    We were looking for living room furniture. Went to Ashley, Rooms to Go, Nebraska Furniture Mart. Found what we liked at Ashley. Daniel met us when we came in. Left us alone to shop. We decided on a set and bought it. Daniel really made us a good deal. Furniture was delivered and didn't fit the space. Went back, they bent over backwards to make it right. Daniel went above and beyond. If you go there, ask for him.

      Had a wonderful experience at Ashley Homestore in Plattsburgh NY recently. Went in to purchase 2 rocker recliner chairs. Our sales associate, DJ, was super helpful. He showed us several models. My wife and I narrowed it down, but we wanted to check out one other store first. The other store didn't have anything better, and when we went back to Ashley's, DJ remembered everything we had originally discussed--even more so than I could remember! He knew exactly what chairs my wife wanted! Very pleased with the customer service and his great attention to detail. And he didn't pressure us at all! Thank you DJ--it was a pleasure!

      Fort Smith store sales, Eran **, was wonderful! I need a whole body massage chair for medical reason. Unable to personally come to the store, Eran took multiple photos of the actual chair, using his personal phone. He also did a 'test drive' explaining how he felt after 15 minutes using the chair. He suggested using it before bed to help you sleep. (Which was very helpful!) Most people simply refer you to the store website, indicating they do not care about the customer. Eran's your personal shopper, looking out for your best interest. He didn't try to sale the highest priced chair either. The chair will be delivered to my house in 4 business days. Amazing! Regardless where you live, call Eran ** at Fort Smith, let him be your personal shopper!

      Bought a dresser with a mirror in the Sarasota store on Memorial Day. Was offered an extended warranty and said no thanks. Was told it was free for Memorial Day. When the dresser arrived, no mirror. Found out when we were paying the mirror was switched for the warranty. Was about the same price so we missed it. Said the salesman quit, the manager was unavailable and refused to fix this even though it costs them nothing. Lying scumbags. Never Buy From Ashley!!

      We purchased Simpli Home Warm Shaker end tables. Overall they look nice but the drawers are way too tight. They rub on the inside and are very hard to pull in and out. Wish we would have spent a little more money and went with a local furniture store. We are going to keep them for now because of the hassle to return them but we can forget about using the drawers. Lessoned learned. Will never buy from them again.

      I bought a very high end sofa and love seat at Ashley’s in Jackson Tn. The salesman was very helpful and assured me it would be completely set up upon delivery. Set had speakers and a sound system. When it was delivered a week later, the delivery crew stated they only put furniture in room. I called Ashley’s corporate customer service. I was told they would not stand behind salesman claims and they were really sorry he lied. I had to pay someone to set up sound. Jarvis the lying salesman, never returned my call.

      Great sales lady. She let me in an hour early to help me. Found what I was looking for online and gave me a good quote. I ordered it and she said she would personally take a return up to three days. The Website says numerous times NO RETURNS. They won't ship it to the store to try out so you are on your own. Several weeks later, I get an email saying it is ready for pickup in West Phoenix. I get there and I am the only one there for pickup and had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring it out. Box was bent, torn and one corner completely off. They put it in back of truck and disappeared back into warehouse quicky closing the shipping door. Will not be back.

      We enjoyed our buying experience at the Ashley store. Employees were helpful and good to deal with. We purchased a top of the line Tempurpedic adjustable bed, and a new living room set, a lot of money to say the least. Included in our purchase were $600. in bedding and a $300. Discount on the adjustable bases. When our 3rd world brown glove delivery truck arrived, they did not have the bedding with them, nor was it on the paperwork.

      These people were anything but helpful and just wanted get done and leave asap. They were dragging boxes across my new and very expensive floor instead of carrying them and just left the manuals on the bedroom floor. White glove delivery?? It was anything but white glove. Now we have a new split king bed with no bedding, so we drive 1/2 hr. to the store and just get the brush off. They had no record of the bedding or the $300. promo credit on the bases.

      Customer service is not existent. We have been to the store numerous times and the management cannot and will not do a thing to help. I even have in writing that the store would credit our account $900. but they have failed to follow through. Store manager will not give me access to a district manager or anyone up the food chain. What kind of company does business like this??

      I have called the customer no service line only to get offshore agents who are not empowered to help. I have been lied to by these people as they have also failed to follow through with their promises. Do yourself a favor and read all of the on line reviews describing the despicable way this business treats its customers. I highly recommend buying your furniture from a reputable retailer and steering clear of this scam company. I absolutely regret buying from Ashley.

      I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. I spent over $2,000 on a dresser and two matching nightstands, expecting a quality bedroom set. The nightstands were fine, but the dresser was absolute junk. The quality was nowhere near what was shown in the store and certainly not what I would expect for the price.

      When I contacted customer service, I explained that I wanted to return the entire set because the dresser was so poor that I no longer wanted any of the furniture. Instead of standing behind their products or trying to make things right, they hid behind their return policy. They agreed to take back the dresser but refused to take back one of the nightstands because I no longer had the original box. A CARDBOARD BOX. So now I'm stuck with two nightstands that were purchased specifically to match a dresser that Ashley Furniture admitted I could return. How does that make any sense?

      The most frustrating part isn't even the poor quality furniture—it's the complete lack of customer service. A company that charges premium prices should be willing to work with customers when a product fails to meet expectations. Instead, Ashley Furniture seems more concerned with protecting their policy than keeping their customers happy. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Poor return experience. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again.

      Warranty is a joke. We purchased a power reclining couch and at right at year 2 (early January 2026), one of the sides stopped working. We contacted Ashley who referred us to the warranty company. The length of repair is absolutely ridiculous. I had to take pictures, send videos, fill out forms and then it took 3 weeks to get a zoom call scheduled. On this zoom call, I was expected to flip the couch to get a pictures of a serial number (why is this not in the warranty information provided by Ashley is beyond me). The gentleman suspected it was a mechanical issue with the panel, informed me that he was going to order a part and the company was going to come and repair the couch. I had to wait 5 weeks for the appointment for which I had to be home all day because they gave me no window.

