I have back issues & the salesman Mitch **, in the Downingtown showroom, helped us to find a bed that was great for my sleepless nights and back pain. His customer service was very professional and we will be recommending our friends & family to check Mattress Firm out.

Mattress Firm was close to my house and was running a sale so we decided to buy a Tulo mattress, which has a memory foam. I also got a mattress cover and a box-spring. The sales representative was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was he said that if I didn’t like it and I had them come back to get it and give me a refund, I would be charged a delivery fee of $79. Meanwhile, I called a different Mattress Firm store, and they said that they do not charge for the pick-up if a customer is dissatisfied with the mattress. So, that bothered me because the guy that I bought it from didn’t want to take the mattress back with that big of a sale. That part irritated me, but it got taken care of only because I spoke to a different store.

I drove past Mattress Firm and needed a mattress at that time so I went there and bought one and two box springs. Their sales rep was really good and knowledgeable. He gave me his opinions about the different types of mattresses. He asked what I was sleeping on at that time, which they also had in the store, but he gave me the most comparable mattress to the one I had. Then, I had my items delivered and they showed up on time. It's been a week and a half and I've been sleeping better and more soundly. I also feel more refreshed when I get up. It was at a good price because I don’t necessarily go cheap on a good mattress. I’m busy and have to sleep well because if not, I wouldn't be able to focus and do my job. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd tell my friends that it's a good choice to go with Mattress Firm.

It went great with Mattress Firm's customer service. We set up an appointment time and they showed up. We got to try their bed out. We thought it was going to work for us, but it didn't. I ended up sending it back. Mattress Firm honored the guarantee and everything they said they would. I'd buy from them again when I'm ready. It was a pleasant experience. The people were knowledgeable about what they did, and they stood behind their product.

I’ve purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm before, and recently I purchased a full-size bed and frame. The bed is in a guest room, and guests have commented that it’s comfortable. The Mattress Firm sales representative were great in the store. They weren’t real pushy. I described what I wanted, and they showed me things within my price range, without trying to upsell. They were absolutely wonderful. Delivery was quick. I live in a gated community though, and I specifically told them that they had to be here before 5:00 and was clear about it, otherwise they won't get in the gate. When they called to give me the time frame, it was between 1:00 and 8:00 or 3:00 and 8:00. When I was notified about it, I had to get some special permissions. I didn’t expect that because I’ve never had that with them before. They’re usually pretty good about respecting gate times for deliveries.

I had a very excellent and professional service with Mattress Firm. The return policy they have speaks volumes and makes e a difference, especially if I buy a mattress every 20 years and I got one that’s maybe too hard or too soft. They give 120 days to exchange the mattress if I have a problem with it, and it's not limited to one brand. Like if I buy a Tempur-Pedic and I want to go to their generic brand, they would allow that. They also allow to swap it out as many times, but it has to be before the 120 day mark. I had mine swapped out for another mattress, and the second time was a charm. But then the box spring was a little ripped which they replaced.

The Mattress Firm salesman was great. He was very professional and thorough with his explanation. I bought a stand-alone box spring and mattress and I'm getting comfortable with it. I also ordered a box-spring for my daughter, but it was really shoddy construction. The corners were falling apart as soon as we got it. It’s a piece of junk, so I’m going to return it. The stand-alone with the hydraulics adjustment is nice, and I like the memory foam mattress I bought so far.

Mattress Firm was close to where we lived when we lived there. The sales rep was good and answered my questions. Our mattress was delivered and the delivery guys were very pleasant. They were very nice, quick, and they made sure they covered their feet. We like our new mattress better than our previous one which was old.

There's a whole bunch of Mattress Firm down here. It's the place to go if you need a mattress. Everybody that I encountered at Mattress Firm is really nice. Their sales rep was nice. I bought two mattresses from him. I bought a mattress from him before I actually got this one that I have now. initially, when I went to my first Mattress Firm, I dealt with him who walked me through all the mattresses to see what we wanted, what is our size. He showed what mattresses would be better for us. And he helped us pick one out and he went off of how much we're trying to spend. He didn't force anything on us, which I like. Because I hate when try to push you to something that you know you can't afford or something that you don't really want.

Recently I purchased three queen-sized mattresses from Mattress Firm. The mattresses have not been delivered yet and I need to set the dates. But the sales rep was really nice and they listened to my needs.

Mattress Firm honored the return of our bed frame! We are very please with them!

I went to a couple other mattress stores then I checked out Mattress Firm where I ended up buying a queen size mattress. They were running a Black Friday weekend special and the salesperson, who was also the manager, talked me into getting the adjustable base that adjusts on both ways, head and foot. The salesperson who did most of the looking with me seemed very informed and was able to overcome some of the objections that I had from a cost perspective. Even more, I was very impressed with the delivery team. They were very quick, they knew what they were doing, and I haven’t had any issues with the delivery. I now seem to be sleeping okay, not excellent, but it’s not necessarily the bed’s fault.

I went to three different Mattress Firms. The sales clerk from the first one I went to was helpful and friendly. But the store had a very bad odor for some reason. I know sometimes mattresses can give off a really strange smell so we ended up not buying a mattress there. And then I went to another one and there was only one clerk in the store. And I waited 15 minutes. And I just couldn't wait any longer, so I left as she was helping somebody else. And then, I ended up going to the third one that I bought the bed from. The rep was the sweetest and very helpful clerk. And it was a very pleasant experience with that one. I got the memory foam which was fairly new to the store. I bought two twin beds from them and they're in the extra bedroom for guests.

A friend of mine bought a mattress from Sleepy's and he was very satisfied with it. We went to the same place and it had Mattress Firm on it. Apparently, they bought Sleepy's. This is the location at the corner of Tryon and Walnut in Cary. We just bought a new house and decided to move our old queen size bed into the guest bedroom. We wanted to buy a king size bed and if it was going to get a king size, I wanted to get the right mattress. The gentleman who was working there that evening, his name was Ricky, was a fantastic guy. I laid down on every mattress in that store and Ricky was really helpful. He knew the products up and down. Eventually we settled on a mattress that was super-comfortable for me and my wife so we told Ricky we'd come back for it. He gave me his card and he wrote all the information down on it.

I seem to be getting deeper sleep using the hybrid mattress with an adjustable base I bought at Mattress Firm. They had great reps and the delivery was good. I also have a relative who works for the company.

The mattress is very nice. It's a king size and I'm enjoying it. The sales and delivery teams were very nice. The delivery guys called and let me know they were coming. And they came on time. I would recommend Mattress Firm.

We got a twin bed from Mattress Firm and my daughter likes it. The sales team was great. They were professional, courteous and fun. Delivery was great as well.

I purchased a mattress and a box spring at Mattress Firm and we're very happy with what we purchased. It was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was easy, and we were in and out in an hour. We tried mattresses and bought one, all in that time. The rep was friendly, courteous, listened to what we wanted and didn’t push too much on us. We also tried a little bit of what he recommended. Comfort and size wise and everything that we were told in the store, was true

We were looking to buy a new mattress and Mattress Firm had a couple of interesting items that excited us. At the time we went in, we were the only customers there and we spent a great deal of time with their rep. He showed us the mattress, we tested it by laying on it and he was very cordial. He was also not rushing us. We had a wonderful experience with him. We had the mattress delivered and the delivery team was professional and polite. They gave us a two-hour window and they came in during the time they had designated. They had to climb up two steps, then they set the bed up. There were two men but they managed it. We're very satisfied with the product. We do have 120 days to test the mattress and see whether that is what we want to keep. We've only had it for about 30 days and we're very pleased with it so far. Mattress Firm did all that we could expect from buying a mattress.

We bought a king mattress, and a queen mattress from Mattress Firm, and their sales representative was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. Both of the mattresses are very good, and we’re very restful after a good night’s sleep on it. It gives more of a relief, although it’s not soft. We’re very happy with it. This was our first time purchasing from Mattress Firm, and we had a very good experience.

There was a Black Friday sale at Mattress Firm and I bought a queen size bed and pillow from them. They have good customer service. Their rep showed me everything and answered my questions. My uncle helped me put the bed together and setting it up was easy. I like the bed and overall, I'm happy with my experience with Mattress Firm.

A day before Veteran's day, I went to Mattress Firm and by the time I entered their door, their customer service was awesome. They decided to be at work on the holiday and the guy was very cheerio. The chemistry plus personality and customer service were the keys that made me purchase a mattress from them. I told the guy that I had found mattresses early in that year and my hip was fine on it. I said the comfort level I wanted in a mattress and he had me to lay on various mattresses. He was truly a pleasure to work with. There were only two of their staff that I spoke to and they were very informative and knowledgeable about the product. My husband and I love the mattress' quality. It’s high up but it is comfortable. I’m very satisfied with my experience. It was a warm and inviting feeling overall, and I have instructed a friend to go there.

We know other people have gotten stuff from Mattress Firm and they were satisfied. We told the sales rep we wanted a good mattress that was firm. He was pleasant. He explained what they had and that was it. I got the best mattress that they had and the automatic bed with the adjustable frames. We're enjoying it very much. The delivery team was fantastic, too. I'd tell friends that we had a very good experience with Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm was the closest one to where we live so we bought a mattress for our guest room where my daughter stays when she visits. She was the one who did the decisions and the pay offs. Their reps were very good and helpful. We picked up the mattress because we wanted it right away. Then, we went in a few days later and bought some box springs. I'm happy with Mattress Firm.

