I had a great session for aligners with Alan **: everything was explained in details and very easy to understand. The videos session took around 30-40 minutes and all the instructions were so clear.

Really good company and takes time out to help you two by step for a price that is good for your pockets. It’s very easy. The app will also steer you in the right direction. Customer service is also there for you.

Just finished my Invisalign impressions kit at home — with live video support — and it was so much easier than I expected! Honestly, I was a little nervous about doing it myself, but what really made the difference was having a live video session with a specialist guiding me through the whole thing in real time. No guessing, no rewatching tutorial videos on loop — just a real person walking me through every single step.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because I haven't started with the aligners. Just completed the impressions today. The free video session was very helpful, and the associate was very thorough. The only thing was I didn't get the link to the video till it was time, but they called before so that was helpful as well. I was also offered to upgrade and he explained by it would be beneficial to upgrade to all nighters, that was great because I hadn't taken a few things into consideration. So far, so good. excited! and can't wait.

The whole process was painless and easy. I received my tray molds and putty in a package with easy instructions. I made the molds, sent it back and I received my virtual teeth impressions with a plan of how many trays I need to correct my smile. I approved it and they sent the trays in a few days. It was as easy as that! I'm happy with my progress and I have already referred this company to friends and family.

This is a great option for my family. We currently don’t have dental insurance and have to pay all out of pocket. So the price is a great plus! We were able to quickly schedule a virtual appointment to see if my daughter was a good candidate. The gentleman was very patient and explained the process very clearly. The whole process so far has been easy and for a quarter of the cost of other options. Can’t wait to see how they work out for my daughter!

I have been making payments to AlignerCo since August 2025 and officially placed my aligner order on January 5th. It has now been over a month, and I still do not have my aligners. Each time I reach out, I receive the same response: that my aligners are “almost fabricated” and that the department has been notified to expedite the process. However, no one is able to provide a confirmed shipment date or clear timeline. There is also no direct supervisor or case manager assigned to my account despite requesting escalation.

I waited several weeks for a video appointment to make my dental impressions and then no one was available for the video from Alignerco. I had to figure it out with just the website chat which got the job done but took 2 hours. Frustrating.

The aligners worked well, teeth are straight. They match what was in the smile projection. The process takes awhile, communication through email takes awhile. But overall, happy with the experience and now doing a new treatment set for my son.

AlignerCo has great costumer service and great pricing! You won’t find anything cheaper and it’s very convenient especially for the price. I have had them for three years now and will continue to use!

Haven’t received my retainers yet but the process of ordering and taking my own impressions was very simple. Customer service was extremely helpful, I’m sure the rest of the process will be great. Definitely will use to replace the retainers in the future.

This company was a problem from the beginning. We started this process the beginning of June. They were very slow to respond to any correspondence. We met with a specialist online twice to do the impressions and then they rejected them both times, but did not give us adequate reasons why they were rejected. I was promised a $100 refund because of how slow they were to send respond and to send out new putty and was promised that the aligners would be expedited. We did finally receive the aligners (they were not expedited and I never received the $100 refund) in OCTOBER!!! Keep in mind, I started this process in October.

They made this entire process easy. Will be using for my teens as well as they do not want to go the traditional route for braces. Not that I could blame them.

Great experience so far. Received the impression kit but wasn’t able to start the process until my virtual appointment 2 weeks later. They could explain that the virtual consult is needed for the impression. Instructions could be clearer in the order things could be done. But the char is super helpful with communication.

Just beginning the process and so far has been fairly straightforward, they have lots of tips and tools to help get the initial impressions. Their instructions with the impressions could use a bit of work, some places it says to upload pictures to the app, other is provides and email and doesn’t mention the app. I ended up using the app option and had a hard time getting a reply as to if my impressions were approved. Other than that small detail I am looking forward to starting treatment.

Treatment was less than a year. My bottom teeth were so crowded it was hard to brush behind one of them. Now they are straight and easy to clean. Wear them as often as you can and follow the treatment schedule. Customer service is very responsive and always a help when needed.

