For the first couple of years, purchasing from Beachbody has been straightforward. You order online and you get it right in the mail. Now, you have Beachbody On Demand, which is awesome. The programs have always worked as long as you put in the work to do them. I've done quite a few Beachbody programs. I've done 21 Day Fix Extreme, 22 Minute Hard Corps, and Hammer and Chisel. And I've started doing LIIFT4 and Body Beast.

I saw my cousin's transformations and I wanted the same thing. I wanted to get help, feel better, and do something different. I got the 21 Day Fix, which was $99, as well as a lot of other programs. It was like the On Demand thing that I purchased and both have been really good. I've lost 10 pounds doing the programs. Everything was great and I'm satisfied. I would recommend Beachbody.

I really wanted to give BBOD a try. I signed up for the free trial and then let it auto renew. I didn't get the opportunity to use it at all during the trial or my 3 month subscription. My injury healed and was approaching my renewal so I reached out to see if anything can be done since I had paid and didn't renew. First person just canceled my renewal, second wouldn't even meet me half way and extend for 30 days to see if I liked it. Seems to me they are all about getting money and not about making a difference. I will not use BBOD and I will be sure to let all of my friends know to look for other options. Very disappointed in the service I have received.

I enrolled in Beachbody On Demand for several months due to being unable to get to my local gym. It was ok for what it was. Subsequently I was able to get back to my regular schedule and cancelled my subscription without any issues. The problem is the “community” emails. I never wanted to receive the weekly community digest to begin with, and after I started receiving it, I changed my settings to stop receiving emails. However they would not stop. Every week I continue to get them. I have changed all my settings to stop receiving ALL emails from Beachbody. Yet they still keep coming.

I got little kids and I wanted to get back into shape to be able to run around with them and have more energy, so I signed up with Beachbody. I first started before they had Beachbody On Demand. I went online and purchased the CDs and had the app. I bought it 10 years ago and the process was simple and easy. I did the Beachbody On Demand last February and it was easy too. Their reps are very friendly and are always trying to help but they have really thick accents so it is hard to understand them at times. Beachbody has good products. The workouts are helpful and I have noticed a difference in my overall health. I did P90X3 and I love that it is only 30 minutes. I have referred it to a few of my friends.

I purchased the Shakeology and I use the P90X from Beachbody and the results are outstanding. I lost 47 pounds. I work out longer but I can feel it's excellent. Currently, I’m going to the gym but I'm still using the Shakeology occasionally, like a couple of times a week. I would recommend Beachbody. It's the way to go. It’d drug-free and all, so the future is great. That's the way to shed off weight.

I’ve been doing Beachbody since 2011. My ex-wife was friends with someone who started doing the program, and she recommended it to us. The first program I did was the 21 Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese. I used the 21 Day Fix on and off for a couple of years. I didn’t use it a whole lot because I was in the military for a while. After I got out of the military, I started looking into the On Demand stuff.

I was having some health issues with my thyroid and I didn't wanna be on thyroid medication so I started drinking Shakeology from Beachbody. I also have Beachbody On Demand and Performance Line, and I do it all now. It was easy to order from them and I'm very satisfied with all their products.

I had an awareness of some of Beachbody's products through prior television advertising and personal communications with other people, and it led me to look at their website. After assessing, it looked like it was something that I would be interested in. I purchased the P90 and P90X, and, most recently, the X3. The P90 was fine. There was a secondary purchase that we attempted subsequent to that that didn’t go through, which was unusual and on a separate product. We ended up canceling that purchase when it became apparent that it didn’t go through. It was the only hang up with purchasing. Otherwise, for the P90 products, the purchasing experience has been very smooth.

I think the programs are well designed and easy to follow. I mostly just have issues with the server. Waking up at 4 am to work out isn't as glorious as you may think. I loved the idea of working out from home. Well, it really sucks when they demand a password reset and send a link through email... that's doesn't arrive for... still waiting. Also, it's not supported by Chrome. Well, it was, and then it wasn't, and then it was, and then it had so many issues it wouldn't play a video. I look forward to waking up and starting my day on a positive note, not sitting online with technical support in frustration. All in all, I'd rather go the gym. It's there every single day.

I bought a lot of exercise videos from Beachbody. I've also bought the Shakeology supplement and their On Demand subscription. So far, I'm very satisfied with the results. I work out six days a week and eat healthily. Beachbody has given me more of an education about nutrition and I've never had that growing up.

A friend recommended Beachbody to me and I bought a DVD set four or five years ago. Then, I just signed up the beginning of this year for Beachbody on Demand to do 80 Day Obsession. I was using the DVDs on and off for a while, but I never completed the program until the one I did at the beginning of this year. Then, I borrowed some DVDs of a couple of other programs. A weird thing happened where I was given extra success points one month and then, the next month they took it away just to balance it out. It kinda messed me up because I probably could have hit Success Club on the month they took it away from. I dealt with that but it was fine. It has been awesome and I recommended Beachbody to everyone. Everyone that has done it has had really good success as well.

I was in high school when I learned about Beachbody. I heard a few people did P90X to help train for whatever sports team they were on at that time. But I first did it when I was in a training program in the military. I had some free time and since a lot of people in the military use it to help stay fit for the PT test, I decided to give it a try. Since then, I had the INSANITY which I purchased directly from Beachbody. And then, I purchased the P90X from Amazon six months after that. The program was very long though. The workout routine on each disc was an hour and the yoga was 90 minutes. You’ll get a great workout, but it was just a little too much of a time commitment for me.

My earlier review needs to be corrected. Piyo company rep contacted me after reading my review. My shipping costs have been reimbursed. I can honestly say that is a first. Very quick response to my review. Also, I would put Beachbody in a very satisfied category.

I like to work out. I heard about Beachbody when my cousin bought the P90X and when the next P90X came out, I bought that and I kept going from there. I’ve had Beachbody On Demand ever since it launched and purchasing it has been pretty simple. The coach makes it easy for me. So far, the results are really good and I enjoy using their stuff. I like to be able to do the routine at home, so I’m sticking with what I like. Other than that, I’ve had to call their customer service department a few times and they got my issues resolved.

I was not able to continue my second month on Shakeology, even though I loved the taste of them, they just didn’t agree with me. I have some allergies, so it just didn’t work. I dreaded trying to discontinue the service, as I thought it would be difficult. I was really surprised that as soon as I called I was not placed on hold, and I discontinued my shipment with no problems at all! They didn’t give me a “hard sell” or anything! I still do the workout videos, and I love them. So, I’d definitely recommend that anyone try Shakeology, because if it doesn’t work out, stopping it was painless. Very impressive.

It's really easy to get started with the streaming program because it's affordable and there's a lot to choose from. So if you need to jump into something and you can't figure it out, that's the best way to go. The initial purchase I made was P90X and that experience was good and easy. At that time, I was trying to get back into shape and to get healthy. Then I came back to it with the 21 Day Fix. I lost a total of about 35 pounds between that and a couple of other programs that I was streaming. That was the biggest change and and I am sticking with Beachbody because of the online streaming abilities. I like Beachbody's streaming abilities because there are so many different options. So if I'm feeling like any of the challenges, I can go really hard on a different program. Then if one day, I'm just not feeling it, I can go on an easier program that anybody can do. The ability is there for everybody at every level to find a program that fits them.

A long-time childhood friend of mine is a Beachbody coach. She referred me to Beachbody and kept encouraging me. I looked into it and found the price reasonable. I ordered the six months subscription and I've been using their product for about a year and a half now. Before, where I would sometimes work out once every month, I now work out at least four times a week and I dropped 20 pounds which incredibly improved my life. Having all those different workouts available at the tip of my fingers is really great. Once in a while, there are hiccups with the software and subscription services but it's nothing excessive. I 100 times approve this over gym memberships just because you can always use this. I promoted this to many friends despite the fact that I’m not even a coach who receives any perk from it other than letting people know it's a great product.

I met a friend at work and his fiancée is a registered Beachbody coach and she got me turned on to doing it. I eventually started with the PiYo and just fell in love with the whole thing from there. I purchased a Shakeology and it’s great and it helps get you the nutrients especially when you're running a little behind for work in the morning after you work out, you'd have to drink breakfast on the road. I have been going for a year now and it feels pretty good. I would definitely recommend Beachbody. You really can't beat the workouts you get especially doing it from home. You don't have to pay for a gym membership.

I'm a big fan of Beachbody. I love how diverse it is. There are a lot of different things for me to do and there are also different intensity levels, which I like. I bought the whole package for 80 Day Obsession which included the sliders, the loops and the containers of food. I've also tried the proteins and when I called to cancel that, the woman I spoke to was very nice. I've been very satisfied with the results that I've gotten and so far, I've loved my experience with Beachbody.

