I had an amazing experience with AlignerCo! I was a little skeptical at first because they’re not as big as some of the other aligner brands out there, but honestly, I’m so glad I chose them. Not only were they way more budget-friendly, but the results were everything I hoped for, and then some. The process was straightforward from start to finish. The impression kit was easy to use, and their customer service team was super responsive and helpful anytime I had questions. I never felt like I was on my own during the treatment. My aligners came quickly, were comfortable to wear, and I started seeing noticeable changes in just a few weeks.

Horrible experience. Received aligners day one and wouldn’t fit. If I would’ve worn those they would’ve made my smile crooked. I contacted them right away. They wouldn’t fix the problem, no new molds for a new aligned and no refund. Horrible customer service. This is such a scam. I see others who have also had the same issues! I hope this review saves someone their money. I switched over to Byte and they are amazing! Great customer service and my aligner was great upon arrival.

Alignerco sent the kit, we made impressions, they repeatedly told me that we did it wrong, wanted to schedule a video conference to make sure it was right but never would, after asking for refund numerous times the stopped responding to emails. Then finally answer after a month or so and said it was past time to refund, also that they would still do video conference but this has been a 6 month ordeal. Definitely would not recommend them for anything, they will steal your money.

It took 2 weeks for them to schedule my video session to make the impressions for my upper hard night guard. After 4 weeks it came and did not fit. It was painful to put on - more than just “snug.” They were not helpful - just told me to wear it and it would get better. It was unwearable. It was so painful. At first they said they didn’t guarantee the fit. Ridiculous. All I could get was a $30 refund (of the $100). Wasted money. Do yourself a favor and spend more at a dentist getting a night guard that is actually usable.

Paid for aligners, never got treatment. Weeks of delays, sloppy service, and now they want to charge me fees to cancel? AlignerCo is a scam—avoid at all costs. Filing complaints with FTC, BBB, and NY Attorney General.

Alignerco has been an absolute breeze. Their customer service is beyond incredible, they are so patient and kind. It’s super affordable and I got a beautiful smile within less than six months! Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the night aligners. When I got to Steps 8/9, they were clearly ill-fitting, which AlignerCo agreed that they were. I had to go through the entire process of impressions and waiting on a new set of aligners. Second set I get to Steps 8/9 and they are clearly ill-fitting again. Any question you have or email you send, be prepared to wait 1-3 days for a response that doesn’t even make sense and they will keep requesting additional pictures of your teeth. I’ve already been told via email that Yes those aligners are ill-fitting and then the next email tells me it’s a good fit and I just have to wear it longer. The aligners are actually creating spaces between my teeth that were not there before.

I read on Alignerco Corporate office that they only charge $30.00 for retainer kit, plus 10% service fee cancellation. I sent several emails & phone calls. Not to further go through with Alignerco on March 22, 2025. 3D aligners on app are all wrong, Email stated I needed to redo impression kit, I sent email that same day to just cancel. Alignerco has refused to listen to my concerns, I should not have to pay 20% for convenience fee along with double charging me for impression kit per James **. I have been communicating for weeks with this. I'm afraid to refer AlignerCo to my family & friends with the customer service I have been going through. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Won't accept impressions, after I request refund they are now saying they may accept impressions, refusing to give refund. I have chatted, emailed, and escalated the issue and will be forced to make a claim with my credit card company.

Run from this company!!! After you pay this company for services you start to realize how unprofessional, inexperienced, and incompetent they are. By then it is too late as they will not refund any of your money. Communication and services are beyond slow. They have no regard for customer satisfaction. Communication from them is also confusing, inaccurate and/or vague. I am on my third month of payments and have not even reviewed my projection plan yet they are so slow. I am so scared to move forward with aligners from this company but they refuse to refund my money, despite a long list of issues and concerns I have expressed.

