I had a friend that had Craftmatic bed for 25 years... I've always wanted one for myself. When she passed away, they gave the bed to me but it didn't work right. It was just too old. So I called to see if I could get it fixed somewhere and they told me it would cost as much to fix it as to get one. They gave me a very good price so I got a new one, which I bought directly from Craftmatic Direct. I'm sleeping a lot better now. Craftmatic is the best bed I've ever had.

We had purchased a bed and hated it literally within the first 24 hours we got it. So we looked again and found Sleep Number bed. We purchased it and we’re not happy at all. So we decided to call Craftmatic and they did wonderful. The customer service was great and timely. The sales rep was wonderful. He went through everything. He was very thorough and answered every question. The price at that time was discounted because it’s Christmas. We felt the price was very good compared to the other beds we've purchased that weren't adjustable. We absolutely love it. Getting the bed at our place was wonderful, too. The delivery team was very quick. They were very courteous in the way they set it up. We even had a bed that they didn't have to move but they moved it upstairs for us. We were very pleased with them. We have been thrilled ever since.

I've gotten my second bed from Craftmatic about a year ago and it has helped me very much. Somebody from the company called me to find out how I was doing, and I told her that everything was fine except that the wave feature didn't work. She laughed and said, “Oh, I'll tell you how to get it to work. You hold down the massage feature for 10 seconds, and then you press that one and it’ll work.” I said, “It didn't say that in the instructions” and she said, “I know” which is something they should change. And you can hardly hear the bed compared to the old one. But one thing that they need to improve is how to get to their site. I googled it because I didn't have any information on it. It took me a lot of tries with what came up to find the official site so that I could order one. It said Craftmatic and I'd get furniture stores or somebody that made the motor, and I didn't want that. But other than that, I think it’s a great bed and I love it.

The experience with Craftmatic has been very satisfactory.

I love the Craftmatic. We bought it because my husband has Parkinson's and it was to make it easier for him to get in and out of bed. So it's been really nice. My friend gave me the number he had called when he got his bed and I just called and they were very, very helpful. The guy that delivered the bed moved the bed that we had into another bedroom and then put this bed together. I have been well pleased with the service that we have gotten. I've talked to them a couple of times and this lady gave me her phone number so that I could get in touch with her directly if I had a problem and needed some help solving something.

I like to read in bed and it’s a very bad thing to do when you’re lying flat with the pillows. You get a crick in your neck or your shoulders. It’s very uncomfortable to do on a regular bed and I thought having the bed raised up would be the perfect solution. I had that in mind for a long time and then around November of 2013, I saw an ad for TV. I went online first before I called them, but online, they don’t give you anything about prices. So I decided to go ahead and call and get a ballpark figure of how much it would cost. They told me about the different models and explained everything to me. The sales rep explained that it was a 30-day trial and if I decided that I didn't like it, which I couldn't imagine happening, I could return it and pay about $300 for shipping. I thought that it might even be worth it for the trial. The other thing was that I could switch the mattress to a different firmness if I didn't care for it after the 30 days without any charge at all.

They were all very nice. I wasn't pressured into buying. The sales rep asked me a few questions and he suggested, but he said it was up to me. So I was very happy with the sales department. The delivery people on another hand also knew their business. They set everything up, showed me how to work the bed and were on their way. It didn't take them long at all. So they're all great. They even keep in touch with me and make sure everything is okay...

We actually purchased Craftmatic for my mother-in-law. She was in a nursing home for a short period of time and she wanted a bed that you could elevate. One of my brother-in-laws just went to a good used secondhand store and my husband and I said no, she is not sleeping in somebody else's bed. So then, we went online and researched the Craftmatic. We ordered one for her and she absolutely loves it! Because she lives in North Dakota and we’re in Wisconsin, so we keep tracking, to see if everything is still going well and my husband said, “So Mom, out of 1 to 5, what would you rate it?” and she said, “Oh my goodness! I’d have to rate it a 5+!” She's very pleased. She puts the vibrator on at night and lets it go until she falls asleep.

I've had my Craftmatic bed for about 2 months now and it has helped me get a good night’s sleep. However I've had a few issues with them:

We got our bed, right after Christmas. They sent it out, it came when they said it would, and delivered it. Not to mention everyone from Craftmatic was very cooperative. My husband and I both talked to the sales representative at one time or another and asked them a few questions. They answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Everything was fine. We were very pleased with them and with the product. It's been wonderful. My husband needs to be elevated in bed and the bed has helped us with that.

I've had my Craftmatic bed for six years. I like it because it elevates my feet and it helps me to rest better. I also had no problems with the lady I talked to the first time. The second time, the rep was being downright rude. I told them I probably wouldn't call back and find someplace else to get a mattress. But overall, they were pretty good.

I have a lot of arthritis and I was having trouble sleeping in bed. I was mainly sitting up in the chair to sleep. Then I saw the Craftmatic ad in a magazine. The installer was very courteous. It was running late and he was by himself. He didn't attach it to the headboard and said they didn't do that but he gave me the box of stuff to do it. He was very nice but I don't know what he was supposed to do or what he wasn't supposed to do. The experience with the bed was very good. I have a better night's sleep on it. I couldn't raise myself and the bed has helped with that.

I was impressed with the sales representative. He answered all my questions and gave me a thorough understanding of the bed. He even made suggestions that were helpful to me on lowering the bed that I wouldn't have thought of for the person who is getting into the bed, and that was very huge for us. As for the delivery team, they were great and quick. They were in here, were clean, and were careful. They had to bring it upstairs... It’s just a professional company. They’re professional on the phone, they’re professional in delivering. They are true to what they stand for.

My son bought a Craftmatic bed for me for Christmas. It can elevate and takes the pressure off my head. I like raising both ends of it. You can’t ask for no better. I am relieved by having Craftmatic.

We're adjusting fine to the Craftmatic bed and we like it. I was having health problems with sleeping so we thought that it would help us both and it has. I raise it up about 4 inches for my hiatal hernia. The people that put it together did a nice job and were very courteous. When they came and put it together for me, there weren't any problem. The only other problem was that the mattress slid down out of position. I called and they sent me some kind of Velcro-type sheet that we put between the two mattresses and that stopped the problem. It was a good experience.

I purchased a bed due to necessity and I chose Craftmatic because of the company stability and the length of time they've been in business. It has helped me and I love its adjustability. I use both the head and leg elevation. It was just plain wonderful.

