We purchased a Craftmatic because we had another one for over 27 years. I like being able to raise and lower the head and the foot.

I chose Craftmatic because it was fully adjustable. I have had it for a number of months and I like that I can elevate my upper body. It has reduced my back pain and helped me to sleep on my back.

I bought the Craftmatic Adjustable Bed because of the comfort and being able to adjust the head and the feet at different times. The wife could adjust hers to her height and mine to my height as well. The sales representative was excellent, very helpful and it’s a pleasure talking to him.

I was looking for some neck and back relief so I bought a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. I frequently use its head elevation feature and my experience with it has been very delightful. They did everything they promised they were going to do. I was very happy with the process and the sales representative was great - very, very well handled. It was a very delightful experience.

I purchased the Craftmatic Adjustable Bed because of the construction, reliability, motor setup, ease of operation, and the massage function. With the adjustable head, my wife has an easy way of getting out of bed because of her back problems. The adjustable foot portion of the bed helps her raise her legs at night, and that has helped quite a bit. She's quite satisfied with that. My experience with the sales representative was excellent. He was helpful and I was impressed. I had some delivery setup problems which I let him know about. I don't know if he helped or not but the next time I called the delivery people, I got an answer.

We had a Craftmatic back in 1989 and I like the head elevation the most. The sales representative was okay. This Craftmatic mattress was supposed to be firm and we find that it’s leaving the imprint of our bodies in the middle of the mattress, which we wanted it to stay firm. We are happy with the bed but not with the mattress. If we could get a better one, I would recommend it to a friend but I don’t see that happening.

I feel that the Craftmatic bed is substantially well put together so far. The salesperson was an outstanding person and so I bought it.

He was very courteous and I found everything he had told me. It's a very comfortable bed because it’s got different positions and the massage. It’s wonderful. My wife was the reason we decided to purchase Craftmatic. I have my previous bed for 8 years before I purchased Craftmatic. The highlight is the setup of the bed. I like the lift and I like the bed being automatic because I can use it with my push button.

Our king sized bed of about 25 years was getting old. It was not leveled anymore and had some sunken places in it so we needed a new bed. We had been looking for an adjustable bed and decided to purchase a Craftmatic. The sales representative was very good. In the beginning it seemed like this bed was more rigid than we expected but after using it for two nights, it has ended up really good and we really enjoy it. I would recommend it, and we have recommended it to our friends.

My husband cannot use memory foam mattresses and he’s afraid he wouldn’t be able to get out of bed with one of those. He knew that Craftmatic offered a mattress that had firm and soft sides on it and it’s a well-named company so we bought it. I mostly use the leg elevation and the massage and my husband uses both head and leg elevation, and massages every single night. The sales representative was excellent. The only thing that I found to be difficult is to buy sheets for this bed because ours is a side by side - it’s a dual king. I knew they needed extra long but I also didn’t realize that you cannot put two twin sized top sheets on that bed. Craftmatic needs to tell people that they need to get a set of dual king sheets which I had purchased on a website, or they should offer them for sale. Overall, it was fast, easy and there was no long waiting period.

I had both of my knees replaced and had to elevate 3 or 4 times a day, and Craftmatic did it for me. Also, I like to read in bed, so that feature, on the other end, was great too. Their sales rep was excellent. The bed was set up very quickly and efficiently by the guys who brought it out. It's a very good bed. I also like the type of mattress it has. My experience with Craftmatic was perfect and very easy.

Excellent experience completely with everything. I decided to go with Craftmatic because of their reputation, the price, and especially the service the salesperson gave me. The sales person (Patricia) that I talked to a couple of times with questions, was very helpful, answered all my questions. I'd rate her super excellent. She couldn't have done more to help me. Anyway, I got an excellent price on it, I had priced them around and it was a reasonable price for what I was getting. I only had one little problem where the one base was broken when it came in. But they replaced that within 5-7 days and everything's worked well since then and nothing but a good experience. I'm satisfied with the bed. Prior to that, I hadn't slept in a bed for like 5 years because of various problems. Since I've had the bed, there's only been one night that I haven't slept in it.

