Such a quick and easy process. Everything is explained every step of the way. They are very responsive on how your treatment is going. They always update with emails or texts. The impression kits are delivered fast. Can’t wait to start my treatment.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Someone was there to help me every step of the way! I thought the impression kit was super intimidating at first but it was super user friendly! I haven’t gotten my retainers yet but I’m so excited to start this journey!

While I am just a few weeks into treatment, so far I've noticed the aligners working and my teeth moving. The customer service team is great and checks in from time to time to see how things are going. I can't wait to see the final results.

Updated on 5/25/2021: I have had nothing but good come from this experience. Customer service is always on point. I’m on week 9 and the process is awesome. I’m already seeing a significant change. Fast responding and overwhelmingly polite. I would definitely recommend Byte to friends and family to fix their smiles.

I have used other aligner companies in the past and can say that Byte is the best hands down. The customer service and attentiveness from day one is stellar and I never had a moment where I was unsure of what to expect next. The product even feels like a better quality and I can already see a vast improvement just a month in. To be honest, I'm a week behind my treatment plan with the Byte aligners because my teeth have become super sensitive from the aligners, but that's really the only complaint I have. The Byte team has been so helpful and forthcoming about any information that I need or request. It's been really easy to get in touch with customer service and they even send me emails when I'm behind on uploading progress photos or just for new information. I can already tell a difference in my teeth. The whiter they provide is great too. I'm super proud of this investment so far.

I can not believe how quickly my teeth are shifting - even after the first week of use!! The process has gone very smoothly so far and I have noticed that my smile is also a lot brighter, thanks to using Bright Byte!!

Updated on 07/23/2021: Byte aligners do work. My teeth were moderately crooked, but not bad, and they bothered me. I didn't want the time commitment, hassles and pain of braces. The process and customer service with Byte have been great. When I hit my final aligners, my lower teeth still weren't full straightened. At no additional cost, I now have additional aligners coming to get my stubborn lower teeth where they need to be. I wish I had done this a long time ago!
Original Review: So far, so great. I’m in week 11 of 15 and the improvement to my teeth alignment is exciting! The protocol is simple to follow - you just need to be disciplined to see it through (which is not difficult). What are you waiting for?

A specialist messaged me shortly after I purchased my impressions kit. I was able to ask any questions before I completed the impressions and was helped regarding smaller size trays. After my impressions were mailed off, a Byte advisor messaged me and answered all all of my questions. This advisor even had the clinical team contact me for clarification on a question I had regarding my teeth. Overall I have received great customer service from Byte!

I had braces when I was 13. Over the course of the last 39 years my bottom row of teeth have become crowded and as a result crooked. After researching several in-home aligning systems I decided to go with Byte. I have been amazed by the results and have noticed very little discomfort during the course of the last 13 weeks. My teeth have straightened quite quickly and painless! I would highly recommend this in-home straightening treatment! As an added bonus, the teeth whitener and Breath freshener have been an added bonus! I would highly recommend this product!

It has been a very easy process. From the beginning there was constant support and willingness to do help out from customer service. Received product quickly and so far no issues - teeth have been moving and I’m seeing a difference already. Byte has made my teeth whiter and the hyperbyte helps with discomfort.

I’m 66 years old and with age found that my teeth were shifting in an unsatisfactory direction. I also have a bridge and crowns. I was fearful nothing would help. After much research I came across Byte Me. I was beyond impressed by the communication and help from their staff. They easily walked me through the process with full understanding and left me completely confident I would regain my smile back. The process was seamless and I quickly received my first package for the molds. Shortly after I received my aligners and began the process. I am 5 weeks into my treatment and have found Byte to have been a good choice. Treatment is going as explained by their treatment plan and help is only a text away. This system is very easy to follow but depends on the user in order to get results. All in all I am satisfied so far and look forward to the end result.

I’m close to halfway through my Byte experience and I couldn’t be happier. The nighttime treatment is SO easy and it’s exciting to see results as each week goes by. It’s so nice not to have to wear aligners during the daytime; nobody even has to know that you are straightening your teeth!

I am wearing my week 10 braces right now and I gotta say the process was very smooth. They sent a box contained 15 sets of braces (and a Bytebright + Hyperbyte) to wear them for 15 weeks, but I went with my own pace. My upper teeth still needs more work which could go beyond 15 weeks but I am pretty Byte will have me covered. Overall good quality for an inexpensive price.

Super fast process and not painful at all. I like that every week it is slight movement so it's not super noticeable, but you know they're moving. Excited for results and to see how my smile has changed. Definitely would suggest.

