This is a great option for my family. We currently don’t have dental insurance and have to pay all out of pocket. So the price is a great plus! We were able to quickly schedule a virtual appointment to see if my daughter was a good candidate. The gentleman was very patient and explained the process very clearly. The whole process so far has been easy and for a quarter of the cost of other options. Can’t wait to see how they work out for my daughter!

I have received excellent customer service, and I would recommend this service to anyone needing to correct alignment issues with their teeth. They have been so friendly and helpful even though I made a mistake with my initial impression.

I was nervous to order an aligner online, but AlignerCo has made the process super easy! From my initial research, to meeting with a customer service rep (Thanks Aaron!), AlignerCo has stood out as a company that believes in their product, and cares about the reputation of their brand. I appreciate their training materials, and the (free!) product expert video call to help guide customers through the process. Turns out, it was an easy process, but I was happy to have Aaron guiding me! I'll receive my aligners in a couple weeks, but so far, this company lives up to their 'highly rated and recommended' reviews!

I have been making payments to AlignerCo since August 2025 and officially placed my aligner order on January 5th. It has now been over a month, and I still do not have my aligners. Each time I reach out, I receive the same response: that my aligners are “almost fabricated” and that the department has been notified to expedite the process. However, no one is able to provide a confirmed shipment date or clear timeline. There is also no direct supervisor or case manager assigned to my account despite requesting escalation.

I waited several weeks for a video appointment to make my dental impressions and then no one was available for the video from Alignerco. I had to figure it out with just the website chat which got the job done but took 2 hours. Frustrating.

The aligners worked well, teeth are straight. They match what was in the smile projection. The process takes awhile, communication through email takes awhile. But overall, happy with the experience and now doing a new treatment set for my son.

AlignerCo has great costumer service and great pricing! You won’t find anything cheaper and it’s very convenient especially for the price. I have had them for three years now and will continue to use!

Haven’t received my retainers yet but the process of ordering and taking my own impressions was very simple. Customer service was extremely helpful, I’m sure the rest of the process will be great. Definitely will use to replace the retainers in the future.

This company was a problem from the beginning. We started this process the beginning of June. They were very slow to respond to any correspondence. We met with a specialist online twice to do the impressions and then they rejected them both times, but did not give us adequate reasons why they were rejected. I was promised a $100 refund because of how slow they were to send respond and to send out new putty and was promised that the aligners would be expedited. We did finally receive the aligners (they were not expedited and I never received the $100 refund) in OCTOBER!!! Keep in mind, I started this process in October.

They made this entire process easy. Will be using for my teens as well as they do not want to go the traditional route for braces. Not that I could blame them.

Great service so far! I've had a lot of assistance getting the help for my retainer impressions and it is appreciated. The tools for the impressions came in as promised and they also gave a consultation that was very helpful. Very glad to have a cheaper alternative for my retainer.

Great experience so far. Received the impression kit but wasn’t able to start the process until my virtual appointment 2 weeks later. They could explain that the virtual consult is needed for the impression. Instructions could be clearer in the order things could be done. But the char is super helpful with communication.

Just beginning the process and so far has been fairly straightforward, they have lots of tips and tools to help get the initial impressions. Their instructions with the impressions could use a bit of work, some places it says to upload pictures to the app, other is provides and email and doesn’t mention the app. I ended up using the app option and had a hard time getting a reply as to if my impressions were approved. Other than that small detail I am looking forward to starting treatment.

Had a great experience purchasing my retainer! I was looking to replace my retainer that I had for a long time and Aaron helped me out with this! I would highly recommend AlignerCo. It came in fast and was extremely affordable.

Treatment was less than a year. My bottom teeth were so crowded it was hard to brush behind one of them. Now they are straight and easy to clean. Wear them as often as you can and follow the treatment schedule. Customer service is very responsive and always a help when needed.

Overall, I am very happy with the outcomes of the experience I had. I went through one nighttime aligners, and then one refinement, and both outcomes turned out very well. Today I had a video call session to go over the impressions, where they walk you through the entire experience from mixing the base and catalyst to putting the impressions into your teeth. That session went really well and I would recommend that you go have a video session through the links that they provide in the instructions. The session I had today was for purchasing additional retainers as I am happy with the outcome and now I am looking to retain the smile I made for years to come through Alignerco's product.

