Poor service. French fries were cold, not even warm and guy at window look like shaggy with a leather wallet hanging with a big leather tan knife on his belt. I see Wendy's now just hire anybody since they pay low wages.

This Wendy’s is the worst in our area. I ask for a Dave single HB. They gave me a meal with cheese on Hb, cheese messes up my stomach. I ask for a regular large coke. They gave me a diet. I hate diet products. They were too interest in fixing their hair, talking to each other instead of actually listening to what the customer ordered.

Had cobb salad and the chicken was rubber and it smelled. Looks like it was sitting for 2 hours. How can they serve this rotten food to a human being. I will never go back. St. Mary's Road Winnipeg. MB.

Wendy's service is the most horrible service I have ever experience in fast food at the location on Union in Memphis TN. They served me a burger that had been sitting for god only knows how long with bacon that looked as if it had been cooked and re-cook with nothing but pickles, cheese you couldn't see and no other toppings. It wasn't prepared right the first time nor the second time and the workers should have been at home because clearly they didn't want to be at work. I was craving a Wendy's burger and I just knew I was going to be satisfied. I thought, I can't go wrong with Wendy's but I was sadly mistaken and so disappointed. This was my second time attempting to get food there. I was just hoping this time would be different. But you won't have to worry about me ever returning.

13601 had the most unprofessional employees I have ever dealt with while there. If you look at the cameras, you'll see them flipping me off and calling me a **. Before this, I went to order my $5 biggie Bag and before I took a breath, the lady cut me off asking what my drink and sandwich was. I took a breath and repeated myself and before I could tell her my order, the lady said, "What sandwich and drink." Cutting me off again and giving me no time to speak. I tried to explain that they will not give me a chance to speak. Then a another lady gets on and said how I was being rude and how I can go someplace else. Sooo, I pulled up to the drive through window.
There were three young ladies in the window. 2 ** and 1 **. The ** lady opened the window to talk and when she did, I was trying to explain to her that she was giving me no time to speak at all. Then, who I would assume is the manager, came to the window and started going off. Telling the lady who I was initially talking to to stop talking to me. The short ** lady was calling me a ** and I know for sure the 2 ** ladies were flipping me off. Definitely all on camera. So, a person who works in customer service should deescalate a situation. They should never ever make it worse. I feel the young ** lady was potentially trying too hear me out. However, the 2 ** ones were extremely terrible at calming any type of situation. A simple order turned into madness over employees being impatient and terrible at their job.

My family and I love eating at Wendy’s in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Everyone is very attentive and pleasant, but the employee Angel and his brother are the best. The food is also very good and is always our first choice.

I ordered a taco salad, so you have to put it all together - fine. BUT I did order Ranch dressing and I am sure I was charged for it. Not included. This was a delivery order to a business, no plasticware at all. I ordered a small frosty - the pumpkin one... They sent me a JR which was basically a shot glass of a frosty and way melted. It was really like a shake (a very small one) and of course no plasticware, so of course no straw. If you are going to charge the high prices, make sure it is worth the money! Those of us that work don't do it to be charged high dollar for less than a 3 star for sure!

I have a service dog and was given the 3rd degree which is against the law. This happen 3 times, 2 times by the same manager, once by someone else. Contacted customer service twice - never a response back.

35 minutes in drive-thru. Got cold fries with way too much salt. Doors have been locked for a month. So you have to wait in long drive-thru lines. Asked for my receipt. Was told receipt machine hasn't been working. Thats been over a month since anyone has gotten a receipt. Seems fishy to me. Top Sam Wendy's in Maine has gone so far downhill since new ownership. Empty ketchup containers or no cups to put ketchup in orders. Messed up all the time. Last time I went in bun racks blocking the counter. What happened to my favorite place? It's now the worst place to try and eat. So if your order gets messed up you wait another 30 to 35 minutes in line again to get what you ordered.

I've been waiting more than *TEN DAYS* for Wendy's to authorize a small refund (just $4!). I had placed a mobile order on 10/1/23, went to pick up food but was told that restaurant's "system was down" and they couldn't fill orders. But the refund was *NOT* automatic - I was told to call Wendy's corporate "customer service" office (which is closed on weekends). I've called them *FOUR TIMES* now, but they won't process the refund - they tell me I need to speak with a "District Manager", who is supposed to call me (but no call received). Outrageously BAD customer service here - I won't do any more business with Wendy's.

Chicken nuggets are hard as a rock. They took away the chicken tenders which was the best all around. I will no longer go there for chicken. In fact fries were very hard too. Just gonna give myself a long break from that place. Salt on fries sucks so when you order no salt you get hard fries. We are done.

I would like to start by saying that I never review places because everyone is human and makes mistakes… but seriously the service was so bad. I placed a mobile order with Wendy’s, I waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes before even being greeted. I let them know I had a mobile order and pulled forward. I was kind and patient with them considering there were only two people there. I ordered 3 combo meals, two of which were just chicken nuggets and one that was a sandwich. I order everything as it came except for no tomato on the sandwich. I was the second person there in a five car long line and the second to last to be served my food.
I waited about a half hour for my food and I was never even given straws for my drinks. Now here is the reason for complaint. Not because I was there first and served last. Not because I waited half an hour for three simple combo meals. I complain because even after all that I was missing chicken nuggets, I didn’t not get straws and there was tomato on my sandwich.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a baked potato along with a chocolate Frosty. The frosty was complete liquid. The 10 piece was thrown in the bag, not even in the container and the potato smelled fishy?!

Wendy's. August 24 @3:06 pm. I placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes later. Took 10 minutes to get to the window with only one car ahead. At the window, she (** woman with faded red long fake hair) handed me two cokes and no straws while I waited for the rest of my order. I thought it had a red tinge to it, so I took a sip, and it turned out to be Cherry Cokes. Yuck. I was handed the rest of my order and told her that I didn't order Cherry Cokes, and she replied that they are out of regular Coke.
I asked to speak with the manager (middle-aged ** man), and he came over from the register. Wouldn't give me his name. I asked him why his staff thinks it's right to give me a different drink without informing me of it or asking if I want something different. His answer was that he just got there and didn't know what's going on. I told him my problem again and his answer was "What do you want?" I told him that this wasn't acceptable, and I had a fairly big order. His response was (and it was recorded on my dash cam) "Why do you people even come here? Don't come here no more!" You people? As in a ** woman? Or woman in general? Does that mean that a ** customer wouldn't have an issue with an order change without being informed about said change until you discover it at home?
Once at home and getting ready to eat, I discovered that our order was hours old, the buns hard, and broke off into pieces when held. The tomatoes were mush, and everything was stale. The fries were overcooked and hard dried out pieces. I will not return to Wendy's on Howe Ave. The staff needs to be replaced with people who are nice and value customers. And if they don't want certain customers, then make it clear right from the start. Until that day, I had no issues with other races, genders, etc. Having moved here in May 23, I am disappointed at the treatment I've been getting at some places that are primarily staffed by other races than my own.

I absolutely love Wendy's. But Wendy's you're a lot like a lot of other restaurants. You need to train and teach your employees how to properly hand change back or do you actually know how to hand change back? You don't just throw the chains in the dollar bills together. You properly hand the change back by saying how much the total was and how much they are getting back. I got money back. My bills were even folded up. It's sad this generation only knows how to use credit cards.

I realize finding good conscientious employees is difficult but….we ordered with app in car and arrived ten minutes later - it was just after a storm and we were the only customers. A grim-faced female employee (manager?) took our order number. We then sat for 10-15 minutes waiting for our order. When it finally arrived burgers were cold. We started to drive away but I thought we should check the order and sure enough a sandwich was missing. Grim faced manageress replied, "Because your order isn’t complete." Hello? You didn’t say anything to me. We then waited an additional ten minutes - now there is a line of cars behind us - for the final sandwich which she handed over without any explanation or apology. I will not be going back. To my mind, inexcusable.

