I've had my Craftmatic bed since '96 and I just ordered another one to be shipped to Minnesota. The Craftmatic sales reps were wonderful. They have pleasant voices and nice information. My favorite features of the bed is the one where the head and the feet go up and down and I like the massage occasionally. I just had a partial hip replacement so it's just like a hospital bed. My experience with Craftmatic is wonderful. The only thing is my bed was... warranted 15 years and after 15 years I wasn't notified.

It's been a very good experience with Craftmatic. We sleep in the bed every night and appreciate the way that it moves for us. I've already recommended it to a friend.

My mother and daddy had a Craftmatic and they didn't have a bit of trouble with theirs. They absolutely loved them. My husband and I got a set and we needed some more for our guestroom so we ordered some more. I have a broken ankle right now and I can put my foot up at night real well with it. I like being able to put the head or the feet up, one or the other. I don't use much of the other features. Everybody with Craftmatic was very very nice.

If you’ve got medical problems like a bad back or legs, it’s nice to put the head or the foot up. My husband has a very bad back and this bed is just right for his back. This is our third Craftmatic bed. Their reps were courteous and knowledgeable and the delivery team gave us the full nine yards.

I liked the quality of the Craftmatic bed and it's comfortable. Craftmatic has been around forever and it's made in the USA that's why I chose them. The sales rep was terrific and the delivery team was great. Everything was good. I'm very happy with my bed and I'd buy it all over again.

I have a very good experience with Craftmatic. I bought a bed 23 years ago and it was time to buy another one. I purchased another bed from them. Their service is very professional and the people that I've talked to there were very nice.

The Craftmatic bed has helped my mother. She uses it at the same position to where she likes it. She doesn't adjust it much. It takes some of the pressure off her back. The experience was fine. It was very professional and the guys came, set it up and showed us how to use it. They came when I was told it would be delivered. There were no problems with it and she seems to like it.

Because I had back trouble, I was interested in looking at it so I got in contact with Craftmatic. The sales representative was courteous and knowledgeable. The delivery team showed me how to use the bed and answered my questions. My overall experience with Craftmatic was excellent.

I have a Craftmatic bed, it's about 12-14 years old. The mattress is no good. I was used to it that's why I need a new one. The interactions with the sales representative and the delivery were all good. As a matter of fact, I bought it for my mother, and my mother died about two or three years after I gave her the bed. And I have been using it ever since.

I'm very happy with the Craftmatic bed and the service. I've been very happy from the very beginning. I immediately called someone and then we went back and forth with the price, which was fine. The bed was delivered. They set it up and took the other bed out. I had one of the Craftmatic years before, so I knew the name already. I have a lot of trouble with my back, so it's just perfect for me.

The Craftmatic bed worked great for me. It was last year when I had my hip replaced. And I'm having trouble walking. We ordered the bed, and I really enjoyed it a whole lot. I could get in a comfortable position. I have arthritis and stuff. I don't have any complaints at all about it.

I had a friend many, many years ago that their parents had a Craftmatic and I was so impressed with it. I was in my 20s and thought it was pretty cool having a side-by-side king. They had the twins so they just do their own different heights. And then a year ago, I saw an ad and decided to give them a call because I realized I need to have my head elevated. So I called them and set it up. When I made my first call, they answered all my questions and gave me their number and name that I could call up if any other questions or concerns came up. The whole process went extremely smooth. They gave me all the information I needed and explained the return and how that worked if I wasn't happy, but I was thrilled.

The experience with Craftmatic was satisfactory.

My experience with Craftmatic has been foolproof.

I have a very bad lower back. I learned that the best position for me, the most comfortable one, seems to be sitting on a recliner where your back is down but it's up a little and your knees are up a little. So when I saw that Craftmatic could do that, I thought, "Hey, that's just what I need; either that or I spend the rest of my life sleeping on a recliner", which I would like to not do because I'd like to sleep in the same bed with my husband.

I have found that the Craftmatic bed is so outstanding for me. I'm perfectly satisfied with it. I'd recommend it to anybody.

My mother had a Craftmatic bed many years ago and she was very happy with it, so when I was looking for a bed, I looked Craftmatic up on the internet and contacted them. We had a problem with the delivery but Craftmatic made it all good. When the delivery brought the bed out, it would not fit into the frame that I had and Craftmatic paid for the extra service that the installers charged to install it, so it worked out. It was an excellent experience.

The Craftmatic bed helps me tremendously. When I sit up with my back up and my knees up a little bit, I feel terrific. The delivery team was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. It's an absolutely terrific product.

I enjoy my Craftmatic bed. I feel we got this quality product. It's nice that you can raise it up, you can lower it. We have the vibration thing, and we like it.

We went and looked at Sleep Number and they were so expensive, we thought it was completely out of line. And then, I can't remember if my husband and I just started talking about Craftmatic. We called some friends of mine who had bought one years ago. She still had it, still liked it, so we thought we would try that. And we did. The sales representative was extremely nice, a kind man. He's one of the few people for whom I've offered prayers of thanks for his kindness. It's very unusual in this day and age. Only one delivery guy came because his partner had broken his foot. He was tired when he got here and didn't put it together completely right. We just figured out the rest from there. I would recommend them because of the sales rep. He went above and beyond trying to satisfy us. He was just excellent.

I like my Craftmatic bed really well. I would recommend it.

I have trouble sleeping straight flat or on my back, and my Craftmatic has helped me with that tremendously. I use the bed up or down and it’s really helped me a lot. Craftmatic was my present to me when I retired, since I’ve been so sick, it helped me tremendously. It has done a real good job.

Craftmatic was the only one that had the full size bed which I wanted. I have my sheets and everything for a full size. I had been thinking about getting one for years and last year I just decided to call them. The sales reps were very nice and one of them calls me every once in a while to check up on me to see if everything’s okay. The delivery man was a very nice gentleman. He came in and set it up and showed me how to do it. I love the bed. I've gotten spoiled. I never had a TV in the bedroom but since I've got this bed, I can prop myself up so I bought a little flat screen TV so I can watch. I love my bed.

The delivery of the Craftmatic bed was fine. My husband did it online. I like that the back is able to come up so I can watch TV. I would recommend the bed.

The experience with Craftmatic was great. I ordered from their competitors but by buying from Craftmatic, it would save me $1645. For a poor boy that's a lot of money.

I bought two Craftmatic beds. I originally bought the first one for my daughter because healthwise she is not very good and has to remain in bed probably 90 percent of the time. When I started having hip problems, I got one for myself. We both are enjoying the bed so much. The Craftmatic reps were nice and knowledgeable. There was no problem with the delivery other than the first one that was shipped was ripped but they got one right out. I had no problems with Craftmatic at all. It was a time well spent and I've already recommended them.

I already had a Craftmatic bed that was given to us by a friend because my husband had trouble getting in and out of bed. I gave it away when I moved because I had two twins and thought it would be too big for my bedroom. When I got here, I found it wasn't but I had already given it away so I got another one. Everything went smooth and fine and the delivery team was very nice. The bed helps my husband.

I've had the Craftmatic bed for a long time and it's a great bed to have. My husband had cardiac surgery last year and it made it easier for him to get in and out of the bed. So I'm happy with the bed.

