I had a 20-year old bed and I wasn't sleeping hardly at all. My back was killing me and my legs hurt - so I wanted a Craftmatic. I like lifting the legs and the tilt on the back. But they are very expensive and there are others that aren't as expensive and do the same thing. Still, I recommend it.

We needed an adjustable bed for my husband, the price was right and it is made in America so bought a Craftmatic. The salesman was extremely informative, very kind, never seemed to rush me and answered all my questions completely. The bed was delivered with White Glove and I was so appreciative when they put the bed in and took the old bed away. Right now, we’re very much enjoying our beds. I myself enjoy the fact that it can be adjusted with your head raised some so that you actually sleep better. I can't sleep flat that's why I like using the adjustable feature of the bed because I can lift myself up and it's better that way. The Craftmatic bed is comfortable and I sleep well in it.

I enjoy the adjustability of Craftmatic. That's important because I have back problems. What sold me to Craftmatic was all the other beds go up and down but Craftmatic goes up and down in adjustable positions and it has a good mattress that conforms to my body.

I have a bad back and have the acid reflux that comes up in your mouth, so I need my head up. And at my age, my feet and legs swell and so I need my legs up especially at night and that's the main feature I got the bed for. I had a chance before to buy a Craftmatic bed but I passed it up and wish I hadn’t. The bed is comfortable whether you get it into a position or you're just lying flat on it. I enjoy it and I think Craftmatic has the best adjustable bed.

I found out that I sleep better sitting in a partly upright position so I got a Craftmatic. I like adjusting the bed to a 45-degree angle and raising my legs at the same time. The only thing that I'm curious about is if they make special sheets because the sheets come out when the bed is raised to the sitting position with your legs raised. They don't stay tight so Craftmatic needs to make some special sheets for that with strong elastic around the bottom.

I like the fact that Craftmatic bed is adjustable and that it does move up and down. When I spoke with their sales representative he was very nice and thorough and the young man who installed the bed was very good and was a complete help.

It works great and it is one of the best beds I've ever had in my life. If you don't buy one, you're the loser. If you don't get one, you don't know what you're not experiencing. My 80 yr old mother bought the double beds on January 27, 2015. It has not worked on the right side that lifts since they dropped it off. We have called so many times yet haven't seen no action yet. You would think they would get it replaced immediately or fix it within a few days after dropping it off but haven't seen anything yet. How many times did they say they would get back to her and haven't? My mom is about in tears with the frustration. Is it just about the money with them?

The sales representative was very understanding and understood our situation, and recommended these beds. We decided to get the beds because my sister has one that she had purchased about ten years earlier, and she loved it. So do we. We've been using the head and feet elevation feature of the bed. The adjustable parts of the bed and it's low term interest rate is good. We can also separate the beds so if we wanted to sleep separated, but we’d rather sleep together.

I'm having trouble with my back and I figured eventually I would be spending more time in bed than I would like to and I'd like to be as comfortable as possible. When I talked to the Craftmatic salesperson I bought the bed right away. I've got some problems with my legs and I'm supposed to have them up at all times, and they feel much better when I put the bed up and sleep like that at night.

I bought a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed because I hurt from my neck to my toes. It's like a hospital bed. It has heat, a vibrator and all of those things that really helps my aches and pains. I enjoy it and even hate getting out of it. I wish everybody knew just how comfortable this bed is. The sales representative was fine. I had no problems with anything that they did. I would recommend Craftmatic to a friend and I think people are a little jealous that I have one and they don't.

I would recommend Craftmatic. I purchased it because of the quality and price. The vibration feature helps us get back to sleep if we should wake up. I don't like the Craftmatic Bed. The mattresses are too heavy and it's hard for me to change the beddings. I would like to get rid of it, but there's no resale value on it. My husband wanted the bed.

I had a stroke in June and needed to keep my leg up because it keeps swelling up. My old bed was terrible, lumpy, and ugly so I got the Craftmatic because that makes the swelling go down. I could actually apply as phone salesman to call people and talk to them about Craftmatic because it's worth it. Rather than put money in on a mattress and box springs every ten years or fifteen, they should save it aside and put the money towards a Craftmatic.

