I am so thankful for Byte. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful!! I couldn't be happier!! They have given me the smile I have always wanted but never thought I could have or afford. I would recommend byte to anyone!

I'm so happy that I made the decision to get aligners! When I was younger with braces, I didn't stay on top of wearing my retainers like I should have and basically all my progress was lost. I'm getting married soon and was worried about all the photos that will be taken on that day so I wanted to make a change! Luckily I came across Byte aligners and my smile is back to being straight and bright! I'm so happy with the progress and can't wait to show off my smile at my wedding! :)

My experience with Byte has been so great! I have never had so much confidence in my smile! The aligners are easy to use, comfortable, and the Hyperbyte makes the whole process even better. Byte advisors are responsive and caring!

Throughout the entire process, from completing impressions, mailing them in and going over my plan, to following up via email to see how my Byte Journey is going. I’m grateful for such an attentive team of experts to guide me through improving and giving me my best smile!

The whole system is very easy to do and customer service has been quick and easy to reach. I am currently on week 4 of my treatment and I can already see a difference. All you have to do is complete the online questionnaire, and if you are a candidate, Byte sends you a kit to make 4 impressions, 2 top and 2 bottom. After sending in your impressions, it takes a little over a month to receive your aligners. Then you wear your aligners, either all day or only at night, depending on your plan. Each kit comes with simple instructions on care, etc.

I was having some trouble with the fit of my bottom aligners and my Byte advisor was very quick in helping me get on the best track for my treatment and they’ve done a lot to answer all my questions and concerns.

I am on week 3 of my prescription of Byte and I am loving it! Super easy to use, the customer service is amazing, and it was affordable compared to other programs. I also love that the program is not as long as your typical treatment plan when straightening your teeth.

So far my experience with Byte has been exceptional. I love the retainer, the workers behind the scenes, and the HyperByte. Only complaint would be that the case for the retainers is a bit difficult to open due to the strange shape but aside from that, my retainers have been working their magic!

I've never had customer service give me an option to text or call. Always went beyond expectations when it comes to my package being picked up from my home and sent back to them.! Always making sure every step was simple and easy. On top of that, everyone who has helped me has been kind and easy to approach. Love Byte!!!

So far everything has been fantastic. I am looking forward to the results. The customer service and follow up has been great as well. I hope the whole experience continues this way. They are really responsive to all inquiries or requests as well.

Everything was so fast and easy from signing up to making the impressions to getting my aligners. They all come in one box with everything you need! I opted for the nighttime aligners and I’m so glad I did! They are comfortable and I can sleep right through my treatment! I would recommend them to anyone that’s thinking about it.

Every step of the way was painless with clear instructions and communication. From the impression kit to the retainers, everything is very high quality! I got my treatment plan really quickly after I sent my impressions, too. I love it so much, I referred my hubby!

I am 5 weeks into my 6 month treatment. Everything has been great so far. I can already see my teeth are getting straighter. Love I only have to wear them at night! Retainers have all fit well and no need to sand any edges or anything. Only suggest maybe a larger case- could be because I have my wisdom teeth. My sets may be larger than normal.

After a LOT of research Byte was the way to go for sure and I am so glad I did! Being older I was hesitant...I had braces 18+ years ago as an adult due to only having baby canine teeth (no adult canines) that were barely holding on, needing to be removed and complicated by a very open bite. Over the years my spaces began opening up more and more and on a limited income I wanted and truly needed to find a way to not hide my smile any longer so I could be happy. With one conversation with byte sharing my story and hearing such positivity, my hesitation melted away and I began my journey! From their website, to their treatment process and their customer service...AMAZING! Since my very first interaction with the people at byte they have been so wonderful and continue to be every step of the way!!!

