We already had a Craftmatic for seventeen years and it was getting old, so we replaced it with a new one. I love the head and the feet adjustability feature because it's comfortable and it helps us watch TV in bed. We're glad the new remotes are wireless because our old ones were not.

The Craftmatic bed did everything that we wanted a bed to do. I am able to elevate my head to where I can watch TV, and raise my legs to where I can let them relax more. It was a good purchase, and I would recommend them.

For personal reasons I bought a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. The Massage and adjusting are the features of the bed I like most. Their sales rep was excellent. Now I have perfect rest every day and night.

Craftmatic Adjustable Bed looked nice and it had a good frame on it. I'm pleased with the mattress. The cost is a little bit disturbing, but comparing it with the other adjustable beds, I kind of leaned towards Craftmatic. I like the bed's ability to raise my feet and my head at the same time. This lets me take the pressure off my low back and get rid of some swelling out of my legs. I also feel better with my head up. My experience with the Craftmatic sales representative was good. He took the time to find out some things I was looking for. He explained features on the bed and the price. He did suggest that I get the hard mattress when I was going to go with the soft mattress. I'm glad I went with the hard as it is much better. Everyone I dealt with had been friendly and forthcoming about the features and answered the questions that I had. I'm pleased with the company altogether. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who would listen.

The only problem having it is the bed sliding on our laminate flooring even with the wheels locked. Also, the attachments to the metal headboard don't hold and line up. We had a Craftmatic bed we bought in early 2001 but we bought another one because it had been a really good bed. The sales experience was good. They answered all my questions and helped me figure out the features that I needed. They kept me through the details because I needed specific things done because of my daughter’s handicap. It was a very easy transaction and they handled it exactly as they told me they would. Yhe rising of the top helps my daughter a lot since she can't even turn over. She uses the vibrators as well.

My Craftmatic bed is fine but I haven't really used its features too much. I used the heater in winter time and it was nice and I'm glad I bought it. There was several months of delay from my initial conversation with the salesman until I actually bought the bed but he honored the price that he initially quoted me and I appreciate that.

I've always owned a Craftmatic bed. I had two actually - one was way back in the late 80's, and then the other in the 90's. So when the older ones died on me I wanted another one. What I like about it is that I don't have to lift the mattress to raise it up and put it down. I also like that once I get into it, if I sat into a certain place, I don't have to reprogram and I just have to push the button and it goes where I wanted to go. Their sales representatives were very good. They explained a lot of things to me including the new features on it which I liked so that's also one of the reasons why I bought it.

Everything was fine from the time we ordered our Craftmatic bed, until the time it was delivered and put together... we had no problems. Everything was very nice and the bed was very, very comfortable. I really like that it can be elevated. It helps with sleeping better, gastric reflux, and back problems. I would recommend the Craftmatic bed.

After working all day, I enjoy getting a massage from my Craftmatic bed. The sales representative is good. They need, however, to move that one service pack.

I was in a lot of back pain, and no bed that I tried worked, but I like the fact that with the Craftmatic, I can sleep with my head down and my feet all the way up. It's the most comfortable position for me, and it causes the least amount of back pain. I would recommend them, but would however, like to suggest that they check a lot more carefully the parts that go with the bed and make sure they're all there before they ship it. I was missing a part, one of the mattress retainer bars, and they had to ship it out later.

I already owned a Craftmatic bed for 10 years before purchasing a memory foam mattress recently. The sales rep I spoke to was a very nice lady who was knowledgeable and thorough. We have a brass bed with a brass headboard and foot board. The mattress is excellent and I was ready to purchase an entirely new bed system, but unfortunately the new Craftmatic beds do not allow for a foot board to be attached. So I had to go with the old bed and just purchase a replacement mattress.

I had wanted a Craftmatic ever since the 70s when I first saw them advertised. As I've gotten older I was having trouble with edema and other issues, and Craftmatic helps. I enjoy the elevation of the head because it helps. The salesman was very informative, very nice and kept in touch. He told me what would happen and it happened exactly as he said. When the bed was delivered, the delivery men were extremely helpful and very nice. They came the day they said they would be there and at the time they said they would come which doesn't always happen when you're having stuff delivered. It was an excellent experience and I have recommended it to several friends.