*WENDY’S CORPORATION DOES NOT CARE IF YOUR KIDS EAT RAW CHICKEN AND GET SICK* My 9-year-old son and I decided to make a late-night visit to order the Asiago Spicy Chicken Club that I’ve been eating for years. We placed our order at 11:51 just before closing at midnight. The order taker said it would be 6 minutes to fry the chicken and we agreed.
On our way home we ate the sandwich in the car. Being dark we could not see the food clearly and about halfway through the sandwich I noticed an odd texture in my mouth. I turned on the car light to discover a super raw chicken breast (picture attached). Immediately disgusted that we ate several bites of raw chicken, I turned around to go back to Wendy’s. They were closed when we arrived, but I knocked on the drive-thru window and Ben the manager opened it for me as he recognized that he had served me minutes before. Ben was stunned at how raw the meat was. He apologized and refunded our food (pictures of receipts attached). He also gave us the old food that was left-over waste from the night. This consolation prize was exactly as expected… old.
The next day my son complained about his stomach being upset and he used the restroom much more than he normally would. I called Wendy’s Corporate to file a complaint. I was told a district manager would reach out to me. Soon I heard from a manager named Miriam. She too apologized and you get the sense that the folks representing Wendy’s feel terrible about what happened. I asked Miriam to show my family that they are truly sorry for what we went through and to make things right by offering us a fair monetary gesture. The amount we discussed was not very much and in no way was I trying to take advantage of Wendy’s. In return for their monetary apology, I agreed that I would not share this story. Miriam could not make this decision but said her manager would get back to me. For roughly 2 weeks I followed up with Miriam as I never received a call from her manager.
When I finally connected with Miriam she said my case was now with the claims department. For context, I sent the picture of the raw chicken breast early in the process to Miriam so Wendy’s could see exactly what they are serving at their restaurant. Another week goes by and I’ve heard nothing from the claims department or Miriam so I texted Miriam that I wanted to know the next steps by weeks end or I would be posting this story.
That same day I received a call from Jodie with their Corporate Human Resources Department. Jodie said that they had reviewed the case with Upper Management and the consensus was that they were going to do absolutely nothing for my family. Jodie and I talked through the situation a bit more and she decided that she would go back to Upper Management and see if there was anything they could do. I even told her at least offering a gift card or something to make this right is not an unreasonable ask. Jodie planned to get back with me in a couple of days but did not promise this.
Almost a week after speaking with Jodie and still not hearing back from her, I left her a voicemail on her office number and asked for an update. 2 days later Jodie had not called back, so I phoned her again with another voicemail and have still not heard back. It’s clear that Wendy’s is not actually sorry for what happened to my son and me. I gave them ample opportunity to do the right thing but now my only recourse is to post this story and warn the public that when you eat raw food at Wendy’s they will do absolutely nothing for you. I suggest that you do not eat their food and I’m very disappointed in their core principles when it comes to making things right with a lifelong customer…

Loved the service, the workers and the food. Overall incredible experience. The guest experience was one of the best I've had as a customer in any restaurant. The manager was very approachable and made the experience that much better. Tab is awesome.

The line was wrapped around the Wendy's on Cortez Rd in Bradenton Florida. I went inside and the girl worker who was sitting down said I have to place my order at the kiosk and she could not take my order. All of the workers were arguing saying orders being placed are wrong and arguing about closing time and other things instead of taking care of the line outside of the drive up. I went to McDonald's and was taken right away!! THEY NEED AN ENTIRE NEW STAFF WHO NEEDS TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I ordered a pub burger from the Wendy's at 4029 Five Forks Trickum Rd SW and I basically got a wrapper that looked like someone threw up a burger into it. I understand a bit of slippage, but this was just "I don't give a damn about my job or the customers" in a bun. Nothing on this thing was where it was supposed to be. I tried to fix it but it kept getting worse. I would rather go hungry than to ever eat at that Wendy's again. It will probably be a very long time before I eat at another Wendy's period.

I had a coupon for 2 sandwiches for $10. She rang it up and said $11.49. I said no, it is $10. Her and the manager said that is the way it rings up so that is the price. If we adjust it, it looks like we are stealing. So they can steal from me? What a terrible service. Needless to say, I left with no food. Why haven't the contacted corporate to have the computer fixed to accommodate the coupons? Poor service, bad business practice. Won't be back there again.

I ordered a JBC no mayo. They put mayo which wasn't that bad but when we went back they wouldn't take it back. They had to make me a new one, it had no mayo but also had no tomato or lettuce. It took them more 20 mins for them to finally get it right and also the manager kept getting an attitude when we went back. Also got my family's food wrong.

I purchased take-out of Dave's double burger from the restaurant at 3950 PEMBROKE ROAD at 1:15 PM on 05/12/23. I could only take one bit. It was so overcooked it was crispy. I could not eat it then I tried to give the meat to my dog, but he also would not eat it. Obviously, the staff does not care.

We got chilly cheese fries with cheese sauce but when we got the food it was not in the bag but the drinks was right. But the wait was longer than it told us. 30 minute but we had to wait 1 hour. We was already hungry then we just became hangy.

After getting my usual sandwich when I got home I took out my sandwich and it was completely burnt and I then realized it was also missing the tomato as well. This is the second time I was disappointed by coming to this Wendy's. I'm usually pretty happy with their food but wasn't again.

For me I liked the food soooooooooo much but the service is like seriously. I went to wendy's to get a chicken sandwich because I like those but when I got the meal one time I ordered it I checked it and... there was lettuce but I didn't order lettuce and worst part. There was no cheese and so I had to go home to take the lettuce off. There was also mayonnaise on the lettuce and yes I did order mayonnaise. It was disgusting taking the lettuce off. I had to put some cheese and more mayonnaise on. But that was the only time it happened and the other orders were good. I'm not being rude to the workers also.

The soda had a strong chemical taste. Bubbles on top like soap. Tasted Like disinfectant. One sip threw away. Had plain tea not from machine. Fries cold, soggy. No one smiled on crew. Quality of food not what I remember. Nuggets half size. No flavor. The bbq sauce tasted like ketchup with a tablespoon of sugar in it. Won't go back ever.

I don't generally write reviews. When I do there is as problem and needs addressing. I've been a saline local for over 20 years. I avoid this Wendy's when I can but when I can't, 9 out of 10 there is a problem with service/order. I can list many different issues here but will highlight a few. Today I attempted to get food for my child via drive thru, the teller was quite rude and very pushy. The result was I ended up just leaving because the next word out of my mouth was not going to be friendly.
Another time I order the spicy chicken sandwich as they are delicious, came home with a grilled chicken sandwich that was still partially frozen or cold like it wasn't even cooked. That went right into the garbage. Another time ordered a breakfast sandwich and got home to see half of the sandwich was missing. All I had was the bottom bread and meat. No top bread, no cheese or anything else. I mean, really? This Wendy's here in saline has long lasting dissatisfying service. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. This is my 2 cents.

I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. They gave me old food. My breakfast potatoes were dried out like they have been sitting there and my French toast sticks were dried out. I was very disappointed and I even called just to see what they would say instead of them saying, "I will replace your food." The manager keeps making excuses and then after I had a come back for it she asked, "What do you want me to do?" I feel like as a manager be a manager.

My husband and I went to the Wendy's on Fairburn Road because it was close... I ordered a LG chili and he got a #1 with Sprite no ice and I got a small Frosty ..We pay and get to the second window. They put Sprite in the ice. My husband said, "Can I please get no ice?" They take his cup, pour half of it into another cup, fill it back up with ice left in it. Still fine whatever but then we got our food we had no spoons or straws. My husband asked for them and another lady says, "Damn. What else you want?" as the child in the window is screaming in my husband's face next ... "Next in line. I said next." ...Next in line ... No one was behind us .... I'm sure this particular child/female has had issues with other customers .... Bad service and food ...I had one piece of meat in my chili. I didn't order beans only ... And we were never given a receipt.

I got chicken nuggets and I ate a few that were on the top, but at the bottom there were chicken nuggets that weren’t even cooked all the way and has this gross slimy stuff on it. I ended up getting very sick.

I got a 6$ biggie bag and the juice they gave me is the size of a child's meal. I should had went to McDonald's and I will continue to do so. A lot of food comes in the bag only to wash it down with a tiny cup of juice. I was very surprised and thought the server made a mistake.

I ordered 3 bags of food from Wendy's with one of them being a small Baconator combo meal. When it arrived, It had 3 bags but when I opened one of them, there was only fries and chicken nuggets which I did not ordered. I looked for my baconator in the other bags but it was not there. This happened to me last time but I did get my money back. Please don't let this happen again.

I go to the new Wendy's on Fairburn Road 2815 Fairburn Road to go get some breakfast this morning. I go to order. The menu says Coke products. When they ask me what drink did I want and I said, "Coke would be fine" and they said, "We don't have any Coke. We've got Dr Pepper, Mountain Dew." I said, "Okay well Dr Pepper will be fine," "We don't have any Dr Pepper," he says, I said, "Okay what do you have?" I proceed to say, In a loud yelling voice I hear over the intercom, "We don't have dr pepper or coke. What the **..." yelled at me, I said, "Excuse me. Did you just yell wtf at me..."
I immediately drove around the building. Went to the McDonald's next door and I said, "You know what? I need to call corporate" so I drove back in the parking lot to get the address call corporate. The so-called manager comes outside to confront me trying to make an excuse to why he yelled what the ** to me. He said he dropped something at the same moment and yelled it, I don't believe that nor do I believe what he's saying to cover up his mess. I say, "Well you're the one in drive-thru. You're the one with the drive-thru headphones on and it was your voice coming through the intercom and you said I don't have Coke or Dr Pepper what the **."
I will never go to that Wendy's ever again and I request others don't go as well not 2815 fairburn rd douglasville, if you want good customer service and you want your food right I wouldn't go there. The so-called manager this morning was the one yelling the obscenities, do you honestly think the workers are going to have respect they really have someone to look up to? No customers should ever be cursed at cause they don't have what's advertised when asking for products, it was fine until obscenities was yelled over the intercom at me.
I honestly don't think the employees will act any different not with someone like that running it, they will think it's ok to talk to you any kind of way and get away with it, when you got employees laughing at what was done over the intercom was clearly heard by all, that was uncalled for and I'll never take my business to that place again and I've lived and worked in this community on this street for the last 15 years. I will take my money elsewhere. I suggest you do too...