In April, it will be a year since ordering the aligners. I have only been able to get to number 6 (after waiting a really long time to get them in the first place). Starting at 8, I could feel it wasn't fitting as the previous but just thought I needed to keep wearing it to adjust, number 9 was WAY off. And 10 was just unwearable. After contacting them at 9, I waited and continued to wear it and proceed to 10 because maybe it was supposed to be this way. Nope, had to make new impressions which they wanted an extra $500, but miraculously I got it down to $100. It does feel scammy in that they get you with a discount, and then charge more for "mid treatment" adjustment. Well, you shouldn't have made them all and have to make more because you messed up!! I would not recommend. The people who helped with the impressions were VERY nice and helpful. So, now I wait for Aligner's number 7 and beyond....

Disappointing results. Terrible business practices. Poor communication. The results were not good on my top teeth. They told me I need a "refinement" and charged $200 for a new set of impressions. Then they claimed I "relapsed" and I need another full treatment. I asked how I could relapse when the treatment was unsuccessful and why the second attempt would be different? They didn't answer the questions despite multiple requests. They just ignored my questions and kept asking for more money.

ALIGNERCO made straightening my teeth so easy! I loved that the entire process was done from home—I never had to set foot in a dentist’s office. Their instructions were simple to follow, and the results speak for themselves. My overbite is fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile! Highly recommend!

I would not give this company any starts if I could, due to the terrible customer service and its product. First of all, they take your money quickly, but it takes forever to get someone to help you when you have a problem/question. Then at home the impressions are very difficult to get right, I did it several times and they wanted to charge me for the material again and again, as if it were your sole responsibility to do it correctly but you do it with the assistance of an "expert", however the process was not as easy as you think and very painful. They tell you that an expert will help you get it right, but in my case, it was impossible after several attempts even with the help of an "expert" as they call their staff, and finally, when they sent the first aligners the material is not as good as you think and they did not fit my teeth twice!! It's not worth all the wasted time and money. I've requested my money back and I'm still waiting for that now.

Aligner Co was much more affordable than other options and has made a huge difference on my smile. The process of doing the imprints was a bit difficult but once that was complete and I received my retainer sets everything was easy.

This write up is in regards to my Alignerco experience. I had braces before but over the years my teeth shifted so I now have some crowding on my bottom teeth and I started to build up plaque down there so I did not want to deal with self removing plaque every other month for the rest of my life. At the same time I did not want to spend thousands of dollars to get braces again. Going with Alignerco is a no brainer due to 1) getting all you need aligners top and bottom AND retainer and 2) for a rock bottom low price in my case for $695 (sign up for the want more info email and you will get some discounts). Other aligner companies charge way more for the same thing or less. They may sell aligners for just top or bottom or a program that will get your teeth a little straighter or more straighter for more money. 

There was slightly different between before using aligner and after aligner 10th. I would say it's effective and looks better. They requested me to write this review then I will receive my last 5 aligners treatment. Honestly, I haven't done with my aligner treatment yet. This is my honest review so far. I would say middle of the process, I barely could chew completely the food before swallowing it because my teeth were not align. It was hurting whenever starting the next aligner. After 3 days wearing an aligner (20+ hours a day), it's not hurting anymore.

I do not recommend this company. While they may seem affordable initially, they charge extra for everything in the end. They claimed they shipped my retainer to my address, but it never arrived. Now, they want to charge me $139 for every replacement set of retainers. It’s frustrating and disappointing. It’s better to pay a bit more for a company that provides better service and reliability.

After about a thousand dollars, these didn't really fix the minor issue I bought them for. They wanted to charge me another $200-400 for "refinement treatment" but I just can't give this company more of my money. The reason someone chooses the cheapest online aligner company out there vs an actual human orthodontist is because they don't want to keep going back for expensive treatment.

This place is a scam. This place is a scam. It took months to receive defect AlignerCo that don’t even fit or fit over the back teeth. Avoid. Many of the reviews they ask for before your impression kit is even sent. UPDATE: I did an impression with them with an agent online, agent said it's good, they just emiailed me to say it's not good, and I need to pay again for impressions. Been dealing with this since September 30th. Demanding a refund.

I would not recommend this company. I purchased the nighttime Invisalign and then 20 min later had a change of mind after talking to my mom about it. She told me my teeth were perfect and I didn’t need them. I contacted them for a refund and it’s been so hard to get my money back! They keep trying to get me to stay with them when I just want my card out of their system. I went with the payment plan and my order was still being processed but they still won’t take my card out of their system after contacting them multiple times! It seems like a scam and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with them. Just go to your dentist instead!

