    I saw the commercial for YOUv2, and it was for fuller girls, and they're more my size. I got the courage to get the video and try it myself to see whether or not I could do it. I don't feel comfortable going to a gym because I'm a little on the heavier side. And I've tried other videos by Beachbody in the past but they were for very fit people. The YOUv2 was really great because not only could I do it, but I have three boys at home ranging from the age of 11 and 10 and they like doing it with me. And so, during the summertime when they couldn’t go outside because it was so hot, we were able to get our exercises, and they get to burn off some energy, too.

    I'm doing the video five days a week, and it works out. But sometimes I'll do the full week dance, and other times I'll switch it up. I choose what I feel like doing for a certain day depending on my mood. Some of them are a little bit easier than others so it depends on how hard I want to work at a certain time. So, if it's a day where I feel a little more sluggish, I'll do the first one because it's not as demanding. Leandro was fantastic, and my kids still quote him a lot. And it's amazing to see how much weight I have lost just doing the video. Compared to the other ones I've tried in the past, I didn’t see any result because I couldn’t keep up with them. I've continued doing it past the four-week mark. And it's funny because the kids will sit there and make little comments like, "You're beautiful. We love you."

    I’ve been with Beachbody for about a year and a half now and it’s been one amazing experience. I wanted to lose weight and being with them has been a lifestyle, not a diet. Beachbody was all over TV and they’re everywhere I looked. And then I met a Beachbody coach who I liked. I got the 21 Day Fix, Country Heat and Shakeology programs, and the purchasing process was very easy. I also have the All-Access so I can pick and choose the program if I wanted or needed something easier or more difficult.

    I absolutely loved the 21 Day Fix because of its simplicity. This eating program was very challenging in the beginning and it was enough to keep me motivated too. Unlike the 21 Day Fix, I totally hated Country Heat. I wasn’t into how long it took because you had to learn the moves and then, you had to do the work. But, I still use Shakeology. With Beachbody, I got the results that I wanted in the time that I needed to get it done, and I’ve recommended them to everybody.

    I saw how much weight my coach at Young Blood lost and I figured that I should get back into working out and being active. Beachbody's way cheaper than a gym and I don't really have time for a gym membership because I work full-time so Beachbody was the best option. I got the full access and I got the Greenberry Shakeology and Chocolate Shakeology from them. I really like the Shakeology and I will order more of it.

    I ordered online and I went to the Team Beachbody website. I just picked what I wanted to order with just the full access. When I first ordered I had some problems because I ordered two days shipping and two weeks ago, I got my stuff. I had to call and it turned out that FedEx never dropped my stuff off at my house. But I called and Beachbody reimbursed me for my two-day shipping and it was really nice. It was really simple ordering. I like that when you do go to order, it explains everything almost perfectly so there are no questions about what you're getting or how the process works and you do get your stuff. Beachbody's a really awesome program. It's really easy and simple to follow. I would recommend them to anybody.

    I am really upset to see that I was charged $39.00 for unknown reasons. In Googling this issue, I have found that Beachbody is known to charge a monthly or quarterly membership fee to its "club" without permission. I DID NOT sign up for this. I bought a product and stated at the this was a "one-time" charge and received it. I just sent an email to the company and hope they will reply and tell me that this amount will NOT be charged again, and that I will receive a refund. I am really upset that my credit card would be wrongfully used after the transaction was completed.

    When I started working out, the people that I knew that had done Beachbody as well as people online all said the first one to do is P90X. Everybody was talking about how it’s one of the hardest things in the world but is definitely worth it. Back then, a challenging 90-minute workout was ridiculous but P90X got a lot of good reviews. After the P90X, I bought the Body Beast and then the P90X3. Now I’m on Focus T25. For weight, my favorite is definitely Body Beast, which is a straight week workout.

    The only thing I had trouble with was that when you get all the packages, sometimes it was hard to tell what was included in a package. Some of the catalogs have the verbal description, but a lot of it is an image that has words in it. If you’re calling one thing Bonus DVD 1 and then the other is Bonus DVD A, I don’t know that 1 and A are the same things. Sometimes not having the one for one comparison between the packages is a bit difficult when I go to the site which one I want between the levels and the titles. But the images are fine.

    Beachbody is very good and I like it. It’s a positive, healthy, motivational type of thing not only to do the workouts, but it’s a community and people getting into it as well. The teachers definitely know it’s a long process, like a 15-step process if I finish the program. I’ve lent out some of my Beachbody stuff for friends to use for a week and see if they like it. If they don’t think it’s good, then they're going to lose.

    I tried BBOD for the trial period and was under the impression that it would renew for a 12-month subscription at the end of the trial period. When it renewed, I saw the line item on my bank account statement and thought nothing of it. Today, I find out I was only shared for a 3-month subscription. The issue is that I never received any receipt for the transaction. There's nowhere online for me to be able to see that my membership was not what I thought, and I didn't find out about the problem until they sent me an e-mail saying so AFTER the 3-month subscription ended.

    Furthermore, they only emailed me because my old credit card got replaced. Otherwise, I would have been none the wiser until I saw the charge. I called them today and learned of the error. I understand that I played a role in this and that I should have noticed the difference in the amount I was expecting vs what I was charged, but I honestly didn't. I saw the "Beachbody" charge when my trial period ended and since I had been expecting the charge, I thought nothing of it.

    Fast forward to recent events: 2 days ago, I received an email saying my card was declined (it got replaced and I guess they tried to charge the old one) and I didn't call right away because I thought it was an email in error. It said nothing in the email regarding the attempted charge, the reason for the charge, the amount they attempted to charge - NOTHING. Furthermore, I have still been accessing the site to workout everyday and when I go to my account screen it shows nothing more than my email address (the "my account" screen has always been useless).

    So, again, I had no way of knowing that my membership was over or close to ending prior to today's telephone conversation. Today, I called customer service to see what was going on and why I'd received the email. When my representative mentioned that my subscription ended, I explained that I remember selecting "12-month" for my renewal option and was under the impression that the 12-month option was what I had.

    In a nutshell, they were unwilling to do anything to help me and wanted me to simply pay for a new subscription to start over today. I don't think that's great customer service, especially considering the lack of available information on the website (even for members) about our memberships and the fact that prior to recently, the only way to get any information about my account was to make a phone call and wait on hold for an indefinite amount of time to speak to a live agent (even now, I can only send requests via an online submission form. I still can't see my account information on my account screen). This is just horrible customer service and a clear lack of customer focus. I feel like I wasted my money because I would have never purposely paid for the 3-month subscription given its price compared to the other options.

    Due to the lack of customer service that I received, I won't be recommending BBOD at all. I think BBOD needs to update their website and make account information visible to the account holders. Don't make us jump through hoops to see what's going on with our membership. Lastly, given the lack of information available to members and the lack of ease in getting the necessary information, they should be more willing to extend memberships for members within a grace period of expiration. It is apparent that they care very little about helping people reach their fitness goals and instead only care about how many nickels and dimes they can squeeze out of their members.

    The DVDs of the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift are packaged in a light cardboard tri-fold with sections separated by glue. One of my DVDs no longer works. After looking at the DVD, I realized that this DVD along with the other two, have semi-dried gummy glue around the edges. I am sure the DVDs arrived that way and just over more time the glue became too thick. DO NOT BUY or at least transfer your DVDs to different packaging when you receive it. These DVDs are expensive and I am very, very upset that I no longer have access to one-third of the program!

    I first heard about Beachbody on television years ago when I bought one of the programs. But then more recently, one of my girlfriends became a Beachbody coach and she tried to get me involved in it for a while. At first, I told her I wasn’t ready but eventually, she got me to get involved. I ordered up from Sears either CIZE or PiYo program then I moved on to doing Country Heat and eventually started doing 21 Day Fix. It's the program that I stick with now. And then on Facebook, I'm also doing 21 Day Fix and started doing Shakeology close to two years now. I’ve been doing them very faithfully and I'm down over 65 pounds, so I've been very successful with it. I'm now using Recover as well. And during my journey, I commenced my husband to become a coach so he could get on the journey as well. He became a coach late December and he signed up under my coach.

    I’m 100% satisfied after using their products, but the only thing I don't like is when I order the packet, they’re only 24. It's a little bit of a ripoff 'cause I don't get a full month's supply. They could change up a little bit on that. Then dealing with some of the customer service when I would call to Beachbody, sometimes it's a little bit annoying trying to talk to some of the reps because I can't understand a lot of them. And when I’m trying to deal with an issue or a problem that I have, I also get a runaround. But it hasn't stopped me from using the product because I love it and the results that I've had.

    Also, the on-demand was a great aspect. But they don’t make it affordable for everybody. Many people that I know would love to try and do their shakes. But that's one of the main complaints when I try to talk it over. My husband and I run a group together on Facebook and we have 36 people underneath it. We promote together the shakes, Autumn Calabrese's exercises and Shaun T when we're doing Shaun T week. My husband's doing Body Beast right now, so he's promoting it and I'm promoting 21 Day Fix.

    People comment on us saying "You guys are doing fabulous" and "We would love to try the shakes." We have given sample shakes out there but they're not affordable for average families and not everybody can afford them. I have an 11-year-old and we were thinking about getting him the Daily Sunshine shakes. When we look at the price, it is a little bit pricey. It isn't readily affordable for everybody unless they become a discount buyer or a coach, but not everybody wants to be a coach.

    A friend of mine did a Beachbody program which was the P90X. He talked to me about the different Beachbody programs and got me involved in doing some of it. I was super busy and the program that I did was the P90X3. It was only 30 minutes which really stuck out to me because my thought was, “Well, if I can’t take 30 minutes to take care of myself, then what in the world am I going to do?” The Beachbody on Demand was the one that I chose to do for the program that I did. I also did the Shakeology supplements for my morning breakfast, and it is something that I use almost daily now.

    Purchasing from Beachbody was a good experience. Any time that I had any questions or concerns, they were always willing to help. It was an overall amazing experience with Beachbody. I'm more healthy now than I've ever been in my life even when I was in high school. I am very excited and very happy with the program, and definitely would recommend it to anybody.     The Beachbody Coach had no problems talking me into this even after I described that I have health issues. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and couldn't participate in the workouts. The Shakeology gave me gastrointestinal issues, my MD told me to stop using. After I explained my issues to My coach, I received no assistance from her. I called BOD several times, finally someone told me I was going to get a refund for $171.72. It's been 2 1/2 months and nothing, but they had no problem discontinuing the BOD. This company makes millions of dollars, coaches make money, but no one gives a crap about the consumer! It's a total Sham.

    I ordered some exercise DVDs a while back (maybe a year ago). I purchased through Amazon and paid in one payment if I remember correctly. The DVDs are gone now, I think one of my grandkids took them home by accident. I haven't seen them since... but I realized a few months ago that these people are charging me a monthly fee on my credit card about $41 or so a month. For what? I have no idea! I contacted the company and they said they would cancel whatever it is, but the charges keep coming. I wish I knew what I was being charged for - I never get anything from them. This company is a horrible scam and I hope other people read my review and know not to trust them or purchase anything from them.

    My wife signed up as a coach for Beachbody and when she was doing the coaching, the workout and the Shakeology I saw the changes. I started with Shakeology then she introduced me to the Performance Line. The Hydrate and Nighttime Recovery have all the bases covered. It was a system that worked with itself. It will give you the energy and the recovery. My digestion doesn't do good with the other ones that I've tried. I was talking to my wife and chuckled because we looked at getting other lines and other supplements to save 20 to 30 bucks but every time we try that we feel terrible so we keep going back. Beachbody is worth the extra cost.

    I thought I would try this out because my friend kept nagging me about it and I figured that with a 30 day money back guarantee - what would I have to lose. When I started the shakes I began gaining weight rapidly and realized that there's tons of sugar in the shakes (I've been sugar-free for over a year) and the workouts really weren't my style. So within their 30 day period, I requested a refund and sent back all the products. I've continued to follow-up for months and they say that my request has expired so I can't receive my refund. It's a total sham and all they care about is their bottom line and screwing people over.

