The ability to have one side of mattress firm and other softer was a real selling point. The raising of the head makes reading or watching TV so easy.

I have really enjoyed my Craftmatic bed. I have problems with my legs, and the elevation is really good. It's a good bed.

The bed was bought for my Mom who is a 6-time cancer survivor in her late 70s. She had had a Craftmatic bed for years, but it was beginning to break down. We ordered her a new one in December & she is loving it! She is finally able to sleep all night in comfort. When her "bones" are aching, she falls to sleep to the timed vibration of the bed. Very happy with the bed & the service we have had!

I ordered this bed as I have back problems and circulation problems in my legs. I was not able to sleep in a regular bed without a ton of pillows everywhere. I was sleeping in a recliner most of the time until I ordered the Craftmatic.

The Craftmatic bed has been a life changing experience for me. After me defib had fired a 2nd time in 2007 I slept on the sofa in a sitting position because of anxiety attacks if I laid flat on a bed. I am now back in the bedroom because of the Craftmatic bed that I can elevate. Have also had 2 back surgeries and 15 epidurals and have lived every day since 1972 with back pain ranging from 1 to ten. Have also always slept on my sides until I bought the Craftmatic.

The experience with Craftmatic is very satisfying. It is what they say it will do.

My husband is really happy with Craftmatic. I'm also pretty happy with it, but if the feet could be raised and then dent like in the knee area, that would be really helpful.

We owned a craftmatic bed for 10 years and decided to get the twin beds. We loved the other bed. These twin beds are greatest of all like sleeping in a cloud. Really love them. My own private space. Also my husband loves it too so cozy for him. Yea haw! Better than sleeping on hay. Ha. Ha.

In my purchase experience, there was a lack of accurate communication between the factory and the subcontracted deliverer. The salesman in Florida was good. The factory Rep in Minnesota was good but not solid on delivery schedule in Washington. The Washington people not so much. The warehouse blamed the delivery guys and the delivery guys blamed the warehouse resulting in an unnecessary 7 to 10-day delay. I bought this unit for my bedridden Mother-in-law and she is very happy with it, so that for me is what really matters overall.

I looked in the phonebook and saw that Craftmatic had a very good rating. So I chose to purchase the Craftmatic bed. I like the features for raising the head and feet up, and the massage. I use all three of these features. The sales rep that I talked to when I originally purchased the bed was very pleasant. The delivery team was also fine. Everything was fine until I moved.

I just got a new Craftmatic bed. The first Craftmatic rep I talked to was very knowledgeable. I called and bought the queen size bed. I used to have the twin size and the reason that I really got them was that when I was visiting my sister one year, she had a Craftmatic bed and I slept in one and it was great. It's great for reading at night in bed. I always sleep well on my Craftmatic bed. I like it better than my previous bed.

Initial assembly was incomplete. A technician came out to correct the problem. (The 2 halves were not completely connected.) Completely satisfied after that.

I sleep a lot better with my new bed. It helps my back and legs.

I like the Craftmatic bed very much. I like that you can raise it and vibrate and I use it a lot. They have been very good.

My husband and I had single Craftmatic beds for many years, prior to my recent purchase, and had always been satisfied with them. So after he died and I needed to purchase a new bed for myself, I decided to go to Craftmatic again. (During his last illness he was bedridden at home, and the ability to adjust the bed added greatly to his comfort and well being.) In case I'm ever bedridden myself, I know I shall be as comfortable as I am now.

I was sleeping in a recliner because I had back problems and knee problems. I cannot lie on a regular bed that stayed flat because if my legs are out flat all the time, my knees get stiff and I couldn't get up and walk. We called Craftmatic to find out how much it was and what we had to do to get it set up. We ordered one and had it brought to the house. It works really well. If your legs get stiff in one position, you just press a nice little button and move them in another direction. You don't have to get up and try to get comfortable.

I used to wake up every morning with a backache that I blamed on my old mattress. I decided, instead of a new mattress, I would get a whole new bed. That was a decision I have never regretted. I have not woken up with a backache, since I started sleeping on my new Craftmatic bed. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago, and after the surgeries, the only position I am able to sleep in, is on my back. My new bed has a feature, where I can preset two different positions, and access them with a push of a single button. It's wonderful! I use one position for reading and watching TV, and when I am ready for sleep, I just press the button, and the bed adjusts to the perfect sleep position. The other feature that I absolutely love, is the massage. There are three different levels of massage, and after a few minutes, falling asleep is a dream. Well done, Craftmatic Beds. I've never slept better in my life.

The experience with Craftmatic was very good. We didn't like the first mattress we got so we called them and they came out and picked it up and brought another one and replaced it without any problem. They were very helpful.

I wanted to lift my head and torso up a little bit and I saw these ads on television for Craftmatic and I thought, “Why don’t I try it?” So I did. I phoned them up and they made me a good deal. I've been very happy with the bed. I often use the main feature which is lifting the legs up and the lifting the head up and so forth. I don't use the massage, I tried it but I didn't really care for it that much. I just love the fact that you could move it around and during the night if you get a little uncomfortable you can change it so I don't have to stay in the same position like you would with a normal bed. That feature is terrific. The delivery team was very good, too. They were very, very careful. Overall, Craftmatic is the most comfortable bed I've ever had. I used to experience some stiffness and some back aches and so forth and I don't have anything at all now. It's like sleeping on a cloud.

While trying to decide what brand and type of box spring and mattress to purchase for replacement on my queen size bed, a friend of mine suggested that I check out the Craftmatic Bed. So I placed a call to Craftmatic for more info and to see if I could still use my headboard and footboard on their bed since it matched the other furniture in the bedroom. After talking to them, I decided to purchase the bed and so glad I did. I love that I can raise the head up while reading or watching tv and when very tired I can turn on the massage. Very happy with my decision to purchase the Craftmatic bed.

I cannot recommend craftmatic enough. My husband bought the bed for me because I was having back problems and had to sleep on the recliner for over a year. He wanted to get me back into bed. Mission accomplished. It is the most comfortable bed. Also my husband started having problems and he said the bed changed his life. He bought it for me but he also got the most health benefit out of it.

This is my second Craftmatic bed. I have no complaints.

The Queen sized bed is excellent. Delivery on time and assembly was excellent.

We purchased a Craftmatic Bed on 9/10/07, and have been very satisfied, and it has been a great help for my wife, who had major back surgery. Last night we had a problem, that head of the bed would not rise, so this morning we have attempted to reach a location on the Servicing Side. We have tried numerous, many appear to no longer be operating and those we have called place us on 'Hold' or the line just goes dead. I had a Craftmatic before and I took that one up north in so I wanted another one here. I feel pretty good in it. It seems real comfortable and I sleep well. It's a nice bed to have and you can tilt your head up and down.

He has a condition called gastric reflux. The Craftmatic adjustable bed allows him to get into a position where he can help relieve his gastric reflux. The way the bed operates, it’s easy for me to help him get in and out of bed. He likes the massage and the remote operated adjustable parts, especially the raised head feature. He loves the bed.

I have a hard time sleeping. I have trouble with my legs and I couldn't get in a comfortable position to rest. I've always wanted an adjustable bed for years and years and years. After I had a stroke in 2007, I really had a hard time sleeping, so I wanted an adjustable bed so I could try to get in a comfortable position so I could get some sleep.

I got the Craftmatic bed for my mother and she has no complaints about it. She likes it. I’d say it’s very convenient because of the fact that it’s adjustable. My mother has some physical ailments. The hospital bed wasn't too comfortable because of the mattress. However, Craftmatic looks like a regular bed but it works like a hospital bed, so that’s why I got that.

I bought the bed and like it. Me and my dog sleep in it. It's pretty good.

Craftmatic is a lot better than my old bed. When my back hurts, I can lift the back up and it takes some pressure off. I love the massage and it’s fantastic. My weight is such that I have trouble with regular beds and mattresses will go kaput within a year so I got it. They said they can make it special for me. Also I have arthritis and my back hurts, so being able to put the back up was important for me. I have swelling in my ankles and having the feet up is important too. However, the delivery did not do so well. Instead of removing the bed frame, they left it there and they left some boxes lying around. But overall, I like my bed.

I have edema, so I needed to elevate my feet. I thought I’ll get a Craftmatic bed to do this. Well, it’s the nicest bed I've ever slept in. Sometimes I also use the vibrator. I’m very pleased with it and have no complaints. I would recommend it to anyone that wanted one.

