We bought three mattresses and box springs from Mattress Firm. We bought from them before. The sales reps were friendly and helpful. They asked for different sizes and brought out stuff to show us what a size double was compared to a queen. Delivery went well. We had to change the delivery a few times but they were very accommodating. I would tell friends that Mattress Firm is very easy to work with and there's lots of locations.

Purchased a queen size mattress with controls to raise your head. I'm unable to use this $4000.00 mattress because the bed is too high. I was told there is nothing that can be done. I fell getting out the bed on Tuesday 1/23/18 which I feared was going to happen. I had a hematoma the size of a baby fist and had to go the Emergency Room at the Einstein hospital. There has to be a solution wherein I can comfortably enter and exit without having an accident. Please respond. I'm a senior and I don't remember where I placed it. I purchased the items from your store on White Plains Road near Brucker Expressway in Bronx NY.

My son was going out at looked at a number of mattress stores and he stopped in Mattress Firm and found out that they had some good mattresses at a much lower price than all the others. The sales rep is very helpful. I ended up purchasing a mattress and a box spring and I've been very happy with it. I'm very comfortable with the mattress. So if you want a really good mattress at a very reasonable price Mattress Firm is the place to go.

I stopped by Mattress Firm because I wanted to buy one bed for me. All the sales representatives were very kind. The bed was on sale so and I purchased one. When it was delivered, it was just put on the base and I just covered it with the sheet. I tried it for around 15 days. The problem was it was a 14 inch, and with just the base, when it was put there, the height was too high. That was the only problem. It was a full size and it was okay, but whenever I turn around, I felt very anxious if I fall down because of the height. I want to exchange it to a full size bed but the base could not be exchanged. So I decided to return the mattress only.

The mattress and box-spring that I purchased from Mattress Firm was discounted and in a good price. The mattress is a memory foam and it can work with a base frame that goes up and down, which we plan to get eventually. Mattress Firm offered financing through Synchrony Bank and their sales representative who worked with me was great. But she had some problems with the computer system and getting the financing all taken care of with Synchrony Bank, because I didn’t have my Mattress Firm credit card with me that time. She had to go to great lengths to get Synchrony Bank on the phone and get it all worked out, so we were very happy with her. Then the delivery guys and the whole delivery experience was really well handled. We’re glad we got the mattress and we’re very happy with every step of the process. Also, I've already recommended Mattress Firm.

We went in pretty late one night. We were getting a twin size for a little guestroom that we have. The first guy that we were dealing with who's name was Charles was really nice, incredibly helpful, very straightforward, and not exactly someone who talks to you like they're your best friend. So, the Mattress Firm rep pulled them all out, any one that we wanted, and he let us try them multiple times. He was really nice. His willingness to pull multiple mattresses out, put them back and take them back out again and let us try them all a few times, that’s the best part and the biggest difference from what we found of other places. That was the best part as far as us as consumers wanting to make sure that we got whichever mattress was best fitting for us.

Purchase a new mattress set on early January 2018. Set delivered with damaged spring box. Delivery team noted that and assured we would get an exchange. Installed boxes and mattress. Received new box spring couple days after. All well up to this point. After three weeks my wife started to complain about back pains. So I decided to get a softer mattress and exchange the current one.

Bought a mattress about 4 years ago with a 10 warranty. Sags so bad I have to wake up to roll over during the night. I filed all the papers I needed to, to file a claim only to be told that it meets their standards. I can PAY to have someone come out for a second opinion. I was told that it would sag no more than 3/4 inch when I lay down. It's more than that when no one is laying on it. I do not have the papers from the purchase. I moved since the purchase.

I have paid for a new bed. 2 month later I find out it was used. Looking at the bed it was big black holes I never saw before. We had got it in Sugarland @ Hwy 6. I just feel it's was so bad that we are now sleeping back on the floor. May God help us.

Mattress Firm was a little bit more convenient. I usually do my shopping at Gallery Furniture, but Mattress Firm was closer and I was down the street from it. I bought one of them beds that come in a box and then I unfold it and it pops up. It's a little bit better with what I used to have. The rest of the other stuff were all priced too high, though. The Mattress Firm sales rep was very knowledgeable and I'll tell friends to go to that store and meet with him. They delivered the next day, though Mattress Firm should compete with as far as same day delivery, like most people are now. Rooms To Go used to say, "You'll get your furniture in a month or two or three weeks." But now, they deliver the same day.

I purchased a mattress and box springs from Mattress Firm. Their ad says zero percent interest, but I didn't get that because I don't have A-plus credit. Nonetheless, their sales rep was nice. He was able to work with our budget. He put the stuff out there and said the mattress is what he liked and that he thought it was good. I'm very satisfied with my experience with them.

Mattress Firm has taken care of my issue and I am happy that it is being resolved. Customer service was professional and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

We had been going up at Mattress Firm and they were having some good sales then so I got a mattress and the base. We didn't like the first one. It was a memory foam and it was too hard. So, they exchanged it for me and that one was good. Their reps were good and really nice guys. They knew what they were saying. One of their rep told us he wouldn't have recommended the first one, but I guess he didn't want to go against us. And then, we went back in to get our other mattress. He took us over to this new one and it was really great. He was very professional. The mattress seems short but we do like it, and they were all great to us.

We bought a queen sized mattress from Mattress Firm in January 2017 and it has been deteriorating in quality for the past few months to the point where we can barely sleep on it. It is misshapen and sunken in places. Our last mattress (from Sleepy's) was sold to us at a good price and was still comfortable after 9 years' use when we were forced to throw it out. I've never in my life had an experience with a mattress being so shoddy that it falls apart less than a year after buying it. I looked at the process for filing a complaint on the Mattress Firm website and it seems clear that the most we could hope for would be to have our current shoddy mattress replaced with another shoddy mattress. Better to warn other customers and buy elsewhere.

I was recommended for a mattress that was not consistent and after 8 months the mattresses was deformed and was a nightmare, so I throw away and purchased a new unit. I had no options from Mattress Firm and I posted my feedback. 3 months ago I received a call from someone saying works for Mattress Firm and offered me $250 to compensate for the bad experience but asked me to post a comment about positive experience to offset the negative feedback. So I said that per the receive of money I was going to post about the iteration and interest to help. But was another lie, because I didn't post anything positive. They never send the money. Was another catch. There are more serious companies, do not purchase from inexperience sellers and the worst quality in the market. Could be a known brand but it is the third category from that brand.

I saw Mattress Firm while I was running down the street and I just went there and got a king-sized hybrid. I liked the way it felt when I laid down. It was comfortable and there’s nothing really too much into it. Their sales rep was informative, comfortable, and easy to talk to. I didn’t want to spend a lot of time in there. I came in, I told him what I was looking for, then he showed me what I was looking for and we made the transaction, and I left.

I went out and bought a mattress on my own one day because my grandson had spent the night and urinated in the bed too many times at five years old. I said, I've got to get rid of this thing today and I'm going out and buy a new mattress. I've seen Mattress Firm around. I know they're a big company and I've read their struggles too. If there are guarantees and trial periods, I figured they will honor them. I got the Disc-O-Base lifter. It's like one big giant hospital bed wherein my legs go up, my back goes up, it vibrates and it has lighting. I've traveled around the world and I've slept in some great beds but this mattress is cool. I love it and it's better than I imagined. In fact, my wife is accusing me of never getting out of it.

Purchased a Queen sized Hampton & Rhodes HR-300 for the second bedroom, just over a year ago. (July 2016) Only three (3) guests have slept on the bed for a total of 12 nights. The last guest was my son who pointed out that the mattress had developed a serious sag on one side. Moving in a couple of months and this mattress will have to be trashed.