    Autoship is not easily understood, which means you get shipped and charged your order every month. Returning the item that was auto shipped without your knowledge is extremely difficult. After following the instructions for return on the back of the receipt, you must go online to get a Return Authorization number in order to return the product and the company says that they will email you the number within a couple days. I did not receive any email with a return authorization number which I needed to return the product. Once again I had to call Beachbody and the representative told me that the instructions on the back of the receipt are outdated and you can just do everything on the app now.

    I finally get everything I needed from Beachbody to return the product that I never wanted in the first place and I get to the post office and they say it will be ten dollars to ship it back. At that point I felt very taken advantage of and duped by this company. A postal worker stated that Beachbody is not a good company and she often has many consumers that are returning things and have issues with the company.

    This is the biggest scam on the planet!!! I first, canceled on line and - lo and behold - you continued to send me your products & charge my card, until I was forced to call in and get someone to cancel!!! I demand a full refund - I do not want any more this awful product and this scam of a company!!! It's like robbery - when I did it online, the customer service person apologized but, of course, nothing she could do about it. It was all my problem!!! Do not give this company your money - they act like "no problem" if you change your mind but they keep hard selling and charging your card. Plus Shakeology is bad for you - it has metals in the powder - google it.

I have read of others with this experience. It seems Beachbody is charging their customers for packages never sent out in Ohio.     I was 48 when I purchased P90X from Beachbody. I was intrigued by the fact that Tony Horton was the same age when he made those. I had looked like that in my past when I was in my 20s and a couple of years when I was in good shape in my 30s, and I wanted to see if I could get back in that kind of shape in my 40s. I ordered online and the product came 4 days later as it was advertised. It changed my life at the time and I was extremely satisfied. I dropped 80 pounds and I was able to pretty much do anything that I wanted to do again like biking and hiking. I was always doing diets where I lost a lot of weight quickly by deprivation of calories and increased activity. But for the first time in most of my athletic and weight loss endeavors during my life, I followed the diet plan religiously for about a year and a half and lost the weight slower.

    The premise of P90X is that I'm not repeating the same motions over and over on the same muscles. I'm constantly changing and constantly in a state of about 20% soreness which is good because it always reminded me that I had worked out, watched my diet and I was working hard. But the gains were phenomenal from the strength and weight loss standpoint. My wife did it too and she dropped about 20 pounds even though she didn't need to. We did the whole 90 days five consecutive times then we did Insanity. We bought that off eBay but that was an eight-week program. Then my wife got the Zumba and the Brazil Butt Lift, and I also bought P90X3.

    I still use the muscle confusion concept today, though I don't always do P90X. But I still do most of the moves from it. I generally work out at the Y now because I do some swimming and a lot of low impact aerobics. I can't run anymore because of my age and my knees so I do a lot of elliptical and I need a gym for that. But I turned on a dozen people that bought from Beachbody because they saw what I was doing. My kids and their friends also got into it and we used to do P90X workout parties, which was awesome.

    My dad did the classic P90X a few years ago and then he introduced me to P90X3. I downloaded them and got close to the end. When I saw the BOD or the Beachbody On Demand, I bought the subscription right away since I knew the quality of the program and how super good of a deal that was. I chose Beachbody because I know the programs worked specifically P90X, and I also love the P90X3 and the classic.

    I had no problem with my purchasing experience as well. I've seen the comments on the fan page where a lot of people are complaining about how there's been a lot of bugs and how it doesn't work, and how they paid their membership but they couldn't sign up.     It was my brother that originally started with Beachbody a while back. He had got the DVDs for P90X about five years ago at this point. Then, I saw the Beachbody on Demand on a commercial. They were doing a 30-day free trial a year ago. I tried that out and that’s what really changed everything for me. With the program before, you would get the DVDs, be stuck with a TV and have to create a workout area where your TV was. But with the Beachbody on Demand, not only did it give me access to a whole other set of workout plans that I didn’t have access to where I would have to pay way more to get, I was able to go to my garage and work out.

    I can go outside and work out, which really worked better for me because I have a set of twins and in between the time of actually me starting with the P90X and then meeting the On Demand, it was not working out for me. They would be around or they’d be asleep and I couldn’t make any noise. Also, we recently got a new house and I didn’t want it to go all sweaty in the house. So I really needed to take my exercise outside. It’s really worked better for me to be able to just access it on my phone, take it out there or take my laptop or tablet and be able to just go straight from there. P90X was something that I trusted and I had done some Insanity at that time, but there were so many other programs that I hadn’t touched at all and I didn’t get any results until I really got dedicated with the Beachbody on Demand.

    The variety is something that really helps me to lose the weight because you tend to get burnt out when you’re stuck with one program. When I was doing just P90X, after the first 60 days, I didn’t want to see Tony again. Then, I got this On Demand and I can switch from program to program. I do a lot of the Challenge Du Jours and now I love when Tony pops back up on my screen. When people ask me how I did and what program I used, I say I didn’t use one single program. I used a bunch of different programs. Variety is the key to life and I switched it up all the time and tried to stay consistent. That’s one of the great things about Beachbody on Demand. I’ve recommended it to several people already.

    My wife is a Beachbody coach and I saw her getting great results. She was consistent with it and she's been doing it for a little while. At first, I didn't pay too much attention to it and was just doing my own thing. I didn't really think it was for me. But then I noticed that I was a little heavier than I wanted to be. So I decided that it was time to make some change. Since my wife had been dedicated to the programs for a while and was getting good results, I figured it was time to commit myself and see if I could make the necessary change.

    I have some friends who go to the gym regularly, but I don't like to go to the gym as I'm a bit more of a shy person. Working out at home was more acceptable for me. I don't know if I would have turned to Beachbody had my wife not been involved in it before. There's a lot of advertisement online for it. It may have only been a matter of time before I took the chance. My wife was drinking Shakeology already. The products were in my home and I was being exposed to them without the interest being there. Over time, the interest was built.

    The first program that I've purchased was the 22-Minute Hard Corps. I used it through and through, finished and completed the program. I sent in my results and got the challenge coin, which I keep on my table as a constant reminder of the hard work and dedication that I put in over the course of eight weeks. After finishing that program, we did a round of 21-Day Fix. I didn't need to purchase that program because my wife had already purchased that. We went ahead and did that. And then, now we're actually doing The Master's Hammer and Chisel program. The wife knew exactly the kind of what we needed to get drinking, like regular Shakeology orders. And then, we've been getting the Performance line, Energize as well as Recover. It's super easy to find what we're looking for. We place the orders and get them in a timely manner.

    I really enjoy the program and enjoy the routines. I didn't think that I will enjoy them as much as I did. I didn't think that I would stick with them as long as I have. But it's been a complete lifestyle change for me. Initially, I said to my wife that I was gonna give it 90 days. I was gonna give it a full three months, commit and work out as much as I could within the 90 days and see what I could get done in terms of change. With all the changes that I've done to my body, it's been a lifestyle change. I haven't just changed my eating habits, I've changed everything. On my sleeping routines, eating routines and my day-to-day routine. Everything's changed. I don't see myself going back to the old lifestyle. After everything that's happened and all the changes and work that I've put in and all the results that I've received, I'm certainly not going to go back. It's a lifestyle change for good now and I'm going to commit to continuing on this journey forever.

    We have a great level of satisfaction. One of the biggest things about Beachbody that works for me is that I've got to be willing to commit to the half an hour or whatever it's gonna take. A lot of times, it's hard to find time in a day or hard to find the energy in the day. Also, I find that it takes a short amount of to get these workouts done. It's easy to isolate that time in the day and just go ahead and hit play. I enjoy the results that I've got. Before I started doing any Beachbody, I was up at over 235. Now, I'm sitting at 195 so I'm really impressed with the results that I've had.

    I already lost 40 pounds but I want to get into a better physical condition. I still have a bit of a belly and I don't have the muscle definition that I would like to have. Once I have all of that and once I finish this program that we're doing now, I'm confident that I'll have more results to speak for myself personally. That personal experience is what I'll use to promote and sell the product. I am committed to sharing the experience and recommending it to others. As soon as I have enough results, I'll be going to that road of becoming a coach and trying to be successful with that as well.

    I've recently been looking into PiYo, I think it looks like a great program. This review is not about the program it's about ordering… I found out you don't have to click SUBMIT to process your order. I went throughout in my CC and billing then at the end saw $15 for shipping so I left the site and found I could either buy them on Amazon w/ free shipping or get the online membership. I was about to purchase the online membership when I had received an email from Beachbody that my order had been processed… What the heck. I never submitted the order.

    I called customer service to cancel mind you but didn't even have an order number. It was not in the email. I was told I could not cancel because it was already shipped? Fishy. 3 days later I received a shipping confirmation. He also said, "Oh most people don't know the order is processed in step 1." WTH is that legal? You don't even have to click submit to submit your order??? Needless to say it's coming anyway. I've blocked the charge from my credit card and I will refuse and return the package. What a scam! Customer service advised me to open it and use the return label inside. My CC co. said that's so they can make me pay for the shipping. Refuse and return! After the horrible customer service I no longer want the streaming subscription either. I'm afraid of giving them my CC!

    I purchased the 21 Day Fix DVD set. It is great. Then Country Heat came out. I was told the online version was better since it can travel with you but even if I cancelled my online subscription (used for tracking your daily progress) I would still have access to Country Heat since I purchased it for the same price I would have purchased the DVDs. I asked prior to buying as to the difference so I could make my decision. I know myself well enough to know the workouts go well for a while, then I stop for months. So, knowing I would still have access when I travel even though I cancelled the online subscription, I decided on the online version.

    Now I am told, I will only have access to it until July since I cancelled the online subscription. AND since you can't call anyone ever, I am stuck via chat and email. Had the rep been honest with me from the beginning, I would have purchased the DVD's so I would have them forever not just until my online subscription stopped. What a waste of money!!

    I was looking for a new routine to start getting my body back into shape again after everything I've been through. Prior to joining the military, I was using different types of programs. I knew the ones that were already out there after all these years. My wife and I were thinking that we needed to find some programs that fit our needs. She started researching and she told me about Beachbody.

    I started on January 29th with The Master's Hammer and Chisel. My wife looked it up and thought that that would be a good fit and I completed the 60-day program. I was really impressed when I first started out with The Master's Hammer & Chisel to where I was feeling comfortable. Right after that, on the 7th, I started the 22 Minute Hard Corps. We also ordered the PiYo program.

    Beachbody is a very good program. I'm impressed with its layout, the format, how they explain things very clearly and concisely. I really enjoy the fact that when a person can't do the routine properly, they have people that do the modifications. That was really helpful and beneficial in the beginning because of some of my injuries and problems with bending my foot, my knee and my wrist. So I was able to do it a hundred percent with some modifications through a different routine. All in all, Beachbody is pretty decent if people want to do it.

    We ordered the focus T25 in March with a three-day delivery. After more than a week had passed, it took a large amount of time just to get someone to respond with an answer that showed they had actually read the question. After some discussion, it was established it would now be with me in a few days and a refund on post and packing was offered. Discs received and we are working our way through the workouts. However. We are still awaiting the promised refund from 6 weeks ago. After what is now 9 emails and calls, we are still no closer to the elusive refund and I have lost ALL faith in the firm. If only they read the emails, without just responding in a robotic and offhand manner I could have been recommending them. Instead, I am unable to.

