I am overall happy with my experience with Byte. My smile journey is taking a little longer than expected and although it has been a little frustrating the Byte team has been very helpful. I am hoping to be finished soon.

So far everything with Byte has been simple and straightforward. I have been getting quick responses to any questions I have and there is only minimal discomfort with each new week. My only feedback would be about the case provided to hold the aligners when eating. It is very difficult to open and the aligners barely fit.

I cannot tell you how extremely impressive that I think your company is. I am new to your product, but have continued to be wowed since I signed up for the impression kit. I love the constant communication in various media (email & text) as well as the personalized touch...It's not mass responses being sent out! Let's talk about packaging because I love yours! From the colors to the simplicity to the quality, all of it is 100% fabulous! The simplistic video on "how to" upon receiving the impression kit made it SUPER easy to complete. The encouragement from "Nick" to get the impression kit completed, so that he could schedule mail pickup was awesome because I can be somewhat of a procrastinator. I just received my aligners today while home on my lunch break and I cannot wait to get home tonight and begin my road to straighter teeth.
Keep up the great work! Also, I believe it was a deal offered in "Daily Skimm" to Skimmers that sparked my interest and I clicked. From that point on, it was all Byte, user friendly mobile app and website was my first impression and I got a good vibe. Then, the communication second touchpoint was equally good vibes and it just went on from there. Have a fantastic day and I will tell EVERYONE that I know about Byte and all of this company's awesomeness.

This was not a hard process to start. From the beginning the app, the Byte Box (for impressions) were easy to follow. I even messed up on one of my impressions and reached out (at night) and someone was there to talk me through it. Each week starts a new aligner and it's so simple to follow. They reach out about mid way as a check in for progress. I had a slight issue and again they walked me thru to get back on track. I've already seen major progress in my smile!

Best thing about them is their entire process is quite clear and easy to follow. It's great that you can just upload photos of your progress and someone will check it. I am 10 weeks into my plan, and so far haven't had any issues with the retainers or teeth pain, however have noticed my teeth aren't quite matching the expected teeth movements which the simulation shows you at the beginning of the process.
Probably the only negative would be that once you purchase the plan, the communication from their team seems to drop off. It seems the company has a strong sales focus, but I can't comment about their ongoing customer support and care process. As someone who hasn't had any complications/teeth pain so far in the process, it's not an issue. But if I was to have issues, I don't know how responsive and helpful their support team would be...

An orthodontist told me it would take 2 years to straighten my teeth. It's only been 2 1/2 months since I started using Byte and I'm amazed at how quickly my teeth are aligning. It's amazing! I'm comfortable smiling again and the best part - I can chew my food again! The first week was rough adjusting to wearing the aligners but after that it's been pretty smooth going. I highly recommend Byte!

After 15 weeks my teeth are already looking better and the customer service is great. Every time I’ve had a concern they’ve been extremely helpful phone and email along the way. Which is great to have with something so new.

Something I thought would be ten weeks has turned into eight+ months. It’s nearly impossible to get actual feedback; there are no actual dentists in sight. I’m once again (now on my “revision treatment”) almost “done” with my treatment with no change in my dentition whatsoever noticeable. It’s been absolutely awful having to spend ten hours+ a day wearing these bulky aligners and having to use this hyperbyte for 30 minutes (since I was told it was “only an ideal situation in which you only use it for 10 mins a night” and in only “best case scenario” that I would actually finish my treatment in the intended time). I was SO excited to start this and had numerous friends ready to jump on the bandwagon following with the program after me but they have nonetheless seen the lack of progress and are no longer interested. I wouldn’t not recommend this company to anyone.

Since starting my treatment plan with Byte, it has been the best decisions I've made in a long time regarding my smile. I experience very little (and limited) discomfort the first day or so and then it's as if nothing is there! I would highly recommend this service to anybody with mild crowding or gaps for that confidently radiant smile!

1st of all, the ph number... Wow. 45-90 wait time. I'm on my 4th week and have had a few questions. Each time.. The "so called chat", isn't a chat at all, it's an automated redirect to fill out a support form, which you will Wait 3-5 days for an email response. You cannot respond to the email for additional questions with the same issue. You need to redo another support form. If you can.. No one responded back that way. Each time, I do the support form, I am required to send a picture in. I had simple questions unrelated to the pictures. I was told after receiving my aligners, that I would have an advisor assigned to me, never did get one. I had like 3 numbers texting me before getting them, I thought the support would be great.. Now that I have them, it's like crickets out there.

