I like the way the head raises and I watch TV in a reclining position. It’s very comfortable. I’ve already recommended Craftmatic to several people.

I’m pleased with the way I sleep in the Craftmatic especially the mattress - the way it adheres to my body. I’ve had a lot of electric beds so I’m used to having one, and they were pretty much the same. But the mattress was the important thing that I wanted, and I wanted something to help my back. This seems to have done it a little bit. You can’t expect it to cure you but it did help. So I was pleased with that. But lately, with the heat for winter, I noticed that I’m really sweating an awful lot, and it’s very uncomfortable. I’m not a sweating person so it kind of got me wondering. I have a mattress that is foam or rubber. I don’t want to give up because I do sleep good in it. I don’t know what to do about it. That’s the only complaint I would have. I would recommend this bed to a friend.

We’re really happy. Craftmatic served a great purpose. It was everything that we needed it to be, and the experience was very good.

My husband and I both had hiatal hernias and we had the headboard of our beds raised on bricks. I saw Craftmatic’s advertisement so I thought, “Well, that would be good for us.” So I found a number and contacted them. The salesman and delivery team were good. They were nice people.

Everything was fine and I’m very much enjoying my bed. I’ve never had any problems with it. I have a new mattress that they gave me this past summer and it’s been fine.

It was through magazine ads that I’ve seen Craftmatic the first time. It’s something that I thought I wanted so I got one. It’s very good and I’m very satisfied! I like being able to sit up and watch TV in bed.

My mother had a stroke about 5 years ago. After she came home from the hospital, she wasn’t able to get into her regular bed. It was too high for her to climb up there. And so first we rented a hospital bed. But when my husband and I moved into a new house, my sister and I decided that my mom needed a better bed and a bigger bed than the little twin hospital bed that she had. We liked the features that the hospital bed had of being able to raise her up so that she could watch TV. So we did some research on beds that had the same feature and decided that Craftmatic was the best company to go with. She has absolutely no trouble with the bed at all. And she says it’s the most comfortable bed she’s ever slept in. She doesn’t use the massage features. But everything else about the bed she really likes.

I’ve heard about Craftmatic for years - magazine ads, television, and things. About a year ago this time, right around Thanksgiving, there was an ad on TV and my health had gotten so that I’ve got two very bad knees and a bad back. And an ad came on TV talking about a sale and I looked at my husband and he said, “Go ahead.” So I called. I LOVE my bed. I use the ability to elevate my feet at night the most. It takes down the swelling and makes my knees feel so much better. It’s the BEST bed I’ve ever had! I’ve recommended it to several members of my family and a few friends already.

The reason I got it was because I can’t sleep lying flat. I have back problems. Before, I couldn’t sleep more than an hour at a time. Now, I can sleep four hours straight through. I’d recommend Craftmatic.

My husband has a bad back and got a Craftmatic bed around 8 or 9 years ago. I knew for a long time that he enjoyed it. And I decided I needed to get one mainly because I found out I have a hiatal hernia and acid reflux. And they tell you to elevate your bed, but for some reason I could never find a comfortable position with pillows. And putting my bed on blocks wouldn’t work out too well either. So I decided I needed to get the bed. I knew it was kind of costly. But I was getting worse, so I thought, “Well, my health is more important. Don’t worry about the money.”

I love my Craftmatic bed. We had Craftmatic beds about 12 to 20 years ago. After my husband passed away, then my little dog would just sleep with me. And she kept pushing me out of the bed. So then somebody prompted me into buying one of those Sleep Number beds which I absolutely hated. I could have gone to Wal-Mart and got the same darn thing at a lot less price. And then, they came on the television and they said they were from Craftmatic but they weren’t. I watched television and I saw Craftmatic was back up so I called them and asked them and I said, “Are you out of business?” And they said, “No.” So then I knew right away the other people were lying. And I wanted my Craftmatic and I’m very happy with it!

Craftmatic has been popular for many years. I dialed the 800 number and spoke to the representative and was very fortunate that that particular day was the last day of the savings for the Craftmatic, too. I’ve been interested for my mom to have a quality bed like the Craftmatic. My favorite feature is the fact that it is adjustable and custom to the person who’s using it, and especially being able to raise the head and the foot of the bed for comfort. They were MARVELOUS from start to finish! They were all very personable and professional. I had to adjust the delivery time and they took our scheduling into account. I would recommend them to a friend or really anyone that I thought would benefit. I have peace of mind and they earned my confidence and trust.

I got a Craftmatic bed about 12 years ago. I lived in Arizona and had to leave it there. I had a king-sized and so when I came here to live in Michigan, I wanted the small one for me. My favorite feature is the vibrator. I can’t lay flat anymore. There’s no way I can go to a hotel or something... I just have a horrible night’s sleep to lie up like that. Once you have that lift, you can’t sleep flat anymore... It’s just not comfortable. And all I did when I got this bed was talk to somebody on the phone because I knew exactly what I wanted and they didn’t have to try to talk me into anything. I called them up and told them I was interested in buying it.

The Craftmatic bed is all right. I didn’t get it fitted like I tried to tell them I wanted but it’s okay. I’ve had one for 14 years and I replaced it recently. I like the fact that you can raise the head up and down and the way the mattress feels. I had some discussions with the sales rep but she couldn’t understand what I was trying to say. And I didn’t make myself very clear, but it’s okay now. I wanted it put on the frame that my other bed was on. The other Craftmatic bed was on a frame. It had a headboard and a footboard. The delivery people got the headboard on this one but they couldn’t get the footboard on because it didn’t have the right pieces. And I’ve called different times and finally gave up. I’ve got the footboard with another bedroom, so I’ve got it in another bed. I’m keeping it. I might want to put the whole thing together again. But that was the part we didn’t understand one another.

I heard about Craftmatic on TV several years ago. I was in need of an adjustable bed because I have muscular dystrophy and we just started using a Hoyer Lift. And I remembered the name Craftmatic and I said, “Well, we’ll try them.” And I talked to a guy whose name was Guy. And that’s where we went from there. I didn’t care for too much for the delivery because the guys acted like they were in a hurry and tired. They made sure that we got everything like it was supposed to but it seemed like it was a chore for one of them to be nice. But I’m enjoying the bed immensely! My favorite part is the massage part because that really helps me because I get pretty stiff during the day. I would recommend them to a friend.

I’ve been hearing about Craftmatic forever. Even when I lived in another state, the Craftmatic commercials on the TV were always there. And then it was decided that I shouldn’t sleep in a chair and needed to get a bed. I couldn’t sleep in a conventional bed and a hospital bed was not an option that I wanted... I wanted something that looked like a bed. I looked at several and then one day, it was like, “I should look at Craftmatic. I wonder if they’re still around.” And sure enough, they were. So I gave them a call.

I’ve had a Craftmatic bed for as long as they’ve been around, 35 years. I got a replacement recently. I like to be able to move the bed up and down, head and feet, and get it in a good position for me. I have some acid reflux problems so it’s good for me that way. But even before that, it’s a very comfortable bed. The delivery went very well. They’re really great. This thing is an awkward affair. I’m on the second floor. My living area’s on the second floor. So they have to troop it upstairs. It’s not easy... But they’re very experienced and very good at it. I recommend them all the time.

I was familiar with the Craftmatic name over the years hearing that name. And when I decided that I wanted to look into an adjustable bed, that was the first name that came to mind. I was looking for some elevation to not lie flat and just to raise my feet instead of propping pillows up. Being able to elevate myself a little has helped. I don’t use the massage. The experience with them was very good. The salesperson was very easy to talk to and explained everything. And the delivery people came in and set the bed up for me without a problem.

My wife saw Craftmatic on TV and she thought it would be a good idea so we bought them. We had the regular beds. And she decided maybe we could tip off a little bit if she wants to watch television or just relaxing. We like the beds. And the Craftmatic people were very, very good, the salesman particularly because it’s in our front bedroom and we had a queen-sized bed and he says, “We have the Craftmatic beds that will fit inside there.” That’s why we have two Craftmatic beds inside of our queen-sized bedroom which is good because I’m a restless person and I was keeping her awake. So this way with the twin bed, she gets a good night’s sleep. Fantastic!

I saved a lot of money, it was a GREAT deal! I love that bed. I can sleep a lot better and can raise it up. I used to get up every hour before and now, I have three hours in between before I get up. The delivery people were fine, no complaints whatsoever. It was a very great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a problem with the deliverymen. We made a complaint to the company about them. I don’t know what was wrong with those guys. Maybe they were tired from the drive. In the end, it was like they didn’t care about the product. It’s like, “This is my job and I did my job. You got the bed.” But that’s not what was explained to us when we purchased this Craftmatic bed. But otherwise, with the product itself, I give it all five stars. I like its incline feature. I can’t complain. I’ve had really bad back problems but as soon as I got the bed, that was it.

