One of us was snoring and keeping the other awake, so we bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed. We both love the bed's comfort, most of all, and we had a good experience with the sales representative.

We were convinced to buy a Craftmatic bed because of its price. They had a very good sales representative, too. My husband and I both have acid reflux and we enjoy being able to raise the head of the bed. It also helps with back issues.

Craftmatic has been around a long time, I've recognized them for a long time so I trusted them. I like being able to raise my head with my bed. That was what I was looking for and the massage feature was a plus. I have granddaughters and they like to sleep with me because they can do the massage thing. They've really enjoyed that as much I have. Thanks for that, Craftmatic. Also, the sales rep I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and tried to help me make up my mind on whether I should get it. I have recommended it to family and friends.

I have a back problem so I bought a Craftmatic. I like being able to sleep with my head elevated. I get home really late after work and then I eat something before going to bed. If my head is not elevated I may have some acid reflux. Also, it's practical usually for people who are getting older and who have back injury in their lifetime. I had a fantastic experience with the Craftmatic sales representative.

Craftmatic adjustable bed has a good reputation from word-of-mouth. However, the first sales representative from Craftmatic was not good, and which I thought was a little unethical. He rushed things and he didn't take the time to figure out what would be the best mattress for me. But the second woman who took my complaint was excellent. She solved the problem and all of my disagreement with the first salesman. She rectified everything. I enjoy the adjustable that goes backward and forward and I also use the massage occasionally. It's also has a fair price compared to others and the quality is very good, so I'm happy with that.

I have an older Craftmatic bed for close to 20 years. It was my parents' and they had the king twin that they put together. I got rid of one and kept one of the twin long and love it. However, it wasn't the size I wanted so I ordered a queen size. The mattress is great. I like the ability to raise and lower my head and feet. I have some lower back problems. The vibrator is just wonderful. My husband has some health issues as well. It's low enough that he can get into it, and position it to whatever is most comfortable.

He was very courteous, kind and asked if there was anything else that I needed to know. He asked if anyone has come out and has shown me the functions of the bed. He was very well-versed in the follow-ups as well. I've recommended Craftmatic to my niece and she has one.

My husband needed a bed that's set up like a hospital bed since he has a hard time when he lies flat. We bought a Craftmatic because of their "money back" offer along with everything I heard about the bed. I had my previous bed for 10 years, but when the acid reflux and all that other junk crept up from getting older, I couldn't lie down anymore. For about 3-4 months, I only sleep in bed a couple of nights in a week. Now that I have the Craftmatic bed, I realize all of the things said about it were the absolute truth - there's only been one or two nights nowadays when I couldn't get in bed and stay there. I think the bed's best feature is the adjustable base - it's like being in a chair. I am also very pleased with all their staff, from the sales people and the delivery team. So for people looking for a better bed and wanna be able to sleep good, I would strongly recommend the Craftmatic bed.

We got the two twins that make a king from Craftmatic. My husband has to sit up real high to sleep while I like sleeping a little flatter and when we turn over in bed, nobody knows it. We love that. I also love how easy it is to make it up by raising the head, getting the sheets on, then letting it down and smooth them out. It's the greatest bed for treating a disabled person, massaging them and really taking care of them. The comfort is great, and I also enjoy just sleeping on this bed along with the massage and the lift devices. There's also a great insurance backup on this bed. Also the sales representative was very knowledgeable, nice, took care of me, explained everything to me and was able to deliver in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with our old bed and it stayed in really good condition; however, it was not giving me the relief I needed for my back. I have problems with my legs and my back, and I'm supposed to sleep with the head of my bed elevated. And this is why I decided to buy a Craftmatic. Now the leg elevation helps my legs and the head elevation helps.

Good customer service was the reason I got a Craftmatic adjustable bed. The Craftmatic representative was a good salesman, but I had a few problems. I didn't have any good follow-up from the company. The problem was somewhere between the Craftmatic company and the company that handled the shipping. My salesman helped me with the bed and I liked him, but he wanted me to keep up why I wasn't getting my products on time. He said he did and when I kept up with him, I never heard from him again. As for the bed, I enjoy that it changes. I can sit up on it and watch TV, and it helps me to stay in bed and read. It helps my leg and back problems when I need certain setups for these. I use the bed like an overgrown La-Z-Boy.

I have a lot of back problems, and since purchasing the Craftmatic bed, I have been sleeping wonderful. I used to get up about anywhere from 3:00 to 4:00 but now I sleep until about 7:30 to 8:00 in the morning. It's been marvelous and I would recommend it to anybody.
