Byte's customer service is amazing! They are super attentive and are always trying to see how they can help you out. Because of their great service I was convinced of buying the aligners. I'm really excited to start my treatment!

I’m a new customer with Byte and I’m very pleased with their friendliness and great customer service. I did my research before choosing Byte and I’m so glad I went with them. I’m so excited to have a new straight and whiter smile in just a few months.

Halfway through my regimen and so far satisfied. The impressions kit to get started was easy. Convenient to do from your home. App guides you straight through the process. Customer service has been quick to respond to any questions along the way and very helpful!

I struggled with gapped teeth from thumb sucking as a child and never got braces. I am a month away from finishing treatment and see a tremendous difference. I highly Recommend Byte to anyone wanting fast results with a high pain tolerance LOL.

Byte’s service was extremely easy to use and everything was super quick. The impression kit was simple to use and when I ordered my actual aligners they arrived in half the expected time. I’m only about 1 week into my aligners but so far the discomfort is minimal and it’s so much easier to function with than I thought. Highly recommend if you’re on the fence.

Updated on 01/08/2021: The Customer Care Team at Byte is extremely easy to work with. The entire process, from molds to receiving the aligners was really straightforward, and the aligners are clearly labeled so that each week you can switch to new aligners seamlessly. Week 10, I can already tell it's working!

I purchased my aligners around April 2020 and have since need 2 more and now I've been in the same ones for about 7 weeks. Still waiting on yet another impression kit. I don't get calls, can't leave a review, and after researching the BBB find that these reviews are not real. They got my money and now I wait.

I have honestly been so impressed with the customer service. Kim is my advisor and she has been nothing but a huge help to me. She was able to check to see about my care credit card. She provided me with lots of information on any question I asked. I definitely recommend!

Great customer service provided by Byte with prompt responses from team. And always followed up and checked in on how my treatment is going. I’m still in the middle of my treatment so I can’t speak for that yet but they do have good customer service.

I’m excited to start my experience with Byte! The process of creating the molds and shipping them off to getting it seen was super easy! I enjoyed the detailed visuals during the molds process because it was helpful. My byte advisor was very attentive and friendly to making sure everything was running smooth.

My Experience with Byte has been awesome! I thought I would have to do the metal braces that cost upwards to $6,500. If I had known that I could do this I would have done this years ago! I am so happy with the progress and in so little time and it is way cheaper than the metal braces by far and I didn't have to go get anything tightened so this has been a perfect experience for me and I'm actually going to get my stepson to do it also!! I can see a huge difference after seven weeks. I had a gappy smile and those gaps are shrinking fast. I went with the nighttime only aligners and I definitely made the right choice... Don't have to work about eating or drinking, just sleep through the night!

Hi, While it was noted that shipping would be delayed due to the pandemic, my aligners came in earlier than expected and I am currently on week 4. I don't notice any drastic changes, but my whole treatment is supposed to be 7.5 months long. I am so excited to see the end result!

While I haven't started my treatment yet, I love having a personal Byte Advisor who is always willing to address any concerns I may have. Furthermore, the fact that they're willing to connect via text is a plus for me.

In searching for aligners, I checked and re-check with both my insurer (Met dental) as well as Byte that the coverage would be easy. I was reassured on both ends it would be. It has been an actual nightmare, and I have learned that in my case, the orthodontist that Byte facilitates treatment through receives hundreds of reimbursement checks a year that should be delivered to the patient. The insurer then tried to make the Orthodontist responsible for this and ask them to pay me directly, which they cannot legally do. I would avoid using Byte because there is a systematic issue that the insurer and the company will not take responsibility for after they have your money. I am still fighting for my reimbursement, and know that there are literally hundreds of patients who are in the same situation as I am. Email me if you have found yourself in this situation **.

The customer service is really nice and my aligners came faster than 6 weeks! Would tell a friend! My teeth are a lot straighter and whiter! Using the hyper Byte of was easy as well and made the process faster! I want to try the snow at home whitening kit soon.

I have had a decent experience so far but I am only on week 1. I like that there are multiple customer service representatives, and that there is a website to show you the progress your teeth is supposed to have.

I cannot even begin to describe how good the customer service is at Byte. From the minute I bought my kit they were there with me the whole way! Courtnee was absolutely phenomenal! The options for payment were quick and easy to sign up for as well. I get my aligners in 1-2 more weeks and I cannot wait to start the process. Highly recommend to anyone!

I tried Smile Direct Club 3 different times; Once myself doing the molds, then twice going into the store to have a technician take the molds. From their horrible service, lack of follow through, cheap products, and other horrible factors I chose to go over to Byte and give them a try. From the beginning the service has been amazing. I had a representative that stayed in contact with me from beginning to end by email and text. I knew what was going to happen, when, and what to expect. Then I received the aligners and I was amazed how easily they popped in with no issues. Bytes aligners did not cut my gums, tongue, or even fingers like smile direct did.

