Mattress Firm was the cheapest option so we bought the Beautyrest Ultra black mattress from them, which was the most comfortable. The rep was great and awesome. He does everything and it was good. But, the warehouse sent the wrong one at first so we got the second one when we ordered about two weeks later. However, the crew that brought the replacement were complaining about stuff and it was unpleasant. But overall, it was easy and a good experience.

My situation started on Feb. 26. It was delivered on Tuesday and both the mattress and box spring were thrown on my vintage bed frame. I was at one end when I put it in but apparently it was too late. Went to sleep and was awoken at 4 am to a shift in the bed. Had to get up and my side was broken off my bed frame. I came home from work knowing I had to dismantle the bed frame which now needs repair. I put the frame and mattress on the floor. Cannot even stand up the pain is so bad.
My entire experience this company does not care about the customer. I was not aware of the colors on the bed. With my first purchase that bed was too hard. My entire delivery process did not go as I told the company I have nothing, as the first bed I cancelled before it actually got to me. The second bed was too firm. Now this bed which is too soft. I am left with the bed on the floor due to the unprofessional delivery people. Why were there 2 people when only one handled the mattress and box spring. By the way nobody ever said the box springs and the mattress are oversized so the first bed I had to buy a stool to get into it. When I made the return I got the smaller box spring which did fit into my bed frame properly. Since I now have terrible back pain I do not know what am I going to do.

I bought a Stearns and Foster mattress at the Once in a Lifetime sale, paying $1,604.99, 50% of the listed price for a floor sample. I spent about 40 minutes trying the only two Stearn and Foster mattresses displayed. The difference between the softer and medium mattress was small and on the recommendation of the salesmen as the softer being better for sciatica, I bought the softer of the two.
What was delivered the next day was gorgeous looking and horribly soft. I sit on the edge of the bed and my thighs were half way into the mattress. When laying down I sink into whatever the soft substance is and my buttocks sink in doubly, so that my body is in a V shape, my head and upper arms and feet being the top of the V and hips and pelvis the bottom. Forget about using a pillow since it will make this even worse. Since I am now embedded into this thing it gets hot fast, and the wedge position inflames my sciatica and makes my lower back hurt. I weigh 135 lbs, use the bed alone, and this is a $3,000.00 bed! As this was not enough the sides of the bed slope to the outside, and the mattress has a cut on one side!
I went back to the store next day after delivery, and sure enough the floor sample I bought was still on display. It was acceptably soft and supported my body correctly - no sinking it, no wedge shape. This was the same floor sample that the salesman told me, "I was lucky to get since it was on the floor less than a month". When I confronted the staff, I was told that the mattress I got was delivered from another location, and since it is a sale item, no exchange or refund will be made. I should get used to it.
I tried getting help from the store again this week, after being out of town, as I cannot use it nor do I think anybody else could, but was told I am free to choose and buy another mattress! I hope someone reads this and is extremely careful when buying from this company. Apparently under the guise of the sale you can get a very costly mattress that is a discard and the company will not refund or exchange it. If I bought a cheap mattress at Costco I would at least have something I could use.

Mattress Firm's prices were very good compared with everybody else around. However, I've had a few warranty claims with the box springs. My first purchase was a king size mattress which has two twin foundations, and I'm having a problem with those box springs. I did a warranty claim on that one. When we were moving into a house, my wife wanted to go with a queen because of the headboard she wanted. So, we went with a queen and then had the same issue with the box spring. Then I went back to a king and had the same issue. Everything has been taken care of, but it's just a little bit of a pain.
Before, I would fax in the papers and the mattress inspector gets me, but now, they do it a little different. At least this time, when I had an issue with the frame and the box springs, I called, and whomever I spoke with just gave me store credit for the boxes and we went from there. Then for the frame, I had to go through Leggett & Platt, itself. I couldn't go through Mattress Firm, which was a little bit of a pain but they held up their end as well.
My experiences with the sales reps have been good, for the most part. This last one, when I did my warranty claim for the boxes, the rep I talked to was really good. The delivery was to be a few days back. Nobody's home during the week, so the weekend was the only time I could take the delivery. He said Saturday, and that they'd call me the night before to schedule the delivery, to let me know that they're coming. Come Friday, I called and said nobody has called me, and I was told it's automated and it will come through at around 6:30. About 7:30, I called back and told them I haven't heard anything yet. Then the rep looked up the account and he wasn't seeing it. I could hear him talking to the guy that I originally spoke with, and he said they didn't have the boxes in stock yet.
Whether he checked and had them or just forgot to finish to finalize the warranty claim, when the delivery day came, I had to end up waiting another week, which I wasn't too upset with because Leggett & Platt had me going a little bit with them. They sent me a replacement piece and it was the wrong piece. That coincided with the week that the Mattress Firm rep screwed me around saying that items were going to be delivered, and then changed my delivery date. But once everything got going on, everything was on schedule. It was delivered and it was good. All in all, I would buy from Mattress Firm again.

I was looking for something a little firmer because I have back problems and stuff. The sales rep from Mattress Firm pointed out a bunch and let me lay down on it. A couple other ones were a little pricey so I told him what was more of my price range and he suggested some cheaper options. I ended up going with a pillow top queen size mattress. It was in my price range however it was towards the top bed, and that seem like one of the cheaper ones so it's a little pricey. But it's something that I'd be using every night for a long time so it's important. It's probably been close to a month that I have it. I was a little sore the first couple of mornings and I just had to adjust to it. But what I think now, my body is used to it and it's been great. The mattress is comfy so far. It went pretty well and it was a good experience.

I've been on a Tempur-Pedic for 15 years and I need a new one. We bought our Tempur-Pedic at Mattress Firm. Everything is clean, the sales reps were great, and the staff was nice and spoke English, which is a big plus. I always love to go in when the guys actually understand when I talk. Also, the delivery was a good and quick experience. They put on their little booties even though I told them not to. Everything is great with the bed.

I purchased a mattress and box spring online. I paid in full and arranged delivery. I confirmed delivery two business days before. I was supposed to be given a two hour window but when no one contacted me I called the company. Lo and behold the company had stopped carrying the product. No one contacted me!!! They took my money and left me sitting there waiting for a delivery that was never going to come. When I contacted the manager he had a lot of excuses although he did apologize. Terrible service.

We told the sales person our needs. Our current bed of latex no springs or coils was old, we needed a new latex bed. Closest they had was Savant PL Mattress, iComfort I think. However the policy was not well explained nor was a written policy provided to us, just they had 120 happiness or money back or exchange. So the first bed was not a good bed, the stitching/quilting was so pronounce my RA sensitivity could not take it. They exchanged the King mattress set for a Beauty Rest Black pillow top, top of the line (clearly had coils but rep swore tons of latex, foam, memory etc), but still the stitching was very pronounced, we agree better than first. We did Exchange for $149.00. We were told give it 30 days to break in etc, same info as first, so after two weeks we went back and said we need to return the bed for refund. We needed to find alternative, a natural latex no coils.
The 100% Happiness Guarantee or 100% refund is not happening, per Manager Mike at the Keene, NH store, tells us it's policy, nothing can be done. Honestly, this was not how the exchange we discussed, a refund was not offered nor was it said we COULD NEVER return and refund. Plus the sales receipt did not state that in our first purchase that was emailed to us. (Printer broken to give us.) We need to pursue this now, as REFUND probably through Small Claims court if no results happen after seeking district manager contact info. VERY UNHAPPY!!

Bought a Mattress from them about 3 months ago and got a Credit card through them cause it was 0%. 3 Months later I get a Alert for my credit saying that I'm over my limit and dropped my score 46 points. Contacted the Bank first and said that Mattress Firm charged me twice and that I had to contact the store I bought it from. Must have called 10+ phone numbers for them. Unless you want to buy something from them there no one to talk to.

I was trying to get a hold of the guy that sold me the Mattress Firm bed at the home show because I had a couple of things that I wanted to change. When they installed the bed, I didn't know the guy had two different remotes in one big mattress. They gave me two remotes because I have a king size bed and it has two different partitions instead of just one. If you want to lift the bed up or something, you got to lift up two remotes and hopefully not do it at the same time. Otherwise, it will burn out and then the cost is on me. I either have to get one rack for the mattress to sit on with one remote or I got to get a mattress that splits. So, I can only raise one side at a time. That's the problem I don't want to have because the main reason I got that is because of the remote and it can raise me up. I don't need it to burn out on me and not be able to raise the bed up.
But the guy hasn't been able to get back to me or return a message. I don't wanna have to give it back because mechanically, I can't do what I want with it. It's important for me for my breathing, my back and all these stuff I have that's wrong with me. But I like the comfort and I like sleeping on it. If they can correct that hump for me, I'll be glad to keep it.

I needed a mattress quick. So, I assumed I'd get one faster from Mattress Firm than buying one online. It's my first to purchase from them and the sales representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient and got me what I needed. She did great. I'm happy with the product, which was great as well. It was for the guest room. So, I have not been sleeping on it myself. But from what I heard from our guests, it's good. Overall, it was a good experience.

When we were looking around town, we found Mattress Firm. We got a regular bed from them and their sales rep has been very informative and definitely very friendly. It was really nice that he knew his stuff and he showed us a lot of different things to make sure that we knew exactly what we wanted. I would recommend them.

My wife and I had shopped six different mattress stores before we landed on Mattress Firm. The other stores were blabbering about the mattresses on sale without understanding what we were looking for. But, the Mattress Firm experience was 180 degree opposite. The salesperson named Cindy is an exact exemplary representation of what I think Mattress Firm's mission is. Her sales process and execution was planned and structured. I happened to be a professional seller all my career and so I look at things like that.
I remember her sales technique very well. She stood a good 30 minutes discovering what our sleeping needs were both individually and collectively as a couple before she started recommending mattresses. Then, she took us through a comparative analysis of the different types of mattresses. The three types were conventional, memory foam and the hybrid, and she walked us through all of that. The owners of the company should be very happy to have her on the payroll.
My wife and I ended up buying a conventional but the high-end Stearns and Foster. However, it turned out not being the right mattress. And so, we took it back 60 days into it. Cindy took us through the whole process again. We were anticipating a bit of grief and aggravation about returning a mattress, and there was none of that. Cindy then got us into a new mattress. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I sold all my furniture before I relocated to Texas so I didn't have a bed. I had to get a bed so I purchased a mattress, box spring, pretty much the whole nine from Mattress Firm. The only thing was the delivery people were late. They told me they were gonna come between 3:00 and 5:00. My manager approved for me to leave around 2:00 so I left at 2:00 thinking they're gonna come in between 3:00 and 5:00. However, they didn't get there until 5:45.
I could have got off at 5:00 and made it home in time if I would have known that. I get home at 5:30 every day and it would have been perfect. But it caused too many issues at work because I have to report my time. We don't clock in but I have to let them know and they want me to make up time if I leave early. So I was upset about that. Other than that, they set up the mattress nicely and everything was perfect. It's really a good mattress, too. I love and would recommend the mattress itself to other people but the delivery inconvenienced my time.

Early March of 2017 went to the branch in Kingston NY. Saleswoman was great. We were there for over an hour because there was a problem with the system. Mattress came without an issue. Returned the mattress within the 30 for comfort. Ending up spending another 1500.00 on new mattress. Something happened with the return and the purchase was there for almost 2 hours while he was on the phone with tech support. Salesman was very apologetic. They pick up our old mattress and there is no new mattress. Called the location right up. She said, "Let me call the warehouse. I will call you right back." Well 45 mins later I call back she said that it was on the truck. "I will call you back when the warehouse calls me."
One hour and 15 mins go by I call her back and she gave me some speech that they were going to call me in 5 mins. Now I have no bed. I demanded my money back and because we paid cash we need to wait 10 to 14 days. They lost out on my 3500.00 sale plus the 2 more mattresses I was going to buy for my kids. I will also spread the word never to shop at any Mattress Firm again.

It was an impulse purchase from Mattress Firm. I was walking through the mall and I told my wife we need a new mattress so I bought one and the frame. The salesperson was helpful. He showed me all the mattresses and told me to try all of them. Then the delivery took place the next day, so I was happy with that. My house is an old house, so bringing a mattress up to the second floor was a messy job but the delivery team did it with no problem. They took away the old one and did a good job. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m pleased. Price-wise, I was buying top-of-the-line mattress and I get what I've paid for even though I see a lot of advertisements that are cheaper. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

The Mattress Firm close by was having a President’s Day sale so we got a Beautyrest queen set. It was a lovely experience. The salesperson we dealt with was very nice and very helpful. We’re very happy with our purchase and it has a very nice quality. The price was fine too. It was the first bed I’ve ever bought and I don’t feel ripped off. Overall it was a very satisfying experience.

I went into my local mattress firm (Anderson, Indiana) about a week ago and made a purchase on a full queen set. I just moved into my new apt within the last few weeks and I've been sleeping on my couch. Some couches aren't made to be slept on and this is why I choose mattress firm to purchase a new bed at. I dealt with Bob (store manager) when I picked out a bed I liked and eventually purchased. This was on a Tuesday. I was told my bed would be delivered on the following Thursday between 4-8.
Thursday arrives and I get a call from the delivery driver around 1:30 while I'm at work and he states that he is available to bring my bed earlier than expected. I don't get off work until 4:00 and I explained to him that I don't arrive at my home until almost 5. The delivery driver suggested that I reschedule my delivery. At this point I call the store itself and explain to "Chris" whom I spoke with that the bed was scheduled to be delivered between 4-8 not at 1:30. Chris seemed to be kind of clueless as to how the situation should be reconciled and wasn't very helpful, and he actually stated that he was new and never had this situation occur on his watch. I explained to Chris that I was a little disgruntled and I offered to get a truck and pick up the bed myself after I got off work.
When I got off work (on a Wednesday) I drove right over to the Warehouse and the warehouse happened to be closed. I was told by the store employee "Chris" that the warehouse was open until 7 at least. At this point I've wasted my time and gas. The following day I never received another notification about my bed and when it would be delivered. Friday comes and I deal with Chris again and he got the delivery rescheduled for Saturday between 4-8 again. Saturday comes and I'm shopping for new bedding for my bed and I receive a call from the store that there was a miscommunication between them and the warehouse and my bed never made it on the truck that day to be delivered.
At this time I asked when I would be able to get my bed and he said that there was nothing available until the following Monday. I explained to him that this was unacceptable and the whole point of me purchasing a bed from his store, was so I wasn't sleeping on my couch anymore. He offered no apology or reconciliation with this matter. I spoke with the manager Bob over the phone who stated that he was owed a few favors by the warehouse and that he would have my bed to me the following day between the same time frame.
It's Sunday right now and I'm crossing my fingers that I'll receive my bed today and everything that was suppose to be included. The point of my frustration right now, is the simple fact that after all I went through to get a bed, at no point was anything even offered to me. A discount on the price of the bed wasn't offered, a few pillows, or maybe even a mattress cover. I'm still choosing to deal with all this and receive my bed, instead of going somewhere else. At the same time, it's very unlikely that I will purchase anything else from Mattress Firm.

