I highly recommend Byte to anyone who is looking to update their smile. They say first impressions are lasting impressions. I’m so excited to already see how my upgraded smile is impressing people I come in contact with. I also have noticed that I’m smiling a lot more and not as focused on keeping my lips pressed together in photos.

The experience with Byte was super easy and comfortable. Having had braces before, I had an idea of what to expect and was not disappointed with the experience. The customer service team is amazing and they really walked me through what to expect and made me feel as though I could reach out should I need to for any reason. The aligners themselves were self explanatory and easy to use/get adjusted to.

I am excited about my new smile! I'm so excited, I smile everywhere I go! I was a little thrown off about the fact that I have to wear a retainer for a while but luckily it's only at night when I'm asleep! The aligners were comfortable, the foam was tasty (and worked) and everything came labeled appropriately in little cute packets. Some days the aligners felt tight but eventually became loose as my teeth shifted to fit the aligners form. All in all, I would recommend.

I loved the customer service. The rep Linsey was helpful. She was so understanding and she made the process very affordable for me. I loved the fact that you are able to see what your teeth would look like at the end. I love the fact that you get to track your treatment plan.

I am currently on week 4 of my Byte aligners and so far it has been such a great experience. I haven’t had any problems with the aligners and the cause minimal discomfort. I can already see some progress which is amazing. Whenever I have any questions, I always get a response within a day or two and I really appreciate the customer service. I highly recommend this company!!

I am on my first week of the treatment. My aligners came in several weeks ahead of time. I have had to call a few times and always got a real person. Also they are really hard to even tell you have them in. The lisp goes away within days. I'll update you in a few months!

So was deciding which company to start this experience with. As of now I am happy I chose Byte. I love how they had someone I can text and communicate with from the beginning to make sure everything was going well. Can’t wait to continue the experience.

Never had braces so I can’t compare, but this process was so simple. Docs made a great plan, customer support was right on it, products worked great, there was slight pain but no more than normal braces (I’m assuming)... Plus no pain no gain! My teeth improved a lot. I wanted to fix one tooth that slid, so they are sending me more correction braces now for free! Super simple to order again... Just took pics and they’ll be here soon. Already have recommended to friends. ;)

I will have to admit I was a little nervous at first to try Byte because I wasn’t certain it would work, but let me just say that I am so glad I took the step to do it. It's a bit early in my journey to decide how effective the treatment is as I'm only about 1/3 of the way through, but the customer service has been awesome. They always get back to me within 24 hours of my reaching out.

When purchasing this Byte program, I was never made aware that for the lifetime guaranteed to be valid you would have to spend an additional Was $99, now $129, every 6 months on retainers Or your guarantee was no longer valid. Very frustrating, as they do not state this anywhere on Their website. I am sure that it is hidden somewhere in the fine print when you initially sign, but never mentioned again. The multiple times that I talk to customer service no one ever mentioned this.

Excellent! Service and communication throughout the process was awesome. Kim ** did an excellent job explaining the process and options. She also did a very good job answering my questions and concerns. Communication was also very good. Consistent follow up on where you are in the process.

I am delighted to report on what great service and product this company offers. I should have done this before. I am using the night product. WOW, after 5 weeks great improvement. And the gizmo they use to vibrate the teeth eliminates the discomfort when you put in your new ones weekly. Dont delay... Do it!!

So far my Byte journey has been great, I’m closing a gap in my front teeth. I’ve been insecure about for some time now! I’m starting week 8 which is the final set for my top & I have 6 more weeks on my bottom set. My front gap is almost invisible now & completely invisible while wearing the aligners. (They are like a real life filter for your teeth btw.) I have a few small concerns with a small space that isn’t closed on the side of my upper teeth which should be but I’m not too worried because I was told if my finished results are not as promised by Byte they will send me more aligners to correct any flaws I may encounter. :)

My Byte aligners have been working so well! I love them! Affordable and easy! I picked the night aligners and it has been great not to need them during the day. I would recommend them to anybody wanting an easier option to braces.

Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful. All of my questions were answered very quickly and in detail. I could not have had a better beginning to a greater smile. I hope the aligners are as great as the customer service.

Overall, Byte advisors and support are very responsive and supportive of customers. The marketing and packaging is well-made and well-designed. I am only 8 weeks into my treatment, and I am not sure if I am confident that my teeth will look much different by the end of it, but I can't wait to find out. I only wish that the initial bottle of BrightByte lasted longer, or that more bottles were provided without cost for the duration of the treatment plan!

I've had a bit of trouble in the middle weeks of my treatment. At one point I noticed my bottom teeth stopped fitting into the aligners, but that could be because my teeth are stubborn. Overall, the support team has been very helpful and my teeth are definitely straighter and whiter!

I have to admit that I was initially a little skeptical about trying a system that had zero in-person evaluations and promised such quick results (as I think a lot of people are!). However, my skepticism was shot down pretty quickly as I began to see results within WEEKS. The compliments started rolling in immediately and I started to get overly excited every Friday when it was time to switch to my new set of trays! I took some pre-byte pictures of my smile and honestly I'm still so shocked to see the continuing difference. I'm only halfway through my journey and my confidence has already skyrocketed. I can't recommend Byte enough, my confidence is worth every penny!

I was so nervous to begin treatment because I was unsure it was right for me. After watching the video they send you that shows how your transformation will proceed, I finally made the decision to begin. Now, I am 10 weeks into a 15-week treatment and I am amazed at the results so far. Complete transformation! Wished I had not waited so long to begin. The only downside is that I am a big coffee-drinker and you can't drink hot liquids while wearing the retainers, so I have had to carefully plan my daily coffee routine. And I've had to curb my snacking. (Though that can be a good thing!) In the end, though, it will be worth it and I am so happy with my new smile.

Needless to say that I am really pleased with the results so far and the overall experience with BYTE. Process to receive aligners was faster than expected. Aligners fit perfectly and don't hurt (of course you have the 'pressure' feeling on your teeth for about a day but that is normal). They are also practically invisible when worn. BYTE has been a delight to deal with: they check on you regularly and, most importantly, get everything ready to fill the claim with the dental insurance. BYTE is a safe and quality option!

I had really bad crowding on the bottom row of teeth, to the point that one of my teeth looked like it was trying to escape my mouth. It was really easy to coordinate with the staff. I will say the staff reached out a LOT before I signed up, calling multiple times a day sometimes to make sure I signed up. After I signed up, it was much harder to reach the staff. That would be my only thing. Otherwise, it was all very easy to get started.

So far I'm on week 12. My top teeth are now basically straight. I have one tooth on my bottom row that I can tell is slowly being moved back into place. As expected, I would sometimes experience slight discomfort but I know it's because my teeth are moving. The Hyperbyte has helped and I use it more than recommended to help with discomfort. The whole experience was amazingly fast and accurate! For something so specific as your teeth, truly awesome! Other products were going to be over $4000- $7000, so this is a great deal on a budget! Love that! And it comes right to my door!

Updated on 10/12/2020 : The process was quick! I got the molds and that process was easy. Has a lot of saliva, but it was easy to understand. Next I got the preview of what my smile could look like, paid and I’m 4 weeks my aligners and instructions came in the mail! Can’t wait for my new smile in a few weeks!

Love how amazing the customer service is! Very prompt and efficient aligners. Surprisingly they do not hurt as bad as I thought they would. Very easy to use and they stay clean fairly easy, especially with Byte bright! I love how easily it is to contact them with simply just texting them!

I've had a good experience so far. The only issue is that the aligners sometimes crack if you're not careful removing them. If the aligners were a bit thicker I think that would help. The Byte staff has been great and they respond to any issues very quickly. Overall I am happy with my progress and would recommend Byte to everyone looking for aligners.

Good product and good results. Hard to get a hold of someone after the product has been purchased. Sort of pricey and it doesn’t take into account the teeth shaping after the treatment. There’s no other recommendations for cleaning other than what is given.