It was a great pleasure to have the dental team use their expertise at such an expedient manner. I am very excited to show the revolution of this product after the time being. I am sure their efforts will not go unnoticed.

Every week the aligners are not fitting close to my teeth and I email Byte and they just ask for photos. They’re ON my teeth but there are gaps and when I change into the next set of aligner there are bigger gaps. First photo is the aligners on. Second photo is side by side, left photo is the beginning before any aligners, right photo is week 12 using aligner 12. No results.

Working with Kim was so smooth! She was quick to help, and even offered to stay on the phone with me while I worked through a few things in my end in case I had more questions. Working in a field that requires high quality customer service, I can truly appreciate my experience so far! :)

There are many other options similar to Byte, but I can't imagine anyone having as good of a customer service as they do. They are easy to contact, and very personable, and friendly. I highly recommend Byte - and I believe they are the only ones who offer teeth whiting as part of their program.

I’ve always wanted my teeth straightened, but cost was always a factor. I was quoted $6300 for Invisalign with a 2 year treatment plan. With Byte, I paid $2200 with a 6 month treatment plan. I’m halfway through treatment and it’s going great! I’m so happy!

My experience has been good. I've had no issues thus far and the process has been smooth. I had a great experience with Byte. The aligners took about 4 weeks to get to me after sending in my impressions. Everything went smoothly and the process was not painful at all. It was a little sensitive for a couple of days when you change out your aligners but that is normal. The aligners came with a case that had a file and a pick to help remove the aligners. I never had a problem with removing them. I only used the file after I had to cut off a piece of my aligner off because I had a wisdom tooth removed after my impressions. Customer service was top notch. They always responded the same day when I emailed them and they were always helpful. At the end of my treatment, I was very pleased with my teeth. I am now waiting for my retainers. Thank you so much for making this an easy process!

I just wanted to assure potential customers that I have found the aligners very comfortable. I'm only on Day 2 so expected to have pain, as others have described. My jaw is very small, so I definitely expected to have pain, but there is none. Don't hesitate to order.

I am currently on my fourth week of using Byte aligners. My first week the aligners were a bit uncomfortable but once I got used to them and used the HyperByte daily all my discomfort went away. Now I hardly notice they are there!

Having these on for so many hours of the day is uncomfortable but I've gotten used to it. The pain is typically the worst the first few days and then it's just mild discomfort after that. I find that I am clenching my jaw more now too which I hope isn't going to damage my smile. I do it more so in my sleep. Overall I am happy with the progress. I just hope that everything is going according to plan!

The process was simple and pain free from start to finish. My rep was helpful and although my aligners were schedule to arrive in 4-6 weeks, they came in 2. I like the be able to use them while I sleep. The BrightByte is great to use on the aligners. If there are any rough edges it is very simple to file it with the file they give you. It gets easier each week to take out the aligners.

I actually decided to do this in September and the whole Covid thing delayed everything a little bit and the trays but I just got confirmation that my aligners are on the way. I am so happy because I made a decision to quit smoking this year. Hopefully I can do it. I tried several times and have not been able to but I’m turning 43 in a week and I can finally get my teeth fixed because of my insurance helping me. I decided to start the journey in June and I am currently on week 4 of my treatment (October). It's been easy to communicate with the team, pretty simple to follow the instructions. The impressions process was harder than I thought it was going to be, but I figured it out. Also, taking photos and uploading them sounds simple, but the app and the photo book conflicted each other on what they defined as "the left side" and "the right side" of your face. There are lots of ways to earn promos to help with the expense. The packaging of all items is nice and well presented. I am happy with Byte and will keep moving along toward completion of my smile transformation.

The Byte aligners closed the gap in my front teeth perfectly and straightened my teeth to the standard I expected. The Hyper Byte is amazing as well, really helps with the uncomfort. The BrightByte also works amazing. 100/10 recommend Byte.

Once I hit adulthood, I figured I was doomed to have the same crooked smile (that seemed to get worse every year) for the rest of my life unless I wanted to endure a mouthful of metal for years. I was really surprised at the affordability of Byte, as well as the results and especially the short duration. In a quick 11 weeks I had a significantly improved smile that not only looked better cosmetically, but also made it much easier to floss and take care of my new smile.

I am 12 (out of 21/22 weeks) weeks into my Byte experience and so far, so good. At first the aligners took some getting used to but it’s been worth it. I have seen some noticeable changes in my smile and the overall experience with byte has been great.

