I had a great experience with the night-only teeth aligners with Alignerco. The process of getting the information about my teeth condition, sending back molds, etc. was all very straightforward. Since I did not have major issues with my teeth, my main motivation was to reduce the gaps in the top and bottom front teeth and reduce the slight forward protrusion of my top front teeth. I felt that the process and prices that my dentist/orthodontist provided me were too cumbersome and expensive. The Alignerco program was much more user-friendly since I could use the "night-time only" aligners which meant that during the day, I did not have to wear the aligners. Also, sending our the molds from home and getting all the future aligners in one-shot was a big plus compared to the frequent visits needed to the orthodontist when they change braces or aligners.

I placed an order and paid in full on April 10th. It is now May 29th and I never received anything. Not even the impression kit. I've reached out at least 4 times to them and have not gotten any solution. I sent them screenshots of the FedEx tracking number showing that it hasn't moved, so after chatting with them online they sent me a new tracking number through email. My most recent chat with them I explained how I was quite dissatisfied considering how I reached out to them numerous times with no actual updates. I asked for someone who is in charge that I could directly contact and they ignored that.

I did a lot of research before choosing Alignerco. I read reviews on many sites, compared prices and even went to an orthodontist close to me for an evaluation. Of course the orthodontist price was triple of Alignerco’s! Many companies online were close to Alignerco, but still higher priced. I realize they were rather new a few years ago when I started, but everyone starts out that way!

Knocked it out of the park! I was skeptical at first but Alignerco knocked it out of the park every step of the way. Ele helped me through the entire process. They were timely, accurate, and very patient with my questions. The product did exactly as it was intended in the projected amount of time. I couldn't be more pleased and the price is so reasonable.

This is the most frustrating process with absolutely no instructions about the steps, poor customer service. I paid on February 25th 2024 and now May 22nd and I still don't have the aligners to begin the treatment. I asked for my money back but they won't do it. # months later and still waiting because they always have an excuse for delays and never clear about a delivery date and no clear instructions. I am beginning to believe that this is just a scam.

It was an easy process. ALIGNERCO made it convenient and seamless to straighten my teeth. All I had to do was send in my teeth impressions, and they did the rest. There was nothing else to it. Ele, my customer support specialist, answered all of my questions. I was very delighted with the outcome.

After having braces for two years I thought I had finally had the smile of my dreams. A broken retainer and limited income resulted in my teeth shifting again. Although it wasn’t as bad I was no longer proud of my smile and wanted to do something about it. I searched and researched daily for an inexpensive option and I stumbled upon AlignerCo which was heaven sent. I paid in full, got my impression kit and was happy they sent 3 because I completely ruined the first one (so be careful and follow the directions), but I managed to get the remaining two correct then sent them in and in a week or two later I received my aligners.

The customer service is terrible. They don't seem to care at all if you have an issue. I had already started paying off the purchase and they hadn't sent me anything yet. Every time I tried to reach someone to ask about it, I got the same AI bot response. I actually started to think it was a scam and they weren't going to send me anything so I disputed the purchase through my bank. Only then did a real person reach out to me. The first shipment I got didn't even include a case, so for months I had to keep my aligners on a paper towel on my desk. I notified them of this and they eventually sent me one but didn't even apologize or acknowledge their mistake. They sent me 15 sets of aligners, by about step 7, I noticed they were fitting really poorly, but kept wearing them. It got worse with each step so I let them know, hoping I could get better fitting aligners made. They are currently ignoring all of my requests for help. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased these aligners because it was a great deal for getting my teeth straight again. Communication was okay but you have to use email. It was affordable except for having to purchase additional retainers, you have to buy the 8 pack for $499 which makes it comparable to other companies for overall cost but cheaper than the orthodontist.