I purchased a full size Craftmatic Adjustable bed and mattress for my husband. He is totally disabled and spends most of his time in bed. This bed looked fine upon arrival. The mattress is quite soft even for the "firm" that I ordered. The mattress started breaking down on the edges withing 3-4 months and pretty much "failed" within 7-8 months. Large sagging indentations in the middle of bed. I flipped and turned this mattress approx. 3 times a week. Customer service was not helpful as they only warranty their mattresses for 90 days and it's a $300 fee to "exchange" or return it. I read many reviews but they were all posted on Craftmatic website. I'm thinking if there was an independent site, the reviews would not be so kind. After 2 yrs, I had to throw the mattress away and buy another brand. I would NOT recommend a purchase from Craftmatic.

I purchased the Craftmatic bed because of its adjustability and often use the head and leg elevation feature. The bed is comfortable and it gives me a nice, restful sleep.

We chose Craftmatic because of the advertising that they have done back when they were running the commercials on TV and that we really enjoyed the demonstration of a man who came because he made an appointment at the house. So it was excellent. We use the head elevation, lower elevation and the vibration features of the bed. The sales representative was a young fellow and was very cooperative. He was very knowledgeable about the bed. We just purchased a new mattress for it from Craftmatic and I'm very satisfied with the bed and would recommend it to anybody that likes that type of operation. It's good for temporary relief of mild arthritis and a number of different issues.

We enjoy it very much. My husband has severe back problem and being able to see him reclined in the bed helps both of us very much. We also enjoyed the service that we got. Our experience with the sales representative was absolutely beautiful and I wish I could remember his name.

I’m very, very satisfied with the Craftmatic and like to experience occasionally the vibration part, about once a week in the morning. I use the elevation of the head at the 10% angle of the adjustable height for sleeping every night. I've owned my old bed for probably ten years before I purchased a Craftmatic bed. I use its head elevation feature, but I don't like the way the head raises up. It raises too much of your body and not your head. When I raise my head up, I still have to have pillows behind my head. The sales representatives were nice though.

A lot of room in that bed. You can throw your feet up or put your back up if you want that. There's not too much you can't do compared to any other beds. I researched a lot of beds compared to what I own. Craftmatic is a super bed. In addition, their sales rep was a cool guy. He was very thorough cause I'm paying the bed up in cash, I had to transfer money. He was really helpful. There was a lady he had with him. They both were really great.

I'm thankful, first of all, to have this bed and that I can adjust it to fit my needs. I'm enjoying it very much. I received this mattress a couple of months ago and it is something I look forward to, to go to bed at night.

I decided to buy a Craftmatic mainly because it's adjustable. We bought our first Craftmatic about 25 years ago and we still got it. We moved it to the guest bedroom. Still works perfect. We enjoy raising the head and the foot of the bed the most. My experience with Craftmatic has been great. Their sales rep when we first purchased the bed was very nice. I called Craftmatic myself to purchase our second bed so we didn't have a salesperson.

I am a surgical back patient and I had significant back pain. I was looking for a way to sleep more comfortably. After talking with the Craftmatic salesperson, I was convinced that this was something I should try. He was absolutely outstanding. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process, making sure that the delivery occurred as planned and contacted me afterwards to ensure that everything had gone as we agreed and that I was fully satisfied.

We just decided to buy a new adjustable bed, and chose Craftmatic. The features we enjoy the most are the massage, a little bit of the head and the feet elevation. The sales representative was excellent. He was very nice and very informative. The mattresses are very comfortable. The only issue is perhaps the massage or vibrator is a lot noisier than what we had in our old bed. We were a little taken aback by how noisy it is. Other than that, we do like it very much. Craftmatic beds are high quality and I would recommend them to a friend. With the exception of the noisy motor, we we are very happy with it.

