How does ALIGNERCO work?
To use ALIGNERCO, you must be at least 14 years old and have only mild to moderate teeth crowding, spacing or misalignment. The company website takes you through a step-by-step process for setting up your treatment plan:
- Order a kit, then follow the instructions to take your dental impression at home. Send it back to ALIGNERCO.
- The company sends you a customized, easy-to-use plan designed by its team of experts and your new handmade aligners.
- Until your treatment is complete, you’ll change aligners every two weeks. An orthodontist remotely monitors your treatment to make sure you’re seeing progress.

I had an amazing experience with ALIGNERCO, and I’m truly happy with my decision to start my aligner journey with them. From the beginning, their team was very helpful, professional, and supportive. Easy to get started. Enjoyable process. I decided to try AlignerCo after seeing how affordable their clear aligners were compared to other brands, and I’m so glad I did! The entire process was super convenient—no office visits required. I ordered the impression kit (which arrived quickly), took my molds at home following the easy instructions, and sent them back with the prepaid label.
Within a few weeks, I received my custom treatment plan with a 3D preview of my expected results—it looked amazing! The aligners themselves are thin, comfortable, and practically invisible. I opted for the daytime plan, changing trays every 10 days or so, and I noticed steady improvements in my crowding and slight overbite within the first couple of months.
Customer support was responsive through chat and email whenever I had questions, and the included free whitening kit was a nice bonus! I am very happy I chose Alignerco to improve my smile. I am a teacher and was a bit worried that the aligners would be too visible. At first I considered the night time only plan, but I finally went for the full day plan and I am really glad I did. They are barely noticeable. I also had doubts about how well they would fit since I did the entire process online, but they fit perfectly and work great.
I am currently on step 6 of 15 and I can already see a clear improvement in my smile. The first couple of days after switching to a new set there is some soreness and you can feel your teeth moving, which means the aligners are doing their job. It is important to wear them all day except when you are eating. It took me a long time to make the decision, but I could not be happier. Once I finish, my wife will start her treatment too. In terms of comfort and price, after a lot of research, Alignerco was the best option for me and I truly recommend it.

Great results, you just have to make sure you follow all the instructions including making sure the trays are seated properly (chewies!) and always wearing the tray unless eating. I had the night time plan but opted to wear them in the day too. Also be patient as it can take a week or so to get the molds, and another few weeks to get the trays but the time flies by. If you are like me, and had your bottom teeth regress after a permanent retainer popped out, this is a great fix, and I was anxious that my bottom teeth, once pushed out would start hitting the top teeth, but there was room just like when I had the permanent retainer in even though it seemed like there may not be.
Things I wish I had realized (and this was probably due to not enough research on my part): It's normal if all trays are not sent initially, they first want to make sure everything fits well before printing all trays. The smile projection view didn't seem to match my true progress on a per tray basis until the end which is fine, I was just expecting it to look a lot better at the halfway mark than they really did, but the trays still had to make room before moving the bottom 2 teeth forward. The end result is all that really matters anyways. Point being, don't obsess over matching the smile projection until it's done. It's so much easier to switch to a new tray immediately after taking out the previous tray, otherwise it will be harder to get it on (I figured this out right away though as it makes sense).

I am a real ALIGNERCO customer and was requested to write a review on my experience. I am almost done with my treatment, with 3 sets left to go. The reason I chose AlignerCo over other companies is that the price point is unbeatable! I worried that maybe the product wasn’t the best quality, but the aligners I received are perfectly clear material that is decently sturdy and not very visible on your teeth at all. It takes some getting used to, but after a while you don’t even notice them. I did have a small roadblock with my aligners getting crushed in my bag and breaking in half while on vacation (not alignerco’s fault). So I went about a week without wearing them and my teeth shifted quickly - it set me back a bit. But alignerco’s customer service was great and they directed me on how to proceed with treatment so I could get back on track.
Overall, they have been very responsive and helpful. During my impression video call, the customer service representatives were friendly and professional. I’m happy with the progress I’ve made in straightening my teeth so far, and will come back and edit this review with my final opinion once I am all done with my treatment!

I have been making payments to AlignerCo since August 2025 and officially placed my aligner order on January 5th. It has now been over a month, and I still do not have my aligners. Each time I reach out, I receive the same response: that my aligners are “almost fabricated” and that the department has been notified to expedite the process. However, no one is able to provide a confirmed shipment date or clear timeline. There is also no direct supervisor or case manager assigned to my account despite requesting escalation.
For a company that requires consistent monthly payments, I expected clearer communication, transparency, and timely service. It is frustrating to continue paying while receiving vague updates with no concrete answers. I hope this review encourages better communication and accountability moving forward. I would appreciate a confirmed ship date and proper follow-through.

Great service so far! I've had a lot of assistance getting the help for my retainer impressions and it is appreciated. The tools for the impressions came in as promised and they also gave a consultation that was very helpful. Very glad to have a cheaper alternative for my retainer.

Customer service is very friendly and helpful. They were very prompt to enter the chat when I needed assistance. Also the kit came very quickly from when I ordered it. The steps are simple and understandable.
