My experience with Easy Rest has been enjoyable. Even though it's not as big as my old king sized bed, me and my 2 dogs enjoy it :) I would recommend it. My sister came the other week and I got her in there and she said, “I'm not leaving.” I said, “You'll have to get you one.” lol The Easy Rest has made a big difference with the way I sleep. I've got chronic back pain and sciatic nerve pain and I get some relief by raising the foot and the head -- It takes the pressure off my back.

I like Easy Rest a lot. I did get a cover that's supposed to be a heating pad, but I didn't know whether that's just to lay on top of the sheet or whether I'm to put that over like a fitted sheet but everything's going good with the bed so far.

I have trouble with my knees and my feet swell so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I use its feature where I can put my head and feet up the most. But the delivery team broke my socket when they had it too close to the wall. My daughter told them about it but nobody is coming to my house and fixing it.

I've always wanted a bed that I could sit up on and read in because that's what I do a lot, and I figure I can elevate my legs, so that I won't be so tired and my legs can have some rest. I told the guy who was selling te bed to me that I'm used to a firm bed. He told me that they go according to your weight. But it's only been two months and I already miss my old bed, because this new bed is not as firm as what I'm used to sleeping on.

I had health issues so I decided to get an Easy Rest to replace my 10 year old mattress. The new bed is a lot better. But the thing is it's only a mattress and they used the frame and headboard of my previous bed so it looks like my old bed. Their sales consultant was all right but the process was just too long. I needed a new bed for a very long time and I've been having some back and hip issues, and not able to lie flat on my back to rest, so when Easy Rest came out to do the demonstration about the massage feature, I went ahead and bought one. I still have issues but my back feels better whenever I sleep on my Easy Rest bed because I can adjust the bed and not have the pillows all propped up like I used to. I use the adjustable feature the most and use the massage feature sometimes, but I can't use it late at night because it makes noise and will disturb the rest of the family. Overall, I think it's a great bed and they made it affordable for me and I'm just enjoying it. I've already recommended it to a lot of people.

I have diabetes and my legs swell so bad during the day. I had to sleep with pillows under my knees to have it even with my heart. I was up all night long picking up those pillows because they won't stay under my knees. Then I saw an Easy Rest ad in the paper and bought one. I gave a whole lot more than I intended to but it's a comfortable bed. The mattress is not as firm as I like. It's also making a crease where it folds because I'm heavy. In addition, I thought that I could stuck with the head of my bed against my back so I could read, but it doesn't go higher than that. I wanted to fix that so that it would make me sit up straighter. But other than that, I'm satisfied with the bed.

I hate the Easy Rest, but we're stuck with it. My wife lost her mind when she bought that thing. Their sales rep Jerry came here at six o'clock in the evening and took up all of our time until ten o'clock that night. So my wife finally signed the paper and bought it but she didn't realize that he charged her 17% interest. I'm going to try to get in touch with him because he lied about it and he's going to end up costing us about $9,000. That's unreal because a friend of mine bought one right across the hill from me and he just paid five for it. I could get real pissed off.

My wife said she's disappointed with Easy Rest. It's not curing the problems. I use the bed too but I just leave it flat. With my diabetes, I have a little problem. Sometimes I get sweaty and a cotton mattress would be preferable to the sponge. I never gave it a thought that there would be any difference between sponge, rubber, and cotton. Maybe we'll have to switch out the mattress. We're a bit disappointed but we'll get by with it.

The salesman was a good salesman. He wasn’t about pushing things off on me. The delivery people were also good. They had carried the bed all the way around my backyard because they couldn’t get up the stairs steps with it and they didn’t mind that. I feel good with my Easy Rest bed and I like it. Sometimes I switch it around my leg one way and then I switch my leg the next way with the vibrator. I just haven't got the headboard yet but I'm impressed that it's moving, so that's the reason I'm holding up on my headboard. I recommend Easy Rest. My girlfriend has another brand but she’s enjoying my bed and likes sleeping on it.

Easy Rest has been a good experience. I like everything about it.

I recently purchased an Easy Rest bed. When I bought it I was going in this thinking I would sleep better, the bed would be comfortable and my neck, back and shoulder issues I was having would be fixed. I spent a lot of money for this bed and I am VERY unhappy with it. The bed itself is way too soft which makes it extremely uncomfortable and I am having more pain in my neck and back than I did before I bought the bed. I am truly disappointed on this product and wished I had never trusted what I was told about this because none of it seems to be true. Instead of making things better for a good night of sleep having this bed has made it a terrible night sleep.

