Being a senior and needing something better, I purchased this Craftmatic bed. It’s been so many years ago. I’ve had mine for so long, I can’t remember. But everything, from the sales rep to the delivery team, was just fine. Real good. This bed is excellent! I’ve had arthritis for years. Well, I can’t say it’s done too much for arthritis but it makes me a more comfortable bed.

My wife and I sleep differently so we needed the individual adjustments. I saw Craftmatic on TV and it was time to update our mattress. That’s how I ended up purchasing it. Everything went fine. No problems. Just very smooth. My favorite feature of the bed would be the vibration. It does what it’s advertised to do.

My mother and stepfather, about 25 to 30 years ago, got a Craftmatic. They were getting up in age, I’m around that now, and they really enjoyed theirs right up to the end. As a matter of fact, the Craftmatic has been passed down to my oldest daughter and her husband. I’ve got some medical conditions. I tried using a wedge in a regular bed. That didn’t work. For medical reasons I got the Craftmatic because I can get the head and foot elevation. And I could get up the way a hospital bed works, only a little more comfortable.

I get a good night’s sleep out of my Craftmatic, when I don’t have to go to the bathroom, of course. I had a hip revision last fall and it was hard for me to get into my other bed. It was so high. And this is lower and it was much easier for me to get in/out of bed. I also like the fact that the back goes up and down and the front goes up and down. It’s good for your circulation when your legs come up a little bit. I like it a lot! Their people were very efficient too.

The first I’ve heard of Craftmatic was on commercials 10 or 15 years ago. When my wife was having our babies, she commented on how nice it would be to have a hospital bed in our bedroom. After a few years when we can afford such a thing, I started researching online on adjustable beds. I was first looking at the Select Comfort but they wouldn’t service the area. They wouldn’t deliver, set up, things like that. Then we looked at Tempur-Pedic and we actually bought a memory foam cover for our box-spring bed and it did no good whatsoever. We kind of shied away from that. Plus, the cost of the adjustable Tempur-Pedic was pretty high. And then it dawned on me, “Well, why not Craftmatic?” Because I remembered the commercials. So I did some research on them. They serviced our area. They deliver and set up. And it was just an overall very good experience. It’s the last bed we’ll buy.

We had done some shopping and they were very competitive in their price. The bed is great and their service was very good. When it was originally delivered, we had some kind of a problem. We called them up. They got somebody out here and they fixed it. The service is great. The product is good. We like the ability to be able to raise the head, raise the feet. Without going into what some of our medical problems are, it is very beneficial to us to be able to do that. Our experience with them has been just A1.

Many years ago, I had a Craftmatic bed and I had always liked it. My wife has back problems so we got an adjustable bed for her so she could adjust her position and her legs. It allows her to get into some good positions and she can get up easier in the morning. Then we moved to Georgia and we started seeing it on commercials on TV and decided that we wanted to invest in another Craftmatic bed. The sales rep took a long time with us and was very cordial. It was a good experience. I wasn’t here when they brought the Craftmatic bed in. My wife was here but all in all, that was an okay experience. I’d recommend it to a friend.

I first heard about Craftmatic from the TV commercials and there were quite a few around that time and I called and inquired about it. Because I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for about 4 or 5 years. And I can’t lie in a regular bed. It hurt my ribs and hips. And at the time, I had a Sleep Number bed but it didn’t improve my sleep at all.

I knew of Craftmatic since they began, I guess, many years ago, but really never thought I’d need one. But I’ve had a lot of back issues. I had a knee replacement and a hip replacement and I can sleep only on my back. When I turn on my side right or left, I have about 20 minutes to half an hour and then I start having pain. So I was trying everything. I was sleeping in a reclining chair. I’m not even sleeping in my bed anymore. And I finally said, “I just got to get an adjustable bed.” And it was not specifically at that point that I went out and started looking with that thought in mind. But I saw an advertisement on TV for Craftmatic and I said, “Oh, I know about Craftmatic beds.”

We saw the bed on TV and we’ve been thinking about it as a therapeutic bed. I have some low back pain and my wife has some knee problems. And we went on the internet and found one that we really wanted. That was the Craftmatic. The bed is helping with my back problems. The sales rep and installation team did well. The bed works as advertised and the people were nice.

I’ve had a Craftmatic bed for years. I think it was just a name that I’ve heard plus it was the kind of bed that I was interested in. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and so I thought it was time to get something comfortable. It really does help a lot, just being able to get my feet up when I need them up and my knees is more comfortable. The sales representatives were awesome. The delivery team just came in, set it up, asked me if I had any questions, and they showed me how to run the up and down. Basically, it’s a very simple bed. So they were all real good. I’d recommend them to a friend.

This is the 2nd one I bought. I just bought it recently. I always did want one and I got it. I’m very comfortable with it. The delivery, they were a little rough with putting the frame and the sideboards, they really scratched them on top. It just doesn’t matter. It doesn’t show. That’s about the only thing. Outside of that, everything is running well. I have been recommending it to my friends.

It was over 25 years ago. I just needed something to raise my head and raise my feet and I’d seen the Craftmatic advertisements and I decided that’s me. So I got on the phone and made a deal and they brought me out a bed. And it was supposed to be just a regular bed. When they got here, I had my choice of the regular bed or queen sized and I picked the queen sized. And they put it in and after they left, I realized I didn’t have any receipts.

I had a very good experience with Craftmatic. I like the bed a lot and even my husband is enjoying it now. I first heard about it on television, a commercial, and I developed problems in my legs so I had to lay with my leg elevated above my head. And when I saw the commercial, I spoke to my husband about it and I checked around with other adjustable beds and I found that this one would be the best one. And it has helped. The sales reps and the installation team were excellent. They were mannerly and courteous and they were on time and the salespeople were extremely helpful in their manner of explaining things to me. And I can’t say enough good things about them. They are excellent!

It was back in 1970 in the Boston area. And I don’t recall how we first knew about Craftmatic but my first husband and I ordered two of them back then and loved them and they were remarkably good. One of them sort of gave out after more than 30 years, almost 40 years. And the other had given out a little bit. So last fall, I ordered a new one for myself, not realizing that very shortly I was going to be married. And so then, we ordered a second one to match it. And that’s our history with the Craftmatic beds. They’ve been wonderful. They are very good.

I was impressed with the salesperson from Craftmatic. And so, I thought after hearing their sales pitch that I was leaning towards Craftmatic. But the thing is, I did not make a decision that day. I’m not one that goes for high pressure, well-this-is-the-only-day-we’ll-offer-this-special-type person. I explained that right away before he even got into it. He gave me a sales pitch and I left him basically hanging because I was not ready to make a decision. I don’t know if he realized how expensive these adjustable beds are. In the long run, I went back and forth with several phone calls and I got the type of bed I wanted, and so that’s why I went with Craftmatic.

I first heard about Craftmatic years ago when I was younger. I think a friend of mine’s parents had that type of bed. I started wanting to sleep on my back and when I did on a flat bed, I started having back problems. So my doctor was saying, “Try pillows under your knees,” and all this kind of stuff. I wasn’t having back problems before. I just wanted to start sleeping on my back, as crazy as it is. I’m a woman in my 40s and I hear the more you sleep on your side, the more wrinkles on your face. So the pillows on my knees, I said, “This is ridiculous.” And so I remember my friend’s parents having a bed and I know that I’d seen them in the stores but I just knew that this was a company that had been around longer than any of the others.

I love my Craftmatic beds. I’ve slept so good since I had them. I wasn’t sleeping very good. I’d recommend them.

I wanted to try the bed because I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my back and I have had steroid shots and this and that and they didn’t seem to be doing any good. And then I thought, “Well, let’s give this a try and see what happens. I’ve got to do something.” So we went ahead and we ordered the bed and that was it. The bed has helped. I didn’t have to have an operation or anything like that. I just had a back problem that needed to be taken care of. After I received that bed and started using that bed every night, it was absolutely wonderful to wake up in the morning and not having the back pain.

Eleven years ago when my husband died, we had a king bed and then I wanted to get rid of that and that’s when I got my first Craftmatic, but I got a twin. And I had that up until last year. And that’s when I traded that in for a full sized bed. Everything with the sales rep and delivery team worked out well.

I had a terrible, terrible case of GERD. And yes, the Craftmatic bed helped. My favorite feature is I can put it up high enough. I can see my TV better than lying flat on my bed for one thing. And then I lower it down some when we’re going to sleep. It’s a comfortable bed. However the delivery team was not all that great. They nicked my wall. And I have a custom paint job in here and he didn’t even say, “Oh, I’ll get that fixed,” or anything else. He just said, “Oh, sorry,” and that was the end of that. So I had to fix it myself. I’d have to give them a 4 because of that. Overall, the experience is pretty good.

I was familiar with the name, Craftmatic. I’ve heard it for years. I guess I saw an advertisement on TV and it kind of made me think that maybe that might be something that I should get for our son. Our oldest son is 43. He has a medical condition and we thought that it would be ideal for him. We used to have to prop him up on a lot of pillows. So he can’t lay flat or anything. He has to be propped up and the bed helped. The salesperson was very helpful and answered all my questions. The delivery team was fine. They did a good job. They brought it in, set it up, gave me instructions, and gave him instructions. It was fine, good experience. I’d recommend them.

I first heard about Craftmatic from advertisements on TV. My husband had been sick in the hospital for seven months off and on and they wanted to get a hospital bed in here and I said, “No, I’ve seen enough hospital beds.” So I decided I’m going to get a Craftmatic bed. That way, he can put himself up or down or whatever he wants to do. And also, the nurses and the aides that come to see him can also put him up. The bed is helping for sure.

I had done significant research on all electric beds that allowed a certain height and had certain features that was necessary for the condition that we have. I didn’t look at price. I looked at people’s opinions, the particular features of the bed, and the differences in height, and Craftmatic came out as the top. The sales rep was a lady. It was over a year ago. She was very, very helpful because it was a decision that needed to be made when there were so many home circumstances that were very difficult. And she led me through the process that made it as easy as possible to coordinate the delivery and also to select the right bed. They were very customer friendly during a difficult time of my life.

I worked in a hospital and my mom had broken her leg and I needed to get her some type of bed that would lift up and help her get out to be able to get more mobile when she got out of rehab. And that’s where I looked into Craftmatic. When I saw the advertisements, I liked the advertisements. The bed has helped big time with my mom. It still does. The sales rep and delivery team were excellent. They were really, really good and very helpful. No problem at all. I would highly recommend them. I thought the bed was pricey but when I got it and my mom used it, she loved it. The mattress is so comfortable, it’s so worth it. And it did exactly what I needed it to do for her, to help her at the time. And even now, because of her condition, she does elevate the head and the shoulders and that’s also very important for her with her problems.

