What stands out the most about this company is their great customer service. They truly seem to care about whether or not you're having a good experience with your custom liners. They are very easy to reach out to and respond relatively quickly with very insightful information in response to any question(s). As for the progress of my smile, the treatment plan is very straightforward. To experience the best results, you have to put in the effort and follow their guidelines to the tee. Overall, I am very happy with my experience thus far and would recommend to anyone interested in a straighter smile.

I’ve had a great experience with Byte since the beginning. It’s been nothing but positive and supportive. Anytime I had a question or needed help with something they were there. When I got my aligners I was so excited for my journey on my new smile and so far I’m satisfied. I would definitely recommend byte to anyone who wanted to change.

I love the customer service of this company. I love how you have a representative to yourself that knows your situation. You don’t call and speak to a bunch of people and have to explain your situation a thousand times. You are designated someone, super nice and very helpful.

I'm only 5 weeks in, but I'm seeing an improvement. Customer service was great. They initially sent the wrong bottoms for the whole treatment. It only took a week to get the replacement. I am satisfied so far. I am looking forward to the bottom straightening in the coming weeks.

Super easy to get started, the molds come with very easy to follow instructions. Friendly follow ups. Love my night time kit. I wish I did this sooner. I had traditional braces before these are easy better. Thank you so much Byte.

The only issue I had is the customer service team on IG gave me a promo for $100 off of aligners that I could combine with my insurance. It would have been nice of them to honor that, since it was never said before.

The process is great and convenient. Things came in a timely manner and I was updated by my adviser when necessary. I’m just having issues with my bottom aligner not completely fitting but I called customer service and it seems the problem will be fixed fast so overall a good experience.

They’ve been so helpful through my whole entire process. Any questions I have they answer fast and efficiently. One thing I love is they set you up with person who you can text whenever and the response time is 10/10 for me. So excited to start my journey with them.

I am almost done with my treatment plan but require more aligners. The customer service team has been very quick to respond and also very nice. My teeth have also made amazing progress thus far. I have been impressed overall with the experience.

Everything is going along as promised. There were a few hiccups with directions and customer service at the beginning (wrong instructions sent for the NightByte), but smooth sailing after we got that figured out. It's a great program, and good value!

Customer service is incredible! Unfortunately some of my teeth did not shift into place- but due to the care and attention I feel cared for and they are working to ensure my teeth will end like guaranteed! I would recommend Byte to others And have- since my overall experience has been great!

I believe when finished, my teeth will be as desired, but due to the first set all splitting, the process is taking way longer than the original 3 months (more like 9 mns). Customer support is good when you get the same rep, they are knowledgeable, but too often different reps answer emails and it can take awhile to get an answer. All in all I expect to be satisfied.

My experience has been great, the customer service has been bar none and the product is very high quality. Had shipping issues when we started but my dedicated rep was great getting my package redelivered. I would highly recommend Byte to anyone and everyone.

I was skeptical at first but after a couple of months, I realized this really works and it’s affordable. I would definitely recommend it. You don’t even have to go anywhere. They send everything to you. And you get SNOW to whiten your new smile. The only con I would say is that they don’t tell you upfront about the cost of retainers so make sure you ask before purchasing.

These aligners have corrected my teeth within 2 months and I haven’t even completed the treatment yet! My teeth got straighter faster than my brother’s with his braces. I would definitely recommend the use of these fantastic aligners!! And they include BrightByte which is totally awesome because my teeth are getting whiter while they are getting straighter. I really have appreciated so far how quick and easy Byte's process was to get started. They're very communicative and it didn't take too long from when I ordered my aligners to when I received them. I am currently on week 5/17, and things seem to be going well! I've had no major pain (which I was completely prepared for, but obviously everyone is different and your experience may differ from mine), and each new set fits as they should be expected to. If when I get to the end of my treatment plan, and everything has moved and completed as expected, this will end up being something I was happy to do!

Incredibly easy to use and on my timeline. All done from online so no hassle of planning appointments etc. The weeks are flying by and my teeth are already straightening out nicely. Highly recommend and have already told several friends that are trying it.

My teeth have already moved in closer and straighter! I see a difference only after 3 weeks. There isn’t much pain and the Hyperbyte helps a lot with any discomfort. The Aligners fit my teeth perfectly and I haven’t had to file anywhere.

We have been so happy with the Byte product. My son's teeth look amazing so far for a fraction of the cost of traditional braces. My only critique is that no one reached out after we received the aligners. We are now on what we thought was the final week and just realized he has several more weeks to go and more aligners to come still. Which I assume means he will keep the set he is using now in until the new ones come. Other than that I have loved everything about the byte process!

I was honestly super skeptical about trying Byte, because it wasn’t something my personal dentist had initially recommended. However, I needed something reputable and AFFORDABLE. I’d seen byte offers in my FabFitFun boxes several times and decided to read some reviews and eventually reach out! I’m so glad that I did!

My aligners are working great for my top teeth, but my bottom teeth were stubborn and needed more time with each aligner. I reached out to customer service about my results and they have been very helpful and communicative in ensuring I get the results I want. I have regressed a few weeks with my bottoms aligners and am now wearing each for longer and using the hyper byte for longer per their suggestions. I am hopeful I will get the results I am looking for.

I am about 3/4 of the way through the process and I can definitely see some significant difference... The worst part of my teeth was in the front lower area. I am on week 12 and am in need of an aligner adjustment. I contacted them, sent them some pictures and voila they started working on some new adjusted last week aligners for me right away.