The staff reaches out to you from time to time. Instructions are very clear in the brochure and package. I do not have any problems with any of my aligners. I can see my teeth shifting bit by bit every week.

I was on week 4 of my treatment and was worried when I noticed my teeth were shifting a lot (they felt wiggly slightly). I emailed the support team and was talking to someone on their clinical team within hours. They answered all my questions, even had the clinician personally review my progress with photos and details. They gave me recommendations based on the progress so quickly and with so much care. Amazing service!

When I first started Byte, the whole process of ordering the impression kit and getting my aligners was quick and very easy. I love my results and customers service has been super nice. There are 2 reasons for not giving solid 5 stars. The first is I was never told they only send out 15 trays at a time. Once I was finished with my 15th tray I thought I was done and tried to order my retainers. That is when they told me and I had to wait 4-6 weeks to receive my remaining trays.
Treatment on my upper teeth ended at 12 weeks, so it has now been 2 months wearing the same upper aligner. Which bring me to the second reason which is the retainer. I have tried to order it on the website for weeks and it won't let me. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and have gotten no actual help until the last woman (Britney C.) I talked to today. She was very helpful. I appreciated her help and sincerity very much. All in all, Byte is great and works amazingly, however the process of ordering continuation aligners and retainers is a bit stressful.

I chose Byte because it had one of the best prices for invisible brace options, a whitening system came included in the cost, and there were before and after photos of someone on their website with teeth just like mine. I'm currently in week 4 of my treatment and I can already see a difference in a few of my front teeth. The best part is, the last week of my treatment will fall on the week of my birthday, so I'm getting the gift of straight teeth this year!

The instructions are very clear, through week 5 everything is going well. Support is a call or email away. Satisfied so far. I already notice improvement. Friendly customer service. So far, not at all painful or inconvenient, on the all-day plan.

I'm almost finished with my Byte treatment plan! It's amazing how the alignment has improved. I'm proud of my smile now! The whitening kit was also helpful to get rid of the yellow stains on my teeth. It was definitely worth the effort and commitment and I would highly recommend Byte

My experience with Byte has been very good overall. Customer support has been excellent and easy to get a hold of for the most part. The process is easy to understand, and the whitening foam works well. My main concern is that I am later in the treatment and do still see a slight space on one side that is not on the other. However the customer support has been working with me to ensure it will be fixed as best they can, so we will see if they are able to adjust!

The Byte process has been super easy! I'm a busy on-the-go person but Byte gives you step by step instructions on what to do at each point, and they have people to talk to along the way with any questions that might arise. In the early days when I started using levelers, it hurt a little. Now I do not feel as much pain as in the beginning and I can see the progress of alignment. At the moment I have 14 weeks of teeth straightening, but I had to go back for 5 weeks because I had gaps and the straighteners were not fully worn. I understand that I will not finish my straightening soon, but I see progress and hope that I will have a beautiful smile.

I am about 7 weeks into my Byte overnight aligners. Overall, they're really comfortable and easy to use. I had to do two separate shipments for them to get the aligners right, but the customer support team was helpful and quick to respond. I still haven't seen much change yet. In the morning I see my teeth have moved but by the end of the day it's like they're back where they started. I know that sometimes it takes longer to see results, so I'm hopeful, but a bit worried at the same time since I only have 4 weeks left. Fingers crossed!

I am halfway through my treatment with Byte and I have nothing but smiles. The ordering process was easy and it was great to see my treatment plan in a 3D animated form to know what to expect week to week and the final result. The inserts for my impression were too large and I was expediently provided a smaller set. I ordered the night plan, but there was a miscommunication and the company was prepared to fix it, but I decided to opt for the day plan and get on with the program which was a good decision as I am a bit impatient. Everything is nicely packaged and there are multiple avenues for communication (website login, email, text, phone, printed literature). All the information you need is at your fingertips, but it took me some time to get oriented. Customer service has been friendly and responsive and they have proactively checked on my progress. I am very satisfied with the experience so far and looking forward to the end result.

I’ve had a gap in my two front teeth forever and finally decided to fix it. The Byte aligners were easy to use and take care of and they worked in just the 15 weeks with the HyperByte that comes with the kit. I’m on my last set of aligners now and I couldn’t be happier.

