The sales representative came out, showed and explained to me how the Easy Rest bed was supposed to be and all, but it’s not what they said it was gonna do. I haven't noticed any changes since using it. It has a vibration feature which is not much different compared to my old bed. To me, it is not worth $6000 and I'm not satisfied with my experience.

I had to keep my legs propped up and my back bothers me a lot, so I purchased an Easy Rest Bed. I’ve had my old mattress for 10 years, and the Easy Rest is better for me. I elevate my head a lot and since I used the Easy Rest, my legs feel better. Their sales rep was nice, and the delivery team was good too. I’d recommend them.

The bed is flexible and it's got quite a few features that I liked. Previously, we only had a flat spring mattress that was even worn out, so we needed a bed like this as we both have back problems. I, however, haven't slept much on our Easy Rest bed because the wife has been sleeping all night long on it every night. I’ve only slept one night on it. My wife uses the vibrator, and she bends the bed every night to fit her body. In addition, I was happy with the delivery and they got very good sales rep. Overall, I'd recommend them.

I love Easy Rest. I sleep all night since using the bed. It helps me a lot and it's a lot better than my old bed. The sales rep and delivery team of Easy Rest were good but I don't like my experience with the people on the telephone. They said they will give me another pillow but they didn't give me one.

I am suffering from a bad back and shoulders, and my neck hurts too. So after their person came over and explained to me everything about the bed, I thought that getting an Easy Rest would be a lot better for me. With Easy Rest, I can sleep more comfortably, and I can lift my head or my feet a little bit, too. But, sometimes, my back still hurts a little. Although this is a better bed, the mattress I previously used was a little bit more firm. Sometimes it goes down, but it goes up again when I get up.

I really enjoy my Easy Rest bed, I sleep on it every night. I bought it since the salesman was so good in telling me all about the bed. He couldn't have been nicer and clearer in telling me about it and me being 80 yrs old, I thought it's what I need. I thought it would help my legs since I have sciatic nerve in my back that goes down my leg, as well as lupus. The delivery team was also real nice. Now with Easy Rest, I can adjust my feet to the level of my head and that helps a lot. I usually raise the head part and the foot piece up every night and let them down in the mornings. I couldn't do this with my old bed. Easy Rest has been excellent and I would recommend it.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed since my husband has sleep apnea and I have acid reflux and so far we love it. I like to be able to incline without having to use several pillows and my husband likes the massage. Also, their sales rep and delivery team were both very good.

Easy Rest helps my legs as well when I elevate them at night. The bed that I wanted was sold and they still had to order one, so I finally bought mine last week. The bed looks good, and my son and I like it. It has a nice rod iron, thick wood posts, and the matching frame at the top. There was, however, a time that I sent for it back when I thought about the price. My son said, "No, mom. You are feeling better." At my age, the bed helps my family to assist me in getting up and down especially since I have a cracked vertebral area in my back, which I was afraid to have it operated. So I hope my Easy Rest's massage keeps on going at night because I use it every night as it helps me relax and go to sleep.

I bought my Easy Rest bed for health reasons, but my condition has been worse since using it. My old bed was an expensive bed too, but it's orthopedic and it served its purpose, so I had no back pains, breathing problems or suffering. But with this bed that I've got now, the mattress on top sinks with me because I'm heavy in weight. I go to sleep, having sunk down two or three inches, and it doesn't come back up even with the rest of the mattress, so the unevenness of the bed disturbs my sleep at night. The only thing that I like is the bed's feature where I can tilt the back upwards versus lying flat. There are several professionals who live around me and I've talked to them about the bed, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's not worth the money I paid it for.

We thought the twin bed would be nicer, but it's not. When the sales rep came and gave the sales pitch, I had to call him down because he was talking too loudly that I even almost chased him out of the house. Nevertheless, since we are already elderly people, it helps that we get to raise the head of the bed especially when you need to feed somebody who is sick. The mattress, however, is also too soft and it makes getting out of the bed harder - maybe they can make it firmer? Although they did explain something about bringing in some padding and that they could come out and do that, we haven't really spoken with them yet about it. Overall, we are not happy with Easy Rest. But, since we spent so much money, we got to be happy with it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was convincing and confident in what he was saying. What I heard from him sounded good so I purchased the bed. I haven't gotten used to it yet. I don't like the fact that it has a separation in the middle. It's not like what I thought it would be. I sit up in the bed sometimes, but it's still not comfortable, so I have to put something under my head to lift forward.