The lady who helped us at Mattress Firm versus the other stores was very knowledgeable. She made good suggestions without being pushy and was good at explaining the products to us and I got a mattress and a box spring from them. The delivery guys were very nice. They came with shoe covers and put them on. They also took all their garbage with them. When my furniture came, they didn’t drop-off the mattress and then run. They put it in place for me. From shopping to delivery, it was a great experience. All in all, it was quick and easy.

I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm couple of years ago and within 18 months of buying it, it was falling apart and sagging. I had to fight and argue with them to do a warranty and I had to pay for the inspector to come out. They originally denied my claim even though it was very clearly defective. So I had to call and argue again. They re-looked at the pictures and decided I was right and gave us a credit in the store. Then we went and got something different. The sales people in the store were all very nice. It was more the corporate people who I had talked to on the phone that were not as much fun to work with.
Then, when they delivered the bed, the delivery guys dropped it on the ground so it had a giant black scuff across it. They also didn't wear the little things on their shoes so they had a track of dirt in my house. I called and complained and someone was supposed to call me back to refund me my delivery fee but they never did. I ended up getting in touch with the contractor they used for delivery and he wrote me a personal check out of his personal checking account to refund me the delivery fee since Mattress Firm was so flippant about it. So the delivery guy and I are good because it was his guys that messed it up ultimately.
I didn't want to replace the mattress, but I wanted to report the scuff so that if I had to do another warranty claim down the line, it wouldn't be misinterpreted because there was a mark on it. They refused to do that so they had to send me an entirely new mattress. I had to take off work to stay home and wait for the delivery guy again. This one that they have me with now is okay. It looks a little off bulging in certain spots that it really shouldn't be but honestly, I'm so tired of dealing with it. I probably won't be a return customer of Mattress Firm now.

Before my 100 days were up I went to the store by the Dayton Mall in Ohio complained the one of the mattress for me was too hot and was too hard. My wife was fine with her side. I was told I could return the mattress when I bought it for a 50 dollar delivery fee for a mattress similar to the one that we bought. It was supposed to be cooler and a little softer but they didn't want me to buy the one that would be only 50 dollars. They wanted me to buy the one that was thousands of dollars more. They didn't help or let me return the one I was having problems with. I never seen the salesman that I bought from. He was very helpful. The sales person I used after was not very helpful especially they said it could be returned if I wasn't happy. Don't believe that ever again. Hope this helps if someone is on the fence between 2 mattresses. I don't have paper work on me at the moment but if needed I will have wife find.

I'm writing this review because now I'm completely out of options in regards to this matter. On Saturday, March 25 I made a purchase of two Reflection 4 Posturepedic Bases in size Twin XL in order to make a Split King bed along with two radiance gold mattresses. When the product arrived and we slept on it a couple of nights, we decided that it wasn't what we wanted so we call the store for a return. To our surprise, they tell us that they have a no return policy. Now I found myself with a $4,700 bed with less than a week of use that I do not want and the feeling that I've been robbed. I just want to return the items and have a refund. I don't care if they charge me with a restocking fee but they didn't even told us at the moment we were buying about those awful return policies of the store.

My friend purchased from Mattress Firm and he was happy with his mattress. The sales staff from Mattress Firm seemed very helpful and offered me a sale item, and I was happy to save money. I bought the individual coil mattress which was firm. I had it delivered and the guys were quick, very nice and professional. They didn't keep me waiting long at all. With the mattress I got, I no longer had the back pains I used to have when waking up. I'm quite happy with the overall quality.

We had purchased from Mattress Firm before and this time, we also got the mattress cover pad along with the mattress. It was a Sunday and we were riding in the parking lot to see if they were open, and they actually had an open shift which was scheduled to open in about 30 minutes. Their rep saw us out there and he waved for us to come on in, which was a positive thing when in fact, he was just filling in from another location. We had a good experience overall. It was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to spend a whole lot of time. The salesman also shared with us the different features and benefits of the different mattresses.

After putting my complaint on ConsumerAffair website, Mattress Firm contacted us and were able to fix our problem by contacting the store where we got our mattress and got store credit towards any mattress that we wanted.

We went to Sleep Train store last Saturday to buy a new Mattress because our Tempurpedic was too firm for us and we wanted a medium soft bed. When we got there I try out many beds and ended up with the one I like. They were having a sale and we ended up with good deal, or at least we thought. They said no returns were accepted on this bed, so my husband ask what was wrong with it. They said that nothing wrong was with it but told us that they were returns from people that thought they were either too firm or too soft and they were only use for not more than 30 days.
Well, when we got the bed, the first night my side sank way too much, and woke up with back pain and told my husband. He said he had a good night sleep and thought that I was crazy. I told him we got the wrong bed because the one we tried at the store was much firmer than that one. We went to the store that day and told the salesperson about it and he said that maybe the bed was defective, but to try another night and sleep on opposite sides to see if there was a difference, so we did.... guess what, my husband noticed the difference right away and next day woke up with back pain.
I on the other hand slept somehow Better since his side was not sinking. Call customer service and told us that that bed has been used for more than 5 months and that the sales person should have told us. Now nobody want to talk to us or fix this!!! Help here. If I don't get a solution for this, we will put a complaint to the California BBB and so on. Find out that the Company is no longer Sleep Train, is now call MATTRESS FIRM.
P.S we will not take action unless we don't hear from you in the next few days. I don't think is fair that you do not tell people that some of the mattresses you sale are also second hand since mine has a yellow tag that says that. That is misleading and dishonest. The mattress they took away from my house was in wayyyy much better shape than the one you sold us. We need a resolution here.

I bought a mattress but I had to return it because it was hurting my back. I then exchanged it for another where I ended up getting an adjustable bed. The representatives at the store were friendly, engaging, explained things, and answered my questions. The second rep, Curtis, was very knowledgeable and really worked with me. He was so patient and gave me lots of time to be able to figure out what would work for me. He was wonderful, helpful, and really represented Mattress Firm very well. This company's customer service line is a Joke! I have never been able to call in and get someone on their 800 line without waiting at least 15 minutes before they pick up, and one time it was 90 minutes! We placed a web order and they shipped the base but never shipped the mattress and box spring. We called and I was on hold for over an hour and a half before someone picked up! Come to find out the mattress was on back order and no one bothered to tell us. They had no time frame for the back order so we canceled the order. I was told that the refund would be back on my card within 5 to 7 business days.
On day 8 I called again and was on hold for over 15 minutes this time before someone picked up. The agent told me that it wasn't 5-7 but 7-10 business days. I requested to speak to a manager, was told they had no way to transfer to a manager and that it wasn't their policy. That they would send an email and a manager would call me back within 24-48 hours. That didn't happen and neither did my refund.
On day 11 I called back, was again on hold for 15 minutes before someone picked up. All she could tell me was that the last agent did request a call back and the managers were not in the office and she couldn't get me to any manager because there was no manager in the offices. I told her I wasn't hanging up as they had over $1000 of my money without giving me a product. I asked her to get a manager to call me and when they did I would hang up with her since she couldn't transfer me to a manager. She then put me on hold for almost 10 minutes came back on the line and told me she had walked to the accounting department and they processed my refund right then and there that the one person in the entire company who could process refunds was out sick so that's why the delay. One Person In The Entire Company Can Process Refunds... Let that sink in.... so that means I'm not the only one waiting on my refund.
She still refused to get a manager on the line and I refused to hang up so she put me on hold again and finally a manager called me. Still no Doreen or Robert the managers who were supposed to call me in the first place. This manager apologized, said I was a "rare case" that they had failed me and that there was nothing he could do but make sure that my refund went through. I have spent Hours dealing with this stuff. They have horrible customer service escalation policies and the worst customer call center times. The agents were not rude but they were not helpful either. They couldn't get anything resolved and they can't escalate to a manager either.
The last agent finally get something done when she had to Walk Over To Accounting and ask them to process my refund so that she could get me off the phone. Oh by the way the accounting department refuses to take any calls even the managers even though they were the ones holding up the process. This company leaves their customer service agents in a no win situation. They have to deal with irate customers without giving them any support or way to rectify situations. I will Never deal with Mattress Firm and whatever else they have merged with to be the "great conglomerate we are" according to the manager I finally talked to who said that this wasn't how they norm. Well it was the norm for me... Don't waste your money go somewhere else and deal with people face to face. Don't ever buy from Mattress Firm online or over the phone you will get the run-around.

I had purchased my previous Tempur-Pedic from Mattress Firm about 12 years ago. What ended up happening was that it finally started to wear out so I had to get a new bed. So, I got a Tempur-Pedic Contour Elite this time because I have lower back issues and I enjoyed my Tempur-Pedic from before. Mattress Firm's rep was excellent, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He even scheduled the delivery for the same day and the delivery team was good too. So far so good. The mattress meets my expectations and I am satisfied with it.

Within less than a month, we have problems with our mattress. There's some hole inside and the side part of the mattress is not very strong. We went to the shop and they replaced it, and then returned and replaced it again. I contacted the customer service because I was not sure whether there’s any warranty as I was not aware of that. When I bought it at the shopping center, the guy just gave me the invoice and I just paid the money. And then he just read the description on the mattress whatever was put there. But generally, we are happy with Mattress Firm. It is very good and high-quality mattress.

Mattress Firm seemed to be the most knowledgeable and professional of all the three mattress firms I checked. When you walk in, they have the color coded foot guards that are on the beds and if you lay on the bed and you don't take your shoes off, the feet will rest on these things. They tell you what's firm and extra firm. Then we lay on all of the mattresses and decided which one would be best for us. Based on back considerations, we decided on a mattress.
The reps at Mattress Firm explained the differences between the Black Hybrid and the regular box spring, the difference between that and the Plush and the difference between that and the Pillow Top. Any question that we asked them, they explained. We bought the Hybrid because of the cooling that it has, where both the springs and the foam have both the memory foam and it has a cooling foam element as well, which keeps you from sweating while you sleep and keeps your body temperature regulated. We ended up with one that both had the support for your back and the softness, because my wife likes the soft, cuddly kind of bed while I want one that will support my old, aching back.
We had to change mattresses because at first I bought a firm mattress which my back loved but my wife hated. The first delivery was wonderful and went off without a hitch, and the second delivery was just as good as the first. I also wanted the box springs to match, so I bought the box springs, too. The guy from Mattress Firm showed up and he only had one box spring, so I told him, "We're not gonna swap and have mismatched box springs on the bed. Take that one back and bring two when you get ready."
It took Mattress Firm a couple of times to get that straight and that threw them in a loop. But the delivery guys came and they were very friendly and professional. They put little stockers on their feet and took the mattresses away. They also answered any questions I had, which was some of them were stupid but they took their time and answered them. Even one of the managers called just to see how things were going, which I thought was impressive and very aggressive for a mattress firm. Overall the mattress is comfortable as heck and my wife is happy.

I like Mattress Firm's price so I decided to purchase a mattress and bunkie boards from them. Their sales rep, whom I actually spoke with once before, met me and my other half at the door of their showroom and I told them what I was looking for. He brought me to all the different mattresses and gave us the pillows to try them out. He hooked us up with some box springs on a good deal and a frame. They did everything and sold it all up. Overall, it was good. I went to everywhere we have in town and ended up back right where I started. So they were doing it right.

So I have read the reviews of Mattress Firm before even "Buying" a mattress through them and they weren't too good and now I'm regretting purchasing anything from mattress firm. My reason why is that I purchased a mattress and bed frame all the way back in January and till this day I still haven't been charged. I have contacted customer service over 23 times on the phone AND contacted by email multiple times... and all they say is "It's up to Corporate". Well I guess I got a free mattress because I'm not going to sit around make a billion phone calls and just "wait" for a charge when least expected it and I wanted to pay it off months ago! It is frustrating. I don't like knowing that I have an order still being processed and there is nothing I can do but sit around and wait for it to go through. Or if it never does then woohoo! Free mattress.

Very bad experience. Ordered mattress set supposed to be delivered Tuesday 3/21/17 by 3:00pm. My aunt finally called at 3:00pm to see what was going on. She was informed that the delivery date was rescheduled for 03/23/17 but never bothered to call to tell us that delivery date was changed. Called customer service and I was told I can track the delivery online. Thursday came, I track the mattress and no delivery showing. So finally got fed up, chat with customer service online again and was told that they will get in touch with the store to find out what's going on. I stop by the store and was told the mattress we ordered can't be delivered because it has to be shipped to their warehouse first and then delivered to us. I told them that is unacceptable because my uncle is getting out of rehab on Saturday so we need a bed for him ASAP.
So make story short we had to change mattress that we ordered and was told it will be delivered the next day which is Friday, 03/24/17. Woke up the next day to see progress of delivery. It showed that it will be delivered between 2:45 - 4:45. I was thinking to myself that's really great. But something told me to check website again before I went to work at 2:30 pm. I was curious because now it shows the delivery time was 7:00pm-7:45pm. So l called the store, was very upset at this point and asked them what is going on. We are pressed for time because my uncle will be released the next day so have to make sure we get this mattress Friday or else he will not have a bed to sleep on and will have to sleep on the floor.
Rep told me to hold so he can speak to dispatch to find out what is going on with this delivery. Rep said they told him it will get there between 2:30-4:30. I told him that is not what website is saying. It's really absolutely ridiculous that no one knows what is going on with this delivery. In the meantime my aunt has to sit at home and wait for this delivery but has no idea when it will get there. She can't leave the house to visit my uncle at the rehab center because she has to wait for this delivery. Finally the salesperson called me back and told me the mattress will be delivered within 20 mins, that's at 2:45pm. This time they actually called my aunt and told her they were on their way. Don't get me wrong, Ed and Jason from the store were great. They really helped us to make sure we get this mattress delivered on time. I will NEVER shop at this store ever again.

