I've heard a lot of nice things about Craftmatic and we wanted to get one. The sales representative was very, very informative. The bed is very comfortable and I enjoy the adjustable part where it goes up and down.

Comfort and convenience made us choose Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. My husband has problems with his back and before, he used to sleep in a chair. Now he comes and sleep in this bed; I can adjust the bed to my needs at the same time, so we're both comfortable.

I have arthritis and other issues so I purchased a Craftmatic bed. I enjoy all of the features. For the arthritis I can move in different positions and the vibrator works too.

I bought the Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for its ability to elevate the legs and raise the back - I enjoy them the most now. I've had Craftmatic for a long time and since it got old I thought I want to get another one again. It is good for my body. The vibration and the motion of the bed also relaxes me. However, when I first got the new one, I couldn't get it to go up and down properly. I wasn't doing it right so I called the company. The representative was really nice and walked me through what to do and now it's working fine. I'm satisfied.

I've wanted a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for a long time, so I got it. The most special thing that I like about this bed is that I can put my feet up at night. I also love the vibration feature. My cats love it too! I already recommended the to several people.

Being able to adjust the bed for comfort is very important because I just had a major surgery. Because of these two separate beds, I was able to use one-half on the first floor in recuperating from my surgery, and then post-surgery, I can fix the bed back together and have my king-size bed. That was very helpful.

One of the features I like about the Craftmatic is I can raise the foot of the bed. I have edema in my feet and ankles and if I raise my feet and rest that way for an hour or so everyday, it relieves it considerably. I got a Craftmatic because it has head and foot elevation which I both need. The ability to elevate my legs is great because I have poor circulation in my legs. The elevated back is great, and it makes me sleep easier and better at night. However, the delivery guys weren't very helpful because when they came, they could hardly speak English. They just put the bed together, handed me the manual, told me to read the directions, and left. The sales rep was very good though.

Prior to this new bed, I had another Craftmatic for ten years. The Craftmatic gives me a sense of weightlessness. I needed to position myself from time to time at night to help relieve the aches and pains in my body. I like having pressure in areas where I have pain because it makes me so aware of those places in my body that are painful. So when I'm lying on my Craftmatic bed, I don't feel the aches and pains and it's just great. I could lay there for eight hours. Positioning the head and feet of the bed to help my aches and pains and just sit to feel the massage are my favorite features of this bed as relaxing is very important to me. The Craftmatic is just sensational and really dynamic. Also, the sales rep was very informative and professional, and I received all that I needed when I ordered the bed.

I had a 20-year old bed and I wasn't sleeping hardly at all. My back was killing me and my legs hurt - so I wanted a Craftmatic. I like lifting the legs and the tilt on the back. But they are very expensive and there are others that aren't as expensive and do the same thing. Still, I recommend it.

We needed an adjustable bed for my husband, the price was right and it is made in America so bought a Craftmatic. I enjoy the adjustability of Craftmatic. That's important because I have back problems. What sold me to Craftmatic was all the other beds go up and down but Craftmatic goes up and down in adjustable positions and it has a good mattress that conforms to my body.

I have a bad back and have the acid reflux that comes up in your mouth, so I need my head up. And at my age, my feet and legs swell and so I need my legs up especially at night and that's the main feature I got the bed for. I had a chance before to buy a Craftmatic bed but I passed it up and wish I hadn’t. The bed is comfortable whether you get it into a position or you're just lying flat on it. I enjoy it and I think Craftmatic has the best adjustable bed.

I found out that I sleep better sitting in a partly upright position so I got a Craftmatic. I like adjusting the bed to a 45-degree angle and raising my legs at the same time. The only thing that I'm curious about is if they make special sheets because the sheets come out when the bed is raised to the sitting position with your legs raised. They don't stay tight so Craftmatic needs to make some special sheets for that with strong elastic around the bottom.

I like the fact that Craftmatic bed is adjustable and that it does move up and down. When I spoke with their sales representative he was very nice and thorough and the young man who installed the bed was very good and was a complete help.

I like all of Craftmatic's features - the fact that I can raise and lower my head and my feet and the massage. It's important that I can keep my head up and down while I'm in bed and Craftmatic can do that for me.

Craftmatic Adjustable Bed works wonderful for my back. I've never had a bed like this before. It's just fantastic. I recently broke my right arm and because I could not get out of bed properly, I use the sitting up part of the bed that helped me to get up so easily. It works great and it is one of the best beds I've ever had in my life. If you don't buy one, you're the loser. If you don't get one, you don't know what you're not experiencing. My 80 yr old mother bought the double beds on January 27, 2015. It has not worked on the right side that lifts since they dropped it off. We have called so many times yet haven't seen no action yet. You would think they would get it replaced immediately or fix it within a few days after dropping it off but haven't seen anything yet. How many times did they say they would get back to her and haven't? My mom is about in tears with the frustration. Is it just about the money with them?