We’ve been hearing about Craftmatic and seeing them on TV. I’ve got a bad back. I can’t lay flat and the bed has helped a little bit. My favorite feature is the one where the feet go up and the back goes up. I like the bed very much.

We needed a new bed. So we thought the adjustable bed would be good. We had been looking to get a new bed that was like the Craftmatic. We looked at several ones. We looked locally and we just decided we liked the Craftmatic the best. It is helping. Interaction with the sales rep went flawlessly. The only thing that stood out was the delivery of the bed. It did take a little bit longer than what I had anticipated for them to come up. They had to reschedule once. And that was it. My favorite feature of the bed is that both sides are adjustable. My wife absolutely loves the bed and we’ve had it for a year and we’ve had no problems whatsoever. It has met our expectations.

I’ve had a Craftmatic bed for about 13 or 14 years now. Somebody came to my house. They come around door to door. I bought the first one. I was out in Arizona and I moved back here. I had no way to move the bed. So I sold it out there and I came back here and I bought another set. We’re both old and crippled up and we need a good night’s sleep. You raise yourself up. I’ve got problems with the shoulder and back problems. I’m 88 years old and my wife’s 85. So we enjoy it quite a bit. It’s helping. I wouldn’t be without one. Interactions with the sales rep and delivery team were fine. They were great.

I got hurt and so sick to the extent that I couldn’t sleep in a bed and I slept in a chair. So I slept in a chair, I guess, for six or seven years. I finally said to the wife, “This is stupid. I’m going to be in this chair until I die.” I said, “This Craftmatic company, I’m going on the internet and look them up,” and I did. They seemed to be pretty good, so I sent for them. They came up and they weren’t exactly perfect when they got here, I mean, in the sense that I was comfortable. The situation is they send you a mattress that’s hard on one side, less hard on the other. And if you don’t like it, for shipping, you can call them up and they’ll send you a soft mattress. So we call them up and I got soft mattresses. And that was like the greatest thing in the world that ever happened to me.

My husband was to the point where he hated the bed we were in. He couldn’t sleep. He was using the recliner and I’ve told him for a number of years the kind we needed was a reclining bed. We checked out some others but I guess the reputation of Craftmatic and what we’ve heard about it was why we went with them. The bed has helped. He’s able to sleep in the bed. The sales rep and delivery team were all really good. Our favorite feature of the bed is probably the positions. It’s fantastic! If it’s not comfortable one way, you can fix it another way.

I was looking for a bed that could be lifted vertically as well as horizontally. I have multiple sclerosis and so I needed one not just for current needs but possible long-term needs. I couldn’t find one that suited me locally, so I just looked in the yellow pages and saw Craftmatic and called them. So far the bed is meeting all of those needs. It’s just very comfortable. I guess the main criteria that I had to meet the first time I bought it was it had to be low enough so that I could get into it. So that was the first criteria. And then the others were just more icing on the cake, you might say. I would say it’s excellent!

I got a friend who has had one for a long time and I was having trouble. And I was in the hospital four times last year. And it was so uncomfortable sleeping on four or five pillows so I decided that I would get a bed. So then I looked in the phonebook, in the yellow pages, and I found Craftmatic, and I ordered it. I can say the bed is helping me. My favorite feature is probably the massage and also that my feet go up and my head goes up. And the Craftmatic people were very good.

I decided to contact Craftmatic as I wanted to sleep in a bed. I couldn’t sleep in a bed before. I’m having lower back problems so I couldn’t sleep on my back and also have shoulder problems. I couldn’t sleep on either shoulder. I’ve got a hernia. I can’t sleep on my stomach. The good thing is I can sleep on my back now.

I just wanted an adjustable bed so I talked my husband into it and we bought one. I’m on my third one. I really like Craftmatic! I like that I can sit up in it and watch TV. I had a very nice experience with the Craftmatic sales rep and installers. They’re great!

I had been hearing about Craftmatic for a while. That was my main thing. It wasn’t a fly by night type of company. But what made me decide to go with them is I got neck and back injury and I have problem sleeping because it’s hard to lay flat, lay in one position. So I was looking for an alternative. And so I decided to check them out. My sleep is better than it was. It’s not a cure all but it’s better. The only part I don’t like about it is the split bed. I wish they could figure out a way to make that not as intrusive. So far so good.

Of course, I knew about Craftmatic for years from advertisements in newspapers or magazines and on television. But how I came about to doing it, I had been diagnosed a year ago with esophageal cancer and I had an operation where they actually removed my esophagus. The end result was I had to sleep in an inclined position. I would not be able to lay flat any longer. When I was discharged a year ago from the hospital and I came home, I slept in chairs. There was no way I could sleep in a bed. That’s how I came by to order the Craftmatic bed.

I was just looking on the internet and looked through it and I just picked Craftmatic. I wanted to get something I could sit up with. And the vibrating and stuff like that, I like that. I do sit up in bed and watch TV, so it’s comfortable.

I had a heart attack, and I was having problem sleeping, but I couldn’t prop up my bed. My pillows and all that didn’t do it. I went online and did some looking around to see what type of beds we could have and I decided to go with a Craftmatic. It’s helping me get a better night’s sleep, because I finally got to where I could actually sleep laying down. It’s ideal because now I can go to bed early, watch some television, and so on. I’m 87 years old. So it’s kind of a relief.

I saw Craftmatic on a magazine then we saw it advertised on TV, I think. And I called my son and said, “This is what I need.” And he bought it for me. I’ve had some bad back problems and I’ve had both my knees replaced so getting up and down was beginning to be a problem for me. The Craftmatic bed has helped with that. I’d say it’s lifesaving because when I got my bed, I was sitting in my chair to sleep because I couldn’t lay down flat. And the sales team and delivery were wonderful. They were here right when they were supposed to be. They just got in, got it together, and got out. They were very nice.

I was having problems so by lifting up the head of the Craftmatic bed, I was able to sleep a lot better at night. I saw it on the television. So I called one of the salesmen and he came out and talked to us about it, and we decided to buy one. The experience with the sales rep and delivery team was very satisfactory. They told me how long it would take to get the bed, then they came and they set it up and everything. I’ve never had any problem with them on it.

I had bought a brand-new mattress I paid $1700 for and I couldn’t sleep in it. I saw the ad and I was having problem sleeping and I was having head problems at the time and it was just terrible. So I talked to my daughter who’s a nurse and decided to go ahead and check it out. So she did and ordered it. Sometimes the Craftmatic is helping me get a better night’s sleep. I think I like the leg adjustment best. The interactions with the sales rep and installers were very nice. No problems. They’re very cooperative. It was fine.

This is the second set of bed we’ve had. My wife is handicapped. She’s got to have a hospital-bed-type bed that you can raise the back and foot. The Craftmatic is helping her with all of that. The crew was good and they were here when they said they’d be here. They got it in and got it all set up pretty quickly. It was positive. The Craftmatic bed makes our life easier!

My twin sister has Craftmatic. She tried them for almost 20 years. She recommended those over the Tempurpedic ones that are advertised. She said she and her husband have never had a problem with them. My husband was having a problem so we decided to go with them. And the bed’s helping with the problem. We like being able to put it in different positions. Best product we’ve ever bought! Not to mention, the delivery team was good. They were like 2 days late, but they deducted some of the price off the Craftmatic for our inconvenience because we had no bed to sleep in. They gave us a discount on it because of that problem.

Originally I saw Craftmatic on TV. I took a chance. My husband’s disabled and needed help with things. It’s really a blessing for us. The bed has helped. I like the fact that you can raise the head up a little bit and sit in different heights. I’ve been extremely satisfied.

We heard about Craftmatic between 35-40 years ago when we got our first Craftmatic bed. Very honestly we were young and lazy, so we wanted a bed where we could sit up and watch TV. Recently 2 years ago, we called up and we saw it on TV and said, “Hey, let’s get some new Craftmatic bed,” which we did. Because the old one we have has the cable that went to the motor, and the new one is remote control, so we thought we’d modernize.

We’ve had this bed for almost over a year now. We purchased one because of my husband’s problems, and it’s very much so helping him. He can sleep elevated. For me I like the part where I can raise my legs up and it kinda help circulation, my tired feet or something.

I’ve heard about Craftmatic for years. I saw the new commercial that they had. Actually I was in a hospital when I had my surgery. And they’ve had the adjustable beds in the hospital and I would sit comfortable. When I got out of the hospital, I decided to check into it and see if I could get one so I called Craftmatic. I found them up on the computer. They gave me financing and I wouldn’t have gotten one. It’s nice and it’s what I needed.

My husband talked to a salesman very long extent and it was a very good conversation. It was very informative. Then we decided that maybe we would get a Craftmatic. They were great and outstanding. They were very friendly. They did their job as a team. They worked real good together. They did everything just right.

It’s probably in 1978 when I first got our Craftmatic bed. We tried it and we really liked it. Things change where I didn’t need the double twins, king size, I ended up getting the regular size so I enjoy it. It helps my legs as far as swelling and also for the back and just the comfort of it. I have recommended it to people as far as what they have. I always said, “Craftmatic is what I’ve got and enjoy.” My daughter has another kind that goes like that but she got it before I got the Craftmatic.

I’ve heard about Craftmatic beds for years. And then I was looking on the computer and I really needed it for health reasons. I really liked this lady, Virginia, that I talked to. She really was very helpful to me. I had so many questions and she was so informative. What I didn’t like, when the bed did come, it was missing a bottom bar and they had to take the bed back because it was damaged. It seems like somebody may have sent that back or they picked up the wrong bed. That shouldn’t have come out. So I was held up for a while waiting for another bed to come. I couldn’t use it when it was set up. I wasn’t happy with that part but stuff happens.

I have severe sleep apnea and I had the CPAP machine and everything. When I moved from Georgia back home here to Santa Barbara, one of the things I wanted to do was get an adjustable bed. I had been researching Craftmatic for quite some time. I just found that based on their design, the fact that they have spring, and that they have been in business for so long. I checked out some of the other beds like the Sleep Number and some of those other beds, but it seemed like too much hype. You can adjust a number kind of thing. And people that I had talked to that had different beds, but of course, they’re older, they’re seniors. I’m in my late 50s. I like the fact that it was the only one that I found on the market that actually has a safety feature underneath like my mom has one - and hers is a different company. The way they have the motor underneath is not very child and pet friendly. In other words, they’ve had incidents of children and pets getting trapped and injured. But the Craftmatic has a safety feature in there that that doesn’t happen. I like that feature.

