From the beginning I have received weekly communication and thorough instructions of the Byte process! I’m in week one of my aligners and feel supported and happy with my proposed results (which was super cool by the way!). I recommend Byte to anyone interested in working on their smile!

I love how much they keep in touch on almost a daily basis! I enjoy that they reach out in multiple ways, text, calls, or email. So it makes it easier to get any questions answered promptly. Everyone is so polite and easy to talk to.

Each staff member who reached out to help with the process is so kind & helpful. The conversations are in real-time which allows more of an understanding. Despite the amount of questions one may have, they put their care in answering each of them.

My experience so far with Byte has been nothing but exceptional. Every step of the way I've been assisted by a great team and their advisors are super attentive. When I ordered my impression kit it arrived quickly, and an advisor personally messaged me to make sure I received it and was ok with making the molds. My Byte experience has been great so far! My advisor was on top of everything and super helpful. Even the finance guy was super responsive and helped me pick the best option. I was a little bummed they didn’t accept my Dental insurance but regardless still a wonderful experience!

Updated on 10/29/2020: Byte from the beginning was simple and easy. The impression kit was not hard at all and I had received my initial aligners sooner than expected, which was great. I had two teeth that were not tracking properly so I began wearing my trays for 10 days rather than 7. By tray 5, we decided to go for refinement aligners. I have been wearing my tray 5 aligners for over a month now waiting for my refinement aligners. It has been really hard to stay motivated when you haven't seen progress for a month since you can't move forward, but I know it's for the best. Byte has been very supported this whole time. I just wish there was a way to speed up the refinements to get my progress back on track. Thank you Byte!

Byte has been amazing so far. I just started my second week of trays and from the very beginning of the process, customer service has been unmatched. There is not one question that isn’t answered very quickly. I can call and get anybody on the phone at any time.

I'm entering my 3rd week of my aligners. I saw a difference in the first week in the space between my teeth. The aligners are great quality and I love the Hyperbyte. I pretty much put them in at night, do my 10 minutes and then I'm golden. It's fantastic that I can wear my aligners for 10 hours per day and get the same great results. I'm so happy I bought Byte!

I was interested in fixing my crooked teeth after I had stopped wearing my retainers from when I had braces and they started to shift. Byte seemed like a perfect option as I could fix my teeth with no human contact (this was during the Coronavirus pandemic). The aligners themselves are virtually invisible, they are a little bit stiff at first but you get used to it. Taking them off is sometime a hassle but I have gotten used to it also. If I had one critique it would be that the customer service has been very slow however when I was eventually contacted they did the best to fix any issues I had. I’m excited to continue with my aligners and get my perfect smile!

I'm happy that I'm able to fix my teeth without the hassle of visiting dentist. At first I was scared my money might go to waste. I'm now on my 11th week and I can feel my front teeth moved inward. I'm happy to give Byte a five star.

So far I have not had any major problems. Everything was shipped in a reasonable time and instructions were easy to follow. Only giving 3 stars until after I'm done with treatment. Communication with a representative is decent. I did email with an issue I was having with my aligner and didn't get a response. I called the next day, but the department wasn't answering the phone and was told I would get a phone call. I didn't. I was eventually contacted and advised on what I should do.

Byte has been wonderful to work with. My shipment came extremely fast and was reviewed very quickly. The customer service team is so nice to work with and they have gotten back to me over email or phone within minutes of questions.

I started my Byte treatments three months ago and I have never loved something so much! Not only is it affordable, it’s fast too! I have seen Major improvements in the first couple weeks! Now, I can’t stop smiling!! The staff are nice and always ready to help!

So far my experience with Byte has been awesome! My impression kit arrived with with trays that were too big, but they got a new set shipped out to me within the week! I can’t wait for my aligners to arrive, but I wish the turnaround time was a little short though - 4 to 6 weeks is a long time to wait, IMO.

I am on week 5 of my 15 week treatment and so far it has been a wonderful experience all around with the Byte team. Communication both verbal and email has been great. The instructions provided were all very easy to do, and the bright byte foam really cleans the trays/whitens teeth so well! Absolutely would recommend! I have been wearing my aligners for 8 weeks. I can already feel the difference in my bite. I find the 10 hour regiment extremely easy to do. I am 73 years of age and if I can do this anyone can.

Updated on 10/11/2020: I had metal braces when I was younger so I was bummed when my smile shifted out of place but the Byte treatment plan was so much more manageable than what I experienced in the past. I love my new smile!! I was also very pleased with the byte care team. They reached out on multiple occasions to make sure my treatment was going smoothly.

The whole process has been really smooth. Byte really manages expectations well. They underpromise and overdeliver. I got responses and my aligners quicker than I thought I would. I have recommended them to quite a few of my friends.

It is not an easy journey for my treatment, around week of 13 of the first treatment, I realized that it is not working at all so I contacted Byte. Nora, Dental specialist, get back to me with all the intention to get this works out correctly. From the time contact her and before receiving the replacement aligners. She provided excellent customer service and 100 % attention on this. Really appreciated her service and would like to recommend others.

My mom has been "encouraging" me to get braces for years but I haven't been able to afford them until I found Byte. I appreciate that they take your face/jaw shape into consideration with designing the aligners. The intake process was easy (I have to admit I had a lot of fun with the smile spreader) and once I got approved it was a no-brainer really. Quarantine is the perfect time to get my smile on! When my impression kit arrived, the mouth guards were too big too for my mouth. I emailed Byte and got an immediate response that they will send me smaller ones for free with express shipping. My teeth hurt the day after I put new aligners in but seeing how much straighter my teeth are in just 9 weeks make it worth it! I love the teeth whitener.

I went with Byte because of all the extras it offered and the lifetime guarantee. I was skeptical of course and I didnt see much improvement until about week 7 and the difference was staggering. I am on week 16 of 17, and to the naked eye my teeth look perfectly straight. I highly recommend them.

Products used are of high quality and very easy to use. The instructions for a beginner are detailed and easy to follow, which makes the experience just as exciting. Also the use of technology that provides safe and pretty rapid results are just what I would use as high points when recommending to a friend.

I wasn’t sure how to feel about it so I went ahead and visited my dentist, who then referred me to an orthodontist who stated that my treatment would cost double what Byte was quoting and stated it would take a full year in braces. Byte has been responsive and helpful. The molds were very easy to complete and mail in. My aligners arrived in the timeframe that was advertised. So far the process has been easy enough (I am using the night time option). I am 3/4ths of the way through and am out of my top aligners so have reached out to my support person at byte who is supposed to correct this.

Well I have to say that I am very impressed. I actually started seeing results the second week of wearing them. They took a little time to get used to but now four weeks in they don't bother me. I can't wait to see the end results!!!

The process to get my aligners couldn’t have been any easier. I receive my impression kit and completed the procedure. I receive a response in 2 days after sending kit back (shipping free). The process to date has been seamless, the moldings were easy to use, the customer service has been fantastic, the results to date are stellar. The customer support has been great, and I received the aligners in the time frame quoted by the company. The aligners do really hurt the first night or two on each new tray set, which makes it hard to eat as my teeth are so sore; however, that is the intended purpose to move teeth, so the pain makes sense.

I was so afraid of being in pain, but my Byte aligners are so comfortable! They only feel tight for the first night and then I'm back to normal! :) I love that they're so easy to clean and the carrying case makes it simple to travel with.

Overall good experience for the price...almost at the of my treatment. Customer service can be frustrating if you need to talk to someone quickly. You can’t just call and have someone pick up. I’ve learned better ways to contact but responses can be delayed.
