I finally purchased a new Serta Mattress set and paid for it through QVC on their flex-pay option which made it affordable for me, deep pocket mattress, feels secure and sturdy. I decided to leave the plastic on because of my grandkids.

Serta mattresses are a good brand. We paid cash, so there was no need for financing. Warranty could be better to remain competitive with other brands. Was dissatisfied with delivery options since our location was not that far from the retail purchasing location. Customer service was adequately knowledgeable. Overall rating for Serta and its products was satisfactory.

So we we exchanged it for another style and firmness level. I've had the mattress for 5 mos and thus one is worse than the first one, it dips, it has uneven spots, it's so uncomfortable to sleep on. Never will I ever purchase any Serta mattress again. Nothing but a waste of money and sleep!

Was looking to replace a soft side water mattress. Felt we were fairly choosy as we looked. Tried them all out for comfort, price and stability. It fit into all boxes! The sale that was running on the mattresses did not include delivery so we had to arrange pick up and all on our own. Considering the price, still a great deal. Still using it and still very comfortable.

Best mattress own to date. The conformity to the body is of extremely importance to your rest and a deep peaceful sleep. The concerns I had prior to making this purchase was regarding if the mattress would be firm enough as well as consistent through out time. I can honestly state, this mattress has remained as comfortable as the day I purchased. That was approximately six years prior.

Very deep mattress and box combo. Lush pillow top makes a huge difference in our quality of sleep, and my back stopped hurting. Old mattress was a rock compares to this Serta. First Serta that we bought was good at first but slowly developed an indentation where I sleep. My wife had no problem until we rotated the mattress and she had the rut on her side. We called and they sent a tech out to measure and he said they would replace it. We used the return value (equal to original purchase) and upgraded to the most expensive one in the store. 3 years later and no complaints.

This mattress is inflatable, with a supplied air pump. The valve soon leaked, so mattress wouldn't stay inflated. Then the pump failed. Warranty is sneaky, because they won't take the mattress back, if it has even a tiny spot or stain on it. They claim it's for sanitation reasons, but if I were buying a new mattress, they wouldn't hesitate to take the old one away, no matter how grungy!

My experience for my Gel foam topped queen mattress in a box is great. I loved the idea of buying a mattress in a box because I relocated and it gave me the option to take my mattress home the same day. It really is affordable and for the amount I paid it was well worth it. It is cooling at night I no longer wake up soaking from perspiring. I would definitely recommend this mattress for someone who needs a mattress same day and smaller living spaces.

We have had nothing but trouble with Serta mattresses over the past five years. Every one has collapsed, and we're both under 200 pounds, so they should not be collapsing under us. When you finally decide it's bad enough you can't stand it, be prepared to shell out a couple hundred bucks for an inspection and shipment on the replacement. Once your replacement arrives, it will immediately begin collapsing as well. However, after the month of hassle, you'll decide to put up with it for another year or two before it's so bad, neither of you can get a decent night's sleep anymore. Then, if you had two pillow top mattresses like us, you'll agree to take a cheaper mattress in hopes that one without a pillow top won't collapse. You'll be wrong.
Our current warranty replacement isn't even two months old. However, since we went without a pillow top, the depressions in the bed are far worse on our backs. My wife wakes up in terrible pain and can barely lift our three toddlers. We told Serta we just want our money back because we bought believe they can make a decent mattress. Today they told us there's no manufacturing defect, and our bed did displaying normal body impressions under 1.5 inches. The corners are raised significantly. Even going across the lower middle. I easily measured over 1.5 inches. They're flat out lying because they don't want to give us our money back, but we're not going to pay a could hundred bucks for another mattress that will collapse right away on us again.

My son purchased this matress 8 months ago and 3 months ago we were moving his furniture around. We turned mattress up against wall and I could see something through bottom of cover. Unzipped it and there's a 2ft x 2ft area of mold. There has never been any liquids spilt and there are no watermark's on base or bottom fabric. The mattress came in a plastic wrap and I'm assuming in trapped moisture in when packaged. Serta says they don't cover mold because it's an environmental issue. This mattress obviously came this way and their warranty states it cover problems coming from factory but they are sticking to it be owners fault and won't even send someone out to inspect. Probably because they know it will prove it came from within the foam after packaging. So my son paid 800 for a matress he now has to throw away! I would never buy Serta!