I would highly recommend this company if you are considering home-based aligners because they are great quality and have exceptional customer service, which is rare these days! I love the whitening foam and after only a couple uses, people were complimenting my white teeth! My bottom teeth are showing significant improvement (problem area) and I'm only half way through my journey! Very exciting...

I chose Byte because they provide a high level of care by orthodontists without requiring in-office follow-ups, which would have been difficult to coordinate with my work schedule. Week 4 and it's been great. Had to adjust to having something in my mouth in the beginning but now it's like it's not even there. It's normal to have a lil discomfort too as your teeth are sensitive to biting. Overall a good experience so far.

Byte customer service is pretty quick to respond to my questions. The process is taking much longer than expected but I may just have stubborn bottom teeth. I wish I knew to look for “air gaps” between my teeth and the aligners months before they asked for a photo of my progress. I hoping I will start seeing better results soon.

Had a great experience so far. Very helpful. Can't wait for straight teeth. Only in week two and teeth look much whiter. I wear the night aligners and can barely feel them in. I actually wear them 11-12 hours each night. Best decision I've ever made. I have never had straight teeth.

My first week of aligners were rough because they cut into my tongue and gums a lot. I used the included file to take the edges down which helped immensely! Since then, I haven't had any issues with the aligners...my teeth are white (thanks to BrightByte) and starting to straighten out! I'm very happy with my progress thus far!

I’m in my 6th week of treatment and can already see incredible results! I’m so excited to see my new smile. Byte has been amazing. The night time only option is what I’ve been waiting for! It fits my lifestyle perfectly, but is still working fast! I also love the Bright Byte foam. Whitening and straightening in 1 step!! And there has been no discomfort- just a slight feeling of pressure. I’m impressed.

Great simple process, love the HyperByte and whitener. The hyperbyte helps with the pain. I have tried the aligners without the hyperbyte and it makes teeth much more sore. Have been in treatment for about 3 months now. Very affordable compared to traditional methods. Good customer service.

My two front teeth started out even next to each other. Now the rest of my teeth are straight but the two front are uneven (one looks a bit longer than the other). My smile is still a lot better than before. I just wish the two front teeth hadn't been moved.

We had great customer service with Byte. When we ran into an issue, the Byte team was very responsive and got us a new set of aligners ASAP. It took just a little longer because of the change, but it was totally worth it. I’m loving my new smile!

The initial process was super easy, The Hyperbyte really made the difference. So glad I was able to straighten my teeth quick and easy. Although I wasn’t super excited when I had to order additional aligners. I still feel like I might need more, but my teeth are way better than they used to be.

I've always wanted to straighten my teeth, and when I got engaged I knew I wanted to have straight teeth in my wedding. Byte was the most affordable option on the market and I have had such a great experience with them. I have had very few issues but when something did come up they were very quick to help me with my plan. I'm over halfway done with my treatment plan and I am in love with the results so far and cannot wait to show off my new smile when I get married next summer!