I had an old bed for over forty years and comparing it with Easy Rest is just like buying a Lexus to a Ferrari. I have some good experience with Easy Rest but I got to learn to get adjusted to it. I elevate the bed just a little bit to bring the foot up so I would have a little sink and I sleep and rest better. The sales representative was real smooth and he'll sell you the whole company if you listen. Then, the delivery team came in, did what they had to do, asked me for any questions, and they left. It was very comfortable.

I purchased an Easy Rest adjustable bed because I had back and neck problems. It has done what I bought it to do -- I sleep a lot better and I don't have a lot of sore neck and back now. As far as the comfort level, my old bed and this new one is about the same except that with my Easy Rest bed, I can jack the head up a little bit and this makes my back and neck feel better.

We love the Easy Rest and we use the massage function the most. We had an A+ experience with the wonderful sales rep so overall, I would highly recommend the Easy Rest bed.

The mattress in our old bed was worn out and needed to be replaced so we decided to get the Easy Rest. The sales guy was excellent. He’s a fast and good talker, and we got a fair price for the bed. Delivery was on time and they were very courteous. We've used all of the bed's features - raising of the head and the foot, the vibration and the wave. So far so good.

My wife's a diabetic and got very bad arthritis in her back. She had been sleeping, sitting up, in the living room for a long time now so I decided to get an Easy Rest for her to try. The people who came here were very professional. I have no complaints about them except for the first guy who came here to talk to us. He called and said he'd be here in about an hour, but he showed up two to three hours later. My wife said "Would you just tell him we don't want to talk to him? If he can't get here any better than that, then we don't need to buy anything through him." But I went ahead and talked to him anyway. I would recommend Easy Rest. When my wife uses it, she raises it up real high and she seemed satisfied. She sleeps in the bed most of the time.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because my wife has to sleep with her head up. The sales rep was thorough and delivery team are efficient in their job. We use the remote control – the front part of it – mostly to raise the head of the bed. Since using the Easy Rest I notice that I go to bed a lot.

I'd recommend Easy Rest. My experience has been good.

The Easy Rest is okay once you get it adjusted the way you want it. We haven't figured out yet how to get comfortable in the bed, but we would recommend it.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for the different things that it will do for your body. I'll never forget our sales rep, David, he was really nice. The delivery team was also good and knew what they were doing. Ever since I had Easy Rest, I just lay there in the bed. I usually elevate my legs, and it has helped them - they don't swell as much as they used to be. Also, my husband uses the massager all the time. We're really enjoying this bed and I'm always talking about it to my friends.

My old bed was worn out. It was a top of the line mattress when I bought it years ago. I’d been looking into the adjustable bed system and Easy Rest seemed to be top of the line, so I purchased it. My old bed was good, but the features on the Easy Rest are outstanding. The sales rep was an outstanding salesman and the delivery team was very courteous and thorough in showing me how to use the remote. I use the up and down system of my Easy Rest but by the time I go to bed at night, if I don’t set the massage on before I lay down, I forget because I’m already asleep. The bed is terrific.

My old bed prior to this wasn't bad, it was an air mattress and compared to it, Easy Rest is doing okay. I hardly use the the motorized part of the bed, I just lay flat on it. I'm happy with the experience, though I haven't gotten my pillow they promised to send me.

I have a leg problem so I bought an Easy Rest. I've had an old bed for five years before that purchase, but the Easy Rest bed is much better - I usually put its head and foot up. Moreover, their sales rep and delivery team have been good.

It was an expensive bed, but I needed it for my back. And the delivery team was very good. They dismantled my old bed and hooked up the new one. Since then, I use it to lift me up out of bed using the leg-lifting feature and vibrator. It's very comfortable. I recommend it.

Easy Rest Bed is good and solid. We love it. We sleep better because of Easy Rest. They're wonderful beds. I have friends that bought the Sleep Number and I laid down on theirs and we just liked Easy Rest better. I would recommend it to anybody. The sales rep of Easy Rest was nice, too. He even brought me a present when he first came in.

Easy Rest is good and it works. I was thinking we're going to test the bed for a while because I'm having a problem, a lot of trouble with my back. And I noticed when I used the hospital bed just when I had a surgery, I didn't have even a mattress. I had a little pad and I didn't have problems. So I had to get the right position at night in order to rest. Since I used it, I have no problem with my back. I've had a lot of beds. I've tried a lot of different mattresses, Tempur-Pedic, you name it and I've had them. The old bed wasn't working like it should. I really like Easy Rest because it's adjustable. It takes the weight off my shoulders and take it on the legs and the hips. The sales representative and the delivery team were really good. They came in, took the old one out and set the new one up. They also showed me how to operate and it was in and out.

