This seemed like a good idea. Some of the retainers were very painful. Too big of an adjustment or too large and cut into my gums. Or so sharp I cut my tongue and lips. I was also left with a gap between my front teeth that I did not have when I started. Top teeth were great and had braces as a teen. The bottom were crowded hence the aligners. When I finished treatment the bottom retainer they provided was too small. ALIGNERCO refused to provide a correct retainer. It should have been identical to my last aligner. It wasn't. It was too small and would have forced my bottom teeth into a narrower position. So I have been wearing my last aligner.

Best customer service and aligners for an affordable price. The customer service is very helpful. I had Aaron Foster helped me with the aligner impressions and he was great! Definitely an awesome experience from beginning to end.

ALIGNERCO appealed to me for the affordability of this option. So far I’m glad I signed up with them. While it’s a remote dental aligner plan, they do have great service if you need help. Their rep, Brian **, assisted me over video with my impressions. It was very detailed, patient and ensured that every step in the process will be successful and efficient.

I originally contacted this company to get a **replacement retainer**, but instead of simply replacing it, I was sent an **impression kit** and had to go through the process all over again. After waiting for the new retainer to arrive, I was disappointed to see that the retainer itself appeared **crooked and did not match what I expected**.

I had a positive overall experience with ALIGNERCO. The process was straightforward, communication was helpful, and the aligners/retainers were a convenient option compared to going through a traditional office. I appreciated the affordability and the ability to handle things from home. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a clear aligner or retainer option.

From the start, this was a difficult process. The aligners did an okay job but did not straighten my teeth perfectly. After this, the provided retainer broke within a year. I attempted to order new retainers at a very high cost ($300). They refused to send them after receiving the payment for them stating I had to go through the refitting process. They required more money to "re-evaluate" my case. They sent me email that they shipped my retainers but they did not. They are a Pyramid Scheme trying to get more money out of you.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with AlignerCo so far! The entire process has been surprisingly easy, especially the impression kit. The instructions were clear, and completing the impressions at home was much simpler than I expected. One of the standout parts of my experience has been the customer service team. Every time I've had a question, they've been incredibly responsive, helpful, and supportive. It's reassuring to know there are real people available to guide you through the process.

Surprise extra cost. l appreciate being able to order online, do consult for impression via video, and have everything mailed to me. However, I was under the impression that my purchase would include retainers for life. On my consult video I was informed they become loose and you’ll need more. $500+ for 8 and $295 for 4. Wasn’t thrilled about the extra expense and could’ve gone with my orthodontist who quoted me lower.

Affordable and easy to get started at home. Would recommend the night aligners.

The communication speed and timeline with AlignerCo has been a pain point. I purchased my aligners in January 2026 and returned my first set of impressions within 3 weeks. I was initially told they were good, but then later were told they were not good and was asked to do another impression. When I asked what needed improvement, they told me the impressions were actually okay and send me my first aligners. I sent a fit check upon receiving these aligners and was told they were not a good fit and needed to be redone. It is now almost June (almost 6 months later) and I just sent in my second set of impressions. I have not started treatment yet.

Their communication was terrible and they didn't guide me through the process of creating my impressions. As a result my impressions didn't work out. This time with this company who doesn't cost as much I had a great interaction with the representative and she was very helpful in making my impressions. I only had to try one time with her guidance. They delay the process so that you can't get your refund once you realize that they're a scam. They first said my impressions were damaged and that I had to redo them. That took some time waiting to get the kit and sending it back to them. They take a while to respond to emails and when I finally receive the full tray set, it's too late. You won't be able to get a refund once you realize what they're doing. The trays I received did not match up to the smile projection and I told them it didn't seem completed. The trays they sent me looked to be about 50% of the smile projection. Instead of acknowledging this they offered a "refinement". These people are scammers and they don't give you the complete treatment.

I haven’t received my trays just yet but the process from ordering, to making impressions and sending them back has been super easy and punctual!

Very happy with my purchase. I received my aligner kit with 2 sets of trays in 3 sizes so you can choose which size fits best. I ended up with a small upper and a medium lower. You take 2 impressions of the upper and 2 impressions of the lower, and they include 5 sets of impression putty. Good thing, because I messed one up and needed an extra set to redo so I'm glad that it was included. A return label was included, so no need to worry about shipping fees. An app is available to upload photos and communicate, as well as an excellent customer service number. I met with Brian ** on Google Meet and he helped me with my mold impressions. Very professional, kind, and patient. I compared prices to reviews across multiple aligner companies, and this one was the most affordable with the best reviews. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this product.

I'm submitting a new review to retract my previous one. The company basically forces you to write a review while on the video meeting to do impressions. Since then I have had no updates from them and not able to get ahold of them. The customer service is terrible.

One thing I appreciate about the company is support for doing dental impressions at home. It would be easy to put off, but scheduling an appointment online to do it with a pro helps with accountability. Harry ** was very patient and thorough in my impressions video call. I'm glad I did the video call instead of doing the tooth impressions on my own, since now I have more confidence in the end result. I haven't gone through the aligner process yet, which is why my review isn't 100% yet since I can't evaluate it. But it does seem like the company so far, is very accessible at all times to help you get your care.

The cost was reasonable. Aligners fit well. Customer support is decent. Only complaint was a delay between Step 1 and Step 2. Everything else has been good. No regrets at this point. I am looking forward to seeing the final results.

8 months into the process and still haven't gotten aligners. Have done impressions several times and they were all rejected. Tried to get even a partial refund a couple months earlier but was refused because it had been too long. But they still try and get you to buy more retainers before you even have workable impressions. Highly don't recommend.
