I have been praising BYTE to all my friends and family. This is so easy to use and afford. I totally love it. No complaints. I would recommend this to anyone trying to improve their smile inexpensively. Do it today!

I am on my second week of my aligners and I am already starting to see/feel the difference. But let’s start from the beginning. Shall we? I ordered the Impression Kit and luckily I managed to get 2 out of the 4 impressions right. I like that Byte is aware that doing impressions at home for the first time has some room for mistakes and that I was able to get the whole impression for top and bottom down by my third and fourth try.

Was informed that if I submit two selfies with week 4 aligners, I would be receiving a bottle of butler foam. So far the aligners and service have been five out of five. Hope to receive the foam bottle in a timely effective manner. Thanks!

Beyond my expectation, I haven't had to file any aligners down, they snap right in place, no rough edges. The patient care specialist have been very helpful, and easy to communicate with, everything is going really well for me, I'm seeing results and that makes me very happy. Beyond pleased, Byte is the real deal.

I’m very excited about my treatment, right now I’m waiting for it to be manufactured. The the first kit was delivered fast and all the instructions were well explained and I didn’t have any problem doing all the process. My adviser has been there even when my kit hadn’t arrived yet. Everything till now has been satisfactory, even the way of payment they offer you. The staff is very pleasant!

When I was debating whether or not to go the aligner route I did a lot of research. Everything sounded super at BYTE and it turned out to be true. The entire process was well organized and very easy to follow. Frankly, I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

My experience has been really great!! I never imagined myself using invisible braces to straighten my teeth ever! I’m glad I decided to do this, now I feel more confident about smiling more and showing off my smile!!! I love Byte. ❤️

Stay away unless you want customer service to spam you constantly. After the impression kit arrived I got an email almost every day about sending it back. Once I sent it back they sent me the treatment plan and then sent me 6 messages asking if I was going to buy within 18 hours of sending the treatment plan. I made an appointment with my dentist to review their treatment plan because it showed one tooth moving quite a bit over the short time period and I was concerned. I also wanted time to think about how I wanted to spend $3000.

So far my Byte experience has been great! I’ve tried Aligners before through Smile Direct and they didn’t work very well for me. I love How easy they are to take care of and they are very durable. It is a little painful the first few days after switching to new Aligners but the byte device helps relieve the pain a lot! I’ve already seen major improvement and I’m on week 9 of 15! I highly recommend!

Updated on 12/09/2020: So far I’m seven weeks into my treatment and everything has gone very well. The service from the Byte team has been fast, supportive, and convenient. I couldn’t have picked a better team. I’ve encouraged a few people to try Byte for themselves, that’s how much I support them.

This experience was quick and easy. I am still going through the process of alignment but I wanted to comment on the superb customer service of this company. They check in often and I feel like I am being well taken care of. It’s also easy to contact customer service Via means such as text which is super convenient.

Impression kit was fairly easy to complete. Aligners are pretty comfortable. I like being able to take them out and don’t have to worry about what I eat like when I had braces. Came with a teeth whitening kit. The cleaner for the trays also whitens your teeth, although I went through most of the bottle by week 6. Does a great job getting the gunk off.

The Byte team is so attentive and helpful! They check in with me along the way and I really appreciate that. The process has been easy and I am definitely seeing results! I would and have recommended byte to friends and family.

I had a great experience working with Byte so far to correct my teeth. I am awaiting my final package to start my plan and am excited!! The process for the impressions are easy. The byte payment plan was easy and quick. They require a smile protection plan which is weird but I guess it just to protect my future great smile.

Byte has straightened my teeth out with a weekly aligner. It doesn’t hurt too bad; I am excited to see how it looks when I am done (about 4 more weeks). The customer service is alright.. I wasn’t able to get a refund on the $100 off Aligners promotion going on when I got my aligners???? Other than that, it has been smooth!

From day one my experience has been wonderful. The shipping for my impression kit was only a couple days and my Aligners followed only a couple weeks after they were accepted! Any questions I had were answer promptly with customer service.

I am on week 10 of my liners and there has been some problems as far as fitting is going and other dental concerns. I am in the process of trying to figure a way to Zoom in with the dentist. Hopefully this will happen. I think it would be a good idea to start with Zoom conferences with the dentist on initial consultation, in the middle of the Liner weeks and especially at the end. It just helps to touch base on the progression of how the teeth is moving and actually functioning within a person's mouth. I’m still in the process but hopefully it will turn out Good.

From ordering the impression kit to getting my first set of aligners, the whole process has been wonderful! My teeth are a little stubborn, so I had to reach out for refinements during treatment. The process was super easy, and I received my trays within weeks of ordering. They have fantastic customer service. Always so kind and ready to help!! I’m so happy that I chose Byte and cannot wait for the finished outcome!!