This company is genuinely awful from start to finish. Communication is nonexistent unless they want your money, and once they have it, good luck getting a response. Promises are made confidently and then ignored entirely, as if following through is optional. Customer service feels untrained, dismissive, and uninterested in resolving even basic issues. When problems arise, which they absolutely will, the responsibility is somehow always pushed back onto the customer.

The cost was reasonable. Aligners fit well. Customer support is decent. Only complaint was a delay between Step 1 and Step 2. Everything else has been good. No regrets at this point. I am looking forward to seeing the final results.

Hi, I'm Liam. I used this treatment and in 5 months, this plan worked amazing. There was a little pain on the first day of every aligner, but it went away quickly. The aligners were a little tight, but they were fine. These worked great.

I purchased ALIGNERCO a week or so ago, and I received my impression kit super quick in the mail. It was at a great discount too for the overnight aligners. They also provide a free video session to get perfect impressions!

The aligners did a good job at correcting my smile. Initially, I didn't think things would work out. It took a few months before I started to notice any significant changes, but ultimately, the teeth started shifting.

The impression kit is loaded to make sure I’ll give the best impressions possible, and customer service is great, I hope my retainer goes as planned and comes on time, but so far so good, I’ll update if anything goes wrong.

Updated on 03/28/2026: I’ve just finished my treatment with AlignerCo and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I started at the end of October and now I’m just waiting for my retainers. My teeth are fully aligned and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. One of the biggest advantages for me was the price. It was nowhere near what I had been quoted for Invisalign at my dentist.

Any positive reviews have absolutely got to be paid bots. Do yourself a favor and look on Reddit and DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. The product is flimsy and the fit is terrible. It takes them at least 3 business days to respond to any emails. I am out a thousand dollars with nothing to show for it. The trash they sent me did not fit and they offered to make me a new mold for an additional $250! For what? I NEVER RECEIVED ALL OF THE ORIGINAL ALIGNERS I PAID FOR.

I’m very happy with the results. I did the night only aligners for convenience and my smile is much straighter. The process was easy and much more convenient/ less expensive than going to the dentist for aligners.

Terrible customer service. They do not listen to you. I paid for the treatment plan, and told ELE, the service rep that I needed to get refinements & dental work. She told me the cost for refinements and told me after my dental work to just keep wearing the retainers till I get my new impressions. (Which I already paid for). Impressions came and sent them back, then ELE sends me an email that I need to pay for a full treatment AGAIN?? Because I got dental work?? She NEVER disclosed that!!!! Posting up a full YouTube video of all the sessions, emails and lies that Ele and the company did.

Very professional team that helped me get the right impressions the first time with their Smile professional. The aligners took quite some time to come in, but they have been amazing since they got here. And I know that they are right. The price is amazing and they Have been very helpful every step along the way.

Nothing has gone right with their process. Their customer service is terrible — it can take days or even weeks to get a response. We've been waiting since August to receive our braces, and it's now mid-November. I contacted support a couple of days ago and finally got a reply saying, "Due to a backlog, the fabrication process is taking a bit longer than usual, as each aligner set is custom-made and requires careful attention." This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away from them!

I had an issue with my retainer, and customer service reached out right away. They resolved the situation promptly and even provided a complimentary retainer. I really appreciate their quick and helpful support!

Updated on 11/09/2025: I filed a BBB claim and of course the result was: "The business responded to the dispute but failed to make a good faith effort to resolve it." Filed and escalated a PayPal claim either, which is going to close with a refund for me within a couple of days, if the company doesn’t do anything. They contacted me privately and initially via PayPal several times, pushing me with lies and excuses to get me to close the case, which of course I didn’t. Then they announced a refund they never processed and had the audacity to be pissed when I escalated the case.

The nighttime only aligners simply don't work, you cannot have movement that mimics anything close to wired braces or constantly wearing other aligners and hope to have the same result. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this to find a way to manage this program with some ethical guidance. It took me a year to stabilize my loose teeth after using Alignerco. They finally referred me to an onshore person who helped get a set of aligners to finalize the treatment. In the end the results are not amazing. Minor tweaks to your alignment but the downside that you have poor support and potential damage. Just be careful.

