I have trouble with my back and my legs and with the elevation I thought that might help, so I purchased the Easy Rest bed. With my previous bed, I was just twisting and turning, I couldn't get comfortable and I would have to have about three pillows under my head. So far the Easy Rest bed is good. I've been sleeping all night. When I get into bed, I do the head and the foot for a while, then I let the foot down and then I just use the head.

My experience with Easy Rest has been extraordinary. The bed is too expensive but I'm enjoying it. Everyone was very good, from the sales rep to the delivery team. I couldn't ask for better. I bought this thinking it might help my restless leg syndrome and it has some. Compared with my old bed, Easy Rest has all the bells and whistles and it's a better bed. I use all of its feature - I raise my head and feet, and I do my massage. I would recommend Easy Rest to anyone that wants a good bed.

The Easy Rest sales rep was fabulous. I thoroughly enjoyed having her here. We had the best time and I was most impressed with her. The delivery team were just as nice as could be. You couldn't have asked for anybody to be any nicer than they were. However, I thought the Easy Rest bed was an awful good buy and that I was going to like it better than I do like it when I got it. I'm disappointed because I anticipated more than what I thought I was going to get. There's nothing wrong with the bed and it works extremely. Well I'm sure for people who go lie down in the afternoons or they want to sit down in the bed to read or they want to sit in there to do something else, it's perfectly okay.

My husband was sleeping on a hospital bed and he wasn’t comfortable, and I was sleeping on a roll-away bed and I wasn’t comfortable. We sleep better now than we ever did since using the Easy Rest. We use all of the features. The sales representative talked about the bed and showed us how it would help us. My husband said, “Yeah”, because he wants it. So we got it. The delivery team was fine. They came in and set it up. They were just here for a few minutes and it was up. It’s a great experience.

I don't like my Easy Rest bed. The mattress is lumpy where I lay on the same side all the time that you roll out of bed if you ain't careful. I had my previous bed since 2005 or 2006 and it's 90% better than the Easy Rest bed. It's more comfortable than this bed's hard mattress. If I stay on the bed for more than four or five hours, my back kills me. I thought it would relieve my back if I jack my head or my feet up but it doesn't. It hurts worse than it does good. Also, the mattress moves a little bit when it comes up and down. It's a lousy mattress and not near worth the money.

I have a good experience with my bed, but didn't like the salesman that came in. He stayed here like 4 or 5 hours, and I thought that was way, way excessive. I thought about trying to buy just a mattress from Easy Rest to go on another bed I have, but I wouldn't even tell him because I dont want him to be back out here. I think he was new. He wanted to sell me the bed so badly it was just like a constant pounding. I'm in a wheelchair, so to sit that long and listen to somebody go over and over and over is really pressure sales. The two black gentlemen that brought the bed were extremely nice. I couldn't ask for a better experience than I had with them.

I had my previous bed for about 8 years and it's much comfortable than this one. I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I needed it for my back but I don't like it. This is the worst bed I've had. It's not comfortable. It's just a lousy bed. When they assembled it, the railing is coming loose. I called about that and the lady said that they'd charge me a lot of money to come out here and fix it. Then they charged me $300 to deliver it which I didn't know I had to pay for delivery of the bed. It's just terrible. The sales representative was okay but I hadn't heard from him since then. I've wanted to get in touch with him when I received it but there was no way. I'm very disappointed in this bed.

I have a lot of medical problems, so I figured that ordering the Easy Rest bed would be the best thing for me. Their sales representative was a very nice man. He was easy to talk to and I had no problems with him. Also, the delivery team was excellent. They were in and out and did a fantastic job. They answered any questions we had and that was a great team they had. Now that I have the bed it has helped with my sleep. Easy Rest is so much better than my old bed. I use the massage and the up and down. Being able to position it in different places constantly also helps my back and my legs. I'm sleeping better.

I'm satisfied so far with the Easy Rest bed. My wife likes raising her head up reading. I like to do the vibration at night before I go to bed. And on the feet, I raise them a little bit.

We have it for only two months. It's not good and it's not bad. In other words, it's no more good than bad. The mattress is too long. Also, I only got the machine part. How come I gotta pay $3000?

With the Easy Rest bed we can have the head and feet part go up because we are older and then the kicker was having the massage. It made a difference in how we feel. I sleep really good now. We like the firmness as well. Also everyone was excellent and very polite. Easy Rest bed is convenient and it's easier for me to clean underneath my bed. We're totally satisfied.

Easy Rest is wonderful. I decided to get one because I was having back problems. It does not compare to my old bed at all. I raise the head and feet mostly because it helps me breathe better. And I have fluids so that if I level my legs, they look good. It's the greatest thing I bought.

I’ve had a Craftmatic before and for years I’ve had to elevate my feet or myself. But it was just so old and decrepit that I needed a new one so I decided to purchase the Easy Rest. The sale representative that I talked to was the nicest gentleman I think I’ve ever met. We talked about the bed. We talked about his children, my children. He was in the military, my husband was in military. He was just a perfect, perfect gentleman. The gentlemen that delivered it were very good to help me. They showed me how to use the connections. They made sure that it was the right height for me to sit down on. And I’m very comfortable sitting on it.

I like my Easy Rest bed very much. I've got the best night's sleep that I've gotten in a long time. It's very restful and I like the way that you can adjust the mattress. I can only say very good things about it. I'm very pleased.

I am disappointed with the Easy Rest bed. I decided to purchase it because I thought it would help with the awful pain in my back from arthritis, but it never helped one little bit. I noticed when I sit or lay on it, it seems like it's sunk into my body. I thought the mattress would come back to itself. It seems like it didn't come back up like I thought it would, firm. I thought it was going to be better than it is.

It’s not all I thought it was. I’m a little bit disappointed. Plus I'm having some trouble with the sheets. I don’t have a wife anymore. She passed away and I’m doing everything myself so it’s probably me fault, too. But it's a good bed. I like that it treats my back... I'm in a little better shape.

We love the Easy Rest bed. It's really nice. I'm enjoying it. I like that it is a little bit firm. It's comfortable and it's easier to get in and out. I have a breathing problem and the raising of the head helps. We got a queen size too and our children love it.

I got a lot of back and hip problems. I also got arthritis. If you got terminal pain, it's a wonderful thing to be able to sleep and be able to get up in the morning and do things rather than just sit around because you're in so much pain. The Easy Rest bed helps me so I can sleep at night now. I wake up, I get right back to sleep. It's been a wonderful bed and I love it. I'm also glad that the sales representative that I talked to was very informative. She actually was the one who convinced me to purchase it. The delivery team was also alright. When they came in to set the bed up, they wanted to know if I had any questions. They showed me how to operate it. Now that I have the bed, I usually lift it up so that when I go to the bed, I can watch TV and fall asleep. And then I wake up again and I'll push it back down in a flat position and I sleep the rest of the night. I get the rest that I need and my back and stuff doesn't bother me when I get up. I really love the bed. I recommend it to all my friends. It's just an all around great experience for me.

