Great customer service, very thorough and kind. I received my Byte trays pretty soon after I ordered them, and haven’t had any difficulties when wearing them! I am concerned that I might have to get another set of trays at the end of my treatment, but that’s still over a month away so I’m not sure yet. Overall, I’m greatful for Byte!

Byte has been an amazing experience so far. I am about to start week 5 of my treatment and have already seen so many changes! I have even had others notice changes as well! I cannot wait to see the end results and know I will be extremely happy with it.

Aligners came in a timely fashion, fit perfectly and work FAST! Don’t wait to start your journey, the sooner the better! I haven’t had one set not fit perfectly. Doesn’t cause much discomfort, plus what’s better than only having to wear for 10 hours a day?!

So far so good, I have worn the aligners for 13 weeks and one of my teeth wasn't moving and I called them up and they got another impression of my teeth and sent out a new box of 12 week worth of aligner but it turned out that they were wrong. I wear a thicker aligner for nighttime use only, need to wear them for a minimum of 10 hours but the new set were thin and were for the whole day wearing. At least 22 hours of wearing. I called them up and told them that I paid more for the night set and sent them pictures show how much thicker my old set was compare to the new set.

I absolutely love this company. They always check up on me to make sure that my aligners are fitted properly and comfortable, so far I’m seeing improvements but I’m not done yet and I can’t wait to see the after results.

For anyone who has a treatment time of over 15 weeks, Byte does not inform you that they only send up to 15 aligners at a time, nor do they reach out to you when it’s time to order the remaining ones. Byte should contact individuals knowing that shipping takes 4-6 weeks. It should not be up to the person to wonder why there are fewer aligners than promised. No one from the byte team has been in contact with me for 4 months. Throughout this process, I was made unaware that your company sends fewer aligners if they surpass 15 weeks. There should be updates throughout this treatment. 4-6 weeks means I will go 1-3 weeks without treatment for my teeth -- time that could've been put towards working on my teeth. When I receive the 4-weeks' worth of aligners, that will make my treatment one month longer than it should have been.

From the moment I started looking into Byte I just had a good feeling about this company. Everything was so easy to understand and straight to the point. I have already told my family and friends all about it! They deliver everything pretty quick too which was a pleasant surprise. Customer service is super engaging, so no need to stress about questions.

Items took an annoying amount of time to be shipped and there is no way to track the progress of when they will arrive. Customer service took long to reply as well. Also tried to refer a friend and never got my $200 Amazon gift card. Trying to reach out to Byte is annoying and timely.

I am so thankful I found Byte and decided to give it a shot. The packaging, customer service, and timeline is outstanding. I am experiencing minimal pain and am already noticing change within weeks. The HyperByte is also a great tool I have been using daily. Thank you, Byte!!

Almost done with my second week! No complaints at all, whatsoever! Amazing customer service and product! Got my aligners in 3 weeks & shipping was free and quick! They also threw in free bright Byte and saved me some $$$!

I started Byte 14 weeks ago. I just found out today that I basically have to start all over. I am beyond frustrated. Byte's answer? "I'm sorry. I would be mad, too." The company was very communicative while I was still a prospective client. They texted me frequently to check in and answer questions. As soon as I paid for the product, the communication stopped. They literally never reached out to me again. Because they never checked in with me, my treatment plan wasn't "tracking" properly, but I had no way to know it. I kept wearing my aligners like I should and switching them weekly, but things just weren't moving.

I had braces twice in my teen years. I was still in my parents pockets, so I was irresponsible and didn’t wear my retainers... either time. Now as an responsible adult, I decided to give this teeth straightening one last shot. I did my research and Byte was the best and most cost effective company. I have had such an awesome and positive experience with the bright Byte whitening foam and the aligners in general. I have always been self conscious about my teeth but Byte is helping me be so much happier and more confident in my smile!

I am having a great experience with Byte. I am a little over half way through my treatment plan, about 10 weeks in, and I have had no issues. I have been avoiding braces for over 20 years. I considered Invisalign 5 years ago and chickened out, convincing myself that I would never adjust to wearing them. I didn’t want the pain or the annoyance of compliance. Now that I have been wearing them for 4 weeks, I wish I had done this a very long time ago. It is so easy. No pain ever, no annoyance. I forget I am wearing them. I have the overnight, but would have no issues wearing them during the day. This is so easy. And I can feel my teeth moving because of my bite. I am always looking in the mirror, wondering if this is really possible for teeth to move this quickly. This is so easy I am laughing at myself for all the drama that led up to it. I could have had straight teeth decades ago. LOL.

