Mattress Firm emailed me about their Labor Day Sale and I bought a bed. My experience with the sales rep was fine. There were a lot of people at the store and it was just in and out. I moved the bed myself. I went there and picked it up. The bed was for a family member and it was fine.

Mattress Firm was set up at the Indiana state fair and there were 20 chairs out there. We would always go in there almost every morning and try out the chairs. But one time, I felt like I needed to be pulled apart and I wanna be stretched. The reps demoed the chair, I sat in it and the game was over. The massage chair pulled me or extended me and it was just the feeling that I wanted. It was hard to spend five grand on a chair but I fell in love with it and I bought it there at the fair.

We bought a mattress from Mattress Firm about a year ago to go into my house in Florida. I ordered it from Hayward, California and had it delivered in Florida. We liked the Beautyrest, so we bought another one. The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted, so the sale was pretty fast. I bought the mattress on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday. The delivery team was professional and adequate. They removed the old mattress and box spring that I had and carried it away. So that was easy and fast. I'm glad to have the mattress in my house in Florida and I'm very satisfied with the one I have here. I'd also recommend Mattress Firm in Pleasanton.

We were taking a look at mattresses, but we just moved into the area so we didn't know mattress places. We saw quite a few locations and we went into one of them, but we got pricing that was outrageous. So, we tried Mattress Firm and we got good service from them. We got three mattresses with box springs and the metal frames for underneath. The reps were very energetic. They did everything to test the mattresses. They talked to us and gave us ideas, and they told us why we should or shouldn't go with certain things with what we were looking for. It was really good. The delivery guys got here, asked where stuff needed to get done, got everything inflated, took pictures, cleaned up after themselves, and they were out quickly. The products that we purchased were for our three kids and after these were delivered, our kids loved them. We're gonna be getting new mattresses again at the beginning of the year and we'll go through Mattress Firm again.

My friend gave me a good feedback about Mattress Firm so I checked them out. The sales reps were good and very humble. They were very helpful in choosing the right brand and throughout getting everything done. I got a call 10 minutes before the delivery people came, and they were awesome. I got a mattress and the adjustable base, and they've been extremely good.

There's a Mattress Firm location that's a mile away from my house. I bought a higher-end queen size mattress and a box-spring there. My experience with the sales rep and the delivery guys was fine. The mattress is good and I’d recommend Mattress Firm.

I would highly recommend Mattress Firm. Their products are excellent and the service is wonderful. Their rep was very pleasant and helpful. I've purchased several other mattresses from Mattress Firm down in South Florida before, and this time I bought another product. The delivery team was professional and showed up on time. They were also very neat and pleasant.

The Mattress Firm rep was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. She also gave a good follow through. The full-size mattress I got from them has been good, so far.

My daughter was going to school down in the States. She and her buddy were getting an apartment, so we had to buy a mattress. We were wandering around town and ended up buying a twin mattress from Mattress Firm. The sales guy was good. He went over a few options there and then we went around town and we liked the one he showed us, so we came back and bought the mattress. Their prices were a little bit better, too. Everything went well. Mattress Firm is a good place to shop.

When I saw a sale going on for body pillows at Mattress Firm, I went in the store and the sales rep was very helpful. She wasn't rude and I didn't feel rushed. She had a great attitude and personality. I got a body pillow and I love it. It's so comfy. Mattress Firm should have more body pillows that are memory foam.

We had the most terrible experience with Mattress Firm in Woodhaven, NY. We ordered on Aug. 26th, 2018 one king mattress and one extra long twin size plus 2 pillows and a king mattress cover. The estimated delivery for both mattresses on Sept. 22, 2018. First, On Sep. 21st one of the sales rep. from Woodhaven, NY store contact us to let us know the king mattress is in back order because they just received an email from the manufacturer. She rescheduled for Sept. 27th. Again one day before the delivery date, Sep. 26, 2018 the manager from the same store called us to let us know that again they received another email from the manufacturer that the mattress will arrive into their warehouse on Sept. 27, 2018 so we need to rescheduled for the third time to delivery Sep. 29, 2018.

I purchased a full-size mattress, box spring and frame for a spare bedroom. This set has had minimal use. The coils in the mattress are popping through, moving around and extremely loud. I mentioned this to the manager at the store who nicely referred me to the warranty that came with this set. I sent all the information requested and waited 2-3 months for a response. I was then asked to send a video of the noise described 4 times and waited another 4 weeks. My claim was denied stating I was using an inadequate bed frame. The frame was sold to me by this company. I’ve requested several times for someone I can discuss this decision with. All requests have been ignored and no one answers the phone provided. Save yourself headache and money and make your purchase from a reputable store where customer satisfaction is the underpinning of their mission.

I purchased a king adjustable bed, bedding and pillows from the fair this year. The delivery came on the day it was suppose to come. Other than that it was horrible. I was told that they would take my old bed and set up the new one. Driver asked to see where it was going took off the mattress. He then brought in one of the sides and found that it was missing its legs. He had the other guy take it from their next delivery. They started putting together the wiring and then found one of the remotes were missing. I told them it was not going to fit inside my frame as my old bed is a Cal King and the new one was a King. He then said, "We don't take apart beds." I went to get the tool to take it apart and he then said they couldn't wait. They were suppose to be at another delivery at 9:00 a.m and it was almost 10:00 and they have 14 deliveries today.

I was just driving by and saw Mattress Firm. I bought a queen mattress and it was of high quality. Their rep made me spend more money than I wanted to but she was helpful. I missed the first delivery by five minutes and the crew left. So, they had to push me for the mattress to get delivered but other than that, it was fine. The experience was good and people should buy their mattress from Mattress Firm.

I've purchased a twin-size mattress at the Mattress Firm that is close to my house. It was my second time to purchase from them. Their sales representative was very good. I’m satisfied with what I've bought -- good quality and good price.

I purchased a bed with a bed frame from Mattress Firm, but my experience with them wasn't very good. The sales rep pushed on me the mattress pad and charged me $110 for it, which I wish I never would have gotten because I can get it for $30 to $100. I was also told that if I went to the warehouse, everything was there ready for me to pick up, but when I went there, the mattress was not even there. I had to wait almost a week and a half when we had already gotten rid of the old mattress. I went back in after that and I wanted them to do something about it or give me $100 off, but they didn't do that. They finally had it delivered to me for free, but it was still a week and a half away, so that didn't help and my poor grandson had to sleep on the floor. Still, the delivery team was good and my grandson likes the mattress.

