The sales team was very helpful and the installation team was fine. Several men brought the bed and hooked it up and see if it worked. Sleep Number is not new to me. I've had two different models and I got my first one in 2009. The old bed that is in my guest room had two controls which I wanted in case I have a couple that may not like the same hardness or softness. The new one only has one control and I really don't care for that. It's not even working and I've put new batteries in it. But that's my only complaint.

I have a chronic back pain and a snoring husband so we decided to get a Sleep Number. Their sales rep and delivery team were nice. They got it done, and I was pleased. However, the Sleep IQ doesn't work for the bed. I don't consider that quality. I've given up trying to call them because I didn't get a person and we were just disconnected. The store was great and the delivery team was the best but their customer service is a zero. Overall, it has been a frustrating experience.

I love Sleep Number but my wife hates it because she don't have the complete set that we were shown in the store. The sales representatives were fine and I like the overall quality of their product. It's like the commercials say, I can adjust it how I want it and relieve back pain, and wake up energized. I've already recommended it to everybody.

We've had Sleep Number beds and recently got another one. The sales reps were very professional. I already knew what I wanted and they helped me select it. I paid for it and the purchasing experience was a simple and straightforward thing. I had it delivered and they set it up, and I also had a good experience with the delivery team. Sleep Number is a quality product because I'm continuing to buy it. And I've never had a bad experience with them. They eventually wear out like all things, but I had my last one for 20 years which is a long time. It's been a very satisfactory experience with Sleep Number.

I've been having back aches and haven't been sleeping well. We were in a big center, going around and looking at a lot of things and Sleep Number was there. They had two representatives and we just stopped and talked to one of them and asked questions which she answered so we decided to make a purchase there. We got the mattress and the thing that goes over the mattress to keep it cool. The delivery team took our old mattress so that we didn't have to get rid of it which was just great. They showed us how to use it since we have the one wherein I can change the numbers on each side to make it firmer or softer. It's a great product because the back aches are gone. My husband and I totally love it and we're very happy with it.

I bought a queen size bed from Sleep Number because I got back issues but when their technician put the mattress or the whole bed in, they hooked the hose around the corner of the thing that pulled the head up and it tore the air chamber on one side. And when I called them, I was under the impression that they would send Johnny out on a horse and fix it but come to find out, they didn’t do anything but take my $3,800 and left. I had to wait three weeks for one of my kids to be in town to help me do it. And when we ordered the chamber, they sent it. I still got the old one and am sure they must want it back but I haven't gotten around to sending it back yet. The Sleep Number is working fine now and does what it's supposed to do but if I had to do it all over again, I would buy a conventional mattress and somebody else’s bed that folds up in areas, and get it done for $2,000 instead of $3,800.

My sister had a Sleep Number. We stayed at her house a couple of times and tried the bed, and we really liked it so we decided to go get one. We did the basic mattress which doesn’t have any of the giddy gadgets on it and we're very satisfied with it. Also, everything went quite well with their sales reps and their delivery team did a nice job. However, I wish we stayed with a king size instead of downsizing to a queen. That was our biggest regret.

I wasn't getting any sleep on my old mattress. We actually had it turned upside down and had a foam pad on and it just wasn’t working for me and my wife. The salesman was very helpful. He was very explanatory on how to pick your number and worked with me from there. The delivery guys were very courteous and helpful. The SleepIQ program has been interesting to watch as the years go by. We got the p5 and it's pretty much what we expected out of it. I'm still trying to figure out where I need to be with it but my wife definitely loves it.

I have a split king adjustable bed and complained via phone 3 times of the over hang on mattress and separation between the mattress. They came out and adjusted base BUT the problem still continues. The customer service today tells me to exchange mattress for a half split mattress which would defeat the option of individual position which you get with the split king system. They advertise of Love It or Return, THEY LIE. They only stand behind the mattress not the base!!! The sales people should make you aware of the problem which exist in their system and let the customer decide to purchase or not. For the price they charge for unit you would think they would want to keep you Happy and coming back!!

I finally talked to someone in management & told them the story of sales person telling us it was only $200 to return the bed during the trial. Also that the bed did not fit our frame and it kept pushing the headboard out. It was a very simple solution had someone thought of it from the Customer Service in was we needed the wall hugger frame so if you're buying a bed with the footboard you need to get the wall hugger frame or it will push your footboard out of the frame. The person with authority understood our problem & refunded our money. Too late, we could have kept the bed had sales rep at store & rude customer service man had thought about this. Now issue is resolved & I am satisfied. Thank you Sleep Number Bed!

We bought a Sleep Number Bed in Ocala, FL. The sales rep assured us it would fit our standard King size frame even though it had a high head & foot board and if we were not satisfied, we could return it & only pay $200. We were also charged for a set of sheets that we never received upon delivery of bed (they were backordered). I assumed we were not charged for them.
We later went back & purchased another set. The bed did not fit our bed our standard bed frame! I called customer service & was treated very rudely & demanded his supervisor. I was told I had 2 sets of sheets but I told her I never received the first set. I was also lied to about the $200 return, it will cost over a $1000 to return mattress & one set of unused sheets (I was so unhappy with bed I never used them) & they would give me credit on set I never received(?).
I am so disappointed with this company. Oh an the app with the IQ bed just about ruined my $600 iPhone by overheating the battery. When using their app, your phone stays on the whole time! This company will tell you anything to sell a Bed. Technicians did not set bed up properly 1st time because they were overbooked, so they had to come back 2 weeks later! Bed still does not fit my new king size bed frame. Disgusted with Sleep Number Bed.
UPDATED ON 02/24/2017: Brett ** with Sleep Number, thank you for your response. However we have talked already. You still wouldn't refund all of my money & even charged me for pick up on bed still under warranty! I was charged for a set of expensive sheets I never received. Your Sleep Number Sales Representative charged me for those sheets & told us on 11/23/17 we would only have to pay $200 for the non-returnable bed frame if we returned bed within time frame try out, which we did. I gave you the rep's name who was fired right after we purchased from her for reasons I wasn't told.
You said you would not honor that & charged me $600 & picked up the non-returnable frame! I'm in the process of returning the one set of Split King Dove Grey sheets I did receive along with the bed cover but haven't received credit for the one set of Split King Mocha sheets I never received that was supposed to be delivered with the bed. I realize this was the day before Thanksgiving & it was close to closing & I should have insisted on reading all of the fine print instead of trusting the sales clerk. I assumed Sleep Number was a reputable company & their employees would be knowledgeable & honest. After reading some other blogs, I see that isn't true.
I am still unsatisfied that I am being charged $600 instead of the promised $200 & haven't received credit on the Mocha sheets I didn't receive. My invoice says I took the Mocha sheets & bedcover with us but in fact we took nothing home with us, it was all supposed to be delivered with the bed. When the bed came, we had to use regular sheets on the split king because we didn't receive the Mocha sheets. I went & bought the dove grey sheets but never used them because by that time we realized the bed frame did not fit our bed. WE WERE NEVER SUGGESTED A "Wall Hugger" Bed which would have solved the whole problem & to stand in good favor with us. We could have been offered an exchange of frames & all would have been good. We learned that from Matress1 during President's Day sale when we bought our wonderful Serta Memory Foam Bed!
The salesman said, "They could have had their $7,000's by simply swapping out your Sleep Number frame with their Sleep Number wall hugger & you wouldn't be buying from me today!" We talked to several customers at various Bed stores & each had heard a "horror" story about Sleep Number products but mostly your bad customer service. I wish I had done my research before ever buying from Sleep Number. I am sending you the unused dove grey sheets & bed cover & hope I get a refund & a refund on the Mocha Sheets I DID NOT RECEIVE. I truly wish you would consider the charge of $600 & honor the $200 Patti ** quoted us. We are keeping the pillows. My order # is **.
FYI: I broke my neck in 2005 at C5, C6 & C7. I received "stolen bone graft" that was tainted & came from an unsuitable "donor" leaving with Dystonia which is very painful. I also have scoliosis, a Synovial Cyst, & Degenerative Disc Disease, along with herniated disc pressing on nerves. The Sleep Number bed frame did not fit our bed. We bought the one that raises head & feet, but what could have been easily solved we found out later through Matress1 was the wall hugger frame would have solved the whole issue!!!
Where was Sleep Number customer service when I told them the frame was pushing the foot board on our brand new bed out of the connectors & we were afraid it would hit our dog who sleeps on the floor at the foot of the bed. I told them we couldn't use the raising up & down because of this. That should have been their queue to realize the problem the whole time was the frame. They could easily trade out & all would have been good!
We ended with a high end 5* rating Serta $2000 Bed that fits perfectly in our frame. I have NO pressure points on this bed & for the first time in years I am getting a good night's sleep. I haven't woke up with numbness at all! On the Sleep Number, I tried setting bed from 20 to 75 & I still woke up in pain. So glad now they didn't suggest the wall higher. We could have gotten the wall higher with our bed from Matress1 but we were just too afraid to chance it. We didn't use it all that much anyway. We only do 2 things in our bed & the Split King left a gap we didn't like. So I guess each to his own. The fact we were lied to with a sweet smile on her face left us with a sour taste along with Customer Service not honoring sales reps quote of $200. Matress1 was only a $165 if we had bought a frame! Thank you.

We really like our Sleep Number bed. We have no complaints and we sleep well on it. We had a Tempur-Pedic and I prefer Sleep Number over it quite a bit. The sales rep was also very good and very informative, and told me everything that I needed to know like how it operated and how it was made so we're very pleased.