Craftmatic is great. I chose it because of the price. I couldn't sleep in my previous bed and had to sleep on the recliner. I've had a total shoulder replacement and if I lay flat, I'm in a lot of pain. That's why Craftmatic really works fine because I can raise it up to the position where I don't hurt. And I love the vibrator - so does my cat. The sales representative was very nice. I called and said I need some information before I make up my mind. Since they no longer give fliers, he told me what I wanted to know so I could compare it with the other brand I was looking at. It was thousands of dollars more, didn't have a vibrator and they were going to charge for delivery and setup.

We've had our old bed for about 13 years, and we wanted to get a new one. We decided to choose Craftmatic because I know through word of mouth that this brand is very popular and very dependable. I use the head elevation and it's working out very well. The sales representative was great and handled everything in a very professional manner. Delivery and setup also went well. The whole experience has been great and we really love the bed. Craftmatic is very professional and has very good product.

I chose a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed to relieve my back pain. I use the head elevation feature the most. My experience with the sales representative was wonderful. There was no pressure at all. It was very relaxed and just perfect. The bed is very reliable. I had no problems with it. It's very comfortable and helps me. I no longer have back pain and now, there is better circulation in my legs and I'm getting good sleep. Craftmatic is a wonderful company to deal with. I purchased the Craftmatic bed because I have a bad back. I haven’t noticed any changes, but I can get comfortable. Before I got it, I was sleeping in a recliner chair and now I don’t have to settle for a chair. Also, I’m always putting the head in the top of the bed and my feet up. I’m always moving it around before I can get comfortable, which I can’t do with a regular bed. I sleep with the head up and the feet up all the time. And that’s my biggest feature - being able to maneuver it the way I want it. The sales rep was fine, no problem. Delivery team was fine, too. The only problem I had was when they delivered it, they didn’t want to put my other bed's headboard on it. And they had to come back and do that. Other than that, I had no problems. I’ve had good service.

My mother had a Craftmatic bed and after she passed, I had it and really liked it so I decided to buy one too. At first I couldn't find one and I kept looking. I tried some other types and didn't like them as well as I did the Craftmatic. It is just the best. I can sleep better in it than in most of the other beds and I am handicapped. Their sales rep was very, very nice and very helpful.

We decided to get a Craftmatic bed because my husband was severely injured. He's had 14 surgeries, leg severed, reattached, missing bones, tissue and muscle. My husband loves every bit of it and uses all the features. The sales rep was excellent. I would recommend this bed to anybody who needs all this bed has to offer.

We had an adjustable bed that was still in good shape and that we really liked. Because I have a lot of acid reflux and I had surgery, which required me to always stay sat up. So it came handy for us at the time. It helps with a lot of those problems. It was always comfortable, the positions. But it was really old so we thought it was time to upgrade and decided to get a Craftmatic. So I called them and they were all really nice and explained everything to me. They've done a good job taking care of me and were really pleasant.

I decided to get a Craftmatic because of my back pain and my reflux. The bed is great. I enjoy the head and leg elevation of the bed and I also had a wonderful experience with their sales rep. The customer service and the one that sold me the bed are fantastic people.

I had a Craftmatic bed but the mattress was getting worn so I needed a new one. The delivery team set it up. They were very polite, very nice, and cleaned up all their mess and left. We’re pleased with them. The new one is quiet and really nice. I like it as much as I like the old one.

I've had my old bed for 14 years. I bought a Craftmatic because of its vibrating wave motion. I enjoyed it a lot that I purchased my second Craftmatic bed. I'm required to sleep with my head elevated, but I use all the features of the bed equally. I only had a sales representative for my first Craftmatic bed, and he was a very pleasant man. For the second one, I just ordered via phone. I'm especially glad that a memory foam is added to the top of the mattress. It makes the bed much more comfortable. Overall, my experience with Craftmatic has been great, and I have no complaints about the service.