I ordered Tropical Vegan Strawberry - Beachbody 3 Day Refresh with Shakeology through Amazon. When Amazon sent me the Tropical Vegan Strawberry - Beachbody 3 Day Refresh with Shakeology, it was expired. I contacted Amazon, and they would not allow me to return the item because my return window expired. I most of all of SHAUN T work-outs! I just recently purchased 21 day FIX Extreme and I am starting on my third week. I am also doing Insanity MAX-30!

I have used Beachbody in the past and used to love it. I no longer love it! My last straw was not getting my Shakeology delivered when I was told it was. I had canceled my order and canceled my membership as a coach. Furthermore, fast forward to today. Multiple phone calls, problem is still not resolved, continued to be charged 15.95 a month. Sitting on hold for over 30 minutes with already talking to a representative, not being transferred to a supervisor, and no resolution still. Month after month charged on a credit card to be told again I have never canceled my membership, which is a lie. I am to be owed a refund for every month since I canceled my membership months ago. Looking at every bank statement for the last year, being charged 15.95 a month on my credit card. Check your billing statements and ensure your billing statements are accurate. This is a nightmare.

I started with Beachbody because I had some back issues. I had a herniated disk, and physical therapy and epidural injections didn't work. I went to that as a last resort. My first purchase was for the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. It was straightforward and easy making a purchase online. It was only three weeks but I lost some weight and gained strength. I also didn't have as much pain anymore so it was definitely a positive experience. I still love the 21 Day Fix still but I like the option now better. You get the Beachbody on Demand. My mom is also doing it. Her girlfriends and friends of all different ages are too. There isn't really any sort of fitness level that you need to go into it. It's all about having the right mindset.

My assistant coach had been doing Beachbody and that sort of thing for a while and I saw him do it all the time. He was good with that and I looked up to him. He got me into it. He asked me to join him and one day, I did. We did Core De Force and it was good. It was intense. I definitely chiseled down a little bit and looked a lot nicer. There’s a lot of leg work in that routine and I gained some bulk in my legs. But there were some really hard days where I didn't really want to keep up with it anymore. I pushed through it but that was a personal struggle I had. So maybe there should a more intrinsic motivation somehow. In fact, my best friend and I decided to do it together so we held each other accountable and that was how we made it through.

I was in college and I had gained 10 pounds, and I wanted to use Beachbody. The very first product I used was the 21 Day Fix. I've also ordered Rockin' Body, CIZE and the PiYo. I love Beachbody. Their programs are the only way that I lose weight. I like that they are low impact and I'm not killing my body while staying fit.

I work out at my house and Beachbody is convenient and effective. I purchased INSANITY years ago and now, I have the Beachbody on Demand. I’ve done multiple programs including 80 Day Obsession, 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme and LIIFT4!. There is also a wealth of information that comes along with it. You can get it online and it literally taught me how, when and what to eat. I haven’t been taught that before and with that, I look at food differently. It’s so knowledgeable. There is also a frequent turnover and changing of the workout program. There seems to be a change every couple of months. I look forward to variety and they have that. Accessibility is really great too.

I was looking for something that was going to be relatively inexpensive and the cost of the annual subscription to Beachbody On Demand versus a gym membership was a lot better. It’s also something that I could do on my own time. I didn’t have to worry about going to the gym, bringing clothes or travel time. I could just go home, start cooking dinner and work out. Then when I’m done working out, dinner would be ready. It was also really easy to make purchases. Aside from the subscription to Beachbody On Demand, I've also ordered the regular Chocolate Shakeology.

I do landscaping throughout the summer. However, during the winter, I may gain 15 pounds or so. One time, I put on winter weight so I joined the gym. I never wanted to go. Also, when I did, I wasn't exerting myself a great deal, so I never really had a lot of weight loss. I got onto Amazon and got on Beachbody. There were different products like Insanity and P90X-2 and I previewed them. Still, I liked the X-3 as it was only 30 minutes and I knew how vigorous the workout is.

I have been a customer of Beachbody works for almost a year. I LOVE their videos and if you follow the meal plans, you will definitely get amazing results! With my first purchased I also ordered the 3 day refresh and I really found that it helped me with energy levels and just give me an extra boost I needed. I ordered the 3 day refresh again recently, however the packages were expired, so I communicated my concern and they were reshipped. The new package arrived and to my disappointment, again the packages were expired. Please be sure to read the expiration date before consuming any of the products.

A friend of mine was doing P90X and I was wanting to get my health back, so they recommended that I try it. They loaned me their copy for only the two workouts and after that, I bought it. I started P90X and did that three times, then I traded an electric guitar for Insanity. In the year's span, I lost about 100 pounds. So, I have been hooked ever since. Right now, I use Beachbody on Demand every day. I also buy Shakeology every once in a while. I’m very satisfied overall. I’ve tried other video-on-demand workouts, and I don’t care for them as much. Beachbody is better quality and they explain what you’re doing better. I have recommended it to quite a few people in our area. The first two weeks are free, so you get a three-month subscription and if people don’t like it, they can just cancel it.

My sister doesn't wanna workout outside. So, I decided to do Beachbody's program with her. I got P90X a while back and got the whole kit for the 80 Day Obsession. My sister ended up ordering it because she was getting one for herself as well. During the 80 Day Obsession, I used the bands throughout the workouts. Then, I used the containers more. It's like a measuring cup. I was very happy with Beachbody's products. They work really well and I got everything I wanted out of them.

I like Beachbody's program. I was in the army for 26 years and during my time there, P90X was a thing. It was one of the workout things we did in the barracks. This year, I did X. I walked only through it and got great results. Sequentially, X2 is next, and I knocked that out. Then I got X3. I liked the delivery, the method, and the package itself.

I had always lifted weights and then I quit. But I wanted to get back in shape and Beachbody was one way to do that. I watched how they give their exercises and it is so different. There's a little bit of beat to it and I thought of trying them. If somebody is gonna purchase their program, it might seem like the aggressive weight-lifting programs, but theirs is completely different. The trainer was right there and he had two people behind him who were also lifting weights while I lifted mine. That motivated me and I really liked it. I ordered an energy drink and a protein drink from them and it was easy to order online. I've used these products and they were good. The energy drink far outweighs the pre-workout. Somehow it gives me more energy to do the workout and it has helped me out a lot.

I’ve been doing Beachbody programs for a very long time. It is convenient, especially now with On Demand. I love that option. I’ve done lots of their programs like 21 Day Fix, INSANITY and INSANITY: MAX 30. I also did the LIIFT4, 80 Day Obsession and 22 Minute Hard Corps. I’ve also done lots of the different workouts in the PiYo program. But there is one thing that I've found to be a real bummer. One of the big pushes for me to finish a program was to get the shirt at the end to say that I did it. But with the last one I did, they sent me a generic shirt and they’re only sending one a year now. I’d really like to be able to say I completed a certain program and that I got something to show for it. It’s good advertisement too, to be able to wear those around and say you did them. Other than the programs, I've also tried their supplements like Shakeology and the pre-workout one. All in all, I would highly recommend Beachbody.

I joined this organization approximately 6 months ago and still have not received my commission check for $116 from 6 months ago. I have called sooo many times...transferred to 4 to 5 different people. It’s mind-boggling...spent time in the phone which they indicated that they are reissuing the check so many times. I am suppose to get my commission check in 2 weeks which will mark 7 months then. I have never had so much trouble getting paid for something I have done...think twice about Beachbody???

When I received the DVD set, the first 30 minute session of basic yoga went well, and it seemed off to a good start. The trouble began the next day when I tried to move on to the second session. The DVD disc absolutely would not move on to the next segment. I searched and searched through the package inserts until I found a 1-800 number (in very fine print) that I could call, and after maneuvering through the recorded options pitching yet more products, I finally got a live person who gave me a different 1-800 customer service number to call.

I was at a discount warehouse and there was a P90X3 box set sold at half the price. I knew it well so I grabbed it. I’ve done P90X3 twice and then Core de Force and T25. From there I bought an annual membership. I've never really done any fitness program intentionally before using Beachbody, but I went from a very physically active job to being a supervisor so I needed something to keep my activity level up so I didn’t turn into a balloon. I had good results with Beachbody and as Tony Horton says, “Aging is for idiots.”

I've heard about Beachbody through people for quite some time, then I started following Ellen on Facebook and her little, many workouts and I decided to sign up under her to do a workout. I had a good purchasing experience. I ordered the 80 Day Obsession and it had a good description. Ellen was able to give me the rest of the information with what I didn't know about it. I used both the Performance and the Energize and I liked them a lot, but I didn't continue to use them as I felt that it was a little pricey. I only used them for a month and after using the products, I felt good and it helped me.

Eight years ago, I started the workout program with Beachbody. A buddy of mine let me borrow DVDs and I had such phenomenal results that I wanted to continue. Originally, I had the P90X and then I had eight other products. I took some of their supplements and then we subscribed to the BOD, Beachbody On Demand. When I was starting out, it was tough but it has become a lifestyle choice. It’s always gonna be tough when you're not doing anything prior but then, it gets easier the more you do it. I've learned more about diet, nutrition, my body, and what I'm capable and incapable of doing. Our children are aware of what we are doing and they like to work out. It has created that atmosphere of positivity and health in our house.

