My husband said that the Craftmatic bed would be good for us and ordered it. I like the way it lays and I can sleep better at night. I can raise myself up and down anytime I want to and I don't have to get up.

My Craftmatic bed has been a great help to me. I've had brain tumor and back surgery, and the vibration of the bed helps me if I needed to be relaxed a little more. I like that I can elevate my head or my feet. I live alone and at times that I am needing help getting in and out of bed, that's been made possible by being able to adjust the bed. I wouldn't think of having anything other than a Craftmatic.

I like that Craftmatic is adjustable for the head and feet area. I like raising the head.

We had the worst experience and we are still stuck without our money, without beds and without any resolution! First, here is what the sales people don't tell you - if you want to return the beds or cancel the order for any reason it will cost you $650-$700 (for the return shipping). That by itself should have been a red flag for us- why they make it so expensive and difficult on you to return the beds if they are so confident and backing up their products? Well, now we know why - they don't back up their products and their customer service is simply absent! They are quick to take your money and then you are on your own. You better hope that everything will be ok with your order and you better love your bed because service or return will be impossible to schedule even if it's their mistake.

My experience with the Craftmatic sales representative was excellent. I have back issues so I got a Craftmatic adjustable bed in place of my 10-year-old bed. I enjoy raising the bed's head and foot part based on the position.

I was having very uncomfortable sleeps with back pain. When I looked at Craftmatic beds they offered all of the features of the more expensive beds at a much, much better price than what was being offered by the local furniture stores. The Craftmatic sales representative was very easy to talk to; however, there was a problem with the delivery and Craftmatic was very hard to reach at times. Nevertheless, the staff was very responsive. They responded to all of my inquiries and addressed them promptly. So, all things considered, I'm very happy with my experience with the Craftmatic company. Not only would I recommend them, but I'd buy another one if the opportunity arises.

I needed a bed where I could change elevations because I couldn’t sleep flat on my back. If it wasn’t for the Craftmatic sales rep being so good and giving me such a good deal, I probably would’ve gone somewhere else. But Craftmatic is the best. We got the dual king size bed, which was the same size as on my wife’s side as on my side. She can adjust hers and I can still go anywhere I need to with my side. I like the elevation of my head and shoulders when on the bed because that’s the only way I can sleep. It is a lot better than a recliner chair.

I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed because of my back and I enjoy using their elevated headrest.

I had an exceptional salesman 1-800-245-0205 Ext ** but the issue is I have not received a return authorization in my email as promised. My husband and I had explained our complaint to him and that we were unhappy with the Craftmatic bed and mattress and wanted it returned and wanted a refund, and he said a return authorization would be sent - I made a second call to my salesman and he said dept should have sent it and he would follow up on it. No email received yet so I sent two emails via "reply" to the emails that I had received from Craftmatic... and I stated, "I am having problems getting a return authorization emailed to me... Your help in this matter is requested... Thank you."

I have health problems and the Craftmatic is a very comfortable bed, so I bought it. It's the type of bed that I can raise up or put down. I sleep quite comfortably in it. Also, their sales rep was very good.

My parents paid $3300 for one of these adjustable beds 21 days ago and has yet to benefit from it because first the bed did not work, service guy came out saying it need a new part. Why would a brand new bed need a new part? Secondly only one remote was delivered with the bed so you can't use but one side of the bed. Now since they have paid for this expensive bed it has been impossible to reach customer service and when you do they have a poor attitude or they keep transferring you until phone hangs up. I definitely would not recommend Craftmatic. They did not deliver what they advertised.

I had lots of problems. The Craftmatic bed was suggested to me. I tried it and it worked. I like raising the head and the feet. And since using the bed, I sleep really good. I recommend it.

I compared quotes between the Easy Rest bed and the Craftmatic bed and found that Craftmatic was all around a better bed and had the better deal all the way around. It had more features and the massager. It can be moved if I wanted to move it from the head to the bottom. The Craftmatic was also half the price of the Easy Rest bed which was some $6,000.

I’ve been wanting a Craftmatic adjustable bed for years and decided to go ahead and order one. I like the way I can raise it up and down.

This company lost a sale before they even pitched it. I went to the website and filled out the form to request a free catalog. Everything went downhill from there. The next day I exchanged e-mails with salesperson Peggy ** who tried to pressure me into calling her. I told her repeatedly that I just wanted catalog sent to my home address. She refused and eventually told me they don't send catalogs. I then sent her pictures from the website of the catalog with the words "request catalog" (which is what I had done to begin with). She then sent me a very rude e-mail telling me to go somewhere else. I definitely will. No way would I deal with a company that treats me so disrespectfully. I had every intention of buying a Craftmatic bed. I just wanted to browse through a catalog instead of navigate a website for hours. If indeed they no longer send out catalogs, they should update their website that says they do.