I've heard about Craftmatic for years. I've been aware of it, but I never had the money to do it. When I saw the commercial on TV and it gave a phone number, I thought, “Well, gee, I’m going to call them.” So I did the next day and talked to a very nice gentleman that gave me a lot of information and everything, and I placed my order for one that day. The delivery team came in and put together and showed me what to do, gave me the remote, gave me some pamphlets on it. And so, I haven’t had any trouble with it at all. Those people were very courteous too. I didn't have a bit of trouble with the deliverers. I still had my bed in my room. They took my bed down and took my headboard and hammered it to the Craftmatic bed so it looked just like a normal bed.

When I needed an adjustable bed I just went right to Craftmatic. They're the best! They're reliable and they have a long standing reputation and that's what I wanted. The sales rep was a little put out because I didn't require his sales speech. I told him all I wanted to do is order a bed. And he surely didn't know what to say but then he asked me the questions why I was into ordering the bed and we decided on one that would be good for me and they got it shipped. The delivery people were marvelous and very attentive and concerned about making sure everything was delivered in good order. Even before they put the boxes off the truck, they wanted me to look them over. There were a couple of holes so he wanted to check those holes and make sure that nothing was damaged. He could see there was on one sport a smudge and he was all already to take that back and switch it out for another mattress. It was just a little smudge that ended up on the bottom. He was really concerned about everything. And they set it all up for me and showed me how to use it. It was very nice and just what I needed. They're very professional and very nice. They're terrific.

It was a professional experience with Craftmatic.

I've had Craftmatic since 1992. I had a queen size Craftmatic up 'til last year when I ordered a split king size. It is a great bed. We checked around when we first got our Craftmatic and we could get it for what we could get a main brand paid for and a mattress. We did have trouble with our bed, and they sent a technician right on or they would have worked on it. But with the queen, we never did have any trouble out of the motors or anything. We've still got it. We just got a bit around with the king and they're much bigger but we have two of them. Craftmatic is a great company because once you get the bed, they don't waste any time getting it to you, set up and then they do a follow-up on it and see if you're satisfied. They did a good job.

I have been telling everyone that I love this bed. There is no way you can take my Craftmatic away! This is my bed for the rest of my life. I cannot recommend anything better. This is the best bed I ever owned. People do not know how much they are missing. I have tried a lot of beds and out of all the beds, this is the one. It was expensive, but it's worth every penny. The mattress is firm and comfortable. I don't feel the coils or anything. Your body's breathing. I wake up and I feel better. I can raise my feet because I do have edema. I don’t have to worry about being sick and my husband not being able to get me out of bed anymore. Lenny, the sales rep was wonderful and told me everything that I wanted to know. I had a lot of questions. He was very good and very patient with me. The delivery people were very nice. One of the controls wasn’t with it, but they gave us the number. We called and we got it within the next few days. It came with the instructions on how to hook it up. My husband said it was very easy.

We saw Craftmatic ad in the AARP newspaper and we happen to be looking for a new bed, a new mattress and we said we'd give it a try. We've been looking all around and have been to a sleep doctor and other mattress places and we never found what we wanted. We ended up with Craftmatic because they said if we didn't like it we could return it. We enjoy the comfort it provides. Everybody was very pleasant, knowledgeable and overall it was a good experience.

I had been thinking about the Craftmatic bed and I had just had surgery on my back so I wanted to be a little more comfortable. It has helped me. I can position myself in a comfortable way and I can move it around. It was an excellent experience.

We've had a good experience with Craftmatic. We bought this bed for my aunt, we didn't buy it for ourselves. She had a Craftmatic queen size bed but because she was moving to another apartment and needed a twin size bed, so we bought her one. Now we're using the queen size bed and very happy with it.

I had a Craftmatic salesman come to my house about 14 years ago, and I've interested in them ever since. I liked what the salesman showed me at that time. He was extremely courteous and the delivery people were very thorough. I love the bed. I like the different positions I can get into and the massager. I definitely recommend it.

I had seen the Craftmatic commercials on TV before and decided to look into that on the internet. I checked Sleep Number beds and all that kind of stuff but I chose Craftmatic because we wanted two twins. Both my husband and I have issues and it's easier for us to have the two different beds because I may be raised higher and he may be lower or vice versa. When I said to the sales rep that I couldn't afford it, they went back and forth till they got the price to where I could afford it. They were really good about that and very friendly. In fact, there was a lady who called me the other day and asked me how I liked the bed, and we talked for quite a while. It was very pleasant. They're very nice people.

My wife knew about Craftmatic because she had a Craftmatic bed for many years and liked it very much and wanted another one. I also saw it in the AARP newspaper ad. That's how I was able to contact them. They did a very fine job. They were very helpful and I felt they went beyond what I might have expected of them to do. We wanted two mattresses that were the same and started out with two different, one firm and one not quite so firm, but that didn't work out. We ended up with the mattresses that we wanted and we're very happy. It was satisfactory. It took a bit but they were very accommodating. It was a first rate job. We like the bed very much.

Craftmatic is wonderful. The bed is absolutely wonderful. I have and would recommend them. Somebody talked to me the other day and I told them that it was very good.

I knew I wanted an adjustable bed and I hadn't really looked. I knew Craftmatic was one of them, so I just bought it. I didn't even check prices, because it's not like me at all. The reps were great. They're knowledgeable and not pushy and the delivery team was very good. It was an excellent experience and I love that bed.

Honestly, it's taken me a little while to get used to it. I never had an adjustable bed before and there's a fair amount of searching around, finding the right positions and so on. But it's coming around and it's going to be okay.

I was looking for an adjustable bed and my son asked me if I had checked Craftmatic. I had forgotten all about it, but he remembered having seen it on ads. I didn't want the memory foam type and I was more pleased with what I found out about this bed than any of the others that I looked at. I was very pleased with it and still am. The only thing that was disappointing to me was that I was told early on that the bed was adjustable as far as height is concerned. At no point until I needed to adjust it was I told that I had to send for another set of legs in order to do that. I don't know if they deliberately withheld it. It just wasn't in print anywhere that I saw or mentioned to me. And I thought, oh sure I can adjust that. Then I found that I can't and I have to go and buy another set of legs.

I had Craftmatic years ago when they first came out, it was like the early 80s. At that time they were the only bed that was doing what they do except for hospital beds, institutions. I enjoy the bed, I really do. I love the bed. They’re comfortable. You can let yourself up, down, the vibration. It helps with these aches and pains. Their sales rep was very helpful, too. The delivery team was right on time. Everything was well.

My doctor recommended Craftmatic. The reps and delivery team were good. Once, I had a little trouble getting a hold of an actual live person. And I went through the whole process because it had to be paid for by my insurance company but once we actually got somebody on the phone, it went along pretty good from there. It was a good experience. We're all as pleased.

I'm happy that there is Craftmatic. I've had one for many years, at least 10 or more. I just got a new one about a year ago. I'm satisfied with the service. I have no problem with it. If it's something that you would like to experience, it's a positive thing. You don't have to be up and aged to use something like that. The feeling maybe, that I don't need that, but it's good.

I wanted the Craftmatic because it's adjustable and it's really handy having the massage too. I looked at other places but they had what I was looking for. The experience was very pleasant and very efficient.

We bought a set of Craftmatic beds 11 years ago and we loved them very much, but we needed new mattresses. The upgrade of the mechanics was so different that I decided that we'll just go the full boat and get whole new beds. So my wife and I bought twin beds put together as a king. It's the only way we could get it so we could position it the way we want. And we've been very happy with it. The delivery people were phenomenal. And as far as the sales, they were as courteous as they can get when you consider that they’re looking to take my money as there’s a certain amount of pressure to be in the sales business. I was happy with the first set and now we’re happy with this. I do have a little problem with one of the mattresses and they've already given me the okay to clip the tags on it and send it back and they’ll replace it. I can’t ask for better service than that. They’re very efficient and courteous. They’re people that I would do business with again and I was very impressed.