Watching my smile get straighter and whiter week to week has been amazing. I'm watching a lifelong insecurity just vanish. And customer support was personable and helpful along every step. I have recommended Byte to so many people! My only regret is that I wish I had done this sooner. ❤️

Byte is the best investment I have purchased for myself, I’m very happy with my new smile and love the customer service. They answer all my questions and make sure I understand my treatment. The best is if you’re not happy they will fix anything without any extra change.

I’ve had my Byte set for a month, and I can already tell and feel my teeth moving. It’s not too painful, and I’m really excited to get to the end. If you have an over bite I highly recommend that you take a look at this option.

Easy to use, comfortable and effective! The whitener that comes with them works well without the side effects of OTC whiteners. I wish I had bought these sooner. The trays that came first were easy to use if you follow the directions.

I do not recommend this company for orthodontic treatment. The impression kit that was sent to me had damaged the putty. The cost of treatment seems to be the same rate for everyone regardless of what your teeth condition. I already wore braces in the past for years. My teeth have a very tiny gap that started to form because my retainer broke. The price I was told for treatment is the same as someone who would need to wear aligners for 2 years. My gap is very tiny and would only need one retainer or one aligner. It would close in 1 week. Why would I have to pay the same rate as someone who needs to wear it for 2 years? Basically, I would be getting ripped off with Byte. If I went to see orthodontic in person the cost would be drastically cheaper. Do your research before committing to a plan with Byte.

I am almost done with my treatment and I am so excited to finish in two weeks! This system was so easy, fast and affordable. I have had several people ask me about my teeth and say how straight and white they are getting. I have already referred a few friends and I am so excited they are purchasing because this truly was amazing! I feel so much better about my smile and I can wait to see the final results! The support and customer service has been great and I would highly recommend this product. This was not painful and you can easily pop the aligners out to eat. I had a few times where I had a ache jaw which is totally normal and Advil helped with that.

The team at Byte is extremely responsive and helpful. They answer any and all questions I have in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to take their smile to the next level. Amazing service, it couldn’t get any better.

I am currently on week 9 of my Byte treatment, so far I am happy with the experience. The instructions are clear and the steps are easy to follow. I noticed changes in my teeth already. Customer service has been great also, I was able to reach live person representative when I needed. I am giving 4 stars because I am not done with my treatment yet, I don't know the final result yet. Can't wait to see.

When starting this journey I was nervous, unsure, anxious and all the adjectives you could feel. Byte customer service has been attentive and thorough to make sure I knew what I was getting into and that my needs were being met. The experience I had with Byte was great. Just took longer than I expected. I was told it would take about 12 weeks but it took way longer. But my teeth look straight now. I am glad I did this procedure with byte.

The aligners are very easy to use and the customer service is great! Everyone that I’ve spoken to has been very nice. I started receiving compliments on my straighter, whiter teeth within the first few weeks! I can’t wait to see the finished product!

I just got my kit yesterday so I’m adjusting to it. My aligners fit well. They’re good and snug and I’ve only had to file one area. I didn’t receive an aligners remover in my kit so I had to order another one. I slept in them last night and they had no effect on my sleep at all. I have hopes for straighter teeth and less of an overbite in the future.

The process is going well. So far I have not felt any discomfort or pain. It actually fits quite nicely on my teeth. I'm currently on my fourth tray. My younger brother also is a Byte consumer. The only thing that bothers me a bit is when I use the Bright byte on my aligners it leaves this weird taste on my tongue. But still Thank you!

My experience with Byte has been great, compared to the last Compared I tried. They have been responsive, and I’ve seen great results with my treatment. I received my aligners super fast, and when I messed my molds up they sent me a new mold kit for free.

Very good, the impression kit was very easy to use. Also, I liked how the support staff reached out to me very timely and tried to improve my experience much better. When my treatment plan was ready, they reached out to me and got my feedback and modified the treatment. Very excited for the next steps.

I started my Byte treatment during the summer of 2020. Right from the beginning, the entire team was so helpful and answered all my questions quickly. My teeth are stubborn and my treatment needs to be extended, but I was quickly mailed another impression kit!

