A great price, and a simple process. I pressed my teeth into the casts, took the pictures, and a little while later, aligners! They were uncomfortable at first, but that's the idea. The pressure means they're working, so I've been pressing right back, set by set. Up to set #5 here and looking fondly to the future where I can see the issues that brought me to this are fixed. I'll get there, one aligner at a time. Thanks, Alignerco, for allowing this process.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm beyond frustrated and exhausted from constantly having to go back and forth with this company. My treatment should already be finished, but instead I'm still stuck wearing aligner #5 because they never sent the rest of my aligners. I've been wearing the same aligner far longer than you're supposed to, just to prevent my teeth from shifting back while I wait for them to fix their mistake.
I was told by email that my remaining aligners would ship during the first week of July. It's now July 14, and they still haven't shipped. They continue to miss their own deadlines and leave me with no real answers. The customer service is awful. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses, empty promises, and no actual resolution. It's incredibly stressful to have your treatment put on hold because a company can't deliver what was promised. If you're considering using this company, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Delays are one thing, but the lack of communication, accountability, and concern for their customers is completely unacceptable. I regret choosing this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

I am super excited to start my aligner journey with Alignerco. I had had aligners once before by a different company and never received my retainer so my teeth had shifted back. I decided to try a different company this time and when I received my impression kit I was able to do a free video session but since I already had done this process once before I felt pretty confident about it. After I did it by myself and sent the photos in they recommended me to do a free video session and so I chose to do it. Alan ** was super helpful and guided me through the whole process helping me get the perfect impressions. He was super patient when I was having payment issues and gave me an alternative option which worked!! Overall I would highly recommend this company and can not wait to start my treatment with alignerco. Thanks Alan!!

I've started my Invisalign process and so far it has been a smooth experience. The impression kit wasn't too difficult, but it does need to be done thoroughly, so definitely recommend following the video guidance closely with the team. That part was helpful in making sure everything was done correctly. I did have a short wait to receive my aligners, but I was supported through the process and able to complete the first step successfully. Overall, my early experience has been positive and clear, and I'm looking forward to continuing treatment. I also enjoy knowing that I can call them for anything if I have questions or need help, which gives me peace of mind.
