of my teeth! My only complaint thus far is that a few of my trays don’t align properly, so I have had to trim them to fit. Other than that, I have enjoyed my experience!

We understand your frustrations in having to trim your aligners. Trimming and adjusting aligners is a common practice throughout clear aligner therapy. When a customer seeks a chairside experience with clear aligners at their local dentist, the dental assistant or hygienist will adjust the aligners as needed for comfort. When a customer pursues a remote clear aligner company, it is their responsibility to adjust the clear aligners as needed. While it is not ideal, it will be worth it once you see your new smile!

I'm very happy with the use of the vibrating mouthpiece to help ease pain and cutting down the overall time with aligners and seeing progress with my teeth. Customer service has been challenging to deal with, as my initial Byte adviser wasn't getting back to me after repeated attempts when starting the process.

The representative assigned to me was motivated and always answering my questions ASAP. I was impressed with the extent to which they were courteous and helpful. Whenever I have a question I get a response quickly back with a answer. My daughter is not done with the treatment but I can see the improvement in her teeth already. For my first child I spent 6,000 for brace. This time around 1/3 of the price. It’s so affordable. When you have multiple kids that need braces this is the ways to go.

After treatment, I received a filling. I reached out to support regarding shifting & a need for new aligners/retainer. They responded that it voided the guarantee which at my purchase said, "We guarantee your new smile forever. If at any time after going through your Byte treatment and while using your retainers that your smile moves out of alignment, we'll help get it back into alignment at no additional cost. No questions asked." In their response, they linked me to a new, lengthy page which is basically a full list of loopholes to void the guarantee from their end. I guess you're never allowed to have any dental work done ever again and "no questions asked" means "enough questions to get out of what we promised". Very shady. Beware!

If we are not informed of these changes, it can require a brand new set of aligners to be made which can require further fees. Very responsive. They offer options to accommodate different non linear program situations, I started taking my Byte therapy a few months after I got my package in the mail due to a hospitalization. Came back and they were responsive throughout my program.

I had braces as a kid but they never managed to fix a section of my bottom teeth. I've been self conscious about this one area of my smile for a while now. Similar products to Byte are way out of my price range so when I saw the quality and price that came with Byte, I jumped at the opportunity. The staff have been extremely responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. I only have two weeks of aligners left and my teeth look AMAZING. I would recommend Byte to anyone who wants to fix their smile within a reasonable budget.

This was fine at first when I had access to all of my aligners and I was able to keep myself on track. I got near the end of my box and found out I had another set left before I was done. I have been going back and forth via email trying to get my next set. My current aligners are beginning to snap and I have to wait days to get any response and when I do it like my main concern is completely ignored. It’s like my treatment is being placed on hold and now I’m just stuck in limbo for weeks.

I had Invisalign for two years but Byte has fixed the same issue in a few months. The process was easy, the service is great and I’ve had someone helping me every step of the way. I love not having to visit the dentists and even when I had a minor issue, Byte fixed it right away. Highly recommend!

I started using my Byte aligners two weeks ago from today and I have to say the experience has been amazing. The customer service has been incredible, I always text my Byte professional with any questions and he always responds in time and with very helpful advice. I'm giving this review four stars but would rate the customer service 5 and the product effectiveness 3. Overall, the aligners and Hyperbyte do work, but the process has been slower than projected and I have had to "backtrack" several times. The phone support has been excellent, however, and I have been given clear instructions from people who are both compassionate and down to earth. I like this company.

I’ve had a good experience so far. I'm on week 8 out of 17. When you first use a new pair of aligners it hurts, however, it has to for results. It's a very simple process and the teeth whitener works! I recommend.

The process has been pretty seamless and quick getting the aligners and the first couple weeks. I'm on week 15 and there has been good movement on my teeth but not ideal. It has been taking really long with multiple communications and days in between each email before I get a response. After submitting multiple rounds of pictures, the customer service rep just sent me another form to fill out and to re-send the same pictures again. Efficiency is really lacking during the last stretch or if you come across any issues such as the aligners not fitting.

I was a bit skeptical at first since this was all online and no in person but the experience has been amazing. Once I got my aligners and saw my 3D print of my aligners online it was exactly my teeth. They were an amazing fit and the process has been super easy.