I’ve had Craftmatic for a very long time and we just got a new bed here. I’ve been satisfied with it for the years that I’ve had it. Our first purchase was in 2002. I use the adjusting for the head and also the feet. I have to elevate the head. The Craftmatic delivery team was excellent. But I was telling my wife I’m not happy with the mattress. It's only about 5 weeks and you can already hear the springs like it's an old bed. It’s supposed to be the hardest mattress that they have

I’ve slept on a Craftmatic adjustable bed for over 30 years. After a long day working, I love to get in that bed and raise the head and leg and just let all my muscles relax. It’s great. They’re absolutely fabulous.

We've had Craftmatic for many years. We liked it so we replaced the one that we had. I had no problem with their sales rep. We purchased Craftmatic to be able to lift it up. The headboard and footboard were very good. I often use the head elevation. The only problem is the mattress of the twin beds, both beds, overlapped the base of it about a half inch to an inch on both sides and that caused a bit of a problem. I had to push it a little bit. Other than that I like the bed very much.

I've had a Craftmatic adjustable bed for close to 20 years and my husband and I have found great comfort in the bed. It's a wonderful bed. It gives us support and it's everything a person could want in a bed. My husband has reflux problems and while he was ill, he was able to elevate the bed and I can raise the bed accordingly. It's the most comfortable bed that we've ever had. We purchased the new one a few days ago. We use the head and leg elevation the most. The sales representative, David was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely kind, a gentleman. I also had the opportunity to speak to a young lady by the name of Britney and to another young lady by the name of Cora. Each young lady was extremely kind and patient. They are assets to the Craftmatic organization. It was an outstanding, rewarding and very wonderful experience.

I love my Craftmatic. This is our second time around. We love ‘em. I got my first one when I was up in Birmingham in ‘90. Come down and brought it down to Pensacola. When I got mine up in Birmingham, I got two of them. Had one of them delivered down here to my sister and we’ve had them about twenty years. And I thought I saw an opportunity to buy new beds when the motor went out and couldn’t be replaced for her bed and mine was getting weak. So we decided we’d go ahead and get two more. We enjoy ‘em.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed. I like all of its features, such as the head elevation, leg elevation, and the massage. Also, it is nice that whenever we want to, we can switch the mattress over to the softer part. We have a firm-soft one and we use the firm part.

Since using the Craftmatic bed, I noticed some changes exactly where they are. We’ve had one before for more than ten years and we liked it. I do like this Craftmatic. It’s not as annoying as the last one was. When you engage it and it reacts, it doesn’t make any noises, it just reacts. So when it goes up, it goes up. The sales representative has been really good so far and they’ve inquired and see how we feel about their bed and we only have good things to say about it.

We really like our new Craftmatic bed. She sleeps really good and when I'm home, I do too. It has been a very rewarding experience for us. The Craftmatic team was totally professional, very supportive, and the sales guy that I talked to on the phone, was customer oriented. He was all business but still there to make the best deal he could for us, and it worked out fine. The only bad part was not knowing if we were going to be able to keep the bed or not. But she fell asleep the first night and didn't have any back pain the next morning, and that was good.

I love Craftmatic beds. I've had one for the last 30 years and I'm used to it. They're comfortable. I enjoy and need the tilting, reclining aspect of it. I just physically can't lie on a flat bed. It doesn't work. That's basically why I needed my legs elevated for a while. The only thing that they've changed over the years was they made the remote control wireless. Now I can't find it. It's always in my sheets somewhere. Before I could just yank on the wire and just pull until I find it. Now I have no idea wherever it is. They thought they were doing a good thing and I'm sure everybody else does too but I like having the wire I could just pull on until it came back to me.

Our experience with Craftmatic is good but we wish we had gotten the smaller version because the bed is really huge for us. The price turned out to be competitive. We got the bed for my husband and it really helps to be able to elevate the legs. I like not having to make a bed with a bunch of pillows at the end of the bed. I can just press the button and raise the bed and that's easy. He does wish the end of the bed would raise even a little farther than it does. I like to get my head up a little. Our old bed of 20 years was comfortable but didn't have the adjustability this one has so we decided when we retired we were going to get a bed that did that for us. We like the adjustment part and we've been real happy with it. The sales representatives were very helpful and the delivery team was great. They had their act together. They are very efficient, helpful and knew what to do.