I'd purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm but it didn't work out. It was made out of memory foam and all I did was stick to it and I couldn't move. I went back and there was another guy there and he was able to get me into a light mattress, the one that has all the springs in it because I've got metal in my back. It costs a thousand more but it was the right mattress, and he was helpful in getting it to me and everything that I needed to go with it. Because I'm overheating the bed, he got me the mattress top that goes onto it to keep my back cold. He also matched me up with the pillows that stay cold.

Mattress Firm is one of the local dealers on Dixie Highway that I knew was there. I looked around for a long time and they gave us a real good deal and worked with us. I bought a Split King with an adjustable frame with a memory foam hybrid mattress. We bought it on Black Friday and it's working great for us. The reps treated us real well. Also, the delivery guys were right on time and cleaned up after themselves, and the bed was ready to go when they walked out the door. I enjoyed the experience.

My fiancé lives in Wichita, Kansas and I live in Martin, Oklahoma. I had moved and I needed a new mattress. Because Mattress Firm has a store in both locations, we could test the same mattress by ourselves. Sometimes we'd be sitting there and talking on the phone while testing the mattresses, but it worked. I first bought one of those things with the base and the vibrating bed, and with the head and feet being able to move. We also bought two extra twins. My fiancé wrecked his back a couple of times so he didn't like the first mattress we bought. The sales rep explained it all to us, but they missed something that we did not like with the seam in the middle when we had the two extra twins. If we had thought about it long and hard, we might have decided against that. We did not like having that division in the middle, and now we just have a king.

My boyfriend and I had been talking about getting a king size for a while 'cause the three I bought last year were queens and we'd been wanting a king. Mattress Firm is really close to my house, and I was on the way home and I thought it was the same place I bought beds from last year. It wasn't, but it all worked out. There were two gentlemen reps, and they were very helpful. They each knew a lot about the products that Mattress Firm carries. They were also really good at working together, doing the finance and making sure I got a good deal, so I went home with the bed. Also, I love the delivery app. It would inform me of how far away they were. They gave me a little GPS map and it would send me a text message, which was really cool. I didn't have to wonder when they were coming. That's a really impressive idea.

My grandparents had a water bed for almost 40 years, and my purchase from Mattress Firm, a king bed and the adjustable base, is an upgrade. They love it. Delivery was a mess, though. They delivered the incorrect one and couldn't find the one that I purchased. It was put in another box. They never found it so they just brought me a different one. However, I would recommend Mattress Firm. The sales reps knew what they were talking about.

We were Harvey victims and we had five feet of water in our home. And so, we’ve had to replace just about everything in our home, including all three mattresses. Mattress Firm was having a great sale and they were at a convenient location to where I’m living. Russ, who was a salesperson, was very nice and personable. He didn’t come on strong. He gave me a lot of good information and he educated me about mattresses. He was very pleasant to deal with. The deal was where the adjustable piece came with the mattress. But then, I upgraded to the whole lift and we’re real happy with those.

My in-laws purchased their mattress last year from Mattress Firm and after they told us where, my husband and I went and picked a bed. We moved into a townhouse and we got rid of our old bed, so we had the mattress scheduled to be delivered on the day that we moved in. Two delivery guys came and one of them went up two or three steps while the other one stayed at the floor. Then they had an attitude, said that the mattress won't fit, and refused to even attempt to put it up the stairs. They said that if anything gets damaged then we’re responsible. I told them there had to be a way because our neighbor has a king size and all the townhouses here are the same layout. Yet the delivery guys left and we didn’t have a bed to sleep on. I’m pregnant and we thought we were getting a nice bed. It was very frustrating and we were exhausted from the move.

Tried to deliver a "pre-owned" mattress rather than the new one we ordered. Could not get the order correct. Endless wait times, non responsive e-mail addresses. Would not cancel the order and refund the money. They also mis-represented the box spring- we needed to assemble. Poor customer service and a bait and switch scammer operation.

I purchased a queen-size, extra firm bed at Mattress Firm. Adam was my salesman and he was really good. My girlfriend and I were in there and he let us take our time when he showed us different beds. He didn't rush us and he let us make up our own mind. He was also real friendly. Delivery was fine but I still don't have my headboard yet and the delivery company misdelivered my plastic mattress cover to another customer. I was hoping to get a phone call today with a two-hour window that my headboard was going to be delivered, and as of right now, I haven't gotten a phone call for that either. Customer service tried to appease me but they couldn't.

I purchased a box spring which was good for what we needed it for. The Mattress Firm sales rep was great and my experience was perfect. We found what we needed right away, and it wasn't a long process.

I was with my mother when I bought my mattress and the people at Mattress Firm were all very nice and courteous. After delivery, they put the mattress together for me and everything was fine. I would recommend other people.

My son’s mattress needed a new replacement and we purchased one from Mattress Firm, which was the only one we have in town. We also got the box spring. Our sales representative took us through the whole process and then limit it down to what my son liked. Mattress Firm has good customer service. They did what they needed to and they were on top of everything.

We’d seen Mattress Firm's ad in the paper. And we’d seen it while we were driving down the road, so we went in, and saw what we wanted. Their rep did a good job. He was a very good salesman. And he was a big guy, and I’m a pretty good sized guy, so he knew what my problem was. And so, he steered us to the good stuff. We bought twin beds with the really good mattresses made by Simmons. And we knew about Simmons from years ago owning Simmons furniture. So, we were impressed with that, and they’re nice mattresses. We got the bed frames, box springs, and the mattresses. And we never had twin beds before so we also got covers for the mattresses, some sheets, and a couple of blankets.

This is my second time I went to Mattress Firm. It was Sleepy’s before at the same location. The store was neat, too. The first time we purchased, it was my bed. It was good, and we rely on that. We wanted to have a better mattress. It is used daily, so we need something to get comfort. We recently bought a mattress for my parents. There were only two reps and we were only two customers at that time. Each rep was busy, but I appreciate the person who went with us. He spent time and engaged with us. He threw his experience about the mattresses, and he helped us to choose the good one. I would definitely say that he did a good job.

Mattress Firm's customer service skills are really good and on point. Their sales representative, John, was great. He tried to work with me on the price and tried to get me a great deal. I told him what type of mattress I was sleeping on and what I was looking for. And he recommended some good stuff. I purchased an adjustable bed frame and a mattress. The delivery was fast and easy, and the delivery guys were very punctual. They were supposed to come between 10:00 and 12:00 and they came at 9:00. They were good and they fixed the base up and they showed me how to use it.

Mattress Firm were honest folks to deal with, so I didn’t feel like I needed to do a whole lot of shopping. I bought two Serta twin XL, combined to create the king size bed. It’s motion based. If I’m hurting throughout the day, it helps at the end of the day at bed. The least desirable part I’ve experienced was the delivery. I’m supposed to get a call 30 minutes to an hour before they arrive and they didn’t. Instead, they called when they were out front and so, I wasn’t quite prepared for that. And then, once they came in and saw the mattress, the guy said, "I don’t think we can take that.” And I said, “Well, they said at the store that they could.” Then he said that they lie at the store, so they can sell a mattress. It’s not professional to talk about your company like that.

Mattress Firm was close to my place so I dropped in, liked some of the mattresses that they offered and I purchased them. I bought two low mattresses, a king size mattress, and a medium one. Their sales rep was very informative and very helpful for me to make my decisions. The delivery was perfect. It was delivered on the second day after I ordered it. I like that I could find a mattress within the budget that I’m looking for and the people at the store were very welcoming. They made me feel at home, comfortable to shop, and it made the entire experience much easier.

I'm a return customer and my experience with Mattress Firm has been excellent. I really like the service there and I really like the store. I bought my mattress and some pillows that were scented. The pillows are very nice. They’re soft. They have a nice piña colada smell and the scent stays in a long time. We’ve had it for a year now and I can still smell mine. It is so comforting. When my head hits that pillow, I smell the scent and I just doze off. The sales rep who's a young man really worked with me. But when we decided to give the pillows for Christmas, they were out of stock. They don’t sell it anymore. I needed nine, and he went through a whole bunch of trouble to get those pillows for me. He called other stores and he had them shipped in and called me when they came. I told my friends about the pillows and they love it.

Purchased a king headboard online 10/25/17. Delivery was made with no notice of shipped date or eta over a month later to our second part time mountain home in Flagstaff. Delivery was left out in the yard and in the rain... The box was totally destroyed and headboard soiled so shipping carton was disposed. Also it was the wrong headboard delivered in an oatmeal color but we had ordered a dark gray. Many emails have gone back and forth with no resolution and hardly any human information. Calls on the phone holding for over 30 minutes per call with no customer service picking up. We have purchased 2 king mattress sets recently and all was good with that process. This headboard purchase is very disappointing with us receiving the wrong item. We would NEVER do business with this company ever again. I hope many nice people read this and choose a different company.

Mattress Firm delivered our bed in September and damaged our floor with a 13" deep scratch. Now it's December and they still have taken no responsibility for this damage. It's time to take them to court.

The Mattress Firm people on the phone were outstanding when I ordered a mattress, an adjustable frame, and a mattress pad. It was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. It took three phone calls to finally get somebody tell me they were out of stock, and that was horrible. I’d gotten rid of my old bed so I slept on the floor for a night. I was not happy about that at all. Other than not having my product, everything was fine. The supervisor was helpful when they decided to replace my bed with something else. The delivery team delivered on Sunday and they were outstanding.

