I decided to buy a Craftmatic adjustable bed because my wife is handicapped so I was looking for a different bed, something that was very comfortable and would help my wife. My experience with the sales representative was really good. I had the bed I owned prior to purchasing my adjustable one for seven years. I enjoy the mattress and the adjustments that you can make, especially the massage for our back. I also enjoy the features where you can raise your head and feet. I've worked with the company that makes the bed and they're good. The catalog that they send with the bed is very well put together and easy to understand. You get extra parts that are very helpful with getting it set up. I would recommend them to a friend.

We like the fact that the head raises up. My husband and I are much more comfortable sleeping. It was a good price. The sales representative we had was very nice and went over and above to help us.

We had them for 25 years but unfortunately somebody broke the front end of it so my wife wanted to try Sleep by Number which definitely we're not for us. We were not happy with it so we went back to Craftmatic. We were so used to having the Craftmatic which does a lot for my back and for my wife. We did get twins for the simple reason that we can adjust the front of our feet in different positions because I like mine sometimes a little higher. We put them together and made king-sized beds but we can separate them anytime we want.

I love everything about my Craftmatic bed. On my other mattress, I would wake up feeling like someone had taken me by my heels and sent me in the middle of the room. With my Craftmatic bed, I wake up rested. I have no residue from aches and pains and it's like sleeping on the cloud. I'm very satisfied with it as I sleep better now than I had slept in my life. I have a bad case of acid reflux and had to prop myself up on the bed, but pillows didn't work. This is why I got a Craftmatic adjustable bed and it has helped me. I also have terminal lung cancer and my chemo has caused many problems, and I recently had a bad time. In 2012, I was given one or two years but I'm still here. My acid reflux has been better. So it's been a blessing for me to have this bed. I can push one button that I have set automatically so the bed can move to the right sleeping position. Then at other times, if I want to read, I can move it up higher or move it around. If my legs are antsy, I can put my feet up when I need that position and I like the mobility of being able to do all these. In addition, the sales rep was absolutely, positively the best. That's why I've already recommended Craftmatic to friends.

I'm so comfortable with my Craftmatic Adjustable Bed. I just upgraded the one I've had for a few years and I love it. It makes me rest easy. We owned a Craftmatic set in 2002. It was starting to get old so we replaced it with a new Craftmatic a few months ago. The automatic adjustment on the new bed is really nice, so you get back to the same spot every time. Also, the new bed is much higher off the ground. I used to have to use six inch lifts. I need to move my wife using a Hoyer Lift and the old beds were too close to the ground. This current bed is plenty high off the ground, there’s no problem.

With the Craftmatic, I get to enjoy being able to recline and being able to put my feet up to various levels. When their guys came for the installation, I watched them put it in and test it. Afterwards, I tested it as well. The installation was easy and the guys were very knowledgeable.

Bought this bed and mattresses for a bedridden person... within 9 months the mattress was so broken down on the side and compressed in the middle (very frequently turned mattress) that the mattress had to be thrown away. I paid very good money for this mattress with a horrible warranty. Then when we had a power failure... I find that the bed cannot be adjusted by any manual control, the remote must be used. The user of this bed was in the same position for over 48 hrs. If the remote gets wet or dropped, again the bed can't be adjusted. I have had to purchase 2 additional remotes and have to wait as they are back ordered. I would never pay this kind of price for a "disposable" bed.
