It was good. I expected more though. My teeth aren’t as straight as they should be. I’ve done an impression kit twice and now am doing it a third time. Hopefully this corrects the issue I’m looking for then I’ll be happy.

Updated on 12/22/2020: Love it. Amazing customer service and they get back to me ASAP when ever I have any questions. The process is super simple and my teeth are looking awesome and I'm only half done. I'm so happy that I decided to go with Byte!

I'm very happy with my Byte experience so far and the changes that are happening already. I have next to no pain or discomfort and the vibration tool help with any discomfort that I experience, Can't wait to see my end result???

I absolutely love Byte! The staff are very sweet and understanding, and byte has helped me gain confidence with my smile. On top of that they are much cheaper and more convenient than traditional braces and other Aligner company. I will be recommending byte to my Family members and friends.

My experience with Byte has been wonderful. Byte provided all of the necessary and sufficient facets that make a transactional experience manageable and entertainable: customer service agents that were prompt, succinct, and helpful; affordable rates that separated Byte from competition; and relevant informational programs that provided, either through videos or instructional wording, the necessary information to feel comfortable completing the dental impression Byte needed to construct a treatment plan.

My teeth are moving pretty. Wearing the retainer is easy with very minimal pain. My teeth are moving little by little and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m really looking forward to seeing my new smile. I really recommend. You should definitely try them.

I have not received my aligners yet so can’t review that, but the experience as a whole has been fantastic. Pat has helped a ton and been there through the whole process. I’m very optimistic the rest of the process will go great as well or they will fix any problems that arise!

I was contacted and updated throughout the entire process from the time I was waiting on my impression kit till now communication is clear and friendly. The impression kit was super easy to use and had a free return label. I was offered a free whitening kit for getting the kit back to them in such a timely manner. I really loved how they show a 3D scan of what your teeth will look like before making your aligners so you can make revisions to what your smile will look like. Satisfied overall.

I'm 5 weeks into a 17 week treatment and almost can't believe how well things are working. Way less discomfort than I would've thought and the whole process is just so easy. I would highly recommend Byte to my friends and family, or anyone out there looking for a better smile.

I can't really give it 5 stars as of yet because my aligners are still being made. So far the process of the impressions and sending them back was quick and easy. My advisor has been in contact with me right away and has assured me of concerns I've already have, but that is yet to see until I actually start using my aligners. The price is great compared to other companies. I do wish the process of getting the aligners was quicker. Excited to start the process!!

I have found this process easy to practice. The instructions are easy to follow and all of the components are neatly organized and labeled in an easy access set of boxes within a box. I am very pleased with the results so far.

I have had an overall great experience with the Byte team, my teeth are moving and I can see the progress! My only concern is that when communicating with the team I seem to consistently be speaking to a new person. It feels a little disjointed.

The whole process was easy and their staff was always there to answer any questions and update any information that you may need. I waited way too long to find this company! I am currently on tray #6/18, and I am already seeing results! This has not been painful. This is by far the best decision I have ever made! Customer service has been excellent. I love Brightbyte, too!

Have not received them actual aligned yet but the customer service through getting started has been amazing!! It’s affordable and seems like it’s going to be less painful than actual metal braces. My son is excited to get started and get his new smile.

This entire process has been easy so far, If you need anything, they are easy to get in contact with. They are Iess expensive than braces. The Payments are not bad on the payment plan. I would definitely recommend Byte to fix your teeth.

It took a while for me to see progress, but when I did, I was happy. It’s a great system! Anyone who wants to have their teeth corrected, I highly recommend using this product. The benefits are worth it. Low risk, high reward!

It had been a good experience so far. I am enjoying the procedure and how easy it is to have my night Byte aligners in. I don’t have to worry about using them during the day and I can keep them in all night long!

Fast, everyone is nice. Having it at night is a dream!!! Works for all lifestyles. I had a few questions and they are so quick to answer. Also the 3D video showing your before and after is great. Gets you very excited.

100% guided and faster than than say. Still 100% guided if need to ask any questions. So far a difference has been seen in the first week. Slightly painful but night byte has been perfect for me. The price for my insurance to cover 50 percent was double the amount spent so I save in many ways.