This was the second time in my life that I bought from Mattress Firm, and I was really happy. I live in Highland Mills and there's a Mattress Firm in the corner. The manager was great but he did a little mistake, and the sales lady realized what he did and fixed it. So everything worked out well. The manager even offered free delivery but I just wanted to take the mattress home that day. I was diagnosed with cancer and I was sleeping on the twin-size bed while my husband slept on the floor because he didn't want to hurt me. I felt bad for him so I told them that I just want to take the mattress out that day. And they helped us put the mattress on top of my truck. I love Mattress Firm. They're nice and comfortable. I've told my sister about them and she's going to buy a mattress as well.

Price is always better at Mattress Firm and they also have loan prices. Their customer service is very friendly I was shopping around and I went to the other place and the lady was just sitting down as if they have nobody. She didn’t put on a friendly face so I left and went back to Mattress Firm. When I went back to purchase something again the reps were very good so I brought my sister and somebody else. A few days after my purchase they called to make sure that I was enjoying my rest. They’re always being friendly and nice. They take interest and tell about their other products. I would recommend anyone to them to those who need a mattress.

Mattress Firm was where was looking so I just went in and got some regular mattresses. The guy that was in the store told me the different reactions to each mattress and I picked the ones that I bought. I went in with a mind of not buying and spending a lot of money. The young man that I spoke to told me the difference of my price and his price. He explained the different mattresses to me and what they do for me and that’s what made me get the mattresses that I got. He had a very good attitude and I would purchase from him again. The delivery team on the other hand actually came before the time that they were supposed. That was fine too. They brought them in and put them together and got the paper and stuff and left. I'd tell my friends to go where I went but if it’s not in their location, or in their neighbourhood to go to a Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm is an excellent company with excellent customer service. I originally purchased a mattress in January 2015 from Mattress Firm and then I contacted them recently to replace the defective box spring. Their customer service team took care of my problem and the delivery team knew what they were doing. Everything was great.

I dealt with different people from Mattress Firm and they were all very helpful any time I needed to check on something. They were quite attentive and accommodating. The store was in my area so it was easy and convenient to purchase from them. But the delivery wasn't scheduled at the right date in the beginning. It was rescheduled but then the storm was moving in so it got postponed again.

I was golfing at the golf course and my wife said, “You better come home with a new mattress tonight.” And I saw Mattress Firm across the street, so I got one from them. They had a good quality and I like the memory foam. I also got pillows and a mattress cover. I had a nice experience with their sales rep. They did a good job. Customer service was great. I went in 15 minutes before they were closing and he didn’t seem that he cared. The only feedback I have is that they had a couple of mattresses that they didn’t have a lot in stock. They should at least keep a little bit more inventory. I would tell my friends that my experience with Mattress Firm was hands on. I was able to lay on the mattress which other places you're not really allowed to. They give you a little piece to feel it with your hand, and they had the product there, which is great, so you didn’t have to wait weeks to get it.

We had purchased from Mattress Firm in the past and we had heard good things so we purchased from them when we wanted to upgrade to a bigger mattress. We got a standard mattress because of how comfortable it was and its size. Their sales rep was awesome. He was very open about everything and let us try out all the different mattresses while telling us the pros and the cons for what we wanted. We had the mattress delivered and the delivery guys were really fast and they were nice. They were in and out in two minutes. I'd tell friends that their service and mattresses are great.

I went to Mattress Firm to just look at Mattresses and see what I might be interested in and I got to talk with the salesman there and he made me feel very comfortable, I ended up buying a mattress with a free box spring and I got two pillows and a mattress cover. The sales rep gave me a good and fair price. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I was supposed to pick it up from the store and it was supposed to come in on January 1st. It actually ended up not coming in on January 1st and there was a problem with the shipping between the manufacturer and Mattress Firm’s warehouse. So, because of the issues and troubles, the same store manager actually set me up with a free home delivery. The following Saturday which would have been the 6th, they delivered it to my house. The customer service I got was good and they took care of me for having to wait an extra five days.

I purchased a mattress that was to be delivered on January 8th. I got a call 20 minutes after the delivery time from the driver and he was at the wrong address. He was within a mile from me but I could not give him directions as he did not speak English. The other delivery person on the truck also did not speak English. My mattress and box spring was not delivered that night and when I called the next morning, they said they could not deliver it that day and that it would be either the next day or later in the week. I found this unacceptable as someone should have delivered it first thing the next morning since the driver could not find my home and could not speak English to get directions to my home.

Mattress Firm has four locations within a quarter mile radius. So, it was convenient. We got a regular queen Beauty Rest mattress, and it wasn't the most expensive but wasn't the cheapest. When we went to the store, we pulled out a bunch of different mattresses that were on a display on the wall, we laid on them, and we were trying to find out what kind of matched closely to what we had, and the Beauty Rest we got was a really close fit to what we had.

A friend of ours had been to Mattress firm so they were referred to us. We got a mattress from them and the box spring came free since it was the Christmas time. The person we dealt with was very polite and he explained everything and we could try the mattress. I didn’t have any complaint because it's hard to buy a mattress. We had very good service. I went two times. I went to another place and the guy was rude with me, so I came back to Mattress Firm and this is where I bought. I bought a mattress that was pre-owned. So, it was half price for me and I took it home and I'm very pleased with it. I'm very satisfied.

The Mattress Firm sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy but very convincing. I really enjoyed our experience with her. The delivery team was fantastic, too. They were very professional. Our driveway is difficult to get into but they didn't have a problem with that. They just took the bed from the bottom, brought it straight in, and had it set up. We had a great experience, though were promised a free Fitbit and we haven't received anything in the mail.

My husband and I purchases a Serta Sunview Firm Mattress from a local Mattress FIRM that happened to shut its doors one month later. That would have been fine had our mattress not started to sag just ONE MONTH LATER. The mattress itself is a hybrid. We spent just over $1000 on the mattress alone. But we also purchased box spring and mattress cover. I was so frustrated because the mattress sag occurred so soon after purchase. The first three weeks were wonderful. But very quickly we began to notice a mountain forming in the middle of the bed and the sagging occurring where we each sleep. It now feels like I'm sleeping in a hammock. And my back and hips are killing me as a result.

I went to Mattress Firm in December after seeing their advertisement on the TV, and I love the store. It's a good company and I'm pleased of it. It's nice and I would recommend anybody to go and buy from there. Everything is beautiful and I love the beds. I could also tell anybody about the salesperson. She was very nice, and I am a person who would turn away if my spirit doesn't take the person. Then the delivery was beautiful and the team was good and not in a hurry to put the bed up for me. They asked what to do with the old bed and I told them to take it, and they did. They set up the new bed and cleaned. Everything was perfect.

Where we live prior, the office of Mattress Firm was there so that we just went in one day and we liked the mattresses. We’ve already purchased mattresses and that made us want to go back to them to get the kids’ stuff now. We’ve purchased two twin beds for our kids, mattress covers, as well as new pillows, and they love them. I actually slept in with my son for a little bit last night and it was nice, and the pillows have been great too. The sales rep interacted with the kids too and he gave us all the other information. He let us try all the mattresses as well, so he was very helpful. They were nice and respectful during the delivery as well and they helped us move some furniture to fit the mattress. I’d recommend you all to anyone.

I was looking for a particular type of mattress in Melbourne but I did not find it. I prefer to deal with a larger chain where there's some purchasing leverage. We moved here from Los Angeles where there’s a number of large chains where you can play them off each other. But there isn’t that kind of situation in Melbourne. There were small mom-and-pop places and then Mattress Firm. So I went with Mattress Firm that’s close to my house and had a bed I was interested in. I worked with Felix and he recommended several beds to us. We spent a lot of time lying on beds, and settled on one, ordered it and bought it.

I remember fondly when the new mattress was delivered to my house, it felt so good to have a firm comfortable bed after my ten year old mattress failed and was no longer providing a supportive sleep. I recall also when after approximately six months after this that I began to scoot towards the edge of this new mattress because the middle was failing and no longer was firm. Now my hip and back hurts when I wake up. I thought I was doing my due diligence by researching and talking with the sales associate before I bought this mattress because this is exactly what I didn't want to do. I thought this was an investment in at least five years of good sleep.