The Mattress Firm store was almost closing and I was only going to look but the sales rep was great. She kept us past what would have been her closing time. She was not high-pressure and she answered all of our questions and was really good. She did a very good deal for us. They were doing either free adjustable mattress frame or a lower price, and she wound up giving us both. It was a pleasant, low-pressure and satisfying experience. The mattress was super hard at first, like I wasn’t even sure it was the same mattress that we ordered. We laid down on it and it was like lying on a piece of plywood but the woman that we bought at Mattress Firm from said that it would extend and soften over 30-60 days and it has so it’s good.

I just moved into a house with a bigger space and I was thinking about getting a new bed. I was out to grab lunch and the place I was going to was right next door to Mattress Firm, which had a big sale sign on the window. I wasn't exactly planning on buying that day but the sales person was really nice, explained everything to me and was cool when I said I needed to think about it. I'm clueless when it comes to trying to figure out a mattress, so he helped me figure out the features that I wanted. Even while I was at lunch, they did a price match and was able to get me a really great deal, which was pretty much what sealed it for me.

My son was coming home for a week and asked if I wasn't getting a new bed. Then my sister was also coming with her boyfriend and somebody else was gonna come. We bought a bed somewhere and went down to Mattress Firm to get the mattress. They are local and their pricing was in the ballpark. The guy made us a deal and gave us a plush, which was a return. He said that they get them cleaned like the hotels get them cleaned. It worked for the spare room that we weren't gonna be sleeping in.

This is our third full size mattress. The first two had inspectors come out and look at them both were defective. This one is now under the new company that took over. They want $179 to come out and look at the same defects (the padding let go and bunching up under the coverlet topper). We have tried to get the info on their online form done to their satisfaction for 2 mo. They make is so hard and reject everything we have done. We are out $800 and both of our backs! This is the worst company we have ever bought from. We’re just ordinary people who had a legitimate complaint. They just don’t care, and we have finally realized these pros have no intentions of standing behind their product. Buyer beware!

I have been researching and trying different mattresses and adjustable bases for about three years now. I went to the Big E State Fair this past weekend and saw a Mattress Firm demo there and tried different mattresses and spoke with a salesperson. I ended up purchasing my mattress and adjustable base there because I thought I was getting a pretty good deal,10% off, no sales tax, pillows, mattress cover, and sheets free of charge. Turns out I received no deal on the mattress, would have been less expensive online (13%off) or at the Mattress Firm store in my area (10% off).

The sales rep from Mattress Firm was very nice. It was just me and her in the store, and she explained different products. I spent about an hour in there with her and tried the different mattresses. Everything was very friendly and very laid back. She was not pressuring me and found what I like and did the transaction. So, it was good. I got a mattress and the re-adjustable base. I like the products a lot. The delivery people was perfect. They set it up and cleaned up great. I was very happy. It was a great experience.

We purchased a Black Hybrid king size mattress with an adjustable base for $6300.00. When the mattress was delivered it turned out to be the incorrect one. It took a few weeks for us to get the correct one. When it arrived it had some flaws that we pointed out. We suspected that we were given a used mattress. I called the representative that we purchased the mattress from and told him of our dilemma, he advised us to go and pick out another mattress, which we did. We never heard anything back, a year has gone by now with still no replies. We filed a claim along with pictures of the sagging, and the ends of the bed looking like it's 10 years old already. I was told this was standard for this manufacturer, which I'd rather hear it from them.

The saleslady was very helpful, informative, and friendly. She was nice and polite as well. I bought a queen-size mattress and the delivery went perfectly fine. The delivery guys were efficient, polite, and neat. I would recommend Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm's reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a full size bed that Mattress Firm had in stock. It is of good quality. My overall experience was quick and easy, and I got what I needed from them. Go get a mattress from them.

We bought a bed from Mattress Firm before then this time around, we bought an iComfort top mattress. We had a fantastic interaction with their sales rep. He was very polite and he helped us get the best deal possible. When the mattress was delivered, the delivery team was in and out in a few minutes then they hauled away our old mattress. A couple of weeks later, we went back and bought our kids mattresses as well just because of the customer service we got from the store manager. He was really good. We are very satisfied with the product and we had a fantastic experience with Mattress Firm.

We were needing a mattress and Mattress Firm happened to be local. The location was convenient and the guy there was helpful too. Everything went nicely and smoothly. Then they delivered the king size mattress we bought and that was good as well. Now, I'm less restless when I sleep. The mattress is nice and very comfortable. It's a good quality mattress and the price seemed right too.

Mattress Firm was right by my house, and I got a memory foam mattress from them. The rep, Gilbert, was friendly. He also had the warranty for 120 nights. The delivery was fine. too. I went back to see him because I wasn’t sleeping well on the bed but he had left to go to a New Jersey store. Nevertheless, the girl at the store called him and he took care of everything.

A friend told me that Mattress Firm had really nice prices and a nice quality bed. So I decided to go and it was awesome. I bought a mattress and a frame, and the sales representative was a really nice guy. Everything was nice.

The apartment beside us got bed bugs so, we had to automatically throw ours away and disinfect everything. So we went to Mattress Firm and found a new king bed and a protector for it just to make sure that if there was anything left over, that they wouldn’t get into the bed. It was one of those bed covers that assist with bed bugs, dirt and sweat that get into your bed. We love the bed and it’s really great. We’re really happy with it.

I'm very, very happy with the queen mattress that I got from Mattress Firm. The mattress is firm and I no longer have back pain since having it. The salesman that I dealt with did a good job. He was absolutely excellent. If there’s five honest people in America, he’s one of them. The delivery team did a fine job as well. They were here in less than three-and-a-half minutes. I would go back to Mattress Firm.

I purchased an adjustable frame, mattress, a pillow and a headboard from a Mattress Firm right around the corner of my house. Their reps were very helpful when I went in there. Then we had it delivered and set up. They were quick and it went good. It was a great experience and I like my bed.

The lady from Mattress Firm gave me the best customer service I have ever had in all my life and she was awesome. I was looking for just the mattress and it was my third time to go there. The rest of the time, nobody helped me before like she did. I checked out better products and I got all the information that I wanted. She knew what she was talking about and she saw what I needed.

My son took me out shopping for a mattress and Mattress Firm was the store that he wanted to go to. I wanted the firmest mattress they’ve got and they even let me try several others before I got to the firm one. I bought a king size mattress which is extra firm and I also bought sheets. I had to call them back a few times because the base that they sold me was a smaller size. I couldn’t get my sheets on and it had to be changed. Their reps were very kind and they did it for me. Mattress Firm brought me a thicker base and that lifted my mattress up so that I could put the sheets on and now it works okay. The delivery people did a good job even though the last delivery was at about 9 o’clock at night. Sleeping on the bed now is better as my back was hurting before. I’m pleased with the product and I had a good experience with Mattress Firm all in all.