I moved to Texas and I was trying to match the bed I had back in New York. I was looking up on Google and Mattress Firm seemed to have good reviews. I bought just the mattress from them because the bed was one of those with the beams. I also bought a mattress frame and box spring for one of my kids. It’s great working with them. When I couldn't get used to the mattress I initially bought, I got a different one and the exchange was very easy to do. I got one of their main brand ones and so far, I like it and it's more comfortable.

I wanted a new bed and I happened to be driving by and saw Mattress Firm. I stopped and checked out what they offered and they had a pretty solid deal. They said they could finance me with zero interest so I told them to make it happen. I also liked the guy I was talking to at first. I was with my buddy at that time and the rep talked to us like we were people. He was relatable, told us about his Thanksgiving weekend, and wasn't just someone trying to sell us a mattress. While we were talking, another guy came in and he excused themselves to talk. That gave me and my buddy plenty of time to talk about which mattress could work out because he was going to take my old mattress and I was getting a new one.

We bought a comfort firm twin mattress from Mattress Firm, and we had a good experience. Their sales representative was very professional.

We needed to get a second bed for one of our bedrooms. We got a Beautyrest, and the man from Mattress Firm really helped us. He was very nice. The delivery team was very good about coming in. They ran a little late, but that was all right. It worked out good. We tell our family about them, too. They’re always curious about where we buy stuff, and they always want to know how they are. We also met some nice people in there who were looking for a soft bed. We told her that the beds that we got were so comfortable, and we were real pleased with them.

The Mattress Firm rep was really helpful. I was looking to replace my daughter's mattress which was in really bad shape. I didn't have a lot of cash so I was just starting really low, then the rep was really good about showing us what they can. We then kept looking a little bit more. I found some that we really like and they were on sale. He told us quite a bit about them. Instead of one, we ended up with two mattresses that have a real pillow-y top to it, and we were able to finance it instead of me just paying cash. I still got great pricing though, and it was really a great experience.

We purchased a standard firm mattress from Mattress Firm. We liked their selection and good assistance during the sale. Their sales rep was knowledgeable and straight-forward. Our delivery experience was very positive.

I bought a couple of adjustable bases from Mattress Firm in Alpharetta, GA worth $1100. Sales rep was very clear in explaining that it will fit any bed frame since we didn't have our bed frame delivered at the time of purchase. Frame was delivered 3rd day after adjustable bases were delivered and turned out, they don't fit into the bed frame. I chatted with someone on Mattressfirm.com and they said local store rep would call me to discuss however no one called me. I called the local store today. Rep says that adjustable bases will not be returned under any circumstances. And if it doesn't fit into the bed, he suggested to put it on Craigslist instead of helping with solutions. Appreciate if you can help here to solve this issue. Product was delivered on 12/11/17.

The Mattress Firm store is a few minutes away from where I live. The sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a mattress most recently but I also purchased one from them another time and have had it for two years now. So, now I have two mattresses, and they’re great and holding up well. Mattress Firm made shopping a breeze. I picked what I wanted and it was delivered when I was told it would be. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

I went to Sleep Number and the bed that I wanted was like $8,000. I didn’t want to spend that much money even though the bed was amazing. So, I decided to go to Mattress Firm. The manager there was really nice. He helped us and everything was going smooth at that point. But I didn’t know that there was full disclosure as far as how long it was going to take. He told us that it was coming from somewhere else, but it just took forever before I got the bed. I had to keep calling and calling and calling. Every time I called them, they told me, “No. We haven’t received the product." I finally called the general manager and he went to the store. Then within a week or two after that, I got the bed.

Mattress Firm was local and convenient. I had gotten a king mattress set from them and we got the twin mattress set for my niece not that long ago. Their reps were really helpful. We went in and told them what we were looking for. They showed us what they had and let us take the time to decide what we wanted. They answered every question we had. The only thing that was kind of a pain was I had to drive all the way to the other town to get the one that we decided on because they didn’t have it in stock at the store. Other than that, my experience with Mattress Firm went really well.

I bought a queen size full bed, a king size full bed, a couple of pillows, and some waterproof cover. I was a great deal and the salesperson was good, very thorough and knew his stuff. We paid for the beds to be dropped off when the house is done being rebuilt so the delivery is on waiting. And when I need to take it, I just have to call and then they’ll drop them off. So, if you need a mattress, go to Mattress Firm.

Purchased a Serta iComfort from Mattress Firm in early 2012. The Mattress Firm employee told us the bed has a lifetime warranty and any impression in the mattress 2 inches or more would constitute replacement. Only 2 years after purchase the mattress had a significant impression. I contacted Mattress Firm to start the warranty process and was told after an inspection that it qualified for replacement. Several months passed without hearing from Mattress Firm. When I called I was informed all warranty issues will now be handled by the manufacturer and I would have to start the process over with Serta. Serta was impossible to deal with!

Everything was fine with Mattress Firm and the sales rep was very good. The only thing that puzzled me was that she convinced me I ought to buy this new mattress. She said, “What if I fill in the two pillows? Would that do it?” And rather than say yes, I hesitated a minute, and then I bought the mattress. But I didn’t get the pillows. I might have misunderstood her, but I didn’t think I did. And the first time I ordered the first mattress, it took me 100 years to get the sheets that I ordered.

I went to the Mattress Firm store to look at a mattress. I also went to other places and I really like the sales person at Mattress Firm so I went back. They weren’t pressure kind of people. They were relaxed and I liked that about them. That’s nice and refreshing. We must have lied on about 40 beds that day and I love the manager of the store who waited on us and showed us the mattress. The delivery team was very nice though they were a little late. We had a good experience with them. I love the bed and my husband loves it, too. It’s so comfortable. I would definitely tell my friends about Mattress Firm. I really like them better than Mattress Warehouse.

I went into a Mattress Firm across street Lowe's near the mall in Winston Salem, NC, looking for a bed. The manager Andrew, he said he was the manager and wouldn't give me a card as he said he did not have one, he wore a man bun. This man named Andrew was nice until I asked my husband to take a picture of the bed, cause I saw one almost identical online with free delivery and was less expensive. Andrew then started saying I was rude at least 4 to 5 times as I was laying on the bed. I was very shocked at the way he was attacking me. There were two other employees there and they said nothing and were looking down at the desk they were sitting at, like they were embarrassed by their manager's behavior.

Mattress Firm has failed to perform its contractual obligations to me as a customer. When looking for a mattress, prospective buyers should be cautious about transacting business with Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm made a promise to deliver its product 12 days after the exchanging funds. Mattress Firm called the day before the scheduled delivery date apologizing to say they did not have the product and promised to have the product delivered in another 7 days. Today the day before Mattress Firm was rescheduled to deliver the product, my wife initiated contact with Mattress Firm to confirm the delivery. Only she was told the product was still not available for delivery and requested another delivery date 4 days later.

I wanted to buy a mattress from the store that I could check things out here in Connecticut, and still get something down in Florida. The Mattress Firm sales rep described the different beds I was looking at. He gave me good information about the types of mattresses. I kind of knew the type of mattress that I was looking for when I went in, but I didn’t know if I was gonna go with a medium firm or a firm mattress. He was very helpful in figuring out which one might be more suitable. Once he helped me get it narrowed down and realizing that I still have their trial period guarantee, that made it easy to make the purchase.

Our first purchase from Mattress Firm was a bed. Then, our second purchase was a four-person hot tub. They gave us the best deal and their sales representative was cool, professional and courteous. However, the shipping experience wasn’t the best but that wasn’t them. That was UPS Freight. They called and said they would deliver it on this day, and then they didn't show up. Then they said they'll do it this day and still, they didn't show up. I wound up telling the supervisor at UPS that if their delivery guy is not here in the next 45 minutes, I’m going to send it back. They showed up later that day and it was annoying. Nonetheless, it was a great experience with Mattress Firm.

We bought a Tempur-Pedic from Mattress Firm about nine years ago. We went back to the store again and the sales representative showed us around. They had the mattress set up where we can try out the different ones to figure out the range of mattress we’re looking for and we purchased a Beautyrest Hybrid which is a memory foam. The delivery team gave us a window time when they’d be here. The guys showed up and hooked the mattress.

We liked the way Mattress Firm dealt with us and we've been very happy with the quality of the items we got from them. We purchased a bed from them 13 years ago then we went back there when we needed a new mattress liner. When we decided to replace our mattress, we went there again and got the mattress we needed. My mother-in-law also needed a mattress so we went there and got her a bed and the box. We got a free pillow with that, too. Then we decided we wanted another pillow and we just did that yesterday. Their sales reps suggested the appropriate items and made sure that we felt comfortable with what we were purchasing before we purchased it. We had the bed and the foam mattress delivered to our home and the old one taken out, and that went fine. As for my mother-in-law's items, I picked them up for her and that worked out real easily. It was a twin size bed mattress and it wasn't heavy.

DO NOT order a mattress online. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. First wait time was 90 minutes and the second was a little over an hour. The last time I called, there was 64 callers in the Queue. Order came over a week late and then was missing the box spring! Called the customer service number again, and got a lovely message that all the operators were enjoying a good night sleep. This is before the time they claim to close. If I get the entire order, and if I can return I will absolutely return and NEVER buy online from Mattress Firm again.

We were looking for a mattress for our son. Mattress Firm' sales rep was nice and friendly. He showed us a good mattress, and we bought from them. It was a full size, firm top mattress and my son likes it.

