The product itself is amazing, but just the quality of care the customer service team offers is unmatched! If I have any questions or concerns, I never have any problem asking one of the team members at Byte. I am very pleased.

I am over 60 and never had time or money for braces. When a couple very crooked lower teeth became loose from grinding and hitting a crooked top tooth, my dentist wanted me to get a very expensive and horribly uncomfortable mouth guard to wear at night. I investigated options for fixing the real problem and found Byte had really good ratings. The whole process so far has been easy, effective, and affordable.

I have had no issues thus far in my Byte journey. I can see the teeth moving back into place where they were after I had braces and it makes me feel great. Would recommend to anyone with minor issues that wants to perfect their smile.

I was hesitant at first when considering BYTE. My teeth were never bad enough for braces but as I have gotten older, I began to get uncomfortable with the spacing in my teeth. I am 7 weeks in and already so pleased with the results! The treatment is easy and I am loving it.

Haven’t had any issues, I can feel the difference just when I bite down and the whitening cleanser is amazing! I got the package super fast and with no issues. The packaging is super cute and self explanatory and easy to use.

I'm only 6 weeks in, but so far has been a great experience. The instructions are easy to follow. It is also easy to communicate and get questions answered quickly. Overall, wish I had of fixed my teeth earlier.

I enjoy the fact that I don’t have to see an orthodontist or have metal in my mouth for my teeth to be straightened. I like the fact that the company has a few different payment plans. I do wish that there was a live customer service number to dial instead of texting or emailing.

So far my experience has been good. I am at week 10 and I am seeing some results in my top teeth. I do wish to see more results with the whining gels but I am sure that comes with time. So far so good.

They sent me the 3D interactive picture so I could see my current bite and watch the transformation... from any angle and at any speed. Some very cool tech. Signing up for Byte was super easy. Someone was texting me directly (a real person!) helping me along the way. The impression kit was super simple to use. All of my aligners fit well and so far I'm very happy. I'm seeing results already!

I’m 11 weeks into a 17 week course to straighten my teeth. I change retainers once a week and it has been smooth sailing. The first few days were most difficult - only in that I had trouble getting the retainers out of my mouth when I needed to eat. Once my teeth started to shift and I got used to the process that difficulty went away. Beware that you will be brushing and flossing a lot - every time you eat - but that certainly cuts down on mindless snacking.

I am very pleased so far. I started my second set yesterday and I am already excited to see my new smile. I am impressed with this company, I am impressed at the perfect fit and feel that my teeth will end up straight in the end. I am a 15 week candidate so time will tell. Stay tuned!

So far so good. The aligners are much more comfortable than the braces I had as a kid years ago. The process is straight forward and the instructions are very clear. I'm still looking forward to the final results, a few more weeks.

My Byte experience so far (5 weeks) has been excellent. I did a ton of research and went with Byte due to Hyperbyte FDA approved device. I can already see my teeth shifting and moving and the process has been been painless due to the gradual nature. I am very happy and would recommend Byte without hesitation.

I can’t speak for other services but Byte been easy to use and there when I need them. The advertising has been effective at getting my attention when I needed a solution to fix my teeth. I’m satisfied so far with the product and hope in success in fixing my teeth.

At first I was nervous doing an online teeth correction company but after the many positive reviews I decided to go for it! I have had support from the Byte team and the process is super easy! Sharing my experience with Byte. I had braces when I was in high school but didn't wear my retainers so my teeth shifted pretty badly. I was quoted almost $4k to get them on again. I decided to give Byte a try and I'm so glad I did! I'm on week 12 and my teeth are already so much straighter! It takes a few days to get used to wearing the aligners at first but then it's not bad. I haven't had issues with mine except for having to file on my one tooth for a few trays only cuz it rubbed on my gums. Other than that, nothing else really. I'm really happy I decided to do this and can't wait for my final smile.

I was leery of the experience as soon as I had my first interaction with the second woman, but did my best to put it out of my mind. Also, they imply in their site that most dental insurances will pay for Byte, but they do not. I was told Delta Dental doesn’t, but that I could “apply for reimbursement in the future” should Delta begin paying for Byte’s services. Just go with Invisalign. Insurance will cover it and after insurance, it comes out to the same out-of-pocket cost as Byte, anyway.

I really like how far my teeth have came so far. I am only on week 17 and really love my teeth already. My treatment plan is set out for 25 weeks which is not bad at all. They are super convenient with being in college, no visits just mailed directly to your home. I highly recommend Byte. They respond quickly to your emails and are always willing to help.

I am happy with the changes I have seen to my teeth alignment and I am only halfway through my treatment process (nighttime only). The aligners are easy to use and customer service is pro-active in reaching out regularly to see how I am progressing.

In the beginning teeth were extremely sore.. Now two of my teeth are sensitive to cold and hot and it feels horrible!! I can’t see any changes in teeth except sensitivity.. I put BrightByte in aligner but my teeth still does not look whiter.. Can I get the snow whitening treatment? I’m regretting this 2k I spent for the more aggressive aligners..

