I’d read raving reviews for Byte for a while before giving it a try and so far, the experience has gone well. Bright byte really has my teeth looking immaculate without being harsh and yucky like other whiteners. I’m on week 13 and after communicating on my progress, they’re sending another impression kit for my stubborn canines so the Byte for Life Guarantee is a fact!

Overall it has been a very good experience so far with Byte at Night. Impression kit done at home with no doctor visit. Got slingers only 2 weeks later. Byte advisor is a salesperson, not a tooth expert, and can be a little pushy. That being said, I asked for a modification to my treatment plan and she got it done almost immediately. I have had no pain or discomfort, and my family doesn’t even know when the aligners are in my mouth even though they are pretty thick. The only part I don’t really enjoy is taking the aligners out.

I have started a teeth alignment program with Byte using a series of plastic trays custom molded for my teeth. I am in the 4th week and have had no problems so far. Getting used to the trays in my mouth didn't seem to take much time at all. The customer service is very good - I have received prompt responses to all of my questions. Byte does seem to be a first class company.

The complete experience has been amazing. I had some trepidation at first but once I started the journey I was wildly surprised. Everything from the aligners to the Hyperbyte has been great. Customer service is amazing as well. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone.

Real easy program to use. Getting the impression was not hard to do at all and quick to respond back through emails. I really like the teeth whitener that comes with the kit. The kit also comes with all of the aligners you will need to complete your treatment and you do not have to wait on getting your next set. What is the best thing is not having to make an appointment and going to the orthodontist every month!

So far my experience with Byte has been fantastic! Everyone who has talked to me has been super helpful and the process of taking my impressions and sending them in couldn’t have been easier! I would recommend Byte to anyone looking to perfect their smile!

The customer service has Always gotten Back to me within a day! And have answered all of my questions very well! I am recommending to several of my friends because of how good it is and I am definitely seeing results! The HyperByte is amazing as well!

The customer service is amazing since you get a real life person assisting you along the way from ordering impressions to sending them back and getting the treatment plan to paying for the liners and getting them started. The cost is much less than traditional braces and so far I’m impressed with everything including the easy to use website. I would recommend to family and friends and will probably use Byte again for my other kiddos.

There have been a few times during the last 10 months where my teeth fell off track and I needed to re-take my impressions. The customer service dept has been fantastic through this whole process. I can see such a difference in my teeth. My overcrowding is not an issue anymore. I am waiting on my last set of refinements and this should make everything perfect. I am so glad I decided on Byte for my treatment plan.

Half way through my 14 week journey and so far it has been money well spent. Progress has already been made and looking forward to the rest of the journey. Good support from the Byte team along the way as well. So far so good!

So far, I'm in my 6th week of using the Byte aligners, whitening and HyperByte. So far, so good! From the sign-up, impressions, and aligners, the staff at Byte are always super helpful and professional. I've used text messaging, phone and e-mail to communicate, and they have always been prompt and knowledgeable. I can definitely already see a difference and I can't wait to see my final new smile in a few weeks!

I started in July with my treatment. The process has not been stressful. I love my HyperByte! I’m on week 10 right now & I’m seeing results from week 1 to week 10. A good decision for me to choose Byte.

As a teenager, I had the full on, legitimate braces. I could have been more compliant with wearing my retainer after and have no idea where it went. With my wedding coming up, I wanted to improve my smile for photos and turned to Byte. I am about halfway through the painful journey (nothing a couple doses of ** can't help) and can already see my teeth improving.

From the initial call to my current week in the process, the staff has been professional, accommodating, and helpful, easing my concerns and answering my questions. I can already see a difference in my smile and cannot wait until I'm done in a few weeks!

I haven’t received the aligners yet, but I have had A LOT of helpful, intelligent, and amazing help from my advisor!!! I was also referred to speak with a member on the clinical team who provided me with extra support and answers to my questions!!

The customer service is literally the best, they actually take their time via: email, voice call, and in text messages! I’m usually a busy person so this is extremely useful to me. I can’t wait to get my aligners and start my journey to a great smile!

I thought I was at the end of my treatment and I wasn't happy with my smile. I called and was told my treatment wasn't over and my smile was guaranteed for life, so if it isn't perfect, I can continue treatment until it was! I always recommend Byte.

