I am enjoying my bed. It helps me to get the good night sleep that is hard for me to get in the regular standard bed.Iit's hard for me to get in and out of a standard bed. Craftmatic is much easier to get in and out of.

Everything has been great with Craftmatic. It was purchased for my husband and we've been very satisfied with it. I like raising up the foot and the head if I'm in bed reading. It's an excellent experience.

We purchased a Craftmatic bed. My wife was the main reason we got the bed. She sleeps better now. We always use the head position adjustment because my wife has acid reflux. It's been a great experience.

I purchased Craftmatic and I wanted to try sleeping sitting up to see if that would help. It seemed to help me quite a bit. Compared to my old bed, the Craftmatic is much better. I usually sit up so I can read before I go to sleep. I’m suffering with fluid retention and that helps quite a bit if I sleep with my legs slightly raised up. As for my experience with the sale representative, it was good. It was low key and not high pressure. The delivery team was good and efficient. They came and didn’t create any disruption and got it done very quickly.

Our experience with the Craftmatic has been very good. We got a second Craftmatic about less than a year ago because there were some features we liked about the new one that our old one didn't have. And we had our first one about 25 years. So we thought it was about time that we replaced it. The mechanism was getting old and there were some things that didn't work on it. Rather than trying to get it rebuilt, we thought we're better off getting a new one. It worked out very well but when they delivered it, there was a part missing and they seemed to be in an awful great hurry to get out of here. They were going to leave it. One of the legs was missing, one of the things that hold one of the beds up off the ground. They said it’s going to be a couple of days before it could be finished and they were going to leave it here on the floor, not up off the floor, but with the legs under. I didn't think that was very good but I got nowhere with them.

I love the bed. I don't know why anybody would have anything else other than a Craftmatic bed. It makes sense to me but I've had one before I had this so I really fell in love with them when I first heard about them. The first one I had lasted me about 20 years and I knew that if anything happened to that one, you gave me good service. I knew when I got another bed it would be another Craftmatic and that's what I bought. The new one, the remote is quiet. I had no problem with the remote for the first one but it makes a little sound. My neighbor that's upstairs could hear it but I enjoyed it. But this bed has that whisper soft motion and I like that. And I use all of its features.

Craftmatic called in and then I started dealing and a different guy told me I don't buy what they ask. You do them down about half so I take them down a bunch and then I bought it. For 3 years I had an air mattress. I hated it deeply. It was Select Comfort I had and I didn't like that at all. I'd wake up with a back ache or sore hips. If I propped it up, my hips hurt. If I let it down, my back hurts in the morning. But this foam bed, we love it. A friend of mine went from a foam mattress to an air. He went to air at the same time that I went to foam and I talked to him the other day and I said, “You like your air?” He says, “I hate it”. He's ready to go back to foam. I’d recommend Craftmatic but any electric elevated bed with a foam mattress could be the same. I'm not putting it above any other elevated bed. It's the first electric elevation bed I've had. I like it and I'm very satisfied.

This is our second Craftmatic bed. We've been having Craftmatic beds for more than 20 years. We got the new one last year because the direct wire remotes and the motors didn't work anymore and the new one has the wireless remotes. We use the elevated head and the vibrators almost all the time. It's soothing and we both have bad backs so it helps. Also the reps did whatever we wanted done and everything was done without any problem at all. When the delivery team came here, they put the bed together and left, and everything was fine. We've just been happy with it for all the years that we've had them. It's a comfortable bed and we get a good night's sleep with it.

I have acid reflux real bad and I was wanting to get a bed that I could raise the top of it up so I decided to buy a Craftmatic bed. Their sales rep was real nice and he explained things real good to me. The price was good. The delivery team was good. They were fast. They had that bed up in no time at all and explained things to me about it, the features, and use one of those plug-ins. It's a lot better since I had the bed. It's a lot better than my old bed. I often raise the top up but I have found out that it really helped. Overall, it was a good experience.

The Craftmatic salesman that we talked to got the price down to where I could afford it so I decided to get one. The sales rep was great. Originally I called and the price was too high for me. He was able to work with me and get me a bed that somebody had bought and then decided they didn't want it or something like that but they took off hundreds of dollars to where I could actually afford to get one. Also the delivery was good. I did ask for the cups under the wheels or whatever it is they supply. They weren't there but other than that, it's no big deal. So everything was fine. Now I snore less. The bed's more comfortable than what I'm used to. This new bed's a lot better. I raise the head up a little bit to where it's easier to sleep. And once in a while I use the massager. Overall it was a good experience from beginning to the end.

I was very happy with Craftmatic. For about 3 years now, when I went to bed to sleep at night, I'd have a little indigestion. A little stomach air. And it would sometimes keep me awake up to 2 hours at night. So my son in-law thought that I should try a second pillow. I didn't follow his advice right away, but I finally did. And immediately I found that once I put in the second pillow under my head, the gas disappeared within a minute or two.

I have been very happy with my purchase of my king-size split Craftmatic automatic adjustable bed. I am 51 years old. The elevation at my feet helps immensely. I honestly wish I had bought this 20 years ago. I got the mattress with the cooling gel mixed in and found that I have far fewer night sweats than my old flat mattress. Set up and delivery went smooth, they were in and out within 30 minutes. And actually put up with my Finnic any news of changing the legs from 3 inches to 4 inches even after it was all set up. The higher the bed the easier it is to get out of bed.

We owned our old bed for about three years. It was considered a new bed but my husband was terribly uncomfortable on it. I also have Multiple Sclerosis; I could not sleep on it at all because it's tender all the time so I needed something with more comfort. We made to choose Craftmatic because we heard that Craftmatic would help people with severe back problems. Also my husband has acid reflux and it has helped him tremendously at night. I use head elevation the most and so does my husband. We also use the feet elevation. We went and tried other adjustable beds so that we could get the best fit with the Craftmatic and we're very pleased.

