Going great. I wear every night for 10 hours as recommended and I feel the progress. Hyperbyte and Brightbyte are great additions. I would recommend to all my friends with minor correction judges. 7 weeks to go! Really have nothing else to add. Wish everyone else has as great of an experience

I’m currently on week 2, and so far I’ve had a few small problems with the aligners themselves. No matter what the issue was or what time of day, the team was always ready to give me answers. I’m looking forward to seeing my results!

I’m currently on week 3 of my aligners and so far so good. I definitely recommend Byte! The overall presentation is professional and very appealing. I can already see my teeth improving and I can’t wait until I’m on my last set of aligners for the final result.

The process has been pretty smooth, and customer service has been very available and helpful from the time I was first interested until I received my aligners. I did have some struggles communicating with customer service once I received my aligners, as they were less responsive then, but overall, my experience has met and exceeded my expectations thus far, and at this point, I'm feeling confident that I will like my results, and would want to eventually recommend this service to friends.

Thankful for Byte aligners! Staff are great and prompt in answering questions. I had a lot of questions and concerns about doing an aligner system that did not involve seeing a dentist. These aligners have been faster, cheaper, and more comfortable than braces, which I've had. On the other hand, I've also had to buy a lot of BrightByte and wait a long time for new shipments. I hope things smooth out a little more from here. My wife is also considering getting Byte.

I found the instructions great and easy to follow and am happy with the results so far! My aligners were mispackaged though and I didn't realize I had more than 15 aligners. Customer service helped me out though once I got them on the phone and I'm excited to get my next set.

I believe Byte may just be the best alternative if your teeth qualify for clear plastic aligners. Between the price + results + ease of not having to go to the dentist. I was skeptical at first seeing how much cheaper byte was compared to the competition, but so far so good! My process isn't 100% complete yet, but they have worked with me every step of the way, and they check in with you throughout the process. Byte has been a fantastic company to do business with!

I am happy with my experience with Byte. During the process I felt that my top teeth could be a little more straight and when I contact byte they immediately sent me a new kit to do impressions and new retainers to make sure my teeth are perfect! I am so excited to see my further progress!

I have had excellent care from the many Byte representatives that I have dealt with. I only needed minor correction. This is the 3rd time in my life that I had 'braces'. As a young adult, I had removable braces and that doesn't work on 'kids'. This correction has been painless and easy! I need slightly more correction and my reps have been more than helpful getting this taken care of!

I hemmed and hawed for weeks over whether or not to follow through with my Nite Byte purchase. I'm now on week 7 (of 12) of my personalized plan and couldn't be happier. The process was simple, the customer service has been amazing (I mean... I'm taking the time to write a review :-) ... that should count for something!), and there's nothing more validating than actually seeing the changes and improvements in your smile. Highly, highly recommend.

I am almost half-way through my treatment, week 7, 8 more to go. The ordering process was relatively quick and easy. Good customer support. I failed the first time doing the impressions because my jaws are pretty big, but they sent me a second kit for free. I still struggled with it so in the end I was surprised that it worked. The aligners fit me and I can feel my teeth have moved. Got used to wearing them within a couple of weeks.

Always helpful when needed and fast replies. Great product, on my 5th week of retainers and have already noticed a difference in whiteness in my teeth and significant changes. Love the whitening foam and the vibrating mouthpiece to help soothe teeth pain.

I am on week 6 of my night treatment and my teeth has already shifted so much! Like when I look at photos of myself I can't even tell there is an misalignment anymore. I originally wanted to fix my crooked front tooth, but after seeing the video Byte sent me I saw there was a lot more to be fixed. Now my front tooth is almost totally straight (remember I'm only on week 6) and everything else is shifting into place too! There is only a super minor discomfort on the first night (really not bad at all), and honestly I kind of liked it because it told me it was working!

The startup was quick and easy and had easy to follow instructions. My trays came quickly and have been a breeze to use. I chose the overnight program and have loved it! Customer Service is great too. Happy with the results already!