I wanted to try that mattress where you lie on the bed and it analyses you. Mattress Firm recommended two beds. One of it being a floor model that was marked down. It hurt my hip for the first week but now it’s wonderful. It was really hard. I slept with a pillow under my hip for a week and I broke it in and now it's fine. I got a queen sized bed with a foam and the wrapped coils. It’s a hybrid or something between two kinds of beds. The sales rep was awesome. She had a cast on her foot and she still was getting all over that store. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My husband was there during the delivery of the bed and he was happy.

We needed a new mattress and got it from Mattress Firm. We also bought the box spring. The sales rep helped me a lot. I just found the mattress on their online website and I went in there and showed him the picture and it was in the store. The delivery also went good.

My daughter’s old mattress was terrible so she needed a new one and we got a new mattress from Mattress Firm. My mother set it all up and I was just there when they delivered it. Their delivery team was great. Overall, they were friendly and the quality is good. My girl loves the mattress.

I purchased a Tulo memory foam mattress from Mattress Firm, as well as an adjustable platform bed. I needed a mattress badly and now, I'm not waking up hurting every morning. The rep and the young lady that was working with him were great and very informative. They explained everything to us and they did their best to try to help us out. The delivery crew came right in, they set it all up, it didn't take very long at all and they were on time. So, everything was great.

Mattress Firm have very friendly, honest and good people so I purchased the Serta Tempur-Pedic from them. I had an awesome experience with their sales reps. They're professional and they take care of the customers. The delivery was awesome as well. They did everything right. I’d recommend Mattress Firm to everybody.

I love Mattress Firm's employees. They were awesome and their customer service was excellent. I went back twice and bought my mattresses at Mattress Firm. I have a bad back and I needed a mattress, and I got two different kinds of memory foam mattresses. I would recommend Mattress Firm, specifically the one on Maryland.

I was going through divorce when one day, I came home and there was no mattress. A friend recommended Mattress Firm which happened to be the closest mattress store to my home. It turned out that the have a lot of locations which was convenient. I went into the store thinking of getting a different mattress and the sales rep recommended to try something else out which I did and I liked what she recommended much better. She was very helpful with everything. We got excellent king-sized mattress and box springs from Mattress Firm.

I have a condo in Naples, Florida and a couple of years ago, I saw a company called Mattress Firm. I also went to a couple of places but Mattress Firm was good, so I bought my mattresses from them. Then, last year, they bought Sleepy's out which has a store right at the top of my street. They were local and I went in their store when I finished my basement room. Their reps were pretty helpful and I was very satisfied with their service. They showed me all sorts of options and answered my questions. I was thinking about a foam bed then we tried a few different mattresses and I ended up buying a Queen mattress which seemed to be the best. It was for a guest room and it's a very good mattress. I bought it for my mother and my aunt, and they enjoy it very much. I’d recommend Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm was having a good deal and I bought two beds from them. I'm perfectly satisfied with my purchase. The sales rep was great and very friendly. He had a good knowledge of the product. It worked out well. I had the beds delivered and the delivery team was also very nice and very helpful. Mattress Firm has nice people to work with. They are on time and very thorough.

Purchased $4100 mattress end of Nov. Returned 12/4/17. Company said refund of $3200 in 5-10 business days. Called 1/10/18. Told it would take MONTHS. They have the mattress. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! It doesn't matter how nice the sales staff is. They pass the responsibility to corporate. In short, we were misled by our salesman and the person that handled the return.

The Mattress Firm sales rep that worked with us was incredible. I have breast cancer and was asking a ton of questions about off-gassing of mattresses, but he was so patient and helpful. It was just very comfortable. He walked us through the different mattresses and helped us figure out what comfort levels of each product. I didn't feel that we were hesistant to go with the sale. We also got mattress cover and sheets, and then had our order delivered.

We purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm a year ago and two years ago. But due to the flood, they were thrown out. So we had to buy new ones. We got a family friend discount from them but they offered us the mattresses that we wanted at a good price. We got the queen, the king, and a memory foam top. We went through, Michael, their sales rep up in Irving, and he was great.

We bought our last two mattresses from Mattress Firm. Sticking with what we knew, we went in buy the same mattress again. We bought a king size bed frame but the store didn't have the same mattress we wanted anymore. They instead had a newer version of the mattress so we just bought that one. It's very similar to the old one and we love it. We used a different king size mattress before and I had a bad back problem. It was a crappy mattress. But now, my back's fine.

I bought a mattress, box springs and a mattress protector from Mattress Firm as my older bed was getting saggy. The sales rep was friendly and nice. He showed us everything we've asked for and wanted us to try them. He explained the coils and the 10 year warranty really well. And while we were trying to work a deal on the one we looked at, he told that that he'd check what he could do on it. We like how the bed feels. It is solid and feels like it's going to last a long time. It was a real good experience. Their customer service was excellent and they were the best rated place in the town we headed to. I'd recommend Mattress Firm to anybody who's going to buy a bed.

We got a king bed and two full beds from Mattress Firm. We got the free, promotional base for the king, too. The sales rep was really nice. He did his best to get a mattress that we liked and wanted, instead of just trying to get us whatever and just get us out the door. He also seemed to know what he was talking about. They went over the whole inside of them and everything. We had them delivered and the delivery team was great. They were on time and there was no trash left. Overall, it was a good experience. It was a lot easier than the times when I bought it myself from the store.

I got a new mattress right after Christmas. Everything was fine when I dealt with the sales rep, and everything was also good with the delivery and in taking away the other mattress. However, I am not very happy with the mattress itself. It is a pillow top but it rolls to the center of the bed with this mattress.

After 1 month of our purchase our mattress developed what can only be described as a canyon. When we tried to return it they told us we needed to go to the manufacture. We went to the manufacture who told us to go to Mattress Firm. It was a complete runaround for 1 year. Finally we able to put in a claim only to find that this self proclaimed company wouldn't supply us with a refund only an exchange. So I was willing to work with them but the next mattress developed a hole bigger than the last one (delivery is $79.89). We went to Costco for the next one perfect mattress. We didn't need the trash mattress from Mattress Firm but they refused to take it. Do not buy from this company all of their mattresses are crap I'm still suffering from back pain and am working with my lawyer to file a lawsuit.

We had bought from Mattress Firm before and this time, we bought a pillow top mattress and box spring for my son and he really seems to like it. The sales rep were very good and knowledgeable and the delivery team was friendly and courteous.

The queen size box bed I bought from Mattress Firm in July was very nice and I'm very comfortable. During purchase, the sales representative was very helpful, professional and courteous. Then the delivery team brought the mattress in a box from downstairs and got my old mattress, but they left something by accident.

I am moderately satisfied with the foam product and the adjustable frame I bought from Mattress Firm. Things went very well with their staff but they left their mats that they put on the front porch by accident and I still have them out there for them to pick up. Buying from them was an expensive whim and if anyone would have to do a mattress purchase, they should do more research than I did.

My situation was a little different. We relocated and I needed my daughter in California to pick out a mattress that I wanted to be here in her room while she was on breaks. I told her to go to Mattress Firm. She went to the store but she said that she didn't feel she was given enough mattresses to choose from, possibly because of her price point. I bought a bed from them years ago and it was a great bed which lasted us 10 years. It's been about half the price on my daughter's bed that we bought recently. But when Ashaway Queen Mattress was delivered, it looked like an inferior product.

I've had Mattress Firm products in my home for five years. Most recently I purchased a king mattress, and this was my third purchase. The sales rep showed me around and showed me a couple of different mattresses. They had different options and different comfort levels, so he helped me pick out the one that I believe was best suited for me. The mattress was ready to go when I picked it up and I didn’t have any issues.