I used Mattress Firm before and there is one in my neighborhood. When I was doing some research, I know that Mattress Firm has a couple of good sales going on specially around Black Friday. Then when I went to the store, the person who attended to me was very helpful and I had a great experience with him. However, I’m a little upset with them now. It has been about two weeks and a couple of days and my bed was supposed to come today, but I got a call yesterday saying there has been a mix up so it won’t come for another week and a half. I’ve already allotted time for it today when it comes and I didn’t find out until yesterday that it wasn’t coming. Also, I had my bed taken away yesterday, expecting that there is a new bed today.

The sales reps at Mattress Firm were very helpful and real courteous. They took me right to show me different products. Most of them were really too much for me to spend, but I got a mattress, a box spring, and a frame. I only had one problem because I had mentioned I had my grandson's bunk bed that the dog had gotten to the lower bunk bed's mattress. They said they knew exactly what I needed, so I thought that they didn’t have a showroom to show me what it was. I took it for granted but what it was was a board. It wasn’t a mattress at all. I could’ve gone to the hardware store and bought a piece of plywood. So, I still don’t have a mattress for my grandson’s bed. He can’t sleep on it yet. But the delivery team was very helpful. They put it all together for me. The bed's firm and I wish that I could’ve afforded some of those softer beds.

Mattress Firm had the best deal for what we wanted. I bought a king size bed from them and it was part memory foam and part spring. The rep was very professional and very kind, too. He took care of us and what we wanted and got us a good deal. The delivery people were also very professional, very quick and very efficient. Once they came in, they knocked, pulled up the carpet, then, about 20 minutes later, it was all set-up. I'm still breaking the bed in a little bit but it is very comfortable and we got the space we need. Mattress Firm did a very good job. If I have to buy a mattress anytime soon, I’d probably go to the same people and the same store. I'd recommend Mattress Firm to anybody.

I rented a new apartment with additional bedrooms and needed to upgrade my mattresses so I purchased them from Mattress Firm. I’ve been seeing a ton of advertising for those mattresses from big furniture stores. They’re expensive and upon reading the reviews it shows that over time they may not be as reliable. I was also looking at pricing options and I would rather go with the firm that actually does mattresses, instead of looking at a big furniture store. I saw there was an advertising for a sale at Mattress Firm -- buy one, get one free, or get one half off, depending on what we got. I ended up purchasing a mattress and box spring, two of them each. One of them was already on sale. It wasn't a buy one, get one but it was still a decent price. The total order was $1,300 for two mattresses and the box springs.

From what I've heard here in Spokane, Mattress Firm is a really good place to buy from and they had some really good mattresses. Their rep Cathy was amazing. She knew all about the product and she knew how to talk to us. She had the personality and charisma. She also flipped those mattresses around like she was She-Ra. She even got us the pillow I wanted and I got a box spring too. She did everything and she should get a raise. The delivery team was awesome as well. They heaved the mattress up into the house and put them in my room. My new queen mattress is halfway between soft and firm. I love my new mattress and my buying experience.

As I was driving by I opted to go and check out what Mattress Firm has. I was pleased with what they had and I was able to get what I wanted. Their rep was very helpful. I’m 5 feet 2.5 inches and I was by myself. I didn’t want to pay for the delivery service and I thought the price was a little high because we live just around the corner. I ended up loading it onto my car and he showed me the way to secure it in a safe manner. I got home and within five minutes I got the mattress upstairs. It’s been happy sleeping ever since. It is a good mattress for the price.

I told my husband I wanted a new mattress for my birthday. So in late August, we headed to our local Mattress Firm to check them out. I purchased a mattress there 8 yrs prior and loved it but it was a queen and since getting married we upgraded to a king. They had the exact same mattress still! So I purchased. It was delivered by two RANDOM guys in an unmarked truck. They not only delivered the mattress but a HUGE hole in our wall. I had purchased a new mattress cover for this mattress and stored our old mattress in the basement. A few weeks later I stripped the bed to wash everything for a good fall clean. Having NO reason to think otherwise, I took the mattress protector off. It was off for 2 days. DUMB MOVE. That was all the time it took for the BED BUGS that had been trapped inside the mattress protector to make their way to our bed frame.

My experience with Mattress Firm was all good and everything was perfect. I purchased two mattresses and the sales rep was really friendly, helped me decide which one to pick, and got me a really good quote. The delivery team also had their shoes covered and was very good and professional.

Mattress Firm is close by and it's convenient for me to buy from them. Recently, I got springs for our king-sized bed. The sales rep was very good, sweet and knowledgeable. He was genuinely interested in making me a happy customer. So, he had a lot of good people skills and he did his job. All my experiences with them have been positive.

A friend of mine said that Mattress Firm might be having some discounts. When I got there, there was no discount, but the guy showed me a really comfortable mattress which was a Tulo. I liked it and I went for it. My budget was lower than that and I wasn’t planning on buying. I was just looking around to see what my options were, but the guy was really good at it. He talked me into buying it and I did, and I was excited about it but unfortunately, I haven’t tried it yet.

My cousin works for Mattress Firm and she’s one of their top salesladies. She knows her business and she did a good job. The delivery people also did a wonderful job and they were very helpful with everything I asked them. The Mattress Firm I got was a guest bed and it's very comfortable and I like it. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and I’ll send as many people as I can to them.

I purchased a full size Sealy mattress September/2012 and it has had a very pronounced sag on the sides and bottom. For about two years. I contacted Sleepy's/Mattress Firm and was told to turn the mattress and take pictures of tags and measurements of the sag with a ruler. I'm a senior on a walker and can't lift mattress and was told that a mattress marshal would come to my home to measure/take pics of the said mattress. Was also told that only Sealy can confirm that mattress is defective even though Sleepy's sold it to me. (WHAT!) SEALY REFUSES TO SEND ANYONE OUT TO MY HOME, JUST KEEP PROMISING TO DO SO! I'm at this time requesting a full refund for the Sealy full size mattress (403.54) and full box mattress foundation 176.35. Total 589.89.

The Mattress Firm store was close by and I've purchased from them before. However, I sent the box spring back since it had the mattress sitting too high, and I asked for a bunkie box spring. I got the two-inch but I should've gotten the four-inch. The first time I went there, they were very flexible about working with me price wise since I brought to them the same mattress sold somewhere else for a cheaper price. On the second time around, I got mad since they said something different from what I got the first time when we did a price match. Other than that, Their reps were all right and they were friendly.

I normally purchase from Mattress Firm and I recently got an adjustable base from them. Their sales rep treated me well and they were very good. Their delivery team was great and was very careful with my bed. I would tell others to go to Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm was around the corner from where I was living. It's convenient so I bought a mattress and the frame from them. They're great and I'm satisfied with them. The sales rep, David, was great. He was knowledgeable and he took us through the process. He was willing to spend some time discussing it. Getting the items delivered was amazing. I had it the next day by midday and they were exactly on time. Between all the things that got delivered for my new home, it was the best experience by far.

Mattress Firm was a new store by my house, and I thought I'd check it out. I purchased a King-sized mattress from them. I spoke with one gentleman named Brian and he was very helpful and nice. He knew what he was talking about and he had the mattress delivered the next day. Also, the two guys who delivered it were very courteous, very nice and had things on their feet so they wouldn't mess up the house or carpeting. I definitely had a good experience with Mattress Firm. Everybody was nice and polite, and that's all I could ask for.

My husband and I compared prices to other places and he found that Mattress Firm's was more reasonable. Also about a year ago, we bought one from them. We love the recent mattress we purchased, and it came on time. It's been excellent with Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm is everywhere. I had been through a couple of other places including another Mattress Firm location but I liked the price and the service of the Mattress Firm store I walked into near my house. Their sales representatives were friendly and they have excellent customer service. It was one of the main reasons why I purchased there. I got two queen mattress sets and I’m extremely satisfied with it. They delivered the sets at home. I had furniture delivered the same day from a furniture company and the mattress delivery guys were much more professional than the furniture delivery guys. They automatically put show covers on when they came into my house and they were very polite.

Mattress Firm was very near to where we live. We were looking for a mattress and didn't want to spend as much as most of the prices that were in there. Their rep was helpful and there was really no pressure. He let us look around and decide what we wanted. He found us a really great deal, especially because it was Black Friday. We ended up getting the medium pillow top and we are really happy with it. The delivery guys were great too.

We saw some of the reviews online, and Mattress Firm was a store that was close by to our house. So, we decided to go by and check the mattresses. We had a good interaction with the sales representatives and he showed us different beds and made us understand what exactly we need. When we decided on a bed, he gave us discount offers as well. We got the mattress, headboard and all the rails with the mattress. The delivery team brought all the things and assembled the bed for us quickly. The product is good and we like it. It had been a good experience and I would recommend Mattress Firm.

My experience with Mattress Firm was fantastic. The rep who helped me was just filling in for that store at that time, but he answered all my questions. He helped me out with the specials they had. It was great and I now own the perfect mattress that I needed. I looked at the whole set. However, I didn’t want to spend that amount of money for the complete set since I already figured out that the support for my box-spring is still good to use. Depending on what you’re looking, the mattresses are very reasonably priced and the quality is great. Plus, their customer service was great. I had it delivered and it came on time. But I feel it was delivered a little earlier. Other than that, it wasn’t that bad and I enjoyed it. The guy took his shoes off when he walked in. He was more like a little power guy because he just picked the thing up and carried the mattress in. The next time I’m looking for a bigger mattress, I will come to Mattress Firm.