I owned my old bed for 12 years. I chose to purchase a Craftmatic bed because of the history of the company and the quality of the bed frame along with the customer service. Paula the sales rep was amazing as well as Peter, very helpful. The delivery and the setup of the bed went smoothly. The delivery company that they sent was topnotch, quick and efficient, kind, helpful. It’s a great company and I'd recommend them. You get what you pay for.

I have severe acid reflux which was terrible and back problems and I needed an adjustable bed and Craftmatic seemed the way to go. They have been around forever and that’s who I wanted to get, somebody who’s been around and used a lot. So I bought from them and they were all very nice and friendly and very helpful. The bed is good, heaven-sent, wonderful! But I had a problem with the mattress that I first got and they exchanged my mattress with no problem at all and there was no extra charge. They brought it and set it all up and it worked out very well.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed because of its ability to raise and lower the head and feet area for better comfort. I like the head elevation and massage features. The bed is fantastic. It's comfortable. Customer service is wonderful and even give you little hints. The sales reps were fabulous and couldn't do enough to please me. They were very good. We needed extension legs and in no time at all, after I made the phone call, they had sent them out and it was no problem at all. They were very cooperative and very good at answering any and all questions. The whole experience was fantastic.

I've had Craftmatic before and I love it. I wouldn't have anything else. I had purchased it way back in 1999 mainly because of my back, my husband's legs and reflux. I bought a new one. The old one was good but the new one is much better. I like the material being memory foam and it stays in place. I mostly use the head and the legs feature because I can't sleep flat and my legs swell. My experience with the sales representative was very good and the delivery team was excellent. I had an excellent experience with Craftmatic and I think it's the number 1 bed.

I've been having back trouble and a bad time sleeping. I saw the ad on TV so I called Craftmatic about it and I'm really satisfied with it. I get along a lot better since I've been using it. I usually set the head and the feet up a little bit. With the head up, I don't have any trouble. I was real satisfied with their sales rep and I understand he was originally a Canadian and so was I. The delivery team was fine, too. I'm really satisfied with Craftmatic and I tell people about it, too.

We bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed in 2004 and we really like it so we just decided to get new one. It's the most comfortable bed we ever had. We use the head elevation feature the most. Also when I had my knee replacement surgery, I really used it with the way we could put it up and down and it really helped me.

We have had Craftmatic bed before and I knew it was what I needed for my daughter. That's the only kind that I could use for her because I need to adjust the legs and change her position at times and it helped me to do that.

Their prices were reasonable and their employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and supplied information that was very useful. Everyone from the salesperson to the actual deliverymen were very helpful, they gave me a lot of information that I needed. They were very easy to deal with. They were professional. The representative named Paula is a wonderful employee, full of information, bubbly personality and very thorough in covering everything. She was able to remind me of some things that I had forgotten about, especially flipping my mattress.

We needed another bed. We have not noticed any positive changes since using my Craftmatic bed. I am sleeping the same. The bed is fine. I use the raising of the head feature the most because I watch TV at night. Sales representative was fine, I bought it over the phone. Delivery team was fine, too.

When I'm in bed I needed to raise my body up. With Craftmatic I have better circulation in my legs now because I use both the head and leg elevation. Although they had to make about 4 different deliveries. Each time they came, the mattress or the box spring was torn so on the fourth try, I finally got one that didn't have a tear in it. We had a lot of problem starting out but they've got straightened around. Everything was fine.

In 1993 we purchased our first Craftmatic and I just replaced it this year, I'm also getting older. I fall periodically and hurt a knee and it's good to be able to prop myself up one way or the other. The new one's much better because the old one was connected with a telephone-like wire that eventually broke and it made a lot of noise. This one's totally wireless and it makes no noise whatsoever.

The Craftmatic bed has a very good mattress, especially the second one. I mostly use the head elevation.

I have some friends that have talked about Craftmatic bed and so I just looked into it and bought it without anybody suggesting I buy it. I like it very much. I find I don't have backaches anymore. I raise the head every day and sleep with the head elevated. I'm very pleased with my Craftmatic.

We had owned one for years as a matter of fact, 30 some years ago, and when it wore out we decided we had tried other beds, none of them suited us, we wanted a new Craftmatic, and that’s what we did. We bought a new Craftmatic and we are tickled to death with it. It's my favorite bed, the only one I really enjoy sleeping in. The bed is fantastic and any time you need help, you can always call Craftmatic. They will be glad to help you. I really enjoyed talking to them. It was wonderful.

Great customer service. They've been around forever and I felt like I could trust them. They made sure that I got everything that I was supposed to get. They came, set up everything and took the old bed out for me, no problems at all. The Craftmatic bed is actually for my father. So I needed a bed for him that was more like a bed that had a head that elevated and the feet were elevated. At first it was hard for him to figure out what to do but other than that it was only a matter of a week or two. He loves the bed now and uses both the head and the feet every day.

I am handicapped, so I’m in my bed 24 hours a day. I’ve never bought an inexpensive bed so I’ve had some pretty expensive beds, and once I got them home and I laid down on them, I regretted the purchase on one or two of them. But with my Craftmatic bed, I knew it was for me the minute I got in it. To be in bed so long, you’d expect bedsores. But the Craftmatic is just so comforting. I love the adjustability and the mobility of the bed. My little grandson hopped on the side of my bed the other day and sat with me, and he goes, “Oh wow, is this bed comfortable.”

I have back problems and everybody that I have spoken to suggested the Craftmatic was good in relieving the back pressure and I found it to do so. It's really, really good. Relaxing, very comfortable. I sleep like a little baby. If you don't have one, you should get one.

