Every person I’ve come in contact with that works with Byte has been very helpful professional and pleasant! The payment plan is very reasonable. Making my impressions was stress free and the directions were easy to follow. Looking forward to getting my aligners! I was worried doing this interactively vs in an orthodontist office would be less personal, but it isn’t.

I have had the best experience with Byte so far. The impression process to make my aligners was extremely user friendly and simple. The instructions were flawless and I was able to do them from home in less than a half an hour. No appointments necessary. The thing I like the most about the company is that they are personable. Their customer service is great, and I have truly felt like they care about me. They clearly go out of their way to make the experience of fixing your teeth fun and worry-free.

I’m in my 40s and I’ve always wanted to straighten my teeth but just never had the interest for braces. Nor was I looking to spend a lot of money. I discovered Byte and never looked back! Byte is so convenient; never left my house, all the while had remarkable customer service since day 1. I’m on week 5 of my 15-week treatment and have already noticed changes in my teeth. I’ve had braces from an orthodontist office twice in my life, first as a teenager and then as an adult to correct what the first one didn’t do properly. After my second go with braces I had retainers for twelve years, which eventually wore out. I found Byte online and since my teeth has slipped since my retainers were broken I signed up for the impression kit and didn’t look back! Just started week 6 of my Byte aligners. I can tell a difference in my smile. Still have 22 weeks left until I complete but so far the staff has been kind helpful and my teeth are moving in the right direction!

So far I have loved Byte!!! The customer service has been amazing! I receive snow the whitening kit for free. I can’t wait to receive my aligner! I used to have super straight teeth and can’t wait to have them back again!

I think my biggest worry at first was buying into a program that some consider to be a bootleg version of another different, more expensive option. I ended up committing because there was nothing to do during the COVID-19 quarantine in New York, and I am so happy that I did. The communication has been fantastic, all the representatives are kind, I received responses to each of my emails within 48 hours, and the team is always willing to do what it takes to show support. I am grateful for the experience, and I look forward to finishing these last few weeks and getting my retainer.

I'm 3 weeks into my getting my new smile using Byte. It's very comfortable. I can feel my teeth shifting into the smile I've been wanting! Into the second set of aligners I did have a slight headache from the pressure but after removing the aligners for a few minutes then putting it back in place it felt much better!

The customer service at Byte is incredible!! I received so many emails, texts, and prompt responses throughout my entire process making it easy and answering any and all questions that I had. Currently I'm in the process of receiving my aligners and I honestly could not be happier or more excited that I chose Byte on this journey of transforming my smile.

After a little bit of miscommunication and lack of communication in the beginning of the process, I called Byte and everything changed from there. I purchased the aligners for my husband during the pandemic, so I understand that we were all still trying to adjust to a new reality. He is SUPER HAPPY with it and they fit perfectly he says. Receiving the kit with 15 weeks of aligners is a big "wow!", even though I wish we would receive the entire treatment at once instead of contacting Byte after 12 weeks to get the rest. We got the night treatment and my husband is wearing them for a couple more nights so the transition to the next set is not as harsh. He says he feels the pressure as if someone was pushing his teeth, but no pain. We're only on the 3rd set and can't wait to see the results!

Byte's marketing and website really stood out to me over the other aligned companies. They made the impression mold process pretty easy and I was well informed. They also made payment process very affordable for me by offering several payment options. I'm getting my kit today, so I only had to wait about a week, and I'm excited to start straightening my teeth by myself!

Updated on 09/10/2020: My teeth were not that bad to begin with. I had braces when I was younger. I felt self conscious about the movement my teeth made (I did not wear my retainer). I decided to try Byte out. I am on week 14 of my aligners. I can see the progress it is making! I cannot wait to see the end result!

So far my experience has been great! My impression kit came within a week. My treatment plan looks amazing and my Byte advisor, Andrew, is super helpful. Any and all questions I’ve had have been answered within an hour of my inquiry. Can’t wait to get started!

From beginning my research to actually purchasing my aligners and using them for almost a month now, Byte has exceeded my expectations. Amazing customer service and pricing. As well as an awesome consultation, resulting in my deciding to go with Byte at Night aligners. Great medical team and little to no discomfort during my entire treatment thus far, thanks to HyperByte. I pop my aligners in at bedtime and remove in the morning before work. Easy to use self impressions guide, awesome packaging and lovely instructions videos. Process was quick and easy and shipping was quick. Support is awesome and responds back almost the same day. Love it so far. Their insurance team is also great. I have recommended it to many of my friends.

The process was pretty smooth and the advisor was excellent when it came to the initial process. They will work around your credit score and financial situation to have a low monthly payment plan. I absolutely recommend this company. Also the process was straightforward and the instructions came with the impression kit. They are very detailed on what you have to do and will let you know what the next steps will be.

My experience with the molding of my teeth was easy than expected, I messed up one of the bottom teeth molding, but the second one was ok. Thank goodness for you guys given two moldings for both top and bottom teeth.

