Our first Craftmatic was in the 70's and it lasted a long time. We kept that one and we bought the second bed (smaller). The sales rep was excellent. I like the Craftmatic because it's adjustable.

I’m pretty much satisfied with my Craftmatic adjustable bed. It cost a little more than other beds, but it is well worth it. I haven’t had it that long and I’m now getting used to it. It’s definitely a nice bed and I would buy another one. The two very nice gentlemen from Craftmatic did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was having problems with my back and also have fibromyalgia. I was trying to find a bed that would help me sleep more comfortably at night. With our Craftmatic I enjoy being able to adjust the bed because at night when I go to sleep, I always raise my feet up and it helps my back. I do a lot of reading, and I enjoy that I can put my bed in a reading position to read. It's been a year since I got this bed and the sleeping experience has changed so dramatically that sometimes it’s almost unbelievable. As for the sales rep, my experience was, nowadays, better than most because most of the time whenever I talk to a representative from a company, they not only will ask me to buy whatever they’re trying to talk me into, but they have other things on the side they want to talk about. When I purchased a Craftmatic, I was after the price and comfort. I like that I am able to adjust the head and legs position, and I also like its vibration feature. The sales rep we dealt with was very good and it only took a while to get things set up and ordered.

I bought my Craftmatic bed online and the experience was terrific all through. I had to delay and wait to put the order in because my room was under construction, and everything was delivered and set up perfectly. I love the vibrator. It turns off automatically after 20 minutes and I use it to go to sleep every night. When I had a problem with it, I notified Craftmatic and within a couple of days or less, they had someone out here that replaced that vibrator and it's worked perfectly since then.

I have a problem with my back and I have to keep the bed raised up for another problem with a hiatal hernia. The Craftmatic bed helps. I was experiencing physical pain and having been in the hospital, the adjustable bed helped. So I thought I needed a Craftmatic at home. I have a king size bed and I had the gentleman who installed it, set it up. I can sleep vertically, I can sleep horizontally and it's wonderful that way. My favorite feature of the bed is its massage ability. I also enjoy how I can bend the bed up when I do the sheets on the bed, and it makes it easier to change the sheets. It takes two of us to do it but that's a wonderful feature. But I'd like a couple of memory settings on it like I have in the car. I've got two or three memory settings that I can get the seat to go and I would love to have that on the bed. It's a wonderful product and I love having it.

I had a number of Select mattresses for about 10 years and after listening to some of the people who previously had them, I decided to purchase a Craftmatic adjustable bed. I enjoy the bed because of the fact that I can raise my legs and shoulders at a different rate and since I have back trouble, it takes pressure off the spine. Unfortunately, I dropped my remote and it cannot be replaced but we would not replace our beds with anything other than Craftmatic. Their sales rep, Peter, was wonderful. We purchased a Craftmatic that is king size, which is two twins. The elevation of head feature takes the strain off. I also like turning the mattress and twirling it around so that one side doesn't get all the weight from the person sitting on that side of the bed. The bed works good.