I wanted to try out the Easy Rest bed so I purchased one. Comparing it to my old bed, this one is adjustable and I occasionally use the feature where I could raise my head up. I'd recommend them to a friend.

I love my Easy Rest bed! At first, I wanted a new bed because in my old bed, my legs were always hanging over. The salesperson recommended a longer one, so I got the extra long full-sized. I'm just puzzled because the payment should be taken out from my checkbook after I gave the salesman my checking account number. Instead, I'm getting a bill from a finance agency. But it doesn't matter because I am able to keep track of the bills that arrive the same day every month. It is a better idea. This way, they are sending me a copy, not the original, of the bill which I can always keep on my file. With them taking money from my checkbook, I will not have any record of them sending a bill.

We were interested in something that could incline on the head so we bought and Easy Rest bed. We are enjoying it and it's working out well for it's making us rest better.

I like the sales rep a lot and the delivery team also did a wonderful job. They were quick and knew just what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them with a friend.

The man came out here and gave a demo on the Easy Rest and we liked it. We purchased the bed and feel better since using it. We like that we can turn it up and down and it vibrates. The sales rep was very kind and the delivery team was good.

Sales rep was nice and the delivery team was really good. The bed is not really what I thought it was but I like the part where the head raises up.

We're not exactly satisfied with Easy Rest because we haven't been having much luck in getting they promised us. We're still waiting for our pillow. However for the money that I paid for, we're using the bed real well.

And it sounded like it was a good deal so we bought one. Easy Rest doesn't compare to my old bed. We like to raise the head and the feet part the most and we also use the vibration. My sister has an electric bed (not an Easy Rest) and she liked it. I have a lot of back and leg problems and I thought that maybe the Easy Rest bed would be of some comfort. I read every night when I go to bed so I bring my head and legs up to keep me where I should be in the bed and to relieve my legs. I wish I would have had a little stiffer pad though because it would have been a little better for the back. However I didn't call and have another one sent. Also, though I like the Easy Rest bed, I'm not happy when I found out the difference in cost of this one and my sister's electric bed. However hers doesn't have the vibration feature and it sits a little higher too.

My ex-wife and I had an Easy Rest bed before but since we got a divorce, I decided I wanted another one. I raise it up and I turn the massager on every night. It puts me to sleep. I've already talked to friends and they're tired of laying flat. I said, "Well, buy an Easy Rest." I got one complaint though. I wish the mattress was a little softer. But other than that, I love it.

I had knee surgery and I thought Easy Rest would help me with my swelling legs so I bought it. The sales rep was very friendly and I thought he was honest but he was deceitful. I spent too much money for it. I thought I was going to pay $3100. The price is ridiculous and I told him I wouldn't pay $5000 but he ended up making me pay almost $4000 and which was not the way it should have gone. So I was angry with the experience. However the delivery team was great, honest and helpful and I love my bed. I can put my feet and head up.

Easy Rest bed puts me to sleep real easy and it’s very comfortable. I’m a heart patient and I enjoy having my feet up for the swelling - it goes down real good. Before, I put a couple of pillows to raise my feet but now I can just push the button and that's a lot easier. A doctor prescribed the bed because I have a severe back problem. And then my husband got this memory foam and put on top of it. I can also adjust it just perfect to be able to rest without pain. I got a lot of problems that it helps me with. That’s very important to me because I’ve been in pain for so long, and arthritis. My hands are stiff sometimes but I'm getting used to its button and when I press it, it works great. Adding to that, the delivery was really nice. When they came, they eliminated what I had in there and put the bed together real easy then left it in perfect shape. I would recommend it.

Easy Rest is comfortable and all that but I'm still not sleeping like I should be. I haven't been able to sleep on my back with the bed, so I just do it on my side. Nevertheless, I like putting the head up. The delivery guy was all right, and he suggested said that I should have a smaller bed because I’m only 5’1”.

Before I purchased my Easy Rest bed, I hadn't been able to sleep in the bed I had and I was spending more time on the recliner sofa. My experience with their personnel was good but my experience with the bed hasn't been so great, and I have not been happy with it, so I'm spending a lot of time on my recliner again. I had even thought about calling and having them come and pick up the darn thing.

The positioning and the massage factor got me to decide on buying Easy Rest. The salesman was very good and the delivery team was very helpful. They had to carry the bed the whole driveway. However the bed wasn't any better than my old bed since at least I could move and get out of the old bed easier. It wasn't supportive but Easy Rest feels like there's a bar between my hips that I'm laying on. I have the dream feature. It says you can get a thicker pad or a firmer pad or a softer pad, and I don't know which one it needs, either firmer to hide the bar or softer so that maybe I can turn better. It hurts every single morning when I get up. I don’t sleep as soundly because I'm not completely lying down.

