I am super excited to start my aligner journey with Alignerco. I had had aligners once before by a different company and never received my retainer so my teeth had shifted back. I decided to try a different company this time and when I received my impression kit I was able to do a free video session but since I already had done this process once before I felt pretty confident about it. After I did it by myself and sent the photos in they recommended me to do a free video session and so I chose to do it. Alan ** was super helpful and guided me through the whole process helping me get the perfect impressions. He was super patient when I was having payment issues and gave me an alternative option which worked!! Overall I would highly recommend this company and can not wait to start my treatment with alignerco. Thanks Alan!!

I was very nervous to start this process. I had braces in the past and they were very painful and the whole process was really hard for me. I never wore my retainer and now my teeth have shifted immensely so it’s always been a dream of mine to get aligners made. I’ve delayed the process for a few years now though because I’ve been TERRIFIED! However, from the start, ALIGNERCO has been really responsive and helpful. I especially appreciated my Aligner-coach Harry who helped me take my impressions. He was so kind and made me feel more relaxed in the process! I don’t know if I could’ve done it without him! I’m excited to get my aligners back and leave another review once my teeth are beautiful! Thank you Harry ** and Alignerco for all your help!

I am so happy that I started this journey towards confidence and a better smile! The best part of this journey has been working with Alan** and having him help me with the impression kit. I tried to do the impression kit first alone and utterly failed. It was so difficult and I kept getting so stressed and confused. I had to re-order the putty and decided to just get a video consultation instead. I was so happy that I was able to get a consultation with Alan ** and he walked me through the whole process and made it so easy and effortless. The impressions came out perfect and I’m just mad that I didn’t do it sooner! I highly recommend not only Aligner Co but Alan ** specifically!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with AlignerCo so far! The entire process has been surprisingly easy, especially the impression kit. The instructions were clear, and completing the impressions at home was much simpler than I expected. One of the standout parts of my experience has been the customer service team. Every time I've had a question, they've been incredibly responsive, helpful, and supportive. It's reassuring to know there are real people available to guide you through the process.

Very happy with my purchase. I received my aligner kit with 2 sets of trays in 3 sizes so you can choose which size fits best. I ended up with a small upper and a medium lower. You take 2 impressions of the upper and 2 impressions of the lower, and they include 5 sets of impression putty. Good thing, because I messed one up and needed an extra set to redo so I'm glad that it was included. A return label was included, so no need to worry about shipping fees. An app is available to upload photos and communicate, as well as an excellent customer service number. I met with Brian ** on Google Meet and he helped me with my mold impressions. Very professional, kind, and patient. I compared prices to reviews across multiple aligner companies, and this one was the most affordable with the best reviews. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this product.

They guided me through the process with patience and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The procedure was very quick and efficient. I truly appreciate the excellent service and support I received.

ALIGNERCO has been absolutely fantastic. The process of getting everything set up was simple and easy! They are super communicative every step of the way.

A great price, and a simple process. I pressed my teeth into the casts, took the pictures, and a little while later, aligners! They were uncomfortable at first, but that's the idea. The pressure means they're working, so I've been pressing right back, set by set. Up to set #5 here and looking fondly to the future where I can see the issues that brought me to this are fixed. I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm beyond frustrated and exhausted from constantly having to go back and forth with this company. My treatment should already be finished, but instead I'm still stuck wearing aligner #5 because they never sent the rest of my aligners. I've been wearing the same aligner far longer than you're supposed to, just to prevent my teeth from shifting back while I wait for them to fix their mistake.

Customer service was great. Love being able to do it from home.
