Every week the aligners are not fitting close to my teeth and I email Byte and they just ask for photos. They’re ON my teeth but there are gaps and when I change into the next set of aligner there are bigger gaps. First photo is the aligners on. Second photo is side by side, left photo is the beginning before any aligners, right photo is week 12 using aligner 12. No results.

Working with Kim was so smooth! She was quick to help, and even offered to stay on the phone with me while I worked through a few things in my end in case I had more questions. Working in a field that requires high quality customer service, I can truly appreciate my experience so far! :)

There are many other options similar to Byte, but I can't imagine anyone having as good of a customer service as they do. They are easy to contact, and very personable, and friendly. I highly recommend Byte - and I believe they are the only ones who offer teeth whiting as part of their program.

It was very easy to use love the trays. Easy under stable & I’ve got multiple compliments on the new shape of my teeth. I would Highly recommend This product to any family and friends I know! Can’t wait to see the end results of the treatment.

They are very helpful with ensuring your treatment is going well and as planned. Responsive and willing to accommodate needs as they may arise. Overall I am fairly happy with the service and would recommend to people who are considering improving their smiles.

I’ve always wanted my teeth straightened, but cost was always a factor. I was quoted $6300 for Invisalign with a 2 year treatment plan. With Byte, I paid $2200 with a 6 month treatment plan. I’m halfway through treatment and it’s going great! I’m so happy!

I’m so excited to be starting my journey to a better smile. The care team has been awesome answering any questions that I had. They took the time to email and text when I’d receive my impression kit, if I needed help with the impressions, and had notified me when they received the kit. It’s been a great experience so far.

The whole Byte experience was amazing, I came in with no information and they helped answer every question I had. My experience has been good. I've had no issues thus far and the process has been smooth. I like how easy it was to understand the entire process without needing a physical dentist and that everything was thorough including the treatment plan. I can already see much improvement on week 13! Customer service is also very helpful.

I had a great experience with Byte. The aligners took about 4 weeks to get to me after sending in my impressions. Everything went smoothly and the process was not painful at all. It was a little sensitive for a couple of days when you change out your aligners but that is normal. The aligners came with a case that had a file and a pick to help remove the aligners. I never had a problem with removing them. I only used the file after I had to cut off a piece of my aligner off because I had a wisdom tooth removed after my impressions. Customer service was top notch. They always responded the same day when I emailed them and they were always helpful. At the end of my treatment, I was very pleased with my teeth. I am now waiting for my retainers. Thank you so much for making this an easy process!

I just wanted to assure potential customers that I have found the aligners very comfortable. I'm only on Day 2 so expected to have pain, as others have described. My jaw is very small, so I definitely expected to have pain, but there is none. Don't hesitate to order.

I've had a great experience with Byte so far. The wait time for my second set of aligners is a bit frustrating, but I'm looking forward to wearing my next set because the first set went so well! Bright Byte is also a great addition to my daily wearing routine.

Got great results and never hurt too bad. I had a realignment done near the end and the process was quick as well. Support was great and they chimed in with regular status updates so I wasn't flying blind at all.

I am currently on my fourth week of using Byte aligners. My first week the aligners were a bit uncomfortable but once I got used to them and used the HyperByte daily all my discomfort went away. Now I hardly notice they are there!

Having these on for so many hours of the day is uncomfortable but I've gotten used to it. The pain is typically the worst the first few days and then it's just mild discomfort after that. I find that I am clenching my jaw more now too which I hope isn't going to damage my smile. I do it more so in my sleep. Overall I am happy with the progress. I just hope that everything is going according to plan!

I did a lot of research on invisible slingers before choosing Byte. They will not disappoint. The process was simple and pain free from start to finish. My rep was helpful and although my aligners were schedule to arrive in 4-6 weeks, they came in 2. I’m pretty happy with the turnaround time as well as how easy it is to speak with customer service. Currently in week 2 of a 15 week plan. I see results already.