Firstly, the Byte team are great, it’s true. They got me on to a real dentist very quickly to chat about my plan before signing on, you don’t always get that with mail order aligners. I’m on the nighttime aligners as I couldn’t face wearing them all day, I’ve found I actually need to spend a bit more time in them than a week to actually get to the next set of aligners, so you may find your treatment is a bit longer. But if you’re just wearing them at night it’s also easier. The dentist also told me I’d need to get a dentist to put in a wire in the back of my teeth to prevent them moving after treatment, unless I was prepared to wear my retainer for 7+ years! This may just be my teeth but that may be something to factor into your treatment cost. I’ve still got 5 retainers left so not fully done yet, but I have noticed a difference.

The staff on my care team is so awesome and so helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and were so easy to get in touch with even with my strange work schedule. Love working with them. The set up process to get my aligners is easy and fast, my treatment plan looks really great.

So far I’m 6 weeks in. I have been impressed with the help and encouragement I have received from the beginning and all virtually. Quite impressive for a fairly new company. Their help dental assistants, I feel she is personally mine for the duration.

I am on week 4 and everything has been easy and great so far. I love how descriptive and fool proof everything is and when I had a question someone from the Byte team responded quickly. The byte system is so easy and I’m excited to see where my teeth will be on week 11.

I lost my last 2 aligners and was told they were over 300 bucks to replace. I thought they were covered under the full plan but apparently they were not. Luckily I found mine but be aware that the aligners are not fully covered.

The Byte team has been responsive, quick, and helpful. I'm about mid-way through my treatment plan and have been so happy thus far! The only issue was I wasn’t clear on how to get my last retainer. And now it is going to take awhile to arrive. Otherwise I had a great experience with Byte. My teeth are straight and look much better than before.

I am a little more than half way through my night time treatment plan and the difference is already very noticeable. I’m glad I went for the night time treatment- it’s been very doable and comfortable to wear. The Bright Byte has made it easy to keep the liners clean and feeling fresh.

I was kind of skeptical of trying. But I loved that you don't have to go into an office and get upsold on everything. So I ordered my impression kit which came super fast and was easy to use. With the customer service texting and emailing me along the way. They are super helpful with any questions and got back with me within the hour. I sent the kit back and in 3 days got my results and they were amazing. I ordered my retainers. I have waited my whole life to have a perfect smile and can't wait to get my retainers!!

I have been waiting for aligners that would cut in half! Byte literally have the best customer service. At first, I couldn’t get my mold correct and they sent out a free one just so I can try again to get started and it worked! Putting the aligners in is quick and easy, instructions are easy as well! My bottom teeth aligned in 13 weeks and I’m too excited for my upper teeth to be aligned! Uploading my progress shows that they care and that they want every step to be perfect so I can have the perfect smile I want! Cannot wait till end of November when I can finally be done with treatment and have the straight teeth and confidence to smile!

I had a better than expected experience. I was nervous about the HyperByte, but I am happy that I chose Byte over the other options. The HyperByte minimized the discomfort, and made it feel as if the aligners fit better.

When I first received the box I was confused on how long they should be in a day and how they should be cleaned. I talked to a few members of Byte and they were clear on it. The overall experience is actually quite satisfying in my personal opinion because they hurt a little at first then the pain goes away and you start to see the teeth shift and it’s completely mind blowing how it all works without even knowing.

I had braces as a teenager and it was by far the worst times in my teenage life. I had it all, even the headgear.... Now flash forward 27+ years and no retainers being worn equals crooked teeth!! Guess what. I don’t have to worry about all that with Byte!! The process is simple. It’s a two way street to keep in contact with your rep because they have so many patients. I contacted my rep and told her that I wasn’t satisfied with my projected smile.... What’s up? They sent me another kit and response time was fast. It’s been about 1.5 months since I got my Byte Aligners and my teeth are already starting to get straight and better. It used to hurt when I first got it, but then my provider told me to use my HyperByte 4 times a day and then it started feeling better.

I got emails every day until I purchased the plan but once I paid they didn’t take time to let me know my profile was not completed and they couldn’t get done my I Invisalign’s braces. Very disappointed. 3 months paying and no braces yet.

I wore braces for years as a teenager, but my teeth have shifted with age since I never wore my retainer. The whole process has gone smoothly, the presentation is beautifully organized. I am just a few weeks away from being finished, and my teeth are looking amazing. I'll definitely wear my retainer this time.

Thus far beyond expectation. Have had no issues. My little mouth vibrating device stopped holding a charge and they immediately sent a new one and paid for shipping of return. They always respond within minutes and a fill answer within a day or less on any issue. I have already recommended to others. Also I will say this is ideal for older patients also.

I started my experience a little over 3 months ago and even though I've been religious with my role, my teeth has remained relatively the same.