Updated on 12/09/2020: In the beginning I wasn’t really feeling my aligners and I was actually questioning my choice. But now I’m on aligner #4 of 15 and I believe I have it mastered. Now I can remove my aligners without the tool. Removing my gel nails made it all possible.

This works really well and super fast! I was very impressed. The only complaint I have is that the plastic causes me to have chapped lips. Also I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for my continued treatment plan. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend it!

I’m just blown away with the experience so far with Byte me. The customer service is amazing???? I can’t wait to continue my journey at a more amazing smile. I would recommend this over Invisalign any day! With it being cost friendly makes it even better.

I love Byte, I wish I did this treatment years ago lol. One thing I will say simply for improvements. In aligners 13 of 15 it notes to order the “final aligners”. I did. I was told I have another final set for aligners16-21. I assume 15 was final then retainer. Then the wait for final aligners are 4-6 weeks. I recommend notes be placed in aligner 10 so the 4-6week wait is along schedule to switch. Having to wear the same aligners 4 weeks kinda suck waiting for the final set then retainers. Besides that everything else is great. I noticed a change the first 2-3weeks.

I am not finished with my 19 week treatment. I am starting week 5 tonight but so far it has been great. The aligners fit and are easy to manage, the customer support team is great, and I am looking forward to a straighter smile soon. Best thing you can do during quarantine!

So far I am pleased with my experience with Byte. I've had little discomfort, and adjusting to wearing them has been easy. My teeth are moving exactly the way I expected and I am excited to see the final product!

Getting closer to the end of my experience and still feel like I need more progress. The beginning of the process was good and quick. Feedback takes about less than 48 hours. Customer service is very polite and always answer all your questions.

From the beginning to the end, my experience with Byte has been a positive one. First, customer service was excellent in the beginning when my impression trays were a little too large for my mouth. A second impression kit was sent out immediately at no cost. After my impressions were sent back, they were quickly analyzed and I was pleased to see my 3d images were exactly the results I was looking for. I had braces for four years 8 grade to Junior year in high school. My wisdom teeth had shifted my teeth and messing my bite up again. I am on week 4 in treatment and already notice a big difference. In my bite especially!!

I have a coworker who decided to sign up for Byte. I was curious of the process as I’ve always wanted to get my teeth straightened but really hate going to the dentist more than I already have to. So I decided to give this a try. I ordered my kit on 10/31. They arrived within a couple of days. My one piece of advice is READ THE DIRECTIONS COMPLETELY. I created my impressions and had them scheduled to be picked up 11/5.

It has been a great experience with Byte. Great customer service and most importantly the aligners work fast and nowhere as uncomfortable as braces. I got the nighttime ones and they’re amazing, I only needed to wear them for 10 hrs every night and they work so much faster than braces because you don’t need to step into a doctor's office and deal with appts. It’s been sooo easy to set this up! I worked with Aline and she was great. I was able to text her with questions or concerns and she was super responsive and helpful. So excited! I am currently in the process of my treatment. l had chosen to do the night aligners. I find them more convenient to fit my schedule. I can slowly see the transition in my smile and I can’t wait for the end result.

I’m not going to lie- when I received the box for the impressions, I got a little overwhelmed. I emailed my advisor and told her just that. She gave me a pep talk, sent me a link to watch a 5 minute video- made sure I knew she was a call away and told me to go for it. I watched the video and just like that I was like “I got this” and I did! After the first impression- I was good to go!

From the start all the way now on to my 12th pair- their customer service has been amazing! The respond time is quick and they are so helpful. Updated on 02/05/2021: The Night-time aligners are great quality, very sturdy and are moving my teeth. So easy and convenient to use, no fuss, no hassle, pop them in in the evening and take them out in the morning!! Each week as I change them out I can feel a difference from when I put them in. I'm half way through and see by how my teeth have moved that that's about right. I would recommend doing the night-time aligners, it's worth the extra cost.