I was sold a bad quality mattress on clearance, the seller I didn't feel was clear on the return policy and I got stuck with a $1500.00 mattress that is useless to me as I cannot sleep on it.; the company I believe should be able to take care of their customers and provide some sort of a solution to the problem and not just leave them with a big loss; very unhappy with this outcome as I believe the company can and should be able to provide a better solution; moreover I spoke with a district manager who was rude and apathetic, my personal experience he does not care about customers. He's in the field of serving customers and he's certainly not doing his job.

I bought my mattress during the 2017 Labor Day weekend sale. The Salesperson gave me a free box spring and we bought three pillows and a mattress protector on sale. Since using the mattress, I have severe back and neck pain. Mattress Firm has since taken the mattress back but has now charged me full price for every item I bought. The manager is stating that since I received "deals on the items” with the purchase of the mattress, that I have to pay full price for the items because they are "non-refundable". This is not stated anywhere on my agreement. The return policy is 120 days from delivery date if not completely satisfied with no mention of raising prices anywhere stated in the policy nor did we sign a sheet that said we accepted an inflation of prices.

I had an extremely good experience with my recent purchase of a bed for my stepson. I told the salesperson up front what I wanted and what I intended to do. He was wonderful and gave me an extremely good deal on my purchase. He was very thorough in his explanation of everything I needed to know. He was very knowledgeable.

Lessons learned, Never Again will I be used by Mattress Firm! Why I Choose to continued to do business with this company, AFTER I was charged 4 times for a bed ($1,400!) that ruined my One Bank account, is beyond me!?! And had to dispute transactions placed By the corporate call center located in Houston with "Peter" from New York. Not from an online transaction mind you!

Mattress Firm has the better quality among other companies at a good price. Their sales rep was friendly, fast-paced and bubbly. It was easy to go through her and she's somebody I would go back to. She offered me a full set of mattress at the cheapest price. My son laid on it and said it was good. So I bought it, as well as a protector and a frame and had them delivered. The delivery team was awesome. I didn’t want them set up, and they were okay with that. I’m 100% satisfied and I would recommend them to anybody. In fact, I’m going to purchase one for my other son.

I bought a Queen Mattress - Beautyrest from this company 2 years ago. They were call Sleepy's. Now they call Mattress Firm. I had 15 years warranty. After 1 year of purchase the mattress has a belly. I call Sleepy's, they send a mattress marshal to investigate. He came and used a piece of yarn to measure the mattress. In my mind I knew this was nonsense. When Sleepy's got back to me I was told “the mattress did not sink enough to used the warranty”. This company sells fake mattress. I will not recommend anyone to buy their mattresses. Customer service was horrible.

I bought a pillow top Tempur-Pedic bed from Mattress Firm. The sales rep was fantastic and personable. He listened to what I was looking for and worked with me on getting what I needed.

I bought from Mattress Firm before. They’re not fishy. I know what I usually want and they don’t talk me out of it. I get a different salesman sometimes but I understand that. They’re all trained by the same company. The last sales rep whom I dealt with was Gene. He wasn’t pushy just like the others. The two young men who did the delivery were excellent. The first words out of their mouths were, “Do you want us to use the shoe covers?” They had the bed set up and didn’t want any help from my grandson. Mattress Firm has excellent service and I’ve been pleased with the products that I've gotten from them. I have already recommend them several times.

We’re landlords and we have a vacation home, so we were looking to buy some king-size and two queen beds. Mattress Firm's sales rep, Bill, was very helpful and he has a lot of knowledge. We told him that we didn’t particularly need to buy new mattresses and he showed us the returns that people have selected and didn’t like after a few days. Since it’s going to be a vacation rental, the mattresses are going to be slept on by lots of different people, so it really wasn’t an issue for us to buy brand-new. Bill gave us a great deal that’s exactly within our budget. We bought three complete beds with frames and protectors and everything that goes with it without the headboards.

We had a great experience with Mattress Firm. It’s been fast and easy. My parents were there a month prior, thought they get themselves a mattress. So we went back to see if we can get a deal on getting two mattresses. The sales reps were very nice, professional and made sure we got our mattresses ASAP. I had a tight timeframe. And they were able to deliver the day before I moved in to my new place. The delivery team was good as well. The Mattress Firm is a great mattress and I’ve been sleeping good. I really like it.

I really liked the salesperson at Mattress Firm. He was really nice and detailed. We liked the memory foam mattress and I really liked the way he presented it and explained about the difference between the two foam mattresses they had. He gave me a good deal too. The delivery team was really good as well. They had no hesitation in helping me put the mattress cover up and they did a good job. They were done in half an hour then they picked up the plastic cover which came with the mattress and everything was cleaned.

Mattress Firm had good deals and the rep gave me all the information I asked. The sale was good and comfortable and it was easy to set up the mattress, which I picked up myself.

Mattress Firm Purchase. Lump in Mattress or sunk hole. Bought this Visionary Pl King Mattress on July 14, 2015 for my Mother at that time was 80 years old and small Woman. When I called to see what they would do, they want me to pay about $36.00 for someone to come out and look at it, and also measure the hole also. So many things they wanted me to do, that it was amazing! I would not care about paying the $36.00 but the way that person was telling me that it has to be 1/2 foot deep they would not replace it or cover it. So beware and read your Warranty, because I did not! Never seen such terrible reply for a mattress in my whole 62 years of my business career. I have Bought Many Mattress from them and this will be my last! Will replace her mattress with another company that I know stands behind their product. Mattress Mack who is James Mclngvale he does stand behind his products! Here I come for a new mattress Mattress Mack!

I had an outdated mattress and it was hurting my back, so I needed a new one. We were shopping around and Mattress Firm had the mattress that we wanted. Their price was right and the sales guy was helpful and nice. We ended up buying a very firm mattress and a box spring, and they're working good. Our experience was good and I'd recommend Mattress Firm.

I looked up online and saw some good reviews about Mattress Firm. Their sales rep was knowledgeable about the products. She was great and very helpful. I got a frame, mattress, and the box. I'm pleased with my purchase. I love it and it’s very comfortable.

We needed a mattress, stopped at a Mattress Firm and found what we liked. The sales rep showed us mattresses ranging from $8,000 to $1,000, and we bought something that's between $3,000 and $4,000. We also bought a box spring. As for the delivery, everything went smoothly. The delivery team came in and swapped everything out. Mattress Firm did a good job. Our new mattress is more comfortable and I sleep better.

I got a mattress couple years ago... After some time the mattress started to sink in one spot. I called customer service to see what they can do for me. They sent me a specialist who did check my mattress and he told me that he will write report... I was not happy with specialist because I think he was not accurate with my concerns. If you have a lifetime warranty, you should be able to exchange your mattress. Please be careful with the promises of lifetime warranty...

The Mattress Firm store is right down the street from my house. My son went out there and since I needed a bed, I bought one. It's great and I'm happy with it. Having the bed is a good experience and I have recommended it to somebody.

Mattress Firm had some specials going on then. The sales rep had us try out different beds. We tested and lied down on them for several minutes. I thought the price was a little high but my wife said that she wanted the bed, so we ended up getting the box springs and the mattress. We had two different beds that we brought out here. The first one was a split mattress but I ended up not liking it and we ended up getting a solid mattress and it feels really good.

We got a bed and an adjustable base from Mattress Firm, and it wasn’t a good experience. We ordered a queen bed and they tried to deliver a queen base with a king bed because the sales rep accidentally ordered a king bed instead of a queen. We went to a different sales person after that and got stuff, and our mattress was delivered defective. It had a huge hump in the bed. They finally got it right after the third one, but it was a long process.

Mattress Firm was a local dealership and they had a very good selection and the rep, Margaret, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like the mattresses were a little too expensive but that wasn’t based on anything other than the prices that were there. Initially we purchased a medium spring and coil mattress but we ended up with a different mattress. When we took it home it felt like it had little valleys in it from the start. I was kind of surprised since it was a brand-new mattress according to the lady but it didn’t feel like it. I laid a light piece of wood across and measured it and it already had an inch and a quarter sags on both spots where people sleep.

I had a coworker that recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm and he said he had a great experience. We purchased a king-size Sealy mattress from Mattress Firm and also had a great experience. The sales rep was great. We came and we knew exactly what we wanted. He took us through all the models and tried a couple of more models to see if we liked it. He showed us about the adjustable bases and how those work. We had to leave halfway through to go to an appointment and he didn’t pressure us to try anything. He said he would see us later. We came back and he talked to us right away. We were able to get in touch with the same salesman.

We bought beds and a headboard from Mattress Firm before. Then, my physical therapist told me that they had a store up from the street that had what she had in mind for me. So she said that we were going to go to Mattress Firm. When I walked in, I saw Donna who's a supervisor and she helped me with my purchase. She was very good. But I have a problem with the mattress I bought. It's like a hospital bed with the feet and head that come up. I also got the massage feature as an extra. The mattress comes away from the wall and it's very heavy so it has to be pushed back. The bed is all right but it's not the most comfortable thing. I thought it would be super comfortable but I can't seem to hit that spot yet. I'm working on it and when I go to sleep at night, I adjust the head part a lot.

We made a purchase from Mattress Firm before and my wife worked with the same lady for a couple of times now. I went around again, looked at the prices, and looked at the quality of their stuff. Something was on sale and it fit my budget. The same girl we worked with before was there and she's very good. We bought a king size mattress and a box. The delivery was excellent, too. Two guys came who moved the old mattress out of the place and put the new one in. Mattress Firm has a good selection and good staff and that’s what matters.

