So far I am loviiing my results! I am on retainer #5 halfway through my treatment ! Cant wait to see the final result !! The aligners are comfortable and they dont show at all!! Im excited !!! Yaaaay!!

The process was pretty smooth and the advisor was excellent when it came to the initial process. They will work around your credit score and financial situation to have a low monthly payment plan. I absolutely recommend this company. Also the process was straightforward and the instructions came with the impression kit. They are very detailed on what you have to do and will let you know what the next steps will be.

My experience with the molding of my teeth was easy than expected, I messed up one of the bottom teeth molding, but the second one was ok. Thank goodness for you guys given two moldings for both top and bottom teeth.

I am on Week 9 out of 10 and I am sad that I am almost done. I could tell a difference in my smile and teeth by week 3! The BrightByte that I received in my aligner kit is AMAZING! My whole experience with Byte has been beyond expectations! I am so glad I chose them to make my smile Beautiful!!

Updated on 09/25/2020: I have seen wonderful results and am currently on my week 11 aligners. I had very bad crowding and overbite on my top teeth and a few teeth on the bottom that needed love. I started seeing a difference a few weeks ago and now I am on the road to having a new smile with completely straight teeth! I love the whitener and breath refresher Bright Byte. My friends and family have commented about how white my teeth look. I did not give up coffee but I am diligent about flossing, brushing and using my bright byte foam in my aligners. I cannot wait to see how my smile will look when I am done! Byte is awesome and I recommend it!

My overall experience with Byte has been great! I received my impression kit fast and was very easy to do! I love the 3-D treatment plan they provide so you can see what to expect! The experience with Byte has been really seamless so far, the impression kit was easy and straightforward to use and I got a response back fairly quickly. My first impression was not accurate, so they sent me another kit for U$15. From the start I had all online support from a dedicated person which is very assuring. The second impression was good and I am waiting the 4-6 week to receive my devices. Pay process was also easy and all confirmations on a time base. Very satisfied!

Received my kit and it was self explanatory. Very easy to use and wonderful instructions. Received aligners earlier than expected. Started using them and actually like when they are in place. They are comfortable! What a pleasurable experience. I am 5 weeks in and have no complaints!

So far, I have been very happy with my experiences with Byte. The intro kit came quickly and the turnaround on my plan was so fast. Customer service was great, they followed up on a text question within minutes.

I felt my teeth have already been shifted from the first night. At first it was a very unusual feeling and I had to get used of it. But, after the first week of using the aligners it has become a part of my everyday routine.

So far the process of doing my impression kit to ordering my aligners has been a breeze. Every question that I've had has been answered quickly and they've been very reassuring. They're easy to contact with questions and they seem like they really care.

The process was quick and easy. In no time I had a treatment plan and my rep was consistently there to answer questions that I had. All I had to do was follow the user-friendly instructions and that was it!

A month ago I decided I was going to do a little self improvement project during this pandemic. After doing my homework, I decided on Byte. My teeth could use some straightening so I decided on Byte because their reviews and Customer Service have been fantastic.

I am a procrastinator. I am busy, work/life/family. I feel I never have time and forget things I need to do, often. Busy, busy. The BYTE team has reached out to me and reminded me of what I needed to do. They've not been pushy, nor overbearing with me. They have been patient. They worked with me on my insurance, unfortunately my insurance isn't great, but they recommended different payment options. I was not happy with my insurance but extremely grateful I had other options that I could afford. I have TMJ, and have been told to try braces but, they are too expensive and not something that I can afford. I am looking forward to straight teeth, white teeth and feeling better about my smile. The biggest fear for me? Sending in pictures of my face and teeth. I drag that one out a little too long. Thank you BYTE team.

The aligners are doing their work! Even just in three works, I can feel results happening. I will more than likely see a huge change by week 10, but I highly recommend Byte! Customer server, aligners, and overall service is an 11/10.

The Byte team is amazing! It is very easy to get a hold of them when you have questions. Their fast responses show that they truly care for their customers. To know that there is someone there when you need something and that they would not let your email sit there for weeks is reassuring.