I was nervous at first to complete an at home treatment like this, but byte has made it so easy. The customer service is top notch and the product is great quality. I saw results immediately and am excited to see my final smile!

My Byte treatment took only 3 1/2 (or so they claimed) months to complete! My teeth are straightened and my teeth only really hurt for the first week or so. It was such an easy and much more accessible option, and as someone with pretty severe dentist anxiety, it helped me feel even more confident being able to manage things from home. The only issue I encountered was that my Hyperbyte stopped working a week or two into my treatment, and they replaced it for me pretty quickly free of extra charge! The treatment is ending up taking much longer than expected, some of the “change once a week trays” took my teeth two weeks or more. Just depends on your teeth and your anatomy! Just don’t expect things to end right on time. All around a pretty seamless route to more confidence!

On my second week, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Byte's Products and of course their customer service. Can’t wait till week 15 so I can show y’all my progress! Thank you Byte, for providing a quick and easy way to take care of my teeth without the hassle!

The Byte team is so responsive and helpful! Throughout the whole process they have emailed me to make sure everything is going well and if I have any questions. Currently, my teeth are not moving as planned so the team is sending over another impression kit to figure out what the next steps will be. They are responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful!

After two independent dentists told me I needed to change the structure of my teeth I chose to give Byte a try. I’ve just completed my first month of the Byte 10-hour nighttime program. The retainers are very comfortable and I am beginning to see/feel my teeth shifting already. I put them in around 8 p.m. and take them out before I leave for work just after 6 a.m. This has been a much easier process than I anticipated and I’m so excited to see the final results! The bonus is the noticeable incremental teeth brightening from BrightByte as well.

I went with BYTE aligners to get my overbite problem corrected. So far my experience with Byte has been satisfactory. Great Customer service and quick and effective response on all our queries. Despite their short treatment lengths, I am very happy with the results so far. Byte program is so much affordable as well.

I am incredibly pleased with my Byte experience. I have about 4 weeks left until I am finished, and I started seeing results as early as week one. I have not achieved final results yet, but so far I have been delighted with my experience with Byte. I researched the company online and was satisfied that I could proceed safely. The price was right, the directions clear, and the products packaged attractively and professionally. I have had several questions and have spoken to a couple of different Byte representatives on the phone. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Christian, in particular, promised email responses which arrived promptly.

I wore braces as a kid but as an adult I grew to really be bothered by the movement my teeth had made. The aligners were so easy. It only took a few days to get used to them. And nobody ever even noticed that I was wearing them!

I'm currently on the step 3/14 of my aligners, but I have loved the customer service, since the beginning they were really helpful and even applied a discount to my purchase. Also they kept me informed at every step of the process from receiving my impression kit until I got my aligners. Both packages were really beautiful and came with a bunch of instructions and references to videos explaining how to proceed in each step. Talking about the actual aligners the first set was a bit painful, but once that you get use to it, the other sets sit comfortably. I can see and feel how my teeth are moving and I'm really excited to check my new smile.

I have so loved using Byte aligners! They are super simple and work so well. Loving my new smile???? And it only took 12 weeks!!! Also great service with quick responses to questions. Even the box they come in is so nice, everything was simple to use and very high quality.

I feel like my teeth needed a bit more work especially on 2 different areas. I've also been using the Byte 20 minutes a day now, because that's what the customer service has asked. Hopefully that helps in the next 2 weeks before my ending treatment comes to an end.

I’m a little over halfway through my treatment and I’m very pleased with my experience. Not only are my teeth moving fairly quickly and relatively comfortably, but the customer care offered from the Byte team is unmatched. They’ve been there for me every step of the way. If I ever have a question, it’s so easy to reach out to my representative and the response is almost immediate. Very pleased thus far!

I have seen drastic changes to smile! My gap in my front teeth is almost gone. I had to re-order more aligners because they didn't fit exactly but they sent me a new kit to retake my molds free of charge!! I can't wait to see the end results of my smile!

The set up is easy. Everything works fine until I got to the end of my 3 month treatment. Took before and after pics and my teeth didn't move. Waiting for another set of retainers. Taking much longer than expected and not sure if it will work this time. They emailed and said this is normal but to me, this seems far from what I expected. Now I am waiting for about a month with my temporary retainer waiting for my new set so I can finish the process.