Beachbody had a workout program, P90X, that was interesting and could replace my gym membership. I went to Costco and picked up the DVDs. I lost a little over a hundred pounds all in eight months straight. I’m happy with the results and I'm satisfied with Beachbody.

I ordered the video 10/17/2017. The salesman persuaded me to also order the vitamins. I told him I didn't want them. He responded they are "free" and if you like them you can continue to order them. After the first bottle arrived I cancelled them. I got another bill 10/27/17 for 39.00. After much difficulty getting help, I was given a special form to fill out and a number to return with the unopened vitamins. I was assured that this would take care of the situation.

The INSANITY MAX:30 program worked well. It’s just a dude on screen and you’re doing the exercises with him. I used the DVDs every day in a set time of 30 minutes for 60 days and I didn’t really follow any particular diet. I didn't lose any weight but I did get down on body fat percentage. I wasn’t super unhealthy, but I wasn’t active. I did it for the first time that night after I had received the program and I had pretty much decided I didn't really wanna do it anymore. But, I knew that I wanted the results more than I wanted to quit, so I just kept at it.

I got the 21 Day Fix program from Beachbody. I ordered online and it was shipped to my house. It was easy, and there were no complications. I've also tried T25 and other programs. I enjoyed them. I like the variety of programs that they give you and it's not boring. I've talked about 21 Day Fix so much with my sister and she started doing it recently. I would show my results and my progress. I definitely recommend their program. They're not hard workouts. They have a modifier and it's not a long workout. It's not like you're spending hours and you can easily do it any time of the day, whatever fits in your schedule.

I first ordered P90X back in 2010 when I first saw the P90X commercials. I did my research on it and I wanted to see if it would actually work. I started seeing people get ripped out. So I decided on ordering and doing the program myself and actually taking it seriously. I got ripped out on it as well too. That was cool. I finally got a little six-pack going on. Aside from P90X, I also ordered many of the products like the original Insanity as well as the Insanity Max 30. The Insanity Max 30 is pretty much my main exercise right now.

Beachbody's programs were popular like the P90X, Insanity, and 21-Day Fix. I heard a lot about them and I hadn’t had any experience with any of those programs before, so I decided to try them. Also, a friend of mine was a coach and told me about it. I got Beachbody on Demand right off the bat and as soon as I got it, I loved the different trainers. There is something for everyone, no matter where you’re starting. And starting out, I was not fit at all but there was still something for me. And now, two and a half years later, I’m on P90X2 and there are still other programs that come out that I can’t wait to try. So there is always something new to make you motivated to wanna work out. You’re not stuck doing the same boring thing every day.

Ok this is going to be a long review. I have been a long time Beachbody customer until today. I was gonna order through the website and you go through the usual "do you want this added to your order?" stuff. I ended up looking elsewhere for the workout I wanted and ended up finding 3 of the workouts I wanted for 40 bucks, brand new. So I never pressed confirm on the Beachbody website. Fast forward to 12:06 am I got a email confirmation and saw I got CHARGED for something I never pressed confirm on.

I started doing Beachbody about five years ago with Insanity. I got the CDs of it back then. Then when Beachbody On Demand came out, I was all about it. Then I was in challenge groups with people online. I have two days left to LIIFT4 and I would be done with that one. Then I'm gonna pick a different one after that. This is the most consistent I've ever been. Normally, I would start in January and work out real hard for four months to get in shape for the summer. I did Insanity, T25 and then Insanity Max 30. Then I would stop and take months off. But since 80 Day Obsession came out, I've been working out since January 15th, almost everyday.

My wife and I decided, about a year ago, to start taking our health a little more seriously. She had met a coach, and we got into Beachbody that way. We've been using the Shakeology, and then the workout programs online. I've lost 40 pounds doing it in about eight months or so. I've been talking to all kinds of people about it and told them exactly the programs we’ve been doing. We did Shift Shop to start, we did 80 Day Obsession, and we're doing LIIFT4 right now. So, we've done a number of the programs and just some little workouts within here and there. The nutrition plans have been pretty easy and straightforward to follow. So, we are happy with it.

I started taking notes of Beachbody when I first saw FOCUS T25. Then my sister purchased it and I picked up the program and put it to use. The first workout was cardio which I did for three months. After I did that workout, I did two body circuits and I started doing all the workouts on FOCUS T25. I completed FOCUS T25 and got some good results. I also learned so much. When I did the last workout, I was focusing on the beta version. Then I stopped and went back to the alpha version. I started doing it over again, all the way to stretch. Then I did over again.

You have to try Beachbody. It is amazing and you’ll lose weight. I learned about it through my girlfriend and I ordered Insanity. Purchasing online was pretty simple. Until now, I'm still using the product and the results are real good. They're doing a phenomenal job at Beachbody and they should keep up the good work.

My buddy and I ordered the P90X the first time. Last January, I started getting fat again so I ordered the P90X3 through Beachbody's website. I went with Beachbody because it's the hardest one. I know there’s that Insanity, but Beachbody handles that also. But I didn’t like all that cardio. I like something to bulk up a little bit too. The only thing I didn’t really care for was there was a success coach thing. The coach wasn’t there for anything else other than to sell you products. That’s a bit annoying, especially after you spend as much as you spend on the product itself. But the results were unbelievable. The way I look at myself is better. I ended up fat no more.

I knew about Beachbody before other people did because I have the old VHS tapes when they first came out. I recently embarked into them because I have a cousin who’s a coach. I used to buy all their DVDs. When the On Demand came out, they had a trial where you got it for free if you bought the shake. I did that package deal, then I kept with the On Demand because with it I'd have access to everything. I've used this product and I got results when I stayed with it.

Some colleagues told me about Beachbody and I liked the flexibility of being able to work out at home and anywhere. Also, some of the Beachbody programs were available on Xbox Fitness, so we had a modified version of the Insanity and the P90X programs available there before, but then Xbox discontinued these programs, so that also played a part in my going with Beachbody since I've had some exposure to their programs. First, I ordered the Hard Corps, then I also ordered the Beast Body. Finally, I just did the On Demand and paid the one-time fee for the year. I use all the time the products that I purchased from them. After using their products, I lost 56 pounds with the 80-day Obsession. I recommend them all the time.

Beachbody has videos that people do and one of my friends said it was a good DVD. When I looked it up, all of a sudden they have the Beachbody On Demand so I got that. When I started with one of the programs, it was really good. I lost 35 pounds so I was really happy with it. I use it six times a week and I would recommend it.

I had watched one of my coworkers go through the programs off Beachbody. And so, I asked her about it one day. I decided to purchase from Beachbody as I was ready for a change. I wasn’t happy with myself then. I wanted to be a better mom for my kids and have the energy to essentially keep up with them and be the best mom I could be for them.

I’ve had some significant injuries in my back and the Beachbody 90X3 program has been very good. Getting it on the website was easy and I've had very good results. I’d tell others to try Beachbody.

I get to have a yearly membership to the Beachbody on-demand. I watch it on my Roku everyday and I’m very pleased with the results I've had. I’ve lost weight and toned up.

Saw a review on athleanx.com... They kinda dogged P90x and I completely disagree. I am 44 years old and have never felt better than I do now! I've been fluctuating between all of the P90xs for 10 years now and love and believe in Tony Horton. He has taught me how to access my strength and I love it! I still do other workouts (body beast, etc...), I will always hold high regard for P90x... It changed my life! Thank you, Tony!!! ;)

When I started, I tried P90X but I didn’t necessarily care for it. Then I turned around, got Insanity from a friend of mine and did half of that. But at that time, I wasn’t in the place where I was physically able to do stuff at that time. I wasn’t ready to do anything. Then I saw an infomercial for Focus T25 and the thing that caught my eye, outside of it being a half-hour workout, was the amount of weight that the video person lost. I was like, “Okay, I can do a half hour.” I bought Focus T25 off of eBay and got great results. It was one of the best things I ever did. I loved that and I was in a better place too. Then I did it again and got even better results. I understood I needed to squeeze my core. So Focus T25 was the one I had the best results with.

I bought the Beachbody 20 Day Fix and making the purchase was easy. I also did three months of 80 Obsession Days and I've lost 25 pounds. Everything is good.

I saw Beachbody on an infomercial and bought a used copy the first time around. I was on P90X and I wasn’t very good at consistently using that. I currently have the Beachbody on Demand subscription through my wife. The price was cheaper than going to the gym and I was doing it from home which was also very appealing.

I have been a customer for several years, many of which I was a coach. I absolutely love the programs, especially Beachbody On Demand and Shakeology. I was hoping after quitting coaching that customer service had improved over the past couple years but I was wrong. My BOD is coming due to renew in a couple weeks and my credit card has changed, the old one expired. I cannot get in to change my credit card number or banking info like you can in the "back office" as a coach. When given various links on chat support I am still unable to get in to change my info. It tells me my postal code is "invalid" after multiple tries and tells me my prior postal code from 3 years ago is also invalid.

