We were not happy with our previous mattress so we bought a Sleep Number mattress and the base and have had it for almost a year. The purchase experience was fine and what we purchased was on sale. All in all, I love my bed.

We needed a new bed so we purchased one from Sleep Number. We also got sheets and two pillows, and so far the pillows are fine. The reps were all very helpful and knew what they were doing.

We were looking for a new bed and were interested in looking at Sleep Number since we've seen commercials. The sales man was very nice and prompt. We tried all the beds, then we decided later on what we want to go with. We got the mattress and the pillows and we had it delivered to our door. We set it up ourselves and it was easy. The bed was really good.

Sleep store and employees very quick to help with what bed we needed. He assured us he would be there for any reason that we might need and just a phone call away. Very friendly and helpful. We will be in contact with them for any needs of the future. I like the store location in the mall, easy to locate and access. It's great doing business with a company that has a great track record like Sleep Number. Thanks.

This was a most unpleasant experience for us. My wife could not sleep in the bed no matter what setting. We decided to return it after the initial 30 days. Not only do we have to pay $179.99 for the return but we also bought an extra remote for $50 and was told we could return that as well for a refund. We got a label in the mail that clearly states, "we've attached prepaid address label". Well we used that "prepaid" address label and took it to UPS but it cost us $10.00 to return that $50 remote! So much for prepaid! Now we're out $190.00 for a bed that we can't use. Not good customer service. We went to another place to purchase a new bed and they had free delivery and if we do not like this bed, it is free for them to pick up. I think I like them better and will recommend them to our friends. I would appreciate any help with this issue.

My mother, Jamie, had a previous Sleep Number bed and loved it. She wanted another one so she got another Sleep Number mattress. The sales professionals were very professional and good. They followed up and made the purchasing easy. The delivery team was also very good. My aunt was there to take the purchase because I had to have mother in Jackson at a chemo. But my aunt said everything went very smoothly and the team was very nice. My mother loves the mattress and she sleeps better now. She’s not up roaming as much. It’s very good. I've slept on it twice and it's so comfortable. It's an excellent product and we enjoy it. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Everybody was very courteous, polite and sincere.

The sales reps gave us all the information we needed to make the choice, and they were very good. Also, the installers were excellent. I love my Sleep Number bed and I would recommend it.

I have some medical issues and I thought it would be better if I just go ahead and invest in a Sleep Number bed. My husband and I have this Split King. It allows me to make adjustments to the bed so that I can get as much sleep as possible. Sleep Number has been beneficial for me, so I've been trying to get my own son to invest on one. It's been a great experience and I'm very pleased.

We had an air bed that we purchased 15 years ago and it wouldn’t hold air anymore so we had to get a new bed. I wanted an air bed again and Sleep Number is the only place that has them. The reps were very helpful in showing us the bed and they wanted us to try it. They weren't pushy at all and I liked that. The quality is great and the cost is fair enough. It was worth it and I would do it again.

Some friends of ours and I actually have been thinking about purchasing a Sleep Number bed for several years until finally, we made the purchase when we were at a home show in the Grand Rapids area. Their rep was phenomenal and she was extremely nice and that helped us make a decision that we were going to purchase. She's the manager at the store so when we go in, we just look for her if we're going to buy extra sheets. She was really awesome. However, the big fallback is the price and that’s why it took us a good five years to make the decision. We wanted to do something else but it was just too expensive. Nevertheless, we're satisfied.

Sleep Number's product is great but their service sucks and it's horrible. I got their bed with the base that's up to $7,000, and chose it for the ability to adjust the bed and the sleep number. Although their sales guy was nice enough, there was no connection between the promises that he made as opposed to how things worked out when our item was delivered. The salesman overpromised and the operational side underdelivered. This was almost a year ago. They kept putting us off and also, there was supposed to be some sort of refund but that never happened. If you call their local rep, they don't care as they’ve made their money. That’s how they work.

I've had Sleep Number for a year now and it's better and more comfortable than my bed before. I also like the adjustability of Sleep Number and it seems to be working as advertised.

I went to Sleep Number and their reps had me try their products. I got their adjustable base, and their mattress, too. I like it very much.

I bought mattress and base from Sleep Number. The sales representative was really good. He took us through all the models, had us try things out and explained all the options and we were able to make a decision from there. Then we had it home delivered with setup. My husband was there and he said that it was quick and easy. We were really looking forward to getting that good quality bed. It would have been nice if it was a little less expensive, but I didn't think it was miserably overpriced. Now, we can both sleep in a bed for much longer period of time unlike before where I would get up because my back hurts. We're very happy with the bed and we like it very much.

Some friends had purchased Sleep Number. I had a bad back and I needed something comfortable to sleep on. The sales reps were terrific. They were very helpful and explained everything well. Interaction with them was a good experience. I love the Sleep Number! It's more comfortable and my back feels better in the morning.

I have some issues with my back and I couldn't seem to find a mattress that would have the support I needed without the firmness. We then purchased a Sleep Number mattress and the base. The sales reps at Sleep Number were very helpful. They let us sample the Sleep Number and explained how the Sleep Number bed worked. They let us find out for ourselves what the bed was like. The delivery people didn't explain much of anything but they were efficient and very fast. It would have helped us if they had stuck around a little bit longer and explained things a little bit better, but we were fine. We had the instructions with it and we were able to understand better what it was they were trying to explain to us.

The sales rep from Sleep Number was nice, knowledgeable about the product, and wasn't pushy. However, the delivery was horrible. Two guys showed up and absolutely reeked of smoke and body odor, to the point that I had to air out my bedroom for 24 hours. Their stink hung out in there where they spent time setting up the bed. Additionally, the guy stole some electronics from my room. I called the store to tell them, but they ignored me and said, "Sorry, do you have any proof?" The girl at the store said the ones that did the delivery were contractors and don't actually work for Sleep Number, so they can't do anything about it. Then the salesman that helped me didn't even call me back. Somebody else said she would give him a message, but he never called back. But apart from that, I've had my Sleep Number for over a year now, and I'm pleased with it. I get better sleep and feel better in the morning.

