I bought a Sleep Number bed for myself in 2004 and then my husband was suffering from acid reflux and he‘s handicapped so last year, we bought the second one with the head that comes up for him. All in all, we have two Sleep Number beds and we’ve always liked them. I knew what I wanted when I went to buy the bed. I went in and started talking to the salesman and he was very helpful and walked me through what the beds did, their sizes and comfort levels. We had a concern about the height of the second one that we bought for my husband because he’s in a wheelchair. It has to be the same height as his wheelchair for him to transfer. The man helped me with that. He was also very helpful in setting up the delivery. The delivery guys were neat and plain and took everything away, and I didn’t have any clean-up after they left. They did a great job.

My wife and I enjoy our Sleep Number bed that we got a year and a half ago. I needed a harder mattress because of my back while my wife likes it softer. She also had an acid reflux so we needed a bed that had the ability to have her lifted up so we bought the tilted one for us. There was a sale going on that time and the salesman was outstanding, very knowledgeable and went through everything with us. He spent three days to get us qualified to get the loan to get it. He then called me and let me know we had it and how much it was for.

The first time we bought a Sleep Number bed, we needed to get a bed that went up a spiral staircase, so we looked at a collapsible model. Then we bought one for the second time because we love the bed. The first purchase was 12 or 13 years ago, and we still have that bed in the guest bedroom. We got the latest one last year. This time, we wanted it to go up in size and we got the king-size. We also decided that we needed to get the upgraded model with the pillow top because the older model was great, but there's a canyon that formed in the middle between the two bladders, and we put our own pillow top on that. We already had an existing bed frame that was expandable, so we did not get a base this time.

I weigh about 240 pounds, so I kept buying beds that wear out over time and sag in the middle or on the edges. They wouldn't support my back and I could never find a mattress other than a foam one which I didn't want. I didn't want one of those Tempur-Pedic things and I could never find a mattress that was firm enough to start with or would stay firm. I think there are some because I ran into them in hotels that seem like they are firm enough but I could never find one myself so I decided to get a Sleep Number. I also had a really good and very memorable experience with their sales rep. He said he had a bad and sore back. Then, he bought the bed and now he's sleeping with his wife again.

We used to go to a hotel and we always stayed in the room with the Sleep Number bed but then they took them out so we don't go there anymore. We bought our Sleep Number mattress in Christmas of 2015 and we love it. I just wish there were more stores or they weren't limited to their own stores so that it's easy to find one nearby. They shipped the mattress and I put the bed together myself very easily. But the mattress is so light that it moves on the box spring and it slides around, and I don't know if they have a box spring or Velcro so that it wouldn't slip. At any rate, the overall quality of the Sleep Number mattress is excellent. We got the Sleep Number because of my wife's back but there isn't much difference. It's definitely not worse, but it's not much better. Still, she likes it and she's happy with it. The whole experience has been acceptable.

My husband and I bought two brand new beds, and they continued to dip in the middle on his side. So a year and a half ago, we decided to purchase from Sleep Number and got a queen mattress and the base. We went to the store and we found what we like. We purchased it and set it up to be shipped to our house. It came in boxes and we set it up. It was nice, and we like its quality. It feels like it's going to last a lot longer than the other regular mattresses that we bought. I've recommended it to a lot of friends and they bought one as well.

My mom and dad own a king size Sleep Number and I love theirs. I was getting ready to make a purchase on a new bed because mine was almost 20 years old and I decided that I was going to get a good comfortable bed because it will last me a long time. I already knew what I wanted and I got the base and the mattress sitting on top of the box spring from Sleep Number. It was delivered to my home and the guys set it up. They also showed me a little bit about it. I love everything about my bed and I would recommend them.

I bought the cheapest lowest Sleep Number bed. My interactions with the sales rep were good but I did not know that they needed a signature for delivery. Nobody ever called or told me about it and the bed got delivered two weeks late. My fiance showed up early, the delivery guy knocked on the door and he signed for the bed instead of me. Otherwise, I don’t know how long it would have taken because I work full time.

We have the Sleep Number mattress and base. We've had it for a year now and we liked the flexibility between the two sides of the bed for my wife and I. It's the biggest use for us especially if we've had a long day and needed a little more back support. When we purchased it, the sales rep was very friendly and he showed us how the different levels of the beds work from the cheapest mattress to the expensive "Cadillac" with the feet changing and dual side adjustable modes, which gave us the full picture of what we're getting for the different prices. I've told other people about it, but the only thing that's hard for people to pass is how much they cost.

I like the positioning for the adjustable bed so we got a Sleep Number. We had very positive interactions with their sales reps, but we were a little surprised of how long it would take for delivery. We were told six to eight weeks and we needed it sooner. So we almost didn’t purchase but then decided we would do it. The rep did accommodate us and the bed came within a month. The quality of the bed is excellent and we really like it, but we would have liked to have known ahead of time that it was gonna take a long time to receive the bed.

My wife's back was hurting. We went to the store and we liked the demonstration the sales guy gave to us, trying different numbers, and it worked. The sales guy in the store was pleasant, but the after-sales service was horrible. Once the bed was delivered, there was no follow-up whatsoever and I saw my closet door was not properly shut. I had to call some handyman to get it fixed. We had a lot of questions and nobody was answering it. We had to figure it out ourselves. We bought a $10,000 bed so we expect some service coming out of that. We need some good after-sales service where somebody can call and find out what's going on. That would be helpful. But we are very happy that we don't have any back issue anymore, and we are sleeping good.

Store rep was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He solved multiple problems for us. He provided lots of information without pressuring us to buy things we didn't need. He made us very comfortable that he understood our needs and could provide us with the correct solution. He is a superb rep for the company.

I got a Sleep Number bed because of back issues and it has helped because my wife likes a soft bed and I like the hard one. My experience with them was fine and their sales rep was helpful. I've only had the bed for eight months and so far, it's holding up pretty well.

I researched a number of beds and Sleep Number seemed like the logical choice for me because it had analytics tied to it where I could measure my sleep. I got the mattress and also wanted to get the base but I thought they were too expensive for what they are. I did the purchase when the bed was on the 50% off sale and the rep, Mari, did a great job with selling it to me. She had good product knowledge and was able to answer my questions with ease. She was also very personable and courteous. I had the bed delivered and it went together a lot faster than I have imagined. The delivery team was great. They were on time, did clean up after, and were courteous. The only thing is the sides of the bed could be a little bit stronger. But aside from that, I love everything about the bed. I'm generally impressed with Sleep Number.

We have had the Sleep Number for about 20 years and we loved it. We wanted to update so we put our old bed upstairs in our spare room and we got a new bed. The sales reps were helpful and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and patient. We had thought we wanted a certain bed but we weren't sure. And so, they took us through and showed us all of our options, explained the pluses and the minuses to all of them, and then we tried them all. We then selected our bed and had it delivered. And they came out and were very helpful, courteous, efficient, and got it all set up for us. The experience was really nice.

I wanted a quality new mattress. And since it was time to get one, I went to Sleep Number. Their sales professionals and delivery team are all very good. The delivery team came exactly when they said they'd be here. I love the mattress and I get a new pillow every other year. So I would recommend them.

Sleep Number seemed to have a good value and I got the mattress and the base. It was a normal typical sales experience with their sales rep and delivery also went fine. We did the installation or set up ourselves and it was easy. We're very happy with the overall quality of the product we purchased.

I got a Sleep Number and its head and feet can be raised. I also got the base and sheet. At first I thought it might be better on my back. I do feel that it's a good bed, but I just don't sleep well.

