I'm only in my 4th week, which is why only 3 stars, so I really don't have a lot of experience yet. The whole process of receiving it all was wonderful and easy. The aligners are very comfortable, I have no problems with them at all.

I was excited to start my journey and so far I think it’s working! My teeth feel and look like they are getting straighter! Obviously, there are a few pains or discomforts, but that’s expected as my teeth are shifting. I’m about halfway there to the finish line, and cannot wait to see my results!

Everything about the experience was easy to understand, and customer service was always there to help. I did wonder how long my treatment was and wanted a little more tangible info about that, so that’s really my only criticism. The only information I had was the amount of packets in the aligned box and was slightly confused about if I should be expecting more.

Overall, I'm enjoying my experience with Byte. I do really like the BrightByte and HyperByte products that are included in the treatment. A few things that I don't like are some of the discomforts I am experiencing. During the impressions part of the treatment, the trays did not seem to be made for the roof of the mouth. It was extremely hard to get it positioned around my teeth correctly and it was painful to have the plastic pushed into the roof of my mouth while waiting for the putty to set.

I saw a difference by my third set of aligners and it has only gotten better and better! You can't even tell they are on and the amount of time it takes to clean them is extremely minuscule compared to the results you will see. Purchasing this product would not be a mistake in any circumstance.

Byte is on top of it when it comes to service. I’ve had several emails and texts checking in on me in the process. Very impressed with their follow up and communication. I’ve written in questions and they’re always quick to reply and make sure I have the answers and care I need. This is rare these days and really makes Byte stand out.

Overall it has been a good experience from start to currently week 5. Shipping the impressions were quick and the email responses back for questions was quick too. I was expecting a little more personal emails or messages back to me, originally, but in the end all is well.

Updated on 01/21/2021: I’m in my fifth month of using Byte. It’s been great so far and I see a significant change in my teeth. There have been some air pockets at the bottom of my aligners in the later weeks. I wish it had been communicated to me clearly that this is less than desirable and must fit very snug before moving on to the next week. Once I brought this issue to customer service, they were very helpful and I’m moving back a few weeks in aligners to make sure my teeth are on track.

I am on week 10 of my Btye treatment plan and I am beyond excited to see the end result. Within two weeks I started to see my smile changing and have had no issues at all! I would highly recommend Btye over all other brands!

Tom the advisor assigned to me is very patient and accommodating. He gave me assurance and knowledge that I needed to get started with my treatment plan. I would give Byte six stars if I could. To start, their instructions are simple and they have a representative assigned to walk you through every step of the way — including insurance issues. But even better: I’ve seen improvement in three weeks. I’m actually blown away and can’t see what the rest of the 15 weeks can do to my smile.

I'm on my fourth week. I have to admit I've had an excellent experience with Byte. I wore braces for four years during my high school days. I lost my retainer a couple years after and my teeth ended shifting. I remember the painful experiences I had with normal metal braces and I definitely didn't want to go back to that. After four weeks of using the evening byte aligners, it's been awesome. They're easy to use, the plan is laid out for you weekly, and the representatives are helpful. They're quick to reply too. I am going on my 10th week of using Byte aligners and the experience has been great. The customer service was very slow in the beginning however when they did respond to me they were happy to help with any complications with my aligners. I think my biggest worry at first was buying into a program that some consider to be a bootleg version of another different, more expensive option. I ended up committing because there was nothing to do during the COVID-19 quarantine in New York, and I am so happy that I did. The communication has been fantastic, all the representatives are kind, I received responses to each of my emails within 48 hours, and the team is always willing to do what it takes to show support. I am grateful for the experience, and I look forward to finishing these last few weeks and getting my retainer.

I'm 3 weeks into my getting my new smile using Byte. It's very comfortable. I can feel my teeth shifting into the smile I've been wanting! Into the second set of aligners I did have a slight headache from the pressure but after removing the aligners for a few minutes then putting it back in place it felt much better!

After a little bit of miscommunication and lack of communication in the beginning of the process, I called Byte and everything changed from there. I purchased the aligners for my husband during the pandemic, so I understand that we were all still trying to adjust to a new reality. He is SUPER HAPPY with it and they fit perfectly he says. Receiving the kit with 15 weeks of aligners is a big "wow!", even though I wish we would receive the entire treatment at once instead of contacting Byte after 12 weeks to get the rest. Updated on 09/10/2020: My teeth were not that bad to begin with. I had braces when I was younger. I felt self conscious about the movement my teeth made (I did not wear my retainer). I decided to try Byte out. I am on week 14 of my aligners. I can see the progress it is making! I cannot wait to see the end result!
