Would recommend to a friend and already did! I was a bit nervous about using aligners and no consulting my dentist. Needless to say that I am really pleased with the results so far and the overall experience with BYTE. Process to receive aligners was faster than expected. Aligners fit perfectly and don't hurt (of course you have the 'pressure' feeling on your teeth for about a day but that is normal). They are also practically invisible when worn. BYTE has been a delight to deal with: they check on you regularly and, most importantly, get everything ready to fill the claim with the dental insurance. BYTE is a safe and quality option!

My experience with Byte customer care has been beyond exceptional. Any concerns/questions have been answer promptly and if a new set are needed, they are sent right away... Unbelievable... Highly recommend and very reasonable in price. I was able to work out a very easy way to pay the amount using CareCredit and customer care took it from there.

I had really bad crowding on the bottom row of teeth, to the point that one of my teeth looked like it was trying to escape my mouth. It's easy to joke about it now because (at the time of writing this) my smile looks great! The Byte team helped me every step of the way, even in terms of finding a routine. It was really easy to coordinate with the staff. I will say the staff reached out a LOT before I signed up, calling multiple times a day sometimes to make sure I signed up. After I signed up, it was much harder to reach the staff. That would be my only thing. Otherwise, it was all very easy to get started.

I’ve always been self conscious of my teeth, and have regretted not having braces as a kid. I’m happy now that I waited to receive invisible aligners, because these have been so much easier to deal with than I thought they would be. I’ve already noticed a difference after a month. So far I'm on week 12. My top teeth are now basically straight. I have one tooth on my bottom row that I can tell is slowly being moved back into place. As expected, I would sometimes experience slight discomfort but I know it's because my teeth are moving. The Hyperbyte has helped and I use it more than recommended to help with discomfort. The process from getting my impressions kit to ordering my aligners was very easy. Tara is amazing and answered all my questions and was very patient. I’m happy so far and can’t wait to get my aligners and start my process.

The whole experience was amazingly fast and accurate! For something so specific as your teeth, truly awesome! Other products were going to be over $4000- $7000, so this is a great deal on a budget! Love that! And it comes right to my door!

Updated on 10/12/2020 : The process was quick! I got the molds and that process was easy. Has a lot of saliva, but it was easy to understand. Next I got the preview of what my smile could look like, paid and I’m 4 weeks my aligners and instructions came in the mail! Can’t wait for my new smile in a few weeks!

Love how amazing the customer service is! Very prompt and efficient aligners. Surprisingly they do not hurt as bad as I thought they would. Very easy to use and they stay clean fairly easy, especially with Byte bright! I love how easily it is to contact them with simply just texting them!

I've had a good experience so far. The only issue is that the aligners sometimes crack if you're not careful removing them. If the aligners were a bit thicker I think that would help. The Byte staff has been great and they respond to any issues very quickly. Overall I am happy with my progress and would recommend Byte to everyone looking for aligners.

Good product and good results. Hard to get a hold of someone after the product has been purchased. Sort of pricey and it doesn’t take into account the teeth shaping after the treatment. There’s no other recommendations for cleaning other than what is given.

I have not yet received my aligners, so I can’t comment on how fast they are shipped or on the aligners themselves. However, I recently order my impressions kit, which came very quickly (I think in 2 days), and then made and sent my impressions. The instructions for making the impressions were very thorough, and the process was very easy and only took about 20 minutes. I sent my impressions back on a Tuesday and received my treatment plan on Thursday. Super fast and efficient! I ordered my aligners that same day. I’m very excited to receive my aligners and get started! I’ve heard it typically takes 3-4 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks.

I love this product. It is so easy to use. Just pop it in at night and take it out in the morning. The customer service representatives are friendly and respond quickly to my questions. I would recommend Byte to my friends and families because I started seeing changes within my second week, but others started to see my changes within my third week. Either way you look at it byte works really fast. Also the teeth whitening works wonders for me.

I was a little confused about the process in the beginning. It took about a month for my treatment to be revealed to me online. I didn’t get an email confirming that it was ready for me to look at so I had to keep checking my account daily. Once I bought the aligners I still didn’t have a concrete explanation of exactly how long my treatment would be or if I was sent all my aligners at once. The aligners work great and about 5-6 weeks into my treatment I got an email from a representative who was able to answer all of my questions. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, but I feel like I would have liked to get an email with a detailed description of my treatment beforehand. I also think more than one bottle of Brightbyte should be sent to people who have treatments that last longer than 10 weeks.