I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed because I've used one for 20 years and it's really good for my body. It's very good to massage my body with it. It really makes me feel better. The newer beds are made completely different than the older beds and I was so used to the older bed that I'm having to adjust to the new one. But other than that, everything else is good. They were always very nice, always tried to do things to please me, to help me to be satisfied with the bed. So I truly appreciate how nice they are and I would recommend them.

I love the fact that I could sit up in bed and read at night so I bought it. I had to spend almost a year in bed with cancer and the Craftmatic was the best thing that I had ever purchased. I would definitely recommend it. If you are ill and have to spend time in bed, it’s wonderful. Also, the massage is great. It's a wonderful thing to have.

I decided to purchase a Craftmatic adjustable bed because of their commercials and reputation. They have great customer service, attention to details and persistence to follow up. Their sales representative was excellent. I definitely like the bed. It is very comfortable and very good for me. I use the features for elevating the head and the heat a lot. Also, interaction with the sales representative was excellent. I don’t need another bed but I would buy another one from them if I did.

Craftmatic is a good product and I'm enjoying it. I got issues with my back and the bed helps me out quite a bit. I used the ambulatory feature where you can lift the legs and back up and down. Experience with the delivery team has been good.

I wanted a bed that would adjust on the head and the foot both so I decided to get a Craftmatic adjustable bed. I sleep good on it and it works well for me. I sleep on my back and my foot and head is elevated - that way I get to sleep. I had a service man come in one time and do a little service work on it and he was really good. I have no complaints at all about them. I would recommend Craftmatic.

My father owned a Craftmatic bed, and I always liked it. I decided my next bed would be one of those, so I bought it. I like the idea that the foot of the bed goes up. And I like the fact that I can adjust it because I have a bad back. My experience with the sales representative, Rick, was really gung ho at first. And then when I called him back because there was a couple of problems, he was like a totally different person. He was less helpful and never returned my phone calls, never followed-up or got back with me.

We've got them for years and this is our second set. Overall, they’ve been good. Years ago, I was having lots and lots of back trouble and I thought maybe the Craftmatic bed would help, although it really doesn't. But since we've got it, I've got used to them. I didn't like it, but my husband loves his because he's blazing it all day long, sits up and watches TV. I have it up just a little bit at time, but most time I leave mine flat. Sometimes at night, I put the feet up because I have a lot of trouble with swelling in my feet. But when I get up the next morning though my legs hurt. I can’t keep it up all night, it makes my legs hurt and my lower back. I do better bending forward and not leaning partway back. So I don’t use mine a lot.

I broke my back and I was having to sleep on the recliner. I didn’t want to sleep on the recliner so we purchased a Craftmatic bed. The sales rep was very good and the delivery people were very knowledgeable, very fast and efficient in what they were doing.

My Craftmatic bed is wonderful. I have a little back problem and I'm very pleased with the bed. I'd prop up the head and feet and sometimes fall asleep that way. However, I didn't have a good experience with one of the delivery guys who acted like he had a fight with his girlfriend. He was not professional but he did get the job done. But the important experience for me is liking the new bed. I'm 93 years old and I needed a good bed.

My adult daughter is physically disabled and spends the majority of her time in bed. She is so pleased and grateful to have the Craftmatic adjustable bed as it adjusts to her special needs of having her head and back raised as well as her legs. I was looking to replace my mother's old bed with one that has sides she can grab a hold of and Craftmatic had what I needed. They made it easy for me to get it and it's a lot nicer with its feature of being able to raise the feet portion of the bed. Everybody at Craftmatic has been great. I bought a Craftmatic bed to replace the one we had about 20 years ago. The frame had broke and it cost too much to fix it, so I just got rid of it. I've also just been in the hospital for two years in and out, and I had six different surgeries. I like the idea that I can adjust the bed. I can lift the feet up and it helps a lot. I just love my Craftmatic bed. I'd definitely recommend them.

We decided to get a Craftmatic adjustable bed for my husband so he could roll his side up and I could still sleep on my side. He wanted to sleep more sitting up than lying down. We're satisfied with our Craftmatic bed and we both sleep a little bit better. We had a good experience dealing with their reps and the delivery guys were both very nice and set the bed up in no time. We would definitely recommend Craftmatic.

We had a Craftmatic for 14 years. We wanted to update it so bought a new one which is a lot better all the way around. I’d recommend the Craftmatic. We like it real well or we wouldn't have bought it. But I wasn't too happy with the way they fastened it when the guys brought it and set it up. I can throw my pillow down between the headboard and the head of the mattress. I just went ahead and redone it myself. Other than that I was wondering why they sent a set of twin sheets, no pillowcases, but the other time they sent us the whole thing...

I chose the Density/Plush mattress with variable massage and a wireless remote! It was a big step up from a Craftmatic I had for 25 years or more. I couldn't be happier with this new model. I use the firm side of the mattress which I like and the remote raises and lowers the bed with absolutely no noise. Everyone I have been in contact with this company have been professional, polite, and helpful.

We purchased a Craftmatic bed because we've already had one. I like to use the reclining part but they lied about the vibrating. They say it’s whisper quiet but it's not. The delivery person was awful. I just had my house painted the day before and the delivery man was hitting our walls. It was his last day of work. Overall, we love our bed but there's a problem. Our old bed, the bottom of it was made unto the bed and on the new one, if you go to pull the bed off them they'll come out and you'll bust your tail falling backward. They do not stay in here. That delivery guy was very unprofessional.

I just purchased my second Craftmatic bed. The new one is more streamlined, the functions are about the same. I always use the vibration and the up and down features because my feet swell and also it's just a very relaxing situation when I turn on the vibrator. It soothes me. The delivery went very smoothly. They came in and set it up and turned the controls over to me. It was a good experience. I even talked with the manager or the president and told him that I would like to tell the world about it. If he could have me on TV, I would like to tell the world the great experience that they're missing if they don't have one.