I would not have chosen Easy Rest if had I known it was going to be this much money. But I did, so I went through with it. Once they popped out all the extras into it, the cost jumped way up. I didn't know they were going to add all that to it but the bed works fine. Sometimes, I don't like lying out flat too much and the good part about Easy Rest is that I can lower and raise it up.

I purchased Easy Rest due to health reasons. I have COPD which makes it hard for me to breathe lying flat and my leg gets swollen all the time, so I have to sleep with my feet elevated. I couldn't raise the head of our old bed up to where I could breathe easier and had to keep piling pillows up behind my head, my back and under my legs. The representative was a very nice gentleman who showed me a little film on his computer about the bed and explained it all to me. The delivery team was very quick in getting the bed in and one gentleman explained the remote control to me. Good experience.

I have back trouble so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I love it but I can't stand the price. It started off with 6500 and they let me have it for $3000. But when I got my bill, it was with an $1800 interest. But I like the comfort of it. And when you get on it, it just absorbs you, and you don't bounce around. I'm happy with my bed. The only thing that really upsets me was that I didn't know about that $1800 being tacked on there.

Easy Rest is okay but it wasn't what I expected. I have issues with my back sometimes and after the rep showed me what it would do, he talked me into buying it. I do enjoy the vibration and remote, and that I can sit the way I wanted and it stays like that for some time, but I don't like the king size being separate. When we're in the bed, it slides. My old bed was better as far as sleeping.

I've been hospitalized several times and I like the hospital beds - the way they raise up from the feet and the head. And I wanted something similar to it because of my swelling from my legs, so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I also have CHF in my heart, so it also makes me sleep better when I put my head up and the feet up. I had a Posturepedic for about 10 years, and it was okay. But I like this one better because I had to prop myself up with pillows and blankets in my old bed. Plus, I really like the massage feature. I recommend it to everyone that I talk to, and show it to all of my friends when they come and visit me.

I'm getting good sleep on the Easy Rest. There's no comparison with my old bed of 12 years. It was getting very uncomfortable and I realized that I've never had a good night's sleep on it. But with the Easy Rest, the sleep I'm getting is very restful. I have back problems, so I use the vibrator function the most and it relaxes me first before I go to sleep. And I've had a stroke so my nerves on my left side don't function real good. The vibrator helps with my nerves. The sales rep and delivery team were extremely nice, too. I have recommended the Easy Rest to a couple of friends.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I'd rather have it than my old bed. I like its vibrate feature because it works up and down my back, which I have back problems. I can sit up and don't have to prop pillows up to read which I do every night. I raise it up, let it back down, and go to sleep.

My Easy Rest bed is good -- I rest better. I bought my Easy Rest bed for the head and foot lifts and because I like that bed. My old bed was also good and I liked it too, but it didn't have the feature of being able to get the head and foot up and down on it. The Easy Rest sales reps were nice and the delivery guys were really good.

The Easy Rest sales rep I talked to was nice. He didn't show me how to unlock the wheels but it's okay because the bed is right where I want it. But he showed me how to use the remote control which is hooked on my bedspread. I was very happy with the delivery. They came around 10 o'clock, which was early. I really love my Easy Rest. I lay on it if I want to rest my body during the day for about an hour or two and then I get up and put the bed back down flat in the position. I do exactly what it says in the instructions.

I liked all the features of the Easy Rest bed so I bought it. I mostly use it flat but when I'm sitting in bed and watching TV, I use it upright. I would recommend it. The delivery guys were also very efficient, and were in and out.

I'm getting older and the Easy Rest was a plus for me in sleeping. It's a hundred percent better than my old bed. The sales rep is very polite and convincing, a very pleasant person to be around. With the Easy Rest bed, I can raise my head and feet to a comfortable position and sleep better. It corrected some of my problems though I still get some of it. I recommend Easy Rest.

Agent Orange is a thing that 80% of the guys that were in Vietnam acquired in their time over there. I also have had a heart attack and have erratic heartbeat that affected my health over the past 4 years, and decided Easy Rest would be a nice improvement for me. And it is. I enjoy the bed. I usually raise the head about 6 inches which the doctor suggested, and also the feet but not much. I'd recommend Easy Rest to anybody but a lot of people can't afford to spend the money.

I wasn't sleeping well and my doctors suggested I get a bed that would raise up a little bit so I ordered an Easy Rest. I like it, and I use the left-hand side of the bed the most. I also enjoyed being with the sales rep that day he visited as he was nice and did a good job. The delivery team got here late but it wasn't their fault. They set up the bed and didn't stay long. For somebody who needs a bed of this type, I would recommend Easy Rest.