I looked up Craftmatic on the internet and decided to get the bed for my mother because she has trouble laying down flat. She has to keep her head up a little bit and had been propping her bed up, putting blocks under her head. She had surgery on her legs. And I decided that’s what she needed. I ordered it and had it in before she came home from the hospital. It is comfortable for her. The only thing is that she wishes the mattress was a little more firm than what it is, but she will have adjust to it. If not, she’ll do something else. She can elevate her legs because they do swell a lot and it makes a difference. She thoroughly enjoys it. I like it too. I go and get in the bed with her and we turn on the vibration and we sleep away.

I have health reasons for the Craftmatic bed and it is helping. I can adjust it to make it work for my body and be more comfortable when I’m lying down or sleeping. However the sales representative that sold it was not factually correct on several questions that I asked him. I’m not going to say he lied - I don’t think he knew better. They had sent me two different mattresses. The first one was not what I’d ordered and was not made in the USA and he had told me it was made in the USA. It escalated to a supervisor and the supervisor straightened everything out for me. Overall, it was a good experience. It took more phone calls than I would have liked. And it was really all because of the original sales representative but they got it right.

I needed to get an adjustable bed for medical reasons, and the Craftmatic bed is helping. I like the adjustable height that I can put it up. The interaction with their people went very well. They’re very professional.

I’ve had my Craftmatic bed for 25 years. The mattress is pretty worn out so I need another mattress. I recently bought a foam mattress. It was done by phone pretty much. My son got one of those Tempur-Pedics and I thought this might be similar to that. I’ve been pretty satisfied with it so far. Craftmatic’s good.

I’ve been seeing Craftmatic’s advertisements in magazines for years. I bought one and I’m enjoying it. I like the whole thing. It’s been a very good experience.

The sales representative and delivery people were very nice and wonderful. I am very much happy with this Craftmatic bed because I am able to lift my feet and my head.

While the adjustable portion of the Craftmatic bed works well and is helping, with the reason an adjustable bed was recommended by my doctor, the mattress is very poor quality and does not provide the overall support I need. I slept on Tempur-Pedic mattress for two years prior to purchasing the Craftmatic bed. It had alleviated any problems with pressure points and pain in my hip and back. I asked the sales person prior to purchasing the Craftmatic bed how it compared to the Tempur-Pedic. I was assured the quality was equal or better. The bed is definitely not worth what I paid for it. I will have to go back to my Tempur-Pedic mattress and give up the adjustable features that I need. I cannot continue to wake up in pain from sleeping on the very poor quality mattress that came with the Craftmatic bed I purchased.

I had already sort of done my homework and knew basically that I needed some sort of hospital type bed. Craftmatic was the only one at the time that I knew that was adjustable. I never thought about even looking to check others out, but I didn’t want a foam mattress. So I called, they sent a salesman out and we talked about it. I had not even actually seen one or laid down on it, but I figured it was what I needed. I ordered it. I’ve had my Craftmatic for about 7 yrs now. The first week, it was just marvelous! I have some lower back injuries. I sleep on my back and in a regular mattress, I would be stiff. And with this, I adjust it and make the sore spots into the V part of the mattress. I have recommended Craftmatic.

I bought my first Craftmatic bed in 2003. I learned about it from a friend who had purchased one. The staff was very knowledgeable, answered my questions, and were just very pleasant to do business with. The delivery team came in, set it up, showed me the different features, and they were very knowledgeable about the use of it. It’s been a very pleasant experience. I have a reflux problem. This bed has helped with that problem because I can raise the head. I have recommended Craftmatic.

We had no problem at all when it comes to ordering and getting the Craftmatic bed. We are enjoying it especially the part that lifts.

We saw Craftmatic’s TV commercial and bought it for my mother. She has Alzheimer’s and wasn’t able to sit up too well by herself. That’s primarily the reason why we got it… so she could eat. I called Craftmatic and whoever answered was the one I dealt with. He allegedly was the owner, and he was very good. Delivery was wonderful too.

I am enjoying this Craftmatic bed because it has been helping with the edema in my feet. I like raising it up and down. It has been an excellent experience from ordering and was even perfect during delivery.

About 25 years ago or more, we bought our first Craftmatic. My brother and sister-in-law had it. Then we decided we didn’t want it so I gave one to my grandson and one to my friend. I got a different bed and decided I wanted my Craftmatic bed so I got another one. The Craftmatic staff and delivery were great. No problem.

I researched a lot of different beds. I researched the memory foam stuff and everything else and I decided I want something that was tried and true that’s why I went with Craftmatic. The people who sold the bed to me and the team that came out and put everything together were thorough. They made sure you understood everything about the bed and that you knew how it works. I like the fact that I can make the bed recline with my legs. It was a great experience.

My wife has had several surgeries and she has no immune system so she’s very, very weak. She couldn’t push herself up in bed. So I started looking online for some adjustable beds like hospital beds. I researched quite a bit and looked at the number system bed, Craftmatic and some others. I decided that I like what Craftmatic has better. It’s more like a hospital bed. So we ordered it. They came in, installed it and left in an hour. They're very professional and very courteous.

My interaction with Craftmatic’s salesman and delivery men was great. The bed is very, very good; I can get the right sleeping angle. I’m glad I got it.

I was looking for adjustable beds in the internet due to my bad back when I found Craftmatic. Everything went fine and we love the bed. I like the way the head raises up and how it helps with my back.

My mom has back problems, so I suggested the Craftmatic bed for her. We ended up getting one because I liked it so much, and the experience when ordering it couldn’t have been any better. They bent over backwards to get exactly the perks we wanted because I asked if there were different elevations in legs, and made sure I had the choice in the box so that I could pick what I wanted, and suggested the type of mattress so that my husband could either have soft or hard and the same with me. All we had to do was flip it. They helped me through the whole stage so it was really, really nice. And the delivery, they walked in, put it together and took out the boxes.

I have a bad back and we had been looking for an adjustable bed. My next door neighbor had a Craftmatic and liked it. So we started investigating and figured that was the best one to go with. It’s a good value for the product. My favorite is its adjustability and how it helps my back.

My wife had recent back surgeries. She had a back fusion done so we needed something that would elevate her back as well as her legs. We had a while back tried the Sleep Number bed and it wasn’t really working. So we ended up getting rid of it. I had heard years ago about Craftmatic so I took the initiative to call or look it up online and got information on it. So while she was in rehab, my father-in-law and I had decided to go ahead and order the bed because we wanted to have it here prior to her being released. Actually, the bed arrived prior to her coming home so it was very timely. They put it all together. Excellent!

It’s been a couple of years ago since I heard about the Craftmatic bed. For several years I slept on a recliner in our TV room. I couldn’t sleep in the bed that we had so we opted to go bed shopping. I did a little research with other beds and whatnot online, and I chose them. I couldn’t ask for anybody better when it comes to dealing with their people. Perfect.

I need to sleep with my head up, and I put my feet up some. I had an adjustable bed which was a double bed, but it was old. My grandson introduced me to Craftmatic, so I got rid of that and got this one. Of course, the mattress was much better. However, there is a noise that I’ve been wondering about in the motor when I put the feet up or down. I was going to ask my grandson to check it but I forgot.

I couldn’t lay down flat. I was sleeping in a chair. I bought the Craftmatic bed to see if it will work out well. I never really looked into any other bed, but for the money and everything… I was very satisfied. I like sleeping and using the adjustability. And their people were very good.

My husband was looking for a new bed and mattress for us. He was on the internet and he came across the Craftmatic. We talked about it and I said, “Go for it.” And he did. He called the number that was available there. The guy called us back and that’s when he made a deal with them to purchase the Craftmatic. Delivery was in and out. They did everything they said they were going to do. They even took away the old bed for us. Everything was excellent. Topnotch.

I was sick when I was young, and I was fully disabled. I needed to get my head raised up so I was looking for beds that were motorized, moveable beds. It’s been quite a while since I’ve owned it. I had trouble sleeping at night but now I’m sleeping better. I have recommended Craftmatic to friends several times.

I’d seen Craftmatic advertised a real long time. When Tony Little was talking about the Craftmatic bed’s vibrating system on HSN that you could hardly feel it, I thought, “Well, that wasn’t nice.” There could be all kinds of reasons so I started inquiring when I heard that.

I had another Craftmatic before this one and it was a dual, two long twins put together. I had had it for over 30 years. I just LOVED it! But it was getting to be a bit too big now. I’m alone in the house so I decided to change and go to a queen sized instead. With the new one now with the hardwired control, it’s just so easy to put the feet and head up. I like to watch TV in bed and I just love it! I just like the idea of being able to do what I want and be comfortable. I love Craftmatic. I enjoyed it for forever!

We had had a Craftmatic bed for about 20 years. It was decided that we needed a new mattress so we called to order a mattress. The interaction went fine. They offered a deal so we got a whole new bed. My favorite feature is being able to move it up and down. My husband likes the mattress but he doesn’t move it up and down very much. I am pleased with what I got.