I did Invisalign many years ago, and from what I understand I needed to. (As I had to have nodules attached to my teeth to move them back into place...) But then I forgot to wear my aligners for a while and my teeth started to move back slightly. It was going to be thousands through Invisalign to get my teeth moulded again and have the trays made/sent out. ..So I took a chance on Alignerco. Pretty happy I did. It's basically the same as Invisalign, just without the dentists' visits, and significantly cheaper! (I get dentist visits through my dental insurance anyway.) I've since recommended Alignerco to my mum, and she did a treatment without the need for 'nodules' on her teeth. So I'd say just try ordering the kit and seeing how it goes.

My experience with AlignerCo has been amazing! The company provided a helpful video tutorial, and their customer service team was available to answer my questions. This made me feel confident about getting the impressions right on the first try. I know I’m in great hands.

If you get aligners from this company DON'T. I paid close to $1500 for this product only for them to fix some of my teeth and not the other. When I mentioned it to them they said why didn’t I mention it when they making the original aligners. Who da hell would want half their teeth gap closed and not the other. So now am walking around with some my teeth half closed and not the other. They don’t care about your smile they just care about collecting your money. And I know they did this on purpose so that I can pay all over again to fix what they should’ve already fixed the first time. It’s all a scan just to take your money not to fix your teeth. DON’T DO IT. I repeat DO NOT DO IT. They will only mess you up even worse. If there’s a score I can give below one I would.

They are the worst company. The Aligners I received did not fit and they take months to get you new aligners. That is ridiculous! It has been 4 months and I still haven't received fitting aligners and still my teeth keep chipping away after they moved back in June of 2024. They don't care and will not go any faster even when I asked. I have asked for months to speed up the process. OMG it wasn't until they asked me to write a review about their company that I saw all the other bad reviews with other customers describing similar situations. They tell me they will expedite and it still takes weeks and months. I they use insincere AI for customer service responses and make me call them to tell them to cancel my contract over and over. It felt like I was talking to a robot. Then they ask me what's wrong after I told them over and over what's wrong, they don't fit, my teeth are chipping and it is taking too long.

Amazing journey with Alignerco from the price to customer service and product. I was skeptical in the beginning with online aligners but after I checked the reviews I decided to give it a try (the price was tempting). I was done with my steps in 7-8 months and the results are amazing.

I thought I was happy with Alignerco, but after I finished my last aligner, my teeth weren't straight yet. I contacted customer service to let them know, and they told me I will have to pay $200 for their refinement service. I'm still making payments on the initial cost... Why on Earth would they make people pay more to get the full results? I guess this is how they make their money. Lure customers in with an appealing sale, then charge them extra later. It's deceptive. I'm really disappointed because I finally decided to get my teeth straightened after wanting to most of my life.

I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with AlignerCo, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. From the start, I’ve encountered multiple issues that seem to be part of a larger pattern of poor customer service and questionable business practices. My most recent interaction with a representative was especially frustrating. The employee was overly aggressive, constantly cut me off during our conversation, and attempted to explain my own experience back to me. This approach felt not only dismissive but also designed to pressure me into compliance rather than offering any real assistance.

Eric has been phenomenal assisting me with the delivery of my aligner trays throughout Hurricane Helene! We currently do not have internet due to the power outage. I called to have him notify me when they were being shipped so I would know when to pick them up at the post office. Thank You, Eric!

After I had requested cancellation and refund for 2 weeks. This is not a company you want to deal with- It's not a company that should be allowed to be in business. It's deceitful, manipulative and exploitive. After seeing the appalling business practices of Alignerco, I shutter to think what they would have done to my teeth. Untrustworthy. As of today, they continue to respond to my repeated requests for cancellation with more service emails, completely disregarding my requests and my issue with them.

Alignerco was awesome! It was the most reasonably priced- but I cannot imagine getting any better of a product or customer service. Everything arrived faster than expected and was easy to follow. I wish I would have done my invisible straightening sooner.