I am on step 4 and so far I am so impressed. For such a short time and great price I can’t wait to see my teeth at the end. I plan on taking pictures at my halfway mark so I don’t feel self conscious about my smile now.

From the moment of ordering the impression kit, Byte customer service is there for me. They would send me auto-tracking of shipments, video guides, etc. They've been a help every step of the way. If you want your smile fixed and don't have time to wait at a doctor's office... and the price quote they give you is OUTRAGEOUS, Byte is for you!

Great service with responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and immensely helpful advisors. The first set of aligners didn't fit quite right due to my mistakes when taking the impressions (read the directions!). But they fixed the issue promptly with a whole new set of aligners at no extra cost!

Updated on 11/06/2020: My experience with Byte has been wonderful! I was a little nervous going into this but I research a lot of brands on offer and I'm so so glad I chose byte. The whole process has been so easy. I honestly can't believe my teeth have improved this much while I'm snoozing. I've been smiling so much and telling everyone about Byte. I'm nearing the end of my treatment and I'm so happy I can smile with confidence now!

My Byte experience has been great! Heaps of communication, very easy process and so far my results are exactly where they're supposed to be. I would definitely recommend Byte to a friend. I find the HyperByte to relieve any pain from moving onto a new set of aligners so recommend using it in the evening after changing.

I liked the courtesy of the ladies that helped me during the decision process. No pressure, made me feel like they really care and answered all of my questions. Gave me the impression that they like working there, and is not "just a job", But now after purchased the product there's no more love!

I’m waiting on my aligners to arrive but so far, the process has been very simple and Byte has been very informative. The tutorial video walked me through how to make my impressions and my treatment plan was back to me in less than a week.

Byte are very comfortable and easy to wear. At times I dont even feel I am wearing the aligners and affordable pricing as well. I would recommend Byte to friends and family because of their great service with their customers.

I’m just beginning my BYTE journey. So far the experience has been great. The instructions in my impression kit were very easy to follow. I received my impression kit 2 business days after placing my order, was able to take my impressions and send them back the very next day, then I received my treatment plan within a week after returning the impression kit!! Uploading my before photos and information online was really simple as well. Would recommend BYTE to anyone wanting to straighten and whiten their smile without going to a dentist office!

I’m currently on week four of my Byte treatment and my experience has been nothing but wonderful so far! Within the first two weeks I felt like my smile was already wider and straighter and now my family and friends are noticing a difference too! Also, the customer service has been exceptional. After combing through the various different teeth perfecting alternatives to braces, I came across Byte various times. I went to 3 different dentists and was quoted over 5k for my treatment. My experience with Byte has been amazing! I barely even notice that I have them on anymore. I can tell that my teeth are moving already. I’ve always been self conscious of my bottom teeth. I can’t wait to see when they’re finished!

I should be 3/4 through my treatment however I didn’t feel my teeth were improving as much as they should have so I reached out with my concerns and the Byte team sent over new impressions and then new aligners. Although I am grateful to have a team helping me achieve my goal smile I am a bit upset I had 14 more weeks added to the process but happy nonetheless!

Only on 1st week and so far minimal discomfort. Have been using the Hyperbyte which is soothing. Aligners appear to be of good quality.

After I ordered my mold kit, I quickly received an email and a text with instructions letting me know when I could expect the kit. I really see the improvement in my teeth shifting to the matching 3D picture I was displayed on how my teeth will look, I really have no complaints at all. I really just need a refill on my BrightByte cleaner. :)

The alignment process has been such an easy and manageable journey to follow. I can definitely feel the results coming in after only a few weeks. Although my teeth can hurt from moving so much, they aren’t uncomfortable to where I can’t eat or enjoy regular life.