It's the worst mattress I have had. I bought what was supposed to be a firm mattress so as to provide comfort but regretted the purchase a few days after I purchased it as it seemed to have a sink hole wherein my back kept slumping in. Unfortunately, even though I had every intention of returning it immediately for my refund, I could not because I fell ill with bronchitis. I had contacted the store I got it from and was told to contact the manufacturer directly, but when I checked online after reading the terms of return, which included some technical restriction about how many inches of sagging the slump in the mattress had to be, before it could be returned, I knew I was stuck with the purchase.
Since I could not immediately afford a new mattress having lost all my belongings, I contemplated sleeping on the floor. I regretted the loss of my old mattress which was very comfortable, but I had been forced to give up due to exposure to mold from a previous uninhabitable apt. building I had been displaced from. Instead of looking forward to going to bed, I avoided going to bed knowing the discomfort one would suffer through all night, even with pillows as support including the pillow in between the legs to maintain proper posture during sleep.
I tried to give it a chance but it only seemed to get worse and caused back pain so severe I had to put a pillow or bed cushions in the slumphole that was causing me severe sleep discomfort and pain. Eventually, I went out and purchased another mattress set and put the Serta mattress in between like a sandwich, but that did not alleviate the problem. The only reason I still have it is for short-term guests. It's one bad and regrettable purchase, a total waste of my money, which I consider a big rip-off, especially with the unreasonable terms of return for a product that cost so much money and caused health issues with no value in return. I would NEVER buy a Serta product again and definitely will NOT recommend it.

We purchased our iComfort mattress in May 2012. In 2013 the mattress started sagging. We called the retail store and we received a replacement mattress. In 2015, the replacement mattress started sagging. I called the retail store and they sent a technician to examine the mattress. The technician report stated the mattress was in perfect condition. These technician do not lay on the mattress to see the peaks and valleys, instead they bring a long piece of wood and lay it across the mattress to see if there any space between wood and mattress.
For the last 3 years I have had a technician come out to examine our mattress and they keep reporting back to Serta that the mattress is in good condition without paying on the mattress. When people go to buy a mattress, they lay on that mattress to see the condition of the mattress and if it is right for them. Why doesn’t the technicians lay on the mattress to inspection it? NEVER BUY SERTA, I don’t see why people keep buying Serta mattresses. It’s seems like the Serta iComfort mattress are defective and Serta will not work with their customers with these defective mattresses.

On 7/27/13 I purchased a Prodigy King Mattress Set. After delivery the mattress never felt right. It was too firm. Called the store and was told to walk and crawl on it to soften the gel foam. This did no good. I slept on it rarely. On 4/15/14 I purchased the Adjustable Base after once again speaking with the store manager who suggested this to alleviate back pain. This also did not help except their pocket. On 3/9/19 while in a bedding store I inquired and the manager told me to check the label on the mattress to make certain I had received the correct bed. I did and it turns out instead of the Prodigy, a Savant was delivered.
I have now spoken twice with Serta reps. and am told it is not their fault and nothing can be done. So, one of their Distributors, (now out of business,) delivers a wrong mattress set and I'm out $5,400. In addition, I have tried all manner of mattress toppers and body pillows to make this mattress work, to no avail as it is simply too firm for my damaged back. Bottom line...Serta takes zero responsibility.

We purchased the iComfort mattress from a large furniture store. After several years the comfort foam started to sink in on both sides. We contacted the furniture store and they gave us the warranty claim procedure. The procedure included taking a picture of the Law Tag. They are usually sewn onto the seam. However, this mattress didn't have one sewn into the seam, never did, and had no tag remnants like it had been cut or torn off. It never was sewn on.
After doing some research, some of them apparently had a "stick on" label for the Law Tag. Who knows how long ago that label fell off or if it even made it to our house when we purchased it and it was delivered and set up by the store. Nice way to avoid any warranty claim. If you purchase a Serta mattress, better find the tag and keep it under lock and key. Without it, the warranty could be 10 minutes and they wouldn't stand behind it. We've been looking for a replacement and I can assure everyone that it will NOT be a Serta product.

