I’ve struggled with my smile until I saw the Byte ad. I have made 15 weeks into the treatment and I have to tell you, this is the best value investment you will make. I’m telling this to everyone who’d ask me about my smile. Thank you Byte♥️.

I’ve been very impressed with their support team and the results! They are always reaching out to meet my needs. I get compliments on my teeth often, whereas I never did before. The whitening foam works wonders and has made my teeth the whitest they have ever been. The treatment plan is a about year shorter than the estimated braces plan and three-thousand dollars cheaper.

From the very beginning, the Byte customer service team has been amazing. They’ve followed up with everything, have made sure I never had any questions (and if I did, answered them right away!) and have just been all around great. I called to purchase the aligners through the phone and my representative thoroughly explained all of the purchase options and made me feel so at ease that I was picking the best fit for myself. Couldn’t be happier!

What a great company so far. I am impressed with Byte. My aligners are being made now. Always beat their timeline estimates. They under promise and over deliver. Service with a smile. Nicole is great and spent a lot of time on the phone explaining everything very clearly.

Ordering the impression kit was a breeze, got it in just a few days. I was nervous about taking the impressions myself but the instructions were simple and easy to understand! Mailed it back and got my treatment plan in about a week. Nicole was fantastic and explained to me how the process works and gave me many different payment options. The whole process was super easy and streamlined. According to Byte, I should have them in approximately 4-6 weeks from when I ordered them. Can't wait!

I was so afraid of being in pain, but my Byte aligners are so comfortable! They only feel tight for the first night and then I'm back to normal! :) I love that they're so easy to clean and the carrying case makes it simple to travel with.

I started my treatment 5 weeks ago, initially it was a bit painful and tight but nothing unbearable. After about 2 days of getting used to the lisp and having retainers in, they weren’t even noticeable at all! After 5 weeks of wearing my aligners, I can notice a big difference in my teeth and am so excited to see the end result!!

Aligners. In the begining of the process everything was difficult (I won't lie about it), lots of pain and my speech was a bit slur-ish, but throughout the time I saw a difference, a change. Today I feel confident, I was always embarrassed to smile, but now, now I love smiling... You can say that I (now) like to show my smile off ;).

I had a tooth that was backing out of alignment on my bottom front teeth. I have been using the Byte alignment trays for several weeks now & the tooth has gently been worked back in line, almost perfectly. I have a few more weeks to completion & hoping for perfection!

I love their communication is the best. Every question I had was answered. I never expected to be this good to be honest. I legit can text them and they will reply right away. I love it and my treatment has been very good and I can’t wait until I have my new smile.

I am 2 weeks into my treatment plan and it has been such a great experience so far! Completing and sending in the impressions was super easy, fast and convenient. My patient care specialist, Nicole, helped me find the best payment option and guided me through the process. I chose to use Byte at night which allows me to wear my aligners for 10 consecutive hours while I sleep which is right up my alley! Within 4 weeks, I got my aligners for my 17 week treatment plan, Bright Byte 3-in-1 whitener and the magical HyperByte device and was able to start my treatment. I experienced some pain in the first week but the vibrations from the HyperByte definitely helped with that! My new patient care specialist, Olivia, has never failed to check on me throughout this whole process and I am excited to see my new smile!

To this point, my advisor has been knowledgeable and attentive. She has responded very quickly to a few questions I've had. The Byte process has been surprisingly easy, quick and informative. So far, I'm pleased with Byte. Hopefully, my aligners will arrive soon.

My experience so far has been great. All my questions have been answered swiftly and I’m impressed by how helpful my advisors were. I simply had to text my advisor and they say would get back to me within the hour. Thanks Byte.

I am very pleased with the quality and comfort of Byte's aligners. The aligners are shaped to the gum line which is what I was looking for. I understand that competitors do not shape their aligners this way which reviews state comfort issues. Halfway through plan and I am very pleased.

Have been extremely happy with the results of this process so far. My friends and family have noticed and they say I smile a lot more now. The support for the "BYTE" team has been wonderful and they are always very responsive.

When I started I was hoping that Byte would help me get a better smile, all I can say is WOW! They have exceeded my expectations. It is so easy to put them in and go without thinking about all the sharp edges or fear of food stuck in your teeth the regular braces come with. I’m beginning to see the results and I’m happy with what I see. My friends are jealous and I’ve already recommended them to Several friends.

Had braces when I was a kid but moved out of the state and lost my retainer. I had great service and results from Byte. I would recommend to anyone who wants an easy way to straighten teeth that aren’t too messed up lol.

My experience with Byte has been nothing short of amazing. Updated on 10/29/2020: 15 weeks in, and I am SHOOK at how straight my teeth are. Few more weeks to go, and I couldn’t be happier! The Brightbyte foam has whitened my teeth way more than I thought, and it’s so easy to use too. Best decision I’ve ever made choosing Byte. I can’t stop smiling!

I never been so confident about my smile... They are getting far from perfect and I can thank Byte for taking that time to make it happen with my new smile.. I will smile more often to show Pearly whites!