I went to set up my Beachbody on demand account, which should be instant. Never got a confirmation email. After the submit screen, it just showed me estimated charges. I was nervous. I just gave my credit card info to some scam site. So I chat some Indian rep who clearly isn't great at English. He gives the classic answer to wait 24 hours for an email. So I do. No email comes. Not in the spam folder either. So I chat another rep, also Indian and worse with English. Crappy responses. As I was responding back to him, he disconnected from the chat. I guess he decided he didn't want to help me. Horrid customer service. They had no understanding of what I was trying to ask. If Beachbody cares, the associate who disconnected was Muthukumar **. I was excited to try the service, but I think this is where I give up.

This was one of the worst MLM companies I have ever worked for. I started coaching 2016 and never made one cent but spent over $4K in product and services. In order to be an ACTIVE coach you have to buy the Shakeology every month, then you are expected to buy the products like cookbooks, workout programs (before they had on demand) gear, etc. to show that YOU are the brand and you use the products. The coach back office was just recently updated but it took forever and the old one was not user friendly so you couldn't find anything or even good training so you could learn. They are so behind the times when it comes to just about everything. They finally came out with Beachbody on Demand which they were way late to the game on that. Who uses DVD players anymore??

I have been ordering Shakeology for over 2 years now...and it is amazing. This month the bag came “sliced” open at the top of the bag and Shakeology was spilled all over the inside of the box... Beachbody is replacing it free of charge! They wanted me to post this picture anyway. Thank you so much for replacing it! A true quality company.

I registered as a Coach about 2 1/2 years ago and cancelled my account 2 months later. They stopped sending me the Shakeology, as they do every month when you're a coach, and assured me that everything had been cancelled but continued charging me the coach fee for over 2 years without me noticing, as it is only a 18.85$ fee. When I finally noticed they we're still charging me 2 years later, they refuse to reimburse me the money they had been stealing from me. Saying it was against their policy, they could only reimburse the last payment they had taken. I don't doubt that their programs work, but they have terrible customer service and they are thieves.

My sister-in-law introduced me to Beachbody. With them, I could lose weight, get in shape and be healthier. I had looked into some other options, but with Beachbody, I like the convenience that I could do the program at home and I could stream it anywhere I was. I also had a great experience purchasing from them as it was easy. I ordered CDs from the T25 and I liked that program. It was only 25 minutes and since I've got two kids and I work full-time, time's always an essence and it helped. Once I've finished the T25, I did Beachbody on Demand so that I could have the whole library. And so far, I'm enjoying it. The challenge groups were fun and this was something that wasn’t in any of the other groups that I looked at. I've also recommended Beachbody to my neighbor and she seems pretty pleased with it too.

I am currently doing the two-week free trial and doing 21 Day Fix. I like being able to access the BOD videos whenever and wherever I need. The workouts are great and very rewarding. I can do them at my own pace and not feel bad. When I did classes at my local gym, I would try my best to keep up and I would end up overworking and hurting myself. With the videos I can do comfortably at home, I can go at my own pace without people staring at me for having to stop. So far I have been able to do four of the workouts on 21 Day Fix and I love it. I feel better and I am starting to see the scale drop. I was totally surprised how much this is working already. I really truly feel I will reach my goal with the help of the videos, meal plans, coach and awesome support system.

I wanted to get active and Beachbody was easy for me to do it at home. I got the 21 Day Fix which came with containers so I can portion control what I was eating, and the shake, and some DVDs that I could do the workout. And then I decided to get the 80 Day Obsession which came with some bands and sliders to do the workout, and that's streaming away. I did INSANITY six years ago and I really liked the instructor and I didn't really think about looking for more. I liked it, so I just decided to go look on the website again and see what they had that was new. I didn't even search anywhere else. My online purchasing experiences were great and easy, and their products were easy to use. However, the sliders don't work as well as I would like them to, but I don't know if it's like me not being used to it or just the sliders itself not being great. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with the result.

I've done the 21 Day Fix and I'm in the middle of the 80-day Obsession Challenge Pack from Beachbody. I've seen good results so far and it has been wonderful. When I got my package, I got the substitute sliders. They ran out of the sliders and said I had to do the substitute black ones. I emailed and they sent me out the right ones right away. They have been really good and helpful if I have any problems or anything around. Beachbody is definitely worth the money, the time, and effort to put in and everything on the website is very helpful.

I was checking out Beachbody on a free trial and then I decided to go ahead with it. I ordered On Demand and it’s been great. I’ve been using it for two years and I have successfully completed a couple of programs and I plan to continue. It’s convenient and I would recommend it. You can take it on the go and there are lots of choices.

My daughter is my Beachbody coach. I'm into it because I’m over 50 now and because of my knees and my lower back. There was a point when I could hardly walk. I was able to walk when I started those exercises, but if I sit too long I had to wait a few minutes then I can walk. You can’t sit down. You gotta get moving. Stretching is good. And all those exercises, the 21-Day modified helped me a lot, including with my asthma.

I don't know any other fitness providers that encompass what Beachbody offers. I first heard of it through my friend who is a coach and I had heard a lot of good things about it. It's a lifestyle and not just a diet or anything of that nature. I originally ordered Shakeology at first but I canceled it because the monetary commitment was just a little too much for me. I didn't feel that it was as good of a price and I wasn't comfortable paying that much for the shakes. But it made me look into protein shakes more to help fill my energy and food. Then, I bought the Beachbody On Demand subscription for the year. I purchased it online and it was very easy and user-friendly. It's worth the subscription to the On Demand workout if you can go virtually anywhere and work out.

Beachbody's workout was a lot of fun, even if I did not get absolutely amazing results. Sometimes, all you need is just something to get you up and get you moving. I received the workouts in a timely manner, and I really like them. I’ve been purchasing many things for years now and I’ve been using the Beachbody On Demand and I really like them. I like having the hard copies of the workouts and then having access to all of the workouts through the On Demand app, which is really nice because then you get to try something out that you’re not sure if you really like it or not. I would use them again. If you are into working out or even if you are new to it, there is something for everybody. And there is a variety of trainers that you might not get at the local gym or the local way. And it is a blast.

I recently received my new shipment of chocolate Shakeology and upon opening the package I found the product to be damaged with powder all over in my box so I contacted customer service and will receiving a replacement shipment with 7 days. I have not had any issues with any of my shipments prior to this and appreciate the promptness of replacing the damaged package. I am providing a picture of the lot # & expiration date as asked in my conversation with customer service.

There is a girl in my city who had struggled with her weight for years. She discovered Beachbody and it has kept her weight off for four years and she became a coach. I've seen her success and the way she has kept the weight off. So, after struggling with my own weight, I reached out to her and she gave me a plan. Thus far, I've used Beachbody on Demand and Shakeology. I love Beachbody on Demand and I purchased the three-day challenge under my coach Erin. It's user-friendly and I'm impressed with the amount of information in it. It's also very accessible and I get emails about the blog. At $100 a year for a subscription, it wasn't too bad. I definitely recommend it.

Placed an order and immediately realized I chose the wrong option. Called their customer service number immediately, but was unable to correct my order. They simply refused. They pretty much told me once they push that "SOLD" button, there is no turning back. To me, that is completely unacceptable customer service. It would have resulted in a much bigger sale for them had I been able to correct my error, but due to the awful customer service I received, I will never do business with them again. Not one of the reps I talked to spoke clear English, extremely heavy accents, and this was incredibly disturbing. One rep, as I repeatedly asked him to slow down and repeat himself because he was nearly unintelligible, blamed it on MY background noise and actually hung up on me...note I was sitting in my office on a landline, with NO background noise.

I ordered my package from Beachbody in 2015. The thing is, I had purchased it and then I became pregnant so, it just sat in my closet. And then, I gave it a try after having my kid. But, I've been using it consecutively for the past for months. I use the 21-Day Fix CDS and the Shakeology bottle for my water intake. I also use the portion containers. Thus far, I like the results Beachbody has been giving me. I feel they put the exercise in there for a reason. Also, they have more knowledge over the rest. So, instead of aimlessly working out with Youtube, at least I know that Beachbody knows what they're talking about. Once people dedicate themselves to Beachbody's program, they'd be happy with the outcome.

I've been doing the workouts from Beachbody off and on for four or five years. It works for my body type. I've done Insanity, Core de Force and others a while back. Now, I'm doing a little Obsessed. However, I was a little upset when I enrolled for the On-Demand. I was given an option for a discount and a three-day refresh and it didn't process. So, I called customer service and asked them about that. Beachbody's representative gave me a different product for free which just helped her reasoning. Still, she wasn't able to honor the online program. I thought that was strange that the customer support wasn't able to assist with what I was trying to accomplish online. While their supplements are way too expensive, Beachbody has really good workouts.