So far so good! Customer service is 10/10 so far. Looking forward to getting my aligners in the next few weeks. The treatment plan 3d image tool is great. I could not believe how quickly they got back to me with the plan. Took 4 days from when I shipped in my kit.

I love being able to make payments while still getting my treatment. Also my down payment wasn’t high. My advisor was there every step of the way to answer questions. I was a bit weary going into the process and doing so much hands on without a provider but, the team and their feedback was much more welcoming and offered more guidance than most doctor's office. After the price was said and done, it was still far less expensive than a traditional visit to an Ortho.

So far very impressed with Byte! I had so many questions before I signed up and each person that was assigned to me or I called in to made me feel like family! I no longer fear their process of long distance dentistry. In this day and age everyone is doing telemedicine so why not save a bundle of money to get this premium product which is the same as way more expensive brand! The invisible aligners are comfy in my mouth although they did take 5 days to get used to. Now a couple weeks in, changing weekly and using HyperByte I am well on my journey for my new smile! My teeth are also whiter after only one week! Awesome choice, highly recommend!

I am currently on the 6th week of my treatment and it has been smooth so far. The team is always there to support me and answer any questions that I may have. Overall, the process has been fairly easy, step by step guidance to follow and excellent customer service!

So far this company has been easier in the process up to leading to my personal plan. I was able to do all the first steps in a few weeks. I was also able to ask questions or any concerns I had in the process.

This company has amazing customer service with a staff that really cares about you! If I ever have a question they get back quickly and always offer help, and they are so incredibly nice! Not to mention the price cut from other aligner companies is very nice. The do it yourself style of sending in imprints and photos of your teeth wasn’t stressful because of the amount of help I was given. What an amazing staff!

Still only in week 4 but so far so good! My teeth are slowly moving along and are definitely whiter from the cleaning/whitening solution they provide. Their customer service has been fantastic right out of the gate. My mouth was too small for the molds and they shipped a replacement kit out immediately. They helped me get all my paperwork in ASAP to make sure I could utilize my benefits before they expired too. So excited to see the final outcome!

I was very intrigued by these aligners and how fast my teeth were going to shift but I can honestly say it’s been such a great experience to do this. No hassle at all, you don’t have to go to the orthodontist every month....I totally recommend trying Byte.

I signed up for Byte because they were the company with the best reviews for aligners. The reviews weren’t wrong and I’m completely happy with my treatment plan. I’m on the second round since my teeth didn’t move as fast as planned but customer service is amazing and are always there to answer any questions. I have had the best experience with my Byte Advisor. She has been so helpful and nice to have. Having a personal advisor for this service alone is reason enough to choose Byte over their competitors. When I received my impression kit she had reminded me and was there if I had any questions. The whole process so far has been so clear and easy. I tried the invisible aligner thing way before Byte with Smile Direct Club and the difference in customer service and ultimately your results is beyond me. I thought aligners were always supposed to be super uncomfortable when switching but when I started my program with byte I never had any pain! The process was absolutely seamless, send impressions, review program and just wait and watch. With my SDC it took up to 3-4 months to receive my shipment (even though I paid to fast track my order) and to top it off none of the aligners fit. That was just the beginning of my nightmare with them and I was honestly so disheartened and I honestly thought I would just have to get veneers but look at me now thanks to byte????

While on my Byte journey the Byte team has been nothing but helpful and timely in all responses. When I reach out with questions all Byte representatives are positive and very willing to help with anything I need. I have called Byte on two occasions, once with questions about being sent more aligners because I was unsatisfied with my teeth movement. This was so easy compared to other alignment brands. I didn’t have to travel to some store to get a scan of my teeth, and I didn’t have to wait a month for someone to get back to me. They sent the impressions kit, I did my impression, I sent them back, and within a week I had my personalized treatment plan. They use super affordable financing options, which I appreciate as a college student. And my representative Kaylie was amazing! I have been super impressed with the customer service and turn around times with Byte. From the time I inquired about aligners the customer service team was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My impression kit arrived within a few days of ordering. I did have an issue with the trays being too big for my mouth, but as soon as I contacted customer service they sent a smaller set out which I also received within a couple of days.