I got a Craftmatic bed 35 years ago. I had seen it in a magazine and thought I'd like to have one of them. So now I've got 3 of them. Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with Craftmatic. The two beds were excellent. They're full sized beds, They are beautiful beds and they've got that 12-inch mattress on them and they are nice. I love them but this third one that I just got, I gave $2,199 for that piece of junk. It's a twin bed. I don't like the mattress. I get stuck in the middle of it and I can't get out of bed. I'm 82 years old and I got to have somebody to help me out of the bed. I'm here by myself and when it comes to getting somebody to help, I ain't got nobody and I can't get out of that bed. I have a heck of time with it. So I'm going to throw that mattress away and go some place and buy me a good mattress. It was supposed to be extra firm and it ain't nothing. They better start making them a little bit better.

Craftmatic is working well for me. My mother had one years ago so I decided to go ahead and get one. It’s a lot better compared to my old bed. I use its raising the head and feet feature. My experience with Craftmatic’s sales representative was fine. He was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions. My experience with the delivery team went really well. They demonstrated how to use the bed and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to a friend because it does what it’s advertised to do.

I chose to purchase a Craftmatic bed because I wanted a bed that would raise and lower so I could read sitting up as opposed to leaning on pillows that sooner or later you end up being flat. Since using it, I'm more comfortable reading. People tell me I could sleep standing up so I don't really have any problems sleeping. I'm on my 2nd Craftmatic. The 2nd one, I ordered over the phone. The first one, a salesperson came into the house but that was about 23 years ago. Delivery team were wonderful, too. They did a good job.

My husband had a stroke. I had him in a hospital bed and he was not getting enough support from the mattress. It was time to get it upgraded. I liked the way the Craftmatic looked and thought he would be happier in it instead of a hospital bed. He uses the up and down on the head feature of the bed mostly and once a while raises his feet. But we had to replace the motor that raises and lowers the bed. I don't know how but the wire get severed. I called and we had the new motor. It was easy for me to install and that was wonderful because a lot of times it takes a while to get those parts. Within 4 days we had it and I installed it myself.

We have had a Craftmatic bed for almost 40 years and this new one is lovely. I needed to be able to re-position the bed. I chose Craftmatic. It's just hard to get sheets for the bed and that's the only difficulty that I have with Craftmatic. It's the 30x80. They sent sheets with the bed but I had a friend who said she can get me 30x80 but she brought me 39x80 and that didn't fit at all. I was told to check on Google and I could probably find something.

The Craftmatic is wonderful. We love it. I've always wanted an adjustable bed and my grandma had a Craftmatic. I have a hiatal hernia and I'm supposed to elevate this bed. Every bed that I used hurt my back and I was sleeping on the couch. The sales reps and delivery team were really nice to me.

He’s had full back surgery and neuropathy, so he raises his feet a lot to get the blood circulating as well as the head, trying to get a better position for his back. After my husband passed away, I decided to go back with Craftmatic but on a smaller basis. I do like the massage feature of the bed and to lift my head because I don't like to lie flat. The delivery team was fine. When they came we had already moved things out of their way so they were able to help do whatever had to be done and they also took the mattress and the Craftmatic that was here and placed it in my son's room which was actually great. They had followed up since that time to find out whether everything was really great. The mattress is a little hard but I'm trying to get used to it - I'll get used to it. But aside from that they were very timely. Everything worked very well. They were very kind and spoke about their own personal experiences. It's always good to hear how the salesperson feels about the product too.

My husband decided to purchase a Craftmatic bed back in the early '90s when I had breast cancer. He decided that it would be good for us to have it because I could adjust the bed to be more comfortable. We have had 2 Craftmatic beds and 3 mattresses and we're happy with it. They work well. I use the raising and lowering feature however we need it. It's also easy to make up because I can raise the foot of the bed to tuck in things and raise the head to tuck in at the top. I don't have to bend and stoop and pull and push.