I bought a king-size mattress from Mattress Firm for $1,800 and the mattress was sinking on one side. They had to replace it six months after I bought it. But the replacement mattress started doing the same thing. It's just me in the bed and when I turn towards the middle, I'm going uphill. I had also purchased from Mattress Firm beds for my daughter and grandson and their beds were having the same issues like mine. These have just been replaced because these were under a certain dollar amount. Mattress Firm said that they'd go ahead and send a store credit to have my daughter and grandson's beds replaced. But for my case, they wanted to charge me $39 for them to come and check my bed. I told them I'm not paying the $39 and that something is wrong with my bed.
The guy who came out, told me the mattress has not gone down quite enough yet to be replaced and that I should give it three months and call them back out here. But I have gotten a knee replacement after that so it was a year and a half after the guy came that I was finally able to call them back. They sent a smartass out here to look at my bed and he tore the whole bed apart. He had to see the mattress, the foundation and the frame. When he took the foundation parts out, I told him to be careful because it will come apart. The box spring is a Sleep Number, and it's like a hard plastic that's put together. There are two box springs to a king-size mattress and he lifted the one side out on my side. When he put the box spring back, because he was rough, the top came off. Then I heard, when he was lifting it to put it back, this noise, one could tell it was coming apart.
He got the box spring back in there then he had a time putting the top on. Then, he and my husband put the mattress back down on top and he said that I would be hearing from them. Then, I got a letter in the mail telling me that it's normal wear and tear. Mattress Firm sells cut-rate mattresses. They need to replace the second mattress and put this issue to higher up. I'm stuck with a mattress that is dipping down. It's horrible.

We bought a mattress back in Jan of last year 2016. We noticed sagging in one spot within a year. We stopped back at the store to ask them what to do. They gave us the number of the warranty company so I filed a claim. After doing everything they asked and sending in pictures. They denied the claim. Their answer was we didn't have proper support however the store associates didn't even know what they were talking about. So of course they are willing to sell us another mattress and a base for another $2300 but we shouldn't have to. They should be covering the product we already bought. I would stay far away from this company.

Your service is terrible. Got my mattress on 3/24/17 king mattress and only 1 box spring. I was told to call the store where I made the purchase so I did. I was told by the store I had to call back tomorrow to make sure the other box spring is on the truck. I didn't know I work there. That's not my job. That should be your job. Try to call customer service. There is no such thing. Last time I will shop with your company.

Yesterday, I bought the Lux Living Lavender Bliss Memory Foam Pillow and I'm very disappointed in this product. I bought one last year and loved how thick it was- it was perfect for my neck since I sleep on my side. I do not like the new low-profile design; it has caused me a lot of neck pain. I purchased an Adjustable Frame and Mattress from Mattress Firm In Pueblo, Co on February 18 2017. It was supposed to be delivered on March 10, 2017. It wasn't delivered. I was told it would be delivered on March 17, 2017. It was not on truck. I had called the store in Pueblo to ask about the order tracking because it kept telling me there was nothing to track. I spoke with James ** about this he said that the system showed it would be delivered on March 10, 2017. Did NOT HAPPEN.
I got another call from the manager of the Pueblo Store on March 17, 2017 saying it would not be delivered again to me. All the manager could say to me was it was not the store fault and would not try to help me resolve the problem. MANAGER KEPT TELLING ME WAS SHE WAS FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS. ALSO NO SOLUTION. After I still did not receive my order on March 17, 2017 I cancelled my order of $1700 Dollars on March 23, 2017. I will not recommend this store to anyone else.

I'm still getting used to our Hybrid from Mattress Firm. I feel like it's slanted to the edge and I'm falling off the bed all the time. So, I'm just now starting to get a good night sleep. But when I asked my husband, he is more comfortable with it. We used to have an air bed and that wasn't comfortable either. The rep knew exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't. He totally helped me narrow down what I needed. When I laid on the bed in the store, it was really comfortable and I didn't notice that I felt like I was falling off or that it's higher in the middle than it is on the edges. Also, the product was in excellent condition when they delivered it.

I went to two different Mattress Firms, the one in Virginia at first. Their sales rep was excellent, but then I told him I couldn't buy from him 'cause I had to go back home to the Waldorf location, which is where I bought the mattress from. It was a good sale. The sales rep helped me put it on top of my car and he was excellent. I ended up going somewhere else to get another mattress for my mother, and when they tried to put it in my car, they didn't act like they know what they were there for. I should have gone back to Mattress Firm for all of this.

We purchased the mattress for 1800 from Mattress Firm and one year later, our mattress already have a bad saggy and hurt our back and neck. We added pad to help our back and it did not help us. I decided to call Mattress Firm and explained from what our experience and they said I have 10 years warranty. I contacted the Mattress Marshals to do inspection and asked me to pay 29.99 dollars for the inspection kit and I paid. I got kit in letter.
We waited for 3 weeks and I got letter and denied because our frame was not supported the mattress. Actually our box is still in a good condition but our mattress isn't. They said they won't credit and give us a new mattress. I explained that our back and neck hurt every morning when we get up. It is only less 2 years old mattress? We had the problem at first year and we finally gave up and called 2 years later. Is it normal for mattress to be bad in less a year??? I will never go to Mattress Firm again EVER!!! Bad business!!!

We bought a very expensive ICOMFORT mattress set, with a 10 year warranty, from a store in Wilmington, NC in 2014. After about a year one side started to sag & is now like a hammock. The other side & the middle are fine. We tried to deal with it but after repeated back aches & doctor visits we decided to report it. I have been going around & around with the Mattress Firm claims department for the last 3 months trying to reach some resolution with no success. I paid the $40 to have someone come out and do an inspection. Inspector agreed there was a problem & I should hear something within a week, which I didn't. I had to call. To make a very long story as short as possible I've since talked to 3 different people.
First person said I had done nothing to void my warranty but that my frame needs to be replaced & then I should ask for a re-inspection. Third person said my warranty was voided for inadequate frame & that I should buy a new frame, send pictures of that frame & then they would reevaluate, I assume for another $40 inspection! This makes no sense!!! How can a warranty that has been voided be un-voided? We were never asked about the frame we had when we bought the mattress. The mattress was delivered with no comment about the frame & the inspector who came out never mentioned the frame. I was told it was in my warranty booklet (which I did not receive) but then that is my word against theirs.
Yesterday I talked to a Mattress Firm salesman in another city. There was a frame there, which "coincidentally" they just happen to sale now. I asked if we had that frame would it make a difference & he said it would not. Our problem is not in the middle of the bed but on one side only. He said that side has collapsed & it sounds like a manufacturing defect and that there have been issues with the older versions of this particular mattress (not with the new ones). So now I am stuck with a $2,000 mattress set. I have spent $40 to have it inspected. I am told to buy a $100 or so bed frame & resubmit for I guess another $40 inspection after which I will probably be turned down again for some other reason! There is more to the story than this but you get the picture. The warranty is worthless. Beware.

My experience with Mattress Firm was good. We walked in the store and laid on the mattress. The sales rep was really good. He was informative and didn't pressure us. He told us to go home, sleep on it and think about it. He didn't make us feel like we had to buy then. We hesitated but he kept throwing more offers in. That was good. So we got the Tempur-Pedic mattress, the adjustable bed frame, and the waterproof mattress pads. We also purchased mattress cover but I don't really like it. It moves on my mattress, don't get as tight as others I've had and it feels like a towel under my sheets instead of being a smooth finish. It's not woven. It's like terry cloth or something weird.
But we've enjoyed the adjustable bed frame. It's good to be able to sit up and the massage feature is good to have as well. The team who set the bed up was great. They were good-mannered and asked if they could move furniture and set it up for us. They didn't knock anything off the walls. They were in and out really fast. Mattress Firm was easy to deal with and has great customer service.

I purchased a mattress from Sleepy's back in 2014. The mattress sagged and the box springs did not seem as good as they were but thought I was stuck with it after going into the store and was told there was nothing that could be done. I then called the manufacturer who assisted me with getting a replacement in 2016. That part was excellent. I picked out a new mattress in March 2016 and it was delivered on March 28, 2016. It seemed okay for a while, then I noticed sagging on the mattress. I called Mattress Firm since they acquired Sleepy's and was told to file a claim. They gave me the number of Mattress Marshals. I called them and they called back about a week later from another state saying they would come to my old address. I told them I had moved so they re-routed my information to my new state.
About a week or two later, I received a call from a rude representative. I told her my schedule was a little hectic, but I would take off to be there. She said "if I call you once and you don't answer I won't come." So I took off but she called me the night before (after 830 PM) saying she had bronchitis and the weather was icy, so she wouldn't make it because she didn't want to risk her life. I asked would it be better to do the self-inspection kit and she said most people do not get their claims approved that way so it was best to have her come out. So I said okay. I called her back to reschedule and we finally had a day set. I turned the mattress around for the sagging portion to be located at the end of the bed after a while because it became uncomfortable to sleep in the indention.
She was to come about 2 weeks later and when I stripped the bed, the sagging rose up again but it still did not feel as firm. I called her back and let her know the update. She said she didn't know if it would be approved now and I should have called earlier because she could've rescheduled with another customer, so she would come out anyway even though she knew it probably wouldn't be approved. That was $40 down the drain. Due to her extremely poor customer service and attitude, I felt she wouldn't be impartial. So I called Mattress Marshals to have the appointment cancelled. I was told I would receive a refund which took over a month after numerous calls.
Now, I still have problems with the mattress shifting off of the box springs and indentions in the actual mattress and I am hesitant to call because the representative said she is the ONLY representative for my area, and I do not want to deal with her any further. I want a fair and unbiased inspection and do not know what to do. I need a quality replacement mattress and box spring since I spent my money on it and it hasn't even been a year. I called Mattress Firm to discuss this but their weather is bad so the call center is closed. I just want to get what I thought I paid for, a good quality mattress.

We went around and looked at other places but we were happy with the service and the price at Mattress Firm. Also, the young sales lady took a lot of time explaining everything and she was very nice. The delivery people were exceptional, too, because they came and put a red carpet. They were ticking and putting stuff on their shoes. I told them they didn't have to but they insisted. They were very good and quick. They had to go up 18 steps and put everything together in the bedroom. They worked very well and they did a tremendous job. I'd definitely recommend them.

I needed a mattress so I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic from Mattress Firm. They had sheets on sale so I pretty much got the whole bed. The bed is as good as I thought it would be. I had an eight-year-old mattress so it was hard for it not to be better. I waited a little long before I replaced it but it was worth it now that I got the new one from Mattress Firm. Since having the new bed, my shoulders don't hurt from pressure points when I wake up in the morning. It's comfortable to sleep on.

I pass by Mattress Firm a thousand times a day and I've used them in the past, so I went with them again and it was a good experience. The sales rep was great. I got a couple of mattresses that I use for my other bedroom. Although I don't sleep on these particular mattresses, they seem to have lasted us a fine time.

I bought a mattress at the end of 2014 from Mattress Firm. Paid $1701.62 for a Sealy Posturpedic mattress that started sagging within a year. Several months ago I noticed that one side of the mattress is higher than the other. No one sleeps on the mattress except me and I weigh 130lbs. I called Mattress Firm to find out what to do. First they couldn't pull up the information. Then their computer went down so I had to wait for it to reboot. Finally, I was able to get the information on the type of mattress but was told that they couldn't do anything about it. I would have to call the mattress company. It just seems that as much as I paid for this horrible mattress they could have at least helped me.
UPDATED ON 04/10/2017: I have a sagging mattress that I bought from Mattress Firm two years ago. I called the store but was told they couldn't help. They said for me to call the mattress company! Why should I have to call? The store is the one that sold me a defective mattress! Someone from Mattress Firm finally got in touch with me about two weeks ago. He stated that I needed to take pictures of the mattress so that he could look and see if it was truly sagging. He called eight days ago stating that it was approved and he would be sending me the approval letter that day to take to the store so that I could pick out something else. I have not received anything by email or by post office. I called and left a message stating that I have not received anything but he hasn't responded back nor do I have a letter of approval. That is why they have a rating of two stars. So dissatisfied and frustrated with this company.

We ended up exchanging a mattress and when we went back, we were confused because they had changed the name on the stores here in Washington from Sleep Train to Mattress. We thought we had the wrong store, but it's still the same company so that threw us a little. We did the exchange because my husband thought it was too soft for his back which made his back hurt a bit. They took care of it and the new mattress is a lot better.

On 1/7/17 me and my wife order a new mattress due to her 2 recent back surgeries. We wanted a premium mattress so we purchased one from Mattress Firm in LaGrange GA. When the mattress was delivered their delivery driver left the huge truck out of gear and the truck rolled down my driveway and hit our 2008 GMC Yukon and did $9,500 worth of damage to it! After calling the store that we purchased the mattress from and receiving (NO) help not even a returned phone call we called to local police and had a report done. After the police advised us to contact our insurance company since we couldn't get Mattress Firm's insurance to even call us back after 5 days I turned it over to our own insurance company!
Well it's now 3/14/17 and I still haven't got our Yukon back from the repair shop! The best part of it is the adjustable frame that we purchased an L&P 500 broke after the first night so we call our local store and they sent us another one. 2 weeks later and it too was broken in the exact same place our first one was broken so the store loaned us a very cheap box spring set and ordered us another brand of adjustable frame (Premier Grey Ergo) we received it on 2/26/17 almost 2 months after our original order was placed. Mattress Firms insurance has denied to rent a car for me so I have been renting a car and paying for it myself since Feb 12 and Mattress Firm corporate NEVER has called me to check on me or my family! Worse customer service I have ever seen. Never will I ever buy anything from them again! Not to mention that the mattress total bill was $4,499.99.

I had purchased from Mattress Firm before, and recently I got a queen-sized mattress. The team delivered it fast and they were good at what they did. However, we haven't gotten two of our pillows as there's some problem with getting those transported in. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I bought from Mattress Firm before and I was very happy with them. The sales reps were very professional and answered all my questions. This time, I got sheets, pillows, a mattress, and a box spring. They're great. It was a very comfortable bed. I sleep real good and I no longer have backaches. The pillows are nice and firm at night too. I had never been in Mattress Firm before. I thought they were a huge retailer who was only counting sales and that makes me mad because the place, honestly, has the best prices. I walked in, I had a really specific amount of money and I couldn't spend more than that. I also had to have a foam mattress. I told that to the salesman and he quickly whittled it down based on what I was looking for and what my budget was. They were all foam and no hybrids but they still weren't a good fit for me. I was wandering around the store and I tried a bed in a corner which felt really great. I called the salesman over, told him I love the bed but that I couldn't afford it. He pointed to the sign that floor samples were on sale at half the price. It was closer to the range that I could afford.
They kept working with me and they knew their stuff but with all of these mattresses that I was considering, he had to hand me off to another salesperson because of his schedule. A lady stepped in and was at least as knowledgeable as he was. She really stuck with me, talked to me about each of the different beds and what would be what with the different purchases. They're knowledgeable, well-trained on their products and honest. They share what they know and they don't do it like you're being sold. You feel like they're trying to share the information they have that could be helpful to you. I had been at Rooms To Go when they've had a sale sometime during the last couple of months and it was exactly the opposite experience. They couldn't tell me what it was I'd be buying and the lady was trying to tell me that the bed was all foam because they were foam-covered coils. It was really bad.
Mattress Firm is good but I had to stop in a different store to pick up the pillows because the store that I've been to was out of them and I want them to be delivered with the bed. The salesman offered to drive up to the other store but I declined because it wasn't that much farther. When I was in there again, the salesperson was very nice and asked me about my experience. He wasn't trying to sell me anything else but was interested in what I did end up buying and why.