Had I known these Craftmatic beds would help relieve back problems and numerous other problems, I would have bought it a long time before. It has absolutely turned our life around. It's such a marvelous thing that I can't tell you what it has meant to us. This bed has changed our life. We're just thrilled with it. My wife is the recipient of that bed. I bought her one about a year or so ago. She suffered a congenital problem with her back and back in the 60s, had an incident where she couldn't get any help until I came home and had to be in the hospital for several days.

My husband and I both have bedrooms, but he has such a small one and we made it -- to go in the living room where I could take care of him. We discussed it in my living room one day and my son named off a few and said, “Mom, what about Craftmatic? Do you think you’d like it?” I said, “Well, how’s the mattress? I have to have a soft mattress, I’m rheumatoid.” So we went from there. He called on the internet and talked to the sales on the internet, and they explained everything about it. We had a few calls and they told us when they'd bring it and they did. I was satisfied with that mattress. They even sent me out a new one -- I chose the soft one, but I went to the middle one, a little bit more firm. The whole experience was satisfactory.

We got the Craftmatic bed sometime last year and we've enjoyed it. We were pleased with the service and how quickly we got it and everything else. Overall, it was a good experience and we are very pleased with the bed.

Everything that we did with the Craftmatic representative was very easy to understand and they knew what they were talking about. My wife took the delivery and she had some questions that when they put it up, she didn't get answered the way she thought they should but I don't think it was anything that was so horrible that it would ruin our experience with Craftmatic. She just didn't get the answer she was looking for. Craftmatic was very pleasant and I had no issues getting what I wanted.

Overall, I have a good experience with Craftmatic. I'd recommend them.

We've had the Craftmatic bed for about 33 years and I've always liked it. I've always loved it because I have a bad back and I got bad knees and all.

The Craftmatic bed is a very comfortable bed. It's a good product. I'm not denying that at all. The bed is doing a fine job for us.

The bed is low and I thought it wouldn't be this low. That's the only problem I'm having with this bed. I was used to a high mattress. But I talked to someone from Craftmatic, and I might be able to get the bed higher.

Craftmatic gave us better night's sleep. My wife has multiple sclerosis and needs its adjustable features. The doctor told us to have such kind of bed to up and down. I would recommend Craftmatic to everybody. Their sales reps were friendly, nice, and did a good job. The bed was also delivered and installed on time, everything was perfect. I’m happy.

It was very easy to order and Craftmatic took into consideration my issues and the reasons for wanting to get it. The setup went fine too.

I had an unusual situation because I was moving in about four months. I wanted to buy the Craftmatic bed but didn't want it delivered until I moved into my new home. So they let me pay for it and hold it, and then deliver it when I wanted it in four months. I went with them as the price was lower than what I was seeing for other companies that looked about the same. Their sales reps were knowledgeable and very courteous. The delivery team set it up perfectly and demonstrated how to use it, and I didn't really have any questions. The mattress is pretty comfortable. It was a very easy experience.

I heard about the Craftmatic bed through my son. He and his wife have one in Japan where they teach school. It’s one of the best, most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and I’d recommend it.

The Craftmatic bed has all the features I wanted. I had seen it in my art magazine and it helped me on information because I was looking for a bed and there were three or four options. I had a friend that had one too and she and her husband liked it. Theirs is 16 years old and they are still happy with it. That says a lot to me. I was pleased with the whole setup. The sales rep gave me all the answers I needed. He was good and handled it nicely and called me back and explained to me what I needed to do. Everything went along okay.

The Craftmatic product is good, service is good, and I'm pleased. I would recommend.

I have had excellent experience with our Craftmatic bed that we've had for 10 years. It was the double one, two twins put together. Then after my husband passed away and I got a new one just this last year, a regular queen size bed. I really, really appreciate and enjoy it very, very much. When we first heard about it, this friend had talked a representative. And then, when the person came and told us about it and gave us the information about it, we went ahead and we both got one at that time. The rep was very knowledgeable and shared the information that was very helpful first to understand what the bed was like.

The Craftmatic bed has been very helpful with me. I have medical problems and it works just perfect for that so far. Everything works fine so I'm happy with it.

Excellent. I'm very pleased with Craftmatic.

The thing I've got against the Craftmatic bed is I have to sit up to sleep. I could not lie down. And I find myself sliding down all the time. The other thing that I don't like about it is it's high off the floor. I have to literally jump into bed since it's higher than a normal bed. But other than that, it's a good bed. There is no question about that.

We love the Craftmatic bed. My husband is a double amputee on his legs. They kept him on a hospital bed for a year. The only way we can put him back into a regular bed was to get one where the feet and the head come up. So we were looking at Craftmatic and another one but Craftmatic was the only one that I could order in a king size with one full mattress instead of splitting the two mattresses on it. So we went with Craftmatic. And right after I ordered the bed, I ended up having a heart attack myself. It has helped my husband because he has that button to help him sit up because one leg is cut above the knee and the other one is below the knee.

The Craftmatic bed is very good. It's exactly what I was looking for and it does all the things I want it to do.

I got in contact with Craftmatic about 15 to 17 years ago. I was going to get a bed for my mother and she didn't want one so I got it for myself. I like everything about the bed. I like that my feet go up, my head go up, and I get a massage. I’d recommend it to my friends.

I heard about Craftmatic from my parents. My mom says the mattress is absolutely so comfortable. Years ago they had ordered a bed from them. They needed a new one so they told me to call. The sales representative on the phone was great. He was very friendly and helpful. Things with the delivery team went real good. Everything worked out good. They couldn't set it up for me, but that wasn't their fault. They were willing to do it, but they didn't have the flooring down yet because my parents were moving. And so, they stayed to set it up and I told them they just had the boxes in the bathroom until they laid the wood floor. Everything went smoothly. Everything was explained.

My husband and I are both elderly and the Craftmatic bed helps us a great deal to get in and out of bed. The experience with the sales representative and delivery team was fine. I really like the way it helps us. Everything is okay. I would definitely recommend.

My mother has been on a Craftmatic bed since 1977. And then, I got one. She moved in with us and she had a king. She decided she wanted to get down to one to save her money. I went on the Internet and got hold of another company that claimed to be Craftmatic. They brought the bed and it was cheap and good for nothing. She decided she was going to go ahead and get a Craftmatic because it just didn't sleep the same. And probably, the reason she did it first is because she has reflux a lot and the doctor recommended that she have her bed up at an angle. And so that’s how come she made the very first decision to go into Craftmatic.

I can’t believe that the Craftmatic bed did it, but the swelling in my legs has gone down. It has gone way down from an 18-inch leg to a 13-inch leg. It started to happen when I slept in the bed the first night .The only problem I have with the bed is that I had to take the wheels off because it was too high. And it’s still a little bit too high for me to get up on. Otherwise the bed is good!

The pillows weren't right and I needed a new mattress anyway. I'm sitting here watching TV and I see Craftmatic. So I went and did some investigating on my own, and for a bed that would raise up, it would help me a lot. The price was really what startled me because it was good. The price was good compared for what you get out of the stores sometimes, so I got it. The first delivery had it too low because I wanted to keep my bedframe. The second one that came out was a big guy, and he set it right up just like that. I've not had a problem since. I don't regret one moment of it. Go Craftmatic!