Their retainers are also very good quality. I went to my normal military dental office since my AlignerCo retainers were being worn down between my teeth over the last few years (I clench in my sleep) and needed a quick replacement. My dentist said AlignerCo were really nice quality retainers. They were way better than the ones I received from my dental office which were thinner and more flimsy. They weren’t as solid which seemed like there might be room for error if my teeth shift which isn’t good. All in all, worth every penny.

I am on the seventh Aligner. They send all of the Aligners to you at the beginning. They have not fit properly from the beginning. I have tried to get help, but they are not responding. Aligners #8 and 9 are completely missing, so trying to go from #7 to # 10 doesn’t work at all. I would not recommend. They charge additional money for retainers, so I am going to lose close to $1500.

I am very pleased with my AlignerCo experience. The process was easy and I like that everything can be done from your own home. You receive a box with the materials to make impressions of your teeth and that was easy to do. You send the impressions back and then they email you your plan which shows how many trays you’ll need to move your teeth. After you approve they send the trays which are clearly marked for the order which they should be used. You send pictures of your mouth, teeth, and bite by email about every other week so that they can confirm the trays are working. Overall I highly recommend.

Alignerco definitely fixed the gaps in my teeth which were my main area of concern. The aligners did create an overjet with my upper teeth, however. The price was fair and was cheaper than the other competitors I found while shopping around.

I had a great experience with AlignerCo. I learned quickly that one needs to follow the directions on each step. The longer you leave them in throughout the day, the quicker and better it will work. These were extremely less expensive than their competitors and available if I ever needed assistance. After a year of using them I love my smile and still use the retainer. Before using AlignerCo my front tooth was twisted and getting worse. AlignerCo stopped the progression. I love my teeth now!

I have had a great overall experience with Alignerco. Initially, I received 2 sets of putty to make impressions. I was careful to follow the instructions and video. After doing the first impression, I missed my molars. I contacted the company and they gave me suggestions on how to correct it for the next set. I emailed them pictures of every impression that I did and they responded with feedback. This did take a while, as there needed to be some back and fourth, but Alice did a great job with responding in a timely manner.

Alignerco made my clear aligner experience very seamless and convenient! Their customer service team is very responsive and helped with any issues along the way. I had a lot of crowding, especially on my bottom row, which had started turning several teeth. I am very pleased with my results and the treatment length was very reasonable. The only concern I encountered is that the aligners are made fairly thin (probably part of how they keep their cost down), so I did have an issue with an aligner or two cracking. It usually happened when I was almost ready to move on to my next set, so my treatment was never delayed because of it. I have been in my retainers for a little over a year now and they are lasting nicely. I wear them overnight once to twice a week, just to keep my teeth from shifting. Overall, I am very happy with my results and experience with Alignerco and would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Didn't know if a 65 year old was too late, it was not. It took a little process to get started and communications were a little confusing but, the end result was good. The price was right and my teeth were straightened, that is what I wanted.

I am 39 years old and never had a single issue with my teeth. No cavities, no braces, nothing. I have noticed though over the last few years a slight shift in my upper teeth. They seemed to recess in and it started to really bother me. I shopped everywhere and read countless reviews and was so close to using another company but ultimately I just felt like they all do the same thing so I went with the cheapest option. I’m glad I did! Everything was delivered exactly within the timeframe they said. I had a few questions along the way and I got a response very quickly each time. I’ve read some people talk bad about their communication but honestly I don’t get it. I thought it was great. I followed the directions exactly and literally never missed a single day of wearing my night time trays. I believe it was about 10 months. They worked perfectly for me.

After paying I was sent the materials to do my impressions. They sent a guide on how to do it and had me submit photos of the impressions before mailing to make sure they were usable and not waste shipping time if they were incorrect. I emailed the photos in and was quickly given the approval to mail them in. They also had me sign a consent form with my dental history and any details they needed to be aware of.