What a great experience so far (4 weeks in), I've started right away with great customer service, whom all kept in contact from even before the day of purchase (molds). Even after receiving the kit, the team kept me updated with procedures and how to use the aligners correctly with recommended practices. I'd opted in getting the night time aligners due to the fact that my job requires me to actively communicate with my team members, unfortunately I was laid off due to the impact of COVID-19, but Byte customer service reassure to me that I was able to wear these aligners even more than 10+ hours, which I find that it fits snugly, comfortably and the convenience here is undervalued, all I need is 10+ hours. I actually enjoy wearing them. So far my experience have been great, don't be embarrass about your smile, be embarrass you didn't act right away!

We’ve completed the impression process & ordered our aligners. So far the process has been quick & easy! All of the Byte reps have been great about communicating and quickly answering our questions! We wanted to talk through our treatment plan and they were very patient in explaining it to us.

I had Invisalign in the past and for the crazy amounts of money I spent on the aligners there was limited customer service, retainer care information, or involvement from my orthodontist besides handing me the kit. The whole process to begin my new smile journey was amazing and super easy. The molding kit was prompt and had super easy to follow directions. Everything I needed was included (even the return mail label and envelope). My individual caregiver was super sweet and patiently answered all of my many questions.

Did some research on Aligners and this company had the best reviews and the quickest results. I’m excited to begin straightening my teeth out again. I did have braces years before but they have moved. The process was extremely easy to get impressions done. Lab was extremely fast and I got my plan in one day. I highly recommend joining the Byte family!

It’s been a great experience with amazing assistance. From the beginning of purchasing the kit, to receiving consultation, and receiving my liners, there has been amazing individuals who have followed up with me. It was easy to put on and take off after the first set. The BrightByte was nice and minty. I’m not sure about the whitening part of it, but it sure does clean the liners.

After only one month of wearing the Byte retainers I’m already seeing differences. The HyperByte technology instantly reduces any uncomfort and I actually look forward to using it. The retainers are so clear no one has even noticed that they are there. Excited to see the final results!

Affordable and efficient. Molding process can be done at home with aligners received within 4 weeks. There are two sets of molds in case you make a mistake which is great. The treatment process on swapping and cleansing aligners is easy to follow with results appearing quickly! I would greatly recommend.

I was one of the hesitant ones to proceed with aligners. Took me about two years to finally pull the trigger. Originally I was aiming for Invisalign, went through the whole orthodontics prep and procedures. I was already fitted and all but that 5k+ didn’t sit well so which didn’t included what I had already spent out of pocket for the prep and procedures. From then, I had always stayed in the loop with aligners. Contemplating between SDC and the other contenders at the time, yes pricing was dramatically reduced but the reviews got to me. So finally Byte came along, though they were fairly new, I kept them on the radar.

So for the past 12 weeks I’ve been doing Invisalign through Byte and I am absolutely OBSESSED???? Plus, I’m already almost done with my treatment! I used to be so self conscious about my crooked smile (especially after having braces for 10 WHOLE YEARS, major jaw surgery, and then like all high schoolers- not wearing my retainers???‍♀️). Byte’s customer services is OUTSTANDING and they have great payment plans. I am so glad I did this FOR MYSELF. After all the time it took me to perfect the right “no teeth smile” now I can smile as big as I want without any hesitation or self consciousness. Thank you Byte!!!?

I am currently waiting on my aligners, but the customer support has been phenomenal! The truly make the experience fantastic. I look forward to getting my aligners and being able to get my smile back. ❤️ Also, the Smile Science and progression video they give you in your treatment plan helps make the decision that much easier to purchase this.

So far, the ByteMe team and advisors have been amazing helping me figure out a treatment plan that works for me. They are quick to respond and Have answered all of my questions. Very friendly customer service. I can’t wait to receive my aligners and brightening kit.

I’ve tried so many different places like SmileDirect & Candid and it was always an issue. I am so excited and grateful of Byte! Also to top it off they have very very great customer service. Customer service is amazing, quick and efficient response, very attentive. The kits were Easy to use, I got it right on the first try, and they sent me what my results would look like only a few days after sending them my impressions.