I wanted a Craftmatic because I knew about the quality of their bed. We've had Craftmatic in our family for years. My mother first got it, and she’s had about three Craftmatics - a single, a queen, and a double. I’m going on my third year with my bed, and I enjoy the up and down feature of the feet and the head. It has really helped me because I've had knee surgery and neck surgery. The sales representatives have been great. They've called back and checked up on me, and I have rave reviews for them. It’s the same thing with the delivery team. They did everything I asked them to do and wanted to know if there was anything else they could do before they left. And I told them, “No, you did fine.” The experience was awesome.

I've heard about Craftmatic for years, and then recently I was watching TV and saw the ad. I went to the website to get the phone number and bought one. The main reason I got the bed was because of my health. I'm on disability and I've had some heart problems and some health problems and back problems and I wasn't able to sleep on my flat bed. I haven’t been for two years and just really getting tired of the recliner, and then more recently I fell and I broke my shoulder. That made the recliner even worse, so I figure if I was ever going to get sleep, I had to do something. I was also intrigued by the quality of their mattress. Some other adjustable bed’s mattress was just terribly uncomfortable. So the more I inquired about the Craftmatic, the more I was thinking that their mattress might be superior to anybody else.

My brother is a cancer patient. His cancer is in the back and he was having problems sleeping in bed. He was sleeping on a regular hospital bed at his daughter's house. He was very uncomfortable. I told him about the bed and he says, "Okay, this sounds good but I got to save some money up". I got the number from the internet. I called and asked how much the bed costs. I spoke with Steve and he gave me all the information.

I was told by the doctor to get a Craftmatic bed. I wanted a bed like that and I had heard him said that some friend of his friend had a Craftmatic, and it worked. So I'm careful to sleep in not a flat position. If I sleep in the wrong position, I'm not comfortable. I put the head up and I put the feet up. I had my bed maybe three or four months.

I had a very good experience with Craftmatic. I needed to order a bed for my mother who is 91 and has some health issues. I didn't have any difficulty ordering the bed. A very pleasant gentleman answered all of my questions and it was just very easy. The delivery of the bed happened in a timely fashion and the delivery people were nice. They came within the window and set up the bed without doing damage to any area. It has made a huge difference for my mother because she has to sleep in more of an upright position. It was a good thing and I've been very pleased.

I've had a Craftmatic bed probably since about 1980, and I just replaced the one that I had with a king size and it’s fine. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to test the mattress out before I got it or I might have gotten a different mattress because it's a little softer than I would like. But for the most part, it works well and it does what it's supposed to do. The mattress was delivered fine. No real complaints. I had no problem whatsoever. They were very good. They helped me out with several things and I was very appreciative.

I love them and I even got my parents into buying one, too. I've always known about them my whole life and so when I wanted to buy a bed like that, that’s who I thought of. I've had my Craftmatic a little over a year. We love it. We use the bed’s up and down movement for the head and the foot. We use the massage sometimes. Our house had burned down so when they rebuilt, we had all the furniture delivered on one day. And so we had chaos going on everywhere but the delivery team did real good. They came in and set it up and no problems.

My sister bought a Craftmatic about ten years ago and she always really enjoyed hers and we got to the age where we were having a little bit of trouble with backaches and stuff like that. We had bought a Tempur-Pedic but it seemed to make it worse so we decided to buy a Craftmatic and we've been well-satisfied with it. I talked to my sister not too long ago and I was telling her we were having backaches and stuff and she said 'Well, why don't you do what I did?' then we were watching TV at night and we saw their advertisement on TV so I took down the number and I called them.

I've known about Craftmatic for years and purchased it a couple of months ago because they've been around for a long time. The bed has helped me. I'm able to move my legs and head up and down. I had some medical issues this year, and without it, I wouldn't have been able to sleep in a bed at all. I would have been sleeping in a chair like I did for three months. The people were very helpful and spent a lot of time in determining what my needs might be. They wanted to understand where I was putting the bed and how I was going to use the bed, the reason why I chose the bed, etc. I have spent my entire life sleeping on the left side, but because of medical issues, I had to move my back and that was a major change in the way I slept. From day 1 to maybe day 2, I slept like a rock. I slept very, very well on the bed. I had tried Sleep Number beds, the Memory Foam beds, conventional beds and the soft top beds. I've tried them all in my life and this is most definitely the most comfortable I've been.

I have an old Craftmatic and I just ordered a new one, but they say it's being shipped, so I don't have it yet. I was very happy with the one I already have but it's getting old and I want to up its memory foam. The experience with them is more than satisfactory. The fact that you can elevate the head is excellent. I can feel better because I can elevate my upper body.

Ever since I was little I've seen them on TV and I was like, "Oh, that would be awesome. That would just be a great bed." We always thought that someday we really want to do that but we didn't have the money. Now I’ve had my bed from Craftmatic since after Christmas. It's absolutely helped me. Honestly, we love everything about it.

I've heard about Craftmatic through my wife. She is a physical therapist and she recommends the bed to patients when they need a good one. Since it came highly recommended, we got the bed for my mother in November. Since then it has helped her very much. She likes to use the adjustable features and the fact that she can tweak it down. The interactions that I had with the representatives were very good. They were very professional. The delivery team did a fantastic job. They were very cordial and making sure that everything was done right and set up right. They also showed her how to use the bed. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

My experience with Craftmatic has been good so far. I would recommend them.

I did some research on the web and felt confident Craftmatic was a good product. The sales representative and the delivery team were very helpful and professional. The bed has really helped with relieving aches and pains or simply getting a better night's sleep. I use the tilt of the head feature the most. I am satisfied with my experience with Craftmatic.

I've had this Craftmatic bed for four months. I got a very bad back and its just been getting too hard to sleep in the bed so I tried going with this and I'm getting a lot better sleep now. I used to lift up the head and feet. You get to bring them up and down. They explain the product thoroughly and they were courteous. The only thing that happened when we got the bed was they didn't send the legs that went with it. We had to wait a day to get them. It's comfortable to sleep and I like it.

I've always liked Craftmatic beds. The new bed isn't as good as the old one that I had, but I still like it. I liked my old one better; it was more steady. They said it was heavier though. I tried to get my old one fixed but they told me they couldn't fix it, so I have to get a new one. Since I got another mattress, I've been doing really good. I use the reclining feature the most. As far as my interactions with Craftmatic, they're wonderful people to work with. I've not had any problems with any of them. The delivery team brought it in and set it up. It was really good. They were very helpful.

My experience with Craftmatic bed was awesome. I would recommend them.

I purchased Craftmatic bed for medical reasons. I have it for about six months and I love it. I frequently use its adjustable feature, the head and feet, and on occasion, I turn the massage thing on. I love Craftmatic. I love my bed. They picked the old one down and put the new one up. They were great, very neat and very clean, and they dressed properly. I’d recommend anybody to Craftmatic.