Alignerco had the best model of change for my bite needs, at the easiest delivery system, and financially the best cost for the product. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and I recommend Alignerco to anyone that is needing slight realignments or occlusal adjustments. I did a ton of research prior to ordering aligners. I studied Invisalign, Byte, Smile Direct, and AlignerCo. I went with alignerco because of the affordability and night time only usage. The whole process went seamlessly. From taking impressions/photos, to having the app show me tray by tray what the results would be, to the retainers, it was easy. Ele was the dedicated point of contact and answered any and all questions that I may of had. I just needed slight realignment to close some of the spacing I had from never wearing a retainer after traditional braces as a kid, and from being a tongue thruster. If small changes are all you need, AlignerCo is the best.

AlignerCo is amazing!! I’m the type of person that does a lot of due diligence before I make any sort of large purchase, and this one of them. I found that AlignerCo is the best bang for your buck when it comes to online teeth alignment. I first started with them in Feb 2021 and the whole process of aligning my teeth took about 1 year. And I’ve been using the retainers since then for more than 2 years. The alignment process was simple and efficient. It definitely hurts your teeth when you get new Aligners but that’s the expectation if you want results. My experience getting aligners was smooth - I did the at home impressions, received information over email about what would happen, and got all the aligners by mail. My upper teeth were not too crooked (they had a bit of weird gaps), and they came out super great. My lower teeth, on the other hand, were super crowded, and one tooth was fully behind two other teeth. Going through the aligner process fully straightened these teeth, but I had a complication. My lip attaches to the teeth at a really high location, and ended up pulling at the gums quite a lot near the tooth that had been behind the others. I ultimately ended up having to get a gum graft to fix it.

I've always been proud of my smile and I wore my retainer from high school for longer than most. But for the past couple of years, I let the habit slip and then my retainer didn't fit anymore. This was the simplest process ever, and at the price point, it was also the most affordable deal. It's not often that you make a good decision on both price and performance, but with Alignerco, I feel like I scored! I'm so happy with my teeth, and for only about 4-5 months, 22 hours a day. It was such a simple process. Once you get the trays, you just wear them, and maintain the trays! After the requisite amount of time, change trays to the next set. Repeat. So happy I did this, and so happy with the price I was able to pay getting straight teeth from Alignerco.

My dad bought me the clear retainers from this company and I can say they helped build my confidence and changed my face a bit for the better. They are super sturdy if you take care of them right and wear them for the recommended amount of time. It fixed my jawline a bit because I have an over bite so it helped push my bottom teeth forward a little. One thing though is that I wish there was an option for rubber bands on top if that's even possible but my retainers are great already!

It gives good results if you follow the instructions. It is affordable. It is easy to use. Also there are different plan which give you the flexibility to choose according to your need and how much time you want to get results in.

I loved my experience with AlignerCo! I did my treatment during the pandemic while we were all at home and wearing masks, however this would have been an amazing option for straightening teeth anytime because of the clean aligners. They were always sent on time and I could see progress quickly and loved the final product. I am so happy with my results. The only reason I gave 4 stars is my last retainers that you put on at the end of treatment, my top retainers was so tight it didn’t fit. Unfortunately, I could only wear the bottom retainer, but I did end up going to my dentist and getting a night guard for the top teeth so I just use that now as my retainer and wear my bottom with it so they don’t shift. They look great still 3 years later.

I looked into all the different teeth alignment companies when I wanted to do invisible braces and found Alignerco as the cheapest one. While I was initially a bit skeptical, it was definitely worth it! I will say that my alignment was pretty straightforward (as someone who had braces as a kid but has since lost her original retainer and whose teeth became slightly crooked again), so I would recommend you use if the fixes you need are not overly complicated. The company was responsive, answered my questions quickly, and kept me on schedule for the 9 months that I wore the invisible aligners. Overall using Alignerco was a good, easy experience that was definitely worth the price.

Overall, it was a good alternative to Invisalign. The prices were great and the customer service was okay. I wish they would have been a bit more involved, but all in all, it was a good experience, and worth it if you have a small issue you need corrected.