I had a bed which is pretty much the same as the Easy Rest bed but I wanted a smaller size so I purchased the Easy Rest. I use the up and down for the head and the feet because it helps my back. The sales rep was very courteous and very nice about it and the delivery team were very helpful. They took my old one out and stored it for me then put up the new one. I'm very satisfied with the bed. I would recommend it to anybody.

We enjoy the Easy Rest bed. We use it every night and it's been very comfortable. I have a herniated disc in my neck so the fact that I can elevate the bed at night gives me a little bit better relief than sleeping flat.

I am enjoying my Easy Rest very much. I like the massage but it seems to be more at the head than it is on the body and the footrest. I wish it was not as much at the head and was more in doing the body and the feet. But overall it's very good and I recommend it.

The salesman from Easy Rest was really good and a nice guy. I like him. I told him upfront that I wouldn't go for it but he kept working and working. At the end the supervisor got on and made me a really good deal so I went ahead and took it. Easy Rest is nicer than my previous bed because I can set it up. I stay in my room a lot. So, instead of propping up a few pillows, I can raise back the head up. I haven't had the bed for long but I'm enjoying it so far.

We were looking for an adjustable bed because my wife has GERD and she's been sleeping elevated in a recliner. Then we got information in the mail on the chance to win an Easy Rest bed. We sent the card in and we had a presentation, and we liked it. The sales representative was very encouraging. The only negative thing was the team that brought the bed to install it damaged some of our walls and they left screws on the floor which if we hadn't noticed them we would've stepped on and possibly injured our feet. But overall, it was a very good experience. With the bed being adjustable, we're able to sleep with our heads raised, and she hasn't had any instances with GERD.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because of the elevation of the head feature. My previous bed is a good bed but the head wouldn't elevate. It wasn't adjustable. With Easy Rest I often raise the head and the feet. I'm very satisfied with the night's rest I get from it. Their salesman was very nice. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I'm having a hard time sleeping so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was good and delivery team was able to set up the bed, were nice and polite. However, I don’t sleep in the bed yet at all. I hate it.

I don't know what made my husband choose to buy the Easy Rest, but I know it's not like the bed that he was expecting. It's hard to get out of and he can't seem to get it adjusted right to where it's supposed to be. It's terrible. One reason he was getting a bed is because of my back and my neck, but it doesn't seem to be helping any. It seems like my neck and back hurt worse. It's a little bit better than the bed we had, but just a little bit.

I have some medical issues and thought that Easy Rest would help. The part I like about my Easy Rest is that I can adjust it to sit up. However, it's just not a very comfortable bed to sleep in. It's a good bed to relax in but not a good bed to get a good night's rest in. Their sales rep was awesome. He gave me all the information.

I purchased Easy Rest because they said it was relaxing and the benefits it has. I often use the lifting of the head and foot feature. I also use the massager. Easy Rest is a new experience. We wanted an adjustable bed for my health reasons. Since using it, I noticed I sleep better. I had an old bed, about 8 years, and it was okay at first. But it didn't do what the Easy Rest bed did. The Easy Rest bed is very, very comfortable. I purchased one because I was going from a king-sized to a queen-sized, and wanted one that the head rises up so that it wasn't flat. It made it more comfortable for me to sleep that way. Everyone was very efficient and it didn't take no time until they had the bed installed.

Initially, I swear it was draining the life out of me, because I was in terrible pain - but that’s because my back was so bad - sleeping on something that supported me differently. I had to get over it, and now I love it. Once I got used to my Easy Rest bed and adjusted to it, it's like the best thing ever. I like to read in bed and I have asthma so I always pile four pillows. So the fact that I can raise the head of the bed appealed me. However, I did not see any drastic change after using it. I still have pillows piled up. My old bed was more comfortable; the mattress was a better quality and my box spring was deeper. And I’m kind of surprised when they installed it the box spring is so thin and it sits up on little little legs. So I really wasn’t impressed.

I've been having some problems sleeping and when I checked Easy Rest, the price was really nice, so I got one. I can elevate my head more and it's more comfortable without all the pillows. My whole body is supported and not just my head. Everybody I've talked to at Easy Rest has been very nice. The team that came, delivered it, and put it together were super. Easy Rest is a good company to do business with. I spoke with a fine gentleman who told me about the Easy Rest bed. He's 70 years old. I bought the bed and they put it on my old frame. I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it.

Easy Rest sent me this letter for a contest, so I sent it back. Then they called me saying that this man was going to come over and talk to me about the bed. I didn't know he was selling the bed when he got here, but he was very nice. I decided to try it and we like this Easy Rest bed better than our other bed. I've been sleeping comfortably.

The Easy Rest is a wonderful mattress. I sleep like a baby in it. I live in a place where there's quite a few elderly people and I was telling them about it and that they should all get one. I love the bed.

I purchased the Easy Rest because I have restless leg syndrome and I don't know that this is gonna help it at all. I’m taking medication for it, but the thing I found that works best is a bar of soap under my sheet. So, that’s good. But I decided I was gonna give this other person, a girl who was sleeping on the floor my bed and I was gonna get an Easy Rest. I really felt like I was indulging myself by doing it. My son thought I was nuts. But that’s what I did and I’m not changing my mind.

I have always been thinking of buying an Easy Rest bed because I don't like to sleep flat. With this bed, I can raise my head and I sleep comfortably. It really helps a whole lot. It's a nice bed and I'm glad I bought it. I wish I bought one sooner.

I'm doing pretty good so far with the bed. I like the foot going up to help with the blood circulation for my feet and legs. However if I put it in a certain position I can actually feel the springs on my hip so I have to push the button and put it in a different position... But then if you want to lift up your head or the foot part and you're sleeping with your wife, she's got to take what you take (with the price I would say you should have a choice at least...)

I like the heat, the vibration, and you can raise your head up and your feet. I've had my back broken and got a lot of back problems. So it comes real handy when you want to raise your feet up, because of back problems... you move them legs around and it helps out a whole bunch. It feels great.

I'm not satisfied with the Easy Rest bed. I have a hard time getting in a position, I have a hard time breathing so I have to sit up to sleep and I have a hard time getting it just exactly where I need it. I enjoy the vibration part of it, but the rest of it, it's just not comfortable for me. I got it because I was needing a bed that could raise up. My old bed was wore out and needed a new one. I use the vibration the most because I have arthritis and my shoulders need relaxment to go to sleep. The sales representative was very nice and polite and helpful. The Easy Rest bed has kept me from waking up with a backache, and my being able to elevate my feet while I sleep has kept me from having the swelling in my ankles. I had been buying new mattresses every two or three years because I couldn't find one that would keep me from waking up with a backache. So far, I’ve been well satisfied with Easy Rest. I purchased it because I have COPD and Emphysema and my upper chest part needs to be raised when I sleep. Since using it, I had started to turn on my back to sleep and it’s made a big difference. Sales representative was very knowledgeable and just very good. We had no problems at all, with the delivery team. They came in and had it set up and were gone, very few minutes. Everybody that I spoke with from there when we were making the closing deal were all very polite, very nice. I have nothing but good compliments so far. I’d recommend Easy Rest. It was a very pleasant experience. The young man that was the salesperson had disabilities himself and he carried himself quite well and handled his disabilities very well. So I was very impressed.