I had a lot of problems with the manager at Mattress Firm. For being a manager, he was not very friendly. Mattress Firm was having a sale and I said that I wanna wait until I come with my friend so she can help me because I haven’t bought a mattress in forever. I wanted to bring the mattress cover back. The manager wanted me to take it. I asked him if I can bring it back because if I don’t buy the mattress, I won’t need the cover. He replied that I can bring it back.

The Serta iSeries 100 I bought from Mattress Firm is wonderful. The Mattress Firm team was very knowledgeable and gracious and they worked with me. The delivery crew was very professional and knowledgeable as well. They were really great guys who worked cohesively and gave me instructions, too. I am satisfied with my mattress and I’ll shop with Mattress Firm again. The people there are amazing and I’m really happy with their service. I will be definitely telling all my family and friends.

We'd bought mattresses at Mattress Firm before, and they were right around the corner from the house. We recently purchased a king size bed with an adjustable base. We got the same lady we had the last time we were there, and she remembered us which was nice. The delivery guys were good as well. They were very professional. I'm sleeping well with the new bed and it has met my expectation.

We were out looking for a mattress and we stopped at Mattress Firm and purchased a memory foam with the king-size riser bed. While the rep I worked with was very professional and their delivery team was good, the mattress had this horrible odor to it. It took two weeks for that odor to leave. I even had to pull up a window and do a lot of things to get the odor out. In addition to that, the mattress makes me itch so I'm returning it. They did persuade me to keep it and so I gave it another week. But then I said I'm not keeping it 'cause I can't sleep on it. While Mattress Firm is good, and their mattress, comfortable, it has something in it that I'm allergic to. Despite all that, I'm happy with my experience.

Some of the folks we knew had a good experience with Mattress Firm. So we also went there and got an adjustable frame and a mattress for our daughter. The sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a good experience. It's a good place to shop and we would definitely go back.

I spoke with a customer service rep earlier this morning as my mattress broke and has a huge dent in the middle of the mattress. They want to charge me for someone to come to my apt. to look at the mattress!!! I am floored!!! The rep quoted me $80 for someone to check their failed product or I have to wait three (3) weeks for someone to check my mattress if I file a claim online. I am disgusted by this policy and have escalated this issue to a manager.

We purchased a queen size bed with adjustable head and feet from Mattress Firm. The delivery people were fantastic. They rang the doorbell, put their little red stockings on and laid the mattress down. However, we had a little problem with the salesperson, Jennifer, whom we started out. She lied to us and told us from the get-go that anytime we wanna upgrade, we would only pay the difference and they would come and get it. I wanted a king size bed so I called the main office in Houston, Texas and talked to a customer service rep. I was told that they don’t usually do that but I told him that I got the paperwork and I read it to him. Then, he gave me the District Manager's name, Raul and another sales rep from a store in Leesburg called me.

The first time I bought something from Mattress Firm the people are very nice. They brought the mattress on time and I liked that. The first one I bought was the foam that you can press different positions. Then I bought a mattress for my other room. In addition to that, the sales rep showed the linens they have for sale and I bought something. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the products I purchased from Mattress Firm. I had a very positive experience with them.

Purchase king size mattress and box springs. Box springs was free if you purchase mattress. Mattress was defect. Had to be exchange within few 2 week. Keep hearing some crack one year later. Box spring defected from factory. Mattress Firm would not do anything.

He worked within our budget and he assisted us in anything that we needed. He guaranteed that our mattresses would be there at the date that he provided for us, and they were. The set-up men were excellent. We’re sleeping on our new mattresses comfortably. Now that we’ve had some time to use the products that we got, we're very much satisfied with them. I would recommend Mattress Firm to people who are looking for a mattress. I'd tell them to check Mattress Firm out for themselves. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine was saying that she needed a new mattress and I told her to go to Mattress Firm.

I purchased a Mattress from Mattress Firm. The gentleman who helped us with the purchase was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a good experience with him. Since acquiring the mattress, my son has used it a couple of times and he likes it.

I like Mattress Firm's prices and their sales rep was excellent. He was informative, very helpful and he was not pushy. I don’t like people making my decisions for me so he was perfect. I knew what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I wanted to see and I tried it out. I purchased two mattresses and two box springs. And then, I bought extra mattress pads, the deluxe ones, and pillows. They were all delivered to me and the experience was very good. Everything was perfect. They said when they would come and they were there. They put their little booties on and hauled the items upstairs. I would recommend Mattress Firm.

The queen size mattress I got from Mattress Firm is perfect. It almost tap dances. Mattress Firm's representatives were very good. However, the delivery team was not so good. When they were supposed to come, they didn’t show up and so, I waited and waited. There was no call and about four hours later, I decided I should call to find out where they were. The guy I spoke to said they called the delivery guy and he said he was broken down somewhere on the freeway. I’m usually generous in that kind of thing but if he had a phone, he could have called. He was four hours late. So, I was very suspicious.

We liked Mattress Firm's prices and so we ended up getting an iron frame and mattress from them. We bought it for my son and the sales rep that we got was really good at listening and helping us out with what my son wanted and the price range he wanted. We also went to another store where my son bought pillows and the rep there was very helpful too. My son said that the first night of using it was not so good but he loved it after that.

Mattress Firm is close to my location and I got a queen size mattress and an adjustable frame from them. The sales rep described all the options and promotions going on there and was very friendly. Also, the team that delivered was very good. The only issue I had was I said I'd be making a monthly payment, but they charged me the whole price. Still, we like their products.

I had so many issues with my first and only attempt at a purchase. The first problem showed up when the delivery date came and went, come to find out the product I ordered was out of stock. Second, it took three weeks to be told the product was discontinued. Keep in mind none of this was mentioned on the product page. I was told the refund process would take 5-7 business days, later corrected to 7-10 days. Third problem, I discovered today that the refund was never actually processed. As of writing, I'm still out $360. Icing on the cake: every chat session took at least 30 attempts and 10 minutes to connect. TLDR: I got royally screwed, and Mattress Firm has lost a customer today and in the future.

Mattress Firm got great quality mattresses at fair prices. I bought seven mattresses and initially, we had a mix up on what mattresses were going to arrive. But the area manager, Vince, was awesome in resolving the mix up. He took a hands-on and almost personal attention to the whole situation. And we worked it out great. I was very appreciative of his support in that process. Everything is fine now. I'm happy of how it all turned out. I bought the mattresses for a house that I have in Ann Arbor, and my daughters and several of their friends all love the mattresses. When I'll need more mattresses, I'll go back to them.

We were happy with the Mattress Firm bed that we sleep on. We got one for my son too and the third one is for my daughter. We got a twin bed and the adjustable. The reps were very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. The delivery team was great. They protected their feet and used the red carpet. Everything went very well and we're very happy with them.

