    We have been so happy with the Byte product. My son's teeth look amazing so far for a fraction of the cost of traditional braces. My only critique is that no one reached out after we received the aligners. We are now on what we thought was the final week and just realized he has several more weeks to go and more aligners to come still.     My aligners are working great for my top teeth, but my bottom teeth were stubborn and needed more time with each aligner.     I got as far as getting the impression kit and sending it in. After that I didn't receive any responses from anyone. Some sort of confirmation about receiving my impression kit or just something small would have been appreciated. Instead I'm kinda just left wondering what happened? Did they get it? Did they not? Am I a qualified candidate for a treatment plan or no? Nothing.

    The representative actually texted me multiple times before I got the impression kit and sent it in, making sure I did it and sent it in and scheduled a pick up for me and everything. And I was actually not even going to do it and reconsider using Byte, but the rep persuaded me to do it and send it in. So I did the mold kit, sent it to them. Now I haven't heard a word from anyone for the past week and some days. It's pretty frustrating, but I guess if this is how bad it is right now, imagine how bad it'll be when I actually need them to respond in the middle of my treatment plan. No thank you, not for me.

    I had two wisdom teeth pulled about 25 years ago and since that my teeth had slowly shifted and I developed some significant spacing between teeth on one side of my mouth.
