Customer experience with my impression kit advisor is the reason I chose Byte over other competitors. Super informative and quick response to any and all of my questions. Updated on 09/08/2020: I start week 5 aligner set tomorrow and so excited to see final results. They have fit perfectly, no filing needed and everyone says they can't even tell I am wearing them, no lisp or anything. The first 2 weeks I had some uncomfortable moments but nothing to make you not want to wear them, just a little tightness and getting used to something in your mouth is all but by the time I started week 3 set it was all gone and now I have to actually check to make sure they are in sometimes because I don't feel them at all. It's hard not to sample food or do taste testing while cooking since you can't eat with them so it helps a lot with cutting back on snacking in between meals for sure - and of course that's a good thing! My lips are chapped a lot and really dry but nothing a little Carmex can't fix????

I never leave reviews but I think this experience deserves one. My first shot with impressions didn't work, they were totally on top of the sending me a new kit and coaching me through the 2nd time which turned out perfect. Updated on 09/30/2020: I have been using Byte for 3 weeks and can already see results! I was expecting it to be painful, but have only experienced very mild discomfort on the first day or two of each retainer. The customer service has been excellent and I can't wait for the final result!

Updated on 09/08/2021: I have been with Byte for a while now and I have noticed some movement and my teeth are looking more aligned each week. Byte customer experience has been great and they take care of your needs. Their response is fantastic as well and I recommend them to anyone!

I don’t review things, but.... I LOVED Byte!! The team I had was always one call away and they were so nice all the time! The aligners came just as they said, it is a 6-8 week wait after impressions but that’s to be expected! Everything was clean and sealed. :) They did hurt the first time I wore them but so did braces, it wasn’t nearly as bad though. Either way I recommend.

The first few days of treatment were uncomfortable, but that is the only issues I’ve had with any discomfort! I am currently on week 7 and notice progress every week. Eventually my teeth were not fitting the aligners just right, and with their Byte for life guarantee they sent me a new impression kit to resolve it. Customer service was great. The only think I would’ve liked was to have someone check in a little sooner in my treatment since everything is done virtually/remotely. Overall I’m satisfied. :) Compared to competitors, I definitely recommend Byte for the price, byte for life guarantee and the short length of treatment!

I have been look and researching liners for the past couple of years. I stumbled upon Byte by accident and decided to research them some more. Moving teeth is always uncomfortable but Byte has made the rest of the experience a breeze! I’ve been able to work on my smile from the safety of my home without setting foot in an orthodontist office! The whole process is so much faster than traditional braces! I did the online questions in less than 10 minutes, very easy and to the point. I got my aligners a few weeks after with all the instructions. Very understandable and easy to follow. The aligners I expected to hurt more but it’s only some pressure which is great for me and it was all a very good price compared to other aligners companies I was considering before finding Byte. Having a great experience so far. Aligners truly are clear and almost undetectable (they are detectable if someone is in your personal space but who does that esp during the Covid pandemic?). The aligners fit my teeth well esp after using the Hyperbyte. They are comfortable and snug. Pressure is expected as my teeth move but nothing that use of the hyperbyte and an occasional Tylenol can’t take care of. I can see my teeth moving so I know it works. Excited for the final look.

From the beginning, they gave you a clear plan and how long it would take to get the results you wanted. Myself, I didn't want to wear the aligners during the day so I was able to choose to wear them 10 hrs a night, doubling the time, but it was worth to me. My teeth look great, they closed my gaps.

To be honest, I am on my 5th week and have noticed very little changes because I have larger gaps. I do find that it is nice that no one can tell that I have them on. I did notice that my bite did change because again my gaps are large. I also know that my bone structure protrudes out a bit more. So, it will take a bit for everything to end up where it needs to be. So far, the hardest part is eating and eating out. It feels weird to chew now because my bite is off and I notice I can't chew my food thoroughly. I'm hoping that goes away as my teeth come together and inward. I would say the other hard thing is the pressure when I change the trays. I do use the Hyperbyte more than the average person. So, far it's a learning curve. It most certainly will take a while to get to my goal, but I am happy I'm closer to it.

My experience has been perfect! Customer service is outstanding and responds quickly and have ultimately been very proactive and thorough throughout my treatment. I’m about 5 weeks into my Byte trays. I’m incredibly pleased. From the start, the byte process was very easy to navigate. Customer service was fantastic across the board. This has been a wonderful experience! I LOVE my aligners. I am on week six and can definitely feel and see the changes in the position of my teeth. The Byte kit was a little tricky at first but the consumer service was a big help. The process was quick and easy and my aligners showed up within 4 weeks. I'm loving the experience so far! The removal process is a little difficult at first.

Impressed on all levels with this company, leading up to my purchase of invisible aligners. Website has legitimate before/after photos, is thorough with necessary information, Byte is less expensive than competitors, and takes less time for teeth to straighten bc of their patented HyperByte instrument (mini-vibration (5 min a day) to make teeth/jaw more receptive to movement/correction). There's an option to purchase night-only aligners as well. Impression kit was easy to use, with an accompanying instructional video. Turnaround time was fast from when I first ordered my impression kit to when I received a link to an interactive, virtual animation showing my pre-treatment teeth move into their post-treatment look. Byte corrects crowding, overbites, spacing, underbites, crossbites. There is also a lifetime guarantee. For tele-orthodontics, Byte is the winner (and I did my research).

The beginning experience was phenomenal and interactive. Communication was easy, and the process was presented clearly. Received the impression kit promptly with clear instructions. Approx 1 week after Byte received the impressions they had a treatment plan ready for review. Only a few weeks between paying and receiving the aligners and a full kit to help through the treatment time.

I’m almost done with week 3 moving into the 4th of 13 weeks total. So far I have had no issues and love how simple everything is. The first week my teeth were all quite sore but I have had braces before so I was prepared for a rough start. After the first 3 days the soreness subsided especially with the help of the Hyperbyte. Now when I change each week the soreness is very minimal if not any. Can’t wait to see the final result!

I’m still in the process of straightening my teeth and so far the process has been pretty easy. My experience with Byte has been generally good. The only thing I could take issue with is that I opted in for the night time only aligners and most of the support material was clearly made before this was an option. It's not a huge thing, recognizing that the instructions do not necessarily apply in all things and having to run the hyperbyte twice to get to 10 minutes' use time but it does feel like I'm a bit of an afterthought. I am about halfway through my aligners and I can already see my teeth moving and can imagine what they look like straightened out. All things considered, not a bad experience.

When I reached out to Byte someone immediately for with me and explained the process. Kit arrived in two days and they tracked my whole process. Any time I needed help not only were they texting me, but emailing and calling me through the whole process. I’m waiting on my aligners now. Give them a try. Byte deserves all the stars in the world!!

The professionalism and patience that Byte representatives have is unlike anyone I’ve worked with. Everyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant and quick with their responses. They have been knowledgeable and personable at the same time. I really have nothing negative to say.

I had braces for 7 years and it really ruined my enamel. I wish I had known about Byte a lot earlier so I wouldn’t have as many dental complications as I do now after having metal in my mouth for so long. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get their teeth straightened at an amazing price at that!