We bought from Sleepy's before and we were happy with the quality. Since it turned into Mattress Firm, we went there when we were in need of a new mattress. They had very helpful salespeople who were pleasant and not pushy. We love our new mattress.

I’ve purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm in the past and the last purchase was a queen size mattress for my guest bedroom. I had a very good experience with the sales representative who was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The delivery experience was just as good and the guys were on time, very courteous, and took care not to dirty up my floors. They delivered the product with no problem. For the price and customer service, I go to Mattress Firm and I don't go anywhere else whenever I need mattresses. I love the mattress that I bought for my personal bed and I like the mattress for the guest bedroom.

I went to the Longview Mattress Firm store just to see how much it was going to cost because I didn't have a bed and I've been sleeping on my couch. They offered me a deal wherein if I get a mattress, the box springs are for free. They also offered the financing for no interest if I pay it off within 12 months so I went ahead and took the deal. I was supposed to save the money and do it later but I finally replaced the furniture I've lost with family's help. I also had 90 days to try it out and if it didn't fit me, I can send it back. They delivered it for free too. Their staff's really nice. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Somebody told me that Mattress Firm was having a deal. So, we decided to go see what was there, and I really loved the store. They have good personnel over there. Our sales representative was a very good and helpful guy. We bought a mattress, a Bunkie board, a headboard, the frame, and everything is good. I think they’re great. I like the mattress, and I sleep so much better since I’ve had it. In fact, I want to sleep all the time.

I was looking for something without spending a small fortune and with the no-interest financing. From Mattress Firm, I purchased a new king-size box spring and mattress. It's a standard bed without the pillow top, about 1,300 bucks. The delivery team was great. They even put a little floor mat on outside the door, put down their little booties, dragged the mattress up the stairs, and put it on the bed. The only thing is, I got a 90 or 120-day test drive, and my mattress is sagging already. I may have to ride it for another month and may have to trade it for something different. I have a bad back, and I want to make sure if it didn't work, I could trade it for something else. My girlfriend's looking for a bed so she's going to be heading to Mattress Firm soon.

After a very good experience with the Mattress Firm sales representative who was professional and courteous, the delivery for the queen-size bed I bought was uneventful. The quality of the mattress is good and I have a fine and pleasant experience with it. There's convenience purchasing from Mattress Firm.

We had already used Mattress Firm in the past and we bought a mattress from them again recently. The mattress is fine and it does what it’s supposed to do. We bought a new frame, too. If we didn’t buy the frame then the mattress wouldn’t be warrantied so we did, and it was another hundred dollars for it. The delivery was fine. The guys did what they’re supposed to and they were nice, but they could only do what they were told to do. I have a headboard that they wouldn’t put back on and it’s still not on the bed. They had to take it out to take the frame out because we bought a new frame, too. I’m handicapped in a wheelchair, and I can’t put the headboard back on.

Mattress Firm's close to where I live so I got a king size Tempur-Pedic type bed from them because it’s something that I wanted. It's comfortable and has high quality. The price point was affordable as well. I had an awful twin size bed before this so this is a major upgrade and I love it. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. She explained the different types of firmness and about pricing. The delivery team was very fast. They explained that the bed would take a little while to puff up and then, they were done. Overall, I'm happy with them and I'd tell others to check Mattress Firm if they're looking for a new mattress.

Mattress Firm was local. And I bought a new king size hybrid mattress and my husband and I really like it. Our last one had a pillow top so we both realize that we like what we got from Mattress Firm more than a pillow top. Their sales representative was very nice and informative. He was new but seemed to know his stuff. And when I went to the store, I also left that day, and later in the day, I got a call that there had been a new promotion that started that day. So, he also added me to the promotion and I got a Fitbit, which was nice.

I purchased an adjustable mattress from Mattress Firm, and I had a wonderful experience at the store. I came early, thinking that they would open at 9 o’clock since it was a Saturday, but they didn’t open until 10 o’clock. So, I went over to Big Lots and got a pillow that they advertised on TV. Then I went back to Mattress Firm and this young man was just getting out of his car. I asked him if he was going to open the door, and he said that he was. He then took me around the store, and showed me the mattresses. He was thorough in explaining the mattresses to me, and he was wonderful. The young men that delivered the mattress were also the nicest young people. This is the best mattress I’ve ever had, and I can actually go to sleep in it. I’ve also bought a Mattress from them a few years ago when I lived in Sebastian, and I was pleased with it as well.

Mattress Firm's sales representative was great and she helped me out. The delivery went absolutely wonderful, and the delivery people were great as well. It took three days for me to start getting used to the mattress I bought, but my chiropractor said it takes about two weeks. It’s an amazing Mattress. It’s 4,000 dollars but I got it for 900 at the store. It was a wonderful experience. It was very speedy and I got exactly what I wanted.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FOR SURE!!! After placing an order if you need to Return or exchange, sit and wait. You will never be able to get to do it. After calling them for a week and get transferred from one dept to another and nobody helps... they will put you on hold for 45 min and transfer again. Anyhow, I dispute it with credit card (AMEX). Usually very good with it, so hopefully that will work, otherwise Mattress Firm will never take care of it. DO NOT BUY -GO TO TRUSTED STORE.

We bought our Mattress Firm mattress for a spare bedroom that we have. I had read reviews before we headed up there and I liked their warranty. The rep was very knowledgeable about the products, and she walked us through the process very quickly and easily. The delivery guys were in and out in just a few minutes. There was a glitch with our promo because when they sent us an email, they did not include the promo code. We had to go around with that but it got squared away, so we're good.

Mattress Firm is the only mattress place in our area. My mother-in-law, father-in-law, and all of my kids bought there several times. Recently, we bought a whole new bed and all the good stuff that goes with it. Their sales rep were not pushy and my interactions with them were fine. We wanted to get a certain base but when they delivered, we got the wrong base. So, they took it back and they're giving us the one that we wanted. Go to Mattress Firm, but make sure you get exactly what you want.

Mattress Firm was the most convenient place for me and it was also recommended by one of my neighbors. Chris, the manager who helped us purchase the mattress was not pushy, gave us a whole bunch of options, and he was very knowledgeable and gave us enough information. My experience was the best I’ve had in mattress purchase and overall delivery.

I looked at a couple of other places because I needed a mattress and ended up going to Mattress Firm. The sales rep was very professional, down to earth and good with people. I had a great experience. It was better than Conn’s. The delivery went well and it was fast. Everything was perfect. If someone needed a bed, I would recommend to go there.

Mattress Firm is a strictly mattress vendor, so I decided to buy from them. I have previously purchased from Ashley Furniture, but the dealer wasn’t as good. So, I cancelled and went with Mattress Firm instead. I believe it was a similar quality item, but I got it at a better price. They also included the bed frame, which wasn’t included before. However, there is a little issue with the mattress. My son, who is probably 200 lbs., went in for Christmas, and he slept in the mattress for 5 nights without breaking it in. And now, there’s a hump in the fabric, which seems like it shouldn’t be there. When you make the bed, you can see the hump.

Mattress Firm is good. I have bought from them before and I never had a problem. When I look for mattresses, that's exactly the place to go for me. Their rep was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Their delivery was also on time. I’m happy with the service.

Part I am in shock and disbelief, as we went to exchange our mattress well within the 90 days period, and when the new mattress arrived, which we paid more for, we were told that the TAG was missing, and they could not do the exchange. The irony here was we NEVER touched the tag when the new mattress was delivered, and it clearly looks "torn off"! The delivery person told me we need to take it up with HQ, and also mentioned the mattress we had has a high number of returns. We are now stuck trying to return this awful, expensive mattress, with another expensive mattress, and have to wonder if this is some type of SCAM, as we clearly did not rip the tag off, and when I checked the mattress upon initial delivery, was just looking for any flaws or defects, and never even noticed the tag. Would love to hear if anyone else had this awful experience.