Having been frustrated with Mattress shopping, we went into Mattress Firm of Delray Beach. This was our best decision. Josh, the sales rep was most informative and tailored our needs for both comfort and cost. Josh made our choice easy. We were able to get delivery the next day and were equally happy with the delivery people. Everyone was efficient, pleasant and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Mattress Firm of Delray Beach.

I thought this company was reputable, boy was I wrong. First of all it was easy to order the mattress. It's when I received the confirmation I knew this was going to be a problem with a delivery date of 2030? So I contacted the company thinking this was mistake and I wanted to bring it to their attention. When I purchased the mattress I was told 5-7 business days to deliver. They put 2030 because they don't know when the mattress will be sent from their warehouse to you. After waiting 12 days and 9 business days still no mattress. I contacted the company again and said that I wanted the mattress delivered the next day or I'm cancelling the order. They would not commit, so I cancelled. Let's see how long it takes for me to get my money back. I repeat do not do business with this company, They have no understanding how to run a business. This company is a joke.

We had purchased from Mattress Firm before when it was a different company. This time, I got a mattress for my eldest daughter, and she was very happy about it. Dealing with their sales rep went fine and I did a pickup to get the mattress. Overall, we had a good experience with Mattress Firm.

Bought a mattress, set up delivery - GOT NOTHING but lies and them saying they refunded our money? We didn't ask for a refund NOR did we get 1. 1 thing for sure is we never got our mattress and they got 1900 for free.

I bought from Mattress Firm's iComfort series mattress. I told their rep, who was an older gentleman, specifically what I was looking for because I can't have soft or firm type mattresses. I have three fractures in the middle of my spine. So he took me to three mattresses and we picked out which one I liked the best. He was a good salesman. The delivery, however, was a different story. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I got the confirmation email and text message but then the mattress was never delivered. I had to go into the store the next day, when they open. I got the same sales rep and he called to figure out what happened.

I had bought from Mattress Firm before and their price was reasonable, plus the quality is not bad. I bought a queen size mattress and a box-spring the second time and their sales rep was great. I scheduled the delivery and I had no problem at all.

I bought a soft pillowtop mattress from Mattress Firm as it is a known brand. Their sales rep was there to assist me with any questions I had. I scheduled a delivery and the mattress came a week later. The delivery team took away my old bed and put the new bed in my bedroom. I am enjoying my new mattress. I am sad that I didn’t have the adjustable thing, but that aside, everyone at Mattress Firm did a great job.

After I posted a complaint on this site, the company contacted me and offered to send a mattress inspector to my home at no cost to me. (They usually charge $80 for this service.) The inspector agreed with my assessment that the mattress had failed, and a few days later the company issued a credit for the full price I had paid. I went back to Mattress Firm and purchased a new, slightly higher quality (or at least pricier) mattress that was delivered the other day. I'm hoping this one holds up better, but at least I now Know how to deal with it if it doesn't. All-in-all, the company acquitted itself once I gt their attention.

We purchased high-end mattress that failed within 1 year, and warranty was not honored despite 10 year guarantee. We paid $1800 for a mattress that has been in storage since 2 years after purchase. Dishonorable company.

I needed a new mattress and ended up getting both a mattress and a box spring from Mattress Firm. My experience with the sales rep was great and it was a really easy purchase. I recommend them.

When we moved last year from Hawaii to Washington State, there happened to be a Mattress Firm right down the street. It seemed like a solid company, so we went in and bought one of their mattresses after we tested it. We bought a queen one to go on our guest room. Then we replaced our other queen bed and we got a king. My husband and I needed to move across the country for a short period of time in Maryland and we needed a new bed because we set up a new household there. So we bought a queen. Then, my father in-law came to visit, so we needed another bed for our guest room and we bought another queen.

The sales rep at Mattress Firm wanted to upsell us to a bed that was twice as expensive and my wife liked it. I said I wanna do some comparative shopping and found a comfortable mattress for much cheaper at a different store at Costco. I came back with the information and the rep said he could match that. They delivered it the next day so it was much more convenient to use Mattress Firm for the same bed than Costco who would have taken a while to get it delivered. The Beautyrest was the perfect mattress for us. We enjoyed it and everything was fine.

I looked at many Mattress Firm products and then I asked the agent, and she helped me out. I purchased one box-spring and two king mattresses, and she made purchasing them interesting. She explained the mattress to me, told me how it was made and how it’s supposed to work for my body. I got A-plus service at Griffin, Georgia and I'd recommend Mattress Firm in that location anytime. They take time with you and listen to your concern about mattresses.

We wanted to be able to see the merchandise in person as opposed to ordering it online, and Mattress Firm was local. The woman we placed the order with was very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We got two regular mattresses and had them delivered. The setup was very quick. The guys came, did what they had to do and they left. Purchasing mattresses, in general, is a frustrating process. There is a lot of falsehood in the way that the mattress has dropped all price and so the price that you see is not necessarily the price. Nevertheless, I would recommend this company.

Mattress Firm's rep knew the products. We didn't have any questions that went unanswered. Plus, they had almost gotten the delivery set up due the same day. I bought two mattresses for my kids and they seem to like it.

We've had a Simmons Ashaway mattress in the past that I bought from Sleep Experts in Dallas, and when I researched who is carrying them now, Mattress Firm came up. A few months ago, we bought a queen size from them which we're using temporarily in our master, and then permanently in the guest bedroom. And it was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life and they were absolutely the worst case scenario of pushy salesman I have ever experienced. They were out-of-town people that were here overseeing the store and they were also not the kind of personnel that they should have in their business. My wife and I said that we will never return to Mattress Firm.

I went to several stores, and couldn't find anything comfortable. But in Mattress Firm, a couple of them were. I'm recovering from a heart attack now and I sleep really good on the mattress that I got. It's one of those hybrid mattresses with the foam, gel, coils and everything on it. They also have a wide variety of styles, price ranges and comfort levels unlike one other store who was snooty when I told them my price range.

I bought the Mattress Firm bed that goes up to 90˚, shakes and lights up from the bottom. It also vibrates and goes in different angles. The salesman sold the bed to me and he did a good job describing it and its quality. The capabilities were important to me ‘cause I’m a dialysis patient so the vibration is definitely a nice touch. He was also very professional. He took his time and I appreciated that. I had a sense that I definitely had the best value for the product line that was sold, and that they really want to build up a relationship with me. The delivery team wore booties before they entered the house, and they introduced themselves. The only unfortunate thing was they set just one of the remotes and I wanted both set up. Nevertheless, they were very courteous, told me what they wanted to do first and then they did it and set up the remote.

I needed a box frame. I've been at Mattress Firm before and I liked the guy. He was very nice so I went back to get one and the guy was really good. I was in a rush and was there for five minutes, and he helped me pick out the perfect box frame. It was very fast. They really worked with a sense of urgency, so I liked it. I took the box frame home the same day. My overall experience with Mattress Firm was great.