Purchased Grand Sky queen mattress from Gardner White in MI, have owned for a few years. After about a year, a distinct lump formed in the pillow-top, right under my L shoulder blade. I rotated the mattress so that the lump was at the foot of the bed on the opposite side. Then the mattress developed a significant sag on the side where I sleep, but I can't rotate it again because then the original lump will be back under my shoulder/upper back. Aside from all this, the mattress was never what I would call comfortable, but because I didn't purchase the right to return it (which in itself is a ridiculous policy--you have to pay a $50 fee to try it out for 60 days?), I couldn't take it back to the store.
Am getting ready to contact the store and Serta about the warranty, but after reading reviews I have to wonder if going through that process is worth it. Suffice it to say, I (a lifelong Serta customer) will never purchase another mattress from them again. On this subject... I hope that legislation is coming soon that will preclude mattress stores from re-labeling mattresses with their own style names and different fabric patterns. What happens is, several retailers will order the exact same mattress from Serta (or any other manufacturer), but because they order it with different fabric covers and then name it with an "exclusive" style name, it is impossible to do a comparison shop for the exact same mattress. This should be regulated... It is a means by which retailers can take advantage of the consumer without actually breaking any laws.

If you order a Serta Mattress because of the White Glove Delivery included, be warned that the delivery company may well NOT take your old mattress! We ordered a Serta in large part due to the fact that the white glove delivery indicated that they would remove the old mattress, so we wouldn't have to deal with the hassle. Nowhere were any conditions listed about them refusing to remove an old mattress. Only once the delivery company got to our home, did they say they would refuse to take the old mattress because it had stains. Mind you, the mattress was old! Who hasn't spilled something, had an accident, gotten sick in bed etc. on a mattress that they have had for 10 years? Well, unless you are one of those people, don't expect them to take your mattress away!
I did look further into this and after quite an exhaustive search, I did find a small note that the delivery agent could refuse to take a mattress that is a "bio-hazard". I could understand refusing a bed covered with blood, bed bugs, rodents, etc. but a stain is none of those things. And no one asked what the stains were from. They just said they could not take a mattress with any stains.

I have had brand loyalty to Serta all my life, I am 50. When I needed an office chair I was happy to see Serta made/sold office chairs. Unfortunately, Serta is not the manufacturer of the office chairs. When their $400 chair with the 10-year warranty fell apart after a year, I found out the hard way that they (Serta) apparently contract out the work to the lowest bidder, in this case a company called True Innovations.
After about a year of use the gas strut has failed. The chair creaks and makes loud cracking noises during normal use. The seat wobbles side to side from play in the hinge on the seat plate and play where the rolling base meets the bottom of the gas strut. The recliner lock feature somehow locks the chair from reclining even though the lever is in the unlock position and I never use that feature. Let me specify, I am 265 lbs, well below the maximum weight rating of the chair.
When I tried to initiate a warranty claim on Serta's website, the system would only allow a claim for a mattress. Furthermore, office chairs are not listed or even referenced anywhere on the Serta website. This was starting to get really sketchy, so I called Serta for warranty service but they would not help me whatsoever. Serta, the chair manufacturer, would not respond to a customer's warranty claim. Unfathomable right? They insisted I needed to talk to True Innovations, even though I explained to them several times that I needed to deal with Serta. I bought a Serta chair because I trusted the Serta name and knew that if there was an issue I'd be protected by the good reputation of Serta.
The problem is, this MSRP $400 chair is designed for occasional use, but it has an 8-hour comfort rating. The seat is actually comfortable, but the structure of the chair is not designed to withstand normal everyday use. It's a chair made by some unknown company who makes shoddy products and hangs the Serta name tag on the back. Flip it over and it says True Innovations. Disgusting.
Summary: SERTA SELLS COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS. When your office chair breaks they will send you to a company you've never heard of for service. You will then receive replacement parts that are every bit as inferior as the parts they are replacing. So instead of the 10 year warranty meaning that the product should be expected to last 10 years before it has a breakdown... What it really means is, this shady knock-off company will keep sending you junk replacement parts for 10 years or until the consumer gets tired of perpetuating junk and throws the chair into a dumpster.
Slick move Serta. This will be the last Serta product I ever buy. I will explain to my children why to never buy Serta products. I will dissuade anyone who I encounter who mentions buying a mattress or office chair from purchasing a Serta labeled product. I cannot stress enough the fact that Serta is perfectly fine with some knock-off company making their chairs and using the Serta name. This is a situation where the corporate giant (Serta) has abused the system to RIP-OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