We liked the versatility of the Sleep Number bed and having one side one way and one side the other way. We got the split so it does the head and the foot and it also vibrates. We really like the bed a lot. The sales rep was also great. Even though he was brand new, he was fantastic. We really had a good experience and he showed us everything and helped us make good decisions on what we needed and wanted. My husband’s in the active duty and we do have a tendency to move every two to three years so that’s usually when we can tell if a mattress is gonna hold up and after the movers get a hold of it. But so far, we’re very happy with our bed. We’ve recommended it to my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and they ended up going out and getting one after our recommendation. My only complaint is the remote control. It could use some engineering that makes sense. I have to press a lot of buttons to get to what I want it to do.

When I injured my back a couple of years ago, my physical therapist said that if I was considering a new bed because the bed I was using was not great, I should do Sleep Number. We went into the store and their reps came up to me and asked if we needed help. They walked us through the process and talked to us about the different levels of beds. They went through one of the beds where we started out at a certain level and they kept increasing or decreasing the hardness, making it softer and showing how it impacted the pressure on our back. Overall, it was a really good experience. We made the purchase a little bit later and got the base and the mattress and had it delivered. The delivery team was great and the scheduling worked out really well. They took away our king mattress and box spring and set up our new bed. They were very courteous, very polite, and made the experience as simple as they could for me.
I love the bed. It has made my nights much better than they were before. And as much as I tell my kids not to horse around on it because it’s not a regular mattress, they still do, and it has held up. And I have recommended the Sleep Number bed to multiple people since we became owners of one.

Sleep Number sales rep was awesome. He seemed to know the answers to everything that I asked. Their delivery team also knew what they were doing and they had it up and running in no time. The quality of the bed is good. However, it's way overpriced. Until the day that they actually installed it, I really had no idea what it looked like in the inside. I should have done a little bit more research. But when I found out that the base was just plastic, and the mattress was just a regular air mattresses with foam around them, I was disappointed. Nevertheless, the bed does its job. I'm used to something more sturdy but now I can't really jump on the bed without the bed going all over the place. Overall, everybody was professional and the information was really good. It's a good bed but it's a little deceiving, what I thought I paid for and what I actually got.

I purchased a Sleep Number because I was having backaches after having my child. The elevation on the bed helped but I'm getting the problems back. The bed has like a lump going down the middle. And I'm not as happy with the bed as I was before. It's more uncomfortable now than anything and my husband was saying that he can't feel the difference between the settings anymore. We travel quite a bit and stay at nice places and there have been some beds that are more comfortable than my bed and that is weird because Sleep Number beds are supposed to be the most comfortable of all. Another thing that bugged me is the waiting of having to pay and to schedule so far out the takedown and setup every time we moved. We were originally going to buy beds for our daughters but it was an inconvenience when we moved that it wasn't worth it for us.

The Sleep Number mattress is wonderful. It took me a week to get the sleep number to where I needed to be comfortable, but once I got that, it was all over. The only thing I don't like about it is that the pillow top has gone flat and I don't know if those are warrantied. But other than that, I have no problem with the mattress and I thoroughly enjoy it. It's probably the best one I've ever had and I should have bought one a long time ago.

Our Sleep Number bed was getting old and so we bought a replacement. My wife sleeps on a softer bed while I sleep on a little more firm bed and Sleep Number can accommodate both of us. We got the mattress along with the adjustable base. And because it has the split in the middle of the bed, we had to buy special sheets for it. We also bought new pillows, and one of the heating or the blower hot-cool thing.
Their reps were absolutely professional and did an amazing job. They weren’t pushy, but yet they were very knowledgeable about what they were trying to sell. It was delivered and then somebody came out and put it all together for us. They even informed us that when we move, we can call them and for a certain fee they’ll come back out, and box everything up and reassemble it in our new house. Overall, it’s an amazing product. I just had major shoulder surgery, so I have to sleep sitting up a little bit and it is phenomenal to be able to have that adjustment and that ability. Unfortunately, I was one of the people on my first Sleep Number bed that was involved in the mold issue way back in the day, and mine molded inside. So hopefully we won’t have the same issues with the newer setup.

I'm middle aged and I drove a truck for years. With the work I do now, I have a lot of lower back pain and sometimes sleepless nights so I wanted something more comfortable for a bed. We went in at the Sleep Number store thinking we were ready to buy and that helped the salesperson. She was great and she showed us what was available. We told her certain things we did or didn't need and she was acceptable to that. She made the deal and had it delivered. I work part time for UPS in my local town so when they said they ship to UPS, I thought that'd be great. So they shipped it to my local center and I picked it up and put it on my truck myself. The bed is expensive, no doubt, but we went into it thinking it was an investment and the value was there with the way they last compared to a traditional mattress. So, we're pretty happy with it.

I don’t sleep well and I've always wanted a Sleep Number and so I bought their mattress, base, and the mattress pad. Everything was great with the sales reps except that they didn’t tell us that we needed to buy a standard frame and so we were scrambling at the last minute and we had to buy the generic frame at a different furniture store. Also, we have the sleep technology, the IQ, that seems to go in and out and I don’t know how efficiently it works. We don’t even check it anymore. But all in all, we love our Sleep Number.

My husband and I argued over our bed. I wanted my bed soft and he wanted it hard. We found Sleep Number online so we decided to try it out. We bought a Sleep Number mattress and the base. We did it over the phone and the sales representative helped us out with what we needed. We went with the cheaper model. It was delivered by FedEx and we put it together which was easy. We had everything done in less than an hour. We love our Sleep Number bed and would recommend it to friends. We sleep better in it and it's a good compromise for us.

I saw the Sleep Number adjustable mattress. I thought it’s an interesting idea so I bought the mattress, bedding and cover. Their saleslady was very nice. The bed was home delivered but I installed it myself, and it was easy and simple. The product is excellent, although when we moved, we took the bed apart, and I didn't have the instructions to fill the bed up. I don't know if I did it properly, but I still sleep fine.

I had purchased a Sleep Number about ten years ago and thought it was time to replace it. I bought a new one and I'm glad that they still offered the center in Arrowhead Mall. I like the fact that it was in the mall and convenient when I was doing something else that I could just go in there. The gentleman that helped me was perfectly fine. But I still preferred my salesman from 10 years ago. I also like the old bed better but it wasn’t offered anymore. With the new bed I got, it doesn't seem to matter what number I put it on, one side of the bed seems like it sits lower than the other side of the bed. Kid tends to jump on that side. I lay on that side to read and do things other than normal sleeping so it gets more use, but the other one never did that and I did the same things then.

We had tried numerous different beds and I really liked the adjustable sides of the Sleep Number. We love the mattress. We made the right decision at this kind of bed and have told other people about it. Also, the sales reps were excellent help and very knowledgeable. I've been trying to get a better night's sleep and getting a bed from Sleep Number was my wife's idea. As soon as we got to the store, we talked to somebody and they had us do the sleep test. They walked us around and showed us the different options with the bed, and we bought it that day. The bed is great and we're definitely sleeping better.

Our old Sleep Number was 20 years old and they came up with the one where we could raise the head and feet up so we decided to get one of those and we absolutely love it. The sales reps were very helpful. They had us make sure we lay down and got something that was comfortable for us, and that we could afford it and it's financially good for us because my husband’s 80. So they were great. The delivery guy was also wonderful and really helpful. He even said that if we move, we should not worry about it because they'll come, take the bed apart and set it up for us in our new place.
It's been a great experience with Sleep Number and I can't wait to go to bed at night. I like it because now I can read at night. And because they're separate, I can set mine up and my husband can keep his down and go to sleep.

We bought a Sleep Number mattress because my wife always wanted one. The staff at Sleep Number were overall friendly and easy to work with. When I walked into the store and told the salesperson what I wanted, she set me up with the king size mattress and I picked it up. Setting it up was simple and the mattress is pretty good.

We needed a new bed and we heard a bunch of people talking about Sleep Number and how they liked them or not. My wife liked it soft and I wanted a firmer bed so we said we'll give Sleep Number a try. The installers quickly set the bed up and showed me what I needed to do. All in all, we love the quality of the bed and it's been a grade A experience for us.

I needed a new bed. My mom owns a Sleep Number and she loves it so I decided to check into it. The sales representatives were very friendly and helpful. They had me try one right there in the store and gave me an idea of what my Sleep Number might be. It's a very good experience. The delivery team showed me the remote that went with the bed and told me how to work it. Everything's going good and I've been enjoying the bed very much. Very good quality and it’s been very comfortable.

We have two Sleep Number beds, one at home and the recent purchase is in our vacation home. The sales rep that assisted us for our second bed was friendly and the delivery guys were right on time. They just took a few minutes to set it up, and it was done. They showed us how to set it, but we already knew what to do from our first bed. We have good sleep, so overall we're very pleased.

We needed to replace our old bed so we purchased one from Sleep Number. Their delivery team was excellent and they did an awesome job. So far the bed is okay but it could be better because we constantly have to find an adjustment after a while. My wife complains about it the most. She is having more difficulty getting comfortable than I do.

We love our Sleep Number and we couldn’t ask for a better product. My husband likes a firm mattress while I like a nice soft one, so it was a perfect compromise for both of us. It was a rather large expense, but we couldn’t have picked better. The sales reps were very courteous and helpful. I tried several different beds before we picked the one that was right for us. I also got two pillows and I gave one to my son while I kept one that has a special neck row for neck pain. Before I had that pillow my neck would hurt all the time and now there's very little pain.