I've had a Craftmatic bed since 2003. I saw it advertised on TV and then one of my friends had purchased one of the beds. She recommended it. I bought it because of the fact that I was going to undergo hip surgery and I needed a bed that would enable me to be able to get in and out of the bed. 2003 was the first bed I purchased. And then in November of 2013, I purchased another bed because of the fact that I was having difficulty getting the remote. That bed required a remote and I kept calling around and they kept telling me that they weren't able to provide me with a remote and that Craftmatic had gone out of business. Sears told me Craftmatic wasn't in business and they wanted me to purchase one of their adjustable beds. But then I did research on the computer and found out that they were in business but now they were located in Florida. So that’s how I was able to obtain another bed.

A friend of mine had a Craftmatic. We decided to purchase it because my husband has muscular dystrophy. We just got it. It’s been about a couple of months. It has helped us so far. Neither of us suffers from a whole lot of pain; that wasn't the reason we got it. My mattress is soft and his is firm, and we sleep comfortably. We frequently use the adjustable feature to help with sitting up to watch TV in bed, have coffee in bed. The customer service on the phone was real nice about it. I have no complaints about anything. He explained the product thoroughly. He was on the phone with me for quite a while. Everything went well with the delivery. They were here on time like they said they would be, around 4:00 in the afternoon, put everything together and it was fine, showed us how to work the remote. I would recommend them. It’s good, it serves our purpose and it’s great.

My daughter got me a Craftmatic. My daughter did most of the work. So I just paid for it. She got the idea from the television ad. She had checked around. I have trouble with my legs. I always have to move my mattress up with pillows and things like that. She checked around and she talked to a couple of people that had a Craftmatic and they really liked it. So we decided that’s the one we were going to get. I’ve had my bed about two and a half months and it has helped me. It’s terrific.

I got the bed because my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and he had trouble getting in and out of bed. That's when we decided to buy the bed. This helps lifts him up so he can get up to a sitting position. The mattress is not really coming back up like it's supposed to, what do they call it, memory foam? I never got instructions for the bed, but the sales rep from Craftmatic came, they put the bed up together, and his side had to be lower than mine. We have the split because he's shorter and he needs to get his feet on the floor before he can really get up.

This is our second Craftmatic bed. I felt good about it. We had our bed back in 2005. I like their products and I choose to purchase due to my wife's health. I only have one problem with it. My wife gets out of the bed on the side of her bed so it doesn't move and I have to get out at the foot of my bed because locked wheels on the side of the bed won’t stay locked. And for some reason or another, all four of them just disengage. They gave me some more things that can take the wheels off and put them in like a cup and it'll lower the bed and then it should make it more stable.

I contacted Craftmatic out of curiosity. I told them that I was thinking about buying one from Costco, and he told me that was a bad idea because their foam mattresses come from China and you don’t know what they’re contaminated with. Basically, the salesman on the phone kind of talked me into purchasing it. The delivery team showed me how to use the bed and answered my questions. I now have had my bed for about two months and it has helped me.

My parents had a Craftmatic and I took their bed when they passed away and I liked it. Now I've had a new one since December. It’s sort of about the same because my old one really just was tired. So the new one is firmer and doesn't have nooks. My favorite among its features is the head coming up and down. I did realize that later on they attached the headboard incorrectly. They put the screws facing towards the wall so whenever you jostled the bed, it would scratch the wall. So it was not difficult but I had to go and kind of take it apart to reach that and turn the screws around so that it wasn't damaging the wall. But overall, it was an easy experience.

Over the years, I've heard of Craftmatic, and when my husband and I were looking for a bed, I was looking through the telephone book to see whether they’re still around. I came across the number, a few furniture places, and I called about three places. But I liked Steve that I talked to; he gave me a lot of information. I called a couple of furniture stores because I don’t drive, so I got to have a game plan going, so I could tell my husband where we’re going. And then I called and they were okay. I just asked a couple of questions; they were nice. And then I finally called Craftmatic. They were very pleasant, I ended up talking to Steve, and he was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. And then it was my decision to choose Steve because he was so great. We talked and then he called me back, to see how we were doing and if I had made a decision. He kept in contact with me; he was very good.

A friend of mine has had Craftmatic for years. Because of that and the reviews that I've seen and heard, I purchased one too. I haven't had it real long, maybe a couple of months. I had gotten hurt and I have to sleep sitting up most of the time so being able to get in the position where I can sleep without a lot of pain is a big help. I love everything about it. It took me a while to find out where to buy it. I tried to find stores where I could go in and look at one and talk to somebody, but I couldn't so I got a phone number and called and went through sales that way.

My experience with Craftmatic was good. The representatives were courteous and I would recommend it.

My wife bought the Craftmatic bed online and we’ve had it for four months now. I like that I can raise and lower my head and feet with it. Delivery went fine. Two guys showed up and did good in setting up the bed. We had trouble finding sheets for it because we got an irregular length. And there are some things I would prefer were different, but it’s a good bed.

We've had Craftmatic for 20 some years. We purchased one 15 months ago and had a set before that which we had gotten 26 years ago. They've been great. Their sales reps were very nice and two young fellows who delivered the bed showed us how to work the hand gadgets.

It has been really good since I bought the Craftmatic. My body is much better now. I don't have any aches and pains when I get up. The reps were really nice people. I cannot complain.

We've been very, very pleased with Craftmatic. The first mattresses that we got weren't firm enough so we called back and they got us two more mattresses as soon as possible. And those were great. And then my mattress got a hump in it. So we contacted them and they had us take pictures. And they said, "You know what? That is a defective mattress. So tear the tags off, send them to me and we're gonna send you another one." So they did and they had just been super nice. They've called to make sure that we've been happy and pleased with everything. Everybody that we have had any contact with has been just super, super nice.

Craftmatic bed has really improved the quality of life. I've seen Craftmatic on television several times. When I broke my hip a year ago, I was renting a hospital bed for quite some time and they refused to let me buy it. So I said, "Well, the heck with you," and I bought a Craftmatic. The vibrating feature of the bed is great. The reps were very helpful and the guys that delivered it did well too. I've already recommended Craftmatic to a doctor friend of mine that was in the navy with me.

I heard about Craftmatic from my physical therapist. My wife ordered it on the computer. They came in, set it up and showed me how to operate it. We've had it now for about 3 months. I'm having a very good experience with them. We got it because I had a pinched nerve in my back and I couldn't even get to bed. Slide in bed - no way. But with this here, I could find a position that would relieve the pain and it worked very well for me.