I like the be able to use them while I sleep. The BrightByte is great to use on the aligners. If there are any rough edges it is very simple to file it with the file they give you. It gets easier each week to take out the aligners.

I am nearing week 4 of my experience with Byte. The process is exactly as described in the Q&A and information portions of the website. I feel comfortable knowing the progress is being reviewed. After a short adjustment period, I hardly notice that I am wearing the aligners at all! The company does a great job with user-friendly guidelines, and great customer service. I actually decided to do this in September and the whole Covid thing delayed everything a little bit and the trays but I just got confirmation that my aligners are on the way. I am so happy because I made a decision to quit smoking this year. Hopefully I can do it. I tried several times and have not been able to but I’m turning 43 in a week and I can finally get my teeth fixed because of my insurance helping me. I have not gotten my liners yet but I’ve gotten great customer service thru Byte.

I decided to start the journey in June and I am currently on week 4 of my treatment (October). It's been easy to communicate with the team, pretty simple to follow the instructions. The impressions process was harder than I thought it was going to be, but I figured it out. Also, taking photos and uploading them sounds simple, but the app and the photo book conflicted each other on what they defined as "the left side" and "the right side" of your face. There are lots of ways to earn promos to help with the expense. The packaging of all items is nice and well presented. I am happy with Byte and will keep moving along toward completion of my smile transformation.

I had been self-conscious of the gaps in my teeth since I was young. After reading many reviews I went with Byte to change my smile. Following my purchase of the kit the representatives gave feedback and support, answering all of my questions and giving me all the information I needed. The Byte aligners closed the gap in my front teeth perfectly and straightened my teeth to the standard I expected. The Hyper Byte is amazing as well, really helps with the uncomfort. The BrightByte also works amazing. 100/10 recommend Byte.

Once I hit adulthood, I figured I was doomed to have the same crooked smile (that seemed to get worse every year) for the rest of my life unless I wanted to endure a mouthful of metal for years. I was really surprised at the affordability of Byte, as well as the results and especially the short duration. In a quick 11 weeks I had a significantly improved smile that not only looked better cosmetically, but also made it much easier to floss and take care of my new smile.

I am 12 (out of 21/22 weeks) weeks into my Byte experience and so far, so good. At first the aligners took some getting used to but it’s been worth it. I have seen some noticeable changes in my smile and the overall experience with byte has been great.

Firstly, the Byte team are great, it’s true. They got me on to a real dentist very quickly to chat about my plan before signing on, you don’t always get that with mail order aligners. I’m on the nighttime aligners as I couldn’t face wearing them all day, I’ve found I actually need to spend a bit more time in them than a week to actually get to the next set of aligners, so you may find your treatment is a bit longer. But if you’re just wearing them at night it’s also easier. The dentist also told me I’d need to get a dentist to put in a wire in the back of my teeth to prevent them moving after treatment, unless I was prepared to wear my retainer for 7+ years! This may just be my teeth but that may be something to factor into your treatment cost. I’ve still got 5 retainers left so not fully done yet, but I have noticed a difference.

The staff on my care team is so awesome and so helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and were so easy to get in touch with even with my strange work schedule. Love working with them. The set up process to get my aligners is easy and fast, my treatment plan looks really great.

So far I’m 6 weeks in. I have been impressed with the help and encouragement I have received from the beginning and all virtually. Quite impressive for a fairly new company. Their help dental assistants, I feel she is personally mine for the duration.

I am on week 4 and everything has been easy and great so far. I love how descriptive and fool proof everything is and when I had a question someone from the Byte team responded quickly. The byte system is so easy and I’m excited to see where my teeth will be on week 11.

I lost my last 2 aligners and was told they were over 300 bucks to replace. I thought they were covered under the full plan but apparently they were not. Luckily I found mine but be aware that the aligners are not fully covered.