I’ve had Sleep Number years ago, and I just loved it. Then we moved to St. Cloud into a patio home and had the memory foam where we barely got comfortable with. So we went back to a Sleep Number, and we're very happy with it. I’ve had them in the motor home for quite a few years. Then I traded motor homes, and we took it out and put it in the shed. A mouse got into the cover and Sleep Number just replaced it with no problem. That was wonderful.

One of my siblings has a Sleep Number bed and he likes it. I have also had sinus issues for a while and after doing some research and finding out that beds that can go up and down could possibly help me with my sinus issues, I decided to go ahead and try it. I had been at the store a time or two and tried some of the different beds before I actually purchased. I came up with the one I liked, but I was waiting until my bedroom got painted. Then, I went back and went over the beds again and talked to the sales guy, and I picked the one that that was more in my price range. He told me the differences between the ones that I had narrowed down to and really talked me through stuff and how to adjust it. They didn't pressure me, which would’ve probably put me off.
When the delivery guys came, I had some concern because the salesman had said that sometimes Amish furniture is really tight. I had a headboard and a frame so when the delivery people came out, they said it wasn't a problem. Apparently, the salesman did not think about it and I certainly would not have known that I needed special brackets to put an existing headboard onto it. But the delivery guy got something from his truck and made it work. Everybody was really nice and knowledgeable. I like being able to raise the Sleep Number bed up and down and adjust it because I don't have the same sleep every night. Sometimes my 25 works, but then sometimes I pull a muscle and I want the bed a little firmer. I would definitely recommend it overall.

I got a queen size mattress from Sleep Number and for some reason, it seems to be smaller than my frame so it slides back and forth. I ended up shoving a pillow in-between the mattress and the footboard for it to stop sliding back and forth but that is irritating. Other than that, I like the bed and I enjoy it.

Twice we have had issues with the motor on the adjustable Sleep Number bed and both times we're told we abused it by letting our kids jump on it. We have no kids or pets and are not obese. Instead of help you blame your customers for defective motors?

I got the Sleep Number memory foam and I hate it as it falls off the bed. The financing was a nightmare too. I have the 0% for a year and they forgot to do that, so I was getting charged $30 a month and didn't know it till six months in, and it came up to $200. But I called them and they fixed it.

Sleep Number is by far the best mattress on the market today. I owned one before and purchased a mattress recently. It was shipped to my home and then I set it up, which was very easy to do. I would recommend it to everybody because you can adjust it to exactly what you want.

I like the adjustability of the Sleep Number bed between my wife and I. I had an issue with the bed before and they took care of it. I didn't feel the joint in between anymore. So it works out really good. And then I had some friends that bought a bed weeks ago, so we got a referral worth $100, and we were talking about getting new pillows. So we went back to Sleep Number and got the crushed memory foam pillows. I like the quality of my bed, and I slept so good last night.

I had an accident that broke my ankle so I spend a lot of time on the bed so I bought a Sleep Number mattress and base. I like my purchase very much and it helps because it lifts my head up. The salesperson was good in filling me in on everything about the bed and helped me out in making the decision. It was a big decision because it was expensive. The delivery team was great too and they were in and out. I was surprised at how quick it was. They also told me and showed me how to use the bed and helped me out a lot. It's been a nice experience.

I was in the market for a new bed and thought I'd try something different so I bought a Sleep Number. Their salesperson and the people that did the installation were great. Everything was set up at the house and everything went perfect. It's been a good experience. I no longer have back issues and my wife no longer has the neck issues that she was having with our previous mattress. We purchased the bedding and pillows too, and so far so good. We were thinking of upgrading to a new bed. But I know they could be pretty pricey, so we'll wait in the market.

We had single water tubes in a waterbed and we didn't like it so we wanted something for the back and bought a Sleep Number. We've had it for about 15 years and recently upgraded from a queen size to a king. My wife did all the talking at the store and the salespeople were able to answer all her questions. Their delivery team set the bed up and they did it good because they were in and out within an hour. They also showed us how to use the new wireless controller which they knew all about. I like the Sleep Number and recommend it anytime I get a chance. I sleep on about 70 and my wife sleeps on about 50. I sleep good in it.

I wanted a mattress that didn't sag all the time so I purchased a Sleep Number. The sales reps knew everything there was to know about the products and they did a good job. The mattress was delivered through UPS and I put it together myself, which was easy and it worked perfectly. It took me half an hour to do it. The bed doesn't sag and it stays wherever I set it.

My father bought a Sleep Number before and after hearing about the comfort it gives, I also got one. I went through all the different beds at Sleep Number. I tried them out and laid down on them. The sales rep explained everything about them and it was a lot of knowledge. I really enjoyed going and checking everything out. I also like the mattress that I got from them and the quality is great. And I'm happy with what I have although everything, like the sheets and pillows, are so expensive.

I tried Sleep Number based on somebody's recommendation and became a very satisfied customer. The reps demonstrated how to get our correct setting and showed us everything we needed to know to make it a successful purchase. It took a while to get the appointment, but the delivery team was very good. Overall I love Sleep Number and it's the best mattress yet. It's doing exactly what I hoped it would do, and it doesn't make ditches where I lay down in it.

My husband has been having back problems and he wanted to try out a Sleep Number since other mattresses didn't work for him. We settled on what we bought and he loves it. The reps didn't push the bed on us like most sales reps do. They knew that these beds are very expensive, so they asked us our price-range and showed us our options. They were very helpful in giving information and details on the beds and answering any questions that we might have on them.
Also, the delivery guys showed up on time and were very diligent in what they were doing. They didn't make a huge mess or cause a lot of ruckus. They were very quick and they showed us how they were doing things. We asked them how we will move the bed when we move, and they were very helpful in explaining to us if we wanted to break down the bed or if we wanted to keep it together. Overall these beds are rather expensive but you pay for the quality and you get what you pay for. I would recommend Sleep Number to those who can afford one and are having issues sleeping.

About a year ago, we replaced our main master bedroom Sleep Number mattress box spring with a new Sleep-ware unit which was on sale. It was delivered and installed by the delivery folks and we used it at the settings that we wanted to in terms of the firmness of the mattress itself. We then moved to a different state and the move went well and we installed and recalibrated the bed at this end and it's been fine.

My father is in assisted living, and the bed he had was horrible. I wanted him to be comfortable and I ended up at the Sleep Number store. My experience in buying the bed was fine. The only issue was delivering it. I had to wait and wasted a whole day, and I was in a hurry because I had gig. Other than that, everything has been fine. I like the bed. I’m just worried about when I have to take it down. I don’t remember all the steps I watched them do to put it up. I still have the book though.

We got a blow up bed from Sleep Number. The salespeople were fine. They were very helpful but they didn't explain it was a blow up bed. So, I was very disappointed. It's not a puffy bed and it gets hard. When I purchased it, I told them that I'd like to sit on the edge of the bed and watch TV in the morning. Well, I noticed that it's starting to sag where I sit. So, I have to turn the mattress around but the whole idea was that I didn't have to do that. That's the only problem we're having but would I buy it again? No. I'm just not enamored with the bed. It's not the experience I thought it was gonna be.

We love our Sleep Number bed. Since having it, I no longer have indigestion at night because I can elevate my head. It's very therapeutic because my health has benefited from it. The sales representative was wonderful. She was real busy but she was very nice and patient. Also, their installers were good. They left my husband a remote, had the bed set up in no time and we were ready to sleep that night. Overall, it was just great.

I was having back problems constantly back in the early ‘90s. I tried a Sleep Number bed and though it was much different from where they are now, it made a big difference. The sales reps were very nice and they knew what I wanted. They’re good people all the way and we're happy. I'm at my fourth bed now and it was delivered in the mail. I put it together and it was pretty straightforward.

We tried Sleep Number in a hotel and really liked it and so we got one. We also purchased some pillow and I really like them but I've had them about a year now and the foam on the edge tends to go down quickly, so I find myself slipping the pillow in the middle of the night. But the bed's quality seemed to be holding up well. I’d definitely recommend them.

I purchased the mattress in 2014 telling the salesman I wanted the bed soft yet firm. He sold me the softest model they make. I have had servicemen out at least 8 times to fix one problem or another (motor, pump). I spoke to John in customer service who changed the foam in the mattresses for firmness. That worked for two months. We are now back to sleeping on a hammock. I paid $8000 for my mattresses and am stuck with them and having lousy night sleep.

I had some friends who own a Sleep Number and really liked it so I figured I'd try it because I was due for a new mattress. I like the adjustability so I bought one. I've had it for over a year now. However, it could be a little cheaper and they could make the pads on the tops of them a little softer. The salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable and the guys who came in and set it up were very professional as well. I have recommended it to a friend.

I recommend Sleep Number bed. It's a good investment. My niece has one and she raved on so we went down to Scranton and checked it out. Their sales reps were very good. We were the only ones there and he gave us his full attention and he didn't try to sell us one over another. He let us decide which one we wanted. We bought a mattress, base, and two pillows from them. The men who set it up were very knowledgeable, told us every step they were doing and showed us how to program the bed. It was a little high but we have been happy with it since we've got it. I just love it. I sleep better and go off to sleep better. It used to take me a long time to get to sleep as I wouldn't be comfortable. We also like that the feet and the head go up. I had hurt my back about a month and a half ago and I loved having it so I didn't have to sleep in a chair. I tip the head up and my husband is happy because he's a snorer.