My wife and I purchased a set of mattresses from Mattress Firm on 3/5/17. The set they delivered on 3/7/17 had a flaw in the top mattress and I had to send it back. My wife called the store and they said they would call the warehouse and let them know. She asked how soon we could get a replacement. He told her Saturday because they only delivered twice a week in our area. We thought due to the fact of the mattress being faulty this was a long time to wait. I would think they could have made a better arrangement but we were told it was out of the question. So on Thursday I got a call for the warehouse telling me that our mattress set would be delivered on Saturday 3/11/17 and we would be their first delivery.
I have a bad back so my wife broke down the bed before she left for work that morning. She went online to check the delivery schedule for 3/11/17 and we were not on it. She called the store and asked to speak with Mr. **. He was the salesman who sold us our mattresses and I believe the man's name was Greg. She spoke with told her that Mr. ** would not be in till 10:00 am. He asked if he could help her and she told him she was checking to see if our mattresses were going to be delivered that day. He told her he did not have access to Mr. **'s files to get that information but he would have him call when he came in. Maybe 40 mins. later the same man called me and told me we would not be getting our mattresses that day. I asked why. He said because they didn't have any more in the warehouse and had to order another set.
They had from Tuesday to Saturday and I received a call on Thursday from the warehouse verifying delivery on 3/11/17. Now they say it will be Tuesday. I do not understand. We paid cash for these mattresses. Now we can't seem to get a good set delivered. Am I wrong? Is the customer who was delivered a faulty mattress should they not be a priority? Thanks so much.

Mattress firm was the only company that could get a whole bed to me the next day. And so, I purchased a queen size bed, a mattress, and rails from them. Their sales representative was helpful and friendly. Moreover, their delivery team put the bed together and they were great. Everything went smoothly. We just moved and found a mattress online from Mattress firm. And so, we decided to order. While finding the mattress that we were looking for was easy on their website, they did not have a clear number to call in order to get somebody to help you with rescheduling. We realized on the day of the delivery that we weren't going to be in the house. And so, we needed to reschedule the delivery for the following day. Unfortunately, nobody would help me. Instead, they kept sending me to call the wrong telephone numbers. It was a nightmare.
If they have just one 1800 number, then somebody answering that number should have the answers to all the questions. They would be able to direct me to the right person rather than have me spend an hour or two trying to reschedule my mattress delivery. I finally got in touch with the right person and he was able to reschedule the delivery for the following day.

I would never go back to Mattress Firm again. It started in November when I went up to the store in 3rd St S Jacksonville Beach with my warranty and explained to them about my mattress not being comfortable. The rep said that I should call the inspection company and get somebody out to inspect it. I did that and someone from the inspection firm came out. He stated that both the mattress and box springs were defective. He said that he has to take the pictures, measurements, and report up to Mattress Firm and that they'll call me within a week. However, I didn't get a call within a week.
I went up to the store again before Christmas and called the manager of the store. I said to him that I have not heard anything about my mattress and I'm very uncomfortable with it. He then said, "You'll hear something soon. I've never seen anybody have this much trouble." I said I've never had this much trouble before and Stearns & Foster is supposed to be one of the top lines and I expected to get a good mattress. He told me to be patient. I called the warranty department using the number that he gave me and they said the same thing. I said that I have been pretty patient. This has been going on since about the middle of November. Then they said I'll get a letter in the mail but I've never gotten a letter to this day.
Finally after the first of the year, I went up to the store and said something has got to be done. I've had minor surgery and I'm very uncomfortable in my bed and this has been going on since about the first week in November. The rep said he'll see what he can do. He got on the phone and evidently, they told him that I was due to get a new mattress and box springs. He didn't have what I wanted so I went over to the other store here in Jacksonville and picked out a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and so far it's good. I asked the young man who was taking out my old mattress, "What do you do with these?" And he said they'll send them back to the factory and they'll redo them. I hope my Beautyrest didn't go to be one that's been rigged on. I was dissatisfied with Mattress Firm.

Purchased a Sealy posturepedic pillow top mattress Aug 27, 2016 from Sleepy's which is now Mattress Firm (which was in the process of changing when we purchased our mattress). A few weeks later the pillow top started to pull away from the actual mattress. Went to store, was told to call customer service which they told me I needed to buy a kit ($25 which they did waive the cost) to measure my impression, which I explained it was not an impression in the mattress but an imperfection. I sent pictures that were sent to Marshall Mattress, they forwarded them to Sleepy's then to Mattress Firm. I was told the warranty only covers impressions in the mattress.
I proceeded to Sealy's customer service which they told me the same story. PEOPLE, I had a defective product and no one wanted to take responsibility for this product. After about 5 months of going back & forth I finally contacted Better Business Bureau which did get Mattress Firm to tell me I could finally get an exchange. Well, they no longer carry my mattress, so I had to find another one. I paid $800.00 for the original mattress set, but I only had credit for $380 because all of the free products I was told I was given was deducted from the price of the mattress. Free box spring, mattress cover, delivery & pickup of old mattress. Now I am told that was a package deal, never told at the time that my free items would cost me.
So try to find a mattress for $380 which I had to pay another $200 to get a mattress. Not happy with my choice but wanted to get out of this nightmare and away from this store & company ASAP. So buyer BEWARE!!! Be careful of all the free things they give you. It will be deducted from the cost of your mattress if you ever need to return it. Who thought we would have to return a mattress??? Mattress Firm & Sealy do not back their products unless it fits in with the normal conditions, but what about defective products. That pillow top was at least 3" from the actual mattress when we returned it. What aggravation this has been!!! When we stood it on its side when they picked it up it even bulged in the main part, so it was defective.

My experience with mattress firm was very positive. We saw something that we really liked among the newer types of mattresses at one of their state fairs in Texas. We were going to Tucson and they didn't have any here. Then, we started talking about Tempur-Pedic mattresses and thought we'd go with that. However, we had the mattress for just four months because we decided it was too hard. So, we went with the softer mattress and we liked that a lot more. The process of switching out the mattresses was very simple. Moreover, the service was great. When we finally made up our minds, they helped us with the whole process and the mattress got delivered quickly. Mattress Firm treated us very well.

The sales lady that I dealt with was really cool. I went to Mattress Firm for the sale, but because I’m a big guy, the mattress they had advertised wasn’t thick enough. So, she sold me another mattress which I could’ve bought from anywhere, but I got it from her because she was awesome. And amazingly, I got it delivered that same day. We just had a terrible experience with their warranty dept when the pictures shows there's an issue with the mattress. We purchased a Radiant Firm in 2012 and the mattress started sagging in various parts of mattress. We stated have back and leg issues so contacted the store and was referred to warranty dept which is Mattress Marshals, Inc. They sent us a kit which took a week to get from Florida and we sent it in the next day. Today we find out that they deny our claim because of the frame system used for the bed. Now, this company did not mention that a certain frame was needed when we purchased and when they came to install it, didn't mention anything about it the one we had being inadequate. They charged us $99 to delivery and setup at that. This frame held our other mattresses without any defects/sagging/etc. Highly dissatisfied and upset. This is wrong.

My visit to Mattress Firm was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. My daughter and I were searching for mattresses as we were many years overdue. Sleeplessness and a sudden illness forced us to finally attempt to put our comfort first. We were directed to a great deal and was very excited about our purchase and a potential good night's sleep. Upon delivery, the workers only removed my mattress not my boxspring. I was at work so my daughter did not argue with them. I called the local store and was told that I would have to await for my particular salesman to return from vacation, however, it was acknowledged that there has been delivery problems.
It was initially explained (before purchase) that my current boxspring would need to be broken by the delivery men to take out as it was initially brought in through a window because of a sharp curve in my staircase. I was told "no problem, we get things in and get things out". I called customer service and was told they would contact the local store. It has been 4 days and no one has called. I'm hoping that the great customer service isn't out of the window since my money is already spent. I could be a little more patient if I was getting a good rest but so far neither my daughter nor I have been comfortable. I understand we have to give time to "break them in" but we are both petite and it just feels nothing like the beds we thought we purchased. I will give it the 30 days before returning.

By 3/10/17, i had not received a return call from Mattress Firm, i called the local store manager whom knew nothing of my concern and informed me i should have never been promised the type of removal i asked for. He agreed to refund me the delivery free and invited me back to the store to possibly select another bed per my discomfort. On 3/12/17, i decided to return the mattresses instead after searching the product online and discovering it was not the mattress brand i believed to have purchased and there was no amount of breaking in a 115 female could have done to make this mattress comfortable. Upon returning, the manager made it clear that despite all of my issues that i would be made to pay the restocking fee and stated there was no reason to call customer service/corporate because the decision would come back to him. The manager stated he was offering me two solutions to let them deliver the correct mattresses or select something else. I declined. The manager also could not figure out how to refund me the proper money. Upon leaving, i spoke with corporate whom apologized and stated i would get a full refund with no fees added in order to part ways in satisfaction. I received the initial partial refund on 3/15/17 and have yet to receive the remaining portion of my refund of the restocking fee, the delivery fee and the tax. The confusion is because i kept the two mattress covers i purchased. It's simple math, i spelled it out for the manager and for corporate and i remain extremely frustrated. I believe i have been patient but i am all about customer service when spending my hard earned money even when product satisfaction goes wrong. Accountability matters. While the corporate office was fair and willing to resolve, the issue is still not resolved. I have no updated receipt for expectation of the remaining refund and no communication on expected time frame.

We got an adjustable bed with a new mattress from Mattress Firm. So far, everything's been wonderful and great. It was definitely a good experience with the sales staff. I didn't feel there was any high pressure, which has not been our experience at a typical furniture store in the past, which was a very high-pressure, "You gotta close the deal now" type of thing. There was plenty of time to make the right decision for us.
We worked with a store manager and a salesperson, and they were both very professional. They gave us a lot of time to lie down on the mattress and experience its firmness, and we were very pleased. They made great recommendations that made sense. It had been probably 14 years since we bought a mattress and the technology has changed so much, and having a clear understanding about the new technology made a lot of sense.
Our order was delivered a few days later and our experience with the delivery was wonderful. They had given us an initial time window when we were at the store. Then they had called or texted, and gave us a different time window. But then the driver had called and said, "Hey, we're actually running a little early. Can we stop by? Is it okay?" We said, "Sure!" So, they actually got everything set up very promptly and professionally. There was no banging of walls like we had experienced before. It was definitely a welcome change.

Mattress Firm filled the new store in Shakopee and I saw mattresses and I wanted to buy one. Their salesman was very good and he wasn't really pushy. I looked at another Tempur-Pedic which was an upgrade from what we got but we're not gonna go that much. We ended up with a Sealy with an adjustable base and the delivery outfit was very good.
The only problem that I had was there was absolutely no owner's manual that came with the adjustable base. I was looking at the remote and I couldn't figure out how to change batteries. There's no access door. So, I called Derek from the Shakopee store and he told me he'll get me a manual but that was over a month ago and I haven't received anything or heard from him. So, I went out there and told Derek to show me how to change the batteries. He told me opening the remote voids the warranty and they'll send a new one. So, he gave me a setup sheet and told me it is all I need but it's not a manual of how it operates or how to troubleshoot it.
I called the warranty center when I got home and they were very helpful. It took them a while to figure out what was going on and she said that she would put an owner's manual in the mail today. She also told me that for some reason, the factory where I purchased the frames do not put owner's manuals when they're packaging and sending the frames out. I had to chase my tail around to get at it and then I still haven't figured out how to get them all open. I've learned a long time ago if you can't figure it out easy, get the instructions out or you're gonna bust something so, I'll wait until the instructions get here.
It's inconceivable to me that a company that's manufacturing this stuff supposedly quit putting owner's manuals with their product several months ago and they had a few complaints about this. But the warranty center hasn't had very good luck in getting them to comply. The guy who set it up showed me how to work it but, like I said, there's no information on there. What if it does this and what if it doesn't do this. There's usually a troubleshooting guide that's very simple for simple people like me to look at if you have a problem but there's nothing there. But that's the only peeve I've got about it. I have no complaints about the bed and I like to watch TV while in it a lot. I like to clean up relatively early and turn the TV on until I start dosing and then I lower the head down and fall asleep. I was always using three or four pillows before and this is much nicer. I'm well satisfied.

I went into a Mattress Firm location in Colorado Springs, CO and I was very pleased with the service I received on my first visit. I went in there on a late evening to shop around for mattresses. I found one that I liked and we set up an arrangement that I would come in the next day to pay for it and talk about delivery and such. I had been approved for a financing option through online and the sales associate told me that I would have to pay at least $64 that day which was perfect.
I decided before I went in that I would pay $100 total that day. The sales associate misunderstood me and thought that I wanted to pay the $64 plus an additional $100 down payment. He didn't relay this to me until after he had already ran my card for $100 and then told me I still owed $64. I did not mean for him to assume that I wanted to put the down payment on the mattress as well as pay the additional fee, I wanted to pay $64 plus an additional $36 amounting to $100, not $164. We tried to resolve the problem that day in store and he had told me I would be refunded that day and the money would be back in my account.
Granted it was a Friday that we were doing all of this and the money didn't make it back into my account by that evening so I thought I would patiently wait for the weekend since banks stop processing things early on Friday. After waiting through the weekend the charge went through and the $100 was taken out of my account and not refunded. I went back in to the store on my lunch break today and I was told by the employee that was working, which was not the one that originally helped me, that I needed to call my bank first to figure out what was going on then he gave me a 1-800 number that told me to call my local store for help.
I ended up going to another location and the guy there was way more helpful. He called their corporate office to see what was going on. I was told that it will take several days to get my money back. I feel like this was a huge lack in communication and it could've been avoided. I also wish that even though this was an employee mistake I shouldn't have to wait several days to get my money back. This has put me in a bad spot financially and I am frustrated. The company and location have done nothing to help with the inconvenience that they have put on me. I would not choose them again and if I wasn't stuck financing it I would take my business somewhere else.