For the last 8 or 10 years, I have been sleeping in a reclining chair so that I can adjust the back and the knees and it was due to my arthritis. My ability to do that in the Craftmatic bed now lets me get back in bed and that's pleasant. And it was a very good experience with the Craftmatic team. The young men were very good at what they do. I was a little surprised as my experience in life has led me not to expect that sort of expertise.

Back in 2008 I was having back problems and acid reflux problems. Someone told me that it would be good to get a bed that would elevate and told me about Craftmatic. I got my first bed back then. Really, really, liked it up until it quit on me. And then the second one I just got a few days ago. So far, I like it. I never had a memory foam mattress before and I'm finding that it's a little hard to get used to. It's awfully hot! And I'm not used to that. But I just love the remote control and it's so quiet when it goes up and down. It really helps me. I've recently had another back operation and it's helped me through that. Even the old one did and that's why it was so bad whenever it quit and I had to call and get a new one.

I needed to sleep with my head elevated so my husband was on the internet searching and he found Craftmatic. It was so much cheaper than Tempur-Pedic that it got his attention. For someone on a limited the income, it's the best deal that you could come by if you have medical needs or if you just wanted the comfort. I like the fact that I can elevate my head and my feet with Craftmatic and I don't have to sleep in a recliner anymore.

I have back problems and acid reflux problems so I was looking at a bed that would raise up and keep me up overnight so that I wouldn't choke. I had seen Craftmatic advertised on TV and gave them a call and we had a conversation. It sounded like what I needed so I bought it. It was delivered exactly as they said it would be. The only problem was the two guys that brought it didn't know they were supposed to set it up - but they did set it up. Then about the first four months, one of the mattresses started leaning over, like the springs.

We've heard about Craftmatic from many years of television commercials. What made us decide on an adjustable bed was primarily my wife's health. She just had a couple of issues, me and the doctor recommended an adjustable bed. And for myself, also. I suffer from a little acid reflux and things and one of my doctors also said "if you're having trouble, sleep in a more of an upright position." So it was something that we've been contemplating for a while.

I had a Craftmatic bed years and years ago. Because I have health issues and I like the one I had before I decided to get another one. What I like most about it is its adjustability. The man that came and installed it, brought it in and set it up. He was very, very nice. He was real patient with me, because the one I had before didn't have a remote and this one had a regular remote so it was a little bit different. He took his time to show me that. Their people were also an excellent team all around. I've recommended them to a lot of people.

I had some health issues and my parents have had one for 20 years so we decided that the bed would be beneficial to me. The Craftmatic people were always very nice and tried to be as helpful as they could be. Made a rough patch trying to get the right bed delivered. Finally, it did happen but it started out kind of rough... My favorite feature of the Craftmatic bed is the vibrating.

I've known about Craftmatic for years. I don't know when I first heard about it but what caught my interest again was a television ad I saw. I had bought a Sleep Number bed and paid around $4000. It never was satisfactory. I have some medical conditions and my doctor wanted me to keep my feet elevated in that time when I slept and sometimes I like to keep my head elevated a little more so the bed seemed to be a natural fit. I called them up and talked to them about it and bought it. I have had a better night's sleep since I've had the bed than I've had in close to 50 years! I used to sleep about 3 to 4 hours a night for years and years. Now, I get 7 1/2 to 8 hours sleep. It' makes a major difference.

I had decided that I needed something with a little bit more support, I wasn't comfortable in the bed that I was in. I could not rest and I hated it! So I was looking through the phone book for Sleep Number beds and couldn't find it. What I found was Craftmatic and I had wanted one all my life and now that I could afford it I was going to get it. So I called Craftmatic. Patricia helped me and I bought it that day. They sent the order in and I got it within just a few days. I have been very happy with it. The difference is just amazing. There's no way you can judge the difference unless you try it and I love it.

I'm disabled. I have a lot of pain problems with my back, legs, and hips, and I can't lay down on my back. I'd been sleeping in a recliner for fourteen and a half years and I just couldn't see going like that. So, I decided, the Craftmatic bed would be the way to go because it's been reclined, like I could adjust it. So that's when I decided to order one and I love my bed. I don't have to lay out flat. It gives me a lot of pleasure.

My brother had gotten a Craftmatic. He said it worked wonderful for him, so we thought that was the way to go for us. Our family has arthritis on my side. I've had arthritis for 50 years. My husband has it too. What I like the most about our Craftmatic bed is the comfort. I love it! I've already had surgery and had my neck fused. This is just wonderful. I can get up in the morning and have very little pain. It's the best thing that we've ever bought! We've had an adjustable airbed but this is by far the best bed we've had because of being able to adjust it up and down. We could only adjust the airbed firm and soft. We each had our own adjustment on it that we could adjust it to suit ourselves, but it just wasn't satisfactory.

The Craftmatic bed is a very good bed. I'm very, very satisfied with it. I just had the motor replaced on it about 6 months ago. I've had it for a while and I'm very happy with it. It's very comfortable. I enjoy it and can relax much better.

We first ran into Craftmatic when my mother got one in 1996. She was up in age and it was one of the better beds as it was easier for her to use. We're in it now since my wife had a bad back and some physical ailments. If you have back pain, it’s easy to adjust. It came very handy and also for my broken leg. I was able to elevate my leg and it’s a big help. We did have an issue with the controllers. And I called the customer service line and within two days, the issue was all resolved and the service was really good. So the customer service is great. No hassles or anything. Overall, Craftmatic is a very comfortable bed for sleeping and even for watching TV.

Unfortunately I got adverse reaction through a drug I was placed on and it gave me drug-induced lupus. I was going from bed to recliner and we were looking for adjustable beds throughout the local market. When I need something my husband goes online and he does the research. He made contact with Craftmatic. The sales representative was wonderful and tried to help us save money. He was great to work it. It wasn't massive pressure. We had a lot of time to think about it because that's a big decision. My favorite thing about the bed is the adjustability. When my back bothers me, I can just adjust the bed. Craftmatic was professional, a made in the USA product and service.

I had an accident a few years ago, hurt my back, I've had multiple surgeries. The last one was botched so bad in 2009, I haven't lain flat in over three years, maybe more. And I got tired of sleeping in a recliner so I looked on the computer, I must have researched 10 different companies and Craftmatic is simply the best. They offer the bigger warranty, they've been around the longest. And all the testimonials on the computer are all good. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and went with Craftmatic. I'm glad I did. What I like the most about is that it's adjustable and comfortable. Their people were excellent. They had my bed moved, the new one, in there in less than an hour. Took out every piece of equipment, boxes, everything. Showed us how to use them, set them up, even helped me put sheets on them. They were wonderful. I have recommended them to friends.

The experience with Craftmatic was good. I like the fact that I could raise up the head of the bed. The experience with the sales representative was a bit strange though. I talked to her and agreed to buy one and found out that it was a reconditioned bed. So I talked to the manager. He went and played the recording and found out that she didn't even mention it, so he said he would send me a new bed. That was what I wanted; I didn't want a reconditioned one. It worked out alright. He was very good about it.

Craftmatic is a wonderful bed. What I really like about it is it got a nice, soft, thick mattress on it. And it's all remote controlled. I don't have to get out of bed. I can just pick the remote control up and set the bed any way I want it. And my wife likes her coffee in bed and I can raise it up real nice, have my morning coffee in bed. We just have a wonderful time in that bed. That's the second one I've owned. And I would recommend this to anybody that needs a bed. You can do anything with it and you can get comfortable in it.