I heard about Craftmatic from a friend. We have a new home so we decided to get one. It’s very enjoyable… Very good sleeping. And the interaction with their people was very good. Excellent!

Years ago, I had a bed. I got it from Kingsport, TN. My husband broke something. We had it a long time, and we had to try to find another one. I was trying to get in touch with that one in Kingsport, TN, and then my daughter got Craftmatic online. They were real nice and I purchased the bed. I like it fine because I have to be elevated. And my husband has to be elevated. Sometimes you have trouble with your legs and you need to have them up. I’d recommend them very high.

I was having some problems with my knees and back. I saw Craftmatic’s commercial on television so I purchased it. The people were really good - they were helpful and were here on time. They called me ahead of time and they were running late. They made sure they let me know because they had problems with the delivery before taking a little longer than they thought it would. And the bed is helping me. I like being able to raise the head when I need it.

I have muscular dystrophy and was having a hard time getting up from a laying down position. I didn’t want a hospital bed so I got this Craftmatic bed. I really like it! My only complaint is the wheels keep on locking. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints. It’s great!

I have trouble with my legs so I bought a Craftmatic bed I saw on TV. I’d been wanting one for a while. I sleep with my legs up and they don’t hurt as much and I sleep better!!

I’ve heard about Craftmatic for a long time. The reason I got it is because my husband needed something that could adjust the bed for him, and this bed is helping him. I don’t sleep in it - he does. He likes the bed. There’s one thing I don’t like - this was supposed to be a standard double bed or full; however, it’s just not quite a full sized because the sheets that I buy were too big for it… They shift around.

I had an accident a year ago and needed an adjustable bed. So that’s why I was looking and I like the looks of the Craftmatic. They were great. It was quick and they were efficient and cleaned up after themselves - I had no problem with the delivery. I definitely recommend them. The bed is wonderful!! I like being able to adjust it to watch TV in bed, sitting up and getting my feet raised.

I had a Craftmatic bed 20 years ago and it was time to get a new bed so I bought one. The delivery team knew what they were doing. And a part wasn’t sent and they called the company... They got the part sent the next day. They had to send another team to put it on and it was all put on. I’d recommend them to a friend. I sleep better and I like that it vibrates.

This is our second one. We had a Craftmatic since 1992 and that was because I had had back surgery. I figured it would be more comfortable because of the way it lifts up, but my favorite feature is the massage. It’s just excellent. Everyone’s comfortable and we finally got a good night’s sleep.

We previously owned a Craftmatic bed years ago and decided that we wanted a new Craftmatic. The sales rep was great and the delivery team was excellent. They were very professional and very caring. I like the reclining feature of the bed, lifting up the head and feet and laying it down.

We like Craftmatic okay. It was terrible trying to get used to it - the bed we weren’t used to. We had a terrible time with it but we like it now. I think it’s very expensive. Had I known some prospects around for the same kind of beds, I would have done different. There was a friend who got something, it wasn’t Craftmatic, and they gave him pillows. I really wasn’t happy.

My wife needed an adjustable bed. She was in the hospital and they told us she had to sleep with her upper body elevated. I looked in the yellow pages, in the phonebook and found Craftmatic so I got one. I decided to just as well get the queen sized. We got the double, so we got both sides that adjust. My experience is fine. They said it would be about a week to get it and it was.

I have a 95-year-old mother who needs adjustments so I ordered this Craftmatic bed. The sales reps were awesome and very accommodating. They did a fantastic job. And the delivery was great and is all good. The bed is awesome and it’s done great things as far as my mother’s comfort.

I saw Craftmatic on TV and wanted a bed that I could sit up with my laptop or read from so I got one. The salesperson and the people who delivered the bed were both wonderful. The salesperson was just very good about getting all the information and getting everything set up for me. And when they delivered it, they were very efficient and got it set up very quickly. They did a really good job.

I had a friend who I worked with at the telephone company and she had a problem with her back. We got to talking and I had just had knee surgery. I could not lay and get comfortable in a straight bed and putting a pillow under my knee was not enough. So she suggested I call a gentleman from Davenport. Apparently, he had talked to her and then she told him about me and so he called me. I was very interested. This was over 10 years ago. I told him that I certainly would love to try Craftmatic. So he gave me all the details and I bought the bed and the mattress. I swear, I LOVE it... and I mean that sincerely! I don’t know if I could even sleep in a straight bed anymore. I had my other knee done 2 years ago and I had the same problem that you need to elevate them. So it worked out just fine.

I saw Craftmatic on a TV ad and due to old age, we decided to get one. We’re extremely satisfied with the whole Craftmatic affair!!! Everything has been very good. Both of us sleep much better. We’re both very satisfied with the bed.

My fiancé had ALS and it was getting hard to help him. He saw Craftmatic advertised where it would lift you up and of course, getting deadweight from a sitting position is a lot easier than laying down. So we had one for about 10 years and then he passed away and I inherited it. Then I needed a new one. My mattress has worn out and I had worked with them before so I just automatically called them again. I ended up upgrading. I just had a full and got a queen. They coordinated the delivery out here in California and all that worked well - just an email. I had a question on something and ended up calling my same rep and somebody called me right back. It’s been good. I would recommend them.

I decided to buy a Craftmatic bed because my wife needs the flexibility. Both the sales rep and the delivery people were very good on both ends. It’s a very good product and I’m satisfied with the service.

My sister had Craftmatic. I saw hers and sat on it, lay on it, and it was great! ... So I had to have one. Their people were great. They came and adjusted it. I had a leg that was damaged, not by any fault of their own, but one of the transit companies damaged it. They replaced the entire base. That was totally trouble free!

I couldn’t sleep and was looking for choices. I talked to 3 different companies and after talking to them, I decided Craftmatic seemed to be the better bed. And their people were more than willing. It sounded like they were going to come make bed every morning for me. I like the fact that I sleep now and the adjustability. I’m satisfied.

I had a Craftmatic since 20 or 30 years ago. It was kind of old so I thought it needed to be replaced. And they’ve done some improvements so I thought this would be a good time to do it. I’ve had many other beds in between and they’re not as good so I went back to Craftmatic. I actually got the first Craftmatic when I had an operation and couldn’t lay flat. That’s basically why I got it again. Interaction with their people was very good. The delivery service showed me the controls but I think they were guessing at it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Craftmatic to a friend.

I had a Craftmatic 17 years ago and bought it right here in Westland, I couldn't find the place anymore. We came home and my daughter-in-law made some phone calls and found out she should call this place down in Florida and that’s what happened. I like the bed very much. It’s just really good for me. With my problems and everything, I think it’s the best thing I did. I put my legs up and I do like the new hand thing that isn’t plugged in to the wall - that I just can set it on my nightstand.

I had seen Craftmatic advertised in magazines and on TV. We were looking for a new bed because my husband was sick, and it was in the phonebook. The sales rep and delivery were very, very nice and polite. The experience was very pleasant. And I like the adjustability of the bed.

I had a bed for 15 years and then had a fire in my home this year. So I bought a bed to replace the bed that I lost in the fire. Sales and delivery were great. I like the fact that I can elevate my head, sit in bed and work on my computer or read a book, watch TV, and elevate my feet because I have edema in my legs. It really does help. Plus, it takes the pressure off my back. It’s extremely comfortable. I have a lot of back pain and sleep very well in the bed. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.

I just recently relocated and had to sell the bed that I had because I was downsized and had a large bed which was a king. After I sold the bed, I really missed it a lot. I knew I was going to be buying a new bed for my new location. I thought about the Craftmatic because I had recently visited a friend of mine that had one and my sister had one at one time. So I inquired about it and thought it will be the way to go. I was retiring from my job at the time and said it might be the last bed I’ll buy, and I wanted to enjoy the comfort of it.

The bed’s for my daughter, not for me. She really likes it. It raises her up and she said it helped her and the bed’s comfortable. The people were awesome and did excellent.

I was looking at the internet and wanted an adjustable bed. I was sleeping on a recliner so it was a better idea to sleep in a bed. I found Craftmatic and purchased it. I am now enjoying the bed and its adjustability. The overall experience was very good and they were very prompt in their delivery.

My husband had a stroke and needed a bed that could be adjusted to help him sit up. The transaction went smooth as silk. The Craftmatic bed is comfortable. Our favorite part is that we’re able to raise the head. He’s stronger now and doesn’t need it as much but if he’s having a problem sitting up then all he has to do is just hit the button and raise the head.

I was sleeping for 2 years in a La-Z-Boy chair because I can’t do a flat bed. I had two hospital beds from Medicare. After 4 days, it took me a whole week to get my back back in shape again. I sent them back. They were like a trampoline and they wouldn’t give me any other. I said, “If I got it on Medicare, I probably got the greatest one they have.” I saw Craftmatic on TV and I think, “Hmm.” So I looked it up in the phonebook and that’s why I called. Everything went fine.