We bought a Craftmatic for my husband. He was in rehab and he was tired of the hospital bed. So we just started looking. We had a little trouble at the beginning because of the height. It was supposed to be a certain height but they came and changed it and made it to the height it was supposed to be. We took all these measurements. But everything went well. I’d say they were courteous and very helpful. They came and done it and we just had to wait a little while before they could get back to do it. It was especially made so he could get in and out of bed. So this one was lower.

I believe that we saw Craftmatic on TV, but we knew about it. My husband’s got Lou Gehrig’s disease. He didn’t want a hospital bed and he wanted me to be able to sleep with him in bed. That’s the reason why we purchased it. I have acid reflux and it helped me with that. Then I had some surgeries to my face and I had to be at a 45-degree angle. So that helped. And then being able to raise the legs also kind of balanced that position out. That’s how my husband slept the whole time. I think it’s a great product for anybody that needs to adjust their bed for their illness or whatever.

My husband was very ill and he had to more or less sit up to sleep. And so we had heard of Craftmatic beds. With Medicare’s help back in those days, we got a Craftmatic and I got a twin one - one for him and one for me. I put the two of them together. We made them up separately but put a spread over the top so it looked like a king sized bed. And so I had that until last year. Then I had been very ill and the mattress was beginning to show some wear. After 30 years, you would think it might. So consequently, I just went back to Craftmatic and I was going to get a mattress but ended up with two beds. The delivery team was very, very nice and they set it up and then showed me the new setting and everything. They showed me how to use it. They were very, very nice. And as far as the team from Craftmatic, they’ve been really great.

I have had two sets of them. I got my Craftmatic several years ago and then when they started getting older, I wanted to replace the mattress so I just bought another set. Craftmatic has been around probably the longest. I’ve heard a lot about them. And then buying the first set and having such luck with them, it just made me purchase that again instead of any other brand. I knew there were a lot of other brands out but I knew that I also liked the Craftmatic so I just purchased it again. I enjoy them because mostly I can watch the TV bette. That also helps with that.

My wife and I both have medical problems. That’s the reason we wanted one. And we knew about Craftmatic for a long time because a friend of ours had one. We didn’t know about any other adjustable beds at the time. We only looked at Craftmatic.

My daughter found Craftmatic on the internet, on her computer. She was the one that went through to get it because at that time, I was very sick and I needed a special bed so I could get in and out of it good. So she went ahead and made the purchase for me. Everything went through and my doctor agreed and so forth. Then just one thing followed right through another, and then I finally got it. The delivery people did well. They put it up for me and there was no problem. I never did get a headboard, but I still got the tools and everything. About two years ago, I started paying on it and I finally got it paid for. Then I’m expecting my insurance to reimburse me but they haven’t done it yet.

Years ago, I wanted to get a Craftmatic but I could never afford it. I have known about Craftmatic beds and I’ve heard about them. I just wanted to try a Craftmatic bed so I got one. I like that it raises up, puts the head up in an angle. It’s helped me with acid reflux. I also like the massage. It helps my back. And it’s easy to change your sheets. It’s very nice. I have had a problem with my massage thing and they came right out and repaired it. They’re pretty good.

Two and a half years ago, I was involved in a serious car accident that quite frankly I should not have lived through. Almost every joint from wrist on down through ankles was damaged or broken in the accident. So I have a lot of arthritis and they’re still working on trying to control my pain. So having a bed that you can elevate and take pressure off of certain points in the body is very helpful.

I love my ex-husband. He was overweight and he was having lower back issues, so he couldn’t sleep flat. Our older daughter who lives with him was saying, “Mommy, he sleeps in a recliner every night because he can’t sleep flat on a bed.” And then every time he came out to visit, he would sleep in a recliner and I just said, “This is ridiculous.” So I started looking up bed companies and everybody that had an adjustable bed didn’t have the 30-day trial period. So I was very hesitant to buy him the Craftmatic because I didn’t know the hardness or what thickness of the mattress to get him or whatever. So I took a shot because they said there was a 30-day in-home free trial. I bought him the bed. The salesperson was very nice. The delivery went well. I had it shipped to him in Brooklyn.

I heard about Craftmatic in 1988. Back in 1988, they had Craftmatic and they had another brand. We tested them both out and decided the Craftmatic was the way to go. My mother, sister and I bought one that same year. I got it just for basically a good night’s sleep. I didn’t have any health problems. Back then, I was in my 30s. I moved to Florida from Ohio last year and I had the bed for approximately 30 years. I sold it because it was too heavy to take along.

I had both hips replaced and I was having trouble sleeping laying flat on my back. I had been sleeping before that in a recliner chair because I had to sit up in order to sleep. So then my sister came up with the idea of getting one of those Craftmatics. She was the one that found it and I think she saw it advertised on TV or something like that or maybe in a magazine. I had heard of them before myself though on TV. We didn’t really check into any other brand. My sister suggested that I get one. I said, “Fine.”

My back was broken. I had vertebrae replaced and I have to sleep. I can’t lay flat. If I go to a hotel on a trip or something, I just ask for five pillows and I just make my own little adjustable bed with pillows under my legs and my back. We were thinking of buying an adjustable bed. I thought a friend of mine had had a Craftmatic because I heard the name and then I called her and then she said, “No, we got something else.” So I just looked into it on the internet and called.

We’ve had a Craftmatic bed for probably 12 years. I just got a replacement bed. We got it because my husband had a back operation with a steel rod in his back. I like that the bed lifts up and down on both ends. The nice man came out and showed it to both of us. Of course my husband couldn't go to a store to look at any bed. I checked prices of others and it was affordable so we bought it. It’s excellent! And it's so easy to make the bed because all you do is lift the head up and you take the sheets off. Then you wash them and then you put them back on with the head up. Put the head down then you lift the foot up and you put the bottoms on them and you let head down and it will pull it straight. It is a wonderful bed.

At that time there was only one that was advertised on television - the Craftmatic bed. It helps me with my back problem. I like to raise the head and the foot, and the vibrating (but I forget to use it). The delivery team set it up and showed us how to use it, all taken care of. It's excellent. I’m very pleased with it.

I have a brother-in-law that got one. He had had it for about 10-15 years and it's still working good. I fell down the steps, and my feet was swelling. I can’t get the swelling down. It was like that for a year. The doctor said, “Get your feet raised.” I have a lift chair, but the lift chair is just no good. I decided to go with the Craftmatic because it had a good service with my brother-in-law. He’s a big fellow too and he seemed to like it. I offered to buy his because he said he had a lifetime warranty. I wanted to see if he would sell it; he wouldn’t sell it so I knew it was a good bed.

I have a medical problem. I have to sleep with my head elevated. Therefore, my husband had taken blocks under our bed and finally he decided that I may be more than that. He decided to get Craftmatic to help me with my problem. My husband saw it in yellow pages I think. It's good because at night, I can raise the bed to where I’m sitting up straight. My husband says the bed is satisfactory, but the mechanism was misrepresented to him. They told him that mechanism couldn’t be found anywhere else. They told him that the bed is US made and that factory is the only one that made it, but the factories are in NC - it’s sold other beds. He could’ve gotten the same bed locally for $1700 cheaper. But overall my experience has been very positive. Can’t get enough. I’m satisfied with the bed.

Well my sister bought a Craftmatic some years back and that’s how I heard about it. She had multiple sclerosis. She had it down through the years and had to get a new one. The Craftmatic bed is better than a hospital bed. It's larger and it’s more comfortable. It's wonderful and convenient.

It is very good from the start. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful. He explained the bed to me, what was available, what the procedure was as far as shipping. The delivery team was good. We had a little problem with the leg. We called for help there and we got help. It’s been a very pleasant experience.

I had some knee replacement done and I also had hiatal hernia where I had to have my head elevated at night. I was using one of those wedge pillows and I would fall off it. It just wasn’t comfortable. And I thought, “Oh this bed would be perfect for that because it would raise my head and I won't have to bend the mattress up or whatever.” So it worked real good for that. It was great for my recovery from the knee replacement when I needed to have my legs elevated and stuff like that, and it still helps with both of those issues... because I still have some knee issue. And I love the massage. When I'm really tired or if I’ve done some strenuous work and my body is just aching, I put on that massage and it really helps.

When we first purchased the Craftmatic, it was the only brand in town as far as I know as far as adjustable bed. It was in the late 90's I think or early 2000. There weren’t a lot of other options but I liked it. My husband has back problems. That's the main reason I purchased it. It did help with the problem. He likes that he can lift it at top and bottom and it can take the pressure off his lower back. He still has the back problem but it gives him relief. First I got a regular size bed but the adjustment goes on both sides and I don't need that adjustable. I still have my first bed but we also have the king with the dual control. And I never had any trouble with my first one.

I have Parkinsons. So, it's a little bit difficult for me to get in and out of bed that's why I got it because you can bring the top and bottom up. I called them, and it seems like it was a good deal, it was a good price and everything. So I thought, “Let me give it a shot.” And I bought a bed about 3 months before that. But it was a platform, then I wanted to try the Craftmatic. I had never had one of those and I thought maybe they would help. There was 2 gentlemen. They did great. They explained to me about the top of the mattress, it’s only one side, if you turn it one way it’s softer than the other and one side is more firm. And they put the headboard on and everything for me.

The sales rep was able to answer all my questions. And I like the vibration and the way it raises up while I go to sleep with my back. The Craftmatic bed did everything that I wanted. It helps me fall asleep at night on my back. The only trouble I have is the cost is pretty high.

I think I looked it up on the Internet because my husband needed to have the head of the bed elevated. All other things that we tried did not work adequately so I believe I looked up adjustable beds on the internet. I had a very good experience. We’re enjoying the bed and I recommended to a number of people and my grandchildren have already asked me if I would put it in my will that they got the bed. The bed has helped. My husband likes the heating and the adjustable feature, and me, I sleep well on it. It’s excellent!

I was searching on the internet. I was looking for a new bed because I had back surgery. The reason I chose the Craftmatic bed is because of the adjustability. I didn’t think a flat bed would do anything for me. It’s been tremendous! I mean I’ve been sleeping all night. I’d recommend it 110%. What I like the most is that I can adjust it - everyday it’s a different thing for me; sometimes I need my legs up, sometimes I need my back up. So I can always find a way that I could get comfortable. Definitely the best bed ever made!