In February of this year I bought an Serta Imperial Sky II King size mattress from a local Badcock store. For the last few months the bed has begun to sag on both sides and has begun to cause my wife and back issues. In mid September, I went back to the store to explain the issues with the mattress. They told me to take some pictures of the mattress, which I did. I received an email saying that their team would come out and take measurements of the sagging and also to inspect that were no stains. The team showed up on a Monday, and at their first site of the mattress and the sagging there was a simultaneous, "WOW." But being employees of the store, they reported to Badcock only a .5" of sag. I received a call from the store the following week stating that the sagging is less than the 1 1/2" required by the warranty and there was nothing that they could do.
So I contacted Serta & here is their response. "Thank you for contacting Serta. We are glad that you took the time to contact us and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We are sorry that you feel this way. From what you have stated in your correspondence, Badcock's performed an inspection. They determined that your mattress was not defective under the guidelines of our warranty. The warranty brochure does state "Sagging or body impressions that measure 1 1/2 or greater, only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching foundation" is covered under the warranty. We have attached the Serta warranty to this email. Please familiarize yourself with the warranty to understand what may be considered a manufacturer's defect."
My response was that it was not comfortable and it was indeed hurting our backs. We are sleeping on our sofa, because the bed is not conducive to any rest at all. Yes the bed has been continuously properly supported, has a mattress topper and has been rotated more than quarterly. Below is their last response. "Thank you for contacting Serta. We are glad that you took the time to contact us and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We apologize for what you're experiencing and understand what you're saying but Serta products are warranted against manufacturing defects in the workmanship and materials."
"There is a difference between defect and comfort. From what you have stated in your correspondence, your mattress is causing your back to hurt. This is a comfort issue. Comfort is subjective and is not covered under the warranty. To help with those comfort issues, you may want to try rotating your mattress quarterly to promote even wear or adding a mattress topper. If you feel your mattress gets worse, please contact Badcock's Furniture to have your mattress re-inspected. Our valued retail partners are authorized to provide warranty service, and can do so promptly and efficiently."
They are clearly not interested in their customers' comfort or well being, and Serta unfortunately has become like many other companies, "THEY JUST DON'T CARE." After reading another review, I think it says it all, Serta has so many returns, that won't take anymore. Maybe there needs to be a Serta mattress recall. I will never ever buy anything from Serta or Badcock again.

She told me the truck was running late, another 30 mins and they would arrive. So we waited. An hour and half later, called again. Yup, still running late, be there in an hour.
That came and went, called again, got some rude operator at that same number who told me there was no way the first two people could have contacted the delivery truck, and I was lying. She gave me the number of the Brockton, MA location and told me to call them. Called them Friday and Saturday, rings like no one is there and eventually goes to voicemail. Left a message that they had until 11:00 a.m. Saturday to contact me or I would cancel the order and have my credit card company refund the money. Still no response from anyone. Keep the mattress. Left work early on Friday because they promised a "2 hour delivery window".
Here's a few quick tips on professional behavior to the delivery company. Be on time. If you can't be on time, have the common courtesy to contact your customer and let them know you won't be. Don't make promises you know you can't keep. Get someone to answer your phone. If you're going to lie to get the customer off the phone, at least make them better lies. Do NOT order from this company if you live in Massachusetts unless you like being treated this way.

I ordered from Serta.com (online) a twin mattress for my 87 year old mother which was about $700, back in mid June 2018. They were very quick to process the payment and debited her account almost instantaneously same day. They promised it will arrive within 2 to 2.5 weeks max. After 3 weeks when there was no calls or signs of the delivery (an old primitive online tracking system) I decided to call and track which went back and forth for couple days and 6 phone calls to get a clear answer. (They have no idea what happened to the delivery and the order. No notes in the system they claimed.) It turns out they did not deliver the mattress to the delivery center (their partner in crime) to have it delivered after 4 weeks and they had no way of tracking where the mattress was. Then they blamed the delivery service, and the delivery service blamed Serta.
Finally Serta admitted they shipped incomplete order which was refused by the delivery service. I had to do all the work for them to track this information which took 1 week and about 12 phone calls. Then they said they will ship again and send the mattress to be delivered 3 week after that there was still no mattress and they did not deliver the mattress. I wrote several e-mails to their headquarters and 2 delivery managers (Michael ** and Nina **) as well as cc-ed their customer service. But nothing more than rude responses and lame excuses. Ironically they did show up at my mother's home to collect her old mattress 2 weeks after I placed the order without delivering the new mattress. Thank God she did not allow them to pick up, even though they claimed the new mattress will be there couple hours after that same day. 2 months has passed from that time and she still has not received her mattress or money.
After all this headache I canceled the order due to no response and insults on the phone by the managers and customer service telling me that I have to be patient while they figure out what is happening. All this time they are holding my mother's money, who is on very limited income at 87 in Serta's multimillion bank account. I had asked for their legal department to have my lawyer take up this issue but they both have not provided me their legal department's contact name or phone number.
I am absolutely frustrated with this company of all my adult years 40+ I have not experienced such a horrible customer service and especially management. I absolutely will not allow any member of my family and friends do business with Serta. I am still waiting for my mother to receive her refund so we can purchase a mattress from more reputable firm. The excuse they have last provided that they should receive the mattress that they delivered to their delivery service partner back before they can credit my mother who has nothing to do how Serta runs their dodgy business and I wonder to how many seniors they con and collect interest on their money before they return their funds if at all they do. Be aware of these two names if you ever deal with Serta which I absolutely recommend you to stay away. Michael **. Nina **.

