I have GERD and with the Craftmatic bed, I enjoy being able to elevate my head and cut down on my heartburn at night. Now, I don't have to get up in the middle of the night and go sleep in the recliner because of the heartburn. Their sales rep was fine as well. I would recommend the company.

When we saw what the Craftmatic bed would do and that it was made in the United States, we decided to purchase it and my wife had a good experience with their sales representative. We used to have a waterbed frame for about 30 years, but then they took our waterbeds out and put in an insert for the last seven years. It has a wood frame which made my muscle dystrophy worse, but the Craftmatic bed has a metal frame where I'll be able to put a bar system and raise myself up by hand or lift me up if I need help to get out of bed. I enjoy being able to get out of if easy since I had trouble getting out of the other bed and it's very comfortable to raise the head if need to or to prevent heartburn, and I can raise my legs and use the vibration. Everything that it has is very unique.

He encouraged me to get a double instead of a single and I have not regretted it one bit. I love having the double bed. I've had a Craftmatic for 20 years, and it's still working great. However, the top mattresses wore out, and since I could get the whole bed cheaper than I could the mattresses, I decided to just buy the whole thing again. But it didn't work out because what I got was a king and it wouldn't fit in our bedroom. I returned it with no problems, and I appreciated the service I got with it. They picked it up and it was a good experience even though I did have to send it back. Craftmatic has a good service and customer relations department.

This is our second Craftmatic bed. We loved the first one so much, we had it for 25 years. However, it was getting older, so we decided to buy another one, and we really like it. The rep was very good. She was informative as she explained everything to us, and told us the key pointers. I like raising my head up just a small amount, and it's easier to wake up when I raise the bed all the way up, too. There are also times when I need to put it up really high in the back going to the top because it helps my back, and I really like that. I would recommend the Craftmatic.

A friend of mine told me years ago that because of the work I did, I have to be kind to my back and get one of those adjustable beds. I've had a king size one for the last 50 years and I didn't know Craftmatic in those days, so eventually when I moved, I cut down to a queen size and that's when I got the Craftmatic. Then I had a little problem with the frame after more that 15 years of use, so I had to reorder and now I'm in my first year of my second Craftmatic which I love. I wouldn't have any other bed. It's so comfortable that there were many mornings that I hate to get out of it.

The first time we bought a Craftmatic bed was because I had low back pain. At that time, we bought two twin Craftmatic beds, so we had a full size with both my husband and I in the same room. However afterwards I was diagnosed with AMS and we had to move me into another room so we could add handicap accessories to help me get in and out of the bed. I wore out the vibrator on that bed, so my husband and I switched beds, because he doesn’t use the vibrator. After I wore out the vibrator on that bed, which took about 20 years, we bought a second Craftmatic bed completely a few months ago.

I enjoy being able to raise the head and the foot of the Craftmatic bed for comfort. I have lymphedema and I figured the Craftmatic adjustable bed would keep my legs elevated and will help the fluid flow. It does and makes the flow of the water go backward. So when I get off the bed, my legs are very skinny instead of all swollen. The bed is great for lymphedema and other lower extremity problems. It helps with my back and it’s very easy when I'm watching television. I don’t need multiple pillows.

I am not one to complain. I would rather just take care of business and wash my hands of a place. Craftmatic has, by far, the worst customer service I have ever seen! I have worked in customer service and call centers myself, so I know what it is like. Every single time I call, no one can help me. It is always, "we'll have someone call you" but then it take WEEKS for them to call. If I happen to miss their call, I have to call back and go through the same process over again! It takes about 4-5 rings just for someone to pick up the phone, then they put you on hold right away for another few minutes. The people are also not very friendly, but they sound like they are about one call away from snapping. You might think that maybe I am just whining, but I am a very patient person who tries to find the silver linings in every cloud. Craftmatic has no silver lining. Their cloud is all black.

The features of Craftmatic and its warranty made me buy a bed from them. I enjoy being able to move the head and the feet up at intervals so that I can pick up where I want and how I want to rest. All of the people at Craftmatic have been very nice, professional and friendly. I'm happy with the service and with everyone that we've talked to.

I’m very pleased with my Craftmatic adjustable bed. I purchased one since I had to have something to rest my neck on because I wasn’t sleeping well on my previous bed of about three and a half years. I enjoy the head piece tilting by itself because I can’t use a pillow. A pillow makes my head hurt. I get in my bed and I don’t have any problems with getting comfortable and sleeping and it’s a blessing to me to have a way to get comfortable. I have had 4 Craftmatic beds however the experience I had with the last one left me thinking I will never buy another. My remote wasn't working so I called them and when I gave them the model number they told me the bed belong to another person. It appears this bed bought new could have been 3 years old before I bought it. The manager would not answer my emails or have any excuse why this happened, it was the warehouse for Craftmatic that told me. So it seems I am sleeping in a bed bought new but might not have been. Never again Craftmatic.

Craftmatic have been in business for a very long time, so we decided to buy from them. My legs get swollen, and the feature of the bed that raise my legs up helps eliminate the swelling. Their staff are also excellent. All in all, it's a terrific bed and terrific value. I look forward to going to bed now.

I love that the motor has a great guarantee, that everything is assembled in the USA, the price is cheaper and it has better quality than any other beds made. Their staff forgot to bring the casters for my bed and it only took one phone call. Within in an hour, I received a callback. The casters to keep my bed from rolling are on their way to me.

