We've been very pleased with Craftmatic's sales representative. We like that we're able to adjust the head or foot of the bed, and sometimes having a change in position will relieve some tension in the pressure point.

Craftmatic is a wonderful bed. I like the comfort it offers because either side of the bed can be adjusted up or down. It's a good quality product and their sales rep was wonderful. This is already our second Craftmatic bed and I have recommended it to friends.

I got my adjustable bed from Craftmatic because of their reputation. I have problems and I like the feature where it lifts me up so I do not have to have pillows under my head. It's comfortable and wonderful, and I could not get along without it.

My Craftmatic bed has been tremendously helpful health-wise. I can adjust the positions with the foot and the head so that I can have more comfort when I’m sleeping, and when I have aches in my back, shoulder, and neck. That’s made a big difference in my whole health process. The rep from Craftmatic was very helpful, too. I really wanted a king size bed but he suggested two beds instead. I've had a very good experience with their team and when I had one issue, it was resolved within two business days. Laura, the rep who helped me out, did an excellent job. She was thorough and I was very pleased with the way she handled delivery. I also enjoy my new bed's remote control function. I can have different settings, or set it once and forget it. I can also put the bed in different positions and just continue to sleep. However, I would like to see if they can add one more feature and a comfort pillow to the bed. I recently got one the pillow and it has helped me a lot with my new bed. All in all, the Craftmatic is an excellent bed and I recommend it to anyone who has some back issues or would just like to sleep a little bit more comfortably.

He rushed things and he didn't take the time to figure out what would be the best mattress for me. But the second woman who took my complaint was excellent. She solved the problem and all of my disagreement with the first salesman. She rectified everything. I enjoy the adjustable that goes backward and forward and I also use the massage occasionally. It's also has a fair price compared to others and the quality is very good, so I'm happy with that.

I have an older Craftmatic bed for close to 20 years. It was my parents' and they had the king twin that they put together. I got rid of one and kept one of the twin long and love it. However, it wasn't the size I wanted so I ordered a queen size. The mattress is great. I like the ability to raise and lower my head and feet. I have some lower back problems. The vibrator is just wonderful. My husband has some health issues as well. It's low enough that he can get into it, and position it to whatever is most comfortable.

My husband needed a bed that's set up like a hospital bed since he has a hard time when he lies flat. We bought a Craftmatic because of their "money back" offer along with everything I heard about the bed. I had my previous bed for 10 years, but when the acid reflux and all that other junk crept up from getting older, I couldn't lie down anymore. For about 3-4 months, I only sleep in bed a couple of nights in a week. Now that I have the Craftmatic bed, I realize all of the things said about it were the absolute truth - there's only been one or two nights nowadays when I couldn't get in bed and stay there. I think the bed's best feature is the adjustable base - it's like being in a chair. I am also very pleased with all their staff, from the sales people and the delivery team. So for people looking for a better bed and wanna be able to sleep good, I would strongly recommend the Craftmatic bed.

I kept seeing Craftmatic on television and it just seemed like it would be better than anything else that I have tried. Before Craftmatic, I've tried coppers with the foam, memory foam and everything. It's comfortable while you're in it but it's hard for me to get up out of it. I enjoy being able to raise the headboard and the bottom, either one or both at the same time because it sure helps me, as an old man, on making my bed up. It’s a big bed, and it does well.

I've been wanting a Craftmatic bed for a long time then I saw the advertisement on TV. So I decided it was a good time to look into it. I've had it for about six months now and I enjoy being able to raise my feet on it. I also enjoy lifting my head. So far, I have one little thing that I wished they could improve on and that's the mattress slipping a little off of the box spring and I have to keep pulling it back over. It might not have this problem with other beds, but I have it with the twin size bed I have.

I purchased a Craftmatic for medical purposes, since I have back problems. I've also had three Craftmatic beds before and one of those I had for about 25 years. I like being able to lower and raise my head and feet. The bed really works and does what it’s supposed to do. I would recommend it to anybody.

I was watching Craftmatic late at night and it sounded so good and I was really impressed, which was why I went further and made the phone call to buy their bed. We had a queen-sized bed before for 8 years but I wanted something bigger because we're getting older and it seems like I need more room. The lady I talked to was fantastic and unbelievable. She has made me feel good just listening to her. The gentleman whom I purchased the bed from answered all my questions and told me how much he would take care of me and everything else. I wanted to have a frame put around my bed and he said he'll have them do it, and they did. They put the bed together and the framework that I bought from somebody else. They did a fantastic job. I am so impressed with what they did.

Craftmatic's bed goes up for your head and feet and there are also two sides to the mattress--firm and soft. I have it on soft and I love it. The massage is also a very nice feature to have, especially when you have a rough day and you're sore all over.

We got the two twins that make a king from Craftmatic. My husband has to sit up real high to sleep while I like sleeping a little flatter and when we turn over in bed, nobody knows it. We love that. I also love how easy it is to make it up by raising the head, getting the sheets on, then letting it down and smooth them out. The sales representative was also wonderful and I had great rapport with the lady caller I talked with.

It's the greatest bed for treating a disabled person, massaging them and really taking care of them. The comfort is great, and I also enjoy just sleeping on this bed along with the massage and the lift devices. There's also a great insurance backup on this bed. Also the sales representative was very knowledgeable, nice, took care of me, explained everything to me and was able to deliver in a timely fashion. The people that came out to actually put the bed together were extremely polite, came at the correct time, and did everything in a timely manner. We were very pleased with our old bed and it stayed in really good condition; however, it was not giving me the relief I needed for my back. I have low back and neck pain so I sleep with a bunch of pillows underneath my legs to elevate me in a different position. Now that I have a Craftmatic adjustable bed, I don’t have to do that because the bed does it for me. I’m really happy with the bed. I enjoy being able to adjust the feet especially because having both the head and feet elevated gets me into a position that takes the pressure off of my low back.