The sales representative was very understanding and understood our situation, and recommended these beds. We decided to get the beds because my sister has one that she had purchased about ten years earlier, and she loved it. So do we. We've been using the head and feet elevation feature of the bed. The adjustable parts of the bed and it's low term interest rate is good. We can also separate the beds so if we wanted to sleep separated, but we’d rather sleep together.

The mechanics who installed the bed, Michael and Sir William, were absolutely wonderful. They had a difficult job and couldn't have been nicer. They installed it well, smoothly and efficiently. They were really terrific. The experience with the sales reps was fantastic

I'm having trouble with my back and I figured eventually I would be spending more time in bed than I would like to and I'd like to be as comfortable as possible. When I talked to the Craftmatic salesperson I bought the bed right away. I've got some problems with my legs and I'm supposed to have them up at all times, and they feel much better when I put the bed up and sleep like that at night.

I bought a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed because I hurt from my neck to my toes. It's like a hospital bed. It has heat, a vibrator and all of those things that really helps my aches and pains. I enjoy it and even hate getting out of it. I wish everybody knew just how comfortable this bed is. The sales representative was fine. I had no problems with anything that they did. I would recommend Craftmatic to a friend and I think people are a little jealous that I have one and they don't.

I would recommend Craftmatic. I purchased it because of the quality and price. The vibration feature helps us get back to sleep if we should wake up. And their Sales Representative was wonderful, very informative, and didn't hide anything. Everything he promised was delivered. The only problem I have is I can't get my Jack Russell out of bed anymore. She wants to sleep the entire day. And I'd probably do the same thing if I wasn't working for a living.

I don't like the Craftmatic Bed. The mattresses are too heavy and it's hard for me to change the beddings. I would like to get rid of it, but there's no resale value on it. My husband wanted the bed.

I had a stroke in June and needed to keep my leg up because it keeps swelling up. My old bed was terrible, lumpy, and ugly so I got the Craftmatic because that makes the swelling go down. I don't use the head or foot up or the vibrator very often. I just enjoy the comfort of the new bed because if my leg happens to swell, I don't need to adjust the bed. It's there if I need it. It's a great bed and I'm really happy with it and have recommended it to a bunch of people that I know.

I'm able to adjust my head and legs on the Craftmatic bed and I enjoy that because I have problems with my back to an injury. The sales representative was a great salesperson, very informative and professional.

I enjoy most the ability to adjust the Craftmatic bed and the memory setting for my sleep setting because I have lower back problems and acid reflux. I like their speed in shipping and setup.

I got a great deal on my new Craftmatic. The salesman was very nice, very professional, and was very patient. I thanked him. I appreciate the comfort the mattress gives me because my body is following hospital schedule and I wake up at night. This morning my aide was helping me up and since I still feel tired, she let me stay in bed for a while. I was able to doze and I don't think I would if it wasn't for the Craftmatic bed. I use the head and leg elevation features of the bed. I brag about the bed when people come to visit and I make them try it. I could actually apply as phone salesman to call people and talk to them about Craftmatic because it's worth it. Rather than put money in on a mattress and box springs every ten years or fifteen, they should save it aside and put the money towards a Craftmatic.

The ability of Craftmatic to adjust both head and the feet, that would really help me. That's what made me want to buy it and replace my old bed for about twenty years. I also enjoy the massage feature. The guy I talked to about it was great. Delivery was pretty quickly done and installation was great. It was just a great experience.

I like that the Craftmatic bed allows my parents' head and legs to go up because sometimes their legs fill with fluid or they need the head up. They also made a split queen, so my parents could each have their own bed and put it together so they sleep together, and it fits in their little bedroom in Assisted Living. It's a good bed for them. I recommend it.

I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed because of the adjustments. I like the rising of the head and the foot features because it lets me eat and watch TV at the same time.

Craftmatic was made in Kentucky so I bought one. Their sales rep was very good, too. I enjoy using the massager. On top of that, I have had knee surgery yesterday so I like the bed very much.

Craftmatic has a good reputation that’s why I purchased their bed. My husband is paralyzed on the left side and the mattress gives him comfort. I had an excellent experience with the sales rep. I would recommend them to a friend.

I was looking for something that would help me with sleeping better and to get up feeling better. I had purchased four mattresses from a dealer in town before, but had to return all of them because they were terrible to sleep on. Talking to the wonderful Craftmatic salesman, I was sold and I'm thankful for that.. The gel mattress is so comfortable I don't get bumps in my back. I've had this bed for a little over a year and it’s the best investment I have ever made. It's been so wonderful for me.

The fact that I could adjust it up and down in different positions is what made me chose to buy a Craftmatic. I was happy with the sales, the delivery and the quality of the bed itself. The salesperson that I talked to was very good and didn't get into a rush about anything. He took care of all the details. The delivery people were very nice too. They came in, set it up, and carted out all the boxes. Didn't have any problems with them at all. It was a good experience and I would recommend it to a friend.