I got really good customer service from my salespersons at Mattress Firm. So, I decided to purchase a queen-size mattress and a box frame from them. They were courteous and professional. The delivery guy was also professional and neat. And the unit is very comfortable, like how I experienced it in the store. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought a Simmons bed at Mattress Firm. The sales representative was awesome. She was easy to talk to. I also purchased beddings for the bed, a cheap cool pillow, and the barrier so the mattress won't get wet. The said I have a 12-year warranty on my bed. The delivery was perfect. My grandfather had dementia, and we needed an adjustable bed for him. Mattress Firm was local to us. However, we had a lot of trouble with it and I have returned it. There was a cord that got smashed in between the frame and the floor. So, then, it pinched it off and it broke the cord, and that was why we had to get it replaced. Mattress Firm told us these were under a 10-year warranty, reach out, look online, and call the manufacturer. The manufacturer, however, was awful. I spent two months trying to get the right part. They sent me the wrong motor, and it took forever to get to a person. It came to a point where we never got it working again and I returned it. It was just unfortunate that we had to return it after all that because the bed worked fine and my experience with Mattress Firm was fine. It was the vendor that we had the trouble with.

The Mattress Firm sales reps were very friendly and they answered everything according to the questions we asked. Delivery was fine as well. However, the kit that we bought extended the headrest further back and there’s a gap between the headrest and the mattress. Sometimes you toss as you sleep and you sink down there, but I'm sure that's not something they can do anything about. After I bought the mattress, I saw that they had ads and I was satisfied that everything was on the up-and-up.

When delivering our mattress the delivery people damaged our front door. I called the North Wilmington Delaware Store from where we purchased the mattress set. The salesperson assured me they would call back and get the matter resolved. NO CALL BACK. I contacted the headquarters via their website and a CHAT session. I explained what happened and was ASSURED a manager would call back in 24 to 48 hours. NO CALL. I can only conclude they are willing to take payment but have no genuine concern for the customer... really not even a call back on the matter? Needless to say, I am most willing to inform friends and acquaintances of my bad experience with Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm had a sale and I purchased a king-size bed through them. The sales rep was personable which was great. The delivery was good and they made no mess. I wish they had free delivery instead of having to pay for it, but overall it was an easy experience.

I purchased from Mattress Firm before and I had a good experience. Recently, I got a Black Diamond, a Beautyrest, and then the adjustable bed. They have been good. The sales rep I dealt with also took her time with us, even swapped some beds around for us and everything else. So, she did a fantastic job. I recommend them.

I cannot thank ** at the 5201 S. Tamiami Trail store in Sarasota, Florida, enough for what he did for my mother and me. We moved here and our belongings were delayed, so we needed to buy beds unexpectedly and ** was a Godsend. Everything he represented to us about what he sold to us has proven to be true and we are so thankful. We knew what we had prior to our move and we loved our mattresses, so we knew what we wanted and ** knew how to guide us. He was knowledgeable and accommodating.

This was my fourth purchase at your company. The delivery went well until I found out that they would not attach my headboard to the platform. When I asked why, they said the brackets were not ordered, and they did not have any on the truck. The delivery people left and I called the store and left a message on the answering machine. After waiting 2 hours for a return call, I drove to the store. It turned out to be my salesman's day off so spoke with his associate. He heard me out, checked the order and of course found the brackets were not ordered. He was kind enough to give me a set of brackets.

The sales rep from Mattress Firm was great. She explained all the different prices and the ranges, what my options were and the packages that she could put together. She was very thorough. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. She just wanted me to make sure that I purchased what items were meeting my needs.

We needed a new mattress and Mattress Firm gave us the best deal. We bought a Beautyrest and Carlson said we could get the cooling technology. However, we had to get it replaced because we found the cooling technology wasn’t working. We went to visit our salesperson at the store and they scheduled to swap out. We’re currently trying out another one with the exact same model to see if it’s working. Our salesperson, Kana, was great. Plus, setting up the delivery was very easy. They’re very attentive and polite. They make sure that they get to your home clean. They wear their little red socks to protect their shoes when they come into the house.

I took my friend down to Mattress Firm because she needed a bed. I wanted her to go and buy a four-poster bed. I felt she deserved it but she wasn’t gonna do it. She bought a Mattress Firm bed and then I had to try one with her. I laid on a mattress and I was sold. I wasn’t looking at that moment but I have had some health issues with my back due to arthritis and that mattress just made me feel so much better. It was pretty quick and I don’t regret it at all. He just seemed to know and knew exactly what he was doing. The delivery guys were in and out and it was a great experience. They were very considerate and I couldn’t ask for anything better. There was a sales rep who helped me out and he was nice. I told him I knew what I was looking for and so, he just searched the ones that fit my price range and my specifications. I have two torn rotators in my shoulders and they fitted me with a great mattress, gave a great price, set up the delivery the next day (they arrived earlier than the time), and took away the old mattress. Both processes went perfect and I highly recommend Mattress Firm and will use them again in the near future. Great job guys!

We usually go to Sleepy's, but Mattress Firm took over that company so we figured out it's still the same company that we dealt with in the past. Recently we purchased a queen size bed from them. It's a good bed. It is nice and firm. We had a quick and painless experience. The sales rep gave us a good deal. They had toys for our daughter to play with to keep her busy so she won't jump on all the beds. On the other hand, we got bunk beds from Bob's but we didn't wanna get the mattresses from them, so we got them from Mattress Firm. We ordered three. Our kids love the mattresses and they're a lot more comfortable.

Everything has been great with Mattress Firm. We’d been there before and we really liked the manager that we talked to so we went back. We purchased a queen-size mattress with the two-way adjustable, the head and the foot base. We were thrilled enough with that one that we returned and bought another one which is a king-size. The delivery was good, but they need to fix their oil leaks on their truck. We got a big puddle in the driveway which would probably stain. Nevertheless, we're in love with the mattresses.

I bought a 14-inch hybrid mattress from Mattress Firm during their close-out sale. The sales rep spent a lot of time with me, we looked at a lot of different mattresses and I laid down on a lot of them. I was looking into trends of $1,000 to $3,000 and they had a pretty wide range. I needed a full mattress rather than a queen size, so it was hard to find them in close-outs, but he had this one that seems to be for sale for anywhere from $2,200 to $1,300, depending on the ads they're putting out. He had one model left and I asked to try it.

Our experience with Mattress Firm was very positive. We were in Massachusetts and we were buying a mattress for some place in Virginia. Mattress Firm has locations in both places so we went to their Massachusetts location to try out and pick out the beds and then have them delivered to Virginia the same day we got there. It was very helpful that we could do it in one location and sent it to another location easily. Plus, there was no delivery charge because they had a place there and the timing worked better.