I’ve been looking for clear aligners to help fix my smile and I came across Alignerco, and I'm so glad I did!! It made my experience easy, not only did they send my box with all my aligners in it they also sent a whitening kit!! The box came with all my aligners with the steps on them so you don’t get confused and even my retainers. Also customer service was absolutely great! Whenever I had questions they’d answer them quickly! These aligners fixed my smile, which was one of my biggest insecurities, and now I’m able to smile without trying to hide it. It feels so good. Before I committed to the treatment they promised the world. They sent trays that would not fit, then took the longest time to send other trays. This went back and forth for another three times, sending me different trays that would not fit, then waiting for the longest time. Had to keep on following up with them for action, it was frustrating. Afterwards the proposed treatment plan was not acceptable, all the teeth would not be straight, as promised. Not being happy with the end results I asked for a refund. Only got a partial refund, they kept $200, even though they were not able to provide a service that was acceptable. Total scam, will not recommend to anybody!!!! Stay away.

Super affordable and really easy to use overall. If your teeth are just crooked this is a great alternative to braces. They have payment plans and overall it's pretty cheap. Just take one mold of your teeth and you get the whole set in one go.

Took a chance on this company as I'd never known anybody using it before - I was drawn in by the price (astoundingly lower than competitors) and was so pleasantly surprised by the attentive customer service and easy process. The process of aligning my bite and straightening my (pretty crooked) bottom teeth took less than a year. Worth every cent in my experience!

Starting with the purchase process, I paid for the treatment in full and it took them 2 months to ship my aligners and I never received them, so I contacted them and they just didn't help, at that point I felt I lost my money so opened a credit card claim and got my money back and then they decided to contact me a help, after trying to charge me extra I ended up paying again to get aligners, I completed the treatment exactly as instructed and ended up with gaps between teeth I didn't have before and they said that was the expected result I didn't offer any solution. Save yourself a headache and choose a different company to get aligners.

I ordered the impression kit, within 12 hours I requested a refund. I was met with manipulation and they sent it anyways. I was then offered a Black Friday deal of $1120 instead of $1360 or something close to that.. But the original price on the website was $1143… I feel like this is a huge scam and I wish they didn’t deny my refund.

It’s cheaper than getting braces. I was hoping for a little better results but my teeth look good enough to smile in pictures which is what I was going for. If you need to pull teeth down or up you might want to opt for braces. These have their limitations on what they can accomplish.

My experience with AlignerCo has been nothing but positive. From beginning to end, the company was in personal contact. I had to get a smaller impression kit which they sent out quickly. If folks have a problem with the outcome, one needs to remember you have to ok the proposed alignment of your teeth. An AI, 3-D map of the outcome is given to you to understand the final "product". The entire cost was $1000.00. Compare that to the nearly $3400.00 I was quoted by 2 orthodontists for Invisalign!

I don’t even want to waste my time and write here about these scammers. Just thought it would be helpful to make others aware of how bad this company is. They will first scam you by convincing you to buy one of their packages and they will confirm to process a full refund if you change your mind or if not happy with the result (this was by the way the reply of customer service with regards their refund policy). They will skip mentioning the return window of 48hrs just to make you feel safe to order and cancel at any time. Well when I changed my mind after receiving the impression kit (very poor quality kit and unclear instructions booklet), they refused to refund me the amount I paid upfront to cover the whole package (more than 1000$).

THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I purchased a package from them that was supposed to come with one of their toothbrushes. They sent the kit but no toothbrush. I asked about the toothbrush and initially did not get a response. Then after two months they told me they sent it because they sent me an email saying they did and their shipping department said that they sent it. I don't have any tracking number to try to locate the package and there was no way it would fit in the box with the kit that I received. I cannot file a claim for the package that they claim they sent. They have to do this since they were the shipper. They likely won't file one either since they never sent the toothbrush. They cheated me and refused to make this right.