I'm just getting started with Byte and the customer support is amazing! I would definitely recommend. I previously went with another company and they have just deserted me and left me incomplete with my plan. So glad to work with Byte. Wish I would have chosen them first.

The Byte Team, Jessica in particular, has been awesome through my straight teeth journey. Jessica was attentive and super helpful with the beginning of my process. When I initially submitted my impressions, they were not accepted, but the team was super helpful in describing what I needed to do to continue my journey. They sent me another impression kit so quickly and the whole process was seamless.

I was always very self conscious of my smile which was very inconvenient seeing as that’s all I do all day. This system was super easy, effective, and affordable and it’s truly changed my life for the better. My friends have noticed and so have my family members. Overall I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to improve their teeth.

Whenever I called, if they weren’t able to pick up the phone, I’d get follow up emails and calls. In addition to this, they consistently ask to check on the patient/customer throughout the treatment plan. They are also very concise and clear with their responses to any questions I ask.

I’ve seen so much improvement in less than three months! My smile is already better than I expected. I’ve gotten so many compliments from my family and friends and I find myself smiling in more pictures than I did before. The only issue I had so far is with finding out if my insurance covers any of the cost. I’m getting a bit of a runaround from both sides.

From the start, Byte has been in constant communication with me and the customer service has been exceptional. I really feel cared for and my experience has been easy. The aligners are almost invisible and the process is laid out so simple for you! If you’re on the fence about doing Byte, I say go for the investment! Your teeth are going to be straighter, whiter, and not to mention it will be easier to conceal too since masks are required. :P

I’ve always thought it would be too hard, too long, too expensive to fix my teeth but since starting with Byte it has all been too easy! I'm so excited to get started and have already been recommending to a friend. The support has been great so far!

My aligners are working, that's the point of treatment. However, the follow-up and communication needs improvement. The customer is left to remember to follow-up on additional aligners and retainers. Customers should be responsible for following all treatment directions but Byte should be responsible to ensure timely care and follow up calls to the customer so that there are no gaps in the treatment. Whether ordering additional aligners or retainers a Byte rep should reach out notifying the customer that it's time for the next step. My experience, proactive customer follow up is not a priority. This is disappointing.

Byte has taken great care of me so far! The customer care team is so friendly and helpful. The process has been smooth and easy and even fun at times! I'm on my 4th set of aligners and am happy with the process so far!

My Byte experience since day one has been great! I received my impression kit fast and it was really easy to do. Once I sent it back I received my aligners in less than 2 weeks and I’m so happy with everything. It’s not painful at all and the customer service is amazing. They always get back to me very quickly.

The service was consistently prompt and professional with Byte, worthy of 5 stars. However, I can’t give it 5 stars because my teeth did not shift in 12 weeks. My smile looks exactly the same. I am happy that Byte is willing to make things right though.

When I called the the person who had helped me was very thorough and attentive about my concern. I thought my aligners had been shipped cause I got an email that said they were delivered but after he reviewed the info over the aligners were still being made. Concern was was taken care of.

Great Customer service from the start. A representative checked to make sure I got my kit and knew how to use it. They informed me when they received my kit and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my aligners they checked in to make sure I wasn’t having any trouble with them.

My only caveat is that if you do the night only aligners you may want to wear them a bit longer than suggested. I spent two weeks with each set. Just a few weeks left to go!

My experience with Byte invisible Aligners was quick and easy. I was finished within a few months. My gap is closed and my teeth are straighter and whiter. I am a lot more confident in my smile and happy with my results.

I am on week 9 of my Byte aligners and I am really loving the results! I have a significant overbite that took a while to start moving, but now I can see such a difference. I’m so excited to see my smile after my full 22 weeks. The first week was the most uncomfortable, and after that I barely notice my aligners. The process is very efficient. You send in your detail, get an impression kit which is laid out so easy to do, then soon your aligners come with the easiest step by step process of what to do. It's a confusing process but the cool packaging and instructions make it so much easier.

I had braces as a kid for years, and wore a retainer for many years after that, but over the years my teeth have shifted a ton. These aligners were the best solution to get my teeth back in line without having to see a dentist or go through the traditional braces process again. The aligners are very easy to deal with and usually very comfortable. I have had a few that have had rough areas that cut my tongue, but they're very easy to trim or file smooth as needed. I had some aches and tenderness the first week, but that goes away quickly and get easier and quicker to adjust to as the weeks go on. I'm already seeing progress 4 weeks in, so it just motivates me to keep going. I start getting excited for the next set a few days before my week is over.