I had a Sleep Number before then I tried a different mattress and I didn't like it. So, I went back to Sleep Number. The new Sleep Number is a little better than the old one I had because I have the adjustable base now.

Sleep Number was recommended by my daughter and several of my friends. We went into the store at the mall and the woman there was very knowledgeable and excited about the product. She had us try out a whole bunch of different things and then there was one that was about to go on sale and she said it would be perfect for me. It was perfect and was exactly what we wanted. We bought the queen-sized bed that day. I also bought a Sleep Number pillow after. When we went back, there was a guy there who was also wonderful to deal with. The delivery guys were awesome. They were so efficient and left everything clean and perfect. It was all great.

We have a different bed that we had for four years and we were already finding out that it slumps in the middle. We wanted something that would last so we didn’t have to buy a bed every few years, but we wanted to make sure that it was comfortable. I went to the Sleep Number store in Tysons Corner with my sister and the sales representative there was extremely nice. I asked a lot of questions and made sure that I was getting the most bang out of my buck, so we tested out literally every bed in the store. We never felt rushed by them and they were with us the entire time. When we bought the bed, the sales rep was like “Let me see if we could find any other discounts for you.” We ended up getting some free pillows priced at $100, so everything about the buying process was good.

My husband's back hurt so we got the Sleep Number mattress and base. It's two separate mattresses that feel like there is a huge void in between. It's super expensive, has more features than we needed, and it limits intimacy.

I was having an issue with sleeping and Sleep Number has given me comfort. Their sales guy was informative and helpful. He walked us through everything and the delivery team put the mattress and base together. They were good and took an hour to assemble it. Operating the bed was easy, but ever since I've had it I sometimes find connectivity issues between my remote and to the unit. It sounds like one of my remotes always tries to sync. I haven't called because it's intermittent, but I do think it's a problem. The things right below my bed should always be connected and I don't know why sometimes they're not. Perhaps it's a faulty remote.

My wife wanted a new bed and my favorite radio show was talking about Sleep Number then, so I thought I would give it try. I got their $12,000 bed which I got on sale for $8,000 with the wooden base around it, the adjustable clutch put together but separate at the top, the pillows and comforters. Their sales rep and their district boss who were there were very nice. It was already sold before we even walked in. It was the easiest sale the rep's ever done in his life. Before, I was indifferent with the bed but when I got an injury on my back before Christmas which I had serious issues with, I'm now able to sleep because of how I can adjust the bed. It was nice and I enjoy it much more now. Apart from its highway robbery with the sheets, everything else is great.

I was switching beds every two years and I wanted to get a different bed. I got the Sleep Number with the adjustable frame but I might go back and get a softer mattress. I have no problem with the bed's quality but I'm not sleeping as good as I was in the beginning and I've already tried every number there is. I went back to the store a month ago and tried to see if I could upgrade the bed but my experience with their rep wasn't great at that time so I went somewhere else. I'm still looking but I'm not sure if I'm gonna go back to that store again.

I like the fact that the Sleep Number bed is adjustable. My sales rep was very nice and helpful. She was very laid back, easy to talk to and didn't try to force me into anything. The delivery crew came in, took the old bed, brought the new one in and set it up. The whole thing was over in five minutes.

A friend told me about Sleep Number and it's better than my previous bed. Their sales reps were good and the same is for the overall quality of the bed. I would recommend Sleep Number.

My husband and I have back problems so we bought a Sleep Number mattress. However, we had a problem with filling up and deflating it, and for some reason, it's not adjusting like it's supposed to. But their delivery team was really good. They were polite, cleaned up their mess and were in and out of the house way faster than we thought it was going to take.

I have a lot of back problems and we needed a bed. I talked to a couple of people and they said to give Sleep Number bed a try. I tried it, liked it and bought it. I set it up myself which was pretty easy. I bought two of their pillows too and I also like them. I sleep more comfortable with my Sleep Number bed. I've had it for over a year now and I've enjoyed it.

I have a bad back and I figured that it's more helpful to get a Sleep Number after going through mattress after mattress. And it is worth the investment as it made sleeping more comfortable. The linen, however, is too expensive for me. Their sales reps were knowledgeable and the delivery people were quick and efficient. They assembled the bed for me.

The Sleep Number bed has very good quality. I have a problem with my back, so I like it. The delivery was great and I couldn't ask for better. I would have wished to get the base or the matrimonial with a split, but overall I had an enjoyable experience that was a lot better than with Tempur-Pedic and Mattress One before.

I’ve always wanted to try Sleep Number to see if it really works or not and I love it. I have a sciatic nerve and my back sometimes hurts, too, but I really do like Sleep Number. It's holding up very well. The sales reps were very nice and very helpful, too.

I tried to get a more comfortable bed so I bought the Sleep Number. My wife and I both have acid reflux and tipping the bed up helps. Things are going good except that the left side has a slow leak. It can't maintain the pressure itself and I have to bring it up or down, and then back to the number. Besides that leak, everything else is holding up real good.

I bought my bed on 8/13. For the past month I've had problems with it deflating. I went online and followed the suggestions. Bed was fine for about a week, and it started to malfunction again. Called Customer Service and was told I had to do the 'troubleshooting' or pay $179, and I would have to wait a WEEK to get anyone to come. Asked to speak to Supervisor (Izzy), who again told me what to do. I explained I am 68 years old with a bad back, but I agreed to do it because I didn't want to waste time. He gave me his 800 # to call him back today and tell him how the 'troubleshooting" went. My pump is not working! I called him TWICE and he has not bothered to call me back. In the meantime, I don't have a bed to sleep on because the pump is not keeping the air pressure on. I will be placing a complaint with the BBB and any other consumer agency I can think of!