I owned my old bed for five years. The old bed seemed to be thicker. I’m still trying to get used to the Craftmatic, but basically I use the head and the feet feature the most, and once in a while I’ll use the vibrator on it because I’ve had a few back fusions, and I have to find a comfortable position. I can’t really lay flat on my back from time to time. I bring the feet up so it takes the pressure off where I’ve had my back surgeries. It’s a good bed. The only thing I wish is that they had heat in it, rather than having to lay on a heating pad.

I bought our first Craftmatic in 1978 and we just replaced it because the mattress was getting pretty bad. It was collapsing and sagging. The mattress wasn’t all that great on the first one that we got but this new one that we got now, fantastic. There’s only one problem with the new one but they’re gonna get it serviced or taken care of, and that’s the vibrator, the massager as they call it does not work properly on my wife’s side. You can’t slow it down and they think it is the motor. I think it’s the brainwork that controls it. But what do I know? Anyway it works properly on my side but I don’t use it. I don’t recline. I don’t use the massager. I just want to lay flat and be comfortable. On the other hand my wife has to be reclined when she’s sleeping. She can’t lay flat on a bed and that’s also why we got the first Craftmatic bed.

The Craftmatic was the best option for me. I'm recovering from a stroke and needed a bed that can get me in and out of the bed more comfortably. And this is accomplishing it. It's very easy to use and very comfortable. I use the remote to put the head up so I can get into the bed a lot easier and then I put it back down to go to sleep at night. And I put it back up when I get up in the morning to get out of bed.

We had Sleep Number before and we wanted a bed that the foot and head can be elevated. So we looked into Craftmatic and they were less expensive. It’s what we hoped for and we're happy with it. We like the bed very much. We're able to sleep better, more comfortably longer and the backache has gone. We got the one that has the vibrator and we love that. We use the vibrator every single night for it feels so good -- it lulls you to sleep.

Sheets - Having trouble finding the right size. The ones I got were supposed to be the right size you told me to get but don't fit right. I like the bed very much but do have that problem. Any suggestions?

I purchased a Craftmatic bed because I was having trouble with my hip. I'm getting a hip operation on December 10th so I'm trying to keep my leg up. With the bed, I can have my legs up so it's not putting pressure on it. I can also lift up my back. The sales representative was nice. The delivery team was supposed to deliver on a certain day and they couldn't make it so they had to go another day. I'm a lot happier with it because it's easier to get in and out of. After I have the surgery, it should be a lot better. The bed makes life easier for me.

I love my Craftmatic bed. I already had one. I inherited my mom and dad's, it was a big king sized and since my husband had passed away I don't need the king sized anymore. The mattress was old but I'm still using it. I felt like I needed a new mattress. I called Craftmatic and asked about how much it would cost. I knew it was going to be pricey and it is. There are a lot of new features added and the mattress has a gel top so it keeps your body temperature even. I like the remote control that's wireless. The other one that I had was a wired one and it was always a pain in the neck. There are a lot of nice features to this bed and I know the product pretty well so I was going to stick with it.

I chose to purchase the Craftmatic Adjustable bed because of a physical condition I have after a major surgery. It was wonderful to be able to adjust the head and the knees. I use head elevation mostly and massage. It's easy for me to get in and out of bed since I had cervical spine surgery. I had surgery back in 1989 on my back and the only way that I can get in and out of bed was with a Craftmatic bed. I feel a lot better and I do sleep better with it. I owned another Craftmatic bed before the one I got now. The other one was getting old and I had to have that one redone. It's a queen and the one I got now is a king. I usually used the sitting up part where the head is up because I have acid reflux really bad and that helps the acid reflux.