I like Craftmatic being an adjustable bed and that was what prompted me to purchase it. I would recommend it to other people.

I tried a couple beds in the stores and the Craftmatic appealed to me. Mostly I use it because I don't have to have more than one pillow. I've been used to sleeping with two pillows and now I only use one. What I like about my bed is that I can use it with the remote control. With the older one that I had, I had to punch it in. I had a problem when they shipped it. They shipped the bed to Atlanta instead of Belleview, Florida and it took me three weeks before it caught up with me. That wasn't a very good experience, but everything else has been A1.

The Craftmatic Adjustable Bed is assembled in the United States of America and it has a very good name. I had five back and three neck surgeries so I like the adjustable part of the bed. It is wonderful and with a bad back it is so easy to change the sheets and blankets without getting down like I do with a regular bed. The bed is up off of the floor so it is so easy to dust and clean under and it's easy to move if I want to move it.

I got a Craftmatic bed as a Christmas present for my daughter because she has a lot of aches and pains and needs to raise and lower her head, put her feet up and all that kind of good stuff that the bed does. I like the fact that it rolls straight up. The bed moves very nicely. If you want to move it around, you'll have no problem with that.

Craftmatic has been around a long time. I looked at some reports and reviews on some of the other beds and they were not all that favorable but Craftmatic's were quite favorable. My experience with their sales representative was very positive. The bed came on time although there was a little delay in shipping because we live about 100 miles from anywhere. I had also had one problem with the bed and it was repaired very quickly and professionally. The servicemen came here, repaired the bed, and I haven't had any trouble with it since. I like how they actually called me back to be sure that I'm happy with the bed. And they've checked on me two or three times to ensure that my purchase has been positive, not like a lot a lot of businesses that forget you once they have your money. They have been insightful and been asking questions here and there.

The people from Craftmatic were very courteous and professional. They came in and set the bed up, and they showed me how to work it. They tested it out to make sure it worked fine, and then they were out the door. I'd recommend Craftmatic.

I loved being able to raise and lower the bed as needed by my body, but the mattress was getting worn out and I thought it was time for a new one, so I called and bought a new twin size bed. It was finally delivered almost a month from the time I was told it would be here. July of 2015.

I've been seeing Craftmatic on TV and I needed it. My back hurts so bad and I had both my knees replaced, and I couldn't get any sleep. And so I decided on getting a Craftmatic bed. I enjoy using the remote control. It lifts my legs up and gets it just in the right position for me to sleep soundly.

Craftmatic adjustable beds were supposedly good beds, so we bought it. I like that it raises up and down the best because that way, I can get more comfortable in the bed.

We had gotten one of the heavy Craftmatic bed originals 20 years ago, and because of our familiarity with the product, and because its bottom and top parts both lift, we decided to go with them again. Now, my husband's very happy with the bed and he frequently uses the head elevation. Our previous Craftmatic is just a regular one, so I think it’s been improved because he can now raise and lower it as needed as opposed to a regular bed. He just retired and he’s got a lot more health issues now. But he seems a lot happier with this bed. However, whenever he tries to use the massaging part, it sounds like a truck running. It’s loud and I don’t know if it’s something with them putting it together but it’s been that way ever since day one.

We needed a bed that would fit in our upstairs. We have an old house and it’s difficult to get a larger size mattress upstairs so we wanted the split base. I like the fact that the head and feet of the Craftmatic raise and the convenience of their team coming into my home and assembling the bed for us so we didn’t have to do it.

The sales representative was wonderful and I enjoyed many of the tips that she was able to give me to make the bed a little bit more enjoyable. I purchased my first Craftmatic bed in 1999 due to a back condition, but it was broken and I could not get it repaired. So I called Craftmatic once again to get me another one. I'm thankful I did. I enjoyed talking to their very kind sales reps. They showed me how to use the bed and gave me a lot of advice. I enjoy being able to lift my head up, especially my feet, for better circulation. I would have no other bed - those hospital beds can't touch a Craftmatic bed. I wonder why the hospital doesn’t have such beds when you have to stand there for a long period of time. The elevated foot and head of the Craftmatic bed are my favorite features. The length they've been in business led me to buy from them. Their sales rep was very good. However, there was confusion when they shipped the incorrect mattress the first time. I like all of the features of the Craftmatic bed especially the vibrating part of it from head to toe. It relaxes me and helps me sleep. My two cats love the bed too. I enjoy the adjustability and the independent operation of both sides of the Craftmatic. I have to elevate and then go to a level setting numerous times during the night, and I can do it quietly without disturbing my wife. It's an extremely comfortable bed.