We were not impressed with the delivery guys. Although they did put the bed together quickly and efficiently, they literally gave us the brush off on how to operate the bed and kept telling us to call technical support. 2 months later and we are finding things out from our son as we ask. Now the bed itself we love. It's comfortable and the massage feature is exceptional at relaxing and helping you to fall asleep. Wake up in the middle of the night? No problem. Turn on the massage feature and be lulled back to sleep. Just hope that we will someday find the sleep setting that we need for comfort.

Our salespeople and delivery guys were very professional, friendly, and helpful. We have called the store with a number of questions, and they are always happy to clear view our questions. The delivery was right on time. They were fast, efficient, answered our questions, and cleaned up before leaving. Can't say enough about Kelli, Blair, Carissa, Rose, Robert, and Luke! We've only slept in our bed one night, and I didn't wake up with the backache I've had for a very long time. I look forward to years of quality sleep.

A Sleep Number bed was bought when I was diagnosed with a chronic pain and fatigue syndrome. From the beginning, the mattress I sleep on began to shift on the frame when set below 60, causing a large gap at the head of the bed (my pillows fell into it between the mattress and head board) and to shift away from the other mattress.

We wanted a good bed that was gonna last for a while. I had read reviews about Sleep Number and it seemed like a good option. It was on sale and a good price, so we decided to buy one online. We had to go to the place in Reno to get it and everything went really smooth. We also bought pillows and bedding with it. The quality of the bedding is fine, except it stains really easy. It’s an excellent bed to purchase and it sleeps very well. We’re quite happy with it and I would recommend it to people.

Our son recommended Sleep Number to us. I've got two of them, one about three years and the other, one year. It's a lot better than my old bed since I can adjust it. On the other hand, my wife doesn't like them.

I've had Sleep Number for 18 months now and I feel good with the bed's quality. Everything was taken care of by the sales rep and the installation team was perfect.

We have a Sleep Number queen-size mattress that we put on our old waterbed frame. The only bad thing about it is that one side seems to have a leak in it somewhere because we have to keep pumping every time to pump it back up. The reps keep saying they're gonna look in there and see what it is, but they haven't done that yet. Recently I got a single twin-size bed. When I have to do certain back exercises, I like that I pump up the bed to 100% instead of getting down on the floor because it's hard for me to get up. Then, I put it back down for when I need to go to sleep.

We got the adjustable Sleep Number and me and my wife like it very much. My wife likes this mattress better, but I like our old mattress better as it feels like our old mattress supported me better. I wake up without any aches and pains so I can't complain about that, but it's little things like sitting on the bed to put on my shoes and the sides of the Sleep Number bed are just not as strong as the sides of the memory foam mattress that we had before. I either have to sit very far back or slide slowly off to the edge of the Sleep Number bed.

A few years ago my wife and I had a Sleep Number. Last summer, I bought another one and I got good service from the people I dealt with. I like the features that lets one choose between softer and harder. It has all been a good experience and I've mentioned the bed to friends.

We purchased with Sleep Number due to being able to have the different firmness system and different size of the mattress. We had a good and very educational purchasing experience and we got a very good quality king size P5. It's not inexpensive and I'm hoping that the air mattress portion itself will not gonna degrade over time. Also, I like the adjustability although it takes a while to get to which one I like and then I change it up a little bit once in a while. So, I'm still happy with it.

I purchased two Sleep Number beds mainly because of comfort and they got good reviews from our friends. I've owned them for about 10 years. And I recently purchased their C2 model. Their sales professionals were very knowledgeable, pleasant, and good. We scheduled for a home delivery and we set it up and it was very easy to do. Sleep Number is always excellent and I'm very happy with their products. It's a perfect transaction and a good experience.

My partner is a reader and we got the split adjustable bed so it gives him the option to read and me not to. We've had the bed for a year now and it's great with the only problem being that it's a split on the top so there's a tendency to pull apart from each other a little bit. Other than that, it's comfortable and everything's perfect with the ability to adjust number of the bed. We had great interactions with the sales rep during the purchase and the delivery guys were all very great as well.

I liked the bed in the Sleep Number store I visited and they let me adjust the bed. I then purchased the mattress and the adjustable bed online and the process was very easy. The team who delivered my order was awesome, was in and out, and explained and demonstrated the bed. It was a great experience with them. But for the price, the bed is not what I wanted it to be. It’s way overpriced.

I was looking for a bed due to arthritis pains in my hips and I needed something that would not give me aches. We bought M7 mattress which is the memory foam on top of the air mattress and so far, we have a great experience with it. Since having the bed, I felt less aches and pains with my hips. We've not had any problems to report to warranty but we've had friends that have had something go wrong with their Sleep Number and they have said that warranty issues are pretty easy and fine to deal with. Also, their sales reps and delivery crew were very nice and patient. We've also recommended this product to friends that are looking.

My husband had a stroke five years ago and I like the idea of being able to adjust my own firmness so we bought the Sleep Number bed. We got the split king with the adjustability and it's holding up well. I'm happy with it. However, back in October, my husband had gotten a flu shot and a pneumonia shot in the same day which made him really sick and kind of confused in the head. So he had some accidents in the bed. I called customer service and they sent me what looked like a mattress shell. They said it will be a one-time deal. I haven't put it on our bed yet because I'm waiting to make sure he's going to be all right for a while before I do that.

We needed a new mattress and decided to go with a Sleep Number due to the recommendations from other people who have them. The salespeople were helpful and professional while the delivery people were good and quick. Overall, it's been a good experience. We really liked the mattress and it has helped with our back issues.

Sleep Number has always been pricey to try and at first I didn't care for the bed at all. It wasn't working out and I couldn't stay the night in it. Then after three months, when we visited a local store and tried to get another topper for it, they weren't really helpful, but they gave me the phone number to call. The first time I called I got somebody up in Portland. And the second time I called, it was from another store and the kid that I talked to was able to send me a topper and that made all the difference in the world. I love sleeping in it now. It's extremely comfortable. I think all those beds should probably come with that extra 2-inch pad.