My experience with the sales rep was very positive. A gentleman over the phone. The guys that delivered the bed were great too. We were very happy. My husband has gerd and has less acid reflux now since using the Craftmatic. Our old bed was a king size but was a flat, didn’t go anywhere so it didn’t help the gerd any.

My Craftmatic bed helps me. I elevate the head portion of the bed most of the time. This one is a little bit firmer than the mattress we have in Texas. Both of them are a foam mattress, but this one has a little more gel in it. However, the one side of this bed keeps losing its memory and I have to reprogram it. I had to do it probably I'd say at least a half a dozen times since it was installed. I called for this to end. Nobody ever called me back so I was a little disgruntled about that. One feature I think would improve the bed is extending vibration the full length of the sleeping area. If they do put vibrators in the lower portion, I'd be interested too. I've already recommended Craftmatic to several friends.

We had a question re a rebate we felt we were due and Paula was so helpful and assisted me in a professional and timely manner to resolve the issue quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We love our beds and I do really feel that without them, my husband's recovery from recent rotator cuff surgery would have been much longer and more difficult. He was able to sleep in the bed right away. He also has had two back fusion surgeries and the adjustable feature allows him to easily get in and out of the bed. This purchase was the best thing we could have done to allow both of us to sleep well.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed because I'm a previous owner. It’s a good bed and we enjoy it. The sales representative was very helpful and I was very happy with him. It was a good experience. I only had problems with the delivery people. Anyway, this new model is better and the mattress is a little thicker and nice. And I like to sit in bed and read. I recommend it to anybody who is thinking about having an adjustable bed. It’s a very good product. I'm a repeat customer and that speaks volumes.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed I in 2005 and I decided I needed a new mattress for it. When my nephew came, we were going out to look for one but I got my records out from that purchase so we decided to call. And when using the new bed doesn't make many changes because it does what the old one did. The bed is also a little too tall for me. I had one of those toppers for the other mattress and I put it on and it made the bed so high, I had to take it off. And the bed kept rolling around. I kept trying with Walmart to get the little cups put under the bed rollers. I had a guy working in here for me and he found them at Lowes, and he put them on yesterday evening. It was a big difference cause every time I try to get in the bed, the bed rolls some. Every time you made the bed, had to put it back in place. When they bring those beds out they should bring some of those little rubber cups to put under the rollers.

My bed is wonderful except I don't know how to operate it because I have not received instructions on it.

The initial installation went smoothly just as scheduled. Since installation my wife's back problems have eased, and our nightly sleep has become much more restful.

We had a real good bed before but we needed an elevated bed because of my wife. I looked up in the Internet and Craftmatic beds were highly rated so I bought one. I also got a real good price on it and that's enjoyable. I use the vibrator and elevate the head a little bit. It's a little more comfortable. When I'm on my back, I raise my head. When I'm on my side, I flatten it out. I would recommend it.

My husband was having difficulty getting in and out of bed. I thought maybe the Craftmatic would be the solution so we purchased one. He doesn't have much luck getting in and out of the Craftmatic bed either, but still it's more comfortable. He uses the raising the head feature often because he has a bad back and when he lays flat. Raising his head up takes the pressure off his back. It's a very nice bed and my husband really, really does like it. So I'm very pleased that we decided to get it for him. If a friend of mine ever said they were having problems with their bed, I'd certainly recommend it.

We needed a bigger bed and I got some back problems so when I saw the advertisement on TV, it looked good to me and we decided to buy it. I'm sleeping much better now and I don't wake up with as much back pain as I used to. My old bed was a top quality bed but we just woke up stiff and sore in the morning so we decided we'd try something else. We talked to a very nice sales rep. He was a little hard on the sell. I'm sure that's his job. But he was very pleasant and very polite. The delivery team got our old mattress and did a switch around. The only thing is I wish the feet went a little higher on it. But other than that I'm very pleased with it. I'm satisfied with the quality of the bed. It does all they promised it would do and I can't seem to replace it with another bed at any time. Probably one of the best beds I've ever slept on.

I love Craftmatic and I've had it for years. The last bed I purchased is my second one. My first one didn't have a remote control but I loved that bed and I love this new bed too. I mostly raise the head part to watch TV and go to sleep. I never had any problems with Craftmatic. I enjoy it and I recommend it to my friends.

I have MS and was struggling getting out of bed and I have swelling in my lower legs and feet. So I bought the Craftmatic because the flexibility of the positions was going to be a plus for me (old bed was comfortable but it didn't do the mechanical things that I needed). So far I've been very pleased with the Craftmatic except that I use the repositioning feature so much and it's not anchored well enough so it shifts around quite a lot. I understand from the person that did call me from Craftmatic that their customer service department deals with that but they haven't reached out to me yet so I need to follow up on that. That's been the only negative, everything else has been an excellent experience.

I love my Craftmatic bed. I've already recommended them to some of my friends. Everyone was great and everything went well. The delivery guys went over everything, explained to me how this thing worked and showed me how to take care of the bed. I just had surgery so I decided to get the bed.

I've had Craftmatic for close to 40 years and I just got another one because I just got out of the hospital and I couldn't walk. I was having a lot of trouble with my back and I had to quit but I could sleep comfortable on it. I could raise the foot and the head. I just love the feature of raising it up and down. The two delivery men brought it in, took my other one and put it in the garage and they were nice and good. They seemed to know what they were doing. I have recommended them several times and still would.

I have nothing but good experience with my Craftmatic. I had a water bed once and it was really nice to rest and sleep on. But I always had to worry about that water may be leaking and doing all that kind of thing, so I couldn't really rest from doing that. But still the water bed never did reach the plateau of what the Craftmatic bed is. I've got so many things wrong with me. Craftmatic is not exactly gonna totally cure you, but it helps.