My husband has had a Craftmatic for about 20 years now. We got a replacement recently but he’s still got the other. The people were really nice and were really good. The bed is helping us get better sleep. I have to keep my head up a little bit now, and it’s perfect. I couldn’t live without it… That’s for sure!

Getting older and not sleeping as well, I was looking for adjustable beds. I heard about Craftmatic through advertising on TV and got one. It was excellent service. They were thorough in what they did in the sales team. And the people that delivered it were clean. They put the bed and got going. I am sleeping better and like the adjustability and the vibration.

It was back in 1990 something when I bought my first Craftmatic. I purchased another one because I wanted it for comfort. The delivery team was out of sight. They were just wonderful. They moved my old bed frame and put it in another room. It was just great.

My wife owned a Craftmatic and she’d had it since the ‘80s. So we decided to replace it. My wife has a lot of trouble with her back and likes being able to adjust it to where she feels comfortable. We had trouble with the delivery though. Part of it was us, part of it was the way they reacted to us. The purchase experience was okay but the delivery experience was a little poor.

It was the variety that had the rising and lowering of the head and the foot that we were looking for. It was over 15 years ago when I got my first Craftmatic. It’s probably the nicest thing. When we got the second one, it’s been 3 months ago. It was very good. They got in and out and done in less than an hour. The new one, they got it all put back together. They showed us how the new remote control works and wireless yet. That’s cool.

Having been in the hospital in the last year and discovering the positive quality to being able to change the position of your bed, we went looking for adjustable beds. They were all very cooperative, and it was easy and just as described. There were no negative surprises. It was wonderful really.

About 25 to 30 years ago, I bought Craftmatic and bought two of them. We liked it. And then all of a sudden, we stopped using it because the remote stopped working. So I called to see if I can get some help with that. They sent a gentleman out but all he did was change the batteries. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong, so I bought a new one.

We were looking for adjustable beds due to our age. We knew Craftmatic’s name so we went to them. Sales and delivery were very good. You can raise the bed when you make it and sit on it. My wife likes to sit up so it helps her. I would recommend them any time.

I bought a Craftmatic about 20 years ago. I liked it and decided to go back with it. I like the way I can sleep the way I want to and my husband can sleep the way he wants to. I’d recommend them to people.

We had a Craftmatic bed for at least 25 years. And instead of replacing mattresses, we decided it was time just to replace the whole thing because it was very archaic looking and it wasn’t working probably as well as it should have been. So we looked around. We looked at everything, Tempur-Pedic and all those different kinds of things. We decided we were so happy with the Craftmatic that we would just stick with it. So we bought them.

We were checking out beds because we have problems with our back and stuff, and found Craftmatic. I would recommend them. Everybody was very friendly and helpful through the whole thing. The delivery people were wonderful. We like that we can put it at what level we want. Either of us, we can raise it a little bit. If we want to sit up and watch TV, we can and things like that. We like that it has massage on it too. It was just a great experience with all of it.

We were both getting older and sometimes we’re having some back trouble. We were looking for an adjustable bed so we can have our own adjustments and wouldn’t have to be flat out all the time. I was very well pleased with Craftmatic. Our favorite is the elevation, the foot and the head. We occasionally use the vibration but it’s not that frequent. It’s been satisfactory and met our needs.

I needed to get my head up so I could feel better at night. I purchased a Craftmatic and it has helped me. I like it. The delivery team didn’t speak English well, but they did put the bed together. I wanted the frame put up around it and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Other than that, I’ve been very pleased with the experience.

I’ve known about Craftmatic for a long time because I’ve known people that had it. I’d wake up about 4 o’clock every morning all the time, but since I got the Craftmatic, I don’t do that. I raise my head. The sales rep and delivery people were very good. I couldn’t have asked for any better. I’d recommend it very highly.

I just retired in March of this year. We lived in Michigan all of our lives but then we moved down to Ohio a year ago. I’d seen Craftmatic on TV and told my daughter when I was at home when she was growing up, “I would like to have one of those beds.” I said, “They look so neat.” So then I went and kept telling her when I retired I had some extra money there. I said, “I really would like to have one of those but I don’t know if I can afford it or not.” And she says, “Mom, you’ve worked for over 37 years. You deserve it. Buy it.” I went online and found a number that I could call and then I called. They were wonderful. The guy that sold me the bed was just great. And then when they come to put the bed up, they left no mess. I haven’t had any bad experience with any of them. And when they tell you they’re going to be there within that certain time, they’re here. So they’re very efficient.

I was in the hospital in January. I can’t sleep flat. I’m tired of using those two pillows so I looked in the phonebook and found Craftmatic. I’d heard about that for years and years and how wonderful it is. So I called the number and the lady was really, really nice. She helped me all through it. They did bring the first bed. And the mattress never inflated. It was like a 6-inch mattress. Anyhow, they brought me a new mattress without hesitation and it’s perfect. It’s wonderful and I love it! So fantastic! I love the gel foam and it keeps cool. I love that I can adjust the height and my feet. My feet swell too. Man, it helps. I became a new person! I definitely recommend them.

I had been visiting a friend in Chicago for about 33 to 34 years. And in the guest bedroom where I slept, there was a Craftmatic bed that she never had any complaints with, that I was always able to use with ease. The most she had to do was replace the mattress periodically. So when I got close to retirement age, I knew that I wanted to invest in that bed.

I had a need that my doctor requested. Down the road I was going to need a bed. I have terminal cancer. The cancer that I have is getting a little more aggressive. I needed elevation for my left leg. My wife said maybe we need to get it now. We went out and looked at several other brands. And all of a sudden, for some reason, I told my wife, “I saw Craftmatic on television and I think I will give them a call.”

We had the Craftmatic for many years and our mattresses were beginning to go. I got in touch with them and then I ended up getting the new ones that we just got this past year. We love the fact that we’re able to use it like a hospital bed, being able to have the remote to put the head or the feet or both up. We just had a good experience with them over the years that we’ve had it. We never had any problems with Craftmatic whatsoever.

I’m 85 years old. My daughter had purchased the two twin beds for me because I had a very serious surgery. In 2007, I had fallen and broken my arm and from that point on, I slept in a recliner. And I did not sleep in a bed for six years and when I had to get the surgery my daughter said that I cannot recuperate in a chair. She wanted to get something like a hospital bed and thought of Craftmatic. She spoke to Lenny down in Florida and purchased two firm twin beds. And she is so grateful because I healed beautifully! I made it through the surgeries. I had two surgeries and I’m doing well. And we tried everything to get me in a bed …. wedges, firm beds, soft beds, and nothing worked except the Craftmatic.

I have a Craftmatic bed ant it's helping. The experience with the sales rep and the delivery team was fine. I had no problem. I use the vibrator thing for my back, because it loosens everything up. They use this in the hospital.

I first heard about Craftmatic on TV. I have backache, and the bed is helping me with that. The feature I use the most is the one where I’m sitting up a little bit. The sales representative and the delivery team were very nice. The whole experience was very, very nice.

We saw the Craftmatic advertisement on television. I’ve been having problems sleeping at night so I decided to try their product. Their people were excellent. No problem at all. The product’s great. It has helped me with my problems. My favorite feature of the bed is moving the head up and down.

The bed was for my husband. He had five hip replacements and had just broken his leg. We needed something that was lower to the ground than kind of an antique bed that he was on and something a little bit softer but easier for him to get out of. I looked online and found Craftmatic. He’s enjoying the bed particularly because he can be propped up and watch television. We’ve had a Craftmatic for about 20 years. Way back when it first came out, we’ve had it and all these years until the flood. We were flooded on Storm Sandy and it finally died so we had to get a new one. Everything was great. It has a lot of features in it that the other one didn’t, though we never use the massage... It’s not that vibrant. It’s very, very minor. Overall, they were great. I’m happy with it.

This is my second Craftmatic bed. I had a back operation and needed a new bed. I saw it advertised so I called them and purchased one. I’d hate to have to go back to a regular bed and sleep. I’ve enjoyed my Craftmatic (the up and down in my head at night when I’m in bed). When I get ready to go to sleep, I lower it to the right position. I watch a lot of TV in my room and so I use that part so I can sit up in bed. It does the things I need it to do and makes it easier for me to sleep and I enjoy it.

I first heard about Craftmatic in watching TV some evening. And then I got the number and called. They were running a special at that time. I was thinking between that and the Sleep Number bed. I wanted something that I could adjust, the massage on and everything. Sales and delivery went fine. They were real courteous. They came inside, set it up for me, showed me how everything worked. And the first mattress that I had with it was a little bit too firm on me. I called back and within two weeks, I got the other mattress. It was just like I was told when I bought this. They were honest with me. They said, "If you don’t like it, you can get another one for $90 and we’ll take the other one away or you can keep it.” They brought it in and delivered it right inside and set it up for me. I was very, very pleased with the way I was treated.