The bed’s helped me very much… it’s been wonderful! The features are all used for different purposes but I guess the one I use the most is the head coming up. That’s my favorite I guess. I always heard they were the best so I went with them. They were great! The people were very nice. It was installed quickly and done properly so it was a very pleasant experience.

We had a relative who had a Craftmatic bed and they had a bad back and my husband was experiencing the same kind of thing so we decided we need a new bed. We purchased one after we invited someone to come down and talk to us about it. We got Craftmatic because we knew somebody who had it and who enjoyed it and somebody actually had used the bed was good enough for us.

We never needed one until we got it. We didn’t really know of any other beds. The Craftmatic bed has been good. It’s been helpful. What we use most is the head raising. I will just say that we’re really satisfied because when we got it, it felt good.

They came to the front door of my house and the salesman sold me and I bought. That was like 40 years ago when Craftmatic started. There was no other brand out at the time I was shopping. I've just had bad backs and we used the first bed until I think last year. We finally decided the mattresses were getting a little soft. The bed worked fine. We went in to just get mattresses and wound up buying a brand new bed.

It was through mailings, postal mailings back in the early 90’s when I first heard about this bed. I read the advertisement and it kinda struck me as what I might need. I have a severe back problem. If I lay flat my back spasms and this had been an ongoing condition. I’d slept in a big recliner instead of trying to go to bed because I couldn’t sleep. I wasn’t really familiar with any other brands at the time and because I was in a position where I could afford it, I went ahead and talked to them and ordered one and I’ve been very pleased with it, enjoyed it very much especially the fact that I don’t have to lay flat. With the vibrators and the fact that I can elevate it, I get comfort and a night’s sleep without any problem that I didn’t get otherwise. I’m on my second Craftmatic bed, which is actually my third electric bed. I did buy one locally but it didn’t hold up so I went back to Craftmatic. I’m happy with them.

My neighbor had a Craftmatic bed. I really like being able to elevate the legs on this bed. And mainly for that reason, because I needed my legs elevated, I chose to buy one. The sales rep was very professional and this bed has most definitely helped me get a good night’s sleep. I really like my Craftmatic bed a lot. Very comfortable.

We were talking about it and some of the beds were like a blow up bed of course that I could pop at any time. We figured that Craftmatic was the best bed we get because it has a regular mattress and yes it’s been great. The sales rep was able to explain the product and professional. We love it! The bed has helped me. I like that I can bring it up and down when I need to. It’s been good, except when I read the thing supposedly it came with heat and when I got it here it didn’t have heat. I already recommended it. Two people have bought this.

I chose Craftmatic because they've been in business for a long time and everything - all the research I get on the internet, most of the stuff I saw people had better things to say about Craftmatic than the other people or should I say the other companies. The sales rep that I had took a lot of time explaining stuff and helping me decide and suggesting things and giving me more details than some of the other companies I talked to. She was fantastic!

Well I've known about it for many many years but actually I got the number from the TV ad. I didn't order the bed because of any medical injuries. I just ordered it for comfort. I have a good night’s sleep. Craftmatic had the features that I was looking for and wanted basically so I purchased it.

I’ve known about Craftmatic for several years. I think I had somebody come and demonstrate one for me years ago but I couldn’t afford and it got to when I could afford it, I bought it. I’ve never looked at another bed. Never even thought about another. We had just a regular bed and I couldn’t sleep because I wanted to lie on my left so we just made the decision to go and get one. I think my wife talked to the sales rep. I can’t hear so good and she’d done the actual talking to the rep and I just think it was what I wanted and that was what she got.

I was attacked several years ago by a person who became a killer. This was back in 1984 that this person broke in. I was 49 then, I’m 78 now. Anyway he beat me and everything. He hit the back of my head when he hit me with a hammer, the part that keeps you from having vertigo and stuff like that. And so mine was displaced. And so when I sleep on a flat bed or if I would sleep on a flat bed and if sit up suddenly in the night, maybe to go to the restroom or something, then I get a case of vertigo. And so for 10 years I slept in a recliner. So when I found out about this Craftmatic bed being available on a TV commercial, I just went ahead and ordered one. And we were moving to a new apartment anyway from our house so I had it (my first one) just delivered right to our new apartment. That was about a year and 3 or 4 months ago.

We’ve seen some advertisements on the TV and then I went online and I believe they sent me a cd about the Craftmatic bed. And in talking to them on the phone and everything…the benefits… it just seemed like the best value. And what we liked too, because we have animals and if the bed is in motion, if they’re under the bed, it will stop right away, and the other brands didn’t do that. Our grandson, he’s gonna be five in October, he’d get under the bed. When we pushed the button, didn’t know he was under there, it would just stop.

I have a condition on my back. I cannot lay down. Right about 5 or 6 hours is all I can stay on the bed. So I was searching for a bed and I knew some people who’d owned one up in Michigan. I was going through the phone book to see who handled them and then purchased one - no messing around and no jumping around between stores. However I had a bad problem getting this. First started they were out of the bed. From December - our paperwork December - never got it until sometime late January/February and then it was the wrong mattress. They gave me an option like a change mattresses for $85. But they sent me the same mattress I had so then I had two mattresses here I had to get rid of and then finally one finally came. It was a big mattress. The Craftmatic bed does help me, however, because I can go to sleep now. And I like that it goes up and down. I’ve had it now for one year.

We talked to a couple of people that have had it and they backed them pretty good, the reason we purchased it. We’ve had good luck with the product. The Craftmatic bed definitely helps me sleep. I don’t have any medical injuries. I like to be able to position the feet and head up. Totally enjoyable. You’re able to change positions and stay relaxed at the touch of a hand. If you do get a few back problems, you can move the bed around and generally solve that.

We saw the bed on television, 24 years ago, and we called them right away and got one and we’ve only had it about a year. The bed has helped us get a good night’s sleep. Besides being comfortable, we love that we can put the back up and go to bed and watch TV. I don’t know why we bought one the first time but we ordered the second one because we think it’s the best one. Very comfortable and it just has all the features we want in a bed.

This is our 2nd Craftmatic bed. I have medical problems, and yes the bed has helped me. I like that it’s like a hospital bed - the head and the feet move up and down, the reason I bought it. The sales rep was very professional. They were real good. They explained everything. They came out and put the bed. I had no problems.

I think I saw Craftmatic on TV. I chose them over any other bed because of the guarantee. And the people at Craftmatic were professional. The bed is helpful for my health. I have acid reflux. It helps with that. I like being able to raise my head and my feet. You know I change positions quite a bit and you can raise or lower it wherever you want.

I think I bought my first Crafmatic bed back in either 1983 or ’84. I can’t remember which year it was but I do know this all those years that hospital bed was very useful especially to my wife who loved to lie in bed and read or watch TV. But then it got to the point where the mattress was not holding up right so I just got ahold of Craftmatic again and they made a good deal for me so I bought another one. And to tell you the truth, I like the second one better than I like the first one because the second one has two sides to the mattress. I had seen down here in Florida, garage sales, I had seen used ones and they were expensive even as used ones. So the first one I paid a dear penny for but the second one I got a good price.

This is my 2nd Craftmatic. The first one I saw it on television or magazine. I’ve heard too much about it that’s why I bought it. I aim for the best one. I was very satisfied with that. When it was advertised on television or when I read it, I was satisfied with all the things that I read on it. I’ve seen all the beds and everything but I went for the Craftmatic bed.

My wife and I both have one - we have two singles. I sleep good in it. But it doesn’t help me medically - it does help my wife. I like the fact that you can put your head and feet up. I don’t use the features except when I go to bed to watch TV. And then I put it up so I can watch the TV better.

My back has failed so we began to look at the Tempur-Pedic which is carried by our local furniture store and the price was just kind of out of our range. We just didn’t have enough cash on hand to go for any $4500 bed. Then all of a sudden I saw this ad on the tv about Craftmatic and so I thought well I’ll call and see what their prices are like, and voila - it was just so much better that it was just almost unbelievable. So we called them up and made arrangement and got us a bed. This company listened to what I was telling them I needed and what my experience had been with the Tempur-Pedic.

The Craftmatic bed is helping. I’m getting a better night’s sleep and it helps with the swelling in my legs and stuff. It’s done everything I was told it would do. I appreciate the way it adjusts. Just an inch or two makes such a difference in comfort.

I wasn’t sleeping at all because of my back injury. Since I got the Craftmatic bed, it’s helping me sleep. I’m finally getting more quality sleep time. I give them a 5.

I think it was from a television ad that we heard of Craftmatic. We had recently moved into a new house. We needed a new bed anyway. And I had had trouble with my legs. So the idea of being able to elevate the bottom of the bed was appealing. I’ve had the bed since 1987. We don’t use the massage at all. I don’t use the foot elevation regularly anymore. We do sleep slightly elevated, both of us now, so that we don’t have to have lots of pillows. I’d recommend it to a friend. Basically, we’ve enjoyed having the bed. We were on actually our second.

I bought a Cratmatic bed like 26 years ago. I liked it and decided that after 26 years, I should change and get a new one. At that time, I had a broken neck, I think, and I needed something comfortable and I got it. And this time, again, I had broken my neck and I had several different medical things and I decided I needed a new one. The bed helped. The interaction with the sales rep was very good. The lady that I was talking to was very nice, very cooperative, and I think I paid $3600 for mine 26 years ago and this time I paid $4200. So it didn’t go up too bad. I like the whole thing and all the features. It’s very comfortable and the best bed I’ve ever had!

I had a Craftmatic 15 to 20 years ago. I saw it advertised on the television and I talked to my husband because I was having problems sleeping and he bought the bed for me. It has helped me so much better. But it was so much better when I could get my massage and lay down. My head would go up and down just right. Then I put my massage on. And I can just go on off to sleep. And I have a good night’s sleep. But now, it won’t work. It hasn’t been too long that I’ve had this bed. I don’t know the exact date. They asked me about my papers and things but I don’t have them. My people would have to get them for me.

I have had a very good experience with Craftmatic. I bought the bed because I have acid reflux and it helps to be up a little bit. And then I’ve also got a leg problem so I put the legs up when I’m in bed. Not when I’m sleeping usually but when I’m sitting in bed reading, I have my legs up.