I have sleep apnea and breathing problems real bad and I was piling pillows where I had two pillows under my head. My brother talked me into getting the Easy Rest bed because he had one and he said it did him a lot of good and it does! Raising the head up has helped a lot. I haven't gotten completely used to Easy Rest as it's not as comfortable as I'd like. The bed that I gave up was super comfortable bed and this one's just a little hard for me. It's not as sturdy because when I get in and out of bed, it creaks and groans a little bit but I'm getting used to it.

I bought Easy Rest because I thought it would help my back. I like it. It's good and nice, but I don't know if it's worth the money or not. I'm glad I bought it though. I don't have complaints with it but the only thing is it's tough to keep the sheet from flapping up off in the head. I got to get some of them stretched, put it on them or something.

He was very good in explaining everything that I needed to know and answered all the questions I asked him. There was no pressure. Now that I have the bed, I sleep a little better than I was doing. Got Easy Rest since I wanted to try some new positions to see if I could sleep better and then I like the fact that it had a heater, and a massage thing. Sales rep who explained it to me was very knowledgeable about the product. She was very thorough about the estimation of something she was describing to me. She did great, as well as the delivery guy who came and hooked it up.

Compared to my six year old bed the Easy Rest is a hundred percent better. I hated the other bed. My wife picked it out because she had a bad back and we got a double pillow top. But because of it I had a bad back. She was happy and we all know what they say about a happy wife. Now she's gone, I don't have to worry about replacing it. With the Easy Rest, I always raise the head up and use the vibrator. I'm asleep before it shuts off so it's working out good for me. Moreover, the sales rep was really good. I got the deal off somebody he called who made a better deal and he kept going down and down until finally I couldn't say no anymore. The salesman was kind of surprised too but I'm happy. The delivery guys were great as well. They delivered it earlier. I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks but it came in about 4 days so I was very pleasantly surprised.

I'd rather have just a regular mattress instead of raising the head and the feet up, because when you raise the head and feet up, it causes the Easy Rest bed to have a hole in the middle where it sinks in. And then when I get in the bed and I'm trying to lay flat in it, it creates a deep hole across the bed, which I don't like, and then I'm pushing myself up at the top of the bed and it hurts my shoulders. I don't think the Easy Rest bed is worth the money that is to be paid for so I wish I haven't had bought it since I am not happy with the bed. I really haven't used it that much, but if I used it a whole lot, it would be really a whole lot worth.

Easy Rest wasn't what I thought it was gonna be. I thought it was gonna be comfortable but it's not. And when I put it on massage I don't see anything it does.

So I purchased the bed since I liked the features, especially the positioning options and the massage on it. I sleep much better now, thanks to the bed. It’s very comfortable, but I find it to be a little expensive.

I've had back problems and somebody from Easy Rest talked me into purchasing it. I was sleeping on a recliner before. I couldn't lay in bed on the side because I've got bursitis on both hips and if I laid on the side, I couldn't stand the pain. I have trouble breathing, so I can't lay flat. But, when I bring it up, now I have no problem at all. I have trouble with my legs, so I can always bring the other end. As for the vib, the salesman talked me into it and I'm glad I did it. I have a bad back and just got out from the hospital. I'm using a hospital bed with an air mattress and the doctor told me that the air mattress is no good for my back. It was a lot harder. He insisted that I should get something like Easy Rest. I called them and the rep was very good. He explained everything to us and showed us different things. The delivery team was excellent. I'm still in the process of learning the bed but now, I sleep a little bit better. I most especially like the head part coming up.

I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed for my back. The bed is working some, it's a long way from being cured but it's helping. My old bed hurt a little bit worse because it was flat. If I elevate my legs some they don't swell as bad, and if I elevate my head some it's not as bad, so the bed has been good.

The Easy Rest bed is not doing what the salesman said it would do. He talked like it would cure my arthritis and my health problems. It certainly has not done that. I'm a little disappointed as it's not what I thought it was but I'll keep it. I'm not giving it up, but then I have heart problems and I do need my bed elevated. It seems I sleep better, but I don't sleep very long at a time. I'm still waking up like I did before. I thought it was a miracle coming to my house, but it's not.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I'd sit up and watch television. I like the features on the bed but would like it better if I get the headboard part. I got all the stuff to hook it up and they told me it was in the mail but it never got here.

The sales rep was real nice and courteous but I called him the other day and he acted like he didn't know who I was so I ain't calling him back any more. I'm really not satisfied with the Easy Rest bed. I was told it was the best bed to sleep in but this one isn't. You sit down on the side of it, it sinks way down. And they want $10,000 for it. That's a lot of money to pay for a bed. Also, it’s supposed to be a full-size bed but my full-size sheets are too big for it. I don’t understand that.