My sister and her husband had a Sleep Number and she talked about how well it did on her back. We both have bad backs so I purchased my own Sleep Number and got the base, the bed, and a pillow. That has been a year ago and the salesperson was very nice, helpful, and spent a lot of time with us. I'm a bit of a difficult person and I can't decide right off the bat that this bed is gonna work for me. But he was very good, kind and gave us a lot of information.
We had the bed delivered through the mail and everything came in in one day. There were 4-5 boxes and it was very easy to put together. We had it together in 10 minutes and it was great. It's nice and lightweight so I didn't have to struggle when I put the bottom sheet on. The overall quality of the Sleep Number is great and I love it. It's been the best thing that I've ever done, especially when I have a bad back and I can't sleep anymore. It helped me sleep as I hadn't slept in months. I slept but I was hurting all the time especially when I got up in the morning. I'd recommend Sleep Number to everyone.

My in-laws have a Sleep Number and have had it for 10 years. They were avid mattress changers, and since they had their Sleep Number for that long, we figured that it would be a good investment. We live in a small town that doesn’t have a storefront in it, but my in-laws live in a bigger city. So, when we were visiting for Christmas, we went to a Sleep Number store, and the sales rep helped us pick which one we wanted. He was very friendly. We were not ready to purchase one at that time, so he gave us his card and said, “You know, if you ever do purchase one, even if you go through online, you can put me in as your salesperson.” We then purchased online when they were having a sale and used him as our salesperson. We put the bed together, and it was very easy. The instructions were really clear and simple. We sleep better with our Sleep Number bed. It was a good purchase, and we’re really happy with.

We wanted a comfortable bed. I'm not one for extremely soft bed because that doesn't work for me, but my partner is. We went in at Sleep Number and their rep was really good. We looked at four different models and tried all of them, and he explained the differences. He also had the model set up to find the sleep numbers. We were probably there for an hour and a half until we decided which one we wanted to take. The delivery team was good too. We had the product delivered and since we knew we were going to be moving in a couple of months, we asked them if they could go through the process with us to set up and take the bed apart, and they did. They were really quick but explained everything when they set it up and what we needed to do when we take it apart. And we did it fine. No problem when we moved.

The sales reps at Sleep Number were good. The whole idea and the design of the bed itself is nice but the quality of our bed is questionable right now. I'm not sure what's going on with the bed. We have the split-type where the bottom is together but the top is split. And the hole that's there keeps getting larger. We push it over but it would go back. Also, I'm not totally sold on the Sleep Number side of the bed. I really like that it's adjustable though. It's probably the best part.

We ended up getting sheets too because it split down the middle, and the quality of the sheets is good. Everything went great with their sales reps. I sleep better now that we have the Sleep Number. We've had a Sleep Number bed before and we had it for quite a while. Then, when we moved, we decided that we needed a new bed so we bought one from Sleep Number. We got a complete bed setup, with both a mattress and a base. The bed has an adjustable head part. The gentleman at the store was very good. We had an idea of exactly what we wanted to get but he stayed with us and talked to us about a lot of different beds. The delivery team was very good too. Two gentlemen came in, brought the bed in piece by piece, built it up, and set it in there. We pretty well knew how to use it, but they went through this and showed us how to do it. We're well pleased with the Sleep Number bed that we got. Overall, it's comfortable.

We had Sleep Number before for ten years and we needed a new one. The sales reps were very informative, answered all of our questions, looked up our previous account online to see what we had in comparison to what we were looking at. Then we had it delivered to our home and it was pretty flawless and quick. But we're not as happy with it as we were with our first bed. The first time we bought, we bought their top of the line. And this time, I don't feel the quality is quite the same. But we're pleased enough, we made the second purchase and we didn't send it back. It was a seamless and easy experience.

I heard about Sleep Number through my wife and we like its elevation feature. Also, interactions with their staff have been really good. However, the wires dangle down which have to be more hidden and less accessible.

I got an adjustable bed and it came with different mattresses. I went through two different ones that Sleep Number gave me and they weren’t that comfortable. I had given the other mattress to somebody else and so I bought another one. I already knew what mattress I wanted and it was on sale, so I got that one. I’ve had to put a sponge top on it, and now it’s more comfortable.

I went a year ago to get my bed and because I couldn't afford the base to elevate the head of the bed, I deferred that to this year. And I just got the base that elevates the head of the bed now and the reps from Sleep Number have been really, really very nice to me. The installation guys were also great. I'm in my 80's now and I'm able to make my Sleep Number harder or softer depending on how my body feels at the moment. Sleep Number is just a very comfortable bed for me and I can't be happier.

We needed a new bed, and the Sleep Number looked appealing so we decided to purchase from them. We got the mattress and the adjustable base. So far, it's been good. It's a little expensive but it's worth it. When we went to the Sleep Number store, we did the routine where we had to lie down on a bed and get our numbers and all that stuff. We thought about it and we went with the mattress with the average cost. I had our old bed outed away, and the delivery team came and assembled the new one. And then, they got the internet thing set up for us. So, everything was good.

I got a Sleep Number bed for comfort. My husband has had a history of back operations and it got to where the previous bed was uncomfortable. We tried the board and he just couldn't get anything that was really suitable for him. With Sleep Number bed, maybe he could bring that thing up and down to wherever he wanted and be comfortable and that should take care of his problem, and he did and he loves it.
The young salesman at the Broadway Crafts store was very knowledgeable and patient. I just went in but I didn't know much about Sleep Number. I've seen them advertised on TV and with the history that we had, I told the salesman what our situation was and for him to show me the product. He did go through all the products and all the bells and whistles on the high-end sleep beds. I said, "All we want is just the difference in mattress firmness." I chose the basic one. He answered a lot of questions and showed me in the book all that was available and how to take care of it. He was very patient and accommodating.
We scheduled a home delivery and they took off the old mattress, then set up the new bed for us. They gave us the activator and they showed us how to do that and which side belong to whom and showed us what to do about that. Also, they set it up in a very timely and efficient manner so I was very pleased with them. At our stage in life this is going to be the last bed we ever buy. I like the fact that it was guaranteed for life because I have a grandson who might inherit this wonderful, marvelous bed. The quality also seems to be fine.
Just one thing, I went into a Sleep Number store on the other side of town and I had a question about the filling and the exhaust of it when it was deflated. And the lady said, "I can't help you with that. We don't do that here. You have to call the tech service people." I guess they didn't sell it so they didn't want to have anything to do with it. It would not have happened at the store that I bought my bed at. But overall, I've done the recommending of Sleep Number several times.

We tested out the different beds and the rep gave us our Sleep Numbers and answered all of our questions. He was patient and helpful and we were back a couple of times so our experience with him was good. However, we were forced to buy a mattress pad that makes us sweat but it's the only way there'll be a warranty. Other than that, I like my Sleep Number bed and it's more comfortable than my old bed.

The sales guy from Sleep Number was good. We did the demo and found out what number works best for us and my wife fell in love with the bed. We got the base and the king size mattress with firmness that goes from whatever to 100 and it was with a remote. It's the basic Sleep Number and I should have got the one that reclines. We had it delivered and the delivery team assembled it and they were efficient. It was a decent experience, overall.

My wife has chronic aggressive MS with no mobility and sleeps in the middle of the bed. So I needed a single chamber mattress for her to be comfortable, instead of a dual chamber bed that I had purchased before she became ill. We had issues with different mattresses and had regular ones, box springs, and gel cushion. But we wanted a better mattress and something that we could adjust on either side. We've talked about getting a Sleep Number bed for years or even just to try out one. We had looked online, picked it out and did the information. Then I went up to the Syracuse Destiny Mall USA and went into the store. Everything was good and their reps were very informative. I tried the bed and it’s definitely the best mattress I could get. Their delivery team came that week and set it up. We’ve got the king size C5 and we love it. I can adjust the firmness or softness which is my favorite feature. It's been a wonderful experience with Sleep Number.

I borrowed a Sleep Number from my stepdad and I liked it and he needed it back, so we got it back to him and decided to get our own. We went into the store and talked to the nice lady there. She walked us around and showed us the stuff that was available. Then she gave us her spiel, we picked one out and we've been happy with it ever since. The bed was delivered and dropped off at the house. Since I already had experience with it, I set it up myself. Everything has been very satisfying overall and we’d recommend Sleep Number.

My girlfriend at the time wanted a bed like Sleep Number so I bought one. The sales reps came at the door, smiled, shook hands and they walked me through the bed and how to work it while we signed the paperwork. They were really cool and they did their job. However, the sheets were $100, but to me it's not worth that much. Overall I wouldn’t buy another one because it’s a lot of extra money and I sleep the same. Any bed would've worked for me, but I got it so we enjoy it.

I like that Sleep Number is adjustable so I bought a king size one and we've been using it for about a year now. It was an actual store that we went to in the mall and their rep was very helpful and nice. He showed us the bed and told us the different options. It worked out really well. They have a very nice delivery team who set it up very quickly and knew everything about it because it's obvious that they knew all the intricacies of setting it up. So, I was very pleased with them. I really like our bed, but my partner likes her side over my side. It turns out that we are not compatible on bedding, so it's worked out really well for us. In addition, I'm curious about the Smart Sleep system or the Accu Sleep that hooks up to a tablet and it detects the pressure to tell if I'd been tossing and turning around.

My husband and I had differing needs as far as the bed firmness. We wanted to get the bed that we'd each have two different lives or firmness. We purchased a Sleep Number bed and it's a queen size with the mattress and the base. They delivered and set it up for us and I like that we can adjust each side. I also like the quality a lot. It did have a leak though when we got it and it loses its air and we have to pump it back up every night. It still needs to be repaired, we just haven't gotten it done. But with the way that they worked with my husband, they'd probably be willing to fix it. We just have to communicate that to them. We've tried out a couple of memory foam mattress which is the in thing now, and from my experience, I would recommend Sleep Number over those any day. Overall, it has been a very good experience.