I had lower back issues so I needed a new mattress. The Sleep Number sales reps sat me down and put me on a bed, and I bought one because I went in there several times before that. The delivery team was very quick. I just don’t understand the Sleep Number system itself, like how to adjust it for my own sleep to get it better. The sleep technology portion of it is not intuitive. Also, it was hard to get a good reading since my dog was trying to utilize it too. A program that would tell me to set my reading to this or that number for better sleep would probably increase its effectiveness. Plus the sheets tore right at the split, and those sheets were $300. For it to tear that easily, they could find a little improvement in it.

I had a failed surgery and then I had to have a second surgery, and years ago I had broken ribs so to sleep was very difficult for me. Sleeping on the Sleep Number bed has really helped a lot. Before I got the Sleep Number bed I was very much in pain when I woke up in the morning because I wasn’t sleeping. I was tossing and turning all night. I couldn’t stand up straight and I had a difficult time walking. Now I get up and I still have pain, but it’s nothing close to what it was before this bed. I absolutely love it and I can’t stop bragging about it. If I go to bed and I have it set at my number and then there's one night that it doesn’t help, I change the number and find a comfortable one and then I’m off to sleep.

I was having some issues with my existing mattress and I have a lot of backaches and pain. So, I purchased a king-size Sleep Number bed with the regular base and the enclosed mattress protector, and we're very happy with it. Their sales rep was very good. She had us try several of the different beds. We've always had a queen-size bed and now, we are jumping to a king. So, I had her give me all the specifics on it. We came home and measured out whether a king was doable or not. And I called back the store to place my order. They gave me a certain amount of time until it came in. Then they called and scheduled the delivery and everything went good. Their delivery team came when they were supposed to. They did what they needed to do, explained a few things to me, and it all was quick and simple. Overall, they're very easy to work with and we really like our bed.

My boyfriend and I were having a lot of back pain, and so we figured we needed a new mattress. The rep asked us why we were looking at the Sleep Number and had us lie down on the test bed, figured out the appropriate Sleep Number for us, and showed us the pressure point thing. However, we decided that the bed was too expensive for us at the time and got a cheaper bed from another company, but it didn't work out. So we decided that we would spend a little bit of extra money to get a more well-known and genuine product. We also both have different preferences with how we liked our mattress, so we figured it would be easier to get something that we could customize for each of us. We managed to talk to the same sales rep the second time around and she was really helpful. The quality of the bed is great.

I like my Sleep Number bed. It keeps me from snoring and its overall quality is good. The only thing that's tough sometimes is I like to sleep when it's on an incline so I don't snore. But it's hard for me to sleep on my side then because there's no support. As soon as I wake up, my back hurts just from laying on my side with it on an incline.

I had a Sleep Number bed years ago but it doesn’t recline. We got another one that reclines the head and we like the zero gravity spot position. Their sales reps were excellent and the delivery team also did a great job putting up the bed. Overall, the bed is excellent and we’ve made some recommendations.

My in-laws have a Sleep Number bed and they suggested it to us so we got one. We got the base and pillows. Their sales reps were not pushy so I picked the model we wanted. However, we already had to replace the pump, but their claim process in getting a new one was seamless. Overall, we are enjoying Sleep Number. It was all right.

There was a fair number of people at the store, but we didn’t have to wait real long before someone came to help us. The guy showed us all the different models and had us try them all out and see which ones we like. My wife found one that she thought was the most comfortable of the bunch and it wasn’t even the most expensive one so she was happy with that. Delivery team set up the bed and they were great. It didn’t take long at all. I like a softer mattress and my wife likes a firmer one, but we can adjust that with our Sleep Number so it worked out well. We've recommended the Sleep Number to some friends.

We've had our Sleep Number about a year and we’ve been pleased with it. The delivery guys were very cooperative and did a good job. The Sleep Number product is excellent and I would be willing to go back to them again if I’m looking for a new mattress. I would recommend it.

We got the mattress and the base from them and the sales reps were all very helpful and friendly. We had an idea of what we wanted and they directed us at what would be best for us. We're happy with our Sleep Number. My aches and pains lessened a bit but more so with my wife. So far, so good.

I have a lot of back and sleep problems so we got Sleep Number and everything was great. The sales lady told us about the bed and explained that everyone's settings are different, how we all learn to adjust to the settings and sometimes, we'll change them because our body changes. She gave us more information and gave some pamphlets to look at. I appreciated that they're honest. I would recommend my friend to go to the place we went to just because I've been there and I got to experience good people talking to me. There were also no major issues with the delivery. We cleared everything out for them, then they came in and had it set up in no time.

The sales reps were very professional and gave good service. I wanted two sides and Sleep Number's were independently adjustable. The delivery team just dropped off the boxes and I put it together myself. It was not too difficult to assemble and the mattress seems to be of high quality. Overall, it's a positive experience.

Our system is over 8 years old. I couldn't find our paperwork but when I called they located our record very quicky. It was determined that the air pump. The problem was identified quickly and a new motor sent to our home express. The call took less than 10 minutes and the issue immediately resolved.

Very professional and polite service men. Quick set up. Professional appearance. Very good demonstration on use of this product. They gave me hands on instruction, which is the best way to learn, and very complete explanation of ALL the symbols on the remote.

The Sleep Number sales rep was outstanding. He was very pleasant to work with, informative and not pressuring at all. The delivery was outstanding as well. I'm really impressed. They were super efficient, nice and explained everything really well. So far, the bed has been great and I definitely have no complaints.

We had seen Sleep Number commercials and my wife was particularly interested in the adjustability to where we could have two different zones so I could have my side and she could have her side. The sales professional showed us the features. At that point, we laid on it and made sure it was what we were anticipating. It's tough to really do that in just a limited amount of time. But after that, we decided to purchase the mattress and the base. However, the base didn't work so the delivery team had to come back, pick it up and return later on. It took a little bit of time to have the unit replaced. So, I talked to them about getting my money back. But of course, they wouldn't give it for it's the most expensive part of the whole unit. I was a little bit perturbed with the whole process.