The Byte team has been responsive, quick, and helpful. I'm about mid-way through my treatment plan and have been so happy thus far! I've even had a couple friends ask about where they can get such good results with their teeth. :) If you're thinking about it, take the plunge...You'll be glad you did.

The only issue was I wasn’t clear on how to get my last retainer. And now it is going to take awhile to arrive. Otherwise I had a great experience with Byte. My teeth are straight and look much better than before.

I am a little more than half way through my night time treatment plan and the difference is already very noticeable. I’m glad I went for the night time treatment- it’s been very doable and comfortable to wear. The Bright Byte has made it easy to keep the liners clean and feeling fresh.

I was kind of skeptical of trying. But I loved that you don't have to go into an office and get upsold on everything. So I ordered my impression kit which came super fast and was easy to use. With the customer service texting and emailing me along the way. They are super helpful with any questions and got back with me within the hour. I have been waiting for aligners that would cut in half! Byte literally have the best customer service. At first, I couldn’t get my mold correct and they sent out a free one just so I can try again to get started and it worked! Putting the aligners in is quick and easy, instructions are easy as well! My bottom teeth aligned in 13 weeks and I’m too excited for my upper teeth to be aligned! Uploading my progress shows that they care and that they want every step to be perfect so I can have the perfect smile I want! When I first received the box I was confused on how long they should be in a day and how they should be cleaned. I talked to a few members of Byte and they were clear on it. The overall experience is actually quite satisfying in my personal opinion because they hurt a little at first then the pain goes away and you start to see the teeth shift and it’s completely mind blowing how it all works without even knowing.

At first I was very nervous going with any online company but as I did my research Byte stood out. I had braces as a teenager and it was by far the worst times in my teenage life. I had it all, even the headgear.... Now flash forward 27+ years and no retainers being worn equals crooked teeth!! Guess what. I don’t have to worry about all that with Byte!! The process is simple. It’s a two way street to keep in contact with your rep because they have so many patients. I contacted my rep and told her that I wasn’t satisfied with my projected smile.... What’s up? They sent me another kit and response time was fast. It’s been about 1.5 months since I got my Byte Aligners and my teeth are already starting to get straight and better. It used to hurt when I first got it, but then my provider told me to use my HyperByte 4 times a day and then it started feeling better.

I got emails every day until I purchased the plan but once I paid they didn’t take time to let me know my profile was not completed and they couldn’t get done my I Invisalign’s braces. Very disappointed. 3 months paying and no braces yet.

I wore braces for years as a teenager, but my teeth have shifted with age since I never wore my retainer. The whole process has gone smoothly, the presentation is beautifully organized. I am just a few weeks away from being finished, and my teeth are looking amazing. I'll definitely wear my retainer this time.

Thus far beyond expectation. Have had no issues. My little mouth vibrating device stopped holding a charge and they immediately sent a new one and paid for shipping of return. They always respond within minutes and a fill answer within a day or less on any issue. I have already recommended to others. Also I will say this is ideal for older patients also.

I started my experience a little over 3 months ago and even though I've been religious with my role, my teeth has remained relatively the same. I am on my second week of my aligners and I am already starting to see/feel the difference. But let’s start from the beginning. Shall we? I ordered the Impression Kit and luckily I managed to get 2 out of the 4 impressions right. I like that Byte is aware that doing impressions at home for the first time has some room for mistakes and that I was able to get the whole impression for top and bottom down by my third and fourth try.

Was informed that if I submit two selfies with week 4 aligners, I would be receiving a bottle of butler foam. So far the aligners and service have been five out of five. Hope to receive the foam bottle in a timely effective manner. Thanks!

Beyond my expectation, I haven't had to file any aligners down, they snap right in place, no rough edges. The patient care specialist have been very helpful, and easy to communicate with, everything is going really well for me, I'm seeing results and that makes me very happy. Beyond pleased, Byte is the real deal.