I worked with a Beachbody coach and had experienced one week of a clean-eating group with him and his wife leading it. I got interested and decided that I needed to make a change, so signed up through them after that. My husband and I both ordered Challenge Packs. I ordered PiYo and my husband ordered 21 Day Fix. Everything was perfect with the ordering and the delivery. We use the products regularly and we've actually expanded. My husband's a coach now, so he's got Beachbody On Demand and we get two regular shipments of Shakeology every month. He also uses some of the other performance pack supplements. As long as I'm sticking with the program, the results have been great. Dropping inches has been very successful.

I was anorexic and needed to gain weight, so I wanted to do it nutritionally and healthily. I started out with the 21 Day Fix, and now I have the On Demand. Purchasing was easy and everything was self-explanatory. The only problem I had was that Beachbody is catered for weight loss, so they don't really explain to you if you want to maintain your current weight, or that if you want to gain weight, you should take many more calories than what their mass comes out to be. I had to Google that I should be eating a 15-20% higher amount of calories than what they're saying as maintenance.

Somebody else in my family did Beachbody and recommended it to me. My wife and I were looking for something that was a short workout, about 40 minutes because we both have full time jobs and children so we don’t have too much free time. Plus, my sister used it and she lost a significant amount of weight so we knew it worked. So we wanted to get it ourselves. My wife bought INSANITY MAX:30 and it came quick. They gave her the option to pay in two payments so she was happy with that and it was a good experience. We liked the product and they gave us a lot of material in the box more than we thought was coming, but it was helpful.

My cousin is also my coach, so she got me started with Beachbody. We did the 21 Day Fix with the yearlong Beachbody On Demand, and purchasing was super easy. She got it all set up and all I had to do was log in and put in my credit card information. So far, things are going really well. I just started a PiYo and I'm down 35 pounds and 18 inches total. Everything is great. Beachbody is easy to use and convenient. There's not a lot of confusion and it's all laid out. It's a good program and I've recommended it to several friends.

Beachbody had a 30-day free trial. And so, I tried that and I liked it so much, I joined. I purchased the streaming and purchasing it was extremely easy. I started with P90. And did a lot of exploring of thighs and various things and quickly determined that I was seriously out of shape. The exercise programs of Beachbody are some of the best, and I’ve done Daily Burn and Jillian Michaels in the past. And the thing about Beachbody is they’re very specific about using the correct form, pushing yourself but not beyond the limit where you’ll hurt yourself. And I really appreciate that because not everyone is like that.

I saw my coach, Courtney doing the different Beachbody workouts and it was really neat. For the first video, she made mini videos of it. I bought one through her and then I ended up doing Beachbody On Demand so I was able to do more videos through there. I love it and I’m a fan. I got my sister started into it and she’s going through Courtney as well. We have some good results, everything’s been good and I’m happy with all the different programs they have.

I did a Beachbody program called the 10-Minute Trainer through infomercial some years back. And then I ordered Beachbody on Demand online. I started using it November 27th and it's been very good. I've lost about 20 pounds and lots of inches. And I feel much healthier and that I have a lot more energy. Before starting with the Beachbody on Demand, I made a post on Facebook and a coach reached out to me and asked if I was interested in the program. I wasn't interested at that time so I said no. But she kept in touch with me because I might change my mind soon, but she wasn’t pushy. And then she did a mini-challenge which made me realize that I wanted to get back into a program.

The girl who lives in the house right next to me had a lot of posts on Facebook about Beachbody and I was interested in weight loss. I ordered the 21 Day Fix package which came with the On Demand videos and a month’s supply of Shakeology. It works if you stick to the plan and utilize what they have for you. I had a very good experience when I purchased it but the shakes are a little expensive. I’m about to continue them but I can’t. Unfortunately, the monthly price is costly which is a great problem. If you can’t continue to buy the shake because of the price, it’s tough to stick with the plan. But all around, it’s a good program and I would tell people to give it a try. It makes you aware of everything you’re trying to do with weight loss, getting healthy and learning portion sizes.

For every product BB sells, it's a given they have a high return. The product I bought was $200. I knew that if I bought each item individually in local stores, I would only spend 1/4 of the cost. But the cost is what makes me motivated to complete the program so I was fine with it. However, BB does not have low-cost shipping. The cheapest shipping they offer is for $15 and that's with FedEx SmartPost. I've never had an order shipped with SmartPost but google it first everyone. Trust me!!! I can't believe for such HIGH shipping costs, they would use the cheapest and slowest service FedEx has to offer.

One of my friends is a coach of Beachbody and she introduced me to it. I liked a couple of workouts with her and enjoyed them so I decided to order the six months of On Demand. I’ve been doing the workouts every day and everything’s been good. I got great satisfaction with it and I’ve lost about 20 pounds so far in the program. Plus, I have the app for the Roku on my TV and the best part of it is the convenience of doing it from home in such a busy college schedule.

I have the P90X and Insanity DVDs from years ago and this year, I wanted to get back into the routine of exercising. I brought out my old DVDs and decided that they were not for me. I knew I was not going to insist with putting them in every day, so I went online to see what new programs they may have. That was when I noticed the Beachbody On Demand and I signed up for that.

I did P90 years back and almost finished it. It felt good. Then, as I was sitting in mid-life crisis, I decided I should start working out again. I got the Beachbody On Demand and I had to buy one product that was a pre-workout thing. I tried one of them but I'm not a big believer in supplements. It didn't help me and it wasn't worth the money. It cost $50 and it wasn't that big of a pump for that amount. So I only do protein shakes right now. But I renewed my membership and I still workout every day with the Beachbody On Demand. I love the program. I like how I could stream all of the workouts and take so many different options. It's great and convenient. I could do everything from home and it's cheaper than a gym membership.

Years ago, I saw an infomercial for Hip Hop Abs. I got it and I was hooked. Then, I hadn't done anything in the last several years and when I knew that Beachbody did the On Demand and made all of their workout extreme for a monthly or a quarterly price, I was sold. I wanted to do the Shakeology but it was a little out of my price range, so I found some cheaper things online or at the store. But I have bought workouts from Beachbody and now I have the On Demand. I also ordered 21 Day Fix and I love the portion containers that came with it. I even use them without using the program. It's better than counting calories because it's like counting colors. Then, I've done PiYo, Shift Shop, and the Hip Hop Abs. I tried Insanity, but that was a little triggering for me.

I saw the results of Beachbody to my cousin and I wanted to try it. I ordered the Beachbody On Demand and the purchasing experience was good. I did it online and it was easy. I use the product almost every day and it's really good. I’ve used the PiYo and 21 Day Fix, but I really like the PiYo. And I seem to keep going back to that. However, I didn’t have the app ‘cause I didn’t have enough storage on my phone. So, some days, I couldn’t get them to load just using my Wi-Fi. But Beachbody’s a good program and there are lots of workouts. I really like it.

I recently purchased Beachbody on demand with a challenge pack. This was shipment was delayed due to high demand, understandable. I just received an email now stating that my recurring order of Shakeology is now delayed. I find this unacceptable. It seems from what I have looked into this is a common theme. If it happens again I’ll be forced to think about discontinuing my monthly order for Shakeology.

I have been starting a new workout plan from Insanity Max:30, and I like it. It is really tough, but I will continue to push through it. It is only my second day, but I've done FOCUS T25 for four months. I've already lost 25 to 30 lbs so far, and I have a goal of losing 100. Purchasing was good. I went online and I could purchase workout DVDs or any type of protein powders, and it was quick and easy. I also get a lot of support from coaches. I'd tell my friends all the great things about it and how it could help them reach their goals. Beachbody is a good support system.

I’m a tattoo artist and I had a customer that was a personal trainer. I asked him what he thought by looking at my body what would work for me because I was just lifting weights then. I was building muscle under the fat. I wasn’t extremely fat but it wasn’t working out so I needed to do something that was quick to lose weight and effective in cardio. He recommended T25 to me and I tried it out. That was a couple of years ago.

I specifically purchased the Amazon Fire Stick so I could get the Beachbody on Demand. I set everything up and started my year subscription of Beachbody. The app worked for about a week and now it is completely stuck on the blue start up screen and will not play. I have called Tech Support twice and have done everything they have asked including restarting my modem, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, etc. Both times I was asked to do the exact same thing even when I told them it didn't work last time. I know that it is not the Fire Stick because all other apps work perfectly fine. Why is Beachbody advertising the use of the Fire Stick if it doesn't work. Now they are telling me it is a known issue and they are working on it. Well it's been a week and I'm still not able to use the app so I guess it's not really "on demand." Do something!!! Completely frustrated.

30 Day Yoga Retreat - When I see this product advertised, I felt it was exactly what I needed. I anxiously called my order in and was excited about getting started. That was 2/18/18. It is now 3/12/18 (almost time for me to be completing my 30 day retreat) and I still have not received my shipment. The first order was returned due to an "incorrect address". I called Beachbody and confirmed my address, etc... and the shipment was re-shipped.

