The Byte process has been so easy and affordable! I can already tell a difference in my teeth after 6 weeks! The impressions kit is easy to do and within 3 weeks I revived the first 15 weeks of aligners!

On week 2 of my treatment. Customer Service has been extremely responsive and professional, answering all of my questions. The night aligners are very comfortable, easy in, easy out. Already seeing movement in my teeth. Great ortho experience thus far, all around!

So far so good! I had a great-experience, first step was an easy process. They have very friendly and professional staff. Whole process starting from molding to getting trays only took about 2 weeks. My journey towards my new smile is going great! The first week was a little scary and very painful but now it's a breeze. I just started week 4 and I'm getting closer to my dream smile. I'm grateful I get to fix my smile.

It's a very simple process. The aligners were uncomfortable at first but as time goes on you will feel your teeth coming into place of the aligners. I am on the night-time plan, so it works very well for me. The Hyper Byte also helps massage your teeth and take away some of the irritation of having the aligners in.

I am on tray 8/15 and my jaw has jetted off to the side, my eyes are no longer symmetrical and my pupils are now two different sizes. Please be aware that saving money on DIY might cost more in the long run. As far as everything else goes.. Customer service is responsive. Everything was done according to the timelines that were set. Quality of the trays appear to be well, even having nothing to compare it to. But being over halfway in, I would only recommend this product if you need very minor adjustments.

I am on my second week with Byte and I am very impressed! The entire process of receiving, taking, and sending the impressions was so user friendly. My treatment plan has me excited, and my aligners arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! Their customer service has been in contact every step of the way to make sure I know what to expect. So far, I'm very happy with my choice to use Byte for my aligners.

I’m only a quarter of the way through the process so it is hard to write a review. I am happy with the projection, and the aligners themselves are working well so far. I did not like being bombarded by texts and emails as soon as I got my impression kit and the hard sell once I sent them in. They want an answer NOW. Promised free whitener if I sent them by a certain date, but I got the same bottle everyone gets with their kit, so not impressed by the “incentive.”

I’m very excited to start my Byte treatment! So far the experience has been stress free and easy to use. The impression kit was simple to understand and I had it done within 30 minutes. I’m really looking forward to my new Byte smile!

I’m on week 5 of my 15 week Byte journey - and so far so good. Can already see some results - discomfort is manageable (esp. when using HyperByte). Byte team has been awesome from the start. Definitely motivated to keep going.

I had been thinking about doing aligners for years, and after a bunch of research came across Byte. When I was ready, the impression kit came quickly, customer service was on top of it and helpful every step of the way. The aligners have fit great so far and customer service has been great again, answering any questions or concerns I have. I am about 4 weeks in and so excited to keep going! On the 5th week, and it's going pretty well. Customer service is very helpful. There was a learning and comfort curve at the beginning, but it's getting easier. Taking them in and out every time I eat and drink is a bit burdensome, but it should only be for a few months...

Aligners came on time and the team was responsive with questions and answers. I'm 5 weeks in and the expectations are being met and I'm seeing some positive movement. Looking forward to the final results. The only issue I've had is I need to cut off the back molar of my bottom aligner, but that is apparently normal with these types of retainers. Molars can't be moved without actual braces so they fit just fine without one back molar.

Byte customer service was quick to assist me with any questions or concerns I had whether it was through email, text, or call. Their aligners are very sturdy and are good quality. I am halfway through my treatment and have seen great progress on my teeth!

I was in metal braces in high school but over time teeth moved to the point I was no longer happy with my smile. I tried ClearCorrect two years ago and while effective I personally dreaded the fact I had to wear them all day - along with the constant lisping, and they were perpetually uncomfortable in my mouth. Lower teeth moved again. Outside of the initial discomfort that comes with changing my night-time only aligners each week, the Byte retainers fit and feel great! I hardly notice that I'm wearing them --and no lisp! I'm excited to finish the treatment and have a retainer that will finally keep my smile looking great. There were a number of flexible payment options to choose from.

I would definitely refer a friend. It’s reasonably priced and affordable. I didn’t have to come out of thousands of dollars just to do something for me. My smile is important to me. It’s the first thing people see when they see you. A smile can tell a thousand words. Why not make yourself happy getting your smile bright.