I had a great experience with Alignerco. Pros: straighter teeth, easy routine, minimal visibility. Cons: sometimes the retainers had areas that were uncomfortable or sharp feeling, took me longer to get through the steps but it was my own fault for not wearing them for as many hours as recommended.

There were many, many companies but none as reasonable in price as AlignerCo and also having it a USA company that was just the cherry on top.

ALIGNERCO was cheap and the straightening tray worked great. After mailing the molds I received an email link to an illustration of how my teeth would look. I signed off and molds arrived in the mail within 1 two weeks. Results were as expected.

Alignerco Clear Retainers. The best. I had lost my pair of retainers from my Orthodontist. I was devastated and I felt like there was no other option but spending 300+ on a pair of new ones. Before making the decision I knew there was a company out there that would be so helpful. And there I found it, Alignerco Clear Retainers.

Alignerco was amazing! Ten out of ten! The whole process was so easy, but so high-quality, I was so impressed. There is an individualized team with you every step of the way, and they really set you up for success. My new smile is exactly what I wanted it to be, and it was so easy to achieve. And you absolutely cannot beat their price. They are less than half the cost of others with the same, if not better, customer service. I recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to use aligners; just replace them every couple weeks with the next set. Quite pleased with the results and not nearly as painful as braces! A great affordable alternative. Just make sure you don't slack on wearing your retainers.

I purchased aligners from Alignerco in 2021. Upon doing the impressions, I was sent an aligner kit. Everything was fine until I reached about the midpoint where the aligners had been manufactured incorrectly and would not fit my upper teeth. One tooth in particular was the problem and I made Alignerco aware of this. They requested pictures which I provided. Alignerco acknowledged the mistake, did new impressions, and sent me a new set of aligners. This whole process went from 2021-early 2024. The treatment plan should not take this long; however, due to Alignerco manufacturing issues, this has dragged on for a long time In July 2024 I reached to to Alignerco again to inform them that they have yet again sent me a set of aligners that do not fit my upper teeth with the same tooth being the issue. They requested multiple sets of pictures, and a video which I provided.

A great product and very good service. Alignerco was budget friendly, and the straightening tray worked as expected. The instructions with the molds were simple, and the process was very easy. A short time after mailing the molds I received an email link to a computer-generated illustration of how my teeth would look at each stage. Once I signed off on it 18 molds arrived in the mail within 12 days. The result was exactly as expected, my only regret is not doing this years ago. I have already recommended Alignerco to friends and family.

Horrible! DON'T GET THESE ALIGNERS! A couple months after my treatment I went for my regular dental cleaning and found that I had 70% bone loss on the bottom! It was caused from a misaligned bite! I ended up with an orthodontist referral and spent 6k in hopes of saving my bottom front teeth!

I used Alignerco from Jan-July 2022, primarily to straighten my top row of teeth. I had some initial difficulty making the impressions on my own, but they sent me an additional kit and hopped on a video call to assist. Customer service was great and responsive. After completing the series of aligners and it now being 2 years later, I am still very happy with the results, value, and overall process. I do wear the retainers nightly to maintain alignment.

After much research, I decided to work with Alignerco for treatment to align my bite and teeth. It was the best decision! When I was struggling with getting the best impressions of my teeth, I was partnered with someone, via a Zoom call, who walked me through the process while I took my impressions. I used to have braces when I was younger and went years without a retainer...This was the easiest way for me to get my teeth back to how they used to be. Note that their affordability means you won't have in-person orthodontist visits. If you're mindful of this when choosing AlignerCo, you'll appreciate the value they provide! I would definitely recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE! I’d give zero stars if I could. Before you send a penny to this sham of a company, I implore you to read the negative reviews and completely ignore the positive ones (as they are clearly bots or bought). My experience with AlignerCo has been a headache since day one. The responsiveness of customer service takes days and is not helpful at all once they finally respond. The Zoom to assist with impressions is aggravating, as it takes weeks to set up. They’ll reject your impressions until you have to purchase more putty from them… sneaky little upcharge.