My mother-in-law has a Sleep Number bed and recommended it to us. We then purchased a mattress and a box spring. The sales representative did our sleep number in the store and she wasn’t too pushy. I don’t like the bed at all because there’s a big old sag in the middle of it, and we can’t get it out. It’s like a big hole and we roll into it when we’re on the edge of the bed. We told Sleep Number about it, and they kept Facebooking messages and telling us to take pictures of the mattress and I’m not going to do all that. Also, I recommended the bed to my mom and dad and they purchased one. We got a Sleep Number gift card, and they never told me that I got any kind of referral gift so we weren’t able to use it. They e-mailed me and said that I only have a month to use it. It was a year and I never even knew it. It would have been nice to know.

We had a Tempur-Pedic for about 20 years and it had gotten too soft for my back. I needed more support in my back and that's why we sought to get something much harder. We finally settled on Sleep Number because it had the numbers that accommodate both my wife and myself. It went very well with the sales rep. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, explained everything very well and helped us make the decision. We enjoyed talking to her. Also, the delivery team was very good. They came in, set it up in no time and was out. They also gave us instructions and took the old mattress out which was nice. Everything went very well. My wife and I enjoy the bed. I use 85 and that's very comfortable for me and for her, it's 75. So we both have our comfort. The experience has been great and I'd recommend them.

I purchased the first Sleep Number bed in 2005 because I was pregnant with twins and I couldn't sleep comfortably. And then, we bought one for my mother-in-law and a newer one for us because we wanted a bed that could elevate the head and feet. With our most recent purchase, we got the mattress, sheets and the mattress pad. The sales representative was very helpful. We knew we wanted to buy another bed and went to the store two different times and talked to her. And then, we picked out what we wanted. She wasn't forcing us to buy the sheets. But with a split bed, we really need them, otherwise, both sides can't pull up and down independently. There were no issues with the delivery. The products were delivered and installed and everything's been fine since.

I heard good stuff about Sleep Number and wanted to give it a shot. It went smooth with the sales rep. He was very helpful. He flagged us down when we came in the store then he took us on to one of the trial beds to find our number and walked us through a couple of different beds in that price range. The installers were really clean, as well. They came in, moved my mattress around and then they showed me how to set it up and take it down as they went through. My only gripe about it is I end up going right in the center of the bed's air chambers. That could have been ‘cause I got the dual chamber instead of the single one, but other than that, I’m fairly satisfied with the bed. I’m still getting used to it and trying out different numbers.

I needed a new bed and thought that Sleep Number might help me out with my sleep. I got the memory foam mattress and the sales reps there were very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery team was quick and showed me how to do everything. They also told me that if we needed help, we can just call the number and they'll come by and help again. They were all pretty good. It was an easy experience and I'm satisfied with the product.

With Sleep Number, we're sleeping more comfortably through the night. We like that we could change the hardness or softness of the bed for each side. We bought the base and mattress, then we got the sheets as a gift. We're happy with them, and their reps have been good. But we would have liked a base that would have lifted the head up and down, but due to the construction of our house, we weren't able to fit it. We took pictures and they had somebody come and do measurements, but unfortunately, we weren't able to have that. But they really took the time to determine if it was possible or not. It was a good experience.

I previously had a Sleep Number and have had it for 15 years, so I decided to purchase another one. I bought one of the more expensive regular mattresses and I also got the pillow-top and the bags and I then left what I had on the bottom of my existing box. I'm liking the bed so far. We've had good luck with Sleep Number over the years.

We had heard that Sleep Number mattresses were good, so we purchased the basic model that's clean and part air mattress. We can adjust the right or left side differently, and there's a little pump that pumps more or less air into the mattress. It was very smooth with the sales representatives at the store. We were at the store twice and they were pleasant and helpful. We scheduled home delivery for our order and the delivery guys took care of everything. I love the mattress that we got. It's probably the favorite bed that I've ever had. Sleep Number did a good job, but my concern is how well the bed will hold up over time. So far, however, there are no problems.

We bought a Sleep Number bed in 2006. Both of us are normal to light in weight. The top zip on cover of the bed is completely dented in and provides absolutely no cushion or support. We replaced the foam layer beneath this layer at the suggestion of Sleep Number. That made no difference. The quality of the bed is less than desired. We paid over $4000 for this bed and the warranty is less than effective in covering the problem. We WILL NOT be buying another Sleep Number bed nor will be suggest this brand to anyone else.

With my previous bed, I'd wake up and my back would be hurting and that was every day. So I decided to get a different mattress and Sleep Number was having a sale. Their sales rep was really good and friendly. The mattress' quality's been very well. For quite a while, my back was bothering me but it really doesn't anymore. I can get out of bed easier and I don't feel anything like I used to. However, it would've been nice if it cost a little bit less. But it's doing its job so it's worth it.

I purchased my mattress about 7 years ago. Everything was pretty good until about a year ago when my mattress started to develop a valley in the middle of it. I dealt with it for a while until one day I was walking through the mall and saw a Sleep Number Store. I decided to go in and inquire about my issue. I spoke to the Sales rep who immediately told me he knew exactly what my issues was. He unzipped the display and showed my that they redesigned the chamber and put a zipper in to solve my issues. He then gave me a card to contact customer service. He told me they would resolve my issue.

I was having back problems. I bought the Sleep Number mattress and base. The first person I talked to when I went in by myself was a little too persistent, but when my wife and I went in together, the salesperson we had was good. However, the bed is not as comfortable as I thought. Also, we let it go past the amount of time to return it. We should have done so but didn’t, so we ended up going out and buying a foam layer to go on top of the mattress.

My husband and I have different likes to a bed so we figured that a Sleep Number would be the perfect thing. Purchasing it was great and and we really like it. We have a good experience with the bed.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the mattress that we bought from Sleep Number. I like the idea of being able to change the hardness of the bed because my wife and I sleep on very different mattresses. So, we went and check it out and we're happy with it. The sales reps were courteous and answered all questions that we had and the delivery team was good. They did everything I expected. I've always had back pains and I've always slept with hard mattresses. I kept going softer and softer. It was something new for me to try out a soft mattress and since then I had not experienced any back pain.

I have two Sleep Number beds. I got the first one 10 years ago, and then I recently got another one for the spare bedroom. The first bed I got was a queen size and I got the dual chambers. But I kept ending up in the middle and falling in the little hole, so I switched the two chambers out for a single chamber which I like better. They shipped it with the new bed because they brought it with them when they came. Their customer service was excellent. I've been pleased with Easy Rest, that's why I'd recommend it. In fact, I already had one of my friends buy one.

My cousin bought a Sleep Number about eight years ago. I went to the store with her, checked them out and really enjoyed them. So, I ended up getting one a year and a half ago. It went great. It came through and the guy helped find the Sleep Number for us. He picked out the right bed for us and got us great deals. It was a home and garden show so, they have nice deals. I work construction so, it's real nice to be able to adjust how much support it's got. I've recommended this to everybody that asked me.

The sales reps were not pushy and they let us spend time by ourselves talking about the Sleep Number mattress. They demonstrated the features and how to adjust the electronics of it to make it higher or lower number and all of that but the actual final decision was testing it out. We're able to adjust it to fit our needs. We're older and we have back problems and the Sleep Number mattress has been very comfortable and it's the best we've had. The delivery guys were not native speakers of English so there were some communication problems with the guys setting it up but other than that, the delivery went well.