I got Beachbody's P90X and I recently renewed my On Demand. The On Demand is definitely worth it as I don't really use the DVDs at all anymore. Also, the purchasing experience was easy. I would definitely recommend the On Demand because it's cheaper than a gym membership and I get access to hundreds of programs.

I went online to request a trial for diet pills and typically “signed up” for a subscription of £70 pm for ongoing pills who just I didn’t want to sign up for. Typical company saying “I've ticked the box” when there’s a vast amount to read. I have tried to contact them but of course the number is invalid!! I don’t know how these scammers get away with it. I want my money back as I am a single parent and so not have £70 to part from!! Please advise how I can get those ASAP?

A friend of mine I worked with lent me her Insanity DVDs a long time ago and I’ve kept up with it since then. I got the 22-Minute Hard Corps and Core de Force. Then last year, I got On Demand and I bought the pull-up bar and the sandbag. The website is not the easiest in the world though. It’s definitely confusing. More than once, I’ve had to go to third-party websites and find other reviews to find out what equipment is needed for a program instead of just being able to read it in the description of the program easily. It’s also strange and frustrating that there are three different websites. There’s the On Demand website, then there’s Team Beachbody and then Beachbody.com where you can buy things. It might be easier if they were all wrapped in one.

I liked my friend's Beachbody story so I purchased from them too and my experience was good. Ordering online was very easy. I'm very satisfied with their products.

Beachbody's product is good. It’s not the most inexpensive one I found around but the price isn’t ridiculous. And my wife’s a coach, and so we try to stick with Beachbody stuff when we can. She wanted the PV points. We've ordered the Creatine. She ordered a lot of the Shakeology. The shipping’s been a little bit slow, but Amazon Prime has me spoiled. So, we learned to plan ahead a little bit more to make sure no one runs out. I've been using Beachbody's product to gain muscle. It’s working and I’ve been happy. Our experience was what we expected. We paid what we thought we were going to pay and the product showed up when we thought it would show up.

A cousin of mine was a coach for Beachbody. He did a couple other programs and had a great result. I got some advice from him and I decided to give them a try. Then I fell in love and continued to use the system. I did P90X, P90X3, Insanity: Asylum Volume 1 and 2, P25, and the regular Insanity. It was very easy to order and I enjoyed the three payments. I didn’t have to pay all of it upfront and that made it convenient and affordable to me. I also liked that they offered the money back guarantee, although I never used it. And the DVDs were easy to navigate through when I received them.

I have been exercising on my own, but I wanted to try a video. A friend of mine did the P90X and she said she liked it. So, I figured I give Beachbody a try. I then ordered the regular P90 on Amazon and it was fine. I went through the first 90 days and now I'm just over 30 days into going through it again. I'm definitely a lot firmer now and feeling that it is making a difference, but I still have some weight to lose. I'm in my mid-30's now and a couple of kids later, and it is challenging. However, it is not ridiculous. It's something that people can do. I also would like to try some of the shakes, but hey are so expensive. So that's sort of my limiting factor there, but I like what I have tried.

Back in 2013 before I discovered Beachbody, I always thought about working out but I didn't exactly have the right methods for it. Then I saw an infomercial for the program, Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T, and I thought that was cool. So when I got enough money, I bought the program. It was a good program and I still use it today, but it didn't exactly get me to where I wanted to be. And then, I saw Insanity and I said that was much harder and much good for stress relief. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough money to buy the DVD so I did them over the internet. By the end of 2014, that was when I saw the trailer for Insanity Max 30 and I told my mother that that was what I wanted for Christmas. I got it, I did it twice and that was the first program I actually completed and I got the t-shirt. A year later, I did T25, completed that, got a t-shirt. And then, just this past year, I completed the Asylum. So now, I have three t-shirts.

I’ve tried so many other things and Beachbody is the one that works and pushes you. I did three rounds of Insanity and I loved it, but I lost a little too much weight. We have a gym going at work and one of the guys brought Body Beast, and now I’m on my 5th round on it. I love the programs. It’s a life-changer and there’s no going back after this. The videos are so inspirational, and that’s what we want to do all day.

I have been enrolled in the Beachbody Shakeology auto monthly purchase of the shakes as well as paying quarterly for On Demand for going on two years. Loved the programs, the challenges, etc. until today...my Shakeology shipped and my bill was $141.00. I assumed it was a mistake but I was informed the program had changed back in June. This is February and is the first time my bill jumped. I never received any notification of the changes. The explanation was all but sketchy. However when I asked to cancel then Beachbody almost had me convinced to join as a coach which involved sending this order back for a refund only to pay $150 to purchase a challenge pack with a FREE (haha) bag of Shakeology for the promotion that was ending today.

I played college sports and had a ton of extra pounds and muscle which I lost right after I finished. I was happy with where I was at already and I was looking to continue something that was healthy that I could maintain into my future. My neighbor had a mutual friend who was a coach and she had gotten us to join a Challenge group. Originally, we purchased the Shakeology and I ended up buying Beachbody On Demand after that Challenge group, and I've continued using it since then.

This is the second time I did Beachbody. The first time I was 55 when I did it. But I did first the P90X and I had excellent results. I never dieted and I went from 200 pounds down to 179. I stayed in shape all that time. but I didn't do it as religiously as I was. I gained weight to about 185. Got hit on my motorcycle and I wasn't able to work out for three years. My son's a neuroscientist and he gave me the set of P90X3 and I started working out on that. I went from 212 pounds down to 193. I still had real good results and I still did not diet for it. But at my age, it's harder to lose that kind of weight because now I'm 64. So, I've stayed steady at about 192 and then I haven't worked out in about a month because of a death in the family and some other things that were going. I believe in the product. It's a good product and I'm satisfied.

Six years ago I was going through some stuff and had become overweight and anxious about that. But I figured that if I could handle my health better then it would snowball into the other areas of my life. Beachbody was originally the biggest fitness provider I have heard of. P90X was so huge and it was something I looked at doing. And after that I was happy they started to come out with some of the shorter programs. The time commitment was substantial but I know I needed to do it either way for my own sanity. And so I did the P90X1. Then I did P90X3 twice. I also did Insanity Max: 30 twice. In fact, I have done all the workouts but I didn't do it for the prescribed program timeframe. I've done most of the ones from T25 as well just not for the 90 days or what is prescribed.

I ordered Beachbody's On Demand. It's like a method to view all their workout programs. And I've completed two of them and I'm on the third right now. My purchasing experience was awesome. They also offer you 14-days free trial and if you still like it, you can just move on with the membership. And I usually call them and there's no hold and I go ahead and move on with my purchase. I love their videos as well. I use my workout program every day. And currently, with what I do, I've lost 25 lbs. in three months. So I'm absolutely satisfied. I tell my friends all the time that if they want to lose weight, Beachbody is the easiest thing so far, especially for people who don't like to go to the gym. Keep up the good work, Beachbody.

I was highly disappointed with this company and its products and people working for them. I have spent money to be a part of groups and bettering my health. Recently a coach denied me access to a group because I did not need to buy anything showing me that this company is all about the sales rather than the health. I wanted to join the group and I had all the supplies needed but wasn’t told it wouldn’t be fair for me not to pay. Very poor business. Will not recommend to anyone in the future.

I spoke with Alicia from Beachbody, and she made sure that my problem was resolved. My contention was that I had been billed; however, after several days, I had not received an order number and/or tracking information. I had no idea what was going on. Soon after my conversation with Alicia from Beachbody, I received an order number and tracking information. I was relieved. Alicia was even kind enough to compensate me for my trouble by offering to send a free courtesy item.

I hate that Beachbody has a six month wait to re-enroll as a coach under a new coach. I have been trying to get on a new team and finally decided to cancel my account a couple months ago so I could. My old team provided no support and the culture was not good. I begged Beachbody a couple times to help me to get on a new team and they kept telling me six months. I understand that this is to keep people from coach hopping but there are people like me that really are in toxic situations and want to keep coaching but can't stay on their team any longer. I now have to wait until May to be able to coach again and I'm losing my clientele. This six month wait is ridiculous and new protocols should be put into place to avoid making people suffer.

I had been on a weight loss and fitness training for two and a half years. At that point, I had hit a plateau and I needed to change things up. So, I researched and chatted with Cristina, a Beachbody coach of six years. I watched her progress as a coach and I decided to try Beachbody last fall and see if it would get me off the plateau. I got a Challenge Pack that included a one year access to Beachbody On Demand and a month of Shakeology and Portion Fix. During the purchasing process, the first link sent by my coach was incorrect and she fixed it within 30 seconds before I finished the purchase transaction, and everything went great. It was an easy process. I followed the link she sent me in the email. I finished filing the info and it was done. After using the products, I am currently down about 15 pounds and I've shrunk two-pant sizes. I would recommend Beachbody to people that would benefit from what Beachbody has to offer.