I am on week 11 of using My Byte aligners. They are easy, very little pain and convenient. I chose the Night time Byte plan due to my job and I’m glad I did, I’ve seen movement, and change in my teeth fairly quickly. I am happy with my results so far and would recommend this system anyone that doesn’t want traditional braces.

You’ll not see any results as per promised to you at the time of plan selling. You will be given a plan of say 14 weeks and after 5 months you’ll be asked to restart the treatment or asked additional money for replacement aligners. Customer service is horrendous. Once they sell you the treatment, you are nobody and do not expect any timely or helpful guidance.
No patient care team assistance to see if your progress is as per planned. You’ll have to reach out complaining to only find out that you have to restart now and spend more money. Air gaps in the aligners and they not fit. This is sad and to make it worse, no one is there to help you once you buy into their plan. Byte’s promise is that “you’ll love your smile for life.” This is simply a joke!! There are so many similar reviews like mine from several other troubled customers.

The aligners have worked so much quicker than expected and the process has been amazing. I had somewhat difficulty with my insurance and sometimes it takes about a week for a response but overall I have already recommended to many and still continue to.

I'm going to be starting my third week tonight. From day one I already saw movement in my teeth. I used to have braces then lost my retainer so I'm fixing a few years of movement. I would say this program is perfect for anyone doing something similar. I am currently on week 9 of my Byte journey and I can totally see the difference even at 9 weeks. I am on the 15 week plan, and my biggest motivation for getting Byte was to straighten the gap in my two front teeth. The gap is already closing! I can barely see it now, and I know my teeth are only going to get straighter as I progress through this journey.
Customer service has been amazing as well. Towards the end of the 3rd week, I was getting nervous about how my teeth felt, so I sent update photos to the Byte team. They responded immediately, and put my fears to rest. I have been very happy with the experience so far. Also, BrightByte and HyperByte work wonders. Love using these products as well.

My entire experience with Byte has been easy, easy, easy! From doing the impression kit at home through using the aligners, everything has gone smoothly. There was direct contact help at every step as well without being overbearing or spammy. My only warning is that impression kits can only be kept for so long so just be ready to buy once you’ve done your impressions!

Byte has been good so far! Treatment still ongoing. My only issue has been with the response time via email, but calling on the phone has been a much better route. Wish that there could be monthly Zoom check ins to make sure things were going OK.

Sales come on really heavy. Once sold voice to voice communications disappear. Payment plan as advertised not as it appears. So far the aligners are working. Not sure why the last 4 aligners weren’t included with original package. I see there’s an exception.

THE GOOD: My teeth are slowly getting straighter. Treatment is taking much longer than anticipated - which is fine! I'm in no rush, as long as progress is being made. THE NOT SO GOOD: I've had to go back 4 weeks of treatment and am now slowly working my way back to where I was. I can't seem to get past week 8 of treatment. Aside from that, it can be difficult to contact customer service. Sometimes you don't hear back for weeks, other times they respond quickly. Because of this, I've just been doing treatment pretty much on my own and sort of feeling out what is working. Hoping to get past week 8 by next week!

I began wearing the retainers in the middle of April and am still in the process. I am happy that Byte is working with me to achieve the desired results! I'm 3 and a half months into my treatment and still only on my 6th aligner because of how inept this company is. A couple months ago, I left my 5th aligner at a winery when I was on a trip two and a half hours away from home. I ordered a new pair through the company and they took almost a month to arrive, and they were the wrong pair. I got in contact with customer service multiple times, saying that they needed to send a new pair and that the pair I sent was defective, and they just kept requesting more information and pictures and finally just stopped responding altogether. I bit the bullet and drove 5 hours round trip to recover my original aligners, hoping that I would just continue on and never have to deal with customer service again.
A couple week later, it's time for me to move on to my week 7 aligners, and lo and behold: They never even sent them!! They were missing from the original shipment box. So I rang them up once again, and after following up multiple times with no response, they were finally shipped out almost a month later. They just arrived today, and they sent the week 1 aligners by mistake instead of the week 7!!! I called them up again and they said it would be another 3-4 weeks to manufacture them and send out a new pair. At this point I was fed up, and requested a refund. They said for my safety, they can't offer a refund (whatever that means). I'm so sick and tired of this company. If you are looking at straightening your teeth, PLEASE do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on Invisalign. The results that Byte provides are medically questionable and I wish I had done more research on this company before ordering.