Byte offered me a refund of over $1000 but I couldn't post this review if I took the money. I turned it down so that others would maybe see this. PLEASE consider these questions before you decide to get these aligners:
1) How many of these positive reviews are from people who have finished treatment? I was thrilled with Byte, too, until week 8 when the aligners messed up my teeth.
2) How many people would LIKE to post a negative review but they can't because they need the partial refund money when Byte screwed up their teeth?
3) If there's a problem, are you content to get help from a dental assistant who can't change your treatment plan? In about 8 months of Byte treatment before I gave up (that was supposed to take less than 3 months), I emailed and called the company multiple, multiple times and it was almost impossible to talk to an orthodontist. The second time I was able to talk to one (8 months in), we agreed that I should stop treatment.
4) If there's a problem, are you okay with waiting for weeks to get a new impression kit, new treatment plan, and then new aligners? Are you okay with those new aligners being worse than the originals, and the aligners after that throwing off your whole bite and causing jaw pain? That's what happened to me.
5) What kind of retainer are you expecting when treatment is finished, and how much do you expect to pay? The one they sent me (just to hold my bottom row in place, not because they actually fixed my teeth) was the same thin, flimsy material as the aligners. Byte has some kind of promise like they'll always maintain your smile with new aligners... As long as you buy their cheap, terrible retainers for $129 every 6 months (for the rest of your life).
*My experience: I had traditional braces as a teen. As an adult, I stopped wearing my retainer and 2 small gaps appeared on top and one tooth on the bottom came forward. My dentist and local orthodontist said I'd be a good candidate for night time aligners such as Invisalign Lite. I went with Byte due to the "good reviews." 8 weeks in, I woke up to a tooth being pushed lower and the 2 around it being pushed higher.
Months later, probably 20-40 emails/calls to Byte later, 2 sets of new aligners later, I have SEVEN teeth that have been pushed up/down instead of back/forward or side to side, my bite is uneven, and my jaw pops in and out of joint. This is unfortunate, but if I had stopped treatment right from the first problem instead of being placated for months by a bunch of Byte dental assistants that are not orthodontists, I do not think my teeth would be in the condition they are now (although I'd still be out $2,000). I would not advise anyone to use ANY mail-order aligner system. Best of luck to anyone reading this!

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delays. Our team has worked hard to help each and every customer as soon as possible. Our current response time for our Professional Care Team is 24-48 hours. We want to make sure that every customer is getting the support they need throughout treatment. We are proud to offer our Byte for Life Guarantee, which means if your teeth move out of alignment after you complete your initial treatment, we’ll provide additional impression kits, new treatment plans, and aligners to help correct any misalignment issues at no additional cost. I definitely feel and see my teeth straightening out after week 13. You have to be very diligent and wear them every day and use your Hyperbyte or you will fall behind schedule. I had to go back a few steps at one point but starting wearing them longer and used my hyperbyte 30+mins/night and things really started showing progress with each step after that.

I have been using Byte aligner night treatment for 15 weeks so far. My experience has been great and my teeth are shifting into place! I have had to wear the aligners for 14 days instead of seven because my teeth weren’t shifting fast enough but it’s been fine. I have always been embarrassed by the gap between my two front teeth. I used to have braces as a teenager and my teeth were perfect but I broke one of the front ones when I was 20 and was left with a pretty big gap after my tooth was fixed. Then pregnancy and years of not taking care of my teeth made them even worse. I started by having my teeth repaired with bonding but the gap was still there and I hated it. My dentist said I could do Invisalign but the price was just too much for me. I then decided to look into cheaper solutions. I knew I didn't want to do SDC because I had heard bad reviews and I initially signed up for an impression kit from another company.
While I was waiting for my impressions to be reviewed, I saw ads for Byte and decided to look into it. Straight away I liked the night option. I love to drink coffee and tea and I couldn't myself not drinking them during the day. I also would have found it difficult to brush my teeth at lunch since I'm a teacher and have to eat my students and can't leave them by themselves even for a few minutes.
I ordered the impression kit and received it very quickly. Everything was very well explain and the directions were easy to follow. I took the photos and my impressions and sent them back. Within a few days I had a treatment plan laid out with. some images showing the progress week after week and how my teeth would look in the end. I still had to decide between day and night and sent texts back and forth to my customer service assistant who was very helpful and responded very quickly to all my questions. I decided to go for the night option despite it being a little more expensive because it seemed more convenient to me. I was able to set up a payment plan and received my aligners shortly after.
The box that contains the aligners is very sturdy and each aligner is individually packed. There is also some BrightByte (foam that cleans the aligners and whitens the teeth) and an HyperByte (vibrating instrument that helps put the aligners in place correctly). The instructions are very clear: the aligners need to be worn for at least 10 hours and the HyperByte needs to be used for a minimum of 10 minutes everyday. I started using the aligners the day I received them, at first they were a little uncomfortable but the HyperByte helps putting them in place properly and they don't really hurt.
I am now a few months into my treatment and I can already see the difference. I like that the Byte Team reaches out regularly and gives me personalized advice. For example, they told me to go back to previous bottom aligners since my bottom teeth were not where they were supposed to be. Overall I feel I made the right choice by choosing Byte and I can't wait to see the final result!