Overall not a bad experience. The HyperByte really helps with the discomfort of moving teeth. Customer service is great. Had some fit issues in the beginning and was sent a new set of aligners and those were much better. Just finished my last week and while the overall results are great, there is still just one area I feel does not exactly match the original treatment plan I was shown. With that being said, I am not sure I want to go through the process of getting new aligners so I might just suck it up since it's close.

I have really loved my experience with Byte! They are so quick and helpful! And it’s been wonderful getting my teeth straightened without having to have the metal in my mouth! The Hyperbyte is super easy to use too! Definitely will recommend this company to everyone!

I've had braces twice in my life and Byte Aligners are, by far, more tolerable than traditional braces. Plus, you don't have to drive to the Orthodontist's office for appointments. I like not being at the mercy of some dude's cranking on an appliance attached to my mouth. Buy Byte!!

It hurts when you put the aligner for the first few days. But it is worth to get a pretty smile. I can see a little changing with my teeth. Cannot wait to see when I complete my plan. I recommend people who are interested in getting a good smile just be patient with this process. By the end of this process, you will grateful for your decision.

They have excellent customer service. If I need anything at all they are always kind and courteous to make sure that I have everything that I need. Tawnee has been great since day one on explaining the procedures and is very quick to respond back.

I’ve had a positive experience so far. Communication from the staff is prompt and helpful. The staff is an easy text or email away if I have any questions. The teeth straightening process has been smooth thus far. I had no issues receiving the impression kit, sending the kit or receiving the aligners. I am pleased with my experience at this time.

I will be forever grateful for Byte... I got my teeth back!! No pain, like traditional braces and fast. I am in week 9 out of my 15 week plan and my teeth are looking incredible! I started seeing the improvement by the third week. Not bad for only having to wear them at night and a 10 minute daily HyperByte treatment. I am on week 7 and the aligners are working great so far. It can be a little tight leaving my teeth sore when switching to a new pair but the electronic vibration guard makes it feel better instantly. I would recommend Byte to anybody looking to straighten their smile!

My experience with Byte have been a good one. A little pain when changing aligners. Using HyperByte helps with the pain so I use it multiple times a day. Also the teeth whitening form is amazing and I'm overall excited about this experience.

I used to have braces in middle school. Was always pretty good about wearing my retainers but as I got older One of them broke and I never got a replacement, that was right around the time I got my wisdom teeth pulled. My teeth ended up spacing out. It took me a while to conking but I’m glad I did and I’m glad I chose Byte. I am giving only three stars at this point because I'm only half way through the aligners. But my teeth are starting to change and they're whiter, too! The team at Byte has been responsive and very good to work with.

I’m on week 6 of a 12 week treatment plan and the results so far are just what I was hoping for. Really looking forward to the end result. Everything from the pricing, communication, timeliness, packaging, to the aligner fit and ease of use has been excellent.

About midway, maybe a little less, through the process. The materials are high-quality, the fit is good, and Byte's customer service has been excellent. Proof is in the pudding, of course, so the end result will be the real judgement. That said, everything feels and appears to be moving along just great!

Using the Byte invisible aligners has been a great experience. I am already seeing a difference, my dentist has no problem and says he can see the progress and mu the vibration tool is your best friend! I appreciate all that the team has done to make this a seamless.

On week 3 I was noticing a difference in my teeth!!! The vibrating mouthpiece does wonders- it feels great especially during the first couple days of a new week of aligners. Great price for this treatment. The BrightByte keeps the aligners clean and feels super fresh.

It was fast and easy. And I seen a big difference from just a couple weeks. They all came at once and packaged and numbered. And if adjustments were needed, I had a filer right in the package. Along with a case for the retainers. I loved the quotes that were put on the inside as well to keep you going! I loved my experience!

