I had back surgery and it's hard for me to get in and out of a regular bed. The Craftmatic is good and I'm able to sleep in bed now. I have acid reflux and it puts my head up higher. I would recommend it. Also, everybody's been really nice. The fellows who delivered it were very helpful and friendly.

I've got a real bad back and had knee surgeries, and I'm pretty messed up. What made me decide to buy Craftmatic was the massage and being able to raise the head and feet. Now I seem to sleep through the night better. My experience with the sales representative was very pleasant. It was a good experience. I asked them to hold off because of the cost. It was on sale but I needed to wait until I could afford to pay for it. So they held off, no problem.

This is our second Craftmatic bed and I like it because of the different positions and it does a good job. The delivery team did a thorough job.

This is the 2nd Craftmatic bed that we have bought. We are very pleased with the service and quality of the product and company. This is the best purchase that we have ever made. I highly recommend the product. I have told all my family and friends of how much we like the bed. It has improved our sleeping.

It's a great bed. You get an excellent night's sleep. Very comfortable. In fact, a friend of ours ended up getting one when she saw that we had it. She enjoyed it and then turned around and bought her one.

MOM REALLY LIKES IT. So far so good, she sleeps now and doesn't complain about any back pains which she has back issues. So thank you very much.

I'm a little aggravated that the Craftmatic sales representative didn't call me. I've had a Craftmatic bed for about 30 years and it wasn't working good going up and down. I quit using it because I was afraid I'd get it up and wouldn't be able to get it back down, so I bought a new bed and the people I gave it to tinkered with it and it started working fine. So now, they're enjoying it. I've been on top of a Craftmatic bed for over 30 years, and I wouldn't consider anything else. I give it my very best rating. I didn't know what a good night's rest was until I got Craftmatic.

I am very pleased with my Craftmatic bed. I sometimes think I should have gotten a double rather than a twin. I sleep much better than when I had a regular hospital bed. I also like how it keeps my room from looking so much like a hospital room. I am able to get some relief when my back pain gets too bad to live with. Thank you so much Craftmatic!

I have swollen legs and ankles and wanted something easier to propping my bed up all the time. With the Craftmatic, my husband doesn't have to have his side propped up. And it helps with my back pain too. I use the lifting the legs more than anything and never use the vibration. Sales rep was friendly and helpful and the delivery team was very good. They came in, took the old mattresses out, brought the Craftmatic bed and set it right inside my old frame so that everything worked out real well. It's a lot easier to make the bed with the Craftmatic b/c I can lift up one side or the other and I put the twin sheets on it. It's a lot easier than dealing with the king-size mattress. We did do a lot of comparison shopping and they were priced right.

The Craftmatic Bed has been helpful to my husband who has a bad back. The ability to move to his desires also helps when he has swelling in his legs.

I don't have any complaints with Craftmatic. The delivery took a little longer than we expected, but that wasn't anybody's fault. Everything went really well.

We had a good experience with Craftmatic. We already had one before but it was getting very, very old and wasn't performing well. It didn't make too much sense to hang on to it. My husband wanted another one so we bought a new one. He had a very good experience with it. The new unit is light and offers a lot of help in terms of comfort. He uses the vibrator quite a bit because he's up in years and it helps him feel better. The reps were real nice too. The only issue we had is that when they hooked up the bed, one is a little bit lower than the other bed, but that's okay. We can deal with it. It's just a little difference.

My father gave me one 24 / 25 years ago and it was a blessing to me because 10 years ago I got something on my arms and I could just push my little button and raise myself up. I had it for years and it was just so old I bought a new one. They were very cooperative when I told them my bed hadn’t come on Wednesday and two days later I got it.

I have several health issues. This bed has been beneficial in helping me sleep. Raising the head is so nice in helping me. Raising the foot is nice in helping to keep swelling down. Before I purchased this bed, I had tried, pillows, wedges, rolled blankets, etc. These provided a small amount of success for a short time. With this adjustable bed, it doesn't matter how restless I am, how much I toss and turn, my head is still raised and so are my legs.

The Craftmatic sales representative that I talked to was very nice, real good, and the bed was delivered on time and they're really courteous and kind and they showed me how to work it. The bed is comfortable and nice. Usually I put the head up because it's better. I previously had a Craftmatic bed and there are a few changes with this new one. It seems the motor is lighter and it just seems to have a better mattress. I like the new bed's remote control.

I purchased the Craftmatic because I was going to have a shoulder surgery. I had to have something that went up in the back and I don't have a recliner. The salespeople were very, very nice, very friendly, sometimes a little high pressure, but that’s their job too. The ones who delivered the bed were were friendly, very cooperative. Very nice two young men. They put the bed where I wanted it. I really like the bed and I find it very comfortable. My old bed doesn't come near as comfortable as the Craftmatic.

I have been an owner of a Model I bed since 2000. After a double knee replacement and broken shoulder, the bed made me comfortable and able to get in & out of bed independently. After my husband's heart surgery, the bed helped. I recommend this company & Craftmatic Adjustable beds..

I didn't really have the money to buy my Craftmatic bed when I bought it, but I like it. The Craftmatic sleeps real good. I like the feature that allows me to raise it up and let it back down. I used to sleep with it flat, but I raised it up sometime to read my bible and Sunday school lessons.

I purchased my Craftmatic Bed approximately one year ago. I was having problems with muscle pain and was not able to get a peaceful night's sleep. I researched all the major bed companies before deciding on Craftmatic. My Mother slept on her Craftmatic bed for years and when I would go home to visit her, she would always make sure I slept in her bed. It was so comfortable and being able to adjust the bed helped with my acid reflux and my swollen ankles. I am very happy with my new adjustable bed and my decision to continue in Mother's footsteps. The customer service was exceptional and my experience with Craftmatic was perfect from placing my order to the actual delivery. I would very highly recommend Craftmatic.

My husband and I love our Craftmatic adjustable bed. I have an acid reflex condition and this bed has given me a much better nights rest than any other bed I've slept in. My husband Tom has a bad back and by us having the king size and choosing two different Mattresses he get a firm one and I get a medium. Plus we choose to get them with the massage. Which means we both get to choose different positions as well as a different massage, which has made us both get a better nights rest. We can't say enough about it and would recommend this bed to any and everyone that is looking for a better nights rest.

This is my second Craftmatic bed and it was all handled by phone. The sales rep was very good and the delivery team was courteous and did their job. The only thing is that when they said that the second one was cheaper than the first one, that sure wasn't true in my experience. When I bought my first one, I only paid $2,000. When I bought my second one, I paid $2,500. But other than that, everything I've heard and everything I've experienced has been good.