The Byte team is above and beyond! My lower teeth didn’t move as much as I had hoped. When I reached out to the byte team they were amazing! They are sending me additional aligners to assure I get MY desired look! (At no additional cost!) I am absolutely thrilled that they are a company that stands by their word and their product! I loved my Byte experience so far! My advisor Jess was wonderful. She basically became my best friend in a matter of just a few conversations. Byte is fast, they make an often uncomfortable topic super easy to chat about. No one wants to talk about what they don't like about themselves with a stranger. However my advisor was so amazing and personable it was like she had been my friend for years. It helped that she too was a Byte user and could tell me about her personal experience. She kept it real and was very honest. Having worked in customer service myself for several years, I can tell when someone has good customer service skills and when I would fire them if they worked for me! The customer experience is what can make or break a sale especially when there are other companies you could spend your money with. I definitely recommend Byte. They are affordable and worth it! I am halfway through my Byte treatment and I can't say enough about this company. The marketing is great, the packaging is great, the process is super easy. The best part though is their customer service. They have always been super quick to respond to any question and are always helpful. I was even not 100% satisfied with how my treatment was going and they immediately sent me a new kit and told me not to worry that they would send me new aligners to make sure I was satisfied with my plan. I would HIGHLY recommend. I did a lot of research on competitors and this is the best.

I’m on week 11 of what was originally supposed to be 21 weeks. At no fault of Byte, my teeth aren’t progressing the way they hoped. Though there is very noticeable change, the aligners aren’t fitting correctly. But almost at the snap of my fingers, Byte is on it and sending me a new impression kit to get me refitted and back on track at no additional cost. The process has been so simple and easy so far. 10/10 would recommend!

I've had Byte retainers for 15 weeks now. It has been such an easy process from beginning to end; from when they send the package to get your teeth molds, to when they send you your retainers and explain thoroughly how to use them. I was also offered the night time only retainers which helped since I've still been working and I have more time at night to focus on Byte. The Hyperbyte has been great, too. It really has made the process less painful! The customer service is on point! They always get back to you so quickly whether you have questions about getting a new hyperbyte, any insurance issues, reordering more whitener, etc. I am happy I decided to go with Byte out of all programs!

I like the lifetime guarantee. Even if treatment takes longer I like knowing it’s backed by that guarantee! Plus the free retainers at the end are a huge plus! Not all companies offer that. And the email support was easy and fast!

I really appreciated the emails and information given before and along the way. Someone was always checking up and making sure that everything was okay. So far I can see my front top middle two teeth are getting a lot straighter. Excited to see the final results.

They told me it would take a few months and I’m almost to the 2 year mark come February. They’ve been great about working with me but it’s been such a hassle overall. My teeth have certainly moved and I thankful for that.

I’ve had braces multiple times in my life and I feel each time I have had to give up a lot in my life for very little payout. I am on week 12/25 of my Byte treatment and can already tell such a huge difference without feeling like I have had to give up much! Ideal treatment for the busy adult!

Once I finally received my aligners everything was great. Getting them was frustrating. First, they seemed to have “lost” my impressions. Then sent me not one, but two more impression kits. After that they somehow found my first set. This whole process took over a month. Then I completed the first 15 weeks thinking I was about done...not realizing that they only sent the first 15/19 sets. I didn’t know I needed to get four more sets or else I would have been more proactive about getting them because now I have to wait weeks before getting them which will delay me even more.

Customer service from Byte team are outstanding. (Shoutout to Hunter E. You are the best customer service.) They made sure that I'm staying on track with my treatment and always response fast. I paid in full for my treatment and personally worried a little bit in the beginning that after service they might be lacking if I paid it all at once BUT with Byte there is no exception, either you paid in full or making payment plans they are consistence and trustworthy. I was in direct contact with a rep who was able to change details ASAP when they came up. No question went unanswered. The package for my impressions came and was easy to send off and they let me know the minute they were received. I also was able to use my care credit for the liners.

I just started but everyone was very helpful and offered the necessary information. The whitening is so great! I would like to have more. My aligners are for night use and I feel very comfortable with them during the night.

I am a little disappointed because my initial treatment plan was 17 weeks and at the end of the initial treatment my teeth were not as straight as expected. I then was sent a second set of aligners for a treatment plan that is 13 weeks. The good news is that there was no charge for the second set of aligners. The bad news is that the second set of aligners required training and were not scalloped like the initial set.

Very easy to work with and I'm glad I chose them for all the help they provided. They have answered any question quickly and got back to me asap. They made the paying process easy and given me enough time to get everything submitted.

Customer service was really helpful, really timely any time I have a request/question. Getting the aligners was a surprisingly easy process. Would really recommend using them. They’re also much cheaper than other services! The Hyperbyte is very interesting, helps set the aligners. The aligners can hurt a little so just be prepared.

My teeth feel aligned and more protected after using Byte. Thank you for helping me get me a better smile. I was in a lot of pain getting rid of this overbite over the past months. Now I am ready to move on to get these teeth perfect.