I had surgery and couldn't lay flat. I had been used to the bed in the hospital and I thought an adjustable bed might help me, and it did. I was able to get in bed at once after sleeping in a recliner. I was able to use the bed comfortably since you can adjust it to whatever you want. It's an excellent product. And the staff were great because I even got it quicker than they said I would because of shipping. I was very pleased. I hadn't done a whole lot of research so after I bought it and looked at other beds, I realized it was competitively priced so I was happy with that.

I saw Craftmatic Beds on TV. I have severe back issues. I can't get up on a flat bed before. I was referred by a doctor to get myself an adjustable bed. So, I went there and my insurance company's the one that got it for me. The sales representative and the delivery team were fine. No problems whatsoever. They did a good job and I got a good product. Back in December 2012, my wife and I got into an accident, got hit by an 18-wheeler. We were both sitting here using our recliners to basically sleep, eat, and live in for day in and day out. I like Craftmatic very much. It's just so comfortable. I can get in any position I want and shift it then out, here, there, wherever I want. I have bars on the bed too which are wonderful because before that, I fell out of bed one time. It's just wonderful and everybody in Craftmatic was good. I don't want to be without my Craftmatic bed. And I got it in my will to give to my son.

I needed Craftmatic 'cause I had very bad acid reflux and I try to sleep in on four pillows. When I found Craftmatic, I called immediately. I love it. It's like sleeping on a cloud. And then I had foot surgery so I had to keep my foot up. Between my neck and my foot, it really helped a great deal. Believe me it was the best money I ever spent.

I had gotten a Craftmatic back in 1995. I think it was my original one, and so I needed to replace the mattress back in 2009 for myself and my mother. I called the original distributor who bought my mattress and they were out of business, but they carried the name Craftmatic on their invoice, so we thought Craftmatic was out of business. We bought a mattress from a company that said they had bought out the inventory from Craftmatic. Apparently, they weren't Craftmatic mattresses. They were contour beds. Our backs had been killing us for at least three years. We spent all this money on what we thought were Craftmatic mattresses and they weren't.

My dad had a hip replacement and he had to be in a recliner for forever. I have back problems too, so good thing we did buy a Craftmatic. We had to change the mattress and that was perfect. Everybody was very nice and helpful. They've been very nice and helpful, they do what they say they're doing without the runaround, and they've helped us where we needed to exchange something. Everything was great! We have no complaints. It’s definitely a good experience.

We have had a Craftmatic since 15 years ago and needed to replace it so we got another one. We wanted an adjustable bed because we were older and needed to put our feet up. The experience with them was very good. The sales rep kept in touch with us until the price got reasonable. They were very professional.

I love the Craftmatic bed. I had one before and it had worn out. My favorite thing about it is the adjustments that you can make. It's the only bed that I would ever want. I can't say enough for the beds. They're wonderful.

The Craftmatic is a good bed. We were searching for a bed for my mother who had fallen and broken her arm. She has back trouble too. It really has helped my mother as far as her being able to get up and down by herself. Overall, it's a good thing for older people to have.

I have Craftmatic for about 35 years, and I wanted to get new ones. The new ones do not swing-away. I have twin beds that are hooked up to a king-sized headboard, and what I did now I ordered something from Craftmatic so I can have installed to slide it away when I make up the bed. The salesman told me that they don’t do that anymore. I was always pleased with them and the only unfortunate thing is that I can’t swing them away. I had that for years and that’s the only way I can make up the beds. That’s my complaint about the Craftmatic. I’m very unhappy about making up the twin beds but it’s a very comfortable bed.

I heard about Craftmatic some time ago but I didn't have a real strong reason to get one. I did look them up online to find their number and ordered the bed. Everybody was helpful and they knew what they were doing. At that time, we didn't know my husband got cancer. We thought it was an orthopedic problem in his back. He didn't get to enjoy it very long, but I'm sleeping on his side now, it does make me sleep better.

It's the only bed I can use. The mattress is a lot more comfortable and I've had a lot of good experiences with it over the years. I was very satisfied with the service, the delivery, and the beds are very comfortable.

My doctor told me I should get a wedge put under the top of the head of the bed or put some bricks over there so the bed would be upraised on the head because I have a real bad gastrointestinal reflux. Instead I just bought a Craftmatic bed. It's much more comfortable and I don't slide down. My experience has been both pleasant and comfortable, just absolutely great!

When I was probably in my 40s, I went to visit my mother and she had bought a Craftmatic bed, and she was 70. I knew she liked hers and that's why I did. The head part going up and down helps me. The only problem I have with mine is my mattress seems to slide from one side to the other quite a bit. I don't know if I need to put a piece of foam under the mattress to keep it from sliding, but it does slide on the box spring. But overall, I already recommended Craftmatic to people.

My mother and daddy had a Craftmatic. This is my second Craftmatic. I had a nice man come to my house the first time. Then the second time, I looked up the phone number and talked to them on the telephone. A representative came on out the second day. I like everything about my Craftmatic bed. It's wonderful.

We had our old bed for almost ten years and we figured it was time. The bed was worn out so we wanted to find us another one that would last us as long. So we've been seeing Craftmatic Bed advertised on TV and so the salesman come out and he brought all the paperwork and we've looked at them. We decided that if we're gonna invest in another good bed like we had before, we might as well invest in a good one that will last. I fell in love with that the first week that we had it and I said, "Uh-uh, I don't want no other bed. This is the one I want." We got the king size. My husband adjusts his side the way he wants it and I adjust the side I want it. It works out good where I can lift my head up, I can watch TV. I can play my tablet laying here in the bed on my chest. And I got my three dogs up here with me. This is the best bed anybody can invest in. I'd recommend it to anybody. It costs a little bit but it's worth it.

My parents had a Craftmatic bed and we inherited it when they died, and so we were familiar with how good it was. We purchased one and everything was very good - they were courteous and very helpful. Everything went smoothly. The bed's adjustability is wonderful, though we don't use the massage.

I've been a long-time customer. I've had Craftmatic for 20 years and I've never been dissatisfied. Everything works, still works. I got a new mattress every now and then and it is much more comfortable than putting pillows. I have never ever been disappointed. The mattresses are great and the remote controls still work after 20 years. I have nothing bad to say about the bed. The sales representative and the delivery team was never ever a problem. We got our first Craftmatic bed back in the 1970's. The one that we got last year was our second one. We love it. I like that I can raise it up. And comfortable to read, watch TV, eat in bed. I have a problem with vertigo which I did not have when we bought the first one but I do now, and I can raise it up a little bit so that I'm not lying flat. My experience with the sales representative and the delivery team was fine. No problems at all. We have already recommended to a friend. Not this time but from the last time and she actually bought.

The Craftmatic bed is a good price and it's worth the price. I can sleep peacefully on it. I can't lay flat on my back, I have to be propped up to get good sleep. The sales rep and the delivery team were very good and very helpful.

I've had surgery on the brain and I was getting headaches for about a year after surgery. I couldn't sleep and my neurologist recommended getting a bed that elevated. I didn't want a hospital bed. We did the research and saw the Craftmatic on TV. They were the only ones that fit what we needed. I like the top going up. It also has the set feature which you can set it the way you like it and every time you put it up, it goes to that position. I have reflux and it has helped me out tremendously. I’m very happy with it. I would recommend it. I will tell my neurologist about it because he might have other patients that could benefit from it.

My folks got Craftmatic 20 years ago and they liked theirs. I figured I would get my head up so I purchased a Craftmatic. And it’s just been very successful for me. It just really helps me sleep. I recommend them to friends all the time.