It has been a great experience using the Byte for fixing my Teeth. I have been having a great time with my aligners! At first they were a bit uncomfortable but I got used to them. I can already see and feel the difference and it’s only been one week! I also really enjoy the whitening foam and appreciate it doesn’t have a nasty taste.

Great experience with Byte. Fixed my smile in 13 weeks and had great customer service along the way. Process was smooth and for the most part painless. The first 5 days of my first aligner set were super painful but after that, no pain at all even when starting new aligners.

The Aligners didn’t fit at all and then made my teeth bleed into the aligners every night and when I tried to get the problem resolved I didn’t receive my new aligners like promised or get updates about it. These aligners hurt my teeth so badly worse than braces ever did and I did everything recommended to do, even went to the dentist about it.

I am starting my fourth week on my night time Byte Aligners. I'm loving them! They're easy to put it, you feel a slight pressure but as it's gradual (changing week by week), nowhere near painful. I had full braces for 3 years so am in a good position to compare the feeling! The added element of gentle whitening each night means I'm seeing a gradual but obvious improvement each week. Honestly, I'm very happy I've done this for myself and have honoured all the efforts of my past arduous dental work. It's such a shame when teeth move as we age and we just let it happen. I researched several companies before I made my decision to get aligners, I’m am 10 weeks into my experience, but I started seeing a difference right away. I had an overbite and crowding on the bottom. I’m very happy with the results so far and I can’t wait to see the final result!

Been using it for 5 weeks now and it's super easy doing the nighttime Byte..Just before bed and take off when I wake up. I think I see my teeth shifting to where they should be and straightening out so that's exciting! I wish the BrightByte was clearer when it needed charging and it said how long it takes to charge.

I've only been using the aligners for 10 weeks and so far they are as advertised, no complaints. The fit is snug but not unbearable. They fit well... Like I said so far so good, only time will tell. Would recommend to a friend.

Not much of a lisp and people don’t notice I’m wearing them- my kids are fascinated with the HyperByte when they see me using it.

Originally my smile was supposed to take 16 weeks. Ended up getting another 15 weeks of refinement retainers. I ran out of the foam cleaner after the first 16 weeks and they wouldn’t send a complimentary bottle for the next 15 weeks.

Updated on 2/6/2021: Near the end of my treatment plan I noticed that my teeth weren’t moving the way they should be. I reached out to Byte. They did a clinical review and determined my teeth were a little stubborn. They sent me a new impression kit then made me a completely new set of aligners in order to get my teeth to the promised end results. They were timely and professional!

I am on week 8 of Byteme and the time has gone quickly. I am doing the night time version. I like that. Actually have lost weight as I put my molds in early and don’t eat late. Then when I wake I can have my coffee. My teeth have moved so much with five weeks to go. I am not sure what else has to be done.

I just started my tenth set. What a difference already. I’ve been sending before and after to my friends now. I have been telling everyone about Byte. I was told by an orthodontist that I wasn’t a Candidate for Invisalign and he tried selling me on braces.

Amazing customer service, super easy to get started and get going. Just recently ordered my last couple of aligners and let me tell you this was the easiest thing ever. They make it so easy. I highly recommend this company!

Great customer service, very thorough and kind. I received my Byte trays pretty soon after I ordered them, and haven’t had any difficulties when wearing them! I am concerned that I might have to get another set of trays at the end of my treatment, but that’s still over a month away so I’m not sure yet. Overall, I’m greatful for Byte!

Byte has been an amazing experience so far. I am about to start week 5 of my treatment and have already seen so many changes! I have even had others notice changes as well! I cannot wait to see the end results and know I will be extremely happy with it.

Aligners came in a timely fashion, fit perfectly and work FAST! Don’t wait to start your journey, the sooner the better! I haven’t had one set not fit perfectly. Doesn’t cause much discomfort, plus what’s better than only having to wear for 10 hours a day?!

So far so good, I have worn the aligners for 13 weeks and one of my teeth wasn't moving and I called them up and they got another impression of my teeth and sent out a new box of 12 week worth of aligner but it turned out that they were wrong. I wear a thicker aligner for nighttime use only, need to wear them for a minimum of 10 hours but the new set were thin and were for the whole day wearing. At least 22 hours of wearing. I called them up and told them that I paid more for the night set and sent them pictures show how much thicker my old set was compare to the new set.

I absolutely love this company. They always check up on me to make sure that my aligners are fitted properly and comfortable, so far I’m seeing improvements but I’m not done yet and I can’t wait to see the after results.

For anyone who has a treatment time of over 15 weeks, Byte does not inform you that they only send up to 15 aligners at a time, nor do they reach out to you when it’s time to order the remaining ones. Byte should contact individuals knowing that shipping takes 4-6 weeks. It should not be up to the person to wonder why there are fewer aligners than promised. No one from the byte team has been in contact with me for 4 months. Throughout this process, I was made unaware that your company sends fewer aligners if they surpass 15 weeks. There should be updates throughout this treatment. 4-6 weeks means I will go 1-3 weeks without treatment for my teeth -- time that could've been put towards working on my teeth. When I receive the 4-weeks' worth of aligners, that will make my treatment one month longer than it should have been.