Mattress Firm had a Black Friday sale so I purchased a mattress and an adjustable bed. Their sales rep was very helpful, professional and courteous. The product has been great. I can rest more comfortably being able to adjust the bed frame and I feel more rested in the morning. It was a pleasant, satisfactory experience overall and I have recommended Mattress Firm.

I placed an order with Mattress Firm on the 28th of December 2017. I was told my delivery would be on the 29th. It is now the 3rd of January & I have still not received my mattress even though I was charged for it in full on the 29th of December. I have never been so humiliated by a company this large. I am just beside myself, I have been told that my sales representative who took my order is the only one who can help me. However I have been told for the past 4 days that my sales representative doesn't work there anymore, that she is on vacation, and that she was out sick.

The Mattress Firm salesman was real nice. He didn't push me, he showed me the products and he just let me lay down on his bed. Their service is number one and is better than anybody who ever gave me service. I just had an operation on my back and in the last three days, I've been sleeping on my bed. So far, it's real nice. The only thing that upset me was that my wife thought she got one that has watches with it and we didn't get it. Mattress Firm is telling me that they can't give me the watch because I don't have email. But we bought the product, so we ought to get the watch.

We helped our daughter and son-in-law. move and they were in need of a new mattress. We went to the store in Boxford, Virginia and the rep took care of our kids. It was all good. So we decided we will just go for Mattress Firm again. The lady her at Saint Cloud who helped us was fabulous. The moment we walked in the store until we completed the transaction, she's just a lovely person and very helpful and knowledgeable. And she just made the transaction all easy. When we went and picked it up a week later she was there, and took care of us. We bought a mattress, a pillow and then we bought few other mattress protectors. We've been really happy with them.

I bought the Ashaway Beautyrest Mattress in September 2016. My partner's side of the bed has a large hole that is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Please see the photos attached. I submitted a claim through their website and took the pictures of the bed they required. A day later I received notice that I can go to the store and get a new bed, either the same one or pay the difference for a new one. I decided to upgrade and get a firmer mattress.

Skip Mattress Firm when you are going to select a bed. Go with anyone else. I purchased a bed at the Napa location and was completely misled by the Manager Vince. His solution to the bed being too firm is to sleep on it for 3 weeks. After my elderly father had a horrible sleep, I went back to the store. He told me to give it a chance and that I had 120 days to return it.

I have back issues & the salesman Mitch **, in the Downingtown showroom, helped us to find a bed that was great for my sleepless nights and back pain. His customer service was very professional and we will be recommending our friends & family to check Mattress Firm out.

Mattress Firm was close to my house and was running a sale so we decided to buy a Tulo mattress, which has a memory foam. I also got a mattress cover and a box-spring. The sales representative was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was he said that if I didn’t like it and I had them come back to get it and give me a refund, I would be charged a delivery fee of $79. Meanwhile, I called a different Mattress Firm store, and they said that they do not charge for the pick-up if a customer is dissatisfied with the mattress. So, that bothered me because the guy that I bought it from didn’t want to take the mattress back with that big of a sale. That part irritated me, but it got taken care of only because I spoke to a different store.

I drove past Mattress Firm and needed a mattress at that time so I went there and bought one and two box springs. Their sales rep was really good and knowledgeable. He gave me his opinions about the different types of mattresses. He asked what I was sleeping on at that time, which they also had in the store, but he gave me the most comparable mattress to the one I had. Then, I had my items delivered and they showed up on time. It's been a week and a half and I've been sleeping better and more soundly. I also feel more refreshed when I get up. It was at a good price because I don’t necessarily go cheap on a good mattress. I’m busy and have to sleep well because if not, I wouldn't be able to focus and do my job. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd tell my friends that it's a good choice to go with Mattress Firm.

It went great with Mattress Firm's customer service. We set up an appointment time and they showed up. We got to try their bed out. We thought it was going to work for us, but it didn't. I ended up sending it back. Mattress Firm honored the guarantee and everything they said they would. I'd buy from them again when I'm ready. It was a pleasant experience. The people were knowledgeable about what they did, and they stood behind their product.

I had a very excellent and professional service with Mattress Firm. The return policy they have speaks volumes and makes e a difference, especially if I buy a mattress every 20 years and I got one that’s maybe too hard or too soft. They give 120 days to exchange the mattress if I have a problem with it, and it's not limited to one brand. Like if I buy a Tempur-Pedic and I want to go to their generic brand, they would allow that. They also allow to swap it out as many times, but it has to be before the 120 day mark. I had mine swapped out for another mattress, and the second time was a charm. But then the box spring was a little ripped which they replaced.

I’ve purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm before, and recently I purchased a full-size bed and frame. The bed is in a guest room, and guests have commented that it’s comfortable. The Mattress Firm sales representative were great in the store. They weren’t real pushy. I described what I wanted, and they showed me things within my price range, without trying to upsell. They were absolutely wonderful. Delivery was quick. I live in a gated community though, and I specifically told them that they had to be here before 5:00 and was clear about it, otherwise they won't get in the gate. When they called to give me the time frame, it was between 1:00 and 8:00 or 3:00 and 8:00. When I was notified about it, I had to get some special permissions. I didn’t expect that because I’ve never had that with them before. They’re usually pretty good about respecting gate times for deliveries.

The Mattress Firm salesman was great. He was very professional and thorough with his explanation. I bought a stand-alone box spring and mattress and I'm getting comfortable with it. I also ordered a box-spring for my daughter, but it was really shoddy construction. The corners were falling apart as soon as we got it. It’s a piece of junk, so I’m going to return it. The stand-alone with the hydraulics adjustment is nice, and I like the memory foam mattress I bought so far.

Recently I purchased three queen-sized mattresses from Mattress Firm. The mattresses have not been delivered yet and I need to set the dates. But the sales rep was really nice and they listened to my needs.

Mattress Firm was close to where we lived when we lived there. The sales rep was good and answered my questions. Our mattress was delivered and the delivery guys were very pleasant. They were very nice, quick, and they made sure they covered their feet. We like our new mattress better than our previous one which was old.

There's a whole bunch of Mattress Firm down here. It's the place to go if you need a mattress. Everybody that I encountered at Mattress Firm is really nice. Their sales rep was nice. I bought two mattresses from him. I bought a mattress from him before I actually got this one that I have now. initially, when I went to my first Mattress Firm, I dealt with him who walked me through all the mattresses to see what we wanted, what is our size. He showed what mattresses would be better for us. And he helped us pick one out and he went off of how much we're trying to spend. He didn't force anything on us, which I like. Because I hate when try to push you to something that you know you can't afford or something that you don't really want.

Mattress Firm honored the return of our bed frame! We are very please with them!

A friend of mine bought a mattress from Sleepy's and he was very satisfied with it. We went to the same place and it had Mattress Firm on it. Apparently, they bought Sleepy's. This is the location at the corner of Tryon and Walnut in Cary. We just bought a new house and decided to move our old queen size bed into the guest bedroom. We wanted to buy a king size bed and if it was going to get a king size, I wanted to get the right mattress. The gentleman who was working there that evening, his name was Ricky, was a fantastic guy. I laid down on every mattress in that store and Ricky was really helpful. He knew the products up and down. Eventually we settled on a mattress that was super-comfortable for me and my wife so we told Ricky we'd come back for it. He gave me his card and he wrote all the information down on it.

I went to a couple other mattress stores then I checked out Mattress Firm where I ended up buying a queen size mattress. They were running a Black Friday weekend special and the salesperson, who was also the manager, talked me into getting the adjustable base that adjusts on both ways, head and foot. The salesperson who did most of the looking with me seemed very informed and was able to overcome some of the objections that I had from a cost perspective. Even more, I was very impressed with the delivery team. They were very quick, they knew what they were doing, and I haven’t had any issues with the delivery. I now seem to be sleeping okay, not excellent, but it’s not necessarily the bed’s fault.