This company is genuinely awful from start to finish. Communication is nonexistent unless they want your money, and once they have it, good luck getting a response. Promises are made confidently and then ignored entirely, as if following through is optional. Customer service feels untrained, dismissive, and uninterested in resolving even basic issues. When problems arise, which they absolutely will, the responsibility is somehow always pushed back onto the customer.

The cost was reasonable. Aligners fit well. Customer support is decent. Only complaint was a delay between Step 1 and Step 2. Everything else has been good. No regrets at this point. I am looking forward to seeing the final results.

Hi, I'm Liam. I used this treatment and in 5 months, this plan worked amazing. There was a little pain on the first day of every aligner, but it went away quickly. The aligners were a little tight, but they were fine. These worked great.

I purchased ALIGNERCO a week or so ago, and I received my impression kit super quick in the mail. It was at a great discount too for the overnight aligners. They also provide a free video session to get perfect impressions!

The aligners did a good job at correcting my smile. Initially, I didn't think things would work out. It took a few months before I started to notice any significant changes, but ultimately, the teeth started shifting.

The impression kit is loaded to make sure I’ll give the best impressions possible, and customer service is great, I hope my retainer goes as planned and comes on time, but so far so good, I’ll update if anything goes wrong.

Updated on 03/28/2026: I’ve just finished my treatment with AlignerCo and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I started at the end of October and now I’m just waiting for my retainers. My teeth are fully aligned and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. One of the biggest advantages for me was the price. It was nowhere near what I had been quoted for Invisalign at my dentist.

Any positive reviews have absolutely got to be paid bots. Do yourself a favor and look on Reddit and DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. The product is flimsy and the fit is terrible. It takes them at least 3 business days to respond to any emails. I am out a thousand dollars with nothing to show for it. The trash they sent me did not fit and they offered to make me a new mold for an additional $250! For what? I NEVER RECEIVED ALL OF THE ORIGINAL ALIGNERS I PAID FOR.

I’m very happy with the results. I did the night only aligners for convenience and my smile is much straighter. The process was easy and much more convenient/ less expensive than going to the dentist for aligners.

Terrible customer service. They do not listen to you. I paid for the treatment plan, and told ELE, the service rep that I needed to get refinements & dental work. She told me the cost for refinements and told me after my dental work to just keep wearing the retainers till I get my new impressions. (Which I already paid for). Impressions came and sent them back, then ELE sends me an email that I need to pay for a full treatment AGAIN?? Because I got dental work?? She NEVER disclosed that!!!! Posting up a full YouTube video of all the sessions, emails and lies that Ele and the company did.

Very professional team that helped me get the right impressions the first time with their Smile professional. The aligners took quite some time to come in, but they have been amazing since they got here. And I know that they are right. The price is amazing and they Have been very helpful every step along the way.

Nothing has gone right with their process. Their customer service is terrible — it can take days or even weeks to get a response. We've been waiting since August to receive our braces, and it's now mid-November. I contacted support a couple of days ago and finally got a reply saying, "Due to a backlog, the fabrication process is taking a bit longer than usual, as each aligner set is custom-made and requires careful attention." This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away from them!

I had an issue with my retainer, and customer service reached out right away. They resolved the situation promptly and even provided a complimentary retainer. I really appreciate their quick and helpful support!

Updated on 11/09/2025: I filed a BBB claim and of course the result was: "The business responded to the dispute but failed to make a good faith effort to resolve it." Filed and escalated a PayPal claim either, which is going to close with a refund for me within a couple of days, if the company doesn’t do anything. They contacted me privately and initially via PayPal several times, pushing me with lies and excuses to get me to close the case, which of course I didn’t. Then they announced a refund they never processed and had the audacity to be pissed when I escalated the case.

The nighttime only aligners simply don't work, you cannot have movement that mimics anything close to wired braces or constantly wearing other aligners and hope to have the same result. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this to find a way to manage this program with some ethical guidance. It took me a year to stabilize my loose teeth after using Alignerco. They finally referred me to an onshore person who helped get a set of aligners to finalize the treatment. In the end the results are not amazing. Minor tweaks to your alignment but the downside that you have poor support and potential damage. Just be careful.

I received a retainer from AlignerCo to keep my teeth in position, just for night time use. Received and completed the impression kit, and was sent aligners a couple weeks later. They lasted about 8 months and started cracking. I tried to order a couple more pairs unsuccessfully. They confirmed they had my original impressions saved, but with no way to order successive retainers on their site I had to work through email correspondence to achieve a reorder purchase. I tried several times over the course of the next week and a half to be provide with details on paying, invoicing and ordering, but they refused to respond. I eventually was forced to work with another company given their lack of response. Their customer support is lacking.