From the moment I started looking into Byte I just had a good feeling about this company. Everything was so easy to understand and straight to the point. I have already told my family and friends all about it! They deliver everything pretty quick too which was a pleasant surprise. Customer service is super engaging, so no need to stress about questions.

Items took an annoying amount of time to be shipped and there is no way to track the progress of when they will arrive. Customer service took long to reply as well. Also tried to refer a friend and never got my $200 Amazon gift card. Trying to reach out to Byte is annoying and timely.

I am so thankful I found Byte and decided to give it a shot. The packaging, customer service, and timeline is outstanding. I am experiencing minimal pain and am already noticing change within weeks. The HyperByte is also a great tool I have been using daily. Thank you, Byte!!

First set of aligners was not correcting teeth properly... Waited several months before another impression kit was delivered and a new set of aligners was sent. But, on the positive side, Byte support was very helpful and followed through with addressing my concerns.

I started Byte 14 weeks ago. I just found out today that I basically have to start all over. I am beyond frustrated. Byte's answer? "I'm sorry. I would be mad, too." The company was very communicative while I was still a prospective client. They texted me frequently to check in and answer questions. As soon as I paid for the product, the communication stopped. They literally never reached out to me again. Because they never checked in with me, my treatment plan wasn't "tracking" properly, but I had no way to know it. I kept wearing my aligners like I should and switching them weekly, but things just weren't moving.

I had braces twice in my teen years. I was still in my parents pockets, so I was irresponsible and didn’t wear my retainers... either time. Now as an responsible adult, I decided to give this teeth straightening one last shot. I did my research and Byte was the best and most cost effective company. Thus far I’m extremely happy with my experience!

Before I signed up, I called customer service and was put through to my advisor. I have had such an awesome and positive experience with the bright Byte whitening foam and the aligners in general. I have always been self conscious about my teeth but Byte is helping me be so much happier and more confident in my smile!

I am having a great experience with Byte. I am a little over half way through my treatment plan, about 10 weeks in, and I have had no issues. It is going so smoothly and I am loving the way that my smile is looking already. I have been avoiding braces for over 20 years. I considered Invisalign 5 years ago and chickened out, convincing myself that I would never adjust to wearing them. I didn’t want the pain or the annoyance of compliance. Now that I have been wearing them for 4 weeks, I wish I had done this a very long time ago. It is so easy. No pain ever, no annoyance. I forget I am wearing them. I have the overnight, but would have no issues wearing them during the day. This is so easy. And I can feel my teeth moving because of my bite. I am always looking in the mirror, wondering if this is really possible for teeth to move this quickly. This is so easy I am laughing at myself for all the drama that led up to it. I could have had straight teeth decades ago. LOL.

Updated on 12/09/2020: In the beginning I wasn’t really feeling my aligners and I was actually questioning my choice. But now I’m on aligner #4 of 15 and I believe I have it mastered. Now I can remove my aligners without the tool. Removing my gel nails made it all possible.

This works really well and super fast! I was very impressed. The only complaint I have is that the plastic causes me to have chapped lips. Also I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for my continued treatment plan. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend it!

I’m just blown away with the experience so far with Byte me. The customer service is amazing???? I can’t wait to continue my journey at a more amazing smile. I would recommend this over Invisalign any day! With it being cost friendly makes it even better.

I love Byte, I wish I did this treatment years ago lol. One thing I will say simply for improvements. In aligners 13 of 15 it notes to order the “final aligners”. I did. I was told I have another final set for aligners16-21. I assume 15 was final then retainer. Then the wait for final aligners are 4-6 weeks. I recommend notes be placed in aligner 10 so the 4-6week wait is along schedule to switch. Having to wear the same aligners 4 weeks kinda suck waiting for the final set then retainers. Besides that everything else is great. I noticed a change the first 2-3weeks.

I am not finished with my 19 week treatment. I am starting week 5 tonight but so far it has been great. The aligners fit and are easy to manage, the customer support team is great, and I am looking forward to a straighter smile soon. Best thing you can do during quarantine!

So far I am pleased with my experience with Byte. I've had little discomfort, and adjusting to wearing them has been easy. My teeth are moving exactly the way I expected and I am excited to see the final product!

Getting closer to the end of my experience and still feel like I need more progress. The beginning of the process was good and quick. Feedback takes about less than 48 hours. Customer service is very polite and always answer all your questions.

From the beginning to the end, my experience with Byte has been a positive one. First, customer service was excellent in the beginning when my impression trays were a little too large for my mouth. A second impression kit was sent out immediately at no cost. After my impressions were sent back, they were quickly analyzed and I was pleased to see my 3d images were exactly the results I was looking for. Customer service has been great at getting right back to me when I have a question or concern. My teeth are looking better than they have in years!

I had braces for four years 8 grade to Junior year in high school. My wisdom teeth had shifted my teeth and messing my bite up again. I am on week 4 in treatment and already notice a big difference. In my bite especially!!