All I want is to exchange my awful nightmare Cloud Luxe (TempurPedic), and go back to a Rhapsody Luxe (TempurPedic). But Mattress Firm is giving me the runaround... since October 2016. I am a 7-8 year Mattress Firm customer. I had a TempurPedic Rhapsody for >6 years, and it was AMAZING (bought it from Mattress Firm). Because of an across country move, I had to give it away. I saved enough to buy a new TempurPedic, and got one through Mattress Firm at the State Fair of Texas. Over & over throughout the sale, and again after I signed paperwork: "You have 120 days, you can exchange." (Implied ability to exchange. Why tell me repeatedly that I had 120 days if there is no exchange?)
Day of delivery, I saw on the delivery paperwork that there was a statement of no exchange/return (floor model). This was the first I had been made aware of this: no mention whatsoever by salesman at the fair that there were limitations if buying floor model. Besides, he kept telling me I had 120 days if I wasn't satisfied & needed an exchange. Before I signed or accepted delivery, I called my sales guy, A** (guidelines say we can't use personal names). He told me not to worry, that he would take care of me on it if there was a problem.
1 week of sleeping on the Cloud Luxe, I was miserable. Tossing, turning, joints aching, back aching. (with the Rhapsody, day 1 no aches after years of joint/back aches, and for >6 years slept so soundly, so I know true sleep happiness/comfort is possible with TempurPedic). I spoke with A** again, who told me I had to give it at least 30 days. 30 days later, in November, I'm even more miserable. I'm exhausted because I'm not sleeping more than 1hr at a time due to tossing/turning, aches/pains. I start calling & leaving messages. A** does not return any of my calls. Ever again. I go into a local store, share my story. I get referred back to the original salesman, even though they know I'm in the store because he's not returning my calls. Every couple of weeks through the holidays, I called my salesman. No response.
As it got very close to my "120 days", I went back into another store to try to get some help. They were polite, and seemed willing to help, but fell back into the convenience of "corporate has to make the decision on this", and gave me a phone number to call. Which was an hour long time sucking dead-end call; also apparently not the correct number to call. I finally am given a phone number which is indeed customer service, for Texas. It is now past 120 days. Customer service is polite, and sends out email to several levels of sales and 1 level management. Someone will call me within 24 hrs, even though it is Friday. I asked if it was 24hrs as in by Saturday, or business 24hrs as by Monday. I was assured Saturday.
No call. Trying to be generous, I waited. Friday, a week later, still no call. I call back, spoke with the same agent, very helpful. She apparently had someone readily available to discuss it, but he was communicating only with her. He said he tried to call but no one answered. He admits he did not leave a message. (how am I supposed to know he calls or who to call back if he doesn't leave a message?) He apparently will not speak to me now even though he has time to speak with the customer service agent. I wonder why does she not conference him into the call and we can resolve it now? That did not happen. I again was told that someone would call me within 24 hrs.
It is now Monday, getting close to 72 hrs. Once again I'm told someone will call me, this time by end of business day. I get a different agent today. I request that this be taken up yet another level of management, because J**, J**, and A** aren't responding. I am told by customer service that she does not know who A**'s boss is. I find that very hard to believe, because it is a corporate office, and folks who work in a corporate office know who the higher-ups are. Over all these years, I have recommended TempurPedic, and sent folks to Mattress Firm. I feel now that my recommendation would still be TempurPedic, but will likely recommend being very wary if considering Mattress Firm.
Even after they made me ring that silly cow bell at the fair, signifying I had bought a mattress, I was assured that I had 120 days to exchange if there were any problems. Why would I be repeatedly assured that I had 120 days to exchange if there were no exchange? You might have $4000 to throw away, but I do not. I had always considered my Rhapsody TempurPedic Mattress to be one of the best investments I had ever made. Cloud Luxe is one of the worst. But Mattress Firm assured me I had 120 days if I was not happy, and that they would make it right; even though it is a floor model. Mattress Firm is showing itself to be not true to its word; Mattress Firm is not standing by its promise/assurance. I'm not asking for the moon. All I want is to exchange this awful nightmare of a bed with a model that I know works for me: Rhapsody Luxe.

Purchased a mattress and foundation set online to achieve delivery in another state (gift for elderly father). Purchase was challenging as incorrect price initially appeared. Product was purchased and delivered; however, subsequent charge to credit card did not match the emailed receipts and invoices. I've been communicating via email with customer service since December (it is now March) and have yet to receive a phone call or any suggested resolution. While the product may be acceptable, the business practices, product charges, and customer service are inadequate and unacceptable. I have made multiple purchases from Mattress Firm but this is my last one! Very disappointing.

I went to Sleepy's in my local area and I have a nice salesman that I'm very comfortable with, Edgar. It was Sleepy's right before it converted to Mattress Firm. Edgar just sold me a boxspring and mattress for my home. I told them I'm purchasing a second home in Florida and that I will be getting four more sets. So I dealt with them locally and he arranged for everything to work out perfectly in Florida. Everything was delivered perfectly and it was a great experience. Because my father bought my sister's bed from Mattress Firm, I thought I'd give it a shot. The guy from Mattress Firm gave me a really good deal on the mattress out of all the other places that I went to. It was cheap. The guy also walked my best friend through all the different mattresses because she was looking for a therapeutic mattress. He have us lain down on them instead of sitting to see which one was comfortable. Then I told him my price range. He brought me over to the clearance section and took out each one of the mattresses that I had him choose. He also knew that I needed box springs too so he gave me the king size Hamilton and Rhodes for about $500 where they include the box spring. Then it got me sealed on the deal after that.
The guys that delivered the equipment were nice enough to know to throw out my old bed and bring in the new one and set up my frame and everything for me too. One of the guys definitely went out of his way to do that. For the mattress, my back feels a lot better. Overall, all the people from Mattress Firm made me feel at home and comfortable. It has been easy with them and they aren't pushy and that's something I like. I would definitely use them again.

We have a king-size bed frame and needed a mattress for it. We drove by Mattress Firm and decided to stop there and check it out. And then, once we were in the door and the salesman, Chase, started talking to us and telling us about the mattress, he was so informative and he let us lay on the different ones to try out what we like. The young man was so knowledgeable. He sold us on buying it right then and there that day. He is the most incredible young man that ever walked the Earth.
I love the bed, and I’ve been very happy with it. I have RLS, and we got the electrical adjusting frame thing. When I get in the bed, if I put my knees up in the air, then, it doesn’t start the crawling and the tingling. It makes all the difference in the world. Then, as I start relaxing, I can lay the feet out flat and I sleep incredibly well all night long.

We shopped at several stores and felt comfortable with the salesman of Mattress Firm. He was not pushy. He was also very direct in answering the questions we asked and didn't steer us one way or the other. We got two mattresses and box springs. Our order was delivered and the delivery guys were great. They showed up 15 minutes early, which is great. I went out to meet them. But they said, "Well, our protocol is that we cannot be early or late. Is it all right if we wait?" Perhaps they punch a clock when they get here. I understand some people might be upset if they show up early and they're not ready for them. But in my case, I was ready for them, so this was puzzling and I felt odd about it.

I bought a mattress, a box spring, a pillow and a mattress protector. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond what he should have done and he was a very nice gentleman. I really appreciated all his help. However, I wasn't happy when I went to pick up the product. They said they had one left at the warehouse and that they're open until eight. I picked up my truck back home, drove to the warehouse. I waited there for an hour and a half because they can't find the mattress. Two days later they called me, they said they found the mattress. So, I had to drive back to the warehouse again and go load it up and take it out. I should have had it delivered for free. But that's the only thing I'm unhappy about.

We needed a new mattress. My neighbor had bought one from Mattress Firm and she was happy with hers. We were at Menards that was across the street and it was convenient. The salesman was knowledgeable but he wasn't in your face, which we really appreciated. We got the mattress and box spring. The delivery people were on time. They wore booties so they were very careful about the carpet and stuff in the house. They also took the old stuff away. Everything met my expectations.

We've been buying all our mattresses from Mattress Firm for years. I purchased another mattress for my son recently to replace the one we bought for him eight years ago. The sales rep was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy and that's what we liked about it. When I needed a new mattress, we walked into Mattress Firm and their sales reps greeted us. We told them what we were looking for and they showed us a couple of options, and out of those options we found the one that we were looking for. I got a really firm mattress from from them. It was the firmest mattress in there. We were paying cash for our purchase and had our product scheduled for delivery, and it arrived the following day. We didn't even have an old mattress and were waiting for the new one. The people who came to our home were two young, polite kids. They did the job, and were in and out quickly. They asked us if there was anything else we needed. The mattress I got definitely meets what I was looking for and I would recommend Mattress Firm.

I love my adjustable bed from Mattress Firm. Zack, the sales rep, was awesome. He walked us through it and told us what the bed would do. My brother had bought a mattress from him, too. However, I don't like the way my pillow, which I also purchased from them, stays cool for a few minutes and then goes away. Other than that, I love sleeping on the bed. I wouldn't trade it in for anything.
It was a timely installation. The installers put the red carpet out, set it up, showed me the bed and the night light up under it. They did wonderfully and said that if I had any questions that I call them. They were super friendly and were training some old guy who was awesome, too. Their people were pleasant and very good to work with. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and I've already recommended Mattress Firm.

I needed a mattress so I went to Mattress Firm and bought a mattress with protector. Had a good experience with the sales rep. He was very attentive and he explained to me what the firm levels are. The delivered product is pretty good and I'm actually happy with it. I didn't expect the mattress to be comfortable. I've had it for about three months and I've been sleeping well. I had a soft mattress before and so I got something more firm based on the recommendation from the salesperson, which made sense. I would definitely buy from Mattress Firm again.

The sales reps of Mattress Firm were friendly, helpful and not too pushy. I got the mattress and the box spring. When I brought it home, they set it up. The thing was when we were in the store, I could sit on it right. And then when I got it home, it was up so high I couldn’t even sit on it right. So, I called them and the rep was very good. He gave me the new frame to put under it, with no charge. So, now I can sit on it and my feet reach the floor. I’m old and I was worried I would fall.
Another concern now is that I can see an indentation where I’m sleeping. I called them and they said it will do that, so I sleep in different areas. It was over $1,000. It doesn’t seem right. I got rid of my old mattress because I could see where I was sleeping. Now I'm seeing the same thing. There’s a one month warranty. And I said that I’ll try it. Overall, they were very nice to work with, and my experience was very good so far, but if they’re going to take care of my problem, then I would be extra satisfied.

Mattress Firm did some fundraising and community involvement with the company I work for so I got the mattress, box spring, pillows and mattress cover from them. I had excellent interaction and great service from the salesperson there and our kids were treated well. The delivery team delivered and were excellent at it. All around it was great. I'm very satisfied with the experience. I'd really recommend Mattress Firm and would definitely go there again.

We bought a Queen Size Simmons Beautyrest set 5 years ago from Sleepy's. The mattress developed a structural problem with its sidewall. We called the warranty department, had it inspected and was notified we would be receiving a full credit. We went to our local Mattress Firm store and had the pleasure of having the store manager John ** assist us in finding a replacement. After trying a dozen or so beds, I asked John which mattress today was the equivalent of our old mattress and he showed us the equivalent. The cost difference was over $1,000, which I could not afford. After talking with John, the warranty departments of both Mattress Firm and Simmons we received the equivalent mattress for only the delivery cost and taxes. That was great customer service. Great job John, Mattress Firm and Simmons!

I was sold a dream not a mattress. I purchase my mattress in 2013. In about a 1 year this mattress started to go downhill so I finally decided to contact the claim department. Just to make a long story short after their claim of not have a copy of the receipt and not getting the receipt when I faxed to them. I just decided to pay for someone to come out and look at the mattress. When I finally call back to see what were they going to do their claims are that I have a stain on my mattress. So my warranty is void. There are no stains on my mattress. I checked before someone came out so all of a sudden a stain appear. It would not be smart of me to clean a stain before someone to come out. Then I was told to contact the mattress pad. This is called passing the buck. So will never refer Mattress Firm to any friends or family. I really would like to sleep not daydream about sleeping.

Mattress Firm experience: 2/18/2017 Go to Plymouth Meeting PA location, sales associate Mitchell ** sells us a Hampton & Rhodes HR300 and Full size Bunkie board. He understands that this is for our two year old and confirms that this will fit a full bed frame that we have. 2/23/2017 Bed and Bunkie board arrive in the store and inquire about paying for delivery. They cannot accommodate it until Sunday, so my husband takes off the day and rents truck to pick it up on Friday.
2/24/2017 The Bunkie board is damaged and we took pictures. The Mattress and Bunkie boards are too narrow and short to fit the bed frame. They can tip through which is a safety hazard for anyone, especially for a two year old. There is no specifications online, just the Approximate Size on the receipt that states these Beds are Big Approximate size of a Full is 54 x 75. The HR300 mattress measures 53 x 73. And the Bunkie board measures 52.5 x 73.5.
We call Mitch and he says there are no returns and does not offer any assistance. My husband goes to the store and Mitch has him wait for an hour while he tries to sell another customer a bed. He and Pete then measure a couple options and realize that different brands do run differently than standard sizing but they do not have many options to measure in full and none are a true full bed dimension. He tells him about the Bunkie board being damaged and offers to show him the pictures and he says he does not need to see and that he says he will process the return but that it takes hours and will follow up later.
He calls us to tell us that the return is about to be processed, but he will charge us $149 to return. I ask to speak with a Manager as we were sold a product that we cannot use and the dimensions were falsely advertised and the Bunkie board was damaged and we should not be punished by half the cost of the mattress, he says he is the manager and that the District Manager will call me. He will not give me the District Manager name or contact information. We do not hear back from Mitch or the DM.
2/15/2017 I go to the store at noon and tell Mitch that I never heard back from anyone. He says someone will call me and I offer to wait there until they do. I speak with Doug ** that does not offer any understanding for the issue although he does agree that it is false advertising to not have dimensions of products and that the receipt shows dimensions that are not correct. He says they will only return with the $149 fee. I press to speak with his boss and he then calls Tom **. Tom says they will waive the fee if I buy another mattress from them, but without dimensions of different brands on the website and no information in the stores of this and lack of full beds in store, it does not make sense because we could be in the same situation with an exchange.
Also there was no assistance from Mitch or Doug to do the research to help get to the bottom of the problem. Calling competitors, they were eager to assist and measure floor samples and call warehouses and understood the issue. I cannot believe the terrible customer service, lack of understanding for their fault of selling a bed that does not work and does not hold up to the size that it should have been. The way I was treated by everyone except an associate, Lisa who was working in the store and witnessing this embarrassing display of the worst customer service. She showed empathy and listened to the problem and understood the problem and what the right thing to do was. Mitch, Doug, and Tom (who only spoke through Doug) did not try to understand any of the above and just would repeat nobody returns mattresses and it will be a 149 fee.
When I suggested returning the Bunkie board and then I could try to buy a box spring from another store who shares dimension information to make sure it will cover the frame, Doug and Tom said that was fine for a $149 fee for the return of the $59 bunkie board. After much back and forth, they agree to take the Bunkie board back.
2/27/2017 There is delivery set up to pick up the Bunkie board. They arrive to pick it up and say it is damaged and that there is no information about that and leave. My husband talks to Mitch that says "oh yes I remember it being damaged and I will call the warehouse to handle it." He says he emailed Doug, who is off to contact the warehouse. 2/27/2017 Reached out to Sam **, Jody **, and Kathryn ** at Headquarters as I am trying to reach anyone who may have some professional sales and marketing experience and listening skills to hear my customer experience and help to make it right. I cannot believe the time and effort that has gone into this and the lack of responsibility and how outrageously gross this experience and the customer service has been and continues to be.