Updated on 01/19/2021: While I reviewed how much I loved Byte at the beginning of my journey, I have an even better idea of how they conduct business now that I'm at the end of my Byte experience, and I have to say, I am still very pleased. Throughout my journey I have had insurance form and retainer fitting issues, as well as many questions, but the Byte team has helped me address everything in a timely manner. I read several reviews on how people had issues before beginning my journey, which made me doubtful at first, but after having issues of my own and seeing them all addressed appropriately I have no complaints. Just don't be afraid to reach out! No company is perfect, but with Byte's outstanding customer service, I'd say they're pretty dang close. You can tell that they really care about helping you! And my smile is perfect now, which is all you're really looking for anyways. ;)

I have yet to receive my aligners, BUT the process has been so easy and pleasant! The amount of dedication and attentiveness is so awesome! I was able to get all my questions answered and make this experience so exciting!

I've always hated my teeth and the way my smile looked in pictures. I always tried to smile with my mouth closed. I thought I was too old for it to ever change until I found out about Byte. I am only on week 4, but it has been going great. Customer service has been very helpful. It took some adjusting at first to wearing the aligners, but now it's a pretty smooth process and exciting to change to the new aligners each week. I can't wait to see my smile at the end of my treatment!

The overall experience - from the beginning up till now has been nothing be spectacular. They have kept in contact with me throughout the process to check on my progress. The representatives who I've come across are so friendly and are able to clearly answer my questions and concerns.

My Byte experience has been wonderful so far! It was an exciting day when I received my impression kit, the directions were easy to follow and they also had a customer service person call go over everything. So far it has been awesome!

Byte team has been tremendous with everything and Super affordable with versatile payment options... I attended Mint Ortho and have been trying to get treatment for months. Each time I went into the office there was some sort of rescheduling. I found byte and it has been only a few weeks and I’m ready to start treatment. I am now in week 6 of my treatment and it is going great! The Hyperbyte is an amazing addition to the treatment and really helps with the occasional discomfort when resuming treatment each night. After the first week or so of treatment the aligners are honestly hard to notice when wearing. Aside from the product and treatment itself, I am very happy with the customer service I have received. The staff at Byte is always very responsive and helpful!

I’m only five weeks into my treatment and my teeth already look great! I’m seeing great results. Everything is moving along smoothly and with minimal discomfort. I can’t wait to see what my teeth look like when I finish treatment!

I have teeth crowding and really really didn’t want to get braces because they are such an annoyance and they’re ugly. Plus, I knew I would have to have them for 2+ years. So I decided to get aligners. I was going to do Smile Direct because I always hear about it, but then I also heard about Byte. I did research and decided that I’d go for Byte because it was more affordable and it just looked more user friendly and hands on. Literally it has been the best choice I’ve made in my short 22 years. :) My advisor always answers my questions and the aligners come with teeth cleaner/whitener and a whole lot of instructions so that you have no trouble knowing what to do. I recommend doing to the night aligners too, because it’s just easier.

The impression kit got to me much quicker than I thought it would! Taking the impressions was super easy with the guides that fully explain how to take them properly! I had braces as a young teen, and my teeth have shifted. Aligners have my teeth looking close to how they used to, and I’m not even done yet. My bite and crowding have improved a lot already. Customer service has been great. I’m attaching before and current photos as well as projected plan before and afters. I’m not there yet, but you can already see improvement and will be there in a few more weeks!

I have not finished my treatment yet, so far the service has been exceptional. They have answered all my questions, they are polite and really try to help their customers. My treatment didn’t align my teeth as expected, so they sent me a new impression kit to re-do my treatment. The impression kit was stolen after delivery, so they sent me a another impression kit. My HyperByte also stopped working for no reason, and the company sent me a new one! The aligners are barely noticeable and the teeth cleaning is very gentle.

I came across Byte on a Facebook advertisement, but never thought much of it because I have really bad teeth and didn't think I'd qualify. Finally I said, what the heck, if I don't qualify, they refund the money for the impressions. I heard back quickly, and was a candidate! They sent me a time lapsed image of what my smile would look like at the completion of my treatment, and I was excited, so I went for it! So far so good! The packaging was awesome and the aligners fit great!