Getting my aligners from ALIGNERCO was a smooth process. I had to do my impressions twice. My aligners came soon after. The price was great. I compared to other brands. I only have to wear them at night. A whitening system was included, but I haven’t been consistently using it. If you’re thinking about it…Go for it!

I had a good experience. The team was helpful throughout the whole process though there were a few communication glitches. They sent a treatment plan with a nice progression of what my teeth would do. It was true to experience. I had 20 sets of clear aligners. Treatment took about 7 months. The aligners are completely clear, and stayed completely clear. Pain when switching to a new aligner was minimal. The aligners did not tear up the inside of my mouth. They keep your retainer on file so if you break one it's easy to get a new one. Would highly recommend. Bonus is that I was able to use my flex spending account to pay for it!

When the Aligners didn’t work the company was defensive and they blamed me and said I wasn’t wearing them and that was why. They charged me $200 more to do a “refinement.” When that didn’t work they tried to charge me again. Also the Aligners are cheap and don’t hold shape. I’m in a legal dispute with them now.

Alignerco has been FANTASTIC to work with!! From the initial inquiry they have been extremely responsive and supportive. My first attempt at making the teeth molds didn't go so well, but they were on it! Scheduled a one-on-one video tutorial and walked me through making each mold. The representative was very thorough and made sure all the molds were done correctly and acceptable. The aligners came quickly and Alignerco checked in with me periodically to see how everything was going. Overall - I would highly recommend using Alignerco!

They also provided me with an adviser to keep in contact with if I had any concerns. They were the cheapest company which I was super grateful for because I was in college at the time. I used payment plans from Affirm, which was my best option at the time. My smile came out great so I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone.

I got my treatment plan back in 2021 and I still wear my retainers today. For the price I love the way my teeth turned out, and I would absolutely recommend going with Alignerco for if you have minor issues like crowding. The reason I’m giving it a four and not a five really has to do with communication and quality of retainers. Unfortunately, you don’t communicate directly with the dentist who creates your treatment plan, you speak to someone named ELe through email. She’s pretty responsive but it’s just not personable communication. Regarding the retainers and the quality I do notice when wearing my retainers pressure can create tiny cracks, so be careful and diligently wear your retainers every day. Overall, yes I would recommend going with this company for a great smile.

I was looking for a good Invisalign alternative and came across AlignerCo. I was skeptical at first but the reviews were great so I thought I would go for it. I got the clay things to take models of my teeth and it was pretty easy to get done. After that, I started my journey with the set of invisible braces I got in the mail. It was very easy to get used to. Over the course 2 years, I was slowly getting a smile I was happy with.

I had braces in my teens and one of my teeth moved a bit. It wasn’t super noticeable but it bothered me so I wanted something easy and economical that would fix it. I knew there wouldn’t be any major ortho problems since I had braces in the past so I was just looking by price and ease of use. I picked Alignerco on a Black Friday deal. Everything was pretty easy, I made my molds and sent them in. Got the smile projection which looked good. My package with the aligners ended up getting lost twice because it required a signature by usps, who are not reliable. So I had to go to the post office and pick it up.

I'm in my mid 50s and had braces in my teenage years. Things shifted in a couple of places and it always bothered me. This company was offering a package that was reasonably priced. Overall I had a good experience and satisfied with the results.

I am on the 3rd set of aligners and so far I love it. Easy to use. I wear them at night and I can already tell a slight difference. It was easy to get started and the aligners came quickly after the impressions and smile projection was approved.

After completing a year of trays my teeth are great. I was able to fix my front tooth that stuck out about a 1/4" past all my other front teeth. It fixed some other issues but did what I really wanted from them. The price on these cannot be beat.

On Aligner 3 with my Aligner process. I am one month into my Aligner process. I am on Aligner 3. I haven't progressed far enough to declare if the Aligners are working for me yet, but the experience has been easy. My complaint would be the poor edges around each aligner have been less than comfortable. Luckily you only use them, in my case, for 10 days and then you get to change to another. So far customer has answered questions and concerns promptly. Excited to see where I will be in 17 more weeks.