The sales lady in Florida was really great. She didn't tell me any lies. Everything she told me about the no extra delivery charge was true... She even gave me her number, if we have any problems, to call her personally.

Really pretty good experience with Craftmatic. I would recommend them.

I've been seeing them on TV for years and just last Feb. bought a Craftmatic king size duo, the two twins put together to make it king size. The first night, I felt the difference. I was able to sleep in the bed!! For years I've been sleeping on sofas and recliners because of my bad back, so it's the best purchase I've ever made for my back. But what I like the most about this bed is that we can move the foot and the head up and down. We also enjoy being able to adjust each side separately. The guys who delivered the bed were great. They didn't have any tools when they brought the bed. They had to borrow some of my tools. But other than that they were good.

They were polite. Their salesman was pushy without being too salesman-pushy. They did a little bit of upselling but they were very good about backing off when I said I wasn't interested. And as for the product - it wasn't for me, it was for my mother - my mom's tickled pink about Craftmatic.

When I had surgery, replacement of both knees, I needed a good bed so I ordered the Craftmatic bed. I liked it so we ordered a second Craftmatic bed for my older sister. Now we have three Craftmatic beds for comfort, for pleasure and for medical reasons. It's a very good bed. I don't recommend anything to anybody but for my family. Everybody loves them. We are very pleased with Craftmatic.

I like gadgets so I purchased a Craftmatic bed. I have a new one I just bought a year ago but the other one, I had over 20 years. It gives me a better night’s sleep. I particularly like raising the back of the bed. The delivery team was very courteous. There was no problem. They also quickly showed me the difference between the old one and the new one. I had an excellent experience. I like it and I would recommend it to anyone. I don't only have the bed but I also have a chair.

My overall experience with Craftmatic was very nice. I'm very comfortable and I like it very much.

My husband used to sell Craftmatic beds. We got one for ourselves since we're both having some back problems. The bed has helped with relieving the pain and we're able to get a better night's sleep. Raising the head up and down is the feature we use the most. We've had a pleasant experience with Craftmatic.

I looked Craftmatic up on the internet. Price was the deciding factor. My bed is backwards. I have the foot of my bed as the head and the head as the foot. It seems to have helped me. I have been happy with the customer service. On the first delivery they didn't really speak very good English and so there was a little bit of a communication problem because they had actually delivered the wrong type of bed. We had ordered no spring and when they were packing up the mattress, there was a problem but it got resolved. We didn't really speak their language so it was kind of choppy. We figured out how to use the bed. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

My dad liked the Craftmatic bed so much that he was always saying how much he liked it so we decided we would try one out. Their price was one of the reasons we chose them. It was more reasonable than the other ones we looked at. I also got one for my wife as she's got back problems. We like to crank the bed up. Every night when I lay flat on the bed I'd have to stack up so many pillows to keep my head up. Now I keep the thing up, turn on the vibrator and go to sleep. My little puppy dogs love the bed too. The Craftmatic sales rep was great. He told us which one he thought we needed and then he was asking the height, how tall we were and he did everything he could to get this thing right for us. The delivery team pulled right up here when they were supposed to. They came in, took the other one, set it up and got us all going. It's a fantastic experience.

I decided to contact Craftmatic when I saw the commercial on TV and the benefits of the bed for me. I bought the first one 15 or 16 years ago and the second one I just bought last year. I like the new one because of the reversible mattress where you have a firm side and a soft side. I also like the elevation of the legs. I would recommend Craftmatic beds. It’s very restful.

I've had Craftmatic bed for probably 10 years prior to buying my second one. I can't say enough. I have a disabled son and he has back problems (different things). It's great to have the adjustment for him. When he gets sick, I can put the bed up so he can feel better so I just wouldn't be without it. This bed is fabulous and this mattress on the new one is just too much. It's very, very good (better than the last one) and that was excellent.

I love the Craftmatic. I'm a very old lady, and the first I ever heard was many years ago about recliner chairs, and it was not good. I heard a lot about high pressure salesmanship and I vowed I would never deal with Craftmatic. Then I forgot all about it until I wanted a new bed. I saw their ad, and called in about it and talked to a very nice man who is very obliging and interested in my problem. This is my third adjustable bed. If I were asked how I could improve it, the only thing that I would suggest is that the massage and so forth would be optional. And also that the added attraction of being able to raise and lower the bed the way they do it on a hospital bed would be helpful to some older people.

My girlfriend got another brand of bed and I just didn't like it so I got a Craftmatic. I like the massage and the idea that it moves and I can lower the head and the feet. The sales representative was very pleasant. The delivery guys were really nice. They brought it right in and set it up and put the old bed off and took it with them. It was very beneficial and relaxing and a good decision I made when I bought Craftmatic.

I don't live with the Craftmatic bed. It's in a vacation home and I'm no there much but it's a very nice bed. I would recommend them.

My wife is enjoying the Craftmatic bed. We don’t share it. It’s only a small one, a twin.

We relied on the fact that Craftmatic had such a good name and we got the extra-long sized bed. The only thing I found difficult is making the bed because it is so long when you try to put the bottom set of sheet on. One of the representatives said that if you put the bed up all the way, it's easier to do it that way. That's what I will do in the future. Otherwise, the bed is very comfortable. I haven't really used all the parts such as the vibrator. The bed has worked well for us from the top to bottom. And they left a number if we have any questions that we could call. I did get a headboard for it and I put that on. So it looks good, and it matches the rest of the furniture. We've basically been very pleased. It has been helpful to my husband. I would call it a pick me up.

We did a little research and found that Craftmatic seems to be the better bed than other companies. So we bought it. We've had it for a couple of months now or longer. The sales rep was terrific and very thorough. The delivery team came and they were in and out of here in 10 minutes or so. Everything was set up and everything was fine. This bed has made a big difference in my life. It has helped me sleep better.

We looked at several different products before I remembered Craftmatic and started researching its construction twice and the warranty, too, which was our biggest issue. The woman we talked to basically walked us through all the features. We got it shipped out and just went from there. It was a pretty good experience. Their people were great, moved some stuff for us, put it together, helped move with the bed and everything, made sure they worked. We have this Craftmatic for about 3 years now and I would say it has helped us. My wife likes the vibration and I like just being able to move it around because I got arthritis. No hassle, great experience. I got what I paid for.