It has been about 30 years ago since we first heard of Craftmatic. We talked about buying one back then but just didn't have enough money to buy it so we didn't. I was thinking about getting one for my wife. She had an operation on her back and on her leg, and so we felt that would help her and it has. We looked at the magazine of AARP and saw their phone number and decided to call. They gave me a good price and so we got one. We enjoy it right now. You can put it in different areas on your legs and raise your head up some. We enjoy it right now but I would like it if you could turn it over. I would still recommend it.

I had major surgery and I had trouble sitting up so I decided to get an adjustable bed. I've heard so much about Craftmatic, I decided that was the best way to go. They seem to be pretty reliable. The sales person was fantastic, polite and knowledgeable. He was just great. When it comes to the bed, I can adjust it the way I like it, and if I have trouble sleeping I can put on the massager and go right to sleep. I have nothing but good things to say about it.

I was having trouble with my old mattress and being able to sleep in a bed flat. My back and legs were killing me and I just couldn't take it without sleeping in a lounge chair. They were very prompt in delivering it and setting it up and I've been very happy with it since I got it. I've got only one problem with the bed. I don't want to get up out in the morning. It's too comfortable. :)

My wife and I were searching for a bed and I remembered seeing the Craftmatic commercials on TV years ago. So I went online and that's how I made the initial contact with them. The sales representative and the delivery team were awesome. They were the best, very professional, quick, just really clean, very polite, and they knew what they were doing. I like the adjustment levels, the quality of mattress and the frame, the ease of the remote, and the totality of the comfort of the bed. It's a very professional company through and through, from start to finish.

I love the adjustable part of the Craftmatic bed. I have a bad back and can't lay on a bed flat. I had been sleeping in a recliner for a long time before I bought my first Craftmatic bed about 20 years ago. I recently moved and my bed quit working. It's so old, I couldn't get the parts for it. It was a double, and the room I'm putting my bed in now is too small for a double. So I got the single and put the double downstairs to use just as a flat bed. The motor quit working in it, so I couldn't raise or lower it. When the other one quit working, I started sleeping in a recliner. The sales representative and installation team were great. They were in and out of here as quick as they could be, and were wonderful and great to work with. I've been very happy with the product!

In 2008, I had had a hip replacement. The rep came by and told him that. So we started talking and he told me I was a good candidate to get the bed. But then he told me how much the bed costs and then told him I couldn't afford a bed like that. He put me in with his supervisor and then we discussed stuff, and then he reduced the bed down to 2500. The delivery team was very, very good. They did everything right. They put my bed together. My favorite thing about the bed is the 2 vibrations on it. Sometimes when my feet hurt, I let the bed up on the feet. If you could afford it, everybody should get one.

My wife likes the bed. She likes to elevate her head when she sleeps. We got the Craftmatic bed because it seemed to be a little more heavily made, and better made. The sales rep was very good. The delivery team was good but I feel that they were inexperienced. When I talked to them during the delivery, they weren't sure of what they were doing. They'd be looking at paperwork a lot and didn't seem knowledgeable on that department. I thought they were from Craftmatic, but they're not.

I was looking at Arthritis Today, the magazine. And I've had an electric bed before. I flipped through the back, saw Craftmatic, and I picked up my phone and ordered it. And I finally got the bed that I can sleep comfortably in.

Years ago when I was working at a bar as a boilermaker, I hurt my back so I got a Craftmatic bed. And with the vibrator, the elevations and things, the bed wound up being a very beneficial thing to me. The vibrator massages when the back is really feeling bad. I'd buy another one if I had to. Their people are wonderful. Everybody was so helpful and explained everything. It was easy to understand, so I didn't have a problem.

My family has used Craftmatic since Craftmatic came into existence. My mom and dad used it, and when I became an adult, I got one. In fact, the bed that my mom has is over 30 years old. The only thing we've replaced on it is the mattress. I like the fact that it’s adjustable, and I love the vibrations at night to go to sleep so easily. And they're very comfortable.

I first heard about Craftmatic probably 12 years ago. I had heart surgery and I wanted a bed that suited me better. If you have a mechanical heart valve and your bed is flat like a regular bed, you can hear the thing pounding like somebody knocking on a door. So with the bed raised, I bought it because then you don't hear that noise. We liked it so well, we've been sticking with it. And the ones we had were over 10 years old. They worked, but we just thought it'd be time to get some new ones. Good people to do business with.

I've used Craftmatic for probably 30 years. I like the new mattress much better than the old one. The old mattress is orthopedic on one side and extra firm on the other side. The new mattress is a posturepedic one and my bed needs to be a little softer now so I really like it. My experience with the sales rep and the delivery team went fine. They're great to deal with and the product is great. I would recommend Craftmatic.

We bought our craftmatic bed about one week ago. We spent a lot of money and both my husband and I hate it. We woke up so sore we could hardly get out of bed. My husband said he felt like the bed was making him feel like it was going to throw him out of it. I didn't want to tell him I felt the same way. He started sleeping in another room, I hated to admit I had made a terrible mistake buying the bed, but today we took the memory foam mattress off the bed and put a mattress in the other room on this bed. I would never recommend this bed, I will never buy another, now I need to buy a mattress and get something we can sleep in. Wish I had bought a mattress from SAMs or anywhere we could have tried it out. No one has called to see if we were satisfied but I guess most people are not so why ask.

We like the Craftmatic bed very much and the fact that it is adjustable. Because of health situations, it gives us a little bit of comfort than sleeping on a regular flat bed. We had decided to make the change because we were at the point of having to replace our traditional flat mattress. We had been thinking about getting an adjustable bed for a considerable length of time, and decided to contact them and see what they had to offer. The sales representative and delivery team were exceptional. Our particular representative was very responsive when we had questions or when we called about questions, she was not pushy.

I felt uneasy about buying something online without actually seeing it and trying it out before we got it as it was expensive. But I was happy with the whole thing.

I had back issues. I literally needed support. I had a job and I needed to be able to sit up and read reports and things like that. A lot of this I could do at home. So I decided to look them up online and see if there was anything new. And then I got a phone call and we set up the deal.

I have reflux and since about 1980, I've been having the head of my bed elevated to help resolve it. They put in blocks or bricks in the head of the bed. I've got these medical conditions that I'm trying to help control the reflux that is so bad that I actually had gastric bypass surgery to help control it. I saw the Craftmatic bed on the WebTV system and got in touch with a representative and they came out to the house, and talked to me about the bed and I got it in 2004. It's ten years old right now. I just got my second mattress for it. It was actually special made for me too. It’s 54” wide and 84” long. The 54” is as wide as a full-sized bed, and the 84” long is the size of a queen-sized bed. They were able to create the bed to fit me, which was something that I didn't expect. I've had good service from them when I've needed to. When I wanted to get the mattress last fall, it took one telephone call and everything was set up and taken care of, and I had it within 7 to 10 days. It was a very great experience not only with the company and the representatives, but with the product as well

I saw the Craftmatic ads on the television. This bed helps a great deal. Being elevated helps me. The experience with the sales representative and the delivery team was good. I would recommend them to anybody.

My husband needs to sleep propped up and I thought he should have a bed that would accommodate that. That's why I purchased the Craftmatic bed. The experience was perfect. We actually had a problem with the first two mattresses that were on his side of the bed. And with absolutely no questions asked, they sent two new ones. We're very, very happy with the customer service. The salesman who sold me the bed was wonderful and Mana Distribution, the team that came out to deliver the bed and the other mattresses, were great. They were right on time. The customer service was excellent and we have no complaints about the bed whatsoever.