We had our first Craftmatic bed for at least 20 years. Then my husband and I had a problem, the insurance took it and put instead of a king size, we got the queen. I haven’t slept on the bed but one time. I have visitors that come in and they really like the bed. I recommend Craftmatic for anybody. They last forever. They’re very comfortable. I really enjoy the king-size. I've told a lot of people about it.

I got a new Craftmatic bed to replace the old one I had for 10 years. I got them because they’re comfortable. I love them. I particularly like the feature that lifts the head up, plus it feels more comfortable to sit up. The overall experience with Craftmatic was great. The sales representative was nice. He told me what I wanted to know about the bed. However, as for the delivery team... they did not do well.

My friend has had a Craftmatic for 25 years and when I started having problems with my back, she recommended the bed. Now, it's much easier for me to get in and out of bed and I enjoy it. When I go to bed and read, I can have the head up. The sales rep was very good. I called the 800 number. I spoke with him and didn't decide at that specific moment that we wanted the bed. Then my husband and I called back about a month later and ordered it. The delivery team was very good. They got here early in the morning and took out the old one and set up a new one and they were gone again. They took away the old one as well. So I didn't have to worry about that. It was one of the better experiences in our life at buying anything. It was very easy. Call them up, order the bed, give them your credit card and it shows up a week or ten days later. Very nice.

We bought the bed for my father who lives with us. He’s 95, but he’s not an invalid. His previous bed, which he used for about 7 years, was on a platform having several drawers in it. He thought it would be a good use of space, but it made the bed very high. As he got older, especially when he got sick, it was hard for him to get in and out of it. So we decided we should get a new bed, and we did. We had thought about the Craftmatic because it would give him a lot of features that he would enjoy, and it did. We’ve been very pleased with the Craftmatic bed.

Craftmatic is a lot better bed. I always achieve a good night sleep. I can able to raise the head part of the bed so it's not so much pressure on my back. The representatives were courteous and answered all of my questions. The experience with the delivery team was fantastic. I would recommend them.

So far, I only have one problem with Craftmatic, probably about a year before was up in warranty. But other than that, everything's okay. I purchased the bed for my father, he's about 80 years old and just wanted something more comfortable and he's been more comfortable since using the bed. He often uses its sitting-up feature so he could watch TV. Also, when I ordered the bed, my talk with the sales representative was fine. Everything went real smooth and no problems at all. My father said that everything went great with the delivery too. No problems and they took care of whatever they did. So, we are satisfied with everything.

I got my Craftmatic because of pleasure. It wasn't for health. It was just to be able to look at the television while I was in bed or read. Compared to the old bed I had for 5 years, the Craftmatic has quite a vast difference. It's more comfortable, more relaxing. My overall experience with them was excellent.

This is my second Craftmatic bed. I originally got one way back when I was a designer and a pattern maker and I had to stand all day. I had to be dressed in high heels and going to the showroom back and forth. So standing all day, by the time I come home, I just wanted to get off my feet. I would be able to put the feet up, put the head up a little bit and I could go out dancing or go out and have a nice time after I felt better. I got it for that reason in the first place. I knew a lady that had gotten a bed, and I saw her bed. I thought it would also be good for me. So I got that years ago, and now I still like their style. This one is nice and soft and just perfect for me as I’m older.

Craftmatic is great. I sleep on it every night and I'm happy with it. I like the flexibility and the way it moves. I like all the features on it and it helps me get a good night's sleep.

We purchased a Craftmatic bed for a health issue. It was recommended by a friend of ours. We like the controls where you can lift the back of the bed up so that it makes it easier to get in and out of. It’s great. We actually just purchased our second one from the company. We were only 38 years old when we bought our first Craftmatic. We were probably one of the youngest couples they’ve ever worked with. I remember it was a good experience investing in a Craftmatic. The lady that came to the house treated us really well.

My wife injured herself last year. She slipped the bone in her arm and had damaged her shoulders. She could not sleep in a regular bed, so she's sleeping on the couch. She needed to be raised up at night so we decided to try the Craftmatic bed because it seemed like it'd do what we wanted. Everything went without a hitch. The installers called to set up the time to bring the bed in and then we got it. They were there when they said. And it didn't take them long to clean up after so it was great. Great experience with the sales rep all the way through setting the bed up.

Bed elevated to position that are needed for back and legs. Very good... I like the comfort and I sleep very well.

I have owned my previous bed for about five years now, and since I have heartburn and I sit up and watch TV, I decide to buy a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed, and it hasn't bothered me since. The feature of the bed that I usually use would be raising the back up because I use it to be able to watch TV. The sales representative was really good and was knowledgeable about the bed. They provide detailed description about the bed and answered all of my questions. The delivery team was great and they showed me how to use the bed. Overall, I highly recommend it.

We are very pleased with our Craftmatic bed. My husband and I both have back pain that makes it hard to get a good night's sleep. So far this is the only bed we can get comfortable on.

My husband has multiple sclerosis and he needed to have a bed that the head and the feet would lift up. He needed to be able to get himself in a comfortable position. I said to my husband “I'm going to call Craftmatic” and I did one day and a nice gentleman called from Florida and spoke with him and we bought the bed. We had the king size bed so we have extra long twin bed mattresses and it's just very comfortable. My husband adjusts his side, I adjust my side and we're very happy. The delivery team were wonderful. They were very kind. I definitely recommend them to a friend. It was an excellent experience. They were very honest with us and if we didn't like our mattress, for a charge we could change it out. They told us everything right up front and we really appreciated that.

I had been sleeping in a recliner for 2.5 years because I could not sleep in a regular bed because I'd be in pain. I got the King size Craftmatic bed and tried sleeping in it and by raising my head and back up, I could sleep great. My wife also loves the bed as she had acid reflux and a minor back problem and the bed helps her sleep without any problems. These beds are super comfortable and you can adjust each side differently as the king size are actually two twin beds and we put them side by side.

We got a Craftmatic bed because my stepdad can't get out of bed and stuff. He's in bed all the time and my mom has a bad back too. They often raise the head up and down of their Craftmatic bed. We chose Craftmatic bed over others since we heard good stuff about it. Craftmatic’s sales rep was really nice and made sure that I got what I needed, what I looking for and for a good price. He was real helpful telling me about it. Their delivery team was good too.

I had a Craftmatic bed for a while and it was a lot more comfortable. I like the size and I slept a lot better on it. I don't have it anymore because I moved to a smaller place.

I have the super king bed. I wouldn't buy another bed unless it was a craftmatic bed. My legs and feel great. I sleep like a log. When I get in morning, I feel great.

My parents needed a new bed so I got a Craftmatic bed for them. They like the bed, and the adjustments in it are comfortable. Everything's good and I would recommend Craftmatic.

I was redoing the bedroom because my husband passed away. I’ve had this problem where if I lay flat down I get dizzy, so I wanted an adjustable bed so I could raise it up. So I went ahead and got the Craftmatic adjustable bed at that time. The bed is fantastic, it works good. In January, I adopted a little dog and he absolutely loves it too. The gentleman I talked to, your salesman, asked me what type of mattress I wanted. I said, “I’m not sure.” He said, “What’s on your bed now?” I said, “A Pillow Top.” He says, “Okay, I’ll send you what I think you’ll like and if you don’t, you call me.” And it was just exactly what I wanted. Your prices were good, too.

I have had acid reflux since I was in my early 30's. I take medication but it was just getting worse and worse. I use a stack of pillows to get comfortable at least to last a sleep at night. I was wanting to try to get off the medication and I thought, “Maybe we should get one of those beds.” We thought about going to Sears and going here and there. We've had a Tempur-Pedic bed and we weren't so happy with that. It didn't give me the possibility of elevating the head. So while we were looking around, I remembered one of those Craftmatic advertisements on television. My husband inquired over the internet about information. Next thing we knew, we got a phone call.

Some years ago, I have developed edema in my right leg, so I have to sleep with my feet elevated because of the swelling. Using the Craftmatic it's nice not to have to put something under my feet and it moving around during the night you have to rearrange or reposition continuously. It’s great and I sleep well. It really helps me with my legs.