So far, I am loving my Easy Rest bed, but I've noticed that even if it hasn't been long since I had it, it seems uneven in the middle. But other than that, I am sleeping well on it so I'd recommend it very well.

I have a lot of knee and back pain and was sleeping in a recliner. So I was actually searching out the right bed. And I was looking at a different bed but when the man from Easy Rest came to my house, he explained some things about this bed that I liked a lot better. He was very personable and nice to talk to. The delivery guys also took the time to explain to me how to use the bed and they were quick. Now I use the adjustable head and leg piece the most because it takes pressure off my back and knees. It's the best bed I've ever owned and I will highly recommend it.

I've a snoring problem so I bought an Easy Rest bed but it's pretty close to my old bed and they're the same. We don't use the vibrator feature or anything.

I like Easy Rest a lot. I sleep better because of it. I pretty much use all the features, to raise the legs and the head and also the massage. I'd recommend it.

Easy Rest hasn't helped much and I'm sleeping the same because it's been so hot and so I'm trying to stay cool. Overall, I'm okay with my Easy Rest bed but I could've done better if I hadn't bought it. In fact, if I had to do it again, I wouldn't buy it. But if a friend came to me and they wanted some information, I would tell them to try and make sure that it's what they want.

We got an Easy Rest because of the bed's adjustability, the benefits that can be derived from that, the quality of workmanship in the unit itself, and the very nice people that I dealt with convinced me that it was a good thing to do. The Easy Rest is by far a superior unit, much more comfortable and beneficial with all the positions we can put it to. We're very happy with it. The delivery team, they were great. I had the room cleaned out for them but those guys would have done anything that we would ask them to do. Very respectful and professional, yet we laughed together so I would rate them as excellent.

My Easy Rest works okay overall and I had a pretty good experience so far. I just didn't try the heating pad because I had brace locks in my legs and I read that I'm not supposed to use that.

The salesman gave a good presentation that it is better to sleep in a shell position where your feet and head are kind of moving towards one another and that with Easy Rest you could get a gentle massage as you’re getting to sleep. Those two are the biggest positive factors that I purchase Easy Rest. I've had three major back surgeries, my back was a mess and it’s helped. I don’t wake up with a lot of pain like I used to, although my back still feels weak, we're trying to work on and improve that.

We love Easy Rest and what I like the most about the bed is that I am able to raise it. All aspects including delivery and sales were really good.

The representative that came out was helpful and so we tried Easy Rest. We use the head elevation feature the most in our bed. The delivery team showed up pretty well. There was a one day delay because of an emergency from their end, but they were here the next day and it was all good. Compared to our older bed, Easy Rest is better. After all, the other one was getting worn out already.

I bought an Easy Rest bed for medical reasons and now it's helping me a little bit, but the bottom of the bed seems like it should come up higher. There were some things that I should've known about the bed. It already broke on me once and I could've probably forgiven that if I was told that I couldn't lay on the end of the bed unless it was flat. I don't think the bed was strong enough for I'm a big woman. My husband isn't that big, but putting our weight together, I think we should have a stronger bed.

I like the Easy Rest Bed but it seems a little firm. I read in their literature that the thing on top is a memory foam. It's like a filler mattress. They said they ordered the firm because that was recommended but I'm having back issues. I have back surgery scheduled for a herniated disc and a lumbar laminectomy and I don't know if it's because of that. I haven't used the vibrating part too because of my back. Supposedly, my problem is temporary and fixable after the back surgery. Maybe I will view the bed differently but right now, it's just all over.

100% better than my old bed. Been wanting to get one for a long time. Sales guy was a really nice man and was very informational with regards to his salesmanship. Delivery guys did a good job.

I thought it was a good deal and then the agent who came to sell me on the bed was really slick and he did a good job. And I finally bought it. I wish I hadn't because I don't like the Easy Rest bed. It has a foam mattress on it and once you lie on it, it stays in that position. It started sagging on one side where I slept. It had an impression where my butt was that never came up again even when I wasn't sleeping on it. It stayed the same and made it uncomfortable to sleep on it. I could have gotten a better mattress at a lower price.

I thought Easy Rest might help me sleep better and it was neat but I think the price is way too high. The salesman was good, the delivery people were excellent and they did a good job. I'm not really happy with my bed. About two or three days ago, I called and asked whether or not they had a return system, they don't. I couldn't use it, I certainly regret buying it, it was not worth the money.