A friend of mine had a Sleep Number so I got one, too. The remote broke so I had to order a new one and they charged me $199 for it but it's okay. I like my Sleep Number bed. I also got some pillows and they're great. The quality of the bed is great that I probably wouldn't buy another one.

Getting a Sleep Number was the best decision that we did. The quality is very well and we love it. Their sales reps were very informative and showed us everything including how to run the control. They didn't force us to make a decision. Instead, they let us decide on our own. They were also very friendly. We set the bed up by ourselves thru the step by step instructions and everything was really simple and easy.

Sleep Number is the only bed I’ll sleep on. I have had two back surgeries and I can’t sleep on just any old bed. We had a Sleep Number for 15 years and I like that I can adjust it to however firmness that I need. I recently bought another one and the sales reps were great. I knew what I wanted when I got to the store and they were able to show me what they had. They offered to install the bed for us if we wanted it, but we didn't. My husband set it up and we’re really pleased with it. It's perfect. I like that it’s thicker than what it was and the sheets that I can get now really fit well on the bed. I don’t know what we would do if we ever had to sleep on any other bed. In fact, back in November, I had to go into the hospital for three days because I had a bleeding ulcer. And those three days that I was in the hospital, I had to be on IV pain reliever for my back because the beds were so horrible.

My sister had a Sleep Number and she kept telling me it was really good. I didn't want to have a bed that was too hard and too soft. I want a bed that I could adjust. I first looked at Sleep Number in Santa Rosa. And then, there was a big sale coming on President's Day weekend. We went down and looked at the bed and I really liked it. I decided to get one. I also bought the frame that goes up and down.
The sales professionals were very knowledgeable. The delivery team was great, prompt, and knowledgeable as well. They gave me a booklet and a manual. I was a little surprised that the bed was smellier than I thought it would be because I didn't get the memory foam. I didn't realize there was a lot of foam in the i8 that would cause some smell. That went away fairly quickly and we aired the bed out. I find I change the pressure off and on every evening. When I'm sitting up in bed, I like it harder and when I'm lying down on my back, I like it a different hardness than when I'm on my side. It's very adaptable so it's good. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I was happy that I got it locally because when I did have a few questions, I could just pop in and talk to the sales reps there and that was a great and excellent customer service.

I've been having back pain and so I bought a Sleep Number mattress. It helped my back along with other things. I like it, but my wife isn't terribly fond of it. The mattress was delivered to our home and I assembled it myself. The assembly process was easy.

I was looking for a comfortable bed and had in mind what I wanted to try when I went to the store so we didn't look at too many different options. It was between the Sleep Number c4 and the c8. We ended up getting the c4 and a base as well. The salesperson offered the pillows, the mattress cover, and different things but we already had those kind of things. Everything showed up during the delivery and the boxes were easy to handle. The directions were pretty simple to follow and I didn't have any issues getting the bed put together.
The base was a little bit goofy, though, and I was not really impressed with it. With the frame that I have on my bed, it's all wood. I figured with the way it went together that it was going to work. But the problem was the slats on my bed frame run up and down. With the way the bed goes together, it didn't hold the slats in and allowed it to come apart. But I made it work and ended up having to put some plywood underneath it in order to keep everything together.
So far, my wife and I like our bed a bunch. It took us a few nights of different adjustments to figure out where our number was and where we felt good in the morning. For the most part, we leave it set right where it's at. There are times when I work late from home for the whole week and I don't get to sleep on it much, but I sleep real good when I'm home. I've recommended Sleep Number to a few people that have trouble sleeping or have back problems like me. The bed is spendy but that's what it takes.

I'm still not very comfortable with my Sleep Number and I've always thought maybe I should've bought the better bed. I went to one of their stores in Woodbury, and I bought the least expensive bed with the least foam and it always feels like an air mattress. They did send me some foam once and that helps the Sleep Number, so it's better but it's not quite the same. Other than that, it's been fine. The Sleep Number is much better than my old bed. Plus the installation team did a good job and I was happy with them.

They did a great job of explaining the different options. Then they stepped away and gave me space to try everything out. So I didn't feel any pressure from them. I had them deliver and assemble my purchase. They asked for my Wi-Fi password in order to sync up properly then they assembled everything. I think it was a little expensive and I probably can find a similar foam top feel somewhere else maybe for less money. But the adjustable piece changed the equation a little bit. The only issue I have is that it's not really cleared to me how I move it from place to place. Having said that, I would recommend them to a friend.

My old mattress was bad. And because of humidity here in Texas, mattresses go bad quickly, so I decided that an air bed might last longer. So, we visited the Sleep Number store a couple of times and checked it out. We did the whole show where they'd have us lay down on the bed and adjust it up and down to confirm our sleep number, but we did a substantial research on our own as well. They happened to be offering a holiday special then, so we snapped it. I know that the cost of the bed averages out over time, but we don’t have to replace an average for a while. On the other hand, it's still a big chunk of change to go for the bed initially, so I do wish they don’t charge extra for the delivery and assembly. It would be a nice gesture.

My wife was having back issues so we bought a Sleep Number mattress. We went to the store and the sales rep did the setup to the testing, where they showed the pressure points. And then he showed the different types of mattresses and recommended the one that we purchased. I put it together myself and it was very easy. However, since I've seen all the pieces and all the mattresses, the work and how it was done, I found a lot of flying string of fabric and some of the foams were packaged incorrectly so they were a little bent incorrectly. There's also a lot of room for improvement on the packaging. Also, not everything was labeled per the documents that they came with. But we have recommended them to some friends. My wife and I have different tastes or comfort zones for mattresses and it’s been very well and better than what we had before. Her pain is gone now and that she's feeling a lot better.

The bed we had was over 10 years old, so we thought it was time to get a new one. We bought a Sleep Number and we've had it for twelve months now. Their installers knew what they were doing but they weren't high class. They had two fellas, one was the mechanic and the other was the helper. And the helper really didn't know too much what's going on. But my interactions with their reps were very nice and we had one service call where the hydraulics needed to loosen up and put a little WD40 on it. And the bed is a fine feature equipment.

I've had my basic Sleep Number for over a year and I'm still comparing it to our old bed. My wife and I have switched a couple of times and Sleep Number is favorable right now. It has also alleviated the issue with my hips.

They were great and very professional in the store, and handled a lot of things over the phone for us because we were an hour away. They got everything set up and delivered. On the other hand, the delivery people gave us papers and didn't tell us anything about having to fill out anything for a warranty. So we didn't get to fill all that out in time.

We like the flexibility of the softness and hardness of the Sleep Number bed. We went into their showroom and tried out a few things and a salesman came over and told us different beds that are out there. We told him that we liked this particular bed and he said that that's the one most people like so we got it. When the bed was delivered, the crew set it up. I have had the same bed for about 20 years. We had a lot of joint pain when we get up, and I would wake up feeling hungover even though I hadn't drunk anything. So, we decided to try Sleep Number because of what we saw on commercials. Then, I called the Sleep Number store and spoke with a woman who was very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for. She told me what they had in the line of what I was looking for, different accessories that I could purchase later if I didn't want them like the platform base or the IQ, or something that had a cooling effect because I was having hot flashes at that time. So I gave her my credit card number and bought the bed. Trying it for 100 nights for free was a win-win situation. If I didn't like it, I could ship it back to Sleep Number at no cost and I would be reimbursed, so it was definitely worth it.
I like my Sleep Number bed. It's wonderful and I've noticed that I fall asleep a lot faster and I don't wake up all kinked up and achy. I would recommend it to other people, but people need to be careful with the sheets they'd purchase for it because not all sheets will stay on there. They look like they fit, but I'm tangled up in the sheets in the morning when I get up.

I've had a Sleep Number bed in the past. I bought one 20 something years ago and it was still good, but the mattress top has gotten stained and I thought maybe a new one would be much better, and I got a new one. The old one was probably still just as good as the new one is. The new one has a different pillow top. It's a little bit of a pain to find the sheets to put on the mattress. I have to have a sheet with a deeper pocket and, so far, I have failed to get the right depth. I run my side on 100 and when I first hooked our bed up, it pumped up to these numbers, and I don't know if I did something wrong or that's normal. It doesn't feel like it's that hard. Nonetheless, I'd recommend the Sleep Number bed. Since we bought our first one, my daughter's had two and our son has bought one.

I like the mattress when I get the right number but then I have to change it around after a couple of months. But my husband loves it. Overall, it's pretty good and we're satisfied.

I am on my second bed from Sleep Number. First was great & good warranty. Bought 2nd bed for about $4500. Within 3 mos. first air pump went out, the rep. sent air pump, the mattresses were maybe the reason loss of air. I called again and was told the warranty was done and nothing else could be done. For 9 or 10 yrs I have been unhappy with the Sleep Number, anything with such a bad warranty and service!! I was in a position at one time to advise others to buy their bed sys. Maybe 150 people may have purchased their bed sys. Now I will not, I advise not to purchase their beds. And they want sell me the mattresses at an over 'inflated price.'

A few people have bought some Sleep Number beds then my wife had been wanting to get one and try it out. So we went and got one, but I had trouble with the bed. The thing creeps and pops until I get them up and put down on it. I don't know what's going on with it but about three months back I called the number I had on my Sleep Number deal and they told me I had to call the store. But when I called the store they said the manager would call me back and he never did. So they kind of gave the runaround when I tried to get them to fix it. But I like the bed and I just want to get that fixed.