I have problems sleeping at night, and if I lay in one position for a long time, I ache. When I get up, I ache. I can adjust the air with my old bed but the problem is it leaked on the side that I slept on and I was constantly having to pump the air up on it. So at that point, I just thought to myself, well then I'll look for another bed and wanted to get an adjustable one. We got a card in the mail from Easy Rest and my husband thought he was doing a nice thing for me. I probably would have wanted to shop around a little more, and I feel like the sales rep pushed us into making a decision right away. But he was very nice, very convincing. I like to think about it and have either somebody call me up later or if I decided. I hate those pressure tactics. But my husband said, "Let's get it," and so we got the Easy Rest bed. The delivery team came right in, and put it right in. They did what they said and they came on time and they did their job. It didn't take them long to put the bed together.

We decided to buy an Easy Rest because it was so adjustable. We often use its adjustable feature and enjoy the bed. We enjoy sleeping. It's a good product. Their sales rep was very helpful and the delivery team was very good.

I bought the Easy Rest because I figured instead of putting my bed up on bricks, it would be nice to just have it up there all the way with the elevation. When you get that old you need your head raised for reflux and for heart and for lungs, etc. So raising the head of the bed was important. However when doing so, I slide down to where it's bent in the middle even though my feet are up. I can slide pretty good on this Easy Rest, until I just lie down. I'm 5 ft 1 and I think that's a factor. Maybe I just need one of those pillows that don't let me slide and put my feet up just a little bit more... But I like the bed (and other people would, especially people that are taller than me that would fit in all those different areas real good) and I like the vibrator. The vibrator just cuts itself off and you don't have to worry about being awake to turn it off and my sister said she can't wait to get her own because that would put her to sleep.

The Easy Rest is better than my old bed. I lift the bed's head part up because I like to lay in bed and watch TV. I would recommend it to my friends. It's great.

I needed a new mattress. I had a water bed and needed something better. I looked around and saw the Easy Rest advertisement and it appealed to me. Their rep made an appointment and came out, and he was very informative and it was everything I wanted. It really had a great price because I could have got less for just as much or more. I'm resting well and totally happy. I have recommended it to friends. Actually demonstrated my bed to them and they were really excited about it.

I needed an adjustable bed and I got Easy Rest's number and called them and the guy came out. He showed me different models and told me how it worked, and I bought the bed. I had it financed but I got my bed. Buying was simple. I'm very satisfied with the bed. I have backaches and they're not as severe since I've gotten the bed. My back is better. I can sleep better. Easy Rest team was professional, so it was a pleasant experience.

The main reason I purchased an Easy Rest bed is that it can raise the feet and head part, and I'm on home dialysis at night and it makes it a little easier for me to drain. The Easy Rest rep was was very, very nice and very accommodating. The install team did a very good job and anything I asked them or told them, they did. The one little thing that bothers me is every night I use the head and the foot movement, but then when I make it up the next day I have to push it back up against the headboard. But it's not a big deal. Overall, I'm enjoying my Easy Rest bed. I can sit up, watch TV until I fall asleep.

My husband has a back problem and Easy Rest bed helped him a lot. He uses the vibrator feature and raising of the head of the bed. The bed itself is comfortable and I’m enjoying it. Sales rep was nice as well as the delivery team. They came on Sunday and they were in and out within an hour.

Overall, my experience with Easy Rest is great. The bed is so comfortable. My mattress was like one of the great ones, and I moved right into the one that they had put on there. I have not had any complaints at all.

I'm not really sleeping any better. I'm having trouble trying to adjust the Easy Rest but I'm doing better and the bed is doing all right.

I purchased an Easy Rest because I have been in an accident and have a metal hip. I can’t work and am on a fixed income. I can sleep better on the bed. By letting it up, it helps me to elevate myself whereas before, I had to put pillows under my legs. The sales representative was fine. He was knowledgeable and explained everything well. The delivery team was just fine as well.

Easy Rest is wonderful. We had trouble sleeping before and since I got one leg shorter than the other, it was hard to rest my back and my feet would swell sometimes. Being able to adjust our bed now and get stationed just right is wonderful. I fall asleep almost instantly I don't have time to readjust it. The Easy Rest sales representative that we talked to was so nice. He did the demonstration and let us see how it would feel to be on the Easy Rest mattress, and with the vibration just sitting in a chair. That almost put me to sleep starting off. I said 'Wow, this is better than this.' It was really nice. The delivery team was also great. They came in and had everything set up and squared away in an hour.

We thought Easy Rest would help my husband's back so we purchased it. He said there hasn't been any changes since he started using it, or if there has, it's very little. We're still getting used to the bed - getting used to the fact there's two single beds together. I had to get new sheets, new bedspreads, new everything. But I'm enjoying the head and the foot features. I have gas reflux and it helps to raise my head and my legs. I have a nerve problem in my legs and that helps. Also, their rep was very good, very nice. The delivery guys were very nice. One guy was very helpful and giving us things to look for. He was very nice.

I don't get a very good sleep but since using the Easy Rest bed, I'm getting an hour more a night than I do, so it possibly helped me get another hour of sleep. I was taking medication on a daily basis, now I don't take it as often. And I don't feel like I'm having back problems as often. It's a good experience. I like the bed also for watching TV. It's very nice to be able to lift up and watch it at that angle. I'm satisfied with it.

I had a very good experience with the Easy Rest bed. It was well worth it. I get a very good night's sleep. I raise the front where I can watch TV and then raise the back to rest my legs. It's very, very comfortable. The delivery team had done a good job, they're very good gentlemen. I would recommend them.

I read in bed and I hate to stack a bunch of pillows on and the mattress I had was getting old and had kind of a bump in the middle so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. The sales representative who talked to me about the bed was a nice guy. He had a good sales pitch too. The delivery guys were good too.

I've been thinking about buying an Easy Rest bed for a long time. I was 89 yesterday and if something happens to me -- I've had one little stroke -- I should get that bed. I have been on hospital beds and they are not comfortable. When I moved to Alabama from California, I left the old mattress behind. I slept on that one for 10 years. The Easy Rest bed is wonderful, and the most wonderful thing about it is for my birthday, it was paid off by my daughter. I sleep good and rest good on it. I raise my head because I was supposed to sleep with at least two pillows. And this way, I only have to use one. I love that salesman, he is a wonderful person. The delivery team were fantastic, they were great. They knew what they were doing and they're very professional. They put that bed together, and they were in and out. I never in my life bought something I enjoyed buying more than I did that bed. It's very nice. I would recommend it.

I've had the Easy Rest bed for quite some time, but I'm not satisfied. I haven't been able to experience the things that the sales rep said it would do yet. I got the bed because I was sick at the time and the bed was to my liking on paper but it's not to my liking now. I'm tired every time I get up from it.

The salesperson talked me into the bed. He was a very nice person to talk to and gave me a good demonstration. I enjoy the bed completely. I like to raise my head and my feet, and I use the massage. That's the way I'm more comfortable.