We drove past a Mattress Firm and we were happy with the price and with the people that were there helping us. I was asking where Bed Bath and Beyond was to go get sheets and the sales rep said they were having a special on sheets. He showed them to me and I was happy with the selection. We’ve only washed it and slept in it a few nights, but so far it’s working well.

Their rep called me and said that the mattress has had a little water damage and she apologized for that. We’ve been looking for a mattress and knew of the Mattress Firm store, so we went there and got a Beautyrest Black. I worked with Tom and he was great. He didn’t like to suffocate us. He gave us great information, and he backed off, and then was around, like not lurking though. We weren’t intending to purchase one that night. We were information seeking, and we just went ahead. The delivery guys were awesome. I tipped them, and I don’t usually. They were on time and they called me early in the morning because they couldn’t fit me in earlier, but my schedule would allow it. There was a sale when we walked by Mattress Firm. We decided to purchase a bed, sheets, a mattress protector and a box spring from them. Their rep was very nice and he had very good knowledge of his products. Their delivery team was on time and they set everything up for us.

It took me a few days to get used to our new mattress but I have a 10-year warranty, so I'm kind of feeling it out to see if this is right for me. We laid on every mattress at Mattress Firm about 95 times because I didn't want to invest more money in something I was not gonna be happy with as much down the road. The reps were gracious. The manager was there and one young girl that was delightful. We got the iSeries and the adjustable base from them. We picked it up and everything was good.

Our experience with Mattress Firm was not very good. First of all, we didn't get the adjustable bases on time. We just got them three days later. The guys first came the first day that they were supposed to come, but then my husband asked them to leave the mattresses but he said they couldn't leave those mattresses without the entire order that we had ordered. So they promised my husband they'd be back the next day with the bases, but they didn't show up the next day. A different group of men showed up with the mattresses and they had to put those mattresses on their side because we didn't have the bases to set them on. They brought it out and when they did, the plastics fell out. One of the mattresses was fine, but the other one was completely torn up. So they had to take it back and put it back on the truck. We had to sleep on the air mattress over the weekend until Monday. We didn't get the other one until the 12th of August.

I like the bed that I bought from Mattress Firm and the price was what I was looking for. I had a good experience with their sales rep and I ended up going with the iComfort. Their staff worked fast to get me a good deal.

I always wanted to have a motorized mattress. In fact, I’ve been inside the Mattress Firm store at different times. The sales rep I worked with was nice. He knew a lot about the beds and that made me very happy. He helped me. When the bed was delivered, my wife was there and she told me the delivery team did a nice job of putting it together. It is beautiful and the memory foam has the adjustable feature. It also goes up and down and it has the vibration feature as well. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to a friend.

My experience with Mattress Firm has been really pleasant. They're close by and I went to them and bought a California king-size iSeries 500 Cushion Firm mattress. I worked with Eddie and he was a really nice guy. He was very patient and he spent a long time with me but he didn’t try and push anything on me. He just showed me all the different beds, and I picked the one I wanted.

I just came from Australia and I just got a place to rent. We asked someone where we could get a mattress and they said Sleepy’s. It was close to us and so, that was where we went. We bought a Mattress Firm bed and the bed head. The sales rep, Ray, was very good and personable. He was a helpful sort of bloke and a good lad. The delivery was fantastic and it was on time. They rang up and let me know what was going on. They came and put the bed together. It was all good.

My partner and I want to make sure that we get the best discount when we buy mattresses from Mattress Firm by combining our sales. We put them on our rental properties, and we have bought five or six ultra plush soft king sizes in the last four or five times. Mattress Firm has been great and they have been easy to work with. They deliver when they said they were gonna deliver. They sell a bunch of different products in the stores, which is always nice to have a good choice, too. The best thing is, I can go back to them or my partner and his wife can go back to them and say, “Hey, if you’ll pull up all of our accounts, you’ll see that we bought a lot from you in the last couple of years. I wanna buy another one, can you give me your best deal?” It’s always better than any deal they have in store.

After extensive research I purchased a Beautyrest mattress from at the time Sleepy's (now Mattress Firm). I love the mattress, my wife has back issues and the mattress has been great. However 2 years after purchase the seams are coming apart and the inside of the mattress are starting to come out. After unsuccessfully filing a claim with Mattress Firm I contacted the Manufacturer (Simmons) who pushed the process through. Just to be told I have an in store credit to replace my mattress. This would have been fine but they do not carry my mattress anymore, so I either buy a "lesser" bed, or spend $1500 for the equivalent replacement. I can find the bed elsewhere, but Mattress Firm only allows in store credit and will not simply replace my defective mattress with the same bed or equal quality/style, they see it as equal "price" which for my wife's needs does not mean the same as "quality."

BEWARE!! What you see is not always what you get. My husband and I went into a Mattress Firm in Nanuet, NY. We wanted to order a mattress and box spring for our son, who is in school in Va. We didn't want to spend a lot of money, as it is his last year in college. The salesgirl found us a very good mattress that was on "Clearance" and was in our price range. So far, so good. When I called to find out the time window for delivery, everything changed. Suddenly, the mattress was too damaged for delivery and if we wanted they could give us a "new" bed for $75.00 more. Unhappily we paid it because we were stuck and my son needed a bed.

I purchased a protective mattress cover from Mattress Firm since they were close and available. Plus the pricing wasn’t too bad. I also really enjoyed dealing with the sales rep, Gary. I initially talked to him on the phone then I went by there. I asked him if they give military discount and he did. He even gave me 15% instead of 10%. That was good. He said he floats around different stores but he gave me his phone number in case I wanted to buy something else. I will probably buy a mattress and a mattress bed spring and I will go though him because he was very nice. If someone asks me about Mattress Firm, I would also give them the sales rep that I had. I would even text Gary and let him know that someone I know is coming there and have him talked to them.

The Mattress Firm on Roswell Road had trouble getting the mattress we wanted for a guest room, but a young salesman there was able to find a similar mattress, if not better, at a reasonable price. He’s a nice kid. And he did a good job. Then the delivery team came in and set the new mattress up, and it went well.

I bought a mattress on a holiday special from Mattress Firm. The rep Josh was great, friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them!

We saw a Mattress Firm commercial on TV where the price and the payment were right. Their rep was very good and he told us about the difference in the mattresses so we could choose which firmness we wanted. We got an adjustable mattress frame and the mattress and we love them both. The delivery crew did a very good job too. They came right in, set up, explained everything to my husband and were gone within 15 minutes. We had a very good experience and we had very good results with the mattress and bed.