I checked another brand and it was too expensive, so we called Easy Rest and I talked to a nice and helpful sales rep who answered my questions. We decided to get it and it works, it goes up and down like it's supposed to. The delivery team was very efficient. I was supposed to have seen all the stuff in the papers, so I didn't want to sign anything until I read it, so they had to wait for me to read. And I didn't know if I assimilated all of it because I was in such a big hurry, but the delivery team was very patient. I could tell they weren't real happy with that situation, but they did it and they didn't complain.

I got a phone call from Easy Rest and they made the appointment for a representative to come and demonstrate. The sales rep was great and he was like somebody who lived in the community. The delivery went well, too. The team came in smiling and was in and out of my house because I had the bed ready and they didn't have to take down anything. Now I get to use the massage feature the most because it relaxes my back pain and it puts me off to sleep. In fact, I wish I got it years ago.

We thought it would be better if we slept with the head up. That's why we bought the Easy Rest Bed. But it's not working for us because it's supposed to be slept on with our back and we're not back sleepers. The representative who came here was not good. He took a picture of our credit card when he's not supposed to do so. We thought it was strange but he had the guy on the other end of the line so we thought it was okay. We were uncomfortable with our credit card being sent over to the telephone.

Easy Rest’s massager did great for my back problems - upper back with the nerve pain. I rest better and more comfortably on this bed, and it’s a pleasure where I can sit up in the bed and relax. I have had good experiences with their delivery team and the informative sales rep. I would definitely recommend them.

I've had my previous bed for 30 years. It was an orthopedic, firm mattress and I like it but I wanted a change. I also had just one mattress after that long time, so I decided to try the Easy Rest and I'm happy with it. The sales rep that came was thorough and explained everything. He's a great salesman. The delivery team has been great, too.

I bought Easy Rest because I had a lot of health problems and since I had a surgery, I couldn't sit up and I had to stay in bed for two weeks. Although my old bed was very comfortable, Easy Rest has been most beneficial to me because the positions can be adjusted. I can also rest and sleep much better with it. The saleswoman was fantastic. It was when she positioned the pillows and demonstrated everything the bed would do and how I would feel that I decided to buy it. Now I feel better and don't hurt as bad. I still have problems, but both my husband and I enjoy sleeping in the bed. We don't use the massage thing as much, but we use the elevating foot and head. I would recommend Easy Rest.

I purchased the queen-sized Easy Rest bed six months ago for comfort. But I should've got the king since the queen is too small and there wasn't enough room for me and my wife. It seems like we were up on each other. I had to go back to the king.

The bed is good but it's way too expensive. I had found out I could have gotten another brand of bed and it does the same thing for a lot less money. I should have never bought it and you don't buy something unseen since you don't see what you're buying. I bought this out of a damn book and you can go to a store of a different company and see what you are buying. Their sales rep was good and he knew what he talked about. They got a good sales pitch that's why I bought it. I don't normally buy stuff unless I priced test but I didn't do that this time and I should have so it was my mistake. But the delivery was great. I am satisfied and I like to raise the head up on the bed, although I wouldn't recommend them because they're too high. You can buy a frame and other stuff from somebody and I could have purchased a bed just like it for half or even less than half the price.

The salesman explained to me about the Easy Rest and I decided maybe it would help me with some of the conditions that I had. I liked the sales representative. He explained lots of stuff about the bed and I had no complaint about the delivery team when they brought the Easy Rest. However, I find that the bed doesn’t perform the way that the rep said it would. It has a terrible sound to it when I turn on the massage. It also costs too much money and I’m not pleased with it at all. But I feel like I’m stuck with it.

I am now used to having my Easy Rest Bed, although once in a while, I have thought about getting my old bed back. But it's fine now and I'd recommend it.

I'm hoping to get a good night's sleep so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. Also, their sales rep was one of the reasons that helped me decide to go ahead and buy the bed. The delivery team seemed to know what they were doing and did it in a very efficient method and got it put together. Since using the bed, I noticed I sleep more soundly and I don't toss and turn as much, and I know my little dog appreciates it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very good and he's the one that talked me into buying the bed. I somewhat overstepped myself though. I wound up buying deep-pocket sheets for it. It had cost me an arm and a leg because the sheets I had wouldn't stay on the bed. Still, the bed is very comfortable. It's exciting and my grandson loves it. I like the idea that I can raise the head and the feet, I usually use these features. I just got to remember to put it down before I get out of it. Their delivery people were really wonderful. They were very upset that they couldn't attach the bed to my headboard because otherwise, I won't be able to raise the head. So they mount the bed up on coasters so it doesn't move. Easy Rest is too expensive for me to be buying another one, but I would recommend it to people if they can afford it.

