I was having difficulty getting out of bed, but now I enjoy the ability to raise and lower my Craftmatic bed. I've had an excellent sales experience with them as well.

During my purchase, I talked with three different people and it was confusing. The bed is great but the mattress needs some upgrading because it's not a very good quality mattress. I'm very dissatisfied.

I have a hernia and a bad back, and I really benefit from the features of my adjustable bed. I flip from head to foot once a month, and every other month, I flip the top to the bottom part of the bed.

It's getting a little hard for me to get around and I thought Craftmatic's comfort would be right for me, so I bought one. I particularly enjoy the head elevation feature since I like to watch TV as well as put my head up a little bit when I sleep - that way I don't have to put the blanket under the bed anymore. Moreover, their sales representative was great. They gave me all the information so I was able to weigh out what I wanted to do. I then told him what I wanted and he gave me what I asked for.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner, and since I have arthritis, I needed a bed that I could adjust. So I decided to get a Craftmatic Bed and had a very good talk with one of their sales reps. He was very posh, kind, courteous, and informative. He did a good job of representing his product. We got together on the deal and I told him I’d pick a bed. Now, I get to enjoy being able to raise my feet and my head with the Craftmatic. But the bed sits a little bit too high for me and my wife. I'm 5'1" while my wife is shorter than me so she has to step up to get on it. But other than that, we like the bed and we would recommend them to a friend.

Our first Craftmatic was in the 70's and it lasted a long time. We kept that one and we bought the second bed (smaller). The sales rep was excellent. I like the Craftmatic because it's adjustable.

I was having problems with my back and also have fibromyalgia. I was trying to find a bed that would help me sleep more comfortably at night. With our Craftmatic I enjoy being able to adjust the bed because at night when I go to sleep, I always raise my feet up and it helps my back. I liked Craftmatic's price and their ratings on ConsumerReports. Their sales rep was great, very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The lady that sold us our bed was nice. I do a lot of reading, and I enjoy that I can put my bed in a reading position to read. I like the controls where it lifts you up and down which way you want. It doesn't have wires and I like that too. When I purchased a Craftmatic, I was after the price and comfort. I like that I am able to adjust the head and legs position, and I also like its vibration feature. The sales rep we dealt with was very good and it only took a while to get things set up and ordered.

I bought my Craftmatic bed online and the experience was terrific all through. I had to delay and wait to put the order in because my room was under construction, and everything was delivered and set up perfectly. I love the vibrator. It turns off automatically after 20 minutes and I use it to go to sleep every night. When I had a problem with it, I notified Craftmatic and within a couple of days or less, they had someone out here that replaced that vibrator and it's worked perfectly since then.

I have a problem with my back and I have to keep the bed raised up for another problem with a hiatal hernia. The Craftmatic bed helps. I bought it also for comfort, overall relaxation and better sleep. The PR for the company is outstanding. All the reps, the people I spoke with on the phone and the ones who set up the bed have been great.

I was experiencing physical pain and having been in the hospital, the adjustable bed helped. So I thought I needed a Craftmatic at home. I have a king size bed and I had the gentleman who installed it, set it up. I can sleep vertically, I can sleep horizontally and it's wonderful that way. My favorite feature of the bed is its massage ability. I also enjoy how I can bend the bed up when I do the sheets on the bed, and it makes it easier to change the sheets. It takes two of us to do it but that's a wonderful feature. But I'd like a couple of memory settings on it like I have in the car. I've got two or three memory settings that I can get the seat to go and I would love to have that on the bed. It's a wonderful product and I love having it.

We had difficulty resting and being able to change positions for probably about 10 years with our old bed. We got the twin feature that allows for individuality and comfort that we experienced. I had a number of Select mattresses for about 10 years and after listening to some of the people who previously had them, I decided to purchase a Craftmatic adjustable bed. I enjoy the bed because of the fact that I can raise my legs and shoulders at a different rate and since I have back trouble, it takes pressure off the spine. My wife says they recommend extra long sheets and actually, we really don't need them.

Unfortunately, I dropped my remote and it cannot be replaced but we would not replace our beds with anything other than Craftmatic. Their sales rep, Peter, was wonderful. We purchased a Craftmatic that is king size, which is two twins. The elevation of head feature takes the strain off. I also like turning the mattress and twirling it around so that one side doesn't get all the weight from the person sitting on that side of the bed. The bed works good.

When we got our beds, we didn't think our mattresses were firm enough so I called them and said that though we love the bed, we need different mattresses.
