I enjoy the comfort of being able to lift the legs and the head with Craftmatic. Also the staff was also just fine to interact with.

I had a Craftmatic bed and it was so comfortable that I got one for my daughter that lives in Louisiana. I enjoy pushing it up so I can watch TV in my bedroom. I just love it. But their staff was lousy. He brought the box in and told me that he didn't get paid to take it up and put it in the bedroom.

I've been wanting a better night’s sleep so I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed. I like its upright feature which makes it a lot easier to watch television in bed. Their sales rep was very informative, very helpful, and very polite. So far, the bed has helped my husband’s edema because he can raise his feet up a little - it has helped tremendously.

We had a Select Comfort before and it was getting old and sagging, so we decided on getting an adjustable bed from Craftmatic. I like the firmness of the mattress and the adjustable frame is really a help because I sleep halfway through the night on my left side. And then I get old-man aches and pains so I get on my back and jack it up. It's been really good. And the staff were real nice people to deal with. Overall, we're satisfied.

I like Craftmatic adjustable bed's dual controls and its ability to move up and down, and adjust. It makes it easier to get out of bed. It also helps with my husband's snoring and it allows more comfortable sleep.

Ordered a Craftmatic Bed from the company website on 1/2/1017. My mother paid the full amount with her ATM card of about $2,700. We were told by Mr. **, the sales rep, that the bed was being shipped that day and should arrive at the delivery site by Thursday, 1/5/1017. He e-mailed me the shipping for tracking the bed. Bed never arrived at the delivery site until 1/18/2017. When called by the "White Glove" delivery to schedule delivery, we were told that they only do deliveries on Mondays. They came today. However, they brought 2 frames and no mattress. My mother is currently renting a hospital bed and needs her bed ASAP so she can send the other one back. Called Mr. ** and left message. Haven't heard from him. I can't review the bed because we still don't have it, but the customer service is a joke! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I enjoyed my head up and my legs up with the Craftmatic bed. It helps me to sleep better.

I have chronic back pain but it's been a great sleep for the last sixteen years with Craftmatic.

In 1992, my husband was suffering from lung cancer, and Craftmatic was recommended to us as opposed to acquiring a hospital bed. I like the adjustable bed. My husband can adjust his side differently than I do mine so that complements our styles very nicely. Also, both of my experiences with the Craftmatic sales staff have been outstanding. They've handled my questions and explained thoroughly and efficiently and were accommodated quickly.

I have problems with acid reflux and raising the head up and the feet of the Craftmatic adjustable bed helps me with that and also balances out my weight. It serves my purpose perfectly and I'm very pleased with it.

The Craftmatic would be best for raising my back and knees in bed. Having so much accessibility to raising and lowering them really worked. Also, my grandchildren come over and giggle when they use the vibrate feature, which they love so much. I wonder how I could get a new remote control, though. I told the rep I spoke to that my remote is working intermittently. I'm not getting a good connection even when I put in new batteries.

We needed to get a bed that will split in the middle so I could raise the head, while her side wouldn't need to go anywhere. With the Craftmatic, the availability to raise the head on one side and not the other, vice versa, works great.

I'm a handicap and I needed something that would suit my needs more. My husband purchased a Craftmatic bed and it was a surprise to me that when I came home from the hospital, the bed was waiting for me. I have to be in bed quite often throughout the day and I enjoy raising my head up with it because I watch a lot of TV. Also, I'm supposed to lie down with my legs elevated slightly every day and I can do that with the bed without piling up tons of things to lay my legs up on. The bed does it automatically.

We have had Craftmatic adjustable for a long, long time. It was around 1990 when we got our first one. I like its vibration feature. The sales representative was very nice too. Every once in awhile, when I lay down in my bed, it makes a popping sound around where my shoulders are. I don't know whether if something's loose in the bed or what but it still works okay. After I lay down, it's all right.

However, when the bed was first delivered, they brought the wrong order, so we had to send it back, and get it sent out again. I've had my old Craftmatic bed for 15 years and what's great was that when my mattress got a little saggy, I returned it free of charge. I bought this new one that is the upgrade model which is really great. I enjoy looking at the television with it. I put it back up and the main thing is that I don't have any more back aches when I wake up in the morning. I could sit up, relax with my head and feet up and it is perfect. Its foam is a little bit softer or maybe I'm not using it the right way, but the bed itself is wonderful and I love it immensely. I would recommend this Craftmatic bed because I feel it's excellent.

I'm 87 years old. Craftmatic adjustable bed makes me able to sleep good at night. I enjoy that I can adjust it to fit my body so I can completely relax and use the massage just before I go to sleep, or if I'm lying in bed watching TV or reading a book, I can relax in the position I feel best in. I can fall asleep naturally and have a good night’s rest. I found that I also have to have a soft bed and so they made one side of my mattress with a pillow top on it. They told me to turn it about every three or four months to keep it fresh, soft and good, so we try to do that and that helps a lot.

The ability to raise the head and leg positions to fit your body and your comfort level is very much of a benefit. I also have a very positive experience with their sales representatives.