The ability of Craftmatic to adjust both head and the feet, that would really help me. That's what made me want to buy it and replace my old bed for about twenty years. I like that the Craftmatic bed allows my parents' head and legs to go up because sometimes their legs fill with fluid or they need the head up. They also made a split queen, so my parents could each have their own bed and put it together so they sleep together, and it fits in their little bedroom in Assisted Living. It's a good bed for them. The Craftmatic reps were really good on working with me. They were trying to get a leg height on my bed because I have a daybed frame we were trying to fit it into. Plus, when the first mattress didn't work, they sent out a softer mattress. There was just this little confusion on whether the bottom of the bed could work with the foot board.

The first mattress had lumps in it. It was replaced. Same with the second mattress, It was replaced. Third mattress, you sink in a hole and the foot and head rise and the coils make noise and stick you in the back. I was told there is nothing more they can do for me. Received a phone survey and explained all that was wrong, was told someone would call back, no call back. Received a mail survey sent it back with attachment of our problems and they called back and asked what we wanted, we said "a refund and pick up your product."

I'm in a wheelchair right now because of a goofed up surgery. I saw Craftmatic on TV and was trying get something that would be easy for me to maneuver. I got rid of the old bed which was a king-sized and went to a queen-sized Craftmatic bed. That works out a lot better. It's very easy, particularly being in a wheelchair, to lift the head when you're gonna make the bed and slip the bottom sheet over the top. I do the same thing with the foot and then put on the top sheet and blanket and lift both sides up and tuck it under, and it works beautifully.

I like the mattress. It's not too firm and not too soft which helps.

I couldn’t sleep in any kind of regular bed, not even tempurpedic or air bed, so I had to sleep in the chair because of my back. Each bed that I would buy, I would own them for maybe 30 or 60 days and I’d return them because I couldn’t sleep in them. I decided to try the Craftmatic bed and see if that would help me. Its adjustability allows me to adjust it so that my back doesn’t hurt. Their representatives were very kind, helpful and answered all my questions. Everything was great.

We have Craftmatic before. It was several years old and we wanted to replace it. We enjoyed it very much. We use the head elevation and the massage. The sales representative was all right, but when the bed got here, we had a big hole in the bottom part of it. They were supposed to replace it but nobody has ever contacted us. They assured us they would come back and bring us another one because this one had been run into, it looks like with a forklift.

We saw Craftmatic on TV and we really like the way they were and we've heard from other people that they're really nice. The sales representative that we talked to was very good. But they need to get somebody that knows how to install the beds better, because the guys we had up here that brought the bed didn't even know they had to install the bed. When they tried, they had a terrible time trying to put together right now. We got a whole box with parts that they don't know what to do with. They threw their hands up and left. They were very rude and nasty to us. We love the bed, love everything, except for their service people that installed the bed. They didn't know one bit of what they were doing. They need to be cleaned up.

My only issue is that the bed is too high. I'm only 5'3" and the legs on the bed are too high for me, so I have trouble getting into the bed. I'm 71 years old practically and have to put a knee on the bed and get up in there. But other than that, we are enjoying our Craftmatic bed. It's been fantastic.

My overall experience with the Craftmatic bed is awesome. I keep thinking that I didn't want to go to anybody's house to visit because I'll miss my bed. We bought the heating pad for $500 extra, but have used that especially being winter months, and the bed is really, really great. I especially like the head and elevation feature as well as the massage. I have polio and fibromyalgia and knowing that I can get into this bed and adjust so that I can feel good really is a wonderful thing. The sales representative was very nice though we had a situation with the size of the bed. We gave her our measurements and she told us that we would need a California king, which they sent. When the driver unloaded half of the bed, he said it wouldn't fit. So we said okay and didn't insist on him bringing the other piece in. So they wanted to charge us $350 to take the bed back to them and it wasn't our fault that it was the wrong size, if that were true. I only have one complaint about the bed itself, and that is when it's folded, my mattress is uncomfortable where I'm sitting. I push it down and it gets a little more comfortable but I don't know if it was designed for a heavier person. Other than that, I love this bed.

Craftmatic is a well-constructed piece of equipment with durable parts. That interested me to figure that it would last a long time. I use the elevation for the feet, or the legs, and the head. The sales person was excellent. I had no problems whatsoever. However, I'm not very happy with the mattress. It's sort of spongy and has no body to it. But unfortunately, I could not meet the deadline to return it. Because of ill health, I spent 16 weeks in the hospital, and so I'm more or less stuck with my mattress. I would recommend to a friend. It's an excellent bed except that the mattress needs to be revised a little bit.