We went to the website and there's a column that people have shared that they liked the Craftmatic bed and I said, "Well, it looks like this is a pretty good one." We liked the heat systems, and we liked the side. So I called them and had a couple of special deals.The sales rep knew everything about it, every question I asked him. I made up a list with the positives and negatives and he did answer them. He informed us of the quality and everything ended up great. It was a very positive situation for us. The two young guys came and not only disassembled our old bed but they put ours together. They showed us how to separate it so we could make the bed and change the sheets. They were very good about it. I do like the elevated feet and the vibrator. My granddaughter-in-law thought that this bed was just terrific. They're looking for possibilities of getting that in the future as they had so much fun with the remote and having a vibration.

I mostly enjoy Craftmatic's recliner feature. It can go up and down -- legs, feet and head, back reclining. Plus the sales rep was excellent. No problems at all.

I like the appearance and details of what Craftmatic could accomplish. I often raise the headboard under the pillow since I have a medical condition. The sales rep knew what she was talking about and the delivery went as I expected it. I'm happy that it went well and I'm comfortable with it.

Called Craftmatic service and parts and was treated with so much disrespect. Have been trying to get back to them, sending fax and calling for the past week and no response. The foundation on my disabled son's bed is cracked in many places and needs to have it replaced or repaired. It's not the bed that I have a problem with. It's a great bed but it needs to be replaced or repaired and is under a 15 year warranty. I didn't deserved to be talked to in the manner she talked to me. I'm not going to dismiss this, my son does not deserve it.

I'm happy with the Craftmatic adjustable bed. Our previous bed was an old Craftmatic and it was given to us by her mother. The sales rep that we talked to was great and I highly recommend him. I've tried everything else and Craftmatic is the only bed I haven't tried yet so I got one. The adjustability of the bed - that it can go up and down - is what I enjoyed the most. It's also comfortable and very convenient. They also have a very good salesman and professional delivery guys. They did a really good job and I appreciate that.

Just by comparison online, what we've seen in the stores, and talking to their salesperson, the features seemed to satisfy what we were looking for. We like the adjustable ups and downs. Sometimes I adjust it more than once during the night just to fit on what's going on. I've only tried the vibration once or twice, just because of the noise. It was good though. Additionally, the sales person was very helpful. He was a nice man. The delivery team was a great team. They answered more questions that we had. At the time set up, they were very quick and polite. We did recommend it to a friend. We're happy with what we've got and our neighbor is happy with hers.

The reputation and capabilities of a Craftmatic bed made me go and buy one. I'm not really the owner as it was for my mother-in-law. She was able to operate the bed since the people who set it up taught her how to do it. This is one of those things that you just can't match.

My old bed had a wonderful mattress on it, but it was flat and I have to have my head up. I replaced it with a Craftmatic because you could raise the head. The young man that set the bed up was very efficient, very nice, pleasant, answered any of my questions. He helped me.

Upon using it, we started being comfortable, sleeping well and not waking up with an achy back. We mostly use the head and foot incline but not the vibrator or massage feature. I wanted to get a quality mattress because of my back problem so I looked online and there was Craftmatic. I made a call and it’s been great ever since. Though the delivery team got to my house three hours late due to a vehicle malfunction, they showed me the massage and how it works. The sales rep was also effortless and very nice. I can sit on my bed, use the massage and it makes me feel better. Putting the heating pad also makes it so great.

I bought the Craftmatic Adjustable Bed not just to have a bed, but so I could adjust it because I have some health issues I have to deal with. I’ve set it the way I wanted it -- adjusted with my legs, back and head raised. And I just leave it there, go to sleep in it and wake up in it. The sales representative was very nice and helpful but the delivery wasn’t a very good experience. I bought two beds to put together to make a king size and the delivery guy didn’t have a clue what he was delivering and how to set it together. He was just told to deliver and I think Craftmatic dropped the ball in that respect. But on the bed and how it’s working for me, we haven’t had any trouble with it so far.

We were most impressed with the referrals of people that had bought Craftmatic and what they had to say about them so we decided to pick them. We like the elevation of the head portion of the bed because it helps us both sleep better and it certainly does a good job of taking care of our snoring problems. Being able to adjust the bed for comfort is very important because I just had a major surgery. I needed to position myself from time to time at night to help relieve the aches and pains in my body. I like having pressure in areas where I have pain because it makes me so aware of those places in my body that are painful. So when I'm lying on my Craftmatic bed, I don't feel the aches and pains and it's just great. I could lay there for eight hours. Positioning the head and feet of the bed to help my aches and pains and just sit to feel the massage are my favorite features of this bed as relaxing is very important to me.