I sleep a lot better now with Sleep Number. I'm not tossing and turning anymore. The installation crew was very nice and they installed it really quick. I like my Sleep Number and I wouldn't get another one besides it. It's better than a traditional bed, and I'd recommend it.

I already had a Sleep Number and then I got a divorce and needed a smaller bed. So I decided to make another Sleep Number purchase. I couldn't figure out the difference between a couple of the items. It was $900 more for something that just have an extra into a foam, so I had to go to a showroom. They were very honest with me, rather than telling me some story about how much better it was. They were saying, "People don't buy this model and that's why it's just a little bit more." I got very honest opinions from them and I always appreciate it from the company. I made the order online and had it delivered. Since I was moving to a different state, they delivered it in a box and I didn't set that up until I got to my new home. Setting it up was easy. It has remained nice and stable like my older Sleep Number bed. I've recommended it to a lot of friends.

We decided to purchase a Sleep Number about three or four months ago. It's a good and comfortable bed.

We went to the store and told the salespeople we were looking for a bed. They had the little demo beds set up and we tried them. We found our approximate sleep numbers and we were both very comfortable. The bed that we ended up purchasing was just coming in so a couple of the other sales reps were building it and they asked if we wanted to try it once it was built. We did and we liked it a lot so we bought that one. The delivery was fine and their guys had clearly built a large number of beds in the past. They were prompt, very quick and it was fun. We had a great and solid experience all around.

We've had our Sleep Number for a year now. And we are not satisfied with the way the chamber works and sometimes we have to reset it at least once a month. And when we reset it, it doesn't go back to the factory default. I sometimes spend an hour trying to do it and it's way inconvenient for us. My husband didn't like it but I'm partial. Sometimes I like it but I get so tired of adjusting it. Also with the plushness, after a while, it has a different feeling. It was not what we expected originally when we bought the bed.

We liked our Sleep Number bed we've had for 10 years so we got another one. I told their reps what I was looking for and I they showed me the options we had. They were very helpful and their delivery is also excellent.

I had issues before with my back and the Sleep Number bed that I bought over 15 years ago worked good. It was a flat bed, and we got the whole setup. It came with everything at normal. And then we changed to the adjustable, then we got the mattresses and the adjustable base. This time we had it delivered. Their sales team and delivery crew were all good. Except for that one time when the salesman said that I couldn't set it up myself and to have somebody come out and do it. I thought he was wrong 'cause I work in mechanical stuff in my job and I was able to put together the first bed we got. It's not rocket science for me. But he made it sound like I was stupid and it did annoy me a little bit. Other than that, it's been pretty good, so far.

My sleep experience has improved since we bought the California King size Sleep Number with two sides that are independently adjustable and with massage. I was very reluctant to spend that much money because it was so expensive so I waited for a sale and it took six months for us to finally pull the plug and do it. The sales staff was friendly and the delivery team was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The bed is everything I thought it would be. It's a bed for life and one where you'll be able to give to somebody in your will.

The sales representatives at Sleep Number were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They were very nice about trying to see that we were getting what we wanted to get. They let me and my daughter try the bed twice, and then my husband also came in and they had him try it to find his sleep number. They were very accommodating. Also, they did a good job in explaining the pricing. They approved me for the credit to buy the bed, but I wasn’t aware that I was applying for a credit card, but I took it out anyway and paid it back off within a month. We scheduled for a home delivery and the delivery guys came and set it up. They were very polite and professional, and they did a good job.

We've been thinking about Sleep Number for a while, and then I had to have neck surgery and wanted to get very comfortable during my recovery time. We got the Split King and we love it because it goes up and down, and we can adjust it. It's wonderful. Ours has just about everything on it, and it's worth every penny.

I'm not very happy with my Sleep Number experience. In fact, I'm not even using the bed right now. No matter what I did, I couldn't find a comfortable number. Everybody said Sleep Number was the latest and greatest thing, but it's way overpriced. I paid $5,000 for it and I didn't have any idea that I won't get any enclosure. I can see all the wires and the cylinders and everything all around the bed. When I stand back, all I see is a mattress but I can look under the bed. If I want an enclosure to make it look like it's sitting on a platform, it's another $5,000.

We thought the Sleep Number bed would help our backs so we bought the whole thing. The salesman and delivery team were good and we are satisfied with our bed. However, it has not helped with our backs even though we tried all kinds of numbers.

We got the base, mattress and a couple of pillows from Sleep Number. My wife dealt with the sales reps and it sounded like it went pretty smooth. Plus the delivery guys were very professional and quick. The quality of our purchase is fine, we like it and we hope it’ll last us 20 years.

The lady that was at Sleep Number store was very helpful while their delivery team was fast. However, I wish I wouldn’t have gotten the split top because it's very uncomfortable. My husband and I use the same bed, so if we try to sleep next to each other one of us falls in the crack. Overall the sales and delivery people are very nice, but the bedding itself is overpriced and not worth it.

I absolutely love my Sleep Number bed, and I’ve been using it for almost three years now. My mom had one and I liked it, so I got myself one. And then, we also bought one for my daughter a year ago. We went into the store and the salesman was very nice and attentive, and he got with her and put her on the demo to figure out what her sleep number should be and what mattress would be best for her. And then we bought the mattress, the SleepIQ, and the mattress cover all at the same time. The delivery guys were very efficient. They got everything done really quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. The salesman called a couple of months later to verify that everything was going fine. Overall, my experience with Sleep Number has been very good and professional, and I enjoyed working with them. I’ve already recommended it to a friend who says that she plans to get one next time she needs a new mattress.

Everybody was really nice and didn't try to pressure me into buying a more expensive bed nor having me to pay extra to have someone put the bed together. The bed came in a reasonable time. I set it up and it was self-explanatory. The bed's working really good and just like they say on the commercials. We've recommended it to a lot of people.