So far I’m in my 11th week of having my Byte aligners. I have already noticed the progress so far and despite a 5 week setback due to one stubborn tooth I’m happy with the results so far. Bryce helped me with advise and reassurance when I had questions on my tooth not tracking well. It’s nice to have an encouraging team although it can take a couple days to wait for a response.

The process is so easy! I love that I can just pop in these aligners at night time and work on a beautiful smile! I also enjoy using the hyperbyte. I don’t have much pain during this time either. If anyone is looking for an easy way to straight teeth. This is it!

Only on week 10, so I haven’t seen the final result. Good thing is that the discomfort is easy to manage. Get past the first night and the rest is a breeze. Wish I wouldn’t known that only the first 4-6 teeth in the top and bottom rows get treated before I purchased. I did notice a gap that is actually created by using the aligners, but my tech assured me that the end results won’t have a gap. Hoping she’s right...

It is very easy to get started with Byte. All the reps are super friendly. One rep I talked to called me an hour after their hours because I work during their hours. That was above and beyond, I really appreciated it. They answered my questions, reviewing my new teeth was pretty neat, this has been a super smooth process. I highly recommend it.

I didn't receive my snow kit with my aligners set, and contacted customer service to see when I would be getting it, since I ordered that via a promotion when I bought my aligners. The customer service was very fast, helpful, and informative. Forwarded me to the steps to get my order and gave me my discount code. Very happy!

Today, I am switching to my second set of aligners. So far, customer service has been great. I love that I can text any question or concern and get a response fairly quickly. As far as the aligners go, I haven't had any problems aside from the first two days of discomfort, which is normal. I can feel my teeth already shifting and am excited to see results as time goes by. Also, considering how much I spent, I feel at ease knowing that if I'm not happy at the end, Byte will work at fixing that at no extra cost to me. I will post an updated review at the end of my treatment.

I’m half way through my experience and can already see such a difference. It’s quick, easy and doesn’t take time out of my day to visit an orthodontist. Customer support is a text away and the products are great quality.

I'm 4 weeks into my new night time aligners. So far so good. Customer Service has been great. They check in all the time and answer questions quickly. The process has been painless and I'm starting to see results. So far so great!

I am generally satisfied but think the products for Byte are stupid expensive. A replacement vibrating mouth device is $699.00. Outrageous. What if mine breaks?? Seems steep for a very cheaply made vibrating piece of plastic. Also wondering when I get my virtual check up. Advertised but so far, no actual orthodontist has checked my progress in 10 weeks.

I am very pleased with my first few weeks with BYTE. The customer service staff has been friendly, responsive and more than helpful when working with new customers. They alleviated concerns from aligner expectations to HSA/FSA and insurance coverages. I'm on my first week of aligners now and can't wait to see my finished smile in a few weeks time.

Thoroughly enjoy this company, and their personal customer service. Having a personal, unautomated text message regarding YOUR plan is simply unheard head of this day and age. No regrets choosing BYTE over other companies so far - my personal customer service rep was super helpful, and the process we extremely quick, easy, and painless!

I have really liked my experience working with Byte. The customer service and the clinical teams were responsive to my needs and willing to work with me and answer any questions and concerns that I had. I am very happy with my smile now. I have had very good luck with customer service when I have had needed corrections and more aligners. I would like though if I spoke to one person all of the time instead of just whoever sees the email. I would also like more communication availabilities with the dentist.

I am very happy with Byte At Night. My teeth are tracking well on week 8 and my smile looks amazing. I had everything going on cross bite, spacing and crowding. I researched Invisalign, Candid and Smile Direct and went with Byte. I am happy with my smile so far.

Wearing these Byte aligners 10 hrs per night is easy. No problems sleeping. I love the gentle not irritating cleaner/whitening foam. It’s still early in the program but I can already see a whiter straighter smile. So glad I made the purchase.