I’ve known about Craftmatic for a long time and purchased it for my back. I don’t have backache anymore. I put my back and feet up because my ankles tend to swell. I sleep like that all night and no backache the next morning, and the swelling is gone. The bed was just the best thing I ever did. I’m very happy with the whole experience. It was perfect!

I had bought a king Craftmatic years back so when I wanted to update the mattress, I just split the king and put it in the two other bedrooms and then decided to go for a queen. And since I’m recovering from a broken back, it is perfect for me. The vibration just seems to soothe my back and I feel I can just soak right into the mattress. The sales rep were a little pushy but really nice. I knew what I wanted and was going to get it regardless of how they treated me. I don’t like their delivery people. I’m just livid with them. They had me sitting here four separate days waiting for them to show up. They never called and never showed. But as far as the bed itself, I’m very happy with it. I’ve already recommended it to people.

The first Craftmatic we got was about 40 years ago. That was for a king sized. I use it for elevating my feet. I can’t use the vibrator because there’s a basement underneath. I may vibrate the shelves or something. And then the other year when it got unsafe for me because I started having fits at night, I was afraid I’d hit my wife or whatever. So we got another one. I think it was a regular. I called Craftmatic and got someone in Florida. Everything went as spoken and they delivered on time, set up on time, and the guys that brought it in and set up were very helpful and nice. I’m very happy with it. I’d recommend them to my friend. They’ve always given us good service. The one that my wife uses seemed like it was a pretty new item on the market when we bought the first one.

I was looking for an adjustable bed because my regular one didn’t seem to be that comfportable and found Craftmatic. The sales rep and delivery were quite efficient. They brought it in and took care of everything. I got a little bit of a problem. I was trying to get hold of somebody because the favorite position on the remote suddenly stopped working (I like to adjust the head and feet). I did call them about a week and a half ago but nobody called me back. Except for that, everything was fine.

I was having severe back pain. I was going to the doctor once a month. I haven’t had these problems in my back in over 4 monthd because of this Craftmatic bed. It’s great and we love it. We recommend it.

I have a couple of friends that had them. I have to sleep with the head of the bed raised so I bought the single Craftmatic bed. Everything is perfect. It’s a wonderful product and if I ever have to have another bed, I’ll buy it from them.

I’d just gotten out of the hospital for about the third or fourth time. I needed some way to elevate my legs. About 15 years ago, I had my left hip replaced due to severe osteoarthritis. And about a year ago, I had like a stress fracture but I wound up fracturing my left femur in two places. That was the good news. The bad news is it was right on my artificial hip. I fractured it twice right there so I had to go in for some pretty good surgery. And then about four months later, they replaced my right knee. There’s no bone between me and the ground. We got the Craftmatic bed to make it a little bit easier on me because I couldn’t walk upstairs at that point in time.

I needed a new bed. My husband has back and leg issues. My mom has a Craftmatic bed so when we started looking for beds and thinking, we decided to check theirs. The sales rep was wonderful, fantastic, great. The delivery team seemed to have no idea who they were, much less what they were doing. They were nice, friendly, but they knew nothing about how to set the bed up.

I would recommend this Craftmatic bed. I’m getting a good night’s sleep and I love that I could get my head up.

I saw Craftmatic in a magazine ad and got it for my mother. The people were great. They were professional and pleasant while they were in the house. They cleaned up all the mess when they put the bed up and answered all the questions. It was pretty good. I would recommend it. My mother likes the part that raises the head up and the feet.

My mother is the one that has the bed. Years ago she developed rheumatoid arthritis and needed a bed to help her get up. So she’s the one that found Craftmatic and purchased one. She just bought a new bed with a battery backup this past year. It went well because she lives with me. It was a good experience. The bed reclines and she can sit up and put her feet up.

I got the Craftmatic because my husband is a sick man (he has dementia and had a problem with blood flow) and I need the bed. It’s very, very good. I love it and my husband likes it too. It’s more comfortable. He’s using it but not very often. This is for people who have problems… sick people who have a problem with waking up from the bed. The doctor always recommended that my husband put his feet up due to circulation. You have to have pillows, whatever, under your feet. This one, you press the button and your feet are up, and it helps my husband a lot. I will recommend it to friends if they can afford it because it’s expensive. If they ask me, I always say, “It’s worth it.”

I’ve had a Craftmatic for about 30 years. I inherited my mother’s when she passed in ’95 and had hers until last June when I bought two, one for myself and one for my husband, because we left our home of 43 years and came to live in a new house with my daughter. And she needed a bed too because her bed has been a full sized but it wasn’t a Craftmatic. It was a regular bed. So I said, “Well, I don’t see any reasons since you spend half your life looking at the TV from your bed but you don’t have a Craftmatic so you can sit up and look.” So that’s what I did. I got one for each of us and I’m more than happy with it. I highly recommend it.

My dad had had a stroke and was in a very uncomfortable hospital bed but still needed the up and down, being able to sit up and lay down kind of a bed. That’s how we found out and wound up with the Craftmatic bed. As soon as I called, he explained what kind of bed he thought that my dad would need. I had something else in mind. He told me that I could do what I wanted but suggested a full-sized bed versus the twin bed simply because of comfort. And actually, it has worked out better. We would have probably not been happy with the twin sized as we are with the full-sized bed. He was excellent help pointing out things that we would need. The experience from the beginning of it with the salesman and then the people coming in and setting it up was excellent so we have had no complaints. In fact, we have recommended them to several people that family has been bedridden.

I could not lay down flat to sleep so I thought this is the time to get a Craftmatic bed. Everything went fine. The people were all very nice and helpful. I ordered it on a Friday and got it the next Friday.

I was involved in a bad wreck 6 years ago. I had to sleep in a chair where it wasn’t flat so I needed something to prop me up, so I contacted Craftmatic. If I try to sleep flat, my back and my shoulder would ache. Sales and delivery went awesome. They came, explained everything and really did a nice job. We set the bed up. The bed is helping me immensely. I use the massage feature but the elevation is the main thing.

I was researching some beds online and helping my father a little bit in gathering some information. He’s getting older and some declining health. He was looking for something a little more comfortable and the Craftmatic adjustable bed has helped do that. Sales was good. We had one issue where the first bed that was shipped was damaged in shipping. They had to send it back. I didn’t discover that until the assembly guys arrived here and they unpacked it and said, “This is broken. It won’t work.” So we had a couple of weeks’ delay. They got a pretty quick turnaround on the second shipment. That was the only real issue but the guys put it together, set it up and did great. It’s been a very good experience. Everyone was very helpful and we’re pleased with the bed.

So far so good. The experience from sales to delivery went fine. My son did most of it. I would recommend Craftmatic.

We were shopping around for a new bed and had gone to several stores. I like the adjustable beds but really didn’t like the prices that they wanted for them. I’m an AARP member and was looking in AARP magazine. There was an ad for Craftmatic and that’s a familiar name. I said, “Well, let me give them a call.” One store I contacted about the adjustable beds, the mattress that I could buy from them would have a guarantee if I bought the adjustable piece. They said I would have to own that. You couldn’t send it back. And I’m thinking, “What if I don’t like it?” Craftmatic, of course, they said, “Well no, if you don’t like it, you can send the whole thing back.” That kind of intrigued me. It was a no-risk situation. And sure enough, we liked it.

I have MS and we had a two-story home before we moved, and I couldn’t get upstairs to bed so I slept in my recliner. When we moved to the new house, we wanted to have a bed - I didn’t know if I could actually lay flat or not because I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for so long. So we thought Craftmatic would be a good bed to have because it’s adjustable and we were right! Just what I expected. No surprises. I was not here when it was delivered but it was delivered and set up and appears to be working fine so it was good.

I’m going to go back 20 years ago… I had medical problems. My friend, who bought the Craftmatic bed for her husband, told me about it and I had them come over and looked at it. I liked what I saw so I bought it. The head and the legs go up. You don’t have to put pillows on the bottom of your bed to make your feet go high. I had two beds at that time. I kept them until this year. But then something happened in my house and I had to get rid of the beds. So I called up to see what kind of deal they would give me. I liked the deal so I told them I want them to come take the old beds out and bring the new bed. And I’m using it. They were great! It’s great for my back. That’s why I reordered them.

I’m in a wheelchair and needed the bed. The experience is absolutely perfect! It couldn’t have been better. The delivery team was just very clean. They took everything. This is our second Craftmatic. We got online, found the telephone number and ordered it from someone in Florida. She was so helpful and compassionate. It was just wonderful. I recommend this bed. I like the ability to raise the foot of it and get my legs a little higher because they swell a lot.

I’ve had back problems for years and really couldn’t lay down flat on the bed and sleep. I’ve been busy taking care of my wife for 3 years but she passed away back in August of 2011. I had bought her a reclining chair, one of those electric ones, to help her get up and down and lay down semi-flat. After she passed away, I was just getting to the point I could hardly move. I’d sleep flat on the bed and then I’d wake up in the morning. I suffered. So I decided I’m going to try that chair out. Well, lo and behold, I could, but the chair’s in the living room. So I thought, “Well, shoot, I need to do something better than that.” So I got to thinking about a reclining bed, one that goes up and down. I went around to a lot of the local stores and some of the other stores like that but they were out of sight. Six or seven thousand dollars for a bed? Give me a break. I could buy a good car for that.