The whole process has been smooth sailing, the reps are very helpful and professional. I noticed changes after the first week... Smile has improved a lot, the gaps in my teeth are closing and my teeth are straighter than they were. I am happy with the services thus far. I would definitely recommend Byte to my family and friends.

My experience so far has been good. I purchased my starter kit a couple weeks ago received it really fast. Did the process for the impressions and it was very simple and easy. The instructions made it that much easier as well. I have purchased my aligners and are waiting on them to arrive. My Byte advisor is Kristini and she has been wonderful, very quick response and answers all of my questions that I have been having.

Overall good so far but little things that weren’t disclosed is frustrating. If you break an aligner you must purchase a new one for $129, it isn’t covered by the Byte for life. Also the Snow Whitener isn’t free, you get it 50% off. Both things were alluded to but not the case.

I'm only about half way through treatment but so far everything is going well. I also asked quite a few questions prior to starting treatment about insurance and payment. Customer service was great about helping me with my impressions and I received a second set very fast when we determined my mouth was too small for the regular size. All the aligners have fit well and I definitely recommend using the vibrating mouthpiece. It really helps.

My experience has been very good thus far. Great customer service - very responsive via email. Very full service - received retainers, cleanser all packaged clearly. retainers seem to be working, I’m about halfway through. I chose Night Byte - Love the option to only wear at night.

I've always wanted braces since I was a little kid, I hate my teeth. I have been considering invisible aligners for a few years, but the cost was prohibitive and reviews weren't convincing. I found Byte and looked into it, great reviews, half the price of another brand, I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try anyway, and I am SO glad I did! Within minutes of ordering my impression kit I was sent a text from a dedicated specialist who was there to answer all my questions. I got very timely responses that were personable and informative. Once my impressions were received back. I got assigned another specialist to take me through the plan and purchase. I had many questions so called me rather than texted. He was very polite, professional, but personable and hilarious it was more like talking to a friend. I felt very comfortable through the whole process.

The process was very easy. I got the starter kit at a discounted price which I appreciated. The Byte advisor contacted me and kept me updated on everything, also offered his help if I needed it through the started kit process. I was able to text him questions/send pics on what I was doing incorrectly WHILE I was making my impressions which was AWESOME! I sent my impressions in and next thing I knew, I had a treatment plan in a week or 2 to look at online. I was very impressed by what so saw. I ended up purchasing and will be starting my 2nd week of aligners tonight. I know the first set was working because my teeth were hurting! I’ve had braces before so this part took me back???? But the convenience of not having to go into orthodontist appointments is amazing, especially with 2 kids. I foresee nothing but the progress I expect out of these aligners and I can’t wait to see what my smile looks like when I’m done!

Updated on 01/14/2021: I’m on week 8 of my aligners. At first I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to wear 22 hours a day. After a few days had passed, I got used to the feeling and it’s been no problem. Customer service is fantastic. Always helpful and quick to reply. Ordering was a breeze too because I was presented all financial options and was so happy to figure something out. One crooked tooth on top and some overcrowding on the bottom are my issues. I’m so thrilled with the progress I see so far. I have 9 more weeks to go!! Almost halfway there!

I tried to decide what invisible aligners would be best. I liked the payment options Byte provided and the Byte for Lyfe guarantee. My treatment plan has taken much longer than they predicted, but they have kept up well with more refinement aligners to make sure I'm getting closer to the results I want. Only downside Is throughout my treatment they never checked in or asked I checked in. With other aligner companies they check in throughout your treatment to make sure everything is well. And after I had finish my aligners I had to check in with them to see what was next. If your pretty well self sufficient and will ask questions yourself then Byte is the perfect option for you. They are more than happy to help and are great to make sure I’m taken care of, but they just don’t take the initiative.

They shipped my impression kit and aligners quickly and communicated well during the process of getting my aligners. Great customer service, they answered all the questions I had promptly, but most of the questions I had were already answered on the website!

Updated on 12/05/2020: I just started my 10th week today. Everything is going great, especially since I'm using my aligners in conjunction with the SNOW whitening device. My teeth haven't been this white in years! I'm seeing a big difference in my top teeth with the overbite; it isn't nearly as prevalent as it was. My crowded bottoms seem to be slowly straightening out, so I am looking forward to seeing how far they progress!