    I decided to try Beachbody after seeing all the talk about it over a year ago. After a month I knew that beachbody was good at marketing and training coaches to over post so it seems like an amazing product. My review isn't on the product. That's a different complaint. I called and cancelled twice. Once to cancel all the auto pay fees, then again when they took them out anyways the next month. No refund! They claim I didn't cancel. Ok, so I let it go since it's a pyramid scheme and I knew it by this point. They confirmed to me I was cancelled in all areas (they create it so you have your products under one account, coach under another, Shakeology under another so cancel all or they keep taking it out). The next month, did it again. So I logged in and canceled under "live chat" and let them know I'm on to their scam and I've cancelled twice already and now I'm doing live chat and recording the screen.

    Still no refunds and he cancelled all of the accounts and I got it recorded. I took it further and called my credit card and tried to block the charge in the future. Get this. They use a different transaction code each month they charge so you can't block it! They know they are scamming you! They know you will try to block it when you cancel because they plan on continuing to charge after you cancel!!! I'm almost a year into this now, cancelled multiple times, hate the product, and I'm still paying!!! Have an appointment with a lawyer tomorrow finally and starting a lawsuit. I'm far from the only one with this issue, so class action lawsuit here we come. Buyer beware before you sign up. They will lock you into the scam, and read up on beachbody, and don't just listen to the marketing from them and the massive sales force that they have online.

    I ordered the PIYO DVD's and everything was great til I was doing the Strength Intervals workout and it wouldn't play, just got stuck so I called customer service and got another DVD shipped to me and the 2nd DVD did the exact same thing in the exact same spot of the workout... just got stuck. I called to hopefully work this out but your customer service rep Jordan would not assist me in getting the other DVD that is on the calendar but not included in the package. THIS is a rip-off. You send me jacked up, faulty disks twice and then say, "Oh let me send you the same faulty DVD". Unacceptable!!!

    Your product is defective. Send me a disk that works the 1st or 2nd time but don't keep sending me the same jacked up DVD. So dissatisfied with your product and customer service!! Horrible experience. Will try to get a refund and I hope this process isn't as defective as your product. Do you know how frustrating it is to be all into a workout and the DVD just stops and won't even continue to play even if you fast forward it?     I have purchased the original Power 90 by Tony Horton from back in the day. I still love it even though it's old school. It's a little dated but it gets the results that you want. I also have Beachbody’s On Demand and that was the biggest one. It was a present for my husband and it has also been my main tool. Lately, I have done 21 Day Fix and I'm currently doing T25. I did the new Power 90 and I hope to do 21 Day Fix Extreme next.

    I'm extremely pleased with the results of using Beachbody products. After having both my kids, it's been back and forth with my weight and the original Power 90 was always my go-to. I'd always pop the DVD in if I wanted to get good results in those three months. And I always lost the weight. But from doing some of the other programs which I didn't have access to until I got On Demand, I've been able to tone up a bit and get more energy. Also, I absolutely love that Beachbody has variations. I just started in September and I actually got to my goal late in January or February. I’ve lost 55 to 60 pounds and I'm now down between 155 and 150. I'm maintaining at 157, give or take what I eat during the day.

    Beachbody is a fantastic program. I do recommend them to everybody. I tell all my friends about it. I love the trainers and I think they're awesome. I also love working out at home and I'm not a big gym person. I don't have time and I don't want people watching me because I feel silly. Also, I've got kids and I'm not going to cart them to daycare.

    I created my Team Beachbody account on Friday, 4/21/17. I tried several times to order 21 Day fix (no Shakeology). I kept being redirected to call customer service. On Monday, April 24, I called customer service to place my order. I let my coach know, and she let me know that she did not see an order on my account. I went onto the customer support chat that evening. The agent told me I had ordered through Beachbody, not Team beachbody. I informed him that one, I did not know what Beachbody was and how it was different, and two, that if the order went onto Beachbody, it was the customer service agent who made the incorrect choice. I was also told that I did not have a Team beachbody account, while I was literally logged in looking at that account.

    The agent also told me that I had chosen to pay in installments, when I specifically told him that I wanted to pay all at once. The agent proceeded to basically blame me for making the incorrect choice, when the source of the issue was the agent on the phone. In addition, the installment charge on my debit card doesn't even match what an installment charge would be; it is a very strange amount that is much lower than a third of the price.

    The second agent I talked to told me that she would put in a tech ticket to have the order switched to Team beachbody, would fix my Team beachbody account so that I could actually use it for orders, and fix the charge. I have not seen any of these issues rectified. I am an operations director, and I would never treat a customer like the agents treated me. If a company creates a problem, they need to fix it. I quite literally never made an order on Beachbody or an account, and if that account and order exists, it is due to the agent's error.

    I had friends do Beachbody. I also like the taste of Shakeology. I like that it was something easy and something I could do at my house. I also did the 21 Day Fix kit with the portion containers. That was the first thing that I purchased. And then I just continued doing the 21 Day Fix exercises every day. I changed my eating habits and I was drinking my Shakeology, and I lost 40 pounds. I got good results though it wasn't always consistent. If I went on a holiday, then I didn't do my exercises. That was over the course of the year.     I have several of the BeachBody DVD sets and in January decided to upgrade to a premium BeachBody on Demand membership. A couple months later, I decided to contact the coach, via the email address provided, that had been assigned to me, for some nutritional advice to help me break through the plateau I seem to be stuck in. It has been almost two months, and I have not received a single response. Today, I decided to look into getting assigned a new coach. I found that I apparently had to already know what coach I wanted. That doesn't make much sense, when coaches are assigned. So, I started a live chat. The representative on my live chat told me that I had to post my request to the Team Beachbody message board. How will asking anyone on a message board, get me assigned a new coach?

    When I informed the representative that I couldn't even find a way to post to the specific message board that was recommended, I was simply told to call the customer service phone number and then the representative immediately disconnected our chat. If a product, such as free coaching, is going to be offered with a membership, the coach assigned needs to be mindful of the customers assigned to her.

    Additionally, a customer representative should never be the one to disconnect a session with a customer whether it be online chat, telephone, or in person. If a customer still has questions the representative needs to address the questions and if he/she cannot answer the questions, the customer needs to be directed, in a professional manner, to someone who can. Like I said, I enjoy the workouts I have done, but if customer service is not helpful, I will always look for other options. Can someone please tell me how I can quickly, and efficiently get a new coach that will be attentive to my requests for assistance???

    In February 2017 I ordered the Beachbody's products, the DVD from Beachbody. While on the phone with a customer service agent she asked me if l would like to order their supplements for an Additional cost. l mentioned l already take a multi vitamin but she said she uses them and they were fantastic. l mentioned my concern about auto shipment and l did not want my credit card billed repeatedly and asked if l could call back if the supplements worked for me. She said, "Yes." As l had requested No Auto Shipping On Any Of The Products she would make a note of it on my account and assured me l had nothing to worry about.

    l explicitly asked if l choose to order the promotional offer would my credit card be used and charged Auto shipment of any Products from this company. She again said NO. l completed my order and once again requested that l NOT be put on Auto shipment. She said again she had made a notation on my account and there was nothing to worry about. She it taken care of.

    FAST FORWARD 6 WEEKS. I am going through my bank statements and there it is. Not One charge to my account Not Two charges but THREE Charges To my Account from Beachbody. I called customer service and was connected to an agent called Chris. l gave my name and asked why this company had charged my account over $121.00 when l was very clear about not wanting an Auto shipment. Chris went on to explain that there was no cancellation order on my account. l explained l was explicit about not wanting a Auto shipment of their products when l placed my order and the customer service agent reassured me this would not happen. Also why had this company charged me over $100.00.

    He then went on to say there was a mistake and the company had charged me twice and deducted from my account three times. l said not only did this company deduct from my account they had signed me up for Products l did not request for the sum of over $70.00. Chris said the only thing he could do was to put in a request to have $41.00 of my funds returned to my account and that's as much as he could do. I am a single parent Who chose this company of the tools they say they provide. A gym membership is far beyond my reach living on a very tight budget. This was my only way to do what is necessary to exercise. If this company really cared about the people who trust them and believe in what they advertise they should stand true to their word. No deceitful Gimmicks. l am so very disappointed.

    The Beachbody Customer Service has been a nightmare. I ordered the Beachbody PIYO kit. I chose the 3 installment plan of $19.95, and was charged for the full amount. I called in regards to being charged for the full amount. The agent I spoke to stated that I chose the one-time payment plan. I explained to her that is not the plan I selected, and I have the email confirmation. I had to screenshot and send in the email as proof. The agent updated the plan, and submitted a refund for the difference.

    Today, I noticed there was random charge from Beachbody, I called in, in regards to this new charge. The agent tried to send me to a supervisor, the wait time was very long, and I had to go into work. I called in again in the afternoon, to try to resolve the issue. The agent transferred me over the Escalation Dept. I was on hold forever. I explained my issue to the agent in the Escalation Dept. The agent had called me two different names during the conversation. When I stated the amount charged, she stated the charge and said, "Alisa, I'm gonna have to call you..." and hung up. I am so upset, where I want to cancel my whole order. It has been a nightmare from day one!

    I started with 21 Day Fix in September. I did three rounds of that. And then Autumn had a challenge group from December until March. It took us through all four of her programs. I’ve been with Beachbody for the last six months, and I lost 40 pounds and 32 inches. Altogether, I did four rounds of 21 Day Fix, one round of Chisel, one round of 21 Day Fix Extreme, and one round of Country Heat, which was so much fun. And I’m obsessed with it now because it’s so effective.

    I constantly recommend Beachbody to people. I'll always use the container system. And I’m interested in doing other workout programs, too. I also submit my photos to get the free T-shirt. Every time I do this, I do a little blurb about my experience and put my pictures on a website. It’s good. I’m thinking about becoming a coach, but I’m scared. Now that I lost the weight, I want to really focus on toning up. So, I’ll probably do Hammer and Chisel again since I already own that. And I’m thinking about doing the all-access Beachbody on Demand.

    I had ordered the PiYo workout DVDs, not realizing they have an on demand monthly version. When I went to cancel I was told my order wasn't placed even though I received a confirmation. I had received a second confirmation via email and when I called to cancel, they had informed me that two orders were placed. The rep. (Sunny **) stated that even if you fill out the page with your personal information and close the website, the site will automatically charge your card for that order. You don't need to press the submit button. Also, that even if the item hasn't shipped out of the warehouse, that they are unable to cancel the order for you. No matter if it has not shipped.

    Called Beachbody at 800-998-1681 a week ago after they took more money out of our debit account. We returned the DVD 1 day after receiving which has now been about 3 weeks. They charged us $41.78 and then another 20.28 a week later. When we called them about this $20.28 they said they would return our money and now say they haven't received it back and they will take another payment out of our account. How do we stop these thieves. I guess I'll go to bank today and ask them. This is terrible business. Don't order anything from these people. Oh yeah and when you talk to someone they are from the Philippines so now they have our banking information.

    I have used Beachbody material for many years, such as P90x, Intensity, Body Beast, and the P90x app. I purchased P90x3 about 3 months ago from a Beachbody coach, I started to use the workouts and found the Agility X/Triometrics disc did not work. I then checked the remainder of the discs to find the complex upper/lower/ab ripper disc also did not work. I then got in contact with their customer service and was told that I had to re-purchase the whole set again and I could not just get replacement discs. At a cost of $119.85, I will not be using them again. Be cautious. They do not cover their product.

    I first heard about Beachbody through a lady from a company that does business with mine. She shared with me about the DVD program of Beachbody. She shared about the Shakeology, then, it turned out she had signed up to become a coach so I placed my first orders through her. I got the 21 Day Fix package which included the Shakeology shake and the monthly direct shipping. Shakeology definitely does fill me up and I use it more as a meal replacement per se. I did have to stop ordering it in because where I live in Alberta, our economy's so badly right now that it's simply not something I could afford but I've been gifted with some of it that's why I still have some. But I love using it and if I could afford it, I would be using it every day. I haven't had a flavor I haven't liked. I like vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and I've tried the Vegan Tropical Strawberry and it was good. I even liked the Greenberry.