I loved this mattress when I first bought it. Purchased at Weekend Overstock Warehouse in Lone tree Colorado. I shopped around and everyone had the exact same price. The "cool touch" feature was new at the time and the reason I bought the mattress to begin with. Sales guy threw in free pillows and a rebate for 2 more that I thought I sent in for and never got (I actually purchase two mattresses but the other was not Serta). I felt comfortable spending the money because the mattress has a 20 year warranty. Fast forward 8 years. Mattress SAGS so bad I now have back problems. The warranty info from Serta says if it sags more than 3" in the first 10 years, they replace it. So I'm thinking, awesome! I get a free replacement. And considering the cost was around $2k, I spent tons of time searching for my receipt.
With only one place left to search for the receipt (storage unit, ugh), I started researching my options. The store I purchased it from is out of business. So, after visiting the Serta site and seeing where the warranty code info is, I went to pull the info off the law tag and guess what? Those shady people at the furniture store REMOVED the tag. I certainly never removed it and you can see where it's been cut off. The other two tags that no one cares about are still attached of course. Why would ONLY the law tag have been removed? I've never removed a tag from a mattress in my life. Or the pillows I got (those are still attached because I took them home with me from the store and didn't have them delivered). I never even thought or bothered to check the mattress for the tag when they delivered it.
So, I have a worthless piece of crap mattress that has a great warranty that I can't use. I think the store removed the tag intentionally but I can't ask because the company no longer exists. Sorry if I seem a little cranky from crappy sleep for the last 8 months. Serta won't help you if you don't have the receipt and the tag and can't prove you are the person who bought it. Maybe they should just ask you for a DNA sampe and your first born when you register your mattress. And they tell you to call the place you bought it from.
I actually can't find anyone who has successfully used the Serta warranty. I think it's a complete scam. Oh, and by the way, they no longer offer 20 year warranties. Probably because they figured out their crap doesn't last 20 years. I will NEVER buy another SERTA again. Serta should learn from industry leaders like Herman Miller who offer a 12 year warranty on my office chair that replaced my Serta office chair. Hassle free. Serta is ALL HASSLE. You could spend less money on a mattress and it would last probably just as long. No wonder these internet mattress companies are taking over. So, I'm a consumer with back problems and a piece of crap mattress and no recourse as a consumer other than to vent in a review online. I'm attaching photos of where the tag was and how badly the mattress sags. It's not jut a little, its 4-5".

We were happy when we first got it but a few months later it started feeling like it wasn't supporting us enough. Almost called to inquire about returning but then it started feeling good again and it didn't feel or look like we were sinking like we were. Very strange! Still feel we could have got something a little better for the price.

When I first got my Serta mattress it was wonderful then about 6 months after I had trouble sleeping, where I slept the mattress became lumpy. I tried to pull and rub it down but I could not do it. After another month the mattress padding sunk leaving me in a sunken hole. I felt like I was going to fall out of bed. I will never buy another one.

We purchased this mattress mainly for the comfort. My husband has had several back surgeries and I have knee problems. We love the fact that it has a massage and with a touch of a remote, you can adjust both the head and feet. The one we picked was from the "Trump" series. It's the same model made for Trump's hotel. Shortly after our president was running for office, Serta pulled the product out of their stores which is sad. It's the best bed we've ever had.

Multiple disabilities ~ I have spinal stenosis and absolutely need a firm yet comfortable bed. When I went to the store I laid 3 minutes on each bed testing them. When I tried Serta, I didn't want to get up. I honest laid there for over 5-7 mins not caring who was watching. It was a little pricey for my budget so I planned to come back when able. Well, God worked a miracle, as I was leaving there was the exact model (once a floor display) on sale! I nabbed it! It had a few kick marks, frays and test run dirt but, l needed a bed ASAP. Waited a few months later and bought the box spring to match on sale. ;) So, help me. I oversleep anyway due to chronic pain but this is the bed I've loved most ever IN MY LIFE. My next purchase, I'm looking for this one again. ❤❤❤ Hope nothing changes in its design.