Super easy process and wonderful result. My smile has never looked better! I paid off the remaining balance today. I’m on stage 5 and my teeth already look perfect. My remaining sets are on the way!!!

Great results, you just have to make sure you follow all the instructions including making sure the trays are seated properly (chewies!) and always wearing the tray unless eating. I had the night time plan but opted to wear them in the day too. Also be patient as it can take a week or so to get the molds, and another few weeks to get the trays but the time flies by. If you are like me, and had your bottom teeth regress after a permanent retainer popped out, this is a great fix, and I was anxious that my bottom teeth, once pushed out would start hitting the top teeth, but there was room just like when I had the permanent retainer in even though it seemed like there may not be.

I ended up with three different cavities due to spacing issues that I didn’t have before using this company. I’m on my last aligner, but the cavities needed to get filled. I emailed the company about getting my final aligner refit due to needing cavities because of the spacing that was created due to their aligners. They told me I would need to repay the complete package over again. I can’t believe the lack of customer service. Also now I have three cavities in places where I have gaps and I’m having to deal with that as well as now extreme sensitivity and continued gaps. Do not recommend!

It's a really horrible company. The retainers don't align properly, and they wanted to charge extra money to send multiple materials even though they were the ones who messed up the fit. The last retainer was off by a lot and they blamed it on his teeth instead. They had us pay and extra $200 to redo the retainer, $100 for extra materials and another $100 for getting a digital scan. They eventually resent the retainer after over a month, and it still didn't fit at all. The customer service is really awful. They are all foreigners with fake English names.

I can't recommend them enough, I had braces as a child and my teeth had shifted back a bit. It wasn't quite bad enough for full braces again and other companies were just charging so much money. I was so happy when I found Alignerco because they had a reasonable price point and I love that you could do everything right from home. I didn't need to go get a mold done at a dentist. It was fast, easy and reliable, and my teeth look great!

I am about to embark of aligning my teeth with Alignerco and it has been so far a great experience with their customer service. They are very specific of getting your impressions right to get your treatments accurate. So, communication is very important to make sure your impressions are workable before you send it back to them. I am looking forward to my treatment journey.

Alignerco is a very unprofessional low budget company. Once I started reading all the negative reviews I decided to get a refund immediately. They kept giving me the run around and finally after the 11th email or so, they issued a refund minus a 76 dollar fee for absolutely nothing…. I lucked out I guess by cancelling on time, so please read the reviews. A lot of their customers are complaining that the aligners are cheaply made and it messed up their teeth.

Do not trust this company. They charge you upfront before treatment even begins, and from my experience, the service is terrible. I regret not ending my treatment sooner. Once your aligners are made, you’re left completely on your own—there is no specialist monitoring your progress or addressing issues. I wore my aligners exactly as directed, yet they were ineffective. Each new set fit poorly, and I eventually had to stop due to serious problems with my teeth and constant bleeding. When I asked for a refund, the company refused and instead tried to sell me another treatment. It’s clear they are only after your money. Save yourself the frustration—spend a little more and get proper care from your dentist.

It took 3 months to receive the product and when I got them, they didn’t fit, very cheap made plastic and I would never leave them in my mouth. This has been the worse experience I have ever dealt with. Please DO NOT order!! They will not give you a refund either. I sent them back and I lost $795, don’t be deceived. Go to a dentist and get it done right.

HORRIBLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought aligners out right over 5 MONTHS ago. Still have not received them. I have been in contact with an “resolution specialist” if you should even call them that since they do NOTHING because the aligners will make a gap I DIDN'T expect when I paid. I was suppose to be refunded 300$ almost a month ago and still have not seen it. When told to them was told to call my bank to confirm it wasn’t pending. Did and sent screenshots of the chat showing there is NO PENDING payment. Literally I got a response of “so can you confirm to send it to the account” when I have told them multiple times.

This is a scam. Any positive reviews you see are either paid for or people who haven’t actually received services yet. You will pay for the service and never receive it. I paid for my two children and after 1.5 years of fighting for services paid for, I have had to face this was fraud. Don’t fall for it. Go somewhere local and reputable.