I've been having trouble with my back and I needed a new mattress and I needed something that I could adjust to get more comfortable and take some of the pressure off my back so I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. It's gonna take me maybe another month to really get comfortable with it, but I have noticed the change already. I mostly use the massager and the head-raising feature. The massager seems to relax me a little more and it helps me sleep better. The sales representative was very nice, very straightforward, didn't try to sugar-coat anything. He just came right out and said what was what, did a beautiful job of explaining the different functions of the bed and all. The delivery guys were very good. All I had to do was just show them where to put the bed, where to hook it up, and it was no problem whatsoever. Easy Rest is excellent. I'm just glad I got it.

The Easy Rest bed is okay.

I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed after the demonstration. I like the massage part of it. Since I had it, I have been sleeping well. I mostly use the different positions feature and the massage feature. I enjoy them. Also, the sales reps were very nice and courteous. The delivery team did everything. The experience was great.

So far I'm happy with the bed. It seems to be working pretty good for me, except for my backache. (I have back trouble. I'm a World War 2 vet and worked as a paramedic. We went to Normandy in Holland and I landed wrong and hurt my back.) I thought the heating pad and the vibrator would help my back. So far it hasn't done anything, but it's kinda early. I just got it so I can't really say whether it will eventually help me or not.

I had looked at the system for quite a while before I even contacted Easy Rest. The sales rep was very nice and gave us plenty of information. Delivery came in like a whirlwind. They answered questions and stuff as they came up. The bed takes care of several health problems that I have and I'm able to sleep better without stuff rolling in my throat. I don't have to get up and come to a chair anymore and find a way to sleep in it rather than in the bed, because a lot of nights I couldn't even sleep in the bed. So it's been very, very nice for me. I also use the massage when I feel like it.

I got an Easy Rest bed mostly because it will raise up the head and the foot but I haven't rested very good on it. I don't know what it is, I don't know if I'm not getting it adjusted right, but every time I sleep in it, I get cramps in one of my legs, but it may be coz I don't move them enough or I'm in one position all the time. So, I don't sleep in it too much. It's comfortable as far as the bed, it's a whole lot better than my other one, but it's just it doesn't seem to work with me or something. I wish I could lay in it and sleep but I haven't found a position yet that's comfortable. Also, it is a little bit expensive.

I had a serious all-organ shutdown about eight years ago and I was not resting well but with my Easy Rest bed I sleep longer and have less pain. It has made a great difference in my well being. I like the adjustable part of the bed, head and foot almost equally because they take the pressure off my back. The representative really knew his skill and about the material. However, I think the pressure was great, a little too much and I feel that I needed time to think about it. A lot of people would not deal with the high pressure sales. The delivery team was good but they were about to give up bringing it in because of how the house is built. I guess the coordinator had decided it could go in. But once they finally decided they had to do it, they found that it was much easier than they thought it would be. So they did well. It has made a great difference in my well-being.

My experience with the bed has been good, except I had to put a pillow on top of the mattress because I couldn’t sleep on the mattress that was on there. Also the bed moves when I get in and out of it. I've had to put something so it wouldn't move. But I'm a tall person and I weigh about 240 pounds, so I can push the bed real easily, so it moves with me. Other than that, I've had no real problems with it. I sleep with the elevation, both the foot and head. I enjoy the vibration, it helps me to relax at night (my dogs love it!)

My old bed was fine. The mattress was excellent and comfortable but I could never find the right kind of pillows and can't get my head right (I have a breathing condition). My feet had to go up also because I have arthritis and foot problems. I was trying to get a bed so my head and my feet would go up and see if that would help my back some. So I thought maybe I'd try the Easy Rest bed and see how it works.

My wife wasn’t resting at all at night. Always tired in the mornings. Then she decided she wanted an adjustable bed so we bought an Easy Rest. We had our old bed for about 12 years but she just hated that one, never did rest on it, but on this one she does. She uses the adjustments on it, different heights, different times depending on how she feels, and since she started using it I don’t notice her tossing and turning at night like she did before. Her legs don’t hurt her like they did before when she gets up. With me, I got a lot of medical conditions and it helps to ease some of them. I seem to be very comfortable on it at night and I like the massage. She likes the massager too except for the noise that it makes.

I needed to buy a new bed because I had given away a bed that was in one of the other rooms, so I took my bed and put it in another room and bought an Easy Rest bed. It's a comfortable bed but it's a lot of expense. It's not worth a fraction especially if you got to finance it. It's close to $4,000 for just a bed. The vibrator is the only feature of the bed I use, it relaxes me when I'm really tired. Sales representatives were really nice and persuasive. When he got on the phone to talk to his boss, the boss insisted that I buy a queen-size but I wanted to downsize to just a regular full-size bed. I've been single for 20 years and I sleep alone, except for a little grandson who comes and sleeps with me. The delivery team set up the bed. They were nice and fabulous.

The whole process went very smoothly. I had no problems at all. Their sales representative was very personable, extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, worked hard to get me into a product that I can afford. Delivery guys were great, too. They moved my other bed upstairs into my daughter’s room, set it up, and then set up my bed in my room.

The Easy Rest rep was nice and a good salesman. He told me all about the bed and showed me some pictures of it. He told me all about the massage part of it and I needed that for my body, so I bought the bed. I'm 71 years old and I needed the bed for my back, my whole body... It's a great bed. I feel better in the body since I started using it.

I'm really not that crazy about my experience with my Easy Rest. I thought it would be better than what I have and would help my back but it doesn't do any good. I like my head elevated so I use that a lot since I have problems breathing. I don't have to sleep on three pillows. The sales representatives were fantastic and they work good. Even the guys that delivered the bed were nice. They showed me how to use the bed before they left. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. That’s just me.

The sales representative was quite insistent that we were going to have a real nice bed here and that it was really going to make a big difference. I decided to purchase the Easy Rest bed because of that and I liked the fact that the bed has two super places. However, it didn't really make a heck of a lot of difference. Our old bed was much softer and I felt it was easier to get in and out of. But my wife thinks that the Easy Rest is easier to get in and out of. We do sleep, but I don't think that I get to sleep any quicker in this bed, which is one of the things they said would happen. My wife likes to lie down anytime during the day and go to sleep, but I have trouble going to sleep except late at night. Overall, the Easy Rest works, but I don't think they are quite as good as the advertisement. They were a little better than the last bed but I don't think they're super good.

With the Easy Rest bed I don't move in bed anymore. With my previous bed I'm off to one side and the other side, now I just lay straight in bed. I use the massage the most. It feels like I'm in a recliner - feet up, back up, massage. The sales representative and the delivery team were good.

I've always wanted an Easy Rest bed. I can adjust it, elevate my legs and the massage. I have arthritis in my back from surgery. But I don't wake up with as much discomfort as I did before. My back doesn't bother me as much since I have the Easy Rest. Their sales rep was great. The delivery team was great. They were really wonderful. Because I always ask questions but he was very patient. He answered my questions, explained everything to me. I've already recommended Easy Rest. I've been telling everybody about this bed. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm glad I purchased the bed. I have spoken about it to my friends and family members.

My experience with Easy Rest was wonderful. My son sleeps on the bed most of the time and I sleep on the couch. The bed has been soft. It adjusts, take the pressure off your spine, and when my legs were swollen I adjust it to what's comfortable to me. Their sales rep was persistent. He had me talk to his boss several times. The delivery team was in a little bit much of a hurry.