I haven't noticed any change and it's over 3 mo. I'm trusting in the process and hoping to see changes soon. The customer however has been amazing with getting back to me and are very caring & act quick to response back. I just expected to see even a slight change and nothing yet, so in regards to this experience so far concerning my teeth not happy where I'm at.

I had great service from the people at BYTE. Can’t wait to get started!! It was fast and easy. It was also not as time consuming as I thought it would be. I’ve been wanting to start this process for a while now but haven’t because of time and money.

Good program but I thought it was 2300 but with some hidden fees that all of a sudden just popped up it was actually 2800. Would have paid anyway for it but they could have been more forthcoming about it. That's all. Either way still a good program.

I'm happy with my experience so far. I think the Hyperbyte helps the process really well. I would recommend better communication on how to get more aligners after the 15 in the first box. I didn't know if they automatically ship or if I had to call you guys.

I'm really enjoying my experience with Byte so far. The process was extremely smooth. I experienced absolutely no delays even during the COVID crisis - from receiving my impression kit to receiving my aligners, I always got everything on time. The aligners themselves are very comfortable and molded well to the shape of my mouth. I have no plastic digging into my gums, which I've seen some people complain about with other aligner companies.

The nighttime only aligners are a total sham. I wore them for much longer than I was supposed to every night plus doubling the Byte device and every day my teeth would shift back. Then at night it’s like I started over. Then when I would move onto the next week the aligners would barely fit in my mouth cause they hardly moved the previous week. Had I known this I would have NEVER chosen the more expensive night time aligners. Very disappointed my teeth are right back at square one! Made it to the final trays and teeth were still crooked.

I haven’t even received my aligners yet and I’m already recommending this company to people. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced! The 3D view of your treatment plan that you get after you send in your impressions, is so cool. I love getting to see exactly how my teeth are going to change!

Byte refuses to ship aligners 16-21 in my treatment plan. My aligners that I've been wearing for 10 + weeks as I've waited for aligners 16-21 have broke. No one will help me at this company or respond to my communication. I'm being purposefully ignored. Customer service is non-existent. Actually talking with a dentist or orthodontist is non-existent. Their Byte for life guarantee is only a subscription plan for buying retainers.

I just finished ordering my aligners! So excited to start the process. It is really nice having a designated customer support person and makes the process so much easier since I can ask them all my questions! They even helped fixed a couple things about my end results that was I looking for.

I love that the impressions are done at home and you have two tries to get the right impressions for both upper and lower teeth. I have an FSA and was able to use that to pay for the aligners. Just ordered my aligned kits and am so excited to get started. I used to have braces and retainers YEARS ago. I lost my retainers and noticed my teeth started shifting and moving around. I ordered the Byte impression kit after reading reviews online. It came quickly in the mail and I was surprised with how easy it was to use. After sending the impressions back in, I was able to set up financing and ordered my aligners within hours! My Byte advisor was SO helpful and helped answer my questions quickly!! From day one getting my impression kit to getting my aligners it has been super easy to navigate, the website is amazing and easy to use. As far as the aligners go themselves I’ve never used them before but have heard it’s pretty painful. But when I put them in the first time they weren’t overly uncomfortable at all, by the time I woke up in the morning my teeth were used to them. They’re easy to put in and take out and the boxes everything comes in is just so aesthetically pleasing!

I researched all the clear/Invisalign-esque companies, and Byte was the clear winner. I have not been disappointed and I can't believe how simple the process is. I'm about 6 weeks in, and am beginning to see noticeable change. I had high expectations, but they have far exceeded them. Here are 3 things that I think set Byte apart from the others: 1. Customer service. This one absolutely blew me away. The customer care team at Byte is unbelievable and walk you through everything in a no-pressure but extremely helpful way. 2. The BrightByte cleaner that keeps the retainers clean and whiteness your teeth. 3. The HyperByte: a rubbery bite guard that gently massages your teeth, speeding up the process and relieving discomfort (only Byte has this, and I think it makes a huge difference, the retainers fit so much more snuggly after 10 minutes of HyperByte).