I had owned Craftmatic before. I bought them in California and I moved them out to Houston with me. Then my husband wanted to get rid of them. Once he passed away, I got me some more. The first mattresses I got weren't firm enough so they exchanged them and got me the ones that are firm enough. I like raising my head up and my feet. The sales rep was good, he was all over the phone. The delivery team was also good. They set the bed up and moved the old bed into another room for me.

My son bought a Craftmatic bed for me because there are so many things wrong with me. I have a very bad back. I had five back surgeries and I’m 80, almost 81 years old. I really love the bed. I sleep like a rock in it. But when I try to get up, I'm a little bit leery because I got the railing on the side of the bed, but I just don't have the strength to lift myself. I had to have the rescue squad come and get me yesterday because I couldn't get up. After I laid for 11 hours, I finally got hold of the rescue squad and they came and put me back up. But overall, I love the bed and if you don't have one, get one.

My husband was having a hip replacement. We wanted a bed that could raise our knees up and raise him up to get in and out of the bed several weeks after his surgery. There was a special promotion at another mattress store, but I heard great things about Craftmatic customer service, so we went with the Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. The sales rep was very good. He explained everything in detail. I had a lot of questions afterwards, and when I called him and asked the questions by leaving a message, he called me right back and dealt with me. They had very, very good service.

I was due for a new bed. The one I had was over 30 years old and I was having back problems and didn't want to exacerbate it more. I was looking in the phone book and the first name I talked to was Craftmatic. I checked with other places locally, but they didn’t offer that much. So I called Craftmatic and spoke to a gentleman named Mel who was a gentleman. He advised me that they were trying to get rid of some of their stock so I could save some money. We decided I'd buy it. The delivery team was gentlemen. They came in here, took my old bed out and installed this. They gave me a pamphlet and they instructed me how to use it and it was good.

No problems with the bed except when the electricity has gone out twice since I got bed. Can a backup system be added on future beds?

My wife had a stroke and is paralyzed on her right side. She had trouble sleeping. With this bed she can adjust it for maximum comfort. With this bed we both are a lot more comfortable.

It's fantastic. I really like it, but my wife is not wild about it. The first time she got on it, she hit the thing and she fell out of bed. And the other night, she was laying on the bed (the mattress must have rolled or something) and she went to get up, her arm got stuck in there. But I really like it. I had surgery and stuff and I have to sleep on an angle around 40 degrees. It’s the most comfortable thing I've ever had. Craftmatic is really good to have. I've told my friends about it.

The price of the Craftmatic bed made me purchase it. Since using it, we are sleeping much better than we did on our old bed, which wasn’t adjustable and as comfortable. I bought the Craftmatic bed. I needed to have my feet and head elevated. The sales representative that I talked to was very good, my experience with them was very positive. The delivery team was very efficient and very professional. The one problem I had is I can't seem to lock the wheels. Someone called me and I told them about my mattress sliding to the side. It's got a brace that won't come off the foot. But they sent me a pad to put underneath the mattress between the mattress and the frame, and that stopped a lot of that sliding sideways. Craftmatic is a great bed.

I had a Craftmatic bed before and had it almost 40 years. I have been very pleased with it. I have had two back surgeries and also have a hiatal hernia so I bought it for health reasons and relaxation. I've enjoyed the massage part of it and being able to raise my head. I enjoy my bed. I thought when I ordered it that if the price was right, I'd go on TV and recommend Craftmatic since I have had mine so long.

I already had a Craftmatic bed and needed a new one, so I purchased another one. The feature that I use the most is the one for putting my feet up. That’s because my feet swell up during the day. I called the delivery team ahead of time to make sure that they would be able to move the bed out of my old bedroom and move the Craftmatic I already had into that bedroom, and then bring my bed in. The lady I talked to said it wouldn’t be a problem. But when they showed up, they said, “Oh no, we move one bed, just one piece of furniture and not two.” I told them, “I called ahead and they said it would be fine.” They had to call their office. They went out in the truck and stayed in the truck for about 20 minutes, and they came in and moved it but you could tell they weren’t happy about it. They weren’t rude, they just wanted to get it moved and get out of there. I tried to talk to them and they had one-word answers. They were just all business.

I retain water in my legs, so it's swollen. I raise the foot of the Craftmatic and it helps to alleviate the water in my legs. Plus I like that the head goes up too, and I get real comfortable in it. I also use the massager once in a while. The bed is queen-size and I'm all by myself; I get the whole bed to stretch out in, and it's great. It's the best investment I ever made, because it's good for me. I like that when I make the bed, I raise both ends, put the sheets on, put the bed down and I get the sheets on nice and tight. When I ordered the bed, the sales representative and delivery people that I talked to were very good, real professional people. They did everything. It was really good and they knew what they were doing. I have nothing bad to say about this bed. I made a great decision by purchasing it.

I'm having a problem in finding the bottom sheets for my Craftmatic bed because they need to be longer. Their rep gave the right size and everything and said that Bed, Bath and Beyond sells the bottom sheet by itself. My son got them but the sheets might have shrunk since they don't fit anymore. I need to know where I can get bed sheets that don't shrink when washed. But other than that problem, I would recommend Craftmatic. I often raised the head because it's more comfortable. Craftmatic did all they can to make it better for me financially and everything.

I really like Craftmatic. It's priced right. I needed something where I could sit up and sleep because I've had surgery and was having a hard time. My husband didn't really need anything but we got one together. Craftmatic is just so much better than my old bed. Their sales rep was really nice, too. I have no complaints at all. Craftmatic delivered when they said they were. They come right in and put it up, asked if I had any questions and showed me the controller. The delivery team did an excellent job. We were very pleased that our choice of soft and hard surfaces were met in the twin beds. The ability to raise the head works very well. We thought the foot would bend at the knee but that is not a major drawback. Thank you for sharing where to buy just the bottom sheets.