    From there, I told a few friends about Beachbody. I had a friend who ended up purchasing the Cize package with the Shakeology and I tried the Cize off of her. I also ended up getting the Beachbody On Demand All-Access which, so far, I am loving and I pretty much haven't missed a day since December 5th. So I'm pretty proud of myself. I have noticed that about every single workout I've done on there, so far the Country Heat mostly, sometimes gets really pixilated but the audio never cuts out and is on point which is fantastic. So even if I can't quite see properly or if the visual seems to skip ahead a wee little bit or there's some sort of weird time delay, the audio never falters which is good. I was thinking of calling to see if it is either my internet service provider that I'm having the issues with, which I don't believe it is only because my son, who's 20 and plays online games would let me know if there were issues.

    When I no longer have the On Demand, I go back to using the DVDs, which was fine. But I did find some problems with the quality of the DVDs. One of them, I had to replace right away because it had a skip at a certain part that when put in my laptop, it would not go past that but with the home DVD player, I could fast-forward past where it would get hung up. I got that replaced, so that was not a big of a deal.

    Then I've done all four programs of Autumn Calabrese back-to-back. The thing that really keeps me using Beachbody absolutely every day right now is Autumn's Facebook challenge group because that's just the way I am. If I've committed to doing something then I'm either just not going to do it or I'm gonna completely do it and I committed to doing this, so I've been at it since December 5th and I'm nervous. We wrap it up the first part of March here and I don't know what I'm gonna do next. I'm in the habit now where I'm confident, but that Autumn threw the Facebook group out there, even though I wouldn’t say she was ridiculously active in it, but that's not something she needs to do. People are ultimately gonna do what they're gonna do anyway. But I know it's worked and it's been a fantastic tool for me. From there I found out about this DietBet that she's also hosting and I found out about the other Beachbody Health Bet.

    The Beachbody Health Bet definitely is a tool that I have found useful because it's a one-month commitment. Shakeology five times a week, workout three times a week and prove it with pictures in the app. I've done two of the Health Bets now and it's something a little bit more interactive that requires somewhat more of an actual participatory commitment. If I were just up to do the DVDs, even though I know I need to get my health in order and I know I need to work out every day, which was a lot and I was at my own home with no real accountability, I can confidently say I wouldn't have done a workout every day. I wouldn't have paid attention to my nutrition near as much if it wasn't for the Health Bet and now the DietBet.

    So, the Health Bets and the DietBet have really forced me to pay attention to the nutrition and the Facebook challenge has really made sure I've stayed on track with my work out. Also, I've tried it with just one person before, a friend in the community, and that seems to never really work. I would stay on it and maybe they wouldn't so after they're not on it, they're obviously not gonna encourage me to and it's easy for me to have an excuse. Whereas a Facebook group of so many people guarantee that there's always somebody on there doing it and paying attention. So I feel like I can't be the person sitting down and not doing it.

    Those have truly been a life changing thing for me. It was obviously that final little kick I needed. I always knew I need to eat properly and I knew how to. I knew what foods to choose and why and when and so on and so forth. I knew moving my body was important and I had the resources to just do it and how to do it. But for whatever reason, those weren't enough of a push for me. But between the Health Bet, the DietBet and the Facebook group were enough to make it happen and now I can actually call it a lifestyle which I've never been able to say before.

    The other thing that was really encouraging too was knowing that after each program, taking before and after pictures and before and after measurements, I'm able to get a cool Beachbody t-shirt. That gets me motivated to bend off my next program so I can get my next t-shirt, though I still haven't done it yet for the 21 Days Fix Extreme. Plus it works for advertising cause if I wear it, people ask and that gets me talking about it. It's a smart marketing tool they took on.

    My mom also is somewhat of a health nut and when I showed her my Beachbody, there was the Shakeology, the back of the bake for her to read through, she was quite impressed. So it even has my mom approval stamp, which was pretty awesome. I would keep on with it. I would already be trying the Café Latte flavor by now if I can afford it. But if it was a lot more affordable, I would find a way to make it happen. I do feel like there's value in it.

    My wife had a good friend that became a coach to Beachbody, so she introduced it to my wife, and then my wife introduced it to me. We have the Beachbody On Demand. Right now, we're doing the 22 Hard Corp and I love it. But I keep going back to the original 21 Day Fix as well. That was the one that got me hooked. After using my programs, the results are unbelievable in the way that I look and feel, and the way people respond to me. When I see people that I haven't seen for a long time, it's great.

    We use Shakeology as well. We mostly use Tropical Vegan. We've also had Chocolate Vegan and Tropical Strawberry, and they're my favorite. We now have the Chocolate Vegan, and I really love it. I don't know if it's the exercise or if it's the Shakeology, but before I started with these programs I used to be on medication for my stomach. I was diagnosed with GERD and I would have to take an acid reflux medication from the doctor. But ever since I've been doing these programs in the last six months, I haven't touched stomach medication. If I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup before, I would get heartburn and would have to take medication, and it would be horrible. Now I'm eating some sriracha and salsa, so I'm back to some spicy foods and it doesn't bother me in the least, not even a little bit.

    I started using Beachbody six years ago. It's super easy to buy their products. I just started with the Insanity program and did that exclusively because it was working so well for me. Then I moved on to a couple of other ones and switched it up with different home working out as the weather got nicer because I live somewhere where you can’t workout outside for a good part of the year. I got pregnant in 2015 and fell off the bandwagon for the full nine months.     I’ve known about Beachbody for years since the P90 which I never did but I've done P90x on and off for a long time. I got back in it when I got with my husband. We started doing it together a few years ago when we first met. I've also done P90x and PiYo and there are other programs that my husband has done that I never tried. But Core De Force is a great addition and has changed my lifestyle recently. I needed a stress reliever and it’s really done a lot for me. I have lost seven pounds and over 20 inches. I'm a dietician by trade but my time gets spent telling other people how to eat and my eating habits gets thrown by the wayside with everybody else’s diet. Everything else got taken over but this last program, I just love it. So I'm doing my third round of it now and it’s kind of addicting.

    The other programs weren't a success for me because they were slow and not upbeat. I also needed something that didn’t have a lot of weight because I feel like I'm not a weight person. But this one was just short enough for me and was upbeat and constantly moving which is what I loved about this workout and why I can stick to it easier.

    I've also done the Shakeology before. The first time around when I ordered with this coach, I did the Challenge Pack with the Energize and Recover and this last time, I tried the Shakeology again because I have a bad belly and IBS and I don’t tolerate it well so if I probably try it again and I try the Vegan, I'm still only given about a half a scoop and doing okay. I'm not very regular and my belly’s all messed up at this point but I don’t think it’s the Shakeology, but just my body not liking myself right now. I did the Tropical Strawberry flavor. I was very leery about it but I loved the flavor and the drink. But I probably won’t do the Shakeology anymore just because I’m not sure how my belly is going to continue with it. But I loved Energize and Recover.

    This is the second time I have ordered DVDs from Beachbody and was promised an upgrade to free 3 day shipping - per the TV ads. When I ordered Cize, the product did not arrive until one week later. Now I have ordered Country Heat and have not received it after six days. I received an email right after ordering stating there would be a follow up email with shipping and tracking information, which I never received. I am still waiting for my DVDs, even though my credit card was charged immediately. I have called customer service three times and had to hang up after holding for 15 minutes each time.

    When you call to order something, they answer quickly. The phone operator tried to sell me multiple other products, and when I politely declined after several tries, she became abrupt and said she placed my order, then just hung up on me. I think the DVD products are great but the customer service representatives are trained to upsell and not take no for an answer. I was asked to trial the vitamins on my first order and it was much more difficult to cancel future shipments than they tell you. Overall, I will likely not order from this company again due to false advertising with the "free" 3-day shipping.

Then got turned off when after entering my info and credit card info they started trying to sell me more products not once but three times? Really? So I never finished the process. I left the site. Well lo and behold to my amazement the next morning I had an order confirmation from no other than Beachbody body!! What the?! So I did the online chat thing with Faizan ** and told him I wanted to cancel the order since I never confirmed or finished with the process. He or she said he couldn't cancel it. It had already been processed?

    He or she called me a liar insisting that I ordered this product and would not answer any of my questions like why am I responsible for shipping and handling when I never confirmed or finished the process of ordering!! He or she said I would get a return label In my Email and a week later nothing! I tried calling that same day but had a 20 min hold then phone line was disconnected! Never got through! Now I have this DVD I'm still trying to send back! And I am out 12.95 shipping and handling and the inconvenience and headache of trying to return!! Do not do business with this company.     I was contacted after my negative review on ConsumerAffairs by a Beachbody representative. They were very apologetic, polite, and generous in resolving my problems. They went above and beyond in an attempt to correct my negative encounter with their customer service. I am super pleased about that because I truly love their product and believe they have the best workout programs available as stated in my first review. Hopefully they can make some changes in their customer service so no one else has to have a similar experience. It's their only "weak link".

    I have had more than one experience in which problems were caused by customer service's inability to accurately assist me in fact trying to get beachbody on demand was so frustrating that after almost two weeks of not be able to access it I canceled and swore off their company because of the service. Just recently I wanted to purchase a couple DVDs that had begun to skip from Chalean Extreme. I was sent the wrong product. I literally spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone trying to straighten things out. After 41 minutes of trying to get help I asked for a manager then spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to even pick up! No one ever did so I called back.

    Luckily Eric could finally assist me. I have both written and verbally let my dissatisfaction be known and I never even got so much as an apology email. Seems like they don't care. To be fair let me say their workout programs are the best and the representatives I spoke with were polite and courteous however my problems were rarely resolved and the wrong products were sent to me. Ugh! So frustrating!

    My wife and I like Beachbody because we can do the programs at home. I enjoy the different programs and we try to do them all the time. We do the 21 Day Fix every day and then we alternate the others like Tai Chi, Hip Hop Abs, and Turbo Jam. By changing up the program I can exercise different parts of my body. I work out seven days a week, but I mix what I'm doing so I don't burn out and hurt. 21 Day Fix has active recovery days, pilates and yoga, which are two of my favorite days. I also learned that if I wanna workout, I should work out the stuff from different ways or angles.

    One concern I have is when I originally signed up for the program, I wasn’t logging my workouts in. But for some reason, Beachbody's workouts counted every day as entries when you finish your program. It seems silly to not use the daily workouts as an entry ‘cause that would get people to workout more and trying to enter your contest. I have an older case and then they say, when entering your workout everyday, you’re entered for their different drawings. But it's changed and now, it’s only when you complete or once a month. That just seems silly.

    First of all, with the 21 Day Fix, you’re not gonna get that perfect body in 21 days. You got to repeat the 21 days a lot of the time. But having daily entries would make people want to enter. Then you could see how many people are doing it every day, where if you’re only getting a once month thing, that sort of takes the incentive of putting your daily workout entry. Or just not bother doing it. And the reason why I didn’t bother doing it is because sometimes I don’t have access to a computer, it’s not right there. But now I have a tablet and actually I have three machines to get into your website. So I have been entering now and I do about 100 workouts a month, which is my goal.

    Also with the Tai Chi, my goal was to get to one program doing it all. But I found out after buying it that it doesn't have it all. Beachbody has broken it down into parts and I have to go back and buy the Masters one to have the whole thing at a doable speed - the $29 one that breaks it down into slow, medium and fast. I should not have that on the Tai Chi, but instead other stuff that I would want to do to buy the Masters program. Despite that, I've told a lot of people about Beachbody and I recommend it to everybody.

    The first Shakeology that I got was the vegan strawberry ‘cause I was breastfeeding. It wasn't that bad but at the very beginning, it was hard to drink. I’m the world’s fuzziest eater so it took a little bit to get used to and for most of it, I didn’t enjoy it. But I did drink it and they started not to get bad. On my second month, I switched to chocolate and it’s going much better. I had tried the chocolate before through a friend of mine and thought I wasn’t keen on it either. Everybody loves the chocolate but I'm a berry person and I love strawberries. I also tried a couple different recipes with it, but it was chalky.