We have the Sleep Number mattress, base, and the SleepIQ. We ordered online and had the items delivered. The delivery team cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how to operate everything before they left. However, the air chamber was broken. In two hours, it would deflate so I couldn’t sleep on it so we took turns sleeping on the air mattress on the floor. I called it in and the rep was professional, helped us right through everything, and got the part ordered. On the second week after ordering, nobody realized it hadn't been shipped yet. Their customer service's excellent but their shipping department needs a nice kick in the butt. It took three weeks to get it. Other than that, we're generally satisfied with Sleep Number.

My husband was having difficulties sleeping and his doctor suggested the Sleep Number bed. The sales guy encouraged us to lay on the bed, and he was friendly and he talked to us while we were laying on it. The only bad thing that happened was that we bought a pillow that same day. My husband tried it in the store, but he didn’t use it on the old bed because he wanted to use it just for the new bed. The sales guy said, “This would be the last pillow you need,” and it wasn’t. The bed took six weeks to get here and by the time we got it, my husband tried the pillow with the bed and the pillow didn’t work for him.
When we went back to the Sleep Number store to exchange it, they wouldn't let us because too much time had passed. I didn’t like that they weren't willing to exchange or return it even though my husband hadn't used it until the bed came. But with the exception of the pillow, my husband’s very happy with the bed. He likes the thing in the phone that tells him how long he's been sleeping and how long he slept. The bed was really what he needed, so I'm happy with it too. Everything went without a hitch.

I got a basic base and a queen-sized mattress from Sleep Number which was recommended to me. I called and got credit approval and then I waited for eight weeks, kept looking around their website because I had a credit limit so I had to figure out what bed I wanted and what could fit in that price. Then I started placing an order online and everybody seemed able to answer all my questions. Seven days later, the bed showed up at my house. It is my first Sleep Number purchase but it won't be my last. I'm remodeling my house right now and I’m going to move the bed downstairs then I'm buying a king once it's paid off and I’ll put it upstairs for me.
I’d definitely recommend the Sleep Number. People wouldn’t want to spend the money on a mattress, but you get what you pay for. Most men my age would have back problems. I like a firm bed, and it’s hard to find one that’s firm enough or that I can make firmer or less firmer depending on how I feel. I notice it a lot, traveling during the week. For four nights in a week I'm on another bed and it’s terrible.

I'm satisfied with our Sleep Number bed. It's a lot better than our old bed. However, the remote-control was a little difficult to figure out for our generation. For a younger generation, it's probably nothing at all. But we eventually figured it out and now we know how to do it.

I had a very positive experience with Sleep Number. Their sales reps were very attentive and helpful. The only thing is that it seems as time is going on, the split at the top just gets bigger. I feel like they could’ve made that a little tighter, so it doesn’t look like it's a big gaping hole in the bed. But overall, Sleep Number has been satisfying.

We didn't like the mattress we had. It was eight years old and it was time for a new one so we bought a Sleep Number mattress. Their delivery team were there when they said they would be. They set up the bed for us and it was done well. I would recommend Sleep Number.

The manager that we spoke to was very knowledgeable though a little pushy. We were contemplating about buying the pillows and he acted like they were the best pillows we'd ever buy. My husband is sleeping comfortably on the Sleep Number, but he's not all too thrilled with the pillow he got. He wishes he got the one that I got. I find that sometimes if I get too close to the center of the bed where there's the center foam piece dividing the two air mattress things, I wake up with my back hurting. So it’s almost as if I have to be lying in my little air pocket to get a good night’s sleep. For me, it's annoying but my husband doesn't have that issue. We've recommended the Sleep Number to our neighbor.

I've had a Sleep Number years back when they still called it Slick Comfort. I bought a new bed a few months ago and started having a problem with it. It was sagging and bulging at the sides so I contacted them and they sent me a new air chamber right up. They’ve been real good. However, I put it in and it's done the same thing.

We were in need of a new mattress so we went over to the Sleep Number store on Memorial Day when they were having a sale. I was surprised that it wasn’t a big showroom. But what they had, they utilized everything fine. They also had a lot of different samples that we could try. We got our bed and we're happy with it. It’s amazing. Also, I now can make the bed myself. I do everything I’m supposed to do when I change the sheet and adjust both sides to 100. Before, it was pretty difficult. The sheet is hard and I've got to have it almost up to a 3/4 angle in order to get the sides. If one has never made a Sleep Number bed, it’s not easy. And we don’t have it in a box spring at all, so all of the sheets are unsecured at the bottom of the bed.
The sheets are pretty expensive though. To spend $80 to $100 for some sheets is ridiculous to me. I’m probably not gonna buy sheets until it looks like I need them but I always thought it might be nice to have a second set in case I need it in the middle of the night. But everything is holding up fine. There’s no problem with the product itself. I would definitely recommend Sleep Number.

The sales man from Sleep Number was very helpful. We took our time, laid on the bed, and he didn't rush us. So, I was very pleased. And the delivery team was excellent. Everything went smoothly. I bought two beds, with pillows, sheets, frame and everything for both. The quality is excellent. I'm very satisfied and I get a great night sleep.

The reps of Sleep Number were always helpful and courteous. I purchased two pillows from them but the pillows were not that hot and good. That, to me, was a waste of money. But the blanket that I got was excellent. It feels like cashmere. It’s very soft and very light but keeps me warm. To me, it helps with the sleep process. I wasn’t sleeping well before but with Sleep Number, I now sleep a lot better. I also got my niece to call Sleep Number and she ordered a bed, as well. Hers was $2000 more than mine. And I got a $200 reward certificate and that’s how I was able to get the blanket. I'd recommend Sleep Number.

We've had Tempur-Pedic before and we'd never go back to them again. Sleep Number's 100% better. Their sales agent was really nice, helpful, informative and let us look around. Then the installers put everything where my husband asked them to put them and it went fine. We love the bed and wouldn't have anything else. They're really comfortable. Absolutely the best sleep I've had in a while.

The sales representative was great and the installation guys were perfect. However, we have problems with the sheets. They were very cheap and they ripped right away and we can’t find a replacement for them unless we spend $300. We’re like rigging up our own sheets system ‘cause we got the split one. As what I found out, no one makes them except Sleep Number. Everything else is good.

My wife was pregnant. We wanted something that could adjust the height of the bed to make it easier so Sleep Number pretty much worked. We bought the iLE with the adjustable feet and head. The sales reps showed us some different things and they explained to us how it worked. Then we had home delivery where they set it all up. They had one guy who was definitely more used to it and the other one was either new or a temp. The guy had a couple of issues with his temp, but it all got taken care of. Also, there were a couple of issues we’ve had with the bed especially its sheets and other things with it. They definitely need to work on their quality a little bit.

I had owned a Sleep Number in the past and in several of my travels, I had gotten to sleep on several of them with a bad back. Being able to change the firmness of the mattress as I want to do it was the selling point for me because my back might want the bed firm one night and then soft another night, so I have the ability to obviously change that on a whim.
The first one I bought was from Sleep Train and I got great service. The second time I bought one, which was just recently, that was when I was able to work directly with Sleep Number because they are no longer in independent retails. It was a great experience from start to finish. They answered every question and was professional. With everything being bought online, it was really nice being able to go into their store to see all the products. Then they shipped it direct to my house, so they made it as easy as they could.
At one point the Sleep Number bed was not holding air in one of the chambers. It had a very slow leak so we'd have to pump it up every few days to get it back to the desired setting. I called them and they said, "Let's just send you a brand new bladder. All we ask is that you mail it back to us at no cost. That way, we could put it in our lab and find out what happened." I was able to get that in a couple of days and just switched it out. Didn't cost me a thing and it's worked perfect ever since. That's another really important component of buying something for me, knowing that they'll back it up. They do a great job and they make really good products.

The sales reps at Sleep Number were great and my bed before cannot compare to Sleep Number. However, we had a bit of a problem with it after the wear and tear with the adjustable base and some of the quality with the mattress. I've had it for at least six years, and one of the issues I'm having is that the lining keeps sliding off. Now the lining is supposed to be connected to the base through this round disc piece that holds the mattress in place, but mine keeps coming off, so we have to keep moving this 400 pound mattress around to keep it in place.
The other complaint I have is the lining itself. The zippy part that my bed goes into that would hold all of the goodies inside is misshapen. Now, it's like my bed is lopsided. We asked Sleep Number what we should do, and they said to flip it and open it up, and we've done that a couple of times. It'd be better if they could have a better liner to hold the foam in place, so that after a couple of years, it doesn't move its shape. Because then it will lose its balance and then sleep wouldn't be good. But the guys that came out were great. I purchased a Sleep Number bed for my daughter as well because we're so happy with it.

We like the features that Sleep Number has - the massage, the lighting, lighting control, the ability to adjust the bed up and down and the Sleep Number setting. We've had the bed for almost a year and it's been great. However, the app doesn't work very well with the phone and sometimes the remotes don't work very well but those are only minor things, overall.

Some people I know had positive experiences with their Sleep Number beds, and I wanted to try it. At the time that I went to the store and ended up making a purchase, I waited and I was looking for the value. They had all of the different types but I wanted the value. The gentleman at Sleep Number asked how he could help me, and then we went to each one. They all looked similar, so I asked for the difference of each, and then we decided on one. We got some mattress, the cover, and base from Sleep Number. We had a little issue early on when one of the little tubes got tangled and it wasn't pumping to one side of the bed, but other than that, it definitely has good quality. Overall, we had a good experience.