The only thing I liked about the experience was the guy that come out talking us into it because he had a good attitude. Other than that, I do not like my bed. I want them to come and get my bed and be done with it. Two days after I slept on it, the mattress was damaged, wallering out. So I talked to them shortly after we got the deal and then they told me, "Well, we usually wait about three to nine months to make sure that you get a good feel for the mattress." And I said, “What part of the damn mattress is not firm enough and it’s wallered out in the middle that you don’t understand?” So then I had me get another one and I put that on there and it’s still not good. If you got to lay down in the bed, the only firm part is around the edges. For the amount of money that my husband's paying for them beds, they should be a lot better. I can’t even raise mine up because when you do it makes it worse in the middle. I am totally unsatisfied with my bed. I don’t want to pay for it.

Easy Rest is a good bed. I wanted one for years. Since using Easy Rest I sleep good. I can't sleep with it up - I raise my head up some but outside of that, I can't do it. I hurt my body in some accidents before and I can't raise my legs up or my back up but do okay. Their sales rep was just great. I talked that same day to the head of the company. He's the one who set the price. He was a great guy and gave me some leverage. Everything worked out just great with the delivery team, too. They showed me how the controls worked on it. I could have put my headboard back on which they would have done at the time but I told them no, but if they got any directions about how to put that headboard on, I'd be glad if they sent me some so I could put it together myself.

We were just looking for an easier bed to sleep in and I ran across Easy Rest brochure and gave them a call. My experience with the bed is real good. I go to bed and stay asleep. I like being in the fetal position using the bed. I put the bed up and use the vibrator and relax awhile. Their sales rep was fine and talked real nice and explained exactly what it was and how it worked. The delivery team was very good. They just came right in. It wasn't any more than 10 minutes and the bed was all set up.

We got the Easy Rest bed for a number of reasons but the main one was because we could roll the head of it up. Both my husband and I are troubled with sinus a lot and that seemed to help. We use the headrest on it and raise it up more than anything else. Our interaction with the Easy Rest reps, from the sales staff to the delivery guys was real good. They were friendly. We've had a good experience.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I've been wanting one for a while, and the sales rep was fabulous. I'm still getting used to it. My old bed was not as mobile as the Easy Rest. The feature that I use most is the head lift because I watch a lot of TV in bed. The delivery team was great. They made sure I knew how to use the bed before they left. The bed is very comfortable and enjoyable. My feet swell a lot so sometimes I'll go and lay on it and raise my feet up. That helps a lot.

The salesperson was the reason we decided to purchase the Easy Rest. Their delivery team did a fine job. It's taking a while to get used to the curvature of the mattress. We raise the legs a little bit and the back to sit a little bit up. We tried it very extreme at first and found out we couldn't do that.

I like to read in bed and have been having a few health problems. I needed to have something that I could adjust so I got an Easy Rest bed. One thing I don't like about it is ever since they put it in from the beginning it seems to me that one side of the mattress goes uphill. When I try to sleep on one side I roll down towards the other side. The sales representative was alright and the delivery team did well. I'm hesitant to recommend them as of this point because of the problem.

I enjoy my Easy Rest. I have poor circulation down my legs and was able to get them up at night using the bed. The vibration helps me. It relaxes me more than anything else. My puppy also likes it when it vibrates. Their sales rep was very good. He knew his business. The delivery guys were real good. They explained everything and are very efficient.

Our old bed, for my wife’s sake, was great. Not every day, but I did wake up with a backache, so I had to sleep only certain ways to eliminate that. Right now I don't have that problem with the Easy Rest. We just use it straight flat but I don’t wake up with a backache in the morning. I've actually told several people about it, especially my friends who had the same problem as I do. I'm somewhat concerned, however, that it seems like the mattress is taking a form, like it’s getting a set depression. I guess I'll wait a while and see what happens, because that could then lead me right back to the backache again.

I wanted to have my feet elevated without using pillows so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep was very good. The delivery team was good except they brought in the wrong thing at first but it got corrected quickly. I use the bed every night.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because of the need for a decent, nice sleep. I'm a notoriously bad sleeper, always have been even as a youngster. I'm just looking for a comfortable position where I can sleep consistently. When I get a good night's sleep it's usually because I'm exhausted from not sleeping, so I pass out. You live with it or at least you learn to. The sales representative was alright. If he was anxious to make a sale well he's going to be nice actually. As for the delivery team, they came and put it up - no problem. In terms of the overall experience, I'm a little bit leery about anything or any claim because I got enough bad experiences but so far, so good. I would recommend it.

I thought I was at my wit's end with seeking medication. I was sick and pain never quit and the last resort was to try a different mattress and I thought maybe Easy Rest would do it, and it did it. Now I'm off medication and now I no longer have sciatica. I’ve had seven surgeries on my lower spine, three on my neck going down to the middle of my shoulder blades and I’ve had a shoulder replaced two years ago. And I have artificial knees and I still have a shoulder that bothers me. At my age, I’m afraid to go under anesthetic with my chest. Just thought that I would try and do without any kind of pain medication and I stopped the pain medication because of the Easy Rest bed. I get to almost sit up straight in this bed and I also have both of the ends up. These features help with knees, back and neck. It also helps me breathe better if I'm up a little higher.

Price was right. I talked to the district manager on the phone and he lowered the price of the bed another $1,000 so I bought it. The sales representative that I talked to was a little pushy but wasn't too bad, I've had worst.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I need it and my body hurts. I like it because it's harder than my other bed. Their sales representative was really very nice. He was attentive to my needs and he answered all of my questions. The delivery team, they were also nice, just did what they had to do and explained everything to me. The bed is a miracle to me. It's very good.

Since I got the Easy Rest bed, my back doesn't bother me like it used to. I've been using its upright feature. The delivery team was very nice. They got it set up probably within 30 minutes. But I have discovered what was told was not done. They took a payment out of my account before they were supposed to take it out, on the 6th. Instead they tried to take it out on the 2nd and that made my account go over. Then another thing, they were supposed to start to take the payment at the end of September. They took it out in the end of August. But I'm enjoying the bed, that's for sure.

I was in the market for a new bed and chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed for medical reasons. The main feature that won me over with this bed was the fact that I could raise my legs. A lot of these other bed advertisements, you have to lay straight but I have a problem with my legs and the best feature was that I could raise my legs while I’m sleeping or resting. Also, it was time for the old bed to go. I find the bed very helpful, comparing it to any other beds with the temperature guide and forms to your body. I don't have trouble sleeping so none of them really hit me. But the fact that I could medically and comfortably stay in the bed, I find all the good to it. But I was very disappointed with the delivery team because they came in, boom, it was done and they were gone. I'd had no time to complain. They demonstrated the bed but I still had a little learning to do. But they did their job very respectfully, came in, put it in. I had to move it a little bit to my satisfaction but they did what I asked so overall I have no complaint.