We were last minute shopping and we needed a mattress. Mattress Firm is the only place I always hear about where to buy mattresses. We had family members that purchased from them. And, I had a good experience with the company. There were two big guys from the delivery team that helped set up. It was super quick. The bed is comfortable and I enjoy it.

After about a year the pillow top in my $3000 Stearns and Foster mattress formed a gully where I sleep. This created a back issue when lying on my back. Have to constantly turn and twist to get a good position. Sleepy's, now Mattress Firm has ignored my requests to fix the problem. Don't believe their promise to make good on the merchandise. I paid too much for this annoying uncomfortable pillow top. Can't even speak to someone about pro-rating the unit for another - they don't answer my emails or phone calls! Lost my receipt but they have my account on file.

I had a fantastic experience with Mattress Firm. I bought what they had to offer and got a Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top Mattress and box spring. The sales rep asked what we were interested in and we told him. We narrowed it down to about three different choices and from there, we picked what we wanted. He told us the differences between the three and we chose what we wanted as far as comfort and price. It went very smooth. Then the delivery experience was great. I didn’t have to do a thing about it. I just showed them where to go and they did it all. We'll go back when the time is right to get another mattress. I will definitely give them the first shot at winning my business again.

Mattress Firm had a specialist call and work with me on the warranty issue. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and the outcome. The specialist worked with Sealy to get the warranty approved and I received a full credit for the mattress.
Yesterday, I went to a Mattress Firm store and they honored the credit, and for a few hundred dollars more, I was able to purchase an even nicer mattress!
Bottom Line: When you buy a product for over $2,000 you expect all promises to be kept. Mattress Firm came through and I will definitely continue to recommend and buy from them.

I have to commend Mattress Firm for a very solid showroom and buying experience. I purchased three beds from them in the past. Overall product selection is very good ranging from budget to premium. What gives me pause is when a $2,000 bed is all but useless after 8 years. I filed a warranty claim on the bed and was told it met warranty claim requirements and I would be contacted shortly so I can get a credit and purchase a new bed at the store. Until... I received a letter stating the warranty would not be honored because there was a stain. What this has to do with a structural defect, I do not know.
The stain, by the way, was not on the bed two weeks prior to the was not there. The mattress was perfect due to the mattress cover being a high end waterproof product also purchased at Mattress Firm. Interestingly the culprit was one of our kids who sat on the mattress with a muddy rear end and tried to cover it up by using a wet sponge to smear it further into the mattress. Naturally, the stain came right out with proper cleaning. From where I sit MattressFirm was looking for a reason not to honor the warranty. If this cannot be resolved, I will shop elsewhere. There are plenty of competitors who would like to make a $2,000 sale today.

I had Sleepy's before but they do not have a credit card from them and I needed a mattress. I had bought some from Mattress Firm before and I went back to them because they change the mattress firmness to sleep. The rep was really good. He even held the mattress in a box away for me because it could go to somebody else. So I came in and got it picked up myself the next day. It was a very easy, nice and simple process.

It was convenient to buy from Mattress Firm when we got a king size support mattress from them. When we went to the store, we only knew we wanted a king size but we didn't know what so the rep showed us the different types of hard, medium and soft mattresses they had in store. We laid on them, tried them and it felt good. Mattress Firm was very good, they did what they said, and delivered on time. The mattress is fine and it feels okay so we're happy with it.

I am 4 months pregnant with twins and just moved into my new apt. I ordered two beds from Mattress Firm. A king size and twin size. The salesman was very nice and I told him I wouldn't be home but my 15 yr old would be, he said ok. So her and I left on the hardwood floors last night because they were delivering my bed this AM, however, my daughter calls me at work and says the guy won't deliver because she isn't 18. I speak to the guy and he says he can't. I proceed to ask him for his bosses number but he doesn't know it. So while still on phone I tell him to hold on while I call someone from my job phone. The person tells me yes, they will come and arrive in 10 min. The guy tells my daughter he cannot wait 10 minutes. I tell him, I have purchased property in his truck and he cannot wait 10 min? He then got nasty with my kid and threw the phone at her which fell on phone because I heard it. I then call the store to inform them.
The man at store told me he will contact warehouse and call me back. It took 6 phone calls from me just find out if he reached the warehouse because each time he said he was emailing them... I don't understand why he was emailing instead of calling them. On the last call he tells me they aren't going to come back. I just spent 1300+ and the delivery guy can't come back with my purchased goods I have been longing to sleep on due to sleeping on floors for the last 2 weeks waiting for my apartment to be ready.
I asked for a refund, then I was told they ain't issue me a refund receipt until the truck gets back to warehouse then it will take 5 days to get my money back. All because the driver had no type of customer service or the store to wait 10 min. Then had me crying at work because I longed for a good night rest tonight. I own a business and the customer is always right and I go over and beyond to make sure they are satisfied, but not Mattress Firm. They really could care less about making sure the customer is happy. Totally pissed off with this company and will definitely make sure I spread the word on their lack of care!!!

We order a mattress from our local store in Fairfax Va for delivery to an address in San Diego CA. We chose Mattress Firm because they said this was no problem, they have stores and a warehouse in San Diego. The mattress was purchased on 2/19/17. We were told delivery would be 2/25/17 and that we would get a call and an e-mail the night before with a better time estimate. We paid $1,340 including Red Carpet Delivery Fee of $59.00.
We received no call or email. I called the store where we bought the mattress and they said they had no idea why we did not get a call. They promised to check and call us back. An hour later I called again and the store manager was too busy to come to the phone. Another store salesman told me the mattress was not going to be delivered today, there was a problem with the frame. The delivery was critical as we were moving into the home in SD and had no bed. We were relying on the delivery to have a bed to sleep in that night. I then called Mattress Firm's Customer Service line and there was no "option" to talk to anyone about a delivery problem. I was directed to call the store. I did not stop there and instead selected the option for warranty. Finally getting a live person who could not help me except for sending a message to a supervisor who would call me back. No call yet.
Furthermore using the Mattress Firm "delivery status" feature on their website was no help. The message I got when I entered my order number and phone number was "your delivery cannot be tracked". I then did more research and found out the number of the warehouse in SD. I was able to speak with the manager who told me the mattress was not in stock and that they had sent a e-mail to the store the day before notifying them of this issue. He said it is the store's responsibility to notify the customer not his. Clearly the system does not work very well. Why is this not on the order tracker? Why can't to warehouse e-mail or copy the customer on the e-mail they send to the store? Leaving this up to someone in the store to check the e-mail and then notify the customer is not a good practice.
The people in the store never mentioned they got the e-mail. Lying by omission? Several calls later and the store has now agreed to deliver a different mattress today and the mattress I ordered next week. This is very inconvenient and they offered to waive the delivery charge. I am not satisfied. My advice is to avoid Mattress Firm.

I bought a mattress that's got a memory foam in it and it's wonderful. The sales rep was nice and sociable. He was a great salesman and answered everything we asked. I had the mattress delivered to my home and they did it nicely and politely. They didn’t give me any hassle. I’m 100% satisfied with the mattress and Mattress Firm is a great company to deal with.

The bed is okay for me, but my wife's not sure if it’s gonna work out for her. We got the bed because my wife's hips were hurting. But since her hips are still hurting, we got the memory foam too. We'll see if that's gonna help. So as of now, it’s not yet helping her.

Mattress Firm had a little bit of a deal going on and I had had my bed for a long time so it was time to get a new one. I got their king size bed and it's comfortable. The manager was good to get along with and he was handling the customers well. I liked him. All in all, my experience with Mattress Firm has been very good.

My bed was 15 years old so it needed an upgrade. I bought a bed from Mattress Firm thinking that I could wake up on time for work and get a good night’s sleep. However, I had to wait three days for my bed to get there. Then they brought me a King instead of a Cal King. At that time, they already threw my bed outside, out on the ground, so I wasn't going to have them put my old bed back inside.
So it was a big conflict trying to talk to the right people. For what I paid for, I did complain. I contacted my salesman. He told me that he’d get written up for something that he didn’t do, which is ridiculous. I didn’t agree with that. So I contacted the district manager. I talked to the higher-ups and I wanted to let them know because I didn’t know if my salesman ever told them what happened. I wanted to make sure that they understood what was going on so they could address this next time. It was the factory’s fault, they put the wrong bed on the truck. But overall, I love my bed and I would still recommend Mattress Firm.

We met all the criteria required in Mattress Firm's Low Price Guarantee. Our salesman processed the paperwork January 16; today is February 22nd. The Guarantee states that your card will be credited OR you will receive a check within three weeks. There is NOTHING our sales person can do but post a ticket to corporate stating they are late. NOTHING HAPPENS. There is NO WAY for a consumer to reach anyone at Corporate. We are disgusted with the lack of action and information. NOT HAPPY! Right, what are the odds they meet their "Not Happy" Guarantee? NOT... If you have a choice, buy elsewhere!

Bought a mattress that has a 10 year warranty. After 3 years the mattress sunk in on my side to the point felt like I was sleeping in a hole so I called them. They sent an inspector which I had to pay about $30 (I think). He came out and performed his inspection in which he admitted that the mattress was beyond the normal wear and tear but said he only gathers the information and submits to the company.
I thought it was open and shut case and we would be getting a new or credit to buy new mattress but weeks after I have now received a letter in the mail stating that Mattress Firm upon the inspection feels that the mattress shows normal wear and tear and basically denied our warranty. So needless to say I would never ever buy anything from Mattress Firm again nor let anyone that I know buy from them. Just had to write a review because I was so angry.

Mattress Firm was one of the easier stores to get through as we didn't have a lot of choices in the city to look for mattresses. I got three mattresses, some box springs and also a frame and the sales reps were really nice, offering us all the different options between price and performance. During delivery, however, everything fell apart.
When we purchased the mattress we were given a date which was three or four weeks out. The delivery was out state and the first time the delivery guy showed up, we had parts of the order and some were right and some were wrong. Then I was promised a new date for the rest of the stuff which was later that week but this never materialized. It took one more month before we received everything correctly and the big problem there was everyone was pointing the finger at somebody else and there's no way for me to get in touch with anyone except the sales guys who couldn't get in touch with the delivery guys. It became a big disconnect up and down the chain.

I have bought two mattresses from mattress firm. The first one was back in 2012 at a sale. After a year the mattress and spring boxes became very noisy and squeaky. I filled out a warranty form and emailed it and after paying $25 (I am still not sure for what!??) and waiting 40 days without even checking on the mattress to see if we damaged it or not (heck we might as well spread paint on it and apparently it didn't matter to them), they gave us store credit to the amount equal to our original purchase minus delivery. So to summarize the first experience with warranty: mattress broken after 1 year, after 40 days of paperwork and paying a random fee of $25, we got store credit but we lost another ~$60-100 for delivery. Of course with store credit we were stuck with Mattress Firm so we bought another mattress and spring box and frame for ~$625 with an apparent 10-year warranty!
We were happy at first but again after ~1.5 years this one started to make noise and on one side the mattress had gone down making an uneven surface where my waist is rested. After me and my wife woke each other up with moving in the noisy bed and after having back ache because of this problem I decided to file a warranty claim again. Sure enough I paid another $25 and this time after 3 weeks a gentleman came to our home and assessed the bed. Only a few weeks later I received a letter explaining that my request was denied (with no option of pursuing it further) because of the same reason I filed a claim (the bump in the bed)!!?? So the summary of this one: Normal wear and tear of the bed was so bad (even though we just slept on it with no jumping or anything) that they didn't even accepted the warranty. I think someone really need to explain how warranty works to Mattress Firm. Never again I put my foot in any of their stores.

I heard good things about Mattress Firm and one of my friends bought from them a couple of months ago. He said the prices were good and when they delivered, everything was very professional. As soon as I walked in the store, I was helped by a guy at the front desk. He walked me around what I liked, what kind of firmness I needed and told me the prices. Everything was good. I got a regular king sized bed mattress and it was delivered.
I needed the bed to be here on a specific date and I got a call the day before the delivery saying they will be here within the two-hour window. As soon as the guys got here, they knew what to do and I watched them set everything up. They were nice and polite. I’m paying the mattress by month so everything’s fine. Everything from Mattress Firm was pretty easy, and it was very professional and on time. I recommended them to a couple of friends too.

I purchased a mattress and box spring from Sleepy’s before the deal was made for them to sell to Mattress Firm. The sales representative in the store was great. However, the experience with the dispatch was awful and they loosely blamed the transition from Sleepy's to Mattress Firm as the screw-up. I arranged with the store a date that worked for me originally. Once they missed that date, I rearranged with the store for a time that would work after I got off of work and that's after 5:00. They agreed to that and then I got a call from dispatch saying that the mattress was gonna be there at 3:00. But I couldn't be there at that time.
The dispatch was very unhelpful arranging a new time that was acceptable to me. I was told that I had to go back to the store to reschedule and the store was then getting in touch with dispatch, and dispatch wasn't giving them good dates. I tried to go back to dispatch myself and it was going around in circles. Finally, I decided that I had to take another day off of work and take the delivery whenever they could do it. But, the guys who finally delivered the mattress were very good.

Mattress Firm had a MLK day sale and I took advantage of that. I walked into the store and there were two sales reps who greeted me. One of them took the lead and asked me if they could help and what I was looking for so I told them. Based on my budget, she showed me the value section, and then we started with the mid-grade and tried about five or six different mattresses. I got to lie on all of them and test them out. I got the Hampton and Rhodes which came with box springs and I got the upgraded version. It has a gel on top and it's really comfortable. The delivery guys came right when they said they would.

Mattress Firm was the closest and cheapest place that I could find so I got a mattress, a box frame, and a bed frame from them. The sales rep was very nice and worked with me in trying to get the price down to a point that I'd be happy with. The delivery team showed up on time but the box spring was damaged. I was able to get that replaced but it is sagging a little bit again. When I sit on the front of the bed, it bows down a little bit. Nevertheless, it was a very easy experience.