I went to three different Mattress Firms. The sales clerk from the first one I went to was helpful and friendly. But the store had a very bad odor for some reason. I know sometimes mattresses can give off a really strange smell so we ended up not buying a mattress there. And then I went to another one and there was only one clerk in the store. And I waited 15 minutes. And I just couldn't wait any longer, so I left as she was helping somebody else. And then, I ended up going to the third one that I bought the bed from. The rep was the sweetest and very helpful clerk. And it was a very pleasant experience with that one. I got the memory foam which was fairly new to the store. I bought two twin beds from them and they're in the extra bedroom for guests.

I seem to be getting deeper sleep using the hybrid mattress with an adjustable base I bought at Mattress Firm. They had great reps and the delivery was good. I also have a relative who works for the company.

We got a twin bed from Mattress Firm and my daughter likes it. The sales team was great. They were professional, courteous and fun. Delivery was great as well.

The mattress is very nice. It's a king size and I'm enjoying it. The sales and delivery teams were very nice. The delivery guys called and let me know they were coming. And they came on time. I would recommend Mattress Firm.

We were looking to buy a new mattress and Mattress Firm had a couple of interesting items that excited us. At the time we went in, we were the only customers there and we spent a great deal of time with their rep. He showed us the mattress, we tested it by laying on it and he was very cordial. He was also not rushing us. We had a wonderful experience with him. We had the mattress delivered and the delivery team was professional and polite. They gave us a two-hour window and they came in during the time they had designated. They had to climb up two steps, then they set the bed up. There were two men but they managed it. We're very satisfied with the product. We do have 120 days to test the mattress and see whether that is what we want to keep. We've only had it for about 30 days and we're very pleased with it so far. Mattress Firm did all that we could expect from buying a mattress.

I purchased a mattress and a box spring at Mattress Firm and we're very happy with what we purchased. It was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was easy, and we were in and out in an hour. There was a Black Friday sale at Mattress Firm and I bought a queen size bed and pillow from them. They have good customer service. Their rep showed me everything and answered my questions. My uncle helped me put the bed together and setting it up was easy. I like the bed and overall, I'm happy with my experience with Mattress Firm.

We bought a king mattress, and a queen mattress from Mattress Firm, and their sales representative was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. Both of the mattresses are very good, and we’re very restful after a good night’s sleep on it. It gives more of a relief, although it’s not soft. We’re very happy with it. This was our first time purchasing from Mattress Firm, and we had a very good experience.

A day before Veteran's day, I went to Mattress Firm and by the time I entered their door, their customer service was awesome. They decided to be at work on the holiday and the guy was very cheerio. The chemistry plus personality and customer service were the keys that made me purchase a mattress from them. I told the guy that I had found mattresses early in that year and my hip was fine on it. I said the comfort level I wanted in a mattress and he had me to lay on various mattresses. He was truly a pleasure to work with. There were only two of their staff that I spoke to and they were very informative and knowledgeable about the product. My husband and I love the mattress' quality. It’s high up but it is comfortable. I’m very satisfied with my experience. It was a warm and inviting feeling overall, and I have instructed a friend to go there.

We know other people have gotten stuff from Mattress Firm and they were satisfied. We told the sales rep we wanted a good mattress that was firm. He was pleasant. He explained what they had and that was it. I got the best mattress that they had and the automatic bed with the adjustable frames. We're enjoying it very much. The delivery team was fantastic, too. I'd tell friends that we had a very good experience with Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm was the closest one to where we live so we bought a mattress for our guest room where my daughter stays when she visits. She was the one who did the decisions and the pay offs. Their reps were very good and helpful. We picked up the mattress because we wanted it right away. Then, we went in a few days later and bought some box springs. I'm happy with Mattress Firm.

I'd purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm but it didn't work out. It was made out of memory foam and all I did was stick to it and I couldn't move. I went back and there was another guy there and he was able to get me into a light mattress, the one that has all the springs in it because I've got metal in my back. It costs a thousand more but it was the right mattress, and he was helpful in getting it to me and everything that I needed to go with it. Because I'm overheating the bed, he got me the mattress top that goes onto it to keep my back cold. He also matched me up with the pillows that stay cold.

Mattress Firm is one of the local dealers on Dixie Highway that I knew was there. I looked around for a long time and they gave us a real good deal and worked with us. I bought a Split King with an adjustable frame with a memory foam hybrid mattress. We bought it on Black Friday and it's working great for us. The reps treated us real well. Also, the delivery guys were right on time and cleaned up after themselves, and the bed was ready to go when they walked out the door. I enjoyed the experience.

My boyfriend and I had been talking about getting a king size for a while 'cause the three I bought last year were queens and we'd been wanting a king. Mattress Firm is really close to my house, and I was on the way home and I thought it was the same place I bought beds from last year. It wasn't, but it all worked out. There were two gentlemen reps, and they were very helpful. They each knew a lot about the products that Mattress Firm carries. They were also really good at working together, doing the finance and making sure I got a good deal, so I went home with the bed. Also, I love the delivery app. It would inform me of how far away they were. They gave me a little GPS map and it would send me a text message, which was really cool. I didn't have to wonder when they were coming. That's a really impressive idea.

My fiancé lives in Wichita, Kansas and I live in Martin, Oklahoma. I had moved and I needed a new mattress. Because Mattress Firm has a store in both locations, we could test the same mattress by ourselves. Sometimes we'd be sitting there and talking on the phone while testing the mattresses, but it worked. I first bought one of those things with the base and the vibrating bed, and with the head and feet being able to move. We also bought two extra twins. My fiancé wrecked his back a couple of times so he didn't like the first mattress we bought. The sales rep explained it all to us, but they missed something that we did not like with the seam in the middle when we had the two extra twins. If we had thought about it long and hard, we might have decided against that. We did not like having that division in the middle, and now we just have a king.

My in-laws purchased their mattress last year from Mattress Firm and after they told us where, my husband and I went and picked a bed. We moved into a townhouse and we got rid of our old bed, so we had the mattress scheduled to be delivered on the day that we moved in. Two delivery guys came and one of them went up two or three steps while the other one stayed at the floor. Then they had an attitude, said that the mattress won't fit, and refused to even attempt to put it up the stairs. They said that if anything gets damaged then we’re responsible. I told them there had to be a way because our neighbor has a king size and all the townhouses here are the same layout. Yet the delivery guys left and we didn’t have a bed to sleep on. I’m pregnant and we thought we were getting a nice bed. It was very frustrating and we were exhausted from the move.

We were Harvey victims and we had five feet of water in our home. And so, we’ve had to replace just about everything in our home, including all three mattresses. Mattress Firm was having a great sale and they were at a convenient location to where I’m living. Russ, who was a salesperson, was very nice and personable. He didn’t come on strong. He gave me a lot of good information and he educated me about mattresses. He was very pleasant to deal with. The deal was where the adjustable piece came with the mattress. But then, I upgraded to the whole lift and we’re real happy with those.

My grandparents had a water bed for almost 40 years, and my purchase from Mattress Firm, a king bed and the adjustable base, is an upgrade. They love it. Delivery was a mess, though. They delivered the incorrect one and couldn't find the one that I purchased. It was put in another box. They never found it so they just brought me a different one. However, I would recommend Mattress Firm. The sales reps knew what they were talking about.

Tried to deliver a "pre-owned" mattress rather than the new one we ordered. Could not get the order correct. Endless wait times, non responsive e-mail addresses. Would not cancel the order and refund the money. They also mis-represented the box spring- we needed to assemble. Poor customer service and a bait and switch scammer operation.

I was with my mother when I bought my mattress and the people at Mattress Firm were all very nice and courteous. After delivery, they put the mattress together for me and everything was fine. I would recommend other people.

I purchased a box spring which was good for what we needed it for. The Mattress Firm sales rep was great and my experience was perfect. We found what we needed right away, and it wasn't a long process.