We were unsure of this bed due to the price and were swindled with the 100 night trial. DO NOT BE FOOLED! This trial is only for the foam top. The crazy expensive base, ($3000) is not a part of this trial and is non refundable. So now we have a $7000 mattress that hurts our back that we cannot return. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. We wake up every morning in pain no matter what we do. "Wait the pain out, your back will adjust." Well, it's been over 30 days and I am tired of being in pain and tired of being tired. Horrible product. Horrible customer service and TRICKERY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My wife was alive at the time. We were looking for an adjustable base bed and Sleep Number was the best way to go since for other mattresses, you only get a certain amount of life out of them. We didn’t even get 10 years out of our regular mattress but with the Sleep Number mattress you can replace foam pads. You don’t ever have to worry about having the lump because it’s an air chamber so it will last a lot longer. Also, she had cancer and we figured it would be comfortable for her. The sales staff were really helpful. My wife got all the accessories, the cooling pad, the protection pad and the sheet. We picked out pillows and everything else like that. It took a little while to get delivered because we ordered the bed, the motorized base, and the frame, and we wanted it all delivered at once. It got delivered but she was already sick. She had slept in it for about 10 times before she wound up at hospice and passed.

I knew some people that had bought a Sleep Number and they were really happy with them so I decided to get one. We got the adjustable head with half split about a year ago. I suffer from allergies and acid reflux, that's one of the reasons why I bought the adjustable head. The sales representatives were really good. They answered a lot of our questions and were very patient with us. I have recommended Sleep Number to other people.

My wife felt that she needed a firm mattress, while I felt that I needed one that was not firm, so we decided so purchase from Sleep Number. We've been sleeping better since and I've been really happy with it.

We've had our previous bed for a while. So when there was a sale going on, we figured we'd take a look at Sleep Number. Their sales reps seemed to know what they were talking about and it was good information to help us decide. Also, their delivery crew was very professional and they brought the bed quickly.

The Sleep Number bed is adjustable and it was totally what we wanted. We ordered it online, but the delivery took some time. We got it a month and a half later but we like the bed's quality. We could've gotten a bigger, more expensive one but weren't 100% convinced it was the right thing. But in the future, I'd absolutely get a bigger one.

I had gone to a home show where I bought my Sleep Number bed. The sales rep showed me a lot and I had questions right away because he really wanted me to get one of the massage units. But I can't have that cause I have a Pacemaker, and that was something he had to understand. I had the bed delivered and the delivery team was excellent. I was really impressed with the whole process that they did and how well they told me about things there as well. I also recommended the bed to my brother.

I've had Sleep Number products for a number of years now and I like the bed. A year ago, we got a queen bed that adjusts. The salesperson was really good. We had the bed delivered and they set it up. The quality's really great overall. I get what I paid for. It was exactly what we were looking for, something that's adjustable on both sides and that I could raise and lower the head and the feet.

We fell in love with Sleep Number at a show we're at. Their sales team was a bunch of lovely people, especially the person that I had. I got their mattress for our camper, another whole bed if we're in the house, and a pillow a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed my Sleep Number ever since. I love it and it's the best move I made.

I've had Sleep Number beds for a long time and my experience with them has been fine. When I sleep on regular beds, I have backaches but when I sleep on a Sleep Number bed, I don't get backaches.

We replaced the Sleep Number that we have had for a while because the side was deteriorated. The idea of the adjustable firmness is really nice but the edges not withstanding up is a major flaw. And the middle didn't seem to hold up then as well. But we were still pleased with it so we again got a mattress from the company and everybody was very helpful. The delivery guys were nice, too.

It's a good bed, but it sags a little bit in spots. So I pump it all the way up and let it sit that way for a while. It helps a little bit. Although I can go over customer service and ask them about it. There may be something I'm supposed to do.

I purchased a Sleep Number mattress two years ago. The reps were good but I'm not impressed with the mattress. It's not adjustable enough. Also, if you do one side, which is softer than the other side, you're in a hole. It just doesn't work.

We needed a new bed and my husband and I have different opinions on comfort, so we decided to purchase a Sleep Number bed. The overall quality of the bed is good.

I purchased a Sleep Number because it was said to be comfortable. I got the whole base but it doesn’t individually incline and only the whole head part inclines. We're happy with the overall quality of the bed and everything’s been fine. And their salespeople and delivery team did a good job, too.

We were pleased with our experience at Sleep Number and also with the representative that helped us, very knowledgeable and professional. Delivery and setup were quickly made. We are looking forward to the delivery and setup of our new bed.

I have had my bed only 3 years and paid over $8K for it to get the highest end bed. I do like my bed. But am already replacing foam, massage controls and black battery box. Service for the base consisted of call SN and being put on a first 45, then in same call 48 min and 43 min hold to eventually be told to call Leggett & Platt. Called them and put on 42 min hold. Gal did come on line in a few minutes but the service now consists of free parts, but $ for shipping as well as chasing and $ the tech myself to schedule repair "after my parts arrive". In 2017, this old style disenfranchised service is no longer the norm for high end companies, and is very disappointing.

We had another Sleep Number mattress before that we kept replacing every couple of years under warranty. A deal was finally set where we would go back and get another Sleep Number so we did. And then we bought the new air mattress with a little bit of padding on the top about early summer a year ago. We got the 5000 series but not the same as the one we had before which was more deluxe. This one was a bit more basic. We had it delivered and we set it up. The boxes weren't marked very well, but we figured it out. We're not real thrilled with the bed, but we're satisfied.

My back was killing me so I purchased a Sleep Number and I love it. I had a problem with the remote but then I went up their store and the reps helped me immediately. I have referred four other people that bought them.

I slept on Sleep Number beds at other people's houses and I really liked them. I knew which one I wanted so I just purchased it over the phone. Their rep was very helpful and I financed it. And he got back to me right away and said I was approved. And then the bed came on UPS and we put it together. Everything was fine. I love my bed. It's the best bed I ever slept in and I'll definitely buy another one.

My husband and I wanted different comfort levels on the bed, so we purchased a Sleep Number mattress along with the base and the sheets. The bed's quality is great and the sales rep at the showroom was good. We had a different bed at first but we ended up swapping it out within 100 days for a larger bed. We had a commemorative foam Queen at first but it wasn't what we thought it would be. So, we swapped it out for the C5 King size now, and we didn't have any issues.

The variability of the beds made me go with the Sleep Number. I've had mine for two years now. I had fine interactions with their sales rep then and the bed I got had good quality.

We were dissatisfied with our old mattress so we decided to purchase a full setup of Sleep Number. The sales rep out of Colorado Springs was excellent. We scheduled home delivery then we set it up ourselves. However, my husband was dissatisfied with the way it was. He's a big guy, 6'6'' and 250, and it's just not as wonderful as it should be for the price. He wanted to know about a cushion pad that went on top of this whole system and he was interested in possibly purchasing it.

We got a king size Sleep Number bed with the adjustable head and foot. I hate it and I'm unhappy with it. I don't like how one side is split from the other, and I have never found it comfortable to be on. When guests come over, I stuff it with towels and put another comforter and cover over it so it didn't seem like a king size bed. We gave up and sucked up the $70,000 we've spent on it, which was a stupid mistake. I wish I had never bought the bed. We don't use it. We use it at the guest bedroom. We tried to sell it but nobody wants it.

Called Customer Service (that's a joke) regarding losing air repeatedly in our mattress. They suggested "troubleshooting." I informed her that we cannot -- my husband is 74 and I have back and shoulder problems. She said a tech would cost $179. I would have been okay with that, but then she explained that he DOESN'T BRING ANY PARTS FOR REPAIR. I said, "You mean if he finds a problem, he can't do anything and I have to incur a 2nd tech support charge for him to bring the parts he isn't allowed to bring the first time?" THAT'S INSANE. I will not be railroaded by this nonsense. I'd rather dump the bed and go with a reputable company that cares about their customers! This is not the first time I've blown my stack about Sleep Number. This is no way to run a business. I will be broadcasting this experience with everyone I know!