I had received a damaged bottle of BrightByte and also wanted to know why I didn't receive my SNOW teeth whitening kit. The person I talked to on the phone helped me through everything step by step and I was very satisfied.

The customer service is phenomenal. If you have any questions or concerns they are quick to respond. The product is awesome and great quality. It convenient. Especially with having 2 children. I don't have to make trips to the orthodontist which is nice.

Currently on week 2. It's really easy to use. Pop them in at night, sleep for 8 hours, pop them out and away you go. I like that you get a digital representation of how your smile will look as the weeks go on. Customer support is lovely. If you're in Europe reading this, wait until their EU HQ is up and running. US shipping times are fine. International shipping times via forwarders are a bit hit and miss.

Byte has great customer service and promptly resolve any issues that may arise. My aligners got lost in the mail and Byte, without hesitation, sent me new retainers at no additional cost. Staff was very friendly and understanding of my situation and resolved the issue...

I was moving in to week 7 and broke my aligners!!!! I also have a filling on my front tooth that broke as well!!! Right before Christmas Eve! I was devastated worried that I would have to wait until after Christmas to find a solution! I was able to get in touch with customer service fast and they were so helpful! They ended up moving me into step 8 and having me send some pics but I was freaking out!!! They saved the day for sure!!!!

I had a huge gap between my middle front teeth. I thought it’ll take forever to see some results but my gap is nearly half way closed already! And I’m only on week 5! I’m so happy with the results!

I can’t believe only take 2 weeks I get everything, also the good customer service, anytime I call them, don’t need wait. The whole thing only take 3 weeks. Only thing I think can do better, is should have a little note can put time on.

I was worried about how uncomfortable the retainers would be and how they would work into my schedule: I am so glad I did this now! I’m 12 weeks into my treatment and I forget I’m wearing them. Great product!

I got as far as getting the impression kit and sending it in. After that I didn't receive any responses from anyone. Some sort of confirmation about receiving my impression kit or just something small would have been appreciated. Instead I'm kinda just left wondering what happened? Did they get it? Did they not? Am I a qualified candidate for a treatment plan or no? Nothing.

When I first purchased my impression kit I was reached out to by customer support. It wasn't a bot, It was a person! They texted me letting me know it should come soon. They followed up telling me to turn it in soon to receive the snow ❄ kit! I had difficulty doing my top impressions but they were there to help in real time. I thought the process for taking the impressions was really easy and much better than getting it done at the orthodontist! I had two wisdom teeth pulled about 25 years ago and since that my teeth had slowly shifted and I developed some significant spacing between teeth on one side of my mouth. I’m a month in to using Byte at Night aligners. I’m starting to notice a difference. Customer service has been quick and friendly each time I’ve had a question. The entire process has been quicker than I expected. There were some things I needed to research on my own that would’ve been helpful to know up front. Taking aligners out the first couple weeks was more challenging than it was made out to be in the videos. Overall, I’m glad I went with Byte over others.

I was referred to Byte by a friend and ordered the night time treatment plan to avoid popping them in and out all day to eat. I was worried they would be painful, but they felt flush to my teeth and comfortable from the first tray! After a few weeks I noticed my teeth moving, and my two front teeth which had always slightly jutted out were the first thing fixed. Upon completing my 16 week treatment I noticed one of my bottom teeth still needed to move slightly, and I reached out to customer support who sent me new aligners to fix the problem at no charge! Overall very happy with my experience thus far!

Updated on 03/17/2021: My treatment plan was pushed back like 6 weeks because my teeth didn’t move as expected but that issue should have been caught when I started my continuation aligners. Not at the end. There was an air bubble even at the end of my first aligners which should have been caught because you guys asked for a photo. I think there could be a more meticulous approach.

I started my relationship with Byte on October 22nd. Today is December 12th and I am wearing my third set of aligners. There are 15 of them in total. It may be too early to talk about the visible result, but so far everything is going according to the process described by Byte! I got a good discount on the Impression Kit! I failed the first time doing the impressions because my jaws are pretty big, but they sent me a second kit for free. I still struggled with it so in the end I was surprised that it worked. The aligners fit me and I can feel my teeth have moved. Got used to wearing them within a couple of weeks.

I am on week 6 of my night treatment and my teeth has already shifted so much! Like when I look at photos of myself I can't even tell there is an misalignment anymore. I originally wanted to fix my crooked front tooth, but after seeing the video Byte sent me I saw there was a lot more to be fixed. Now my front tooth is almost totally straight (remember I'm only on week 6) and everything else is shifting into place too! There is only a super minor discomfort on the first night (really not bad at all), and honestly I kind of liked it because it told me it was working!

I am on week 4 on my treatment and it’s going very well. I’ve had noticeable changes with my bottom teeth which excites me. Only thing that is “bothersome” would be having to take them out every time I eat. Which isn’t too big of a deal but I feel like I have to eat quickly to ensure I don’t use up all my time on one meal. And this part is actually a good thing but I don’t eat snacks like I used to. I’d call that one a win-win. All-in-all, I’ve had a great experience so far and definitely recommend to all my friends and people who ask about my aligners.

Customer service is great and I already see drastic changes after 7 weeks. However, I didn't know my aligners weren't fitting properly and had to backtrack in my treatment plan. Also my aligners are asymmetrical and some sets don't fully cover the teeth, leading to issues with comfort, whitener application, and treatment progress. I still think it will be worth the money; I just wish I could've received improved aligners.

The system seems good and was easy to get started. I wish the "Byte Advisor" remained more involved after making the sale - for example, informing clients that the hyperbyte needs hours to charge before the first use - but outside of that it's been a good experience overall.