So I got the Chicken Sandwich, Diet Coke, Fries and a baked potato. Didn’t get my baked potato. Coke has no flavor but has a disgusting aftertaste. Was still charged for the baked potato even though it was never given to me.

Price went up almost a dollar in the past year, got the same portion, sometimes less. I normally get the same order and have been for a couple of years now and I guess the portion depends on who is preparing it.

Wendy’s chili is very runny, not thicker like used to be in the 1980’s. Today hardly had meat. Looked like soup. Hope you will want to go back to the original formula which did not have peppers and pieces of tomatoes.

My son & I walked into the new lobby and waited 10 minutes before being told that the lobby was closed. We hopped into the drive-through to get a 4 for 4 and the new Italian Mozzarella combo. After 25 minutes in the line we ordered and were told the combo was all sold out. It was 12:30 PM. So we just went with the 4 for 4 and the person at the window would not speak to me. It was as if they were just in a bad mood and didn't want to be there. When she took our order at the speaker, it sounded like they were on drugs and couldn't get their words right.
We saw several couples trying to get in the front door but they simply didn't have the smarts to make a sign stating that the lobby was closed. This is a brand new store. What is funny is that those two couples as well as us all met up at the Dairy Queen two stores down and had a really good customer experience.

Yeah I just have the barbecue sauce that changed at Wendy's and it is so disgusting. I threw up. I don't know what the heck you guys did but you need to change it back to the original. It's got the spiciness and it taste good. Now it tastes like duck sauce or something.

I'm not here to bash the company. Actually, I'm hoping this will help them. For far too long Wendy's has been on a steady decline when it pertains to their service. It's so bad that you almost come to accept bad service. Orders wrong, long wait time both inside and drive-thru, and all served with a bad attitude in most cases. In contrast, and everyone knows it, Chick-fil-A is a great example of what the opposite of Wendy's is or has become. I think most will agree that the food is literally the only reason we come back, but that won't continue much longer if the service continues to decline. My hope is an executive or board member will read this and take it as a sign that it's time for Wendy's to make a change.

My experience has been terrible, and by the way your commercials suck, the Biggie Bag is absolutely disgusting and I will never get your French Toast Sticks. I walked into store, bad decision. I order a Chicken Sandwich, Coke and Fries. took too long. Opened the bag and OMG it was the most indelible garbage ever, mayonnaise was slapped on like someone barfed it up, and fries weren't bad but the nuggets were trash like I was eating cardboard. Now this is just pathetic, I have never had such a bad experience.

So first of all they have plastic straws with paper cups and now it’s the opposite??? Why is that? And now with your combo you used to get medium fries with it but instead it’s now small. This needs fixed. Bigger fries and either both plastic cups and straws or strictly paper.

Even with the weather in the 20s & snowing lightly today. I had been wanting a peppermint frosty from Wendy's because I LOVE pretty much anything peppermint. So I stopped at the Wendy's on Powers & Stetson Hills here in Colorado Springs, CO. When I got to the ordering station I noticed they had a label that the peppermint frosty were not available at this time. So I proceeded to order a small chili for my mom for supper. I asked the girl that was taking my order if the peppermint frosty wasn't available because their machine was broken. She very clearly stated that they were NOT selling the peppermint frosty because she still had strawberry and they were NOT selling the peppermint until the strawberry was gone. Apparently she doesn't know that they shouldn't be advertising the peppermint if they're not willing to sell it because that's false advertising! Poor way to run a business!!!

So on my way home from work my baby said she wanted a salad from Wendy's so I said, "Aight. ** it. I’ll grab me something too then." So upon placing our orders I said I wanted a pineapple mango lemonade & a manager by the name of Melissa grabbed my cup by the top of the rim with her finger inside the cup so I politely asked her for a different cup because her finger was literally inside the cup. She immediately got a lil funky ** attitude. Then when she finally gave me my drink I said, "Thank you" on some grown man ** with no grudges because she just made a simple mistake that should have never happen but could be fixed, but when I said thank you she didn't say a word, not even apologize for the mistake in the first place.
I just felt she was kinda rude for that. I’m a paying customer & if she didn't like her job then she shouldn't be there. It's not that deep to call & report her to corporate, but I did wanna expose this because people should take the food industry more serious because people get sick like that. I'm sure she's been touching money, pressing buttons, & handling other things in the store on top of her behavior being uncalled for. Again her name is Melissa at the Wendy's on 350. We must be mindful & watch people that handle our food or anything that you're consuming into your body. I pay attention & over analyze everything pertaining to me or people in my immediate circle.

Wendy's commercials have turned me into a Wendy's commercials junkie. I love, love, love their TV commercials. I'm still waiting for the $5 bag commercial to be made into a song. It has old-school sound, remind you of that Motown sound, you can't miss. Come on someone make it a song... You already have the cast and singers! Yes I have had delivery because I don't have a vehicle. Keep up the outstanding work with your commercial, I'm watching!!! Frosty machine doesn’t work and I asked for a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only and they gave me a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was overcooked and there was no ketchup but only burnt bacon and a cold patty with tomatoes, mayonnaise and lettuce which I specifically said to have none of it on there.

Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food place, I recently stopped for a# 1 burger, fries and Coke and I thought the product was terrible. The hamburger was cold and the cheese was just slapped on like it just came out of the fridge. The bun was not even warm which surprised me because they just made it fresh. Hello, I just left the Wendy's on Winchester Road and a girl with a pink shirt that was working the drive thru just had an whole argument with me. I ordered a sausage and biscuit and natural lemonade. She snapped at me telling me she didn't have any lemonade. When I got to the window the biscuit on the sausage was hard so I asked if I could have a fresher one. She snapped again and said, "We don't have anymore." At this point her attitude is very distasteful so I just ask her for a refund and I told her that her attitude was horrible and that I haven't done anything to her for her to act like that. She then told me that my attitude was horrible as well. I told her that I was going to call her manager or Corporate and she proceeded to call out her manager's phone number and said she didn't care.
Then she told me to give her her biscuit back and I told her she could have it as soon as she gave me my card and receipt back confirming my refund and she didn't. So I had to ask another employee that was standing outside to give it to me and sit there until she felt like giving it to him. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant but this restaurant in particular is the Wendy's that I visit the most because it is near my home. I will not be returning. I don't know if a manager was on duty or not but that could have been and should have been handled in a better manner.

Went to a Wendy's in Albany, GA on July 6, 2022 between 7:07am-7:20 am.. Just trying to order breakfast...a #1 with coffee.. This is my second time within a month wanting coffee for breakfast and was told they don't have any. Why have coffee advertised if you never have it for breakfast? I asked why they won't put a hand written sign up saying out of coffee for other patrons who are looking for coffee to start their day, and the lady taking the order at the screen had an attitude like "Well it's not ready. The people didn't clean or prepare it.." One of those she said and for me to drive around. When I got to the window the lady had very short hair and it was mixed with blonde. I explained, "Please don't have an attitude with me because y'all don't have coffee." She said, "Seems like you're the one with the attitude." I said, "Yes when I've come here twice for coffee and none is ever ready.."
She continued to be rude. Took my payment and then handed me my drink but she still has an attitude. I told her to tone her attitude down.. I'm still a customer and she walked away as I was talking and let the payment window slam shut. Another lady came to the window and asked me to move up and I wanted the manager.. The manager appeared (Her hair was in a puffed short pony tail) and I tried to talk to her and she walked away and let the window slam shut hard as well.. I moved up and waited almost 8+ mins for a chicken sandwich and side of potatoes only, no one came out so I backed up to the window and another lady said a guy was coming with my food. He came to the window, handed me my food and I tried to explain that they need better service and he slammed the window shut too.
I left but threw my food away.. Why would I want to eat that food after an argument and nasty service as well as a long wait. Later, I visited the store to talk to the manager. Went inside about 1:38pm. I asked a guy for the manager, he then came back and stated the manager said they were busy.. I said, "Well I would like to handle this on a store level and come to a resolve and not corporate." He went back to her and then me again saying what is it regarding. I explained I prefer to tell the manager, he gets her. She comes out I recognize her and ask if she was the same Manager from the morning.. She said yes. I asked what was the issue? All she said was she handled it. I said how because she was just as rude in the morning too. I said I'm trying fix it in the store level and she said, "You got your food.." I said, "I threw it in the garbage.. I don't trust it" and she walked away.
As she was walking I asked her is she seriously walking away as I am talking.. She said she was trying to talk but I said I threw the food away so she told me to go ahead and call corporate if I was going to call. Very nasty. No empathy. No apology. No offer to replace my food since I felt the food took too long for me to receive it and 3/4 people were rude.. (I don't know what they did to my food.) Very disrespectful all over coffee and an poor customer service. I did call corporate and am awaiting a response..and yes I was highly upset after the way I was talked to.