I was intimidated at first. After the first few weeks, the groove of adjustment set in. Cleaning was a breeze. Very little discomfort. I love how my smile looks now. I’m only on my third week of my Byte journey, but so far I’m seeing small improvements each week! I love how simple the process is once you get set up. I do think Byte should be more realistic when showing people how to use the aligners. Their models have perfect teeth, so they aren’t much help when demonstrating how to do the impressions. If my teeth looked like theirs, then I wouldn’t need Byte. Please use more people who actually need their teeth aligned. Overall, my experience has been positive and customer service is pretty great! I recommend Byte to anyone who wants to straighten their teeth fairly quickly for an affordable price!

Takes x4 longer than Byte specialist prognosticators. Reps were very communicative in the beginning when I was thinking to join the program or not but now have to wait for several days with multiple follow ups to get byte specialist advice about next step.

I’ve seen great results in first half of treatment. Bright Byte is the best! First set of aligners on second half of training doesn’t fit and having difficulty getting someone to reach out to me. Hope this isn’t a pattern and I can resolve this issue. I’ve never experienced pain or discomfort.

I bought Byte, in large part, because they offered a warranty for full protection with a "Smile guaranteed for life" promise. This gave me confidence in the product and supported my decision in taking a chance on a product that my dentist said "may not be as good as competitors." I should have listened. I bought this product for a problem with my two front teeth that was not solved by the treatment, and then I wrote the customer service team to explain that I would like another set of aligners to solve my problem.
They then asked me for a picture of all my old aligners, which I obviously didn't have because I am a normal person who doesn't want ten nasty used aligners to take up space in my one bedroom apartment, and send me this frustrating email: "Through these guarantees, so long as you have worn the aligners as prescribed and complied with treatment guidelines, the cost of any additional treatment to achieve the end results is 100% covered. However, there are conditions on page 8 of your silver Byte booklet. In your case, these requirements were unfortunately not met - this voids the Satisfaction Guarantee." Then they explained that I could try again for $899. Really? I find this to be an unethical out to a promise that many people rely on for their purchase. If you buy this product, you should assume that they will not honor their guarantee.

Easy program! I changed my aligners every Sunday night if they felt good. I would extend my time if necessary until my teeth were more comfortable. I used my Hyperbyte 99 percent of the time! It's great to help get a great fit!

Great so far! Not as bad as I thought for pain with switching each week. The first few weeks are the worst and then from there they only hurt the nights that I switch. I have also gotten very lazy with cleaning them after each meal so they get quite gross when I go to brush them at the end of the day. Is there anything that could help soak them for 30 min or so before bed or in the morning?

Starting from getting the impressions to the treatment, everything happened conveniently from my home. I'm surprised by the accuracy of the aligners. I'm in my third week now. The first three days were painful as it takes some time to get accustomed to the pressure on the teeth. But after that, the treatment has been going on smoothly. The BrightByte helps to avoid brushing the aligners Every time you use it. You can just pop in the aligners right after pumping one pump of Brightbyte on the aligners and that's awesome. I am so pleased with my results! I am down to my last few weeks of aligners and feeling so confident with my smile! I'm almost 10 weeks in and I definitely notice changes to my teeth. I feel a lot more confident and the process is very easy. Not 5 stars only because some of the mouthguards protrude a bit and scrape the inside of my lip or cheeks, hard to cut around. This has been an easy experience from the beginning. I have been amazed at the progress I have seen and I'm only halfway through the 31 week program I am on. It is painful the first day of each week, but it's not near the pain I had when I had braces. I have been pleasantly surprised with this experience!

I was initially impressed with their customer service. The communication was terrific and the product is high quality. My teeth were moving well and I was very pleased. On week ten or so they asked for a review, which I gladly provided. At the time I gave them 5 stars, because I didn't realize all they wanted was that review. On week 13 I sent an email for my next set of aligners as instructed. I heard nothing back until week 15 (the final set of aligners in my possession) when they told me I was on week 13 and needed to send them photos of my teeth and confirm the mailing address. I did so. That was over a month ago. No response back. No second wave of aligners. My bottom teeth, which did finish treatment aren't perfectly straight. No automated way to report a problem or request aligners. My teeth are straighter and they did have great customer service until they got the review they wanted, so I can't knock them down too many stars.
The way their site it set up it's obvious they care more about new customers than existing ones. What that should have told me is they are the sort of company to think "we already have the old customers' money, why should we continue to care about them?" They know I'm already committed. Their support response as always is they will respond in 5-7 business days. They do not if the past two times I've tried contacting them is any indication.