Byte company was the prefect choice for me. I saved both time and money. If not all, most orthodontist charge over $5,000 for aligners, plus the hassle of going to appointment after appointment. With Byte I saved a large margin of money, and I’m not having to take the time to attend appointments. Byte makes it easy by sending you a well organized case of all of your aligners with easy to follow instructions. Byte is my recommended company to purchase aligners from.

My teeth have moved and I cannot express my happiness with that, as well as the whitening WORKS SO WELL but the customer service is a bit questionable, I have received inconsistent updates as well as misquoted shipping times. I wish my communications with my advisor were more organized so maybe they can help more, and seem more informed.

I am on week 4 on my treatment and it’s going very well. I’ve had noticeable changes with my bottom teeth which excites me. Only thing that is “bothersome” would be having to take them out every time I eat. Which isn’t too big of a deal but I feel like I have to eat quickly to ensure I don’t use up all my time on one meal. And this part is actually a good thing but I don’t eat snacks like I used to. I’d call that one a win-win. All-in-all, I’ve had a great experience so far and definitely recommend to all my friends and people who ask about my aligners.

So far my experience with Byte has been beyond enjoyable. Honestly, the first couple days were tough to get used to. My lisp was bad and my mouth hurt but after 2 or 3 days I really just got used it. The aligners are easy to use, easy to take care of and mine have fit pretty well. I’m on week 7 and have noticed a little difference mainly with my tongue where I used to feel the gaps.

It has been almost 8 weeks since I sent impressions in and they still have not been mailed to me yet. Can you please send ASAP. I am going on 10 months treatment for what should have been 6 months. Manufacturing has been a huge issue with aligners.

I have experienced exceptional customer service from the very beginning. I chose the night routine with the hyper byte because I talk a lot for work and needed the night routine with the quick turn around. Customer service is great and I already see drastic changes after 7 weeks. However, I didn't know my aligners weren't fitting properly and had to backtrack in my treatment plan. Also my aligners are asymmetrical and some sets don't fully cover the teeth, leading to issues with comfort, whitener application, and treatment progress. I still think it will be worth the money; I just wish I could've received improved aligners.

Things were a little slow and I was contacted by many different employees saying they were my advisor so it was confusing at times who I could go to but whoever I contacted would always help me with whatever. The process to get my insurance through is still a little difficult and would really feel like in the future if I never recommended Byte it would be because of the process to get insurance processed is so long and difficult.

The system seems good and was easy to get started. I wish the "Byte Advisor" remained more involved after making the sale - for example, informing clients that the hyperbyte needs hours to charge before the first use - but outside of that it's been a good experience overall.

I’m on week 5 of my treatment plan and it’s going great! A very small amount of discomfort with each change of aligner. The Hyperbyte helps with any mild discomfort. And the Bright Byte is really easy to use. I can see a difference already.

I love it, it hurts but beauty comes with pain. The tightening process and teeth shifting is a fast process and that’s one of the pros that I love about Byte. Then the Byte vibrator shifts my teeth faster and I love that.

I use my HSA to pay for my Byte. They also take dental insurance, awesome. The package of the aligners is top Notch. Whenever I have a question customer service is quick to respond. I love that they also respond to text messages. And they always have promos for free teeth whitening or discounted teeth whitening. And who doesn’t love white, straight teeth.

Had an issue with my aligners during the process and the customer service rep quickly reassured me that the issue can be resolved. I was a bit skeptical trying a remote aligner company but so far the experience has been great!

From the beginning the customer service was excellent, the packaging and organization excellent too. However, once I got my aligners I had no customer service reach out support me, unlike in the beginning phases of the process. I had gaps between my teeth and my aligners, but there was no information on the website or anywhere about what to do so I just pressed on with my treatment. Now I'm having to go all the way 8 weeks back because the gaps are too big. I think they should have reached out to check in with me after a few weeks and their website should have information about what to do if you have gaps. Since I have texted with them though, they have been very supportive.