Their sales rep was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us. It was due to the demonstrations of the bed that made me choose to buy one. I had questions about the bed - how to hook them together, if I want to break them apart how would I do it - and the delivery team answered them right on the spot and explained it all to me. I’m sleeping better since using my Easy Rest. I’m very happy and I would recommend it.

I like Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep was good. The delivery team were also good, fast and efficient. We bought it because my wife and I got back and leg problems, and it helped. Easy Rest is more firm and just about right as compared to our other bed which is too soft. I also like that the head part of the bed can go up a quarter of the way or a little more than that. That works out the best for me. My wife has it up higher but she doesn't use it that much. She's been in the hospital for quite a while and she's just coming home from the hospital.

The rep from Easy Rest came and kept pestering us to buy the bed which we really can't afford. I wish we had never done it. It's a good bed but it's not what we want. Neither one of us sleep on our back, so it is not working because his side is going fine. I could have gotten a cheaper, more civil mattress in a different kind. It's a very bad decision on our part.

My son gave me an Easy Rest bed for a Mother's Day gift. The delivery team was awesome. They just put it together and did what I asked them to do. I kept my old frame because I wanted a foot and a head. They just moved the rest of the stuff out of the way and set the bed over and down, and demonstrated to me how I'm supposed to do my foot up when I get ready to go to bed so my blood can run right. Then they set up my massage. I read a lot in bed and instead of propping my pillows up, I can just prop the bed up. Easy Rest sleeps better than my old bed and you feel better when I get up in the morning. I've recommended it to two of my friends.

Their bed isn't worth the crap I flush down my toilet!! Have not gotten a good night's sleep on it yet! Oh, and whenever you call to tell them about it, nothing but a bunch of excuses and runaround! I've been having breathing problems and my voice's not too good either. I found that if I raise my head up, and then the feet enough to keep me from sliding down, then me and the bed gets along great every night. So I decided to get an Easy Rest and it has come real handy for me since my old bed doesn't raise up and I would almost have to sit up to breathe easier. The only problem I've found with it is that the mattress will slip to one side on that foundation every night. As for the sales rep, I didn't have any trouble with him. He was determined to sell and did a good job. The delivery team were good people, too.

I initially chose the Easy Rest because they had better warranty than the other brands. Sleeping on Easy Rest is a heck of a lot better than sleeping on my old hospital bed for the last 2 1/2 years. My experience with the sales representative was really enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable, funny, and we shared some experiences and stuff especially about the insurance folks. Everything from the initial onset, the conversation we had, until delivery, everything was fine. Like I said, it’s great that I have the Easy Rest. Got to get that little slight elevation I need on both ends,` and I’m good. I'm a pleased and satisfied customer.

I've been having trouble with my back and my legs and Easy Rest sounded like something that might help so I bought one. I raise the head a little bit then I raise the feet more, and then I turn on the vibrator that puts me to sleep. It has been very comfortable. However, the mattress is not what I thought it would be and I thought the bed would have more features than it has. My husband doesn't like it at all. It felt like I had bricks under my old bed so I got my Easy Rest bed recently. I always wanted one because I needed to have my head raised and this is more comfortable because of the adjustment. Their reps were very nice and accommodating so I'd recommend them.

My husband has some pain in his shoulders, we were needing a way to be comfortable and not to be sleeping on our side. He sleeps well in a recliner so we figured that having an adjustable bed would work better. I'm not really impressed with Easy Rest. I think it looked very good because it was a good mattress. However, I thought it's going to do something different, but it's just another adjustable bed. No changes since I used it, it would just elevate my feet. The price is a truly big deal, I paid like $4000 which is kind of ridiculous. I made a wrong decision to actually go with it.

My son thought that Easy Rest might help my back but he had to get me a softer mattress because the bed is getting a little bit hard to me now. I'd like it stay softer longer. The problem might have been the memory foam they used. I like the way it raises up and own and the vibrator feature. Everybody has been nice including their sales rep and the delivery team.

I love our Easy Rest Bed. My husband is sickly that's why we bought one. He wanted a bed that would put him in positions where he could get some rest instead of just laying flat all the time. He wants it where he can prop himself up at night and sleep well. You can't do those with a regular bed. The Easy Rest helps him to breathe as well because he's got asthma. The bed helps him a lot at night with the tube because he doesn't have to lay flat. He likes to sleep with his bed up high. As for me, I use it because I have a damaged nerve in my neck and on my spine. I can use its therapy part and that's my favorite.