It has been pretty great. 15 weeks to straighten your teeth for less than $2,000?!? Heck yeah!! However, my alignment got off track???? I went to put week 12 in and it wouldn't fit. Something's wrong I said, so I emailed customer support and they've been working to get me back on track. I send pictures to let them see my progress and they respond so quickly!! Even around the holidays!! Even though I've reached a bumpy road, I am still super happy with my results so far, with customer support, and just overall!!

In the early steps so hard to rate aligners but experience up until now have been great. I was able to get a special on the impression kit and a discount on the whole set of aligners. And the aligners arrived earlier then expected.

My teeth has been overcrowding and each passing year made me a little more insecure. The Byte aligners have been comfortable, easy to use, and making a visible difference. I’m on my 5th aligners currently and have been satisfied with everything thus far. Customer service has also been topnotch.

These are the best aligners out there. They give you a step by step process on what to do and they check up on your progress from time to time. They also give you teeth whitening products sometimes for free. Will definitely recommend.

It was amazing.. It didn't take long at all and it was actually easier than I thought. I would recommend Byte to all of my friends as a matter of fact I already have. I've shared my story on Facebook and all of my social media sites.

My experience with Byte has been great so far. I'm roughly halfway through my treatment, and the defining aspect has been the care of the customer relations team. A few weeks ago, I realized that (though I'd made much progress!) my teeth weren't quite yet where they should've been at that point, and the team has been helping adjust my treatment to get me back on track. They've also reassured me that they will do whatever is needed to make sure I see the results desired, even if my teeth are a bit stubborn. Regular check-ins where you submit photos of your teeth are also useful in keeping both yourself and Byte accountable for your progress. A great relationship all around.

So far, it has been a wonderful experience with Byte. Customer service was excellent & fast responding to all my questions. I’m only a few weeks in with my aligners but so far so good. The aligners have been comfortable & I haven’t been in any pain or discomfort. I can’t wait to see my smile once complete!

Service has been excellent and prompt. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The aligners caused some mild discomfort for the first week but then I got used to them and don't really mind now. Seems like a much better way than braces...

I don’t think this is any fault of Byte, but my bottom aligners don’t fit quite right. I’ve seen this issue across the board with other brands offering aligners. I contacted byte about this concern and they responded promptly. Aside from this, the packaging is beautiful, the directions are straight-forward, and after a few days of getting used to sleeping with these in, I basically don’t feel them anymore. So far I’ve had a great experience.

I'm on week 2 of the overnight aligners and the process has been very easy from the molding kit to purchasing to insurance. Byte has been very helpful every step of the way! It's only been 8 days but I already can tell my teeth are shifting.

I won’t lie. I was very skeptical at first about this only because my teeth were so badly crooked but in just 14 weeks I have gone from a very crooked smile to something I am not ashamed to show off in public. I never smiled with my teeth in public until now, and it’s all thanks to Byte! My journey towards my new smile is going great! The first week was a little scary and very painful but now it's a breeze. I just started week 4 and I'm getting closer to my dream smile. I'm grateful I get to fix my smile.

It's a very simple process. The aligners were uncomfortable at first but as time goes on you will feel your teeth coming into place of the aligners. I am on the night-time plan, so it works very well for me. The Hyper Byte also helps massage your teeth and take away some of the irritation of having the aligners in.

I am on tray 8/15 and my jaw has jetted off to the side, my eyes are no longer symmetrical and my pupils are now two different sizes. Please be aware that saving money on DIY might cost more in the long run. As far as everything else goes.. Customer service is responsive. Everything was done according to the timelines that were set. Quality of the trays appear to be well, even having nothing to compare it to. But being over halfway in, I would only recommend this product if you need very minor adjustments.

I am on my second week with Byte and I am very impressed! The entire process of receiving, taking, and sending the impressions was so user friendly. My treatment plan has me excited, and my aligners arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! Their customer service has been in contact every step of the way to make sure I know what to expect. I’m only a quarter of the way through the process so it is hard to write a review. I am happy with the projection, and the aligners themselves are working well so far. I did not like being bombarded by texts and emails as soon as I got my impression kit and the hard sell once I sent them in. They want an answer NOW. Promised free whitener if I sent them by a certain date, but I got the same bottle everyone gets with their kit, so not impressed by the “incentive.”