I think I found out about Craftmatic online because I know that I made a bookmark on my computer for Craftmatic. My mattress was due to be replaced. I’m overweight and when I’m on my feet for a long time, my legs swell up. And so, the very fact that I can put my legs above my heart is the feature that I like the best.

I have back problems and my husband has back problems. So we heard about Craftmatic. We’ve seen it in magazine ads and TV ads and I just thought it might help because I need to be up a little bit sleeping. It does help. The sales representative was great. The delivery team, I wasn’t so thrilled with. They didn’t do something. I had to call them back to come and do it. I just wasn’t impressed with them. I would say the bed is great and I like it real well.

I was paging through the phonebook seeing if there was a Craftmatic dealer in the area and I’d seen this ad. And I called it and talked to them and they described the different kinds and everything and the kinds of mattresses. The more I talked to him, the more I thought, “Maybe I found the right one.” And I ordered it. They took the old bed out and they set this up, and I am so pleased. Boy, I get good sleep! It really helps. I raise the head of my bed and it’s done away with my heartburn. I just love it. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

The experience with Craftmatic bed is wonderful. Well, mom had a Craftmatic bed for 40 years. The first one lasted 35 years and then she bought another one. My dad’s been gone 10 years. The motor went out after 35 years then she bought another one and it is now 11 years old. My husband and I took the regular one and then she came to live with us and I just had a twin bed and she wanted a twin. She loved it because it goes up and down. She has a bad back and she’s half bedridden. And she can just adjust it to where she wants.

My husband was having trouble and I just more or less looked up on the internet for adjustable beds. The Craftmatic people were very nice and very helpful with everything. They came and took our old bed down, put our new one in, set it all up and showed us how to run it and everything. Very professional. The bed is helping my husband, and I like that I can raise and lower my side of the bed too because we got the big king sized, so it was two individual beds.

I currently have a CPAP machine. I was having a hard time sleeping and wondered if that might help improve that. The salespeople were very, very good. Excellent. The delivery team, they did the job of setting it all up and we really didn’t have to do anything which was very nice. I don’t know if the bed helps with my problem. There are a lot of good things that we enjoy about it. But the CPAP machine, no matter what position you’re in, it’s just difficult to get used to it.

A friend told me about Craftmatic one day. His sister had bought one and so the next day we looked it up at the phone directory. I’ve had back trouble all my life. I live by myself and I just lost my wife about five years ago. I kind of just thought, “It’s 2200 bucks. It’s going to be for my benefit so I’m going to go ahead and spring for it.” So that’s when I made up my mind to do that. Everybody was courteous. The people that set up the bed was nice. They explained to me how to work everything and it was just a good operation to me.

We had actually seen Craftmatic on television a few times. We were looking for a bed for my dad because of mobility issues because of his Alzheimer’s. We had looked into like the hospital beds but we weren’t really comfortable with the quality of them. We were also looking for a bed that not only has the head part that raise but also it would raise up and down as well as far as height because we have caregivers that come into the home to take care of him and some of us are tall and some of us are short. We’re just trying to make it useful for us as well. We did a little research online and ended up finding the Craftmatic bed and made a call and worked with an awesome lady. She was like absolutely wonderful.

My stepmother passed away about a year ago. She had been sick for like 12 years. She had something like muscular dystrophy. It’s like a cousin of muscular dystrophy. I have spinal problems. She had the Craftmatic bed that my grandma had bought her. Whenever I’d go over and take care of my stepmom, help her clean and stuff, I would lay on her bed with her and I’d just pass out. It was just so comfortable. My bed that I had at the time just sucked. I could not sleep. I have scoliosis. I just couldn’t sleep no matter what way I would go. So I got the bed because I was so comfortable on her bed that it just made sense to get it.

I had heard about Craftmatic years ago. She also has problems with her legs swelling. She was sleeping, trying to prop up pillows and it just wasn’t working. So we talked about it. So I called and they really gave us the best deal because we have looked at some other ones and it was like she didn’t want to pay that much. So she and I discussed that and I went ahead and ordered it for her. They were excellent. The sales rep was wonderful. The guys that brought it set it up and showed her how to use it. I couldn’t have asked for better service and more professional people. And she definitely sleeps better now.

I saw Craftmatic in the yellow pages for Spokane. That’s the nearest big town to where I live. I live way out in the country. Sometimes I have a little problem sleeping, plus I was injured in the army back in 1968 or 1969. It didn’t bother me when I was younger but from about 2000 on, the old injuries started to bother me. So I thought I’d get a bed that would adjust like that. They came right out and they brought everything in. They helped move the other bed out and then they set it all up. They wanted to know exactly where I wanted it because they said it’s kind of heavy. You want to get it where it is like the first time. So we tried a couple of ways and then I found the best way in there where I’ve got the window and light behind me if I want to read. They were very nice. They left and they took all the other packing material and stuff with them. It was good. Fast delivery and good service.

I became disabled 10 years ago. I’m 55 this month and I’ve had a bad back since my 20s. I couldn’t work anymore. It got to the point after the first year of my disability, I couldn’t lay flat and I couldn’t go up and down steps. I live in a town home and the bedrooms are three bedrooms upstairs. My husband at the time was an over-the-road truck driver. So I was sleeping on our coach and I was taking 15 to 20 pillows and just building them up to do like an incline and I would lay that way and try to get some sleep and it wasn’t working. My husband came home from being on the road and I was really in a bad way. He looked at me and he said, “Look, I don’t care. We’re getting you a bed.” I looked at him and I said, “I want a Craftmatic but honey, we can’t afford it.” And he said, “Yes, we can.”

I’ve had a Craftmatic bed before. When I got hurt, I automatically thought Craftmatic bed so I bought another one because I left mine in Massachusetts. It’s too heavy to ship with the motor so I just gave it to someone and came out here. When I hurt my shoulder and couldn’t get in and out of bed, I just got the Craftmatic. I already recommended it to a friend and they’re going to get one. I get in and out of bed so much easier because it comes up and you can sit in the sitting position without really moving which helps a lot because every time I try to get up out of a regular bed, it kills my shoulder. It’s great! Buy it!

I definitely recommend Craftmatic. I love this whole thing. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent!

I have some health issues and my doctor had suggested that elevated legs and elevated head would be a good thing. I’ve been using a wedge under the top of the bed but that was counterproductive because I would slide down. I checked around and I looked at a few of the beds. I’m a small person but I’m heavy. Quite frankly, the seller that I talked to at Craftmatic, when I called and asked about it, I will admit the Craftmatic bed was a little more expensive than some of the others. But they had a guarantee with theirs. They called to check up on the bed after it came. A lot of the things weren’t doing that. Sleep Number, for example, was going to deliver it to the front door of my condo in boxes. And then what am I supposed to do? They weren’t even going to bring it into the building. Craftmatic arrived at my door on their scheduled appointment time, went right to work, put the bed up, waited for me to get out the bed linens and put the dust ruffle down, cleaned up after themselves, and took away my old bed. He was a really nice fellow. So that’s why I went with them.

We’re 62 and we both have back problems. I was on the internet looking at different websites that sell those adjustable kinds of beds. I looked at I think two or three and compared prices and everything, and decided to go with Craftmatic. It was all done on the phone and it worked very well. The only problem is that the delivery. They delivered the wrong mattress. The two foundations were correct but we were supposed to get one Full and one Extra Long but instead they sent both of the big ones. They didn’t send a regular Full. They exchanged it. They got the correct one delivered within just a couple of days. Then they put it all together and everything for us.

I got my first Craftmatic about 15 years ago. I don’t know how I heard about it but I’m a prodigious reader and I like to read in bed and so I wanted something where I could prop myself up and be comfortable in bed. That’s how I got in touch with them. They were great. They were fine. They took the old one away and set this one up and everything was just great. They did all the work and it couldn’t have been more pleasant no matter what happens.

I was referred to Craftmatic by a healthcare professional, filled out an online request to get a quote and was verbally assaulted by one of their sales reps calling me and offering me a new bed for $2300 (sale price so he said). On Craig's List the Craftmatic bed barely used was being offered at $125, some others at $200 - 800. In talking to David, he constantly talked over me, not letting me ask questions and getting clarification, and berating me for not letting him tell his sales pitch. He then threatened me that if I didn't buy the bed by the next day at noon, I'd lose the $1000 discount he was offering me. Nice way to treat someone trying to do the right thing for their 96 year old mom who just got out of heart surgery.

The lady I talked to, I did work with her over the phone. The guys that delivered the Craftmatic were great. Everything was fine really. It was a big help. I don’t use the massage as much. I use all the other parts because that’s the only way I ever got to where I could get out of bed and in bed really. It has made a big difference in my life. And it’s helped my husband when he was trying to do everything for me.

I do have some problems that’s why my wife contacted Craftmatic. Sales and delivery went fine. They did what they were supposed to do. But I found it kind of uncomfortable really. Well, I’d lay on one side and I get to sleep on one side and my body sinks all the way down the bottom. I have a big hole on the bed. When I get up at night to go to the bathroom, I got to wait for it to come back up before I get back to bed. They were supposed to give me a doctor’s discount and I didn’t get it. I just don’t argue with people anymore. It doesn’t make any difference.

I just decided to look it up on the internet. I needed a bed that looks comfortable because I have MS and it’s something that I could sleep in. Their people really were good setting it up and everything. They were great. A man and his wife did it. He did a great job.

I’m quadriplegic. I use the massager - this Craftmatic bed really helps. Plus, it’s better care. Not only is it comfortable, it’s very reliable. It’s a good product. And even though we have to buy the warranty for it, it’s still worth it because it’s a good product. Never really had any problem. The last one I had, I think, lasted me almost 20 years.

I had first heard of Craftmatic when I worked in the medical industry years ago. I had been involved in two accidents and at the time was unable to use my right arm or my right leg. I thought an adjustable bed’s probably what I need so I bought it. The sales representative was very, very helpful. We went over each of the options and helped me choose what was best for me. He followed up to let me know when the order went through and when the expected delivery was to come. The delivery team did call me early to let me know when they’re coming. They called me again that day and they came in. They were quick, clean, professional, and very helpful, and I just never wanted another bed. It’s an absolutely wonderful bed. Highly recommended!

I was having trouble with my back getting up off the bed. My daughter had heard about the Craftmatic. She was the one that told me about it. I didn’t have any interactions with the salesman and delivery. They just brought it, set it up and that’s it. I’ve enjoyed the bed and I think it’s helped me in many ways.