The guys covered their shoes and sneakers with the covers for their shoes. They were very nice guys. My experience with Mattress Firm was overall fantastic.

He was also friendly and informative. We bought the box spring and mattress and then they delivered. They were great and very careful - they made sure they did not scratch it on the ground or bang my wooden trim or any corners. We had a good experience with Mattress Firm and I would tell others to go give them a look!

We had bought a mattress previously from Mattress Firm. A friend recommended that a specific Mattress Firm store had good prices so we went there and bought a king-sized mattress. The sales rep was nice and knowledgeable. We paid the 10% down to book the mattress but it got sold. He sent us a mattress instead just for a few days while waiting for the arrival of our actual mattress. They replaced it 10 days after so we were fine with that. The delivery guys were so nice and they arrived before the timeframe. The product has worked really well for us. We like hard mattress and it fulfilled our expectations. I would recommend them because, at the end of the day, we got a good deal for the mattress.

I then went to Mattress Firm and their saleslady greeted me right away and was super friendly and easy to talk to. She talked to me and I told her exactly what I was looking for. She didn't show me anything expensive and showed me units that I needed, as well as the units she personally likes. I was only going to buy bed frames from them, but because of her, I bought the beds as well.

I got a mattress and box-springs for my kid’s room. The sales rep was helpful. He held three different sales prices, gave me different options and different delivery dates available. He even held my order so that it could be delivered at that time that I wanted. And the delivery truck drivers were really nice and were on time. They took out my old mattress and threw it away for me and set up the new one and moved it in. Next time I need a mattress, I’ll come back to Mattress Firm.

We just moved to Kansas City from Palm Desert, California. Our long-time friends referred Mattress Firm and that was the best way to go. We were referred to Justin and he's without a doubt the utmost professional. He was also very helpful and patient. We told him the type of mattresses we had and we even brought the sales receipts for the mattresses we bought for our home in Palm Desert. He picked out different mattresses and we lay on them, and we chose by process of elimination from what we said we wanted. I've been to other places where they don’t ask anything and just want to sell what they want to sell. But Justin asked us questions and listened very intently to our needs.

We liked what Mattress Firm had to offer comparing with products. I bought a hot tub from them. They sold Beachcomber hot tubs that were manufactured in Canada, and they had a display along with all the other hot tubs at our local shop here in South Washington. Their sales reps were very good and informative. They seemed to be upfront. Everybody is very competitive in that market and in our opinion, they're right up there with Jacuzzi. Their approach was, "We're not the cheapest one out there, but the product will tell you about it." We listened to them and it's a very good product for the money and we loved it. The delivery team was excellent as well. However, Mattress Firm forgot to include a filter with the hot tub when it was delivered but they sent us a filter after that. Overall, Mattress Firm has been excellent and prompt.

I had friends who had beds from Mattress Firm that I liked. I purchased a king size and a queen size bed from Mattress Firm, and their reps were all very helpful. Their delivery team was great as well. They came in, set everything up and were quick and polite. I had a great experience and I enjoyed it. I’d recommend Mattress Firm to others.

We’ve bought a lot of beds from Mattress Firm and when we furnished our beach house, they have excellent service. So I decided to go with them again when I bought a standard mattress for my father. The salesman handled our transaction very professionally and nicely. The delivery guys got lost, so they were a bit late, but they called and we walked them through it. I suggested they use a map, Google or Waze, and they said they did but they were still confused in following it. So a little training in that might help. But they were great when they arrived. My father was worried that the bed is a little short because he came from a king bed, but he likes it.

I ordered two beds at the Mattress Firm store on the upper west side of Manhattan. When the beds were delivered one of the frames had a broken wheel. I bought the beds two weeks before Thanksgiving so our guest room would be ready for company. When I called the store they told me the only person who could help me was my salesperson. He is only there once a week and he does not call me even on the day he is there. It turns out that he sold me two discontinued frames so I can get a wheel and it has been 4 weeks and I have only reached him once.

We ordered our bed online for Black Friday. We ordered a mattress that was to be shipped via FedEx or UPS and still 5 days later have not received any sort of tracking information for it nor can I find anywhere to view it on the website. The adjustable base, pillow, and mattress protector came on the day we requested but what good does that do without the new mattress. I have tried to contact customer service via email with no response. I just want to know when to expect our mattress since online it said 5 to 7 business days and tomorrow will be 6 days. There have been a lot of package thefts in our neighborhood and I want to make sure I know exactly when it will be here so I can have a neighbor bring it in the house for us so this doesn't happen. I feel like there should have been some sort of contact about the tracking already.

The Mattress Firm rep told me about the payment plan we can do. He told me about all the beds and I thought about getting a new bed. I got a memory foam from them. But I actually ended up going back to them four days ago and see if I could switch out for a different mattress because this one was too big. The rep did a really good job of switching me out to a different bed that fit my needs better. He was very awesome. The delivery team was good too. The individuals that were in the process were very awesome and I would definitely recommend someone to go to the Mattress Firm store and get their mattress.

Mattress Firm's sales rep sold me what I needed and didn't oversell me anything, which I appreciated. He also knew the product, which helped and the experience was fast and efficient. I bought a box spring and a mattress and had them delivered. Their delivery team was on time, didn't leave any mess, and took away all the stuff they brought. They also posted on their booties in the little mat down at the front door so they were careful going in. It has been a good experience and if I'll need any kind of bedding stuff, I would shop there again.

They told us, "If you don't like it, you can bring it back within 30 days and there's no problem". Everything was fine except the mattress. We want to change it, because it's not comfortable. We got into the bed and it would sink down a little bit on the right side. So I'm going to swap it out even if I have to pay.

Bought my Mattress Firm split king mattress and adjustable base set at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup, Washington, a $7,700 purchase. Was given all the Mattress Firm guarantees by sales associate. My wife and I are displeased with the split king and simply want to change to a full king, as guaranteed. Called the 800 number on my receipt and have been told that the "fair sales" are a separate entity of Mattress Firm. The customer service representatives send emails to the management team but have not been returned one phone call. Have called my sales person several times with no return calls. I have been calling for over three weeks 8 times. Have gotten both New York and Houston locations but NOBODY will return my call for exchange!!

The worst sales experience of my life! Walked into a Mattress Firm store in Kingston, NY and was greeted by their sales rep named Debra ** who showed me several firm mattresses in the $1,200-$1,500 price range and then offered a clearance mattress for $499 that was supposed to be brand new. We purchased the mattress, threw it in the back of a pick-up truck and drove off. On the way back I noticed the bag the mattress was in read PRE-OWNED. I immediately pulled over and called Debra who assured me that the mattress was indeed brand new but that the warehouse simply "ran out of new bags" and used that one instead.

I like Serta so I decided to get a hybrid iSeries Serta queen size mattress from Mattress Firm. I also got two twin memory foam mattresses for my daughter's bunk beds. I love her bed, but I can't sleep on mine because Mattress Firm brought me the wrong set of box spring. And I've been waiting a week and a half. It's been a nightmare. I've got my mattress on top of a box spring that it doesn't go with, so I'm sleeping in the guest room.

Mattress Firm had many mattresses so we went there. Mark, the guy that sold the bed, was really cool and he knew his stuff. We had gone to JR Furniture before that and the guy didn’t know anything except to tell us that there were a hundred pounds of dead skin on our mattress and that it’s time to buy a new one. So, we went over and saw Mark and he was talking about the coils. My husband was there during the delivery of the mattress and he was very happy. The process seemed very seamless and he said they were there in less than five minutes. They put up the frame, put the bed together, took everything away including our old mattress and they were done. I love the bed and I’m sleeping well. In fact, I actually was late to work today because I slept in.

The way they handled the product was questionable but they managed to get the very heavy mattresses up the staircase. They're not the most professional but they got the job done. One guy was five foot eleven and skinny while the other guy was the opposite at five-nine and 300. He was at the bottom snaggling the guy on top as he tried to get up at the staircase. It was entertaining and a little disheartening but everything worked out okay.

I gave Mattress Firm a shot because Sleepy's sucked and I needed a company that has more mattresses than just a couple that you will find in stores like Macy's. I then got a Beautyrest which is a really hard mattress with latex in it. My back had been suffering with the Tempur-Pedic that I had and my Beautyrest is a lot better than that. I really enjoyed my first night with it. I’m sleeping much better and I’m very pleased with it. It’s definitely the right one for me.

I bought from Mattress Firm because of the convenience of location. I got a queen mattress from them and it's a good mattress. I like it and it's firm. It's worth the money but my wife will disagree with me. She thinks it's overpriced. But we have a two-year-old and a newborn and I know sometimes she would have restless nights and she usually had to go sleep in the other room. The sales rep helped me out and marked some dollars off. He gave me two free pillows and I was happy about it. We also ordered a box and a new frame. But it would have been great if Mattress Firm had solo frames or box frames.

He answered all the questions and offered me other discounts for the other products since I was purchasing the mattress there, so I got two pillows. Their delivery team also came in on time, let me know ahead of time when they were coming and got the job done.