This has been such a great experience and so easy! I am on week 11 so far (so about half way) and the process has been really interesting. Byte has made the entire process of getting aligners so easy, and the customer service is amazing. I love having a personal representative as a contact point for any and all of my questions. I have never had to wait in a queue, online or on the phone. The impressions were easy enough to do and the instructions they gave were very easy to follow. Updated on 7/16/2021: Still in the Byte process - had a week 13 checkup and they saw a few gaps in my aligners (aligners weren't a tight fit like they should be) so they sent out another impression kit and new refinement aligners. Was a little bummed that the checkup wasn't sooner - and that it will take a little longer, but they mentioned sometimes this may happen - but byte customer service took care of me and that is very appreciated! So for any byters out there :) - stay with the process and I would suggest sending pics with aligners every month or every couple of aligners changes to make sure all is good. And call byte if you ever have questions or want to check on things. That is the best form of communication and the quickest way to get a response. Overall I am still happy and glad I am with byte and looking forward to my new smile!

It's been so easy to straighten my teeth with Byte. They send all the aligners at once, and I noticed a difference by week 6. By week 10, my top teeth were done and looked perfect. I have a few more weeks for my bottoms, but they are almost perfect already. The first week was a little uncomfortable, but other than that it was an awesome experience.

Writing a review while I’m about 7 weeks into my process. Getting the aligners after completing the mold of my teeth was a smooth process. The aligners have fit me pretty well, and looking forward to finishing. The only issue I’ve had is that the top aligner doesn’t fully cover my back tooth. I believe my teeth are starting to look a little straighter.

Byte is a super easy way to get your smile perfect in a short amount of time! They're clear so you don't have to worry about the braces look after high school. They make it easy to switch aligners each week with all the needed packets that come in at once. The BrightByte cleaner has whitened my teeth and makes my aligners feel clean and fresh again! Lastly, the HyperByte is incredible and eases any pain I might have from putting in a new set of aligners. They don't ever hurt that bad anyway!

This is by far the most helpful company I’ve ever dealt with. They text you constantly to make sure you’re satisfied and doing well. If you text them they get you answers very quick. I am just starting out in my Byte journey and was very nervous. The customer service team and orthodontist were so professional and knowledgeable. The process have been very efficient and response times are very fast. I could see in the 3D plan that the impressions must have exactly of my teeth which also put my mind at ease. The total cost is less than a quarter of what I was quoted elsewhere.

The customer service has been fabulous. I don't know if I'm 100% happy with the aligner so far. I have a gap between my teeth that I've never had before. I was sent a new impression kit and mailed those off last week. I'm hoping my teeth will look good when I'm finished. We'll see what happens.

I'm pretty happy with my Byte experience so far. I previously had treatment with another brand and was disappointed with the quality of the aligner and retainer. It was so cheap that it broke when I took it off. Byte aligner quality is excellent—no break or cracks when I put it on or take it off. I would recommend it to people I know.

Their instruction booklet is well illustrated, and comes with straightforward instructions. Their customer service is great too. My questions and my concerns have always been promptly addressed. They can be contacted via text, and email (they’ll call you back).

It's been a no-brainer to let these aligners do the work of straightening my teeth at night, little by little, while I'm asleep! I love checking the progress every few weeks and seeing my new smile taking shape. The BrightByte adds a little extra brightness to boot! I left off one star because of a shipping mix-up, some ordering confusion, and consequent delays that caused some stress and prevented me from getting started sooner, and I ended up eating the cost of the extra shipping to save time. But still well worth the effort!

The process was so easy! Popped in new retainers every week! It was so painless and didn’t have to make trips to orthodontist. I just opened a new pack every week and put the old ones back I maybe box in case the dr needs me to go back for a realignment.

Wasn't sure what to really expect although the customer service and instructions and videos are quite simple professional and impressive. Apparently I did my impressions correctly because all my trays (15, 1 for each week of treatment) have fit comfortably, not poking and such. The packaging is so beautiful and clean - which is great since I keep it handy to swap out trays weekly and refer back to instructions and expectations as needed. I can see progress after 5 weeks so I am really excited to have my straight teeth back once I'm through. Also, glad to have the reusable trays so I can use them to keep my Byte straight forever!

I was given a 20 week all day treatment plan. With the use of HyperByte every night, I'm seeing noticeable changes at week 12! My Byte experience is a long one, but they continue to keep me happy. The first set of 15 aligners I received were excellent, but the last 3 didn't fit right. After completing that full set of 18, I emailed Byte to tell them my teeth weren't where they should have been at the end. So, they sent me another teeth mold kit, and after reexamining my teeth, they sent another full set of 15 aligners, and these fit very well. The first 18 aligners moved my teeth to almost completion. I am highly confident that these last set of 15 will move my teeth to match the original plan.