I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in July, 2016, within weeks we notice the covering on the top mattress wasn't smooth. It had buckle. Not wanting to go through the whole sales process, we decided to wait, hoping it would smooth itself out, and it got worst. So we finally went to one of your stores, the store we originally purchased from had sold out to another company. I have the receipt and the other store gave me your Customer Service number. So I called.
First, your Customer Service charged me $39 to have someone come out to my home and inspect the mattress. Now it January 2017, actually the 9th is that exact date of the inspection. He (the contractor that came to our house) told me it would take up to 10 business days to get in touch with us. They never called back so I called. This went on back and forth, and finally in late January they offer us full credit on the item and again, they (C.S.) said it would take about 10 days to get it. It never came again, so I called them. After talking w/ a Customer Service person (2/15/17) that seemed a little upset that I may have seemed a little upset, she finally told me she could email the voucher to me, after all it was just a printed letter with an authorization number to take to their store.
Now, at the store, the mgr said the mattress we purchased, I must have gotten a great deal (it was just a sale price) but it was no longer that price. I didn't want to spend more and had to purchase a lesser mattress, and now the mgr tells me about the 3 delivery prices you have in place -- 1 price for week day, 1 price for scheduling after a certain hour, 1 price for weekend. I just saw an ad on TV last night for "Free Delivery" and I see on your site you have "FREE Delivery" for anything purchase over $499. Finally, the manager decides, out of the goodness of her heart (who are we fooling), she give us "Free Delivery" and throws in a pillow.
So, the conclusion, I bought a mattress, paid $1199 on sale, and exchanged it for a mattress that cost less, comparing sale price to sale price. Oh, the order was written up as if they were giving me the box springs free (I know that didn't happen) but at the current, regular price not the sale price I saw on the mattress being delivered. I just notice this the day of the exchange as I had time to think about the event and seeing Mattress Firm TV ad. Why couldn't they just do an even exchange, the item we originally purchase for the same item?

I was looking for a mattress and have been seeing Mattress Firm stores around so I decided to stop in one of their stores and look around. I initially got a bed for my kid and it looked pretty good. He had a twin crummy mattress that I got from Menards and it was falling into the middle. The salesman told me they call them prison mattresses because they are the cheap ones. Now, he's got a queen and it's a lot nicer. He's real happy with it.
After I got my kid's bed, my brother who has a kid who lives a few blocks from me said he needed a bed so I bought another bed. Then the store manager who was pretty smart said he'd give me the same good deal when we bought the first one so I bought from them again and got a bed frame, a mattress, and a spring box frame. I bought them over the phone because I already knew the guy. I also bought some nice sheets and comforters which cost me. Nevertheless, it's easy to shop at Mattress Firm and they have 10 years guarantee. The store manager also offered to give me free delivery. They delivered my purchases the next day, and the guys took the old beds, too, so that was nice. I'm happy and everything is good.

We heard of the good quality and prices of Mattress Firm and so we purchased a king sized Serta bed from them. The sales representative was very knowledgeable of the product and helpful with all of our questions. He let us try all the beds out for size and see which one we preferred until we settled on one that was within our price range. So far, my wife and I are happy with the bed. Mattress Firm's price is within their industry. They're comparable to everyone else. I've had a very good experience and I would definitely use them in the future to buy any of my other mattresses. We've had Mattress Firm products in our home for about three years so we decided to buy from them again. This time around, we bought a queen mattress, two doubles, and a king. The interaction with the sales reps was easy. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and just knew what we needed and showed it to us. We weren't in the store very long which was nice. The delivery was fine as well. The team laid their red carpet down and walked in with shoe covers. All in all, my experience with Mattress Firm was fast and easy. Our mattresses were 20 plus years old so we got new mattresses from Mattress Firm. My mother wanted a firm one, I wanted a soft one. The salesman was very nice. He gave us a pillow and told us to take our time. The yellows were firm so that's where my mom was directed. And I was directed to the blue or green. The salesman walked us through the whole thing. It was a very good experience. I sleep much better now so it's what I thought it would be.

I bought a twin mattress from Mattress Firm for my mom. It's my second purchase from them and I like that they are close to my home so it was convenient since we didn't want to drive far away carrying a mattress. The price is not bad, too. In fact, it's great. The sales rep was also very patient and nice. He showed me a few mattresses and talked about them. I chose the firm medium but my mom is complaining that it's too firm. I was gonna call Mattress Firm to see if I can get a softer one for her but I don't know if they have that option or not. Nevertheless, Mattress Firm is a good place to get a mattress.

I bought a Mattress Firm mattress, box spring, and frame. The sales rep was perfect. He helped us out really well. He gave us good deals and very good information about the mattress and what we would like and it came out to be a good buy. I'm happy with it. It's a great bed. I'm comfortable with it a lot better than my previous bed and I'd recommend it.

I purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm. Their sales rep showed me the different kinds of beds and recommended the different types of materials that I would be able to use and the different warranties that I could get. I'm still getting used to it. There's a four-month trial period and I may try a different product but I still haven't quite decided yet. Overall, they have very helpful customer service and very polite employees.

Mattress Firm was a reputable company and their store was nearby. We walked in and their salespeople helped us by recommending a couple of things to try out which we did. They were quite happy to answer any questions we had and we walked out of there in about 15 minutes. It was really easy. We got a queen size mattress and a bed frame from them. Actually, my wife may have bought something similar a few years ago from Mattress Firm and it was exactly what I expected based on that. Overall, it was a quick and painless experience.

I like the location of Mattress Firm, and the price and quality of their products, too. I've purchased from them three times and recently got bed frames and specialty pillows. The products that I bought from Mattress Firm are durable and work like they're supposed to. Also, the reps were attentive as best that they could be with dealing with the customers. And the sales rep recognized me, acknowledged me, and told me to look around. And once he was finished with the other customer, came and assisted me. He was knowledgeable and respectful throughout, as well.

When the delivery crew came to bring the bed, they didn’t bring the cords to make the bed go up and down so they had to reschedule and I got to stay in the bed for the night. The next day another delivery crew came, now with the cords, but then they didn’t have the box to plug it into so it took another night. I called and complained to Wilson, who was the guy in charge, and he said he was going to do his best. That day he couldn’t do anything. He called me the next day and was able to give me a brand new Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed compared to the one I was going to get with a different seller. He called me a bunch of times trying to fix things for me, so I felt like he was doing his job and trying to solve the problem I had. He was amazing.

The first product that we got from Mattress Firm was damaged, but we got our $700 back. The second one was also damaged. So, they upgraded us to another one, which was great. The first delivery crew set it all up and everything was fine. They flipped the switches to see if it worked. But they didn't turn on the massage and it sounded like a paint can shaker at Home Depot. It was so loud. But their crew was great and pleasant and they didn't knock on a picture. They didn't glitch the incline. They came in, did their job, and left. But when the second set of delivery people came, it all went south. They left my bed in pieces. After that, there was a series of phone calls and everybody jumped on board to make it right. There were four people who called me to try to rectify it and they did.
Either the second delivery guys were too tired, untrained, or didn't give a rat's ass. They came in, and the 21-year-old says his back is bad. Then he also said, "Oh, my hands, they're so hurt and tired, and this is hard to carry." And they were really clumsy. They knocked on some pictures and I found the plate that goes around the light switch was broken. And they hit my bedroom furniture on the bed frames. My husband took down one of the rails because they wouldn't take it down. And the delivery guy said, "Well, this is your problem. You got this trim rail on your bed. You'll have to call a carpenter or somebody to have these taken off, so your bed fits." And I said, "Fix this." And they said, "No. We have other deliveries." I told them to make a phone call, and he told me there's nobody to call.
So, I was pissy on the phone when I talked to Richard who took care of it and he offered us the upgrade. And he wanted to give $100 for all the mishaps. And my husband and I said, "We don't want the $100. What we want is for you to train your personnel, either change their attitude, change their delivery abilities, get them the right equipment that they need for delivery like protecting their hands or putting straps on or whatever, but develop a better system." And then I went down the Mattress Firm store and talked to a rep. We had a very calm conversation and there was no cussing and raising voices. There was, "Let me hear what your problem is and let me address it." And they did. The rep was very patient and attentive. He took down notes and did not blow me off. He realized that there was a situation that needed to be handled.
One of the guys called Pippo came out today on his day off and he was willing to come out yesterday but it was Super Bowl day and I didn't want to take that away from him. So we agreed to have it on Monday and set up a time. He came and crawled underneath my bed. The plug-ins didn't work because they just needed to be reset. He squared off the bed. The bar was put on the end of the bed, so the mattress would slide all the way down. So the bedspread and sheets got caught up against the bed. And he installed that. He was a full-grown man crawling around on my floor with his phone flashlight, fixing the issues. It was pretty cool. But in the long run, everything worked out.

We needed mattresses for a second home and we had purchased before from Mattress Firm and had a good experience them. We recently bought 9 mattresses from them and overall, we're satisfied with them. We had our purchases delivered to us and it went smoothly. Since it was in the country and not in a major metropolitan area, they only deliver out there twice a month. We had a neighbor receive the mattresses for us. Everything met our expectations. It was perfect and exactly what we ordered. The beds are good quality products. We did rethink one of our mattresses and went to a different location just because we were shopping for other furniture and they had a Mattress Firm. The store manager there was awesome. She helped us make changes to our order. We were impressed with everyone that we met at Mattress Firm. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend them to a friend.

Warranty department has dropped the ball three times. Salesperson explained the warranty department has changed and gave me a phone number to call. Called twice to set up a warranty inspection. Warranty inspector never showed up or return calls. Going on 5 months still trying to get a warranty replacement.

I've dealt with Mattress Firm before. They're local and recently, they gave me four options as places to purchase which are right here in our neighborhood. When I purchased a memory foam mattress, I went to a first representative and we discussed what he had in stock and what I needed. Then we discussed the price, I told him my range and he said that I should talk to the other young man. So I went over there but he didn't have what I needed. So they sent me to another gentleman who then had what I needed and not only did he have it, he gave me a good discount, too.
It was delivered exactly when they said it would be and it was a great experience all the way around. They also explained that because I spoke with the first gentleman and he sent me to the other ones, they would split the commissions. They were very unselfish about it which was very nice. I bought the bed in Kyle and I would suggest sending the reps' bosses recommendations because they were very upfront and honest.

There's a Mattress Firm in close proximity to where we live so it was convenient to swing in and talk to the gentleman there who was good and helpful. We told him the mattress we liked then we picked it up. We got the regular mattress and we're definitely sleeping better. Our other mattress was 8-9 years old and it was a little too soft. Starting out, this one was more firm, which we like better, and so far, so good. It was what I expected, no problems, and everything worked out great. It was a pretty painless experience.

We've been in Mattress Firm before and liked the products and the reviews that we saw. The people who work there seem knowledgeable of the products and the sales rep that I talked to was good, too. We had a positive interaction and it all went really smoothly. The two gentlemen who delivered were good, professional, came on time, and did a good job, so I've no complaints. I got the king size mattress with the frame that raises the head and legs. The only issue I met is that it got two separate frames on the bottom and the foot on one doesn't raise with the synced one remote control and so I have to sync it. I didn't have time to ask for help about it yet but I don't think it's a product flaw.

I was around the area and I thought I’d go check in to see what kind of mattresses Mattress Firm offered. I liked one of their memory foam mattresses and their sales rep, James, was a really cool dude. He was good and explained my options and everything for mattresses. I told him what type of mattress I wanted, my range, how much I wanted to spend, and the size, and he was able to help me out. He also told me it would be better for the mattress to be delivered so I did that. The purchasing experience was easy. Everything went smoothly and I understood clearly though it took a little long for him to trim all my options down to what I wanted. I like the mattress very much. It’s exactly what I needed and the way I wanted it. It's really comfortable. Mattress Firm does an excellent business.

We went in the Mattress Firm store and the sales rep greeted us then we explained to him what we needed. I was looking for Serta mattress because that's what I bought for my son online from Macy's about a year and a half ago. However, they don't have any Serta mattresses so we tried different brands because my daughter wanted to try the mattress before we bought it. She chose the one that she felt good and then we processed everything. The sales rep helped me. We want it to be delivered as soon as possible so he scheduled the delivery on the first available day.
We bought a full size Beautyrest firm mattress, box spring, and also the frame and some pillows. The firmness is what I thought it would be, but the mattress was thicker than I expected. So now the bed is much higher than it used to be. My daughter had to jump to get into the mattress. The Serta we had before that was really old was lower. But even my son's year and a half old bed was thinner. And so, my daughter is disappointed when she got the mattress because she imagined it would be something like what my son has. She could sit on the edge of her old bed and still touch the floor but with the new mattress she can't do that. And I can't get the bed lower because she have stuff underneath it. And I can't even return the mattress because I have to pay $160 so it's not worth it.
Mattress Firm should give the customer more information about the mattress. There are no reports on these mattresses and I did not have information about how thick they are and how high they go.

I like Mattress Firm's accessibility, with them having several different locations in the area that I’m in. I got a mattress, box springs and a metal frame. I went in their store and laid on several different mattresses and they explained to me the differences. I knew I wanted the cooling mat because it adjusts to my body temperature so I went in that direction. Their sales rep was very helpful and understanding. I had a couple of questions and he answered them right away. I never felt any pressure to get it today or anything of that nature. Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy experience.

My boyfriend and I purchased a "top rated" mattress back in August 2016. All of the things we went into mattress firm to buy a new mattress for, the sales rep stated this very specific mattress wouldn't do these things within the 8 years we are supposed to keep it. Well- it's February and the mattress is already doing all of those things. Creasing- bunching- super uncomfortable. We have back issues and this is the recommended mattress for us from the sales rep. I refuse to pay for a stupid claim since that's how they work apparently when this shouldn't be happening already. We were talked into the 90-day payment plan and it was the worst agreement we could have came to. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD on top of all of the misleading we were provided. I have contacted the BBB with this as well. I hope to have a solid resolution out of it. End of story- I will not recommend the company nor the Hampton and Rhodes Hana mattress.

While purchasing a twin mattress for my son all went well until the salesman said I had to drive and pick up the mattress myself. When I asked him if I could get it delivered he said "no". When I went to the warehouse to pick it up he said Mattress Firm does deliver! I plan to return my mattress and go to a big box store for a cheaper price as I am annoyed that I had to drive all over Wichita for a mattress that could have been delivered!

I would recommend Mattress Firm. When I needed a mattress, I got a Serta queen from them. Their sales rep was lovely and great. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to fit me in the delivery schedule for the next day. However, I was going to call back to see if I could upgrade to a bigger mattress because the one that they sent me is more like a full than a queen. She said it was a queen, but on the side, my daughter said it says full so I was going to check with her. And I was going to see what the return policy was to see if I could go up to a king.

I was in the market for a Tempur-Pedic bed and Mattress Firm had just come to my hometown. I bought a mattress from them as well as an adjustable base. Their sales reps were very cordial and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I've had to leave town so I’ve only been able to sleep on the bed a couple of days but so far it is okay. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the cover was dirty when I got it. Nevertheless, my delivery experience was great. I actually had to move some things around in the room and their delivery team were more than happy to help me do that. Overall, I had a great experience and it allows my fiancé, who’s a quadriplegic, to reintegrate back into our main bedroom so I’m satisfied. I’ve recommended it to a couple of people.