My husband John is not having trouble getting out of bed in the mornings since he got his Craftmatic bed. My husband and I are very satisfied with our beds, and have highly recommend the beds to our friends.

Helps with my chronic back pain.

Getting up in age, I needed some elevation at times with the bed. I tried all the other beds that exist. I've had a water bed, glide-a-matic beds, you name it, I've had everything, except one that I just couldn't afford; that was way too much. This one's just fine and I haven't had any problem at all with it. I've always had trouble sleeping although my wife sleeps like a log. So I turn on that vibrator a lot of times and before it's over with, I'm asleep. I'm very pleased with it. Prior to this Craftmatic bed, I had a different bed for about 9 years and it just wasn't functioning the way it was designed to function. With Craftmatic I could sit on the edge of the bed and touch my feet. With the other bed, I couldn't do that, hard to get in and out.

I called the company to place my order for my mother who is suffering with Alzheimer’s. She is pretty much bedridden and needed assistance sitting up to eat. I thought this would be the perfect solution since I didn't want her to have to sleep in an uncomfortable hospital style bed. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions. The bed was delivered as promised and the delivery/setup men were great! I would definitely recommend Craftmatic adjustable beds to anyone!

I have enjoyed my Craftmatic bed from the minute I got it. I have never been as comfortable in my life! I like to read in bed and with the memory feature, with one button I'm in the perfect position. When ready to sleep, one more button and I'm set. Making the bed and changing the sheets, which used to hurt my back, is a breeze as I raise the entire bed and never have to bend over. From the first phone call to purchase my bed to the delivery person, the Craftmatic team is professional, friendly, and they really know their product. One friend has already purchased the same bed I have, and I'm sure many more of my friends will in the future. This was truly the best purchase I've made in a very long time!

I've had Craftmatic for 30 years and I just got a new one. I lived on a farm and I was having trouble with my back. So I checked into the Craftmatic bed and we bought one. The delivery team was excellent. They did a good job. They took my old bed because I gave it but there was nothing wrong with it. All I wanted was a new mattress because I had bought a mattress from a furniture store which was supposed to be for a bed that could move up and down, but it didn't satisfy me. So when I've seen the commercial, I wanted to get a mattress. I called and the sales rep gave me a good deal on the whole bed so I gave my other one to my daughter. I have already recommended it to umpteen friends. I think it's an excellent bed.

We got a Craftmatic bed 25 years ago and I loved it, and finally the mattress wore out. So I called up and they said I could get a new one because I had an old one. I got my new bed cheaper and I love it because it is very comfortable. However, I wasn't too happy with the delivery guy who said they were going to take the old bed but didn't.

I'm truly happy with my Craftmatic bed. I have back problems, so with this Craftmatic I can adjust it to where I'm most comfortable, so it helps me with my sleep problem.

I have acid reflux (gerd) and arthritis. This bed has been a real blessing to me. My husband love it because we each sleep at the position that helps us. You cannot know the wonderful feeling of getting a good night's rest after so many years of not sleeping well. I would recommend craftmatic to anyone and in fact I do recommend it to all my friends.

We have had the craftmatic bed for about a year. I forget the salesman's name I first spoke with but he was very knowledgeable and absolutely truthful. My husband has gastric issues and the bed enables him to sleep comfortably. Paula ** is our area rep and calls to check in to ensure we do not have any questions or concerns. (She recently suggested deep pocket sheets, which was a very helpful hint.) Initially I was nervous about not being able to go to a store to see the bed before purchasing but our sales person and Paula were absolutely truthful. The bed is beyond our expectations.

Great people sales honest and helpful.

I don't like the massager. It makes too much noise. My wife and I don't like the way it works and sounds and feels. The other thing is, it's much more difficult to make the bed when you have two twin beds together. You've got to lift up one and because it bends, the sheets in the middle lift up. I got regular twin sheets and you can't keep it underneath because it pulls out. It looks messy unless every day I go and pull it. But then the minute you put the back up, which I really like, and the feet, it's very difficult to make and doesn't look good when it's unmade. Usually I’m used to a flat bed and when you put the sheets down it’s really nice and tight and looks good. This doesn’t. And the metal bar, which I know is needed because your mattresses slide, it’s difficult to put a sheet underneath that.

I need to sleep on my back. Laying on my hips or my shoulders on either side was very uncomfortable and painful so I needed an adjustable bed. So I decided to purchase the Craftmatic bed. Since using it, it has been easier to sleep because I’m on my back. I frequently use the vibrator—the massager. It has a nice, calming effect that settles you down before you sleep. It has been very good and I do enjoy this bed. And the customer service was very accommodating and very understanding. I didn’t like the first mattress I got and they replaced it with a foam mattress. The process was very easy and very nice. They took pride in their beds and they were willing to do whatever was necessary to make me comfortable. They weren’t coming against me when I was complaining about the other mattress. They wanted to know what they can do to help me because they believed in their beds and they wanted to help me sleep. They didn’t treat me like an adversary. I thought that that was just very nice. I would definitely recommend Craftmatic if someone needed an adjustable bed.

I have been on disability from a work injury and multiple failed back surgeries for many, many years and was in dire need of a bed I could get some relief at nighttime with. Enter Craftmatic and -Tammy with internet sales!!! With much hard work and genuine care about their customers, they were able to cut through my insurance carrier's red tape and acquire a great bed for me. I am 58 years old and this is by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would highly recommend this bed (dual king memory foam gel infused adj. bed) to anyone that has a chronic back problem like me. Thank you for a great product and genuine care!!!

The Craftmatic bed is comfortable and it does what we want it to do and the experience was very good.

The bed has been wonderful for my dad. He is on dialysis and has a pacemaker. So the bed's ability to raise is just what he likes.

I purchased the bed when it became difficult for me to get up from a laying down position. The bed has been a Godsend! It is VERY comfortable and I am enjoying it immensely. We have been an owner of a Craftmatic bed for 30 plus years, and have been a satisfied customer. In fact we bought a new one just last month.

My wife had a stroke and wasn’t able to lay flat. So we had to get an adjustable bed that can be elevated. Based on Craftmatic’s history and price, we decided to get the Craftmatic bed. The sales rep helped us a lot. He was real good. After I called, he got on the internet with me and showed me the bed’s features and explained the cost and how to operate it. The delivery team was good, too. They came in and set it up in about an hour and a half. I enjoyed talking to them while they were doing it. From the time I called up to the delivery, everything was a good experience.