I’m two thirds of the way through, and my expectations are being met. My two front teeth have almost completely uncrossed! The routine is easy to follow, and my questions have all been answered promptly and courteously. Unlike the braces I had in 1966-67, this doesn’t even hurt.

Byte has Such easy and clear instructions...I love everything about about it. My teeth are already noticeably whiter and straighter only halfway through the program! Taking selfies is a lot easier when you don’t have to worry about your smile! I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know!

I am almost halfway through my plan and the results are unreal. I definitely see a change and my teeth are so white. I would highly recommend jumping on this while you can. It is one of the best decisions I have made.

Updated on 03/09/2021: So far I’m tracking right on track. My smile is not only straighter but whiter as well. So far my progress has been incredible. My advisor has also been super informative throughout this process. He has answered all my questions and emailed back quickly.

I’m pretty happy with my results so far. I had completed 10 weeks of my 24 weeks of plan and noticed good changes. Sometimes it pains when we change the aligners but no pain no gain... I would definitely recommend Byte treatment. Customer service is excellent, they keep following up with progress of your treatment and always helpful answer any questions...

I am incredibly happy with the Byte experience thus far. I am on week 7 and I can already see a difference. I actually saw a difference even earlier on but now it is even noticeable to my husband. It took a few days to get used to and then probably by two weeks it came a part of my routine and I was used to it. The customer service is superb. My impression kit arrived promptly and was easy to use. Thank you for shipping my aligners within two weeks and not the 4 - 6 weeks as advertised. The packaging and instruction manual is excellent. The manual is easy to follow and very professional.

Updated on 06/24/2021: Treatment taking longer than expected. Overall easy to use but tooth not straight yet. Treatment plan was 15 weeks but needed adjustment because some teeth didn’t move right. The customer service is good. I hope to see the results some time soon.

Everything going well so far. I just need more of the spray they provide. It ran out in 2 weeks and I was sent 12 weeks of supplies. Pretty packaging. Simple instructions. Just need to play out full treatment to see how it goes.

I had a great experience with the customer service. Very easy process of getting and making the impressions. Then just wait a couple weeks and get the aligners and start your treatment. It’s as easy as that. Very impressed with how fast my progress is coming along. Cheaper and 10x faster than traditional braces.

I love Byte overall, I can see a difference in my treatment so far. My only complaint is the lack of communication. I was unaware I needed a whole new set of aligners, I didn’t know I was supposed to tell Byte to send me the next set of aligners. I have never used this before so I feel a bit more communication would have avoided this issue.

Yes, it's affordable and good customer service. The website has a lot of answers to my questions. Being able to text someone for help is the easiest and my favorite part of the customer service that's is available. I have already recommended Byte to my friends.

Updating my progress with the Invisalign and see if I’m ready for retainers but I’m on tray 10 at bottom and still wearing 9 for top. There’s no more top and I need more foam teeth whitener for the top and bottom.

Customer service experience has always been excellent with this company. I had ordered something with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal they had in 2020. I didn’t see part of the order in my shipment, so I called and spoke to Bryce. He reviewed everything with efficiency and was able to help me out with the problem very quickly.

I must say, Byte has probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. They constantly texted, emailed me, and kept me engaged. From the very beginning and throughout the entire process, they were attentive and helpful. I am more than pleased.

I am midway through treatment, things are working as expected. Customer service is working to resolve an issue with one of my aligners that doesn't fit properly. The whitener works very well. The order process was easy and everything arrived as expected. Communication has been good.

The aligners cause no disruptions whenever I have them on. The whole kit is very organized and detailed for the customers. Everything you need comes with it too! My teeth have changed a lot and I’m really satisfied how it took such a little time for my teeth to have no gaps.

I was really nervous to use aligners because I didn't want my teeth to be sore and hurt the whole time. I also didn't want to wear aligners during the day, so the nighttime aligners were a perfect fit for me! My teeth have barely been sore and I've still been able to eat all of my regular foods. I wear my aligners for at least 10 hours each night, I use the Byte device daily, and I love the Bright Byte whitening. My front teeth weren't too crooked, and they still need some tweaking after my last aligner, which the customer care team has been excellent to work with me on that. My bottom teeth were pretty crooked and they are straightening beautifully. I'm so excited to see the final results! So far I am VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service and so far I can see a change in my teeth. I also love the packaging. There is very little pain, just pressure. Also the teeth brightening foam is also working quite well.