Mine is inner-spring and I love it - sleep well at night!!! My wife's is memory foam and she can't get comfortable. She has fibromyalgia really bad and lots of pressure point issues. When the Craftmatic beds were delivered, the memory foam mattress was "rolled" up in a box about 16 inches square in size. It took lots of work to get it to where it laid down flat enough to keep the sheet on!!!!!! May need to look at different type of packaging method.

We had another bed that we had bought but we weren't too happy with it. I saw a lot of advertisement on the Craftmatic and we decided to purchase one. We like the massage real well because we haven’t had that before the adjustability really helps him. However, we had the problem of the bed moving. It didn't want to lock in place. There were times he would sit down on it and the bed would scoot over my way. Even though I had locked it in place, it wouldn't hold. So they sent me out some rubber cups to put under the rollers. Now the bed doesn't move.

Very happy with adjustable bed. Spent many nights sleeping in recliner in living room then getting up several hours later to go lay flat in bed. Now I can sleep like in a recliner, but in my bed. And when I would rather lay flat, just push the button and it is a regular bed.

We have one of those Sleep Number beds and my husband still uses that one. I liked it except I love to read before I go to sleep at night and you couldn’t raise the head of the bed. And it was a difficult thing because my husband and I are elderly now and he’s quite a restless sleeper so we had to find separate beds. It was very difficult. I could hardly sleep at all. So then I decided well if I have to get another bed, I might as well get what I wanted so that’s what I did. I purchased the Craftmatic and it kind of solved the problem. Now I can elevate the head of the bed and read, and then lower the head of the bed and go to sleep.

Wonderful sleeping but when I rotate it 180, I have a soft spot that makes a klunk when laying on it - almost like something unhooked or loose??? Help!?

We’ve had Craftmatics for a long, long time and had to replace our old bed with a new one. We called in and told them we want an upgrade. The delivery team was good and explained everything. My wife and I had strokes. She can only use her left arm, but can push the button real good. I use the raising part and she uses the vibration. I sleep a lot better and I'm well rested. We've recommended the bed and even had people come out to lay on it and try it. But we would like it if they had like a heater. My wife gets cold real easy so we have a heating pad.

My overall experience with Craftmatic was fine. There was a glitch between the order and it arriving here. I thought there might be a problem getting the bed frame upstairs. However there wasn't. However, I was told that it could be taken apart once it got here and taken upstairs. When the people got here, they didn't know anything about that. But luckily we were able to get it up because I wasn't taking it apart. The situation was resolved because luckily we were able to get it up but between the sales representative and the guy that sold to me who had talked to his mechanic and they said yes it can be taken apart. That will be part of the instructions but when it got here it wasn't. I would recommend Craftmatic. I don't have a problem with them.

My son had a Craftmatic bed and really liked it so I bought one for myself. Their reps were great, no problems at all. The delivery guys came and put it all up and everything. Been sleeping in a La-Z-Boy for 16 years, now I’m using the Craftmatic bed. I use the vibrator and I raise the head up because I don't lay flat very good.

The representatives were wonderful, the bed is very comfortable. I did have issues with the companies that were in charge of delivering the bed. A date and time were set and they were trying to change the set date and time, but other than that everything was fine.

I already had a Craftmatic bed. The old one was a California king. It helps me to get up by raising it up. The delivery team got the new bed here before I thought they were going to be here. We had another Craftmatic bed for 11 years. My husband passed away and we had a queen-size which I thought was pretty big, so I thought I need a new mattress. It wasn't that much more to get a whole new unit, so I downsized to just a full-size because it's just me. The new bed's fine but I wasn't too happy with the delivery team. When they took the old bed out, they dropped the bottom piece because it's heavy, and they put two or three black marks on my hardwood floor. The smaller guy, he was on one end, I think cut himself because there's blood on the wood.

The sales representative that I dealt with on the phone was very good. The delivery team was great. They came in, set it up and left. They explained some of it to me and the rest, I figured out myself. I purchased the Craftmatic bed to replace my 10 year old bed and also because of my back. After sleeping on it, I noticed that it doesn’t bother me as bad. I like the head and feet up the most. I have to have my feet above my heart. It’s a great bed.

I got bad shoulders and I’ve been operated on. I haven’t slept in the Craftmatic bed too much. I’m used to sleeping in a recliner and ain’t switched over much yet.

I like Craftmatic. I just have one problem though. If I lift my head, I slide down. I don't know what can solve the problem. But other than that, everything's okay.

We owned a stationary platform bed for 19 years. It's custom made for my house. I've had different mattresses over that but we've finally replaced that with a Craftmatic and so far I've noticed that the Craftmatic is better for my wife. This is a motorized adjustable bed and it's a very smart way to sleep. I have a really sick wife and it gave her somehow more flexibility because she has to be elevated when sleeping, and I don't have to be that high, so it's made it very convenient for us.

I was told I could find electric mattress pads anywhere but have been unable to find twin extra long. Am still trying to figure out how to heat the bed this coming winter.

I was having problems with my back - lots of pain - and I wasn't satisfied with my mattress. I decided to try an adjustable bed of some sort and purchased a Craftmatic bed. Since using the bed, it's much better. I don't use the up and down features as much as I thought I would but I was really excited about getting that feature as I have been in bed a lot because I have been going through a health challenge but just the overall comfort of the bed is sufficient to me. The experience was good. And if I had to do it all over again, I don't know if I did enough research but I did make the right decision.

The Craftmatic Bed is all that was promised. Having the ability to raise and lower the bed at the head and the foot has made sleeping easier.

My kids purchased the bed for me. There was a part that came in a little later but everything was taken care of in a matter of a couple of days. It wasn't anybody's fault, I think it just happened in the packing. Anyway I seem to be resting really better now. I can raise my head up - I have to and I do a lot of that - and can raise my feet up if I want to. I have also used the massage. The Craftmatic is really good.