I've enjoyed my Craftmatic bed ever since I received it.

I sleep on the Craftmatic every night. It's a really comfortable bed. I enjoy it very much and I use the tilt.

First let me tell you that the conversation we had on the phone was very pleasant. I would highly recommend the Craftmatic bed to everyone. I find that I have been sleeping a lot better than I ever have when I was lying flat. You can use a bolster to raise your head but it sure does not compare to using an automatic bed.

I have been plagued with acid reflux for years. With my craftmatic bed I have uninterrupted and pleasant sleep. I wake up fully rested. Praise the Lord for Craftmatic.

I called on behalf of my father to get information about the product (sizes, cost, general information). The first person I spoke to could only take down my information and have someone else return my call within 24 to 48 hours. First red flag.

We bought the Craftmatic bed because of my husband's health. He has a feeding tube and must keep his head at 30 degrees or greater. He also had a spinal stimulator implanted in his back. We got the foam mattress and it was much more comfortable for him as the stimulator does bulge a little because he is a small man. He was able to sleep better than in a recliner. I also am able to read or watch TV with a lot less stress to my back and neck.

I enjoy sleeping on my Craftmatic. I bought it because I wanted to get a good night's sleep. I raise the back as I need head elevation. The delivery team was good in the delivery and setup and it was a very, very good experience.

My wife enjoys the Craftmatic bed a lot. It's nice that the back raises up and it helps her. We use the raise-and-lower feature for my wife's condition often. There was no problem with the sales representative and the delivery team when we had to make an exchange on the mattress and it all went smooth. It's just pleasurable to not have a lot of big problems. It was a great experience with them.

My wife and I have enjoyed the use and convenience of our Craftmatic bed. We were able to adjust our bed to a position that is good for the back. And my wife is able to adjust her side of the bed for her back. We feel, for us, the purchase for this Craftmatic bed was a wise choice.

The 10-in. foam mattress gets better as it is broken in.

I've had the Craftmatic for so long. What we've bought has always been a Craftmatic bed. We bought 3 of them. The first one we bought we still have it. We bought a queen which we thought would be a regular size twin bed but it wasn't. It was too small so we bought another one and it lasted for many years until it just broke recently.

My experience with Craftmatic was a pleasure. My husband and I love the bed and highly recommend it. The customer service department is extremely helpful and very professional.

I looked online and Craftmatic seemed they were rated the highest so then my son bought it for me. At the time I had problems getting in and out of bed. I was quite sick. I'm now much better but I'm not very happy with the mattress. I like the remote control for raising the head and the legs for my illness that I had but I just wish they could expand it more to make it more like a hospital bed so that the entire bed is raised or lowered. I've talked to people who didn't get it when they found out that didn't work. I adjusted for it and used a platform... to climb on this 3-inch platform to step into it. I also wish the mattress could bend like the box spring bends. I would find that more comfortable.

We bought the Craftmatic bed because my sister has dementia. It makes it easier getting her up and down. Shes not having to be manhandled to get up and down and she sleeps better. The sales rep was awesome. The delivery guys were great. They were in and out and they were really good. It was a good experience. We've not had any complaints with them. They backed up their equipment.

I hadn't been able to lie in bed for the last couple of years because as soon as I fall asleep, my hip would start hurting. But I noticed in the hospital that when I slept on an adjustable bed that it was fine. I could move it to where it didn't hurt so I decided to buy the Craftmatic bed. It's comfortable to sleep although I still sleep with my chair quite a bit just because it's comfortable but I fall asleep before I have a chance to get to bed. I bring the head up a little bit because I do sniffle a lot when I lay down. If I have my feet up pretty high, then that works good.

There's no comparison between my old bed and the Craftmatic bed. I owned my old bed thirty-some years. We originally had a water bed. Then we converted over to an air bed. We liked both of them but we just needed to get something where we could raise our feet up if we needed to or raise our heads up a little bit. We went through a couple of different mattresses but we finally got one that we think is gonna be okay. We like a firm mattress, and if we are going to get anything firmer, we got to get a top for it. So I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed 3 years ago because I liked the price and I liked what I saw on the website. They've treated us wonderful. The sales representative was great. The delivery team helped us do everything and got everything out of the way. Now, mainly when we need to, we raise our head up just a little bit. When I had some knee operations, I had to raise the feet up a little ways. If somebody asked me what to do about a bed, I'd say check with Craftmatic because they back up their product if you have any problems. I’d recommend them.

Since using the Craftmatic adjustable bed, my back doesn't hurt as much as it used to. I like it. It's very comfortable. I use the feature where I can sit up and raise my legs as I can't lay flat due to lower back problem. I like the fact that it's American made. If it wasn't, I would never have bought it.

I'm satisfied with the Craftmatic adjustable bed. I had some issues with getting it delivered and one-half of the bed didn't work. It took them several days to get that straightened out and I wasn't real happy with that because the reason I got the bed is I have Parkinson's and my husband just had a triple bypass. And we decided to buy this type of bed. Fortunately, they kept him in the hospital a few days longer and they were able to fix it. We use the head and foot control. I'm a back sleeper and the fact that I can elevate my head is a big help to me. My husband has swelling on his legs so he uses the foot part.

We are very pleased with our Craftmatic bed. It was delivered and set up on time with no problems.

We love our beds. We do wish they were 1 bed, but we have been happy with our purchase. We purchased back in November 2010 and today 8/13/14 we thought we had a problem with one of the remotes as 1 of our beds would not go down. So we called Craftmatic and spoke with a wonderful lady, Tammy and she connected us to the Service Dept. which we ended up not needing. Tammy had asked if I had unplug the remote and I said yes not thinking, I did unplug the main part but as I got under the bed there were actually 3 plugs and I unplug all and was lucky to not have to wait 30 minutes. I put the bed back together and went to the remote and the bed went up and down with no problem.

I got tired sleeping in a lounge chair for 5 years and needed something that would sit me a little bit while I slept so that my back wouldn't ache. With the Craftmatic bed, I wake up in the morning without a backache and I don't wake up in the middle of the night because my back aches. I like it better because I can sit up when I need to plus I can keep my feet up without putting a wedge pillow under. I do that because I have foot circulation problems. Although I still use a pillow under my left leg once in a while. But I just like the way I can put both ends up and when I do I put the bottom all the way up.

The Craftmatic is for my wife and she's satisfied with it. Mattress-wise, it’s better than a hospital bed.