I have a P5 King size Sleep Number I got about a year ago. I was using a gift certificate to purchase a part of it and the bed was really expensive. In addition, there are two air chambers in it and I'm always rolling to the middle where the chambers meet. I called Sleep Number and I was told to call customer service and it's under warranty. I was also told that maybe there's something wrong with the foam between them. Their service was good but I really wouldn't recommend a Sleep Number.

I bought two Sleep Number beds. I have back problems and my mom had one. I slept on it and got hooked. Then when I got married, my queen size bed wasn't big enough anymore so I bought another one. I also bought two different sets of pillows and they last pretty good. My first pillow was like a modular one where I could take it apart and lock it, which I really like. But after a while they broke down. So, I bought some new ones when I got the new bed, which are great. For the bedding, I bought the Lyocell sheets. The first set didn't even last five months. Dipped down by our feet, they developed holes. So I got a new set. When I talked to the guy at the Sleep Number store, he said this was a known problem. They're not very durable that's why they came up with the new ones. These don't hold up but nevertheless, having a Split Flex bed, I don't have the option to get cheap other than buy from Sleep Number.

Our previous mattress was too old so we went looking for one. We got a new one but it didn't work out for us. Then a friend told us we should try Sleep Number so we did. The sales girl was really friendly and nice to talk to. The delivery guys were knowledgeable and did a good job, too. My wife said there wasn't any problem with the bed but she was having trouble with the site. It doesn't come through. But the bed's working for us and we have been enjoying it. It's expensive but is a good night's sleep.

Sleep Number is supposed to be the best. I set the bed up myself and it's got good quality overall. Everything seems to be working, so I'm happy.

I have a lot of back issues so I purchased the Sleep Number i8 setup. It was expensive. It costed $8,000 but the sales rep was fantastic and the delivery team was excellent. They showed me how to use it. I've moved it a couple of times since then and that was some of my issues. My only issue now is I almost have to do a factory reset just because my controllers are not matching up the right side of the bed. Also, I haven't set up the Sleep IQ again since I've moved it last. So, I got to put some work into it. But overall, I'm very thrilled with the bed.

As we walked through the door, the rep immediately tried to walk us over to a $3,000 bed. I told him we'd be walking right back out unless he took us over to the Sleep Number that we had asked about, the one highly recommended by Consumer Reports. So, after the attempted upsell he took us to that bed. It was fine because we were convinced anyway. So, we flopped on the bed and it took probably five minutes, a deal was struck. The delivery team set it up and they did a great job. We all have nothing but kudos for the guys. They were very professional. The Sleep number is a good, solid bed. We had a good experience and it met all of our hopes. I'd recommend the product.

We had a wonderful experience at the store and in-turn we purchased a P6. We've had the bed for almost 90 days and LOVE it!! In fact we brought our eldest son in approx 30 days ago and he purchased a bed with the adjustment platform. :D Thank you!

I purchased my Sleep Number when they had a sale under a year ago. I went and tried to buy at a store, but I was getting a better deal online so I did it online. The quality of the purchase was satisfactory and I have no complaints.

I tried every other bed out on the market and was never satisfied until I got ahold of the Sleep Number, and then I was totally satisfied. The bed is terrific and their sales reps were very helpful and polite, too.

I thought some of the features of Sleep Number would help my back. So I went to their store in Santee, California and the lady showed me different beds. She had me lie down on them and did computer analysis. It was excellent. Then my husband and I got the split bed where he can have his own number and I have my own number. But we didn't realize that with it being split at the top, it was gonna be so far away from each other. So my husband doesn't particularly care about that. But still, everything was good.

My wife wanted a Sleep Number so she got their mattress, pillows and bedding. During the initial purchase, their sales representatives are good. My wife loves their products overall. Although I thought it was a mediocre.

I bought just the Sleep Number mattress because I'm a construction worker so I'm just going to build the base myself out of some nice wood and I also don't need to lift my front half up or my legs up. The reps were very knowledgeable, accommodating and answered any questions I had. He didn't try to force me into any purchases. He just gave me the information I was looking for and a little additional information but I said I wasn't interested in that. He didn't try to push it and I really appreciated that.

I researched Sleep Number online and it had good reviews. The price was a little much but I still went with it thinking it was the better option. It has good quality and is made in the USA. Their sales people were helpful, knew what they were talking about, and were confident about their product. They were literally lying around when I was out there, but that's part of their job and they told us to lie on the bed too. We purchased the base, the bedding, and the thin blanket. So far, it's been a good experience. It took a little bit to get adjusted to it though, as I wasn't used to the feather mattress. But a family member was thinking about getting a new mattress, and with so many choices out there with the internet now, I recommended the Sleep Number.

I was never able to sleep on my back because of my lower arthritis in my hips and my lower back, but now I can. The Sleep Number mattress has really helped out. Its quality is fantastic and I like the support it gives. We love our bed. It's really awesome. How many sales reps do you know who would cut themselves like that on a major sell, let alone a manager? Another sales person helped keep my 2 year old occupied while I tried the different beds and made a decision to purchase. Who wouldn't want to be treated that well even if they weren't able to purchase anything?

I have MS and I was having some problems with my leg pains, so I wanted to see if a bed that raised up would help. My aunt had a Sleep Number bed which she liked, so I thought I'd go check out one. At that time, Sleep Number was on sale, so I went to the store and tried each bed there. I then bought the mattress along with the sheets, the headboard and the base that puts the head and feet up and has the vibration.

We tried to sleep on a Sleep Number and it was good so I bought one. The best thing is we can adjust it as to how we want our bed to be. Before we bought it, we owned a 12-inch memory foam and in due time, it softened up in the middle where the butt part is. I don't know if the foam padding on top of our Sleep Number will be like our old bed too and needs to be changed. Other than that, we're satisfied with Sleep Number.

People I knew recommended the Sleep Number bed, so I bought a mattress from them. I went to their store and talked to the manager. I told him that I wanted a bed, what my price range was, and he showed me the two in that price range and then I picked one. And when I got home from work, there were a couple of boxes at my doorstep. I pulled it inside my house and put it together. All the pieces fit together like puzzle pieces and there were several diagrams. So, it was okay. It wasn’t the easiest thing I’ve ever done, but it wasn’t hard by any means.

I’ve had Sleep Number for 16 months. It’s dual purpose as it's advertised, so it's softer for my wife and hard for me. I would recommend it. Also, their sales reps were terrific and the delivery crew was perfect.

We have the Sleep Number mattress and we like it. We set it to the way we feel and we can sleep well on it.

The sales reps were very good in knowing what their product was, and using the demonstration tools they had to show me how my back relaxed at a certain point. The tool that they have was able to show pressure points. And when we went through that and probed the Sleep Number inflation of it, I felt my shoulders relaxing at that moment. They showed me some things I hadn't thought about. There was a little bit of mix-up during the delivery because they were supposed to let me know they were coming. But they came a day early and I was out of town. So, I had to get neighbors to get it off the porch and into their garage. But we made it work. Setting the bed up was very easy. It's very simple and well-designed.

Some of our friends had Sleep Number so I also got their mattress and the base. The sales representatives was fine. Then we scheduled the delivery. The bed is good, and I like the adjustable headrest. I have a bad back and it helps me that way. I would recommend them.

We purchased the C4 mattress with a delivery date of two weeks. I requested the delivery to be before 1pm the day of delivery as my husband and I both worked the afternoon shift. We were told it would not be a problem. I even called and verified with customer service. A few days before delivery I called again and was told that we got bumped to late afternoon. I spoke with a supervisor who said she would do everything she could to make sure it was there by 2pm. The morning of I called to check and was told I was scheduled for 4:15pm. I had to call out from work and lost a day's pay and they wound up coming around 1:30 anyway! We tried the bed for several weeks using all Number settings but decided an air mattress was just not for us.