I’ve had a pretty good experience with my Craftmatic bed. I actually got one 25 years ago, and I recently bought my second one. I wouldn’t have gotten another Craftmatic if I didn’t like the first one. I do see a couple of things that could be improved. They could probably do away with the wireless remote and get back to something that you can hook fast to the bed, because if the remote falls on the floor, and you got the legs and head elevated, you can hardly climb out and you’ll have a hard time getting the remote. They need to find a way to anchor the remote because when it falls out, you’re in trouble. Another thing is the heated mattress pad. When you run the bed up, it makes a wrinkle right under my lower back. The heated pad is really nice in cold weather but it’s a pain in the lower back.

This is the second Craftmatic bed I have purchased and I could not be more pleased it is very comfortable and so much quieter than the previous one with its new motor and remote system. I was also very pleased with customer service and delivery was prompt and professional. In summing up I would recommend this product and its company to anyone.

I’ve had a Craftmatic bed for over 20 years. I had it repaired to the point where it couldn’t be done anymore. Also, the bed framing was worn out. So I bought a new one. I like the adjustable that raises my head. I have a bad back and that feature makes it easier for me to get up and down and out of bed.

We have had our Craftmatic bed for about 5 months. It is very comfortable and I enjoy the features. We have the split King and have no problem making the bed. I would recommend this Bed to anyone.

My experience with Craftmatic has been good. I only had one problem with it. When I got the bed, I couldn't get the wave to work and when I called and asked them, they said you have to turn on the massage first and then press the wave button. And I don't like that. I don't like the massage cause that jiggles and moves too much but I like the wave feature cause it's very soft and soothing.

I love the bed. However finding bedding is difficult due to the longer mattress. I wish I had known I had to ask for "dorm" sized sheets and mattress pads. Everything I purchased was too short. Thanks to Craftmatic's follow up contact, she filled me in right away!!! Love the bed. We are both sleeping better.

I ordered a twin bed as my bedroom is not too large. The bed was delivered quickly and the two gentlemen set it up for me. I have enjoyed the bed very much, especially the fact that I can lift the bottom up and rest my legs and feet. I also enjoy the massage feature and especially the remote control. I certainly would recommend this bed to anyone.

I am enjoying my Craftmatic bed. I had one small problem with the PULSE massage feature, but I called Paula and she told me what I should do to get it to work. (It was my fault = just did not understand what I should be doing.) The grandchildren are enjoying it also.

I got a Craftmatic 30 year ago and just recently got another one. The first time we got it was because my husband had reflux so we had to put his head up. I would recommend a Craftmatic bed to anybody that’s got back problems. It’s good for my arthritis and people that can’t lay flat or need to be up. A lot of times you need to be up. I had seen the Craftmatic when I was living down in Florida and had to go up to Michigan to take care of my mother. I was looking for a hospital bed or a bed that I could put the side rails on and I ran across it in the paper. It’s been 30 some years ago when I got it and I only paid $300 for it. I wouldn't trade it for anything. It had the massage/vibrator deal on it and it had the head that goes up and down. You can adjust it wherever you wanted and the same way with the feet. And having back problems, it’s been god sent for me. There isn't anybody getting that away from me.

I had a Craftmatic before and I loved it, for the first 20 years. I make it go up and down every night as I have a lot of issues that are greatly helped by being able to have my legs and head up. The bed I had before had the box spring. It had the springs inside the frame and those had poked through and tore up the mattress every time I raised and lowered the bed. That's why I tried purchasing a different kind of adjustable bed but the salesman told me that they don't use those springs anymore so I was very thrilled with that. The sales rep was excellent. He gave me above and beyond what I had expected and I was very impressed. There was just one man that delivered and I was surprised he was able to handle the whole thing by himself. He was running a little late but he did an excellent job. The product is excellent. The experience was excellent - it couldn't have been better.

I love the Craftmatic. This is my second one. I had a half bed years ago and when I was in Florida I had given it to a lady that was worse off than I was. She needed something more comfortable than what she had. This one here is a queen-sized and is fantastic. It's straightened out my back problems. And when I'm reading and doing my finances, to position the bed I can use the remote for the head.

The bed is the best one I've ever spent the night in. Making the change to a Craftmatic bed has given me longer and better nights of sleep.

My overall experience with Craftmatic is good. I would recommend them to a friend.

We purchased a king Craftmatic bed which is 2 twins put together. My husband needed to be able to sit up at times and after eating a meal in bed. The bed suited our purpose and was very comfortable. We would recommend this bed to our friends.

I was hunting rabbits in Pennsylvania with my friends for an AKC event. This couple, called beaglers, had this farmhouse that they let people use. I saw they had this Craftmatic bed. I never laid on one, never slept on one. And I was always restless. I didn't move out of my position of that bed for the night that we were there once I hit it so I purchased one.

We love our Craftmatic adjustable bed. It is quiet and comfortable. Our grandchildren pile up in the bed with us and watch TV and think it is the place to be come bedtime. The bed has helped so much because I can elevate at night and I don't ache so much. I would recommend this bed to anyone.

My daughter who is now deceased bought a Craftmatic bed in 1984, and it was the most wonderful bed for her and for me because I would sleep in it with her when I go to visit her. I always intended to get one but I couldn't afford it until recently. I am now 92 years old and have edema. Something like this is very, very, good for me.

I purchased the Craftmatic bed because I have problems. The bed works and we like it. I use it mostly for lifting up in bed. It's very comfortable and we're happy with it. We're just sorry we didn't do it before. Their people were very good and I had a great experience with them.