Two beautiful beds - put together to make one King-sized bed. My husband and I enjoy a very comfortable night's sleep. I would definitely recommend these beds to anyone - but most importantly to anyone with back problems - it is a tremendous help to both my husband and me to wake up rested and no back pain. One side of the mattress is hard - the other side when turned is soft - and we turn them occasionally. Also raising the legs helps my husband - he finds that position very comfortable. I also raise the legs on my side and it really feels good to wake up with no aches and pains.

I have had my full sized bed for almost one year. I would recommend this bed. Especially if you need to raise your head like I have to. I also have arthritis in my lower back and being able to raise my legs for while, it is really very comfortable.

Bed was purchased to help move my sick husband in and out of bed. It was very helpful. It is comfortable. We bought the Craftmatic mattress. Only negative with that mattress was only two choices of firmness. One side firm other side less firm. Perhaps someone would prefer a different mattress due to degree of choice in firmness.

I wouldn't trade my Craftmatic bed for anything. It's great and I'm really enjoying it. I sleep slightly elevated and it has made my sleeping much better. I'll be 79 in October so the comfort really makes a great difference. I have a little problem with swollen feet at times and having them elevated makes a difference. The massage is wonderful too when my back feels tight. It relaxes me.

We've had a Craftmatic bed for 37 years and recently purchased a new one. The product is excellent but I'm angry with the delivery service. They were late. We were told that we would receive a call two hours prior to our delivery. We did not. I was calling every number I could find for Craftmatic to try to find out where the delivery people were. Finally, we get a call after 4 o’clock. “Oh, we’re now in the Ogden area. We’ll be there just as soon as we can.” Well they got here at 5 after 5. They were supposed to deliver between 12 and 4... We order the bed from Craftmatic, but then they have somebody else deliver it. So it reflects poorly on Craftmatic.

I enjoy the Craftmatic adjustable bed. I have back problems. It helps with my back and I sleep better on it. I use the head and foot lifts. I like sitting up in bed to read. The sales representative was very good. When I called him and told him it didn't work he was very surprised. He said, "You're the first one that had that problem." I bought 2 of them and my daughter's worked but mine didn't. They sent out people twice to figure out what's wrong with it and finally took and replaced it. They still couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. The delivery team was very efficient. My grandkids like it so much they don't leave it alone.

My husband and I have always looked into buying a Craftmatic bed. We both have problems. We raise it at the head and the foot a little bit. It has helped a lot. We really enjoy it and we had a very nice experience with Craftmatic. They were out here three different times because of problems with the bed but it was good because they replaced.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed because we had another one and we liked it but it's about 12 years old now and we just wanted a brand new one. Now we get a better sleep. The old Craftmatic was really nice too. It was just getting old. Anyway, with the new one, we get to raise the head part. Also, my wife raises the feet part once in a while but I don't. By letting the head up, we get to sit and read and I like my head up when I'm sleeping. Before, I always had 2 or 3 pillows to get my head up.

I purchased a Craftmatic adjustable bed to help with my health. Well, my health hasn't improved but I can sleep now. I just couldn't lay down flat and that's why we got this one. I raise the head up every night to sleep, and then I use the massage on my back. The rep that I talked to was very knowledgeable and provided detailed description about the bed and answered all of our questions. That's one reason why we bought it: everything was answered. That's why there's no questions about it. Also, the delivery guys were great. They showed us how to use the bed and answered all of our questions. Overall, the bed helped me a hundred percent, being able to sleep and all that. It's a wonderful bed, a good product. If something happens to this one today, I'm gonna order another one right then.

I purchased an adjustable bed because I starting waking with a backache every morning. I LOVE my bed, no more back aches, I sleep more comfortably and I can adjust the bed.

My daughter-in-law did some research and she thought that Craftmatic looks like a good bed. I don't think it's cheaper than the other beds. So I ended up buying it. They're not twins because she said the twin was too small. So we got this two side-by-side beds. My husband has a hard time getting comfortable and we wanted something that could lift up without sitting in his chair all night. We had a good bed. It was just that we couldn't raise the head. We just needed it so he could sleep at night and he uses it every night. I use mine, too. I don't have a problem breathing at night but I raise the headboard anyway.

We bought our beds for my bad back and my husband's poor hips. We are so happy with our beds. I am able to move better and get up without pain. The bed did not cure my back, but I do wake up without pain in the morning. I like that I can put my feet up and put on the massage which really helps me to relax after a long day at the office. The manager that sold us the bed was easy to talk to and wasn't pushy or aggressive. I would highly recommend this bed to everyone and anyone even if you don't have any pain. We just sleep better!

We love Craftmatic. I love it. My husband doesn't let me adjust or do anything. He will not sleep with his head raised up or his feet. But as soon as he gets out of the bed in the mornings, I do some adjusting. And then we got one for Mr. ** and he absolutely loves it. It helped with his back pain. Our experience with them was wonderful. No problems whatsoever. We've had two of them now. We got one for us and one for Mr. **. And they did a super job.

We now have the King size bed (twin mattresses, extra long). We enjoy the fact that we can now adjust our beds individually and we have more room. It is more difficult to change the sheets and the massager seems to make more noise and does not feel as good as it did when we had the queen bed. Also, purchasing sheets is not as easy. However, we are pretty much please with our purchase.

I have back problems, and I was ending up in the hospital every month because I found out I can’t sleep in a flat bed. It was bad. I did try out a recliner to see if that type of position would be better, and it did help. And my next step was to buy an adjustable bed. I chose Craftmatic because it is a well-known name and I did check with others. It’s been good.

I was diagnosed with Primary progressive MS. I am totally wheelchair bound. I never go into remission like some MS people do. My legs & feet swell so my Craftmatic bed elevates my lower body to help while I'm sleeping. Before I used pillows to raise my legs, now after I lay down I use the controls for the bed to tilt my body to help the edema, plus I use the vibration which helps to relax me. It's been a blessing!

Great bed, really helped my neck.

I love my Craftmatic. I sleep better with it. I was sleeping in my recliner for the past 7 years and it's much more comfortable than the recliner. We had an ice storm on the day of the delivery and one guy wasn't friendly. My driveway was all ice and he wasn't going to bring it in but the younger guy that was with him laid the boxes that they opened on the ice so they could walk on it instead of the ice. It's also cheaper than half the price of any other bed.

I purchased a Craftmatic for somebody else because their health was failing and it was easier to get in and out of bed and elevate the legs for swelling purposes. The Craftmatic was so much better. We were very pleased. We like its adjustable feature, raising it and lowering it. Of course, we did have the massage unit on it which was very nice also.