My wife had slept on a Sleep number before and knew she would like it. So, she wanted one and she was hoping that it would be more comfortable. We purchased the entry level one, the cheapest with the power bottom for reclining. It has the support underneath that would tilt up for watching TV and for lifting your head and feet. The sales professionals were very helpful. Also, the delivery team were nice and they let us know when they brought it. They also put it together. Everything was positive. The bed is what we expected it to be. We put about four-inch memory foam that my wife already had on top of it but we knew we were going to do that. The only disappointment is there was no bracket to hook the headboard to so it's in the closet.

I don't like the Sleep Number bed. I have problems with my back and we've adjusted it about every way we figured and it's still not good. We tried a bed in the store and it was a better one than what we got at home. I wouldn't tell anybody about it or advise them to get one. We paid $3,000 for this and it's not worth it. We also got sheets, a couple of Boomerang pillows as well as regular pillows, and a mattress pad which comes with a warranty if I spill something on it. The sales reps and the delivery guys were fine. Since purchasing the bed, I've always slept good on it. I feel great about it and I’ll probably upgrade at some point. I’d highly recommend it.

I've wanted to always come inside the Sleep Number store so when I had the time, I decided to stop in. The lady greeted me very nicely and asked me if I'd like to try out which I did. I laid down, she adjusted the numbers and I felt the contour of the mattress fit to my laying position. I didn't go in there to make a purchase but since they approved me for credit, I told them that I'd have my wife to try it out first before I make the purchase. My wife and I went to another store to try the bed and she liked it. So I went back to the lady at the original store and told her that we're set to go.

I was unhappy with my previous mattress so I decided to get a new bed and Sleep Number is the one I chose. Everything went good with the sales representative. It was overall a good experience.

We like the bed that we bought from Sleep Number. We wanted our bed to raise up and down and to have the lights under it. We've got a Split King so my wife had her side and I had mine. The sales rep guy was really nice and polite and knew what he was doing. He really worked with us right up until we got it to buy it. The delivery and installation guys were pretty good too and they knew what they were doing. However, my bed side is crooked and I had to go in and try to straighten it up myself. My wife doesn't like that our remote keeps going in and out. Her remote won't raise up and down. There's something wrong with it and she's not very satisfied.

The delivery guys came and set my Sleep Number mattress up in 10 or 15 minutes which is very fast. But now, it is a little flat because air is leaking. I push in the air to 100 sometimes at night when I’m going to sleep but in the morning it’s down. When I called, the operator told me "I'll give you a video on how to use the mattress." I told him I knew how to use it and that maybe there was a mistake in the mattress or pump. I have a two-piece and had changed it and now, only one is leaking but that's still no good and maybe I should change to a one piece.

I heard other people brag about Select Comfort and I wanted to try it out so we got their mattress and the base. The sales representative wasn't too pushy but he did a good job. They delivered it and we set it up ourselves. I just enjoy the bed and I have no complaints at all.

They were very accommodating and they were very well trained. Plus, I never felt any pressure at all. There was a two-operational bed that did have one piece but it was limited in its function. So, when we were lying there and went, “God, there's going to be a hole in the middle here. What’s going on?” the salesperson had an answer for it but dismissed it a little bit. He spent time with us explaining but he didn't let us know the extent of what we were about to go through and it didn't appear like that big of a deal. It was all done well so we got the whole thing. The delivery crew came and they set it all up. They were also fine.

I finally made the decision to purchase a Sleep Number bed after visiting the store and doing additional research via consumer magazines. It was comfortable in the store but when I got it home and I tried it out for as long as I did, it was making my back and neck and everything worse.

He gave me a hint and said, "They recommend that you go twenty minutes, when you first get in bed, in the zero gravity. And then put it wherever you want it in order to sleep. But I sleep all night in the zero gravity position." We've been very well with that little cheat. We both like our Sleep Number mattress very much. The quality is good, that's why we have actually recommended it to friends.

We needed a new mattress and Sleep Number was the one that we liked. There was an ongoing sale when we bought our mattress and the store was very busy, but the sales reps took care of us. The delivery team was also fine. I like the bed and I've no problems at all with it.

A friend of ours had a Sleep Number so when we stayed with them we stayed on it and we liked it. We purchased our own Sleep Number mattress, pillows, and the system to make it go up and down because the top of it is split. We like that it goes up and down, and we like that it’s adjustable in terms of the numbers. The only thing that I don’t really like is that the top is split and the bottom’s not so the more we use it, the opening between gets bigger and bigger. There’s almost a hole in the top now and the V is much wider than when we bought it.

I talked my husband into buying a Sleep Number bed so we bought the top one which was over $10,000, along with the mattress pads and the pillows. We were moving to California so I called them, got some nice and helpful person and she said we can disassemble and then reassemble it when we get there. She said she'd send the instructions but I never got it. When we had the movers there, they were ready to move us. I can’t find the right level for myself so I’m not sleeping well at all. I thought about calling to have somebody come out and look at it to see if it’s back together correctly. My husband loves it now and I hate it. The whole family’s got them and now I’m sorry that we got it.

We ordered two beds (one king P5, one queen P5) and paid in full on 3/19/17. Delivery date was set for 3/25. We only bought the mattresses, so we invested in bunkie boards, are ready to have them delivered... At noon on 3/24, we receive a call stating that because of an error in store, the delivery date was moved back until 3/30. The problem is/was these were being delivered to a handicapped 87 year old man's house, where on the 25th he would have had help here, on the 30th there would have not been any help.

I had a pillow top and it was too soft, so I decided to purchase a full-sized Sleep Number bed, and I’ve been having a great experience with it. I was trying to get to the store during the half off sale but I went a day late so I just got whatever I could on sale. My sales experience was good. When my son purchased a Sleep Number, I was with him and the sales rep really walked him through everything much better than the one that I had. It’s a very overpriced bed. Moreover, they wouldn’t do anything for me when I told them there was a problem with the mattress. Some nights, I wake up and I feel like I’m laying on plywood. They said, “Take it apart. Reach in like this. Do this. Do that. It should be fine.” I was, “No! That’s not what I paid for.” I solved the problem but they should've sent somebody out to fix it.

We purchased Sleep Number to have a bed that was pretty comfortable and that you could adjust to your own comfort. Overall, it was an easy process. The bed is very comfortable and I wish I could sleep on it more. I only sleep on it part time cause I have a very weird schedule, but as as far as my side, I haven't noticed any sagging yet. My husband slept on it every night and I think he likes it. He's never complained.

We bought our first Sleep Number bed about 12 years ago, and then a little more than a year ago I was having problems with swelling ankles and legs, so we went shopping at various places and when we came to Sleep Number, we found that particular bed that we wanted and we bought it. I also seem to sleep better with my Sleep Number. I've told everybody that I would never have another bed.

We stopped in at a store inside the mall and we weren't expecting to purchase that night. It was the store manager that we dealt with and she was very helpful. They were very careful. The bed's been great and it sure has helped with the back issues. We've recommended it to many people since.

I've had a Sleep Number in our home for eight years, and I recently purchased a package of the base, mattress, and pillows. The quality is very good. I went to the store at the CoolSprings Mall. The manager of the store was the sales person at a different store when I bought my first bed there. He was very helpful. In fact, I told anybody that has expressed interest to go see him. The delivery people were great. They were on time, were professional and very quick, and they took care not to damage anything in my home. I'd definitely recommend Sleep Number. Sleep Number was something that I tried to get the kids not to do for us. They all had one and they loved it, so they had it in mind and thought that we would do better with it. We’ve always slept in a double bed so we never had the next step up. We didn’t even want to change but my kids were insistent and so it came. But I had some difficulty in liking the bed because I have a lot of back pain. It's sort of sciatica. I couldn’t find a number that would give me enough firm support that wasn’t uncomfortable, but I finally decided how I could manage it.