My experience with Byte has been so luxurious. From receiving the starter kit to speaking with my advisor to ordering my aligners. My advisor was so helpful and patient. My starter kit was neatly packed, the instructions were clear (even though I messed up one mold, they were able to use the other 3). I'm excited to start my journey.

The service was way more interactive and helpful than what I expected it to be. 100% remote support and there is always an associate assigned to you for any questions that I may have along the way. The responses have been very prompt from the support. The kit I received was very easy to follow, the How To videos made it even easier to perform the steps and get the teeth and gum impressions back to Byte. Quicker turnaround that what I expected from Byte, they reached back to me with my current state and future state smile comparison and I made the payment over the phone (split the payment between HSA and the Credit Card). Super helpful so far... Waiting for the aligners to arrive so I can begin treatment.

Don’t like them for a number of reasons. Really did not treat me like a paying customer but like a money sign. Harassing me when emails and calls and pushing for me to sign up. Just for me to find out they max out the credit card I had applied to and refused to give me military or student discount after purchasing 2500 dollars worth. Nor did they offer anything in compensation!

I had received an extra discount as offered and payment options are available without interest with reasonable period to make it affordable and easy to pay. The Byte advisor Sarah is very helpful and made the process so easy. She is very efficient and consistently followed up to make sure process runs smoothly.

Any question I have text them has been answered within an hour. I am 5 weeks and happy with the progress. Nothing happens overnight, but I can feel the slow progression. Every morning I can feel that my teeth have been moved slightly.

Everything has been going well so far with my treatments. The first day hurt the most but after that my teeth are hardly ever sore for more than 10 mins after putting in my retainers. I'm doing the night version where I only have to wear the retainers for 10hrs a night, plus use this vibrating mouth guard for 10 mins every night. I'm about halfway through my treatment and I am seeing some changes with my teeth getting straighter, but I will have a better idea if it worked once I'm completely done my 15 week treatment.

I was a little skeptical about subscribing but decided to give them a chance. I am at week 9 (out of 15, 17,18?). The current week does not fit as expected so I am back in week 8 for a few more days. Otherwise so far, so good.

I had a few minor crooked teeth but I really wanted to fix them. I chose BYTE for many reasons but I was not expecting such great customer service. I didn't think I would have many questions, but when I did someone was always available quick and easy. They also checked in on me multiple times which helped me check-in on myself throughout my plan. My main reason for recommending BYTE is the people.

They assigned a real person to be my personal consultant. I’ve had a really nice experience with Byte so far. The team reaches out personally to check in on updates or if I have any issues, but they’re not overwhelming with emails. They respond under 24 hours and always have an answer. Currently on tray 4 so no noticeable results just yet, but I’m optimistic and for the idea of an at-home tele-dental process, it has been so easy to follow. The steps are laid out for you and the price is very reasonable for the materials and policies. Would recommend!

Updated on 02/20/2021: I understand everyone's treatment plan will be different and the process takes time. With their lifetime guarantee I know I will be taken care of so I do not have to worry. Finished my first round of braces so reached out to Byte's customer service to see what the next step is. I wasn't completely satisfied with the way my teeth looked so we decided to go another round/month. After finishing the 2nd round I still wasn't happy with how my teeth looked but of course with their customer service being great they are re-evaluating to see what the next plan of action would be. Looking forward to the end results!

Overall, I'm enjoying my experience with Byte. I do really like the BrightByte and HyperByte products that are included in the treatment. A few things that I don't like are some of the discomforts I am experiencing. During the impressions part of the treatment, the trays did not seem to be made for the roof of the mouth. It was extremely hard to get it positioned around my teeth correctly and it was painful to have the plastic pushed into the roof of my mouth while waiting for the putty to set.

I saw a difference by my third set of aligners and it has only gotten better and better! You can't even tell they are on and the amount of time it takes to clean them is extremely minuscule compared to the results you will see. Purchasing this product would not be a mistake in any circumstance.

Updated on 01/21/2021: I’m in my fifth month of using Byte. It’s been great so far and I see a significant change in my teeth. There have been some air pockets at the bottom of my aligners in the later weeks. I wish it had been communicated to me clearly that this is less than desirable and must fit very snug before moving on to the next week. Once I brought this issue to customer service, they were very helpful and I’m moving back a few weeks in aligners to make sure my teeth are on track.

I am on week 10 of my Btye treatment plan and I am beyond excited to see the end result. Within two weeks I started to see my smile changing and have had no issues at all! I would highly recommend Btye over all other brands!