We had had a memory foam mattress before that was uncomfortable and so we wanted to try something different. We had an easy and excellent experience with the salespeople and they walked us through and gave us a chance to lay on the different options and get a feel for the available models. It was a great experience and the salespeople did a good job. Then we had a team come in and set the bed up and they were good. The bed is good quality but recently I noticed my side was losing air a little bit. I use the remote and keep mine on 65 and it said it was on 65 when I first picked it up but then I went to make an adjustment and it said it was on 40. Maybe it's just an error, but nonetheless, everything was good.

The bed's quality is very good. I recommended it to my older sister because she needs to get a new bed and it would help her because she has back problems.

We looked at the three different styles of bed they had and we've picked the mid-range, seven-foot square California King mattress. The delivery team did a good job setting it up. And when we moved to another location a few months later, I just assembled it and moved it ourselves. We love the bed. My wife and I both have back pain and the bed helps. There’s a little bit experimenting with the levels where I started with the highest level and gradually went down until the pain went away. The bed has a high quality too. The only pause we had about it is the cost, which is expensive.

My husband had Rheumatoid Arthritis so he needed a Sleep Number bed. The sales representatives were knowledgeable and not pushy and the delivery crew was very professional. My husband noticed he's more comfortable with the Sleep Number and we like the adjustment feature of the bed and that we can raise our foot and head up and down.

I bought the Sleep Number to help with my back problems and it did. The sales professionals were also good. The only thing is it's only been almost a year but the foam pad that goes on top of it is starting to break down.

I’m not happy with Sleep Number. I got it because I have back trouble but the Sleep Number doesn’t go evenly in the bed. It’s hard in the middle, soft on one side, and a little soft around the other, depending what I set it on. It can’t get anything firm.

We loved our first Sleep Number bed and the whole experience, but the second time around has not been impressive. Our new i8 bed was delivered last night. The delivery people arrived 2 hours later than the latest time they had given us. We were given the impression by the salesperson when we bought the bed that we would get 2 remote controls. It only came with one. The delivery person told us that happens a lot. Customers are led to believe that they get 2 remotes, but that is not the case. The beds only come with one. If you want 2, you pay $49.99 plus shipping. At no time did the salesperson EVER mention this, even after we talked about how we were looking forward to having 2 remotes instead of the one old wired one we had with our old bed.

Jody and I couldn't agree on the firmness of the bed so we got a Sleep Number. Their salespeople were good and very helpful. We both like the Sleep Number bed although Jody likes it more than I do.

We had a Sleep Number bed for almost 20 years. We decided to get a new adjustable one and we're getting along with it. The bed is of good quality, but because of some screw up in the paperwork we did not receive the one year free financing that we're supposed to get. So, we just paid for it right away and we weren't very happy.

The quality of some of Sleep Number's bedding could be better. The underpad is already starting to rip and looks too tight. Also, the sheets don’t like to stay on the mattress. We’ve got the split-level top bed where the heads come up separately so I tend to keep mine down a little bit more than my husband and that’s creating too much tension on the sheets.

When I once slept on my father-in-law's bed which was a Sleep Number, I found that it was good so I ordered one. The sales rep showed us on a tablet where the pressure points are and told us what our number would be to relieve the pressure. So even though I have a bad back, I now fall asleep quicker with the Sleep Number bed. I'd recommend it to everybody.

I've had a back pain for seven years which I got used to. But when I got Sleep Number, it felt like a nice bed and it has a pretty good design that goes up and down. In my other bed, sometimes the pain got so bad that I had to sleep on the carpet. When the bed was sold to me, the sales rep I talked to was nice, but wanted me to buy so many different things. And every time I had a question, they would ask the main manager. But then she came and helped too. And they were all pretty nice. The delivery guys also did pretty well in putting everything together. The only bad thing is that when summertime comes, the bed gets pretty hot. I also wish I can get the bed a little harder.

They're trying to give me option, like the firmness such as this one and that. They're being transparent with everything so I liked it. I ended up getting the C2 and a pillow. The delivery team was nice and I was expecting for them to set up the bed in an hour but it didn't take them too long to do it. They worked well and fast. They also knew the product very well because I asked some questions and I got good answers from them. It was a perfect experience overall and the quality of the bed is for a lifetime. It's worth it.

We wanted something a bed that we will be able to adjust the firmness of. We then got the Sleep Number bed,along with the base and the legs. We're happy with it and I would definitely recommend them. Although I was irritated by the person who called and tried to swing us to buy a warranty for a mattress.

We purchased the base and mattress, so my wife and I could both have our own. I’m enjoying it a lot. Also, the home delivery was all good. Watching them bring it in and put the bed together, it didn't look like it was going to be what I thought it was. It looked cheap, but it's not. I also recommended Sleep Number to several people.

Sleep Number bed is way better than the one we used to have. I like that I can adjust it to my convenience if I'm sore in order to have better sleep and relaxation. My experience with their sales and delivery teams were great except that some parts of the bed were missing so they weren't able to put it together the first time. But on the whole, I'd definitely recommend this bed.

We knew what Sleep Number product we wanted so we walked in, picked what we wanted and got it. The installers were great and we've had the bed for a year now. The bed was okay, however, we wanted to go trade it in because we wanted one that didn’t split in the middle. They wouldn't let us, though and they told us they don’t do that.

The sales rep was very helpful. The real challenge I had was there's just so much product and it's a little easy to get lost with all the information. But they knew the models and what's going on. I have three Sleep Number beds. I got a Grand King bed but I'm extremely disappointed that they cancelled the size. It's not on the website or in the catalog and that's the way it's been for the past five years. In case something ever happens to my bed, I don't know what I'm going to do. Then I got a twin bed and a full bed with dual chambers. I like that the dual chambers are zipped together and there wouldn't be that much of a difference that I would be able to feel in-between the two. I notice that a lot in my 15-year old Grand King bed because my air chambers had a piece of foam in-between them and there is not much shock absorbent in-between the two. If I move from one side of the bed to the other, there seems to be a sharp point there.