I bought the Craftmatic for my mom and she loves it. It's wonderful. She just had knee replacement surgery a week ago and it's been a blessing keeping her leg elevated and everything she needs. She sleeps much better. She's had four back surgeries over the years and just had a knee replacement and it made a major difference in the quality of her life sleeping at night. Now, she can sleep throughout the night. Before, she was rolling, tossing, turning, getting up, couldn't get comfortable and slept three to four hours a night. She uses mainly the leg elevation and being able to put her back into that suspended mode as it takes a lot of the pressure off when she's having some pain.

We've owned a Craftmatic adjustable bed for a number of years and needed an upgrade. The main deal on this new one is the mattress. I like it and its feature where I get to raise the head and feet and the massage. We just called in and ordered it. The delivery team was okay, but they were late in every instance that we had it scheduled. That was not pleasing to us and I've talked to someone else about that previously on a similar survey. We had to schedule the delivery at least two different times and they weren't on time either way. But overall, Craftmatic is great.

The bed is a medical must for my mother whose head needs to be at a 30 degree angle while sleeping. In aiding her with recovery, I slept in the adjoining bed adjusting it to my needs. I had a great 20 nights on that bed, without the need of additional pillows. I am buying another bed to have in my home. Great service, great product!

The Craftmatic is great. I am extremely happy with it. My husband's mother used to own one and I got it for my husband because he’s ill and he sleeps really good in it. I raise it up and I raise the legs up too so he doesn't slide out the bottom. He likes the head adjusted for he can rest well. The only trouble I have ever had out of it is I started to raise it up one day and it started making this racket. I got him out of it, started putting it down, and it did the same thing. It wouldn't shut off, so I unplugged it. The sales rep called me to check on it, to see how everything was and I told her what happened. She told me to plug it back in, and take the remote and do it again, and see what happened. And it worked fine, it's working now. She gave me her name and number to call her if I have any problems.

To summarize, I'm satisfied. I haven't had a problem with it to this point in time. I only had it about 6 months or so. And it seems to be helping the condition that I have called simple reflux, where I get accumulation of phlegm. And I find it difficult sleeping at night if I sleep on my back. And I try to use a large pillow before I got the bed. I would recommend Craftmatic.

My doctor wanted me to get an adjustable bed and I had heard a lot about the Craftmatic. I sleep better on it. I like the mattress a lot better on my other bed but this one is alright. It is a little bit different but this is as firm as you can get. I use it mostly to raise my head up and down. I would recommend it.

This is my third Craftmatic. My husband and I both had extra long twins which we made up as a king. And after he died, I traded that in. One of my other relatives got the bed and I'm using a double bed. I miss my extra wide bed, but at any rate, I have enjoyed my Craftmatic bed. It does a good job and I'm going to stay with it probably the rest of my life. I'm pleased with the product and I have no problem with anybody knowing that I'm pleased with the product.

I don't sleep well at night. I haven't gotten used to the Craftmatic bed yet. It's harder than what I had been sleeping on. But everything else works fine, the massager and the quietness of the motors, and I'm very happy with it. I just wish that this mattress was softer. However when I put my hand on it and all, it seems to be softer. I bought new pillows and they helped.

I'm having trouble with Craftmatic. They did damage when they delivered the bed and they don't want to fix it.

Best bed I have. Fully satisfied with it. Would recommend to all. I have a dual king with controls for each side. All levels of elevation seem comfortable and especially since I have to elevate legs at times.

I have severe back problems and reflux disease. In the past, I could only sleep in one of two positions and I had been unable to sleep on my back, and I had to use two to three pillows to elevate my head. Now I can sleep however I would like and I also can lie in bed to read or watch TV. The bed is extremely comfortable and so easy to operate with the remote control. I would recommend this bed to everyone, not just people with health issues. Finally, I would also like to say how wonderful the customer representatives are that I have spoken to, in particular Nancy and Paula. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and they make you feel very special.

There's no comparison with the old bed that we had for about five years and with our Craftmatic - WE LOVE CRAFTMATIC! My husband and I both have back problems. My husband has problems with his legs. I use the raised head. He uses both the head and the feet.

My husband always wanted a Craftmatic bed. Since he had some medical issues, the doctor recommended that he not lay down flat at night. Until we purchased our new bed, he slept in a recliner. Now he can sleep in bed and get a good night of rest. He is now feeling refreshed when he gets up in the morning. And this is a bonus for me, because I enjoy reading in bed before going to sleep and this is much more comfortable for me than trying to lay flat and hold a book up.

I am happy with the bed. The only thing I have a problem with is finding twin xl fitted sheets that are not in a set. I have found some at bedbathandbeyond, but very limited colors. Thank you.

I'm very pleased with Craftmatic. My dad bought one about a year or two after Craftmatic came out. He had it for years before he passed away, and then it was passed on to me and it held up really good -- no problems with it. When he died in 1992, I had it for about five years after that. Now I got a new Craftmatic and I sleep a little bit better than what I used to. My back doesn't hurt as bad because I could raise or lower the bed. That's the one I use the most because I got acid reflux. It's a very good bed. And the Craftmatic sales rep and the delivery team were great. The guys were just super. Very nice gentlemen.

The Craftmatic is quite good. My ex-husband and I bought one back in ’77 as we both had problems with our back. I was going to the chiropractor a lot and he had been hurt in an accident and had had back surgery but he still had problems with it. Some of the problems that we had were taken care of with it and just old age finally caught up with me, as far as my back goes. I had back surgery in 2001 and used to have to sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees or if I slept on my back I had to have a pillow under my knees. With the bed, I was able to raise the foot level just a little bit and get my knees up a little bit and take the pressure off of the bad points. That’s what worked out for me and it worked well for him, too... it helped or we wouldn't have kept it.

We got the bed for my husband who is disabled. He's 100% military disabled. And he has had a Craftmatic bed practically ever since he got disabled. He got wounded in Vietnam in 1966 so he's had a Craftmatic bed for a long time and he just wouldn't have it any other way. He needs the Craftmatic bed so that he can have his feet and head raised and lowered because he can't get up and walk.

I purchased my 1st Craftmatic about 1996 and it was the best thing I ever bought. I called last year to find out about a new mattress and I was offered an exchange to the newest model for less than I had been able to purchase a mattress for. Sometimes the only reason I can get up in the morning is because I get a good night sleep.

Everything was perfect. My parents absolutely loved the bed and I would buy five more if I needed to. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was done just exactly as said. Delivery was timely and exactly as advertised and everybody was great. Customer service has been fantastic so I have no complaints whatsoever.