We really love our Craftmatic beds. I have the extra duty mattress since being a larger women and really appreciate the extra support. My husband really likes his bed too. He has the firm mattress. We both really like the massaging features on the beds as well as the adjustability. We both have Gerd and have no problems at night since these beds are adjustable. We would recommend these beds to everyone and have already referred a lady I work with and her husband and they purchased beds for themselves.

I purchased Craftmatic after my husband passed away. I have a king-size bed that was used all by myself and I realized I needed an excellent bed and I wanted something that I would be able to watch TV in bed at night, so I purchased my Craftmatic bed and I just love it. Basically every evening I watch TV for an hour and a half or so in bed and then lay back down and go to sleep.

The Craftmatic is a good bed. I’m a big person. My wife would just say I'm fat but when I lay down on my back, I have trouble sleeping at night. I wanted the Craftmatic because it raises up and I like the way it elevates me. It gets me up to where I can get a good night’s sleep. I sleep a lot better. I wake up and feel rested ready to face the day. It makes a world of difference to me. It was a good buy and I’m glad I got it and I’m enjoying my bed very much. I didn't have any problems with them whatsoever. Everything went great.

I bought my second Craftmatic set and I took my first set down to the beach and put it in our condo down there. My husband said he didn't want to sleep in the new bed that we bought for the other bedroom down there, that he wanted to go back to his Craftmatic, so that’s what we did. When we called, the Craftmatic sales representative and I just talked about the beds because I had already had a set and he talked about the changes in them. He answered any question that I had. And mainly the question was the price or whether I should just replace the mattresses on them being they were getting to the end of their best life. But because they were having a good discount for a new set, we decided to use both sets. And we got them at the time that they said they would deliver it. In fact, we got it on a day that we were having a snowstorm here and they still delivered them.

I am very happy with my Craftmatic! I am surprised I waited so long to get it! I turn on the vibration and the aches of the day go away. My kitties like it, too! :)

Craftmatic has been around for a lot of years - therefore, they've been proven. Their beds have the top of the line frames and things like that, which is a plus. And their mattresses are reversible from hard to soft. So that was a plus. It wasn't any gimmick. It was just a straight bed and I wouldn't have to worry about the bed overheating from the memory foam or anything like that. 'Adjustable' makes a difference because you can get your legs up and it can help increase circulation so that’s also a plus.

We searched through different adjustable beds and found out the name seems to be reliable and the price seemed to be a better price point than other beds so we decided to buy a Craftmatic. This bed goes up and down (my old bed did nothing) and I have acid reflux and I think that's improved.

On the very first day that the bed was delivered and when I went to bed, I was very surprise. I felt as if the bed was made for my body. I slept very well, even slept until the next morning. I would recommend the bed to anyone. I would go as far as to guaranteed it. It is a wonderful bed and I look forward to going to bed every night. If I had to get another bed for comfort, I would most certainly get another Craftmatic Bed.

I started looking for an adjustable bed that you can put the head up and make it easier for my husband. I looked at Tempur-pedic, Beauty Rest and several others, but we went with Craftmatic. We love it! We do the dialysis at home and it's really convenient for him. He loves that he can raise the head and the feet, watch TV while we do his dialysis, and it helps him feel better. I'm thrilled and completely satisfied. I have recommended Craftmatic to friends.

Late April of 2005 I contacted Craftmatic Bed Co. for information on their adjustable beds. On May 3, 2005 Mr. Stan ** came into my home and showed me the video of the bed system. He further explained all the details of the adjustable beds. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product. I decided to make a purchase at that time. Mr. ** helped me get the purchase financed through Craftmatic services and ordered a special sized bed for me. It is 54"x 84" which is as wide as a full bed but the length of a queen sized bed. The bed has helped with controlling severe reflux symptoms, edema, chronic lower back pain and a couple of other minor issues. The bed has been a great experience for me and I have recommended them to some friends and family. I have had the bed for 9 years now and love it as much now as I did then.

We absolutely love Craftmatic. We go back to our old bed and it was a good bed, but my wife had some other illnesses. She couldn't lie flat. I looked around and some of our neighbors had Craftmatic so we bought the Craftmatic bed and they were so nice. They just bent over backwards for us and everything. And so whenever we get home, we figure out how everything works. They had a little problem getting the parts, but it only took like a couple of days more. They were real nice.

I have medical problems and I've had for many, many years... acid reflux, edema in my feet and back problems. I needed the head of my bed raised in particular for the acid reflux and the edema in the feet. That's why I wanted to be able to raise my feet and the sitting position. Basically with the head all the way up and the feet up, it was comfortable and eases the pain in my back as well. So I had used the bed in the hospital - they have adjustable beds. All of the hospital beds are that way and knowing that being in one of those beds I felt better, I decided I'd get myself an adjustable bed. So I started looking for what was available and finding Craftmatic was the number one company, I looked into it.

I am very happy with my bed. This is the 2nd one I have purchased. I had my 1st one for about 15 years. I am on disability and have a bad back. If it wasn't for my Craftmatic bed, I don't think I would get near as much rest as I do. My only complaint is that the presets on my remote doesn't always work as they should and remember what I programed in. I've talked to Craftmatic about it and they sent me a new remote, but it didn't help. The problem might be in the control box, I don't know. It's really not that big of a deal and the only 2 positions I really use are the sleeping one and the watching TV one. Outside of that minor inconvenience, I love my bed and it has definitely improved the quality of my life!

The Craftmatic Bed is so comfortable. When not feeling well the bed can be positioned to whatever feels good to my mom. Thanks Craftmatic.

This bed was purchased approximately 10 months ago. I have been extremely happy with it but have three suggestions. The first is that there is a problem with the top mattress sliding sideways and also sliding toward the foot of the bed. Second, the flimsy metal thing that is used for the purpose of keeping it in place is bent because it's not strong enough. Because of back problems, it is very difficult to adjust this very heavy mattress. Third, while the massager is a wonderful extra, it would be even better if, instead of just cutting off when the timer is up, that it gradually comes to a stop. It's jarring to be relaxing and almost asleep and then being jolted awake because of the instant cutoff! Other than that, it's a great bed and I'd highly recommend it.

I have had nothing but delightful conversations with the staff at Craftmatic. They actually care about me!! I'm very very satisfied with the bed and could not ever live without my amazing bed. I truly mean it! I had lower backaches & ever since I got my bed with the massager, I now sleep 99% better. Whomever reads this should invest into a lifetime of happiness. I mean this. I wanna make a commercial for Craftmatic. I've got experience.

We replaced our king-sized Craftmatic bed with a newer more modern one. The new bed is very comfortable and affords an excellent night's sleep. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend these beds to anyone.

I got a Craftmatic adjustable bed because I can't lie flat. I have lower back problems. I couldn't sleep on my old bed and I ended up sleeping on a recliner. I can sleep on the Craftmatic and I raise both the head and the legs. I had no problems whatsoever with the delivery team as they were very gracious.

I have had several back surgeries, two of which were back fusions. To date I can't lay flat. The bed was delivered the day I came home from rehab after my last surgery. It has been wonderful! I have a hard time sleeping at hotels or at other people's homes. Need to be able to take it with me!

We decided to purchase a Craftmatic because of the features, the price, and the reviews that I had read. My wife and I both sleep so much better and it was actually one of the best moves we've made in a long time. This bed is just so much more comfortable than the old bed we had and we just love it. We use the adjustable to lift the head or the feet portion every day. The representatives have been very helpful and easy to talk to. We had a few little issues in the very beginning which obviously wasn't their fault but they made good for what the problem was, and that was the delivery time. But it was the company that they had to deliver it and it was all taken care of. The delivery team was good. They did exactly what they said they would do. They came in, set the bed up, cleaned up all the mess and took the old mattress away and they were out of here in no time. The salesperson that we dealt with from the very get-go helped us pick out a mattress because obviously, there's no place close by or I don't know if they have any place to check anything out. So with what we were telling her, she had recommended what mattress that she thought we'd like and she was pretty much right.

I saw a Craftmatic TV commercial and called the 1800 number and started the purchasing process after they sent me some information. I called them back over the phone and we made the purchase and it was delivered a week or so later and put up. Delivery was quick and efficient. They were on time and in probably 30-45 minutes got the old bed out and new bed in and instructed my wife and I on how it works. It was a positive experience.