We haven’t had any problems with Easy Rest and we are enjoying our beds. Every now and then we use the vibrator. We know how to use the waves and it works really quiet. My husband was saying last night how quiet the bed worked when you let it up and down. We are content and happy with what we have.

I'm sleeping a lot better now with Easy Rest and not aching in the morning. I can raise my head and feet with it unlike my old bed where I had to prop pillows under my feet all the time. And if I went out and did work, sometimes I'll use all the vibrators and it relaxes you where you can sleep. It's been a really good experience so far.

I had a severe spinal injury several years ago, and I have had a lumbar operation and shoulder operation. I then realized that since I'm getting older, I'm going to have to have something that would be convenient for somebody to wait on me if I get bedridden. So, I decided that I would check on the Easy Rest and see how expensive it was. They sent someone out to talk to me and he explained everything, but then I realized I couldn't afford it. When I told him that, he called his boss and they worked with me until I thought I could take care of it. I eventually got a twin one because that's more convenient for somebody to use if they're waiting on a person. Compared to my older bed, this one was more comfortable.

The salesman was not pushy. Delivery was good - they were in and out, and took the used bed with them. I bought an Easy Rest because I needed a mattress, and I also have some medical reasons. I seem to be more comfortable when I get up in the morning and more restful. It is a wonderful experience sleeping in the bed.

The Easy Rest works alright. However, it didn't fit the bed like they told me it would. They were supposed to send me a new insert, one that's firmer, for the mattress and I haven't received it yet. I just sink up in this one. Also, they put an extra two inches in there. I said that the bed was too high, but was told it will settle down. But I still had to take out the two-inch blocks they put in.

I talked to a wonderful sales guy and he explained everything to me. He was real cool. Delivery was very good. They came in, picked up my old bed, brought the Easy Rest in and set it up. They were nice guys and I had no problem at all. I usually pull the bed's head up a little bit because I can't sleep flat - I’m in pain all the time. The Easy Rest is more comfortable than my old one. It sleeps good and I love it.

Between the high-pressure salesman and somebody that he called on the phone, they went back and forth and made me feel like I got a really good deal. But when I got it put in, I thought, “Well, that’s a bunch of junk.” It’s nothing like what I paid for. If I went down here to some mattress place, they'll have one just as good for less than half the price. Also, the installers put a footboard and headboard on the bed and they are loose as they can be. They worth nothing the way they put them on there. I’m very dissatisfied.

The Easy Rest bed is comfortable, but I can't get used to putting it up and down. I keep falling off the bed as well as my sheets. I don’t know what kind of sheets to get. But other than that everything's fine, I guess I gotta get used to it.

My five year old mattress wore out and it was time to get another one. There was a lot of talk about the Easy Rest bed so I decided I’d purchase one just to try it out. The salesman and delivery team were very nice. The salesman explained to me how to use the bed and his presentation was very good. The delivery team set the bed up and demonstrated how it worked. I am now able to sit up and read, and I like being able to position the bed in different ways.

I told the sales rep I couldn't afford it and he kept on pressuring me to buy it. So I went on and told him, "Send it out to me." He got it down to $2,000. I said I'll try to afford that. But when I got the bill, it was $4,000. But I sleep better since using the Easy Rest bed and I didn't have a problem with the delivery team.

The mechanical stuff on Easy Rest is better and quieter than the other bed I had, but I don't know why it leans so much to the side. If you get close to the side, you're likely to fall off because there's no support there. I thought they were going to put some support in the mattress as they are too soft. They said something about some pads they put in them. All I've done with the bed so far is I've raised the head up and the feet up a little bit since they have terrible directions to go with them. Moreover, the sales representative wanted a high price for the bed but when I told him "no way" he gave me a price that I couldn't believe. So I have no idea what the bed's value is. If I can't get any more information about the bed, I would never recommend it because I don't think it is as good a bed as the one I had.

At first I wasn't planning to buy an Easy Rest bed, but at the time the sales representative explained it to me and showed me all the features, I knew I needed one. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and old-fashioned. Delivery guys were really good and made sure that I knew what I was doing before they left. Of course, it was almost all self-explanatory, which was easy for me to grasp. Being an arthritic, I'd have to get up half of the time and come down to my easy chair recliner to get some sleep since my bed was flat and hurting my back, so I gave my son my old mattress and used the Easy Rest. I usually raise the head of my Easy Rest, but sometimes I sleep on it flat, depends whatever my body feels comfortable in.

Being able to adjust the head portion of the bed up and down was the main factor we bought the Easy Rest. I noticed if I sleep on my side, my shoulders doesn’t hurt and I’ve got a softer top. So far I'm happy with my experience.