Updated on 09/25/2020: I have seen wonderful results and am currently on my week 11 aligners. I had very bad crowding and overbite on my top teeth and a few teeth on the bottom that needed love. I started seeing a difference a few weeks ago and now I am on the road to having a new smile with completely straight teeth! I love the whitener and breath refresher Bright Byte. My friends and family have commented about how white my teeth look. I did not give up coffee but I am diligent about flossing, brushing and using my bright byte foam in my aligners. I cannot wait to see how my smile will look when I am done! Byte is awesome and I recommend it!

My first impression was not accurate, so they sent me another kit for U$15. From the start I had all online support from a dedicated person which is very assuring. The second impression was good and I am waiting the 4-6 week to receive my devices. Pay process was also easy and all confirmations on a time base. Very satisfied!

Received my kit and it was self explanatory. Very easy to use and wonderful instructions. Received aligners earlier than expected. Started using them and actually like when they are in place. They are comfortable! What a pleasurable experience. I am 5 weeks in and have no complaints!

I have TMJ, and have been told to try braces but, they are too expensive and not something that I can afford. I am looking forward to straight teeth, white teeth and feeling better about my smile. The biggest fear for me? Sending in pictures of my face and teeth. I drag that one out a little too long. Thank you BYTE team.

The aligners are doing their work! Even just in three works, I can feel results happening. I will more than likely see a huge change by week 10, but I highly recommend Byte! Customer server, aligners, and overall service is an 11/10.

Great service with responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and immensely helpful advisors. The first set of aligners didn't fit quite right due to my mistakes when taking the impressions (read the directions!). But they fixed the issue promptly with a whole new set of aligners at no extra cost!

The whole process has been so easy. I honestly can't believe my teeth have improved this much while I'm snoozing. I've been smiling so much and telling everyone about Byte. I'm nearing the end of my treatment and I'm so happy I can smile with confidence now!

My Byte experience has been great! Heaps of communication, very easy process and so far my results are exactly where they're supposed to be. I would definitely recommend Byte to a friend. I find the HyperByte to relieve any pain from moving onto a new set of aligners so recommend using it in the evening after changing.

I received my impression kit 2 business days after placing my order, was able to take my impressions and send them back the very next day, then I received my treatment plan within a week after returning the impression kit!! Today is week 1.. and day 1.. I was confused with the number of aligners I got.. There was a wait for the customer service phone.. So I left my number to call me back and it was quick.. Customers service is really good.

What a great experience so far (4 weeks in), I've started right away with great customer service, whom all kept in contact from even before the day of purchase (molds). Even after receiving the kit, the team kept me updated with procedures and how to use the aligners correctly with recommended practices. I'd opted in getting the night time aligners due to the fact that my job requires me to actively communicate with my team members, unfortunately I was laid off due to the impact of COVID-19, but Byte customer service reassure to me that I was able to wear these aligners even more than 10+ hours, which I find that it fits snugly, comfortably and the convenience here is undervalued, all I need is 10+ hours. I actually enjoy wearing them. So far my experience have been great, don't be embarrass about your smile, be embarrass you didn't act right away!

We’ve completed the impression process & ordered our aligners. So far the process has been quick & easy! All of the Byte reps have been great about communicating and quickly answering our questions! We wanted to talk through our treatment plan and they were very patient in explaining it to us.

I was nervous to start Byte. The whole process to begin my new smile journey was amazing and super easy. The molding kit was prompt and had super easy to follow directions. Everything I needed was included (even the return mail label and envelope). My individual caregiver was super sweet and patiently answered all of my many questions.

I just purchased my plan, and have so far been very satisfied with the process. It only took a few days to get my future smile model, and the personal Byte advisor immediately reached out to ask if I was satisfied with how it looked. I’m excited to get my aligners.

So far I am halfway through my treatment. I have loved every bit of it. At my third pair of aligners I already felt a huge difference in my teeth! Did some research on Aligners and this company had the best reviews and the quickest results. I’m excited to begin straightening my teeth out again. I did have braces years before but they have moved. The process was extremely easy to get impressions done. Lab was extremely fast and I got my plan in one day. It’s been a great experience with amazing assistance. From the beginning of purchasing the kit, to receiving consultation, and receiving my liners, there has been amazing individuals who have followed up with me. It was easy to put on and take off after the first set. The BrightByte was nice and minty. I’m not sure about the whitening part of it, but it sure does clean the liners.

Affordable and efficient. Molding process can be done at home with aligners received within 4 weeks. There are two sets of molds in case you make a mistake which is great. The treatment process on swapping and cleansing aligners is easy to follow with results appearing quickly! I would greatly recommend.

I was one of the hesitant ones to proceed with aligners. Took me about two years to finally pull the trigger. Originally I was aiming for Invisalign, went through the whole orthodontics prep and procedures. I was already fitted and all but that 5k+ didn’t sit well so which didn’t included what I had already spent out of pocket for the prep and procedures. From then, I had always stayed in the loop with aligners. Contemplating between SDC and the other contenders at the time, yes pricing was dramatically reduced but the reviews got to me. So finally Byte came along, though they were fairly new, I kept them on the radar.