Do not go to the Wendy's on Griffin and 441. I've been there twice in the last 2 months. Will never go again. The food is horrible. You wait 40 minutes in line. They say they have no staff. You wait in line then you wait another 10 minutes to even order and then you wait up at the window another 15 minutes. Okay you're there about 45 minutes the food is disgusting when you eat it. Take one bite. Cold. I had to throw it out. In fact the state should even be called the food is disgusting.

We went to Wendy's on the Parkway in Chelsea. BIG MISTAKE. Took 23 minutes to get to the window. The manager is standing, texting and scratching. Should have drove off, but got our food. No ice in sodas, didn't mention it. Piss warm soda is so great with pink - uncooked burgers. Bread was hard as a rock, the gross chunk of lettuce was bigger than the whole sandwich. One tiny scrap of a bacon bit. The most disgusting pink burger was the cherry on top of this disgusting excuse for a meal. There is no customer service at Wendy's, not on the phone and not on social media. I was charged for a delivery from Wendy's that was wrong, it was placed on wendys.com so they are directly responsible for the delivery and the order. Doordash came with the wrong order, went back for mine and it wasn't there, but Wendy's charged me anyway. When I called to complain I was on hold for an hour, so I called Doordash who promised to contact Wendy's to get me a refund. So the moral is, don't order any food via the company website, pay the extra money to order via Doordash, Grubhub, UberEats, etc., because they do care about their customers, whereas Wendy's couldn't give a rat's ** as long as they get their money and the hell with the customer who isn't satisfied.

I was excited they got new fries, but I tried them twice and the are disgusting change. The drinks are always flat. Wendy's at 1450 W Morris St, Indianapolis, IN 46221. My husband and I went to this location on 02/23/2022 (drive thru) at 9:35 p.m, and we ordered two large baconator meals, and we were told that they could only provide us one meal, and that the store was closed. This has happened to us on two occasions. The website says that they are to close at 10pm, which we confirmed with a dayshift manager, and individuals in the drive thru line are to be served up to 10pm, and then the store closes, not serving or refusing to serve customers at 9:30 or 9:35 pm. The late night shift staff are extremely lazy, rude individuals who refuse to go out of their way to provide a service to their customers. In addition, there is no sign posted that the store closes at 9:30 p.m or that they will not serve any more customers at that time. We will no longer patronize this location.

I visited a Wendy's in Altamonte Springs at 516 E. 436. Once I made my order and got to the window to make payment, the young lady had a very serious bad attitude. She snatched my debit card. At that time I got the manager's attention through the window. I told the manager what happened and I explained to her that I did not want that same young lady to serve me my food. By that time she had arrived back to the window with my food and drinks. Still with attitude. Words were exchanged between me and her, she threw my food and drinks at me. Then she also threw two pieces of iron out the window looking like it belonged to maybe a grill or a soda machine. She caused damage to my car, in and outside. She also wet my phone, causing my speaker not to work on it.
I pulled into a parking spot and got out my car. The manager Ida and I had a conversation. She for sure me that the young lady will no longer have a job and she also begged me not to call the police. But I decided to call the police anyways because the damage of my car. Once the police got there and seen the damage he asked me did I want to press charges. I said yes and when they went to ask to look at the footage of the camera, the manager said that there was no footage that the camera does not work. We know that that was not true. Any business or establishment that that has anything to do with handling of money, will definitely have camera footage. Her co-workers also made false statements. That's one Wendy's and no other Wendy's will I ever visit.. I called the corporate office and no one yet has gotten a hold of me yet and it's been almost a week ago.

The salad is pretty good but don’t understand why a vinaigrette dressing needs 16 added grams of sugar. Oil has none, red wine vinegar 3 or you could use lemon juice which also has none. I use oil & lemon juice or vinegar all the time for delicious dressing without the added sugar.

I purchased an apple/pecan salad and spicy chicken just before 5:00 pm tonight, 1/12/2022 at the Iron Mountain Wendy's. I asked for an extra dressing as I was shorted on my last order back in November. When I called and the employee who took my call said she'd put it in the book that I was owed a dressing. Flu and the holidays presented me from getting back in until tonight. They told me the book went back to September. I said look in November. My name wasn't there. They wouldn't give me my dressing. While they were looking for my name in the book, I looked in my bag I just purchased. Guess what. NO DRESSING! Lainy added insult to injury by telling me she loaded the bag herself and she most certainly put a dressing in there. So, I was essentially told I was a liar as well. Thank you, Wendy's.

The pub burger was great until I bit into a sweet pickle. Way to ruin a great burger…all of your burgers for that matter. Nobody likes sweet pickles. Get rid of them! All of your burgers are great until you bite into the pickle. Sweet pickles are for old people. You fixed the fries and the pub burger with the beer cheese is amazing until you hit that sweet pickle and ruin everything. Canada hates those darn pickles. Wendy's is going out of business. They don't answer their telephone at their corporate office (1-888-621-8140). Their restaurants are open at haphazard hours, not during posted open hours. How long does Wendy's corporate officers expect customers to drive to a local Wendy's store, only to find it is closed? I've given up on patronizing Wendy's restaurants, even though I enjoy their food on occasion. But, it's just too aggravating to take the time and trouble of driving to my local Wendy's restaurant, only to find a hand-written sign post on the ordering kiosk that the store doesn't open until an hour later than the time I arrive there, even though the posted business hours indicates the store should be open.

So I went by the drive through on Bush River at 9pm, keep in mind Wendy’s doesn’t close until 11p and some locations later. There’s three people in front of me but the line is moving quickly, I placed my order for a double big cheddar bacon burger, a baconator and 6 nuggets (just in case my husband and I get hungry after our big burgers). I got up to the window to pay and right off the back they got it wrong and repeated my order as a baconator, the bourbon bbq burger and nuggets. I corrected them and said it was the big cheddar bacon burger not the bourbon one as the lady said. I waited for a few minutes for them to make another burger, then pulled off to the side once I got my burger and noticed they still gave me the bourbon burger.
I didn’t get a chance to check the other one because of the lighting. I got home and noticed that they gave me two of the exact same burgers which were both the bourbon bbq one. I myself hate bbq anything (don’t judge me I know that’s weird). Anyways the other burger had some shredded cheese on it which was the only difference, also the cheese was cold and still in its original form. I paid $16 for two burgers I didn’t ask for. This is ridiculous, this is the second time it’s happened at the same location. Needless to say my husband and I will never be returning to another Wendy’s again! Do better Wendy’s!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst Wendy's. As my husband put it; I don't know why you keep going there. Today they had an extremely long line and we went to chick-fil-a instead but the kids really wanted to get their 4 for $4's. Almost every weekend we go to wendy's or chick-fil-a to reward them for their great grades and great behavior. They just got report cards and all of them received all A's and only two of them received one B. To be online and one in dual that is really good.
I waited in this long line and get up to the screen to order and she says you can only order 4 meals. I told her I always have come here and that has never happened. So she said I would have to order 4 of them and get back in line. I said so I'm suppose to get back in this line and do the order all over again. She said, "Yes". This is ridiculous. It has gotten so bad here that I will try to go to another exit or just try to see who is on the shift to order.
We have been here for years and this place just can't get it together. When I asked for a manager, she said, "I am she..." Should I call corporate? She said, "Yes." I sat in line for a quick moment because I was going to hold up her line like she was holding up my time and call corporate but the hold was too long. So I pulled over to the side so I wouldn't make others wait like me. I just left. I wish they would just wish that ownership would change. Worst Wendy's, worst Managers, and worst service. I have recently bought and ate both spicy chicken nuggets and filet burger from Wendy's, not only where both item spicy as hell at the point where it felt like I was set on fire It tasted like trash, Honestly this is one of the most disappointing item on the god damn list, And for the fillet burger 0/10. It tasted like nothing whatsoever, Honestly I would go back to eating Mcdonald's than Wendy's ever again.

Me and my kids had decided to go to Wendy's and we decided to get burgers, when we went to sit down in the dine in we opened the burgers and they were frozen. We went back to the counter and told them that our food was cold and they said they would heat it up but they decided to do it in a microwave. I mean like they could have put on the grill instead but they decided to put it in the microwave.

