Excellent Customer Service. Alice was very helpful and kind. I felt a little overwhelmed to try to do impressions on my own, so she walked me through step by step.

ALIGNERCO has been absolutely fantastic. The process of getting everything set up was simple and easy! They are super communicative every step of the way.

A great price, and a simple process. I pressed my teeth into the casts, took the pictures, and a little while later, aligners! They were uncomfortable at first, but that's the idea. The pressure means they're working, so I've been pressing right back, set by set. Up to set #5 here and looking fondly to the future where I can see the issues that brought me to this are fixed. I'll get there, one aligner at a time. Thanks, Alignerco, for allowing this process.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm beyond frustrated and exhausted from constantly having to go back and forth with this company. My treatment should already be finished, but instead I'm still stuck wearing aligner #5 because they never sent the rest of my aligners. I've been wearing the same aligner far longer than you're supposed to, just to prevent my teeth from shifting back while I wait for them to fix their mistake.

I was nervous doing the video sessions but is definitely needed especially when I failed miserably doing it on my own. Both Brian and Alan helped me get my impressions done and sent me new putties from my failed attempts to do it on my own. Looking forward to get my improved smiled soon!

Worst customer service ever. They try to create problems that aren’t there to charge you more since you have to wear them longer. I ordered them 4 months ago and still am on phase 2 because of their excuses not to fabricate the remaining phases. I can already tell getting a refund is going to be a nightmare based on what other people have said.