    I'm also on the 21 Day Fix of Beachbody on Demand. I’ve completed my first round and I am halfway through my second round. I lost a bit of weight with it but if I followed the program to the tee and put my 100% in it, I know it would work. My second round is not going as well, but it’s going. I also did the Beachbody Challenge and we had a good support group going on. But on my second round, I didn’t get right into the group. They were there for support but I've been talking to my coach. Also, I live in the middle of the country so my internet isn't the greatest and it takes a little longer than half an hour to complete a workout. Other than my first experience with the shakes, all in all, I'm happy with everything.

    I’ve been using Beachbody for a number of years now and their products are great. I’ve always wanted to try to get myself fit since the marine corps days but I let myself go a little bit. A friend of mine told me about P90X and I thought it was really challenging when I checked it out. I’ve done the 22 Minute Hard Corps which is nice. It reminds me of the boot camp days.     A friend of mine was doing P90x and that's the first time I ever heard of Beachbody. Then I've ordered Core De Force, Beachbody On Demand and Shakeology from them. So far, the products have been working for me, but really slowly. I've been doing one of the programs pretty consistently since November and I've lost a couple of pounds. I'm proud to do something but I'm hoping that Shakeology would do more. Also, I've told other people about Beachbody. However, the one thing that's been a little frustrating for me is when I get an email saying that my order was shipped but it doesn't say what was shipped and that's a bit confusing sometimes. One time I thought they sent me a Shakeology but it was actually my free t-shirt. So it'd be helpful if it could say in the email what was the shipment for.

    I have seen posts about the 21 Day Fix in Facebook and one of my friends lost so many pounds in so many days. I asked her what she did and she hooked me up with her Coach, Carla. So then I went with Beachbody through Carla.     I purchased a Beachbody exercise DVD. I have since had payment taken out of my bank account for £47.77. I disputed this and was sent photocopies of my transaction (it is totally illegible) as well as very poor photocopies of Beachbody terms and conditions. It appears by making the initial DVD purchase I have agreed to Beachbody Club Membership. According to the terms and conditions I was informed that I would be billed a quarterly amount after a free 30-day trial. I was not informed about this whatsoever, I am already a member of a gym but sometimes I need to be home so just wanted an add-on that's why I got the DVD. I have never been given any details about a membership or being billed with them, all I have received is junk emails. This is the second company I have dealt with in America who have signed me up to memberships just by making a one off purchase. This is not how we conduct business in the UK.

    My now coach, Christine, was doing a marriage boot camp that was based on space and then she posted at the end whoever wants to take a claim back at their health and move forward, to talk to her. That’s when she talked to me about the Beachbody program and we discussed my goals, what would be possible for me and at what point was my fitness level. So we decided to try the 21 Day Fix in 2015 right after my first pregnancy. Then I found out I was pregnant again. So I followed another program until almost a few months before I got my second baby. It was on Autumn’s Beachbody On Demand but it was for pregnancy.

    I just started again but this time with the Country Heat because having two small children at home makes it not easy to workout. I found that my body wasn’t ready for the 21 Day Fix yet. But I really love doing the Country Heat. It’s so good to get back on track and try to lose that pregnancy weight. The Country Heat covers all my needs. It's perfect and enthusiastic. Autumn is a pretty good coach on TV.

    My sister in law had done Beachbody after having her baby last year. That’s how I first came in contact with Beachbody but I have also noticed a friend from high school and elementary school was getting great results. She is a coach and reached out to me if I’d be interested in trying it. I just had a baby a few months before so I still had the rounded baby pudge. And so I started and after the first week of the program, my stomach looked like a normal person again from it looking like I was three months pregnant.

    There's a huge difference because the plan involved reengaging the stomach muscles that I hadn’t been able to engage in the past 10 months. And so I’ve just been consistently going with it. I haven’t missed an exercise day since I started and I’m 31 days in now. For my second round which is the 21 Day Fix, I’ve been doing the Chocolate Vegan Shakeology everyday and I have been really enjoying it. I like the variety of the workouts because if one muscle group’s sore, the next one I do is the arms and then the next day is the legs. It’s a good schedule. I also have the Beachbody On Demand and it's so convenient. I stayed out at a hotel on the beach for a couple of days and I was able to just bring my iPad and keep going with the workouts in my hotel room.

    I’ve also really liked having the challenge group and I’ve found that to be really nice. It’s not common these days to have a group of people just cheering you on for living a healthy lifestyle. It's a great support that I’ve been receiving. It’s also nice to have the formula in place for me. Additionally, my coach is really great about doing a full-meal plan for her challenge group. I did for the first week and then realized I was making different meals for myself and for the rest of the family. I have been keeping the containers and the rules in mind then personalizing it for the family so we’re not eating the same thing everyday of the week. I don’t stick to the containers completely though and I am nursing so I have to go out of the calorie bracket. But I try to follow it as well as I can. I was not a vegetable person before and I would probably go a full week without having a real vegetable. Having these four containers of vegetables a day is such a big difference for my body. I feel that I have a lot more energy.

    I had tried P90X before. It was back when I was still in the service and the biggest problem with that was that I was in the infantry, which meant that by the time that we were done with the day at 7:00 PM, it gives you a grand total of 10 hours before you had to be awake again to do morning PT. So I really didn’t have the time to do it. But I liked and I wanted to be able to do it. When I got out of the military I wanted to do P90X because I have the old DVD's, but I knew I wasn’t ready. I logged on to Beachbody's website and I find out that they have an on-demand service, which is awesome. So I finished the P90. I’m about 30 days into P90X3 right now.

    Originally, I was a little discouraged because the electrical measurement system that I had said I wasn’t losing body fat. So I decided to check again with the actual body measurements, and it looks like I’ve gone from a 33 to 26 in 120 days and on my last reading, I’ve gone down 17 pounds in the same amount of time. Having the on-demand service was a really great idea, because you’re able to cycle into the next program with no problems. Whoever came up with that idea should be getting a standing ovation or a big bonus.

    One of the barriers was always large, upfront costs for the DVD's, but if you think about it, it's just $4 a week. It’s a really good investment. Not only have I lost weight and body fat, but I do dance classes with my wife and I’m no longer hurting as much as I used to. Also about the same time that I started the program, we found out that my wife and I are going to have a daughter. So now, not only am I doing this for myself but I’m also going to be a role model.

    On the 9th July 2016 I ordered the Cize workout and against my better judgment agreed to receiving the Activit dietary supplements at a one time low fee. I was told all I had to do if I no longer wanted the supplement was to call and cancel. The day I received my product I called 800-207-0425 to cancel my order. When I spoke to the rep I was told I could also cancel the subscription quickly online. I asked him "did I need to do that" seeing as I was canceling with him and very very clearly he said no, all good he would take care of everything in this call. I felt reassured. We had a pleasant exchange and I hung up thinking that was easy and efficient as promised.

    I went on to enjoy my new DVD workout. A month later a box of Activit showed up delivered through USPS. I was at a loss and very confused as I knew I had canceled this. I immediately contacted Beachbody customer service. This has now started a 6 month exchange of getting nowhere. I have in total received 3 shipments of these supplements and each and every time I get on to customer service requesting them to stop and get nowhere. This company is designed to steal money. I have now decided to contact whatever entity I can to report them and try to return these unopened boxes of product that just keep coming and to recover the money from my account this company has stolen.

    I'm trying to figure out how the website works. There are no manuals. I paid for the streaming product, and I also use the calendar. When I schedule workouts on the calendar, and then I click on start, it launches a timer. But the workout does not start. It looks like the calendar and the streaming products are not connected. After talking to a person for 30 minutes she agreed that this doesn't work like it should, and there are no manuals or instructions on how to use it. She walked me through the use of it, but without her talking me through, it would be impossible to figure it out. The website is horrible. When you're having troubles getting the tools you've already paid for and they keep popping up sales ads it frustrating. They are trying to sell me more when what I paid for doesn't work. I guess all I need to hear from somebody is, "You're right. It doesn't work that way".

    Don't plan on canceling anything. I have order a few thousand bags through Beachbody over the years and the latest attempt with dealing with their Customer Service is the final straw. Years ago I didn't do a good enough job with reading fine print and would get wrapped up in monthly subscriptions I didn't use. It was a nightmare to cancel then. A few years later (present date) I ordered the Piyo workout. I was hoping to get started ASAP so I spent the extra $9.95 to get rush shipping (2-4 business days). Over a week later, my order had not shipped and I called Customer Service. I wanted to make sure I did not have to pay the rush shipping since the product had not even shipped over a week after ordering.

    It was clear years ago and just as clear today that a tactic they use to prevent cancellations or requests for refunds is to make you wait on hold for absolutely ridiculous amounts of time. When someone finally took my call, he needed a supervisor to be able to do the refund and put me on hold for over 30 minutes... which during that wait I decided I don't want to do business with this scam of a company. After the agent kept getting back on the line every few minutes for another 10+ min I told him I wanted to cancel the order altogether, which apparently also has to be done by a supervisor.

    Finally a supervisor gets on the phone and says they don't see any records of my order confirmation so there is nothing to cancel. She also wanted my credit card number just to make sure (even though she said there was no confirmation email ever sent to me). I offered multiple times to forward the email I received, but they didn't want it. I explained to her that I did not want my card to be charged at any time and that I could see where it was going, "Today you have no record of me ordering anything and next week I'll get an email with the shipping information and charge on my card."

    I requested that she send me an email a promise that if I am ever charged for this "nonexistent order" that not only did I want the full refund for the product but that any nonrefundable charges such as shipping and handling also needed to be refunded. She did end up sending me that, however no direct email to her, so if I do get a charge I will get to spend a ridiculous amount of time again trying to get it sorted out.

    The funny part is, they have no record of the confirmation email coming to me, but the email the supervisor sent was to the exact same email address. Overall, I wouldn't have been too bent out of shape if they treated customers who needed assistance with the same urgency as customers who want to make a purchase. It feels very much they try to wait out customers who want to cancel / get refunded anything to keep people from dedicating the enormous amount of time and dedication it takes to do so.

    My friend who is a Beachbody coach got me into Beachbody. I’ve done the 21 Day Fix Extreme, Shakeology, Body Beast, and just started Core de Force. So far, my favorite is the 21 Day Fix Extreme. It’s super easy to use a meal plan and it works really well, especially if you’re trying to do a lot in a short amount of time. But Core de Force has been a lot of fun. It's probably been the most fun workout.

    I didn’t follow the meal plan that much so I definitely saw a lot of increase in muscle but I didn’t see much of a difference in the scale. With the 21 Day Fix, I was getting ready for my wedding when I used that so I was a lot stricter about the meal plan and saw a lot more results with it.     A while back I did the Hard Corps 22 and didn't really like it as much. Then in November I did 21 Day Fix, which I really like and continue to do. At that point I was doing shakes too which I didn't like at first but I got used to the taste. They helped with my cravings so I really like the shake but they're kind of expensive. I went very strict on the program for a month and lost 10 pounds and 6.5 inches. I was very satisfied with that. It did really well. And then this last month I started triathlon training so I didn't do it as much. But I use the shakes every day for breakfast or after my workout. I'm just trying to figure out how I can incorporate the workout when I'm doing 12 to 15 hours of training a week. That's hard.     I was recently charged twice for my on demand account. Not only did this inconvenience me because of the extra $41.20 being taken off of my card but it also caused me to overdraft and get a late charge on my car payment because I only had enough funds in there to cover the car payment. When I contacted customer service to help me with the issue she refunded me my $41.20 but made no other attempts to make the situation right... even after telling her I was considering canceling my account and my coach account. She didn't offer any other way to make the situation right causing me to in fact cancel my account and when I asked her to verify that it was indeed canceled she said "Sure". This made me even more mad. It should have been a simple yes or no so that I'm not left to question whether or not I will receive charges in the future! Very disappointed!