I purchased a queen-size, extra firm bed at Mattress Firm. Adam was my salesman and he was really good. My girlfriend and I were in there and he let us take our time when he showed us different beds. He didn't rush us and he let us make up our own mind. He was also real friendly. Delivery was fine but I still don't have my headboard yet and the delivery company misdelivered my plastic mattress cover to another customer. I was hoping to get a phone call today with a two-hour window that my headboard was going to be delivered, and as of right now, I haven't gotten a phone call for that either. Customer service tried to appease me but they couldn't.

My son’s mattress needed a new replacement and we purchased one from Mattress Firm, which was the only one we have in town. We also got the box spring. Our sales representative took us through the whole process and then limit it down to what my son liked. Mattress Firm has good customer service. They did what they needed to and they were on top of everything.

We’d seen Mattress Firm's ad in the paper. And we’d seen it while we were driving down the road, so we went in, and saw what we wanted. Their rep did a good job. He was a very good salesman. And he was a big guy, and I’m a pretty good sized guy, so he knew what my problem was. And so, he steered us to the good stuff. We bought twin beds with the really good mattresses made by Simmons. And we knew about Simmons from years ago owning Simmons furniture. So, we were impressed with that, and they’re nice mattresses. We got the bed frames, box springs, and the mattresses. And we never had twin beds before so we also got covers for the mattresses, some sheets, and a couple of blankets.

Mattress Firm's customer service skills are really good and on point. Their sales representative, John, was great. He tried to work with me on the price and tried to get me a great deal. I told him what type of mattress I was sleeping on and what I was looking for. And he recommended some good stuff. I purchased an adjustable bed frame and a mattress. The delivery was fast and easy, and the delivery guys were very punctual. They were supposed to come between 10:00 and 12:00 and they came at 9:00. They were good and they fixed the base up and they showed me how to use it.

This is my second time I went to Mattress Firm. It was Sleepy’s before at the same location. The store was neat, too. The first time we purchased, it was my bed. It was good, and we rely on that. We wanted to have a better mattress. It is used daily, so we need something to get comfort. We recently bought a mattress for my parents. There were only two reps and we were only two customers at that time. Each rep was busy, but I appreciate the person who went with us. He spent time and engaged with us. He threw his experience about the mattresses, and he helped us to choose the good one. I would definitely say that he did a good job.

Mattress Firm were honest folks to deal with, so I didn’t feel like I needed to do a whole lot of shopping. I bought two Serta twin XL, combined to create the king size bed. It’s motion based. If I’m hurting throughout the day, it helps at the end of the day at bed. The least desirable part I’ve experienced was the delivery. I’m supposed to get a call 30 minutes to an hour before they arrive and they didn’t. Instead, they called when they were out front and so, I wasn’t quite prepared for that. And then, once they came in and saw the mattress, the guy said, "I don’t think we can take that.” And I said, “Well, they said at the store that they could.” Then he said that they lie at the store, so they can sell a mattress. It’s not professional to talk about your company like that.

I'm a return customer and my experience with Mattress Firm has been excellent. I really like the service there and I really like the store. I bought my mattress and some pillows that were scented. The pillows are very nice. They’re soft. They have a nice piña colada smell and the scent stays in a long time. We’ve had it for a year now and I can still smell mine. It is so comforting. When my head hits that pillow, I smell the scent and I just doze off. The sales rep who's a young man really worked with me. But when we decided to give the pillows for Christmas, they were out of stock. They don’t sell it anymore. I needed nine, and he went through a whole bunch of trouble to get those pillows for me. He called other stores and he had them shipped in and called me when they came. I told my friends about the pillows and they love it.

Mattress Firm was close to my place so I dropped in, liked some of the mattresses that they offered and I purchased them. I bought two low mattresses, a king size mattress, and a medium one. Their sales rep was very informative and very helpful for me to make my decisions. The delivery was perfect. It was delivered on the second day after I ordered it. I like that I could find a mattress within the budget that I’m looking for and the people at the store were very welcoming. They made me feel at home, comfortable to shop, and it made the entire experience much easier.

Purchased a king headboard online 10/25/17. Delivery was made with no notice of shipped date or eta over a month later to our second part time mountain home in Flagstaff. Delivery was left out in the yard and in the rain... The box was totally destroyed and headboard soiled so shipping carton was disposed. Also it was the wrong headboard delivered in an oatmeal color but we had ordered a dark gray. Many emails have gone back and forth with no resolution and hardly any human information. Calls on the phone holding for over 30 minutes per call with no customer service picking up. We have purchased 2 king mattress sets recently and all was good with that process. This headboard purchase is very disappointing with us receiving the wrong item. We would NEVER do business with this company ever again. I hope many nice people read this and choose a different company.

Mattress Firm delivered our bed in September and damaged our floor with a 13" deep scratch. Now it's December and they still have taken no responsibility for this damage. It's time to take them to court.

The Mattress Firm people on the phone were outstanding when I ordered a mattress, an adjustable frame, and a mattress pad. It was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. It took three phone calls to finally get somebody tell me they were out of stock, and that was horrible. I’d gotten rid of my old bed so I slept on the floor for a night. I was not happy about that at all. Other than not having my product, everything was fine. The supervisor was helpful when they decided to replace my bed with something else. The delivery team delivered on Sunday and they were outstanding.

I wanted a new bed and I happened to be driving by and saw Mattress Firm. I stopped and checked out what they offered and they had a pretty solid deal. They said they could finance me with zero interest so I told them to make it happen. I also liked the guy I was talking to at first. I was with my buddy at that time and the rep talked to us like we were people. He was relatable, told us about his Thanksgiving weekend, and wasn't just someone trying to sell us a mattress. While we were talking, another guy came in and he excused themselves to talk. That gave me and my buddy plenty of time to talk about which mattress could work out because he was going to take my old mattress and I was getting a new one.

I moved to Texas and I was trying to match the bed I had back in New York. I was looking up on Google and Mattress Firm seemed to have good reviews. I bought just the mattress from them because the bed was one of those with the beams. I also bought a mattress frame and box spring for one of my kids. It’s great working with them. When I couldn't get used to the mattress I initially bought, I got a different one and the exchange was very easy to do. I got one of their main brand ones and so far, I like it and it's more comfortable.

We bought a comfort firm twin mattress from Mattress Firm, and we had a good experience. Their sales representative was very professional.

The Mattress Firm rep was really helpful. I was looking to replace my daughter's mattress which was in really bad shape. I didn't have a lot of cash so I was just starting really low, then the rep was really good about showing us what they can. We then kept looking a little bit more. I found some that we really like and they were on sale. He told us quite a bit about them. Instead of one, we ended up with two mattresses that have a real pillow-y top to it, and we were able to finance it instead of me just paying cash. I still got great pricing though, and it was really a great experience.

We purchased a standard firm mattress from Mattress Firm. We liked their selection and good assistance during the sale. Their sales rep was knowledgeable and straight-forward. Our delivery experience was very positive.

We needed to get a second bed for one of our bedrooms. We got a Beautyrest, and the man from Mattress Firm really helped us. He was very nice. The delivery team was very good about coming in. They ran a little late, but that was all right. It worked out good. We tell our family about them, too. They’re always curious about where we buy stuff, and they always want to know how they are. We also met some nice people in there who were looking for a soft bed. We told her that the beds that we got were so comfortable, and we were real pleased with them.

I bought a couple of adjustable bases from Mattress Firm in Alpharetta, GA worth $1100. Sales rep was very clear in explaining that it will fit any bed frame since we didn't have our bed frame delivered at the time of purchase. Frame was delivered 3rd day after adjustable bases were delivered and turned out, they don't fit into the bed frame. I chatted with someone on Mattressfirm.com and they said local store rep would call me to discuss however no one called me. I called the local store today. Rep says that adjustable bases will not be returned under any circumstances. And if it doesn't fit into the bed, he suggested to put it on Craigslist instead of helping with solutions. Appreciate if you can help here to solve this issue. Product was delivered on 12/11/17.