My husband and I like very different mattress types. We had a Tempur-Pedic and it wasn't working for us anymore, so we decided to try the Sleep Number. We went and tried it out in a showroom, and we answered a whole bunch of questions. We didn't purchase it right away because the salespeople were pushy and we don't like being kind of sold to. While I was out of town, my husband went to a different store and purchased the bed. The delivery was not what I was expecting. I didn't realize that it would come in just a couple of boxes. And it was time-consuming, but it was not difficult to set up. The bed has good quality and I'm happy with it so far. I would recommend it to somebody else.

I was in the market to get a new mattress and I read that Sleep Number is a good one so I bought the C2 and the base. I like the quality and it helps a lot, though I feel I need to adjust a little in the night. Their sales rep was nice and she found me what I was interested in getting and that's what I ended up getting. I also wasn't pressured to get anything I didn’t need to and it was definitely good. Then I had dropped it off in our home. I put it together and the assembly process wasn't bad.

Sleep Number is outstanding from their salesman to the installation team. The bed itself is outstanding too. We got the king split and when one of us gets out of bed the other can't feel it. We work on two different firmness, which is great. And that's one of the positive facets of Sleep Number. And we also like having a sleep monitor tell us how well we slept the next morning.

Instructions were clear and everything went fine. We got the Tempur-Pedic to compare it to which is way overpriced. I had a memory foam bed it's really soft at the top. My Sleep Number has been pretty nice and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We liked that Sleep Number was adjustable, that you could change the firmness or lack thereof and that you could raise and lower the bed. The sales people at the showroom seem pretty knowledgeable and friendly. Then we had home delivery and they set it up. My husband was here for that. But I don't know if they knew what they were doing because the mattresses don't appear to be squarely on the base, which to my knowledge, they should be so you can't move it. And on mine, there's a two-inch overhang which I don't think is the way that it's supposed to be.

My husband snores, so we decided to purchase a Sleep Number bed, and it helps with the snoring a little bit, but not significantly. I like the firmness of the mattress and the ability to adjust it based on our need. It's comfortable. However, I do not like the space that is like a little hole in between our beds. It bothers us. We can't get as comfortable getting close to each other in that bed. I wish the design had some kind of an attachment that would fit in there when we are not elevating the bed. It could be made out of foam that we could put, and then that way, we can use regular sheets that are not necessarily just the sheets for this particular bed.

They were here when they said they would, and they did what they had to do. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I'm very pleased with all that I got and how I was treated.

I had a water bed for 35 years and my last waterbed mattress was leaking and so I decided to try Sleep Number instead. It was a costly purchase but I liked the waterbed better. I hurt my back in 2003 and I could crawl into my waterbed and it cradled my back just perfectly. It's not that the Sleep Number doesn't, but the waterbed was more comfortable to my back.

We had no idea of what anything cost or what we were looking for. We just knew that after all the reviews we read online about it, one buys this bed for 20 or 30 years and that's what we were going for. We didn't wanna keep having to buy a new bed every couple of years. So, the salesman walked us through all the different features, the pros and the cons, then they sat us down, measured our Sleep Number for us, and demonstrated everything on the computer and how it all worked. They gave us a quote and we said we had to think about it.

We had our first Sleep Number bed for about 15 years. We went to the adjustable frame after my husband was diagnosed with Myasthenia gravis and bought a split king instead of a regular king for that reason. We've had that one for almost two years now. We scheduled a home delivery for the adjustable base and the split king mattress. The sales representatives were all great especially one guy who I usually try to talk to and he has always been very helpful.

We've had a Sleep Number for over 10 years and we upgraded a year ago to the little higher quality and the split bed where the feet and the head can go up. The new bed is really good compared to the previous one we had. As we get older, the bed really helps with acid reflux. I can raise the head up and then I can get my back and hips at a good, comfortable location with the feet coming up.

I purchased a Sleep Number because of the warranty deal and I also got the mattress and base. We went in and the salesman showed us all the different models and we picked one. We got it done that day. It was an all good interaction, too. Then we had our purchase delivered to our house and we set it up. It wasn't horrible so it was pretty easy. However, it would have been nice if the package came as one because it came on separate days. Still, the bed has been really good and I haven't had any problem so far.

I liked the features and the adjustability of the Sleep Number bed. We got one and we dealt mostly with the manager at the store. She went way above and beyond. She even helped us order a bed for my mother-in-law who lives way up in a remote area of Northern Michigan which is nowhere near a store. We managed to get one delivered to her house. The Sleep Number bed has been great and we have recommended it. I have problems with my back and it’s definitely been the best sleep I’ve gotten in years.

I have back issues and all of the beds that I tried did not work so we purchased the Sleep Number. The sales professionals in Woodbury, Minnesota were all very nice and thorough. The delivery team was very professional. They got everything set up and made sure that our numbers were set. They also showed us how to use the remote. I lost the USB pen drive that hooks the bed up to the internet to use my SleepIQ system and I couldn't find where to get the replacement USB. But overall I love the Sleep Number and we won't switch to any other bed again. We have even recommended them to friends.

From sale to delivery service was great. Was happy with everyone I worked with. We are still new with the bed and not yet hooked up to wifi since we just moved in our house so hopefully customer service should we need it is goes as well.

Sleep Number was recommended to me by somebody who had one. So far, it's good. However, I need to pump and readjust it once a week as it seems to lose air over a day or two. I also bought the memory foam pillows, but they didn't work out. They're not thick enough for men because men have wider shoulders and it would ** my neck at night. If they make a thicker memory foam pillow, I might buy one. On the other hand, the NASA temperature controlling mattress pad is fantastic and I'm pretty happy with it.

I got the bed because I was having back pain and was waking up a lot the whole night. We did our research and we felt that Sleep Number was the best option. We already knew exactly what we wanted when we went in the store, so it was pretty easy. I put the bed together myself and we're very happy with its quality. He filled all of that in a very professional satisfactory way so I was very pleased and purchased the basic C1. I set it up myself and it was totally simple as long as you follow the instructions and read them.