We had the bed delivered but the delivery guys forgot that I bought a little kit. Luckily, right before they left, I asked if the other thing I ordered is on the truck and they thanked me for remembering. They were very nice about it. Mattress Firm was great and everybody throughout the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

I purchased a mattress set online with a chat agent, I was not happy with the mattress after it was delivered, too soft, I called right away to try to exchange it for one I happened to see in the store, I was unable to get ANYONE online to respond to my request, even after multiple phone calls, they still did not return any of my calls. Finally, I gave up and contacted them to return the set and refund my account. They charged me to return the set which is a fee they should have comped me due to the poor customer service I had thus far received.

The salesperson from Mattress Firm, Jared, was very accommodating and reassured me that if I wasn’t happy with the mattress, it could be returned within the window of return. I'm trying to get used to the mattress. I called Jared and told him it’s a little bit too firm for me. He said to give it a little bit more time so I’m getting there. The store was great but the delivery was awful. I was not happy with it. It was October 20th and I was moving into my new place, so I had my movers there. The delivery team from Mattress Firm pulled up to deliver the mattress. They come in and the first thing they did was to say they couldn't get the mattress up those stairs. They said it was too shallow and I got a chandelier there. My chandelier is a light fixture. It is not a gigantic one. The movers moved my coiled king mattress in and the delivery guy still insisted that he could not get it in.

I bought a standard pillow-top queen-size bed from Mattress Firm and it was a good experience. The sales agent worked with me and I got everything I needed in a timely fashion. I recommend him and I enjoy the bed.

I went to the Mattress One over on Hardy Road and they were too expensive. I just accidentally stopped in at Mattress Firm, and their price was decent. My wife liked it, and we bought it. My wife has had three strokes, and we got the adjustable bed. We also got the firm mattress and it looks like the Tempur-Pedic. It’s got a great top on it. We both sleep good and we love it. The sales rep treated me like gold. The first set of delivery guys was great. My bed wouldn’t work, so they had to bring another bed out. When they brought them out, the second guys were great too. Right after I first got my mattress, I was at church, and a lady was talking about needing a mattress and I told her to go to Mattress Firm. I would recommend Mattress Firm any day of the week.

I Purchased A box spring from This Company for my six year old, Well 3 months went By and my wife said she keeps waking up all the time itching with Red marks on her. Starting looking Very closely At the Box Spring (Bed Bugs). Well After that, it cost me a lot of money before I got Rid of them. (Very Rough For us at that time).

When I walked into Mattress Firm, I made up my mind that I was going to buy a mattress there. I needed a new coil pillow top mattress that's firm. The manager that usually works at the store set up a meeting and told me about the different kinds of beds. I originally thought of going with one of the new foam ones but decided against it. I asked the gentleman what he could do for price and he gave me their best. He asked what it would take get me as a customer and I told him we needed to negotiate more. He gave me a mattress cover and some pillows and that sealed the deal. I'm sleeping well on my mattress. I will be taking my neighbor back to the store so she could buy a mattress there too.

We got three beds from Mattress Firm. Two of them were the memory foam and one was a regular bed. The sales rep was really nice and he helped us figure out what we needed. The delivery guys went in and out quickly and quietly. They came late at night and both of our kids slept through it. We have a one year old and a four year old, and they were quiet enough not to wake up either of them. Our son is a light sleeper and somehow they were able to not even wake him up. It was awesome and impressive. Mattress Firm exceeded expectations and is definitely worth looking into.

I bought my mattress on 9/4 during the Labor Day weekend sale. The Salesperson gave me a free base, a mattress protector and bunkie board. Since using the mattress, I have severe back and neck pain. Mattress Firm will not refund my money and take back the mattress and free items. The manager is stating that since I received "free" items with the purchase of the mattress, that I have to pay for the free items because they are "non-refundable". This is not stated anywhere on my agreement. The return policy is 120 days from delivery date if not completely satisfied. I have been trying to get in contact with a Regional Manager since Saturday, have called corporate, emailed corporate and no one will call me back. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and going to smalls claims court.

I originally contacted Mattress Firm's online sales to purchase an adjustable bed because I knew what I wanted basically, the online sales associate was friendly enough but mislead me regarding financing (60 months 0%), I applied and was approved for a $6,500 limit, I ordered 2 twin XL bases and 2 twin XL mattresses and 2 sets of sheets. After placing the order I received 2 separate confirmations. One telling me the bed delivery date and another telling me the sheets would be delivered via FedEx. So far so good but when the bed arrived there was a mattress missing and no indication that we ordered 2 or when the second one would arrive so I declined to accept the order.

The store was well advertised and there was a discount at a Mattress Firm location. We got a mattress and the hydraulic thing that changes the mattress’ position. The sales rep was knowledgeable about the product. He knew what we had in mind so it shortened the sales process by taking us where we wanted to be. The delivery team came on time. They were polite and did a good job. We also applied for credit at Mattress Firm and they got back through. Everything went well. They knew what they have in their store to offer and they sold me what I needed. Time is a thing to me and they fulfilled the timeliness and the product knowledge. It was a brief but good interaction.

I bought a hybrid queen mattress from Mattress Firm and it was great when I tried it at the store. The rep, Sean, was also great. He was completely able to get through everything with me. He knew his stuff. He walked me through all the different kinds of mattresses, had a lot of understanding about longevity and about how to take care of mattresses better. The experience was good.

I had the cheap version of a Tempur-Pedic that was really hurting my back. I had seen Mattress Firm a couple of months ago so I thought I'd give them a try. Their price was better than that of another store that I went to before and the rep was really attentive and helpful. He was there covering for another store, but he seemed to make the best of it because he told me more than what I thought I wanted to know. The way the guy helped me made it seem like the bed was good and he made me want to spend more money. I got the mattress, the bed frame, and the adjustable base. The delivery experience was where it got a little negative because the base of the bed was sticking out of the box. The guys were in a rush because they had a lot of other deliveries so I told them to put it in front of the house and I would take care of the rest. It was a little harder to get it to my room because it was broken already so I had to carry it in two pieces.

We bought from Mattress Firm five years ago, and we got from them a Tempur-Pedic recently. Mattress Firm has a great customer service and good people to deal with. It was a very good experience with their representative, and the manager at the store, Elaine, was wonderful and helped us a lot. I'm very satisfied.

I had seen Mattress Firm before and they were right in the Home Depot and the food store so I stopped there and the rep gave me what I needed. I told him I wanted the least expensive mattress I can get. And then I asked about the box springs so I got the box springs too. I wanted one that could reverse but they're not making them now. The price was very reasonable and it was like a miracle to get it that cheap. The sheets of some mattresses would fit over and it's terrible. The last one I bought was eight inches deep and I didn't want one that deep. And then it will cost you $40 for a new set of sheets that would fit them. So, this Mattress Firm is wonderful for the price and very comfortable. The experience was perfect. They delivered it so fast and were so helpful. I would recommend them.

We went to Mattress Firm and looked for the best mattress. We got the most expensive one and the salesperson was really nice. But we didn't like the mattress that much as it was the wrong firmness and we went back on the fourth day because we disliked it a lot. We had the same salesperson but this time he wasn't very polite and told us that we had to keep the mattress for a month. We went back to the store a couple of days ago and upgraded our mattress so we ended up spending $8,000 or more. The salesperson was very polite about that. The delivery of the mattresses was fine too although one was very friendly while the other one wasn’t. The mattress we have now is comfortable and hopefully, it'll last.

Mattress Firm was the only place to purchase mattresses in the town I lived. I bought a king mattress and a queen mattress with pillow tops from them. Their sales representative was really good. However, there was some confusion regarding the delivery. My billing address was different from my mailing address! They had to put it on the mailing address, so then the delivery guys got lost. But it worked out, it was fine and they made it to the house. But other than that, everything went smoothly.

Bought 2 NEW mattress sets in Orland Park, IL. They delivered a used mattress!!? Not at all what I believed I was purchasing, salesperson did not say it was used. Said he was price matching the other store we went to! I would never buy a used mattress! It was never explained or expressed as a used product. Spoke with store manager, area manager and store associate and was told different things by each. Store manager said we had 3 options to resolve the issue, to keep it, return it, or pay more for a new one. We then received a call from sales associate and based on the $600 more he said I'd need to pay. I told him to just return everything.

Mattress Firm is a quality store and I would definitely recommend them. I bought one mattress from them a couple of months ago but it was too hard so I went in and changed it to a new mattress that was delivered recently. Mattress Firm called and left an automated message that the delivery would be between 11:00 and 1:00 on a Monday. It was fine because I planned on leaving work at 10:30 but seven minutes after 10:00, I get a phone call that says that they’ll get here in 15 minutes. It takes me half an hour to get from work to home so I was little miffed about that but the driver called in my travel and said he’ll wait because I told him I’ll be home in 10 to 12 minutes. The gentlemen that delivered the mattress were prompt, courteous and very personable. But I told them they need to learn how to smile a little so their day will go a lot easier.

Before I looked for a mattress, I knew about Mattress Firm and they seem like a reputable chain place so we got a mattress and two pillows from them. Their salesperson was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable about mattresses. She brought us around and they have a color-coding thing which was helpful there. She found out what color code we liked most, and showed us things in and around our price range, and in that level of mattress. The delivery went fine and the delivery team showed up when they were supposed to and brought the items in the house. They went the extra steps and also have floor mats that they put down plus little doilies over their feet so as not mess up my house. It was a very easy experience and I would buy another mattress from them.

I purchased a Serta foam mattress, the memory foam and the cooling foam from Mattress Firm. I like their comfort guarantee, and their prices are good. Also, the rep was fine. He was knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. He gave me all the time that I needed. He also didn't try to push me. My overall experience with Mattress Firm was definitely enjoyable.