I had a terrible time getting the bed delivered to my parents' home. They are elderly and it had to be done within a specified time. But other than that, everything else was fine. They like being able to raise the head and they also enjoy the legs massage.

Being able to raise the bed at the top and having bad health are the reasons I got a Craftmatic bed. I've had it now for over 15 years. I enjoy its comfort the most. I decided to purchase a Craftmatic adjustable bed. Among its features, I love its ability to change the feet and head position to make it more comfortable and to take the most amount of pressure off of my feet. The sales rep was excellent, accommodating, informative and knowledgeable. The delivery crew was wonderful. They were clean, courteous, helpful and took the time to explain how to use the bed properly which was a lot easier than using a manual. So I appreciated that too. And my follow-up call for customer satisfaction was excellent also.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed. I like that it's adjustable from the head, the lower legs, and the feet. The sales reps processed my order, and I received it promptly. It's very expeditious and my experience has been excellent. The only thing I'm a little apprehensive of, that one of their customer representatives went over with me, is to see people spend that kind of money and they come back to me and say, "You know, I could get a bed that performs the same function for a thousand dollars less or more." That's up to the consumer themselves. There's quality in the Craftmatic that may not be available on those cheaper ones. But other than that, it's a very satisfactory organization and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

When Craftmatic installed our adjustable bed to replace our previous 3-year-old bed, we were told that they were going to put the Craftmatic beds together so they wouldn’t come apart but we ended up having to put the beds together ourselves. They built the bed but because we got a king so it was two twins. I guess they missed a few steps when they installed it. Nevertheless, I enjoy the reclining feature of the bed the most.

I thought the Craftmatic would help me and it does by elevating my feet because my feet swell. They have a very good sales rep.

The sales rep was very precise and had a lot of information, and made us understand the importance of the features on the Craftmatic bed. I enjoy being able to adjust the head and feet, and also the massage function.

The bed itself has been wonderful, we have had it for 5 months. However our puppy chewed the electrical cord to it while it wasn't plugged in thank goodness. But when trying to get the part for it I had left several messages over the past week and haven't gotten a return call. I spoke with somebody today and she apparently couldn't hear as I gave her my name and she asked for it again and said "can I take a message for them." I was upset because this is the first person I have spoken with live in regards to parts and she was rude. She told me she wasn't a mind reader and was rude when I was trying to explain my dilemma. Needless to say I hung up on her. $5000 dollar bed and you can't even get a simple part for it due to poor customer service. PATHETIC!

The cost and the good quality of the materials in a Craftmatic bed made me get one. I enjoy the massage the most. Their sales rep was also fine.

This is our second purchase from Craftmatic. We had one that we had to leave behind with some friends and I wanted it replaced. There was nothing wrong with it, I just wanted another Craftmatic bed. The sales rep was wonderful, very polite and got to the point. It wasn't a sales pitch that he had to sell us on. Also, it's always been fabulous customer service and follow-through. I'm very happy. However, on one side of our bed, because we have the gel one, it doesn't seem to be popping back up like it should be. But, I love its ability to raise or lower my head for body comfort. If I needed to, I would buy a third. I have recommended them and have a friend that's going to buy one.

I have a disease called Mixed Connective Tissue. It is very hard for me to get comfortable and I never thought I'd be able to sleep in a bed again, but I was finally able to get off my couch and sleep in a bed. Thank goodness for my mother for buying me the Craftmatic bed - I use it to adjust my body, feet, legs and back which is wonderful. I really enjoy the bed. Their sales rep was fantastic, too.

Reclining the bed has made my sleep and reduced my snoring. The Craftmatic is a very comfortable bed and I sleep all night long now.

When we saw what the Craftmatic bed would do and that it was made in the United States, we decided to purchase it and my wife had a good experience with their sales representative. We used to have a waterbed frame for about 30 years, but then they took our waterbeds out and put in an insert for the last seven years. It has a wood frame which made my muscle dystrophy worse, but the Craftmatic bed has a metal frame where I'll be able to put a bar system and raise myself up by hand or lift me up if I need help to get out of bed. I enjoy being able to get out of if easy since I had trouble getting out of the other bed and it's very comfortable to raise the head if need to or to prevent heartburn, and I can raise my legs and use the vibration. Everything that it has is very unique.

However, the top mattresses wore out, and since I could get the whole bed cheaper than I could the mattresses, I decided to just buy the whole thing again.