It was time for some new beds and our family’s had Craftmatic product for 30 years. It’s comfortable. It’s reliable. It’s a good bed. Everything was fantastic, top rate. Fantastic service. Great product. We recommend Craftmatic.

The church I go to had an ad and it said Craftmatic. I thought, “Gee, I haven’t heard that name in a long time.” I’m partially disabled. I use a walker but I don’t get out a lot. So in other words, I can’t get to the stores to check out all the bedding. So I thought, “Well, I’ll get a hold of them.” Their place is in, I think, Florida. I said, “Well, I was going to go look into your Craftmatic bed because I had heard of it years ago and I think I got some material in the mail from Craftmatic.” But then it seemed like years went on. I didn’t hear from them anymore because I wasn’t really looking for a bed. We just kept our king-sized bed. But this one is a queen size. And the reason why I went down is because actually my husband, he sleeps in one of these what I call hospital beds. But it was through Medicare that they brought him a bed which he sleeps in another room. So I said, “Well, I don’t need a king-sized bed anymore. I need a queen or something smaller in my bedroom.” So that’s what I did. I bought the Craftmatic bed through the people in Florida.

I believe that I heard about Craftmatic bed on TV probably. I already had an adjustable bed and I needed a new mattress. Mine was not a Craftmatic. Mine was just an older model that I had purchased years ago. But when I called to see about just replacing my mattress, it didn’t make any sense to do just the mattress when I could get the whole set for a little bit more than what just the mattress would cost. Everybody was very professional and very prompt. I like the adjustable head and legs. I never lay flat at night. So that’s my favorite part. I have acid reflux so having the head up slightly decreases that. I would recommend it.

It seems like people have asked me about the bed, this and that, and I said, “It’s probably the nicest thing I did for myself,” because I had spinal stenosis. Then I had back surgery so I treated myself to a Craftmatic. Of course, it helped me getting out of bed just after surgery because I live alone, and that was incredible. Then I had cancer and the bed again helped me to get in a comfortable position after surgery and to get in and out of bed. Then I’ve got GERD on top of it. It sounds terrible but I’m really in great shape now. I don’t have to worry about propping up that end of the bed, and it’s been wonderful. I got it around 2003, I think. I can’t imagine life without it. I know that sounds really weird but it’s helped enormously!

Well, we were talking with our daughter. My husband and I both suffer from severe arthritis. And so, of course, when I have it one place, he has it in another. So our daughter went online and she said, “Well, they say out there that Craftmatic is the best. So let’s go with them.” So she called and got some information from the man and we discussed it and decided to go for it. The salesman was very nice. We didn’t want the one bed because the way he uses it might not help me. So the two twin beds were just what we needed. He can do what he feels is good to him and I can, too. The salesman told me that they would move my existing bed to another bedroom. When they got here, they said they didn’t do that. And I said, “Well, then we have a problem because my husband and I are not capable of doing that and we were told you would do it. That was part of the deal.” So they agreed to do it. They moved it and got it set up and everything was fine. We got it August of 2011. It is definitely what we needed. With the arthritis, it helps to be able to readjust your body. So that worked fine. We’ve been very pleased with it.

I need to sleep with my head elevated due to problems. I had a Sleep Number before that I really liked, actually. But it was too big and I know now they do what the Craftmatic would do as far as memory and that sort of thing. But the reason I chose Craftmatic (because the others you can actually see; Craftmatic you have to order by phone or by email) is that they’ve been in the business longer than anybody to be honest. That’s kind of what made me go that direction. I can’t remember whether I first did something on the internet, it’s been a while now, or talked to a regular sales representative. Anyway, I did end up talking to one of their representatives. I found them extremely receptive.

I think we’ve seen Craftmatic on TV and that’s when my mother-in-law had knee surgery, so we thought that would be the best bed for her. Everybody did everything. They explained everything to us. They were really good. My mother-in-law likes every little bit of the bed’s features because it’s helping her. If anybody needed one, Craftmatic would be the place to go to.

My husband was having a real problem with his back and with snoring, so that’s what got us looking for an adjustable bed. I started looking on the internet. The sales representative was terrific. She was so helpful, answered all my questions and covered all my concerns and just explained everything. The delivery people were just wonderful. The bed is very much a big help. The fact that it can be adjusted up or down with the remote control. The knees come up so it doesn’t hurt you. He really, really enjoys it. My experience with Craftmatic was excellent.

We’ve had Craftmatic for 25 years. We were still working when we bought them and we’ve been retired now since ’96. We’re not very comfortable with it. I think it’s too hard. I really do. She’s 72, I’m 75, and we have to have a more comfortable mattress. She’s putting boards and all kinds of stuff underneath and they won’t take them back. I never tried it but I can’t dish out any more money than I already have. They want $1200 more and I ain’t got it. So take a trade in, it’s fine. You take a trade in, you give me some softer mattresses, take these back, box them up, spray them down and sell them.

My aunt had a Craftmatic bed and I slept on it one night. I had back problems and I thought it would help me. It was great. I had no problem at all. As a matter of fact, my husband has a pacemaker and he’s not supposed to do like the vibration part of the bed. So the guys that delivered it removed it on his side. They were very helpful in getting everything accomplished and resolved. I love it! I wouldn’t have another bed other than Craftmatic because I like it!

I have a bad back and saw a television ad for Craftmatic. The bed was ordered and delivered. It went fine. The people were good. The bed is doing very good. You can raise and change your angle of sleeping. The only thing I don’t like about it is the springs in the mattress that show through a lot. But other than that, you need to coat those with stain resistant stuff. That should just be part of the deal. That should be an extra.

The guy that I got the information from has passed on now. He’s dead. I got a Craftmatic bed because he got one. He said it was great for his back. That’s the main reason I got it because here at the home, they gave us some little old cot beds, little old single beds that I kept falling off of them, rolling off of them, and ended up with either my feet on the bed or on the floor - one of those. So I thought I’d go ahead and get one. I got one and it broke. The mattresses just gave out. I had it for about three and a half years. Then I got me a double bed for the home for about a year and then I went back and got me another Craftmatic and I’m still using it. It’s about three years old now.

I had a terrible back problem and I’ve been sleeping in a recliner. I just went online, on the internet, and started looking at beds that might appeal to me. I came across Craftmatic. I called and I was impressed by their salesperson, and I was impressed with the amount of money so I ordered it. The delivery team did everything that they said they were going to do and they left the place looking really nice. They consulted with me to make sure it was the way I wanted it to be. I couldn’t have asked for better. It’s just made a big difference in my life since now I’m sleeping in a bed.

I saw an ad on TV for Craftmatic and at that time, I was in the hospital with a stroke. So I thought that would be great to have. The process was all good. I like that I am able to get all the positions to get comfortable. I recommend them. Excellent!

I think we bought our first Craftmatic bed in the late 80s, early 90s. I know a salesman came to the house and he sold us on it. Twelve years ago, I moved from Long Island, New York to Florida. The mattress at that time was probably about 12 years old. We decided we needed a new mattress, so I called the Craftmatic people and they delivered the new mattress. I think they gave me credit because the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years and we only had it for 12 years. They delivered it very quickly and we were very happy with it. Then about two years ago, we had a queen sized with one control and we decided to get the twin beds with the dual controls. We were very happy with them. My husband passed away last year, but we’re still very happy. I know I am. I love sitting up in bed and watching TV at night or reading. I love the massage that it has. I kept the queen sized and I put it in my guestroom. So if I have a guest, they have the pleasure of having the massager. It’s quite easier to sit up on a Craftmatic bed than it is by propping pillows.

I used Craftmatic when I lived up north and I’m living here 28 years. I don’t really remember if someone recommended them or if I read about it. I work for an orthopedic surgeon who also had a bad back. When I had to take time off because of my back, he said to me, “You need an adjustable bed. That way, you’ll be able to get into a position of comfort. You’ll be able to sleep.” He didn’t specify any kind of make or model, but that’s what did it. I’ve had a chronic bad back my entire life but I think it would be much worse than it is now if I hadn’t had an adjustable bed. It has been totally a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anybody else. When I had to call them down here, I needed a new mattress, they were very involved with me and very good.

I heard about Craftmatic several years ago. I can’t remember where or when. But when I fell in the summer of 2011, I really wanted something that I felt like would help my back because I had several crushed vertebrae. I called Craftmatic and I think I talked to a lady by the name of Catherine, a very nice person. The deliver people were nice but they scared me to death. I didn’t know who they were. They came in a truck that didn’t say anything on the side. And the bed, when it got here, the mattress part was all torn of wrapping and all. I just was a little disappointed in that but they were nice. They were nice people and they did a good job.

I bought my Craftmatic bed almost 15 years ago. I bought it in 1994. There was a guy who was advertising it and that’s how I came to buy it. Their people were great. My favorite part of my bed is that if I need to elevate my leg, I don’t have any problem, or my head. I’ve recommended it to my daughter and they bought one. I even encouraged my son to buy one. I told him that, “When you’re getting older, you need to buy a Craftmatic bed.”

I’ve been watching the ads for years and years. When we were down in Alabama, we got another bed that basically did the same thing. It was a queen size. Well, when we moved up to Georgia, I had my choice and Craftmatic, the old advertising, came up to my mind first. So I’ve gotten a hold of them, talked to them, and they gave me all the information. I think they gave me a good price. But anyhow, we got it. When I finally made the final decision to order it, they came and everything and the guys were good. I had to have it back out because I put the extended legs on there and I come to find out that that was too much. When I took her out of her power chair and put her on in the bed, it was too high up. So we took that out and everything was fine.

I was looking for different types of bed - the Sleep Number and all that. I don’t exactly know how I found Craftmatic’s name and number but I think that’s through friends. I just thought it had more advantage for what I wanted, what I needed. It’s more like a hospital bed. The reason I got it is because I had back surgery and I can’t lay flat so I need to elevate the feet and head. I think I’ve had it about three years now.

My son told me about Craftmatic. I’ve got a bad back and we were fixing the house to get some new mattresses for our bed. My son told me, “Well mom, why don’t you try the Craftmatic?” So I came in and pulled it up on the computer and called. The salesman was real nice while he was selling us the bed. The team that brought it out, they were nice. They put it together and everything. They weren’t really sure what they were supposed to be doing. The salesman had told me they would take the mattress with them and they told me they couldn’t. So there was a little difference there. But other than that, there wasn’t any problem. It’s been the best thing that we’ve ever bought! It’s helped my back a great deal.