Poor customer service and communication. Delay after delay. At first I was asked to fill out the same form 3 different times. Then the app was buggy and they hadn't sent login info for me. Finally, they were going to ship my first set of aligners. They emailed me to confirm my address. Despite confirming it, they still mailed them to the wrong address causing further delay and offered no apology when I brought it to their attention. Then my first aligners arrived and they asked for images of them to verify the fit, which I uploaded to the app less than 2 days after receiving my aligners. After they were uploaded, complete silence.

Do not get scammed like me, stay away from ALIGNERCO. They send you a list of demands before they will send you all of your retainers. Mind you I have already paid for ALL of them. This company will hold your retainers hostage until you leave 5 star reviews on 5 sites and send them a screenshot for proof. Then Send a testimonial video with photos holding the box. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls.

Please do not choose to lose your money with this scam. One year and 3 wrong impressions later, with no results as advertised. This was truly a waste of my time and money. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service.

I am a real ALIGNERCO customer and was requested to write a review on my experience. I am almost done with my treatment, with 3 sets left to go. The reason I chose AlignerCo over other companies is that the price point is unbeatable! I worried that maybe the product wasn’t the best quality, but the aligners I received are perfectly clear material that is decently sturdy and not very visible on your teeth at all. It takes some getting used to, but after a while you don’t even notice them. I did have a small roadblock with my aligners getting crushed in my bag and breaking in half while on vacation (not alignerco’s fault). So I went about a week without wearing them and my teeth shifted quickly - it set me back a bit. But alignerco’s customer service was great and they directed me on how to proceed with treatment so I could get back on track.

The service is great and they help you along the way. The processing is quick and gets the job done. Though you only get a few putty you can schedule a call with them to get a better feel of how to do the impression.

After a lot of arguments they send me retainers which didn’t even fit my teeth then I consultant them for refund. They asked me a lot of videos and photos for the refund. I send all since 2 weeks I am still sending but they are not even giving me refund. I contacted them several times. They are just saying that we are waiting for the update from experts. It’s totally fraud. All the positive reviews are from AI, not the original reviews. The process is very bad. You won’t even get result and you will definitely loss money if you start this process.

I give this company Zero stars. The price was hard to beat and that is what drew my in. However the customer service and final product was horrible. I ordered a kit to get a night guard, it took months to finally receive a guard that does not fit. Not to mention, it is very thin and not sure how it would protect my teeth and jaw from my nighttime clenching. I have been trying to get a refund from them for months now. Very unhappy, would not recommend this process to anyone!

I began treatment approximately two years ago. After the initial procedure, one tooth remained protruding, and Alignerco recommended an additional treatment for an extra fee. Alignerco sent the kit, we made impressions, they repeatedly told me that we did it wrong, wanted to schedule a video conference to make sure it was right but never would, after asking for refund numerous times the stopped responding to emails. Then finally answer after a month or so and said it was past time to refund, also that they would still do video conference but this has been a 6 month ordeal. Definitely would not recommend them for anything, they will steal your money.

It took 2 weeks for them to schedule my video session to make the impressions for my upper hard night guard. After 4 weeks it came and did not fit. It was painful to put on - more than just “snug.” They were not helpful - just told me to wear it and it would get better. It was unwearable. It was so painful. At first they said they didn’t guarantee the fit. Ridiculous. All I could get was a $30 refund (of the $100). Wasted money. Do yourself a favor and spend more at a dentist getting a night guard that is actually usable.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the night aligners. When I got to Steps 8/9, they were clearly ill-fitting, which AlignerCo agreed that they were. I had to go through the entire process of impressions and waiting on a new set of aligners. Second set I get to Steps 8/9 and they are clearly ill-fitting again. Any question you have or email you send, be prepared to wait 1-3 days for a response that doesn’t even make sense and they will keep requesting additional pictures of your teeth. I’ve already been told via email that Yes those aligners are ill-fitting and then the next email tells me it’s a good fit and I just have to wear it longer. The aligners are actually creating spaces between my teeth that were not there before.

I read on Alignerco Corporate office that they only charge $30.00 for retainer kit, plus 10% service fee cancellation. I sent several emails & phone calls. Not to further go through with Alignerco on March 22, 2025. 3D aligners on app are all wrong, Email stated I needed to redo impression kit, I sent email that same day to just cancel. Alignerco has refused to listen to my concerns, I should not have to pay 20% for convenience fee along with double charging me for impression kit per James **. Run from this company!!! After you pay this company for services you start to realize how unprofessional, inexperienced, and incompetent they are. By then it is too late as they will not refund any of your money. Communication and services are beyond slow. They have no regard for customer satisfaction. Communication from them is also confusing, inaccurate and/or vague. I am on my third month of payments and have not even reviewed my projection plan yet they are so slow. I am so scared to move forward with aligners from this company but they refuse to refund my money, despite a long list of issues and concerns I have expressed.