I had a surgery. It's really hard for me to get out of bed and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help me get out of bed if I ever had to have another surgery. I always use its feature where I can raise the head and the foot though I don't use the massage too much. However, I'm sinking in the middle of the bed even though it is nice and firm. If I try to roll over to the edge, it rolls me right back to the middle and that's where I seem to stay. When the delivery team came, I don't know if they need to adjust that one mattress so I won't roll into the middle. I didn't see them bring a mattress in so there has to be an error. On the other hand, the finance was easy. They took good care of me and are allowing me to pay every two weeks instead of once a month. They made it easy because they're taking it right out of the bank so finance is really cool.

I had the memory foam for a year and it’s too hot and uncomfortable. I have fibromyalgia and I'm moving around constantly in pain. I get up and go to bed with pain so I had to get rid of that bed and purchase Easy Rest Bed. The feature I use the most are the back and the feet, the legs that come up. It is very comfortable and it's not hot. It supports my body and all of my pains. A lot of pain has significantly decreased because it helps me up out of bed. The sales representative was great and excellent on explaining everything. They delivered it immediately and the guys that brought it were terrific. They had excellent service all the way around.

I like the part where I can adjust my Easy Rest bed - if I don't want to just lay flat, I can go different positions. When I was buying it, the sales rep did a great job. I wasn't really going to get it at that particular time but he gave me such a good price and I just couldn't really turn it down. Their delivery team was also great and was in and out in no time.

I've had my old mattress for a couple of years. It was fine but it doesn't move. With Easy Rest, I can breathe easier because of having slightly elevated shoulders and can watch TV comfortably. The only feature we use of the Easy Rest is the one that lifts the head up (I usually just go to bed and go to sleep). My old bed was getting soft and uncomfortable so we purchased an Easy Rest bed which I really love and enjoy. I like when I have to get in the middle and sink right in there. I also love the uplift for the feet and head and the wave. I sleep on my side a lot and it's still very comfortable. But I don't like the vibrator and the pillow. It's too hard, so I have it underneath one of my softer ones. But other than that, I really am enjoying it. Their staff was very good and the delivery team showed me how to use it.

We're not really happy with the Easy Rest bed because it's not quite as firm as what we wanted and the mattress seem to slide and not stay on the platform. I don't know if I'm not putting it on the right angle but I'm not really happy with the Easy Rest Bed. It's been pretty good except I'm still not used to sleeping on it yet. My son-in-law and the other kids tell me it's great. I've tried it both ways, raise the top and the bottom both and sometimes, I don't raise the bottom. But it got a vibrator that I like and it works pretty good.

I like Easy Rest and I'm still learning to operate it but I'm satisfied with it. It is comfortable. I raise the foot and the head to the level I like. Generally, I'm sleeping better though other factors besides the bed affect my sleep. However, they made the bed a little higher than I requested.

It is worth the money. The sales representative was great. She won me over by giving me the test and showing me what it could possibly do for me and everything. The delivery team came in and took my old bed down and put and adjusted it in the other room like I wanted it. They also showed me more details about the bed.

I love Easy Rest and I was able to sleep a lot better in it but my wife doesn't like it at all. I had to take it out and put the old mattress back in so she could get out of bed easier again, butt I haven't been able to sleep as good either since. Our old bed is a lot firmer than our Easy Rest, but we can get a firmer mattress.

The salesman was pretty clear that you'd be able to adjust the Easy Rest bed, it could help the back, and apparently, it is doing that. It helps me to sleep and be more comfortable. My old bed was at least ten years old and compared to Easy Rest bed, it had the advantage of being able to raise up the feet and raise up the back and the head. I'm satisfied with it. I have no complaints. The sales representative was very good, very cordial and it went all right. He turned the conversation over to his sales manager. We talked back and forth and he kept decreasing the price as a special favor. The delivery team was all right. They moved the old bed into another room and set up this one, and gave me the controller information. They were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and they were doing a good job of it.

I like Easy Rest Bed real well. It really works nice. I love the idea of raising my feet up along with my head because I have swelling on my feet and my legs. I like the vibrator in it, too. But the only thing with the vibrator, with just the single, full-sized bed, if you turn the vibrator on, even the person next to you would have the same vibration that you did. My mistake was I should have gotten the queen sized instead of just the regular double.

I have some breathing problems and needed a bed that could keep my head raised up. Compared to my older bed, I enjoy the adjustable head and feet parts of the Easy Rest bed. I sleep comfortably on it, and get relaxing sleep. The man who sold us the bed was courteous and he knew exactly what he was talking about. The delivery team were also great. I'm happy with the bed.