We had been using Tempur-Pedic for 15 years and wanted to give Sleep Number a try. The sales representative that we dealt with did a really good job. He was an older gentleman and really took time with us. We ended up getting the adjustable base and the split mattress. The guys who came in and installed it did a dynamite job. They explained the bed very well to us and took the time to help us out.

We wanted to try out the air mattress so we got a Sleep Number. We knew the manager at the store and he did a very good job. He answered all our questions. The bed was delivered very quickly from the time we purchased it. The delivery team didn't waste any time. They were in a hurry because they were not local and were anxious to get home, though. On the whole, the bed is fine, however, it didn't help with the arthritis as much as we had hoped.

I decided to get the Sleep Number for its versatility of being hard or soft. It'd give me a lot more options to sleep and once in a while, I change my bed's setting. The sales reps were informative and helpful. We set up the bed ourselves and it was easy. The overall quality of the bed seems good so I'd definitely recommend Sleep Number.

I liked its modular concept. If one piece of the bed goes bad, it's replaceable. One of our Sleep Number is more of a basic unit and the other is a very high-end unit with the adjustable bed frame. I really like them. They're very comfortable. I can set it the way I like it. Although last night, I forgot to put my number in and when I woke up this morning, I was really sore. I looked around, and was gonna reset the bed to a 100, but it was already at 100. So I slept on a hard, firm mattress last night. For one of the beds, the delivery team was pretty good, although for the other one, they set it up and did everything, but they were in a big hurry to get out. They didn’t answer all of the questions I had, and we had to fumble around a little bit.

The mattress that we had was fairly old and wasn't comfortable anymore so we bought the Sleep Number mattress and the base. We had a great experience with the reps at the store, they answered all our questions. Then, we had it shipped by UPS to our house. The quality of the mattress is excellent.

We were long overdue for a new mattress and I’ve read pretty good reviews on the Sleep Number bed that we purchased. I got just the SleepIQ mattress since we had a platform bed base already. The sales representative was super friendly and helpful and it was a pleasant experience. I had the mattress delivered and I installed it myself. I love the overall quality of my Sleep Number and I like being able to adjust it. When I’ve got certain sore spots and I need a little more firmness, then I can adjust it on the fly.

Terrible customer service, quality has gone downhill and this is not the same company as it used to be. This is my 2nd and LAST Sleep Number bed. My expensive king P5 bed is a piece of junk and they will really do nothing to help me. Called "customer service" only to be put on hold a million times and wait on hold to even talk to a rep for more than 20 mins... This company is a JOKE!!!

The customer service rep was great. The only thing I that should be improved is the delivery speed. My mattress pad no longer protects my investment. With an infant son that sometimes sleeps with us a total protection mattress pad is very necessary. I have been waiting 8 days and UPS ground still doesn't say when it will be delivered. Please add some more urgent delivery options for failed products.

My parents have a Sleep Number for 13 years and they really like it. They're still using it today and there's nothing wrong with it. So I expect the same from our own Sleep Number. When we bought it, the sales reps helped us try to find the Sleep Number to start at. They were very good and very professional. Also, when our bed was delivered, everything went smoothly and the delivery team got it done quick. Overall, we love the mattress and we've recommended it to a couple of people.

We needed a new mattress, so we bought one from Sleep Number. I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but the sales representatives walked us through everything. They didn't have any available to take with us so our mattress order was delivered. The delivery crew was just like UPS and drop-shipped our order to the front door. The overall quality of the mattress that we received was good. I sleep better and easier on it. My husband and I can have our own surface level, and we can change it from night to night when we need to.

We got a Sleep Number mattress and we love its overall quality. We sleep a lot better and we like the fact that Jeff can have one firmness and I can have another also.

My back has problems, this bed is suitable for constant altering. The overall mattress structure is lacking in the foam collapsing. After just months of use the bed started to look several years old. The foam is broken down and basically only structurally sound from the air chamber.

I have a split king adjustable that cost $6,000 three years ago. In year one we called and asked for someone to come out and find out why our almost new bed was caved in on one side and even fully inflated on the other side, felt like a waterbed. We were told it would cost $175 to have someone come out. We didn't think this was fair as the bed was so new. Have been trying since to get help. Not right to charge us for obvious defects.

Hoping the bed outweighs the cost and customer service after purchase!! Seems like once we signed the CS went out the door! Here is my story! A few weeks ago we decided to invest (and I mean INVEST) in a Sleep Number. When we went into the store the Bennie, the sales associate (SA) was nice and helpful. We took the information he gave us (after asking a lot of clarifying questions) and left for a while, pondering the information, the cost, our need, and desires. We then decided to do it. This was NOT a light decision for us given the price of the beds. I would not consider myself cheap, but I do put a lot of thought into my purchases, even small ones. We had been told and heard the beds are fabulous, so we went for it.

I had a great experience in store with my sales consultant. Waiting on my delivery was a downer because I couldn't have a delivery until about 3 weeks out. On my delivery day the delivery team did an excellent job with everything!

I had a Sleep Number before and got rid of it but I missed it. So, I got another one and this time, I bought the one chamber without a division in it. I love the quality of the bed. It was also very good with the sales professionals and the delivery was very efficient and quick.

I have been looking at beds for a number of years. I finally decided to make the purchase after being very ill the last part of 2016. The first store I went to the guy treated me as though I couldn't possibly afford it. So I went to the other store in my area. The young man was awesome. He got my sale.

Buyer Beware, you do not want to buy a Sleep Number Bed. You are told that you will have the best sleep of your life and that the bed will stop yours and/or your partners snoring. Not true! There are actually two positions on the remote for Snore and Partner Snore. This was the selling point for us to purchase the bed. We bought the bed and continued to have problems with snoring for both of us. There was no reduction in the snoring.

I have a Tempur-Pedic mattress, one of the top-of-the-lines, and I wanted to try a couple of the Sleep Numbers to compare because I believe in good sleep for everyone. My wife and I bought two Sleep Number beds with the base and all the electronics with it, and we definitely think they are superior. They're for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and they both love them. However, we did not like the first saleslady. She was too strong and pushy. We left that store and I knew I wanted that bed, so we went to a different store, and the salesperson there was not as pushy and was more educational. We also saved money because we caught the first saleslady lying too. Apart from that, the installation was perfect. Overall, it's a good product and I tell everybody about it. It's very comparable, if not better, than the Tempur-Pedic. I would like to get one for myself too, eventually.

The sales and Help Desk were courteous, professional, knowledgeable. They took that extra step to get me the information I needed. They had a lot of patience with me and made my day. I am so happy you have people from the United States; they know how to communicate. Thank you for a great staff.

I needed a new bed and heard Sleep Number via a radio show guy that I liked a lot. The advertisement made me think it was the best thing since sliced bread so I tried it. I then got a queen-sized bed which was on sale. I've been sleeping on it now for six months but I don't exactly like that I wanted to have a soft bed but when I sit on it, I sink down when I'm trying to put my shoes on. I have to pump it up to a hundred to make it hard. So I am somewhat dissatisfied. The experience has been okay but not fabulous.

I was so excited to finally get the Sleep Number that I've been hearing about for years. I've been using the bed for 2 1/2 yrs now. It's the most disappointing purchase I've made. I was willing to pay the extremely high cost of the mattress for a good bed. Unfortunately, this is not a comfortable bed at all. I get up with back aches. I've tried lower settings and finally moved it to 100% thinking I need it to be firmer. The worst part is that the mattress sags terribly. I get in on my side and practically roll to the center. Getting out of the bed from the center is like trying to climb uphill. There is no problem with the air pump or the foam. It's been like this since I got it. I even spent another $250 on a good foam memory topper and that didn't help.