In April, it will be a year since ordering the aligners. I have only been able to get to number 6 (after waiting a really long time to get them in the first place). Starting at 8, I could feel it wasn't fitting as the previous but just thought I needed to keep wearing it to adjust, number 9 was WAY off. And 10 was just unwearable. After contacting them at 9, I waited and continued to wear it and proceed to 10 because maybe it was supposed to be this way. Nope, had to make new impressions which they wanted an extra $500, but miraculously I got it down to $100. It does feel scammy in that they get you with a discount, and then charge more for "mid treatment" adjustment. Well, you shouldn't have made them all and have to make more because you messed up!! I would not recommend. The people who helped with the impressions were VERY nice and helpful. So, now I wait for Aligner's number 7 and beyond....

Disappointing results. Terrible business practices. Poor communication. The results were not good on my top teeth. They told me I need a "refinement" and charged $200 for a new set of impressions. Then they claimed I "relapsed" and I need another full treatment. I asked how I could relapse when the treatment was unsuccessful and why the second attempt would be different? They didn't answer the questions despite multiple requests. They just ignored my questions and kept asking for more money.

ALIGNERCO made straightening my teeth so easy! I loved that the entire process was done from home—I never had to set foot in a dentist’s office. Their instructions were simple to follow, and the results speak for themselves. My overbite is fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile! Highly recommend!

I would not give this company any starts if I could, due to the terrible customer service and its product. First of all, they take your money quickly, but it takes forever to get someone to help you when you have a problem/question. Then at home the impressions are very difficult to get right, I did it several times and they wanted to charge me for the material again and again, as if it were your sole responsibility to do it correctly but you do it with the assistance of an "expert", however the process was not as easy as you think and very painful. They tell you that an expert will help you get it right, but in my case, it was impossible after several attempts even with the help of an "expert" as they call their staff, and finally, when they sent the first aligners the material is not as good as you think and they did not fit my teeth twice!! It's not worth all the wasted time and money. I've requested my money back and I'm still waiting for that now.

Aligner Co was much more affordable than other options and has made a huge difference on my smile. The process of doing the imprints was a bit difficult but once that was complete and I received my retainer sets everything was easy.

This write up is in regards to my Alignerco experience. I had braces before but over the years my teeth shifted so I now have some crowding on my bottom teeth and I started to build up plaque down there so I did not want to deal with self removing plaque every other month for the rest of my life. At the same time I did not want to spend thousands of dollars to get braces again. Going with Alignerco is a no brainer due to 1) getting all you need aligners top and bottom AND retainer and 2) for a rock bottom low price in my case for $695 (sign up for the want more info email and you will get some discounts). Other aligner companies charge way more for the same thing or less. They may sell aligners for just top or bottom or a program that will get your teeth a little straighter or more straighter for more money. 

There was slightly different between before using aligner and after aligner 10th. I would say it's effective and looks better. They requested me to write this review then I will receive my last 5 aligners treatment. Honestly, I haven't done with my aligner treatment yet. This is my honest review so far. I would say middle of the process, I barely could chew completely the food before swallowing it because my teeth were not align. It was hurting whenever starting the next aligner. After 3 days wearing an aligner (20+ hours a day), it's not hurting anymore.

I do not recommend this company. While they may seem affordable initially, they charge extra for everything in the end. They claimed they shipped my retainer to my address, but it never arrived. Now, they want to charge me $139 for every replacement set of retainers. It’s frustrating and disappointing. It’s better to pay a bit more for a company that provides better service and reliability.

After about a thousand dollars, these didn't really fix the minor issue I bought them for. This place is a scam. This place is a scam. It took months to receive defect AlignerCo that don’t even fit or fit over the back teeth. Avoid. Many of the reviews they ask for before your impression kit is even sent. UPDATE: I did an impression with them with an agent online, agent said it's good, they just emiailed me to say it's not good, and I need to pay again for impressions. Been dealing with this since September 30th. Demanding a refund.