Overall good experience for the price...almost at the of my treatment. Customer service can be frustrating if you need to talk to someone quickly. You can’t just call and have someone pick up. I’ve learned better ways to contact but responses can be delayed.

From the ease of getting started to the customer service, using the aligners themselves, all the way through has been amazing. I cannot say enough good things. I will be ordering them next for my 13 year old son once his last baby tooth comes out!

I decided to use Byte after spending hours researching different alternatives. I ultimately chose Byte for the cost and convenience and especially since they have HyperByte to speed the process along. As I got started with the process, I'm glad I made the decision to move forward with Byte. Almost immediately, my byte advisor reached out to me and was super friendly and prompt with answering any and all questions I had. Likewise, he checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was going along smoothly. Doing the impressions was a little tough since the tray is quite big BUT it helps a ton to practice a little before placing the putty in the tray and getting a feel for holding it there for a few minutes. Looking back it wasn't bad at all!

At 12 years old and starting middle school, my daughter was bothered by a gap In her front teeth and some slight bite issues. After just a couple of weeks using Byte, we saw huge differences and now at 12 weeks, her smile is beautiful! And, more importantly, she’s so happy and has more self confidence. The process was so easy and the customer service top notch. Thanks, Byte!

I haven’t received my aligners yet but the process has been really fast. I had to redo the molds of my teeth which was and probably will be the worst part of all of this. I’m really excited and have had nothing but good experiences so far in the process.

I wanted to wait at least a week to see how swapping to new aligners felt. It’s a great transition and the soreness, of the new set, only really lasts a day or two. Once you adjust, you hardly notice the slight tension. I’m incredibly happy and will definitely be recommending.

I've been using my Byte aligners for a month now and couldn't be happier! I wore braces when I was younger and found them to be very uncomfortable, especially after tightening. To my surprise I haven't experienced any discomfort with Byte aligners and you can't even tell I have them on! I'm thrilled with the improvement I've seen already. I originally intended to go with Smile Direct but after a consultation with them they were not going to be able to move all of my teeth the way I wanted. (They were going to leave my most crooked tooth in place.) After that I had no hope that at home aligners were for me. I came across Byte some months later and decided to go ahead and try to do an impression kit to see if they could move my teeth the way I wanted and what do you know, they could so I purchased the aligners and they got here relatively fast.

I just started. So far my experience has been pretty smooth. Everybody on the Byte team has been helpful and Quick to respond. The aligners are easy to manage and the packing is sleek and cool. I cannot wait to see the changes made to my smile!

Impressions Process. I am so pleased that I made the decision to join the Byte family. My experience thus far has been great. Instructions to complete this process were clear and customer service was very responsive. They did a great job keeping me updated with my progress. Excited to get my aligners and get started.

I got the night version although with Covid now I m wearing them more than the minimum 10 hours without any issues! The process is super simple. They send you an impression kit. You do 4 impressions and send them back. A few days later they have your plan ready (3D image) and 2 weeks later I had the braces. Great customer service, everything felt professional and approachable. Started week 4 and seeing some improvements already although have 15 more weeks to go.

Update on 08/10/2021: I’ve had a great experience with Byte and would definitely recommend to anyone! I been using their aligners for just over a year now and not much further to go until the perfect smile! I’m so excited to see the final results! Thank you Byte!

The customer service with Byte was fantastic. It made the process so easy to follow. When I was ready to pay for my plan, the agent helping me sent a direct link to my chosen payment plan with applicable discounts through a text link. The whole process was so simple!

The staff at Byte are all exceptional! Great response times, very understanding, and very nice! I got my aligners in half the time that was estimated. I’ve only been using these aligners for about a week and I can already see a difference! I absolutely love this company.

Updated on 09/21/2020: I'm about 13 weeks into my treatment and, even though my upper teeth are giving us a hard time, the Byte team has been nothing but nice, knowledgeable and very helpful since day 1. Would definitely recommend their aligners to everybody!

I had done some research on several different home alignment programs. Byte had the best reviews in all aspects. I took the dive hoping the reviews were truthful. I ordered the impression kit end of August and by the end of September I received my program and set of aligners. I was surprised it only had 8 weeks of aligners but what did I know. After the 8 weeks progress was nowhere near what the progression diagram displayed. I contacted Byte and was promptly advised on what to do and a few weeks later I received another series of aligners. Once completed, not satisfied, I was sent another impression kit followed by another series of aligners. Although I would have been extremely happy had the whole thing been completed in the initial estimated 8-week program I am very happy with the results.

I really wanted aligners and did a lot of research, looking into different companies to see what would be my best fit. I was really into Byte because of their HyperByte tech and I'd seen some decent reviews. So I figured I'd give it a go. There was a neat promo for the molds so I got a decent deal. The kit for the molds came super quickly and as nerve wracking as it was for someone like me (tendency to mess stuff up) it was pretty easy. I loved the fact that there's always a real person ready to talk to you, not a bot. So my questions were definitely answered. And they're super nice so I felt comfortable. At one point, there was a problem with my render and it showed my gums really weird. But the gent at Byte sent me a fixed render that definitely made more sense. He was really kind about it and they got back to me very quickly. Currently waiting on the aligners. But so far it's been great. :)

I am in week 3 with my aligners and I'm very happy so far. Customer service is great and they are always in touch with you. Also, I love the Brightbyte, it gives you a fresh and white smile. I can't wait for the final result!