I went in the store knowing what I wanted because the Sleep Number was on sale. I bought the c2 mattress as well as the base and I'm happy with the quality. However, I wish it was easier to find my number in the beginning. It took me months to find the one I was happy with. Other than that, it's a good bed.

My husband and I purchased our Ultra 3 bed back in 1998. In 2010 we were having problems with one side of the bed going flat so we took it apart to investigate. At that time we noticed that the internal foam and the air chambers were very moldy. I contacted Select Comfort support and told them what happened. They said that at that time the beds were not treated for mold and that they would replace the two components free of charge. At the time I thought how honorable. The real problem however was that because none was mold resistant the whole bed should have been replaced. I was not instructed by the customer service representative to inspect the pillow topper carefully for mold. But now I know, I had noticed some mildew and used heavily diluted bleach water to clean.

A year ago, we got a mattress from them and the sales reps were helpful. It's improved my wife's sleep but it doesn't seem to be a good solution for a person who sleeps on their belly. It's quite painful. If you're weighted heavier in the middle, it allows your stomach to go down into the mattress and it concaves your back. Then, if you harden it up to account for that, then you have your back being arched. But it's been fine so far. Sleep Number resolved a problem that we had with the mattress which was sagging in the middle and had our body shape embedded into it. I also have noticed the loss of air in one of the sides but it doesn't seem to be a persistent problem. I would buy another one if I needed another bed.

We are very excited to enjoy our new mattress. We had great experience with the staff. They were very busy but met all of our needs. Financing was a plus for us because we only have one income for the household and baby number two is on the way. We are hoping the shipping day comes quick.

I purchased a Limited Edition Innovation bed with adjustable base, and sleep IQ technology for an extra $300, paid total $8,000.00 2 years ago. The mattress is hanging off the base leaving a gap of 9-12 inches in the middle of the bed and you falling off the bed or hanging on to it when using. I started notifying Sleep Number at 3 months. The mattress has been replaced entirely once under warranty within the first 2 year with additional items, shark bites that bolt and hold the mattress more effectively acknowledging to me a defect issue they have with this product. The problem has reoccurred. Since second round, the same constant manufacturing issue, I asked for an upgraded mattress to be fair that maybe doesn't have this issue paying a prorated rate plus a discount for this inconvenience of their manufacturing issue.

We purchased a Sleep Number Bed from the "Greens" in Beavercreek, Ohio in 2015. My wife included two pillows with the purchase of the bed. She specifically asked the salesperson if she could return the pillows if she did not like them. The pillows were basically crap (Low quality and expensive). When we tried to return the pillows, we were informed we could not return them unless they were defective. They were not so much defective as inferior quality. Also, my Sleep Number computer quit working and Tech Support was not able to remedy the situation. Two star rating at best. Would not recommend your product to anyone!

I didn't understand why they couldn't take away our old waterbed box foundation. It was wood base with quilted sides. We broke it down, brought it downstairs and disposed of the other pieces. They should have taken it for us.

The p5 is so extremely comfortable, and Rudy helped us make appropriate choices for extras that weren't too outrageous but will complement our bed and give us a great sleep experience.

I needed a new mattress and my back was hurting. I got a Sleep Number and had it delivered. I was out in Pennsylvania and they weren’t supposed to deliver it until after I got back. But when I got back, the mattress was already sitting here, so I was not pleased with that. I spoke to them and they told me they had no control over it, which is stupid because they should be able to tell you a date which they can ship no later than that date. Apparently that didn’t happen and they said they couldn’t do that. Other than that and the delivery fees, the bed is excellent. I got a sheet, too, when they went on sale.

The people at Sleep number were professional, helpful and got me what I needed. My boyfriend and I had back pains, and we decided to make a purchase from them. We bought a king size mattress, a pillow, sheets, bed cover and I’m planning on getting the base at some point. I had the items delivered and they set it up. My boyfriend said they were very quick, good and everything went well. They were also right on time. I like our Sleep Number bed very much and have recommended it to friends.

I got a Sleep Number because of a referral and it's definitely better than my last bed. I remember the sales rep being very informative and friendly. I’m happy about the quality of the bed and will most likely purchase another bed from there.

We did not like the comfort of our old mattress and my wife and I wanted something wherein we can adjust our own sides, so we purchased a Sleep Number bed. We got the bed that is adjustable as far as the height. The sale rep was very informative, and everything went fine. We wanted to try the ones on the sample floor and see what the actions were. So, that’s what we did. And their delivery team gave us a whole bunch of information. My wife loves our Sleep Number bed, however, I do not like it. I am sleeping in a recliner. I can’t find a position and I can’t find a number and I’ve tried every adjustment. When it got to where the numbers seemed right, it felt like I was always falling out. It just didn’t work for me, but the experience was fine. In addition, I haven’t had anybody else I talked to that didn’t like it, and we talked to a lot of people before we got it.

It was time to buy a mattress and there was a good recommendation from a co-worker who got a Sleep Number for a while. So I bought one and I like it better than my old bed. It's more comfortable. The sales reps were also courteous and answered all my questions. They weren’t very pushy in selling and that was quite impressive. I had the bed delivered and that was a pleasant experience as well. They came and did their job. They also taught us simple instructions before they left. I feel good about the bed. The softness or hardness of the bed needs to be adjusted for different reasons whether the part of the body is sore or feeling tired or tough.

A year ago, we were needing a new mattress and springs. My cousin had bought a Sleep Number and she told us about it. So we came up and looked at the product, and my daughter and I both bought one. The sales reps helped us make the selection. The delivery guys who set the bed up were nice. However, the bed sits in front of a window and it's very inconvenient. I would never buy another one that I couldn’t move.

Anybody considering buying a Sleep Number be aware of the fact that you are totally at the mercy of the company's delivery department as to when you will get your bed. A friend of mine ordered a bed from the same store and the same salesman. She was given a delivery date of 4 days after sale. I was given a delivery date of 22 days after sale. We only live 8 miles apart. I called customer service and asked for a better date. They told me they were at the mercy of the delivery department.

I bought a Sleep Number p5 mattress, and I also got the base, pillows, and bedding. When I was at Sleep Number, the reps gave me the standard sit down and try it out. And, the lady manager was very kind. She offered me the opportunity to go in the back and look at the mattresses to see if they're heavy or not, and in fact, they're very light. That was really nice because I was able to see if I could lift it around. I had my items delivered and the delivery guys set it up and then they left. I had no problems.

I was stopping in to see what Sleep Number was about. Rarely do I place an order without more investigating. Mr. ** is a class presenter of a quite expensive product. He was honest, caring, and earned my business with his recommendations. Hard to find these days.

We were very satisfied with the purchase of our Sleep Number mattress and the mattress itself. It is very comfortable. We were very dissatisfied with the delivery of the mattress. When the two delivery men arrived I asked them to wear footies over their shoes since they would be entering my carpeted bedroom. Our house is new and the carpet is beige. They put them on but later took them off while they were working, which I did not appreciate. One of the men was busy texting his wife several times when he was suppose to be putting our bed together. The most upsetting thing that happened was that one of the men stole my crystal seahorse I had bought in Waterford, Ireland. It was on my night stand and now it is gone. I called the company and they said they could not do anything unless I filed a police report. I do not want to get the police involved. It's too bad the company has untrustworthy people delivering their products.

My wife and I need a new bed. We had our previous bed for a couple of years but Sleep Number is a lot more comfortable and the quality of the bed is good. Also, working with the sales rep was good. They also came and delivered and set everything up for us. I'd recommend Sleep Number but I would tell others not to get the split like we have, because that split in the middle of the bed can get a little awkward.