I had braces when I was 12-14 and unfortunately lost my retainers 20 years ago. My teeth had moved - significantly and I was disappointed at what my teeth looked like. I signed up with ALIGNERCO last July 2023, and I have finished my journey to fix my teeth. I am very pleased with the results l!

Like many people seeking treatment for their smile, it can be an overwhelming process with multiple options and tons of reviews. I knew I wanted something more affordable without sacrificing the quality in treatment. So I eventually felt comfortable enough to use Alignerco after some serious due diligence. It was made clear what to expect and the timeline as well. This doesn’t happen over night but eventually I was provided with a website that showed me a 3D version of what my smile would look like throughout the treatment and what my teeth would look like at the end.

I had an amazing experience with AlignerCo! My front two teeth were slightly disoriented, and after using AlignerCo's nighttime aligners for six months, they are perfectly in shape now. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated the convenience of only needing to wear the aligners at night. Now, I just wear retainers once or twice a week at night to maintain the alignment.

While I had braces as a child, after years of not wearing my retainers my teeth moved and became slightly crooked. I was bothered by the look of them in pictures but didn’t want to spend a ton of money to fix such a small issue. I did some research online and opted to go with Alignerco nighttime aligners. I loved the idea of only needing to wear aligners at home at nighttime. The process was simple enough, and after just a year I achieved a straight smile again! I am so happy with my results and am even more happy with the reasonable price. My only complaint with the process was that you communicate by email with “Ele” who seems to be a computerized person… not necessarily a real human. Either way, Ele was always helpful and I got the results I wanted for a fraction of the price.

I have had my aligners now for a couple of years. I had a few teeth that were turning in my mouth and it was only getting worse. The overall process was very straightforward- they send you a kit to take your dental impressions at home and then you send them back. Once the aligners came I received a package with all of the steps. I would wear them most of the day except for when I was eating and after a couple of months I had a great looking smile again. I still wear the final stage retainer most nights when I sleep to keep my teeth from shifting back. I don't think I ever had one break on me and I have been wearing this final retainer now since I finished the process nearly two years ago. Affordable and simple to do. Highly recommend it.

I had put off getting night time aligners for years, and finally pulled the trigger on ALIGNERCO because of the price. The molding process was super easy and there was a quick turnaround to getting my 20 sets of aligners. 10 days per set and switch to the next, all nicely labeled in sealed bags. I should've done this years ago.

I mulled over getting the retainer for months. Once I finally did, I could not believe it took me so long. They did exactly what I needed. They shifted my upper teeth and lined up my bottom. I don't hate smiling now!

The process took a bit of time from initiating the molds to getting the full kit, and I had a bit of a glitch on the kit - I ordered the extra retainer but only received one. They did send me the missing retainer later after some back-and-forth, so it was resolved. I would say it took around 20-30 days to get started wearing the aligners. I had childhood braces and was experiencing re-crowding top and bottom, so I knew to expect some pain and headaches with the tension stretching the teeth back out. But the advantage of taking them off to eat, not having glue and wires in my mouth, cannot be over-emphasized enough! Worked like a charm straightening my smile.

Very good experience. Had considered aligners for a number of years. Finally decided to try Alingerco because of the price and figured I didn't have anything to lose (other than the money). Price and response rate is good. No frills which is why the price was good but the process could have been more enhanced with customer service and things like a sturdier retainer. I have been through multiple in a year because they aren’t that sturdy.

I was exploring options for aligners and opted for Alignerco as it was a good fit in terms of pricing as well as effectiveness and usability. The process was easy, I was sent the impressions. Mailed it back and given a treatment plan. After a few mos. my teeth was straight. Also helps that they include retainers to help maintain the alignment. You also get a whitening kit to boot! Would definitely not hesitate to use Alignerco again.

I had a great experience with the night-only teeth aligners with Alignerco. The process of getting the information about my teeth condition, sending back molds, etc. was all very straightforward. Since I did not have major issues with my teeth, my main motivation was to reduce the gaps in the top and bottom front teeth and reduce the slight forward protrusion of my top front teeth. I felt that the process and prices that my dentist/orthodontist provided me were too cumbersome and expensive. The Alignerco program was much more user-friendly since I could use the "night-time only" aligners which meant that during the day, I did not have to wear the aligners. Also, sending our the molds from home and getting all the future aligners in one-shot was a big plus compared to the frequent visits needed to the orthodontist when they change braces or aligners.