The Craftmatic bed is working fine. I heard about it from friends. We bought the bed for my husband’s health. The bed has helped. He’s using it and the head lift is his favorite feature. Interactions with the sales rep and the installation team went well.

I first heard about Craftmatic about 30 years ago and I’ve had one, a queen sized, for at least 25 years. It’s like two singles. And one of the singles got the old wire control and it caught fire and burned out with it up. I got a hold of Craftmatic and replaced one side of the queen. And the newer version’s got a remote, much more modernized than the old one. I sure do like that remote a lot better than the old wired one. But the other side is still working so I have an old one and a new one together. My favorite feature, of course, is the ability to sit up with it. I was having back problems and hold it at a certain position I’ve learned and that helps my back. That’s the most important thing because when you have a backache, it’s tough to navigate around.

My mother had a Craftmatic bed and it went to a different family member. And since her death, I came up with reflux and a bad back and thought, “Well, it was good for her. It might be good for me.” So I checked into it and I’m glad I did. The bed is helping! I have to sleep with my head raised and had been sleeping for about 3 years in a lounge chair. The head will raise and I can adjust it to whatever my aching body needs. I’m a very old lady. It’s quite a relief to have it in my life.

We’ve had a good experience with Craftmatic. The Craftmatic we had before was real good. It’s just that it didn’t have the battery pack in case the electricity went off. I had to buy my wife that. She was afraid of getting stuck in the bed at night and it will get down.

I’ve known of Craftmatic for a long time. I’m 82 so I’ve heard a lot. I have to elevate my head so I bought one. The delivery team was wonderful and the sales guy was a little thick for a while but we got it straightened out. Nothing drastic. Just coming in agreement on a price, delivery time, and what the bed would do for me.

Some years ago my husband had back surgery. This is the second time we’ve had Craftmatic. The first time we had it, it helped his back so much. I usually get up at about 5 o'clock although I’m retired. But now I stay in bed a little longer…. It’s got me sleeping good! I like the fact that I can raise my head up and my body to become halfway level. I enjoy that! I haven’t tried the heat yet but I haven’t had a chance because it gets hot anyway.

My mother and her sister had purchased Craftmatic over 20 years ago. They’ve never had to have the bed serviced, never had any problems with it, and they just loved it. My mother always had to elevate her head. The bed just turned out to be a lifesaver for her. And the same was for her sister. I was letting her know that my bed just wasn’t large enough a few months ago. I said I’m looking to purchase a king-sized bed and she said, “Well, have you thought about the Craftmatic?” I just turned 49 and she said it would be an investment as you get on up in years. She said they warranty their beds really well. She asked me to consider it. Well, I did. I went on and purchased one and so far, I’m very happy with it!

Watching Craftmatic on TV, I’ve always wanted one. So I finally got an opportunity to get one. They were excellent and very polite. They were just very nice. I just wish it came with heat - that’s how they advertise it. Because I thought I had ordered it with the heat and then the lady told me that they didn’t do the heat because of fires and stuff. Something to check into then.

A friend of ours told us that he had gotten Craftmatic. We had decided it was something that we could probably use because we’re getting along in years and a regular bed wasn’t doing it for us so we bought one. And my wife had a hiatal hernia and tried those wedge pillows and they didn’t work very well. I got online and got the phone number. I called and right there and then when I spoke to the salesman on the phone, he transferred me over to the manager who gave me some good incentives and stuff and we ordered it.

I have a couple of neighbors that had Craftmatic and that’s how I heard about the company. I have a back problem and this bed is helping me. I’m getting a good night’s sleep now. I would recommend them. Their sales rep and delivery team were fine.

I first heard of Craftmatic in California when I was still living over there. I had had two back surgeries and these friends of ours said that this would probably work well for me so I bought the first one in California. It certainly did help me. When I have a lower back problem, I can raise the head. If I have a problem with my knees, I can raise the feet. It’s better than being in a hospital bed. And the people were very professional.

We’ve had a Craftmatic for over 20 years. We needed a bed that you can raise your feet and your head, and they were the only ones in town at the time. Ordering and delivery went pretty good. I wasn’t home. But they were very efficient. They took out the old bed because it was time to change it. The reason we did it was because the mattresses were getting lumpy after that many years. And unfortunately, my wife is bedridden so she’s in hers quite a few hours a day. The only thing I needed to do in there was how to program the Craftmatic’s control - that’s the only thing I’m having a problem with.

I had seen the Craftmatic commercials for many years and had wanted one for many years. As I got older, I wanted a Craftmatic more and more and finally just decided to get one and I did. They were great! I did the last commercial with them. I’ve enjoyed it very much!

I was having so much problems with my back and so forth, I couldn’t sleep in a conventional bed. I even tried foam mattress and it didn’t work for my back. I heard about Craftmatic on TV and they offered a 30-day trial. I thought, “Well, I don’t have anything to lose.” They came, brought the bed out here and set it up and I kept it. They didn’t take my old bed because I wasn’t sure I was going to keep this one. The bed has helped my back a lot. I’ve already recommended it to friends.

My mom had a Craftmatic for over 20 years. And when I moved her into an independent living facility rather than drive to the old one a hundred miles, we let someone else have it and ordered a new one. She was at my house the last four days and when I brought her back last night, she said she looked forward to getting back in her bed. The experience was excellent. We only ordered via phone. They delivered it by truck and that went fine. So no complaints.

I had a friend who had a Craftmatic. I needed a hospital bed and my god, that’s torture. I purchased Craftmatic and it was all great. The bed is helping. I love the fact that it raises and lowers the feet and head. But I would like if it had been a little taller. It doesn’t make any difference that it’s not high but that is if anybody has to take care of me in bed. I think I have a set of risers that I can put under it but we never have done it.

My mother had a bed for my brother, a Craftmatic bed, a long time ago back in the 90s. He was handicapped. He loved it and it gave him many great years of sleep. He needed another one and it was that time where you’ve had your bed for almost 15 years and it’s time to get another mattress. I went to get another mattress and sure enough, I ended up just buying another bed - something more updated and more comfortable for him. He’s loving it!

I had back problems and was in a motorcycle accident. My right leg gets pretty well straight. I bought it because it’s more comfortable laying with my feet up a little bit and the back up a little bit. They came here, moved the furniture around for me and put it together. They were great! And this bed helps me. It’s great sleeping on it. I put the massage on once in a while but I don’t use it.

I have back problems and saw Craftmatic on TV. I purchased it and it was an outstanding experience! The bed helps me, is very comfortable and you can adjust it to your needs. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Our friends have Craftmatic. I've been extremely, extremely ill and needed help. My wife knew she needed to deal with handicapped issues so that I would be able to get in and out of the bed more easily and be able to have my head elevated when it was needed and that type of thing as opposed to an actual hospital bed. We needed something that would help. The sales representative was excellent. He was very, very helpful. We spoke with him several times and he answered all of our questions. My wife specifically told the delivery team when to come because I was in the hospital. She had an appointment with the rehab people and our grandchildren were here. She left the children and thought it was a short amount of time. They came and were knocking on the door way early than she had told them to come. We didn’t appreciate that. But they did answer any questions we have. They’re not affiliated with the company at all; it’s just a contractor.

When my husband passed away, my daughter, her husband and I sold our homes and bought another one. We’re all together and she felt that this Craftmatic bed would be the thing for me. When I get older, it would be a help to her as well as me. Both the sales rep and delivery were very good. The bed is very comfortable. I like that it moves up and down.

This is my second Craftmatic bed. I already had an old Craftmatic when it was advertised on TV back in the 50s. I wanted to get a new mattress. They said that would cost $1000 and the whole bed would cost $2000. So I figured, “Well, let’s take the whole thing.” I like that I can adjust it so I can sit up and do things like watch TV and do craft. I’m a senior so I do knitting, crocheting, and so forth. Who the hell knows how long I got, I might as well have a good bed. I was happy with the old one and I’m happy with the new one. I would recommend it to a friend if they asked me about it.

My wife got on the internet and searched for the type of bed we needed. I have a bad back. We chose Craftmatic based on the price and construction. Sales to delivery were great. They did real well. It was an excellent experience and the bed does help me.

I’m 92 and figured if some time in the future if I had a bed that performed the acrobatics that a normal hospital bed does, I might find it convenient so I purchased this. It’s a comfortable bed. It’s the acrobatics that you can have it perform by simply pressing the right part of the remote that I like the most. My wife died on the 15th of September so I have given away the large, king-sized in favor of a single Craftmatic bed just for myself. I would recommend it. A very prompt, very courteous treatment on the part of the gentleman with whom I talked two or three times, and the performance of the bed itself.