I would not recommend this company. I purchased the nighttime Invisalign and then 20 min later had a change of mind after talking to my mom about it. She told me my teeth were perfect and I didn’t need them. I contacted them for a refund and it’s been so hard to get my money back! They keep trying to get me to stay with them when I just want my card out of their system. I went with the payment plan and my order was still being processed but they still won’t take my card out of their system after contacting them multiple times! It seems like a scam and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with them. Just go to your dentist instead!

I did Invisalign many years ago, and from what I understand I needed to. (As I had to have nodules attached to my teeth to move them back into place...) But then I forgot to wear my aligners for a while and my teeth started to move back slightly. It was going to be thousands through Invisalign to get my teeth moulded again and have the trays made/sent out. ..So I took a chance on Alignerco. Pretty happy I did. It's basically the same as Invisalign, just without the dentists' visits, and significantly cheaper! (I get dentist visits through my dental insurance anyway.) I've since recommended Alignerco to my mum, and she did a treatment without the need for 'nodules' on her teeth. So I'd say just try ordering the kit and seeing how it goes.

If you get aligners from this company DON'T. I paid close to $1500 for this product only for them to fix some of my teeth and not the other. When I mentioned it to them they said why didn’t I mention it when they making the original aligners. Who da hell would want half their teeth gap closed and not the other. So now am walking around with some my teeth half closed and not the other. They don’t care about your smile they just care about collecting your money. And I know they did this on purpose so that I can pay all over again to fix what they should’ve already fixed the first time. It’s all a scan just to take your money not to fix your teeth. DON’T DO IT. I repeat DO NOT DO IT. They will only mess you up even worse. If there’s a score I can give below one I would.

They are the worst company. The Aligners I received did not fit and they take months to get you new aligners. That is ridiculous! It has been 4 months and I still haven't received fitting aligners and still my teeth keep chipping away after they moved back in June of 2024. They don't care and will not go any faster even when I asked. I have asked for months to speed up the process. OMG it wasn't until they asked me to write a review about their company that I saw all the other bad reviews with other customers describing similar situations. They tell me they will expedite and it still takes weeks and months. I they use insincere AI for customer service responses and make me call them to tell them to cancel my contract over and over. It felt like I was talking to a robot. Then they ask me what's wrong after I told them over and over what's wrong, they don't fit, my teeth are chipping and it is taking too long.

Alignerco Clear Retainers. The best. I had lost my pair of retainers from my Orthodontist. I was devastated and I felt like there was no other option but spending 300+ on a pair of new ones. Before making the decision I knew there was a company out there that would be so helpful. And there I found it, Alignerco Clear Retainers.

Alignerco was amazing! Ten out of ten! The whole process was so easy, but so high-quality, I was so impressed. There is an individualized team with you every step of the way, and they really set you up for success. My new smile is exactly what I wanted it to be, and it was so easy to achieve. And you absolutely cannot beat their price. They are less than half the cost of others with the same, if not better, customer service. I recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to use aligners; just replace them every couple weeks with the next set. Quite pleased with the results and not nearly as painful as braces! A great affordable alternative. Just make sure you don't slack on wearing your retainers.

I purchased aligners from Alignerco in 2021. Upon doing the impressions, I was sent an aligner kit. Everything was fine until I reached about the midpoint where the aligners had been manufactured incorrectly and would not fit my upper teeth. One tooth in particular was the problem and I made Alignerco aware of this. They requested pictures which I provided. Alignerco acknowledged the mistake, did new impressions, and sent me a new set of aligners. This whole process went from 2021-early 2024. The treatment plan should not take this long; however, due to Alignerco manufacturing issues, this has dragged on for a long time In July 2024 I reached to to Alignerco again to inform them that they have yet again sent me a set of aligners that do not fit my upper teeth with the same tooth being the issue. They requested multiple sets of pictures, and a video which I provided.

A great product and very good service. Alignerco was budget friendly, and the straightening tray worked as expected. The instructions with the molds were simple, and the process was very easy. A short time after mailing the molds I received an email link to a computer-generated illustration of how my teeth would look at each stage. Once I signed off on it 18 molds arrived in the mail within 12 days. The result was exactly as expected, my only regret is not doing this years ago. I have already recommended Alignerco to friends and family.

Horrible! DON'T GET THESE ALIGNERS! A couple months after my treatment I went for my regular dental cleaning and found that I had 70% bone loss on the bottom! It was caused from a misaligned bite! I ended up with an orthodontist referral and spent 6k in hopes of saving my bottom front teeth!