Miguel at my local Wendy’s loves to lecture you if you wait more than an hour to request a refund for your missing chicken nuggets. Apparently he is not accustomed to customers trusting his staff to fill your order correctly and if you go home to eat your drive thru order and then come back to complain and seek a refund that is not allowed. He loves to lecture. No apology, no offer to fix the issue, he just feels that it is an inconvenience to him to refund the $3.49. I told him to keep his money and I would spread the word. Ordered vanilla frosty and got half way down the drink and a huge piece of plastic was in my spoon with my frosty and I almost chocked to death on it! I took a picture of it. I am SO glad one of my grandbabies did not get this and it was me!!! I am so furiated. I waited in line from 8:10 until I got my food. Over 30 minutes and all I ordered was 4 cheeseburgers and 2 frostys only to almost choke to death. I have the photo I have taken and I have the piece of plastic and my frosty!

We will never visit this Wendy’s again! We’ve been going here for a number of years and service seems to get worse with each visit but yesterday was the last straw for my family. Our son has specific tastes and wanted Wendy’s chicken nuggets so we went and noticed there were about 5-6 cars in line and we waited for about 5 minutes without moving and decided to run down to KFC because our daughter wanted a spicy chicken sandwich from there, (which is WAY better than Wendy’s BTW). We literally ordered, received our food and drove back to Wendy’s to find the cars that had been there before still hadn’t moved! We decided to wait for our son to get his nuggets because there isn’t a Wendy’s anywhere on our way back home. It took about 30 minutes just to get up to order. Only to have to wait another 10 minutes to have our order taken. There was only one car waiting at the window ahead of us.
ZERO customers were waiting for someone to bring out their food in the additional drive thru parking spots. They didn’t utilize these extra spots once. We needed to repeat our order 5 times because the guy taking our order didn’t seem to be listening. We finally get up to the window and waited another 10 minutes to be taken care of. Our order consisted of only 2 ten-piece chicken nuggets for the buy one/get one $1, two medium sodas and a small frosty. Not complicated AT ALL! So after repeating our order another 10 times to the guy, he took our card and gave us a receipt. I looked it over and he had charged us for 2 combo meals which was more expensive! We told him no fries, and that the nuggets were on the $1 deal. He was confused and stood at the window for a while as if not knowing what to do.
He finally asked for our card back and another “supervisor” helped him out but she was just as confused. We had to repeat our order again numerous times and they finally gave us a corrected receipt and a credit receipt. He gave us a bag with two nuggets and then closed the window. We sat waiting for our two drinks and frosty but he didn’t come back for a few minutes. He stood inside the window just staring into space. He finally noticed us still sitting there and came to the window and said “can I help you?” We told him he forgot our Coke & Dr. Pepper and frosty. (I specified the flavors exactly because I knew he’d forgotten even after repeating it about 10 times before.) He went and filled the sodas and handed them to us. My kids said they didn’t have any ice in them and they were the wrong flavors.
I was so frustrated that I told them to forget it and paid extra to get them sodas at McDonald’s instead. So we are still waiting for our frosty and the guy comes to the window and says “Yes?” I told him that he forgot our frosty. So we waited again for another simple menu item. I even had to ask for the spoon. Now he kept the drive thru window open most of the time we were waiting and I could see people inside goofing around. One of the cooks was yelling and groaning so loudly that we were scared that someone was seriously injured inside. Then we could see through the window that he was just complaining about being busy and acting weird like he was on something. He kept whining and yelling “There’s SOOO many people here!!! We don’t have enough people here!!! Oh my God, why are there SOOOO many people!!!!” Over and over again. It was very uncomfortable to listen to.
The supervisor said NOTHING to him about being quiet. Everyone there acted as if they hated their jobs and life in general. Do them a favor and fire them all! These people should not be allowed to work in customer service. We also checked our bank account today and still haven’t received the refund. So we paid $26 for 2 nuggets, two medium sodas a small frosty and a HORRIBLE experience! Oh and the extra $2.50 for good sodas at McDonald’s as a replacement. We have a large family and have spent quite a bit when we’ve visited Wendy’s over the years but they have lost our business.

Was unable to use Mobile Pay from Wendy's app in the store for an order. Used the Wendy's app and placed a mobile order and paid for it, but they claimed not to have received the order. So no food was given though payment was made. Customer service is almost unreachable, called and waited for over an hour and still did not get through. Very unhappy with store management and with Wendy's mobile app. Do not give up control of your money and fund your mobile pay in this app. It is not working.

Wendy’s #11660 - 2610 W. Pershing Road, Chicago, IL. Absolutely the worst service and unprofessional demeanor from a Wendy's staff member. Ordered mobile order and was given the wrong order. Was given wrong food (2nd time this year!!). And then the kicker - I was accused of taking food that wasn't ours??!! Told 1st employee that we are missing food. Employee tells us to wait in handicap spot. NOTE: I Did not check 1st bag given with the incorrect food.
The the 2nd Idiot employee comes out and accuses us of taking food. I was perplexed, I did not open every sandwich from 1st bag to see it was not our food. She belittled my kids for realizing that lemonade is yellow and not pink (since they handed us strawberry lemonade and not Pineapple Mango lemonade). Oh yes was scolded and told that mobile orders come in white to-go bags not simply the brown Wendy's bags.
AVOID THIS WENDY'S AT ALL COSTS!!!! AVOID THE CHILI. It literally was a crushed hamburger with the same onions. I asked for onion in my chili. Just two days ago - it was the best tasting chili - today it tasted like a crushed hamburger microwaved. Think I've had my 30+ years of Wendy's. Time to add them to the wall of forgotten restaurants - right next to Steak 'n Shake.

Manager VERY RUDE. We're staying at the Motel 6 and didn't want to load the children in our car to go to the Wendy's just a few yards from our room. In our 1st attempt she wouldn't even let us order at the drive-thru window because discovered the lobby was closed today unlike yesterday's visit... Unfortunately we were surprised but we all must do our part because of covid. 2nd attempt we ordered online and still was treated very rude and wasn't going to give us our food, but, the consistent mockery towards my wife was too much. I will never take my family to another Wendy's as long as there are other places to eat and treated with family values.

Wendy's used to be the best fast food out there. My last few experiences have convinced me that McDonald's is a better choice. My last few times going through the drive through at the Wendy's on Hamilton street in Sioux City, I've gotten barely warm hamburgers and room temperature coffee. Literally room temperature coffee. Also, the size of a double cheeseburger is about two-thirds of what it was in years past. Wendy's seems to have really gone downhill the last few years. Too bad, after thirty years of occasional lunches there, I'm done. Maybe I'll try them out again in a year, or two.

Through the window I ordered and paid for a 4 piece kids chicken nugget meal and a 6 piece chicken nugget meal for my children. When I arrived home, I found that the 6 pieces of nuggets were not included. There was no time to return to the store as we were scheduled to attend an events. I called several times to at least bring it to the attention of the store manager, but no one answered. Very disappointed.

We ordered through the app, it said we had until 10:25 to order breakfast. We ordered before that time, and attempted to pick it up at 10:31. They said they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 and told us to hit cancel. We did, and it said "Thank you for your order" and charged us. The charge went through so I called them after it posted, and they said the franchise would refund it. They never did, and I'm having to dispute the charge through the bank. No food, after driving there, and no refund.
When I went to give the app a one star rating, I read dozens of reviews with the same story, the app cheated them and Wendy's never refunded charges. When I wrote customer service they corrected my misuse of a word and never answered my question about my refund. When I went to other review sites to review the restaurant, I found many many people on yelp had gotten food poisoning at that particular store (Barnett Shoals, Athens, Ga.) Maybe it's better that they were too rude and lazy to give us our food! I still want my money back, though. I hate being robbed. Dave Thomas would be spinning in his grave. Wendy's used to be a nice fast food restaurant, now it's all "food poisoning and cheating customers."

I recently wrote a nice review about the Ann St. Wendy's. What??? Now they could care less about me. I pull up the app and presented the QR code for buy one and pay 1.00 for the other Premium Chicken Sandwich. I was told the code was bad, yet it appeared on my app. The manager came to check it out, but when I pulled the app up no Chicken Sandwich was showing even though I had shown it to the cashier. I stopped at the Sturgis Michigan Wendy's tonight. I ordered a single combo with NO cheese or pickles but with lettuce, tomatoes, catsup, mayo and onion. My order came to $7.62. I gave the man a $20. He gave me back $3.36. I never noticed till I got home. He never gave me a receipt. The fries were as cold as being refrigerated. The single had cheese on it. I can not have cheese. SO I ended up paying almost $20 for a coke. I had to throw the rest of it out. I will not be back and I will be encouraging everyone I know not to support them. I hope they are more careful the next time they could give something to someone who has an allergy and then there would be a huge lawsuit and they may lose their business. Rightfully so I might add.