We needed a new bed and saw an advertisement for Craftmatic so we got one. The people were all good. The bed is all right. I like it. It’s comfortable and I sleep good on it.

The Craftmatic bed was for me and we just purchased it. It’s the second one that I’ve had. I purchased it because of the need to have my head and feet elevated. And I’m quite comfortable this way.

It was a wonderful experience. The saleslady was great. She knew a lot about the bed. She told me about the sale. She let me know the different sizes and what it would do for my mom, how it would be more comfortable for her (my mother had a back operation and they took part of her flexibility so she can’t lay flat). She turned me on to the heat and the message so then I added that to the bed. And I was having a little trouble. I thought the bed has stopped working but it was hooked up to a light socket. So when I called, they were very quick and were going to have someone out here. So that was nice. I would rate them the highest mark. And I would recommend the bed, too, to some of my friends whose parents are getting elderly or their grandparents. I told them I got my mom that bed and it really is good.

I’ve had a Craftmatic bed since the late ‘70s or early ‘80s. My husband had health issues and it did help with it. He had a hard time laying flat. He loved the bed’s adjustability.

My husband and I have acid reflux and back problems. We checked Tempur-Pedic and Sleep Number. We went to the store and tried the bed. We were going to buy Sleep Number but then checked the reviews online and the reviews weren’t very good on Sleep Number or Tempur-Pedic. My husband was just browsing on the internet and found Craftmatic and the reviews were great. So we checked into it and it had about the same as the Sleep Number. The mattress stays the same. It still lifts up on top. It’s very comfortable. We like it. We don’t really use the massage aspect because it’s so loud. But we do like where you can adjust the top of the bed. I’d definitely recommend them. I wasn’t home at the time the bed was delivered but my husband said they were great. They came and set it up and just got everything rolling.

We were in the market for a new mattress. I heard about Craftmatic through some TV ads, magazine articles, etc. I was looking that up and then saw one of the comments from a consumer that mentioned the Craftmatic. Then I started comparing various comments made by people who purchased the bed and looked at the price… the Craftmatic certainly was the more attractive to me at that point. That’s how we got interested in the Craftmatic.

I heard about Craftmatic on TV at one time. We were both having back problems and stuff. We figured it might help us out so that’s why we basically got them. The sales representative was all right. The delivery team could have cleaned that up a little bit better. They weren’t neat and were kind of sloppy.

The reason I got in contact with Craftmatic was my wife and I were in a car accident and basically alive, probably a bunch of folks trying to recoup in a recliner since we couldn’t lay flat. I saw the commercial on TV and I thought, “Oh heck, yeah.” And I looked it up and I thought, “Oh heck, no” with the price. I figured, this really sucks because we’re sleeping out in the living room, and it just got to the point where after three weeks of doing this in a recliner, since both of us were hurt, we decided “Let’s fight the bullet and get it.” There is a return policy so if nothing else, we can always turn it back in if it’s not helping us. I was in the back here when the delivery team got here. If I remember correctly, I wasn’t having a good day that day so I was asleep when they got here and when I woke up, the bed was up, they were gone. Everything was ready.

A woman I used to work with bought it a couple of years ago and liked it. I needed to lift my head up because I have acid reflux. I stack pillows and keep sliding down. So I say, “Now, I’m going to have to get this.” I had to change it to get a different mattress. I was going to have Tempur-Pedic. I used to sweat like hell and couldn’t take it. I checked around and checked around, and so I purchased it from Craftmatic. I’m very happy with it. They were prompt. They took care of my needs when something had to be fixed.

My wife said it was recommended by her rheumatologist that she get a hospital-type bed because of some of her medical problems. Basically, we just did some research online, some shopping around, and the Craftmatic came very highly recommended. They’ve had a good reputation for many years so we decided to give them a call to see what they had to offer. The sales representative actually, believe it or not, talked me out of some of the more expensive features that I wanted that we just really didn’t need in the long run. And I very much appreciated that because some of them cost way up and he just explained to me, “Hey, most people don’t take these because...” etc. And he also gave me alternatives which is very unusual. It’s like if he’s working on commission, he just lost some money but he did us a great favor. And the delivery team, we had no problems with them. They were in and out. They cleaned up all their mess. They explained all the basics of how the bed worked. Just working with them was a great experience.

A girlfriend of mine bought a bed. The bed was beneficial for her. I was a designer so I would have to stand all day at work in my high heels. And so to come home and be able to put your feet up and have a little bit of rest, I was able to go out and live a little longer and do things. So I got one when she got one. And that was 20 years ago now. I like that I can sit up a little bit. That it’s better. Then I bought another one but I like the first one. I’m not standing in my heels now so the bottom part is not so important. I ordered one that was a little more soft, a little more comfortable because I’m getting older and have to think of my joints now.

I heard about Craftmatic for years. The experience with the sales rep and delivery was excellent. The saleslady was just beautiful. And the sales guys that came out here were great. They came and you couldn’t ask or even expect better professionalism than what we experienced.

Unbelievable… I can sleep. I’ve gotten the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. I would definitely recommend Craftmatic to my friends and family.

The representative that my husband had called was very delighted that he was so thorough with him. He could ask any question he wanted and was quick to respond.

My wife has had back problems and problem sleeping for quite some time. We had talked about needing to get a bed that would accommodate different positions to help her out. The publication from AARP that they advertised in had come in and I was looking. They had two different beds and I went online and checked out both. I decided I’d go ahead and contact Craftmatic and we were able to work that out. It’s been a real good deal for us. Very smooth, no problem. And the bed definitely has helped me some. It’s very comfortable but it’s helped my wife tremendously.

My husband and I both have a bad back, and I have a bad neck. So we talked to our doctor about it, and he thought that the Craftmatic bed would be something good to try to help alleviate the pain we were in. That’s how we first heard about it. The bed is helping and we’ve had one now for 12 or 13 years. Interaction with the sales rep and delivery team was good. We didn’t have any problems with either. As for favorite features, on my first Craftmatic that I had, I like the heat. Our mattress pad was heated and that was great. And then there’s the fact that you can adjust it to alleviate the problems you’re having. About a year ago, we traded the other one in and bought a new one. We recommended it to several people.

I decided it was time for me to get a bed that I really wanted to have. I got tired of just the mattress and the box-spring, and the fact that I have rheumatoid arthritis and hard to get out of bed. That became very important to me - to be able to sit in bed and read a book. I did look around. And then I met a woman who said that this was the best bed. I could never think of anything else. And so I go with people’s opinions. I really love the Craftmatic bed! I love getting into bed at night so I can watch my television. It does everything I want it to do including the massage. It lifts my legs as it’s supposed to be. And it’s just a wonderful bed. Very, very comfortable. Their people were most accommodating and nice. I found them to be wonderful. I did recommend them to friends, and my friend did buy it.

The first bed I had, Sleep Number, died. Someone got this Craftmatic bed for me for Christmas. The experience with the delivery team went well. But they left the stuff that I had no need for. They left those in there and they were just in there for a long time. Two weeks ago, I finally put it out to recycle. But I do like my bed. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience.

I saw a Craftmatic ad on TV and unfortunately, my husband had become ill. Not that he uses every device on it, but I needed something in that line. Excellent experience. The delivery team came in, set up, went through every aspect of it. They took the old mattress out and placed it in my garage which was quite a walk. And they were just very good, very polite, and friendly.

We had purchased the Craftmatic bed over 30 years ago. We thought that perhaps we were in need of a new mattress and so that’s why we contacted them. We had a very difficult time because the bed that was delivered wasn’t quite up to the standards that we expected from the experience we had in the past, because it wasn’t as firm as the bed that we originally purchased and we were looking to replace. So we had to return those originally delivered mattresses and ask for something firmer. And here, as we found out, they weren’t really manufacturing or they weren’t using the same manufacturer for the firm, orthopedic-type mattresses that we had originally had. So by the third time, we got a somewhat firmer mattress, still not quite up to par with what we wanted but it’s close to suitable. I wasn’t angry with the experience but I was a little bit disappointed with the way the product came out. It did come out cheaper though than our very original purchase some 30 years ago.

My husband got in contact with Craftmatic. I had seen ads before and I hadn’t thought too much about it, but he got it mainly for me. The lifting of the bed up, the head part and foot, was very, very helpful. I’m very pleased with it. Everything was perfect. I’d definitely recommend them.

We already had one, not Craftmatic but a bed just like that, so we decided that I needed one also for the comfort of my back. My husband ordered it just to surprise me and he saw it from the TV. Everything has been very fine. We like it very much. I haven’t really used it all that much because it isn’t in the bedroom where I sleep most of the time. We got it in case. But it’s very good. I would recommend it to a friend.

When I was in the hospital, I thought, “I want a bed like this” that moves your legs up and stuff. And then my sister had a Tempur-Pedic and when I found out you could get a Craftmatic with a memory foam mattress, I said, “I am getting one.” So I did. The sales guy was really good. The delivery people were kind of weird but it was okay. I love the bed and that it sits me up. It is just worth it. Whatever you go through to get it, it’s worth it.