I've retired and I'm healthy. My girlfriend who had a Craftmatic passed and I bought the bed from her daughter. It's been twenty years at least and the mattress was getting a little thin and I was feeling uncomfortable on it. So, I went and talked to the lady about it, and she gave me a deal that I couldn't refuse. I got the bed and the mattress. I would recommend it. I'm enjoying what I've got thus far.

I can adjust my head wherever I want it when I go to sleep on the Craftmatic bed. I have a bad back and it's more comfortable. It's terrific. My daughter called and talked to a rep who was very good. We did it all on the phone.

We've had a Craftmatic bed for about 15 years or so. It started wearing out, naturally. So we decided we needed to replace. We were just going to replace the mattress, but one of the motors went out on one of the beds so we replaced the whole thing. It was a very pleasant experience. The beds arrived on time and the people that brought it in were very careful. They were very careful to keep the mattresses real clean.

I've been having trouble with my back and I figured that Craftmatic would help me out. My favorite thing about it is that It’s very easy, and I like it the way it is - period. It’s very comfortable.

We've had our first Craftmatic bed 33 years ago and I remember thinking how comfortable it looked. With the new Craftmatic bed we got, our experience once again is all good. We love that we can watch TV on there. Everybody at Craftmatic has been very helpful. We couldn't ask for anything better.

I looked Craftmatic up on the Internet because I wanted a better bed for an elderly relative. The sales representatives were very effective. They had good presentations, explained product well and established good rapport. Most importantly they followed through, so that increased my confidence in the buying experience, considering that I was doing it on the phone and Internet and they were available when I needed them. I was particularly impressed with the folks in Minnesota who manage their delivery system. They're first and foremost knowledgeable. And then secondly, they were quite flexible and they did a great job at managing my needs. Since I was doing all this for a location in Cleveland while I live in Florida, and I had to do the prep work in order to maximize the limited amount of time I would have in Cleveland. They stayed in touch with me even while I was travelling, and they delivered what they promised, which was what I needed. So, I was very, very happy with that.

We bought the first Craftmatic bed about 15 years. And we were happy with it, and then we decided we needed new mattresses. We called the company to see if they offered them, and they told us they were having a special deal. And so we ended up getting another new bed with a more modified motor on it. What I like best about Craftmatic is the way that I can lift up the headboard. I have a hiatal hernia, so that kind of helps a little bit to have that up. And then when my husband had surgery it was great for him to be able to get out of bed easier with the Craftmatic since we could raise it and help him get out, rather than from a flat position. We also have no problem with their people. They were efficient, they were quick, and they were very nice. They tried very hard to please us.

I've had another Craftmatic bed for about 25 years and I wanted to get a new one before I retired. I like its adjustability, the sitting up part from the head. They have very good service. The delivery was fast. The guys that delivered it were very professional and did exactly what they were supposed to in setting the bed up. Did have a problem with the first bed. The base that they brought out had black marks on it, and they just put something over that, and had a bed out a couple of days after. They took care of it.

Something happened in my right knee and I had to go to therapy a long time ago. Also, I had edema and my feet swell. So I got a Craftmatic bed and being able to lift them at night was a help and it feels very relaxing. When you're tired, you get in and turn on the vibrator. I had one mattress and I finally got on the computer and found out where I could order another one. Because I was sleeping in the same place all the time, I just wore it out and I felt like I had to have another one. So I got another one and I'm happy again. I hope this one lasts me so I don't need any more. I like the fact that if I want to read at night, I have a bed lamp and I could just raise the head of the bed and it's more comfortable. I like everything about it!

My mother had bought a Craftmatic bed years ago. Something went wrong with it and the guy wanted to sell her a new bed instead of fixing the bed. Eventually, we just bought a new replacement bed. The salespeople on the phone was good. My mother sleeps in it and she likes the comfort. The vibrator helps her relax. The head and foot go up like the doctor required and it is a firmer mattress too. It's a good nights sleep for her.

14 years ago, I had some problems with my lower back and decided back then that I would get a Craftmatic and I've loved it ever since. It was time to change the mattress. I love the fact that I can adjust my sleeping positions. It's different than what my husband likes. He has his own settings. The mattress is very comfortable. When I want a harder mattress, I can flip it over. But for the most part, my husband definitely likes a more sturdy mattress and he has it on what he likes. And I love the massager. The delivery was fine. There were some problems getting it here and the date but its pretty much normal with any purchase of furniture. It was a common issue that was taken care of rather quickly so I have no complaints at all.

We both needed an adjustable bed and we went to a local store and almost bought one for about eight grand. I got home and started thinking I could buy a car for that price so I got online and searched and Craftmatic came up. It's much cheaper and it has more features than this other bed had. This Craftmatic has the massage and it's just amazing. It can move in so many different positions. They're not kidding when they say 101 different ways. At first I didn't like the massage and the shaking but after I used it, I was hooked. We got the memory foam and it has a teeny bit of a smell, but it will dissipate eventually. The people that sold it to me were very helpful, informative and understanding. We had a mix up on the mattress when it got delivered so they RIGHT AWAY delivered the right one. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We had a Craftmatic back in '90 when I started having a lot of medical problems. Something happened to the thing that makes it go up and down. We looked around and couldn't find anybody that knew what to do with it so we traded it in and got another brand. We were never really satisfied with it. It was okay, but we were just used to the Craftmatic. One of the legs broke on it and we could not find any parts for that bed. I got the phone book and looked for the Craftmatic number. I called and talked to them and that's when we decided that we wanted to go back with the Craftmatic bed. We love the new bed, but now I'm not too satisfied with our mattress. I noticed we've been getting some prints where we laid and I got the papers out on the Craftmatic bed. The card that came with it said the mattress was only good for a year. I don't know why they would have a mattress last that long. I haven't called them but as far as the bed, we love it, and it's quiet going up and down.

I've slept on an adjustable bed since 2005. I've had numerous back surgeries because my vertebrae keeps breaking and so the doctor recommended that I sleep with my feet in the air. So in 2005, I got a hold of Social Security and they rented me an adjustable hospital bed. I slept on it the whole time right up until I got the Craftmatic. The reason I went to Craftmatic was because it is a lot nicer bed. It had adjustable feet and head, vibration and massage. I bought it and I've been sleeping on it ever since, and I love it! I wouldn't be without it. It's really comfortable. The mattress pillow top works perfect for me. The remote control to raise and lower the head, its got a 30 minute shutoff on it. When you turn it on vibrate, it will only vibrate for 30 minutes, and then it shuts itself off. And once I get in bed, I raise my feet until I can feel my back relax. I've never had the vibrator shut off while I was awake. It always shut off, but I was already asleep. That's how quick I go to sleep on that bed. I would recommend the Craftmatic bed to anybody, even to my worst enemy.

Our Craftmatic bed is great! What I like most about it is I can adjust my feet and head up. I have a bad chronic back pain and I could about work it out with that bed. I'm 88 years old and my wife is 85 and we probably ought to have one 40 years ago, but we didn't. We're old timers and you had to change our minds.

My father loves the Craftmatic bed. He's very comfortable and he sleeps well. I wish the whole bed went up and down instead of just feet but other than that, he loves it. It works fine. It's easy for him to watch TV when he's lying down. I would recommend.