Byte is a good, affordable alternative to Invisalign. I’ve had a few issues with some aligner sets; some were too loose, some were cute too short (only covered about 2/3 of teeth), all of them don’t sit all the way down on my back teeth which causes my cheeks to be cut, and support can be slow to respond. All in all though the aligners are doing what they are meant to and straightening my teeth, my projected treatment plan is more or less on track and when support does respond they are kind and try to be helpful. I would recommend Byte to someone who is interested in doing an inexpensive at-home aligner treatment.

When the dentist mentioned my lower crowding would be difficult to keep clean as I age it made me realize that I was delaying fixing something I've been conscious about since my 20s. Byte has been an easy solution to my crooked crowded teeth, in a matter of weeks I couldn't believe the movement and correction of my teeth. Unfortunately my first set of liners didn't work as well as they wanted them to so I am on week 2 of a new set. I was a little disappointed but very thankful that the dr saw the problem areas and is correcting them. I am very happy with my progression and also my teeth are so white.

I felt a bit unsure about ordering what I would say is an "off brand" of Invisalign, especially not going into a dental office. I have been blown away by the customer services, response time, and strive to make sure my experience is what I expected. My bottom teeth moved and were straight at about week 6, and I noticed my teeth looking whiter by week 3. I have friends that have noticed a difference in my smile. I was coming to the end of my 14 weeks when the tooth I wanted moved the most hadn't made much progress. The Byte team has worked with me, and changed my plan/regimen to support me in getting the results I want. My insurance covered most of the cost of this treatment, and Byte has not added on any hidden or additional costs from my first purchase with them. This was so easy!

The process of Byte was very easy to set up and I received great products with great packaging. I would expect to see some more changes in my teeth at the point I am at in my treatment however I am hopeful they will be fixed by the end of my time.

Apparently I'm at the end of my treatment but I've come a long way since my first set of aligners. The process of getting set up for treatment was very easy and the treatment was as well. I chose Byte over the other aligner companies because of the available support from the Byte team. Although, you don’t have in person appointments, they are quick to respond every time I have questions about the progress of my teeth. Also, my bottom teeth were slow to move and didn’t respond to some of the aligners and they were quick to get me another impression kit to make another plan for my bottom teeth. I can’t recommend byte enough!

It took me several years to make the decision to fix my gap in my teeth. I could not decide on a company and all the reviews were paid. After seeing a Youtube video about Byte, I was convinced. I am not paid to say this but I have lived the experience. The process is very same and straightforward. If I had one issue, that is I would have appreciated some more check in. I am the one that reached out for guidance at week 12. At that time, they evaluated my progress and I went back a couple weeks. Which is fine as I saw what they noticed. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision.

Byte is a scam - buyer beware. I bought my aligner system. At first it was going well. I had 2 aligners crack, so I emailed the company asking for replacements. They then asked that I take pictures of my teeth with and without the aligners from a variety of angels. I did this and then I guess those weren't good enough so they asked for more pictures with the "best fitting" aligners. I told them the ones they had were the best fitting, so didn't know what else to do and asked again for a replacement of the cracked aligner. They refused to do this and every email I send comes back with a canned response and they refuse to send me the remainder of my treatment. I paid $2,000+ for the system and I'm not even halfway through and they're refusing to send the remainder of my aligners to complete the program. I feel like I threw away $2,000 for nothing because my teeth are still not straight. I would absolutely not recommend using this program as their customer service is terrible and they do not give you what you paid for.

So I've been on Byte for a year now, and have gone through 2 sets of refinements, of which neither fixed my bottom front tooth that was rotated. So finally I give up and ask to end my treatment and get my retainers. However, customer support takes insanely long to respond (1 week to each email). I've already gone back and forth with them multiple times, and each time it takes them a week to respond, which is unacceptable.