I like my Easy Rest bed. So far, so good. It's comfortable, and I like being able to raise it up in the head especially because I have allergies. It makes it easier when I'm watching TV in bed because I'm lazy. It seems to be working out okay. I bought it because it was such a good deal with all the extras that it has. When you get to be my age and you have these problems, those extras really help. I really didn't need a new bed because I had just bought one not more than a year ago, but the sales reps talked me into it because they gave me such a good deal. I really like the idea of it and that it has the heating pad because I do have arthritis. And the winter, believe me, that's a plus. I had talked with Jim, and I guess the big boss got on the line, and he gave me a better deal.

Easy Rest sales rep and delivery team were fine. However, I didn't know that I will be making my payment to a loan company and I don't like messing with a loan company.

I was sleeping with 2 or 3 pillows and it was not satisfactory, so when I found the Easy Rest bed that would raise the head, that was perfect for my sleep apnea and it was great. After getting the bed, I am sleeping better and not waking up every hour. The people that delivered the bed were very nice and the man who sold it to me--what a salesman he is. There was no saying no to him.

Salesman presented Easy Rest to us and we thought it would be a good deal, so we took it. Delivery team knew what they were doing and they put the bed together in just a short period of time. And it's been great. We use the vibrator feature every night. We would turn that on and we never know when it goes off because we're sleeping so good.

I bought an Easy Rest bed for my wife and I take advantage of it too because I sleep on one side of the twin bed. Each side works separate from the other and she has a lot of health issues so she has to sleep with her feet and head elevated. It works out real good for her and it has the massage and heat packaged on the bed. However, we had a little problem finding sheets for the bed since the singles are an odd size though it did come with a set of sheets. Other than that, I've been satisfied with the bed and everything is fine.

The salesman from Easy Rest was very knowledgeable, thorough, showed us pictures and he talked about it and the bed was like how he explained it to us. The delivery guy was very professional and knows what he was doing. We rest and sleep better with this bed especially with its vibrate feature. It has so many positions that you can sleep in though I haven't tried them all. I don't have complaints about the bed with the way it was handled. I was shocked to see the total price. No one told me that the cost of moving the bed from where it came to my house would be that expensive. I wasn't aware that they'd charge me all the shipping cost. But overall I would still recommend Easy Rest.

We needed a new bed. We chose the Easy Rest and it's wonderful, we like it a lot. I usually put the head part up and use the massager a lot. We had a nice rep that handled our sales and their delivery team were real good as well. They came in, set it up and they were down, and they were real nice about it.

We have the heating element to put on when it gets cold but we haven't been able to use it yet because it hasn't been cold. Easy Rest is a hundred percent better than our old bed.

What convinced us into buying the Easy Rest bed had been the nice, convincing salesperson and a nice DVR recording that I looked at. During delivery, their team moved everything where it needed to be, cleared out the area and put the bed together - all in a timely manner. They also showed me how to use the bed. I just had a major surgery so the bed is a little more comfortable to sleep in - I like to sleep with my feet elevated a little. I would like for the mattress to be a little firmer though.

I've had a waterbed for years and I wasn't comfortable. I've gotten older and the pain lasts for so long that's why I needed some replacement. The sales representative was really nice and polite. I talked to someone with a higher power from the main office and he's the one who really talked me into it. The delivery boys also helped with the bed. Since I've had the Easy Rest Bed my sleep got better. I don't use the vibrator much but my wife is the one that likes that part of it. Other than that, the times that I do raise up the head just a little bit or the feet, I kind of have indigestion. But I can't complain. I debated about calling them back with the offer about getting the softer memory foam but I've decided that I'd just stay with the one that I have because it does pretty good.

I like Easy Rest. I sleep better because of it. I have COPD and last night when I went to bed, I was fine until I started having chest pains in my back. I got that vibrator and I had it done it for 30 seconds and it helped. Although, I had a bad incident.

Other than sleeping better, I'm feeling a little bit better because of Easy Rest. Some of the aches and pains aren't where they used to be.

After the first night in the Easy Rest bed, I was ready to toss it out the door. But now I'm liking it - it's a good bed. I would recommend it.

He's a good salesperson because he truly sold me on it. I had a total hip replacement in 2010, I'm doing good but a good night's rest can do healing. I’ve lost over 50 pounds and I’m trying to do the best that I can for myself.

I had been gone for a month and have just come back home and started using the Easy Rest bed again and I really like it!

We're in the process of trying to find out why we haven't got our heater that goes with our Easy Rest bed. I tried to call and I'm not getting any answer. But overall, the experience with the bed has been so far good although the bed is hard to make up.

We're very happy with the Easy Rest bed that I won. We like all of the features of this bed but we mostly use the vibration. The delivery was done in very good manner, too.