I haven't received my aligners yet, but so far my experience has been wonderful! Excellent customer support. I've wanted to fix my smile for as long as I can remember and now I finally have the opportunity to. These are super affordable and in less the time for treatment. Working with Byte has been a really fast and easy process. I had braces and got them off about a year and half ago and I didn't wear my retainer so my teeth started to shift. It was nice to find a company that was easy, took my insurance and also provided such a great experience throughout the process of getting things started. I just purchased my aligners and I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THEM IN. It's will only take 3 months to have my teeth where I want them. I also love the virtual demonstration of what my teeth will look like at the end, and through the process. It's nice to have a company be so caring for each patient they have. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Byte is really cool! The entire process is honestly so easy. I’m shocked at how great the team is with follow ups. They check in at the most perfect times and not too frequent which is great, because too many emails like that get annoying. Using the byte Aligners are a bit uncomfortable but that’s just part of the treatment. Braces were far more painful.

I'm in the middle of my Byte experience right now and it's going well! I definitely see a difference in my smile and can feel the difference. I will say it's going a bit slower than expected. It's also a bit tough to talk in them so definitely get the night aligners if you can afford it.

After almost finishing my aligners and seeing that my teeth were no longer adjusting to my last sets, I contacted the Byte team and got new impressions and a new set of aligners to help me complete my treatment within a month.

I had a great experience getting set up for trays with Byte, they were helpful and resourceful people. I had questions that were probably silly but they still answered them with grace. They seem accommodating in a luxurious type of way, I look forward to using my trays!

The process was so simple and easy and it was super helpful to have an advisor with you the whole way through!! The best part was having a visual image and process video so you know exactly how your teeth are going to look at the end. So Inexpensive and quick. I was super shocked and so excited to start this simple journey. :)

Updated on 12/10/2020: Overlapping teeth are are being repaired literally before my eyes. In just a matter of weeks, I could already notice less overlap on the bottom teeth, and almost no more overlap on the top teeth. On Week 7 now. Very pleased so far.

Australian customer - I had fairly straight teeth as a kid and wasn’t in the position to get braces until I was older and had my own money. I have slight crowding due to my wisdom teeth growing and pushing out my front teeth causing them to crowd. I am up to my 7th week in my 13 week plan and in just a few weeks I noticed a real difference. I am extremely happy about the price, customer service you receive and the results so far. After my mould was done, I enquired further with my only dentist and they were helpful to tell me if I could have my initial plan reviewed to include pushing out my narrow smile to a bigger smile - which was achievable and I already see the difference in my smile. Very happy thus far????

Byte has changed my smile and changed my life. I am so much more confident. I can smile in pictures without feeling self conscious and look in the mirror and feel happy. Customer service is awesome, they are always there to help!

It’s been 1 month so far of using Byte, and I have to say... it’s been amazing so far. I definitely felt pressure in the beginning but it went away after a few days... I have seen changes already, and I would 100% recommend this to a friend. :)

Got my new smile in 14 weeks. Was a lot faster than I expected. Was a little uncomfortable at first but got use to them easily. Didn't expect it to work as fast as they did. I would recommend Byte to anyone.

By far the most convenient experience so far. From having the molds done at home, pictures downloaded to having the financing done all online. With the way the world is at this time this is safe and easy to do.

It was good. I expected more though. My teeth aren’t as straight as they should be. I’ve done an impression kit twice and now am doing it a third time. Hopefully this corrects the issue I’m looking for then I’ll be happy.

I was contacted and updated throughout the entire process from the time I was waiting on my impression kit till now communication is clear and friendly. The impression kit was super easy to use and had a free return label. I was offered a free whitening kit for getting the kit back to them in such a timely manner. I really loved how they show a 3D scan of what your teeth will look like before making your aligners so you can make revisions to what your smile will look like. Satisfied overall.

I'm 5 weeks into a 17 week treatment and almost can't believe how well things are working. Way less discomfort than I would've thought and the whole process is just so easy. I would highly recommend Byte to my friends and family, or anyone out there looking for a better smile.

I can't really give it 5 stars as of yet because my aligners are still being made. So far the process of the impressions and sending them back was quick and easy. My advisor has been in contact with me right away and has assured me of concerns I've already have, but that is yet to see until I actually start using my aligners. The price is great compared to other companies. I do wish the process of getting the aligners was quicker. Excited to start the process!!