When I first received my aligners, I was very excited to get started. The top fit perfectly, but the bottom weren't quite right. I reached out to Byte and they took excellent care to be sure that everything would be alright. They asked me to take photos of my teeth then sent me a new impression kit. My new impression kit arrived a few days ago and both the top and bottom aligners are perfect! I'm so excited to see the difference in my teeth in the next several weeks. Thank you so much. Updated on 03/18/2023: I started Byte in Sept 2021 and am not getting the results anticipated (was supposed to be done January 2022). Customer service and support is poor and I have had to send 2-4 follow ups every time I reach out in order to get a response. I recently tried calling the support line during business hours, due to lack of response from an email inquiry and it kept saying "no one available." I would not recommend Byte. Buyer beware.
Original Review: I'm on week five of a 15 week treatment plan and the experience has been great so far. I appreciate that you don't even need to go into the office. Compared to other companies I checked out, Byte seemed to have the best options for me for the cost (and the shortest treatment time), which is awesome. Didn't give five stars because I'm not a fan of hidden costs, so know that only one bottle of the aligner cleaner/whitener is included and you will need to purchase additional bottles after that. IMO, you should be provided enough cleaner to get you through your treatment plan.

Overall good experience. Your teeth will be pretty sore the first couple weeks, but the Hyperbyte really helps with that and I saw some results fairly quickly. The Byte team told me I was voided out of getting the last 15 weeks of my aligners without paying an additional $700 after I already paid in full, so I had to wear the same week of aligners for almost 2 months. Then they reached out and said they would let me continue the treatment without the extra charge now.
Our goal is to give our customers a smile they love. Because of this, we want to make sure each concern is addressed to ensure we have done all we can to achieve this. We also are proud to offer our Aligner Guarantee, where if a customer has reached the end of treatment and is not happy with the results our team can re-evaluate those results. If approved, we will provide additional treatment at no extra cost to get the results we promised. Our Aligner Guarantee is contingent on having followed all of the treatment guidelines. These are outlined in our Guarantees page here https://www.byteme.com/pages/guarantees. This means that if at any point during treatment those guidelines are not followed, such as throwing away previous aligners, there may be a fee associated with re-evaluating that treatment.

I was referred to Byte by my older brother halfway through his treatment plan - we were both born with jaws too small to fit all of our teeth and we both had canines that were pushed uncomfortably high and forward as we grew up. I noticed the aligners were helping to realign his canine so I wanted to give it a try as well. Like all teeth alignment plans, Byte requires a commitment and you'll need to adjust your eating and brushing habits to keep the aligners clean and get good results. Before using it, I brushed my teeth once a day; Now, out of habit I brush after every meal and they've never been this white and polished in my whole life, and that's just a side effect of the treatment requirements.
While my unruly canine is still not completely level with my other canine (getting it completely flush would require a more involved dental procedure), it's positioned much better than it used to be and I'm no longer afraid to smile and show my pearly whites! I do wish that the staff was quicker to respond, sometimes it would take more than a week before I received a reply to my questions, but I understand this is a consequence of being understaffed due to COVID and thus I won't knock down the rating for it. Despite the delays, Byte stood by their guarantee and sent me additional aligners outside of the original treatment plan until I was happy with the results.

Sign up and text/call/email communication at start was fantastic/swift. Issues arose with aligners 16 weeks +. They did not fit and quality was cheaper. Each time I tried to contact a rep it took 5 days to receive a reply. This eventually led to a new impressions kit, not to mention an almost 6 week delay in treatment before my corrected aligners arrived. To my surprise, I also received additional week aligners without notice that my treatment plan was not progressing on track (I'm assuming?). Had I been done by week 15 I would be leaving a glowing 5 star review, but because of the later communication delays, lack of honesty on treatment timeline (realistically about 9 months, not 3 months), lower second-set quality and non-fitting weeks 16+ aligners, my rating significantly drops. But because the price is so much lower than Invisalign and they are slowly straightening my teeth, 3 stars it is.

I’ve had a good experience overall, but also some complications because I can’t always use email and customer service doesn’t really check in to resolve concerns, which I did have and still do now before finishing treatment. This whole process has been quite manageable. I never had braces before, but one of my kids did & my my sister did, when we were little, so I assumed it would be much more of an ordeal, but mine situation was just cosmetic, so not very complicated. The cost was reasonable & the offer, to straighten & whiten your teeth in less than 6 months is pretty unbeatable. I chose to do 10 hours a day rather than 22, so my treatment will take longer. But it's still like 4 months. I’ve got a bit more to do, maybe 4 more weeks. My teeth look a lot better! They’re way straighter, & I wasn’t sure if I’d even like them changed at all, but of course, they really do look better straighter & whiter. The whitening stuff is great because it is mild but effective over time, as you’d want it. Customer service has been quite good. The tooth vibrate thing is weird but they take it very seriously so I try to do it a lot. All in all, pretty painless with good results.