I purchased a new Craftmatic bed to replace my old Craftmatic double bed. I just called them up and ordered it. I got the new bed because my significant other couldn't sleep at the same angle I could so I got the twin beds. I don't sleep flat, never have. The extra-long ones are a lot better. My husband’s feet would hang over the double bed when I raised it up. You know you need that extra length. When the delivery team came and set up the bed, they were in and out of here and they moved the old bed into the other room for me and that was great.

I love my Craftmatic bed. It is comfortable and I sleep very well in it. When I had my ankle operated on I had to elevate it and it was very convenient to be able to raise the foot of my bed up so it would not swell. I would recommend for sure.

Craftmatic beds are the best. If you just don't feel good and you want your head up more than the rest of your body, it's great. I had a bad back and I thought it would help to have my legs up higher than my body. Since using the Craftmatic bed, I don't have the problem that I had before. It has really helped a lot. I like to adjust my head in different places and if I read or watch TV. It's hard for us to go stay in a motel when you got a nice bed. I just love it.

We decided to purchase a Craftmatic bed because we were in need of a new mattress. My husband has back problems and I have reflux. After purchasing the bed, I sleep up in a kind of sitting position every night. Because of the positioning, the back and the reflux have been much better. Compared to the old bed we had for at least 10 years, the Craftmatic is much better. I wish I got more like a Tempur-Pedic top mattress but I didn't, but I will in the future when we change those mattresses out.

I had heard a lot about Craftmatic. I need something to keep me elevated so I purchased it and what an improvement. There's no comparison with my older bed which was one of those sofa beds with the pullout. This one is great. Even my grandkids enjoy it. When they come up, I elevate it for them and they say, "This is living."

I have a lot of trouble with my back and when I wake up in the morning, my muscles would be sore and stiff and Id have a lot of pain in my back. I've been contemplating it for a long time; I just never thought I'd like to buy something that I couldn't see first, but it got to the point where it was just bothering me so badly that I said, I'm gonna try it. I knew I needed a mattress so I went shopping and I finally ended up with the one I had, but it wasn't doing anything good for me. I do like the feature of the bed that lets me raise the knees and the head.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed because I can raise them up and down and they're nice to look at, and I have to raise my head at night. It's really been a blessing to us because about two or three years ago, I went outside and broke my ankle, had to have plates and screws put in, and it was perfect to elevate the feet. I have serious health problems.... one being a severe curvature of the spine. I had surgery to straighten it in the 70's. When I slept on a regular bed, I could not stand up in the morning. My Social Worker recommended your bed when she learned I was sleeping in a recliner. I went online and shortly after, received a phone call from a terrific salesman. I have benign tumors in my hip and I’ve had two hip surgeries to remove over 400 tumors in two and a half years, and a knee surgery. I fell getting into my bed six weeks after my second surgery and further injured myself. So I told my husband I wanted a new bed because I couldn’t keep doing this, and I do not want to fall after my knee surgery which is coming up. He’s 6’2” and I’m 4’11” and the height of my old bed was 31 inches in the house and it came up to my pelvic bone the way it was. It was really, really high. It was a major problem.

I love my bed. It was wonderful for me after I had a hip replacement. It's great for reading in bed or for watching TV.

The Craftmatic bed has really helped us a lot because my husband has been really sick and it just come in really handy for him. The only thing I would even think about is we could use like a hospital bed that goes up and down because he had cancer and us working with him, it would have helped if we would have been able to adjust the bed a little higher.

It's a comfortable bed and it's my second one. I've had one before and what I've got now is better than what I had before. This has the gel cushion and it's more comfortable. What I like with the Craftmatic bed is the head elevation and the massage. I like sitting up in bed and watching TV and the massage really helps on my lower back.

Prior to using this bed, I was experiencing a high level of lower back pain on a daily basis despite medication. I had to do stretching exercises EVERY morning immediately after arising in order to move about with any degree of comfort. The very first morning after sleeping on my bed, I woke up rested and relaxed. I've been sleeping great ever since. The Craftmatic bed has allowed me to sleep for longer periods of time and I feel more rested and energetic throughout my day. I AM VERY SATISFIED with this gift to myself.

We love our beds, they are independent of each other but are beside each other, each one operates as a stand alone bed but we use a king sheet and comforter for the top. We would recommend Craftmatic Beds to anyone. The service we have received from Craftmatic has been very good.

I love my Craftmatic bed. I've had one for ten years and it went bad, so I got the newer one, and I really, really like it. It's a good product. I got the bed because of my health problems. It's just better for my back, so it helps. I also had to have a total knee replacement and Craftmatic makes it so much easier to get in and out of bed. If I have to elevate it, I can elevate it, which makes it nice. So it's a fantastic bed. I really like it. I also get to elevate my feet.

This is the third Craftmatic I've had in the past 20 years. The first Craftmatic, I got it because it was adjustable; I needed to sleep with my head up. They're good. I have no problems other than the mattress. Also, this most recent purchase has a call-in thing which I really don’t like -- the salesman just gave me the pitch over the phone. I already knew what it was but I prefer to talk to someone and try it out before I buy it.

I suffer with edema and being able to raise the foot of my bed helps so much. And it's so easy lay down and press a button on my remote. You can also raise the head and read comfortably in bed. Would definitely recommend this bed.

I have had nearly 20 years sleeping on my Craftmatic bed in South Carolina. I recently moved to New Mexico; bought a new home and the first item I purchased for the home was a new Craftmatic, twin, extra-long bed. Previous years of comfort on my Craftmatic bed made any other choice impossible. Special features like: rolling massage from head to feet and position memory make this bed a must. The low cost for the entire unit, plus mattress is less than any comparable bed out there. I am a retired, former Intensive Care Unit RN and would highly recommend this bed to any and everyone. Truly a bed for a lifetime!

We purchased a Craftmatic bed because my husband has got arthritis real bad, so I needed something where it would be easy for him to get in and out of. What has happened is I need to order a railing for the Craftmatic because the normal railing doesn't fit. I haven't done that yet, so he's not able to use the bed but I love it. We got the separate mattresses and I use it all the time. I have back problems and it seems like since I've had this, my back problems aren't nearly as bad as what they were.

I have had excellent sleeping arrangements with my Craftmatic bed. I’ve had the bed since 2005. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the bed all these years. Unfortunately, just like everything else, things have a tendency to break down once in a while. This year in April, the right side of the bed, for some reason it’s not working properly and I have not been able to get pictures of it to send in to the company for evaluation like I’ve been asked to do and I didn’t have $150 to have a technician come out and take a look at it. I haven’t had the money and I haven’t had any help here at the house to try to get pictures of the bottom side of the bed so it hasn’t been fixed yet.