This is a great product. No embarrassing metal at Forty years old. Easy to follow directions. Most important you don't have to constantly have to miss work for appointments that last forever. I did EXTENSIVE research on at home braces options last year and decided to go with Byte over any of the others because I didn’t have a severe case and thought this product could help me the quickest. After a full year I can honestly write a review and am saying DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I wore my aligners EXACTLY as prescribed and not only did my teeth not achieve the straight bite I was hoping for, my actual bite is now negatively impacted and worse than it was before!! My dentist took before and after X-rays and confirmed this.
I contacted the company asking for my money back as it not only didn’t work, it made my teeth and overall bite WORSE than before I started!!!! They said they do not give money back but will continue to send me more aligners. What good is that if each tray made my teeth and bite worse off? SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do not spend the $2300 on this product, like I did, to now have to be in a position to need real dental intervention and have to pay for that too.

I did my research on all the major teeth straightening companies (i.e. Smile Direct Club, Byte, Candid, and Invisalign) and I decided to go with Byte based on price, reviews, treatment length, credentials, and lifetime smile guarantee. I'm on week 13 of 21 and I am overall happy with my experience thus far. Customer service has been great. I found it best to call when I need support because email takes a while for them to respond and I can never get connected to anyone via the online chat. The aligners are comfortable and well-made. I only had some mild pain during my first week, but nothing more since. My only complaint with Byte is that the aligner's case they provide is really hard to open, so I bought a different one off Amazon. I also wish they had an app instead of having to go to their website to do everything.

Overall my experience has been positive. The aligners have largely worked, but when the first batch of aligners were done, my teeth weren't quite where they were supposed to be. I got sent another impression kit, and was shipped another 8 weeks of aligners. Not the greatest, but not the worst.

I am on week 11 of my treatment plan so far. I completed the 10 weeks for lower teeth and have 5 more weeks to go for upper teeth. I chose Byte based on a review panel I came across that singled out byte as the only aligner system that offers money back guarantee. I got my kits and didn’t really know what to expect. At first I was nervous thinking boy, did I just waste $2k. But boy was I wrong. This system has encouraged a major improvement in my oral hygiene habits where I used to be lazy at night and skip brushing and I was a very infrequent flosser to the dismay of my dentist. Now I am super diligent every single night with brushing, using my aligners, flossing multiple times per week. Went for my routine cleaning a couple weeks ago and my dentist was super impressed - he noticed how clean my teeth were, that they were several shades whiter, and the straightening…
Let’s get to the straightening. We’re getting there. My main concern was my two front teeth overlapped slightly. They’re in the process of separating and over the coming weeks they will (hopefully) straighten! To watch as a gap is created between these two teeth that have always overlapped so tightly, to the point that it was difficult to get a piece of floss between them, has been really exciting. Now, the customer service… exceptional. The packaging: awesome. Ease of use and instruction: well done. Really no complaints at all and pleasantly surprised!

I'm getting my third impression kit over the course of a year done, because the first two didn't work. A year ago, I told them that it seemed like my bottom teeth physically didn't have the room to straighten out. A year ago. Now after my second impression kit the same issue is happening. And I emailed them again, and instead of helping or letting me talk to a dentist, they just want to make a new impression kit to try to force my teeth to be straight.
I confirmed with an actual dentist unaffiliated with Byte, they said I need an IPR in order for my tooth to have the space to straighten out. I emailed them, and they always give me some vague, copy-pasted response. Also, every time someone responds it's a different person, and none of them are the dentist who actually made my plan. Their mouth responds with answers without knowing what the hand is doing, it's incredibly frustrating. They want me to do a third impression kit and try again, totally ignoring that a dentist told me it wasn't physically possible.
Also, I can tell that those teeth are scraping together and have created a scratch on one of them from the aligners scraping them against eachother. And when I contacted them about that year ago all they could say was "woops let's try again with another impression kit". I had a yes or no question for them: "Should I go ahead and get an IPR, or not?". Their response was extremely vague. I don't know how they could possibly respond to a simple yes or no question so vaguely. So I'm on hold for their phone support. Maybe that way someone will actually say yes or no.