I purchased a regular mattress and a pillow from Sleep Number. I had to say that I had different preferences for how hard our mattress is. We went to two different stores, first in Chico and there we felt like we had a hard sales pitch and it was also on a Black Friday so we ended up not purchasing. And second, we went to Vacaville and there it was very low pressure and the salespeople really walked us through and it was a much better experience. My husband did the setup and he said that everything was fine. We really like its quality. But I think it's a little bit expensive. Overall, it's been a good experience and we have been enjoying the bed.

We've had one Sleep Number for a number of years then over a year ago, we got another one with an adjustable base. My experience with the sales professional went fine. I went in a couple of times looking at the different choices they had and when I thought they had something we would like, I brought my wife back and we decided on one. We had it delivered and the delivery team came and assembled the bed. They did a good job and were very fast. They were here and gone in 20 minutes. The new bed has a few other things, which the delivery team showed me but because I had a Sleep Number before, I understood how the bed works. I'm very happy with the bed and I like its overall quality. It does what they said it would do. My wife likes it a little softer while I like it a little firmer so it works well for us. I get a good night sleep as well. I also used to have back pain and now, I don't have it anymore because I can make the bed firmer. It was a great experience.

I had a bad mattress and got a bad back so I bought a Sleep Number. The guy was very helpful and it was a good experience buying the bed. I set the bed up and it was straightforward. I only threw myself off once by not reading the direction so instead of skipping the instructions, I followed them. And once I did, the set-up went fine. My Sleep Number bed is great and it's been quite beneficial. I've run at a 35 and it forms to the shape of my body, so I don't have pressure points now and it's been quite helpful. Sleep Number sold me a good product. However, my wife doesn't have back pains so she doesn't like the bed as much as I do.

I could not regret my decision to purchase from your company more. I'm confident that your product is great, however your customer service, communication could not be worse. I have been on hold for nearly 20 minutes before speaking to a customer service rep. He was fine, and asked him to transfer me to a manager as there had been zero effort on Sleep Number's part to schedule an appointment. After an additional hold, was transferred to a supervisor whose soonest delivery was another two weeks out. You need to empower your supervisors so that when a customer like myself that has been mishandled can receive above and beyond customer service. I'm sure I will love the bed, but I cannot speak highly of your customer service.

My husband and I both have bad backs and we were hoping that the Sleep Number would help. The salespeople showed us around the whole place and asked us the same questions such as what we were looking into it for, they pointed us in the right direction for size, told us which would be the best option for us and helped to make sure that it was going well. It was easy to talk to them. Our purchase was delivered and set up. The two guys were very friendly and they brought everything in. They were very efficient and very fast. They really didn’t say too much, though, and just asked us if we had any questions. They showed us how to work the controller and told us to call them if we had any issues. We've had the mattress for about a year now but it has not really helped very much at all. The bed wasn’t really what I had hoped for, but the Sleep Number staff were great and they were easy to deal with.

I heard that Sleep Number is something good so we got the mattress. I like it better than my old bed. It's more comfortable. The sales rep was nice and knowledgeable, too. I had the mattress delivered and set up and it was super quick and super easy. The bed is holding up pretty well so far and I had no problems at all. It's a good product and I'd recommend it.

It's been a year now since we've started using our Sleep Number bed and we find it much better than our old bed. I placed my order online which is very straightforward and easy to use. The bed has very good quality. After my husband joined the military, we’ve had to move a few times already since having the bed and it has held up amazingly. I've already recommended it to friends.

My wife was having problems sleeping in our old bed, so we bought a new bed from Sleep Number. We got the base as well. Their sales representatives were very helpful. We went through different beds and ended up picking a bed that was on sale. It was an entry-level bed, and we've been happy with it. We had to buy a frame from another mattress store because Sleep Number didn't carry the one we were looking for, but their delivery men assembled it and got it all set up. They showed us how to use the bed, and everything was clearly explained. Overall, the quality is very good. The i8 is expensive for some people so it'd be a price out of their range, but the entry-level bed is in some people's ballpark if they catch it on sale.

We've had a Sleep Number before for 20 years and have gotten another one. Our experiences with the sales reps were really good. We put the bed together ourselves and didn't have too much of a problem. The bed's got good quality. However, when we tried to set it up for payments, we thought we had arrangements for them to do the automatic withdrawal. But we had a problem with that so they kept sending and sending us the bill. That was a hassle. Apart from that, it was an okay experience.

We researched beds online and in several stores and came up with the Sleep Number. My husband and I went into the store, tried out several of the different beds, and found out that we like very different settings. We talked about the cost and went back the next day. We bought the mattress and the base and scheduled them to be delivered. The delivery was great and was really easy. However, it took longer than I thought after we ordered for our items to be ready and delivered. But that was the only part of it that was not better than expected.
The delivery team set everything up. We really like our bed and it worked out very well. Sleep Number is very customer centered and customized. My husband and I have different experiences and yet, our experience was customized. That's part of the reason why we are still on Sleep Number. It's really good and we've recommended it.

My daughter and son-in-law got a Sleep Number and they said I had to have one too. So I got the whole thing to the tune of about $5,000. The sales rep at the store was a wonderful man, and helped me with the bed. I was in the hospital with a hip operation when they did the delivery, so my daughter took care of it. When I came home, everything was set up real nice. I had the bed for a year now and I get to like it more every day. It was a little hard to find the right number in the beginning, but I'm on 60 now and I love it. It's a great bed.

We wanted to get a bigger bed that will last forever and other people that we know who have Sleep Number had good reviews about it. It seemed like a good investment which was what we always liked. We’ve seen that Sleep Number was a good quality bed, and that we could adjust the bed settings because mine is a little different than my husband's. So we bought the bed and we absolutely love it. It took about two weeks to get our numbers adjusted, but we got it right. We got the king size but it's not adjustable so in the future we definitely will get an upgrade to an adjustable one where we could go up for our back or for our head and feet. But it’s all good and my sister is seriously thinking about getting Sleep Number, too.

We previously had one of Sleep Number's beds and we liked it. A few months ago we purchased a different style from them again. With this one, half of it goes up individually. They had a fine salesperson and a professional installer. The bed is good and we like it. I just wish the sheets weren't so expensive. It's obnoxious. The standard size pillowcases are $50 a pop and there's no reason for a standard pillowcase to be that much because it says Sleep Number on it when it doesn't do anything. Also, even when you try to fix the sheets as tight as you can, they are always loose, like they're bunching.

I don't have a comfortable bed, so I got myself a Sleep Number. I wanted to get the one with an adjustable feature. The sales professional at the showroom knew their product. She asked me what I wanted. I told her and it worked out. I scheduled home delivery and the guys that delivered my purchase were professional and quick. I like my Sleep Number bed. I moved so I took it apart and reassembled it myself. It was pretty easy. I enjoy it very much. It was expensive but I am sleeping a lot better than I was. It's good on my back. So, I don't mind. I'd recommend it to a friend.

We needed a new mattress and Sleep Number seemed like a comparable price so we got one. I also like the fact that it's adjustable. Their rep was very helpful. We just walked into the store at the mall and he walked us through it. The bed is very good quality however, it's difficult to put it back together if we move it. We were remodeling our house, so we had to disassemble it and put it into the garage and then bring it back out. We just had to figure out how to put it together because when they delivered it, they put it together for us. But overall, both the staff and the bed were very comfortable.

I have a bad back so I bought the Sleep Number mattress, base and mattress pad. The sales reps were very helpful. I was talking with them for about an hour about my back problems and they recommended which type of bed I should get. The delivery team was also efficient and polite. Overall, their products have an excellent quality and my back pain has improved ever since using them. It's a great bed and I’m really glad I got it.

We've been using our Sleep Number bed for a year now. The first time we went to the Sleep Number store, we sat there for two hours and weren't even acknowledged by the person that was there, but when we went there the second time, we met a woman who was absolutely fantastic. Our Sleep Number bed is better than the one that we had before. The old one we had was too soft for me, so it was painful to sleep. With our Sleep Number bed, it's not painful to sleep and it's been nice because I can adjust it. I'm expecting so that has helped with it as well. Everything seems to be going well.
We also bought a set of sheets from them, but they didn't hold up very well. They ripped, and with a further inquiry and looking at the sheets online, it seemed to be a very common issue. We wash them according to the directions and everything. We bought our bed last May, and the sheets ripped in four months. Our biggest complaint is that there is really nothing we can do to get our sheets replaced because there's no warranty on them. We spent $300 on the set of sheets. With a regular bed, if one is spending $300 on a set of sheets, these sheets aren't going to tear within the first six months of having them. But we would definitely recommend the Sleep Number bed to other people. The only thing I would not recommend doing is getting the split top because the sheets that are involved with it are expensive and they do not hold up.

I've made two purchases from Sleep Number and I would only advertise for them. Their salesman was really good and told us about Sleep Number just like what is seen in commercials. When some nights if I come home and I've been out working in the yard and my back is really tense, then I don't want to lay on a hard bed or on the softest one. I want something in between and I can do that with Sleep Number. I can have a hard or a soft one, whatever night I want it. And I get all that sleep, especially as I get older. I don't have to go to the far left, right or middle of the showroom to get different kinds of beds, I get all of it with for myself with Sleep Number.

My husband wanted to buy a Sleep Number. It would have been more convenient if you could purchase the bed and bring it home instead of having to wait and pay the extra for shipping. For the price that we paid for the Sleep Number, the quality is poor and the bed isn't comfortable. We slept on it for about a week and a half and then we took it off and ended up having to purchase a new mattress because we weren't satisfied. In between the settings, it was either too firm or too soft.