I am almost at the end of my treatment and I have loved Byte so far. The sign up was very simple, receiving (and doing) my impression kit was extremely fast and easy, the aligners have been a breeze, and the HyperByte is a super nice touch - that actually makes a huge improvement in comfort when putting on each new set of aligners. Throughout the whole process, everything you need is included - from gloves for the impression kit to a little file for smoothing (infrequent) rough edges on aligners! There's even a 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee, that they are true to! They are currently looking into sending me additional aligners for some tweaks that I requested.
The only thing that was less than great was that I have talked to more employees (all in different roles) than I can count. They are always very responsive and positive, but it would be a nice personal touch if I had one employee that I knew, who could help me throughout my treatment. Kind of like your main orthodontist and nurse with traditional braces. Overall, I am extremely impressed and satisfied, and would recommend Byte to EVERYONE!!! :)

My experience with Byte has been great. My teeth are shifting into place, and the treatments are fairly easy now that I'm used to the program. Customer service is top notch and I'm really happy with my progress so far. The only recommendation I would have is about the progress updates. It seems it is entirely up to the user to remember to login and upload progress photos to ensure the protection plan is met. I wish there was some sort of reminder.

So far I’m happy with my Byte aligner! At first there were uncomfortable, and they hurt but now it’s all good! I barely even feel them throughout the day. Customer service is convenient (email/text), and response time is smooth and accurate.

I do not recommend Byte at all. I was billed full by byte and am not a candidate. I went to my dentist and he informed me that I have two cracked teeth and need gum grafting surgery again. Byte charges me in full for their aligners and I have not received a refund from them for $1695 even though I am not a candidate.

So far in 3 months, I find using Byte nighttime aligners easy to use and very little discomfort. I can already tell my teeth are moving and beginning to look better! I chose the nighttime aligners so I wouldn't have to continually take them in and out during the daytime. This plan has worked out for me very well.

I am Almost out of my first bottle of BrightByte and wanted to talk about the cost and shipping for some more. Brittany was great in explaining all the options and telling me about a promotion where I could receive a free bottle. She explained how the more bottles you buy the less expensive it gets and that shipping is free. I love bright byte bc it WORKS, my teeth are really white, my Aligners are clean and my breath is fresh! I will never run out. Before starting Byte, I definitely did my research to see what my best options would be in regard to price, length of time with aligners, and just how simple the process would be in general. Byte wins in every category! They’re less expensive than any other brand I encountered (when you pay in full up front at least), the treatment itself takes only a few months, and the customer service is amazing! Half the price and much easier than Invisalign. Easy to follow all the steps at home without needing to ever step foot in a dentist or orthodontist's office. I have just recently started the process but it has been great so far! My plan will have my teeth straight in just a few months while wearing the aligners at night for at least 10 hours.

My Byte experience so far is wonderful. I’ve noticed a huge change very quickly and my confidence is out the window, I can’t wait to see the finish look. My teeth hurts sometimes but the pain resolves in less than 5 minutes.

The entire process was very quick and simple, they walk you through everything every step of the way and they’re not pushy at all. They just want to make sure you get the care you need. I loved that they respond back to any questions you might have usually within a day or a few hours from sending them a message.

I can see my teeth moving slowly but surely! Also, every time I take my aligners out, I can see how much whiter my teeth are from the BrightByte foam. I can’t wait to see my teeth at the very end!! I don’t doubt they will be exactly what I want!

I thought this process would be arduous, difficult, and time-consuming. My Byte advisor thankfully proved me wrong! I couldn’t ask for a more communicative, helpful, and understanding representative. When I called to request my retainers be started after I started on week 13 aligners I was told my aligners were too loose. It has taken around a month for Byte to get back to me and they are just now sending me out new impression kits. This is delaying my treatment for at least 2 months. I am not happy about this delay and the amount of time it has taken them to get back to me. In the meantime there is a crack in my top week 13 aligner. I am told I need to keep wearing them until my new aligners can be made. They will not last that long!

I decided to fix the gaps in my teeth, and after extensive research on different companies, I felt the most comfortable with Byte. The ability to fix my smile while only wearing the aligners at night time and not having to disrupt my busy days with brushing and flossing made it a no brainer.

My top aligners never fit well and by tray 4 did not fit the left side of my mouth at all. Process has been extremely slow waiting for responses from Byte and the clinical team. Was told 2-3 days and it's been 5 with no update.

Ok so far. Only concern lack of communication last 14 weeks since getting started until my recent call you follow up with next shipment. Otherwise I have been satisfied with what I have seen so far with the movement of my teeth and appearance looking better than I've seen in many years.