I like Craftmatic beds and I have to have them, but I'm sick of them. The way I was treated after what I went through to get the right bed, I am very dissatisfied. I was never treated that rudely for one month and two weeks. I could not talk to anybody to tell them about my complaint 'cause they sent me the wrong bed and they refused to answer any of my phone calls. The people out in Florida, they put me on hold all day long. They answered the phone, put me on hold and left me there. No matter how many times a day I called, for one month and two weeks, every single day I did that. And I was surprised to find out that my 800 number that's on television in the west coast here is in Florida. That's stupid that we can't talk to anybody close by. I'm sure they have outlets here in the west coast.

I love my Craftmatic bed and I purchased it because of my back problems. I enjoy the adjustable part that I can recline my back because that way I can sleep in a position that is not flat and I can adjust it to what works for my back. I also like the dual mattress because that way my husband doesn’t have to sleep in the same position I’m in.

Two of my family members have had the Craftmatic bed and because of some physical limitations that I have, I decided to buy one too. The sales rep that I dealt with was absolutely wonderful and now that I have the bed, I'm delighted that I could elevate it and put it in different positions. As someone ages and becomes a senior or if you have any physical limitations, it is a very good tool to have in getting in and out of bed and being comfortable in the process.

I was for comfort that we bought Craftmatic bed. We like having the head and foot go up and down, and the massage. I sleep much more comfortably. Their sales rep was alright but I felt that I had a lot of problems with the bed and he was not getting them solved. But we finally managed though it took quite a while to get the problem straightened out. I hope Craftmatic don't send people out to work on beds that don't know what they're doing. They were lone servicemen and not people who work on Craftmatic Beds. I would still recommend the bed to other people though.

We've had Craftmatic since 1988. Our recent purchase with them is our third one and what I enjoy the most with the bed is the set of buttons that enable me to set it where I like it. I was after the adjustment in my Craftmatic bed and the comfort of it. I like the legs part because it lifts my legs up. Since I've had cervical surgery, I also got to have my head raised. The lady I talked to when I called their main office was very nice too. If somebody wants to buy a bed, this is the best one to buy because of the numerous features on it. I, however, didn't get the heated one because I never use heat. I recommended Craftmatic to many people.

The bed works fine. When I purchased this for my 100 lb. elderly mother she was very happy. Less than 3 years later the mattress has a sink hole where my mom's bottom is. No problem, the salesman said we had a warranty! We do, but she needs to pay $400!!! And the customer service woman who I finally spoke to (after several days of phone tag) was so rude and nasty. "I suggest you read the warranty" was my answer from her. Best to purchase your adjustable bed from Bob's or Sleep Number. Craftmatic needs to do better than this for customer service!

I checked a lot of other places and Craftmatic’s warranty was 100% better than anywhere else. My husband and I both enjoy raising the foot of the bed for our leg problems, and I enjoy lifting the bed's head because I have acid reflux. I talked to the Craftmatic sales rep online after checking some other companies. I was wondering a little bit at the price that the other companies have and they were a lot cheaper than his bed. But Craftmatic has a lot of features that are really phenomenal. I like the part that lifts up. I don’t need to have four pillows to raise me or my head up. I can raise from the back up to the head and that's what I enjoy the most. It also has the part that raises the feet and it has the wave, the massage and other features. It has a lot of things that I don’t use but they’re there for me to avail myself of it. It is a very, very unique bed.

I couldn't lay flat on my back because of a broken chest after a heart attack. Craftmatic then, was the only thing that made it comfortable enough for me to be able to lay down as I was able to adjust it to where there was no pain in my chest. I don't know what the other ones are like, but I made a wise choice because it's comfortable as I sleep and my rest is important. My king frame wrapped around the bed perfectly and it looks as if it's a normal bed although it is a twin separate Craftmatic adjustable. Now that I know about it being asembled in America is even more outstanding. Their people were very courteous which is a big thing with me nowadays. They answered all of my questions and were very conscious about keeping up with me about the delivery. Even though there were a few technical problems, they kept me very well informed and were very good about it. I'm dealing with back problems. I got the bed mostly for comfort, and the ease to get in and out of the bed and be able to move up and down and not just be in one flat position.

I bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed for health reasons. I have acid reflux, the bed's feature that allows for the head and leg part to go up seems to help. Their sales representative was very nice but the people that came in to put the bed in didn't know what they were doing. They did not really know how to install the motor and bled all over my carpet and walls. Craftmatic ended up sending another guy who finally got the bed to work. I suggest that Craftmatic have a class for their installers on how to put the bed together. Other than that, we really enjoy the bed. It's very pleasant and serving its purpose.

It's getting a little hard for me to get around and I thought Craftmatic's comfort would be right for me, so I bought one. I particularly enjoy the head elevation feature since I like to watch TV as well as put my head up a little bit when I sleep - that way I don't have to put the blanket under the bed anymore. He was very posh, kind, courteous, and informative. He did a good job of representing his product. We got together on the deal and I told him I’d pick a bed. Now, I get to enjoy being able to raise my feet and my head with the Craftmatic. But the bed sits a little bit too high for me and my wife. I'm 5'1" while my wife is shorter than me so she has to step up to get on it. But other than that, we like the bed and we would recommend them to a friend.