I am only halfway through my aligners, however the experience I have received so far has been great! I have used other Aligners in the past, but Byte has been better, in terms of the service received from day 1, and the service offerings for the package. The aligners have made a big difference for sure! The main reason I got them was to help close a gap between two teeth in the lower right side of my mouth. Hasn't happened completely yet, but I feel confident these workers will do the job in the end.

Byte has been a great alternative to an otherwise costly ‘in-office’ partnered provider. Still costly though, and perhaps that is where the lack of personnel interaction during this experience factors in. Granted, they were very present in the beginning before I signed up and paid hundreds of dollars. I am still in the process of my alignment journey, and while my domestic partner has noticed a difference, no others have. I can most definitely tell a difference, however, with less than three weeks to go on my bottom teeth, I have concerns. I suppose they could still straighten out within that timeframe, but I’m surprised the company hasn’t checked in on my progress.
I did complete a ‘check-in’ where I took more photos, but was then informed that the pictures and process was only for my own reference after the alignment timeframe. You would think that there would be an official check-in before completion of the alignment journey with personnel, ensuring that my teeth should be where they are supposed to be at this point in time. Perhaps they follow-up upon completion, and I suppose I still have some time to find out.

I fell behind in my treatment due to teeth sensitivity and a medication increasing my appetite which caused me to not be able to wear my aligners all day as prescribed. Customer service and my care team were super understanding, responsive and overall right there by my side every step of the way! I’ve tried 2 out of the 3 big names aligner companies (one I’m not even going to try because of the cost) and BYTE by far has been the most helpful, personalized, and easiest to use. Not only did I literally just give up after 4 rounds. When I ordered a new set of retainers that I needed asap, Byte took 3x longer than the first time and told me it was "expedited". Just disappointing for me honestly.

It's a legit company. You will get the service they are offering. For me, I had a very very slight change that I wanted so my only issue was that it was a little expensive for what I needed, but it's the same price as competitors. One tooth needs adjustment and the adjustment process wasn't so great. A really long process and they sent me adjustment retainers that didn't even fit. That's really my only complaint.

As soon as you sign up, Byte encourages people to submit reviews so they can get free whitener. That’s why there are so many positive reviews, I reviewed before I had even received my aligners. I am coming back now and re-submitting a review that actually reflects my experience. TLDR; the aligners didn’t work and Byte won’t issue me a refund.
Byte told me I was eligible for their aligner system. I believe their evaluation was incorrect; they should have told me I was not eligible. My dentist took one look at my teeth, after telling her about my experience with Byte, and just shook her head and said “Yeah, you wouldn’t be able to fix this with aligners, you’d need to see an orthodontist.” So they are either incompetent or intentionally lying. Neither reason would make me ever recommend their service to anyone. First, they don’t appropriately teach you how to tell when you can move on from one set to another. They just give a blanket prescriptive answer that you wear each set for 1 week and use the HyperByte, and that a new set will feel a little tight at first.
My first attempt, I got to week 5 or 6 and was in a lot of pain. It turns out, you shouldn’t see any empty space between the top of your tooth and the aligner. If I would’ve known that, I wouldn’t have tried to move on. I read the instructions and material thoroughly, and this was not mentioned anywhere. They reviewed my case, told me I would need to wear the aligners longer than the 1 week, gave me this information about the extra space, and said they would send me new molds and new aligners at no charge.
They did do that, and they did it promptly. However with the new sets, knowing the guideline about that extra space, I wore week 1 consistently for 2 months. If you’re not familiar, the prescribed amount of time is 1 week. I was only wearing them at night and was told I could do this for 2 weeks. The extra space never went away. The aligners simply didn’t work. And I was diligent about wearing them for the amount of time recommended and using HyperByte.
Now, they will not issue me a refund, even though the aligners unequivocally failed to move my teeth. They do have good customer service, and I have to give them credit there. But it doesn’t matter if their aligners don’t even work. So either their orthodontists who evaluate people for eligibility are incompetent or fraudulent.
And before anyone thinks I didn’t wear the aligners as prescribed: I was diligent. When I had braces as a kid, I actually wore my rubber bands exactly as the orthodontist directed and got them off in a few short months. If you’ve ever had braces, you know most kids don’t wear their rubberbands as directed and end up prolonging that phase of their treatment by months or even years. I am the kind of person who is diligent and thorough. And Byte, before you respond to this review with “Please reach out and let us know how we can make this right”— I’ll tell you right now, the only way you can make this right is to issue me a full refund. If you have any other offer, don’t bother.