We purchased the Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for my mother who recently moved to an assisted living facility. My mother is VERY difficult to please; needless to say we were concerned about her reaction when we did not move HER bed to the facility. Would you believe we've heard nothing but praise for her new bed. She tells us it is very comfortable, provides good support, she can adjust to a sitting position with comfort and watch TV or visit with others. This is truly a testament to a great bed coming from a person who has throughout her life been hard to please and very "picky".

I had a great experience with Craftmatic. I felt like I was dealing with a small-town company. They take good care of their people and it’s wonderful. And I love their bed - it’s my third one.

I had a back problem and I couldn’t walk, so I’d lay up in bed for almost a month. My sister-in-law who had Craftmatic bed in Texas told me this would really be what I need because I also need elevation. So I love it, I use it, it’s not cumbersome, it looks like a regular bed and it works beautifully. I have to keep my legs up at night, and it’s just terrific. Unfortunately it’s expensive but it’s so worth it. My girlfriend wants to get a good bed from three or four different people and she just keeps trying them but she couldn’t find a good bed. But this is a good one. This is better for me because I can get in and out of it easier, and if someone has problems like I have, this is perfect, and if you want to watch television sitting up and not have to move around too much. So it has a lot of pluses that regular beds don’t have.

I like the Craftmatic bed very much. I got one way back in the 70s but it was very, very good. I got a new one and this one is even better, so I'm very well satisfied.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed due to physical limitation. It fit the bill, filled the need, and to that extent, we're happy with the product.

This is my second Craftmatic bed and I really enjoy the position... I can get in and it's comfortable. If I want my head up, I can raise it up, and the vibration - it was awesome. The first one wore out as I had it for years, and so I decided I wanted another one. This is better and upgraded, and the control has no wires attached to it. I wouldn't sleep on another type of bed but this one I have.

I've had Craftmatic for 20 years and I have never had any problems at all with it. It helped me out when I had a double operation because I could bend it in the middle and rest there for a couple of days. It was beautiful for that. This is the fourth one and we've had a change of styles and sizes and we love it.

We love our Craftmatics. My husband raises the foot of his bed and I like the head raised slightly. This is the second set that we have purchased. When we purchased it, we moved the first set to our condo in the beach area of North Carolina's Outer Banks. The reliability has been outstanding and we have never experienced any problems. With the second set, we got the wireless remotes, that is an improvement for us. We are pleased with the changes in design and construction and are sure that we will continue to enjoy our Craftmatic beds.

Bed was delivered as promised set up no problem. We love the bed. No problems so far.

This is the fourth bed that my family has purchased from Craftmatic and the fact that we keep coming back shows that we love the bed. We've had good experience with them. I did have a problem with them with the massage motor but they came back and corrected it immediately.

My husband and I bought our adjustable bed in 1976-8, sometime in this period, I don't recall the exact date. I do know we both had problems with our backs. He had already had surgery on his back before we were married. This was a 2nd marriage for both of us. We saw an ad in the newspaper for an adjustable bed and we sent in our particulars and a salesperson contacted us and came to our home and we listened to him and bought the bed. It was a full size-extra long and it was delivered to a moving and storage company in our town of Enid, OK and we picked it up and discovered that the wooden part of the base had been damaged. Instead of sending it back, my husband bought some boards, built a new wooden frame for the bed and we were finally ready to try out our new adjustable bed.

I have a double size bed and I am pleased with it.

It was my husband's choice to buy a Craftmatic bed. He thought it would work for him but it didn't and now we're stuck with it. But when I used the bed sometimes, I raise it up but I like my old bed better. Sales rep was good until he told me to call him the day that we got the bed and he gave us his cell phone number. And I called him and he never returned the call. When the delivery team set the bed up, I noticed it has a gap between the headboard and the bed. So the pillows may fall of from the back of it which I don't like. I would not recommend them.

My husband was sleeping mostly in the lounge chair because he couldn't lay down flat so I decided that was enough of that. We had to have a decent bed for him so he could adjust it to fit him and that's why we got a Craftmatic. The people came and delivered it and set it up. They set it up as a king-size bed which didn't work too well for the pair of us so we had them separate 'em into twin beds and they've been working fine ever since.

I was sleeping in the recliner for a number of years. My back would hurt so bad in the morning. My legs started to get sores from the chair. After sleeping in the Craftmatic bed I feel better in the mornings. I am very happy with my Craftmatic bed.

I enjoy the Craftmatic. It works well, and I've learned a few things about it that I didn't know. I figured out a good way to put the sheets on it that's easier on my back. I had a girl friend that had one and she bragged about it so well it made me want to try it. She knew I had back trouble and figured it would help. And I don't have as much problem with my back as I used to have - I sleep better at night. Sales reps were very knowledgeable and the delivery people were very nice. It was a bad day when they had to deliver, but it didn't deter them from doing their job and they did a very nice job on it. I'm very glad I purchased it. It's just a good set of mattress.

My husband was sick and he had to prop up a lot so we were looking for a bed that would help him prop up. And this Craftmatic is awesome. For the first hundred days we had it, every day about a hundred times a day, he'd say how much he loves his new bed. We mostly use the sit up and recline feature of the bed. We love the bed and the service is great. The company was knowledgeable and helpful but I'd never recommend their product until they quit advertising with Rush Limbaugh.

I couldn't be happier with my Craftmatic bed. After trying the Tempur-Pedic and Sleep Number, I had all but given up and was going to have to just live with the sore back. I am so happier I tried the Craftmatic - I could see the results in just two to three nights, and I have been happy ever since.

I have been unable to sleep on my back due to injury from an auto accident in 1967. A drunk driver ran a red light and hit my car in the driver's door. He was driving 70-75 mph. I had about 10 surgeries and I was unable to work for 3 years. Since we received the bed, I have been sleeping on my back. It has helped with my lower back pain. It feels great.

I’m 81. I had both knees replaced; my foot had bad surgery where I had a bad fracture. I also had both shoulders replaced. I purchased a Craftmatic bed because I figured, even in my condition, I can raise it up and it would be easy for me to get up and down from this bed. Plus, when I watch television, I don’t have to prop pillows up behind me.

I received what I ordered. When I ordered it, I was given an option of ordering a return which saved me money. My Mom loves her bed.