I was trying to find a comfortable bed. I was in a hospital bed and it wasn’t that comfortable, so I got a Craftmatic bed. They were courteous and very nice. I didn’t have any trouble at all with them. The bed helps me because I have arthritis and can’t move too much. I can’t lay on anything. I enjoy it.

I would say that Craftmatic were very polite on the phone. They gave me everything that I wanted. And when I needed to have an adjustment on the bed to lower it, they came out right away and did it. So I’ve been very satisfied.

My sister was taken terribly ill last November. She spent 30 days in the ICU and then 2 months in rehab. She just got home in March. She can’t sleep laying down flat and on oxygen 24/7. She was so terribly unstable from being incapacitated for 2 months that she could not stand up without something to hold on to. This bed’s adjustable so it served everything we needed. It’s perfect. It does everything it promised. We will recommend Craftmatic. Their people were here a matter of minutes installing it, showed me how to use it, and out the door they went and I’ve not had one problem.

I saw Craftmatic on TV a long time ago and we were needing a bed. I am disabled. I have severe back problems so I needed a bed where I can raise it up to ease the pressure on my back. And I like the fact that I can raise my legs up. We went online, found Craftmatic and ordered the bed. Simple. It was back in January that it was delivered. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. It was fine. The bed is wonderful. I think it’s well worth the money that was spent. It’s just great.

The people who came here were very kind, very nice, cleaned up after themselves, took all their trash. Actually, they did knock a piece off of our divider kind of thing, but they repaired that before they left. It was nothing serious, of course. They took care of that and they were just very polite.

I’d seen Craftmatic advertised for years. Well, I needed to have my legs raised so I purchased it. It was an excellent experience. The people arrived on time. I guess I was in the workforce so long, I expect good service and I recognize it when I see it. I would recommend Craftmatic.

Over the years, I’ve seen Craftmatic’s commercials in the magazines and on TV. I’ve been sleeping in my chair for 2 years and I was really desperate for some good sleep. So I just looked at the phonebook. I ordered it over the phone. The delivery men were very nice. And one guy showed me how to work things and they set it all up real good. It was the best decision I ever made.

I had a bad back and the bed I had was just a straight bed. One of Craftmatic’s representatives years ago came by with not a real bed but it was something that acts like it. He tried it with me and I ordered it right then. The salesman left the foot of the bed and this bed didn’t take feet. It just sits on the floor. So when they called, they found out. They thought they had lost it. They were actually very courteous. I didn’t have any problem with them. That’s been over 30 some years ago.

My mother had a Craftmatic bed because she had problems and it has absolutely helped her - the way you can move it, so it’s comfortable. It was great. The people were just friendly. They knew their beds and stuff. Very informative, very nice. No problems at all. It was a great experience. We recommend Craftmatic.

We’ve gone through several beds in the recent years. My husband, with his problems, needs to have his head elevated. I had surgery on my leg and I need to have my legs elevated. While we’re in Tucson, we were with Tempur-Pedic. I love the bed and so we were actually looking for an adjustable bed. We didn’t know that Sleep Number had one. So just from a TV commercial, I just gave Craftmatic a call and investigated, and we ended up buying it sort of by accident. It wasn’t anything I planned. The sales rep was extremely helpful. He’s obviously a born salesman. He did a great job and I was a little reluctant mainly because of the price. But we ended up going ahead with it and we’re very happy that we did. He did a good job. The delivery people, we were less than pleased with. That was okay. It was a different company.

I had two beds in Colorado Springs when I lived there. The first Craftmatic, my husband passed away in 1988 and I bought it right after that. I had that one for 5 years. Then they came out with a new type and so I ordered the other one. So they took this one out and gave me another one. I had that one since I left Colorado Springs about four years ago. And then I spent a year in Germany and then I came back to New Mexico. It was a little bit different and they cost more at that time, too. At that time, they offer you a free TV with that. And I said, “I don’t need a TV. I already have one.” Then also the two ladies came to the house. I had the number and I called and got in contact with them and I got my bed. They brought it and set it all up for me and everything. They were very nice. I think they’re excellent.

I’ve been with Craftmatic since ’75. I had the first one for about 20 to 25 years. It finally went out and now I got another one. The main reason I got it is because I’m up in age and I don’t want to stay in a hospital. I have this bed standing by. I use it now and then to lay on but I don’t use it that much right now. It’s a great bed. They’re really fine except the financing - that’s the only problem. If you’re late with a payment, they charge you about $35. And I’ve been paying double, triple, and everything but they say that don’t count. Otherwise, everything’s great. I don’t have any problem with them. I loved it ever since I had it.

My sister had a Craftmatic bed. We slept in it at her house and it was very comfortable. Then my husband was having to start sleeping elevated. He had reflux. So that’s when we got the bed. They were wonderful. The salesman gave me all kinds of information and answered all of my questions that I had about it. I wasn’t here when the bed first was delivered but my husband was and he said they were courteous and stuff. No problems. It’s been a lifesaver for us because it’s helped him sleep and it’s just been a really good thing. I love to watch TV in it.

I wasn’t even looking for a bed at that time. I didn’t have the problems that brought me to Craftmatic, but I heard their advertisements on TV. And also, when I started looking for an adjustable bed, I started comparing prices locally and got the whole picture. Craftmatic was the best, the most reasonable. I got the most for the least amount of money. I have two hip replacements and I have severe problems with my back. What brought me to the Craftmatic was that I was sleeping on the couch. I can’t sleep flat in a bed. I decided that I needed to do something and that was going to an adjustable bed. And that’s where I started.

I saw Craftmatic in the back of our church bulletin. But I had a rented one from my daughter before I came home from the hospital. She took that one and it was horrible. It was all worn down where somebody got in and out. I called up and I said, “Did you give me a used one?” And they said, “Well, all of them are used.” And I said, “Well, I didn’t want it.” So I told them to take it away and I got Craftmatic. The sales rep and delivery came in real nice and they put it up. Everything was beautiful. My daughter brought a big TV set in the front room and she brought a big TV set in the bedroom. So I just laid there at night and watched the TV. And at night, you can press the button and the head goes up. And then you press it and then it vibrates and stuff. My daughter, Tessa, said, “Make sure you turn it off. It might burn itself out.” And I said, “No.” I said, “It goes off like in a half hour or something.” So it goes off automatically. She said, “Oh that’s great.” She didn’t know that. I’m so happy with it and I couldn’t use a regular bed.

I’ve got two artificial hips, I’ve got arthritis, knee and shoulder, and I figured the adjustable portion would be good. Plus, my wife has some back problems so having twin adjustable seemed like a good idea. The Craftmatic salesperson was very good. We went over the difference between the mattress types and what we might want and what it’s worth. And the people that came out and put it together were able to do that, set our new bed that we purchased, bed frame around it and everything. No problems. They were professional, courteous, and meet the customer needs.

I wanted a bed that went up and down. I could have gotten one free from the hospital on Medicare but I heard about Craftmatic and I heard it was very good. Everything was wonderful and fine during sales and delivery. I wish I would have gotten it earlier. I’ve got a bad back so I go to bed about an hour earlier and just sit up and watch TV or something and it relaxes my back. I can just get in the right position. It’s better than having pillows or anything like that. My advice to anybody is don’t put it off. I love it!

I took Craftmatic’s telephone number off of the TV and called them, talked to a very nice gentleman, and made the arrangements. The delivery team came in out of Albuquerque - two nice, young men - and did their work, and left. I appreciate it. No problems. The bed has definitely helped me sleep. I am a chauffeur and I can sleep better sitting upright rather than laying straight down. I’d recommend them to a friend, very much so.

I’ve seen a Craftmatic advertisement on TV and then I looked it up on the internet. I’m having problems. I decided to purchase one. The delivery people had some problems with like a piece or bolt or something. They left and were gone about an hour and they came back and had whatever they needed. Anyway, they put it up. The bed has been great. Getting a better sleep is a different story. Sleep-wise, about four hours is all I get at one time. And since elevating at night, I feel better. I got it in January and about 3 months after that with my feet elevated, it really helps.

I had bought a Craftmatic that somebody was selling us in an older person’s home. Well basically, I have trouble sleeping at night. I did sleep on a waterbed for a long time. I couldn’t sleep on a waterbed anymore and I always get tired sleeping on a recliner, but this Craftmatic bed is helping me get a better sleep. It’s a good experience. I will recommend them.

I had Craftmatic 5 years or more that I used to use, and I quit using it. I started using a king-sized bed. My husband and I got to where he couldn’t sleep good so we decided we’re going to go to two beds. So I just called Craftmatic and had them bring me another bed out. I called in and they sent it to me. The delivery and set up was fine. I put them side by side and make a king-sized bed out of it. Both of us enjoy the bed. I raise my head so that I can watch TV.
