The sales rep from Craftmatic was very good. We decided to get their bed mainly because of its price. I have a bad back so I like using the bed's motorized feature.

Received a phone survey and explained all that was wrong, was told someone would call back, no call back. Received a mail survey sent it back with attachment of our problems and they called back and asked what we wanted, we said "a refund and pick up your product."

I got rid of the old bed which was a king-sized and went to a queen-sized Craftmatic bed. That works out a lot better. It's very easy, particularly being in a wheelchair, to lift the head when you're gonna make the bed and slip the bottom sheet over the top. I do the same thing with the foot and then put on the top sheet and blanket and lift both sides up and tuck it under, and it works beautifully.

I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. It’s a great bed. It’s doing what I wanted.

We have Craftmatic before. It was several years old and we wanted to replace it. We enjoyed it very much. We use the head elevation and the massage. The sales representative was all right, but when the bed got here, we had a big hole in the bottom part of it. They were supposed to replace it but nobody has ever contacted us. They assured us they would come back and bring us another one because this one had been run into, it looks like with a forklift.

We saw Craftmatic on TV and we really like the way they were and we've heard from other people that they're really nice. The sales representative that we talked to was very good. But they need to get somebody that knows how to install the beds better, because the guys we had up here that brought the bed didn't even know they had to install the bed. When they tried, they had a terrible time trying to put together right now. We got a whole box with parts that they don't know what to do with. They threw their hands up and left. They were very rude and nasty to us. We love the bed, love everything, except for their service people that installed the bed. They didn't know one bit of what they were doing. They need to be cleaned up.

With the Craftmatic bed, I could always elevate the foot of the bed up just enough to take the pressure off my feet and ankles. The great features that it has was my deciding factor in purchasing the Craftmatic bed. The previous bed was used for two years. It was a hospital bed and I wanted the same features and even better than I could get with the Craftmatic. The head elevation feature is what I enjoy the most. I could not lie flat on another bed so Craftmatic's adjustments was the deciding factor for my buying the bed. The queen size bed I had, I couldn't lie flat on; the hospital bed I also had before was too narrow, but this bed is a double bed with a plus mattress. It's been absolutely perfect, no complaints.

Prior to Craftmatic, I owned a king-size mattress and springs for fifteen years. The first Craftmatic bed that I purchased was in the early 2000s. That was because my father had a bed that he liked, which he purchased about ten years earlier, and he recommended it after I divorced and when I decided to do myself a favor and splurge and get myself one. The remote for that bed wore out on and when I called, I found that the remotes were not interchangeable. I had to purchase a whole new bed.

Our Craftmatic bed was given to us as a gift by our daughter and we are enjoying it very much. I was having trouble with my legs and that needed to be elevated. I was using a pillow before, and now it's very nice to have it where I can raise both my head and my feet. It's a very nice bed and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was in a bad car accident and I couldn't lay down in a flat bed anymore, so we called up the Craftmatic people and they gave us a bed. It's the last bed I'll ever own. The sales representatives were wonderful people. They helped me right away and knew just what to get me - if I need massage or heat. I've had a Craftmatic before where I had heat, massage and I love that bed too. But now I’m single and I have my own bed and I love my bed now. I'm always going to have a Craftmatic. If the mattress wears out, I'll get another Craftmatic mattress. I love my Craftmatic.

The main thing I like about the Craftmatic is that you are not pursued and pressured to buy, unlike others who have had their people come to me trying to do everything they could to get me to buy a bed. My wife and I are very pleasantly satisfied with the bed since the night I bought it. My wife and I had tried numerous ones before but have had more comfort with the Craftmatic bed than I've had with any other bed. Someone asked my wife the other night if she would sell the bed. She said, “Not on your life.”

My husband wanted a Craftmatic. I love the massage for my bad back. I elevate my head just a little bit, but I lay there and let the bed massage my back. The reps were super friendly people. My only issue is that the bed is too high. I'm only 5'3" and the legs on the bed are too high for me, so I have trouble getting into the bed. I'm 71 years old practically and have to put a knee on the bed and get up in there. But other than that, we are enjoying our Craftmatic bed. It's been fantastic.

I specifically purchased a Craftmatic because of the adjustability of head and foot. However, I don't normally adjust it because I end up getting cramped in my legs, so I just enjoy it in a flat position. I also do not use the massage because it's too noisy.

My overall experience with the Craftmatic bed is awesome. I keep thinking that I didn't want to go to anybody's house to visit because I'll miss my bed. We bought the heating pad for $500 extra, but have used that especially being winter months, and the bed is really, really great. I especially like the head and elevation feature as well as the massage. I have polio and fibromyalgia and knowing that I can get into this bed and adjust so that I can feel good really is a wonderful thing. The sales representative was very nice though we had a situation with the size of the bed. We gave her our measurements and she told us that we would need a California king, which they sent. When the driver unloaded half of the bed, he said it wouldn't fit. So we said okay and didn't insist on him bringing the other piece in. So they wanted to charge us $350 to take the bed back to them and it wasn't our fault that it was the wrong size, if that were true. I only have one complaint about the bed itself, and that is when it's folded, my mattress is uncomfortable where I'm sitting. I push it down and it gets a little more comfortable but I don't know if it was designed for a heavier person. Other than that, I love this bed.