They describe how essential the portion containers are with the program, BUT THEY DON'T even send them to you after paying 160 dollars! I contacted them thinking it was a mistake, but they said I would have to pay for them and they would send them to me! NEVER AGAIN! I regret buying this and I won't recommended anyone to it. The "essential" food containers don't even come with it after you page 160 dollars!

I ordered a disc set of 3 Week Yoga Retreat. The first set arrived and would not play on my laptop. I contacted the company and returned the bad discs and another set was shipped. This also did not play on the same laptop that consistently plays all other DVDs without any problem. When I called for technical support I was asked if I had requested a refund which I had not for the second shipment. I told the agent that again the discs would not play and all she wanted was to talk about was the refund.

I first heard about Beachbody from another coach. I have researched others before but I liked the sheer variety of options available on their On Demand program. They have everything from the intense weight lifting to the pretty easy going yoga. I have the On Demand subscription right now and purchasing it was easy. I did it online. Their rep sent me a link to follow which took me right to the setup. So far I really love the program especially the new 80 Day pack.

I am a new customer and am loving the videos on demand, however, FedEx told me that my package was deliver this past Wednesday and I never got it! They are trying to find it for me now, but I don’t know if I should ask for a refund from you guys because of this unforeseen problem, but I was really excited for my shake part of the order and am unsure of what to do and for the amount of money it isn’t to get the shakes, I was a little disappointed that they are unaware of where it could have gone right now. No blame is being made, I’m just confused and don’t know what to do? Thank you!

I've ordered Beachbody on Demand since July and it's been going great. Purchasing it was super easy. I lost 20 pounds and then I got pregnant. The Prenatal Yoga Program has been really helping me throughout pregnancy as well as with my blood pressure. A co-worker had been doing Beachbody for a little over a year and was posting updates about how it has been affecting her health, changing her body and her self-image. I’m a stay at home mom and it’s hard for me to get to the gym. Being able to do it from home on the computer has been a huge help. It’s a great option and it’s very flexible. I have a couple of mood disorders and Beachbody has had an effect on my health and my moods. I would order Shakeology every other month, but I’ve had a couple of times where I would get emails saying that it was being sent when I’m supposed to skip. So I always call in and tell them about it.

My sister introduced Beachbody to me and I started it with her three and a half years ago. I had purchased INSANITY, T25, PiYo, P90X3, and on a monthly basis, I purchase E&E. My buying experience online has been fine except last time, when my coach ordered my E&E and they sent me Recover instead but they sent my E&E after that. I’m a mom of four and I homeschool, and it is so easy because my workout is done in 30 minutes. I have gotten back to my bodyweight in no time. The product worked and I am pleased with it. I love it and I’ll continue with it.

The Beachbody product was from my sister and I figured that I would give it a go and try to lose some weight to get healthy. I first ordered Beachbody Country Heat, and the product was wonderful. I used it and I was down 86 pounds. I also bought Beachbody On Demand which I love and use every day. Beachbody is so fun and you don't even feel like you're working out with half of them. Plus you get great results. I see my friends get Beachbody all the time and I've referred many people to try it.

This is my second year with Beachbody On Demand but I've gotten every program known to Beachbody. My experience has been good and I'm very satisfied. I value the customer service as well. Every time I have an issue, whether it’s big or small, they handle it well. The prices of their products are a bit heightened but it’s part of the business. I'd tell others to decide, commit equals results.

I ordered my 80 day obsession challenge package the week of January 22nd and had my package expedited, which meant it was supposed to be there by Wednesday or Thursday of that week. I received an email saying there was a delay in shipping and that they expected to ship my package within 48 hours and I would receive a confirmation email... Well, that never happened. I JUST received an email stating that my package is now not expected to ship out until the 12th of February, which who knows if that will actually be the case.

I started following this girl on Instagram and I asked a few questions about Beachbody, then I signed up. I was also following another girl who had said there was a free trial of Beachbody and that I should check it out. I did the free trial but I didn't do any of the workouts. When I saw this girl doing hers on Instagram, it was so easy. I was more of a gym rat and for me, it was a challenge so I got it. The buying experience was really easy and it's worth it considering how much gyms are and then having to travel, tons of workouts, and tons of trainers.

My friends have been using Beachbody and I wanted the opportunity to try something new. I ordered their original 21 Day Fix and it improved my fitness level and I gained a new understanding of nutrition. Their shake products are really great but way overpriced. They would get a lot of repeat customers if they were affordable on a monthly basis. There aren’t many people that can afford that. Beachbody has been a good option for me though. If you have the right resources at home and enough self-discipline to stay motivated then it’s a great option.

I had been following a Beachbody coach on Instagram for a couple of years. Just watching her journey and then needing to have a change for myself was enough motivation to take the plunge. I needed something that was not just a program or like another place to spend my money on. Beachbody actually has the tool and resources to help me. My downfall was that I haven’t had the accountability so when Julianne wanted to create a group of accountability, that was what sold me on it. It’s a private group with myself, her and three other moms. We are all doing the same workout program and we’re all using each other as accountability. My brother-in-law also had Insanity years ago and I did that so I’ve experienced Beachbody before actually purchasing it and those were all great experiences. Then once I did the 21 Days Fix, I loved the program.

I ordered a Challenge Pack Jan 14 and have yet to receive it. I have been checking with them every few days, since I have not been getting any automated updates. It has been such a disappointing experience and a waste of my time. I have been a Beachbody customer for a while and while I love the videos and some of the coaches have been great, after I finish this challenge I doubt I will go back. They also refuse to cancel the order, for which they haven't sent me anything and have just given me a silly new ship date Feb 2-Feb 16th. So a month after my order is when I may get the items. Thanks Beachbody. Today is Jan 27, order placed Jan 14th.

I picked up Beachbody last year because I wanted to lose weight and be healthier. I don't really have a lot of time to be going to the gym and Beachbody made it easier to work out at home. I made a quick and easy purchase of the P90. I'm using it and the results have been amazing. I'm very happy with it. I got the Beachbody On Demand too so I will be doing some different workout program as well. Everything is great with the program. It works and they are set up just the right way. If you follow the guide, you'll see results consistently.

A friend asked me if I wanted to do the Beachbody program with her as she was already doing hers and to help her be accountable. The online ordering was easy and the products were detailed. I ordered the Beachbody On Demand and I’m satisfied with the results after using the product.

When I had my last baby, I realized I needed to do something and work out. I remembered that I did the P90X back in college since my dad purchased it. I knew Beachbody made those and other things as well so I researched it out and found a coach. I do Beachbody on Demand and I work with my coach, Rebecca. She just sends me a link and it's really quick and easy. I started last June and I am now down 29lbs. I started out with a simpler program and right now, I’m doing the 80 Day Obsession. I do the nutrition that’s in the program too and I do the exercises.

I ordered the 80 Day Obsession package almost a month ago. I received an email that said there was a delay and it would be shipped no later than Jan 11. I never received another email after that! I have contacted support 5 times to be told that my package has left the warehouse and I'll have shipping info within 24 hours. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. The 80 Day Obsession began January 18, and here we are on the 24th without a confirmation of shipment. I have asked for my money back and they refuse to return it because my package has supposedly been getting ready to ship for the last 2 weeks now. I get the same answers every time I contact support and no-one is interested in giving me answers.

My daughter was a Beachbody coach and my wife and I signed up with her. I got the On Demand, while she got the On Demand and Shakeology. I once did the 21 Day Fix Extreme and the Shift Shop. Now I'm on the 80 Day Obsession and I'm motivated. I didn't have the perception that Beachbody was for me until I started trying the program. I was jogging before and I noticed I was getting calf injuries, so I thought I needed my core strengthened, and then I went ahead to the Beachbody programs. I went through a few and I'm satisfied with it. I've been doing this every day, and it'll be a year in May. I got somebody else at work that's going through it now and they noticed the results.

My parents got the P90X, but they never did it and we had the program lying around. None of what I was doing was working before, so I made a deal with myself to do this whole thing. I really needed to see results, so I had to stick with it and I like that it's intuitive. I also like the variety in the training. Beachbody kept me going back because I knew where I wanted to be and I wanted to get there. I just do P90X3, but I tried Beachbody on Demand for a time because I left the P90X3 discs in a different state while they were being mailed. Beachbody is a tough program, but I'm very satisfied and I really like what it taught me, how it is and what it did for me. However, I'm in a non-motivated part right now mainly because I've switched over to the double schedule and it's exhausting.

Beachbody offers a lot of options. I was looking to gain specific types of strength and I got the P90X3 from them through Amazon. It was faster and I would have had to pay for shipping if I had bought it from Beachbody's site. We're now in our third round of using the product and we're pleased with it. We have seen weight-loss but mostly, we're getting stronger which was our goal. The only thing that I'm not pleased with is that I used to be able to maintain all my measurements. But when they re-did their website, all that disappeared. I had my profile and I could go in and put my measurements and weight. Even my coach, when they re-did it, couldn't find it either. The only way she knows how to enter that information now is to re-enter each time I finish the Beachbody challenge and upload pictures. But it used to have a lot more options through my profile on their webpage.