We decided to have Easy Rest so we could put the bed up because I have acid reflux. Now I feel very comfortable with it, I have the back up and I have my feet up a little bit. I have problems with my legs and putting them up helps. I do like it. I could sleep better and mostly because I can put the back up and my feet up a little bit. That's the best for us. Their sales rep came on a Saturday when I go to church. He was two hours ahead of time, which was good, but it was getting close to it, I had to go to church and he took me to church. He's a pretty good salesman and I would recommend him any place. I'm very happy with Easy Rest.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I can raise the head and foot. With this bed, I'm sleeping through the night. I can sleep on my back now which I never could before. I always raise the head part and use the wave massage. The sales representative was very persuasive. And the delivery team put the bed together and showed me how to use everything. This one is different and better than my old bed. I have problem with my legs, so I like the adjustable part of the bed for raising my leg up. I've been sleeping a little better ever since I got it. I just got one thing that I’d change, if I could change anything: the hand control needs to have the light there. You can’t find the buttons in the dark; you have to turn on the light to find it.

I knew I needed to change from an old mattress that I had from 15 years. I felt I needed a change up with it, being I ache in the morning, especially when the weather changes and stuff like that, so the vibration mode of the Easy Rest bed really helps a lot. I didn't want to go for a cheap bed or mattress. I sleep a lot faster with Easy Rest. I have the head part of it up, not so much the foot thing. My animals like it too.

My legs swell up during the day, and at night when I go to bed I raise them a little higher than my heart so they can go down. My experience with the delivery team was excellent. They took and put my bed together and hooked it up to my regular frame.

I like to lay in bed and read. But I couldn't put my old bed up or down. It was a pretty good bed but it was just a flat bed. So I put that one out in another room for my daughter to sleep on for when she comes and I’m using the new bed. With the Easy Rest I can put my head up and raise the feet just a little bit and lay there and read for several hours or watch television, whatever happens to be my thing.

But before I recommend it, I’ll ask them would they want to buy mine.

My experience with Easy Rest was very good. I have a circulation problem and have always wanted a bed where my feet could go up higher. My husband and I have had a hospital bed for seven years and it was very uncomfortable and doesn't necessarily raise the feet, but my Easy Rest bed does. I sleep better now but I also started taking medicine about the same time. Everyone was nice. Our sales rep, Dave, was great. He listened to our questions and did not rush us through. He's outstanding and we enjoyed having him in our home. One thing we've had a problem with is getting sheets that will fit and stay on the bed. Also, my husband's mattress won't stay on the platform. It was off the foot by about 3 feet and hanging off. He has used the feet elevation feature but he preferred the hospital bed more than Easy Rest. My husband hates it but I would recommend Easy Rest. They were wonderful except for the minor difficulties with the sheets.

Ever since I got my Easy Rest bed, my back is doing pretty good. It doesn't hurt as bad as it used to. I also keep my head up where it's supposed to be, and my feet up too so I don't have much fluid in my legs. I like the bed's massage feature. It's been a good experience for me.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of my ailments. The bed helps with my edema, breathing and back. I often raise both my head and feet while in it. I tell everybody I know that I have it.

When the young lady came out, all I wanted was just a new mattress. She was telling me that the mattress would cost just as much as the bed, so she convinced me to buy the Easy Rest bed. I have a king-size bed. My husband didn't need anything, so I bought a single bed, which is $2700. When they came and delivered the bed, I did not get in the bed when the guys were here. They let it up and at that time I did not know it was going to be the height it was. It should have been higher than what it was and what it is, but it's not. They had to take the wheels off my bed because they said it couldn't work the way the lady said. I want my wheels on my bed like it's supposed to. My doctor wants me to have my feet high up in the air because I have edema. But then when you do that, then my bed is too high for my husband's bed.

They have made available something that I had been dreaming about for years I didn't think I would be able to reach. I've been watching the ads in sales items for quite a few years, been intrigued but didn't really expect to ever own a bed like that. It became possible! The Easy Rest bed is something better than just a flat bed. We use the adjustable sleep features and the vibration for overtired muscles/relaxation and have had a good experience so far.

I like my Easy Rest bed but I wish the mattress was more firm and ain’t so soft. Right now, I’m on doctor’s care but the bed is not doing that much for my back because the mattress is not firm enough. But other than that, everything was okay. Had a good experience with them, A+. They were very nice.

I needed a better bed, and I've heard that Easy Rest is real good. Now I sleep a whole lot better. The moving up and down is real good, as well as the vibration. I would recommend it to anybody having problems to buy one. It made my life a whole lot better.

I chose to purchase an Easy Rest bed because it's easy as a pillow bed. The sales representative was very fascinating and the delivery team was so fast and efficient I didn’t realize they fixed the bed up. I sleep more better now with the bed. It's very easy, accessible to electric recliner. I use the foot side rising area because I have neuropathy and I have spinal stenosis. The bed is very fantastic.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I liked representative and the film. The biggest feature I like is the vibrator. With the vibrator on, I go to sleep well. It takes my mind off of the things of the world. The sales representative was good. I like him so much I talked to him about being a representative with the company. The delivery team told me how to reset the vibrator if it should not work or lost power. I enjoy it and am very impressed. I'm 73 years old and I like it. It's an 'easy rest' experience.

The Easy Rest bed is too soft. My old bed was more solid than this. I like the massage part, though I better get used to the bed.

I don’t see any difference with my old bed and the Easy Rest bed. I don't have any trouble in sleeping. I just wanted to upgrade my bed mainly for my guest and not for me. I’m 75 and I can sleep on the floor and it doesn't bother me. The sales rep was fine. The guy that set up the bed was kind of obnoxious. When I asked him a question, he didn't appreciate it. He didn't say anything but his body language speaks kind of louder than words. I was questioning the function of the bed and not him personally.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I have trouble with my back. I use the vibration as it helps me go to sleep, but I fall asleep faster in my old bed.

The Easy Rest bed is the best thing that ever happened to me. The bed that I was sleeping on wasn’t worth a thing and I haven’t had a decent bed to sleep on since 2003. Now I rest a whole lot better at night. My six year old grandbaby and grandson like it too. The rep was marvelous. I was kind of skeptical about purchasing the bed but she went through the whole thing with me on what the bed can do, and I love it! She was awesome. The delivery team was so nice. They helped me move all of my other furniture and stuff around that I needed. They were just wonderful. The whole thing was a brilliant experience! I would recommend Easy Rest to anyone.

My wife has COPD. Both of us have swelling in the legs and feet, gastro problems and regurgitation. She had open heart surgery last December and was having trouble getting over that because of the COPD. She couldn't lay down flat in bed and go to sleep and spends the biggest part of her night in the recliner. With the Easy Rest bed, my wife is getting more sleep now and it seems to help me too with getting the amount of sleep. When I lay down to go to sleep, I raise the head and the feet some. Sometimes during the night, I lower the feet a bit. The sales representative is a gabber. He seemed to know his product. The delivery team put the bed together, cleaned up after themselves, and left in a short time.

I purchased my Easy Rest bed because of a combination of things. The bed I had and been sleeping in for over 50 years lacked versatility so I considered getting one with a little more moving parts. I was thinking about the future, I might need a little more versatility later on. But right now I’m too active and usually when I go lay down in bed, it only takes me minutes to go to sleep so I don’t lay there and enjoy for very long. I anticipate it may show a little more usefulness later on.