I was very disappointed the mattress didn't hold up for a year and that I had to buy a new one. It would get like bumps and valleys. I was under the impression that it would have been better made considering the price of the bed; however, I'm generally satisfied. I did recommend it quite a bit initially, and I still think I would. Price was a problem for a lot of people I know and a lot of people told me I was crazy for the price that I paid for the bed. It was much higher than comparative beds that you could get in other stores and that you could actually see (I would have liked to have been able to see the Craftmatic before I purchased it but I couldn't). But having the Craftmatic bed sounded like it was a good deal. I had a very persuasive salesman who was very nice and because I couldn't go shopping for a bed I had to take it on its reputation... It would have been very difficult for me to get around so I paid the extra amount.

I had one of those Sleep Number beds and I didn't like it. But I love my Craftmatic bed. I like the head and the feet raise up and there's a massager in it and the mattress is really sturdy. When my back hurts, it helps me feel a lot better. I like the raising of the head part of it because I can breathe better when I have it up some. The sales representative was nice and very helpful. She told me the sales that were going on. The delivery team were very helpful too. They put it all together and told me how to work it and did a real good job, nice and friendly. It was excellent.

The previous bed that I had, I was waking up sore every morning. I heard about Craftmatic and I decided that I would try it out. I've had a good experience with Craftmatic. I like the bed. I made a good choice. It's working well and I'm sleeping better with it. So having the ability to raise the foot of the bed and the top of the bed helps. He had a hospital bed for a year but didn’t like that. He uses the adjustable features of the Craftmatic a lot. He likes to be elevated. I needed them to put it in the garage because I needed to take it over myself at a later date. They carried it all around the back for me. I bought the Craftmatic bed for my mom based on inputs and information by other customers which I also verified against other types of adjustable or automatic beds. It was a very good buy. I like the features. It had everything I needed for my mom and the price was great. Originally, we got a hospital bed and that was terrible. Craftmatic has been wonderful. She's got a lot of back pain and the bed helped tremendously in that area. Plus she is definitely sleeping better than she did before (even my siblings fall in love with the bed every time they lay on the bed with mom).

I purchased a Craftmatic bed because I want to try it out and see if it was as good or better than the one I had. The hospital bed mattress that I had was not quite as large and that was one of the reasons that I wanted the bigger one. I'm very handicapped and I have an easier time rolling over and twisting and things like that in the Craftmatic. I use the the automatic set button nearly all the time. I need to get it flat to get out of the bed, and then I would have the automatic set with my head and my feet. It's a good bed and I'm enjoying it. It's very comfortable and I have recommended it.

Craftmatic is a nice bed. It gives me a good night's rest. I had one in the mid ‘80s and got a new one this year, I wouldn't buy any other bed. My old mattress was really bad. It was worn and the springs were starting to pop through on the bottom. The new mattress is a lot thicker than my old mattress so I really enjoy it. I bought the Craftmatic bed it mainly for my back and because I can adjust my head to where it's comfortable. I use the bed to rise my head a little bit and then sometimes I elevate my legs a little bit.

I purchased a Craftmatic bed because I had back problems. I couldn't stay in bed over about an hour a day so I've not slept in a bed for over 14 years. It's a great bed and I've been treated excellent all the way through. The delivery team was fantastic. It was a pleasant experience.

My mother had a Craftmatic but she had it for so long it was worn out because she's primarily in bed (she's 93 yo.) so she almost had like a hole in it where she lies all the time. So we decided we would go with the UpBed. We thought it would be the ideal thing because it would pick her up and stand her up which it would have done but the minute the back started coming up, the feet started going down. The foot and the head did not work independently like the Craftmatic does so that would not work for her. She was so disappointed, she cried. We decided another Craftmatic was what we needed to get.

I've had my Craftmatic for about 11 years and I love it. It's great and one of my doctors told me that I will be able to stay in my house longer because I have that bed. So I thought that would be interesting. I have a really bad back and need to sometimes put my feet or my head up or both to relieve the pain. It's not quite as flexible but maybe it's because it's still new. But it's really helpful to be able to move it however I need it. I've already recommended Craftmatic to quite a lot of people. The overall experience was very efficient.