My experience with AlignerCo has been a headache since day one. The responsiveness of customer service takes days and is not helpful at all once they finally respond. The Zoom to assist with impressions is aggravating, as it takes weeks to set up. They’ll reject your impressions until you have to purchase more putty from them… sneaky little upcharge.

Like many people seeking treatment for their smile, it can be an overwhelming process with multiple options and tons of reviews. I knew I wanted something more affordable without sacrificing the quality in treatment. So I eventually felt comfortable enough to use Alignerco after some serious due diligence. It was made clear what to expect and the timeline as well. This doesn’t happen over night but eventually I was provided with a website that showed me a 3D version of what my smile would look like throughout the treatment and what my teeth would look like at the end.

I had an amazing experience with AlignerCo! My front two teeth were slightly disoriented, and after using AlignerCo's nighttime aligners for six months, they are perfectly in shape now. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated the convenience of only needing to wear the aligners at night. Now, I just wear retainers once or twice a week at night to maintain the alignment.

I was bothered by the look of them in pictures but didn’t want to spend a ton of money to fix such a small issue. I did some research online and opted to go with Alignerco nighttime aligners. I am so happy with my results and am even more happy with the reasonable price. My only complaint with the process was that you communicate by email with “Ele” who seems to be a computerized person… not necessarily a real human. Either way, Ele was always helpful and I got the results I wanted for a fraction of the price.

I have had my aligners now for a couple of years. I had a few teeth that were turning in my mouth and it was only getting worse. The overall process was very straightforward- they send you a kit to take your dental impressions at home and then you send them back. Once the aligners came I received a package with all of the steps. I would wear them most of the day except for when I was eating and after a couple of months I had a great looking smile again. I still wear the final stage retainer most nights when I sleep to keep my teeth from shifting back. I don't think I ever had one break on me and I have been wearing this final retainer now since I finished the process nearly two years ago. Affordable and simple to do. Highly recommend it.

I had put off getting night time aligners for years, and finally pulled the trigger on ALIGNERCO because of the price. The molding process was super easy and there was a quick turnaround to getting my 20 sets of aligners. 10 days per set and switch to the next, all nicely labeled in sealed bags. I should've done this years ago.

I mulled over getting the retainer for months. Once I finally did, I could not believe it took me so long. They did exactly what I needed. They shifted my upper teeth and lined up my bottom. I don't hate smiling now!

The process took a bit of time from initiating the molds to getting the full kit, and I had a bit of a glitch on the kit - I ordered the extra retainer but only received one. They did send me the missing retainer later after some back-and-forth, so it was resolved. I would say it took around 20-30 days to get started wearing the aligners. I had childhood braces and was experiencing re-crowding top and bottom, so I knew to expect some pain and headaches with the tension stretching the teeth back out. But the advantage of taking them off to eat, not having glue and wires in my mouth, cannot be over-emphasized enough! Worked like a charm straightening my smile.

Very good experience. Had considered aligners for a number of years. Finally decided to try Alingerco because of the price and figured I didn't have anything to lose (other than the money). The process was easy and simple. It closed my teeth right up on schedule. Communication and service was satisfactory. I would recommend it to anyone else considering straightening their teeth

Price and response rate is good. No frills which is why the price was good but the process could have been more enhanced with customer service and things like a sturdier retainer. I have been through multiple in a year because they aren’t that sturdy.

I was exploring options for aligners and opted for Alignerco as it was a good fit in terms of pricing as well as effectiveness and usability. The process was easy, I was sent the impressions. Mailed it back and given a treatment plan. After a few mos. my teeth was straight. Also helps that they include retainers to help maintain the alignment. You also get a whitening kit to boot! Would definitely not hesitate to use Alignerco again.

Product is easy to use, they provided me great support and I got fast and excellent results! Would recommend this company as a good alternative to the pricier options out there. Love my smile now!!!!

Waited 2 1/2 months to receive nothing but excuses. BUYER BEWARE!!! They will stall and give you excuse after excuse, AND THEN, they'll say the "refund window" is closed. Do not order from this company.

AlignerCo is a great company to work with. Communication is quick and the aligners are high quality. The impressions can take a few tries but once they are approved, all aligners are sent to you and the entire process is seamless. I highly recommend AlignerCo. I’m really happy with my results!