I’d read raving reviews for Byte for a while before giving it a try and so far, the experience has gone well. Bright byte really has my teeth looking immaculate without being harsh and yucky like other whiteners. I’m on week 13 and after communicating on my progress, they’re sending another impression kit for my stubborn canines so the Byte for Life Guarantee is a fact!

Overall it has been a very good experience so far with Byte at Night. Impression kit done at home with no doctor visit. Got slingers only 2 weeks later. Byte advisor is a salesperson, not a tooth expert, and can be a little pushy. That being said, I asked for a modification to my treatment plan and she got it done almost immediately. I have had no pain or discomfort, and my family doesn’t even know when the aligners are in my mouth even though they are pretty thick. The only part I don’t really enjoy is taking the aligners out.

I have started a teeth alignment program with Byte using a series of plastic trays custom molded for my teeth. I am in the 4th week and have had no problems so far. Getting used to the trays in my mouth didn't seem to take much time at all. The customer service is very good - I have received prompt responses to all of my questions. Byte does seem to be a first class company.

The complete experience has been amazing. I had some trepidation at first but once I started the journey I was wildly surprised. Everything from the aligners to the Hyperbyte has been great. Customer service is amazing as well. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone.

Real easy program to use. Getting the impression was not hard to do at all and quick to respond back through emails. I really like the teeth whitener that comes with the kit. The kit also comes with all of the aligners you will need to complete your treatment and you do not have to wait on getting your next set. What is the best thing is not having to make an appointment and going to the orthodontist every month!

The customer service is amazing since you get a real life person assisting you along the way from ordering impressions to sending them back and getting the treatment plan to paying for the liners and getting them started. The cost is much less than traditional braces and so far I’m impressed with everything including the easy to use website. There have been a few times during the last 10 months where my teeth fell off track and I needed to re-take my impressions. The customer service dept has been fantastic through this whole process. I can see such a difference in my teeth. My overcrowding is not an issue anymore. I am waiting on my last set of refinements and this should make everything perfect. My Byte treatment took only 3 1/2 (or so they claimed) months to complete! My teeth are straightened and my teeth only really hurt for the first week or so. It was such an easy and much more accessible option, and as someone with pretty severe dentist anxiety, it helped me feel even more confident being able to manage things from home. The only issue I encountered was that my Hyperbyte stopped working a week or two into my treatment, and they replaced it for me pretty quickly free of extra charge! The treatment is ending up taking much longer than expected, some of the “change once a week trays” took my teeth two weeks or more. Just depends on your teeth and your anatomy! Just don’t expect things to end right on time. All around a pretty seamless route to more confidence!

After two independent dentists told me I needed to change the structure of my teeth I chose to give Byte a try. I’ve just completed my first month of the Byte 10-hour nighttime program. The retainers are very comfortable and I am beginning to see/feel my teeth shifting already. I'm currently on the step 3/14 of my aligners, but I have loved the customer service, since the beginning they were really helpful and even applied a discount to my purchase. Also they kept me informed at every step of the process from receiving my impression kit until I got my aligners. Both packages were really beautiful and came with a bunch of instructions and references to videos explaining how to proceed in each step. Talking about the actual aligners the first set was a bit painful, but once that you get use to it, the other sets sit comfortably. I can see and feel how my teeth are moving and I'm really excited to check my new smile.

I have so loved using Byte aligners! They are super simple and work so well. Loving my new smile???? And it only took 12 weeks!!! Also great service with quick responses to questions. Even the box they come in is so nice, everything was simple to use and very high quality.

I feel like my teeth needed a bit more work especially on 2 different areas. I've also been using the Byte 20 minutes a day now, because that's what the customer service has asked. Hopefully that helps in the next 2 weeks before my ending treatment comes to an end.

I’m a little over halfway through my treatment and I’m very pleased with my experience. Not only are my teeth moving fairly quickly and relatively comfortably, but the customer care offered from the Byte team is unmatched. They’ve been there for me every step of the way. I have seen drastic changes to smile! My gap in my front teeth is almost gone. I had to re-order more aligners because they didn't fit exactly but they sent me a new kit to retake my molds free of charge!! I can't wait to see the end results of my smile!

The set up is easy. Everything works fine until I got to the end of my 3 month treatment. Took before and after pics and my teeth didn't move. Waiting for another set of retainers. Taking much longer than expected and not sure if it will work this time. They emailed and said this is normal but to me, this seems far from what I expected. Now I am waiting for about a month with my temporary retainer waiting for my new set so I can finish the process.

I'm just getting started with Byte and the customer support is amazing! I would definitely recommend. I previously went with another company and they have just deserted me and left me incomplete with my plan. So glad to work with Byte. Wish I would have chosen them first.