I have had a great experience with Byte, one that I have communicated to friends and family. The aligners have been extremely effective and clearly manufactured with high tech that accurately predicts the position of the teeth. On top of this, I’ve also had a really great experience with my Byte advisor as she helped me through the entire process and worked with me to set up a payment plan that works very well for me. She followed up and was quick to respond with any inquiries I had that allowed for quick communication. Extremely pleased.

Still in treatment but so far so good. Customer service is a little slow if you’re used to immediate responses. Had completed bottom aligners and not quite straight but Byte corrected and sent new aligners as no charge. Looking forward to completing treatment in 2 mos.

After I finished 16 weeks of my nighttime aligners, I noticed my teeth were not completely where they needed to be. I called Byte and they sent me a new impression kit, an orthodontist reviewed them, and they sent me a new set of aligners free of charge.

The Byte team may have the very best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had to reach out to them a few times and they followed up with me pretty quickly. Professional, understanding and sweet is what comes to mind. In a country where service is judged by many, Byte is topnotch! I’d recommend to everyone that is interested in perfecting their smile.

After ten weeks, my teeth had not shifted as much as they were supposed to (I was on a 14 week completion plan) so Byte made new aligners more me at no extra cost and now I am moving forward with treatment to get exactly the results I want! Thank You Byte!

We had a great experience thus far. We received the order quite fast and they have been in touch with us frequently to check out on the progress... I am happy with the outcome, we highly recommend them. The teeth seem to move quite a bit, not much discomfort with it all but of course it was a little bit at the beginning of each week but it gets so much easier. The vibrating bit helps with settling the retainers in a bit better and it feels like it helps a lot with them moving in place.

The whole process of making impressions and taking pictures was very easy and simple. Everything was well explained and I had no problem doing all of it, it was kinda fun. Byte definitely had great customer service, super fast replies and also very sweet people! They all made sure I was up to date with everything and were all very informative. I wore braces many years ago as a adult. It was expensive and time consuming. I kept losing my retainers and eventually my teeth reverted. I recently became a Byte patient and the results have been fantastic. I highly recommend Byte!

Easy to communicate with customer service, good follow up on issues and an excellent guarantee offered by Byte. While my initial treatment plan did not produce the results I had hoped and planned for, the guarantee ensured I was able to retake my molds and receive an additional set of aligners to give me the final results I desire.

I am on week 9 and I am loving my results so far. The first set of aligners that I received did not fit right, but they were very helpful and quick to get a new impression kit for free! The second set came in and fit perfect!

This process was amazing. The directions for the impression making process were so well done: simple, direct, easy. The weekly changes in the "braces" helps to increase confidence and really demonstrate gradual changes in the alignment of your teeth. I really should have done this sooner. I have only been using the program for 10 weeks, but I am already delighted with what I see.

I'm only halfway through my treatment but so far it's been great! Customer service has been very helpful with all the questions/issues I've had throughout the treatment and around week 4-6 I started to notice a difference in my smile.

So far so good! The process to obtaining a straighter smile has been fairly simple. I LOVE I don’t have to take time out of my schedule to visit a doctor’s office. Every step of the process is explained and contains easy to follow instructions. I am 7 weeks into my treatment and I can for sure see the change. My smile is looking so much better.. I'm very glad I went with the night aligners. I work night shift. I wear them when I sleep. I wish I would've not put this for a few year.

I haven't gotten very far on my Byte aligners journey but so far I've been pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The customer service has been great and everyone at Byte has been super nice and helpful. All instructions have been clear and easy to follow and I got my aligners faster than expected. My only complaint would be that even though I know an orthodontist handled my impression kit and all, I would have liked to have some sort of contact with them as well. Overall, would and have recommended to friends!

They are not uncomfortable at all, and I can feel my teeth shifting already as I close out week 1! I’m really happy that my treatment plan is only 12 weeks and I am doing the night regimen. Byte has actually been straightening my teeth. I'm so happy!! I sometimes wear the byte for two weeks at a time just so I get the full use. I have already recommended a friend..,actually many friends. I wanted braces without having to get metals and this was a great choice.

Great customer experience! I was really nervous going into this but I was pretty impressed with the responsiveness and handholding provided by Dr ** and the customer experience team. I am almost halfway through and after the first weeks initial pain it really has flown by!