    I love the Body Beast program but I plateaued and needed to change up so I went to Hammer and Chisel. Today marks my 30th day on Hammer and Chisel. And then once I get done I'd do another six months of Body Beast and I'm going to keep on doing that. Before I started Body Beast and any of this, I was at 18% body fat 7 months ago and I was about 190 pounds. But thanks to Beachbody, Body Beast and Hammer and Chisel, I'm down to 7% body fat and down to 160 pounds. It's been incredible. I wasn't following the meal plan like I was supposed to for the first 3-4 months. I wasn't seeing any drastic changes. But once I actually dedicated myself to following the meal plan, really eating right and not cheating, then I started seeing crazy amounts of difference.

    I tried the Shakeology but I wasn't a real big fan of it because I don't really like the ingredients. Then I used the pre-workout and it tasted really off so I have my own pre-workout and get all my stuff from somewhere else. But other than that, it's been a wonderful experience. I've heard a lot of hype around Beachbody's Endurance but I'm going through my BCAs now. So once I get done with that, I might try the Endurance from Beachbody.

    I heard about Beachbody a couple of years ago through a friend of mine, who was a coach. After I had my second baby five months ago, another friend of mine became a coach and I had told her I was struggling losing the last 10 pounds. And so I started and got the Core de Force program and I love it. I’m back to pre-baby weight at 5 months postpartum and back in my old clothes. I lost the last 8 pounds and about 6 inches so far.     I love Beachbody products. I have Hip Hop Abs, 21 Day Fix, PIYO, CIZE, and now Country Heat. Back in my day, I went to the country clubs, I two-stepped, three-stepped, the waltz, the tush push, the Boot Scootin' Boogie (Brooks and Dun), the 10 step to the Cotton Eyed Joe, the electric slide, the achy breaky heart (Billy Ray Cyrus). I have not been in quite a few years, while I haven't forgot the two-step, the three-step and the waltz, I have forgotten the line dances, when I saw Country Heat I was so excited to get through my CIZE DVDs and order Country Heat to learn the line dances again.

    I hope there is a sequel to this that actually has some line dances on it to learn that go with some of the best songs out there. I am so disappointed in Country Heat. I thought I was going to learn some line dances to some songs that are on the radio and then when I heard the song on the radio I could do the line dance to it. I don't want to pay the next installments that I owe. All it is, is about 100 different steps to learn, some are familiar, most are not. There is only one line dance in the whole PKG.

    The Dirty 30 exercise routine needs to stay with the 21 Day Fix. There is a Mishmash part that I've read about, it didn't come with my PKG. I thought I was gonna relearn some old line dances and learn some new ones, not just a hundred steps and only 1 line dance. I really like the lay out of Sean T's CIZE, you really learn some dance moves that actually go with a routine, and then you dance the routine, 6 of them, he's a really good instructor.     My niece by marriage became a Beachbody coach and since we're friends on Facebook, I kept seeing all these advertisements on how they do. So one day I jumped on it and said I'm interested in losing some weight. And she got me signed up that very day. I have tried and used all of the performance line. I started out with 21-day fix and 1 to 21 day fix extreme. I went to P90X3 and when Hammer and Chisel came out, I jumped all over that. I liked it so much.     I've been feeling very unwell health-wise, so I wound up doing Beachbody's Hammer and Chisel program. And it was really a transformation. I benefited significantly from their coaching services. They've got people that are supporting in there, that chime in at the right time. It helped me feel good again. It was wonderful both mentally and physically and great things happened after that. I ended backpacking down in the Grand Canyon and I would never have been able to carry 30 plus pounds down my back, feel strong, enjoy that trip and make it back up.     They refuse to take paper fax request to cancel. Force you to go to a complex online cancelation form. When I did so it did not recognize the last 4 digits of my social. After dealing with chat room reps they told me to complete a W-9 and do another application then go in and cancel. So I called my credit card company and they are going to stop their charges. Avoid this company at all costs. They are crooks.

    I'm 5'9" and was almost 270 pounds as a male and that's a lot of weight. A friend of mine told me, "Hey, if you don't lose some weight, some other man is gonna be raising your kids." That turned the light bulb on. I ordered a P90X and did it for two weeks that I had to take a day off. Once I did that, I got the mindset that I have to workout everyday. I did my first full 90 days and has been hooked ever since. I've lost a little bit over 65 pounds in the two years that I've done it.

    Right now, my friend and I are doing Core De Force and we love it. We've done our first 30 days and now on our second one. He had lost almost 30 pounds just by doing the program. I had multiple people who saw the results and everything that's happened with me. They ask what kind of diet I am in and I tell them, as well as the program that I do. Other people think they have to go on a special diet to lose weight. And I said, "Well, you know, what kind of activities are you doing? Because each activity, you know, might be a little bit more intense. So, your diet has got to be changed." They have to find a program that fits their profile and what it is that they want to do. Every program is great, but if they are 60 percent body fat, I wouldn't recommend doing Body Beast. I would maybe start off with a T25. I love the programs and I promote Beachbody as much as I can. Now, I've gotten people that I know by the program.

    I did Beachbody's Body Beast, went crazy with it and I lost three pounds. It usually takes three months to get results but I'm picky and it took me close to four months. I have their NutriBullet too and usually juice vegetables like kale, lemons, cucumbers and some berries. I got a chance to try the strawberry Shakeology too. I also purchased the Brazil Butt Lift previously but I didn't use that like I did the Body Beast which was a lot. I bought the supplements and stuff that go with the Body Beast like the little white powder that you use when you're lifting weights.

    I love working out and I got to a point where I looked forward to going down the basement and doing my workout. I would tell John, "Well, I'm going to go workout with the guys... You know, Sagi and two various big-muscled men that he has on." I felt like I had a personal trainer. Even though they were all big guys, I was able to get good results without turning myself so. It was a lot of fun and probably the best experience I've had.

    Beachbody was something that I always knew was out there, that it was crazy hard and was a huge challenge. Even back when I was in high school, I knew of it. My dad bought their P90X and did that. I did their Insanity videos and I won the Beachbody Challenge Award. That was really cool and encouraging and I'm still doing it. I started the 22 Hard Corps at the beginning of the year and I'm super excited about that. It's really challenging and a different change of pace from Insanity with the weights and everything like that. I love it.     A lot of the times the order confirmation and tracking wasn't very helpful for a while so we didn't really know it was coming in. But things would come in about the time we'd expect it. There's just no way of knowing when they had come in. We purchased the Shakeology, all of the Performance line, Beachbody On-Demand and then TurboFire, Insanity Max:30, Body Beast, 22 Minutes Hard Corps, Core De Force, and PiYo. But we've stopped doing a couple of the Performance Line products, the Recovery and Recharge, because it's one of the few that there's not a vegan option for.     We recently just had a little girl and my wife was researching throughout her pregnancy on how to lose the baby weight. She had heard of a coach that a lot of the ladies have recommended so she reached out to her and learned about Beachbody. My wife did the first couple of rounds of their program. She was seeing results but not quite what she was expecting. Once she changed over to doing the Shakeology on a regular basis and following the meal plans, she was seeing a lot better results.     I watched an infomercial on tv and thought I would like to buy the DVDs for CISE. So I went to the website advertised which was cise.com but it took me to beachbody when I went to order. Of course then it took me through several pages of possible add-ons and it was confusing as some of these add-ons were to be included free according to the tv and it was unclear how much extra they were charging. I continued on thinking I could make the necessary changes before I placed my order. THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. On this website once you get to the final page to review your order you cannot go back, you cannot make changes. So... I did not submit the order. I closed out the page and then went into history and cleared everything out. Almost 2 hours later I get a "confirmation" email of the order I placed telling me it was processing.

    I immediately attempted to cancel out the order and was told by the representative that the "one hour window" to make changes to the order had passed and there was nothing I could do except to return the dvds. I told them I wasn't paying for them, they said I would be refunded... I said, "NO, I am not paying for them at all." DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDER... CALL THEM INSTEAD... THE WEBSITE IS A SHAM.

    They have great videos, coaching program, and shakeology. But good luck trying to cancel anytime the auto charges. They make it nearly impossible. I run a big online publishing company that depends on renewals too, including auto renewals by credit card, but we make it easy to cancel when someone wants to. Just try to do it by their site...you can't. Tried contacting them by chat and phone today to do it. On hold forever, chat is down. And, this is the second time I have tried.

    I actually think I already did this months ago with a rep on the phone. So I was surprised to get another charge on my cc statement again this month. And...my beachbody coach even warned me about this... be sure to UNCHECK the beachbody by demand opt in, or after the trial I would be charged. I could have sworn I unchecked it since she told me to...but to no avail. They have charged me at least twice now another $49 each...and I haven't been able to stop it.

    My mom was the one that has a 21 Day Fix Program and what happened was I had gained weight so she recommended me using the 21 Day Fix containers to help me lose weight. So, I gave it a try and I saw results. The first week, I lost 5 lbs so I decided to just stick with it. Then I lost 50 lbs in five months. After that, I did Insanity for two months and I lost like 11 lbs. But I had already lost all the weight that I needed to lose and enjoyed both of the programs. I like 21 Day Fix a lot. I still use the containers now, not to lose weight but just as maintenance.

    I also like Insanity because it's very challenging. I didn't think I will ever finish the program because it's really hard in my first day but at the end, it is really rewarding to know I got stronger and I was able to do the workout really well. I did the program while I was in school full-time, commuting an hour back-and-forth from home to school. And so if I can do it, I think anyone could do it. I tracked all my progress.     I signed up online for Beachbody's 30-day trial. Before my 30-day trial was up I contacted customer service using the live chat feature on their website. I told them I wanted to cancel to be sure my card wasn't charged when my trial was up. They said they looked at my account and that because I hadn't ordered anything there was nothing to cancel. I again asked just to confirm, "so when my 30-day trial is over later this week, I will not be charged for a membership?" I was assured that this was the case, nothing to cancel and nothing will be charged.

    Now a couple of days later they have charged my card for $41.00. I called this time and spoke with someone. They said they have canceled my membership so I am not charged again and will be refunding my $41.00. I am glad they are doing this, today's customer service agent was helpful and friendly. I am completely put off though that I even had to call today. I did my part and canceled with time left, they screwed up. I am writing this so that others who may be wanting to sign up for the trial will know. I will not suggest this company to anyone and will never be going back to them.

    I am still in shock while writing this review about dishonesty and incompetence of this company Beachbody! The idea of home workouts is great but the customer service lacking a lot of customer oriented training that just absolutely ruining all experience!!! I was a life-long customer since p90 x came up and even became a coach at some point but couldn't take the complaints of my customers who had to deal with mishaps of BB customer service as well! Recently, I have decided to try again and since then it was nothing but complete disaster disappointment after spending hours while trying to fix incompetence of BB system! My last drop is the charge for $308 on my debit card that I removed personally over the phone with one of the representative of BB few weeks ago!!! They charged me for product that was in my cart from browsing that I never authorized and put any credit card info!

    I am cancelling Beachbody on Demand subscription and auto recurrent shipment of Shakeology! I can't take wasting my time anymore! I am shocked that they couldn't just cancel this order and just reverse transaction! I had to call my bank that cancelled my debit card and my new card will arrive in 5-10 business days. My $308 will be refunded in 5-10 business days, not mentioning it's Christmas season (lot of expenses) and bills! On the top of everything to get my temporary card I have to go to bank .That is absolutely inconvenient after my ankle surgery and I have to use crutches!!! This customer service is absolutely fraud!!!