These are great! They are very affordable compared to braces or invisalign, and work so much faster which I loved. They aren’t super painful, and made my smile look so much better! I totally recommend for those who don’t want to spend a fortune on other brands.

Halfway through my Alignerco aligners and I can smile again! I had a pretty bad overbite and misalignment. I still have some chips from bad habits but I plan to get composite veneers for that. Even if I stopped today, I would say it was WELL WORTH IT.

I’m losing 4 of my teeth when I was child and after 30 I start getting much more space between teeth so I try Alignerco.. Reason 1 it was price..and when I finish treatment I got great result and glad to see my smile each day. Cons for me. It’s what they gave. Only 1 set of retainers on the end and you should buy them every 3 months..but they have discounts for sets so.. And to get result I put 3 bridges and one crown so to do the job you need more than only aligner in most cases.

Extremely poor customer service, doesn’t provide the name of the “specialists”, the outcome was a lot different from the 3D image preview provided before payment was sent. Do yourself a favour, pay a bit more and get a doctor to follow up your concern in a professional way.

Aligners were poor quality and had excess material around the edges. I wasn't able to wear them at work because the fit was so bad that I wasn't able to speak clearly while wearing them. I brought up concerns about the poor fit but every email I sent was met with a generic response telling me to continue treatment and that "...we promise the highest level of satisfaction." About halfway through the treatment, it started causing problems with my bite and my dentist advised me to stop. At this point, I asked for a refund but was told I was not eligible. My teeth are still re-adjusting back to normal many months later.

Started my aligner journey 2 and a half yrs ago. I started my process of aligners with AlignerCo over 2 and a half yrs ago. After 37 aligners, people don't believe I had them. After each set after the 1st I went through 3 sets I told them what I wanted different and yes, I hoped for perfect but I wanted the most important issue fixed which was my front tooth that was crooked and my bottom teeth were pretty bad and are better for sure. I asked that they not protrude outwards yet they still do and the one tooth I had the most issue with is looks worse.

I had a good experience with AlignerCo. I had some minor crowning and shifting of my upper and bottom teeth and after completing my treatment it was greatly improved. I received all aligners at once and everything was clearly labeled so I knew which step was next.

I had a very good experience with AlignerCo overall. I had braces as a kid and needed some relatively minor improvements after some teeth had started to turn and overlap. They straightened out as expected. I am planning to keep wearing the retainers at night and recommend buying a few pairs as the plastic will naturally lose integrity over time.

I’d recommend speaking up if you have issues with the projection plan, as they adjusted certain things based on my questions before the aligners were fabricated. I needed some minor changes to straighten both my top and bottom teeth. I had braces when I was a teenager, but didn’t wear the retainers for long. My teeth didn’t stay straight. I’ve been wanting to get the clear trays for a long time. I finally decided to check into my options. The orthodontist’s price was way out of my budget. I decided to give AlignerCo a try. The process went smoothly. I wore the trays all the time and changed them on the schedule. When I was done, I loved the results. My teeth on the top and bottoms are straight and exactly what I expected. Very satisfied!

I had a really good experience. The team was helpful throughout the whole process and would even zoom in with me to walk through how to do impressions. They sent a treatment plan with a nice progression of what my teeth would do. It was true to experience. I had about fifteen sets of clear aligners. Treatment took about six months. The aligners are completely clear, and stayed completely clear. Pain when switching to a new aligner was minimal. The aligners did not tear up the inside of my mouth. After my treatment was done they did send a heavier duty retainer for sleeping in to keep the progress. They keep your retainer on file so if you break one it's easy to get a new one. Would highly recommend. Bonus is that I was able to use my flex spending account to pay for it!

Really awesome, took long to get, but half the price of competitors. And customer service was very good. I had a couple questions and always had an easy time reaching someone and they always had answers for me which I was worried about.