So for the past 12 weeks I’ve been doing Invisalign through Byte and I am absolutely OBSESSED???? Plus, I’m already almost done with my treatment! I used to be so self conscious about my crooked smile (especially after having braces for 10 WHOLE YEARS, major jaw surgery, and then like all high schoolers- not wearing my retainers???‍♀️). I’ve received great customer service and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I did have issues with receiving responses to questions I felt were important so I gave customer service a call and received everything I needed! So happy with this service as of now!

Updated on 01/19/2021: While I reviewed how much I loved Byte at the beginning of my journey, I have an even better idea of how they conduct business now that I'm at the end of my Byte experience, and I have to say, I am still very pleased. Throughout my journey I have had insurance form and retainer fitting issues, as well as many questions, but the Byte team has helped me address everything in a timely manner. I read several reviews on how people had issues before beginning my journey, which made me doubtful at first, but after having issues of my own and seeing them all addressed appropriately I have no complaints. Just don't be afraid to reach out! No company is perfect, but with Byte's outstanding customer service, I'd say they're pretty dang close. You can tell that they really care about helping you! And my smile is perfect now, which is all you're really looking for anyways. ;)

I have yet to receive my aligners, BUT the process has been so easy and pleasant! The amount of dedication and attentiveness is so awesome! I was able to get all my questions answered and make this experience so exciting!

I've always hated my teeth and the way my smile looked in pictures. I always tried to smile with my mouth closed. I thought I was too old for it to ever change until I found out about Byte. I am only on week 4, but it has been going great. Customer service has been very helpful. It took some adjusting at first to wearing the aligners, but now it's a pretty smooth process and exciting to change to the new aligners each week. I can't wait to see my smile at the end of my treatment!

I am now in week 6 of my treatment and it is going great! The Hyperbyte is an amazing addition to the treatment and really helps with the occasional discomfort when resuming treatment each night. After the first week or so of treatment the aligners are honestly hard to notice when wearing. Aside from the product and treatment itself, I am very happy with the customer service I have received. I have teeth crowding and really really didn’t want to get braces because they are such an annoyance and they’re ugly. Plus, I knew I would have to have them for 2+ years. So I decided to get aligners. I was going to do Smile Direct because I always hear about it, but then I also heard about Byte. I did research and decided that I’d go for Byte because it was more affordable and it just looked more user friendly and hands on. Literally it has been the best choice I’ve made in my short 22 years. :) My advisor always answers my questions and the aligners come with teeth cleaner/whitener and a whole lot of instructions so that you have no trouble knowing what to do. I recommend doing to the night aligners too, because it’s just easier.

The impression kit got to me much quicker than I thought it would! Taking the impressions was super easy with the guides that fully explain how to take them properly! I had braces as a young teen, and my teeth have shifted. Aligners have my teeth looking close to how they used to, and I’m not even done yet. My bite and crowding have improved a lot already. Customer service has been great. I’m attaching before and current photos as well as projected plan before and afters. I have not finished my treatment yet, so far the service has been exceptional. They have answered all my questions, they are polite and really try to help their customers. My treatment didn’t align my teeth as expected, so they sent me a new impression kit to re-do my treatment. The impression kit was stolen after delivery, so they sent me a another impression kit. My HyperByte also stopped working for no reason, and the company sent me a new one! The aligners are barely noticeable and the teeth cleaning is very gentle.

My Byte experience so far has been amazing. I’ve started my journey about 5 weeks ago, and I have slightly started seeing improvement. The instructions are very straightforward and impossible to miss-read. Each week I change to a tighter aligner and I can feel my teeth shifting slowly. I am extremely excited to see the end result. I came across Byte on a Facebook advertisement, but never thought much of it because I have really bad teeth and didn't think I'd qualify. Finally I said, what the heck, if I don't qualify, they refund the money for the impressions. I heard back quickly, and was a candidate! They sent me a time lapsed image of what my smile would look like at the completion of my treatment, and I was excited, so I went for it! So far so good! The packaging was awesome and the aligners fit great!

From the start of my Byte experience I have had nothing but positive things to say. The molding process was simple, my byte plan was easy to understand, financing was a breeze, and I am around halfway through my treatment and not only can I already see my teeth getting much straighter, they are whiter than ever. So far so good. Doing well and teeth are moving into place nicely. Teeth whitening is becoming better and better. I still need to get my bottom retainer removed before I start my bottom. Although I didn’t need much change it has been working well for me and am happy with the progress.

I cannot recommend ByteMe enough! I was wary of going ahead without visiting a dentist or orthodontist in person but the care and guidance offered and given throughout the entire process was outstanding. As soon as I ordered my impression kit (which I couldn't believe was so cheap with no obligation) I had a consultant contact me via email (which was great as I didn't want constant phone calls) and this immediate support made me feel confident I had made the right choice. The instructional videos were great and I actually enjoyed the whole process. It was all so swift! The customer support throughout the payment and ordering was also outstanding and I was treated like a VIP. Highly recommend!

The notes of encouragement in my new packet of aligners put a smile on my face. I started the Byte experience because I wasn’t confident with my smile. Sometimes I hated a picture just because of it. I’ve started the treatment only 3 weeks ago but I’ve already seen improvement.