It was a very good experience. There was no aggravation. Everything went very nicely. They came in and set it right up, no problem. I purchased a Craftmatic because my mother had a similar type bed but it wasn't a Craftmatic and I had read reviews and reputation of Craftmatic and I decided to go with that. When using the bed, I keep the bottom of the bed up because my ankles swell and the swelling comes down. It's a very good bed.

I have hiatal hernia and GERD. Since getting the Craftmatic, I've not been to the emergency room once. The bed will go up, vibrate and raise my feet. The bed will raise my feet and help. And the team at Craftmatic has just been excellent. They had a hard time getting it in at first because I wanted to leave the frame of my bed but once they figured it out, we had no problem. I've had it for over a year now and have had no problem. I miss it when I go on vacation or when I'm out of town. It has been an excellent experience and I would do it again. The only problem I have is I have to order the sheets rather than pick them up at Wal-Mart. It's a special size and a special sheet. That would be the only drawback. It's been excellent.

I purchased the Craftmatic bed because I couldn't lay flat to sleep. We got the king size, two separate beds, and by being able to position my bed it helped me immediately. So I've turned the Craftmatic back into a single bed again. I put a really cheap tight fitted sheet over the two pieces that come apart at the bottom. We still adjust it but both head and the feet have to be together, which is not a problem for us.

I’m appreciative of the bed because it’s very similar to the bed that I had. They’re very much the same kinds of bed. Only thing is there’s quite a bit of difference (more space) between the headboard and the mattress here, the Craftmatic. I don’t know if there is anything that I can do about that. I wanted to keep my headboard because this is my bedroom suite. I wanted to match my other furniture.

I have a medical problem and was in a hospital bed that was very uncomfortable. My Craftmatic bed made sleeping so much better.

I love the bed. I can now sleep comfortably. Now I can get in and out of the bed easily now too.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed due to my condition. I noticed some changes since I had the bed. I usually use the up and down feature. Their sales rep was fine and the team was excellent too.

We like the bed. We already had a Craftmatic in our guest room and I didn’t want to start sleeping in the guest room, so we purchased one for our room. I initiated the call to them and they looked after me within ten minutes. Delivery was wonderful. They were very, very helpful and conscientious. They took the mattress and springs that we had on the bed outside to storage for us, and then set up the bed. It's a comfortable night's sleep finally. It's lovely being able to adjust it. And I was having problems being able to get up and getting a comfortable position to sleep at night. We do however find the mattresses a little soft. If I had my choice, I would go with a slightly firmer mattress. But once I get to sleep, it doesn’t really matter.

We have been very happy with our Craftmatic Bed. I have back issues and would spend most nights in my recliner. Now I sleep through until 6 am, which is when I usually get up. I use the presets during the night to adjust the bed to my sleeping position.

Everyone was extremely customer service oriented from the salesperson to the installers to the people that took my complaint. My only complaint was that the battery pack did not work in a power outage. They are sending me a new pack after walking me through some troubleshooting.

Experience with Craftmatic has been great so far. My husband and I were both going through surgery so it was great help then. It’s nice to be able to adjust the bed. Whenever my legs are aching or anything I can prop them up. I'd definitely recommend it.

I've always wanted a Craftmatic bed for years and I finally got one. It's a great bed to have and it's good when my legs ache. I can pick up the foot and I sit and read all the time, every night. It's good on my back too, because I can put the head part up and it's comfortable.

I have chronic back pain and arthritis. Since I've gotten the craftmatic bed, my daily life has improved. I'm getting a better quality of sleep and is able to get in and out of bed without any assistance. I wish that I could upgrade by trading it in for a bigger and better bed. Thanks Craftmatic!!!

For some years I have had issues that I used to solve by propping pillows. The Craftmatic bed has given me the same relief as 2 pillows without the discomfort. Thank you.

I need to have my legs elevated as much as possible. I was in and out of the hospital in rehab, and I decided that the only way to go was the bed that was like Craftmatic without being a full hospital bed. I was familiar with Craftmatic because my parents had bought one for themselves. Each of them had a Craftmatic side-by-side or double, and they were very happy with it.

Took a little while to get used to. But now it is great. I bought because I have gerd. Seemed to help a lot.

Both my husband are well satisfied with our Craftmatic bed. My husband has issues and problems and the bed seems to have helped relieve his discomfort.

The purchase of our Craftmatic Bed was a life saver for my daughter. She was unable to get out of bed after surgery. Her sleep habits have also improved since our purchase. We have and would recommend it to others.

Craftmatic is the best thing I've ever had. I have a lot of back problems and the different positions at different times seem to help a lot as I sleep a lot later. I had no problem with them at all. The sales reps and delivery team did a great job. However, last night, it won’t adjust. I changed the batteries in the remote but… I haven’t had time to really look into it and see what it is. Otherwise, it was more than satisfactory.

I love my bed. It has been what I expected and more.

We bought the dual Craftmatic bed in 1999, or thereabouts, to replace a king-size double bed whose mattress was so worn that sleeping was not restful. We have been very happy with the Craftmatic bed even though we sleep on it in the flat position and we rarely turn the mattresses end for end. We both like to read in bed for 20 to 30 minutes before turning out the lights and usually go to sleep almost at once.

I had a bad motorcycle wreck and I was all broke up. I had an external fixator on my leg and I couldn't get to sleep. So I got the adjustable bed so I could get some sleep. And Craftmatic has been great. I usually use the foot part where I could get my leg up and get comfortable. I enjoy it. So I would advise for people to get it if they can afford it!

We have mixed emotions on the purchase. I would rate the bed at 3.5 and my wife 1-2 stars. Not comfortable and feels quality is so so. Everyone we have dealt with rates a 5 star and have been great.

My husband was very ill and just needed a bed where he could be in different positions and we really needed it so we went ahead and purchased a Craftmatic bed. I love the Craftmatic. I love the positioning. The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was great.