Store in Connersville Indiana 47331 has served me raw food three times over the past month. Twice I got breakfast sandwiches with a raw egg on them. Today my burger was so raw it was still cold. It is my suggestion to not eat here for your safety but if you must it is recommended to check your food before leaving the store. There needs to be a way to give zero stars. #wendyslikesitraw

This is re: ALL Wendy's me, and many family and friends, have bought Chili from since the pandemic began! This covers a LOT of Wendy franchises. They no longer serve what is advertised as "Rich and Meaty Chili" - FAR FROM IT. Most times there are tiny bits of meat here and there amount the enormously increased beans, When there was a brief meat shortage at the start of the pandemic, Wendy's chili started the increased beans/decreased meat thing. OK. Totally understood! Did not complain. Yet this remains true TODAY. I, and many of my family/friends will no longer go to a Wendy's due to this obviously company greed decision. Meaty chili was a delight for those of us when we were on a diet (plenty of bang for the calories etc.). Truly sad decision on Wendy's part for customers. We reap what we sow.

I went through the drive-thru for lunch. Got home, and bacon burger had no bacon. I ordered & paid for a cookie, no cookie in bag. I called phone # on receipt, no one would answer phone. So, I got back in my car & drove to restaurant. I asked to speak with the manager, and the lady at the window said, "she's busy" and slammed the window in my face. As I sat in my car, the rude lady at window, and her 2 co-workers stood there laughing so hard, I could hear them through the closed window.
Then the lady hands me a bag (assuming it was my replacement order) I again, asked to speak with the manager. The manager come to the window, and said, "I see you have your new order, and I understand you're on your lunch break", so all is good. Closing the window in my face. I literally thought ARE YOU SERIOUS? I did nothing wrong, they messed up my order, and they laugh and me and treat me this way. None of these people need to work directly with the public, and if they do, keep them in the kitchen. I will NEVER go to another Wendy's because of this. I have been going to Wendy's starting in 1970 in Columbus, Ohio. NEVER AGAIN! They treated me like I was "dirt"!

A few weeks ago, my friend and I arrived at Wendy's drive through (1291 Dogwood Dr. Conyers, Ga. 30013) at 10:26am. A young lady asked if she could help. I asked if they were serving lunch yet? She politely told me they wouldn't start serving lunch for another 4 minutes. I noticed we were the only ones in the drive though in both sides. In fact there wasn't even a customer parked for inside dining. Another female spoke over the speaker and asked if I'll be ordering breakfast. I told her I was waiting to order lunch. She told me I'll have to move if I wouldn't be ordering breakfast. I asked her if I could remain parked because lunch will be served in 2 more minutes and if someone were to pull up within those 2 minutes, I would move forward and circle back around.
She told me unless I move out of the line, she would not be able to serve me lunch. I'm like "Are You Serious!" Her reply was "Yes, I'm serious." Now I'm pissed and exchanged a few words with her. I decided to called corporate but what corporate did was reroute me back to the same store I had an issue with who claimed she was the manager and who I feel was the one I had words with. She was defensive and combative, rather than trying to show concern and address the issue. I had one other experience a few in 2020 when an employee exited a toilet stall and didn't wash his hands. Bottom line? Wendy's is penny wise and dollar foolish. I'm not saying I will never eat at another Wendy's again but I promise, I'll never eat at this one ever again!

I used Wendy's Mobile Order on February 25. I placed an order for multiple items totaling $23 and paid with a card online. I arrived at the store about 10 minutes later. I saw no directions either online or on the premises for pickup, so I waited my turn in the drive thru line, but drove past the kiosk because my order was already placed. At the payment window, I advised the staff that I wanted to pick up my mobile order. I was told that I should have placed my order at the kiosk, since the orders are not made up until the customer has arrived. I was then instructed to drive around the building and place my order at the kiosk (which would have meant waiting again in the drive thru line).
I told the staff to cancel my order and refund my money. The staff told me I would not be charged because the order was not being picked up. Checking my card account later, I found that I was charged. I sent a feedback message to the company and have received no response. Do not use Wendy's online ordering. The whole system makes no sense and the company fails to do the right thing when there is a problem.

Back in the eighties Wendy's had commercials saying. "Where's the Beef!" Wendy's patties have square corners because Dave refused to cut any corners. Dave would be turning in his grave right now if he ate there or even seen what they're putting out as food. The fries are garbage now. Fries with skin on them and crappy sea salt. Their patties are teeny tiny you can hardly see them. Their prices are really high. Their quality has just gone to hell. It's no wonder they are far behind everyone else out there now. At the drive thru window at approximately 12:05 pm on Main Street in Ravenna, OH on Feb 24, 2021 we stopped to pick up our mobile order. We showed our key tags for two free junior frosties. The manager yelled to employees "watch the time" then told us that we should have ordered them. We told him that we ordered on the mobile app and there was no place to order the free frosties without a charge being applied. He then told us that we should have told them at the same time we drove up to the speaker and said we had a mobile order. He then told us we would have to go to the back of the drive thru line again and circle around if we wanted them. We said "forget it" and left. Terrible management!

I would like to let you know that the food that I purchased on 2/21/2021 was not up to par. The tomato was bigger than the patty and all of the food was cold. The location of this Wendy's is on Allentown Rd in Maryland. There have been many locations that I have gone to that the service was wonderful. Please have this one modified so that no one else have to experience this type of service. I would also like to receive some type of compensation for the experience that I had to endure. Thank you.

They are incredibly misleading when it comes to the pricing and sizing on the four for four. For example if you upgrade to a large drink or fry, you only receive a medium instead. They claim this is because of the size difference, but it is not made clear and it is not listed anywhere saying or showing that the sizing is different on this particular deal. If they really want to have different sizing on this particular deal, I feel they need to be honest about it and let customers know. Not hide it to save a few dollars.

Purchased the 4 for $4. Soft drink is smaller than before. I asked for Fanta orange and it was flat as a car tire! The fries were terrible! They were cold and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I don't know if every Wendy's is like this, but at the restaurant in our location the orders are seldom correct. This time we decided to place our order online hoping that it would be easier to put it together more accurately. I don't think the employees putting the order together actually read which sandwiches they are picking up or count how much of each item they are putting in the bag. The sandwiches were wrapped correctly, but instead of getting Burgers we got chicken, and instead of getting crispy chicken on another order we got spicy which is completely inedible and very unappetizing even if you like spicy chicken as it is dry and terribly small.
We ordered four drinks and one of them was wrong. Sprite does not sound like lemonade and neither does it look like it when printed on paper, which again, wasn't because of miscommunication because it was ordered online. So I went back online to try to get some resolution, and using the chat feature I was never connected to a customer care representative. I kept getting the same canned responses over and over saying it couldn't help me and to provide more information and around in circles we went until alas no service was ever provided except absolute frustration. So what should have been a little bit of a park and a little bit of a splurge ended up being a waste of money and a couple of empty bellies. Not to mention a very disgruntled hungry customer with upset children. And I'm not even sure why I left a review because Wendy's is not going to care to correct any of it, and I doubt anybody looks at reviews for Wendy's LOL.

The New value spicy chicken sandwich isn't good. You know the one that's on the 4 for 4 selection deal. The chicken is spicy, but lacks any other flavor. It literally taste like chicken that had been dipped in cold grease, refrigerated, and flashed fried in hot grease for 3 minutes. I guess as the old saying goes you get what you paid for. I highlighted don't recommend this chicken sandwich if you're on a budget. To be honest McDonald's have the better value spicy chicken sandwich (Hot & spicy chicken sandwich).

On 7-21-2020 I visited the drive-thru at Wendy's in Fort Mill, SC with my wife. It had been many months since I had been to a Wendy's, since they dropped my favorite drink from their Freestyle machine. They had made many mistakes with order accuracy in the past, but today I decided to give them another chance. So after my wife's order, I ordered a burger. Due to medical issues, I cannot eat anything spicy, so when I got home and discovered a spicy chicken sandwich instead, I had to get something from the fridge to eat. I said before that Wendy's was off my list, but today's attempt at another chance confirmed that they are no longer worth my patronage at all.

Of all the major burger chains I find Wendy's to be of the highest quality. I love there burgers and the frosties are great. I will continue to go to this establishment for a good deal and good food. Next time I have to try a chicken sandwich.

I am reviewing the Wendy’s location at Evans and Kipling in Toronto. Today was the hair that broke the camel's back. I go there for their yummy salads but every time there is something missing. Tonight, on my way home I stopped by for a grilled chicken Caesar salad, and actually wondering what was going to be missing this time. I get home and instead of crunchy romaine lettuce, it is SPRING MIX! Who makes a caesar salad without romaine?! AND only a stingy 5 little broken shavings of parmesan cheese. The last time I ordered this salad there was zero cheese. Then there was the time there was no candied pecans in the chicken apple pecan salad. The time before that only 1/2 the amount of lettuce. I had a container of fixings with hardly any lettuce. Another time they forgot the dressing. I am so finished with this place and their lack of customer service and quality control that I must move on. McDonald’s does a good salad.

