Sauni was not only empathic, but set my mind at ease. Sastra is a stand up company that wants to make sure you have a good experience, whether it be on the phone, or sleeping on their mattress.

I ordered a pillow to be delivered to my sister. The shipping address was auto changed after I placed the order so I emailed customer service but never received a response. I called the next day and the customer service rep. said she changed the shipping back to my sister's name. Today, I recevied a item shipped notice (1 week later for a single pillow) with my name with my sister's address. My billing address was also incorrectly changed. The service rep I spoke with today hung up on me when I asked him to let me finish my sentence. I will NEVER recommend or buy from this company again!

Premium quality mattress for a premium price. You get what you pay for, plus 365 day trial and $100 to return, which is very reasonable considering the original delivery and white glove service are free. The company's communication and service were exceptional. The company they used for the white glove delivery was also first rate. Just note, they will not take a metal frame, so you’ll have to deal with that yourself. My wife changed her mind after the basic frame and 2” boxspring were out for delivery. Alexandra (customer service) was amazing and the exchange is costing us nothing, other than the difference in price. Still free white glove on the exchange.

I researched which Latex mattress to buy when I wanted to downsize to a queen size. I had loved my previous latex one after 15 years. After an extended search, I decided on Saatva and was pleased it is made in the US. I also bought the frame and headboard from them. The wait time was great and I had an excellent experience with Aaron who helped me all the way. I’m pleased with their product, customer service and follow-up, plus an amazing warranty!

Every part of our experience was superlative. Ordering was easy. They were in touch with us along the way, and scheduling the delivery was easy too. The delivery was quick and very smooth. The best part though is the actual mattress. Ahhh. So comfortable. Soft enough that I feel cradled; firm enough that my body feels supported. My husband and I are very pleased with our lovely Saatva mattress.

I would like to express my gratitude to Zach **, the person who assisted me with a problem we had with the Saatva mattresses. We bought these about two years ago, and for some odd reason, the fabric at the bottom of the mattress was torn by the massage vibrator from the base of the bed. I called Saatva when I noticed the damage, and to my luck, I was transferred to Zach. He helped me figure out what to do and how to do it. He moved all the bells and whistles to solve my problem. I had bought the extended warranty, and the company replaced both the bases and the mattresses. He was very kind, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the issue. We've bought mattresses before and have been disappointed with their comfort. My back was hurting and stiff when I got up in the morning. I never had back discomfort before. My pilates teacher told me "you need a new mattress". It was 15 years old! Two friends had Saatva mattresses and loved them. We went to a showroom and tried them out. The salesperson was friendly and did not pressure us to buy. We bought a classic Saatva mattress, a mattress pad and a beautiful (simple) bed frame.

True to her word, Saatva arranged a replacement, and I received my new mattress within just three weeks. It’s rare to come across such attentive and reliable customer service these days. I truly appreciate the support and would definitely recommend Saatva—not just for their quality products, but for their commitment to customer satisfaction.

My husband and I tried our first Saatva mattress. It was easy to order. Both of us have medical problems that are related to a good night sleep. My husband had a better night sleep for his back the first night. My sleep is affected by sleep apnea and I use CPAP. I am having much longer sleep time. And the delivery people worked magic getting the queen size mattress up our challenges of our stair case. Really appreciate that!

I recently ordered one of their mattresses and the day after I ordered it, I realized that I had ordered the wrong thickness. So, I called their customer service to see if I could change the order. Fortunately, their customer service agent (Ramir) answered the phone and within a few minutes, he had made the change. I seldom get that kind of response from customer service departments and I am truly thankful for his professionalism and the help he provided.