Incredibly boring! Absolutely no surprises, everything so far has been exactly what I expected and it is all good! The products have been comfortable and easy to use. After 4 weeks I already see a difference. I can't wait until I am finished.

Customer service was awesome! BYTE was very helpful and quick with solutions. Although I had to go backtrack a few trays back was a hassle but it was most likely my fault. I emailed byte and they were very nice!! Beginning of each tray you change it will feel uncomfortable for a few days then afterwards you’ll get use to it. Aligners are way better than braces in my opinion :).

The gaps in my teeth are almost all the way closed at this point. I also have been receiving great customer service and follow up from the Byte team. UPDATED 1/21/2021: Ok first thing to say is that these things are working faster than I expected. I see that the bottom teeth were all scattered but when I got to week 5 they straight straight up and also the top as well????

My adjustment in the bottom teeth has taken longer than expected. My top teeth aligned well. Although it has taken longer for my bottom teeth to align, Byte has been great at responding and answering my questions. They have sent new aligners out to continue the process. It is so close, and I have ordered my upper teeth retainer. The staff has been great, and I highly recommend Byte to get the results.

I'm currently on Week 13 and loving my progress. I'm doing the Byte at Night program which has been perfect for my lifestyle and the process of getting started has been very easy. The support throughout has been amazing, no question goes unanswered.

Everyone was so helpful and made the experience really easy. I couldn't use the first set of trays that were sent because they were too big for my mouth. :( They sent me small trays free of charge! My teeth are super bad but I wanted them to be straighter and more even. You can feel the aligners working when you are wearing them because of the pressure they put on your teeth. So far they have been working for me! I can’t wait to see the end result.

The experience has been good. The cost is more than other programs but the technology seems more advanced and shorter program length. Sometimes there are long periods between updates on status of events but overall meeting expectations. Still awaiting aligners to get started with the program.

The company seems to be run by customer support folks incentivized by referral bonuses. You will never speak to an actual dentist here. It takes days to get a response via e-mail. I'm currently stuck in limbo in the middle of treatment and am not getting responses from anyone. 12 aligners in and I've seen slight improvements but less than what I expected.

I had traditional metal braces when I was age 12 through 15. I remember getting poked by wires, having brackets snap off, and worst of all, getting food stuck in them. But when I finally got them off, I was so happy. Enter wisdom teeth, and you’d never know I had braces on my bottom teeth. As my wisdom teeth came in, my bottom teeth started to crowd in the front. Thankfully my top teeth weren’t affected too horribly, but they were still misaligned. I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was 18, however, never wanted to go back to traditional braces to fix what the crowding had done.

While the team has been very helpful at stating I should keep going, I am really not seeing any difference and I would think that by now, those bottom teeth would have begun to shift! My experience with Byte has been stellar. In April 2020, I decided to correct my smile after neglecting to wear my retainers for years. I did my due diligence and researched all invisible aligner companies. My dentist championed Invasalign, which costed $6,000. Smile Direct had the worst reviews, so it was immediately out. Updated on 01/12/2021: After 15 weeks of the Byte program my teeth are now worse. Before they just need to be straight. Now I can’t chew, I cannot eat simple foods. So Byte sent me another 15 week program. Great because my life revolves around their time schedule and not my own. Also sent these 15 weeks of aligners without the cleaning foam. This was their mistake and I have to pay for it. Over have to say you have a 50/50 chance of it working for you. It has not for me.

Byte has been a great experience, as my teeth progress from crooked to straight. It has been easy to follow. The aligners, the Hyperbyte, the brightener, and the case to carry them in, have been great tools to a brighter, straighter smile.

I was so excited about using Byte because I really didn’t want braces. I play trumpet and didn’t want to mess up my embouchure with braces. So far it has been a great experience and I’m still enjoying playing trumpet without at issues. Thankful for this option!

On top of that the aligners have been a great fit (I will be on week 5 tomorrow) and only slightly uncomfortable the first 2 wears (the hyper bite helps with that).