I have some back problems and I have osteoarthritis. And I have really enjoyed being able to keep my feet up a little and raise my head and the massager is wonderful. I like Easy Rest real well. The only complaint I have is when I have the foot up and the head up, it is a little bit lumpy where my bottom sits. I push the button and put it back down flat and it just has a little hump there. The delivery guys of Easy Rest were just awesome. They came in, put my other bed out in the garage, had that set up, and showed me how to use it. They were just great.

I've had some back problems and arthritis. I'm 84 years old and I just thought it's time to buy an Easy Rest and I did it. My whole family was just so happy that I bought it for myself especially my youngest daughter. I haven't used the bed that much but it was doing a great job. My back was feeling really good when I use it and I shall be doing it more often. I'm now feeling better. The bed's really comfortable compared to my old one and I'm enjoying it a lot. Moreover, their rep was really nice and the delivery was great. I like those guys because they did all the work. One thing I didn't know about that shocked me a bit was I was going to be charged over $300 for moving the bed. Still, Easy Rest did an A-plus.

We have owned our old mattress for eleven years and it was just a straight bed with no features compared to Easy Rest. The feature that I like most with the new bed is the massage.

My son is getting along well with his Easy Rest bed. He's on it many hours a day. Our experience with the sales and delivery was good. We also got the mattress warmer that we will put on in Fall. I'm recommending them.

I've called several times and it has been three months already.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed in order to have something different in my bedroom. I like the feature in which I can sit in the bed and lift it up - even when I watch TV or something like that I can sit in the bed and lift it up. Their sales representative and delivery were pretty good too. I would recommend it.

I got a discount and my wife decided it might help her so we purchased an Easy Rest bed. We use the bed to elevate the head part so that I can breathe better. One thing I got against that bed, they got hooked up and joined together. I take them apart and my wife has a hard time making it up in the middle. I could see the brace but I don’t see why it couldn’t be separated where you should make the two beds.

The biggest reason I bought an Easy Rest bed was having trouble sleeping at night. I've noticed changes since using the bed. There's a tremendous difference as far as comfort with the adjustable bed over the old, regular mattress we had. At least part of the night, I elevate my head and feet. But part of the time, I sleep with the bed down flat. I didn't have any problem with the sales representatives when they came to our home. They got it done and were very courteous. Our son-in-law, who is a salesman for the beds, had already told us a lot about how to operate it.

I was a little bit disappointed in Easy Rest. My issue is the cost, more than anything - it's extremely costly. And they didn't follow through to the times that they said they would do things. They did make the appointment and delivered the bed but they should have explained things a little more. Their guy was here five hours that day selling it and I would've been happier and probably still bought the bed if he had not been here quite so long. I didn't need to learn as much as all that. He did this big thing about knocking the price down. But I'm not a fool. It was a waste of time for me. That kind of salesman is good at what he does but it's awful to do that right in front of people.

I've been enjoying the Easy Rest bed. I like it very much. I like the feet feature because I have not been having any neck problems since I've used it. Now I just have it raised for reading. I'd recommend it.

I had to call the delivery team of Easy Rest. They said they were going to deliver in such time in the afternoon, and they didn't get here until after dark. The one side is still nice and the other side is sagging.

Easy Rest has been a lifesaver. The sales rep had said some things and I just laughed to myself. I thought "What a salesman." But ninety percent of the things that he mentioned to me while selling the bed is very true. The delivery team was very, very experienced. They even put the bed skirt on for me when they were done setting up the bed. And when I went in there they explained and showed me everything about the bed and I have been very, very satisfied. Before buying the bed I was sleeping on seven to nine pillows. I have COPD and I was to elevate myself. I was sleeping on that many pillows but now we only have two pillows - one is behind my head which is a very thin pillow and the other one placed on my elbows when I turn on my left side while I'm watching TV. And now I sleep very comfortably.

I can't have pillows stuck under my neck and my wife's legs are bad. We're both diabetic so we have to keep them elevated. We always wanted a bed and Easy Rest bed came at the right time. It compares real good to my old bed. It's like it went from a hamburger to a cheeseburger, or a steak burger. If you sit near the edge of the old bed after a couple of days, it seemed like it had sunk in. But Easy Rest pops right back the way it's supposed to. It's the best bed I've ever slept in. The mattress is beautiful. I like the way it elevates my feet up. I like to watch TV in bed and it's got me propped just right. Everything the guy had talked to us about is exactly what it was, and even a little bit more because sometimes the vibrator puts me right to sleep. I know how a baby feels now. The bed is perfect. Plus the delivery was right on time and the guys were professional.

I'm loving the Easy Rest Bed. The only thing I hate about it is they told us to rotate the mattress every month and I hate doing that. The salesman was excellent. He explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable and everything he said so far has been true. I've recommended it to a lot of people. It's expensive though.