We thought about Sleep Number in the past but thought it would cost too much money so we bought other beds. Finally, we realized that it wasn't really cost effective since we were going through other beds so quickly. We purchased the adjustable base and mattress, and I think it was a bargain. Our salesman was good, walked us through everything, and tried everything out. He did a fantastic job. The delivery crew was very professional and did a quick and nice job. We love the bed. With some of the old beds, I'd wake up with back pain. I don't have that anymore. Sleep Number is a great product and I recommend it to everybody. I'm very satisfied.

My husband and I haven't been pleased with the traditional mattresses, so we were trying to go a different route. So, we purchased from Sleep Number and we added some foam thing topper in addition to the mattress. The delivery guys came in, took care of the installation and then they were gone. It was easy-peasy. My Sleep Number bed is good but it's a little low to the ground. I wish it was a little higher for aesthetic reasons but it's fine comfortability-wise. Our backs are not hurting like they were before so that's positive.

I've had my Sleep Number mattress in my home for about 11 months. It's so-so. The bed is already dented where I lie most the time. I would expect that with a mattress that I've already had for six years, but not with one that I've had for only a year. So, I'm not too happy about that. Furthermore, the salesman led us to believe that we get a remote on each side of the bed, but we only received one remote, and I called him about that.

We own two Sleep Numbers and will never own another bed! We simply adore our Sleep Number mattresses!! We have a Queen C4 and a King C2. My husband and I have our "typical sleep numbers" however every once in a while after a long work day our bodies just well... Are sore and that's when we love either going to a lower or higher number on our bed. It's truly the best to be able to adjust our bed to how our bodies feel! Thanks Sleep Number! Also their customer service is the best around for making sure we have been comfortable and taken care of. Thanks again Sleep Number!! High-Five!

I had a Sleep Number bed 15 years earlier. It didn't have the actual numbers but it had the adjustment. I got rid of that and decided to get a new one. I also tried a Night Air by Boyd and I really didn't like that bed at all. And that's American made, or so it says. It was less expensive but it had a thicker air mattress which ended up being more like a float instead of a nice comfortable, flatter mattress that supported. Also, the padding around the mattress wasn't sufficient to fill the gap between the mattress holder. There was a gap in between the edge and the outside case that I had to fill with those floaties to support because it was too much of a gap. And there was no sensor foam area so the mattress would sink and separate in the middle of a king size bed because there are two air mattresses in there. So I had to get those two floaty things and fix down in between the mattresses because there was no support there.
The Sleep Number is better but sometimes I feel that even though it says it's at 70% full, it feels more than that. Also, one side sometimes feels a little softer than the other side and they're in the same level. I also don't like reading in bed with it because the support isn't there to put a pillow behind me and read in bed. It sinks down too much in the front part. But other than that, if I did it to the right position, it's great because there's no pressure on my hips when I sleep on my side. It's dense enough for that and there's even support. That's what I like about the air bed most of all. It's working and I'm happy with that. It's ridiculously expensive for what it is but it's the best mattress idea for comfort.

We've had Sleep Number for almost a year. We bought the mattress and base and some sheets. I like the overall quality of their products and the ability to change the settings and to move it up and down. I can lift the head of it up or the feet up. Sleep Number works for us.

My grandfather needed a mattress with the reclining, so that way, it would be easier for him to get in and out it. He then purchased a Sleep Number mattress under my name. We also have two Sleep Number mattresses at home, which we've been using for two years now, and I love the overall quality.

I wish we got a Sleep Number when we previously bought a bed. Our previous bed was firmer than we normally would have got with the expectation that it would break in and be perfect, but it never did and it was too firm. So we decided to get something that is adjustable and we can dial it in at where we need it to be as our needs changed. I researched online and we already knew exactly what Sleep Number model we wanted, so we went into the store, and when the people got to us after being busy, we told them what we were after and then asked a couple of qualifying questions. We also talked about whether or not it was worth upgrading to the next model up or just going with what we thought we wanted, and we ended up deciding to go with what we originally wanted.
However, I expected that we would have been able to get the bed and base that we ordered sooner than we were able to because I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. I figured that it would be in stock in a warehouse somewhere and they would come quickly, but we waited for three weeks. But once we got it, they arrived and set everything up. The delivery guys were in and out in an hour and it went fine. So far, I have no complaints and the quality of the bed is outstanding.

We weren't sleeping very well and we needed a king-sized bed because we couldn't put a natural box spring since we have a very small area to get it up the stairs. We got the sheets, the base, and the mattress from Sleep Number. We went there twice and were able to lay on the bed for a little while. We spent some time and we chose the most economical and that had the two zones that we wanted. The delivery process was fairly seamless and the overall quality of the product is great. My husband and I have different ideas of what our ideal mattress is and with Sleep Number, we have control over how firm the mattress is and it can also track sleep which helps us decide if it needs some adjusting. So far, I'm happy with the product.

I've had a Sleep Number for years and I was very pleased with it. It lasted as long as it did. We just got our second one which I like, too. They now have the remote button that I can use to change the hardness of the mattress so that's nice. Before, it had chords and things. It's also got a thicker mattress, which I feel plus-minus about. They talked me into a softer mattress and I'm having more trouble finding the right adjustment for my number than I did. We've had it for months now and it's still difficult. It felt too soft. I was trying to go from 60 to 65 the other day and the thing rolled through every single number. Suddenly, I was going to 100 then to zero, and it's all over the place. We even went through 1,000. I was about to call and get the service guy out but it stopped doing that. If it happens again, I am gonna call a service guy. I have no idea what it was and never saw anything like that. Nonetheless, I'd recommend Sleep Number to a friend.

We had a king sized and a queen sized Sleep Number before. Now, we wanted two extra large singles. The salesperson was very nice, was a lot of help, and actually talked me into buying the two singles. I have problems getting out of the bed and she showed me something that I could do. She told me to raise it up to a 100, get out of the bed then drop it down to 50 when I get back in bed. That was good. So far, the mattresses are holding up very well and my wife and I are very happy with them. I love them and I highly recommend Sleep Number. We tried Mattress Firm, totally waste of money. We tried the Comfort Air too and it didn't work out.

I mainly bought my Sleep Number because I have lower back problems and it's been a miracle for my back. I'm more than pleased with it. We bought it in Saint Louis and the sales professional did a great job. She had us try out different beds and sampling sleep numbers. She was excellent and our experience with the delivery was positive as well. I'm trying to get my sister a Sleep Number because she has some of the same back and joint problems I have. We love our Sleep Number. It has exceeded already high expectations.

We've had Sleep Number beds for almost 10 years now. They're adjustable and made well so we decided to get another one, and this is our third one. The first one has the massage in it, which is really nice, and this latest one has a new adjustable. We went in the store pretty much knowing what we wanted and we were hoping to see what Sleep Number had available. I love the one that was two different heights adjustable on the back but it was too expensive. We haven't had any issues at all with our beds other than every once in a while they lose some air and we got to pump them back up, which is normal. The bed's got a good quality. However, I got to move two of them so I'm hoping that I have something in there that tells me how to move them properly.

We were not happy with our previous mattress so we bought a Sleep Number mattress and the base and have had it for almost a year. The purchase experience was fine and what we purchased was on sale. All in all, I love my bed.

We were looking for a new bed and were interested in looking at Sleep Number since we've seen commercials. The sales man was very nice and prompt. We tried all the beds, then we decided later on what we want to go with. We got the mattress and the pillows and we had it delivered to our door. We set it up ourselves and it was easy. The bed was really good.

We live in two places so we spend half the year with Sleep Number. It came highly rated and there was a good price on this basic model. We also got the mattress cover. Some people think the bed's great but I'm not enthusiastic because I really can't majorly tell any difference in the different settings.

I had a good experience at the Sleep Number store. Their staff were helpful and professional. The bed is a bit overpriced but it's firmer than my previous bed which I like, but I didn't know it's a glorified air mattress.

We were looking at several bed companies and then we decided on Sleep Number. The quality is good but it didn't have enough padding in it. We bought a little thing to go on top of it and it makes it a little more comfortable. Then we had some company and we let them try the bed and they loved it.

We've slept on Sleep Number beds in hotels and I like their quality. I purchased a mattress and the base and its comfortable. The delivery team did a good job and they set it up in 45 minutes. However, the bed is kinda overpriced but it's fine. Hopefully, it will last a few years.

Sleep Number's sales people were excellent. My Sleep Number bed is night and day much better than my old bed. I like its adjustability. We did the installation ourselves. It's definitely worth the money.

I was looking for a change in my night sleep and my fiancee wanted something fancier than a regular box spring mattress, so we went to the store. I was prepared for a super lame afternoon of shopping through countless bedroom stores but I saw this very interactive Sleep Number presentation where it showed the SleepIQ technology, and the results as to what one's pressure map will look like in the bed. And that's what really won me over. It's an innovative bedroom shopping experience. I like the SleepIQ technology and I'm a big tech app guy with a lot of gadgets so that was cool. The bed is very comfortable and the quality's there. We recently moved and I took it apart and it's a glorified air mattress. But what I'm paying for is the technology, the sleep sensors, etc. So I put the quality a little bit above the regular traditional mattress.
Their sales reps were very attentive. There were several other people in the store but they stayed with us every step of the way. Also, I'm one that goes in and try and stump somebody yet they knew all about the technology. The reps each own Sleep Numbers and sleep on it themselves so not only are they familiar with the technology, but they're also using it as well to get a better night sleep and that's pretty big.

I tried a lot of different beds. But what I like most about Sleep Number is that you can make it at any firmness you wanted and the bed raises up in the back. Their sales team was good and knowledgeable. We scheduled a home delivery. Their team was on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall, the quality and price of the bed were all good.