This is my mother’s second purchase of Craftmatic. Years ago, she bought two twin Craftmatic beds for her and my father and she was very satisfied. She has issues with the control but it was after a while and they were serviced properly and all. So when she moved up here to Massachusetts, my father since passed away, we decided to buy Craftmatic again. She’s happy but she’s not as happy as she was with the original one. Basically, here’s the deal, I called up and it was me who did the purchasing and it was me who called up to make the comment that the mattress bellies a little bit. And by the way, my mother’s a little over 125 pounds and she lays in the center. I was told that I have to measure. I have to do this. I have to do that. The mattress wasn’t very old. In all honesty, that isn’t happening. So my mother’s learning to deal with it and stuff like that. But I was not happy with that response. That’s basically the gist of it.

It’s been quite a few years ago since we got the first Craftmatic. My wife saw it advertised in something. She said, “Let’s get one” and so we called them. They called us once and then of course we had it I guess 10 to 12 years, at least. And then it was two single beds. They weren’t wide so we got used to the king sized bed. So what we did, we called the guy and he came out and he showed us that it could be two twin-sized beds or it could either be the queen sized, or king sized. It’s pretty big. When I had open heart surgery, I basically had it because you got to let yourself up then I could get out of bed. Otherwise, I hurt so bad.

I think I found Craftmatic on the internet. My husband kind of outgrew the biggest wedge pillow he could find. So we decided to go with a bed. We probably chose Craftmatic for the price. We never had any problem at all. Everybody was always helpful and pleasant. Everything went smoothly and good service. The bed is helping my husband.

I am having problems with my back. At that time, I was having surgery on my knee and I thought I would be better off with an adjustable bed for that one. I had a Craftmatic 15 years ago. I got one again since that’s the only one I knew about. Ordering and delivery were all right. No problems. I enjoy the bed, I sleep well. It’s just the thing I needed.

Well, probably 35 years ago, we bought the first Craftmatic for my mother when she was not real well. Now we just thought it was time to call to get a new one because of the split. Hers was just a single double bed. And so my wife and I decided it would be better to have a split one because I needed it. Sales and delivery went very well. They were very affable. The guys that brought it were very efficient and very good. The bed is helping me.

I had been sleeping in a lounge chair because of a few surgeries I’ve had, six surgeries in like 15 months, and you couldn’t lay flat. I watched Craftmatic in an old commercial some years ago so I ordered. It was all pleasant. There was never any problem. The bed is really helping. I don’t need it anymore now. I just want it. I can get into any position really so that I can take pressure off my knees if my knees are bothering me or my legs hurt that day or whatever.

My mother had back issues and she was very uncomfortable with a regular bed. She’d go back and forth from the bed to the couch. I think she saw the Craftmatic commercial on television and I didn’t know of any other brands that made the thick bed, so I bought the bed for her. The process went very well. They did the job very well. They were on top of everything. Everything got delivered and explained and they were friendly about it.

My wife and I are busted up that we decided Craftmatic would be a good idea for both of us. I don’t know where we looked up the information or anything, but I had heard it on TV and seen it in magazines and stuff. So we checked it out and the guy came to the house and did a demonstration. We decided that’s the way we had to go.

I have had Craftmatic beds for about 20 years. So for my first one, I don’t even know if I can remember why I was interested in that. I probably heard about it from someone at the time at the university. And then recently, I bought another one. I don’t even know why I gave up the old one except I wanted a new one. And it was my doctor’s recommendation to have one. I cannot sleep flat so I have to sleep sitting up. So that’s the best part of the bed. I can adjust it to where I need to just be up a little bit, not flat.

I have been paralyzed now for five years. My mother has one so I got one. Everybody was great. No problem. And the bed is definitely helping me get a good sleep. If anybody was looking to buy a bed, just as far as I’m concerned, it’s the only one I’ve ever had any dealings with, but it’s been perfect. The only problem I had was the mattress is showing some wire but I can understand that, too. I will recommend them.

I heard about Craftmatic on television. I like the use of it. I like getting my head up there and all that, so I said, “I’ll try one.” It was very good. We’ve had it for years. My daughter brought me a new mattress for it and I didn’t like the new mattress. So I put it aside and got back to the old one. This bed has helped me. I like that I get my head up and my feet up. Highly recommended.

I saw a Craftmatic ad in the paper for adjustable beds. I was always thinking that the problem with my sleeping was that I’m laying flat because I was always trying to lodge pillows under my head to get me in a more comfortable position. And I noticed that the chair that I’m sitting in right now, which is a rocking chair in my living room, when I slept in it I slept wonderfully. So I thought, “Maybe if I can get something to get me up a little bit, I would sleep better because I wouldn’t be waking up all that much.” Well, I spoke with your people. The first person I dealt with, I can’t remember his name, was over a year. He was very friendly, he was good, and answered my questions. The set-up team, two young men came in. There was a little confusion about the taking of the old bed and whatnot. And there were some problems that I had to call up but then they decided they couldn’t do it right now because there was no room but they would come back later and they did. They came back later and they took out what I needed from the old bed taken away. So they were very good.

Well, I had some leg problems and it was hard to get in my regular bed. Then my daughter went around looking at the Craftmatic bed and thought it would really be helpful to me since it was hard for me to get into my bed. So she proceeded to do that, get the paperwork, go and look at them, and get the bed.

Well, I needed a new bed and we were moving into a new house. So due to some medical problems that I have, we determined that the adjustable bed was the thing that I needed. I heard about Craftmatic on TV. The sales representative, I can’t remember his name right now, but it was an older gentleman. Somebody who has been doing his job for over 35 years. That’s what he said. He was just as nice and patient as could be. When I was speaking to him, I was really in a very bad state with my health. So I was having a little bit of a hard time focusing on my work and part of my health problems includes not always being able to find the right words at the right time. He was so patient with me and does not make me feel like I was being a burden or being troublesome at all. I really don’t have much to say about the delivery team. I think that they may have caused just a little bit of carpet damage with their shoes. I don’t want that to impact Craftmatic in any way. They’re not their people.

I had seen advertisements for Craftmatic around on the internet and on TV. I just, over the years, have heard about their adjustable beds. Then my husband had some health issues that I figured one of those would be good for him to use. So then I checked into it and we decided that we would like to get one. They did a really good job. They came in, they took the old bed apart, they took the mattresses and stuff away, and they sent the new one out. When we first got it, we had requested a bed that was low to the ground and we got one with the regular sized legs on it. I called the salesman that had sold it to us and he said, “I will get you the shorter legs out.” They came in a few days and we switched them out. We had a very good experience with the delivery people, the salesman and everyone else involved.

Well, when we purchased the bed, we did it because my wife had been living in a care facility for cancer and we felt we needed something to take home with her that was going to permit elevation of her legs or head or whatever she chose. I just remembered the name Craftmatic from my past, never having had one. And though there were a couple of mix ups in what they shipped us and they had to go back, all in all the experience was a good one. The price was fine and we have been totally satisfied with the unit. The big bed is great! We love the bed. Definitely, we’d do recommend it to a friend.

I thought everything was excellent. The Craftmatic people were really nice on the phone. I did bargain. You kind of bargain your price which I didn’t really mind. By getting the price down, I actually talked to more than one salesperson and everybody was really nice. They were really good about everything. It took longer. I had an extra item because we have power failures. So I have them send a battery pack so when the power goes out, the bed still works. And that took a little while for them to send it. But they were always in contact with us and they worked with us on that really well.

One of my neighbors had Craftmatic and she gave me their number. I’ve been thinking about getting one because I have a back problem. Everyone has been okay. They were Spanish, but that’s okay. I would recommend one of them to anybody, even a well person. I’ll be 86 in October but I just LOVE my bed!!

I had Craftmatic when I was in Maryland and it worked well for us. Then when we moved to Florida, I priced the other ones and the other ones were so far out priced so I found Craftmatic again down here. I went and bought one from them. When I first bought the bed, I needed time and then they wanted to deliver it sooner than when I wanted. But we worked it out. So they delivered it when I wanted.

I had been having trouble with my back. I saw a Craftmatic ad on TV and so I called them for information and ended up ordering a bed. I’ve always wanted one from the time I was a child. The delivery team was very nice and sociable but the lady on the phone really sold me the bed. I like that it’s movable. It’s helped me tremendously with my back problem. Highly recommended.

I really like the massage part. The Craftmatic bed seems to be working okay. Snoring for one thing. The experience has been okay. The only complaint we had was they just didn’t want to take our old mattresses out. We kind of almost had a hard time to get them to do that. That I didn’t really enjoy, going to leave them out here by the road. And this isn’t the city of Milwaukee. We’re out in the country here. You don’t do that kind of stuff. Finally, they took them but I’d say that was like pulling teeth which I don’t really appreciate. But I’d have to give them a nice try.

My wife’s in bed 24/7. I saw Craftmatic on TV so I got it. Everything went fine. They showed me how to operate the bed. As far as the bed and in setting it up, it’s fine. It was just the controls. We had a lot of trouble with the remote, not the bed itself, in the beginning. After sending them back at least four times and having them swap it, it was fine. It makes my wife comfortable because you can put it in any position.

I heard a lot of good things about Craftmatic. I just looked them up in the phonebook and I called them. I would rate their team very highly. They all did a fantastic job! I have MS and I wanted something that would help me be comfortable. I like to sleep with my legs up and my husband likes to sleep with his head up. So we got two singles and have them put together. We just love the bed. I would recommend it to anybody that’s looking for a bed that’s very comfortable and everything they’re looking for.

My wife, before we were married, had a Craftmatic. It was a twin size. When we got married, we got the other twin and put them together. She had a problem with water in her legs and she had to keep her legs up while she slept. This bed helps her. I would recommend Craftmatic. They’ve done a good job as far as I’m concerned. They took the old bed that I didn’t want and brought in a new mattress than what I got the last time because the mattress went bad and they put the mattress on and everything seemed to be okay. They’re a good, reliable company and their product seemed to be well built and everything.

I saw a Craftmatic ad on a commercial on television. I have rheumatoid arthritis and a real bad heartburn. I thought that would help both my heartburn and my rheumatoid arthritis. I also had seen the Craftmatic brand for a long time and the other ones I wasn’t familiar with. The sales personnel were very knowledgeable. They were very nice and so was the delivery. It went so easy that there was no problem.