Whenever I order a sandwich from them, they usually get it wrong. I do not like mayo, ketchup, or mustard on my sandwich. Is it really so hard to just put cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a sandwich? Plus, their customer service is horrible and they are not polite at all.

I go to Wendy’s every so often and order a chicken burger without sauces on it and almost every time they have sauce but the last few times they have been really great!! I really recommend going. The food is all around very good.

Fries were cold and limp. Burger had old tomatoes on it and burger was cool. I have never had such a bad experience there. It is usually my go to place. I will think twice before I go there again for a burger and fries.

August 13th 2019 I purchase the baked potato at Wendy's 4433 W. Main St Mesa 85205. Dug into it. Took a bite. Swallowed something other than baked potato. When I moved it around it look there was something that was clearly baked into the potato long like a worm with the same characteristics as a worm. I go back to Wendy's where all the employees including the manager (which were fired) gathered with first oohs and aahs of disgust with, "What the heck is that," then suggestions like it could be a worm or beetle or centipede but it was not food.
Today is March 24th 2020 and as of two weeks ago I was informed by not Wendy's insurance company but their corporate office after 20 Plus call since the very day it happened I was inform to go to the ER by Wendy's manager and they have yet to pay my hospital bills as well as giving me the runaround for 7 months and 2 weeks ago them for me that Basin Gold actually own the product and Basin gold representative it seemed that Wendy's only informed them 2 weeks ago so for 6 + months medical bills has been rising on my credit and Wendy's is giving me the run-around telling me to go after the producer of the potato.
First and foremost Wendy's I didn't go to the producer of the potatoes. I came into Wendy's and paid Wendy's for a baked potato that was not eatable and that had a foreign object in it that's similar to a worm and I've yet to have that item tested because Wendy's is refusing to cooperate any further so please be aware. If you go into Wendy's and order a baked potato there can possibly be and foreign object inside and Wendy's will give you the runaround for months and then simply have no comment.

Tried sausage gravy & biscuit. The biscuit was great and the sausage gravy was really bad. The gravy had a funny taste and the sausage was mushy and tasteless. The sausage biscuit was bad. The biscuit was good and the sausage was real dry and tasteless. The burrito was tasteless and there was no sign of the cheese. The good things: the biscuits, the potatoes. There was no jelly and no scrambled egg on any of the sandwiches. Wendy's should go to Hardee's to see how breakfast is done.

On 12/12/19 our Visa card was charged with our order and another order. We have been trying to receive a refund ever since. Filled out a form at the bank and as of 2/28/20, still no refund. I understand that something under $15 in no big deal to some people. But it's the principle that money was stolen from our account. Still wondering if this will ever be fixed. Will never go to Wendy's again. Beware of this location.

We like to go eat at Wendy's often because they have the best fast food in town, very courtesy and polite employees. My son loves to go there and he likes to eat the spicy chicken sandwich always fresh food and I love their baconator and their chili fries are really good and now they are about to start serving breakfast in a week. I'll be there for sure to try out the new Becabator breakfast sandwich. Wendy's is the best place to eat and spend quality time with family or friends.

From the Drinks to the Salads, to the Chili to the burgers, Wendy’s is always very appealing for its consistently good food. No matter where you go Wendy’s has the best burgers (Jr. Cheeseburger is amazing). The Chili is always hot and not too spicy. The chicken nuggets just the right size and not at all oily like some of the competition's nuggets. Their fries are not too salty. If you want you can even request the next batch...before they salt them they will give you yours.
Now that my husband and I are in our later life, me 58 and he 67 we tend to not eat at home every night of the week or have lunch at home everyday. Wendy’s is on our “eat out” list at least 2 times per week usually once for lunch and once for dinner. We also can say that no matter which Wendy’s we visit in our area (there are 4 within a 5 mile radius) different towns but still that amount of mileage and each one has the same amazing food, nice and accommodating workers and clean and updated dining areas.

Wendy's has forgotten they are a fast food outlet and their product is inferior to real unprocessed food. The fact that they price their spicy chicken for example, at $7.35 is outrageous. It is a small piece of chicken priced at 3/4 the cost of an entire cooked chicken at Safeway. Why would anyone spend that kind of money for a small piece of chicken, 1 piece of lettuce smaller than a child's palm and a paper thin slice of old tomato? Your sandwiches are $5.00 at BEST. Get your greedy head's out of your ** and come down to a reasonable price. How can that be justified and why would anyone spend their money at your establishment run by a bunch of drones lacking hugely in the customer service department. Have your employees heard of a smile or warm welcome? Your culture has changed and it is going to be your downfall.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s on Madison Street. Fox News is always on their big screen tv. With all the world problems I would rather not have this flashing in my face as I eat a meal. Can they not put something on the tv that is just pleasant? I also wish you could get fries without peelings and plain old hamburger dills. Personal preference but I have not liked the burgers as well since they changed pickles and I liked my potatoes peeled.

Although we have purchased for Wendy's several times in the last month, last night my grandson received a burger that obviously had bad ingredients. He was fine for about 2 hours and even said how good the burgers (he ate 2) were. But after 2 hours, he had a night of violently throwing up and diarrhea. This started about 7 pm last night and lasted for about 4 hours. I know this could happen to anyone. I went inside because it wasn't that busy. I ordered a half of a southwest salad on which I got a slop of old guacamole. I guess it's supposed to be avocado that they advertise, which made the rest of the salad completely unappetizing to me. I also got two junior bacon cheeseburgers which were okay but definitely not hot. Maybe work on having more people in the store or training them?

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the Wendy’s restaurant. The manager or counter working named Jackie was very rude, rude and nasty, just down right ghetto! the whole time that she was halfass trying to assist the customer she on the her personal phone texting and rolling eyes at another customer, and coworker. At one point told the customer that is spending his money and time to mind his own business, the customer which spending his money was only trying to be nice to a otherwise hateful person. Totally unacceptable by anybody standards. The food was just awful the fries was with scrap/burned, the hamburger was overcooked and dry, the burger seems to be sitting there all day, I visit the restaurant around 9:30 pm.
It was just a bad bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to go at this location any time of the day. the locations is actually in Mauldin, S.C. on Main St., Mauldin, SC. I will post pictures that I’ve taken of the food so you can see firsthand this is really a waste of my money and my time. I would not visit this location again and I will not tell anyone else to visit this location and this person a Jackie really need to be disciplined and enroll in a course in customer service. This food is only good for the trash. People be aware of this restaurant????☹️

These incidents happened in Nov. & Dec. 2019.
1. Ordered chili recently - what they delivered was a VERY WATERED DOWN version of it, & there was little meat or beans in the "broth". I called the manager, who was gracious, & didn't deny the watering down of the chili & offered to replace it.
2. No silverware in bag for a drive thru order of a salad & chili.
3. Cold burger - not warm - but cold, as if it was kept in a fridge. (It's in my fridge now to save for a return).
4. Consistent, pathetically slow service if you dare to go inside to eat. On one occasion the staff person (teen) appeared highly confused re. my simple order, so he ignored it, and proceeded to deliver a gigantic meal w/ multiple bags to the guy who ordered behind me. (Uh, what is going on? & where is my order?) I believe this chain has serious "lack of training issues" & needs to train w/ Chick-fil-A or some place where they've "got it down".
5. Ordered fries a couple days ago, & made the mistake of asking for the fries to be HOT. Well, what they did was double fry, or re-fry fries that were already sitting in the basket. So, if the fries were 600 calories to begin with, NOW they are 1,200 calories and literally drenched in fat. They were thrown out.
My comments are about two Wendy's locations in the same town. I'm surprised this chain can survive, as they desperately need significant improvement.

Stopped @ Wendy's in El Paso, on Montana Ave (#403 store) last evening around 715 PM. Was returning from a three day stretch at the Oil Fields and hoped to have a hot meal there. Do like the Baked potatoes and Chili they have, it is a unique items to have! Used to frequent the restaurant there (6201 Montana Ave) fairly often when I purchased parts for customers in the U Pull It farther east on Montana Ave.
Anyhow, when stopping there last evening was basically ignored at counter while trying to order. The store was not busy, and the drive up lane was not full. One young man, did say he would help in just a minute. This young man was indeed working. He had a lot of tattoes and one on his arm said "Emily". He was the only one who acknowledged my presence @ counter, several other employees were inside of the drive up window and seemed to be doing nothing but socializing. I did wait almost five minutes and no one except the young man with the "Emily" tattoo even acted as if there was a customer. And he seemed to be doing all the work!! LAZY!!

Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave. Wendy's has always said their greatest asset was their freshness. They no longer have that asset. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions and no pickles. That was way out of their realm of expertise. It came with both. I ordered fries with no salt. They came out cold, soggy and loaded with salt. The hamburger was also cold, the bun stale and the veggies ancient. I complained and all I got was a very weak "I'm sorry". They offered to make another meal. When it came out I was asked to pay for it again. I refused and left. What happened to your great, fresh food? I am quite certain this review will not be published.