My partner snores and my old bed was falling apart so we decided to try Sleep Number bed since we heard really good reviews on it. We've been in their store a couple of times to check on different beds. They filled us in on the questions that we had and then, we got the base and the mattress. The delivery was good, smooth and quick because they set it all up without an issue. So far, it hasn’t stopped my partner's snoring. He has it set at a 100, and it's still not hard enough for him. So, he sleeps in a different room with the old bed, but I do enjoy it. Overall, it's really good.

I absolutely love my Sleep Number bed. I'm in a lot of pain when I go to bed, but not when I wake up. I got 1 in 2000 that lasted me for 14 years. I was in the hospital at that time and have had 7 back surgeries when my mother and my husband purchased the bed for me. They worked with me and it was perfect. They dropped it and left it where I directed them to because I wasn't home and my neighbor signed for it. I'm hoping this one will last me 15 years and I'll get another Sleep Number again then. I will be using Sleep Number for life.

The bed that I had was old and needed to be replaced. I work 10 hours a day and had a constant shoulder pain and I was thinking I deserve to come from work feeling good and sleep good at night. So, I was walking through the mall one day and the saleslady took me through the total comfort that Sleep Number has to offer which was what I was looking for at that time. She was around my age so she could relate to the concerns that I had. She started with the basic bed, going up to the most expensive one. She told me about the ergonomics of it. It was worth the try. Then she said, "Oh, you don't really need any money down. Let's see if you could finance it. And it'll really be a smooth transition." She was very informative, nice, and courteous. I felt good when I left the store with my purchase.

Our Sleep Number bed is wonderful compared to our old bed. Their sales team was awesome. We had an installation team and they did great. Its quality is wonderful and I would recommend it.

We needed a new mattress and Sleep Number had gotten good reviews so we went with them and got a bed that has the head elevation. Our purchasing experience was really great and awesome. It was a very busy day in the store and there were a lot of customers but the salesperson took her time and was very professional. We like the bed a lot and it's rather a different type of mattress. We own two Sleep Number beds. One was purchased about eight years ago and one was purchased last year. I like its ability to change the degree of softness and hardness. Recently, we bought a new remote and pump for our oldest bed. The pump was fine but they thought since the remote was old enough that it might not sync well to the old pump, so we bought a new pump with it. Their delivery team came in an expected amount of time.

When we were at the store, the Sleep Number sales professionals walked us through the store, let us try different versions of the mattress and showed us how it’s like when one goes from the most basic model up to the top. There are different features of their beds like heating and cooling. We ended up getting the mattress and had it delivered. The delivery team, composed of a couple of guys, also set up the bed from scratch for us. There’s a little bit of a frame to the mattress and they set this up. Then they rolled out the different types of layers. As for the quality of the product, it’s good. Overall it’s a great mattress.

My wife sleeps very restlessly. We had different mattresses and no matter what, she just wasn't feeling comfortable. Also, we both have bad backs. She has scoliosis and I had a deteriorated L4 which caused my L5 to slip out. I was in this chronic pain, suffering badly. I was doing anything and everything, except surgery, muscle relaxers and painkillers. So that's why we went with Sleep Number. It's extremely expensive. We went with the queen size so it doesn't have the dual adjusting because that was another $1,000. We’re not gonna spend more than $2,400 and it's just one thing after the next and by the time we walked out of there, the price was $3,500.

I liked the idea of one person being able to adjust the bed to their liking which we can do with Sleep Number so we got it. The first time we walked in the store at the mall, I thought that they did a good job presenting what they had and how it was different, explaining the difference between one model and the next. Then, when we got the delivery, it went pretty well. They delivered it when they said they would and got it all set up. It was all good as expected and these days, that's what you're looking for. They did what they said they were gonna do. So I don't have any complaints. We're happy and we'd recommend them to others.

Our bed is 3 years old. We need a new cover because our zipper has broke. Called warranty Dept in December and got a quote for in the neighborhood of 220$. Just got off the phone with them and now's it 750$. Our warranty will only cover 20%. Regular 900$. For that price I could go out and buy a non Sleep Number bed. Will never deal with them again.

I like the adjustment on Sleep Number bed. My husband and I bought a base and got pillows as a gift. Their sales representative showed us the goods. Then, we schedule a home delivery. The delivery crew was on time and they did a good job. My husband watched them during the set up so he could figure out how to do it. We had moved and set it up in the other bedroom. The bed is of perfect quality, except for its foam that turned off-color when we moved it. Other than that we really enjoyed it because it's really comfortable. We definitely recommend it. In fact, we told the pastor about it and he went and got one too. He got $100 by getting one. He thinks the Sleep Number bed is a pleasurable thing, too.

I had a good experience with Sleep Number's sales and installation teams. The overall quality of the bed is really good, and the only complaint I have is for attaching the headboard to the frame. I've had mine affecting my own bracket and I only have one of them.

We had a Sleep Number bed that was 25 years old but there was a big bubble in the middle of my husband's side of the bed. The bellows between the chamber may be leaked or broken. We were past any warranty and we figured it was okay. We came down to look for a mattress and the young woman who sold us the bed in the first place was delightful and she remembered us. Our experience with her was good and it was not a hard sale because we knew what we were looking for. Then the delivery team came and set it up and they were efficient and very pleasant young men. When we got the mattress, I also got a new pillow and I have been happy with it. It's a good firm pillow and it has that memory foam so it's not squished up all the time.

My wife did a study on Sleep Number so when we went in the store, we already knew what we want. She did her homework on what she wanted, and what kind and size. But we somehow couldn't get it the first time. And then they called me back, and wrote me a letter saying they don't know why I was denied. I said, "I don't either." And then the rep said, "Just send me a letter saying if you could prove your income." So I sent them proof of my income and they gave the bed I wanted. We have the air condition bed, and every time there's lightning, it knocks the system out, and we have problem with the remote control for some reason. But the bed is great and we love it.

We've had Sleep Number in our home for about eight years and for our second purchase from them, we bought a mattress. They had a great salesperson who was very helpful. Our purchase was delivered to us and we put it together. The assembly process wasn't any problem and the directions were very clear.
