The service is great- everyone on the Byte team is great with communication and assuring they will work with your needs on your teeth and will answer any questions asked! I love how specific they are, sending a 3D model of your teeth and make it as visual as possible as if you're sitting in your Ortho's office. Appreciate the Byte Team so much!

Dr. **, one of Byte's orthodontists, has been great in initially re-designing my treatment plan. Super helpful and knowledgeable! He has been so responsive to my questions. Can't believe I am 15 weeks in already! Working with Dr. ** and the Byte Patient Care Team on the remaining portion of my treatment. It's been great so far!

I haven't received my aligners yet, but so far I have had a really good experience with customer support. The impression kit arrived really fast. The instructions were easy to follow and the material came really well packed. The team created my treatment plan in about 2 days after receiving my impressions.

I’m just finishing up week 2 of my treatment and I’m so excited to start seeing some big changes in my smile! I love how Byte sends you everything you need all at once so you don’t have to wait around for package after package. The customer service has been amazing since day one. Very prompt responses for every question and the whole process moves pretty fast and they check in on you throughout your treatment. The first two days of my treatment, my teeth were soooo sore I was worried how long the pain would last. I haven’t gotten the aligners yet, however the process so far has been good. The process to order was easy but I am reluctant on them working. When I asked for advice all they had said was order the first kits to see what they can do. Then I was sent the weeks it will take and what they will look like but nothing else.

When I first started with Byte I was skeptical that it would work for me. I saw a lot of reviews of people who had braces in the past and used bite to realign their teeth. I have never had braces and feel like my case was pretty extreme. I am on week 9 and am happy to say I have see drastic changes to my smile. It makes me excited for every event coming up and I cannot explain how happy I am with the company. I have not had one issue through this process. All correspondence has been quick and professional.

I did a thorough review of several companies and chose Byte for its top rating and I wasn’t disappointed. Flawless process and so great to not have to use a dentist and physical visits. All by mail. The process was fast and simple. A bit delayed during Covid shutdown, but once things got going- tada! Weekly improvement of my smile. So worth it. My aligners came 2 weeks earlier than expected, and they have been great so far! And I love the emails that help me with the “how to” part of them. I am pleased with the accessories that came with them and how easy they are to use.

Just started using my first set of Byte aligners and so far I'm thrilled! I've had braces before but wasn't happy with the results and the brackets were SO annoying! These aligners are invisible to the naked eye, easy to remove and put back in... and best of all!!.. I already feel my teeth shifting!!! I cannot wait for the final results! I have gaps between my teeth that I always wanted corrected. I did not want the metal braces. I feel I am too old to have those and thanks to Bytes I can see my gaps closing up with the look of braces.

Health Hazard! And, I don’t have my re-printed aligners, still, yet!! I want my money back! Never pay them in full!! I received my initial Byte aligner treatment plan on April 9th, 2020, and I was thrilled. Everything was going great, until June 3rd, 2020 (not even 2 months into my 4 month treatment plan). Then it happened!!! My week 7, “UPPER” aligner wouldn’t fit. I contacted Byte. I sent photos so they could see that my week 7 UPPER aligner didn’t fit.

There are two things that I want to highlight about my experience. First, the time to receive and hear back about your molds from the impression kit is absolutely quick. The ability to go through the procedure of getting your teeth fixed is genuinely right at your hands with a company that intentionally wants to improve your smile and build your confidence. The second was the staff. The staff was extremely attentive especially my representative Nadia who was extremely helpful and kind. She was also knowledgable in the financing aspect of the aligners which made me feel absolutely comfortable in investing my money into Byte.

The process was super easy and you have a person designated to help you through every part of it. Super happy I did this and the only thing I wish was different is that I did it years ago! With financing options for everybody there's no reason to not do it. Even if you think your teeth aren’t that bad, why not make them perfect with Byte. Beyond grateful for them.

Updated on 10/29/2020: Byte from the beginning was simple and easy. The impression kit was not hard at all and I had received my initial aligners sooner than expected, which was great. I had two teeth that were not tracking properly so I began wearing my trays for 10 days rather than 7. By tray 5, we decided to go for refinement aligners. I have been wearing my tray 5 aligners for over a month now waiting for my refinement aligners. It has been really hard to stay motivated when you haven't seen progress for a month since you can't move forward, but I know it's for the best. Byte has been very supported this whole time. I just wish there was a way to speed up the refinements to get my progress back on track. Thank you Byte!