I’m very excited about my treatment, right now I’m waiting for it to be manufactured. The the first kit was delivered fast and all the instructions were well explained and I didn’t have any problem doing all the process. My adviser has been there even when my kit hadn’t arrived yet. Everything till now has been satisfactory, even the way of payment they offer you. The staff is very pleasant!

When I was debating whether or not to go the aligner route I did a lot of research. Everything sounded super at BYTE and it turned out to be true. The entire process was well organized and very easy to follow. Frankly, I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Stay away unless you want customer service to spam you constantly. After the impression kit arrived I got an email almost every day about sending it back. Once I sent it back they sent me the treatment plan and then sent me 6 messages asking if I was going to buy within 18 hours of sending the treatment plan. I made an appointment with my dentist to review their treatment plan because it showed one tooth moving quite a bit over the short time period and I was concerned. I also wanted time to think about how I wanted to spend $3000.

So far my Byte experience has been great! I’ve tried Aligners before through Smile Direct and they didn’t work very well for me. I love How easy they are to take care of and they are very durable. It is a little painful the first few days after switching to new Aligners but the byte device helps relieve the pain a lot! I’ve already seen major improvement and I’m on week 9 of 15! I highly recommend!

Updated on 12/09/2020: So far I’m seven weeks into my treatment and everything has gone very well. The service from the Byte team has been fast, supportive, and convenient. I couldn’t have picked a better team. I’ve encouraged a few people to try Byte for themselves, that’s how much I support them.

This experience was quick and easy. I am still going through the process of alignment but I wanted to comment on the superb customer service of this company. They check in often and I feel like I am being well taken care of. It’s also easy to contact customer service Via means such as text which is super convenient.

Impression kit was fairly easy to complete. Aligners are pretty comfortable. I like being able to take them out and don’t have to worry about what I eat like when I had braces. Came with a teeth whitening kit. The cleaner for the trays also whitens your teeth, although I went through most of the bottle by week 6. Does a great job getting the gunk off.

The byte payment plan was easy and quick. They require a smile protection plan which is weird but I guess it just to protect my future great smile.

From day one my experience has been wonderful. The shipping for my impression kit was only a couple days and my Aligners followed only a couple weeks after they were accepted! Any questions I had were answer promptly with customer service.

I am on week 10 of my liners and there has been some problems as far as fitting is going and other dental concerns. I am in the process of trying to figure a way to Zoom in with the dentist. Hopefully this will happen. I think it would be a good idea to start with Zoom conferences with the dentist on initial consultation, in the middle of the Liner weeks and especially at the end. It just helps to touch base on the progression of how the teeth is moving and actually functioning within a person's mouth. I’m still in the process but hopefully it will turn out Good.

I tried the invisible aligner thing way before Byte with Smile Direct Club and the difference in customer service and ultimately your results is beyond me. I thought aligners were always supposed to be super uncomfortable when switching but when I started my program with byte I never had any pain! The process was absolutely seamless, send impressions, review program and just wait and watch. With my SDC it took up to 3-4 months to receive my shipment (even though I paid to fast track my order) and to top it off none of the aligners fit. I've had Byte retainers for 15 weeks now. It has been such an easy process from beginning to end; from when they send the package to get your teeth molds, to when they send you your retainers and explain thoroughly how to use them. Once I finally received my aligners everything was great. Getting them was frustrating. First, they seemed to have “lost” my impressions. Then sent me not one, but two more impression kits. After that they somehow found my first set. This whole process took over a month. Then I completed the first 15 weeks thinking I was about done...not realizing that they only sent the first 15/19 sets. I didn’t know I needed to get four more sets or else I would have been more proactive about getting them because now I have to wait weeks before getting them which will delay me even more.

I received friendly service from Byte thus far. I am a little disappointed because my initial treatment plan was 17 weeks and at the end of the initial treatment my teeth were not as straight as expected. I then was sent a second set of aligners for a treatment plan that is 13 weeks. The good news is that there was no charge for the second set of aligners. The bad news is that the second set of aligners required training and were not scalloped like the initial set.