    The Body Beast program by Beachbody definitely worked for me. Originally, I tried a couple of Beachbody programs and it never worked for me because I didn't like it. The reason I like Body Beast is because of the heavy weight-lifting. I absolutely loved it. However, on the business side, they totally screwed me and kicked me out for no reason.     I used P90X a long time ago and it was a little hard for me to deal coming right back from having a birth. Then after my daughter was born, I did P90X3 and the 21 Day Fix from Beachbody. I was very happy with the 21 Day Fix, it was a good entry program. I got down to the 4 lbs of my pre-pregnancy weight and now, I am pregnant again. I really loved it and the Shakeology is great. I can’t wait to try it again after our son’s born in March. The only suggestion that I would make for the 21 Day Fix is that the FIXATE cookbook is a lot easier to use than the actual containers. The containers got really hard and complicated trying to count everything and measuring it out. But the FIXATE cookbook has the actual amount of everything.

    On 8/24/16 I ordered what was a "free trial" of Garcinia Complex and paid shipping and handling of $4.95. Beachbody charged the $4.95 but also sent (through "Take Healthy") a bottle of Premium Green Coffee and charged me $5.99. I received a call the next day regarding my order and the guy I spoke to wanted to put me on auto billing. I told him no until I determined if the product was suitable. I also told him I did not order the Green Coffee because I do not drink coffee. He was to call me in 3 weeks and I would tell him if I wanted additional product. On 9/7/16, I noticed a charge pending on my online billing for $93.99. I immediately called Beachbody and told them I did not want any additional product and to withdraw the charge.

    The girl I talked to, Jane, was pushy and told me they would issue a refund of $35.00. She gave me several "offers" and then told me she would send "Ketone Advance" to speed up my metabolism for $32.89. I told her I did not want the product. I could not finish the conversation because I was going out of town. on 9/8/16, I called them back and told them I wanted my money refunded. They told me I had gone past the 14 day trial (I had only had the stuff about 9 days). I told her there was a 30 day trial but she denied that. I was given to a supervisor who told me I should have read the "fine print". I told her there was a 30 day refund. Bottom line, I received no additional product, they refunded $35.00 and $14.06.

    I Paid $93.99 for products never received plus $4.95 and $5.99. (I went online to Amazon and you can buy the exact same product for $19.99.) What a rip-off these people are. We should all get together and file a class action with the FTC to stop them doing this to retirees especially for people on limited income. My card number is out there and I just hope they do not charge again. I never gave them permission. They will have to meet their judgment above, which they cannot deny. God is a just God! Do not do business with Beachbody, Take Healthy or Beachbody + Flawless Health CA! Scam Artists!!! Rip-offs!!!

    I am writing this to warn you about this company. I ordered the program. I was mislead over the phone that I had a choice of online or in my hand accessibility. I received outdated CDs that did not play in either laptops, or one PC, and did not own a DVD player to play it on my television. There was no online ability unless you pay more money. I called and said that the items were outdated, did not play, when they did they broke up in large pixels or did nothing, that I wanted my money back and they misrepresented their product and it was total junk. The person asked what if there was something wrong with it, would I please let him send me an RMA and a new one. I thought at that point, why not. They sent me the same problem times 2. The next call was a demand for a refund, return email with an RMA and I was not paying for anything and they had played with my money long enough for nothing. No word, no email, no RMA.

    I called the 3rd time, said where is my RMA? I got an apology and an email. I sent it back and was told when both of my items were returned I would be issued a refund. What they did not tell me was they were not going to return any shipping charge and that they charged me for the replacement too. Now they charged me for both, both shipping and I called the bank and found that out. I filed a dispute and told them I would get back to them to see if anything changed in a week. Still playing with my money, I got one refund and no shipping. Again, I had to call them and ask them what they thought they were doing and that the bank was going to be talking to them real soon. Now they could deal with them. The extra charge dropped off and the shipping and the other charge was still on me.

    My kind bank felt I was ripped off and gave me my shipping as a credit and said they would watch the account and make sure there were no more charges. This entire process took from July 27th until August 23. But today, today was the cherry on the sundae. I got a notification email from Beachbody saying my shipment was about to go out and the next email I got would be a tracking notification. I lost it, called the bank, closed that card and reordered another.

    I think it is the vitamins and shakes they try to sell you that I did not want and said so initially, NO I DO NOT NEED YOUR SUPPLEMENTS. They were about to start an automatic shipment and take money out of my account month. I called them and said, "cancel whatever you are trying to do, that card no longer works." I do plan on for the first time, sharing my incident with the internet. If you send me anything I will toss it and you will not get your money. Stop the process right now. She told me it must be a system problem. I said, "you have a lot more problems than the system." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    I've canceled my account 3x now & continue to be billed. I've spoken with multiple supervisors & have multiple confirmation numbers that have all proven to be further scams & a waste of my time. Do not fall for this! It's 9/2016 & I've been contacting them & "cancelling" this mess since 5/2015. It's like hotel California... you can never leave! It's no different than someone pickpocketing or stealing my purse. Completely shady.

    I mistakenly ordered Beachbody's Activit supplements. When they didn't work for me, I followed the voice prompts for supplements which dead ends with a message about how easy it is to cancel online (apparently online cancellation is the only choice available). So, I filled out the form online to cancel, but the shipments keep coming. So, knowing that you cannot get a live person on the phone, I turned to AMEX to cancel the charges, but the folks at Beachbody convince them that they've shipped me product and my charges were put back to my AMEX. Of course, no one at Beachbody admits that I've been trying to cancel shipment. So, I turn back to BB to an online chat. Supposedly, my shipments have now been cancelled. It shouldn't be this difficult. It feels criminal. They are making it so difficult to cancel an order.

    The worst fraud you can experience - they take your money with the saying you will get your money back if not satisfied. I did not even open the package but sent it back - got billed for 78.81 then again for 49. You cannot get anyone on the phone, they keep your money. Beware, do not sign up with them.     I had a terrible experience like most of the other people on this site did with Beachbody. I was told one thing when I ordered and have had multiple problems with them charging my account for things that didn't happen. I had no idea that they would charge me $95.10 for one bottle of 30 vitamins. I paid for the program all in one payment and they have sent me 3 bills asking for more money. I have sent multiple faxes proving that I paid a one time fee but I continue to receive bills. This is a major headache and a horrible rip off. I would never recommend Beachbody ANYTHING to anyone.

    I ordered some workouts and a package of their meal replacement that they push called Shakeology. I thought the shakes were gross so I didn't want anymore. Little did I know that I was signed up for a reoccurring order that I did not want and made that perfectly clear at the beginning. Well they just ignored that and sent me another bag of the Shakeology for some $140.00 that was deducted from my debit card. So I contacted customer service about returning it, this started the ridiculously frustrating experience that has led me to write this review.

    I never get upset about stuff like this and am usually very patient however I spent $18.00 of my own money to return it, was told that I would be refunded. Then they changed their story. I ended up contacting customer service 8 total times, spoke to 2 supervisors and one corporate level supervisor which ultimately led to them telling me tough luck. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY MISLEADING AND SHADY BUSINESS. And forget about asking their sales reps to help you with the items that they sold you! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BEACHBODY. Total scam and from a company that doesn't back up what they tell you or sell you.

    I ordered the derm exclusive products after watching an infomercial. Of course, I got the telephone scam regarding the products. My notes from the call do not reflect at all the amounts I have been billed. I was gold one price for trying the product. However, I have been sent supplements that I did not order, and have been billed over $180 for two bottles of "vitamins" that I have returned. I notified the company after the first shipment and billing telling them I did not order this, do not want it, and they were no longer authorized to bill my account. The product came once more and I have been billed 4 times. I returned the two bottles and now the company states that I am "paid in full" when I email to complain. They will not refund the amounts billed.

    I am reporting the company to the FTC and the Attorney general for my state. I would recommend that you do the same. I am hoping that with enough people reporting this to the FTC that a class action may ensue. I have asked three times to speak to their legal counsel and each time I am ignored. They now state they cannot locate the product I returned, and have billed me for 4 bottles of the product. They only sent two, and I have returned the two sent. I wish there were more places I could give a review and would like to contact Dr. Ordon directly to tell him that the company is ripping people off. Probably he does not care, just likes getting the checks.

    I ordered Body Beast and some vitamins. I called and cancelled before the 30 day renewal and have the cancellation number. Between Last month and this month they have charged my card nearly $500 for vitamins and supplements. I called to get my money back and they said had my cancellation on file already, then he went on to say he will cancel the next order - What! I said "if you have my cancellation already on file why are you still shipping and billing me." He could not answer. Just said "I understand you frustrated." ** Crooks. President of BeachBody should be in jail. But in America Financial crime is completely ok.

    I began this nightmare around August of 2015 after viewing the 21 day fix infomercial and calling to order the program. My call was received by a seemingly friendly representative that offered me several products that were not part of my intended order. One of these products was Vitafit. I turned down the offer along with several others explaining I was a single mom on a tight budget. Little did I know this was the beginning of my nightmare.

    Though I have cancelled my "so-called subscription" for vitamins and other products I never agreed to several times now, this company continues to charge my credit card monthly! Over the course of nearly 11 months, I have been charged close to $900!!! I am unsure if this scam is from the company itself or representatives looking to earn a heftier commission but I am currently in the process of researching my legal options.

    I watched the Beachbody ad on television and the dancing videos looked fun. I called and then OF COURSE... they go into their what about this product, what about that product! The guy on the phone had vitamins for $1.00 to try, and you could order a second bottle NOW for $1.00 more. I asked if that was it, and he said YES. The videos came in, the vitamins too. I plan on using the videos, and have been taking the vitamins. I feel NO difference in how I feel AT ALL. These vitamins are a ripoff, and especially when suddenly your credit card is billed over and over. I called and told them I wanted MY PHONE CALL THAT WAS RECORDED to prove I'd been lied to. Of course, they have no record of that call. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Ask what the return shipping prices are, and when their 30 days start. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER.

    I ordered the DVD in March 2016. When I talked to the sales rep on the phone, I turned down all the vitamins and supplements. I told them specifically DVD only.

    My DVD's showed up and the payment deductions came out as planned. But 3 or 4 days later, I got a notification that my package from Beachbody was delivered. I was 4 days into my 3 week vacation in Colorado. I had no way of getting home to return the product. I called them immediately and told them they had made a mistake and that I couldn't return the package until I returned home. They told me, "No problem". I then asked if I was going to be billed and the gentleman told me he would stop payment and send me return authorization number via email. I received the email like we discussed.

    The following day I checked the balance in my checking account and they had deducted $269. I called them again, explained my situation again. This time they assured me once again that the money would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days and that I would not receive any more deductions. 2 weeks had passed, I returned home and noticed 2 more deductions - $47 and $169.

    I then brought the packages to FedEx, printed out the return authorization form, copied original invoices and sent the packages back. Keep in mind I hadn't even unpacked from my trip. Once the packages shipped, I then called them for the 3rd time. Told them about the withdrawals and told them I sent the packages back and that I was not satisfied with their business and that I was sending the DVD's back also. I was told once again, I would have my money returned back to my account and they would send another return authorization for the DVD. It has now been 14 business days since they signed for the package and they have only returned $109 out of $590 they stole from me. Buyer beware!

    So like many other reviews here, lots of issues w/ this company - wish I'd seen this site earlier. I bought a $90 exercise video that later turned out to be attached to a vitamin program ($60/mo!) - but it started out as a free sample 30-day supply that they auto enrolled me in that I guess you have to cancel within so many days. So when I found out what it cost after I was billed I tried to cancel it. They said OK for the next supply but I still had to pay for the first shipment - 3 months' charges. I never opened one and never received the last one, so I pushed-hard... and got a return # and then FedEx'd the product back and they agreed to refund my credit card (cc) when they received them.