I have not yet received my aligners, so I can’t comment on how fast they are shipped or on the aligners themselves. However, I recently order my impressions kit, which came very quickly (I think in 2 days), and then made and sent my impressions. The instructions for making the impressions were very thorough, and the process was very easy and only took about 20 minutes. I sent my impressions back on a Tuesday and received my treatment plan on Thursday. Super fast and efficient! I ordered my aligners that same day. I’m very excited to receive my aligners and get started! I’ve heard it typically takes 3-4 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks.

I love this product. It is so easy to use. Just pop it in at night and take it out in the morning. The customer service representatives are friendly and respond quickly to my questions. I can just send a quick text or email and someone gets back to me right away. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a straighter smile. The Byte at night is the way to go.

The whole process was seamless so far and the liners have been easy to follow on a weekly basis. I can already tell my tests are getting straighter. Even the billing process was great when I had questions or changes to the plan.

Their description of the course of treatment has so far been pretty accurate, I have experienced some discomfort when changing aligners, but have adjusted easily after a couple days. They do offer some promo discounts if you ask! I have already received comments that my teeth look whiter after using the whitener/cleaner solution daily. So far so good.

I would recommend Byte to my friends and families because I started seeing changes within my second week, but others started to see my changes within my third week. Either way you look at it byte works really fast. Also the teeth whitening works wonders for me.

I was a little confused about the process in the beginning. It took about a month for my treatment to be revealed to me online. I didn’t get an email confirming that it was ready for me to look at so I had to keep checking my account daily. Once I bought the aligners I still didn’t have a concrete explanation of exactly how long my treatment would be or if I was sent all my aligners at once. The aligners work great and about 5-6 weeks into my treatment I got an email from a representative who was able to answer all of my questions. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, but I feel like I would have liked to get an email with a detailed description of my treatment beforehand. I also think more than one bottle of Brightbyte should be sent to people who have treatments that last longer than 10 weeks.

My experience with Byte has been so luxurious. From receiving the starter kit to speaking with my advisor to ordering my aligners. My advisor was so helpful and patient. My starter kit was neatly packed, the instructions were clear (even though I messed up one mold, they were able to use the other 3). I'm excited to start my journey.

The service was way more interactive and helpful than what I expected it to be. 100% remote support and there is always an associate assigned to you for any questions that I may have along the way. The responses have been very prompt from the support. The kit I received was very easy to follow, the How To videos made it even easier to perform the steps and get the teeth and gum impressions back to Byte. Quicker turnaround that what I expected from Byte, they reached back to me with my current state and future state smile comparison and I made the payment over the phone (split the payment between HSA and the Credit Card). Super helpful so far... Waiting for the aligners to arrive so I can begin treatment.

Don’t like them for a number of reasons. Really did not treat me like a paying customer but like a money sign. Harassing me when emails and calls and pushing for me to sign up. Just for me to find out they max out the credit card I had applied to and refused to give me military or student discount after purchasing 2500 dollars worth. Nor did they offer anything in compensation!

I had received an extra discount as offered and payment options are available without interest with reasonable period to make it affordable and easy to pay. The Byte advisor Sarah is very helpful and made the process so easy. She is very efficient and consistently followed up to make sure process runs smoothly.

Everything has been going well so far with my treatments. The first day hurt the most but after that my teeth are hardly ever sore for more than 10 mins after putting in my retainers. I'm doing the night version where I only have to wear the retainers for 10hrs a night, plus use this vibrating mouth guard for 10 mins every night. Currently on tray 4 so no noticeable results just yet, but I’m optimistic and for the idea of an at-home tele-dental process, it has been so easy to follow. Updated on 02/20/2021: I understand everyone's treatment plan will be different and the process takes time. With their lifetime guarantee I know I will be taken care of so I do not have to worry. Finished my first round of braces so reached out to Byte's customer service to see what the next step is. I wasn't completely satisfied with the way my teeth looked so we decided to go another round/month. After finishing the 2nd round I still wasn't happy with how my teeth looked but of course with their customer service being great they are re-evaluating to see what the next plan of action would be. Looking forward to the end results!