My son purchased a sandwich at the store between Epler ave and Thompson rd. in Indianapolis IN. It still had the wrapper around the cheese and it melted with the plastic and cheese together. Went the store to get another sandwich. Talked with the acting supervisor a ** lady who would not let me have another sandwich. I am 76 years old and I got more things to do than go to fast food places to make up stories about bad food. Very disappointed with Wendys now.

For the past year I've came here to see if the service will improve. It does not. The fries are setting out so long they become cold and limp. My burger is made quickly, then sets on the counter till cold. Before it changed ownership, this Wendy's was great, but now isn't competing with the next door Burger King, Culver's, Arby's, McDonald's or any other fast food place - sorry, I won't be back till someone takes over who knows how should be ran to be a fast food place again.

My family visited Wendy's on Algonguin Road in Schaumberg, on 12 November 2019. My daughter ordered the 4 for 4. After eating a few bites she complained it tasted funny. Upon inspection it was covered in mold! I brought the mold to the attention of the manager who threw the burger away without my permission. I asked via the cashier twice that the burger be returned, and I personally asked the manager to returned the burger. As she could clearly see the "moldy" issue she had the cook throw the burger in the bin. I asked her to retrieve the burger, she refused.
I contacted Wendy's and was told the store passed the hygiene inspection. Clearly they had 5 days to accomplish this! Wendy's contacted me to offer a $250 gift card for the poor customer service, however, the question I wanted answered was "after I purchase my food, do Wendy's employee have the right to take it away from me." Wendy's refused to answer this question and basically told me to get a lawyer, which I will do. If Wendy's really cared about food hygiene and customer service they would have offered to find out what type of mold my daughter consumed. They just don't care.

Went through drive in, brought food home and started to eat my hamburger and notice I had mold all over the bun. Tried to call the store 3 times, long rings, no answer, and this was on a Saturday at 5:30 pm. So I called the number on the back of the receipt and it was Ohio corporate number and I talk to Woman and told her my experience. She tried to reach out the store and no answer for her, but she said somebody would get in touch with me. Nobody’s ever reached out to me from that store, and I called again to Ohio number, and they try to contact them again.\ and no answer again , so it’s been a week and half ,and I haven’t heard anything about my experience from that location at Wendy’s 5472 North Harlem Ave. in Chicago IL. Also I took pictures of the mold buns .

Wendys at 6585 Airport road! ** experience! We ordered chicken nuggets and fries! Chicken nuggets had a sort of foil stuck on the nuggets, when i took it to the counter to show them, they insisted that it is salt which crystallizes when it is hot! We did ask the manager to show us the salt! They started arguing with us! Manager- Mohammed was so disrespectful! He had a laughing face and was apologizing and continuously arguing and trying to convince that it is salt! He came back with few cents in his hands and while laughing he again mentioned that it is salt! It was so disrespectful and very unprofessional behaviour that could have ever happened to me! It was about last month I went to Wendy's at 11 Sinclair Blvd, Brantford, ON. I work next to them in a hotel. I used to eat every day at Wendy's but, on that day the lady who took my order was super rude to me. Moreover, I ate half of my burger and then saw a steel wire coming out of it. I was eating right in there and took the burger back, showed them and got an answer "oh" okay. That lady without asking me telling the kitchen staff to make me same damn burger, which I declined and she said okay, that's all. I work in a hotel and know how to handle these hot situations. I am so disappointed by Wendy's.
I also left my feedback in their survey and left my no. for them to contact me. Know what, they don't care either you die or live even if I would have died in front of them with that steel wire, they would have said 'oh'. Never going back to Wendy's and I will tell the same to everyone. None of your staff even tried to contact me even after leaving my phone no. If you don't want to resolve the issue and pretend like nothing happened then you shouldn't ask how can we contact you. Ridiculous service and worst person who took my order. Better ask this location, they know when it happened.

Tonight was the third in a row that I went to Wendy's on my 20 minute break to order food from their drive thru and receive service that resulted in me being unsatisfied. 1st time, I waited a while because they had to cook what I ordered and when I got to work....bit into the chicken...it wasn't done. I had to throw it away, because I couldn't go back and they closed before my next break. 2nd time, my food was cold.
Tonight was the 3rd time (all same location, late night around 11pm) I placed my order and when I got up the street realized they gave me the wrong order (less value) and that the food was very cold (and I waited at the window over 7 minutes). If I wasn't lesser value, I wouldn't HV went back, but I did. They gave me the right order, but my food was still very cold, except for the fries. They use to give great service, but I haven't been receiving that from them lately. I work late nights and going there has been a waste of my money. I won't be spending my money there anymore. I rather starve until breakfast time. Thanks.

The code and receipt from previous visit is scrutinized by the manager. I feel like a crook. Then I am told a deluxe means a combo needs to be purchased. What? Went the the Wendy’s on RT 130 in Pennsauken and it was the WORST! Everyone just standing around talking and laughing not paying attention to what is going on. I get home to notice there is NO DRESSINGS. NO NOTHING that usually comes with the salads. I ordered my salad with spicy chicken and that is not what was in it! No straws for my drinks. I have two small kids so obviously not driving back. This is horrible service! Maybe if people were actually working they would realize what’s going on! I was on my way to work. I pull into a Wendy's on Main Street in Kalamazoo, MI. I understand that they were getting a shipment in because I saw their truck pulled up on the side of the restaurant but I've been going through drive thru for a while and that should interfere. I had 2 people take my order due to the first person her computer screen kept crashing. Again understandable. They were out of Dr. Pepper... Again understandable. When they give me my food. The Coke I ordered was watered down and warm! When I got closer to my job I had to pull into McDonald's to get me something cold to drink. Worst place in town to eat. The employees are not very friendly, look high all the time, and have no customer service skills at all. The employees are rude and seem bothered by customers...the food is poorly prepared and God forbid you have to take something back to be remade correctly (don't trust this group of people at the Wendy's in Clovis, New Mexico). (Good) My husband has cancer and the only thing that is good to him is a frosty. I have been going and getting one for him almost every day. He loves them. (Bad) I decided to try the jalapeno fries. Boy what a mess. It was so much nasty cheese. The fries was soggy. It was a waste and right now I can't afford to throw money away. In the future I want order this again. I went through the drive-thru Wendy's in State College, PA. I had ordered the large Wildberry many times with no issues. First, the large lemonade was $2.99 plus tax all the times I've paid. This time the large lemonade was now advertised at $3.09. A increase of ten cents. However, when I ordered my usual two large Wildberry lemonades, the cashier told me my total was $7.61. When I pulled up and asked how my order came to $7.61 when a large lemonade is $3.09 x2 the cashier replied, "The price went up".
I pointed out that a large lemonade is being advertised for $3.09 and not $3.59. The cashier's reply: "I believe the increase is due the amount of calories in the lemonade". What??? I paid regardless. I have to point out the cashier did not give me a receipt with my change. I have always gotten a receipt with every purchase I've made with Wendy's. I was a bit suspicious to say the least. Anyway, I sent an e-mail regarding this suspicious transaction and Wendy's has so far ignored my message. Wendy's has just lost a customer: Me!

My fiance and I drove through the Wendy's in Bountiful Utah and was the most horrible experience ever! Not only was the employee rude but we received all beans and no meat in our chili order. I called the number on the receipt after arriving home and nobody answered, so this leads me to believe it was done purposely. They didn't want to tell customers they were our of chili, but instead loaded it up with beans thinking we would not notice??? I feel this is poor customer service and should be addressed immediately! If there is someone watching these comments, I hope you do something about the Bountiful Utah store!

Purchased a $25.00 Wendy’s gift card at Kroger’s. Wendy’s verified it has 25.00 on it but won’t work at the restaurant. We tried at 3 different locations. I called customer service - they said they will send a memo to the locations. My husband only has an antique flip phone so loading it on the phone is not an option. The best customer service would have been to cancel this card and issue another card!

It has been 3 days and I'm still waiting on a refund from a double charge for food that was not what we order using the online mobile app. I've been waiting for a manager to call me back to handle this grievance but every time I call customer service they tell me, someone will call you and I never get a call. At this point I am mad that corporate can hire unqualified people to do a job that requires some type of common sense. My husband order the New Jalapeño Cheeseburger and received a chicken bacon sandwich, we got all the way home to find this out after the cashier ** told us she didn't know how to work the mobile order app and demanded that we pay her again in the drive thru line after I showed her that the mobile order said paid. She followed up with call Wendy's after I was concerned about being charged twice!!
After all of that I never would have thought that the Wendy's employees would get my order totally wrong!! In the past I told myself I wouldn't visit this establishments again after I slip and fell after they mopped and was giving free food not to complain but now I am thinking I should have talk to a lawyer, even if I was hurt maybe it would have shaken up Wendy's to change policies or give employee training. I thought ordering online and picking it up in the drive thru would be better I guess not. How do I get my money back, all of it?