    Next month's cc statement came... no refund AND new charges!! So I called back again. They said they didn't get the product back and so they have to keep charging me - another 90 days! So I gave them the FedEx tracking # and then they agreed to refund the charges minus their shipping charges - after I had already paid for shipping the original product and then also to ship them back again, double whammy. So, I called back to clarify the amt/month because I was still dazed and confused after a grueling discussion and the next customer rep found that the rep 15 minutes ago never processed the cancellation!! He also very kindly let me know I will still see a $41 membership fee per month show up on my cc statement. What!?? Cancel it now! No one ever disclosed this to me in all the conversations and I never signed up for an on-going membership, I JUST bought a video! Well, that was also apparently an auto add-on.

    My Beachbody cc billing is all over the place so it gets tricky trying to figure out what/how much for various charges. And... although I paid for the membership already 'til June 10, they cut me off on May 20th because that's the day I asked for the cancellation. It didn't even matter I had ALREADY paid for the next month unwittingly. Total BS! Also, I was contacted several times from someone in CA claiming to be my personal trainer - on my cell phone (unsolicited!) And email. She texted my cell too after I asked her not to call my cell again. What gives Beachbody the right to give out my contact info?? Getting the picture yet? Nothing seems on the level, everything is vague, hidden, and then attached to the next service charge that you think you never signed up for. I'm still wondering if I've reached the end of the train - I'm not holding my breath at this point.

    If next month the credit isn't issued and/or new charges show up on my statement I will put a dispute in w/ my cc company and let them handle Beachbody. I'm done with all this harassment. I just wanted to buy a video that's all folks! I'll never order another thing from Beachbody, ever! Buyers beware. Their videos are good but expensive. Better to get them on Amazon through someone else and stay away from the clutches and abuses of Beachbody itself. It's just not worth the hassle or your time. If you do... know each cancellation deadline, keep every receipt, dates of shipments, log of conversations and any shipping tracking numbers. You'll definitely need them - over & over.

    I have been using Beachbody fitness videos for years and they are amazing! I never thought I could stick to a program like this one but they make it so fun I feel like I'm dancing in my living room and getting the same workout I would paying hundreds of dollars at the gym. I totally recommend Beachbody to anyone looking for a fun way to get back in shape! You can also try their diet programs including their new shakeology drinks - their Chai latte one has become a new staple in my morning routine! Thanks Beachbody!

    I made an order one night and the next morning attempted to call to cancel the order. They told me that because the order was confirmed I would have to wait until it was shipped to me, then send it back as a return, and THEN get my money returned. I could not cancel my order, even though my order had not even been shipped yet! Now I have to pay extra money for shipping to send it back as a return... even though the order has not even shipped yet! This is ridiculous and a complete ripoff!

    I ordered a DVD. I made a one time payment. In addition, I was given a free trial of vitamins. I told the customer service rep that I did not want the vitamins. They sent the free trial anyway. I emailed them through their suggested website for cancellations. I completed the form and I was not expecting any further charges. When reviewing my bank account, I had an additional charge of $29.95. I called Beachbody and when I questioned the additional charge, I was told that the total price was $101.95 for one bottle of vitamins. I was charged in multiple payments. Buyers please be aware!

    I was browsing their website, started an order and it got jacked up, so I closed the page and decided not to order. I got an email saying that the order process was complete and they billed my credit card. I could not get anyone on the phone, so I did live chat. I was informed that "In instances in which you have entered your billing information then closed the window or browser, or lost your internet connection, the shopping cart assumes the product was desired and places the order." This means they will not cancel the order but will give you a return label and you are to trust that once you have return the unordered merchandise, they will credit your card.

    I joined Beachbody and received their DVDs and then their vitamins began to arrive. Two huge bottles at a time with a credit card charge of $59.90 every month. That's right, $59.90 EVERY MONTH! Who can afford that? So I called in December and cancelled the vitamins and lo and behold, it's on my statement again in January. I call again and they tell me it will be on my statement again in February because they bill for 90 days. I argued and argued and got nowhere. This is crazy! Do not sign up because this is such a racket. Once they have your credit card # you're done. Who has time to fight with these people. Very disappointed.

    I was in a process of buying the set of CDs from Beachbody.com and after viewing the verification page I interrupted the process, because the price and kit looked wrong. Beachbody charged my CC and sent me an email. I responded right away (via the form on their website), saying that I request to cancel the order and return money to my account. They told me that Costumer Support will contact me to resolve the issue, but no one did contact me. Few days ago the product came with no return label!!! I am still working with the company trying to return it and get my money back. This company looks like big Scam. Thanks.

    I placed a order for 10 minute workout and the website doubled the order. I called the same day to cancel the order and was told by the representative that I would get an email within 2-4 hours confirming my order and then they could assist me the order. I never got the email confirming my order so I called and was given a return number for the double order, but I told the representative that it wasn't right for me to be charged the shipping fee when I didn't request the 2nd order and that I shouldn't have to pay for the shipping to send it back either. I asked to speak with a supervisor about the matter but the representative said that he was crediting my account back for the $21.84 for the shipping.

    So I said I'll keep the one order. I sent the order back and I still didn't see the credit to my account. When I tracked the shipment and saw that they had received my order I sent an email to customer service about when would I see my credit back and confirm the amount of the credit. They charged me $197.22 on 4/14/09 for the order then they finally credited me on 4/30/09 but they only credited me $175.38 minus the $21.84 they said in emails and on the phone they would be crediting me and then they charged me $87.69 for the DVD + tax. I have copies of the email chains between the representatives of the company and myself.

    On May 3 when I saw the credit and the debit I told Ida that I want to return my order they keep promising me that they would be crediting me for the shipping and each time they haven't. I'm tried of calling them and emailing them. So she gave me the original return number for the double order. The USPS site is currently down so I can't track my return but I'll check it on Monday.

    January of 2008 I ordered a trial beachbody membership. I received the first order, contacted the agency and told them to stop sending items within 14 days. (They give you 30 to do this. ) A second order was shipped to me and I rejected it, sending it back to them. They have now sent me approx. 9 orders that I have asked them not to send including certified letters. I contacted the BBB and they persisted, saying via phone and email (yes I kept documentation) that they would halt all orders and refund my debit card. While they have refunded some (two) I am out the rest. I have had my account overdrawn due to their unapproved removal of funds from my account. This is my main banking account and I have learned my lesson using a debit card on line. Never again. (Yes, I am teachable! (>:

    I happen to have a seizure disorder and it is difficult for me to sequence. This disregard of my revoking my money being taken from my account is causing me stress, which is not good for my seizure control. Please help me!

    I went to Beachbody.com to order the Yoga Booty Ballet tapes. I decided on the basic 'Goddess' package. It took forever to read through all the 'links for security, protection, and other information, but I did it and at one point used the 'Back' option for the browser window at that point nothing would refresh (no complete or confirm order or finish button had been selected). I started again and finished the order. My order transaction went to my credit card on 1/20/06. I electronicly paid my Credit Card company the total of my account. I went back to the Beachbody.com site to check out their Diet and Support Group section. I received the Yoga Booty Ballet tapes in the mail. I double checked my credit card account to confirm that I had paid it. I found a 2nd credit amount from PPL*Beachbody Fitness the transaction date of 1/24/06.

    This is 4 days after I made my order. I did not attempt to order anything further from Beachbody.com, I just looked at their site. I e-mailed advising them that I didn't make one of the two orders. They e-mailed me back with a return code miss-spelling my name even though they could have cut and pasted. They stated that I would have to pay the shipping and handling even though I didn't place the second order. 1/30/06, I have called three times Beachbody.com 1-866-370-8219 to confirm that I have returned the order and am trying to dispute the charge through the Credit Card company for the Shipping and Handling (amount which I do not know now since the shipping form was supposed to be returned in the box - I know that I should have copied it).

    I advised them the first call (I believe that he stated his name was Patrick-only English was not his first language and I found him very hard to understand especially as I was upset which raises the blood pressure); they need to fix their website as I did not make that second order. The 2nd & 3rd call was responded to as the System is Down please call back 15 min. and then again in the afternoon. I feel like they defrauded me somehow.

    After ordering an exercise tape from them, they automatically enrolled me in this club in which you receive 2 tapes every 6 weeks and they charge your credit card. Well upon opening my package, and reading the invoice, I immediately called to make sure I was cancelled from this club. Six weeks later I received a package from them anyway. When I called they told me that they had no such record of my cancellation and that they would cancel me as of that day and that I had to pay the shipping and handling charges to send the box back.

    Meanwhile, they had already charged my credit card for the item plus the s&h. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the girl I spoke with just put on another customer service rep who felt it was her duty to poke holes in my story and was actually laughing and making fun of me on the phone. I then demanded to speak to a supervisor to which she replied very nastily, "HOLD ON! " She put me on hold indefinitely and after holding on for 15 minutes she disconnected me. I was so infuriated that I then wrote an email explaining what happened, to their customer service department and the response I received back was absolutely no recognition of what happened, only an authorization number in which they still expected me to pay for the shipping and handling for both ways.

    I would never ever deal with this company again. I believe that they have very rude and uneducated people working for them. I believe that they acted in a rude and unprofessional manner.What kind of customer service rep laughs and makes fun of and tries to tell you that you are a liar?I was shocked and appalled. Their customer service is horrible and I warn others to beware. Once they have your credit card number they do what ever they want with it and just lie to get around it. I don't know how they stay in business. What a ripoff.

    I ordered a video from a tv infomercial. I kept the first video, cancelled the 2nd video ($45.85) but was told it was already shipped. I immediately went on line to cancel future shipments as was told to do by the phone call I placed to cancel. I sent the 2nd video back as "customer refused". I was charged $5.54, the difference ($40.31) was credited to my charge card. I was sent a 3rd shipment, I called and talked with Carmen #506 on 8/29/05.

    She stated she would refund my entire amount if I paid to send the video back. The amount charged was $45.85. I paid to mail the video back, I have the receipt showing I paid $1.42 on 09/02/05 at 4:56 pm. Today I get my credit card statement showing Carmen only credited my card $40.31, the same amount as the 2nd video return. I have now lost $12.50 in shipping costs and I am not sure I will not recieve any future shipments. They come every 45 days. On 8/29/05 after the phone call with Carmen I also went on line to re-cancel any future shipments.

    I did not receive a confirmation to my cancellation. I did not wish to be placed on automatic shipments, this was not made clear to me when I ordered the one video. I kept the first video but did not want any more. I need some way of cancelling this once and for all and I also would like my entire purchase price credited to my credit card. I feel after going online to cancel and placing the initial phone call to cancel I should not have received the 3rd video. I called my credit card company on 8/29/05 to see what they could do. They said they cannot stop automatic charges. I asked if I closed that account and opened another account if that would stop those charges. They said no it follows me to the new account number.

    What can be done to stop these charges? I plan on closing my credit card account tonight when I call them a 2nd time tonight. I feel this is poor business practices they are riping off the consumer in shipping charges. They charge me $5.54 when it cost me $1.42 to mail it back. Plus they told me they would credit the 3rd purchase in it's entirity and they didn't. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    I ordered these videos with easy payment of 2 paying $39.90 3/28/05 and the 2nd payment due in one month, which the company took the remaining amount out of my account in the amount of $29.95 on 4/28/05. The invoice amount was $69.85. Then on 4/29/05 they took another $45.85 out of my account, because they decided to ship me something else, they had selected that they sell, and thought that I might like to have whatever it is they are sending me. This is totally without my knowledge, I have no idea what they are sending me.

    When I called them they told me that they entered me into an automatic shipment plan, where they will continue to ship me products, and that if I do not want these products I have to call and cancel the products that they have decided to ship me and that I have to pay for the shipping. They will not refund me the shipping cost that they charged me, only the products. Now I only ordered one thing off of this infomercial on TV. I asked them very specific questions about the billing, and that they were only shipping me what I ordered, and the girl who took my order assured me of this. Then when I called about the double billing the lady told me that the order taker doesn't know they are going to do this. They do this on a later date, decide to start shipping you stuff you don't order, in addition to charging you for the stuff, which you have no idea what it is that they are shipping your or even that they are doing so, but you will pay $9.95 for the shipping and they do not refund that.