I don't like memory foam. I just don't think it would work but I just wanted to try it and it worked! I have a Craftmatic bed for a year now and it has been helpful. I like that when you have to lay flat, your feet don't have to be flat. The bed raises up and is adjustable. They explained to me the differences between the mattresses, and the delivery team came in, set everything up, made sure it was working and even moved my other bed that I had from Craftmatic upstairs. I love everything about the Craftmatic bed and if I should need to purchase another one, I will be getting it from Craftmatic.

I ordered Craftmatic years ago. However, they brought it, they came, and they demonstrated on the tape or something then when I bought it, I didn't really want it. Then over the years I wanted one. My health declined and I wanted one. I purchased one September 18th of last year. I did this on the phone and the sales representative was good. I think his name was Peter and he was alright.

I first heard about Craftmatic on TV. I tried out the other brand and this has more features for me because I have arthritis in my legs so this had the built-in massage and everything. I like the head going up and the legs going up so it worked out fine. I've had my bed about 8 years. It's a wonderful bed and it's great for arthritis sufferers.

The Craftmatic is great with the easy financing. It actually costs less than most beds that I looked at. In fact, it was the last one I thought of. I said, "Craftmatic has always been expensive" but it turned out they were cheaper. They did away with all their salesmen. Now they do it all over the phone and that cuts the cost down quite a bit. It's a great bed. I had known about them all along and they used to send out a card to fill out to get one and a free one. I've had it about two years now and I used to only be able to sleep until 5 in the morning. Now occasionally I can get up to 7 o'clock. The delivery people did a wonderful job. They took the old one out and set the whole thing up. They showed us how to work it and we didn't have to lift a finger. I'm very pleased.

I love the Craftmatic bed so much. I was looking for a bed that would lift me up on the top because I have gastroesophageal reflux disease and so does my husband. We wanted the Craftmatic bed to raise up so we don't have to put blocks on our bed. And we've had a lot of surgeries. Since we got this bed I had a knee replacement, so that really helped me being able to prop the bottom of my leg with the bed going up and putting ice on it. I love lying back and pushing that button and the thing goes up for you. When you're sick and you have surgery and you're sore, it's awesome to have that thing do the work. The bed works well for people that have health problems. It’s very comfortable. It feels so good.

I know a person that has a Craftmatic bed and they really enjoyed it, so I bought it for my mom. The sales reps were very informative, courteous and answered all my questions. The delivery team did a great job. My mom and I was there. They moved the furniture around for her, set it up, left and then we hadn't had to do anything. It was fast. My mom likes the bed. She's got back and leg problems and it really helps her. We're very satisfied.

This is my second Craftmatic bed. I bought the first one 26 years ago. I purchased from them this time because the first purchase I made, they were so great. There are other electric beds all over town but the Craftmatic that I had before was just wonderful. We got the first Craftmatic bed because my husband had an open heart surgery and the doctor told him not to lay flat because they broke his ribs and wired him. We would prop him up with pillows every night so he would sleep upwards. Then we saw this commercial and we said, "Well, let's see about this bed and we won't have to do this with the pillow thing." We called Craftmatic and they sent a representative over and we bought the bed and I wouldn't have any other bed. The employees are wonderful. The delivery guys were a hoot and the lady on the phone in the main office was so pleasant and so nice. They stand by their product and the way it's made. It's very strong and a solid bed.

I wanted one, and the sales rep said it would be here in three days. I didn't know anybody else so I went with Craftmatic. Now I see all kinds of people advertising that they go up and down so I hope I have the best. But the bed definitely helped me, and I enjoy being able to elevate the legs. I would recommend it. And they're caring because they keep in touch. I got a couple of calls to make sure I was happy.

It's very comfortable. I like everything about it. I like being able to raise the head up. When I don't feel well or something, I can raise the head up and watch TV. My husband and I both sleep good in it. We had a waterbed -- we don't sleep on it anymore since we bought our Craftmatic 3 or 4 months ago. Both of us are completely happy with it. Craftmatic is fine. It's wonderful. I'm very happy with it and I use it accordingly for my acid reflux or if I need to put my legs up. It's very helpful for me but I have a problem climbing in and I like to have things under the bed since it's a little bit too tall for me. I'm very short but otherwise once I'm in it's wonderful and I sleep well with it. I get a lot of good from it.

I went with Craftmatic because I knew it has been around for quite a while. My bed has a bar that goes at the bottom to keep the mattress from falling off and it goes almost across the whole bed. I've had this bed for six years and can say it has been helpful. I have a hiatal hernia, so I have to sleep up. My daughter would like to have one too but she just doesn't have the money.

I've had my Craftmatic since December. It was particularly bought for me but my husband's been having some problems. We're not sure if he has a muscle that's been compromised in some way and sleeping on the mattress is really uncomfortable for him so he goes upstairs and sleeps on a firmer mattress that we have. Paula from Consumer Relations was going to call back about it and see how he was doing because he was still sleeping in the other bed when I talked to her and she wanted to make sure that he was comfortable. We don't know whether he's got an injury or it's the bed. But my experience is very good. I wish I had done it years ago, because I had four back surgeries. It definitely has been a blessing for me. I like the feature that lowers you because I was sleeping on a recliner for a number of years. I have to be up when I sleep to help me.

I knew that Craftmatic was an adjustable bed. I went to the market for one like that. I've had mine for 6 months and it has helped me. I enjoy lifting the head up so I can sleep. Overall, I had a very good experience with Craftmatic. My salesman Daryl and the follow-up lady were both nice people. I didn't have a problem with them. My experience with the delivery team though was below mediocre. They were in a big hurry to set up and it did not look like they wanted to do too much. They could've done some more things. There was a battery that they offered and he asked if I could do it because they need to hurry.

We have a 15-year-old grandson that has got myotonic muscular dystrophy. He's on his back 24/7 unless someone lifts him up. He needed to be in a larger bed and we were more familiar with the Craftmatic more than any of the others. My husband told Craftmatic about our grandson and they brought the cost down to where we could afford it. The sales representative were very nice. In fact we talked to them several times.

I went on a website looking at different type of beds and I liked the way the Craftmatic bed worked. The bed came in the first part of January or end of December. I had been sleeping in a recliner for two and a half years. Now I love the fact that you can raise the bed up and down. The delivery team of Craftmatic did a great job. They were quick and on the ball. Right after I got the bed, I fractured my ankle and so I really need the bed. The only thing I noticed different about it is the feet don't raise as high as the older model that I had and seems like the motor is noisier on the massage part. But I always have liked it really well. It's been beneficial for my medical problems. The ideal part about the bed is it's easy to get in and out of when the feet and the head are raised if you have a medical issue. It works very well for people that have back problems, which I do. I've had other kinds of beds but I like Craftmatic the best.