I like the Craftmatic bed. I have COPD so I chose it because I like that I can lift it up at my feet and my head. Before purchasing it, I had my old bed for five years. But the two beds are totally different. Overall, I’d recommend Craftmatic. Also, their sales representative was great and delivery team were very nice, too - two nice, young men.

I have previously owned one of the Craftmatic beds so this purchase would have been an upgrade. Their price is comparable and their customer service is great. They're very understanding of the fact that I'm living with chronic pain so the big thing for the customer service rep and myself was that they always try to make sure that I had something that was going to be comfortable. They talked to me and took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel pretty comfortable. I didn't quite achieve it the first round but I did have to get a second mattress which ended up being the dual plush soft and they're very, very understanding of that so I appreciated that. I didn't feel rushed, that was one big main thing. I didn't feel rushed on the phone and they just basically tried to make me comfortable and that was great.

I purchased a Craftmatic because it had a massage in the mattress. And there’s many times that that’s the only way that I can get any relief, to be able to get any sleep. But when he left, I found that the mattress was not square on the box springs. It was not sitting on the square. He had just picked it up and threw it on there. I wasn’t able to move it. I have called and asked about moving the bed. When I pulled the foot, the headboard doesn’t come with it. I have side rails that should be hooked onto the headboard. I don’t know why it doesn’t do that.

I like my Craftmatic bed. We had an adjustable bed before but I wanted a good bed so we bought Craftmatic. I like raising the head, as it helps me get up and down. My legs don't work and I have to maneuver myself so I can get into my power chair, and it helps me that way. The sales representative was okay. I have no complaints. The delivery team guys were good, really nice guys and they helped me set it up and I have no complaints. They did what they were supposed to. They took off the old mattress like we wanted and everything else. The Craftmatic is a good bed and it was what I expected.

We've been quite happy with Craftmatic. We needed an adjustable bed and I had checked locally and couldn't find anything that was really satisfactory so I called Craftmatic and they offered something that sounded like what we were looking for. Since having it, my husband especially is sleeping a lot better. He was in a hospital bed which was the reason we bought the Craftmatic because the hospital bed was very uncomfortable for him and he needed something that was adjustable. I bought the Craftmatic because it's made here in the United States which pleased me very much and I also like the idea that you can lift the head and the feet for people that are older that have problems. We're up in age so in the afternoon, we have to take a nap and we enjoy the bed. It helps us.

I have back problems and have a little problem with my previous bed. The mattress is different so when I lay down, I didn't get any results until I got Craftmatic. Elevating up the Craftmatic makes a difference with lying just flat. The bed works well for me. I added a little something with it though. When I first got it, I didn't do much adjustment on it and my back bothered me awful but I put some piece of cardboard on it and raise it up about 6 to 8 inches and now it's working well.

I purchased a Craftmatic because of the fact that you can elevate both the head and the feet. My experience with them was very good. The only problem I had is we had misinformation between whether or not the foot of the bed would hook to my day bed. But they worked with me really good in trying to fit the bed to my day bed frame.

I decided to purchase a Craftmatic bed because I had acid reflux real bad and also a bad back. Since using the bed, I noticed I don't have acid reflux that bad - hardly anymore, because I elevate my bed up. It’s like the old bed I had. That thing is probably about 10 years or more. It’s the same because they do the same thing. I got the same features. The sales representative I dealt with was real nice. It was also the same for the delivery team. They come in here and set up and asked me if I had any questions. They would be glad to answer them and all and they just set up and cleaned up the mess and then left. Overall, it is a good product. It’s well worth the money if you have acid reflux or a bad back - it’s well recommended for that. I enjoy just lying in there with my bed up watching TV. I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

I am enjoying my bed. It helps me to get the good night sleep that is hard for me to get in the regular standard bed.Iit's hard for me to get in and out of a standard bed. Craftmatic is much easier to get in and out of.