I started this plan in January, it is now July and due to my profession, I have to now start back with the initial 14 weeks. I finished the 15 weeks and sent my results back, and I guess wasn't enough, and had to go back a few weeks due to air pockets in the aligners. So I'm half a year in, nowhere near close to the results I want, but still ongoing.

Byte has definitely made me more confidence in smiling. Before using Byte, my bottom teeth was a little crooked and it was definitely noticeable. The hardest part about my experience was doing the impressions. The rest has been a breeze. Switching them out and cleaning them is a simple task. I’ve always disliked my teeth. So my wife decided to surprise me with the aligners and I was stop excited but I had no idea how great these actually worked. I am in currently in week 5 of my Byte experience. I have been pleasantly surprised at my experience so far. All of my aligners have fit nicely and I have not had to file or adjust any of them. I can tell right when I put in my aligners at night and when I take them off that they are working but they are not uncomfortable at night. I can already tell a difference using Bright Byte. I am not even halfway through my treatment but have been happy with the quickness of BYTE’s team to respond. I look forward to a straighter smile in about 20 more weeks. :)

My experience started off with a bit of hiccup, but was quickly resolved and new aligners were sent and so far so good. My first set of trays did not fit around my top teeth very well and they uncomfortable. But the team assigned to me did everything they could and got new ones sent pronto.

I was entirely skeptical of everything coming into this, and honestly didn’t have my hopes set too high. By week 6 I could feel a difference in my bite. My teeth were EXTREMELY crooked. I started my Byte Treatment program on June 20, 20 21 and I chose Byte, for a couple different reasons. #1. I'm in my early 50's and I didn't want metal braces. #2 Byte puts my the control of my teeth’s correction; literally in my hands. Since I've chosen to only shorten the space, yet still retain the unique feature of my gap while completely correcting all the additional spacing and extreme overbite; and with Byte I Can. I’m about three months into my treatment and so far so good. The changes are not too quick and pain is minimal. The one negative I have is that The aligners are difficult to clean. Can get pretty dirty after the week, even while using the cleansing foam.

For more in-depth cleaning, you can mix 50% distilled vinegar and 50% water, and allow the aligners to soak in the solutions for about 20-30 minutes. After soaking you will rinse the aligners thoroughly. You can also use a Q-Tip to very gently rub away anything that solution has loosened. We hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions. I have had mostly good experiences so far with this company. The only thing that I am not happy with is having to wait 3-4 weeks for the second half of my aligners to be made and shipped. I feel like that should be considered when giving a time frame for the treatment plans.

This company is absolutely amazing. When I was searching for which company to go to concerning my teeth straightening journey, I did ample research. There was quite a large amount of companies in this field and I narrowed it down to customer experience from reviews, length of treatment, price, and results. Overall, Byte had the best of all fields. There were companies with lower prices of course, but everything else just made sense. You really do to get what you pay for and here that is amazing experience. And if I needed anything, customer service is always there with a rep on hand.
And let’s not forget the smile guarantee. All of the retainers fit so well, and the molding process was so easy. Everything arrived much sooner than expected as well. I am not done with my straightening yet, but I’m excited to see the results. I’ve already seen some and I’m only about a month and a half in. What made everything even easier was the ability to wear the retainers at night. Makes everything so much more pleasant.

I received the aligner packages with literally no instructions as to how to proceed. There are 15 aligners. No instructions on how long to wear each one - change them daily? Weekly? Monthly? Packaging seems more about the “look” than what to do with it. There is also an accessory with, again, no specific instructions on how to use with my treatment plan.

After the refinement aligners they don’t really care about you anymore. I’ve submitted two clinical reviews and have yet to hear from them. They say they are all about satisfaction but they lied. When receiving my refinement aligners I received advice and instructions. I was more worried about my two front teeth but instead they were more focused on my bottom when I was already satisfied. Byte did make my teeth straighter but my two front teeth are still messed up. So I gave up on them. I didn’t even request the retainers because I’m not satisfied and I’ll save them money since they don’t want to deal with me as a customer.