I had seen the Craftmatic advertisement on TV or in the magazine, and a fellow who stopped here was selling them. I had back problems and I never could get comfortable. I couldn't raise the front of the bed up and I get scooped down on the bed anyway. When they came by with that, we decided we'd buy one. That was in 2007. We bought two of them. My husband said he really slept good on it and I love mine. I won't have anything else. The sales representative just more or less sat there on the couch and let us decide after he explained everything. He didn't pressure us. They brought everything in and put it up. Now I got another one here in December. My husband had messed the one he was sleeping on because he wasn't in a good health. I thought I had it really covered but evidently didn't. The only way I could figure to get rid of the old one is to buy a new one.

I've had the Craftmatic for about a year and I like it. I really wasn't happy with the sales guy. He was very friendly and polite but he didn't tell us the truth. He told us a lot of lies. There's no headboard on my bed and he said, "Oh, you can get any headboard." So I bought one that cost me $50 and the guy took a look at it, he says, "That's not going to work." So I lost $50. And he said the mattresses were firm and they're really not that firm. I think he knew what he was talking about. I think he just was selling the bed. The delivery team was fine. They installed it very quickly and set it all up and showed us how it worked. I enjoy my bed. I like the fact that the head raises up so I could sleep easier at night but it's hard to make the bed.

We like the fact that you can adjust it to however you happen to be feeling on any given night. The sales representative was very thorough. He always answered every question without hesitation, no stumbling around trying to come up with an answer. He knew his stuff. The delivery people were good too, very friendly and very nice. They were very careful about bringing it in the house. They had to bring it quite a distance from the garage all the way through the house to the master bedroom which was on the other side. There was something broken and they took care of it.

We've been really happy with Craftmatic. We ordered our bed and they brought it in and it wasn't very long afterwards that something was not right about the mattress. I called them and they actually sent two more mattresses out immediately and took care of the problem. So we've been really happy with them and we really like our bed. We have recommended them. So far Craftmatic has been good. Talking to their reps has been very positive. They were pretty knowledgeable and professional. The installation team was average. They were missing a roller. It was broken and they had it ordered and shipped out to me. But then I had to bother getting someone who was young enough and strong enough to put it on the bed. One of the hoops that keep the mattress in place was missing also. To use it properly you have to have the hoops working because otherwise the mattress slides off the bottom of the bed. But overall, I would recommend Craftmatic to a friend because they've been in the business so much longer than other companies and they're a well known name. The delivery should go a little bit smoother but other than that I was very pleased.

I just had my knee operation and my knee replaced. One of the things that I had the hardest time doing when I came home from the hospital was getting comfortable in the bed. I just couldn't do it. So when I was recuperating for about the first three weeks, I slept in a hospital bed. And so I wanted to be able to have a bed where the head and foot go up and all that other kinds of stuff. I looked at the Therapedic but it didn't go into all the positions that the Craftmatic did. I had heard about Craftmatic for a long, long time, and I had a friend whose parents were older and they had a Craftmatic bed, so I looked them up online, found them and then I called. The rep was very, very helpful and was a gentleman. We talked about what I wanted.

I worked with the government and I read a lot of literature. I came across the Craftmatic advertisement. I said, "Boy, I'd like to have one of those beds." I have to be propped up, so that was the great incentive when I got my first one. As I got older with age will come other aches and pains. So I kept it. I had the first one practically 30 years and enjoyed it. It was a great sleep. Whatever aches or pain I had, I could elevate my head or my feet. My sisters enjoyed it along with me when they had to come and spend the night. When I left town, my daughter would also enjoy it.

I came here to California about 4 years ago to take care of my aunt. She's 93 and she owns a Craftmatic bed. It's her bed. I'm her caretaker. She told me that she liked it at the time. It had all the stuff that she wanted. She's had it for 15 years. I changed the mattresses when I got here. I had to go through Florida and everything had to be shipped from Florida too because Craftmatic has nothing here in California anymore.

My mom bought a Craftmatic about eight years ago. Which made me decide I should get a Craftmatic for myself also. I've had mine since the first of December and so far it has helped me. When I called them to order the bed, the sales representative was very nice and very informative about the different aspects of the bed. He answered all my questions and gave me a nice discount. I was thrilled about that and everything's good, even my experience with the delivery team except one of the guys kept the mattress so dirty with his hands. I told him, "You know, I guess we're going to have sheets, mattress pads and everything over this, but it's kind of messed up, don't you think?" He just looked at me and said, "Oh, well, it's not a big deal. It's only the bottom." It is on the bottom, the underside of the mattress, but I was a little disappointed about that. The other guy (who was very professional) was trying to be very nice about showing him what to do, and he just seemed kind of disinterested.

My grandmother had a Craftmatic bed and she didn't particularly like it. She was using a water bed at the time so she gave me hers. And I always liked it. I got one last summer although it is a little on the pricey side for most people. It definitely helped with some back issues I was having. It was very good. Their sales rep knew everything about the product. No complaints. Their delivery team was good too. They set it all up in just like an hour. It was quick and done and everything went smooth.

I got my first Craftmatic in 1996 and I still have it. I have an ergonomic one, a twin, but I went back to the Craftmatic for my full size. It has helped me sleep better and I do enjoy being able to set it up myself -- I can sit up, I can lie down and I can have my legs up. The guys who delivered the bed were very nice, and the lead guy was super nice, answered any of my questions and put everything together the way it needed to be done. The one I dealt with on the phone was really good too. The whole experience was very good.

We've owned Craftmatic for probably close to 24, 25 years. This is our second one. It's nice and comfortable. You can adjust it the way you want to sleep. We're very pleased.

We've had our previous beds about six or eight years. I saw the mattresses wearing out a bit, so I was going to see if I can get a replacement for it and they say they were making mattresses. They were eight inches, I believe, and now they're eleven inches, and I find that to be much better. We ended up replacing the frames and motors and everything and I like it better. My wife loved the adjustable bed, too. Unfortunately, she was found to be with cancer and died very quickly.

I had Craftmatic back in 1984. We saw it in the paper. I’m on a wheelchair. I’m a quadriplegic, so I looked at it as a means for me to get better, as far as sleeping goes. The bed is working ever since, except my head went out and my feet went out and my motor went out a couple of months ago. My new Craftmatic bed will be delivered on Tuesday. Their sales reps are very knowledgeable. I have recommended it to my sister-in-law in Panama.