My sister-in-law gave me the Craftmatic bed. It is different from my old bed and is a lot more comfortable and you can adjust it going up and down, the head or the feet. I like using the head part. I like the bed. It's very, very comfortable.

We purchased a Craftmatic bed because we both have health problems. The salesman was fine but the guys who set it up didn't know what they were doing. The roller, not the massage, didn't work or we didn't know how to work it. We called them and they sent somebody else out. He didn't know any more than we did. Three different people were out and it still didn't seem to work right on that. This lady that called us the other day told us that we should be doing something different. She told us what to do, and now it worked. Nobody else told us that. We like it, except our little dog is scared to death of it. She sleeps with us and wouldn't come in the room when it's running, so we don't use it a whole lot. But when we use it, we like it.

I've heard of the Craftmatic’s advertisement back in the 70's. I decided to try it. The main reason I bought it is I like the adjustment part of it. I've got Parkinson's disease and getting in and out of bed, I think it would help me doing that. To tell you the truth, I have told the sales representative several different times. So it would benefit me and - no need to say it - sometimes it benefits somebody else when I'm gone. So I've felt like the bed will benefit and I wanted to try it and I did and I enjoyed it.

I needed something because I’d have to get up and hobble around for a while, sit in a chair and try to sleep in the chair for an hour or two, and then go back to bed. Sometimes I had to do that twice in the night.

The new Craftmatic Adjustable Bed is very comfortable. I am elderly and have severe back problems, but I am able to adjust my bed to meet my needs and help relieve my pain. The bed is very sturdy. I have attached a bed rail, which I purchased from a Craftmatic-recommended vendor, and they work wonderfully, too.

My husband and I both have bad backs and we needed a new bed so we purchased Craftmatic. I use the back rest a lot. David, my husband, uses the leg rest. Once a while, we do use the massager and we like it. The bed helps a lot especially if my back really is hurting me. We love our Craftmatic bed. The delivery went really smoothly. They came in and had it set up in no time. It was quick faster than a jack rabbit on a date. They told us they were going to take away our old bed and they took out the old mattress but wouldn't take away the old bed frame or the memory foam. When my back was still awful, we had a lot of memory foam toppers on there. But they carried them down to the front porch.

I have a normal experience with Craftmatic. I've had it, I've used it every night. It's comfortable and I'm glad I bought it. The only drawback is that they don't come with the headboard. I had to go find a headboard and somebody to put it on.

I do like the bed. It took a while to get used to. I would recommend this to a friend.

Very, very happy with it. After surgery, I came from rehab in a nursing home and this bed does everything that the bed in the nursing home did. It's actually easier to handle. I do have a problem with my legs and feet because I'm diabetic and I get edema so I put the foot of the bed up and by morning, the swelling has gone down. You can't just beat that one. So we talked about it and my daughter made the purchase over the phone for me while I was in the nursing home and they rushed it right out and the bed was waiting for me when I got here which was a blessing. I'm very pleased with the service. I'm just very happy with it.

I'm sleeping better now than since I was a teenager. Great bed!

I’d recommend Craftmatic Beds. It helped me quite a bit. My doctor recommended that I'd sleep upright as much as possible because of my acid-reflux disease and it works pretty good.

In 1999, I bought my first Craftmatic bed because of an advertisement on television. Then I just loved it so much. But my kids jumped on the end of it and kind of weakened the frame; it was 15 years old. First, I thought about getting another mattress and then I thought, 'No, it's not the mattress.' So I ordered a new one.

After my husband got ill and passed away I thought I should get myself and adjustable bed. I couldn't sleep in a bed before so I was sleeping on the couch. It was awful. Nobody could understand it, and I said I just can't sleep flat at night. So I was trying to sleep on a couple of pillows and it wasn't working out. Years ago, I lived up in Pennsylvania and my sister-in-law and my brother-in-law had a great big King-sized Craftmatic. So I did sleep in one a long time ago. Now that I have one, I can sleep fine. I just use the back part, adjust it.

I chose Craftmatic beds, number one because of the price, quality and I like the idea of being able to adjust. And of course, when you have a sprained leg or a broken leg, you can raise your legs right there. It's the best. I love it. Comparing it with my old bed... we're talking about a Cadillac versus a Volkswagen! The only problem is you have to take special sheets and prices were terribly high. I got really taken on that one because they only gave me 300 threads. You go to Bed and Bath, they have that same thing for about the same price and it's 600 threads. But other than that I'm really happy with Craftmatic, 100%. They're a fantastic organization. They're the best. I always recommend people for Craftmatic. I've been doing it ever since I bought it. They can't go wrong with Craftmatic -- the customer service, the quality is all there. It beats all the other brands. You might have to pay a couple of more bucks but in the long run, it's 100% worth it.

My experience with Craftmatic was really good. They were nice. I would recommend them.

I have been having a lot of trouble with my back. That was hurting me quite a bit and I can't say that it fixed the problem but at least I rest better because my feet can be lifted and it sort of takes the pressure off of my back. That's the main reason why I got Craftmatic but I need a miracle to fix my back. Before Craftmatic, I had a bed that doesn't have the adjustments so I don't care for that although I had a wonderful bed. It's a real, nice comfortable bed and like I said I got it for my back so this is helping a little bit. I use the feet and I do lift my head up a little bit.

I really enjoy Craftmatic because I have a back problem and I can adjust everything. I like it real well.

We love our Craftmatic bed. My husband had esophagus and stomach cancer so he cannot sleep lying down, that's why we got an adjustable bed. We didn't have to put him in a hospital bed in another room. We could share our bedroom. I've had some issues too so I put my head and feet up a little. When I'm really, really tired and I've been on my feet a lot, I just go in there and put my head and feet all the way up and just lie there. I just love it.

Great bed..... little low and needs pad to fill in between bed and head board.

My husband had to have his leg amputated above the knee and he could not get comfortable in any position at all in the bed or whatever so one day he just called and ordered Craftmatic and it's been great. It's different. Also they had very, very knowledgeable sales representatives and the delivery team was great. They were hilarious. They knew what they were doing and they came in and did their job and we talked and they took the old mattress out and I said 'I have nowhere to put this' and he said 'Let me take it.' So he took it with him. He said somebody might want it or whatever so he totally did everything which was great.

Great delivery, instructions, and bed. Always willing to help if an issue were to come up. Nice & friendly people. Great bed.

I couldn't sleep flat and I have to have my head elevated. That's why I chose the Craftmatic and I've had one before for a long time. The sales representative was very good and very helpful and the delivery team was excellent. It was an outstanding experience.