My experience with the Easy Rest salesman was terrible and I've called the company this morning and complained about it. Customer service said he's going to talk to a technician and call me back but I haven't heard from them. I'm not having the relaxing sleep they said I would have and in fact, I wake up with back, neck and headache. I am ready to send it back.

I have scoliosis and my fiance has sleep apnea and snores, so I was looking to purchase another bed that would raise up and give better support. We were looking at their competitor at first but we eventually got Easy Rest because it was half the price. I'm not liking the bed however, I can feel the springs right through it. I called the company and they said they were going to send technicians out. A couple of weeks go by, I hear nothing from anybody so I called back and the gentleman informs me then that that lady I talked to was notorious for promising and not notating.

We requested to change the firmness of the bed to a softer one for my wife and we got that exchanged. We are seniors so sleep and rest is very important to us. We don't have serious back problems or anything like that but we decided to purchase the bed because of the different positions that you can get with the controls. The only thing I'm having a little bit of trouble with my remote is that it doesn't change on the vibrating. It's either on or off. On my wife's side you can go up and down with the control and speed of the vibrator but mine doesn't work that way. We're still learning more about it and we're pretty well satisfied with it. Their sales rep was topnotch and the delivery team was very helpful. They knew what they were doing, were very efficient and explained everything to us.

I sleep well on the Easy Rest bed and I like it. Actually, their sales rep was very nice and reminded me of my son, which is probably why I bought the bed. I thought there will come a day when my daughter will have to help me and I will need one since I am 76 years old. So I bought the bed because I can do the payments, and they won’t have to worry about it at a later time and the mattress is guaranteed for 20 years. It’s a fine bed and I’m very happy with it.

Although I didn't get my pillow, my experience with Easy Rest is still wonderful. I like the texture of the mattress. I certainly enjoy that I could raise my head to the level that I like, or I could just let it down. The vibration and massage are good, but I prefer the wave as it sends me right to sleep. It's just good! My experience with the sales representative has been wonderful. The delivery team, on the other hand, were very knowledgeable. They cleaned after themselves too. Overall, it was great and I was pleased. I would recommend them.

I've been wanting an Easy Rest bed for a long time and so far, I am liking it. I like the vibrator and the head and feet up features. Their sales rep and delivery team were nice too.

I’m very dissatisfied with my Easy Rest Bed. It is not comfortable at all and I don’t know if it’s because of the springs or what. I’m 91 years old and I need a bed that’s comfortable. I got the whole bed and I should’ve got it in two sections but I didn’t, and I can’t turn it around. It felt like I was going to roll off the bed. It took me two hours to get it straightened out to go to sleep and that’s not right. It’s a mess and I had to get somebody else to do it. I would’ve been better off if I get the one I had previously.

My wife and I are getting up there in age and both have problems with our backs. Our Easy Rest bed has been real fine for us - we can raise the back and feet as high as we want and it's comfortable. I had a waterbed, it was kind of high and it was rough when I hop onto it. We had changed the water into an air balloon mattress and that didn't work either. Then we got a regular mattress and it's still kind of high for me to get up into. But the Easy Rest bed is just nice to lay down on and adjust it the way I want it. We're comfortable. Both the sales and delivery experience have also been satisfactory. I'd really recommend this bed.

My experience with the sales representative of Easy Rest was very good but there were a few things that I really didn't quite understand. I was told that I would have gotten the bed for 2000 dollars but now I'm paying the bed for 3000 dollars. I really didn't need a financial position to purchase the bed. If I had known that was the case, I wouldn't have bought it. That is a little uncomfortable for me right now. It's a good bed to be recommended but I thought I would have gotten a better price because I was told I'm the first person to purchase one of the bed in this area and I'll be treated differently and I didn't see that.

I bought the Easy Rest Bed for a friend of mine. At first I was only going to get the pillow, however the salesman did his presentation and it looked good for the person who needed it. My friend has a back situation and she loves it. They also did a fine job delivering the bed.

I’ve had my old mattress for 10 years but I wish I had it back. I purchased the Easy Rest Bed on a quick decision and it makes a little noise when I get in and out of it. I can’t go along with all the sales pitch about the sore gone and the good night's sleep because I'm just as sore with my arthritis problems as I was before and as far as sleeping, I don’t sleep sound. If I had to do it over again, I would have never put that much money into it. It’s not worth what I pay for it.