We’ve had an air bed before and then some Sleep Numbers. We purchased the original one 18 years ago and the motor on my side wasn't working anymore so I couldn't adjust the air and could only use one side. I wanted a newer bed and the adjustable one. The sales rep had us try out beds and helped us decide between which adjustable he thought was best for us. He was very helpful. We decided to get a headboard so I went online at Wayfair and found the one I want. But the adjustable beds don't work with the headboards and I had to buy a headboard or the bracket from Sleep Number. When I went online to buy the brackets, I couldn't get them at the store or find them online so it's been difficult and I’m still trying to get the brackets so I can get my headboard.

We had a Sleep Number before and it deteriorated over the years, so we went out and bought a different kind of bed and we weren’t happy with it. So we went back to Sleep Number and got the mattress and the legs that go under the base. But I was a little disappointed this time because when we bought our first bed, we got two remotes because it’s a queen size bed. This new bed only came with one remote.

Both reps were very informative and helpful. Frankly, I was nervous because when I went online last year, Sleep Number was getting a lot of negative internet exposure about not delivering the product and having a lot of failures. The reps assured me as to why it had happened and did some changes. They made me comfortable that I didn't need to worry about my purchase.

I was pregnant and basically could not get comfortable to save my poor life. My partner is much heavier than I am so on our old bed, I kept dipping and turning into him. We decided to correct that and get a Sleep Number cause we knew it would be comfortable in the long run. First, the sales reps wanted to find out what our sleep numbers were, so they put us on a mattress and showed us the pressure point relief as they increased or decreased the stiffness of the bed. When we flipped on our sides, they did the same thing.

We have four of the Sleep Number beds now. The most recent one we bought was in the last six months, a queen-sized C2, and we pretty much buy the same thing every time. We were educated consumers. We already owned a few of those, so the salesman didn't have to sell too hard which he didn't and he made it very fast and easy.

Our mattress wasn't that old but my daughter had their Sleep Number for a month and kept bragging on it so I came over, tested it and it was cool. So we went down Sleep Number's place that Saturday and the sales rep was very nice but didn't have to sell us as we were already sold when we went. I love my Sleep Number. I wouldn't turn it back in for anything. It works every time.

I had my Sleep Number delivered and the team was great and very helpful. I like being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress, as well as the snore positions. However, the remote didn't work one time. We put everything on an app. And then we reset the remote ourselves and it seemed to be working again. Sleep Number is good for what I need right now so, I'm pretty happy with it.

We purchased a flex-top king Sleep Number bed 2 years ago. The bed itself is fine, although in retrospect probably not worth the cost. However, due to the unique nature of the flex top, you MUST buy the Sleep Number sheets. Each set is $200.00, which would be fine for a quality set of sheets. These sheets are not quality and are simply unacceptable. We have had to purchase 6 sets since purchasing the sheets, because they repeatedly split where the flex top ends. I have tried to contact Customer Service twice and waited on hold for 20 minutes each time before giving up. I then emailed 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response.

I liked my first Sleep Number bed which I had for 15 years. The air pump still works and it's still functional but I needed it replaced. Also, I had moved into a new house and needed another bed. I went to a Sleep Number store on a busy day and they were having a sale. I had to wait for a while to talk to a representative but my experience went well. However, the delivery went very bad because they sent it to my old address since I was in the system from before. The good thing was that it was my ex-wife’s address and we're still in good terms. I got a call from her saying that the mattress is at her house but they got my new address after that. Other than that, I'm very happy with Sleep Number's quality.

I have seen Sleep Number's two-sided bed and how it looks so comfortable, and I didn’t realize that they were the only one that had that type of bed. So, I got one and I got the massager too. The delivery crew that set it up for me have been very nice and they did an excellent job. The massage feature was really nice, although I don’t use it as much as I would because when I turn it on, it scares my dog. But overall, it’s great and I love it.

We needed a new bed and looked around. I went to Consumer Reports and they said Sleep Number was great and they are. Their sales professionals have been great all across. I've been back to the store a couple of times and I've been very happy. The Sleep Number team was also great when they came here and put my mattress up. I also keep track of it using my computer and it does a good job.

The other Sleep Number bed I had in the past seemed to have a little bit of an issue so I decided to get another one. I did everything online and it was very simple. The quality is very good for what's intended for which is two separate people sleeping.

We've had a Sleep Number bed before so when our mattresses worn out my husband and I got one for me. My husband doesn't like other people coming in so I put it up with the people in our house and it wasn't bad. I like the bed, and I also liked my previous one. I wished we got a bigger one this time but we couldn't afford it. Also, I don't like the loan company that we got the bed through. We can't call them and we have to write to them. It's also supposed to be interest-free, but they don't tell that if I pay so many days ahead, they put it on last month and then they charge you a late fee.

My wife has a bad back, so we needed Sleep Number's mattress for her. The sales reps were helpful, and the interaction worked out pretty good. The bed is working just fine. It's better than what we had.

My husband and I couldn't come to an agreement on the firmness of our mattress. And then I have two family members that have Sleep Number and we slept in one of them and we liked it so we decided to go that route. I went in myself and the reps were very helpful. They had the sample bed and walked me through everything. And then I took my husband back with me and they did the same thing. They were happy to do that again and they gave us different options. They also didn't pressure us into anything. And then the delivery team was quick and explained how to work everything. Overall, everything was great and we have the best sleep that we've both had in years. My dog also likes it which is the reason why we went with a King.

This is my second Sleep Number. I love the Sleep Number due to being able to adjust the firmness or softness as needed day to day. What I don't like is the ditch my spouse and I end up creating on each side of the bed after sleeping on it for a few months. This likely has to do with the foam topping. It bugs my spouse more so than me. Overall I would get another Sleep Number but my spouse would not.

I couldn't sleep good at night, and thought I'd give Sleep Number a try. I've had it a couple of years now. I got the base, pillows and sheets - the whole works. I scheduled a home delivery and the delivery team was good. The product is all right. I'm just having a hard time getting where I want to be. Some nights I sleep good, some nights I don't. I don't know if it's the bed or me, but I'm sort of happy with it.

My mother-in-law has sleep apnea and she can't tolerate the CPAP so we needed to elevate her head. I purchased a Sleep Number for her and she's very happy with it. The delivery team was great and though the sales reps wanted us to buy the IQ sleep function, they didn't pressure us into buying it since we didn't need it.

I wanted a more comfortable mattress so I decided to make a purchase with Sleep Number. I had the bed delivered to my home and I did the setup. Putting it together was more complicated than I expected but it wasn't too bad.

My husband and I came to the Sleep Number store knowing the model we wanted which we reaffirmed when we got there. The person that helped us was very friendly in letting us try out all the different bed features, showed us the cooling mat versus the squishy mat side and he showed us all the different stuff that there is. Then, the delivery was fine, nice, easy and there were no problems. We got the i10 model. We both liked different mattress firmness and we thought that would be the best solution. We love the bed and I especially thought it was good. I went through a pregnancy now with the bed and being able to change the mattress firmness based on how my back felt was really great. It's not something I thought about when I bought the bed but I really appreciated having it. I don't think we would go back to not having a Sleep Number now.

My other bed wore out so I decided to make a purchase with Sleep Number. I got the whole deal - the base, the bed, and the stuff there. I met with the sales representatives, they showed me the bed, and then I bought it that same day. My experience with the delivery team was excellent. I had really good service. I've been using the products for a little over a year. However, right now, I'm having problems with it. I'm starting to lose air on one side of the bed and I can't figure out why. Initially, my experience has been good, but right now, I'm a little dissatisfied with it. I was going to call customer service a week ago about it.