Updated on 11/05/2020: After having braces 4 different times over the years, my teeth still shifted. I didn’t need a big change but to straighten a few teeth that bothered me. I chose Byte because of good customer service reviews. Whenever I had a question I would get an answer quickly. I am almost finished with my treatment and am pleased with the results. I chose the nighttime aligners and they did the job.

My advisor was so easy to work with. Walked me through every step. This was the easiest thing. I am so excited to get my aligners. I would definitely recommend Byte to anyone who is considering invisible alignment for their teeth.

So far my experience with Byte has been amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and it really is affordable! I recommend this to everyone! The at home impression kit had great instructions and was super easy to follow. Our kit was here in like 3 days and we did it that same day and mailed it back the next day. Super excited for perfect teeth!

I am in week four of my liners, and they are comfortable and easy to use. Taking them out to eat day 1-3 of each switch is a bit difficult, but Byte gives you a handy tool to assist with that. The whitening / cleaning foam takes really good and will continue to use it. Looking forward to week 16 when I am finished!

Updated on 03/04/2021: I am half-way through my Byte journey. We were noticing my teeth were moving at a slower pace than originally planned. Kolton & the clinical team have stepped in & are making sure I'm going to get my perfect smile. I was also able to take advantage of the discount through Byte for SNOW whitening and am loving that so far.

It has been a very easy process so far. No “hard sell” tactics. All of the staff have been pleasant in their conversations and they answer their phones. Very little, if any, wading through a bunch of numbers to get to speak to someone. Very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. And my 13 year old daughter loves that she only has to wear her aligners at night and she can whiten her teeth as well. The 3D renderings of her teeth now compared to how they will look at the end is great. Love the experience so far.

I love how this company really makes you feel special! They are always a pleasure to talk to and have such a one-on-one experience. They are extremely quick in responding back as well! 100% love this company and the quick results that their product delivers.

Everything has been smooth. Impression kit came quickly and was easy to follow. A few days later it was reviewed and they had my plan ready. The customer services has been great, multiple ways to get in touch with them and they respond quickly.

Everyone I've talked to or corresponded with so far has been very helpful and friendly. It's too bad that I had to send in for another tray mold set since my original trays ceased to fit at week 6, but I'm sure it's just part of the process. It's not an exact science.

Change is coming and making my family proud - the teeth are moving. I am happy with the progress halfway through the transformation. Getting used to I’m sleeping with the aligners. It is possible I’m not even snoring. I’m looking forward to continuing progress.

Updated on 02/09/2021: I'm about halfway through my aligners with Byte and I am LOVING my new smile! Doing the night-only aligners makes it so much easier to stay on course and make sure I get my total number of hours in. Not to mention, the best customer service!

They have superbly trained Customer Reps that walk you step by step thru the entire payment process that’s the best fit for your budget. Bend-over-backwards helpful! They have a real asset in Arvin and I’m sure he’s just one cog of a tremendous team “wheel”.

So far so good! I haven’t physically started my treatment plan yet because I am waiting on my aligners to arrive but I am so excited to begin! I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant in trying one of these "internet providers". Especially, when everyone I knew always just uses Invisalign. It took over 6 weeks to get any answers about refinements, but the company finally had a practicing dentist give me a call and solve the issues. From the standpoint of the aligners fitting and any issues with the product itself, it was a flawless experience and they are definitely ahead of the competition. From the standpoint of getting refiners if you have more complicated issues, there are serious challenges in dealing with customer service and adding months to your plan.

I had such a great experience with Byte. Customer service was amazing. My impression kit was sent out immediately and once I received my kit the process was quick and easy. My aligners were sent quicker than expected as well. I am so excited to start after how smoothly my experience has been thus far.

My Byte experience has been fast & very easy. Byte advisors are very helpful. I personally have not had any problems or issues with ordering my aligners. Any questions I’ve had been answered & I can’t wait to officially my treatment.

BYTE has the worst customer service that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They use over-the-top, standardized, condescending, scripted email verbiage. They basically refuse to do what you request even though you’re the one paying them! Their reps have no idea what they are doing and can only speak with useless scripted responses. I don’t care if the product is good or not (not ideal thus far), they will not see any future business or referrals from me if their customer service is lacking. Bye, bye Byte.