The Mattress Firm store is a few minutes away from where I live. The sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a mattress most recently but I also purchased one from them another time and have had it for two years now. So, now I have two mattresses, and they’re great and holding up well. Mattress Firm made shopping a breeze. I picked what I wanted and it was delivered when I was told it would be. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

Mattress Firm was local and convenient. I had gotten a king mattress set from them and we got the twin mattress set for my niece not that long ago. Their reps were really helpful. We went in and told them what we were looking for. They showed us what they had and let us take the time to decide what we wanted. They answered every question we had. The only thing that was kind of a pain was I had to drive all the way to the other town to get the one that we decided on because they didn’t have it in stock at the store. Other than that, my experience with Mattress Firm went really well.

I went to Sleep Number and the bed that I wanted was like $8,000. I didn’t want to spend that much money even though the bed was amazing. So, I decided to go to Mattress Firm. The manager there was really nice. He helped us and everything was going smooth at that point. But I didn’t know that there was full disclosure as far as how long it was going to take. He told us that it was coming from somewhere else, but it just took forever before I got the bed. I had to keep calling and calling and calling. Every time I called them, they told me, “No. We haven’t received the product." I finally called the general manager and he went to the store. Then within a week or two after that, I got the bed.

I bought a queen size full bed, a king size full bed, a couple of pillows, and some waterproof cover. I was a great deal and the salesperson was good, very thorough and knew his stuff. We paid for the beds to be dropped off when the house is done being rebuilt so the delivery is on waiting. And when I need to take it, I just have to call and then they’ll drop them off. So, if you need a mattress, go to Mattress Firm.

Purchased a Serta iComfort from Mattress Firm in early 2012. The Mattress Firm employee told us the bed has a lifetime warranty and any impression in the mattress 2 inches or more would constitute replacement. Only 2 years after purchase the mattress had a significant impression. I contacted Mattress Firm to start the warranty process and was told after an inspection that it qualified for replacement. Several months passed without hearing from Mattress Firm. When I called I was informed all warranty issues will now be handled by the manufacturer and I would have to start the process over with Serta. Serta was impossible to deal with!

I went to the Mattress Firm store to look at a mattress. I also went to other places and I really like the sales person at Mattress Firm so I went back. They weren’t pressure kind of people. They were relaxed and I liked that about them. That’s nice and refreshing. We must have lied on about 40 beds that day and I love the manager of the store who waited on us and showed us the mattress. The delivery team was very nice though they were a little late. We had a good experience with them. I love the bed and my husband loves it, too. It’s so comfortable. I would definitely tell my friends about Mattress Firm. I really like them better than Mattress Warehouse.

Everything was fine with Mattress Firm and the sales rep was very good. The only thing that puzzled me was that she convinced me I ought to buy this new mattress. She said, “What if I fill in the two pillows? Would that do it?” And rather than say yes, I hesitated a minute, and then I bought the mattress. But I didn’t get the pillows. I might have misunderstood her, but I didn’t think I did. And the first time I ordered the first mattress, it took me 100 years to get the sheets that I ordered.

I went into a Mattress Firm across street Lowe's near the mall in Winston Salem, NC, looking for a bed. The manager Andrew, he said he was the manager and wouldn't give me a card as he said he did not have one, he wore a man bun. This man named Andrew was nice until I asked my husband to take a picture of the bed, cause I saw one almost identical online with free delivery and was less expensive. Andrew then started saying I was rude at least 4 to 5 times as I was laying on the bed. I was very shocked at the way he was attacking me. There were two other employees there and they said nothing and were looking down at the desk they were sitting at, like they were embarrassed by their manager's behavior.

Mattress Firm has failed to perform its contractual obligations to me as a customer. When looking for a mattress, prospective buyers should be cautious about transacting business with Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm made a promise to deliver its product 12 days after the exchanging funds. Mattress Firm called the day before the scheduled delivery date apologizing to say they did not have the product and promised to have the product delivered in another 7 days. Today the day before Mattress Firm was rescheduled to deliver the product, my wife initiated contact with Mattress Firm to confirm the delivery. Only she was told the product was still not available for delivery and requested another delivery date 4 days later.

I wanted to buy a mattress from the store that I could check things out here in Connecticut, and still get something down in Florida. The Mattress Firm sales rep described the different beds I was looking at. He gave me good information about the types of mattresses. I kind of knew the type of mattress that I was looking for when I went in, but I didn’t know if I was gonna go with a medium firm or a firm mattress. He was very helpful in figuring out which one might be more suitable. Once he helped me get it narrowed down and realizing that I still have their trial period guarantee, that made it easy to make the purchase.

Our first purchase from Mattress Firm was a bed. Then, our second purchase was a four-person hot tub. They gave us the best deal and their sales representative was cool, professional and courteous. However, the shipping experience wasn’t the best but that wasn’t them. That was UPS Freight. They called and said they would deliver it on this day, and then they didn't show up. Then they said they'll do it this day and still, they didn't show up. I wound up telling the supervisor at UPS that if their delivery guy is not here in the next 45 minutes, I’m going to send it back. They showed up later that day and it was annoying. Nonetheless, it was a great experience with Mattress Firm.

We bought a Tempur-Pedic from Mattress Firm about nine years ago. We went back to the store again and the sales representative showed us around. They had the mattress set up where we can try out the different ones to figure out the range of mattress we’re looking for and we purchased a Beautyrest Hybrid which is a memory foam. The delivery team gave us a window time when they’d be here. The guys showed up and hooked the mattress.

We liked the way Mattress Firm dealt with us and we've been very happy with the quality of the items we got from them. We purchased a bed from them 13 years ago then we went back there when we needed a new mattress liner. When we decided to replace our mattress, we went there again and got the mattress we needed. My mother-in-law also needed a mattress so we went there and got her a bed and the box. We got a free pillow with that, too. Then we decided we wanted another pillow and we just did that yesterday. Their sales reps suggested the appropriate items and made sure that we felt comfortable with what we were purchasing before we purchased it. We had the bed and the foam mattress delivered to our home and the old one taken out, and that went fine. As for my mother-in-law's items, I picked them up for her and that worked out real easily. It was a twin size bed mattress and it wasn't heavy.

DO NOT order a mattress online. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. First wait time was 90 minutes and the second was a little over an hour. The last time I called, there was 64 callers in the Queue. Order came over a week late and then was missing the box spring! Called the customer service number again, and got a lovely message that all the operators were enjoying a good night sleep. This is before the time they claim to close. If I get the entire order, and if I can return I will absolutely return and NEVER buy online from Mattress Firm again.

I used Mattress Firm before and there is one in my neighborhood. When I was doing some research, I know that Mattress Firm has a couple of good sales going on specially around Black Friday. Then when I went to the store, the person who attended to me was very helpful and I had a great experience with him. However, I’m a little upset with them now. It has been about two weeks and a couple of days and my bed was supposed to come today, but I got a call yesterday saying there has been a mix up so it won’t come for another week and a half. I’ve already allotted time for it today when it comes and I didn’t find out until yesterday that it wasn’t coming. Also, I had my bed taken away yesterday, expecting that there is a new bed today.

Mattress Firm had the best deal for what we wanted. I bought a king size bed from them and it was part memory foam and part spring. The rep was very professional and very kind, too. He took care of us and what we wanted and got us a good deal. The delivery people were also very professional, very quick and very efficient. Once they came in, they knocked, pulled up the carpet, then, about 20 minutes later, it was all set-up. I'm still breaking the bed in a little bit but it is very comfortable and we got the space we need. Mattress Firm did a very good job. If I have to buy a mattress anytime soon, I’d probably go to the same people and the same store. I'd recommend Mattress Firm to anybody.