When I bought the Easy Rest bed, a terrific salesman gave me a really good price compared to what was quoted to me before. My wife was dying of cancer and I had been taking care of her for nine months so I told him I couldn't afford it but he kept dropping the price. He didn't pressure me but he talked about all the benefits of the bed and asked us questions. Our granddaughter was on Medicare and Medicaid and suffering terribly with her back and neck. And so she says, "Why don't we buy that for her?" So I bought it but my wife died two days before the delivery. When they brought it in, they worked right away. They set it up very nice and showed me how to operate it. Then they took my wife's old bed with them. I also got my free pillow this week. Everything was excellent. They didn't do anything to turn me off, no complaints at all. I haven't given it to my granddaughter yet but she has slept in it and she loved it.

I'm really enjoying my Easy Rest bed, I'm completely happy with it right now. I decided to buy it because I have arthritis. It's a good bed and a good investment and I've already recommended it to several people. Also, the salesperson gave a good presentation and that helped seal the deal. The two young guys who came to deliver were really good and knowledgeable, they covered all their bases.

I can sleep on the bed real good but I sometimes think now it was a waste of time or money as I really haven’t been setting the bed up much. I just sleep and don't set it up because whenever I go and set it up, it brings the bed way up high. Tried it more than once because I thought I pushed the wrong button but it still makes it go up high instead of just setting the top up or the bottom up.

I've enjoyed my Easy Rest bed but it's a lot more expensive than I thought it was. I don't know how I'm going to keep it. I called them about it but they did not give me very much satisfaction and there was nothing they could do about it. I'd recommend them though and the salesman was nice, it just costs too much each month and I don't have so much in a month.

I'd seen a lot of their commercials on TV, a lot of people that are satisfied with it, and I thought of giving the Easy Rest bed a try. I've got a mattress from Sleepy's three years before but the Easy Rest bed is a lot different from it. I sleep a lot better than before and every time you feel tired, you can turn on the massage and it will make you feel better. I've recommended it to a lot of people and I would do so again to my kid.

I'm supposed to sleep reclined so I bought the Easy Rest bed. I like it so far.

The sales rep that I spoke to was excellent. He showed me everything, it wasn't like he tried to do a hard-sell job, and really the bed sold itself. He showed me the DVD and what they would do and what the bed does. It was very enlightening. And I've enjoyed my Easy Rest every day and every night. It's done everything it's supposed to do. I have a problem with circulation in my legs a little bit so I use it to elevate the leg. I use the massage every morning before I get up and it seems to help a lot. I'm looking forward to using it for the rest of my life at this point.

I'm not liking my Easy Rest bed too much, it's just not comfortable. I don't like the bed. Plus, they went ahead and charged me with a $363 tax anyway, even though I didn't have to since I bought it under reservation. They were going to send me a check for that but that's over two months ago and I still ain't got it.

I have arthritis so I decided to get myself the Easy Rest bed. It's much better than my old bed, I use just about every feature the Easy Rest bed has.

I really wanted to purchase Easy Rest because my husband had begun to make a few little complaints about his resting. And so I was going to get one really for him but he passed before I could get it. But I am enjoying it and the Easy Rest team was very kind and nice. There was really nothing that I could ask of anyone. They were helpful in showing me how to use my bed and how to adjust it. They were just wonderful.

I had problems with the Easy Rest bed. Thrice they delivered me a bed and each time, it went down - sunken, sagging in the middle. The third time they said they wouldn't give me another one. But I guess the bed must be okay since I have back problem and so far it hasn't bothered me since I've been using it. Also, I like that I can raise it when I watch my television. Their delivery team has been nice, too.

Even though they explained a lot of stuff, they didn't explain everything to me. They didn't explain that the padded cushion that's supposed to be firm on top has to be rotated every month - I just read that in the directions. Otherwise, it will just not work right. (I liked the adjustable part of it though, that's originally why I bought it for.) But there were just a lot of things I just didn't know about it, that's why I'm going to have to get my paperwork and check, but I think I'm stuck now.

What made me decide to purchase the Easy Rest was the massage under the legs. It was one of the things that the sales rep stipulated when he was making his sales pitch. He pointed out how comfortable that would be if I had tired legs - that was one of the things that sold me on the idea because I was thinking in the beginning it's really too expensive for me and I wasn't going to go for it. He also said that I can elevate my legs and all of these good things for one's health. That is why I was sorely disappointed when I got the bed and it didn't have any leg massage. Then I was told that that was not part of the bargain.

The salesman of Easy Rest done a real good job of presenting the sale. The delivery team was good, too. They took the old mattress out and put the new mattress right in the other bed frame. Now the bed is doing wonderful. My back hadn't bothered me not one bit since I'd been on that Easy Rest. Before then, I just hated to go to bed at night. Now I like to get to the bed and lay my leg down and turn that vibrator on. It puts me right to sleep.