Byte has been amazing so far. I just started my second week of trays and from the very beginning of the process, customer service has been unmatched. There is not one question that isn’t answered very quickly. I can call and get anybody on the phone at any time.

I'm entering my 3rd week of my aligners. I saw a difference in the first week in the space between my teeth. The aligners are great quality and I love the Hyperbyte. I was interested in fixing my crooked teeth after I had stopped wearing my retainers from when I had braces and they started to shift. Byte seemed like a perfect option as I could fix my teeth with no human contact (this was during the Coronavirus pandemic). The aligners themselves are virtually invisible, they are a little bit stiff at first but you get used to it. Taking them off is sometime a hassle but I have gotten used to it also. If I had one critique it would be that the customer service has been very slow however when I was eventually contacted they did the best to fix any issues I had. I’m excited to continue with my aligners and get my perfect smile!

I'm happy that I'm able to fix my teeth without the hassle of visiting dentist. At first I was scared my money might go to waste. I'm now on my 11th week and I can feel my front teeth moved inward. I'm happy to give Byte a five star.

So far I have not had any major problems. Everything was shipped in a reasonable time and instructions were easy to follow. Only giving 3 stars until after I'm done with treatment. Communication with a representative is decent. I did email with an issue I was having with my aligner and didn't get a response. I called the next day, but the department wasn't answering the phone and was told I would get a phone call. I didn't. I was eventually contacted and advised on what I should do.

Byte has been wonderful to work with. My shipment came extremely fast and was reviewed very quickly. The customer service team is so nice to work with and they have gotten back to me over email or phone within minutes of questions.

I started my Byte treatments three months ago and I have never loved something so much! Not only is it affordable, it’s fast too! I have seen Major improvements in the first couple weeks! Now, I can’t stop smiling!! The staff are nice and always ready to help!

I am on week 5 of my 15 week treatment and so far it has been a wonderful experience all around with the Byte team. Communication both verbal and email has been great. The instructions provided were all very easy to do, and the bright byte foam really cleans the trays/whitens teeth so well! I have gotten numerous compliments from strangers in the street asking me what I use to get my teeth so white! I look forward to the transformation my teeth are continuing to make!

Absolutely would recommend! I have been wearing my aligners for 8 weeks. I can already feel the difference in my bite. I find the 10 hour regiment extremely easy to do. I am 73 years of age and if I can do this anyone can.

On week 5 of 13 and seeing some serious progress, no issues and much whiter teeth! I’m doing the night time aligners but wear them pretty much all the time because they are easy to talk in. Can’t wait to see the finished teeth! The customer service has been amazing!

Updated on 10/11/2020: I had metal braces when I was younger so I was bummed when my smile shifted out of place but the Byte treatment plan was so much more manageable than what I experienced in the past. I love my new smile!! I was also very pleased with the byte care team. They reached out on multiple occasions to make sure my treatment was going smoothly.

The whole process has been really smooth. Byte really manages expectations well. They underpromise and overdeliver. I got responses and my aligners quicker than I thought I would. I have recommended them to quite a few of my friends.

It is not an easy journey for my treatment, around week of 13 of the first treatment, I realized that it is not working at all so I contacted Byte. Nora, Dental specialist, get back to me with all the intention to get this works out correctly. From the time contact her and before receiving the replacement aligners. She provided excellent customer service and 100 % attention on this. Really appreciated her service and would like to recommend others.

I went with Byte because of all the extras it offered and the lifetime guarantee. I was skeptical of course and I didnt see much improvement until about week 7 and the difference was staggering. I am on week 16 of 17, and to the naked eye my teeth look perfectly straight. I highly recommend them.

Products used are of high quality and very easy to use. The instructions for a beginner are detailed and easy to follow, which makes the experience just as exciting. Also the use of technology that provides safe and pretty rapid results are just what I would use as high points when recommending to a friend.

The customer support has been great, and I received the aligners in the time frame quoted by the company. The aligners do really hurt the first night or two on each new tray set, which makes it hard to eat as my teeth are so sore; however, that is the intended purpose to move teeth, so the pain makes sense.