Everything is great. Only thing that can be improved is the HyperByte. My front teeth can't reach the bite thing, so they never vibrate. I always have to bite the hyper byte with my front teeth. Just make it fit all mouths and you guys are 10/10!

I am happy with my choice. Order: Byte's customer service is excellent. The impression kit was very easy to use. Also, I have got my order much faster than I was expecting and that was a great surprise. Treatment: I thought that the treatment process would be painful, but I was absolutely wrong. There is no pain, you get used to a very minor discomfort in a few days. I choose night aligners, which for me is the best option for treatment. My teeth are getting straight when I sleep and I absolutely do not worry about how to care for aligners in the daytime and can eat/drink whenever I want. My treatment plan is for 20 weeks. Due to Covid I had been unable to see my mom for 8 months. When I was finally able to go visit I jumped on the opportunity and drove all day. My molds kit came while I was gone so I emailed Byte's Parker ** who was so great in helping me get them done even though I couldn’t get to it right away. He assured me that Byte would help in any way and wished me a great visit with my mom. That personal touch meant the world to me.

So far my experience with Byte has been great! Everything is very organized and very easy to follow. Starting from the beginning getting my impression in the mail to getting my actual trays has been very easy and simple with no stress.

Before Byte my teeth had some crookedness in them and other obvious imperfections. I never wanted to get braces but I thought it was probably time to fix my teeth. I’m halfway through my Byte treatment, and I only have good things to say. Switching retainers is easy, and the pace of treatment feels quick but really manageable! A tip I’ve found is using my HyperByte twice on the nights after a switch to help with any pain (but the pain is good — I know it’s working!).

Byte team has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process so far. Great Experience with the team. I enjoy how they have a rep. available through text to address any potential concerns. The kit came in very well organized and easy to follow.

The experience is quick and easy. Much more comfortable than metal braces. It only took me three months to complete. And customer support is in constant contact with you in case you have questions. You also get your own Byte Advisor that will answer any of your questions personally. I highly recommend!

I am 2 weeks short of finishing my 10 sets of Byte trays. My teeth are moving nicely. I am very impressed with how easy this has been. I have added a day before I change to new trays when I have a day when I can’t wear trays for regular amount of time. This is the second time that I have straightened my teeth. The first time was with my local Orthodontists. I had to go in for an appointment for every new tray. Several of the trays had uncomfortable edges and I would return again for correction. This went on for a long time. I had to do it again because I did not wear my uncomfortable retainers. I will wear my retainers this time.

When I removed aligner first time with tool it made a torn spot and it irritated my mouth. I roughed it out and once I replaced aligner I never used tool again. It’s much easier to use fingers. That’s all I’m writing.

It hasn't been very painful at all, not nearly as bad as I was expecting (or should I say dreading), and I can already see the difference in that my worst teeth have already moved back into place a good bit. I can't wait for more progress and my new smile!

I’ve had a wonderful and easy experience with my treatment! The transition from one set to the next is extremely easy to follow with the packaging and the Hyperbyte eases them in perfectly. So far so good. I had plenty of communication back and forth through the whole process. Now that I'm 4 weeks in even getting instruction on how to stay on track. Can't wait for the entire treatment process and the results of each week to see the difference.

Both staff members that I have spoken to have been extremely helpful through the process from using the impression kit up to the proper use of the aligners. Use manuals provided are succinct but still provide the information needed. An improvement I would recommend is to let the customer know the average time the BryteByte bottle will provide so that the customer can know ahead of time if they will need to order more of the solution.

Overall, Byte worked very well. I had to wear them longer than I expected because it took longer than 2 weeks for my teeth in each set of aligners. But the way my teeth look now are better than ever and I'm so confident in how my teeth look now. Finally straight!

I’m 48 years old and always wanted braces. My teeth are not terrible but could always be better. I never afford braces. I had a friend recently, that purchased Byte. I waited to see his results.