My husband actually made the Craftmatic purchase but it was because we had heard more of that name than the other beds he was looking at. We got it about 6 months ago. The reps were very helpful when purchasing it and then we just recently had something where I had called. They were very good in calling us right back and wanting to fix the problem right away. He needs to sleep upright and he actually enjoys the massage which is what we didn't purchase it for, but it's the feature he does enjoy. I just put my bed into position and leave it there so that I don't have to go adjusting every day. The whole experience was good. I couldn't have been happier with any part of it.

Everything went great with Craftmatic. The only thing I had a problem with was they took a little extra time, but then again, we did have a snowstorm, so I understood that problem. But when they did deliver it, they were very nice people. I love the bed. I had a bad back, and it's helping me big time. I'd definitely go one better than the highest rating. That's how much I like it.

I called Craftmatic and found out that they were cheaper than a lot of the other brands so I went with them. It's very helpful with my acid reflux. I'm able to sit up, and I couldn't get enough pillows under my head so it's turned out real good. The delivery team were fine. I really like Craftmatic.

My mom is a stroke patient. My mom used to sleep in a hospital bed and my dad's water bed had sprung a leak. We went online and were looking for something similar to a hospital bed, yet something that both my parents would be able to get in and out of without too much difficulty. So, we used a process of elimination, and my sister purchased two Craftmatic beds for my mom and dad because Craftmatic had a lot of things that we liked. We purchased the beds 4 months ago and it has been good for them both. It was a very easy transition to get them ordered and delivered. We didn't have to wait too long, and everything was delivered correctly. Everything was good with the reps and the installers. They did explain things, and helped my sister set up how she wanted it set up. We had no problems.

I have an extremely bad back and had more proppers lifted for almost a year. It has gotten to a part where I was unable to get out of my bed when I got into it. And when I was talking to my doctor after I had surgery, she said, "Oh you need that old person's bed." And I said, "Craftmatic?" She said yes so I got the Craftmatic bed and it's lovely. It has definitely helped me. I've had no bad experience with Craftmatic whatsoever. It was great.

When my husband heard about the Craftmatic on the radio and TV, he went and got the base part of the bed. My husband likes it because he can program it to vibrate for so long and then it shuts down. The head and the feet rise up together... I wouldn't mind recommending it to anybody. We had a very pleasant, very good experience. Delivery went very well.

After pricing around I chose this bed over the other higher priced models. From the phone call to delivery there was not one hitch. Delivery and white glove service met expectations and were included in the price. I was concerned what the quality would be in comparison but I have no complaints as so far they appear to be of good quality construction and working order. Quieter than expected with the exception of massage mode which rattles the whole house. We purchased a split king and both my spouse and I are pleased we have our own controls of how we prefer to sleep. The mattress is slightly softer than what I am accustomed to but supportive enough for a comfortable sleep.

I had seen Craftmatic on a TV advertisement when my husband had a heart attack in 1982 and had surgery. He had some complications with a Staph infection after that and we decided he had to have an elevated bed. He couldn't get out of bed by himself and it was hard to even rise up so we needed the elevation and that was a lifesaver. I bought mine in '82 right after his heart attack and I still have the same bed. It's great. The sales rep was great. We don't have the new one yet. They may have had an earlier date but it conflicted with a doctor's appointment for my son so they have it scheduled for the 28th of this month. It's the only bed to buy and I've had nothing but good experience with Craftmatic.

My wife was in the hospice and we needed a hospital bed. We didn't like the one they gave us, so my children and I surfed the internet to find a good bed. We found Craftmatic. It's a very good bed and it's very comfortable. It's better than a hospital bed. They made it where they have different heights. They took her measurements and fit it to my wife's height, which was a nice thing, because some beds are real high like a hospital bed. My wife passed away in October but she loved it. I use it and I'd recommend it.

I chose Craftmatic because they've been around for a very long time and they're reputable. It helped me a million times. It’s much worth the investment. My back's been best. It's been over 14 years after sleeping on the bed, all through and through everything is wonderful. Our experience with the sales rep and delivery was also very positive.

I have been a customer of Craftmatic since they existed. For over 35 years, I have a Craftmatic. I just purchased another one. I have one here in Puerto Rico and one in Daytona. I will recommend them over any other. It's not only for the comfort of whatever it is that's necessary throughout the years. I've had an accident and had to elevate my legs. I have acid reflux and have to elevate the upper part of my body as well. My husband as well has to elevate his head. I have twin sets because if one wants to maintain peace in a marriage, it doesn't create problems when one partner wants to have the head elevated and the other one doesn't.

I was experiencing a lot of aches and pains. No matter how I slept, the bed that I had just didn't seem comfortable. I thought that it would help me if I could have a bed that I could adjust. So I called Craftmatic. My interaction with the sales representatives was really great because at first, the price that he quoted me was out of my range. So we came to an affable agreement and that's a price that I could afford.

We had bought one of Craftmatic beds probably a little over 20 years ago. We wanted to replace the old one with a new one. Our most recently purchased bed has been wonderful but the only problem I had with Craftmatic was contacting them. I had an awful hard time getting in touch with them and getting a call back. Other than that, when I did talk with them, they were very helpful. Their delivery team was great. They came in and called us that they were in town and set the bed up, carried away everything and explained things to us. We were pleased with the setup. I love their product.

I had open heart surgery and I couldn't get to sleep so I got the Craftmatic and it allowed me to sleep then. The people were all very good and I didn't have any trouble at all with them. I love the bed and its recline feature.

Anytime for Craftmatic, I love Craftmatic. I got my first Craftmatic back in '95 or '96, and then I called to get a mattress, see if I could get a new mattress, and they gave me a new one, a new whole new bed. Dealing with their sales reps was good. I've had a good experience every time I talked to them. I have recommended Craftmatic to different people. I've told them that if they're gonna get a bed that's the one to get. The one I know that's backed up by what they say. It's fantastic.

I can't say enough good about Craftmatic. I've wanted one for over 25 years, and even though I hyped it up, it was even better than what I pictured it. They offered the different things like the pillowtop and the mattress topper. My doctors would have written me a prescription for a hospital bed a long time ago but it wasn't something I wanted. I just knew I wanted an adjustable bed. I have never heard of any other company of quality. It was either a hospital bed or Craftmatic.

The Craftmatic bed is wonderful. My husband had always wanted a bed that would elevate his feet up, and raise his head up. He has had back surgery but that we could not afford a Craftmatic up until now. Several years ago, my husband called the company and told them what he was interested in. They sent us some brochures and and we filled up the information. They sent a representative out here. We had just kept thinking at the back of our mind that we wanted one until he decided on it. So he called and they sent the guys out with it, and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Every day when we take a nap, or every night when we go to bed, it's a wonderful experience to get your head elevated just right because sometimes the pillows lose their fluffiness. The bed continues to be a wonderful experience.