In February 2023, I did major online research for the most economical and highly recommended invisible aligner options available. My search led me to ALIGNERCO. I am currently on Step 5 of 15 in my ALIGNERCO journey, and at this juncture, I can highly recommend ALIGNERCO as being economical, easy to begin, easy to proceed with directions all along the way, as well as a very friendly staff with quick response time.

This is a classic you get what you pay for lesson. Alignerco seems much more reasonably priced than its competitors and and there's a reason why. This company is cheap! They nickel and dime you for everything. They make you pay upfront before you even get an impression and promise they will help you. This should be a warning sign. First problem started when I paid up front and the plan they sent me wouldn't solve half the issues they said it would (for reference Smile Direct Club was way faster, do a free consultation and kept going 'til I found one that worked). They refused to refund despite the fact that they would not provide the service promised. I was angry but couldn't get by money back and moved ahead with it.

This is a scam of a company that you should avoid at all costs. They will likely not actually straighten your teeth or issue refunds, despite their policies. I ordered from Aligner Co, had no issues doing the impressions and everyone at the company seemed friendly at first. The real problems started when I got my smile projection back. There was almost no difference to what my teeth already looked like, with there still being a lot of crowding and a couple teeth twisted sideways. When I asked for a modified projection I was told that this was the best they could do and urged me to accept it. No problem, I’m not a candidate so I’ll take the refund promised.

Purchased nighttime aligners on 10/14/2022. Communication with company was incredibly difficult throughout the process. I have asked to speak to someone and have only been given the options to email with customer service. The language, descriptions, and, in general, email communications errors were constant prolonging each stage of the process. The impressions I mailed into the company were received on 12/13/2022 after poor instructions and therefore a 6 week loss of the impressions. I was told in an email that they had arrived and a "smile projection will be with [me] in about 2 weeks" which I did receive on 12/23/2022 and then approve on 1/8/2023. I was told that the aligners would be mailed in three weeks via email on 1/9/2023.

The process wasn't terrible until I got close to the end. I paid for a package deal, which was supposed to include a retainer. The retainer was not in the package I received. I contacted customer support and they sent me a grainy photo of my aligners and the retainer scattered out on a table, but the retainer was not in the package when I received it. Customer service did not help at all with my issue, and their replies were very slow. I spent all this money for nothing because I don't have a retainer now that I've almost finished treatment.

Refund issued after some tedious negotiation.

I first paid for teeth alignment in May 2020. Treatment should've been complete in May 2021, but now more than a year and a half later I'm still contending with new issues introduced by ALIGNERCO's treatment. Most notably, there are open contacts (teeth that don't touch) pointed out by my dental hygienist. Secondarily, the alignment overall of my lower teeth is still a bit off. I have reached out repeatedly to customer service, often with replies that are irrelevant to my concerns, often with delays of weeks or even months, and sometimes even being flat-out ignored.

ALIGNERCO is a complete Scam. They take your money and simply waste your valuable time. This company should be looked into and should no longer be in existence. Long story short; they took my money, sent impressions, which was timely sent back and only sent me 1 set of aligner, which took almost 2 months to be Fabricated. Wait time was about 3 months. They reached out to charge me more, Stating I needed to get new impressions done, starting the whole process from scratch. Please go with other companies that charge more but offer quality services.

Let me start by saying that I went through the ALIGNERCO process (21 aligners) and was reasonably happy with the results—I achieved maybe 80% alignment (which is all they “guarantee” anyways). So I’ve rated Alignerco two stars for (only) the effectiveness of their product. However, the process was needlessly frustrating and upsetting, and much more expensive than the initial financial outlay would have suggested (I’ll explain their business tactics to extract as much money as they can later in this review). The worst of it is that I paid an additional $360 for final retainers that I have not received in over two months (although some of that time was spent working with Alignerco to provide additional aligners to first tweak my teeth further into place, but that attempt failed because they claimed that every mold I sent in was not good enough).
