More than aligners, a great experience. I’ve been using Byte for two weeks and I’m really excited about the treatment and can’t wait to see the results, everything has been so easy from the impressions to starting the treatment, I’ve received everything I need to ensure overall improvement, the whitening kit has worked marvels. The customer support has been fantastic at following up with every step of the process. I highly recommend this treatment, I’m glad I decided to get Byte to improve my smile.

I started my Byte journey in February and so far so good. Customer service checks in periodically with me to see how my journey is going, they are courteous and respond quickly to any questions I have. I have a 17 week treatment plan and right now I’m on week 11. The results so far are better than I actually expected. I would recommend the Byte treatment plan just based on the superior customer service alone.

I went with Byte because it was the highest rated invisible braces I found. What I love is that I'm doing it on my own time. I ordered my kit and did it when I felt like I had time to do the molds. Then I ordered my braces and started on my timeline...when I was ready. And the team is completely available to help with anything. I had a question doing my molds and I got 3 different responses within 5 minutes. Great customer service!

First off the customer service is great! My treatment plan was originally for 15 weeks, but since my teeth were not exactly the way I wanted at the end they added an extra few weeks at no charge so I can get a perfect smile. The retainers have helped me feel more confident with my smile. The process has been slow and at times it feels like my teeth aren’t getting better, but my friends see a difference when I show them pictured. My teeth have definitely whitened and I can’t wait to have my straight teeth in a few weeks!

Updated on 04/09/2021: Although my treatment has taken a little longer than expected, I am very pleased with Byte, especially their customer service. My teeth were pretty crooked and overcrowded. Now, they look so much better and I still have a few more trays to go. I would recommend to anyone who is insecure about their teeth. Game changer.

Totally worth it! I am over half way through my treatment and I am very pleased with the results so far. The communication with Byte has been great. Not too many emails, but they do check in on me periodically so I don’t feel like I’m on my own.

I have had more fun with this whole Byte process than I could ever imagine. Teeth? Fun? Yes!!!! Everything has been explained so well; it’s just so easy! I get texts from my personal Byte advisor and my questions are answered within MINUTES. The whole world needs to know about Byte!

Byte really works. I worked for 31 years in law enforcement and my teeth moved as I got older. I tried Byte because I don't like office visits and it works better than I imagined. I can finally touch my back teeth together again. The front teeth are getting straightened as I type this.

I’ve always been skeptical about companies who offer cheaper/faster alternatives than the “traditional” way. But when two orthodontists tell you that it will cost $5,500 for braces and they also recommend jaw surgery which will of course be a separate surgery- I figured... why not? I’m currently on the tenth tray with my Byte journey and not only have I felt a different in my teeth, but it’s also super convenient when on the go. I’m a flight attendant who travels frequently and I take my trays on the go so my process isn’t interrupted. In addition to this, I have had questions and small concerns throughout the process. When voicing these issues I will like to give a special shoutout to the staffing of this entity. They are so sweet, quick to respond and VERY approachable. With this being said, I am very greatly for not only the product alone but the company as a whole. Thank you Byte!

Easy process to get started and great customer service! No in person visits to the dentist, and very affordable. I was able to see results after only a couple weeks of wearing the retainers. A service representative has been available to me when needed.

The aligners work super fast and they accomplish *exactly* what I wanted them to as far as my smile is concerned. I had expanders, braces, and Invisalign and it took years to complete. I broke my retainer one time and they told me I’d have to restart the process. I was dumb and figured my smile would be fine. Truly! I mean it! My smile sitch wasn’t horrible but I’d always been self-conscious of my teeth since I never had issues bad enough for braces. Byte was an excellent experience for me, I’m 50 and probably not the typical person who decides to get aligners. I was a little skeptical that I was too old for a big change, but wow what a difference 6 months makes. I started my journey with Byte 12 weeks ago and I started seeing results in the first 3 weeks. I expected tons of pain due to how much my bottom teeth need to move. I’ve had a little discomfort the first day each week that I put a new set in. But no discomfort after that first day. The BrightByte is AMAZING. It’s had my teeth whiter than I’ve seen them in years. I would highly recommend using them. Nothing beats not having to go to the orthodontist in person. The customer service is topnotch!!

Halfway through my Byte program. I'm middle aged and didn't know it would be possible to correct my teeth. They weren't horrible to begin with but I'm so excited that they will be much more uniform when I'm finished! The entire process is very organized and well thought out and packaged. Customer service is topnotch and they offer an affordable payment plan if you don't have insurance. They make a pretty boring product/process fun!

So far I’m loving my aligners! They don’t hurt and are very comfortable. It’s easy to take them out and put them in. And I can already feel my teeth feeling like they are ready to shift!