I am trying to call the number to cancel my Beachbody on Demand account and the phone number (1 (800) 470-7870) is not working. It rings once and times out or simply does not ring which is unacceptable. I then tried using the chat function on their website to request a working number to call and it is not functioning either. When I tried to submit my inquiry, I get an error message stating that 'Payout Date is not completely filled in and Bonus Week Affected is not completely filled in' but these fields aren't even available on the form to fill in. If I don't cancel, they are going to automatically charge my credit card for a service I no longer want but they have made it impossible to cancel.

One of my cousins who is a fitness instructor does Beachbody and I heard about it from him a couple of years ago. My husband and I went along with a regular routine. But we went to a secondhand store and we found the P90X for $5. We couldn’t believe it so we picked it up. My husband researched to see the best way to do it and he printed the schedule that they had online and he did that starting September. He lost 30 pounds and you could see the weight-loss but it wasn’t registered much in his weight because he was building muscle. He was so happy. He's tall but he doesn't have a lot of weight on him and he would always wear a shirt because he was self-conscious. So he was excited about it and he would smile every once in a while when he would look in the mirror. So I knew he was happy with the success that he had with it.

I looked at the Beachbody program and I really liked it. It's convenient, energetic and it seems to work. So far, I've done Shakeology, Beachbody on Demand and the Energize, Recover, and the sliders and the bands. I'm very happy with the results so far, and since I've enjoyed it so much, I’m going to continue to purchase from them. I would highly recommend the Beachbody program to friends.

I've got two little kids so getting to the gym was getting harder and harder. My friend is a coach, and I saw her posting on social media about Beachbody. I watched her for a year and saw how happy she was with it. I wanted to try something I could do at home and I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave it a try. I liked the convenience that I could work out from home and make it work for my schedule with my kids, plus the accountability that there was a group of people that was going to support me.

My wife and I's weight were starting to get out of control and we needed to make a change for ourselves. My wife's an insurance agent, so she sits on a computer all day. And although, I've always been a big dude, I was pushing 300 pounds and I had never been that heavy in my life, so we decided to purchase from Beachbody. There was something in their infomercial that seemed like my style since I'm the one that likes to lift weights and doesn't like doing a whole bunch of cardio. We gave Body Beast a shot. My wife ordered it and at first, she said the website was a little confusing. But once she tinkered with it a little bit, she picked right up on it. I also used my PS4 and got Beast Body On Demand so we could do a week of hard labor.

Well, this was very useful! After my complaint was heard by more than a faceless chat person, the company has authorized a return. Very well done. Again - I will say the PROGRAM was terrific - just not right for me at this time due to physical issues. Thank you very much for addressing this and making it right.

Beachbody ordered on my Amazon and I saw how much it was. I had heard about the original P90X years ago and I looked into it. Some of the workouts were 90 minutes. For me who was working full-time, it was tough, so I researched different workout programs and I came across P90X3. The workouts were for 30 minutes which seemed definitely more doable than the 90 minutes, so I went through the program back in August and finished up in November. Also, I was a college athlete and I feel like I'm just as flexible and functional now as I was then. After three months, I lost about 19 lbs in the areas that I needed to lose it, like the face and the stomach. It was a great experience. I’m very satisfied with Beachbody and I would definitely tell my friends to do it. The 30-minute workout is only two percent of your day, so you can make that time.

Just recently for my 80 Day Obsession package with a 30 day supply of the Vegan Vanilla Shakeology and not sure what I think about it. The workouts are awesome, but I chose vegan vanilla because I'm lactose intolerant so I'm a bit sensitive. I called customer service to see if I can exchange it or get another flavor and waited forever just to talk to a rep. Never got through. Soooo yeah. Wish I could get the vegan, chocolate latte flavor or the variety pack.

When I first started Beachbody, I did the original P90X and then I did a few rounds of P90X3. Now I'm doing the INSANITY MAX:30 and it's been really good. I weigh a lot less than I used to and I feel better. Every day I wake up and do my workout and just I'm energized for the rest of the day. Overall, Beachbody On Demand has been really easy to use.

I entered the Beachbody Coach challenge group, and I love the access On Demand. I liked that I can do it downstairs and the 30-minute workouts. I also tried the cleanse and loved that. And I purchase the shakes a lot. On the other hand, I don't like that when I select a one-time ship to purchase, they automatically put it in as auto ship. The last time it happened, I refused the package. I called them and they said that they got the package and I'd get the refund in seven days, but it took me two months and three calls before I got my refund because I didn't have a return number.

I ordered 80 Day Obsession materials and performance back on December 26, 2017 and still have not received it! I am so disappointed and all I get from the help chat is "Sorry, can't do anything about it". If I didn't LOVE the programs so much I would be done with the company altogether. How do you run out of supplies for such a huge launch? I am leery of inviting others to order since they probably won't receive items in a timely fashion either.

My husband had some videos and we had done the workout and liked them. And so, we decided to give Beachbody a try. We have Beachbody On Demand because it was accessible and affordable for us. I use it everyday. We also bought a Jump Mat at Christmas time which I really like. It works really well. I've lost 25 pounds in four months and I feel really good.

I was out of shape before and needed someone to simply tell me what to do rather than go experiment myself in a gym. I purchased INSANITY first then my mother got Body Beast for me in Christmas. The INSANITY was really great and I lost weight fast, but with the Body Beast, I've got the best body I've ever had in my life and the body that I wanted. I also got the T25 program and it's cool how they set everything up and everything fits perfectly. Beachbody is a really good program and it never gets boring.

Despite really liking the workouts and the streaming service, I may cancel my membership because updating my credit card information is such a pain. I have been a Beachbody on Demand member for several months. I received an email telling me I needed to update my credit card information and that I had to call a number rather than update online as any other service allows. I did not entirely trust the email. The phone number listed was nowhere on the website. I did not want to call an unverified number nor did I want to give my credit card number over the phone as I suspected it was possible the card I used for the account was one I had canceled because it had been compromised. I then tried to update online but after multiple tries got the continuing error that first name and last name were not valid. Super annoying. Why does Beachbody make this so difficult?

I was wanting to do an exercise program and at that time, more people were choosing Beachbody. I've been doing it for years now and I've tried P90X, Body Beast, INSANITY MAX:30 and Hammer and Chisel. If you do what you’re supposed to, their products will give you a good result and I’ve always been glad with Beachbody.

I cannot believe, on how long this has taken (and still waiting) for my package to arrive, two how HORRIBLE the customer service is. No one speaks hardly any English (at least not well) and there are no ** solutions. I will never ever order from this company again after this experience. I've had trying to track my package, emails that keep saying it will ship the 5th it will now ship the 11th, here is your tracking number (blank none provided). I'm sick of talking to people who can't tell me where my ** is. I didn't spend hundreds to wait a ** month for my package and be treated like dirt by customer service. I'm beyond pissed off at this point. I requested a refund or cancelation... didn't even get that given to me!!! I'm disgusted by BEACHBODY. Never NEVER again.

I needed to get something changed and my sister, who's now my coach, recommended me to do a month of Beachbody. I liked it and so I kept going. It was easy to order and purchase from Beachbody. I went online, plugged in her coach ID, and chose the challenge pack. I worked with the 21 Day Fix and I’m already almost on my year. I love the Beachbody program and I changed my whole life around it. It has been great and life-changing.

Beachbody's programs are great. I bought their On Demand for the year, and I like that I can do it at home and not have to spend time in the car and money for gas. Also, the cost was a huge benefit for me because I knew I would utilize it. Beachbody's website was fine, and it was easy to purchase from them. But then, two days after I purchased, they came out with a promo. So it was a little off-putting and I called them and I was on hold for hours trying to see if could change it. And they just said I already had my membership for a certain amount of time and they couldn't do anything. It was a little frustrating. I’m a huge proponent of Beachbody. The only issue I’ve had is being on hold for hours and sometimes, I ended up getting hung up on because it had been so long. And the website was down a few times, but they’ve seemed to have gotten it up and running.

I purchased one of their programs and to be honest with you, I should just have hung up during the initial ordering process. The salesperson put it in my head I should buy Beachbody on the go, because I may get bored of the same instructors, after the three week program. I didn’t purchase it but then realized she might be right. Once I received the program, I realized I should not be spending money on myself due to financial issues, so I sent it back! I paid $43.77 and was refunded $25.44. The cost of shipping and the cost to send it back, doesn’t get refunded to you. I just threw away almost $30.00 which I clearly didn’t have. Sooo, be sure you really want the product, because it will cost you a fortune to return it back.

Customer service is not knowledgeable about their products and was very unwilling to assist me with my issue. Purchased a Wahoo Tickr X with a 1 year subscription to Beachbody On Demand; however the device continues to say the Invalid Serial Number. The representative basically told me that I am out of luck and would need to figure it out myself.