The delivery and set up of the Craftmatic bed was efficient and timely. They were also kind enough to take away the old recliner chair my husband had been sleeping in. His sleep patterns have improved a lot since getting the bed. When we found that having the bed connected as a King Size bed, we separated them into twin beds. That is very helpful for my more restful sleep and has worked especially well with us. When we had a problem with the mattress on my husband's bed shifting around, we spoke with the service department who gave us suggestions on how to deal with the problem. They were ever so helpful and the issue was solved without having to send a repair person to the house.

Craftmatic is a great company and they were expedient. The price was nicely negotiated and I enjoyed that. The bed is also great. The only complaint that I have is on the massage motor because it's noisy at night. My wife loves it but since I'm next to her, I hear it. I use back lift the most because it raises my head. I find it easier to sleep using this feature and it rests my back.

The sales representative was quite knowledgeable. He kept telling us that a hospital bed would cost much more than this so he was telling us it was a bargain. And he said a couple of queen size sheets come with it. It would be brought down from Minnesota and they will move the other bed wherever I wanted. I've had my Craftmatic bed for about 15 or 20 years and I use it for convenience to read. I enjoy being able to raise the head up to read and do puzzles in the morning paper. The only thing is we needed a new mattress cover and so I checked with the company. They said it would be very expensive, so it would be a lot cheaper just to go to Sears and buy it. So we got a heated mattress cover. Other than that I'd be happy to recommend it to somebody.

A prior adjustable bed that was 20 years old finally gave up so we went shopping for new beds and Craftmatic was the one that basically made the size we wanted and the mattress type. It’s pretty much the same with our previous bed. In other words, we've been using adjustable beds for umpteen years and we basically needed another adjustable bed to give the same benefit that the adjustable bed gives. It gives some elevation for increased circulation in the legs. Craftmatic is more comfortable than what we used to have. It functions very well. Craftmatic has the remote controlled controller so basically you just leave it on the side table and if you need to adjust it, roll over and get it. The other one, basically the cord is falling on the floor somewhere and then you have to get up to find the doggone cord to find the controller. Now you just roll over and get the controller, pick up the controller off the side table. So the advantage of going to the remote control is great. It also has more adjustable positions, too, than what we used to have.

I have an upcoming surgery and Craftmatic bed was a better choice. We've liked the whole thing about the bed - the raise, the massage. We got it separated, so she got hers and I got mine. We enjoy the bed. I bought it for medical reasons so were happy that we made the choice.

The price more than anything else is the deciding factor I chose Craftmatic adjustable bed. Compared to anywhere else, it has the most reasonable price and I had already made up my mind I was gonna buy me an adjustable bed. So we looked into buying an adjustable bed and my husband saw an ad on TV about Craftmatic. The first one we bought 10 years ago was great, but over the years, it just got worn. I got to the point where I just could not sleep. I got more and more uncomfortable and I was getting up in the middle of the night, and sit in a recliner, because I just could not sleep. I was not getting a good night’s sleep, I was just miserable.

I got my first bed about 30 years ago, and just about a year ago I got a new one, because after 30 years, things start to go and the mattress wasn't comfortable, even though I exchanged the mattress at one point. I am handicapped so this bed is wonderful for me because I can put it in any position to get some comfort. I've had five back surgeries at that point and when I saw these commercials about they can go in any position and all that, I decided I was gonna save my money till I could afford one. Once I got the first one, it was no problem thinking about the second one. I love the massage because the massage on the old one only lasted 10 minutes and this one would go half hour and it's much stronger, it hits me right where I needed it in my back. And the second thing I like the most is I can lift my head up because I'm in bed a lot of my time, so I can lift up my head in order to see the TV.

I've had very good experience with Craftmatic. Their salespeople are really very good at what they do. I needed a firmer bed so they sent me a new bed when I called them up. They're a good company.

This is actually my second set of Craftmatic bed. We have had our previous Craftmatic set for about 10 years, and we've talked about replacing the mattress. Then when I called up, they had a whole new set with a queen size bed and that's what I ordered. The features I like the most are the ones for raising both the head and the feet. I can raise up my neck and shoulders and that helps with my snoring. It also keeps my feet elevated. I'm not lying flat.

We've had Craftmatic for years and years and years. My mother had one many years ago and then we decided to buy one too to replace our bed of 30 years. With the Craftmatic, we always put it up a little bit at night. My husband and I each have one. And so, we make a king out of it. The sales representative was pretty knowledgeable and courteous. The delivery team was fine as well. They showed me how to use the bed and answered all our questions. Our overall experience was very good. We just like bed.

I've just fallen out on my driveway and I didn't break my hip but the ball went through the socket and broke a lot of my bones. My previous mattress was practically brand new, about four years. But I couldn't lay on it. I would go to bed and sleep for two hours and I get up and go on the chair. Then, my son saw Craftmatic on the ARP magazine. He goes 'Well, Ma, that will let you lay on your back' which I couldn't do before. He said, 'Then you can sit up and you could put your feet up and that would be better.' So I called the next morning and by that Friday I had it.

My aunt and uncle had beds kind of like Craftmatic. They're the adjustable beds, the twins that go together and make a queen and I just started looking on the internet and saw the different kinds. So it wasn't that they were recommended to me or anything, I just was looking. After they called and talked to me, it sounded like they had a good bed for a good price so that's why we got it. I'm in my late 60s and my husband's in early 70s and we just kind of been having some reflux problems at night when we go to bed and the doctor say to raise the top of your bed. I don't sleep very good. I have back trouble and we just want a better mattress and a way to kind of adjust it when I wake up at night and I would be able to get back to sleep faster and it does seem that the Craftmatic has helped some.

The Craftmatic bed has been very beneficial. I love it... I had a hip surgery last year and I've spent a lot of time at home recovering. I thought a bed of this type would have helped me through that. So I bought it and had a very pleasant experience. I got what I wanted when I got it and I'm pleased I did it. The sales representative has always been pleasant (I like to hire her because she's like a pitbull. She calls me all the time. First class.) The delivery team was on time. Excellent.

I've had my Craftmatic bed since January last year. So far, it helps in relieving my aches and pains and in getting a better night's sleep. I use all of its available features, but my favorite one is moving it up and down all the time. Also, the sales representative at Craftmatic was very nice and she even explained the product thoroughly. I had a problem with my back. I’ve been sleeping in a recliner because I cannot sleep on a regular mattress. Then I saw Craftmatic on TV. When I called them, they said that they had a mattress that I could sleep in - a real soft mattress. I’ve tried the other brands out here and they don’t have that type of mattress. I’ve had the Craftmatic since August of last year. It bulges up at my lumbar, so it hasn’t really relieved the pain in my back. But I like the feature for raising my head. It's great and I’m very satisfied.

My grandmother has had a Craftmatic bed for years. She just recently started to have problems with her back, so we had to upgrade her bed. The sales representative was super nice and the delivery team was super friendly. We had no problem and everything went pretty smoothly. It was easy and quick. It has now been six to eight months and the bed has helped her. The bed takes the pressure off her lower back and she likes to lift the leg part.

They're the only ones who answered my questions. The explanation of the product through the phone was fine and met my needs, so I went with them. I've had my bed for nine months now and it's been fine since I'm also used to adjustable beds. I would highly recommend Craftmatic. It's wonderful.

I did some researching for my arthritis. It seemed to be the best decision to purchase Craftmatic to help ease my pain. I've had the bed since November and it’s like heaven. I use all of its features and even the cat is trying to use them, too. She looks at me like “Are you going to put the feet up or are you going to put the vibrating action on?” I think she has arthritis too. The sales representative that I spoke to was positive and kind of funny. He explained the product. He was very thorough and he made a good suggestion. When the bed was delivered, they came early and they put the bed together quickly and explained to me what other features I might eventually want to use like if I add a headboard or whatever. The bed was packed well and they were very professional. Do not to hesitate to try them and their products.

The sales representatives were very nice and informative. The delivery team were there on time. They took the older Craftmatic down, which my son used about three or four years, and then they set the new bed all up. But they were missing a piece, and it was not their fault it wasn’t shipped. They overnighted the piece that they needed, and they came back and put it on.

I remembered the old commercials about Craftmatic, that’s how I first got to know them. Honestly, it was the only brand I remembered. I have sleeping problems and a lot of health issues, so I needed something where I could move up and down at different times.