I've waited to so to correct my gap and I was so nervous but Byte had been amazing from the initial inquiry to my impression kit and the ordering process was quick and easy, my aligners came quicker than expected and I'm on week 4 and I'm so excited to keep going.

Everything was easy and quick! My teeth look like just before when I had finished braces. I would recommend Byte to anybody wanting to get a great smile. Customer service was great. I am incredibly happy with my progress through Byte! I had a crowding issue on my bottom teeth as well as an overlapping canine on my top. I absolutely LOVE my Byte! Before, I had a really crooked front tooth that I hated. Now, that tooth is not even noticeable! They are super easy to take out to eat and the case makes it very easy to eat out. The BrightByte has made my teeth super white. I have a bit of a lisp and some soreness in the first week, but now the lisp is barely there and no more soreness for the most part! Highly recommend!

During my teenage years I underwent the braces experience. Had a great smile after a few years and I lost my retainers. After a couple of years my Bottom teeth began to shift. I’ve looked for so many other alternatives and Byte was the best decision I made this year. I went to several different consultants regarding Invisalign and braces. But the price wasn’t in my budget especially with everything going on I couldn’t afford to pay $250 a month for a treatment. Byte offered a fraction of the price and their customer service has been such an amazing experience!

When I started Byte I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. But from the amazing customer service to the super clear aligners everything has been so great and such a smooth and seamless experience! Updated on 10/05/2021: I would recommend Byte! My smile has improved so much! I’m still wearing refinement aligners, but I’m really close and so happy. My top front teeth were out of alignment (along with others), but that is where I have seen the most improvement!

My experience was very positive especially when I needed to reach out to customer service. I typically do not like to call customer service anywhere but these representatives are so helpful and solved my issues every time. Of note, my issues I needed to call about were not the fault of the byte. They are also very generous with promotions and the payment plan enabled me to use this service.

I guess I was just waiting to find you Byte! Such an easy and painless process. I've been doing the night time treatment. Time and expensive is minimal too. Customer Service has been right there with me, so responsive and helpful with phone calls and e-mails.

There were a few hiccups when starting the process, with the payment plan, the Hyperbyte etc. but the Byte team was very helpful with making sure those problems were not problems for long. I just started them a few days ago and am very happy so far!

I had questions about payment plans and the gentleman that I worked with was hands down the best and very transparent on which Financial plan would fit me best. My favorite thing though, I absolutely LOVE the check offs under my profile to make sure I had all of my “ducks in a row.” Instead of flooding their customer service with questions, do I have the right papers, which picture do you still need...? After plenty of research I found Byte and I couldn’t have asked for a better company with amazingly fast service and top notch customer service. From the moment I got my impression kits they have checked in to ensure the process went smoothly. I now have my aligners and they fit perfectly no discomfort. They are tight to start with but hey that’s what we signed up for straighter teeth. I can’t wait to see the finish product.

I’ve always wanted to straighten my teeth and fix my cross bite and Byte has really made that possible!! They are so quick to reply to any questions I might have and I’m on week 10 now of my aligners and there is a HUGE difference! I am amazed!!

I’m only on the second day. My teeth are sore but makes me happy because I know it’s got to be working if it’s sore. The whitening solution is nice. I can already see a difference. I’m very excited to see my results.

At first I was very satisfied with the process & how kind the representatives were! I am still very satisfied, although my only criticisms would be having so many different people emailing & texting me before I made the payment, but then once I paid, I just wait 4+ wks with no touch base. After sending in the impressions in took a lot longer to receive the retainers than I was told because they were backed up and my first set did not pass quality control inspection. So I thought this wasn't a good start. HOWEVER, I am so impressed by this company. Once I received the retainers my teeth were pretty much straight after 12 weeks. The hyperbyte must really help because I couldn't believe how fast they were moving. Everyone has been very helpful and respond to emails within 24 hours at Byte. My questions were answered nicely and thorough. They were able to help with my insurance even though I made the mistake. Support also helped with amazing promotions they had and applied them without question. The credit check was very easy and was done over the phone, our conversation was done in 15 mins, at most. Lastly, Thank you for the quick shipment on the “snow” whitening kit, I’ll be using it while waiting for the byte trays!

Everything seems as expected so far. I have not had any issues where I need to file down any of the sides. My teeth are moving though. The only downside is the cost of more Bright byte, $30 a bottle is already steep but that's the cost of the Eversmile whitening foam on Amazon, which is who manufactures Bright byte. However $10 for shipping is outrageous, refills should be free considering I've already spent $1800 on the treatment plan. I'm doing this feedback only because of the offer for a free bottle, otherwise, I'd order it on Amazon since shipping with Prime is free.