Byte has been fairly easy! The impressions gave me a hard time the first round but they sent me a second set of impressions For free and they worked the second time. Customer service is good. My byte advisor answered all my questions pretty quick. The virtual smile is really cool Because you can see your smile after your treatment is done. Byte pay is really convenient but your required to pay for the insurance, and you can’t apply any discounts if you use byte pay. Bsi you’re paying a lot more with byte pay. But if you have bad credit they approve 100% of people. So far the whole thing has been pretty simple. Hopefully my aligners come fast!

I had two separate members of Byte check on me throughout the process. I just got my “smile” on my profile. It’s so cool. I can see my new teeth in 3D and also see how they’re going to move each week. Also, the link is available to friends and family if you copy it. My parents and my friends are so happy for me and can’t wait for me to finish the entire process!

For the past year or so I’ve been looking for a company that is not only affordable but also trusted when it came to teeth aligners. I did my research and I found Byte! No complaints. Almost near the end of my treatment plan and still have some alignment issues, but Byte was more than happy to address the concerns and am in the process of getting these bad boys in top shape! My experience has been positive, although I had trouble with my upper teeth and had to wait for new aligners which took a long time, but was offered free bottle of BrightByte for the wait. My dog also ate the Hyper Byte which was really unfortunate because it helped a lot, and I reached out but found out it costs 400 to replace it and couldn't afford it. Instead, I bought a vibrating teether meant for babies but does pretty much the same thing.

My experience has been amazing so far. My teeth are shifting and my smile is looking great. Customer service is also nice. I also really love how affordable it was to fix my smile with Byte. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is looking for a nicer smile.

Omg I am so happy to share that I am almost halfway there! I am on step 5 of 13 in my Byte process and the change is noticeable already! It is easy to use, adorable, and good quality. I like them so far because they are not hard to use. I find better than real metal braces because I can take them out and put them back in when am finished eat, prevent food from stuck in my teeth.

Excellent! The first part of the experience when waiting for the mold kits was very quick. They arrived a lot faster than expected. Then the process of molding my teeth looked tough at first but after a few tries it quickly became easy! I even thought I messed up at one point but to my surprise it passed the test.

Honestly, when I first purchased my aligners, I was afraid my money would be wasted but it has been good so far. My only concerns are that they don't reach out as often once the aligners are purchased by the consumer. I also didn't know that my point of contact to Byte was through their customer support and not my Byte advisor. However, I am pleased that they uphold their lifetime guarantee in case of issues and they make sure to reply to customers within the 48 hr timeframe in their Byte support.

I am only 4 weeks into my Byte treatment but so far it has been a quick and easy experience. So far on my journey to straighter teeth they have been there every step of the way. To picking out a treatment plan and helping to figure out a payment plan that works for me they have made sure it's been a breeze. They make sure to get back with you as quick as they can with any questions or problems you may have. They have done a great job in creating an outstanding company.

My main concern when I started my Byte journey in early April were my two top teeth that came inward kind of like a V shape but not super drastic. I was supposed to be done in July, but as my top teeth began to align, one tooth looked a lot higher than the other when you looked at it from the bottom. I had to wait two months to get my refinement aligners which were supposed to bring that higher tooth down to the same level as the other one. I’m now halfway through the refinements and this issue is not getting resolved. For some reason each aligner is making my front tooth smaller than the other one and it’s so embarrassing. I contacted their support and they suggested I get an additional treatment at a real dentist office to fix it. I am appalled and feel robbed because I’m literally paying them to mess up my teeth only to later then fix it later at an orthodontist.

The whole process was so easy and fast! For me, the whole process took 10 days!! I am so happy to be on this journey and so glad Byte was there for me! They also offered back a refund if I was not a fit which is awesome!

Seems ok so far. About two thirds of the way through treatment. Not a fan of the upcharge for night only aligners as opposed to the 24 hour wear aligners. Hope that 3nd results will be more significant than what we've gotten so far. The cost of the byte whitening gel they strongly suggest for use is pretty outrageous too.