I don’t know if I read or heard about Craftmatic on the TV, but there are a lot of adjustable beds out there. But I just like the idea that they delivered it themselves. It came from the factory direct to you and they sent people who were going to know how to tell you how to use it, etc. And I was having a little bit of trouble with my back and I thought, “Gee, that would be nice because if I’m having trouble with my back and I have to get to the bathroom quickly, I can just click this and it will sit me up and then I’ll be able to get out of bed easily.”

I was looking for a bed that would go up and down because of my back problem. My sister-in-law had one so that was a big factor in choosing Craftmatic. I had looked online at some of them and I really liked it. The person that I talked to on the phone I thought was very knowledgeable. She helped me a lot in figuring out what I was doing. I got a great bed that is very much helping with my problem. It has the adjustability and the massage feature, and I’m happy.

I live in Longview and Craftmatic sent somebody out to Shreveport. I had just had bilateral knee surgery in June and this was September. The bed had to go upstairs. They sent one person. So guess who had to be the helper to get the bed upstairs? It did not work well. He discovered that it wasn’t working well. And then also, the other experience that I had with him is that he wasn’t really sure how to put the bed together. He had done it once before with the help of somebody else. Now, I said, “You mean, they sent one person and a person that’s inexperienced really to put this bed together and to make it work right?” He had to call somebody. We had to wait an hour and a half for another person to come who had put the bed together many times before. That part of the experience was not real good.

We already had a Craftmatic but we wanted a full sized for more space in the bedroom. There was a delivery issue or two but everything worked out. When I called them, they responded. I’m not complaining. I’m satisfied with the service. Everything is positive. We get better sleep and I like how we can raise it up when I want to and let it down when I want to.

Well, I’ve known about Craftmatic for decades. I can’t pinpoint where I first heard about them, but everybody knows Craftmatic, of course. My husband has Alzheimer’s, he has prostate cancer and a number of other medical complaints. We contacted Medicare and they provided us with what they called a hospital bed. It was a torture rack. I wouldn’t put a dog on it. Number one, they had a hand crank. And number two, you can’t adjust the hand crank if the patient is in the bed. It was unacceptable. Well, I thought, “What’s the best thing for Melvin?” And I thought, “The best thing is a Craftmatic bed, of course.” So I called up the company and I explained his condition and what he needed.

I’d seen Craftmatic advertisement on TV and I’d heard about them for a long time. I got back trouble at times and I just like the idea that I can elevate my feet and my head and different things, and it just sounded good to me. Everybody from sales and delivery was fine. The bed is helping with my back problem and I love the massage. I’d recommend it to anybody.

I bought two twin beds back in the 80s somewhere because I’ve got a hiatal hernia and I got to sleep up. See if I don’t sleep up, it comes up into my throat and chokes me. It scares me to death. So I told Dean I want a Craftmatic bed. That’s when we first got the two twin beds. Then just recently, I got rid of the twin bed and got a full-sized bed. Everybody was excellent. It was fine. Everything was good. Great experience!

The mattress that we had died and we were looking for a replacement. We opted for Craftmatic. It was probably 15 to 18 years ago. We’ve enjoyed it. There were times when if we’re sick, we can adjust the back and foot to help. So we see advantages to that. For the most part, we just use it as a regular bed. The one feature that I haven’t used is the vibration feature. But all in all, over the years, we’ve been very happy with the bed. It comes along with us because we moved from Long Island where we bought it. Long term affordable, comfortable, useable, enjoyable.

I have a bad back and this Craftmatic bed is helping me by being able to adjust the head part. The sales guy was great. The delivery team really left a lot to be desired. Well, they didn’t do anything. They just dropped the bed down and left. They had to send somebody else back out to actually assemble the bed and bolt it to the wall and all that stuff. Overall, the bed is well worth its price.

My mother had a Craftmatic bed. I went down to Florida to visit her and I had to sleep in the same bed with her because my sister didn’t want to sleep with her, so she took the couch. It was a very comfortable bed, and so I ordered one. They were very good. They were very professional. They were very quick. They cleaned up their mess. They even moved the old bed out in the other room. I like the idea of being able to put the bed up and read or watch TV. My partner says the same thing. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.

I purchased the Craftmatic for my mother. She bought it because she broke her back and she needed easy lifting. She needed the massage, she needed the heat. She’s very satisfied with it because she didn’t want to have a hospital bed.

I heard Craftmatic on TV a long time ago. Well, I have some back problems and stuff. I’ve always wanted one of those so I thought it would be a good thing. The salesman and delivery were fine. Everything went as planned. There was no problem. The bed sure is helping my back. I also like raising up the feet and the head. I would recommend Craftmatic. Good service, good product, and it works for me.

I saw Craftmatic on a TV ad. I chose to get this bed. The experience was all great. It’s a good purchase. It did what it said it was going to do. The elevation. The massage, I didn’t even really want but they put it in for free. It was fine. No problems.

I saw Craftmatic on TV and bought one. My experience with their people went pretty good. Well, I wasn’t sleeping too good at night. I’m still not doing too good sleeping, but I guess it’s helped a little. I like the back and the head that you can adjust. Surely will recommend it to friends and family.

I really bought it for my husband and he passed away. But I use it for my legs. I use it more for elevating them. The experience all seemed good. The people that came and set up the bed were good. They answered all my questions. No problems and that was great.

I like this Craftmatic bed very much. I can put it in any position I want and I can fall asleep either propped up halfway or flat down. I sleep better now. I would recommend this bed.

When we actually got the Craftmatic bed, our home had been destroyed in the storm at Smithville, MS. They had a tornado and our home was destroyed. So when we moved, we bought a home, we had to have beds. We just needed something that is big enough for both of us so we ordered it then. They held it for us until we were ready to have it delivered and all. So they were very nice. No problem at all.

I had a Craftmatic in Oklahoma. I probably bought it about 15 years ago and I had it for probably five or six years. At that time, I was having back troubles and I needed a new mattress anyway so I decided I’d try that one. Then when I got here after a few years here in Florida, I was having a lot of acid reflux and the doctor recommended I go back to adjustable bed. So that’s when I went back to Craftmatic. Well, it’s a comfortable bed and the fact that it’s adjustable is really a big plus. Sales and delivery went good. No problem at all. They delivered it and set it up.

I was getting a new shoulder and after the operation, you have to sleep up even in a recliner for two weeks or so. I’ve put off having my shoulder done for eight years. When you have a bad shoulder, it’s almost impossible to sleep. You certainly can’t sleep on your side. It’s really hard to get comfortable. My husband had just died and I didn’t want that old king-sized bed we had anymore. So I thought, “Well, I’ll get the queen sized adjustable bed.” The salespeople were great but the delivery was a problem because they first delivered me a single instead of queen, but that got resolved. The delay was a little worrisome because it was happening right before I was about to go get the operation. But otherwise, it was fine.

Well, I’ve heard of Craftmatic for a long time. And of course, I’ve seen it in prints, news, and I’ve heard it on television. I’ve heard about it in ads many different ways. We needed to replace the bed that my son was taking because he was moving out. We wanted to make sure that the bed that we were replacing was a Craftmatic bed because we needed it to have the ability to tilt because my situation was that I have been having problems and I needed a bed that I could adjust so that I could sit up. It just so happens that I had ordered the bed and the bed was delivered the day before I came home from the hospital. So it was there waiting for me and it was perfect for what I needed. The Craftmatic people were perfect. They understood what I needed. They were empathetic. They did their utmost to make sure that I got the bed quickly. They understood that I have been having problems for two or three years. And so, they shipped it within a very short period of time. So I was very happy with both the person I spoke to. Anyone I talk to, I tell them about it and recommend it to them.

First, I saw Craftmatic on one of the late night TV ads. I always thought it was a good idea for older people but I actually needed it for my daughter. She’s not yet 10 but she has cerebral palsy. We were renting a hospital bed and even with insurance, it was over $70 a month to rent it. So we figured why would we want to spend that kind of money on something that’s horribly uncomfortable that we’ll never own. So we decided Craftmatic was the best choice because it was adjustable. With all of her issues, she needed something that we can raise the head up because she’s got reflux, or raise the legs up or massage her because she is immobile. So that was our best choice. Craftmatic was the one that I’d heard of and I actually looked online and checked all the reports and it was the best that people recommended. I wasn’t actually hearing the other names.

I had gotten the Craftmatic bed for my husband who had a lot of trouble. Unfortunately, I lost my husband a year and a half ago. He was having trouble getting in and out of bed. We had been to a friend’s house and saw it, and he says, “I really would like to get that.” So we did and it made all the difference in the world to him. It really did. It helped tremendously! And now, if I have too much salt, my leg swells up. I raise the bottom of the bed when I go to sleep. It’s wonderful! It’s a great bed. I don’t know if he hadn’t been sick if I would have gotten it but I’m glad I have it. It’s very comfortable.

I’ve known the name Craftmatic for years. The bed has just been helpful to me. It just helps me rest. It’s just a good thing. I like the fact that you can adjust the bed. And both the salesman and delivery were good. Andrew was real good. He was the sales rep when I bought the bed and I was on the phone with him a couple of different times. He was very knowledgeable, very good, and helped me out a whole lot.

Via TV ads I saw Craftmatic, and I needed something that would raise the bed up and down. We got one and it’s making my life much easier! I’m in bed now. It works great! We also had no problems with their people.

I saw Craftmatic on television with the original. One of my relatives also had one. Their reps came in, delivered it, set it up, and everything was fine. I had no problem. It’s easier for me to watch television when I’m on the bed. I can adjust myself if I have foot problems, lift my legs, and lift my head. The massage part isn’t that strong enough. It’s not like a real massage. But this bed is very comfortable and it’s useful.

Well, my mom had Craftmatic and I wanted one. She liked it and I thought it was a pretty nice idea. I like the way it adjusts. I love to watch TV in bed and I’d just put it up. It’s great. The people who came did a great job. I’ve had no troubles, no complaints, no nothing. It’s just been a very, very nice experience. I have recommended it to friends. They’re not cheap but they’re worth the money and just enjoyable. And I love it.

Years ago, we looked at the Craftmatic but we decided to buy a Wonder Bed because it was cheaper and the electronics were cheaper, too. They didn’t last very long. But we built a beach house and we decided that we wanted a bed that would raise up so we could read, watch TV, or whatever. That’s kind of how we got the Craftmatic bed.

I’ve had my Craftmatic for so long. A man came around and he showed me one. I’ve had trouble with my feet for years and I just want to get comfortable. It helps my feet because I could raise my feet up some and it helps me to be more comfortable. It’s the most comfortable sleep and rest that I have experienced in a long, long time.