We wanted to be able to read and I have to have my head elevated a little bit because of a reflux problem and Craftmatic adjustable bed just seemed like the best way to do both. The mattress is nice and the thing I like about the bed of course is being adjustable, being able to elevate your feet and head and getting to that what they call zero gravity mode and that's very nice. The people at Craftmatic did a very good job. It was done very quickly. My wife dealt with them mostly, but I was here when they installed it. It only took them like 10 minutes. We'd recommend them. In fact, we talk about our bed a lot when some people ask us.

This is my third Craftmatic bed. I bought the first one because I used to suffer and I needed my head up a lot. I love it! It's comfortable and I can adjust it any way I want to and it's a good quality bed. There was nothing wrong with the others. They were good but I just wanted to update my bed. My mother-in-law lives downstairs and she has had the Craftmatic bed for five years. She woke up one morning and the foot of the bed was as high as it can go and it wouldn't go down. I went to their website, found their customer relations department and called them up and told them what the problem was and the customer service person that I talked to was really helpful. I asked them to send me a schematic of how the bed works to see if I could make sure that the motor was indeed the problem. They did and it was. They sent the motor free of charge and it works like a champ. They were very helpful.

About a decade ago, I had a real serious problem. After that, I cannot lay flat on a bed. And so, I had to buy this huge pillow that sort of propped me up. I saw the Craftmatic Bed in a 2x2 advertisement in the magazine and decided to call. They kept telling me to keep my legs elevated. So I thought, “Well, here’s one that elevates the legs and brings the head up, and does everything I need it to do. Let’s give it a shot.”

Ever since I got my Craftmatic adjustable bed, I've been sleeping well again. My daughter bought it for me because I have problems and I have to have my head and feet up. Everything, from order to delivery, has gone good.

They were a lot cheaper than what a hospital bed was going to be for half the size. The Craftmatic people were great and very courteous. I bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed for my mother. She has arthritis and had trouble getting up, and this bed has helped her with that. The adjustable part is her favorite. We've looked around and a lot of them were really expensive and this one was reasonable. Everything went fine and has been great.

My mom is 84, and will be 85 in a month, and she has rheumatoid arthritis. And she had purchased a Sleep Number and that just wasn't cutting it for her, and she wasn't sleeping and she was hurting a lot. So we decided to try a Craftmatic to see if that worked and it has. She doesn't like the massage feature, but I’m like “look, you don’t have to use the massage.” Their sales representative was good. The only problem I had with the delivery team, there was some failure to communicate that they were supposed to be taking away the old bed. But it took a couple of phone calls and me showing them the email confirmation of everything, and they did take it away.

I'm an old fart and the body's going bad. I just lost my mother in December so I've been very aware of my own body going downhill and I needed a new bed. My biggest thing is the service after you buy it. It has a one year warranty. I ended up buying one and I'm very happy with it. I had spent a lot of time in sleeping in a La-Z-Boy because I was in such pain I couldn't get in and out of the bed. The memory foam mattress it makes it easier for me to get out of the bed. I'm a side sleeper and with that mattress it doesn't hurt nearly as bad and it's much better.

I was looking for something that my wife can sleep on. My favorite thing about my bed is it's highly adjustable and comfortable. It's smooth and relatively fast being electric. The Craftmatic bed was a good investment of time and money and it's everything I was looking for.

I like the bed because you can just adjust it and read on the bed or you can lower it and it vibrates. I'm enjoying it.

My parents had Craftmatic adjustable beds first and I got one and had it for well over 20 years, and then I just bought a second one. I've had no problems dealing with the Craftmatic people whatsoever. The delivery team was pretty good. The first team had a little problem putting the bed right and there was a mattress issue. The first mattress had a hole in it and they brought me another one. The second team was wonderful and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. It was great.

My husband had a bed that was a queen size and it went up and down. It had a motor to it but it wasn't a Craftmatic. We've had that for years and we had the motor repaired one time. But then we decided to forget that. We didn't put it up and down that much anyhow. Then we moved that into our guest room then we started to look around. We first saw an ad some place and we had to call about it. The salesman came to the house. We got the split queen. I thought it was two twin beds but it is not because when it comes to buying linens they don't fit and you can take it apart and have two twin beds. We wanted to have that ability. However, we have kept it together. We don't put it up and down that much because I try sitting up in bed and it just doesn't feel right. I usually just put a pillow behind my back when I sit up in bed to read. We think about in the future that it could be taken apart and one use it as a sick bed. We want to be able to stay in our house until the end.

I bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed maybe twenty years ago as I had trouble sleeping flat and stacking pillows didn't quite get it, and ever since I've slept good. I like that I can adjust the bed with the little electric thing hanging on the side. Everybody at Craftmatic was really good and I'm satisfied with my experience with them.

I always knew about Craftmatic just because of the commercials, and they've been around forever. When I first decided to think about purchasing an adjustable bed, of course Craftmatic is the first name that popped into my mind. My husband and I watch a lot of TV at night and we just wanted to be able to do that a little more comfortably. Everybody was great. I like the adjustability feature of the bed. I don't use the massage as much as I thought I would. It's a little loud, which is why I don't use it.

I'm 70. Years ago I heard the Craftmatic commercials on TV, so I knew of the bed and I was having trouble sleeping. So I went on the Internet and I found them. It's comfortable. I like the fact that it has a gel foam, and I can raise the head level and not sleep flat. It helps with my problem. I'm happy with the bed and I'm glad I got it.

We got interested in a special sale on Craftmatic power beds and we knew it was a wonderful name. They gave us a good price on a sale and we ordered it. It arrived in one big package: the bed, the frame, remote, the motor, everything. And as they put it together, I noticed the frame and the woodwork and everything was some such good quality - really nice, heavy wood and metals, corners and everything. It looked to me to be a very well-made bed. We are enjoying it very much. I wish I would've had one years ago. I like the idea of adjusting my head and the way the remote works so well. I've got it set so I can just push one button, the favorite button, and the head comes up and the feet come up to the favorite position and one button just makes it level again. It's a very, very compact outfit.

I called one of our local bedding stores and they weren't open but they left a message about some of their products. I was looking for a split adjustable and they said on this announcement that they did not have that and they recommended calling Craftmatic. I called and they were courteous and helpful. The delivery team was very nice and they took our old bed upstairs. My favorite feature of the bed is the ability to adjust it.

I got my first Craftmatic way back in ’92 or ’93. I'm 88 years old, and it makes a big difference to me, the comfort in the bed. I found it fascinating the fact that you could pick so that you could sit up or read a book, or whatever you want to do. I love Craftmatic. I just bought a new one not too long ago. They are pretty expensive. I spent about $3,000. I love the bed. The delivery guys were wonderful, the bed is terrific. I don't have any problem about the adjustment or anything. They're rather simply made. You don't have a fuse to contend with or electrical stuff. But I could never say enough good things about Craftmatic. I can't imagine why everybody doesn't get in line to get one.

I love Craftmatic. I had one for 20 years and I just got a new one. They did a wonderful job delivering the bed. I like the softness. It's just nice to lay on. It's been wonderful. I get up in the morning feeling great. I'm really pleased with it. If it keeps on going like it is, it will be wonderful.

I had a Craftmatic bed about 19 years ago, and I just got a new one. The delivery team was late, but it was okay. It got here. From the features, I like that I can raise my feet up when I want. Overall, I enjoy it.

I sleep better because of my Craftmatic bed. I can get in a more comfortable position and it has helped with my problems. And when I watch TV, I can be in a bed in a more comfortable position that I used to be in, so that it makes it better too. So all around, I like it. I would recommend it to my friends. Their customer service was great, their delivery was great and everybody was nice. They were fine.