I have no complaints with Craftmatic bed. My experience with it has been good. I've had one since 2000 and completely satisfied with it. The representative that helped us with our latest one was very helpful.

We've been looking for a therapeutic bed for quite a while. I saw Craftmatic in an art magazine ad that I looked up. Tempur-Pedic was a very nice bed but it was almost $10,600 without tax. Then we called on to try Craftmatic and it sounded like everything we wanted for less than half the price. So we thought we'd try that and got the California King.

We love our Craftmatic bed. I’ve recommended them to so many people. They're the type that are just unique and that you'd want them. Ours was bought in 2007. We have two, one for my wife and one for me. And oh God, if there’s anything in this world! I’ve had water beds, regular beds, but the Craftmatic mattress is fantastic!!

I could be a great advertisement for Craftmatic because we've now had them for a couple of years and they are awesome. We have a mattress that’s unbelievable. One side is a little firmer than the other so we have our choice there and comfort level. We've both had serious back problems and back surgeries, so we both really know what it’s like to need something with great support, and we have it. This is a wonderful bed. My husband was in a hospital bed for six years and I liked the idea that we could do the feet, the head, etc. It looked to me like it was durable, sturdy, and that it might be the way to go with us and I was able to get him a bed that was long. He’s 6’3” and his hospital bed was always so short with a footboard on it, and it was just not right.

Craftmatic sounded like a very good product and one that we could use so I went ahead and purchased one. The Craftmatic people were very helpful and pointed out a lot of things that I'll probably never will use. They told me how it would be set up and who would come to install it, all the instructions and everything. They were very congenial people and very nice talking to.

Craftmatic is an excellent bed. So far whenever I use it, I enjoy it. It's very neat. But my wife and I don't use it that much as far as incline and all that things that it would do (I have a few times) but I know when I get older the bed is really gonna be handy for me. They call it a King size - it's two pieces put together, sitting inside our sleigh bed. I bought it two to three years ago. I was 58 or 59 and knew retirement was coming so I was getting ahead of the game. I knew when I get older and when I retire I won't have money to do it so I bought it.

It gives comfort but costly... My grandmother is the one who has the bed and is enjoying it so far and it helps her out. The only bad thing I have to say is that the remote that we had wasn't working so they sent us a new remote but then they figured out something is wrong with the box under the bed. They said the box needs to be replaced because the new remote that they have aren't configured to those old boxes and we're gonna have to pay 80 or 100 dollars for a new box. You don't wanna pay that because you just paid 100 dollars to get a new remote. That was really disappointing because there was nothing wrong with the box, it was the remote that had an issue.

Craftmatic offered a very good guarantee on in-home service and have been around for a long time so we chose them over another brand. We did all our business over the phone and told them I needed the bed a little higher off the floor, and Craftmatic said that was not a problem. The sales rep called to tell me when the beds would be delivered. The delivery team got it set up and it's been great ever since. I have spine problems, and have had five lower back surgeries and two on my neck. The bed helps me. My experience with Craftmatic has been very good. I have recommended them to my family.

I had a Craftmatic bed. I liked the way it works, the vibrator and the head and the feet go up just like a hospital bed. But I had to call a second time before I finally got a response. Therefore it took quite a while before I was finally able to contact them. Only through my diligence that I was able to get through. But overall I love the bed. It's really nice. We've had three nights in that bed; it's very, very good. We had a queen size and now we have a king.

We have been wanting a Craftmatic. We had seen it on TV ads for a couple of years and said if we ever got the money enough to afford one, that's what we wanted to get. Then I had hurt my back real bad and I was sleeping in the living room on the recliner. After two years of sleeping on the recliner in the living room, we decided to get one. We had enough money in the bank, and it wasn't as expensive as we thought it was going to be, so that was a plus. We finally got the bed that we wanted.

They came and prepared my machine yesterday and it's working super and I love it! The feature that I love the most is putting the foot and the headrest up and down. Everything was good with Craftmatic. When I went to purchase the bed, the sales reps were courteous and very informative and the same thing with the guys that was setting up the bed, they answered all my questions. I particularly like the massage feature as well as being able to adjust the head and the feet.

Basically my experience with the Craftmatic bed was good. Everybody was very good. The team set it up here in the house, brought it in and cleaned up. Everything that was expected of them. The man that I spoke to over the phone was fine. The most of the issues that were being addressed for me and it has helped me greatly. I have such heavy duty acid reflux and I'm doing much, much better. Granted, a couple of other things have changed that I am taking for it but nonetheless, I sleep very well because I can make my bed go up but if this other had been explained better to me, I would not have purchased the split bed - I would have purchased the full King-size. Instead I have two mattresses that are considered extra-long twin but the foundation is the regular full piece.

My husband and I had purchased two Craftmatic beds from them in previous years, and I wanted to upgrade to memory foam mattress. My favorite feature is raising the head and the foot. It's helped with better night's sleep and waking up to backaches. The sales representatives were very nice over the phone, cooperative. The day they came they took out any of the old beds and then just came in and set up the new beds, unwrapped everything, and made sure everything was in working order before they left. It's been a very positive experience and I'm very satisfied.

I love my Craftmatic bed. I have nothing to complain about, I love it. This is the second one I had. The first one I had, I lost in the flood so I bought another one. It's a great bed. It's comfortable. I need to raise the head of my bed to sleep properly. I don't usually raise the foot part, but it's there if I wanted to.

I love the Craftmatic bed. I have a bad back so I have my knees up all the time. The interaction with the sales rep was all fine. There was nothing bad at all. The guys that put it together didn't really explain anything. They just handed me the remote and said do this and do that. It was some shipping company. I had trouble setting the favorite positions and somebody talked me through it on the phone and I got one done and did number 2 myself and then the next time I went back to 1, it was gone. I don't know what happens to it because you think you got it then you don't. The experience with everybody is fine but the bed is wonderful.

This is my second Craftmatic bed. It's a comforting experience. I was a Craftmatic customer in 1987. I got one of their first beds with the heavy motor for medical reason because I was having problems with my back and it serves its purpose. I upgraded and there was no doubt what type of bed I was going to get. Soon as I knew it was the new bed, the first thing that came to mind was Craftmatic, and the surprising thing was that it was cheaper this time than it was the first time I bought it. And I've already recommended it and two of my friends have already changed their mind from the Sleep Number bed and got a Craftmatic instead.