I like the Easy Rest bed. I can straighten it and it's got spring in it. The only thing is that the remote control has 3 positions, and one of the positions does not work (and I bought this bed mainly because it can be adjusted to different positions). I called before and they told me to change the batteries, but the batteries are new and it was the same. But as far as the bed is concerned, it's comfortable and I would recommend it. I think I sleep better now that I am using this bed.

I got a bad back. It's pain in the lower back. Adjusting the feet and the head takes the pressure off of my lower back and therefore eases the pain.

We heard Easy Rest will help with our sleeping but it's not working out for my wife like we thought. It helped me sleep better but she's having more problems since we got that than she did before. They gave us an impression that the interest and everything was going to be more reasonable, not some of the other things they told us. They tried to show us the best they could on the adjustments. But the delivery team was nice and explained everything. I'm not sure we understood everything.

My old bed was about 12 years old so I was thinking to get a new one so I bought an Easy Rest. Looking back, I think I made a big mistake paying $5,000 for a bed when I could have had almost the same thing for $2,000. There's so many out there right now. It's waste of money. Sometimes I go to bed and forget. I just put the headboard up a little bit and don't use any of the rest of it. The price is too high for what you can get.

I love it. It's wonderful. I like it when the bed raises up and elevates my legs a little bit, I do that for the head too. I sleep a lot better. I can sleep in any kind of position and wake up painless.

It was my husband's decision to purchase an Easy Rest bed and I haven't been able to sleep on it all night. In fact, I called yesterday to have them send out a softer mattress as it's way too firm for me but my husband sleeps alright. Their customer service team were nice whenever I call and they were able to handle all. The delivery demonstrated everything when they set it up.

I was experiencing pain in my back, shoulders, and legs so I wanted a bed that would be more comfortable for me. I recently also had rotator cuff surgery and the Easy Rest bed helped me tremendously. I like raising my head and feet, and the vibration feature helps me relax and go to sleep but I haven't used it for my shoulders yet because my doctors told me not to. The sales rep was nice as well as the delivery staff.

I was just looking through the paper and found East Rest. I had known about that before but I haven't really gotten into it. Then this guy came. He was going around to different houses and he stopped by. He was nice and a super person that's why we got started talking with him. He told us all the different things about it. My husband's legs at that time are really bad and he could hardly walk or anything. He has got that and slept so good on this bed. It's amazing and it has made a difference. Especially for us old people. It's so much easier and nicer, and you'd sleep so much better too, or we do.

I like the Easy Rest bed very much. I sleep very well on it and I like the fact that I can lift my feet up higher than my head because I needed my legs elevated. The salesman was wonderful and everything worked out exactly the way he said it would. Everything was pleasant and I wouldn't trade this bed for anything. I've even recommended it to friends.

One reason why we bought the Easy Rest is because of a bad back, and there has been really an improvement. I haven't heard any yapping about a bad back. We sleep a lot better with the head up. I also have swollen feet, so I put up the feet part a little bit when they aren't so swollen but if they're swelling real bad, I put it up higher. The sales rep was very good, and the delivery team did show us everything through a demonstration. But I've seen a lot of advertisements and the bed seems an awful lot cheaper than when we purchased.

The Easy Rest is fine. I haven’t been using too many of its features except to make my position the same as my husband doesn't feel very good and doesn't like the vibrate. It's helping to improve my circulation for my legs and my breathing at night because I have to wear oxygen and it's hard for me to lie down. So it keeps me up instead of trying to depend on a pillow.

This bed is much better than my old bed. I use the massage feature every night and it puts me to sleep. The only thing that I was unhappy about is the fact that they financed it at 17.99% interest and that is outrageous. I just bought a $38K truck for 4.75% interest and I buy a bed and they charge me 17.99% interest and that was crazy. My credit is excellent but that interest rate is a third of the total cost of the bed. We're looking at 2000 to some dollars for interest for a 4-year period. But I'm gonna pay the bed offer and we'd save some money on the interest. I just didn't appreciate the way the whole thing was handled when they sold me the bed.

I got an Easy Rest bed because of the feature that rocks me in my sleep. I feel more comfortable in it than my old bed. I use the lift the most - the rising of the feet and the head. I'm completely satisfied and had a wonderful experience with the sales reps. They were thorough. The delivery team were great as well.

Our old Easy Rest bed wasn't working anymore like it should in terms of raising and lowering the head and the feet, so we decided to get a new one. We love the new bed. The old one didn't have the massage on it but the new one has which I use when I go to bed. The massage lasts about 30 minutes and before it finishes, I am already asleep which is nice.