I’m very excited to start my Byte treatment! So far the experience has been stress free and easy to use. The impression kit was simple to understand and I had it done within 30 minutes. I’m really looking forward to my new Byte smile!

On the 5th week, and it's going pretty well. Customer service is very helpful. There was a learning and comfort curve at the beginning, but it's getting easier. Taking them in and out every time I eat and drink is a bit burdensome, but it should only be for a few months...

Aligners came on time and the team was responsive with questions and answers. I'm 5 weeks in and the expectations are being met and I'm seeing some positive movement. Looking forward to the final results. The only issue I've had is I need to cut off the back molar of my bottom aligner, but that is apparently normal with these types of retainers. Molars can't be moved without actual braces so they fit just fine without one back molar.

Byte customer service was quick to assist me with any questions or concerns I had whether it was through email, text, or call. Their aligners are very sturdy and are good quality. I am halfway through my treatment and have seen great progress on my teeth!

I was in metal braces in high school but over time teeth moved to the point I was no longer happy with my smile. I tried ClearCorrect two years ago and while effective I personally dreaded the fact I had to wear them all day - along with the constant lisping, and they were perpetually uncomfortable in my mouth. Lower teeth moved again. Outside of the initial discomfort that comes with changing my night-time only aligners each week, the Byte retainers fit and feel great! I hardly notice that I'm wearing them --and no lisp! I'm excited to finish the treatment and have a retainer that will finally keep my smile looking great. There were a number of flexible payment options to choose from.

I would definitely refer a friend. It’s reasonably priced and affordable. I didn’t have to come out of thousands of dollars just to do something for me. My smile is important to me. It’s the first thing people see when they see you. A smile can tell a thousand words. Why not make yourself happy getting your smile bright.

I’m two thirds of the way through, and my expectations are being met. My two front teeth have almost completely uncrossed! The routine is easy to follow, and my questions have all been answered promptly and courteously. Unlike the braces I had in 1966-67, this doesn’t even hurt.

Byte has Such easy and clear instructions...I love everything about about it. My teeth are already noticeably whiter and straighter only halfway through the program! Taking selfies is a lot easier when you don’t have to worry about your smile! I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know!

I am almost halfway through my plan and the results are unreal. I definitely see a change and my teeth are so white. I would highly recommend jumping on this while you can. It is one of the best decisions I have made.

Updated on 03/09/2021: So far I’m tracking right on track. My smile is not only straighter but whiter as well. So far my progress has been incredible. My advisor has also been super informative throughout this process. He has answered all my questions and emailed back quickly.

I’m pretty happy with my results so far. I had completed 10 weeks of my 24 weeks of plan and noticed good changes. Sometimes it pains when we change the aligners but no pain no gain... I would definitely recommend Byte treatment. Customer service is excellent, they keep following up with progress of your treatment and always helpful answer any questions...

I am incredibly happy with the Byte experience thus far. I am on week 7 and I can already see a difference. I actually saw a difference even earlier on but now it is even noticeable to my husband. Updated on 06/24/2021: Treatment taking longer than expected. Overall easy to use but tooth not straight yet. Treatment plan was 15 weeks but needed adjustment because some teeth didn’t move right. The customer service is good. I hope to see the results some time soon.

Everything going well so far. I just need more of the spray they provide. It ran out in 2 weeks and I was sent 12 weeks of supplies. Pretty packaging. Simple instructions. Just need to play out full treatment to see how it goes.

I had a great experience with the customer service. Very easy process of getting and making the impressions. Then just wait a couple weeks and get the aligners and start your treatment. It’s as easy as that. Very impressed with how fast my progress is coming along. Cheaper and 10x faster than traditional braces.