Back in November, I bought the iComfort series. The medium feeling. Received it from Bestway in Ruston, La., I was sent the firm. It was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. I called them the next day. They TRIED to make us keep for 60 days. I REFUSED. We couldn't sleep the one night on it. I put it in spare bedroom and started using our old one. So 2 weeks later I received the next one. It was the same. HARD. I went into Bestway of Ruston, La. laid on different ones because I refuse to keep one that I couldn't sleep on. Especially since I've paid 1900.00. I found the Serta Bellagio Super Pillowtop. It was a soft bed and very comfortable.
So I waited a couple weeks for this to come in. IT WAS HARD. NOTHING LIKE WHAT I TRIED AT STORE. This mattress also dips in the middle. When my husband and I go to bed we automatically roll to middle. I called Bestway. They really didn't wanna do anything, I finally called Serta and explained all this. Now its May 24th (almost 7 months later). WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A MATTRESS. I'm through, I might mess my credit up, but I'm sending this mattress back and will not pay another payment, I will be getting a lawyer. DO NOT BUY A SERTA MATTRESS!!!!

I purchased 2 ICloud mattress for my adjustable Cal King bed. I paid over $3118.00 for them. I ordered firm and for the first year to year and a half they held up ok. At the two year point I sink about 6 inches down when I get into my bed. But since the memory foam jumps back up to even with no weight on them they aren't covered by the pathetic warranty. Whoever heard of sleeping in a bed without putting weight on them? I also purchased an adjustable queen bed mattress from eBay. It cost about 10% of the cost of my Serta. I Sleep in it almost every night because of back problems and work hours that keep my wife up when I get home. Hate to say it but the bed in a box from eBay is about 1000 times better than my Serta, and that is the regular complaint I read from owners who have one themselves. Look before you leap if you want something that lasts the 7 years it is warrantied for because it won't say Serta on it!

Like many others I bought a Sears Serta mattress and ran into the biggest nightmare. I am stage 3 CKD... I thought I needed a new mattress to be comfortable in my end time. I looked at many mattresses, there was so much oversell and over pricing I became very skeptical. So I decided to go with brands I knew I could trust. BIG BIG mistake. Paid Sears the price of a used car for an EXTRA FIRM Mattress, only to be told by both Seas and Serta that my EXTRA FIRM mattress was suppose to sink in the middle.
I have such terrible back pain after the 3rd night I couldn't stand up. I read the review from the lady who slept on the perfect mattress in a hotel in Chgo...and decided to buy that mattress for her home. Now she and her husband are both under doctor's care for back pain. The trick is the mattress feels great for the first couple of nights, but after that run for your life. Their return policies (both Sears and Sealy) are crafted to cover the defects in the mattresses. Why pay a restocking fee for a defective mattress, that you have been forced to sleep on for 30 days?

The WORST mattress I have slept on. I would give a Zero Star if I could for both The Brick and Serta. Within months, the sides were sagging and my husband could no longer sleep comfortably. We contacted The Brick (Coquitlam) where we bought it and they sent out a warranty person who said it had sagged 'just' under the warranty requirements. That's with zero weight on it. No one was helpful. The Brick has washed their hands of this, and Serta wouldn't fulfill warranty. So now, we have a garbage bed, that is very uncomfortable- tossing and turning/sleepless nights. Never will I buy a Serta product again. I do not recommend this product at all to anyone who wants comfort or a good sleep.

I purchased a Serta Jubilance mattress in 2012, which is a memory foam mattress, with the boxspring and frame all together was over $2300. In less than six years, it sagged really bad and it was really hurting my back, I contacted the place I purchased it and Serta for warranty. They said if there where any stains then it's not cover. There is a few small stains, nothing unusual so it's not covered though and I've always had a liquid protection sheet on it. So I decided to unzip the factory sheet and the actual foam is ripping apart in multiple spots that I was actually falling inside.
Went to a Serta representative with photos of the picture, and he said it was a MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT, but still any staining completely voids the warranty... I am sleeping 100% better now on an old spring mattress with a memory foam topper on it, waiting to see if Serta will fix their faulty mattress, but nope. I don't understand how something can have a 25 year warranty but they will not cover a manufacturer's defect that bad to where I can feel the spring cutting through the ripped foam while I sleep.