My mom purchased a bed for my brother from Mattress Firm and when I decided to buy my own bed she suggested buying one from them. When I walked into the store a salesperson named Scott asked me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a soft mattress and a full bed, then he told me all the queens were the same price as the full so I went with it and he let me test a bunch of beds. I looked at all the awesome ones and it was super hard to decide, but Scott eventually sold me on the one that's like a riser platform which is amazing. I can see the TV better and I love it. I have the remote where the feet and head will rise so I could be in an inclined position. It's the coolest thing and I imagined it will last me a long time. I didn't know I could buy something like it.
I went in expecting to spend $800 and ended up opening a line of credit and it was a lot more dollars than I expected, but when I considered what it means to purchase a bed and how long a bed should last, it's an investment. I considered longevity and health because it's a major piece for our health given that we lay on it every night. If people want a solid mattress, I would recommend Mattress Firm, and I'd recommend my mattress because it's the best thing in the world.

Mattress Firm was across the street from where I work. When I went in, Chris, the sales rep, asked me what kind of mattress I was looking for and I told him. Then he showed me different kinds and by its color and explained to me what more or less I was looking for. He asked the right questions. He also asked me about how much I wanted to spend, and I liked the first one he showed me. There were two of them at the store and both of them were very nice. The service was excellent.
I got a mattress and a box spring but the latter was too high so I went back to the store and they traded it for a lower one. All I had to do was pay for the shipping so that was good. They arranged for it to be taken out and the people that delivered it were very nice and kind and went the extra mile in helping me. They made sure that the mattress was on the bed. One of them waited until I put the skirt on for my bed and the box spring. I'm still getting used to bed and Mattress Firm said that they'll give me a refund if it goes down more than an inch.

The regular mattress that I got from Mattress Firm has met my expectations. I was also very pleased with my interactions with their staff. Their salespeople were exceptional and talking to them was the best part of my experience. They were informative. met my needs and gave me an education on how to buy. The delivery staff were exceptionally wonderful as well. They were very helpful in helping me get the mattress in, getting everything installed, and making sure that they kept my house neat and the doors closed.

My experience with Mattress Firm was wonderful. The sales rep was so helpful and her personality was great. She even got another mattress down so I could try it. I got the mattress for my brother who's in rehab and will come home on Wednesday so he hasn't used it yet, but I had a friend sleep on the mattress and she said it's like sleeping on a cloud. If I ever have to get another bed, Mattress Firm is where I'll go.

I bought from Mattress Firm the updated version of the same product that I purchased two years ago because I was happy with it. I walked into the store, showed them a few items I picked out online, and told them what I had in the past. They sell quality products and the sales rep showed me a comparable and updated model of what I had bought. He explained the mattress technology and he was very good. He gave me a good price, arranged delivery, and was very thorough. It was a very simple process, and everything was efficient. The guys that set up my mattress came, knew exactly what they were doing, and took five minutes. The mattress is perfect. I'd like it cheaper but I've got to pay for quality.

They offered me zero percent financing even though I had the money for it at the time. I thought if it is zero percent why not. It was a bad thought. They overcharged me on the financing by over a thousand dollars. Plus it said that we had a 30% interest rate! I spent three weeks trying to get them to fix it and it is still wrong. Only one of the three people I have talked to have been any help and even though I was told it was fixed after I talked to him, it was not! They have been terrible to deal with. I will never buy from them again.

I love the king size mattress and the adjustable frame that I got from Mattress Firm. The sales rep was awesome. He was super nice, really knowledgeable, and personable. However, their team was not bright during the delivery. I had just moved into a new house and painted the walls. They brought the bases in and had them leaned up against the walls after I told them not to. It was also cold out and there was snow on the ground, and they were dragging the electronic controller for the base in the snow. It still works though. Also, the two delivery guys were tiny and they couldn't even barely lift the mattress. I have called the store manager and told him my thoughts on the delivery because I wasn't satisfied at all on that end. But the purchasing and the products themselves are good.

I had purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and foundation set 5 years ago. So when we wanted another mattress set we returned to Mattress Firm. We purchased a mattress and foundation for $2,300 on January 16, 2017. Order number **. Big mistake. After committing to the relocation our existing bed to our cottage 300 feet away, the delivery people refused to relocate the bed. A fellow (Craig) in the store refused to help and basically said it was my problem. We had no place in the house to store the old bed. Mattress Firm has no concern for the needs of the customer. I will not go back. There are plenty of choices when it comes to purchasing a mattress. Very disappointed in the whole experience with Mattress Firm.

When I moved his bed from our old house I felt bad for him having to sleep on the bed so I wanted a new one from him ASAP. I ordered a set online and paid for the set and the delivery. It is over 2 days and they charged my account and so far I've gotten an email that I got when I ordered it and nothing else.
I took the day after ordering off from work and was told by a local store that they would deliver it that day. No phone call, no mattress... nothing. It is the next day now and nothing. Not even notification that they cleared the money from my account. DON'T ADVERTISE SPEED AND ACCURACY IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING IT. I can't even get a phone call with a human. The website tells me to call a number [through chat] and the number leaves me on hold with no answer.

When I needed a new mattress, I first went down to Cohen Brothers and was going to get a bed with drawers underneath of it, and a new box spring and mattress. The most they would finance me for would be a year. I’m living on a fixed income, so I can only have so much money I could pay out a month. I was also debating on whether to get a Sleep Number or a Tempur-Pedic bed. So I told my son to come with me to Mattress Firm which is right at the edge of where I live. We went down to Mattress Firm and I laid on the bed. When I saw that it was 0% financing for five years, I said "This is it." The sales representative was really good. He really went out of his way to explain things to us.
I got an adjustable bed. At night I can raise the bed so I can see my TV instead of trying to prop the pillows up to see it. Or, I raise it up so I can read. My son ended up buying the base to go with his Tempur-Pedic bed, so he can raise his bed up now as well. Some nights I sleep real good in my new bed and other nights I toss and turn. But I’m not tossing and turning as bad as I used to. My experience with Mattress Firm was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve recommended them to my girlfriend out in Vegas.

I got a regular mattress from Mattress Firm and the sales rep was really nice. He was a cool dude, sold me the mattress and I got out. It was quick. The mattress was delivered and the delivery team was also nice and on time. Overall, it was a good experience.

I heard a lot of good things about Mattress Firm and they're pretty close to my house. The store I went to was super nice and has fast delivery so it was great. I got an adjustable bed and mattress and the sales rep was super friendly, really helpful, seemed pretty knowledgeable about the different options that I had, and was able to tell me the difference between the brand name versus the off-brand and which one I should go with based on that. So, I liked him.
Then I had to have my order delivered twice because one of the pieces was broken and they had to replace it. The first delivery team was super-duper nice, really fast, and really conscientious about not getting my carpet dirty, which was really cool. The second delivery team was also really nice but not as competent. They’d put a piece on the bed together wrong which I only noticed when they left. It's a Split King and one of the pieces on the end was one way and the one that they set up was the incorrect way. I then fixed the problem on my own. All in all, Mattress Firm has fast service and I'd recommend them.

I liked the prices at Mattress Firm. When I got a mattress, their sales rep was very professional. I explained the situation I was in and that I had a temporary type of home, and he showed me the different types of mattresses. He also got me a floor model from another store. I've had the mattress for about three weeks now and the quality is good. I would definitely buy at Mattress Firm again. The buying process was easy, the store hours were convenient, and the delivery was good, too.

I bought a mattress back in September of 2016, I thought I was going to be happy with my new mattress and service. That being said I wasn't satisfied with the mattress. It was way too firm and I would wake up with terrible pains in my body so is my husband, so we decided to upgrade and get a softer mattress and spent more money. So for 5000 dollars for a Tempurpedic mattress it was just the worst again with the 2nd mattress. The sales person said it was one of the top sellers. Well I personally hated it, MY body was in pain ever single day and my husband said that it was better sleeping in the couch. So I decided to return the mattress and get my 5000 dollars back, that was back on December 19, 2016.
Today February 1st I haven't gotten my money back, is a nightmare to get in touch with Sleepy's/Mattress firm, no one is ever available unless you want to buy. Don't ever buy from this company, I still have to pay them even when I don't have the mattress in my home, they ruined my husband's credit, it's unbelievable!!! Now that they change their name for some reason, no customer service is ever available to talk to you, it's still just a machine giving you options to buy. Don't buy from this ripped off company!!!

I ordered a very expensive massage chair from the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo on 1/22/17 as a surprise for my husband. The Dreamwave Massage Chair was delivered 2 days later 1/24/17. Unfortunately my husband didn't like the chair. He looked like he was sitting in a vise and the neck and shoulder pillow was too low, even at the highest level, so I called our sales rep to let him know I needed to return the chair.
I received a copy of the Furniture Firm Massage Chair Policy which stated Full refunds are issued if order is cancelled within 72 hour of purchase date. I called within 48 hours and when the sales rep finally called me back 2 days later he said the chair was not returnable. I have called, emailed and texted every possible number I can find but no one will call me back or explain why they aren't honoring the written return policy they provided me. I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. This has been the most frustrating process and company I've ever dealt with.

When I walked in the Mattress Firm store, the sales representatives were telling me what the mattress was on the wall, what it was for, and all that. There were a lot of tags on there and they could help me. They were very good. When I sat on the mattress it was nice and firm so I decided to buy it. My mattress is awesome.

We had purchased a mattress from the Wrought Iron Massachusetts store who uses an outside company for delivering. The guys delivered and then stole my daughter's brand new iPhone 7 plus we have had not luck with working with these people. Been giving the runaround. I just want the mattress gone. I will never deal with these people again. They questioned the delivery boys then they had said there were 2 other boys there which were my son and a friend who never came in to the house. So right there we knew their delivery boys were lying. Made out a police report and still trying to figure out what to do.

I went in at Mattress Firm and already knew what I wanted. The gentleman there walked me through a few different price points, a few different display models, and showed me the cheaper ones up on the wall and stuff, then showed me the ones out on the floor, and which ones he recommended. I used that information and made a decision to get a king-size hybrid mattress. It was pretty good. My only complaint was we had a bit of an inventory discrepancy. I think the idea was that they had it, but they didn’t have it so we had to wait a few extra days. It worked out and I’d recommend them.

I made my first purchase with Mattress Firm because my old mattress was worn out. The experience with the sales representatives was great because the persons I talked to really knew what they were talking about and led us to a mattress. The product was delivered to my home but I've hated it. It was like sleeping on a brick and it was way too firm for me.
When I called to have it exchanged, the guy I talked to from the store gave me a hard time and told me that I had to wait 30 days. I can't return it because of some stupid policy. When I got it, it says "Hey you got 120 days to return it" but I was never told that I had to keep it for 30 days. There is nothing in the paperwork that states that. I haven't even used the thing and it's sitting like a big lump on the side of the room. I can't sleep on it so I'm sleeping in an old room now. They should explain their policies before they sell a mattress.

About 5 weeks ago, I purchased from Mattress Firm and previously, I took a friend of mine over there and she purchased a remote control, up-and-down bed. I was the one managing up her bed once a week and I said, "You spend a third of your life in bed, and because of your heart condition, you're good for a new bed," because she was old. The sales rep from a year and a half ago, Natalie, couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful. My friend is gone now, but the last six months of her life were very nice in that bed. She loved it. It allowed her to breathe and sleep better.

Purchased a Sealy mattress from Mattress Firm. Unsatisfied with the support of this form mattress I contacted Mattress Firm in Jan 2016 and I was told to file a warranty claim and I did at the end of January 2016. After 12 weeks we were contacted by the mattress inspection co. But by that time we had left our winter home. When we came back in January 2017 they finally came out and inspected the mattress. Since the indentation was less than an inch it was deemed normal wear. This was a firm mattress and used only 4 1/2 months. We sink into the mattress by 3 or 4 inches. We are not a heavy couple. I'm 150 and my wife is only 120 lbs. I have never had a mattress break down in such a short time. But according to the customer service line we are just out of luck. This is not right. A mattress should not break down like this with only 4 months of use.

The rep of Mattress Firm helped pick our mattress and it turned out to be one that I wasn't very pleased with. I felt pressured 'cause he kept saying, "This one, I can give it to you for much cheaper" and kept gearing my attention to the other one. And when I pulled out the spring mattress and I said, "What about this?" and he said, "Oh no, this one will last you longer. You should take this one." And then by the time it came home, it's just totally uncomfortable.

We bought a king-size Stearns and Foster with adjustable frames underneath from Mattress Firm. The sales representative was very helpful and patient in showing me the things that I want to see. We were also able to work out a price that we could afford. We had one issue where the mattress kept slipping down. Initially, the installers said not to put on the silver clips at the end but the bed came out right away. Within a few days, they readjusted the synchronization between the two frames, put the clips on, and everything is fine and dandy.

Mattress Firm was a good place for me to go to, so I purchased from them. I purchased a mattress and a box spring first for myself, but my box spring broke and the mattress is not that comfortable, so I’m making do with what I have now. I then purchased a mattress and a box spring for my son, and my son’s box spring also broke. The box springs are not holding up the way they're supposed to. The people at Mattress Firm were very courteous and understanding, and they made sure that I did a claim. I received a new box spring, but it broke as well. My warranty is probably already gone, but they were very understanding of what happened. They apologized and they told me to call them and let them know if I ever have any problems again.

My brother and his wife needed a bed so I gave them an early Christmas present. Mattress Firm is just 15 minutes away from where I live, so I went in there and looked. The sales clerk was very courteous and took me around while I was trying to get an idea of what it was going to cost. I looked around and they had Sealys and SleepRite and so I said, “That Sealy looks like it would be a good deal”.
My sister-in-law has got a bad back, so she wanted a firm mattress. I talked to her and they went down to Fort Myers where they live and looked there. When they found the Sealy Firm mattress, they left it since she said it would have been like sleeping on a sidewalk. She looked and found another one that was a medium and said that was wonderful. The only bad thing about it was that Mattress Firm said they’d deliver on Monday and lo and behold they found out they didn’t have one in the warehouse, so the mattress didn’t get delivered to the house until Wednesday. But overall I'd recommend them to my friends.

I am a return customer who bought a mattress with a reinforced middle Dec 3rd, 2016. The delivery men arrived 3 hours late and my mattress was sunken in the middle. I brought this to the attention of the delivery men, and they suggested I contact the store. Since the delivery was so late, I could not contact my salesperson because the store was closed. Eventually, that mattress was replaced with another one. This mattress was also sunken a little but my salesman asked me to try it out for a few weeks. I have had the 2nd mattress for about a month and it is sunken more than the first one. I contacted the store and was told I could exchange it for $149 or file a warranty claim. This means I need to spend more money for a defective mattress that I'm not done paying for (90 days same as cash). This is so frustrating!!! I have been duped twice.
Updated on 1/26/2017: I have to amend this review. I contacted my original saleman, Steven, and he is doing whatever it takes to make it right!! I will keep you posted...