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Byte but the selling point for me was their incentives for military personnel. The process has been fun and so easy so far. I'm almost half way through my treatment and I already see changes in my smile. Super excited to see the final result. I have already recommended Byte to a few friends. By the way, their customer service team is very friendly and responsive in resolving any issues you have along the way.

So far I am very happy with my progress. My personal treatment plan is 15 weeks and I am on week 5. Getting started was easy and I have had no problems. The transformation is happening fast and it is very exciting.

Just started my Byte journey! Everyone I've spoken to thus far has been wonderful! Can't wait to get my aligners! This is something I've always dreamed of is to have a straight smile. Since I was a little girl and it's becoming my reality!

Awesome experience from start to finish! The process was extremely easy to complete and the advisors helped with any questions along the way in a professional and timely manner. I was presented an array of financial options that could fit any buyers budget, including how to be reimbursed by insurance. Overall a fantastic company to deal with!

My top teeth are definitely a lot straighter than when I started my Byte treatment. My bottom teeth are still pretty crooked after 12 weeks, but I am waiting on refinement aligners to fix the issue. Very happy with customer service.

They have wonderful customer support and so far working well. All of the check ins are great, any questions I have have been answered very quickly and thoroughly and I kind of like the HyperByte!! It’s fun and easy and I have no complaints. I’m excited to see how the rest of my treatment progresses.

I’m on week 10 of my treatment and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve had such a great experience with the aligners themselves and with the Byte support team! I would highly recommend anyone with any problems with their teeth to look into this company!

There was a customer service representative helping me along each step and making the process and smooth as possible. They were very clear with all of the instructions and I was impressed with how efficient they were. I would highly recommend using Byte over most of the other competitors out there. They have by far the best customer service.

In December I will have been doing this for a year. I am tired of it taking days, weeks, for response to simple questions. I am very upset with no answers to my inquiries, emails, phone calls, voice mails left there. When this first started, I called Byte and was always helped right away. Now that there are problems, I have emailed and called the contact number given and left messages since it seems impossible to get a real person to answer the phone. Answering recording says I will receive a response within 24 hours.

So far so good. I am on my 12 week and am happy with the progress. Can't wait to finish. Byte has been very responsive with questions and are always a pleasure to work with. Anytime I have a question I shoot them an email or call and get back to me with a response asap.

The process was smooth throughout! Their customer service was awesome and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. They truly understand the law of value! The product itself worked as advertised. The accuracy of their model is really dependent on how well you follow directions and create your molds at the beginning of the process.

The process is very easy, I am about half way through and my teeth have already changed so much. The aligners are hardly visible when you have them in. I used to regret not getting braces, but not anymore! I'm glad I waited until I found Byte. :)

My experience with Byte Aligners has been great! from the initial contact to customer service with questions to my current status with my aligners (week 6). The fitting instruction videos and directions are great and help guide you through the process. The whole kit comes professionally packaged and is a snap to use! I can't wait to be done and send the world my "after" pictures!

The aligners themselves are great. The HyperByte seems to be working like it should and BrightByte is a great product. It's really helpful in keeping your aligners clean. The Byte advisors could use some improvement. Some of them are wonderful and go above and beyond customer care (like the one my sister received), and others do just the bare minimum and call it good (like mine). My sister's advisor told her about promotions, fully explained the credit and payment process, and gave her a lot of coupons. Mine didn't do any of these.

It took me a long time to get the courage to begin the process of changing my smile. This is something I’ve been self conscious about for a long time, especially now that I’m older. After doing my research and comparing all of the aligner companies out there, I found Byte had the best reviews, easiest process and was the most cost effective. I’m on week 14 of my 21 week treatment and I have NOT ONE complaint! The aligners have been perfect, I am noticing progress every week which makes me very happy! The customer service team is great as well. I really appreciate that they check up on me consistently to make sure everything is going well. By the way- I love BrightByte! I am on week 10 and my tooth gap is so close to being gone! As the subject of bullying when I was a kid I have always wanted to get rid of the gap in my teeth. I thought it would never happen without the painful process of braces but now with my Byte I can't wait to see this gap close for good!