We had tried another type bed before Craftmatic. We didn't approve of it and I know someone that had a Craftmatic and they said “you can't go wrong with those!” So we called and got a Craftmatic. After we received the bed we just fell in love with it. It helps a lot because my wife has MS. I like the way they have it split with two big twins on it and they made it an appropriate height to go up and hit the bottom of it. That's how we get my wife in and out of the bed. Everything is good about it - the way it lifts the head, vibrates and all the different modes. In addition, their sales rep was very professional and very informational. The delivery team also did everything expeditiously. They set it up and everything with all the remotes. Everything was great.

I love my Craftmatic bed. I got it right after my husband passed away. I wanted to get a smaller bed and I saw the ad on TV. I called and I've been happy with it. I told some people I found a new love and they said, "Already?!" I said, "Yes, it's my bed!" So everybody knows that I don't get up early in the morning because I'm still in my bed. My doctor told me I should put a lift on our bed. Before my husband passed, he went and bought these four inch lifts, but he never put them under the bed. In fact, they were still in the bag under the bed when he passed away. Instead of that, I got the Craftmatic with its remote and I could lift my head just the way I want it and that feels great.

Craftmatic is a good bed. I enjoy it. It lets me raise my legs which helps my back. And it also lets me raise my head up which helps so I'm very happy with it.

I always had Craftmatic for about 20 years. This is my second one and I like it. I bought it through the phone and they came here from Orlando and their service is great. They were attentive. They gave me a reasonable price. I like it. I am very comfortable with them.

My husband had a stroke so when I saw Craftmatic beds on TV, we got the bed. We had it for a year or a year and a half and the bed is great. It’s given my husband a lot of relief, because he was all paralyzed on one side. Before buying the bed he was not able to sleep, we had a king-size bed and he could not sleep in it. Now he's doing great with the new bed. He has swelling on his legs and stuff because he's on blood thinner but I can elevate his legs and it helps. It's a great bed. I have no problem with it. I would recommend it to anyone especially to people who have problems with swelling in their legs and stuff.

I like the nature of the Craftmatic bed - the massage and the up and down for my head. I had been thinking about getting one for years. I've had it for a little over a year. I actually use the head lift the most and sometimes my feet. The reps have been fantastic. I called them and told them that it seemed to be sinking on one side and that I thought maybe my mattress wasn't good. They sent me another one. I had no problems. They didn't try to tell me to do something else. The delivery people were very nice gentlemen. They came right in and they were fast. They were very proficient and I couldn't ask for any better delivery. It's the best deal I ever got.

I've got a hiatal hernia and also needed a bed where I could raise my head up more to keep from snoring so much. We decided to get a Craftmatic. We knew about it a long time ago and we've had friends that had it.

I got a Craftmatic flyer in a magazine and I was looking for a bed at the time. I gave them a call to see what they got. I was interested because the bed was adjustable and in the fact that it had a vibrator. There's nothing better than to lie down, turn the vibrator on and get gently rocked to sleep again. I've had this one about two years. The first one, I got back in 96. It died of old age so I had to get another one. I sleep well on the bed. I'm relaxed and it makes everything at my age go a lot better. I particularly like being able to raise the head up a little bit instead of lying completely flat. It really makes sleeping good. The delivery team had called me the day before and said about what time they would be here and they showed up at that time. I had already taken my bed out of the bedroom and they just brought the stuff in, asked where to put it and in about a half hour or maybe 45 minutes, they were finished with it. They cleaned up everything after they were finished and didn't leave any sort of a mess and were just as polite and helpful and we ran over the workings of it again. It was a very good experience.

Since I had my Craftmatic bed, I was able to sleep wonderfully. I was having some difficulty sleeping flat so I needed a bed to elevate my head. I also do the 20-minute massage to go to sleep. There’s nothing wrong with the product. The only problem I had was when they weren't able to deliver the bed on the original day that they were supposed to be delivered. I ended up having to call them about 4:30 and then I was told that it didn’t get into the distribution center, which I didn’t understand. I felt like they should have called me and told me that they couldn’t deliver on the date instead of having me sit here and wait for them to come.

I love Craftmatic! I had foot surgery back in September and I just appreciated my bed so much more because I spent quite a few hours of the day in bed for a while and just being able to elevate my foot was just wonderful. So I just really do enjoy having the bed. I'd definitely recommend it.

I have lower back pain, fluid buildup in my legs. I can’t sleep with my head down. I want to sleep with my feet up. My previous bed was a little, single, automatic, adjustable bed. I had it for about five years. The Craftmatic is much better and more comfortable. The bed fits perfectly, and I sleep better. I like that the control on the bed is separate and has no wires on it. I don’t use the massage feature though because I have fibromyalgia and things hurt.

It's a good bed and I've had it over a year. I like the simple fact that I can set it up or that you have different positions. I have a problem with my back and can't sleep on my side and this just wonderful really. And I can't sleep with a pillow so I have to sleep on my back. It's the height that I need and it works real well. I'm very happy and I've recommended it to several people. I even tried to get my doctor to get one.

It has helped us since my wife and I think that it is more comfortable to watch TV while in bed than when sitting on a sofa. It helps with the snoring a little bit because I can raise the bed a little bit on my side.

When we bought a house, the original Craftmatic beds were there and we enjoyed them. After 13 years, we replaced them. I only have one complaint. We haven't been able to buy the correct mattress pads and we sweat. They were very expensive, but when I wash them in the washer, even after they're spun, they even hold pockets of water. So I'm having a problem there. Otherwise, the beds are wonderful. Everybody at Craftmatic was great and we're very satisfied with the people. We're very happy with the beds.

The best bed I've ever had! I've known about it for years and I should have bought it years ago. I'm my mother's primary caregiver right now, and due to her health, it's just so much simpler as far as getting her up and going in the morning. I'm getting a better night's sleep on this mattress than I did with the other ones. They were fabulous, they're pillow top and everything.

I like Craftmatic very much. I got one because I had back problems and I wanted to be able to adjust the bed so that I could be comfortable. I also had a knee surgery so I thought that would be pretty good for me. I get a very good night’s sleep on it. I also like elevating the back and elevating my legs while watching TV. Their delivery team was very professional and did a very good job. They were very nice. They were very fast, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Craftmatic because of all the various positions that you can use. I did have a problem one time and they replaced the motor. And that went very smooth.

We got the Craftmatic for my husband before he died and it was very helpful. They're two twins put together and of course I kept it and that was back in 2006. He died in 2005. So we had it for about 6 months I think before he died, maybe longer. It's certainly a good deal.

I bought the bed over a year ago or about a year ago and one of the motors went on it the main motors for the vibrating and the massage, and it's been one devil of a time calling here and there. I’ve been just given such a runaround and having to talk to so many different people and I just think that they should be more on top of trying to take it’s not an insignificant health matter for me. It’s really for my health and my condition. I have lymphedema as a result of cancer and I need the vibrating and the motor to use each day to help work the fluid out of my body. So I had to go through some manual therapy, but that’s not easy for me. I'm blind and I don't drive so I'm very disappointed.

I have a real bad back and I have real bad arthritis and I need a bed that I can raise up and down because I can't get up from the bed too easy. I had a little hospital bed but it's too small and this one is a full size and it's more comfortable and it's bigger. I can change the mattress to other side to make it a little more firm or soft. If I get tired of one, I just turn it around and it's real nice. I really enjoy it. I and my cat both love my bed. It's so comfortable.

I had to have a knee replacement and I have problems sleeping. So I decided to get in contact with Craftmatic. I checked in to make sure we could afford it, which is a loan for us, but we went and got one for my knees. We’ve had the bed about eight months. As far as my knee is concerned, it’s really helped out a lot and even when we’re sleeping, it does help. My favorite feature is the sweep up, the lay up on it, the way the head raises.

The sales associate was wonderful while the gentlemen that came and set it up were excellent. The bed is great and I love it. I like putting my head up. It's the best bed I've ever bought.

I got my second Craftmatic bed. The delivery team did a good job in bringing in the bed in and setting it. They delivered the bed timely. They explained the details of how to use the remote and the fact that it was quieter than the older one I had. I bought another one because I could use it to either lift my feet or raise my head or both or whatever. So far the bed has worked for me. I like all of its features including the vibration where you can get more or less a rub down on just your back. I like the bed very much.

