I’ve had a really good experience with AlignerCo’s Nighttime Aligners. I was specifically looking for an option that I could wear while sleeping, and being able to straighten my teeth without having to wear aligners throughout the day has been a huge convenience. The aligners fit comfortably, and after getting used to them, wearing them at night became pretty easy. I also really liked that the process was straightforward and much more affordable than traditional orthodontic treatment. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience so far and would definitely recommend AlignerCo to anyone looking for a convenient and more budget-friendly way to straighten their teeth.

I am super excited to start my aligner journey with Alignerco. I had had aligners once before by a different company and never received my retainer so my teeth had shifted back. I decided to try a different company this time and when I received my impression kit I was able to do a free video session but since I already had done this process once before I felt pretty confident about it. After I did it by myself and sent the photos in they recommended me to do a free video session and so I chose to do it. Alan ** was super helpful and guided me through the whole process helping me get the perfect impressions. He was super patient when I was having payment issues and gave me an alternative option which worked!! Overall I would highly recommend this company and can not wait to start my treatment with alignerco. Thanks Alan!!

I've started my Invisalign process and so far it has been a smooth experience. The impression kit wasn't too difficult, but it does need to be done thoroughly, so definitely recommend following the video guidance closely with the team. That part was helpful in making sure everything was done correctly. I did have a short wait to receive my aligners, but I was supported through the process and able to complete the first step successfully. Overall, my early experience has been positive and clear, and I'm looking forward to continuing treatment. I also enjoy knowing that I can call them for anything if I have questions or need help, which gives me peace of mind.

I was very nervous to start this process. I had braces in the past and they were very painful and the whole process was really hard for me. I never wore my retainer and now my teeth have shifted immensely so it’s always been a dream of mine to get aligners made. I’ve delayed the process for a few years now though because I’ve been TERRIFIED! However, from the start, ALIGNERCO has been really responsive and helpful. I especially appreciated my Aligner-coach Harry who helped me take my impressions. He was so kind and made me feel more relaxed in the process! I don’t know if I could’ve done it without him! I’m excited to get my aligners back and leave another review once my teeth are beautiful! Thank you Harry ** and Alignerco for all your help!

I’ve begun the process of finally fixing my crossbite and straightening my teeth after palate expander treatment for my narrow palate. I wasn’t going to bother with braces or Invisalign though because of the high cost. When I saw that the options with AlignerCo are just as promising, I had to find out more. I had my scan done (very cool tech and quick) and am awaiting trays. The people are very responsive in the chat on the AlignerCo website and have already made me feel comfortable. I’m looking forward to getting great results at a fraction of the cost of the old options. Can’t wait to post my results!

They are a scam. They gaslight the customer, wanting to upsell instead of standing behind their product. Do not buy from them.

Super friendly and helpful! Their customer service is fast, and always tries to help in anyway they can. Getting started with Alignerco has been an easy and stress free process.

Chris was very good explaining to me how to make impressions. We tried both the medium and large trays. The large tray seems to have been a better choice. Glad Chris talked me through this. Looking forward to continuing with Alignerco. They are a high quality outfit. Best, Mark

Do not purchased. I repeat no not purchased anything from this company. Their aligners are ill fitting and it does not work and it will be a nightmare getting your money back.

Very affordable and great customer service in a timely manner! Also, my kit arrived very quickly after purchase and the customer service agent was very helpful when doing my impressions.

AlignerCo Review. My experience with AlignerCo has been extremely disappointing, and after the time, money, and effort I have invested, I cannot recommend this company. This is approximately the third time I have tried to straighten my teeth and correct the spacing between them. Unfortunately, my treatment with AlignerCo has not achieved the results I expected. My son also received treatment from AlignerCo approximately five years ago, and his treatment did not achieve the expected results either.

Alan was great! He was very helpful, professional, and made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated his patience and great customer service!

I am very disappointed with my experience with AlignerCo and would not recommend this company. This is the third time I have tried to straighten my teeth and correct the spaces between them, and unfortunately, the treatment did not achieve the expected results. My son also used AlignerCo about five years ago, and his treatment was unsuccessful as well.

Do not get fooled by the low advertised online price like I did. Based on my experience, the initial price was nowhere near the true cost or the level of effort required to get through the process. After signing up and paying through Affirm, the upselling started almost immediately, with repeated emails promoting upgrades and add-ons.

I chose ALIGNERCO clear aligners because I’d spent years feeling self conscious about one crooked tooth that always stood out in photos. The process has been easy. The aligners come in individual, clearly marked packets which made changing to the next set every 10-days very easy. It has been exciting watching the changes happen week by week. That tooth that used to bother me is now straight, and my smile looks more even and bright. My favorite part of this process are the results! I am genuinely pleased with the results of the aligners by Alignerco.

So far so good! Going through the beginning of the process I was nervous but was happy with the guidance I received. I do wish the communication was a little easier and shipping a little quicker but still good and effective help! Just approved my Before and After so aligners are in the production process. Fingers crossed!!

Great customer service, worth every penny! I have three daughters that will have beautiful smiles for a lot less!

It took three months to get the mouth guard and there is zero communication where you order is at during this process unless you contact the company to find out. When my night guard was finally delivered it was VERY painful to wear and didn’t fit properly. I emailed them and they have a 24-48 hr response time. It took them 11 days to respond to me and they blamed me saying my teeth moved and it’s not their problem and to just wear it through the pain. Horrible customer service and horrible product.

Three months in and have received only one tray. They are not responding to any of my attempts (emails, calls) to secure the rest of the trays. I would go with someone else.

I completed my Alignerco retainers in December 2024 and am still extremely happy with the results. Good price, good customer service, quality retainers. I recommend!

I’ve had braces back when I was younger, and over the years, my teeth became crooked again. I was very self conscious and wanted aligners for years. I finally found Alignerco based on a friend's recommendation. I used their aligners about 3 years ago and my teeth are still straight. Every time I’ve used the customer service, it’s been very helpful as well. So glad I made the choice to go with alignerco.

So far the experience has been very easy. Kit mailed to me, instructions clear, online customer assistance great. I look forward to receiving the guard!