The sales rep was good as she was willing to give me a discount. Also, I had purchased the bed frame and then I realized that it would not fit, but I was able to refund it before it got delivered and I was grateful for that. The delivery people were real good guys too. I wanted early in the morning but got stuck in the later part of the afternoon, but the old mattress was out and the new one was in within 15 minutes.

I've gotten a mattress from Mattress Firm. It was overpriced but comfortable so I bought another one. The saleslady was knowledgeable and pleasant. My only complaint is that I was not informed that they don't do in-house financing now and that they sub it out to a credit card company. They should be upfront about that. They opened up a credit card in my name and then maxed it out, which did not make me happy. I'm going to pay that off here this month and make that go away. But other than that it was fine. The delivery of the mattress was five days after I bought the mattress and the delivery team was here in their delivery window.

Bought this mattress in Houston Texas, bought there before but this mattress I did spend more on, but has been the worse mattress ever, because they gave me a "deal", I could not return or exchange. It has been 2 years now and I have back pain EVERY DAY, I have tried putting a thick mattress cover, sleep on top of pillows, nothing helps, Will NEVER buy from them again, and I have credit with them, so dissatisfied, because I cannot do anything but throw away, and get one from Sam's. I feel that I was given a mattress that someone else had, never had a mattress that made dents in 4 months, and no I am not overweight, I am 51 and weight 125 lbs.

I bought from queen mattress from Mattress Firm in the past then last time, I bought two twin mattresses. My experience with them was always good, quick, and easy, which is very nice. Their reps were good at helping me find what I needed without trying to upsell and they met me where I was at. I had been to a different mattress store and since I’m young, that other store acted like I couldn’t afford anything and wasn’t going to buy anything. So I was very impressed that Mattress Firm treated me like I was really going to buy something because I was. Also, my experience with the mattresses has been great.

I’ve never had an adjustable bed and there was no charge for that, the promotion Mattress Firm were running at the time, so I got one bed. Then, the next weekend, I called back and I told them that I knew the promotion was over but if they gave me the same deal, I'd take another bed. So then I bought two of them. The rep I worked with pointed out the different units but she wasn't pushy and wasn't trying to sell me more expensive mattress. I definitely appreciated that. Also, my interaction with her was brief, which was nice because I was in a hurry. So, she did a great job there.

On the road, I see the Mattress Firm store in Totowa. I went in and Andrew, the sales guy, was fantastic. He provided me all support and helped me a lot in understanding how the product worked and during the delivery. He chose the appropriate product for my budget, and he helped me a lot to search for the appropriate product. Also, he gave me a very nice deal. We are really happy with him. It was really great and the product is fantastic. I bought all the mattresses for the whole family, and the family was really happy with all that. We are six, and we have one king and four queens. With the new beds, we are much better than in past and we are having a very nice rest time. I strongly recommended Mattress Firm and I recommend Andrew.

We bought a Beautyrest Bridgewater Firm mattress August 14, 2017. $1400 we spent and it has only been a year, so it is definitely under warranty. It has developed severe sags on the sides and has to be propped up with extra cushions underneath it is so bad. Our request for a warranty replacement was denied (they said) because our bed doesn't have enough slats? This bed was bought at a furniture store. We didn't build it. And the defect has nothing to do with the slats, the box spring, or rips, stains, or tears (we bought two different protective mattress covers from Mattress Firm). We feel like our replacement request was denied only because they didn't want to foot the cost of the replacement. I would not recommend Mattress Firm to anyone and I am certain that I will not do business with them in the future.

I have been using Mattress Firm at home for about two years now. I'm also a repeat customer. I recently got a full-sized Beautyrest mattress, and the sales representative who sold it to me was informative, funny, and fast. I went in pre-conceived to leave there with a bed, but I just didn't know which one, and he helped. I had it delivered afterwards. My son loves it, and he gets a good night's sleep. It's comfortable.

I found a lovely green futon mattress on the Mattress Firm website, a natural and not-too-dark green with a decorative tan cord along the seam. I purchased this mattress but what I actually got was a darker mattress with no cord. When I enquired about this I was told that I received the mattress I ordered, the picture I saw was advertising the futon frame (even though it was the picture linked to the forest green color of the mattress I bought). I'm still in correspondence with a representative so not sure yet how this might resolve. Meanwhile Mattress Firm gets 2 stars for speedy delivery but false advertising.

I'd bought from Mattress Firm before and recently, I purchased a Serta queen-size mattress. My experience with their sales rep was pleasant. The delivery was great as well. Both times I had to change something out and both went fine. They were very accommodating.

I was looking for more affordable mattresses and I needed more than one. I had heard a lot of good things about Mattress Firm and I thought that they would be the best. Being able to speak to someone online on the little chat thingy was the biggest help. The rep was able to ask how much I was looking to spend on how many mattresses. I was able to answer that I needed two mattresses under $700, and they did it. The representative helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I got a king-size bed from Mattress Firm and the saleslady was very nice and patient. She helped us go through all the different options. The delivery was very quick and convenient. The mattress is comfortable. We really like it and we're overall happy with our purchase.

Well I simply went to the store at the Cedar Hill, Tx location to view mattresses. The manager was extremely pushy and my mother felt pressured to give her information to obtain the financing details. After this I asked a question about the adjustable base out of curiosity. However that was apparently a bad idea because the manager then pressured my mom into adding that to the items we would have on hold. She clearly did not want it, however he wouldn't take no for an answer. We did not agree to purchase anything but they made us place it "on hold" so we'd have time to think about it. He assured us that we were not placing an order, simply putting it on hold and we DID NOT sign any paperwork although I did bring the printed documents stating the potential prices.

In July I purchased a King mattress and a low boxspring for my summer house on Cape Cod, which was to be delivered the following weekend. The mattress arrived, along with half of the box spring. The delivery people said they had no responsibility for the other half of the box spring because the order was placed wrong. The store manager said it was the delivery people's mistake, and he had no responsibility for it. Eventually they agreed to deliver the other half box spring the following weekend. That next weekend I waited for hours and finally received a call that the delivery truck had broken down. No half box spring. On the THIRD weekend of the summer that I spent waiting for my half box spring, the truck showed up on time but they refused to take my old mattress and box spring, which had been part of the deal.

We recently purchased a king and a queen size mattress from Mattress Firm, and the delivery team arrived at the wrong time. They had to adjust the bedframe and didn't have one single tool, so I had to loan them tools out of my small packet. They also didn’t know what they were doing, putting the bed together. I told them that the mattress was going to be below the level of the bottom of the headboard. In other words, if you’re sleeping and you push up on a pillow, it could slide between the mattress and the bottom of the headboard. They said it was all right because the mattress is thick. I had to have my son-in-law come and absolutely adjust what they didn’t know how to or want to adjust. It wasn’t professional at all. But my experience with the rep was terrific. He was really attentive and he tried to help me with any questions I had.