I received a retainer from AlignerCo to keep my teeth in position, just for night time use. Received and completed the impression kit, and was sent aligners a couple weeks later. They lasted about 8 months and started cracking. I tried to order a couple more pairs unsuccessfully. They confirmed they had my original impressions saved, but with no way to order successive retainers on their site I had to work through email correspondence to achieve a reorder purchase. I tried several times over the course of the next week and a half to be provide with details on paying, invoicing and ordering, but they refused to respond. I eventually was forced to work with another company given their lack of response. Their customer support is lacking.

Super easy process and wonderful result. My smile has never looked better! I paid off the remaining balance today. I’m on stage 5 and my teeth already look perfect. My remaining sets are on the way!!!

Great results, you just have to make sure you follow all the instructions including making sure the trays are seated properly (chewies!) and always wearing the tray unless eating. I had the night time plan but opted to wear them in the day too. Also be patient as it can take a week or so to get the molds, and another few weeks to get the trays but the time flies by. If you are like me, and had your bottom teeth regress after a permanent retainer popped out, this is a great fix, and I was anxious that my bottom teeth, once pushed out would start hitting the top teeth, but there was room just like when I had the permanent retainer in even though it seemed like there may not be.

I ended up with three different cavities due to spacing issues that I didn’t have before using this company. I’m on my last aligner, but the cavities needed to get filled. I emailed the company about getting my final aligner refit due to needing cavities because of the spacing that was created due to their aligners. They told me I would need to repay the complete package over again. I can’t believe the lack of customer service. Also now I have three cavities in places where I have gaps and I’m having to deal with that as well as now extreme sensitivity and continued gaps. Do not recommend!

I recently tried ALIGNERCO, and so far I couldn't be happier with my experience. Their customer service was incredibly fast and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. Plus, the shipping was impressively quick—my impression kit arrived sooner than expected. Things are looking good and I'm looking forward to the next part of this process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for efficient service!

It's a really horrible company. The retainers don't align properly, and they wanted to charge extra money to send multiple materials even though they were the ones who messed up the fit. The last retainer was off by a lot and they blamed it on his teeth instead. They had us pay and extra $200 to redo the retainer, $100 for extra materials and another $100 for getting a digital scan. They eventually resent the retainer after over a month, and it still didn't fit at all. The customer service is really awful. They are all foreigners with fake English names.

I can't recommend them enough, I had braces as a child and my teeth had shifted back a bit. It wasn't quite bad enough for full braces again and other companies were just charging so much money. I was so happy when I found Alignerco because they had a reasonable price point and I love that you could do everything right from home. I didn't need to go get a mold done at a dentist. It was fast, easy and reliable, and my teeth look great!

I am about to embark of aligning my teeth with Alignerco and it has been so far a great experience with their customer service. They are very specific of getting your impressions right to get your treatments accurate. So, communication is very important to make sure your impressions are workable before you send it back to them. I am looking forward to my treatment journey.

Alignerco worked really well for me. The process was long and sometimes challenging, but it was absolutely worth it—the results improved my teeth while keeping them looking natural. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Secondly, any issue that came up during the treatment process was able to be addressed quickly and efficiently my the ALIGNERCO team. Lastly, 3-years post treatment and teeth look amazing and receive lots of comments. Had a great experience!

Alignerco is a very unprofessional low budget company. Once I started reading all the negative reviews I decided to get a refund immediately. They kept giving me the run around and finally after the 11th email or so, they issued a refund minus a 76 dollar fee for absolutely nothing…. I lucked out I guess by cancelling on time, so please read the reviews. A lot of their customers are complaining that the aligners are cheaply made and it messed up their teeth.

Do not trust this company. They charge you upfront before treatment even begins, and from my experience, the service is terrible. I regret not ending my treatment sooner. Once your aligners are made, you’re left completely on your own—there is no specialist monitoring your progress or addressing issues. I wore my aligners exactly as directed, yet they were ineffective. Each new set fit poorly, and I eventually had to stop due to serious problems with my teeth and constant bleeding. When I asked for a refund, the company refused and instead tried to sell me another treatment. It’s clear they are only after your money. Save yourself the frustration—spend a little more and get proper care from your dentist.