Sometimes I'm wondering I wish I hadn't had Easy Rest but I had. I even thought about just going back to the old bed but I won't. I sleep pretty much flat all the time. I don't use the upper feature of the bed as I couldn't sleep like that if I tried. That's not the most comfortable. I use the massager but not that often. When the people from Easy Rest came to our home, they were fine but it was kind of a surprise. I got this godly amount of money paying for a bed over five grand. But the delivery team was great. They came by then and got the stuff and helped me move the other stuff out. They were good. They told me everything what to do. But I didn't realize that I had to pay for the shipping and all this and that. If I had known all of that I would have never bought the bed.

I purchased our Easy Rest bed because my husband snores at night. We thought that getting a bed like this would help, but he still snores. It’s very comfortable but it takes a lot of getting used to, because we've been using our old one for years. I use the up and down feature the most. The massage and vibrating is good. The bed is nice and enjoyable.

My experience with Easy Rest is terrible. As a matter of fact, I'm about to get a lawyer at this point. I have just filed a complaint with my attorney general and I will be moving on now. I am filing a complaint on the sales rep who came into my home. We had an excellent presentation. We talked together. He indicated and he knew me as a person and saw me as a person, as a handicapped individual and how Easy Rest could have assisted me with the features it had. So I have no problem at all with the presentation. Everything was just perfect.

I have severe back problems and we looked and looked and looked for years now, actually eight years since I had the last surgery. I was trying to find something that lets me sleep, something that I'm comfortable in. Easy Rest seems to be doing it. It has been great and we like it. It is a lot better than our old bed. It helps me to relax, rest and get a better night's sleep.

I purchased an Easy Rest because of the way it adjusts and the vibration which are good features that I like. I spent a month in the hospital right after I got it so I lost a whole month. Ever since I've been back, I don't notice any special sleeping. I'm restless and it's a bad night all the time. But I've been that way all my life. This new bed is about the same with my old bed except that my old bed wasn't adjustable.

I was going to buy a different bed but an Easy Rest rep came to the house and I ended up buying that one. He also lied to me when he told me that they bought out the other bed brand which I know is a lie. You can't lie to me and get away with it. So I am sleeping on the bed but it's not the same as the bed that I had for almost 40 years. I always raise the head up. I had no problem with the delivery team. I'm just a little bit angry with my experience with the sales rep. I don't like people to lie to me. I would never recommend people to buy one. I would send them back to the other one. I don't know if this one will last me 40 years but I'll never live that long. I use some features of it but they're completely different.

I wanted to try something different so I bought an Easy Rest adjustable bed. We really haven't used it the way that it should be. We just use it for sleeping. The delivery guys seemed like they were in a hurry because they didn't take the old frame off and it sticks out from underneath the bed.

A friend of mine had had Easy Rest bed three or four years ago so I also got one. It's not what I thought it would be but it's okay. It's a nice, comfortable bed if you can afford it. Their sales rep was really a nice person. My experience with their delivery team was okay. They showed me the controls. The one thing I didn't like was when I kept asking the representative about the finance charges, he wouldn't tell me. He skipped over it. When I saw the finance charges, I was really shocked. They were keeping everything. So I just went on and paid it off.

So far, my experience with Easy Rest is pretty good. At first, we got to get used to it because the mattress was kind of uncomfortable. We got the heating pad and the cushion now so we don't see how it's going to work out. Nobody else is sleeping on it but my wife. She was not satisfied with it at first but she's getting used to it. She likes raising the foot. Now that I got my foam mattress, I’m going to put it on and see how it works out from there.

Their service was wonderful and I'm really happy with it. They told us it will take about a month before they can deliver the bed but in two weeks, we had our bed. Their salesman Joe was an excellent fellow. He was a little Italian fellow. The man has worked there a few years, you can tell by the way his sales were. He works for the company and for the customer. We negotiated prices and we bought beds. We’re really happy with him. Joe did us real good.

Easy Rest reps explained the bed and they did let my wife try out the bed, which was the primary purpose of me buying it, for her. She was happy with it then and she's still happy with it but she would like to have one bed together. The one we got from Easy Rest, it's just like pushing two single beds together and that's not a comfortable way to try to sleep. It has got a ridge in the middle and they should eliminate that hump there in the bed for people that are married, unless they're 95 years old. I've always been a sound sleeper and it doesn't matter what bed I’m sleeping on. But compared to my old bed, I like the Easy Rest very well. I use the head raise feature the most but with the feet, I don't bother with that too much. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody if you’re getting by with a normal bed but everybody has got to try things and what I don’t like doesn't mean somebody else isn't going to either.

I love the Easy Rest bed. I purchased the bed because I could elevate my head and my feet up. I like to raise my head up because I have problems with breathing deeply when I decide to lay flat. I had to be very careful when I lay down because I feel dizzy. The Easy Rest sales representative was a nice person and the delivery team did their job and they asked if I needed to know anything. I would recommend them.

Two guys came in to deliver the bed. Before I knew it they had moved my old bed into another bedroom and set it up, had my new bed ready. It was so funny, that morning I had the in-home checkup for my health insurance. We were in the kitchen and these guys were going in and out. I told the health rep, "I need to go and see what the delivery guys were doing." My old bed sat there for about 9 years and I know there's a lot of dust under there but I can't just vacuum it. So they vacuumed the area where my old bed was. I thought I was going to vacuum it later when they moved the bed but they said, "Don't worry about it. We got it taken care of. Let the doctor check you out." I'm really very pleased.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because my wife has back problems and sometimes, she has a lot of heartburn and cannot sleep well so she has to sleep with about three or four pillows pushing her up. Now with this bed, you can lift it up like that and it helps her a lot. The sales representative I talked to about ordering the bed was real nice. He was friendly and explained to us everything about the bed. We liked him. Also, according to my wife, the delivery guys were real nice and stayed just to work and did what they were supposed to do. We had no problems with them. I would recommend them to my friends because it's really good to have and we're real happy with it.

I bought the Easy Rest for my mother-in-law who has cancer and we wanted her to be a little more comfortable while she's making it. The up-and-down feature of the bed has helped her a lot, along with the vibrator. It all works good.

I wanted Easy Rest because I have fibromyalgia and my spine has two bruises. I had my knee replacement and I was suffering a lot. I read about Easy Rest on a catalogue and I thought they were too expensive and they were. But then my husband said "maybe we can get two" and we did. I like Easy Rest. My husband thinks that the mattress is kind of hard. He called to see if they could exchange it but I like it that way, I feel great and I love it. He is doing okay with it now but somebody was supposed to call him back and they haven’t. We had trouble finding the sheets for them because the mattresses are very wide. But we got them now and they’re just wonderful. I have recommended Easy Rest to some friends already and relatives. I’m already spreading the word how nice they are. They’re expensive but they are very, very good.

We had a mattress that was good but me and my husband has arthritis real bad and thought that the Easy Rest bed might help us, if we use the vibrator. The sales rep that we talked to when we ordered the bed was very nice. But we didn't think that the bed was going to be that expensive, that was our main problem. However we finally decided to go ahead with it. When they delivered the bed it didn't take them five minutes to put that bed in here. They really knew what they were doing and they were nice.