There is a Mattress Firm store near the house where I just moved in. I checked in the store and I looked for something that was in my budget, not something too fancy that I can't afford. I asked the seller what does he recommend and I went on it. My experience with the sales rep was good and he answered all my questions. I bought a mattress and a frame, and the mattress has been good.

I purchased a mattress only from Mattress Firm and was told that the sale was buy a full size mattress but pay the price of a twin size. After purchasing, l discovered l could purchased a better mattress and box spring included for less. However, I received a call asking for my experience of my purchase. After expressing my views I received a follow call from the store where I purchased the mattress. I found the salesperson rude and unprofessional not allowing me to express myself. I would urge anyone to shop around before going to Mattress Firm. I am almost guaranteed you will find a lower price. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased a $500 mattress at a Salisbury, NC store for a guest bedroom that would only be used several times a year. My nephew came to visit over the summer and slept on it for just under a month and the mattress is sagging terribly down the center from top to bottom. My nephew is 5'5" and weighs 116 lbs. I downloaded the silly measuring device from the warranty claim site and submitted all the pictures they requested. Mattress Firm claims the mattress meets manufacturers' standards and to make matters worse they offer a 2nd opinion from a third party for $80. This was definitely too good to be true. I don't want my money back, I just want a comfortable mattress that I paid for. I have a mattress that I purchased brand new from the flea market 12 years ago and it has not sagged. This company's dependability is just like their mattresses... sagging.

I went to Mattress Firm and got a great deal on a mattress thanks to a very helpful associate. However the day of delivery someone else called me and said my mattress was no longer available and I’d have to pick out something else. There was nothing comparable to what I’d already bought and paid for. I had to settle for a far inferior mattress.

I purchased a mattress October 10th or 11th of 2017, it was delivered October 13th of 2017. The delivery team put approximately 20 holes in my walls and broke a clock. My daughter was home for the delivery and after telling them several times to stop she was ignored. After they left she called the store and spoke with Tony Waldren, the manager of the South Bend, IN location. I also spoke with him later that day when I came home from work. He apologized and asked for pictures of the damages, which we sent to him, and promised it would be taken care of. There is an estimate of $700 or more in damages, including but not limited to repairing the holes, repainting, and replacing the clock.

I needed a mattress for my truck and my wife told me that Mattress Firm has some decent mattresses. I bought one for my queen bed and another one was for a twin bed in my truck. The sales rep was nice and very helpful. I went and picked them up from the store. The beds are comfortable and I enjoy them.

We were eating right next door to Mattress Firm and then walked in. We laid on the iComfort and the rep talked us into buying it. He was good and very friendly. When the bed was delivered, one of the legs was broken, but they brought out a new leg within the next week. I'd recommend them.

There is a Mattress Firm store down the road from my house and there was a sale for the 4th of July. I got a memory foam mattress with an adjustable base and the sales rep I dealt with was professional. He showed me what I needed. But apparently, I was sold a product that was out of stock. It was back-ordered and it took a long time to come in. I wasn’t made aware of that at purchase and I slept on an air mattress for a couple of weeks. The delivery was almost a month after I bought the product. Next time, I would probably go shop somewhere else.

We figured it was time to get a new mattress since we had our other one for a long time. With Mattress Firm close by, we decided on going with them. The first sales rep that we dealt with was good. But when we were supposed to pick up our mattress, the second rep got our purchase all mixed up so we had to go back to the store. We got the BlackICE mattress and we like it. So far, Mattress Firm has been okay.

I purchased a mattress 60 days ago. I'm miserable and they charge 10% to restock it. They are the only mattress company that requires this in addition to delivery fee x2. It's costing me $330 to return something I can't use. I will never buy from Mattress Firm again. So disheartening.

I hadn’t bought a mattress in 20 years. I saw a Mattress Firm ad on TV about the financing over one year and I said I’d definitely go there and hope I could find something. I went to the other stores and people there would simply tell you to look or they don't even wait on you. I simply sat there, bounced around looking. I went to Mattress Firm only looking to see what it would be and the young lady that waited on me was so nice and informative. She had the beds laid out to try them. It was on the 4th of July and I didn’t even know they were gonna be open, so I was very pleased. They also offered low monthly payments. I bought a full-size mattress and I like it. The delivery guys arrived on the time they said they would and they even delivered it on a Sunday. I was amazed. I’ve told my friends how great their people were.

The financing option made us purchase a King size bed from Mattress Firm. Their reps were very knowledgeable and we had an easy experience with them. The delivery team was very good, friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a really good experience.

On October 25th, 2016, we purchased a Beautyrest Bridgewater Firm mattress for our second home in Kitty Hawk, NC. Important to note, a second home that we winterize, and spend, at maximum, 6 months a year. In other words, there is below average wear and tear on a brand new mattress. Upon our recent visit, my wife sat on this Master bedroom bed (where my father in law normally sleeps) and noticed the side of the mattress was very soft. As we tried the bed along each side, we realized significant inconsistencies in the structure of the mattress. We then stripped the covers off the bed to scrutinize the mattress itself - wherein a significant depression/hole was immediately evident.

My boyfriend got his bed from Mattress Firm a few years ago and he really liked it. So, that's the first place we went to for my bed. Their rep helped us and was able to look up exactly what my boyfriend had purchased, and we tried that out. I ended up going with something else, but the rep was great. I got a mattress and then they had some special where an adjustable base came with it, and I got a pillow too. It was a great purchase. My back and my neck are a whole lot better now. So, the experience was great and the sales are always good too. I've also told my mom about going to check there for her mattress.

I wanted something comfortable and bought a mattress from Mattress Firm. It's a lot firmer and its box spring rises up and down. Their sales rep was excellent. She explained everything to me about the mattress and how to get a better sleep and it worked. I also bought a California king size mattress from them before, and its quality was very good. I will recommend Mattress Firm to my friends.

I purchased a mattress and box spring from Mattress Firm and it’s absolutely a much more comfortable mattress than what I had before. The location of the Mattress Firm store I went to was convenient for me. The sales rep there asked me a bunch of questions like what I was looking for or how it was gonna be used and then he made a couple of suggestions. He was awesome. Then a delivery company brought my purchase in and they did a great job. They took the plastic off and took it with them. I had an excellent experience and I’ll buy other mattresses there when I need to replace the ones that I have.

My boyfriend and I were in need of a mattress and we bought a Sleepy's Slumber mattress from Mattress Firm. It was better priced than the other places we went to, which were expensive. The sales rep who worked with us was nice, too.

I bought a Sealy plush mattress at the Mattress Firm in El Paso Tx, it was very mushy and smelled like they sprayed it to hide the fact that it was used. They charged me for a NEW mattress, but delivered a very USED mattress!!! Disgusting!!!