I've had my Craftmatic for about a year now. I've always seen their commercials and my sister decided to look at them. We got one at the same time she did because of the price. My experience with the delivery team was fine. The only thing I wasn't real sure, that I didn't realize at that time, was when they left the extra stuff here. I wish it had been attached to my frame instead of just sitting in there. Sometimes if it's not sitting right and you try to raise the head up, it catches the headboard on my bed. It raises it up and then it will let loose and fall. They kept telling me "Oh, you don't want it attached." I don't think they wanted to take the time to do the extra little bit of work. Overall, the bed has been fine. It has been relaxing. My favorite feature on it is to raise the back of it up - mostly to read while in the bed.

I hadn't slept in anything but a chair for so long and I needed something. My hairdresser said that she had had a Craftmatic bed because she’s on her feet all the time and she had had one years ago and they loved it. So I decided to go with Craftmatic too. It is wonderful. I especially like raising the head of it. Their sales reps were nice too. The first mattress that I had wasn't right, and so they gave me a different kind of mattress, and that worked. They were very informative and they were very helpful. My experience with Craftmatic was very good.

We bought the Craftmatic as a retirement gift to ourselves. We have enjoyed having the adjustments, and the massage often puts me and my husband to sleep. The only negative thing about Craftmatic is the plug-in. It's wireless now, but before I had more adjustment, as far with my massage. I felt that the plug-in is going more from my neck down to my body. The one I had before just feels sort of a hit to my whole body at the same time. It doesn't feel as much massaging to me than how the other one worked. The wave that's underneath doesn't change at all. It shows an up-and-down on my machine, but it doesn't change at all when I hit the button. The wave comes on, so maybe it's not supposed to be adjustable. I'm just hit a little bit by the massage and then it turns the whole thing off, whereas with my other one, I had much more range. The bed finely goes up and down, and I have no complaint about that because we've been used to it. Overall, it's been a good experience.

We bought a place in Florida two or three years ago and it had a Craftmatic bed in it and I was hooked wholeheartedly. I had just a touch of polio as a baby and when we go to Florida, my feet would be so swollen and I get in that bed and I raise the feet up at night and it helps the swelling in my legs. I put my head up too because I have a hiatal hernia and reflux so the bed helps. After going back and forth a year or so, I told my husband "I think I want to take that to Ohio" because we were in Ohio more than we are in Florida... Before we got home I had ordered one then they delivered it shortly after we got home.

I saw Craftmatic on TV ads and liked how it looks so I purchased one. When the bed was delivered, the mattress cover was ripped so they had to return it. But the interaction with the sales rep has been favorable and the experience was good. I like the upper portion of the bed being raised.

My parents bought a Craftmatic bed years and years and years ago. My mom needed a new one and I'm handling all her affairs for that now. The one that we purchased years ago was so good and worked so well for my folks that we wanted her to have the same thing. She was very pleased with it from before. We've had the new bed now for six months. Probably, our favorite feature is raising the head of the bed.

I have trouble walking. I didn't walk for a whole year and now I'm just getting back to walking again and I needed a bed. I had rented a bed from Walgreens drugstore in their health section where they rent out wheelchairs and so on and so forth. I was in a hospital bed that had a plastic thin mattress so I wanted to get another one. That's when I started looking around. I saw Craftmatic advertised on TV, so then I looked them up on the computer and sent an email for information and someone called me up about it. They're in Florida and I'm in Illinois and they explained how the bed works. They had a video about the Craftmatic and it seemed to be everything that I wanted so I got a single one for me. They delivered it pretty quickly which I was very happy about and they set it up and in no time at all zipping it. It was all set up and it's just been fine.

My Craftmatic bed is wonderful. I can put my head up without fighting with pillows. I have reflux, so I need to have my head elevated. I have circulation issues in my legs. I can lie on my back and my side. It's very comfortable and I can't find anything I don't like about it. I am totally satisfied with Craftmatic.

I was sleeping with three pillows underneath me. I've got some issue with my back (but I don't want to have it fixed, it's not a debilitating pain, just lower back pain) and used to have acid reflux really bad and would have to sleep propped up so we went ahead and bought the Craftmatic bed. When the delivery team came and put the bed together, there was a damage on the bed on one of the base, the part that actually has the mechanism for elevating. I then called their rep and they sent me out another one. They took care of me and they called to check up on me to see how things have gone.

I was looking for a new bed and the Craftmatic sounded good so I called and talked to them. I liked the idea of it and never looked for another one. I've had the bed for nine months and it's okay. There are times I'm not really comfortable with it. I don't know if it's the mattress but I feel so achy, so it really hasn't helped me too much.

I have known for a lot of years that Craftmatic was one of the makers of the adjustable beds and then I started doing research and getting flyers from people and theirs was one of them. The reliability and warranty was so good, and it is made in America. When I called, the sales representative at Craftmatic answered all my questions. He arranged for the delivery and the delivery went very well and they did everything that they were supposed to do and more, so I was very happy with everything.

I bought Craftmatic for my parents to make them comfortable and help them sleep better. We had the original Craftmatic when they first came out, and then the mattress started going bad. There were a couple of issues that we were having. They had the original bed for 10-15 years. The one we got just turned a year old. They’re real comfortable with it. They watch TV while in the bed so they usually just lift the top part so their shoulders are up. Whatever makes them comfortable, they use it.

Craftmatic is absolutely marvelous. My husband and I both are old. He's 80 and I'm 70 and they have been the most amazing thing because of our problems with arthritis and I broke my arm. In my bed, I couldn't lay down. But this one is set up for me and I can sleep sitting up. It has also helped my husband. He has blood clots in his legs and his legs swell up. He'd put his feet up in the air and all of the bad fluid in his legs come out. They're very comfortable. He has one type of mattress and I have another type of mattress and they fit our body. It's just wonderful.

So she said, “So how about the company that advertises on TV?” I thought it was a great idea, so I looked Craftmatic up on the internet and said I wanted some information, and not long after that, someone called me. After talking to them, I decided to order a bed. I like the fact that the bed was made in America.

I bought the Craftmatic bed and it's wonderful. It suits me well and I love it. I'm very happy I bought it.

I first heard about Craftmatic from a friend of mine. The main deciding factor that made me choose to get in contact with them, was for health reasons. I had my bed now, since January this year. It has helped so far with my aches and pains and getting a better night’s sleep. I pretty much use all of the bed’s adjustable features. When I bought the bed, I spoke to one or two people, but they were very friendly and answered all my questions. They had follow-up calls to see how the delivery went. The delivery team was fine. We got out of their way so they could remove my old bed; I was pleased with the setup. Because this is new to me, they answered the questions I had. I’m satisfied with their service.

I had a hip revision a couple of years ago and I was having a hard time getting in my bed. I sprained my hip because my old bed was too high for me. So I thought it would be nice to have a Craftmatic bed that the head and the feet would go up when I wanted it. But I had it made lower or shorter so I wouldn't have any trouble getting in it, which I don’t. I have a little trouble getting out of it now because it’s so short, but I can lift the back to have the back come up and that helps me a lot to get out of the bed. And that’s why I got it in the first place. And I haven’t been sorry. I've been glad that I have it. I would recommend Craftmatic. The fact that it’s not perfect for me isn't the bed’s fault. It’s my fault because I’m the one that said how high to make it. But I love it.

Good experience dealing with Craftmatic's rep., David **, always polite and considerate. The bed was delivered on the date and time promised, and I couldn't be more pleased. I've been afflicted with swelling in my legs and feet for several years, and getting them elevated with this bed is a relief no wandering stack of pillows could provide. My back also loves the massage unit and its adjustable vibration waves. [So does my cat.] Also get good GERD relief by tilting the head section higher than normal sleeping elevation. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Craftmatic is an excellent product and excellent service. Although it is much more expensive than a lot of other brands, we thought that the company had been in business long enough and it was well-established enough that they would probably carry the best product for the price. I have had the bed for a year now and it’s the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I have acid reflux so I have the head of the bed up a little bit to sleep, and then the bottom of the bed, depending on how bad my back pain is. It’s never flat. It’s always up a little bit or down a little bit more. It’s adjustable according to how I feel. The sales reps were very nice, very helpful and very talkative. The delivery people were really nice. Two guys came in and set it all up and explained everything. They showed us everything, were very quick and very easy to deal with.