I was worried about the Byte aligners at first, but they are great! They fit great and you never have to worry about them not "staying on". The Brightbyte is also so good. I have been sitting in making the decision to straighten my smile for a few years. I went with Byte because of the price and also because they offered to straighten and whiten my smile quicker than other companies. About 4 weeks in, I had an issue with a tight fitting aligner, they immediately sent me a new impression kit and promptly reviewed my progress and sent me new aligners. So far, so good! I couldn’t recommend Byte more!! I used to be so self conscious of my teeth and my smile that it would hold me back in life and with confidence. I’m in my 10th week of a 14 week Byte at Night experience—and I’m very impressed with the results! The toughest part of the process was creating the molds—and that was pretty easy as well! Even unboxing the aligners is fun—and after a week or two, I was able to adapt to the aligned removal process with the help of the Byte aligned removal tool. In full disclosure, my dentist was not a fan that I was using this service as opposed to another well-known competitor—but I cannot wait to see my dentist in a few months and show off my straighter smile (which not only looks better, but is also so much easier to floss!). I’m on my 20th week and second set of aligners that don’t fit properly, waiting for a 3rd impression kit so I can wait another 2-3 weeks for the 3rd set of aligners with another 13 weeks of treatment. Their customer service is horrible! No one checked my progress on the 1st set of aligners so I went 13 weeks and was not satisfied with the results. Another impression kit, professional care team and another customer service rep who said he would be my primary contact and he disappeared like the prior 3 reps. I requested a full refund because I am not satisfied and they will not honor their 100% guarantee! Pay more and go to another provider!

My first set of aligners made a difference but I ended up needing additional ones and this was covered fully from my first purchase! I was pleased how easy it was to state the issue, get retested and receive the additional aligners!

I've wanted braces for years & years, and orthodontics is quite pricey in my area. My insurance wouldn't cover orthodontics for anyone over 18, meaning I would have to pay out of pocket for braces. Traditional as well as Invisalign required $2000 down with no payment plans (this is the average down payment cost where I live - I called multiple orthodontists)! That just wasn't doable for me.
When I first discovered Byte I was very skeptical. I figured it would be a headache to get started and I'd have to jump through fiery hoops. I seen a TikTok ad with a coupon code (19.99 impression kit) & immediately had to do it. I checked the payment plan option and Byte made my payment plan more than affordable! I jumped on the wagon and here I am, 15 weeks in to treatment and I've never looked back. Customer service is amazing, treatment is amazing.. with Bright Byte, my teeth have honestly never looked better. If you're waiting for a sign to do it - THIS IS IT!

Honestly this process has been painful and not worth it so far. I have been trying to alternate between 24 hours and night only but the pain is unbearable and I have a very high pain tolerance. I feel like my teeth are going to fall out.

The process of taking impressions was so easy. Then you schedule a time for USPS to pick them up and wait for your treatment plan. The employees were so nice and helpful from the time I got my impression kit up to getting my aligners. I can already see some changes in my smile! Can’t wait for the final result!

When I inquired about purchasing aligners from Byte I was contacted many times and the sellers were fairly aggressive. In the end, they answered all of my questions and I signed up. Then I received my aligners and the first weeks were hellish. My aligners were so uncomfortable and almost unwearable. Then after 3 weeks I would not get my next bottom aligner in at all and I had to contact customer service. I wished that someone had contacted ME at the beginning of my journey to see how I was doing. I felt like I was left out to dry after they made the sale. After several weeks of phone calls, emails, and more photos, it was determined that I need new aligners.