I placed an order and paid in full on April 10th. It is now May 29th and I never received anything. Not even the impression kit. I've reached out at least 4 times to them and have not gotten any solution. I sent them screenshots of the FedEx tracking number showing that it hasn't moved, so after chatting with them online they sent me a new tracking number through email. My most recent chat with them I explained how I was quite dissatisfied considering how I reached out to them numerous times with no actual updates. I asked for someone who is in charge that I could directly contact and they ignored that.

After having braces for two years I thought I had finally had the smile of my dreams. A broken retainer and limited income resulted in my teeth shifting again. Although it wasn’t as bad I was no longer proud of my smile and wanted to do something about it. I searched and researched daily for an inexpensive option and I stumbled upon AlignerCo which was heaven sent. I paid in full, got my impression kit and was happy they sent 3 because I completely ruined the first one (so be careful and follow the directions), but I managed to get the remaining two correct then sent them in and in a week or two later I received my aligners.

The customer service is terrible. They don't seem to care at all if you have an issue. I had already started paying off the purchase and they hadn't sent me anything yet. Every time I tried to reach someone to ask about it, I got the same AI bot response. I actually started to think it was a scam and they weren't going to send me anything so I disputed the purchase through my bank. Only then did a real person reach out to me. The first shipment I got didn't even include a case, so for months I had to keep my aligners on a paper towel on my desk. I notified them of this and they eventually sent me one but didn't even apologize or acknowledge their mistake. They sent me 15 sets of aligners, by about step 7, I noticed they were fitting really poorly, but kept wearing them. It got worse with each step so I let them know, hoping I could get better fitting aligners made. They are currently ignoring all of my requests for help. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased these aligners because it was a great deal for getting my teeth straight again. Communication was okay but you have to use email. It was affordable except for having to purchase additional retainers, you have to buy the 8 pack for $499 which makes it comparable to other companies for overall cost but cheaper than the orthodontist.

Their retainers are also very good quality. I went to my normal military dental office since my AlignerCo retainers were being worn down between my teeth over the last few years (I clench in my sleep) and needed a quick replacement. My dentist said AlignerCo were really nice quality retainers. They were way better than the ones I received from my dental office which were thinner and more flimsy. They weren’t as solid which seemed like there might be room for error if my teeth shift which isn’t good. All in all, worth every penny.

I am on the seventh Aligner. They send all of the Aligners to you at the beginning. They have not fit properly from the beginning. I have tried to get help, but they are not responding. Aligners #8 and 9 are completely missing, so trying to go from #7 to # 10 doesn’t work at all. I would not recommend. They charge additional money for retainers, so I am going to lose close to $1500.

I am very pleased with my AlignerCo experience. The process was easy and I like that everything can be done from your own home. You receive a box with the materials to make impressions of your teeth and that was easy to do. You send the impressions back and then they email you your plan which shows how many trays you’ll need to move your teeth. After you approve they send the trays which are clearly marked for the order which they should be used. You send pictures of your mouth, teeth, and bite by email about every other week so that they can confirm the trays are working. Overall I highly recommend.

I have had a great overall experience with Alignerco. Initially, I received 2 sets of putty to make impressions. I was careful to follow the instructions and video. After doing the first impression, I missed my molars. I contacted the company and they gave me suggestions on how to correct it for the next set. I emailed them pictures of every impression that I did and they responded with feedback. This did take a while, as there needed to be some back and fourth, but Alice did a great job with responding in a timely manner.

My experience getting aligners was smooth - I did the at home impressions, received information over email about what would happen, and got all the aligners by mail. My upper teeth were not too crooked (they had a bit of weird gaps), and they came out super great. My lower teeth, on the other hand, were super crowded, and one tooth was fully behind two other teeth. Going through the aligner process fully straightened these teeth, but I had a complication. My lip attaches to the teeth at a really high location, and ended up pulling at the gums quite a lot near the tooth that had been behind the others. I ultimately ended up having to get a gum graft to fix it.