While my teeth have made improvements, it had not been a comfortable or easy treatment. Customer service was amazing prior to my purchase answering all questions but as soon as I clicked “buy” they disappeared. Because I had so many issues during my treatment I had to contact Byte a number of times. Some emails took days to over a week for replies while others were just ignored. I had to pause treatment in the middle because I could not close my teeth and was having a hard time chewing and swallowing. They sent me a new impression kit and new aligners which took about a month and a half.
It’s the end of my plan and my teeth still aren’t right. Just spoke with customer service and they’re telling me it will cost an additional $699. She agreed that I should have been told to keep my old aligners and that it’s extremely unnoticeable in the consent area. I’ve wanted to fix my teeth for 20 years and when I finally have the means to do it, I have a horrible experience. Over $2000 and my teeth still aren’t right. Very disappointed.

Overall, I'm "happy" with the experience (4/5 stars). Customer service is pretty good. On week 4 and seeing improvements. My son and I are both using Byte. He prefers this much more convenient then braces. Mine is recorrecting after years of not wearing retainers to keep my straight. Very happy with progress so far.

My experience from the start has been bad honestly. I ordered the aligners 5/16, after reaching out to them 5 weeks later wondering where my aligners are they said I needed to do another mold again because too many months went by..which was not the case. I ordered the kit in January but did the mold in April and ordered in May. They were able to ship them quickly but alas they don’t fit. Unfortunately, getting in touch with customer service is laborious both phone and email, the email takes days. I still don’t have an answer on what I’m to do next. Honestly just want a refund and be done with Byte, this is not worth it to me. My teeth should be halfway done by now and I haven’t even started. Just refund me, this is a scam.

I feel like the process and customer service has been great. However I feel as though I learned more useful ways from making my process better through other people that used Byte, things they disclosed that Byte never said. For example, you can use HyperByte for more than 5 min, you don't have to switch every week you should only switch when your teeth are flush with aligner (no gaps).

I'm on week 7 of Byte and I'm already seeing some real progress. My teeth hurt sometimes when I switch aligners but it's definitely going to be worth it in the end. Every day I have a family member or a close friend look at my teeth and say they look great and that they see real progress.

Loved being able to have the option to wear retainers at night. This allowed for easy day to day maintenance without needing to remove to eat etc.. Also, easier to keep track of retainers as they have a case that they are stored in during the day.

Great! Aligners were solid. I had braces and these are way more comfortable. They didn’t tell me I had a 17 week plan. Only 15 came in the box but that’s cool. Great customer service. They helped me with anything I needed help with. Glad to be a part of the Byte family.

My experience is great, and I'm very excited to have confidence in my smile again. My teeth are healthier and I'm anxious to see the end result! Customer service responds when I email, I would recommend to someone that wants to fix their teeth at half the price as other braces.

Byte is everything I could have asked for when it comes to aligners. They have the best prices, the best treatments, and they are even the fastest treatment you can get. My experience with Byte has been good so far. The process has been easy to follow and I do think the Hyperbyte has really helped speed the process along and reduce any discomfort, which has been minimal. The aligners are good quality and are thin so they are not that noticeable. Overall, it has been a good experience.

My experience with Byte so far has been great. The customer service has been great and everyone has been friendly and helpful. My treatment plan is on track and going well so far. My only complaint would be that I would have liked them to reach out to me personally or explain on their platform better what to do in certain situations when I received my aligners. Although, when I did have questions and when I reached out to Byte CS they were very nice, friendly and helpful.

I am a little over half way through my treatment. The experience has been great. The Byte team has been very responsive and check in with me often about my progress. I’ve had major orthodontic treatment in my child/teen years and in college stopped wearing my retainer and my teeth shifted pretty significantly. I was in between when deciding which company to go with and SO happy I went with Byte. My teeth look beautiful and I can’t wait to keep up with my plan and see the end result! Highly recommend.

My experience with the all day aligners is actually very good. I haven’t had any problems with them. It’s very easy to maintain them and clean them. I recommend these to everyone that need them. It very easy to get started. You take pictures of your teeth and they send in a box with instructions to follow and you shop it off and then after a couple of week you get your aligners.

I ordered the Byte program thru a discount at work. I like it so far. I’m on week 4 and my teeth are shifting straighter. Can’t wait to see the end result. Not sure if the whitener part is doing anything. But at least I will have straight teeth.