I’ve heard about Craftmatic for years. My mother had one. It’s still in her house, but she’s gone. But she had it for years and years. I decided to get one because I have heart problems and breathing difficulties and I need to be able to prop up at night, sit up at night in order to get some sleep. We checked many, many brands and we thought that it was the best.

My husband has seen Craftmatic on TV for many years and he always said, "I'm going to get one of those." So it was my husband's decision to purchase one. He has problems sleeping and thought it could help him with that. The bed has helped me sleep better and I like that I am able to read before going to sleep at night, so I like to sit up for just a little while and read. That part is kind of nice for me. Our interaction with the Craftmatic people were great.

I purchased a Craftmatic because they are adjustable and I have back trouble. It’s leveled off now and I’m much more comfortable but before I had the Craftmatic it was severe. So it has helped relieve my back pain and I get to sleep well. It’s great that it supports the upper body adjustability. I've had the bed for a couple of years now and have recommended them to friends.

I decided to purchase on Craftmatic because it has the massage and stuff like that. It's taken me a little while. I'm not that tall but I have a tendency to go down on the bed. It's like my feet are not upright and I might be doing something wrong. So I usually end up with my feet either at the edge or over the edge of the bed. But because of the bed I'm getting a better night sleep. It helps in relaxing my aches and pains and it was comfortable. Although I have gone from a queen sized bed to a single bed and my cat has now adjusted to it but I think he had trouble at first. But I think he likes it now too.

Craftmatic has been around a long time. I had an adjustable Bemco for about 20 or 25 years but when a piece broke from the bottom of it, I just started looking for another one, and I remembered Craftmatic from way back. I looked it up on the computer and started doing computer searches to see the price. I talked to a sales rep one evening and he quoted me like $4,000 or something as the price. I told him that’s just too high from what I've been getting from all these other places. So the next day, a supervisor called and he priced it to me for $2,300. He wanted to know if that would be satisfactory and I said “Yep.” And so, it was and the delivery guys came and set it up. However when it was delivered to us, the installation team that came here didn't know anything about the bed lol. I got it through a furniture store when my brother worked there; they delivered it, but they’ve never seen one before. So my husband got to put it together and so he did. They were trying to figure out what parts was part and I told them where everything went and then they got the gist of it...

There was a customer service rep that called one time just to see how things were going. I said everything was great and just casually I mentioned, "You know there's a little bit of a buzz noise, tiny buzz noise in the motor." She said alright and immediately somebody called me. They'd send out a new part and then send a guy out to fix it. I didn't even complain about it. I just happened to mention it in passing so really good service.

We were in need of a new bed. My husband I have back problems so we wanted a new mattress to have our backs up as we needed to for sleeping. We chose Craftmatic because my parents loved theirs. I've always heard about it from them. So far, the bed helps. It gives us a great night’s sleep. I especially like to raise my feet using the bed. Their sales rep was always very pleasant and followed through with what he said he was going to do. I did not have any bad experience at all. Everything was fine with the delivery too. I would recommend them.

I’ve first learned about Craftmatic in the phonebook. I’ve seen it in the advertisements. I had my first one for 20 years and then decided it was time to get a new one. The mattress doesn't feel that much different from my old one. I don't know if it’s me or what. I've gotten this new one just in December - 5 months. The salesman sounded like an older gentleman and seemed nice. When the delivery team came here it was really snowing and was the day before Christmas. But they were nice guys. I like that you could put your head and feet up, and the heat come out. I have arthritis in my knees and I haven’t slept good for about ten years. I thought it cost a lot of money, $2,000-some. But otherwise the bed is okay.

I've been a Craftmatic customer for 30 years. The beds were working properly but I wanted a new mattress. I called them and they called me right back, and they were very friendly and cooperative. I've purchased two beds and I'm very pleased with it.

I got a Craftmatic instead of getting a brand I never heard of. I never thought that I could really afford one because it's quite pricey, but I thought the warranty would be better. I had back pains and since I started sleeping in it, I've not woken up with any back pains. I raise the head and the feet a little bit. It's all programmed so I just have to push one button and it just goes back to where it was. That works really fine.

I'm 77 and I walk with a cane and I'm not the kind that's going to go out to look at the different mattress stores to see what mattress I want. So I called Craftmatic Beds and they gave me a good deal and they sent it, and that was it. I have edema and I get up in the morning and my feet are thin, my ankles are thin. I use the headboard, I bring that up a little so I don't get indigestion. I pull my legs up for my feet, and sometimes before I go to sleep, I turn the vibrator on, it vibrates for a little bit, then I can sleep. I didn't have any problem at all. The delivery people were fine. Great, very enjoyable. Everything went fine, the bed is great, I love it.

Craftmatic is the best bed I've ever had. We've had it for 10 years. We were at the mall and we went into one of the stores to see about it. We decided to order it when we were in there. It felt really comfortable when we tried them out. My husband and I both have them, then I recently got a new mattress. I have a lot of back pain and I always have it up at the head and feet and it has helped.

My experience with Craftmatic has been just great and the bed is wonderful. We're completely happy with it. It's been a life saver for him. I'm not sure why we waited but we're glad we got it. I talked to a very knowledgeable representative and he knew everything about it and talked me through the whole process. So that was a good beginning. It came as promised and was delivered and put up and those people were nice. We've had no complaints except they could improve on the noise the vibrating part makes and I did tell them about that. If only something could be done to make it quieter but it's been a godsend. I love it.

The Craftmatic bed is one of the best things I ever bought. At Christmastime my kids were looking on my computer and I said that I should get one and the kids looked it up and put my name down and the lady called me. I just had a major back surgery and I can't lay flat. I was lying on a wedge for a while and this is just tremendous for me with my back. I use the feature to sit straight up and I read and I work on my computer that way and also the part that goes up underneath the knees to help support the knees. I use it a lot too and I love it. The sales rep was fabulous and the best. She was the most super woman that I've ever dealt it. She called me back and asked me how I liked my bed. The delivery team was really good. I have white carpeting and it was a snowy day and they were so concerned about the carpet and I said it was alright, that I could always get it cleaned. They wiped their feet every time they went out to get something and they sat in the house and I offered them a pop or anything, and they said no, they couldn't. They were very nice people. I've told many people already, even the man across the street from us who has had a stroke. He was interested in buying it so he's going on the internet and I told him who to get in touch with.

It's funny but I look forward going to bed to get into the Craftmatic. I have acid reflux and I lift the head up a little and it helps. I use the knee lift and the head lift. I raise the head up and then put the knee up a little bit to keep me from sliding down and I love that. I had spent some time in the hospital with a broken leg. The hospital bed felt so good. I thought I'm going to find out what it would cost for a queen size and I just went and came across the Craftmatic. I looked at it, liked it and thought about it. I liked the way they talked and ordered it. I have had it for two or three months now. The sales representatives were super. I talked to two of them and they couldn't have been any nicer. The delivery was perfect. It just couldn't have been any better. Everything went along perfectly and I had no problems at all.

Overall experience with Craftmatic has been good. I would recommend them.

I've been having back problems so I bought a Craftmatic bed. I know other brands but Craftmatic was the first one that came up with this type of bed and I figured to go with the ones that started it first. It took me a while to learn how to adjust it so I could get the better night's sleep. But once I got that down pat, I was fine. I like the raising of the foot feature and I mostly used the massage feature. It helps with my back. Their sales rep was very nice, very informative about the different features and everything. I had a fantastic experience with Craftmatic.

I like the Craftmatic. I'm satisfied with it. It was my friend who kept saying I need that bed. I was going to buy a different type and they said, "Nope, you don't want to do that. You want to buy this one." It was delivered the end of January. I'm sleeping fine on it. I'm really not having any aches and pains. I like the head up. Especially if I'm watching TV, I have my head up and then I tilt the bottom up a little bit too also so it's turned on at an angle. Everybody was very nice. I didn't have any problem with anybody. They were very helpful. The delivery team was fine and they were very professional. I had told them I have a sleigh bed and I wanted to keep the look of the sleigh bed.

Craftmatic was the name that has somehow been ingrained in my mind over the years. When it got to the time for me to look for an adjustable bed, that was the name that popped into my mind. I did a little research and googled them on the web and everything that I came across said that Craftmatic was probably the bed of choice so I called and that's what I got. I've had it for about six months. I was sleeping in a chair before so I'm enjoying being able to raise my head. The doctor has also suggested I keep my feet elevated some time during the day so I can do that also. It has worked out well for me.