I love Easy Rest. I'm sleeping better but I do have one deal. The top that they gave me was one of those inserts and it's hot and I don't do real well with hot. I'd wake up soaking wet. Their sales rep and delivery team were wonderful. They put the low jewels on my remote so I'd know which ones are which because I'm blind, too. They were real sweet about doing that. They didn't have to but they did it anyway. The delivery was fantastic. I already have recommended Easy Rest.

I love my Easy Rest and would recommend it. I rest real good in it. Their sales rep was good. Delivery guys were nice too, put the bed together, and they were really friendly.

I always slept on my side and my back is really, really bad. It has been for a hundred years. But my hips went too, and I got to where I couldn’t sleep on my side. I can’t stretch out straight. And I thought if I raised my feet and my head a little bit, I could learn to sleep on my back. That is the main thing why I purchased an Easy Rest bed. I loved my old bed but it wasn’t adjustable compared to Easy Rest. My hips got a little better and I’ve just continued to try to sleep on my side but as far as helping me yet, it hasn’t but maybe it will in the future because my back and hips are getting worse and worse. Additionally, Easy Rest sales representative was fine. He was perfect. Also, the delivery team was nice. They were as sweet as they could be.

I had a back problem so I decided to get an Easy Rest adjustable bed. I like that I can raise the foot part of the bed because I have neuropathy in my feet, and they are usually aching when I go to bed. By raising my feet, in the morning I don't have that achiness. With my back, however, I don't notice much of a difference. In fact, I sleep on my left side and there's been a time or two I've had to sleep on my right side. But when I turn back to the left side, I feel a ridge on that side of my mattress. I don’t know what’s wrong with my side of the bed, I think it needs to be checked out. Also, the massager it has gotten louder. I love the massager but it wasn’t that loud when I first got it.

Easy Rest seemed to be so good and I had been planning on buying one for a long time. The bed is a lot better than my old bed. I would suggest to someone to get an Easy Rest bed if they weren't resting on their bed. It provides a beautiful rest. Also, their sales rep was very nice and we really liked him. Their delivery team was good and really nice too.

I'm 84 and I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I had trouble sleeping. The bed is all right and the mattress is good -- it's not too soft and not too hard. I would tell friends about it.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because I got neck and back problems and it's relaxing on the vibrating stuff. I use the vibrating part the most because it relaxes me a little bit better. It puts me to sleep and I like the timing because sometimes, I fall asleep before it goes off and it's great. I also like the position where I can put my feet up a little bit and it makes me feel good. The sales representatives were awesome and the delivery team were great. They came in here and got it all set up and everything and made sure that everything was explained to me very well. They did a good job. I'm happy with it.

When they delivered the bed they didn't dismantle the bed I was on. It's down in my bedroom. They just flipped it over, and then put this bed up so they’re both in the same room and I can hardly get between them to get in my bed. Well, anyway, I gave out almost $2800 for the bed and I'm very disappointed. I thought it would help me a lot on my sleep. I've seen it on television and thought well I could use that, because I have a lot of trouble with my legs and it hurt me all night, and it still hurt me today. The bed hasn't helped me any. It's not really what I was expecting and not as soft as I thought it was. I wanted a smooth mattress and I don't know what's in the mattress but it has bumps in it. When I get up in the morning, you could see it isn't smooth like it should be.

My Easy Rest bed is terrific. I just love it to death. It's money well spent. The bed has a whole lot of features but I particularly like the massage feature and the way I can adjust it where I can lift and look at the TV. I also like the way the massage cuts itself off. I don't have to wake up and turn it off. The Easy Rest rep was outstanding. He showed me everything that the bed could do and it didn't take him no time to sell me because I suffer with a bad back. As soon as I lay on it, it just put me to sleep. The delivery team was fine. They showed me everything too and told me if I have any problem, I could call and they will get out there and fix it. My friends already love it.

Your saleslady had a pitch that really spoke to me. "Do I really want to make that big of an investment when I'm 96 years old?" I said I'm doing fine but if I should have to go into healthcare or assisted living it's very expensive and she said, "You're right, it's very expensive. And if a good night's sleep kept you from having to go into healthcare for one month, your bed would be paid for". That was a wonderful pitch... so I bought the bed. The guys who delivered it were very pleasant, very helpful and efficient.

The bed is really restful. I enjoy it. I raise my head and use the massager the most. We use both feature often because we lay in bed, look at the TV and the head is flat so we raise that. And that way, so it’s equal, we raise up the feet. My experience with the sales representative was very nice. It’s the same thing for the installation team - I had no problem. I have already recommended the bed to several people.

They came out and demonstrated the bed. When they told me what the price was, it was a little bit high for what I could pay. So the guy said, “Well, let me talk to my boss.” He called her. She got on the phone and talked to me. She offered me a deal that I couldn't pass up. My wife likes the bed too. So we bough it. I've recommended the Easy Rest to some friends and they like it.

Their salesman had a lot to do with our decision to buy an Easy Rest. He was really quite influential. He was strong and knew his product. But afterwards, my husband and I looked at each other and we said, "We can't believe we spent that much money for beds and we didn't even sleep on one to try them first." But their delivery team was excellent. I just talked to someone at Easy Rest yesterday and I was going to be calling customer relations today because we like our beds but we don't love them. For $5400, we should love the beds. We should be thrilled with them. The main thing is I was putting new sheets on the other day and I noticed that the thread is coming undone on the stitches on the side of the mattress. That shouldn't be happening. I do like the part that the twin beds slide out. It makes it easier to make the beds individually. We often raised the head to read and elevate it a little to sleep. But one thing that is a little bit annoying is when you raise the head part to sit up in bed to watch TV or to read, the pillow falls down in that gap. I don't know if that's anything that can be corrected.

It's more comfortable sleeping in my Easy Rest. It's very good. It has helped me in my sleep, sure has. I enjoy it. I got my feet higher than my head where I don’t have the swelling in my leg no more. Bought the Easy Rest because the mattress of my old bed was bad. Sales rep gave us a good buy on it. He was very nice. I enjoyed talking with him. When they delivered the bed I appreciated that they tore my old one down, set it up on the porch, and put this one in.

Easy Rest is nice but it's a whole lot of money to have to put in a mattress. I have a lot of trouble with my back and sleeping and thought it might make me sleep better. Since I started using it I can get up easier. My old bed wasn't as comfortable as this Easy Rest. I often raise my head with it. For the last few years, I've slept with two pillows and now I sleep with just the Easy Rest pillow. Their sales rep was real nice and explained everything to me. The delivery team is real nice, too. I have no complaints at all with them.

I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed because I have problems with my back and circulation in my legs, and thought it might help. I love it except for the massage motor - it quit on me. They're supposed to come by this evening to check it out and fix it for me. The sales representative was super nice. He stayed a couple of hours explaining everything. The delivery team was super nice too. They came in, did a good job, moved my old bed, ended up within 30 minutes. Overall, I would recommend it.

The Easy Rest is very comfortable, except for one thing. We used to have a foot board and a headboard on our other bed so the blanket would stay tucked in. Now it always comes out. It’s gonna be cold in the winter when the toes out. So we’re gonna have to add some material to all our sheets so that they’ll get in between the mattress so they stay in.