It's not often that you make a good decision on both price and performance, but with Alignerco, I feel like I scored! I'm so happy with my teeth, and for only about 4-5 months, 22 hours a day. It was such a simple process. Once you get the trays, you just wear them, and maintain the trays! After the requisite amount of time, change trays to the next set. Repeat. My dad bought me the clear retainers from this company and I can say they helped build my confidence and changed my face a bit for the better. They are super sturdy if you take care of them right and wear them for the recommended amount of time. It fixed my jawline a bit because I have an over bite so it helped push my bottom teeth forward a little. One thing though is that I wish there was an option for rubber bands on top if that's even possible but my retainers are great already!

Unfortunately, I could only wear the bottom retainer, but I did end up going to my dentist and getting a night guard for the top teeth so I just use that now as my retainer and wear my bottom with it so they don’t shift. They look great still 3 years later.

I looked into all the different teeth alignment companies when I wanted to do invisible braces and found Alignerco as the cheapest one. While I was initially a bit skeptical, it was definitely worth it! I will say that my alignment was pretty straightforward (as someone who had braces as a kid but has since lost her original retainer and whose teeth became slightly crooked again), so I would recommend you use if the fixes you need are not overly complicated. The company was responsive, answered my questions quickly, and kept me on schedule for the 9 months that I wore the invisible aligners. Overall using Alignerco was a good, easy experience that was definitely worth the price.

Overall, it was a good alternative to Invisalign. The prices were great and the customer service was okay. I wish they would have been a bit more involved, but all in all, it was a good experience, and worth it if you have a small issue you need corrected.

I’ve been looking for clear aligners to help fix my smile and I came across Alignerco, and I'm so glad I did!! It made my experience easy, not only did they send my box with all my aligners in it they also sent a whitening kit!! The box came with all my aligners with the steps on them so you don’t get confused and even my retainers. Also customer service was absolutely great! Whenever I had questions they’d answer them quickly! These aligners fixed my smile, which was one of my biggest insecurities, and now I’m able to smile without trying to hide it. It feels so good. Before I committed to the treatment they promised the world. They sent trays that would not fit, then took the longest time to send other trays. This went back and forth for another three times, sending me different trays that would not fit, then waiting for the longest time. Had to keep on following up with them for action, it was frustrating. Afterwards the proposed treatment plan was not acceptable, all the teeth would not be straight, as promised. Not being happy with the end results I asked for a refund. Only got a partial refund, they kept $200, even though they were not able to provide a service that was acceptable. Total scam, will not recommend to anybody!!!! Stay away.

Super affordable and really easy to use overall. If your teeth are just crooked this is a great alternative to braces. They have payment plans and overall it's pretty cheap. Just take one mold of your teeth and you get the whole set in one go.

Took a chance on this company as I'd never known anybody using it before - I was drawn in by the price (astoundingly lower than competitors) and was so pleasantly surprised by the attentive customer service and easy process. The process of aligning my bite and straightening my (pretty crooked) bottom teeth took less than a year. Worth every cent in my experience!

Starting with the purchase process, I paid for the treatment in full and it took them 2 months to ship my aligners and I never received them, so I contacted them and they just didn't help, at that point I felt I lost my money so opened a credit card claim and got my money back and then they decided to contact me a help, after trying to charge me extra I ended up paying again to get aligners, I completed the treatment exactly as instructed and ended up with gaps between teeth I didn't have before and they said that was the expected result I didn't offer any solution. Save yourself a headache and choose a different company to get aligners.

I ordered the impression kit, within 12 hours I requested a refund. I was met with manipulation and they sent it anyways. I was then offered a Black Friday deal of $1120 instead of $1360 or something close to that.. But the original price on the website was $1143… I feel like this is a huge scam and I wish they didn’t deny my refund.

It’s cheaper than getting braces. I was hoping for a little better results but my teeth look good enough to smile in pictures which is what I was going for. If you need to pull teeth down or up you might want to opt for braces. These have their limitations on what they can accomplish.