Craftmatic is one of those things that I’ve heard about when I was a kid, and when I was trying to think of what kind of bed to get, that thing came into my head. I had gone to and talked to a couple of stores. The lady that I was talking to at Craftmatic knew exactly what she was talking about. I can’t even remember what questions I had because it’s been quite a while, but she did have an answer. The one time she didn't have an answer, she said, “You know what? Let me call you back on that one”, and she did. When I told her what I was looking for, she asked me how tall I was. I told her I’m 5’6” and I've been on a hospital bed for almost a year. I've realized I don’t need a big bed and I’m fine with the hospital bed, but sometimes it feels short. She goes, “Well, I would recommend the extra-long twin.” She called me back and told me an easy way to put the sheets on.

I have problems and I was looking into different companies trying to find a bed. I had heard about Craftmatic a long time ago but I never could afford it or tried to purchase it. My wife has a very difficult time getting comfortable in bed, so we looked to Craftmatic to see if they had anything to recommend, and they did. It’s an adjustable bed and it has the softest memory foam mattress. The bed helps me and especially my wife. It’s like the only bed she can get comfortable in ever. We also looked at others but the quality of the mattress wasn't as good as Craftmatic as it was subject to bacteria, moisture and premature decay. Another deciding factor we chose Craftmatic over others is that they have a king-size bed with a split mattress. Their sales rep and delivery team are both excellent too. They’re organized and knowledgeable.

I wanted to know what the Craftmatic was. I had a friend at one time that had them and was pleased with them. Then when I saw the ad and my husband and I were looking at new beds I said, "Let's try the Craftmatic." I'm pleased with the bed. It was too expensive to start with but that was my choice. There are some beds that would do just as well so I couldn't say that I would buy it again but I am not unhappy with it. My husband and I both had adjustable beds before so we were used to that.

If I was going on a recliner, I might as well be in bed. I've had the bed since February and it has helped with my aches and pains. I get a little better night’s sleep than on a flat bed. My favorite feature on the bed is I put the head up so I’m in more of a sitting position.

I've always known about Craftmatic so I bought one for my 92-year-old mother. I had a hospital bed at my house for her, and I I've been paying rental on that, so I thought "Let me look into one of those beds". That's the only one that I looked up and bought. She likes the regular adjustable feature of the bed, unlike the massage. She has a hard time shutting it off if she accidentally hits that because you have to hold the button then and when you're old like that, you'll have a hard time doing it. She just likes to adjust it herself so I haven't used those buttons that will allow me to adjust it. It's a good quality product and works well.

I've had a Craftmatic bed for years. I just upgraded it to a bigger size. My kids were grown and it was time for me to think about me. I'm comfortable with it and it has met my needs. I like being able to adjust the head and foot to different angles so that I can relax more. My first call through was rather ridiculous so I ended up hanging up on them. My second call through, I got one person who helped me all the way through. It was great after that. She gave me her direct extension so that if I had any questions, I could call her back directly.

My mom likes the Craftmatic bed. I needed a good quality bed for her and I knew Craftmatic was American-made and that it would hold up for years. From what I heard of other beds, they just didn't hold up as well. The bed has helped her and the massage has been very helpful. She seems to sleep pretty soundly on it. It's very comfortable and it's great that she's able to sit up in it. The salespeople are great. They didn't try and oversell. Once we told him what we needed, he said okay. The delivery people were thorough. |They came in and set it up. They were clean and efficient, quick and polite. It was a wonderful experience.

I sleep better in the Craftmatic because I can raise my head. The sales representatives were all very nice and thorough in explaining the product and the delivery people were fine. I really enjoy my bed.

A man came by my house and introduced me to Craftmatic. So I purchased the bed. I have been sleeping on it for about 30 years and had it so long so I just got myself another one. I'm trying out a twin bed. The back is ok, it raises up, but this is a twin bed so it doesn't raise my legs up and that's really where I needed it, with my knees.

We needed a bed that would be adjustable because my husband has leg problems so we decided to get a dual adjustable bed but we haven't decided on what or anything all but when we laid on it and saw it go up and down and everything, we enjoyed it and we bought it. My husband had to have his legs up and I had to have my head up so we got the queen size dual matic.

I had a Craftmatic before because I saw it on television and I called in about it. They came out and got everything adjusted and put me in it. It was just grand fabulous. But it got worn out because I've been using it hard day and night. It eased up the aches and pains 24 hours a day for me. I just spend a lot of time down. The controls on this new one are better. The button directly places where you squeeze and I can easily adjust anything to where I am and where my hand is. Everything is put together wonderfully nice. It’s convenient and it doesn't make a noise. I tell people about it in a heartbeat. I can’t say anything bad about it.

Somebody called me back that day or the next and we discussed it and I ordered it. The main thing is I like to read in bed so I like the idea that I push a button and the bed goes up and I read. They brought both of them in, set them up, took everything with them and were gone. They did a good job. So far, the experience with Craftmatic has been good.

I've been looking into adjustable beds for five or six years and then Craftmatic just seemed to be the one that was the best to go with, so I just decided that's what I needed. I had four back surgeries and then I take care of my aunt and my mom. Both have hospital beds so I'd go and lay on those with my head up and my feet up and I slept a lot better. It's what I really wanted for my back. I had my bed for four months and it has helped be get a better sleep. I always have my head up because of my back and I have acid reflux really bad and it's nice to have my legs up so my back's not straining and I have used the massage too. The sales representative had been really helpful. The lady I talked to the other day was nice and friendly so I liked her, and the people that came out and set the bed up did a good job too. It was enjoyable.

I’m glad I got the Craftmatic bed. It helps a little bit with getting a better night’s sleep. I like using the head raise and I usually use the vibrating part because it relaxes me. Everything is good. Somebody called me a while back from Florida and suggested that I sleep with the head up more because of my aches and pains being almost 62. She said to put the feet part up too but that is really uncomfortable for me. The bed is as good as a bed can be with the aches and pains that I have. I've had it for about five months. The sales representative was easy to understand and the delivery men were polite. We had good conversations with all of them.

I sleep better in the Craftmatic bed. I'm more in the bedroom than I'm in the living room now. I went to a store and tried it and I called their number and they said they would order me one. I've had it for less than a week. It's comfortable and I don't even know where the pain in y back is. We're both getting a good night's sleep. I like lifting the feet and the head. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They did forget to bring the bottom of the bed to put the bed post on but we got them today in the mail.

I bought my Craftmatic bed three years ago and I absolutely love it. My brother-in-law bought one years ago. I didn't really know it was Craftmatic. When I went to buy one, I did my homework and checked all the beds and it’s hands down Craftmatic. It’s not so much the price, but it had things that I liked and I could get sheets because some of the other people sell you the sheets and those are the only sheets you can put on their bed and you can't use your headboard. Then Patricia the salesgirl was great. She gave me tips on how to make the bed and make it easier, and if there was any problem, who to call because we stayed in communication. She also got me the prescription from my doctor so that I could get a better price.

I had one here a few years ago and I like it, so I got a new Craftmatic about 5 months ago. It was delivered either last December or 1st week of January, and it sure has helped me. I like using the adjustable feature wherein you can lift your head up and down. Overall, my experience with Craftmatic is good.

I saw Craftmatic advertised in one of the local senior citizen papers around here in Lebanon in a very tiny ad, which was unfortunate because it should have been much larger. Their sales rep was so efficient and so articulate in his presentation I didn't even have to ask questions. He was so forthcoming in exactly what it was. He had an understanding of what the people need. He explained about the topping - how it was breathable... and it has been because we got a couple of hot nights but I still get a good night’s sleep. It has helped relieve my aches and pains. At night when I go to bed, I always use the head adjustable part for watching TV for a while. I use the bottom when I want to totally relax and use the massage, which really seems to help a great deal. The delivery team didn't speak a word of English but they were most efficient and pleasant. They went about their work so neatly, so quietly and so efficiently, it was unbelievable. I really was terribly pleased with them. Craftmatic is superb!

I love Craftmatic. I've been sleeping on the couch for 7 years and I don't like laying flat so I prop myself up on the couch. Then I just knew about the Craftmatic and gave them a call. Their sales rep was great. He came in, put it together, did some extra stuff and he told me if I ever have problems just give him a call. He was excellent.