We rushed to the closest mattress store after damage to our winter condo. We bought a mattress (no complaint so far) but the store manager charged us three times. He made a mistake with his software but the Mattress Firm program allowed three charges for the same transaction to go through. The local store guy is helpless and THERE IS NO WAY TO GET MATTRESS FIRM CORPORATE to answer the phone. BBB gives them a bum rap. If I do not get the extra charges dropped I will file a claim with Illinois Consumer Fraud.

I had a previous bed before the Hurricane Harvey hit and my mattress got destroyed. I liked my mattress and Mattress Firm said that I could get a similar deal to what I had before. So, I went back and I got aid in better maximizing it. I purchased a white hybrid mattress with blue spots on it. The reps at the store were professional and the delivery was quick and easy. My bed frame was already there and they just dropped the box-spring under the mattress, set it up, and made me check to make sure everything was good to go. I’m satisfied with Mattress Firm. And I am able to get proper sleep because of the quality of the mattress.

We had gone through another furniture store and looked at some comfortable mattresses. The one we were looking at was expensive at $7,400 so we went to Mattress Firm. The sales rep was very helpful, very pleasant and easy to work with. We bought their cooling memory foam and we had it delivered. The delivery people were good. They were a little bit hard of hearing but other than that, they did a fantastic job and I tipped them all. We’ve been on that bed now for almost two weeks, but we’re still feeling it out and I’m still hot on it. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Mattress Firm.

I had my old bed for seven months before it burned up in the California Wildfires. I got a really comfy one from Mattress Firm with springs underneath and a memory foam on top. The sales rep Mike was outstanding. We got to banter and have fun.

We got a Split King and two bases from Mattress Firm but we would never buy from them again. When we went to their store, the rep we dealt with was new and alone in the store. After we had decided what we wanted, it took him over an hour to try to enter our order. We were catching his mistakes. He promised us a certain delivery date and then said, "Oh, that can't happen," and then went on a different delivery date. Then, a few days later, we got a call from someone else saying he ordered all the wrong stuff. Now I've corrected that and their delivery date has to change so that's going to push out again further. Then, some of the parts aren't available, so we got an upgrade at that point on bases. The stuff got delivered and one of the bases wouldn't work.

I purchased a king size mattress, pillows, and frame from Mattress Firm. I got it financed and it's affordable. The whole process was easy and we're happy. They have good, nice people there and the representatives know the product and told us all about the material. The delivery team was fast and on time. Delivery went fine and everything's a good package. My only concern was the issue about the frame. It's not that complicated and it should be possible to return once one feels the frame does not fit really well, but we couldn't return it in the new policy.

I had a very good experience with Mattress Firm. I bought a queen-size Serta mattress with medium firmness. The rep was very good and gave me a good deal on the mattress. He was courteous and kind. The delivery team called and said they would get here between 5 and 7. They got here at 6 o'clock and did an excellent job. It was good that they asked me if I wanted to take the plastic off since I didn't want to take it off. The mattress is comfortable and is a lot better for me than my old one. The old one was too firm. At first, I thought they were Sleepy's as I didn't know that Mattress Firm bought out Sleepy's. Then when I got my mattress they told me they were Mattress Firm, but I was okay with that. I'd recommend them. I'm satisfied and would purchase from them again.

I had been looking at Mattress Firm’s massage chair, the Presidential, at every fair I go to for the past six years. It's awesome; it's black, leather and bells and whistles with the Bluetooth speaker. It was a luxury item that I could have walked by another year at the fair but Pierre, the sales rep, helped me and my boyfriend make the decision to buy it this time. He’s a very nice guy, let us try the chair and kept coming back to turn it back on for us. He was very experienced into how to get us comfortable and relaxed.

Mattress Firm has nice products but it’s a little hard to get up from because it’s higher than our old bed. The sales rep we spoke to was wonderful. He was very friendly and was not pushy. He had us lay down on every mattress in the store to see which one felt the best for our backs. He wanted us to make sure that we got the right one. The delivery guys got the mattress up fast and they were done in 15 minutes. We really got good service from Mattress Firm and I would definitely recommend them.

The best mattress buying experience in 30 years. The store was inviting, clean and organized. Kyle greeted me promptly and listened carefully to what I needed. I was shown what I had asked for in the price range I was comfortable with and my time was not wasted seeing other products. The paperwork was quick and easy and I was out in 20 minutes. Kyle deserves kudos. The delivery personnel were very professional. They were friendly and helpful and deserve a 10 out of 10. I'm loving the mattress. It's so soft and comfortable. I will be back to Mattress Firm and ask for Kyle for my next mattress purchase.

My husband and I purchased a Serta I Comfort Visionary mattress and box spring set in August 2014 and in less than 3 three years noticed that the mattress was sagging in the middle by almost 4". I filed an online claim and was told it was denied because the foundation support did not meet the manufacturer's requirements. We purchased the set from Sleepy's and were told nothing about replacing the foundation just the box spring to meet warranty requirements. The set was delivered and installed by Sleepy's and during that time also we were told nothing about the foundation not meeting manufacturers recommendations. In fact we weren't even given the warranty information. Mattress Firm who took over Sleepy's will not accept any responsibility for the sagging mattress and boxspring.

My back hurt really bad and my sister-in-law bought a twin bed from Mattress Firm. It's a firm mattress set with the frame and I liked it. It wasn't the cheapest one they had but it wasn't in the store so they had to order it. My sister-in-law bought one of the foam ones but it was too soft. She replaced the mattress and now she likes it versus a movable bottom to it The guy who sold the bed was very nice and helpful as well as the guys who delivered it. So far, our experience has been good. We're happy customers.

It is bad enough I had to wait a whole day for them to deliver what I ordered while they can after 8 pm, the customers services was rude and I paid for them to removed it which the driver refused to. I will tell anyone not to use your garbage company.

We've purchased from Mattress Firm before and we went there again, right down the street, when we needed to get some stuff. We got two box springs, a full-sized mattress and box spring, and a queen-sized mattress. The sales rep we had was very helpful, explained everything to us and really took care of us. Everything’s great.

I have been sleeping in a recliner for 25 years, and I have some physical ailments that I can't lay down very well. My wife had some breathing problems, so I convinced her to get an adjustable bed from Mattress Firm, which is just across the street from our house. Their Sealy is the most comfortable thing I've ever laid on. I'm getting one for myself in my room because I get up and down all night. So far, my wife says it's great, especially with its capability of raising the head of the bed up. Normally, she gets up two or three times, but now, she sleeps through the night and doesn't wake up. In addition, we were treated with respect and we were very comfortable throughout the process of purchasing and delivery. I'd highly recommend it.

Waiting on the "Love your Mattress Guarantee" - I spent 45 minutes unmaking and tearing apart my bed to take multiple pictures so I could file a claim. How Mattress Firm can accurately assess the quality of this mattress based on me unmaking my bed and using a paper measurer and a broomstick is a mystery to me? The issue is sinking deep into the bed when we lay down and feeling springs. This does not seem right based on the cost of this product. I was not pleased with this mattress since the beginning but was going to give it the 120 days the store told me I had (and suggested I give it), in case it needed to be broken in. When I called to return it they said it was only a 100-day guarantee (as stamped on my paperwork), however when we bought it, they told us even though it was stamped with 100 days, it was changing to 120 days and that was our return time.

While at the LA county Fair my husband and decided to look at a Mattress at the Mattress firm booth. We were looking to buy but were not ready to make an immediate decision. Mitchell who said he was a “manager” told us all the amazing deals and benefits we would receive. It sounded Great! So we proceeded to get a QUOTE. While in the process my mother was with us and wanted to “try” completely not in the market. She was ok to see if any clearance mattresses fit her needs. She gave Mitchell her information as well and agreed to get a quote on something he found and would contact her the next day. Mitchell never contacted us back, ran ALL of our credits, opened a credit card and scheduled a bed to be delivered in my mother’s name. We did not sign anything. We did not approve anything. He ducked our calls and text messages never to be heard from again.

Every time I need a mattress, I go to Mattress Firm because I like the feels and the mattress. I also like the deals which are fantastic and they put them in the window so they attract me. This time, I bought the queen size mattress for my daughter, which is great and I love it. When I came in, the rep was also friendly and helpful when I asked him a few questions.

Salesperson Pattie was very rude to me. I had wanted to return the mattress and adjustable base after 30 days, she insisted I keep it for 90 days and then came up with 120 days. By this time I was miserable and fed up. I went to the store Pattie was on vacation and I talked to sales person Jules. Who informed me I could swap out the mattress. She let me to a mattress, I told her it was too flat. She insisted it would be perfect for me to try it. I did. I called her back and told her this mattress will not work for me.

I ordered a mattress and bed frame online. The mattress is fine however the bed frame does not work with the headboard. I called to inquire about returning the frame and was told that frames are considered accessories and are non-returnable. How was I supposed to know this? They will take mattresses back but not a frame that was delivered less than 3 days ago?? Their policies seem to be outdated and not clearly communicated to the consumer.

I purchased a mattress and when it arrived it was damaged. I worked with the local salesperson and he arranged an exchange. The replacement was soiled. Again I waited for the exchange. The third replacement again was damaged. There was a seam protruding on one side of the mattress making it feel lumpy. The salesman arranged the complete return. This went on and on for several weeks. Each time I waited for the process to work itself out hopeful all would work out. I was more than patient thinking this would be handled professionally.