Craftmatic is a well-constructed piece of equipment with durable parts. That interested me to figure that it would last a long time. I use the elevation for the feet, or the legs, and the head. The sales person was excellent. I had no problems whatsoever. However, I'm not very happy with the mattress. It's sort of spongy and has no body to it. But unfortunately, I could not meet the deadline to return it. Because of ill health, I spent 16 weeks in the hospital, and so I'm more or less stuck with my mattress. I would recommend to a friend. It's an excellent bed except that the mattress needs to be revised a little bit.

The sales representative was excellent, except that I have not received my tax refund that I sent in for the lady to take care of and it hasn't been done yet. But I'm very happy with the bed.

My wife and myself were neither getting a decent night's sleep on the bed we had so we decided to get a Craftmatic. We live in a very, very rural area, and the delivery people, the two young men, seemed to be a little bit rash in its delivery and in the explanation. They weren't that familiar with the bed itself.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed because of its reputation and price. I really enjoy the vibration. I get myself settled with my knees bent and my head up. I have a bad knee and to be able to lift my knee up without having to shove pillows under my knees is a good experience so far. I turn it on and I don't have to worry about turning it off. My partner has problems and to be able to sit up in bed is absolutely wonderful. It's very relaxing. I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for my father and when he passed away, I brought it home and I just plain liked it. I use both head and leg elevation - head because I have a lot of acid reflux, and the legs because I am a waitress and I like to put my legs up at the end of the day. It really is just a very comfortable bed. When I'm watching TV, it's very nice to put up the back of it and the leg part of it and just sit there. The sales representative was very nice, very good - no pressure, no nothing. I bought what I wanted and that's what I got. I had an excellent experience - I would do it again if I live long enough.

With the adjustable head, my wife has an easy way of getting out of bed because of her back problems. The adjustable foot portion of the bed helps her raise her legs at night, and that has helped quite a bit. She's quite satisfied with that. My experience with the sales representative was excellent. He was helpful and I was impressed. I had some delivery setup problems which I let him know about. I don't know if he helped or not but the next time I called the delivery people, I got an answer.

We had a Craftmatic back in 1989 and I like the head elevation the most. The sales representative was okay. This Craftmatic mattress was supposed to be firm and we find that it’s leaving the imprint of our bodies in the middle of the mattress, which we wanted it to stay firm. We are happy with the bed but not with the mattress. If we could get a better one, I would recommend it to a friend but I don’t see that happening.

Our king sized bed of about 25 years was getting old. It was not leveled anymore and had some sunken places in it so we needed a new bed. We had been looking for an adjustable bed and decided to purchase a Craftmatic. The sales representative was very good. In the beginning it seemed like this bed was more rigid than we expected but after using it for two nights, it has ended up really good and we really enjoy it. I would recommend it, and we have recommended it to our friends.

My husband cannot use memory foam mattresses and he’s afraid he wouldn’t be able to get out of bed with one of those. He knew that Craftmatic offered a mattress that had firm and soft sides on it and it’s a well-named company so we bought it. I mostly use the leg elevation and the massage and my husband uses both head and leg elevation, and massages every single night. The sales representative was excellent. The only thing that I found to be difficult is to buy sheets for this bed because ours is a side by side - it’s a dual king. I knew they needed extra long but I also didn’t realize that you cannot put two twin sized top sheets on that bed. Craftmatic needs to tell people that they need to get a set of dual king sheets which I had purchased on a website, or they should offer them for sale. Overall, it was fast, easy and there was no long waiting period.

I had both of my knees replaced and had to elevate 3 or 4 times a day, and Craftmatic did it for me. Also, I like to read in bed, so that feature, on the other end, was great too. Their sales rep was excellent. The bed was set up very quickly and efficiently by the guys who brought it out. It's a very good bed. I also like the type of mattress it has. My experience with Craftmatic was perfect and very easy.

Excellent experience completely with everything. I decided to go with Craftmatic because of their reputation, the price, and especially the service the salesperson gave me. The sales person (Patricia) that I talked to a couple of times with questions, was very helpful, answered all my questions. I'd rate her super excellent. She couldn't have done more to help me. Anyway, I got an excellent price on it, I had priced them around and it was a reasonable price for what I was getting. I only had one little problem where the one base was broken when it came in. But they replaced that within 5-7 days and everything's worked well since then and nothing but a good experience. I'm satisfied with the bed. Prior to that, I hadn't slept in a bed for like 5 years because of various problems. Since I've had the bed, there's only been one night that I haven't slept in it.