      The morning of the visit- the technician called me to tell me he was sick and that someone would call to reschedule. I had to wait another 6 weeks, only for that technician to say his truck broke down and that someone would be in contact to reschedule. The next available appointment was in another 5 weeks. MAY. The couch broke in early January. I was livid obviously, spoke with a manager and the best they could do was put me on a ‘cancellation list’ which go figure- I never got off of.

      The very nice repairman showed up in May saying he was only told to GET PICTURES and serial numbers. He had no part and was only told to figure out what the problem was. He flipped the couch and was able to locate that the wire connecting the panel inside the couch was loose, & was able to firm up the connection so that the couch worked. He took pictures and said that he was going to have them ship a replacement just in case this fix was temporary.

      So another 5 weeks goes by and another technician who barely spoke English shows up saying he was told the company needed more pictures! He takes the panel off the couch and takes more pictures only to then reinstall the panel backwards- which I didn’t discover until after he had left. He had texted me earlier so I told him to come back and fix it, which to his credit, he promptly did- but then said he needed to take the panel off the other side of the couch for more serial numbers. We declined to let him take more pictures. So yes- in the end- our couch is working because the 3rd repairman did more than just take pictures. But the ineptitude of the repair company contracted by Ashley is alarming. If something were to be majorly broken- waiting 6+ months for a repair is a joke. For the warranty issues alone- I will never again buy from Ashley.

      I bought a bedroom set, spent more than $4000 plus close to $400 on delivery, plus assembly. And delivery came with a vanity incomplete and damage, called several times and after more than a month they haven't had the solution or replace the item. Manager at store can't help you if go through this, if you call customer services, no help solutions. People be aware that nobody at store if purchase something is helping you after. That is their answer, by phone either. Never buying at this store in my life.

      I bought a sofa and when the two men delivered it, they put a dent in my wall. I have had my house up for sale, and this is the last thing I needed was to have a dent in the main wall of the living room. I have taken pictures and sent it to them and I’m not getting any response. Three weeks have gone by.

      After spending a lot of money and being talked into the protection plan, I'm extremely upset and disappointed. We had Damage Done to our table, I followed the protocol by contacting Ashley, after 6 weeks of getting nowhere I finally get in touch with somebody, which they told me there was no file of me ever purchasing furniture. So I had to prove with my receipt that I did make the purchase. Finally, moving forward they told me because it was outside of the 5-day window of damage after explaining to them that it's a vacation home and we are not there through the winter they denied my coverage. Never again will I shop or give them business! Not to mention the customer service agent was extremely rude, loud and obnoxious.

      I only gave one star because I could not give ZERO. Sales person lied about delivery date. Charged my account in full the day I placed the order. Cut to a month later, no furniture in site with NO EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE but I am getting a invoice with due date this week. I have called my sales person with no answer. I have called the store with no answer. i have called Ashley headquarters with no answer. I have used the chat fuction with no help. I am at a place of sheer anger now because how is an CERTIFIED ASHLEY PARTNER scamming me in the true definition of what is happening here.

      I recently made a significant purchase at Ashley Furniture, spending over $9,000 on new furniture for my home. I want to begin by acknowledging that the sales representative, Steve, was excellent. Steve was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the purchasing experience easy and enjoyable. The family room sectional I purchased was in stock and delivered within just a few days, which was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there.

      At the time of purchase, I was told that my dining room furniture would be delivered within two weeks. That commitment played a major role in my decision to move forward with such a large order. However, it has now been three weeks, and I have not received a single call or update regarding the delay.

      When I finally reached out on my own to check the status, I was told that all pieces were in except for the base, which would take an additional two weeks to arrive. This is completely unacceptable. Not only is the extended delay frustrating, but the lack of communication is extremely disappointing—especially after making such a sizable purchase. I expected better transparency and customer service from a company of this size and reputation. At this point, I am upset in several ways: the missed deadline, the absence of proactive communication, the moving timeline, and the overall inconvenience this has caused. If this is not handled to my satisfaction, I will cancel my order and spend my money elsewhere. I hope Ashley Furniture will take this feedback seriously and improve communication and order fulfillment expectations for future customers.

      I recently purchased a sectional from there. The experience in the store was slow and felt like dealing with a shady car salesman. I opted in to open one of there credit cards for zero percent interest. However, I requested to put some money down. The sales person said this wouldn’t be an issue then lo and behold all the sudden it was to late and he forgot to add it. Then I had to go over my order several times which was fine. However when they gave me my delivery window and their tracker it was extremely inaccurate and when they did show up they had ordered and loaded the wrong piece!

      Then after explaining to the crew that assembled the couch how I wanted the sectional set up they did it completely wrong. So I had to move the sectional by myself. Only to discover that 6 out of the 8 pieces had either not been connected or not connected correctly! After dealing with their delivery service help line I was furious because the “white glove” delivery was like 500 bucks. After complaining I was offered 42 dollars off… which seemed like an insult. I would never recommend anyone buy from this store.

      Purchased a reclining loveseat. Within 3 months the back of the recliner came loose. Ashley would not take the piece back. They would only come out to repair it. After it was "repaired", it broke again 2 months later. I asked for a store credit and was turned down. The agent said a technician would come out and repair it again. We were so embarrassed by the recliner breaking when a guest sat on it, we just wanted to get rid of it. So we did. I was told by numerous people that Ashley's furniture may look good, but it's lacking quality. I will never purchase a piece of furniture from Ashley again.
